On July 11, I purchased a single property record lookup and paid the one-time fee, thinking that was the end of it. Then today, July 15, I noticed a $31 charge for what turned out to be a monthly subscription. I contacted customer service through their online chat at 9:38 p.m. and was pleasantly surprised to be connected to a live person almost immediately. I explained what had happened and asked for a refund. The chat agent, Charles, was honest, courteous, and efficient. He processed the refund right away, told me to expect it within 3 to 5 days, and even provided a confirmation number. This kind of customer service is rare these days, and Charles deserves recognition for handling the situation so professionally. I only needed a one-time record lookup, but based on this experience, I would definitely recommend this company to organizations or agencies that need property record searches on a regular basis.

I requested a search on a local property owned by a church, paid the required fee, but did not get any pertinent information. I use live chat to ask about the search, not returning information and was told the searches are only for residential properties. I ask if it would be possible to get a refund since I did not see that fully explained when I made the request. The person on live chat, said they would take care of it and a refund would be issued. I am very pleased with the response and the professional manner in which my request was handled. It reassured me. This is a respectable search format. If I have questions on residential properties, I would not hesitate to use the service again. They have been honest and easy to work with.

I looked up my property on this site. I did find the information that I was after. I am not a real estate agent and would probably never use it again. I thought I was using it as a 1-time event and then noticed I was being charged for a membership. I contacted Mary on the live chat and she helped me, closed my account and issued the refund. Very understanding, VERY helpful. It was an easy process to understand and use, especially for someone like me that is not very tech oriented!

I signed up for this service as part of purchasing a home out of state. I found the initial information I received very helpful in learning more about the property and the area it was located in. Now that we have been here long enough I no longer am using the data available. I opened a chat session with an agent named Lisa in order to cancel my subscription. She was incredibly fast at making it happen. This is a nice service for people considering a new home or for realtors and other professional in the housing industry.

Maria, the representative who assisted me at Property Recs, provided an excellent customer service experience from start to finish. She was professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed quickly, which made a potentially stressful situation much easier to navigate.

Anthony was a get help assisting me with my issue. He was very responsive and understanding. Was an easy process. He went through a great deal of questioning from me and was patient. Empathetic to how upset I was and was able to redirect my frustrations.

You should give more information on your practice of continued credit charge practices. Very deceptive. I will not use your site again. Trying to give a review is a pain in the butt. It keeps rejecting it because it is not a glowing report.

So this service did what’s I needed it to do and then I forgot that I had a monthly subscription. That’s on me. When I contacted them through their only line chat and asked to cancel my account, they promptly and politely did so. This is the kind of customer support I love.

I was not pleased with the misleading charges when I only needed one record once, which I thought I was paying only a dollar not expecting a monthly charge intro perpetuity but: The support team that I chatted with to cancel the account closed the account and issued a refund of the pending charges with professional and hassle free assistance. KUDOS AND THANKS TO THE CHAT SUPPORT TEAM.

Do Not Use. SCAM. They say $1 charge, but in fact (and I saw no notification of) charge $30 subscription plus $1, total $31.

Obtaining property data was a bit misleading in that the leading information states $1 per event, which is fine, but later a charge of $30 per month for the account is also charged and is a continuing subscription service unless cancelled. I would rather be charged $31 per event without the ongoing subscription.

I sought out this service to search for possible warrants on a family member. Unfortunately it did not return what I was looking for. Some of the information returned was very accurate but warrants and criminal records are fairly nonexistent in my experience. The purchase of the report was misleading as I clearly remember the site stated $1.00 to purchase. I ended up being charged $31.00. I reached out to the live chat option on the site and was able to request a refund and the CSR explained I was charged for the Report Package which includes access to their public records platform where you are able to pull reports as needed at your convenience. Apparently it would have been a recurring charge had I not addressed it. Overall 3 stars for the customer service and expedience of how the service works.

The chat agent Amy was very helpful and able to answer my questions and resolve the issue in one session. She understood the issue and was efficient and quick to resolve the issue which is greatly appreciated.

Quickly canceled my account with no fuss. And I received an email confirmation immediately.

I used this service for info I needed for the sale of a property. I received 3 charges of $1, $7, and $20. I agree with the $1 & $7 but should not have been charged the $20. I closed the account immediately and was promised a refund of the $20. That never happened and when I talked to Customer Service, I was finally told that their system showed that they issued the credit but if they did, my account never received it. 5 calls/chats later with promises each time of a credit, they said their system wouldn't allow them to issue another credit so they would request that a check be sent to me.

I did not want the property package, only my property report. Contacted customer service and David assisted me in closing my account and receive a refund because I didn’t want the package, only single report

As the report helps for buying a foreclosure, pricing needs a little more attention as to what you are actually being charged and how. Thinking you are paying for one then get charged again is ridiculous.

Support was good but the only reason I had to talk to support is because of a $31 unauthorized charge. Support was very helpful and straight to the answer. I only agreed to two charges $7 and $9 but saw nothing about $31.

Customer service is excellent. Prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. Property records are current and comprehensive. Great job! Web access is quick and easy, and available anywhere on any device. I am trying to leave a nice review, because they deserve it.

I had previously used PropertyRecs looking for information about my current home, and had forgotten to cancel my subscription. I spoke to Stephanie over the live chat, and she was able to cancel my account and refund the payment instantly.

The process for requesting a report and the fee is confusing. I expected a $1 charge for my electronic report but was charged $31. The on-line help was able to get me a credit and I appreciate it. Please fix the instructions for new users.

Frank was outstanding. He was very helpful and quick to help. He answered my question and took care of things I need completed. Their customer service was great. I would recommend them to anyone. I was able to look at our property information and it was very detailed.
