I was only just recently able to afford getting a few windows replaced that desperately needed it. I didn’t want to unless they were going to be great and worth the money, I don’t have a lot. Ben came by and showed me everything. Not only do I get to enjoy the house better with less drafty corners in the winter and being able to open the windows safely (with a guard) in the summer, they're also going to keep the areas around the windows from molding and damaging the home. I’m so relieved that I could finance this improvement and get to enjoy it for a while before it pays for itself when I sell the house. So, so grateful for the way the team treated me and helped me. I thought this was out of reach for me.

Power Home Remodeling is a life saver for the fact that I have been needing my attic taken care of for sometime. Koby “The sales Rep.” was very helpful in diagnosing and explaining questions that I had about air flow and insulation. I wanted more insulation but he convinced me that this was not the issue and I already had enough for the attic. It was simple Convection that was the problem. So he saved me from purchasing something I didn’t need and had props to show me the correct way to address the issue of my overheating attic. This product performs amazing and actually makes my attic look better. The inspector Kareem is also very knowledgeable and explained the transferable warranty for me. The whole crew is very professional and I would recommend them to anyone needing help with a home issue like me or just wanting to remodel.

Five other roofing companies came around, but Power Home was the first to do a estimate right away showing me pictures from my attic where the leaks were. The company set a date with me within a weeks time, came timely to teardown my roof and reinstall a new one. Everyone that I talked with was professional, polite, and kind.

We were very happy with the installation of the gutters. Starting with Evan who came to our door he did a great job. Our sales person Dylan was good at explaining everything. We plan on using them for windows.

It was a pleasure to work with Power, they were all professional and through. Mike did an excellent job explaining the product and the process, making sure we felt comfortable and confident with our decision. They worked to finish our roof in record time and we felt protected with a new roof nearly as soon as we discovered we had an issue. One of the greatest comforts is knowing that did the the job correctly and that it’ll last for years to come. My wife and I just purchased a new home and we needed to replace the windows in our sunroom. A CD-rep knocked on our door and he actually helped my wife carry in our Amazon boxes that were just delivered. He set up a sales appointment. Our sales-rep was very thorough & informative and also took the time to explain Power's other products. We purchased windows for our sunroom and from start to finish we are very pleased with Power and all of the different folks involved in the job, everyone was prompt, professional, and friendly. Initially this process was professional and educational but later through the approval process with HOA, it turned into a pressure type process. The project manager came and conducted his measurements and didn’t specifically mention any pertinent products similarity issues with existing windows and doors. It was only until installation that I realized the grids was not up to par and existing alarm system wiring was not going to be installed plus kitchen and basement doors blinds will not be installed because of warranty issues. In summary if these issues were disclosed, it would have been a deal breaker for me.

This is my 3rd install with Power and I love their work and I would use them again. They also done my back door that I love. Everyone should choose power! They also have a lifetime warranty on their products and do the install in one day.

From the minute we had Nathan spending time with us explaining the window price, the quality and how much we were paying for the job, then the re measure, then the installation day crew, every one excellent..

Fast and efficient the whole crew came out they explained to my wife exactly what they were gonna do when my wife when my wife asked for a special when did to be done first they said of course, and they let her select any other window they wanted to do. She wanted to do immediately and they did that first, They kept the place clean when they came in. They took off their shoes and they put on the special boot covers on their feet. They put drop cloths down around every window to keep my house, clean the windows and the areas around the windows afterwards were perfect. All the crew was very nice and friendly. The sales people were excellent.

The installation crew did an excellent job installing the windows and door and cleaned everything up after the installation was complete. From start to finish my experiences with Power Home Remodeling have been very satisfactory. I had originally done work with power back in 2013 having my roof and garage gutters done. But this time around I was able to have them install all new windows, soffit, facia, and gutters for my home. The process went very smooth. I was impressed by the sales gals that came out to explain their window that was made by Paula. I was very impressed by the heat lamp demonstration, which demonstrated how energy efficient the windows were. And the job was handled by a wonderful crew that cleaned up after themselves and they even had a representative to check the work afterwards to make sure everything went smooth for me. Install of windows was excellent. Windows look great have no complaints there. My big complaint is I got double sash Windows not knowing when you operate the lower sash the top sash will often slide down making it impossible to lock when you close the bottom sash unless you push the top sash up also. When our windows open and closing the window often involves having to maneuver, the top sash close. When you have blinds on the window, it makes it extremely difficult task and so much of a pain when all you’re trying to do is open and close the window.

Adrian **, the Power consultant was very informative about the product. He worked with me and explained every detail about the roof, and the different things going on in the attic. The roofers were very respectful and worked very fast to get the job done. It also has a great warranty that will transfer to the next owner.

Power is replacing our windows and there have been some rocky moments but overall they are working hard to ensure this job is done correctly. Scheduling has been less than ideal, but the install so far has made up for it with great professionalism.

Our home is from the late 70s, we definitely needed windows, we had Power Home Remodeling knock on our door schedule an appointment, did not sign up the first time, had to run the numbers and make sure it made sense, called me second time for a reevaluation, got same pricing, had done my due diligence, only thing I'd say could be better was the you have to decide today sale tactic, other than that great experience overall!

It was stopped immediately. After that the experience was great. Power acknowledged their mistake and gave us discount. Installation was easy. Power Home Remodeling visited our house for a free estimate. We loved the detailed explanation on what goes into their product and how their products go together. We loved all the options, and the warranty is a 50 yr warranty which is a total shock but a really good investment.

From start to finish this entire project played out exactly how a homeowner hopes it will, which is rare. Cesar M. set the tone right away. He didn’t rush through the consultation, he didn’t use pressure tactics, and he didn’t drown us in jargon. Instead he broke down the options, walked us through what would actually benefit our home, and made sure we understood why certain choices mattered. It felt like working with someone who respects both our time and our money.

Super, super, super job completing our projects: new roof, new gutters and drain spouts, and new insulation in our attic. Very professional company. All workers were meticulous and clean about their work. Top notch quality work in all areas. The business end and the workers were polite, mannerly, and wonderful to work with. They install gutters without leaf guards and swear due to the size and quality they do not get clogged. I just had to hire someone to clean the gutters. Also they said the app for financing allows you to pay extra each month. This is not true. They do do a good job cleaning up. I would never use them again.

I hired this company to install gutters and paid a 50% deposit. The very next morning I decided to cancel the job, and at that point the check had not been cashed. Later that same day, the company went ahead and cashed it anyway. It was extremely difficult to reach anyone, and when I finally did, I was told my refund would be issued within 3 business days. When that deadline passed, I called again and was told it would actually take 7–10 business days instead. This experience has been frustrating and inconsistent. Communication was poor, and the information I was given kept changing. I’m still waiting for my refund and hoping it arrives by day 10, but based on my experience so far, I would not do business with this company again.

This was our 5th install. The only issue was not getting a phone call prior to the install. Other than that the whole experience was excellent. The installers were very pleasant. Great work. They were very careful by placing mats on our tile and wooden stairs. After the job was finished they clean by vacuuming the entire work place.

We had our gutters, trim, and some windows replaced so far with Power and it has been a very positive experience. We noticed an immediate improvement in the rooms where the windows were replaced. The 25 year old original windows we had were very drafty and could hardly open. The new windows slide like butter and have screens that move which helps tremendously with cleaning. The whole project is managed through their app which allows the home owner to see the progress of all actions and sign documents in real time, as opposed to having to sign anything through email. My experience so far has been frustrating and difficult trying to get a manager from this company to contact me. Not an installation Manager, but a manager with the company. Door was installed July. Two days later we could not get the door to open, it was stuck. The door was not installed correctly. We called and we were told we had to wait until November for someone to come out and fix the issue. November comes, we get the first guy who said, there was a problem with the frame. Someone else would come. Waited for a second person. He showed up a few days later. He managed to damage the frame by cutting and drilling… and managed to damage the door in the process.

Patrick, Kenny and his crew were amazing from beginning to end. Patrick was so knowledgeable and made the decision to go with Power a no brainer. Kenny and his stellar crew came in and completed a 10 window and 1 door replacement look effortless. They were so professional, efficient and made sure work spaces were clean. Power replaced my front door. The door itself seems to be of good quality, however extremely overpriced and terrible installation and follow-up repairs. It has been a year of scheduling and re-scheduling their return to fix issues from the install with continuous no-show, rescheduling, when they do show they never have everything they need and have to reschedule even though they knew in advance every single time, why they were coming.

This company is phenomenal. Arrived right on time and completed the installation of 12 windows in less than 3 hours.. Everyone was completely respectful and these guys worked like a well oiled machine. Worked their way around the house installing each window and then cleaned up after themselves and the house was left the same as before they came. We have used power before in South Florida for gutters and that installation was also seamless. If you were thinking about replacing windows, this company is definitely worth taking a look at. I would use them again if I need to, but our windows are guaranteed for life so that won’t be necessary. Quality control came and looked at the installation shortly after they left, and he was very through looking at all the screws and the caulking lines and the total installation. You definitely cannot go wrong using this company. So very satisfied.

Overall pleased with the whole job start to finish but disappointed on the sales side. The sales side of things with my salesman Andrew ** was misleading as I was informed all work was done from the outside of the home and not inside. I was disappointed as I’ve just had whole house painted and didn’t want work or mess inside. Katelyn ** who came the next day to remeasure everything was awesome and very informative. She informed us tho that our current blinds we have will no longer work with the new windows, something Andrew never directly said. He kept emphasizing about losing some window sill space but it never occurred to us that, that would affect the spacing at top which causes us to lose space for blinds. Something we should’ve picked up on but didn’t and were never informed. That being said, install guys did a very nice professional job in a respectful manner, no damage to anything inside.
