High-pressure salesmen walking around telling lies, high loan prices, poor quality windows. At least they stand by their warranty and have replaced 20 of 32 panes now, more need replacing this year. They grow moldy between the panes of glass, real lame production. I am looking to their number more to schedule an inspection, the windows will come in 6 to 9 months' time.

We ordered new sliding patio doors. Found the procedure of preinstallation very comforting, then very smooth and pleasant installation, add to the excellent quality of the products. Will gladly recommend to friends.

Stephen did an amazing job with demonstrating how great the windows are! I was impressed with the heat lamp portion on how well these windows do on blocking the heat which is an issue in our home. They are beautiful windows, and the install was fast and easy thanks to the great crew that was sent out. And before they left, Jared came by and noticed that one of the locking mechanism screws may have been stripped, so even though install wasn't complete, a work order was put in the same day for a replacement. Everyone that has come by for this project has been kind and professional, from the field marketing team, to the consultation representative, pre-install manager, crew, and the quality assurance manager. They were all fantastic.

Choosing a company to replace all of your home’s windows is a daunting task. I put this chore off for too many years. I was approached by Power Windows and agreed to a presentation. I really wasn’t planning to purchase at this time, but we were so impressed by the salesperson’s presentation and the fact that they used Pella windows, we asked for a quote. We were pleasantly surprised at the cost, and we decided to replace our windows on the spot. That was just the beginning of a great experience. The installation crew and everyone else involved was top-notch. Polite, on time, let us know what time they were arriving, took off their shoes before entering the home, and cleaned up after the installation. The installation took only one day! Amazing. They even followed up with us to make sure that we were completely satisfied - we were! I would highly recommend Power Windows for any window replacement. You can’t go wrong with Power!

Power Home Remodeling is a company dedicated to excellent customer service, high quality products designed for the company by GAF and a 50 year guarantee on the roof. The company is replacing my roof and gutters. I heartily recommend them to anyone who wants to have a roof that will last!

Just got the windows delivered and installed. The change in temperature inside was noticeable as each room was buttoned up. These windows are quality and the house looks great. Feels like this may also help with curb appeal.

I was very impressed with how they came in and set up before starting. They put tarps down inside and out of every window they were working on. Very professional and clean. What they said they were going to do they did.

From the initial drop by from Gigi and meeting with Bojan for the introduction to the details of the products and presentation, and review of all work with Ryan, manager of the project, I have been impressed by the thoroughness, the staff, roofers, etc. I love the app and having all documents and photos and details available. I have never met a company as detailed and exceptional as power. They offer an amazing warranty and very personable to deal with.

Contact information was input incorrectly. My Daughter was the one receiving text and communications. Material delivery was not coordinated with the installers. Solar panels removal was never address as an issue for installation.

Had all of our windows replaced. They look fantastic! Power was great from start to finish. Their salesman gave an informative demonstration of their product with no high pressure sales tactics. Their installation Crew was extremely professional. They installed all 23 windows in one day! We are going to have them replace our gutters and downspouts too.

The whole process for getting my new windows took a little less than a month. Everyone that was involved was very professional and helpful. The installation crew was very efficient. The entire installation took only a few hours for 12 windows.

First, they had a dumpster delivered. The dumpster company drove on my lawn creating a ditch 13" deep. They refused to come out and fill it in. Power said the dumpster company is a separate company and there was nothing they could do. Second, the workers were throwing the old roof shingles off the roof into the dumpster. They cracked part of my siding in the process. The inspector said that this damage was listed as prior damage. I showed him where the prior damage was and explain how this was not the same damage. He refused to do anything about it.

Power was amazing. So easy to do business with them. Great products. Exceptional service, but even better employees. Everyone was amazing. Catie my sales rep felt like family and very satisfied with the end result. Thank you Power for taking care of my house!

Everyone we worked with was friendly and professional. The work is exemplary. The crews cleaned up everything as good as new. All of our questions and concerns were promptly addressed. We got what we asked for, and were not pushed into any decisions.

I was asked to complete the review before the job was even finished. After installing the new door, they “forgot” to install the new frame and simply put the old one back on. They left without asking me to inspect their work. The door itself has uneven spacing with the frame, does not close flush, and springs back out unless pushed in. Light shows through from the inside, so there is no proper seal.

Power installed Pella windows in my house and it was an excellent experience. Everyone was extremely friendly at every step of the process to make it enjoyable. Abby explained the products well to ensure we knew the quality of the windows with the reputation of the company. Patrick was flexible on measuring the windows, and also made it easy to make an adjustment to what we were ordering. Manny and the install crew were on time, very detailed, cleaned up, and also were very friendly with my dog bothering them. Miguel was informative on the quality assurance and provided some entertaining conversation while we were waiting for the install to finish. It was long past time to get my windows done, and I feel great about my investment in my house thanks to Power.

We just bought our new home in Dayton/Kettering area. Power knocked on our door with an offer for a free estimate, and when sales representative Lucas came out, we were sold! The presentation and estimate was very thorough, Lucas made us feel like our concerns and questions were important. He was extremely personable, had a great product presentation, and helped us move forward with financing and scheduling the install itself. Power calls before they knock on your door to confirm times, and they are quick! Our windows came in a week early, and the install team showed up right on time and got to work. They look beautiful and are much easier to open now. Power is reasonably priced and the customer service has been phenomenal. I'll happily use them for another project.

The installers were courteous, clean and professional. My quality control manager Darrius was very very friendly and explained all the features of the windows and how they were installed. The company has been good to work with, and I would recommend them to my friends and family.

We had gutters and siding installed on our house, crew did a nice job on the installation but not so good on cleaning up afterwards. Found nails in the driveway, bits of scrap siding left on the patio that our dog could have ingested and quite a mess left on the brick ledge. Leftover material was sitting in front yard waiting to be picked up for extended period of time.

My husband and I have just had our house siding along with gutters replaced by PowerHRG. So, let's start with the Sales pitch first. They start with their BBB rating, then move on to the materials (without naming the brand or cost per sq. ft.), they will show you different styles and colors. The sales director came to our home, along with a trainee we would assume, and he used the USPS analogy (if we make a return visit the price quote is higher) in his sales pitch to us. We were a little puzzled by the comparison. From there he moved on to the exterior home measurement, and the total cost of the project that includes insulated vinyl siding and labor.

Power Home Modeling, Colin came to my door very professional, and we decoded to great a free estimate.. Then met Ali and Noah. Then after their presentation and inspection of my windows I decided to move forward with 4 windows.

It was evident that she does her homework and makes herself a small expert in her field. This made it very easy to make and agree to project terms and plans. As for each individual crew, they were all kind and professional, each one an expert on their assigned field of work. Kept to their timeliness of done by end of day, and cleaning up after themselves, and again each crew gave further detailed education on each thing done to the house.

This is the second time I have used Power. They’re very courteous. They also are great source to find out different things that need to be done. They also are very concerned with quality control, and customer satisfaction.

Updated on 09/10/2025: I stand by the windows being beautiful and the installation being great, HOWEVER. I sincerely loathe being dragged along. I don’t need the sales pitch by every single employee that enters my home after I’ve already purchased windows. The pushiness is extremely annoying and the repetitiveness after ALREADY stating I don’t want to purchase anything else. The surveyor tried to manipulate me against my husband. Didn’t take no for an answer AND both gentleman that came took an incredible amount of our time while ensuring they only needed “5 more minutes” that turns into an hour or two. We have lives and it puts us in a position to have to practically push you out of our house.

Everything from start to finish was fantastic. The salespeople were very thorough and provided all the information on the window quality. They did a great demo of the window. The inspector was great, very thorough as well. The QA was a great follow up on the whole process. The installers were very professional and courteous. They did a fantastic job with the installation and the finish work was incredible. The entire process was great, I would highly recommend Power Home Remodeling.
