Did a look up on a property that was believed to not be deeded to my father as it should have been. After my search I received an email from Michael (Data Report Expert) asking if I found what I needed during my search. Since I did not actually find exactly what I needed, he diligently continued the search and kept in contact with me. He came back with information of a Land Contract not recorded as satisfied being the issue, steering me in the direction of where to go next for more info. This is not a take your money and run outfit. They sincerely care about their customers with follow up and assistance (not common in the world today).

I was preparing to pay my Fall property tax & discovered I needed to download the tax statement document. I was directed to this site. I requested information about our property. I didn’t find the property tax bill, but I did discover a wealth of other info. Then, I received an inquiry; “Did you find what you were looking for”. It was a lifesaver. I replied that I didn’t find my property tax bill. I received an immediate response, and a bit later, received a copy of my tax bill. EXCELLENT. This site was excellent! It contains every bit of information one wants/needs regarding property, ownership, value, sales, etc. I don't even know how you got such up-to-date information. I came on here the day after my brother died (18th) and it was posted that his property passed to the buyer on that date. It had sold the previous August. So informative! Thank you!

I have to say I did not expect the level of service I received for such an incredibly low cost. I got an email from Aaron first checking to see if I was able to locate what I needed from the report. I actually did need some assistance and Andy was able to send my question to a data specialist. Aaron replied back with the needed information within 10 minutes. Got this website online to find some information about the home that I purchased and everything was in the report that I needed. There was also follow ups to make sure everything was satisfactory to my liking which to my surprise was awesome.
