I was unsuccessful signing on to my account more than once. Each time it said I was sent a verification code, this did not happen and I requested a second one but was still unable to sign on. I called, was put on 3 min hold twice, and both times was disconnected by your phones. So, I decided to try Chat, to my surprise I was immediately connected, I have only used my account once but have been charged for each month (7 times). I only asked for a 3 month refund and account closed, granted without any hesitation. I wish I would have asked for another 3 months. Thank you. Tina

I want to express my sincere appreciation for this online service regarding my family history research. My uncle and I have been trying to confirm when his aunt—my great-aunt—acquired her home in Rochester, New York. Not knowing where to begin my research, I consulted this website, since neither myself nor my uncle are physically able to visit the local repositories.

I am trying to fill in some large gaping holes of my family tree, which is a mighty lofty goal considering I was adopted, and my dad was adopted...It has been a challenge. Every little scrap of information that I get is like finding the golden egg at an Easter egg hunt. So, I brought my small amount of information about grandpa to you for verification, thinking that it would take forever for someone to answer my questions...But actually my questions were all taken care of in less than an hour. I didn't get to verify grandpa's temporary home at the prison farm, but it wasn't for lack of help and guidance from the county clerk's office. I will try again at the next office that was suggested.

I pulled a report from PropertyRecs.com back in August of 2024 for a charge of $1. In Jan. 2025 they were pulling $20 a month from my bank account. I reached out to them since I never authorized a $20 a month fee for their services. They did provide a report and it helped. When I reached out to them asking why without hesitation, they cancelled my account and refunded me. They were very helpful. I will follow up to see if they refund my $$. & keep you posted.

I used PropertyRec.com to try to get information on the correct property lines at my grandparents' home. I paid a dollar for the report knowing that I would be charged $20 a week later if I did not cancel. Although Information regarding the property lines was incorrect on the website. It was also incorrect at the tax assessor's office in my parish so I cannot fault Propertyrec for the incorrect information. What I can say is that when I wanted to get a refund of the $20, it was the easiest interaction I’ve ever experienced. They understood my issue.

The Public Record Experts were very helpful in giving me some suggestions to finding answers to my inquiries. Although they did not have the information I was looking for, they responded promptly and were a great help.

I don't know how they helped me so quickly! I was sure the response was ChatGPT, but somehow, they answered all the specifics in my question. Both Aaron and Michael helped me, mostly because I got confused, left the site, and then returned. The responses were step-by-step, and ironically, it was beyond what I could do, but I liked that even more. Sometimes you want a quick response, just so you know it is not practical to pursue.

The Live Chat help me in less than 1 minute on a Saturday evening. I was so thankful. Probably the quickest live chat help I've ever received. I wish all sites were this helpful and fast especially on a weekend.

A word of caution. Although the information, data sets, etc. on houses is reasonably fair, be mindful of what you are opting in for which includes a bi-weekly subscription. I'm sure I clicked right through it and am thankful I check charges on a weekly basis.

I write 3 checks at the end of the year: insurance, HOA dues & property taxes when I realized we hadn’t received our tax bill yet! I posted on NextDoor asking if neighbors had received theirs yet & several said they had received & paid theirs already! I was preparing to go to Quitman (Wood County seat) tomorrow when lo & behold I received an email with our tax invoice!!! I was very surprised & super grateful! First time that had ever happened & I’m so appreciative that even on New Year’s Day, Mar took the time to send us our bill! Totally awesome & with big thank you from us!
