The experience with Power Home Remodeling has been excellent. All steps of the process were thoroughly explained, and each individual that came to the house was professional and knowledgeable. At no time were we worried that the company would not show and fulfill the promises made. The end product is exactly what we wanted and we are happy with the look and style.

The whole process working with Power Home Remodeling was amazing from start to finish. We had all 20 windows replaced in our home and the process couldn't have been better. The crew was amazing, quick, clean, efficient, left the house cleaner than when they arrived. Their work was impeccable. David the sales rep was great, super friendly, walked is through the whole process. He prepped us for the install day, set us up for success, and everything went so smoothly. I would absolutely recommend them to anybody who would ask.

I just had a roof installed today (2026-01-16). The roof looks wonderful; it was all in one day. They did everything they said they would. This is the third project I have done with them. I already had windows, siding, trim and gutters done last year. Thank you, Power Home!

Andy, our salesman, did a great job in helping us feel comfortable with the company. He was more than happy to step outside several times to give my wife and I a chance to discuss our options. Power Home Remodeling had a representative in our neighborhood offering free estimates for roofing. Knowing we needed a roof replacement, we agreed. The following day, a gentleman arrived at the scheduled time and provided a detailed description of their product, installation process, guarantee and pricing. Installation began 3 days later. We are extremely happy with our choice of Power HRG as our roofer and will return for window replacement at a later time.

Had a wonderful experience with Power for installing my windows. The service technician were on time, were respectful, courteous, and prompt with their service. I did appreciate the quality inspection after the install was performed as a second pair of eyes to confirm there would be no issues.

I end up getting a free estimate on windows and we decided to move forward on for this company over communicates a lot, but that is not a negative. Just be prepared for calls. Happy with the way, the windows turned out, would recommend a friends and family.

We had windows installed in our home in 2018. In 2023, we had to have 2 windows replaced with bad seals which were finally installed about 6 months later and the installer said they had a lot of these windows defective. No problem, there is a lifetime warranty. Well, now I have another window with a bad seal and they've told me they don't carry those windows anymore and it would cost me a certain amount per sash to have it replaced. Wait, what about that warranty??? And what about all my other windows down the road??? I have gotten no satisfaction from this company. I'm still with this bad window that is getting worse.

Power did a great job installing windows on our home! The experience from start to finish was amazing and everyone we came in contact with in person or over the phone were very friendly and knowledgeable.

When Isaac came to our house to discuss with us about window installation. Tonia and I were interested in learning more about Power Home Remodeling. After listening to his presentation and talking with him we decided to have four windows replaced. Isaac went above and beyond in listening to what we wanted to have done and answered all the questions that we had at the time. When Austin came to do the pre-install of the windows. He was very thorough in taking the measurements of the windows, and he also answered the questions that we had. On the date of the install, Chad and his crew did an outstanding job. The took great care, making sure that the areas they worked in were covered with drop cloths.

Arrived on time with a phone call prior. Installation was quick. Cleaned up. Great care for our home. Sales rep, Ryan, was very professional and informative. Follow up review was administered. Polite workers and professional attitude.

This company has been very professional and considerate to our needs from initial estimates to final installation. We had 4 estimates and when considering quality, warranty, and cost, Power was by far better than the others. During the initial meeting we were shown how the product (Pella) would help our home environment. The salesman made sure to get all the proper measurements. In fact measurements is one of the items I was surprised at, as they measured our windows at least four different time before installing the product.

Love this company. Straightforward, explains every detail, plus helped me with the Power app. So that I could have all my documents, progress on my projects, etc.. Justin was great in explaining the project completion, as well as Armando, Benjamin, and Billy. My windows look great and top of the line workmanship plus products.

Enrique came over to do the sales pitch and really gave use hands on knowledge for why windows are a must have improvement that pays back in energy savings. The gentlemen were quick and professional. The windows look amazing. Now we can easily vent for cooking mistakes or to catch a breeze. The front picture window is so beautiful that I need to install curtains to showcase it.

Throughout the process everyone has worked quickly and effectively. Everyone from the introduction to quoting made sure I was well informed about all of my options and what to expect. Each crew did a great job on the installation, even despite heavy snowfall. My home looks better, keeps temperature, and (thanks to everyone's work) and should last me for many years with warranty.

Zac was our representative from Power, very professional and personable, explained project in a manner that easily understandable, produced samples and options for the price consideration of the project. Work crew showed up promptly and on time, on day of project ready to work, they finished in a timely manner with minimal disruption to our family’s day. She was very professional and walked through all the products they had. I went with the siding and two doors and gutters for my project. The siding product is excellent and I love my new doors! Our experience with Power Home Remodeling was exceptional starting with Erik who introduced himself at our door to Austin who educated us on our current windows and demonstrated the features of Pella. Anthony followed up to measure and saved us $$$ on one of our windows that we didn’t need tempered glass. Junior’s crew came on time for the install and he and his crew were professional and careful with our furnishings. They cleaned our windows and vacuumed our floors before they left. Billy, the Assurance representative, arrived the next day to test the windows and found a hairline crack on the outside of one of the windows. He wrote up and took photos and Power will call us before them come out to replace the glass. We appreciate how well we have been taken care of because all we have heard are nightmare stories with windows. It was a great experience and we are so happy with our purchase.

New customer, Had 13 windows done and siding, was very excited. 1st day they removed siding then a extra charge came and I needed a personal loan from my bank to finish. Siding pieces fell off and they rescheduled with me over 5 times to come and fix and one of them claimed to have come and fixed it but never showed up. I got 1 call back other times I had to call to find out they reschedule me. Over 2 months waiting someone. I have buyer’s remorse and stuck with 3 loans, the window, the siding and the personal loan. And still cant get someone out to fix the fallen siding.

HVAC bills came down... house kept temp better, etc. 5 yrs later we need a roof and a Power representative was offering free estimates to our subdivision. We thought wow let's see what they say. The salesmen down to the crew were very informative and super nice so we now have a roof too. They offer the best warranties and I would recommend them to anyone.

We recently had 8 windows installed by Power Home Remodeling, with Pella windows, and the entire experience was very positive from start to finish. Everyone we worked with — from the initial sales conversation with Bradley through installation and cleanup — was polite, professional, and easy to work with. The scheduling and communication were clear and straightforward. Matt did a great job coordinating the schedule and keeping us informed along the way. On installation day, the crew removed the original single-pane windows and installed the new low-E windows efficiently and cleanly. The difference in comfort is immediately noticeable, and we are very happy with the windows that were selected.

Power was great from start to finish on our home project! We had 12 windows replaced in our 200 year old home. They came out the same day for the estimate and John L. was awesome! He helped answer all of our questions and concerns. The team was out in less than a month to install our windows and even came on a Saturday during a snow storm. Overall you can see the backend support around customer satisfaction. We appreciated the checks and balances for quality control. The product is high quality along with the installation. We also like that this project only took 7 - 8 hours to complete. The virtual engagement through the app was helpful. My only criticism would be, just like any sales-based company, they try to upsell, upsell, upsell. Makes me question slightly, is it really quality control or a sales strategy....

Tripp was amazing coming to our home and showing us the windows they offered. My only concern is that I didn't keep the sheet with the final price on the whole project. We decided to do phase one. Horrible service. Purchased new windows in 2014. In 2020, had to have the bay window replaced because there was discoloration in between the panes. Seal was broken? Happened again on the replacement window in the winter of '24/'25. Called in March of '25 to schedule another replacement. They finally come out in September and have the wrong size window. Rescheduled again to December and they did not show up during the scheduled time.

Extremely happy with the entire service. From the moment the representative showed up to the moment the final inspector left and everything in between we had no issues. The install was surprisingly fast and they were clean about everything. The window quality is really good and they have some really cool features. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. We have spent thousands of dollars with them. We purchased their top of the line windows, remodeled our entry way, and had them put in a "high tech thermal blanket" in our attic that was supposed to decrease our electric bill significantly. We are happy with our windows, although I feel like we could have gotten the same quality with a different company for cheaper. The attic blanket made absolutely no difference in our electric bill. When my husband checked the temperature in the attic, it had not changed since the "blanket" was installed.

We were not actively looking for a contractor, but we knew we needed to replace our gutters. We added soffit and fascia after getting a great price from Javier.

Ali came out the next day and braved my attention seeking dogs and small attic to ensure an accurate quote was given. After a brief demo of their work I was convinced not only I needed to work with Power but that they would do the work correctly. They came out within 2 days to install the roof and were very professional and efficient with materials and time.

Do good professional work in a timely manner. Everything before and after is documented with photos for everybody records. They leave the worksite as clean if not cleaner than it was when they arrive.

We had windows installed 12/6 on a winter day and it was a fast and efficient installation and we are very happy with the product. While the inspector was here inspecting, he did let us know we have some moisture in the attic and noticed our gutters back flowing. We ended up purchasing soffits, facia, and new gutters so that the moisture issue is resolved.

A waste of time. First in August 5th 2025 Mason ** came to my house, we were interested in siding our house and 3 car garage. He measured our house and garage and we got an appointment for 8/20/25 to review the price. Our phone number was written wrong, 870 instead of 860, in Connecticut there are only to areas 203 o 860, they didn't realised. First read flag, no paying attention. A few days ago, 12/2/2025 my wife saw Mason in our street and reminded him of not coming to our house as said. He realised of the phone area code error. We got a new appointment. I called 12/5/25 to confirm the appointment and the customer help guy was rude, didn't listen, wrong, and insulting. I canceled the appointment. I took it as a sign of a bad company. The Providence was on my side. You are advised of my experience.
