I got charged for something that I did not order. If you use this site, do not click on any link in your report. They will charge you for it and you will think you are only looking at more of your report's information. This site needs better safety measures for the end-user: prompts/alerts EACH TIME that tell the end-user they will be charged if they want to continue.

Less than 4 mins and my account was closed. No loopholes to jump through. 10/10 Karen was great.

I searched for my county assessor's office on Google and thought I was on it when I bought a report for my house from Propertyrecs.com on September 1 for which I was charged $27.00. I received a receipt from them and I thought everything was fine until I reviewed my credit card charges on September 17. There was a charge from Propertyrecs.com for the $27 I authorized but there was also a recurring charge for $36 from propertyrecs.com which I did not authorize. I recommend everyone stay away from propertyrecs.com and contact your local county for property records. I found out that I could get property records from my county for free. I have also been inundated with spam calls after I received my report from propertyrecs.com.

Maria helped me at once. I told her I did not any more service from them and did want to be charged today and she reversed the charge and made sure my account was closed.

I ordered a property lookup in Aug and assumed it was a one time payment. I was charged again in Sep and when I contacted the online support they promptly cancelled my subscription and issued a refund for Sep. I am satisfied with the customer service.

Once I realized I was being charged ongoing, I jumped onto a live chat and the AI assistant helped to resolve quickly. While I won’t get my money back, he was very helpful.

We've had two interactions with PropertyRecs.com, and both were positive. The first was a one-time request for property records, which opened our account. The second was to resolve a second billing, which we disputed. PropertyRecs understood, closed our account, and immediately issued a refund. As I told the agent in the online chat, I couldn't have asked for better service.
