I opened an account to handle some questions/business that I needed to take care of and finish that forgot that I was still paying and jumped on my chat. Asked to close the account and I was on Life360 chat with the account closed and on with my day in less than five minutes, that’s what I like. I looked up my property on this site. I did find the information that I was after. I am not a real estate agent and would probably never use it again. I thought I was using it as a 1-time event and then noticed I was being charged for a membership. I contacted Mary on the live chat and she helped me, closed my account and issued the refund. Very understanding, VERY helpful. It was an easy process to understand and use, especially for someone like me that is not very tech oriented!

The chat feature and customer service were prompt and courteous. There should be a more obvious - "hey, you are signing up for a monthly fee" somewhere on your site and the fact that there is no "cancel my subscription" button is kind of bad business.

I didn't pay attention and ended up having to pay $300 extra dollars for what I thought was a one time deal. Serves me right for not paying attention. However, the help agents are pretty good. Just be certain to cancel your account.

I was charged $20. I was not sure what it was for. I got on chat with a representative who answered right away. And immediately refunded my account and closed it permanently per my request. I am satisfied.

They say it's a $1.00 charge, then $30.00 then another $7.00 then another $18.00. All this to access one report. Customer service chat was quick and easy to cancel. But definitely felt a very false lead. Why not be up front about $56.00 for one report?? It has nothing to do with add-ons. The wording makes it appear that you have to have certain “adds’’ to get a full report. Very false leading.

Great service. Chat was fast and complete. Reports were thorough. Only problem was my credit union didn't recognize the service as legitimate and handled the charges as a scam. Messed up my debit card with a hold.
