This was the easiest cancellation of a service I have ever experienced!!! Thank you for making it so easy. There were no questions asked, just good, honest service to accomplish what the customer wanted.

It was excellent service. My problem was understood and fixed extremely fast. Interaction was both professional and friendly. Took a shorter amount of time to help me than for me to write this review.

Russell helped me when I was having a hard time with this product and not sure how I could resolve the issue. He was patient with me and my concerns and he was very kind and helpful. Although I canceled my subscription because Russell was so kind I will use this product again in the future and be sure to be more careful when I select the product.

Nicole (or possibly an automated assistant) was very helpful and efficient, and my request was handled quickly. I initially had some concerns about whether the site might be a scam, but everything turned out to be legitimate. I’m glad I decided to use the site and would feel comfortable using it again.

Steven was helpful and prompt in solving my issue. I was unaware that a plan was selected on my account and found an unapproved charge on my bank statement. Steven offered to cancel whatever plan was inadvertently selected for me to void any future unapproved charges.

Very quick and helpful. The customer service agent helped me cancel any future billings within a minute. I just wanted to view one report and cancel the account or the billing so as to not receive more billings after that one report, and I was able to do just that. I will wait to make sure that I don't receive any future billings.

I connected and immediately spoke with a live person, Barbara, who helped me resolve my issue in just minutes. She was kind, proactive, and very efficient, resolving my issue completely. I was able to send her information on some recurring charges that were questionable, and she quickly addressed the issue to my satisfaction.

They were quick and effective in responding back to me. I didn't have to wait, it was a live operator that helped with in practically unheard of these days. The property I was searching for was not in their database, after speaking with someone, they stated that the property address in question would be updated and someone would get back to me within 12 to 24 hours.

Make sure you pay attention when paying for a one time search. I was. Charged multiple times for a one time search. But was refunded one of the charges. Just pay attention to what you are agreeing to.
