Power Home Remodeling did a terrific job from the start to finish. From the young lady who was very courteous of my time but still gave a solid base of information. Then the two sales people that came out and took their time and explained (and showed samples) of the process and the products going to be used. To Austin that did the final measurements and the office in setting up the appointment times well ahead so I could schedule around my time. The window, siding and gutter crews were awesome. And finally Billy who did a detail of the work done and asked of any concerns etc. Good stuff, good lifetime warranties covering parts and labor. Thanks!

Horrible service. Purchased new windows in 2014. In 2020, had to have the bay window replaced because there was discoloration in between the panes. Seal was broken? Happened again on the replacement window in the winter of '24/'25. Called in March of '25 to schedule another replacement. They finally come out in September and have the wrong size window. Rescheduled again to December and they did not show up during the scheduled time.

Extremely happy with the entire service. From the moment the representative showed up to the moment the final inspector left and everything in between we had no issues. The install was surprisingly fast and they were clean about everything. The window quality is really good and they have some really cool features. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to refresh the look of their home.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. We have spent thousands of dollars with them. We purchased their top of the line windows, remodeled our entry way, and had them put in a "high tech thermal blanket" in our attic that was supposed to decrease our electric bill significantly. We are happy with our windows, although I feel like we could have gotten the same quality with a different company for cheaper. The attic blanket made absolutely no difference in our electric bill. When my husband checked the temperature in the attic, it had not changed since the "blanket" was installed.

From the first contact (a knock on the door), everyone has been a pleasure to deal with. The scheduler, who initially knocked and made the sales appointment, Javier the sales person, both crews, and your QA person, Matt-- all great to work with! I spent the most time speaking with Javier and Matt. Javier didn't come off as a sales person-- more like an old friend who was showing us some options. We were not actively looking for a contractor, but we knew we needed to replace our gutters. We added soffit and fascia after getting a great price from Javier.

Power Home Remodeling was in the neighborhood giving quotes for roofing and I was able to schedule a free quote for the following day due to my same day schedule. Ali came out the next day and braved my attention seeking dogs and small attic to ensure an accurate quote was given. After a brief demo of their work I was convinced not only I needed to work with Power but that they would do the work correctly. They came out within 2 days to install the roof and were very professional and efficient with materials and time.

Do good professional work in a timely manner. Everything before and after is documented with photos for everybody records. They leave the worksite as clean if not cleaner than it was when they arrive.

We had windows installed 12/6 on a winter day and it was a fast and efficient installation and we are very happy with the product. While the inspector was here inspecting, he did let us know we have some moisture in the attic and noticed our gutters back flowing. We ended up purchasing soffits, facia, and new gutters so that the moisture issue is resolved.

A waste of time. First in August 5th 2025 Mason ** came to my house, we were interested in siding our house and 3 car garage. He measured our house and garage and we got an appointment for 8/20/25 to review the price. Our phone number was written wrong, 870 instead of 860, in Connecticut there are only to areas 203 o 860, they didn't realised. First read flag, no paying attention. A few days ago, 12/2/2025 my wife saw Mason in our street and reminded him of not coming to our house as said. He realised of the phone area code error. We got a new appointment. I called 12/5/25 to confirm the appointment and the customer help guy was rude, didn't listen, wrong, and insulting. I canceled the appointment. I took it as a sign of a bad company. The Providence was on my side. You are advised of my experience.

Power Home Remodeling is a life saver for the fact that I have been needing my attic taken care of for sometime. Koby “The sales Rep.” was very helpful in diagnosing and explaining questions that I had about air flow and insulation. I wanted more insulation but he convinced me that this was not the issue and I already had enough for the attic. It was simple Convection that was the problem. So he saved me from purchasing something I didn’t need and had props to show me the correct way to address the issue of my overheating attic. This product performs amazing and actually makes my attic look better. The inspector Kareem is also very knowledgeable and explained the transferable warranty for me. The whole crew is very professional and I would recommend them to anyone needing help with a home issue like me or just wanting to remodel.

Five other roofing companies came around, but Power Home was the first to do a estimate right away showing me pictures from my attic where the leaks were. The company set a date with me within a weeks time, came timely to teardown my roof and reinstall a new one. Everyone that I talked with was professional, polite, and kind.

Initially this process was professional and educational but later through the approval process with HOA, it turned into a pressure type process. The project manager came and conducted his measurements and didn’t specifically mention any pertinent products similarity issues with existing windows and doors. It was only until installation that I realized the grids was not up to par and existing alarm system wiring was not going to be installed plus kitchen and basement doors blinds will not be installed because of warranty issues. In summary if these issues were disclosed, it would have been a deal breaker for me.

This is my 3rd install with Power and I love their work and I would use them again. They also done my back door that I love. Everyone should choose power! They also have a lifetime warranty on their products and do the install in one day.

Fast and efficient the whole crew came out they explained to my wife exactly what they were gonna do when my wife when my wife asked for a special when did to be done first they said of course, and they let her select any other window they wanted to do. She wanted to do immediately and they did that first, They kept the place clean when they came in. They took off their shoes and they put on the special boot covers on their feet. They put drop cloths down around every window to keep my house, clean the windows and the areas around the windows afterwards were perfect. All the crew was very nice and friendly. Install of windows was excellent. Windows look great have no complaints there. My big complaint is I got double sash Windows not knowing when you operate the lower sash the top sash will often slide down making it impossible to lock when you close the bottom sash unless you push the top sash up also. When our windows open and closing the window often involves having to maneuver, the top sash close. When you have blinds on the window, it makes it extremely difficult task and so much of a pain when all you’re trying to do is open and close the window.

Adrian **, the Power consultant was very informative about the product. He worked with me and explained every detail about the roof, and the different things going on in the attic. The roofers were very respectful and worked very fast to get the job done. It also has a great warranty that will transfer to the next owner.

Power is replacing our windows and there have been some rocky moments but overall they are working hard to ensure this job is done correctly. Scheduling has been less than ideal, but the install so far has made up for it with great professionalism.
