I couldn't locate any property information on a particular commercial property I'm trying to research, and I tried searching the Assessor, Treasurer and Recorder sites online with very little luck. Then I stumbled across a site for Property Records where I was able to search by address and within minutes was able to view not only the parcel number I originally needed, but everything about the property including current and prior ownership, assessment and tax info plus lots more. It saved me so much time! Very easy to use and affordable. Will definitely use again.

So, it was easy to request Documents online from my Office. Then I work for Home Depot as a Design Consultant. Where we need Permit to replace Windows and Doors at some areas. To move forward with my Customer's Project. When I will receive in the next couple days the Email with my request, it will amazing to know, that I can work faster without to bother my customer about the documents.

I would highly recommend this to anyone and everyone who is looking to get information on the house they live in. I personally am looking because I’ve been experiencing some paranormal activity and was interested in learning more about the history. It did take some time to discover exactly what I was looking for as I was looking for a specific graphic, however this was a good resource. There is extensive history with each record as well. Led to believe the info was free - not. Under the impression I could obtain original blueprints for the house or at least all the permits associated to the house (the property has had some major changes). Would like to know who built the home. Info provided was interesting but not really what I wanted.

The reports come with a lot of very useful information if you’re looking for previous ownership and property details. The process was quick and only took a few minutes before I had the link to open the report and review for myself. Does not include criminal reports or past history of any criminal activity on the property or criminal history in the area. It does provide plenty of information on schools in the area and sex offenders which is very helpful to know.

I give this a 5 star, because of the information that you list on the property. I needed to know about the taxes on our house. It shows me details of taxes paid in the last 5 years, owners, family members, the only thing I didn't get to see if the taxes are paid for the 2024 year. Besides that, great app. Thank you.

The site was very easy to use & very prompt in sending information. We found out several new things about our property that had been unknown. Including attached property w/ barn, & extra acreage that wasn’t included in our original sale but hasn’t been separated or plotted from our property. The report was perfect. I was only doing it for a one-time thing since my boss bought a property in the middle of the year. We were trying to figure out how much the tax was. This was a very helpful report. It told me just what I needed to know.

I paid $6.95 for a PDF of my property report. However, although the PDF is several pages long, it only prints on one page, so it is unreadable. I tried printing from my computer and from my phone each time I get one page with a tiny picture of multiple pages on one. I would like a clearly printable report or a refund.

When I purchase this Propertyrecs I thought I would have info on the utilities but it’s not included. I’m thinking about leasing this property and the Propertyrecs was not helpful. I did contact the electric and gas company to find out. I also need the info for the water as well. I also need to find out how much of police presence in this area because I’m wishing to open a funeral home at this location. I did notice that there were vagabonds hanging outside the property as well.

I found this program to be excellent, fast and accurate. Reasonably priced as well. I would heartily recommend using this service. As a real estate broker I find this to be a valuable tool. When on the road it is faster than the program offered by my Realty Board. This is my go to when on the road and will likely also use when in the office.
