Overall great experience with Power from the beginning of the project till the end. Salesperson was thorough in providing useful recommendations to determine the project size, quality of material used, install timeline. Install was done within half a day as expected. Great company to work with. Highly recommended.

This was by far the best experience I have had with home repair. Everyone was knowledgeable about their job and the job of the next group coming in to complete their part of the project. I had Melissa's crew on installation day. Her team was on time, respectful, and very efficient. The job was completed in 3 hours and the quality of work was phenomenal. The quality assurance team member, Rob was thorough in inspecting the work done and spotted a small part which he replaced on the spot to ensure everything was operating at an optimal level. I will be using the company again for future home repairs.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. RUN to Andersen. Save yourselves. The process to get the windows installed was fantastic. Took my money no problem. I hope you never need service! I called and was given a 4.5 month lead time!!!! For a tech!!! Day comes and 30 minutes before window starts I get a text it’s canceled and pushed out another 60 days. Called and was on hold for 2 hours total throughout the day. Customer service can only email corporate, and no one takes you seriously or cares. Please do not get windows here. There are various companies with reputable service models. Don’t be fooled. Run and quickly in the other direction. I encourage you if you have an existing appointment for install, to cancel.

Power has the greatest customer service. Haven came to the house to inspect the doors and windows. She has a very good sense of her job, very knowledgeable. The crew came day of installation right on time and have done a fantastic job! Jason came day of install to explain warranty and other things and answered all questions that we had. Great experience with Power.

The crew that came out for the removal and installation were here ahead of schedule and are so knowledgeable and professional! We recently had all of our home windows replaced by Power Home Remodeling, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Every aspect of the project was completely stress-free and handled with the highest level of professionalism. From the initial consultation to the final installation, every team member we interacted with was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt confident throughout the entire process.

Had two sliding glass doors installed. I was extremely impressed with the attention to detail with the install crew and the doors were superior to what I had. Completely professional and left my house spotless after the install. I would def recommend this company and will use them again should the need arise.

We have had Power do our siding, roof, and some of the windows. We love working with them! Power always sends people to explain the work to us and help us understand the pricing so it feels like we are making an informed decision.

Scott was great. Very professional and respectful. Got siding and gutters done with Power. Installers were on time and worked hard. Only negative about the crew was cleanup could have been a bit better. Overall very happy and would definitely recommend.

The Power team, including Julianna, was very specific about the roofing system they would install and the costs involved. The installers finished the job in the promised time inspite of the weather. There was constant communication about the project's progress. One of the inspectors came to the house after the roofing was finished to check everything. That was a good idea.

Install was quick and efficient. Post-install inspection cleared things up. The windows performed as advertised and were able to keep my house cool at 71 despite the outside being in the high 80s. Would use them again for further installs.

I just got my roof done and I have to say exceptional work done. The workers actually arrived before the time of installation which I enjoyed. They worked, got it done, cleaned up behind themselves, they were enthusiastic to get the job done. I definitely recommend and will be doing future projects with them.

Power Home Remodeling is contracted to do all of my windows and side door. Everything has been great so far. They kept our floors protected and have been very clean with everything. I would highly recommend.

The crew members are hard working and competent. The miracles they have performed are impressive and my old house (pre WWII) is much better to live in. My window curtains do not move from drafts anymore. The crew fixed or replaced windows and they are air tight. My roof is waterproof and with the new siding looks so much better than the old stuff. The old siding let moisture rot the wooden window frames. Now the rot is removed and new frames are properly installed so no more carpenter ants crawling on the kitchen counters. The prices are reasonable and the crew are knowledgeable.

Very fast and professional door installation on a difficult project since our house is 150 years old. The door looks great! We are considering getting new windows and will look at having Power Home Remodeling do that job as well.

The sales rep came in and spent well over his time thoroughly explaining how their windows work. The workers came in almost a few weeks later, and busted out the installation in about 6 hours and they are already making a huge difference and it even looks better! The price tag was definitely a even more selling point. The child proof locks on our windows is an additional selling factor with little kids. Definitely recommend.

This was an amazing experience...as well as pain free as I can say the sales representatives was well versed in the product. The install team was amazing. They came in set up their area and went to work. Explained what they were doing. The windows are great quality and day one noticed an extreme difference in my furnace turning on and off.

From start to finish these guys have been great. I don’t normally answer for the door knockers but I did on the day Tristan came by. He was wonderful and we set up the quote for later that night. Zach N. came out for the quote and was professional, patient, informative and very respectful. We ended up going forward with the project with high hopes in place. Cy and Sean came out to do the pre-install measurement confirmation and they were professional and efficient as well. Install happened a little over two weeks later and was smooth considering Michigan weather. The crew was on time, polite and efficient. I am so happy with the whole process and how smooth it went and how awesome everyone was during the different stages. Thank you!!

Very informative, great finished work, happy with outcome… super detailed in offering recommendations and future foreseeing of things to look out for in future for improvements.. This company is “Top Of The Line Business"! We had 3 of our windows done in 2021. Then we had 5 more windows done in 2025. Then, siding, gutters & soffits also done in 2025. Roof was also replaced in 2025. We had a major problem with termites damage to our 1 outside wall when they removed the old siding & They helped by literally repairing the wall & put up new studs & sister beams to make the wall strong before the siding went up. Also, In this situation I contacted Terminix before this was done to stop anymore damage. The crew we had knew their jobs, They were very professional/knowledgeable/experienced/friendly. The manager of the crew was very kind/respectful/friendly. He also checked on his crew for updates & keep good communication. We would recommend them & in the future we will use them for future projects. Pricing is great!

Just had windows and new front door bought and installed by Power Home Remodeling. The windows are Pella Windows and look great! The installation went very well and all my questions were answered. Everything was cleaned up and looked good. The crew was awesome and took care of everything. The pricing was very competitive, the warranty was great and financing was easy. I was initially approached by a door-to-door salesman by the name of David. He was friendly, courteous and to be totally honest and offered me a free quote. I had told him that I knew our windows and doors were ancient and definitely needing to be replaced, so it had been on my mind already, and if the quote was free then what the hell, why not.

I found Power Home and Remodeling at a local rodeo as a booth and I'm glad I did. From start to end, the company did an excellent job with their customer service, timeliness, quality of the gutters, etc. Carly came for the initial estimate and did a great job walking us through the whole process of what would happen while explaining the company as well as the financing options, product options, etc for a gutter installation. We had a few estimates from companies before her that were cheaper but the quality and product didn't seem to compare. We hired them that day. They helped us through the HOA process and gave us an installation date right after it was approved.

We got all of our windows replaced in our home. Every person was kind and professional. We had a couple of minor issues once everything was installed and they were happy to get those things cleaned up and resolved. Very happy overall with our new windows and the installation process!

Power came out and explained everything in great detail. They will urge you to make a decision on the spot, but we used them for a roofing project and definitely the crew was amazing, they use great materials and are very thorough and offer a great warranty. They follow up when the job is done and make any modifications necessary. Very fast and efficient installation and very good work. The price is at the higher end but the service and product are worth it. Would definitely recommend for a roofing project.

I have had 2 projects completed by this company and have been very pleased with their professionalism and customer service. They do a very thorough job explaining the process during the set up and cleaning up after the work done has been as equally thorough.

They lie lie lie. They promise you the world and deny it. Don't look at reviews on their website, look other places to get true story. There's a class action lawsuit against them and many other complaints with the BBB. Don't sign off on job until it's completed because they will never come back and finish. Installers don't speak English so you can't communicate with then. 60k in work and truly wish I did not do business with them. Erik and Mike from Connecticut office, pressure, lie, and manipulate and bully you into signing a contract. No call no shows, shows up on days not scheduled. Several windows were installed with weights broken or make weird noises when opened or closed, screens are so cheaply made, paper thin. We were promised upgrades but after job was done Eric said we didn't need them. WOW, can't wait for the next class action lawsuit. We will be on it.

Edgar's crew was very professional. They respected our choice and home. They completed the window project in five hours. They would have finished if the rain wasn't pouring. I give them 5 star. Crew was very clean.

I had six windows installed with Power. Everyone was on time, friendly, and professional. Coordination and scheduling was convenient and flexible. Installation experience was fast and seamless, the contractors were very respectful and did a great job. The Pella windows are top quality and look great.

I am filing this complaint regarding ongoing issues with Power Home Remodeling related to scheduling, communication, workmanship, and repeated failures to honor warranty service appointments. From the beginning, the experience has been extremely disappointing. The installation date for our project was pushed back multiple times over the course of more than a month. Communication from the company was minimal and often last-minute. On several occasions, I was only notified the same day that the crew would not be coming due to issues such as unsafe working conditions or truck problems. The installation was rescheduled at least three times, and each time I had to rearrange my schedule and take time off work to ensure someone was home. This repeated disruption, combined with poor communication, was highly frustrating and unprofessional.

Start to finish a great job. Professionally installed my windows. Left everything clean. Bojan the sales rep was fabulous and Pawel, our installer, did an awesome install. I would highly recommend them.

The windows they use leak their gas very fast. When you call to get new windows based on their LIFETIME WARRANTY claim, they say you have to pay $180 per window because their warranty is just for labor, that they switch manufacturer and your windows are no longer covered.

Kit, Katie, and the installation team were wonderful - super attentive, informative, and respectful. We're so happy with our beautiful new doors! We would strongly recommend using PHR for any window and door replacement project.

In February 2026 we had Power Home Remodeling 6923 Leevista Blvd Orlando, FL 32822, install new windows in our Merritt Island Home. On the day of installation, my wife inquired about also replacing an outside door in our garage. The sales representative quoted around $7000, to which I said absolutely not. The salesman stopped talking to me but continued to discuss their plans with my wife. I thought I made it clear that $7000 was way too high and I could not consider additional work until after filing my income tax. It may have been my misconception that they would explore a less expensive solution.

We are extremely disappointed with our experience. After having a bay window installed by this company, we began experiencing significant water leakage through the window. What should have been a beautiful home improvement has instead caused immense damage to our property, along with ongoing stress and additional damage. Since discovering the issue, we have repeatedly reached out to the company seeking assistance and accountability. Unfortunately, the customer service has been incredibly poor. Our calls and messages have gone unanswered or have been met with little urgency or concern. There has been a clear lack of care and responsibility toward resolving a serious problem caused by their installation.

I had never heard of this company, but received a visit by their door-to-door salesman just after an appointment I set with another company to get new windows. The entire process was very smooth and informative and what made me decide to choose this company that the top windows actually fold inward to make cleaning them easier. I ended up receiving new doors as well and the doors are filled with steel ball bearings to make them safer and have additional soundproofing. Throughout the process, I was consistently checked on by employees to make sure that everything was going up to my satisfaction. For seven windows and two doors I spent about $20,000 financed over 110 months.
