We have done two projects with Power and both have been incredibly professional and high quality.

Every step of the Power Remodeling has been seamless. From the first knock at the door trust was established and after a bit of research, I knew that they had a solid reputation and produce great work. Everyone has been professional, respectful, and installation and final product are wonderful.

We like the company. The work is really good and we had this company come out 3 times by now.

I had Power at my house and Teresa came to my house. She was very professional and personable. She does very well with customers and did a fantastic job explaining what needs to take place.

It was pretty good. The work completed was quick and high quality but this business model can be exhausting. Even at the close out, there is an effort to up-sell you on something else. Project Rating: 5/5. Customer experience: 3/5. My rating for the experience is only 4 because the project was completed by subcontractors but they hire the contractors. They hang over your to take a picture of your device picking the stars for the review too, btw. I picked 5 at first because the dude was right there.

All of the personnel we dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The installers arrived on time and worked efficiently. Jo, our salesperson was so great. Thanks for a great experience.

Everything about our experience with Power was phenomenal. We had them redo 26 of our windows and they did an excellent job. From our initial consultation through the final day, each individual — Santino, Sergio, and Rassa — all were super informative, exceedingly friendly, and made us feel as comfortable as we could have been making the investment in our new windows. Our initial consultation was a little long, given that we have two young kids, with a lot of information that perhaps could have been condensed, but we understood why the information was bulky, given the complexity of the project. Highly recommend.

Ok. First off, let me say that I DID NOT go with this company to do my remodeling. They send out these young reps door to door to try to get a sales person IN the door, and then a rep will call you NONSTOP to try to get you ON THE PHONE for an in-home-consultation with a sales person. They also ask "is there a MR/MRS, and will they be home with you as well?" to make sure that whoever makes the financial decisions will be home with you. Want to be a better company? LEAVE A VOICE MESSAGE or TEXT ME. Second, their pricing is OUTRAGEOUS. I got three other quotes that estimated $15K CHEAPER than this company.

We recently had them install a new roof on our house, the salesman was very nice and knowledgeable. He gave us a price and we went with it. A quality inspector showed up shortly after. He was really just another salesperson. He quoted us on additional wok which we refused. Before leaving he dropped the price of the work by thirty percent. We never questioned the pricing on the roofing. We have checked with neighbors who had their roof done before and after ours and found the same work and warranty for $10,000 less. BEWARE!!!

The Power Home team was great to work with. They were professional, communicative, and honest with what needed done at the house. Any questions were answered quickly and thoroughly.

Everyone was punctual and from someone rung the door bell they were sweet to the sales rep Issac was very polite, respectful, friendly and not pushy. Great company all in all

Power door and gutters were done by Power Home Remodeling. I rate their services 10 out of 10. From the beginning to the end. I had 2 remodeling consultants at different times come to my home. They both were professional and worked with me until I was comfortable with my decision to use their company. The guys who installed the gutters and door did an excellent job. Another thing I liked about this company is, a Quality Assurance Manager did a follow-up after the job was completed to see if all was well with me regarding all aspects of the project. Yes, I will recommend this company for your remodeling project. You won't be disappointed.

I have worked with Power Home Remodeling for a few years. Their services are excellent, prices are reasonable for the quality of work, which is exceptional. Personel is friendly and knowledgeable, they make everything easy to understand. There is no pressure to buy anything. Best of all their work is guaranteed for lifetime. WARNING!!!!!! Stay away unless you want some frustration in your life!!! Apparently their service area does not know the difference between left and right, or there is a severe case of dyslexia going around within that organization. One of my patio window just decided to pop and crack on its own. The window consists of three glass panels, and the one inside just popped and crack for no reason. This occurred just three weeks after installation Oct 31, 2025. It is now April 2026, and my window is still not fixed. Each time they come (3 times now) to replace the door, they bring the incorrect panel.

We used this company for 8 of our windows and couldn’t be happier. They were great from start to finish. We will definitely use them when we are ready to get the rest done.

It was nice to have one contractor and one loan for the gutters and the solar installation together. The installation crews were prompt, courteous, efficient, and professional and the gutters and panels look great. The gutter crew spotted and corrected a problem with the color that I would have missed and that I was especially thankful of their attention.

Everyone was very friendly and they all have excellent customer service! Any questions we had were thoroughly answered and we were in the know of what was the work to be done, timeline and all. Upon the installation, the crew was very friendly as well and they worked pretty quick and it did not sacrifice the quality, which is very appreciated. They were also very clean, and they picked up all trash left from the work.

This company calls me several times a day for a week or so. Never leave a message. Then they skip a week and then the calls start again all day long. Been going on for a month. Never had any business with them & never will. They just keep blowing up my phone with no message.

This is our second time using Power HRG. Roof installation, and insulation of attic area. The reps who do the door to door are professional and knowledgeable. The sales rep who does the actual presentation was very nice, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything and the process to us.

All of the people I encountered for this company were very polite, on time, and knowledgeable (project manager, installers, quality check person). They did a great job installing my windows and answering all of my questions. My windows were installed on a Saturday afternoon and completed by that evening. No debris was left in my house or on my property. This company uses Pella windows.

Michael did a great job on the pre install inspection and helped us save some money on correcting a few things from initial estimate. He also saved us money by not needing to use all the estimated plyboard, which is nice to see an honest installer.

I purchased some windows from this company and I've had to replace 2. Now there's a 3rd one with the same issue as the other 2 that were replaced. So I make a call and tell Power that the seal in a different window has also broken. To only be told that I now have to pay $180.00 to have the window replaced. How can this be a lifetime warranty if I now have to pay for a faulty window. Very disappointed. Will NOT use this company for any other home project. It's funny the 6 windows I got free from CEDA I haven't had no issues with, but the ones I got from Power have been nothing, but a nightmare. I paid a lot of money for a very poor product!!

They dropped off the supplies the evening prior to my roof install and showed up around 8Am to start the work. The crew finished around 5pm on a 1650 sq ft roof. The job looks to be done well with the exception of some very minor damage to on board on my fence and one board over one of my windows. The crew cleaned up and hauled away the debry. They were pleasant to deal. I understood the need to educate their clients, however the attemp to up sale and also be able to show a lower price to try and seal the deal was rather off putting.

Power stopped me at HEB and got me to get a window estimate with no interest in replacing windows but once the man man came out to give us an estimate and presentation the additional window security features were what sold us. While the sales person was here we knew we wanted to replace our back door for security purposes as well and they checked that box as well. The whole process was smooth and not pushy as all. I will give them more stars than just 5. Very efficient, very friendly, organize and definitely will use them again for my siding.
