Well great help. The Best because I knew nothing about charges. In fact never heard of the place and I'm disabled and every penny counts and she understood that I knew nothing about the charges. Took the time to figure it out. She's a Blessing.

My initial inquiry with you folks regarded a property in the town of Manzanita, Oregon. What I thought would be about a $20 charge turned out being much closer to 40 with add-on charges not clearly explained in my opinion. So, I decided to close the account and I spoke with someone in customer service named Steven who did a fantastic job. Overall, I would say my experience and rating of you is low because you do an unclear job of explaining what the charges will be and beyond that the chargers seem very high for the information provided.

The chat assist was most helpful and that was excellent, but the need for it was not. Having unexpectedly subscribed; I was able to easily cancel the subscription. The report I requested was what I’d hoped for but the costs quoted was misleading, so what I was ultimately charged was more than expected and it was not clear that I was subscribing and subject to future charges.

I was helped promptly. Thanks Samuel. It was very nice and professional.

I needed to cancel a subscription and I was able to take care of it within a few minutes. I was grateful that it was handled so quickly. There were 4 separate transactions on my debit card so I figured it was a recurring charge. Hopefully this was the last charge.

I was accidentally charged by this site. When I try to reach out to report the issue and request for a full refund, Ruth was handled really quick and professional. The issue was resolved immediately and I'm expecting my refund in the next 3-5 business. Not every business can handle it promptly and efficient as you, I appreciate it.

Thomas at customer support was very helpful in helping me to cancel this service when I no longer needed it. He canceled it right away! I signed up for what I thought was a one-time report, but then I found out it was a subscription, which I did not want. Thomas canceled it for me.

Report was very thorough and accurate. However, as I was ordering the report, it was not very clear to me how much I would be charged or that it would be a recurring charge. I only expected a one time charge' However, and most important, was that when I contacted your support team, the help was immediate, polite, qualified and completely satisfactory.

Same as all the others giving 1*. $20 recurring charge on my CC. No clear consent given to the charges. No notifications when the charges would post (even my utilities tell me when my bills are about to post). They like to fly under the radar with their hidden charges. Very deceptive. I called at 10pm and asked for a refund. The live agent said 7 days for refund of $80. I will hound them to the ends of the earth over this. Believe me.

Would rate it less if I could. Advertised $1 and then charges your credit card $30 with no disclosures. Avoid as this is a scam site that leaves the burden on you to try to get a refund.
