Nicolas was very helpful and addressed my concerns immediately. I appreciated the prompt action to address the issues. I had inadvertently signed up for a monthly subscription, and Nicolas removed it immediately, closed my account, and reimbursed me for a recent charge. Awesome!

I signed up for this service as part of purchasing a home out of state. I found the initial information I received very helpful in learning more about the property and the area it was located in. Now that we have been here long enough I no longer am using the data available. I opened a chat session with an agent named Lisa in order to cancel my subscription. She was incredibly fast at making it happen. This is a nice service for people considering a new home or for realtors and other professional in the housing industry.

I got the service I needed but accidentally signed up for a subscription. I caught the error, they fixed it and got me cancelled immediately. It was appreciated that they didn't try to "upsell" me on anything and just did what I needed. You never see that these days. The reports I initially got were also precisely what I wanted and if you DID want to know if someone was looking you up, this service could be very useful. Glad it was simple.

I was unknowingly subscribed to recurring charges as part of my initial record search. The reason for the reduced rating. The agent - Ashley - quickly and painlessly indicated that she closed the account effective immediately. That response alone would have received the highest rating.

The information was useful, but not providing cost information ahead of time was not appreciated, and automatically signing me up for a subscription was not clear. However, the chat function worked even on a Sunday and they canceled my subscription with no problem.

You offer a great service, but I do not like that I was given a subscription when I only needed to find information on one property. I did not need a monthly subscription. People should get a choice for one time or multiple look ups.

Unexpectedly received a charge for $9.95 when I looked up one property and paid for that one lookup. I do not appreciate unexpected fees that are buried in fine print. I feel like I was a victim of bait and switch. The service should be clear about what is being asked prior to providing property records for $1. Just charge what is appropriate and not trick folks into paying a monthly fee.

It was some sort of mix-up. I do have a lot of people that are helping me caretakers and there has some been crossover with stuff that used to be medical, now financial and I think some of the confusion came from the fact that people who are helping me had access to things they shouldn't have the person who helped me was very understanding and efficient and returned all the incorrect charges.

The information I received initially was info I already had so I didn't gain anything by subscribing so I cancelled. BUT got charged again and account wasn't cancelled like I requested. This is not your official county government tax records website. They appear high in an Google search, act like you’re on your county property records website, but it’s not. They charge repeatedly and for things you don’t even click, and if you go to your actual county website, everything an be gotten for free. Learn from my mistake. Leave immediately and make sure it’s a .gov website you’re at, unless you want to spend extra month and be charged over $9 a month. One bright side, they were very quick to refund when I noticed the extra charge and didn’t ask questions about that, but I was still charged for add-ons I never clicked.

I needed to get access to one element of a property report. The site layout was misleading and looked like an official site affiliated with my local government. I should have reviewed it more before using it. I chose a PDF version of a report but was charged for the report as well as a recurring package for $20. I purchased a 1 property report with the intent of paying the introductory advertised price of $1.00. It was my understanding that this was a one-off. I was then charged $9.95 the same day and 2 more charges for $9.95 hit my account (2 -week intervals) in the next 30 days for no additional reports. I was able to cancel via chat, which went smoothly. I was offered a refund of $9.95 but I am still out $20 for what I thought was $1. Buyer beware. Otherwise, their communications via emails and letters was professional and the one report was what I expected.

I used Chat support over a billing issue I had from a recent inquiry. This site had some accurate property-related information, but it was concerning how much personal information was displayed, including names of people associated with the residence, phone numbers, email addresses, and even criminal record details. Some of the information was correct, but some was outdated or inaccurate. It’s useful for basic property lookup, but the amount of personal data shown raises privacy concerns.

I requested a report that was supposedly sent via email. It went straight to the junk mail and no matter what it never opened up. So I started a chat, spoke with a Pleasant rep Sarah who stated that she refunded and closed the account. That I should be able to see a $21 refund. The service appears to be pay for what you request but there is a hook that just keeps billing your credit card monthly. I requested a report on one property and my card was charged like 4 or 5 times for small numbers 5 6 20 bucks piecemeal then monthly 5 bucks 20 bucks. So what seemed legit I thought I was just gonna pay for the info I was looking for on one address was actually recurring. On a brighter note canceling was easy. If it was legit. I opened a chat on their website. Asked to cancel and Shirly said it was done and provided a conformation number so we will see.

The report I received was very thorough. I was only looking for a single report on a single property. I was surprised later to discover that I was being charged $20 per month for a membership that I had not wanted. I found PropertyRecs on a Google Search for looking up My property records. I needed specific information about the property, including legal property description, the Recorder's Book and Page numbers, tax records and any Lawsuits, Liens or property - related transactions. PropertyRecs had a $1 property report option, which I selected. I did my property search and the results were very thorough. I Printed the results to my PDF printer because PropertyRecs wanted to charge me to email a PDF.
There were numerous Pop-ups and pages that prompted me to pay additional fees for various things, including a $20 monthly recurring subscription fee, which I declined. Regardless, I was charged the $1 fee, which is fine, but then got an alert that another $20 was charged. I was still online on PropertyRecs, so I opened a Chat window, and the Agent was very quick to close my (unintended) account. The $20 charge is still pending, so my property report cost $21. Not too upset because the report was excellent, but just going to warn others that they will probably have the same unexpected additional charge. ALSO: If you don't CANCEL your subscription, that $20 is going to be charged Every Month. Maybe better to research your county records online but this was very easy. Only very costly, if you don't close your account immediately after you print your report.

If I were critical about Property Records, it would be to state that I was unfamiliar with the website and did not realize I was signing up for a monthly charge. I was looking up my property on the local government website and I ended up with a subscription with this company that I didn't want. It led me to believe it was a scam. The property report provided to me was accurate as it pertains my property, so far as I know. The only issue was that I didn't realize it was an ongoing monthly subscription until the second charge hit my bank account. I may be as much to blame as the company for not reading their website thoroughly. My subscription was easily cancelled and the account closed online using AI chat. I'm currently satisfied with the info they provided and the ease of cancellation. I think you should be able to get the information online through your local Register of Deeds for a nominal fee, if not free.

Propertyrecs.com? Awful. Notorious for tricking you into a subscription then refusing to cancel the account. I went online and paid for one report. Unknowingly, they connected that order to a subscription. I called to cancel. Customer service was terrible: bad connection, worse attitude. I was told the account was cancelled and I would receive a confirmation email. Email never came. Money was taken from my account again. Called again. Same rudeness. Same promise of a cancellation email. No email came. Just tried a third time. Same response. I've checked online and I'm not the only one with this issue. They are notorious for doing this.

First time user and I found all the information I needed and much more I didn't really need and was charged a dollar for this and more dollars for that. Know what you are looking for before proceeding or you will find yourself being charged more than needed. Cost adds up quickly. Make sure you close your account at the end of your purchase so you aren't charged in the future for keeping it open. I was charged 3 weeks later for account being opened but they did refund the errant charge. I used chat to get refund.

Be aware that browsers like FireFox may not show you the entire website as in ways to close your account or stopping recurring charges. I noticed I was being charged for the services that I no longer use. I did find what I was looking for. I began a chat and was able to cancel my services, just like that 🫰🏾. It was quick and easy. And the rep that helped was really nice and friendly.

I subscribed by mistake. The chat customer service was very efficient in canceling my subscription. The initial service was fine, but I didn't need any ongoing help. I found some interesting information, but ultimately not what I was looking for.

I noticed a charge pending on my card today so I immediately contacted your helpline. After conversing with Nicholas on how to cancel the account, he immediately canceled my account and then when I expressed that I would prefer The pending charge be reversed he did so. Thank you so much!

Shirley went above and beyond helping me figure out my account and getting it closed! I apparently had opened an account on two separate occasions and didn’t remember so I was being charged! So so helpful! Both accounts now closed.

I had inadvertently signed up for a recurring account even though I never intended to do so. I hadn't received notifications of the ongoing charge until just this past month after 9 months of not using the service at all. I quickly went to the website and asked for my account to be cancelled and a full refund of the unused months. The customer service agent quickly did both - amazing service, thank you!

Customer Service is great! They handled my issue immediately via chat and resolved my issue satisfactorily. I accidentally went to this site searching for something else and did not mean to sign up for a monthly charged account.
