They say it's a $1.00 charge, then $30.00 then another $7.00 then another $18.00. All this to access one report. Customer service chat was quick and easy to cancel. But definitely felt a very false lead. Why not be up front about $56.00 for one report?? It has nothing to do with add-ons. The wording makes it appear that you have to have certain “adds’’ to get a full report. Very false leading.

This is not your official county government tax records website. They appear high in an Google search, act like you’re on your county property records website, but it’s not. They charge repeatedly and for things you don’t even click, and if you go to your actual county website, everything an be gotten for free. Learn from my mistake. Leave immediately and make sure it’s a .gov website you’re at, unless you want to spend extra month and be charged over $9 a month. One bright side, they were very quick to refund when I noticed the extra charge and didn’t ask questions about that, but I was still charged for add-ons I never clicked.

I was then charged $9.95 the same day and 2 more charges for $9.95 hit my account (2 -week intervals) in the next 30 days for no additional reports. Otherwise, their communications via emails and letters was professional and the one report was what I expected.

Some of the information was correct, but some was outdated or inaccurate. It’s useful for basic property lookup, but the amount of personal data shown raises privacy concerns.

I signed up in March to see the records you had on a property that was supposed to be in my name. I paid the $9.95 on 3/10/26. I saw what I needed and no longer need to look anything up. I was not aware that it was a recurring charge, so today, with the new charge of $9.95, I contacted your live chat to see about canceling the subscription and if possible, having a refund for April charge. I was quickly helped and the issue was resolved. Thank you for your service.

Fast and easy services. I used this account very briefly to locate some family property. I didn’t need services long, so I wanted to cancel before first payment. Cancellation was easy and very quick. I sent a message and soon as I had finished sending, the account was closed, without a hassle.

I no longer needed this account and sent a message to support to cancel it and they did immediately without any issue. Also, the site was easy to use. I was able to locate and read the report I was looking for easily.

I asked Nancy to help me close my account and refund my last month charge because was not in need of this service any longer. Nancy quickly closed my account and issued a refund to my satisfaction. This was all done via chat.

I requested a report that was supposedly sent via email. It went straight to the junk mail and no matter what it never opened up. So I started a chat, spoke with a Pleasant rep Sarah who stated that she refunded and closed the account. That I should be able to see a $21 refund. Don’t see it yet, but hopefully it was done appropriately.

The service appears to be pay for what you request but there is a hook that just keeps billing your credit card monthly. I requested a report on one property and my card was charged like 4 or 5 times for small numbers 5 6 20 bucks piecemeal then monthly 5 bucks 20 bucks. So what seemed legit I thought I was just gonna pay for the info I was looking for on one address was actually recurring. On a brighter note canceling was easy. If it was legit. I opened a chat on their website. Asked to cancel and Shirly said it was done and provided a conformation number so we will see.

The report I received was very thorough. I was only looking for a single report on a single property. I was surprised later to discover that I was being charged $20 per month for a membership that I had not wanted. Through the chat function, I was rapidly, kindly, and professionally helped to close the account and obtained a refund for the subsequent months. I found PropertyRecs on a Google Search for looking up My property records. I needed specific information about the property, including legal property description, the Recorder's Book and Page numbers, tax records and any Lawsuits, Liens or property - related transactions. PropertyRecs had a $1 property report option, which I selected. I did my property search and the results were very thorough. I Printed the results to my PDF printer because PropertyRecs wanted to charge me to email a PDF.

I got what I needed easily and cancelling afterward through the chat was easy and ideal. I’ll be back if or when I need another record. The only downside for me is that they send correspondence in the actual mail, too. Not a big deal, but just a heads up if you’re trying to be clandestine.

I had unintentionally subscribed to PropertyRecs when I wanted to get a one-time report and ended up paying $20 twice. Pamela was able to close my account and refund the $40 and did who quickly and without question (just explanation).

I have issue with the charges on my card but the live chat customer service was very helpful. I thought I will have to transfer from supervisor to manager but the matter was resolved in less than 5 minutes.

Just finished entering a request to cancel through Timothy in chat. It was painless, courteous and I wish there were more customer service people like him! If I were critical about Property Records, it would be to state that I was unfamiliar with the website and did not realize I was signing up for a monthly charge. Timothy corrected my error by canceling with no questions or sales pitch. His service was greatly appreciated.

After posting my review I was contacted by customer support. Without any further questions, they indicated I would receive a refund. With in a few hours I did receive a partial refund which was fair. They appear to be a reputable company and I will consider using their services in the future if needed.
