I came across this company from an ad on Instagram. They called and I accepted an appointment. I had the most delightful experience speaking with their salesperson, Jocelyn. She was knowledgeable about the product and services and spent a lot of time explaining the advantages of the hurricane windows with me. In the end I decided to replace 7 windows. I was impressed by the app that they have which kept me informed of the project process. The company was able to produce the windows in a very impressive amount of time. This is a well run company which I would highly recommend.

Power Home Remodeling replaced 6 windows, patio door and front door on my home. I was very pleased with my experience with their company, starting with Alex who gave me information on the company and a free estimate followed by Ariel and Neil who came out and looked at the windows and shared their knowledge of their windows. Ariel was very detailed about all the windows and how they are made. Very passionate about what she's selling. Brendan as well came out to make sure the measurements were correct. Frank ** and Jennifer did the install. Very professional and detailed. Darius then came out to do the quality assurance on the work done. Was very informative and answered all the questions I had. I recently had Power Home Remodeling install Windows in my home and overall I'm very pleased with the experience. The sales team was knowledgeable and did a good job explaining the options. The installers arrived earlier than expected and work efficiently and cleaned up after themselves.

He took pictures of everything he did and then explained it.

He was also very attentive and explained everything to me. I was delighted with the windows. He showed me how they protect the light, heat, and cold. He convinced me how beautiful the windows are. Today, August 19, 2025, they were installed, and the guys were very friendly and efficient. The entire Power team was very efficient and pleasant. I will continue to contact them.

The Power Home Remodeling window installation was done. Today, August 19th 2025. Was done very well great quality. Great people to work with installation. Went really quick and efficient. Clean up with excellent. They did everything they said they would do. The WINDOW is looking great. I'm very satisfied with what everybody did today. Three step upgrade was preceded by detailed explanations of the various work steps and careful coordination of the schedule. Workmen were professional, pleasant and attentive to care of the property. Thorough clean- up and follow-on by supervisors. There was attention to cost savings and other benefits. A very enjoyable experience.

Definitely looking to make a deal (some call that “pushy”), but this can always be used for your favor. Pre-install - very good. Knowledgeable. Install - amazing! Good, clean work. Jesus knew so much about windows and how to install them it was mind bending. Crew was decent (not bad but didn’t care as much as Jesus did). QA - made sure everything worked. Double checked all complaints we had from install were addressed and fixed. Even took pictures and worked with us to get things fixed that I didn't think were a big deal that he said should be addressed. It’s the little things that go above and beyond that sell you!

David was our initial representative that came out and he was very professional and explained in detail from the product to the financial part of the project. Once we decided on purchasing windows the date was within 2-3 weeks. Each time someone came out they were very professional and polite. The day of install they arrived on time and ready to go. The job was completed in a timely manner and They cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. The last encounter was the inspection and both representatives were very polite asks, explained how to operate the windows all the way to cleaning the windows. Power Home Remodeling (PHR) replaced all the windows in my house. PHR makes initial contact by going door to door. Honestly, I'm not fond of door to door selling. But now I understand that this saves PHR huge amounts in advertising, which means better pricing for me. Next came a formal estimate, which was somewhat time consuming. There is some pressure to agree to the project at this time, as certain discounts are only available that day. But the estimate is good for a year.

The experience with Power started professionally with a human touch. Everything was explained in easy to understand verbiage including pricing. I was impressed with the window quality offered. The installation crew went right to work and the windows were of the proper size and installation was professional. Time will tell if installation weathers Georgia's environment.

Had Power install a front door and a Pella sliding glass wall system. From start to finish, it's all been great. Very knowledgeable, polite and on top of the projects. The best I've ever had. Would use again.

This has been one of the most disappointing — and frankly alarming — customer service experiences I’ve ever had. After spending thousands on what was supposed to be a professional roofing job, I’ve been left with a patched-together mess, subpar craftsmanship, and a complete lack of accountability. Since my last review on July 5, the situation has only gotten worse. A fourth repair attempt on July 7 was the sloppiest yet: the technician arrived unprepared, used the wrong tools, and left behind ripped shingles, damaged gutters, exposed nail heads, and large visible gaps. Instead of fixing the underlying issues, he simply added more patching — making the roof even worse.

We moved in from out of state and, before our stuff even arrived, we had entered a contract to replace our dated windows. From the sales guy (Brian) to the project manager (Seth) to QA manger (Ankit) to the team installing the windows, everyone has been professional, thoughtful, and provided quality customer service along with a great product. Would recommend! (Our stuff arrived just before Power finished installing our window.)

Power is a great company to work with for a roofing replacement. They were very informative about their products and process. We had a very timely installation for our larger roof project. They took the time and care to ensure we understood the project and benefits of working with them.

4 windows install quickly and easily. The whole process took just a few weeks for measuring, window build at factory and a half-day for install. All interactions with the company were easy. Their app is great. I look forward to using Power Home Remodeling again.

Our home improvement journey started with a visit from Tina, she did an amazing job telling us the story of Power and the quality of both the craftsmanship and products (windows) she was selling us. Just had my 20 yr old root replaced by Power Home Remolding and cannot be happier with the overall experience. At Pre-Install, they did a great job inspecting the condition of my existing root even going into the attic to access ventilation. They explained how their system would improve airflow and extend the life-cycle of the new roof. Installation crew showed up on time and worked all day finishing the job in 10 hrs! The customer service throughout the entire process was excellent!!

Miguel checked all windows in and out and talked about the back door being replaced. Everything was 5 Star except for the mix up with install time.

They were on time and swift workers and clean very well after work was done. We will be using their services again and referring Power to others. POWER came to home about two years ago. And they did my windows, and a door all replace. They did a wonderful job doing that work for sure. Now the problem also had my siding done. Love the material we pick out for our home. The biggest problem when my wife pointed out some issues. #1 The trimming around the windows and doors there were the wrong color to start with and for me much of the trimming was crooked.

Overall everything was excellent. Workmanship was above normal and excellent attention to detail. This is my second project with power home remodeling. The guys really care about their work. Fit finish and clean up was excellent!

What an Amazing job Power did to our home. First of all we were visited by a representative by the name of Carli, she was thorough, patient, and very informative. However, just to be certain of all measurements a young man by Kevin came the next day to remeasure and make absolutely certain of the measurements. Awesome management. We had our Attic upgraded to radiant Barrier and all our windows upgraded to Pella, The company also sent a quality assurance person by the name Kyler who was absolutely awesome. From the initial greeting to the install of 18 windows to the siding around the windows everything is top grade. They even asked if I needed to put back my blinds that I took down. I thought I had to hire someone else to do it but they offered so we said yes. They cleaned as they worked. Through our research on replacement windows we had narrowed it down to 2 companies for windows, Pella being one of them. So we liked that Power uses only Pella windows. Power offers a good warranty on labor and product. The sales pitch was a little long. We would have preferred to have had a couple of days to think it over without losing the discounts. The install crew were very kind and respectful. The lead was always happy to answer questions. The crew was diligent and efficient throughout the installation.

I had a positive experience with the company, until after only one year the siding faded significantly -please see photos. I submitted the photos and my concern to the company in November 2024. Power took No action until March 2025. They sent two people, the second person finally took a sample of the siding and promised us they would act and follow through. They sent the defective product to the siding manufacturer. Since then I made additional calls to Power company, but still no progress. They have gone silent. It’s now going on 8 months with no resolution. I am sorry to have to take this step by giving a poor review. Their workmanship was beautiful and they readily received $47,000 from us but now I am left with old looking siding. Very unfortunate. I have lost faith in the company.
