This is the 2nd project that we’ve had Power perform at our home. We’ve been very happy with the windows. We decided to replace the siding and happy how the siding and gutters turned out. Estephan was great to work with and gave some great feedback on the color selection.

Remodeling consultants was very friendly, very informative. Installer crew were very professional in their line of work, very knowledgeable. Overall team work & communication were good. Everyone who came out to my house from telling me about the company to installing the windows were amazing. I didn't feel obligated to purchase the windows or rushed when the presentation was given. Andrea and her trainee were the best. Sergio and his crew did an amazing job installing the windows. Very little time for just 3 people replacing 11 windows (5 1/2 hours to be exact). Clean up was amazing as well. And even Jeff was amazing. He made sure every single window worked properly and even found and put in a work order immediately for one window the did not work to his standards of excellence. Amazing company overall. Will definitely recommend them to others and have them finish the job on my 2nd floor. Thanks again to everyone.

We've been thinking about new windows for a while since our previous ones had failed. We got a few quotes and Power provided the best value and warranty. Everyone has been so polite and they cleaned up well. We really appreciate how they followed up afterwards to make sure not only that everything was done right but we were satisfied with the work.

Everything about the install was efficient and the guys were courteous and professional. In the past we've had contractors whose workers were rude and did poor work. These guys were great.

We have had an excellent experience with Power Home from the start to finish. We replaced our entire roof (decking and all) and also got solar panels installed. Ever team member we talked to was very professional, highly knowledgeable, and extremely kind. The roof crew and the solar crew both were punctual, and got the job done with no issues. They also cleaned up after themselves quickly. I would definitely recommend Power to anyone looking to make home repairs. Oh and there’s also an app, that shows every step, and keeps all documents and photos in one simple place.

Good quality, expensive, and they hang around too long. Brandon and Casey were friendly and sincere, informative and thorough. I enjoyed dealing with them. Casey took photos to show us the problems. The guarantee is good and Power is the only company I know that makes the wider gutters.

The Power Rep who came to the door was very professional and let us know that they could do windows, doors, water management, and roof insulation. The sales rep was willing to look into all the remodeling needs and came up with a great 3-year project plan. He also worked hard to give us a wonderful price and financing. The Power team was super friendly, knowledgeable, and did excellent work replacing our windows. This was a project we needed done for a while and they knocked it out of the park. We would absolutely use them again.

Now I realized why it was so important to close the deal on your first visit. Power Home Remodeling has numerous complaints on the internet that would turn off customers to purchasing from them. It's a shame since your rep spent over 4 hours here without a sale. He did a great job, but I would NEVER purchase without doing my homework. Sorry for the waste of a day for him and me.

Everyone from Power we worked with were amazing. Very professional, timely, and knowledgeable. Joe did a great job explaining the different products and how they affect the overall health of the building. The crews were all on time and extremely efficient. Jeff came through at the end for a final inspection to ensure all of the work was completed correctly. Jeff also spent the time to explain in detail the completed work to us and answer questions about warranties. High quality work and a very knowledge team overall.

We recently had our windows installed from this company and the crew that was assigned for the project was quick and answered our questions with no hesitation. They listened to some of the concerns we had and helped demonstrate how to open and lock the windows. The crew leader was nice enough to answer our questions and honest enough when he didn't know the answer.

I just had a roof installed today (2026-01-16). The roof looks wonderful; it was all in one day. They did everything they said they would. This is the third project I have done with them. I already had windows, siding, trim and gutters done last year. Thank you, Power Home!

Power Home Remodeling had a representative in our neighborhood offering free estimates for roofing. Knowing we needed a roof replacement, we agreed. The following day, a gentleman arrived at the scheduled time and provided a detailed description of their product, installation process, guarantee and pricing. Installation began 3 days later. We are extremely happy with our choice of Power HRG as our roofer and will return for window replacement at a later time.

Had a wonderful experience with Power for installing my windows. The service technician were on time, were respectful, courteous, and prompt with their service. I did appreciate the quality inspection after the install was performed as a second pair of eyes to confirm there would be no issues.

I end up getting a free estimate on windows and we decided to move forward on for this company over communicates a lot, but that is not a negative. Just be prepared for calls. We had windows installed in our home in 2018. In 2023, we had to have 2 windows replaced with bad seals which were finally installed about 6 months later and the installer said they had a lot of these windows defective. No problem, there is a lifetime warranty. Well, now I have another window with a bad seal and they've told me they don't carry those windows anymore and it would cost me a certain amount per sash to have it replaced. Wait, what about that warranty??? And what about all my other windows down the road??? I have gotten no satisfaction from this company. I'm still with this bad window that is getting worse.

Isaac went above and beyond in listening to what we wanted to have done and answered all the questions that we had at the time. When Austin came to do the pre-install of the windows. He was very thorough in taking the measurements of the windows, and he also answered the questions that we had. On the date of the install, Chad and his crew did an outstanding job. The took great care, making sure that the areas they worked in were covered with drop cloths.

This company has been very professional and considerate to our needs from initial estimates to final installation. We had 4 estimates and when considering quality, warranty, and cost, Power was by far better than the others. During the initial meeting we were shown how the product (Pella) would help our home environment. The salesman made sure to get all the proper measurements. In fact measurements is one of the items I was surprised at, as they measured our windows at least four different time before installing the product.

Our experience with Power Home Remodeling was exceptional starting with Erik who introduced himself at our door to Austin who educated us on our current windows and demonstrated the features of Pella. Anthony followed up to measure and saved us $$$ on one of our windows that we didn’t need tempered glass. Junior’s crew came on time for the install and he and his crew were professional and careful with our furnishings. They cleaned our windows and vacuumed our floors before they left. Billy, the Assurance representative, arrived the next day to test the windows and found a hairline crack on the outside of one of the windows. He wrote up and took photos and Power will call us before them come out to replace the glass. We appreciate how well we have been taken care of because all we have heard are nightmare stories with windows. It was a great experience and we are so happy with our purchase.

New customer, Had 13 windows done and siding, was very excited. 1st day they removed siding then a extra charge came and I needed a personal loan from my bank to finish. Siding pieces fell off and they rescheduled with me over 5 times to come and fix and one of them claimed to have come and fixed it but never showed up. I got 1 call back other times I had to call to find out they reschedule me. Over 2 months waiting someone. I have buyer’s remorse and stuck with 3 loans, the window, the siding and the personal loan. And still cant get someone out to fix the fallen siding.

In 2020 we used this company to do Siding... Windows... Gutters.. Garage Doors. What a fantastic job. HVAC bills came down... house kept temp better, etc. 5 yrs later we need a roof and a Power representative was offering free estimates to our subdivision. We thought wow let's see what they say. The salesmen down to the crew were very informative and super nice so we now have a roof too. They offer the best warranties and I would recommend them to anyone.

We recently had 8 windows installed by Power Home Remodeling, with Pella windows, and the entire experience was very positive from start to finish. Everyone we worked with — from the initial sales conversation with Bradley through installation and cleanup — was polite, professional, and easy to work with. The scheduling and communication were clear and straightforward. Matt did a great job coordinating the schedule and keeping us informed along the way. On installation day, the crew removed the original single-pane windows and installed the new low-E windows efficiently and cleanly. The difference in comfort is immediately noticeable, and we are very happy with the windows that were selected.

At the end of the job, Power had their QA manager come out and look at the work and confirm that all of the work was done correctly and to our expectations. The windows themselves are amazing and are already an upgrade I wish I would have done 5 years ago when we moved in. Power was great from start to finish on our home project! We had 12 windows replaced in our 200 year old home. They came out the same day for the estimate and John L. was awesome! He helped answer all of our questions and concerns. The team was out in less than a month to install our windows and even came on a Saturday during a snow storm. The team was fast and efficient and left the house and yard free from the construction garbage. The Power reps then came out 3 days later to make sure everything was working properly and we were happy with the installation! Horrible service. Purchased new windows in 2014. In 2020, had to have the bay window replaced because there was discoloration in between the panes. Seal was broken? Happened again on the replacement window in the winter of '24/'25. Called in March of '25 to schedule another replacement. They finally come out in September and have the wrong size window. Rescheduled again to December and they did not show up during the scheduled time.
