Overall pleased with the whole job start to finish but disappointed on the sales side. The sales side of things with my salesman Andrew ** was misleading as I was informed all work was done from the outside of the home and not inside. I was disappointed as I’ve just had whole house painted and didn’t want work or mess inside. Katelyn ** who came the next day to remeasure everything was awesome and very informative. She informed us tho that our current blinds we have will no longer work with the new windows, something Andrew never directly said. He kept emphasizing about losing some window sill space but it never occurred to us that, that would affect the spacing at top which causes us to lose space for blinds. Something we should’ve picked up on but didn’t and were never informed. That being said, install guys did a very nice professional job in a respectful manner, no damage to anything inside.

My decision to go with Power Home Remodeling was based upon the comprehensive roof system they employ with GAF materials. Every employee I interacted with was professional and knowledgeable. The scheduling was well managed. The crew was on time and did a good job.

I would recommend Power Home Remodeling to anyone needing to upgrade their roof, windows, or in need of solar panels. The installers were professional on time and cleaned up very well. The entire process—from the first consultation to the final installation—was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Work was done quickly and efficient. Great crew, did the clean up very well and the windows look great, very satisfy with the job. QA manager was great and explain everything which we understood and appreciate the business we have with them.

We just completed our project today (windows) and we are highly satisfied with the service, product, and value! Everything was very smooth through the Project Pulse app. Our representatives were all great, starting with Ty, Josh, Christian and Julian, and Rich were all very nice, polite, and mindful of our house and cleanliness. I would say the only con was the initial presentation was extremely long, but we appreciated Ty. He was very professional, hit all the main points in his presentation, but was also cognizant of the time and being late - so he didn't make it pushy or overly exaggerated which we've had in the past and really disliked. We appreciated Ty very much and he completely sold us on our windows! Everyone else was very friendly and professional. The windows look great and we already feel/hear the difference versus our older windows.

Our neighbor told us our home looks like a brand new home. The experience overall was good. The Power reps were knowledgeable, they explained the technology of windows very well. I’m glad we decided to get the windows. If you’re in the market or thinking about buying windows, I will go with Power.

We had attic insulation - energy sphere reflective barrier - installed in attic. Job well done - noticed immediate temperature reduction in attic - + 3° over outside temperature vs previous sauna. The Salesmen are nice and professional. But before we could even get excited about the project, it was oh the first salesman forgot about this and you really need this done, then, well I know you are paying cash, and we promised you no money down but now we want half down or you can finance with our banking partner for a high interest rate. Alexis came to my house and she was the sales consultant. Needless to say my interaction was very pleasant and engaging as far as information that she was relating to me. My initial thought was I wasn't going to buy anything but as the conversation continued she wasn't trying to force me into buying anything. It was just something that led me to believe she was genuinely here for my best interest.

The sales team was polite and very informative. They made sure we knew about every cost and made recommendation based on informed observations. The work crew was on time, polite, and very efficient. They made sure the job was done correctly and did an excellent job cleaning up the debris. The team kept us updated through the entire project. They also have an inspection afterwards to make sure the work is done correctly and to answer any questions we had. In all they did an excellent job and were very professional.

Great product and installation team. Everyone I met was nice and knowledgeable. Wasn’t too happy with the persistence of the sales rep but otherwise nice guy. Sales rep kept walking out to make phone calls to his boss and after. My first 3 nos it would’ve been nice if he could’ve just wrapped things up faster.

Arrived on time, Took care of everything, This is a great product for windows replacement. A little excessive on the sealant. The bead inside the house are excessive and wavy. Some demolition damage to the Window's opening. Have some touch up paint ready and they will clean it up.

I'm so happy I trusted Power Home Remodeling with my attic Energy Sphere insulation, all of the windows and the front door. Already the street noise is negligible and the furnace isn't running as much as the week before. The install crews were amazing. They were on time for both jobs, very respectful to me and the house and even they cleaned up at the end of the work they left the house a little cleaner than when they started. The estimator, measuring dude and both crews were professional and very patient with all my questions and explained everything each step in the process. With Alexis coming over for her demonstration and just being so sweet to my whole entire family she really went above and beyond to get me approved. The workers when they came were very respectful and professional. They even worked In the rain! They finished all in one day and explained everything in detail. We also had the QC inspector of theirs come the same day as well! Overall great experience. Definitely would recommend them to anyone who needs windows or doors! They removed all my old windows and sliding glass door and replaced my sliding glass with French doors. My favorite part of my project! Thank you so much! We were very impressed with the quality of the window that was shown to Us by the salesperson Vincent. He took his time to show every energy efficient feature including the heat lamp demonstration that sold us. We also love the fact that they were using pella windows which we were familiar with. The project went in without a hitch. The crew was very professional and courteous, finished the job in one day and cleaned up very well after themselves. We're very impressed with the communication scheduling everything was done on time and on schedule. We are now going to have our siding done by power in our super excited to have our home transformed.

We just had multiple older aluminum frame windows replaced and greatly appreciate how nice these new ones function and look. The install date happened within a few weeks from the ordering. The install crew did great work and got the project done in just a few hours. Power stayed in touch throughout entire project and the app was very helpful. Power is a great company. We have referred them to multiple neighbors and they always knock it out of the park. This is our second time using them and both experiences have been good. The windows are very quality.

The salesman did a thorough, long presentation and quoted a price for 17 windows and a patio door that was about what I expected so I didn't haggle. He measured and photographed everything. The next day another young man measured everything again. A few weeks later a crew of four installed everything and cleaned up. They did an absolutely great job. Near the end of the cleanup a "quality control" guy showed up and tried to sell us garage windows, attic insulation, and an entrance door. He finally left in a huff. We are very pleased with the new windows and door. Yesterday was very windy and the house was notably quiet.

Overall our experience has been amazing. From the start, everything was explained very thoroughly and concisely. The representation, project manager, quality assurance were outstanding in their checks and reception of feedback. The entire process has been simple and a smooth process.

We hired Power for our master window replacement after discovering water damage that required a full replacement. We were extremely impressed by the quality, functionality, and design features of the new window. The product was thoroughly explained, and the project management process was seamless from start to finish. After installation, we were pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail, quality control, and overall excellence of the completed work.

The company Power did a good job with walking us through the steps of figuring about all we needed to do. They did a presentation of the different types of windows. They were great with our kids. They were professional. They helped give us comparable services and good price.

We’ve had a great experience with Power replacing all of the windows at the front of our house. We had builder grade windows on the front of our house which get constant sun and they had visibly failed to the point where you couldn’t see out of some of them. Our new sliders are gorgeous and modernized the look and feel of our house. I also got to feel the difference at the hottest part of the day. They aren’t hot and the noise barrier is amazing. The bigger, unobstructed views are bonkers good from the inside. We also had a great experience with every Power employee we engaged with. They were all professional, showed up when they said they would, did what they said they were going to do, and we felt they were all very authentic in their interactions with us. We would (and probably will) happily work with Power again.

Power knocked on my door and was offering free estimates, I had no intentions of doing anything but once the sales rep Amanda came by I had an interest in getting my front entry door replaced, She was able to give me all the information about the door and how it would be replaced. The installation was great and Jared the installer did a wonderful job and cleaned up very well. I will highly recommend them to friends and family!

From the knock on the door to the installation, Power Home Remodeling's service has been excellent. Tim explained the benefits of Pella windows and showed us how our current windows were in desperate need of replacement (which we knew). The installation was set very quickly. It took two weeks from the consultation to having new windows installed. The installation crew was very fast and very professional, taking time to show us how they were installing the windows and answering our questions. We cannot recommend Power Home Remodeling and Pella windows more highly.

PHR installed a radiant heat barrier and blown-in insulation in my attic. Guy explained the benefits clearly and answered all my questions. Charles & his crew did the work and David came by to QC the project. Everyone involved was polite, professional and knew their product. Here in Atlanta, my attic gets SO HOT in the summer that my ceilings get warm and the paint flakes away. No more! I can already tell a difference because I don't have to have the thermostat at 68 anymore to feel comfortable and my electric bill doesn't hate me. This is the second project PHR has done for me. The first one was several years ago (gutters, soffits & fascia capping). A quality job both times, and the lifetime warranty is nothing to sneeze at. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We had windows installed and they did a great job and did it in one day. Then we got an inspector who went in our attic and showed us pictures of water damage because our gutters were too small (we agreed gutters too small). Also told us there was damage from siding. We agreed to a high pressure sales job to replace siding and gutters. Should have gotten more estimates. Then they came to do that work. Took 7 full days and the house is brick on 3 sides!! Destroyed 2 lawn ornaments, one of the new screens, and did not make sure site was nail free and cleaned up.

After a canvas call three phone calls and two consultants I decided that I might hire them. I attempted to call back about 15 minutes after they left my home only to speak to two different people and the person or persons who gave me their business cards did not have a real phone number. Gave me a verbal quote but nothing in writing. Wanted to add something to the order so they could get started. I was on hold listening to music for 8 minutes only to be transferred to someone other than the person I initially asked to speak with. This is a no confidence issue. There were far too many people involved in making the final sale and if you can't get anyone on the phone to initiate I could only imagine what customer service would be like. I don't believe the reviews and I don't believe the two guys there were here who gave me a phone number that only connected me to another sales department!!!
