I was researching land and property titles to document and probate my uncle's will. I thought I was entering a governmental site and opted for the $1 option just to validate the property. The charge ended up being $36 for a yearly package. My first thought was that this was just another scam, but I was wrong. When I contacted the company they immediately cancel the yearly sub. The $36 still showed on my credit card so I contacted the company again. Within just minutes of my email, the refund showed up on my card. I will definitely use this company in the future. They are honest and dependable, which is a rarity these days.

I am very excited to write this review. I was amazed at how easy it was to cancel my subscription. I was just taking a chance, and Nicholas replied almost immediately and canceled it on the spot without asking me for an explanation or trying to convince me to stay or keep the service by lowering the cost. I am so glad that this process for hassle free and it canceled it on the spot.

I appreciate this business very much. The information I received on my property was spot on and when I realized that I had signed myself up and paid for more than what I had thought, I went to their website and did a chat. I explained that I had mistakenly signed up and paid for more than what I actually wanted and they refunded my money and cancelled my subscription with no problem. It was easy. There were no questions, no transferring to the manager, it was simple and professional and I appreciate that so much!

Your website is not clear as far as having an account "open" and being charged monthly for that open account. I contacted the automated assistant and was told my credit card was refunded and my account closed. Of course I have no way to verify this until 3-5 business days when I am supposed to get my refund but things seemed to have gone well with my initial contact with the automated assistant Daniel.

I was able to get the info that I needed but there needs to be clarification of charges. I thought the initial charge was $1.00 plus $7.00 plus $9.00. Instead it was $36,00 plus $7.00 plus $9.00.
