$30.00 was charged for a record package. I was notified $7.00 will be charged for PDF file. However, I did not see any amount of charge for the record package when I went through the website menu. The support manager kindly issued a refund in the amount charged.

When I signed up for a one time query, I didn't think it was going to recur monthly. Within 2 minutes of requesting cancelling service via live chat, I was successfully cancelled of any further charges.

The company will charge you $20 a month with no email or text warnings. That is after I paid the fee for the record which I thought was a one time fee. So be careful of that. They did give me a refund. Quick and easy with the chat. I was also able to find the records I was looking for. That was nice.

I went onto the Property Recs website, to find information on a property, and was under the impression it would cost a dollar for the report, upon checking my account, I was actually charged 31.00, I did receive the report, so I cannot complain about that, but I would say to be very careful when trying to receive a report, read the extra info, But I will say I sent a chat to find out why I was charged the 31.00 and the chat rep closed the account so that I would not occur any further charges, Thank you to the Rep for the quick response.

I was charged a lot of money and Paul, my customer service agent helped me within seconds. It really shocked me and if I ever need any more records I will definitely come back to this service. He immediately responded to me and took care of my issue, they were also very nice and professional. So good and quick I thought it an AI Chat bot.

Russel in the chat window was very helpful in quickly cancelling my subscription & refunding recurring charge. It was NOT clear to me when I did the initial property search that I would be entered into an ongoing subscription with recurring charges. I approved a $1 charge for an initial report. Additional $7 charge followed by $30 recurring charge were surprising to me.

Anthony took care of me and resolved my situation fast and effective. He cancelled my account and provided a fair refund of the charges....
