It was nice to have one contractor and one loan for the gutters and the solar installation together. The installation crews were prompt, courteous, efficient, and professional and the gutters and panels look great. The gutter crew spotted and corrected a problem with the color that I would have missed and that I was especially thankful of their attention.

Everyone was very friendly and they all have excellent customer service! Any questions we had were thoroughly answered and we were in the know of what was the work to be done, timeline and all. Upon the installation, the crew was very friendly as well and they worked pretty quick and it did not sacrifice the quality, which is very appreciated. They were also very clean, and they picked up all trash left from the work.

This company calls me several times a day for a week or so. Never leave a message. Then they skip a week and then the calls start again all day long. Been going on for a month. Never had any business with them & never will. They just keep blowing up my phone with no message.

From the beginning of the process from the pre-sales individual to the salesman to the install team. It was a painless process. Roof inspection was complied with with zero defects. I’m glad that I chose Power Home Remodeling to do my roof. I would recommend this company to friends and family for sure.

This is our second time using Power HRG. Roof installation, and insulation of attic area. The reps who do the door to door are professional and knowledgeable. The sales rep who does the actual presentation was very nice, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything and the process to us.

All of the people I encountered for this company were very polite, on time, and knowledgeable (project manager, installers, quality check person). They did a great job installing my windows and answering all of my questions. My windows were installed on a Saturday afternoon and completed by that evening. No debris was left in my house or on my property. This company uses Pella windows.

Michael did a great job on the pre install inspection and helped us save some money on correcting a few things from initial estimate. He also saved us money by not needing to use all the estimated plyboard, which is nice to see an honest installer.

I purchased some windows from this company and I've had to replace 2. Now there's a 3rd one with the same issue as the other 2 that were replaced. So I make a call and tell Power that the seal in a different window has also broken. To only be told that I now have to pay $180.00 to have the window replaced. How can this be a lifetime warranty if I now have to pay for a faulty window. Very disappointed. Will NOT use this company for any other home project. It's funny the 6 windows I got free from CEDA I haven't had no issues with, but the ones I got from Power have been nothing, but a nightmare. I paid a lot of money for a very poor product!!

They dropped off the supplies the evening prior to my roof install and showed up around 8Am to start the work. The crew finished around 5pm on a 1650 sq ft roof. The job looks to be done well with the exception of some very minor damage to on board on my fence and one board over one of my windows. The crew cleaned up and hauled away the debry. They were pleasant to deal. I understood the need to educate their clients, however the attemp to up sale and also be able to show a lower price to try and seal the deal was rather off putting.

We needed a new roof, trim, and gutters, and Power Home was fantastic. From start to finish it was a professional experience. What could have been very stressful was instead really well organized and clear. They spent hours examining the house and talking about/showing us what they had to offer without high pressuring us into buying everything. As a new homebuyer, I was unaware of the condition of the windows in my home. Lucky for me that there was a knock on my door and a scheduler from Power Home Remodeling set me up with an appointment the following day. Sean ** showed up and spent a considerable amount of time inspecting the condition of my windows and front door. He pointed out that some of my windows could not even lock because the middle beam was bent from years of expansion and contraction.! He spent the next hour or so walking me through the technology that Power Home Remodeling and the company in Ohio where they are well made and custom fit. Sean also pointed out where water was seaping into my brick home, due to the standard caulking that most other companies use to seal new windows.

Got complete siding and gutters. Workmanship was excellent as was the products used. House looks new built.
