I am very excited to write this review. I was amazed at how easy it was to cancel my subscription. I was just taking a chance, and Nicholas replied almost immediately and canceled it on the spot without asking me for an explanation or trying to convince me to stay or keep the service by lowering the cost. I am so glad that this process for hassle free and it canceled it on the spot.

I recently contacted PropertyRecs.com to request the cancellation of my account, and I have to say that I was extremely pleased with the level of service I received. I initially expected the cancellation process to be lengthy, complicated, and possibly require several steps before everything was finalized. To my surprise, my request was handled very quickly and efficiently. The entire experience was smooth, straightforward, and completely hassle-free. It is refreshing to receive this level of customer service, especially when contacting a company to cancel an account.

I appreciate this business very much. The information I received on my property was spot on and when I realized that I had signed myself up and paid for more than what I had thought, I went to their website and did a chat. I explained that I had mistakenly signed up and paid for more than what I actually wanted and they refunded my money and cancelled my subscription with no problem. It was easy. There were no questions, no transferring to the manager, it was simple and professional and I appreciate that so much!

Your website is not clear as far as having an account "open" and being charged monthly for that open account. I contacted the automated assistant and was told my credit card was refunded and my account closed. Of course I have no way to verify this until 3-5 business days when I am supposed to get my refund but things seemed to have gone well with my initial contact with the automated assistant Daniel.

On July 11, I purchased a single property record lookup and paid the one-time fee, thinking that was the end of it. Then today, July 15, I noticed a $31 charge for what turned out to be a monthly subscription. I contacted customer service through their online chat at 9:38 p.m. and was pleasantly surprised to be connected to a live person almost immediately. I explained what had happened and asked for a refund. The chat agent, Charles, was honest, courteous, and efficient. He processed the refund right away, told me to expect it within 3 to 5 days, and even provided a confirmation number. This kind of customer service is rare these days, and Charles deserves recognition for handling the situation so professionally. I only needed a one-time record lookup, but based on this experience, I would definitely recommend this company to organizations or agencies that need property record searches on a regular basis.

Once I realized I was being charged ongoing, I jumped onto a live chat and the AI assistant helped to resolve quickly. While I won’t get my money back, he was very helpful.

We've had two interactions with PropertyRecs.com, and both were positive. The first was a one-time request for property records, which opened our account. The second was to resolve a second billing, which we disputed. PropertyRecs understood, closed our account, and immediately issued a refund. As I told the agent in the online chat, I couldn't have asked for better service.

Records weren’t current and deed didn’t reflect authenticity of certified deed obtained from the Los Angeles County Recorder; individual was omitted on PropRecs file, and another was erroneously added. And it’s very easy to overlook that a $35 monthly charge recurring if one doesn’t cancel after the initial search most consumers are only interested in obtaining. I found it wasn’t any better than doing a general search on the internet that is wrought with errors. I would give it zero stars as far as I’m concerned. Curiosity cost me $36.

The customer services reps on my chat today were excellent. They accomplished exactly what I needed. However, the web site when I signed up for what I thought was a single report was quite unclear that I was signing up for a subscription. That should be clearly identified for others who might be in the same situation that I was in.
