I was able to quickly find the property record I was looking for. There was a billing issue a few days later which was immediately addressed and rectified by their service team. That was greatly appreciated.

I gave Property Recs a 5 star review because they got me the information I needed. At first I got a full report on the property of a client. But I needed to see if they had paid their property taxes. I got an email right away asking if I needed anything else. I emailed back that I did and immediately got a response with the information I needed. It cost me all of $7. I will be a return customer any time I need their help.

Amazingly perfect to asked them to close my account and I can get reimbursed since I am no longer using this subscription at the moment and they were able to quickly and calmly help me right away so great.

Christine, a data record expert at the Washington State office of property records, was the last of several helpful employees who assisted me. I wanted to find proof that my residential property ownership was free and clear. This was a long, complicated process starting with my county assessor. At times the task appeared to be impossible. But Christine persisted, staying late at her job to track down the necessary documents. She was a real cyber sleuth. I am so grateful for her exceptional efforts.

It was beneficial but I guess I wasn't clear that I would continue to be charged as I only needed one report. That is probably my fault because I am sure the website states it. So, A+ on the information that was provided but I was also unclear on how to download without paying each time even after I had been charged another 20.00. Customer service reps were all helpful. I was hoping to find a specific document for the property I was looking up. There is a lot of information about the property including a photo of property. Customer service was very helpful when I wished to cancel my account to avoid further monthly charges.

I took off 1 star because the report did not have the well depth in which I wanted the report for. However, I was told that I will receive an email with the information and they canceled any further payments without a problem.

I accessed this site to find information about my property a few months back. Today, I saw a charge on my bank account that I did not recall authorizing. It was supposedly in the checkout portion. The rep was very helpful and quickly resolved my issue.

Excellent summary of property and history. Good plot photo and area on map. Very helpful with understanding the current fair value price for the property. Could see that the current owners truly have occupied the home for decades. Surprise data included registered offenders residing in the area. I did not expect to see that but can be helpful and useful. I did need to contact support regarding technical issue and they were very responsive and provided immediate resolution.

Patrick was very helpful and took care of what I needed immediately. Unfortunately I had to terminate my contract with them today because I can’t afford the service monthly. I do not use it enough to justify paying for it.

I too paid for a $1 report - which I never received. Lo and behold they've been charging me (unbeknownst to me) $20 per month for the last 3 months for nothing. I called after the first charge and was told they didn't see where I even had an account. Beware. This sure seems like a scam to me. They are supposedly refunding my money but I'll believe it when I see it.

This site, Propertyrecs.com uses the duplicitous practice of charging monthly without sending email so you thought you bought the service for one time only but are then charged monthly. I hate businesses that disguise that they are subscriptions.

Very efficient and responsive at getting me additional information that I needed. Initial basic report was missing some stuff I needed. They sent a follow up e-mail to me to check I had what I needed and I explained that I needed something else. They then very quickly researched and got me what I needed.
