I am filing this complaint regarding ongoing issues with Power Home Remodeling related to scheduling, communication, workmanship, and repeated failures to honor warranty service appointments. From the beginning, the experience has been extremely disappointing. The installation date for our project was pushed back multiple times over the course of more than a month. Communication from the company was minimal and often last-minute. On several occasions, I was only notified the same day that the crew would not be coming due to issues such as unsafe working conditions or truck problems. The installation was rescheduled at least three times, and each time I had to rearrange my schedule and take time off work to ensure someone was home. This repeated disruption, combined with poor communication, was highly frustrating and unprofessional.

Start to finish a great job. Professionally installed my windows. Left everything clean. Bojan the sales rep was fabulous and Pawel, our installer, did an awesome install. I would highly recommend them.

Our experience with Power from Corey with our initial consultation to Ryan with pre-inspection, Ricardo and Mario and their installation team and of course Gary with post inspection was absolutely amazing! Everyone was so thorough and treated our house as if it was their home. The whole team was POWERful in their execution and professionalism.

From start to finish the process has been seemless. From the initial interaction, to pricing and install, we have had an amazing experience. The windows are a great addition to our home and will surely be a worthwhile investment for the future.

Power really held my hand and tried to deliver the best they could. Windows were done well, ahead of schedule for a good price. They came out and handled everything you could imagine and when there was a problem with a new window cracking they took care of it professionally.

Power installed new gutters and trim on our home. They also replaced some wood that had been rotting. They were upfront with the estimate and completed the work in a timely fashion and were courteous and professional throughout.

I was very satisfied with the service and the quality. The windows were efficiently installed and they answered any questions we had. Once they finished I immediately noticed the difference and it was amazing what a difference those high quality windows made.

This company Power Home Remodeling is the best in my opinion. They do not pressure just for a sale. Seth and his team installed my front door. The windows they use leak their gas very fast. When you call to get new windows based on their LIFETIME WARRANTY claim, they say you have to pay $180 per window because their warranty is just for labor, that they switch manufacturer and your windows are no longer covered.

Kit, Katie, and the installation team were wonderful - super attentive, informative, and respectful. We're so happy with our beautiful new doors! We would strongly recommend using PHR for any window and door replacement project.

We had an outstanding experience with Power Home Remodeling from start to finish. It honestly impressed us at every step of the process. It began when a representative knocked on our door to schedule an appointment. From there, everything was extremely organized and professional. Our sales consultant, Leslie, was absolutely fantastic. She was personable, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient with all of our questions. She spent nearly three hours with us making sure we understood every detail and never once made us feel rushed or pressured.

Powered scammed two disabled people out of $11,000 for attic insulation. Yes insulation. These people live in West Babylon NY and this company convinced mentally challenged homeowners that $11,000 of attic insulation was needed…. Run away fast from this company

In February 2026 we had Power Home Remodeling 6923 Leevista Blvd Orlando, FL 32822, install new windows in our Merritt Island Home. On the day of installation, my wife inquired about also replacing an outside door in our garage. The sales representative quoted around $7000, to which I said absolutely not. The salesman stopped talking to me but continued to discuss their plans with my wife. I thought I made it clear that $7000 was way too high and I could not consider additional work until after filing my income tax. It may have been my misconception that they would explore a less expensive solution.

This company has been very thorough and professional throughout the whole project experience. The agents that I have spoken with are very knowledgeable and friendly. They have brought many helpful information to my attention about my home that I had never even thought about. I feel like I am in very good hands with this company and they seem very reliable. The workmanship is excellent - the gutters blend beautifully with the house. The design will really help with water management and prevent issues with the foundation. The addition of 2 more downspouts is really great. Installation and cleanup were perfect.

We are extremely disappointed with our experience. After having a bay window installed by this company, we began experiencing significant water leakage through the window. What should have been a beautiful home improvement has instead caused immense damage to our property, along with ongoing stress and additional damage. Since discovering the issue, we have repeatedly reached out to the company seeking assistance and accountability. Unfortunately, the customer service has been incredibly poor. Our calls and messages have gone unanswered or have been met with little urgency or concern. There has been a clear lack of care and responsibility toward resolving a serious problem caused by their installation.

From Jack to Miranda to the pre-install To the installation of the attic To the install of the windows all were professional. Work was done in a timely manner, they were all respectful and very knowledgeable of their work. I would definitely recommend Power to my friends.

So, let me start off by saying, I’m sure glad Power came to my door and I answered it! We made an appointment with Power so that they could go over the details. Wife and I were looking at getting gutters installed. After talking to the remodeling consultant, Armando, he had also wanted to inspect our windows since that’s another item they remodel. Thankfully he showed us that we had small cracks and crevasses in and around the window. We decided it was in our best interest to go ahead and get new windows so that it wouldn’t cost us more down the road. Power provided comparable cost versus other leading companies that could not be beat especially since they offer the BEST in the window market! They were professional, competent and efficient-replaced 18 windows in 1.5 days! We are so impressed by the crew and company! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Power to other home owners that are in need of replacing gutters, windows and even doors!

Great experience. Installation work was completed in a day. Both the door and the sliding glass door look great with trim and framing installed finished and clean. The house was left clean. Power inspector looked at the doors explained the warranty, process and price lock in for a year for future projects.

My windows have mold growing inside them and they are not honoring the warranty that they sold me on. I was told the warranty could even be passed on if I sold the house. They sold me a cheap product that failed and because of that, they changed their company name to rip off their customers. Do not use this company!

I had never heard of this company, but received a visit by their door-to-door salesman just after an appointment I set with another company to get new windows. The entire process was very smooth and informative and what made me decide to choose this company that the top windows actually fold inward to make cleaning them easier. I ended up receiving new doors as well and the doors are filled with steel ball bearings to make them safer and have additional soundproofing. Throughout the process, I was consistently checked on by employees to make sure that everything was going up to my satisfaction. For seven windows and two doors I spent about $20,000 financed over 110 months.

The installers were super hard dedicated workers, respected our property. My husband and I were very impressed with quality of the materials used for the windows. The quality and design of the 3 panel sliding glass door was outstanding. These windows enhanced the appearance of the inside and curb appeal our property.

They did a fantastic job at making sure I knew the Ins and Outs of the project as well as strong communication throughout each schedule and hiccups perse. Everything was fast and professional. Definitely going to be using them for my next few projects!

Our sales rep, Bill S. and all other representatives were awesome and very friendly to work with. From the 2 guys who knocked on the door, the window guy Joe to the final inspection with Matt. The window installer arrived right on time first thing in the morning. Very cautious to keeping things clean and cleaned up everything afterwards. Quality job. The same for the guys doing the siding job and the gutters. They had to work consistently to get the job done before the weather turned bad. Great job, quality work and a quality product was done here.

Great products, efficient workers and a really fantastic experience with the sales rep. The communication was clear, the use of the app was smooth. It was a little expensive, but with the product quality that is fair. The overall process could have explained a little better, but with everything considered we are happy with the final product.

From initial contact to sales presentation, pre installation inspection and installation, we have been thoroughly impressed and pleased by Power Home Remodeling. Tito was exceptional during the sales process and the installation technicians were clean, courteous and very thorough.

We had our windows replaced last October and a new roof put on in the last two days. My husband is very particular and he is happy with the work. Also, he didn’t want to replace our skylights and is so happy that we decided to do that. When someone from Power sets up an appointment, they are here on time. Always. Everyone has been very professional and the people that come here to do the jobs are polite and always leave everything clean.

We bought new (replacement) windows from Power Home Remodeling Group because we compared its 2026 price with another (national) company’s price from six, or seven, years before. PHRG’s price was better and the windows are made by Pella. People we know have hired local contractors to install their new windows and the prices they have paid are no better, in some cases even higher, than PHRG. Plus, the windows they got are not Pella. Additionally, we were delighted with the professionalism and positive energy in everyone we met from PHRG, starting with the door-to-door sales team, through the installers and the customer service people.

I was watching t.v and came across with the commercial for Power Home Remodeling. It was a very fast response from them; they called right away. I highly recommend them, very knowledgeable and any question you may have they give a very good answer and you feel happy to know you are in trusted hands with a company that cares about the customer. They let you know beforehand when the work is going to begin, as they doing the work and when it's going to be completed, and that is a peace of mind that is nice about this company. Overall experience with Power Home Remodeling has been extremely positive! We love our new windows and doors! Communication with every person we interacted with has been great from Tatyana M. who did the in home presentation to the final Quality Assurance walk-through with Kevin J. After Tatyana’s presentation, we decided to replace all 23 windows and two exterior doors, including a sliding door and double French door in our home. Minor adjustment and repair were needed but were promptly addressed.

Hired Power to do the front door, siding & gutters. They left an absolute mess at my home, destroyed my landscaping which now needs to all be replaced, tore my window screens, left nails and trash EVERYWHERE and gutters were installed with the downspouts on the wrong side creating an extremely dangerous ice condition on the walkway to the back yard, when I actually have underground drains on EVERY corner of my home.

Power is a great company. They did a great job with the install and all had a great attitude. Doug did a great job explaining the project and guiding us through the process.

I've had the best experience with Power Home Remodeling. When they first knocked my door I had no intentions on purchasing windows. But after a thorough inspection of my windows and many questions later I feel very comfortable in my decision in using power home remodeling. I have had multiple things done by Power Home Remodeling: Windows, roof, attic insulation, capping, gutters, etc. I've had multiple times where the capping had to be replaced and that has been done with no issues. However, the number of times leaves open the question of material or manufacturing quality. When I purchased the windows, I was told they came with a 50 year warranty with replacement for any reason, that they owned the equipment for the window manufacturing, and we'd never have any issues getting warranty work done (the previous windows failed and that manufacturer went out of business). Now I have 3 out of 14 windows with seal failure and Power is telling me the manufacturer no longer does our bright white, only off white sashes, but that the manufacturer has agreed to a bright white product line. However, I will have to pay nearly $200 per sash.

The guys at Power Home Remodeling did an amazing job with the installation, they were very efficient, professional and left the work area nice and clean.

We had windows installed on February 16th, they were pretty fast and efficient with the work. They were also very respectful in our home and we appreciate all the work that they have done. We are expecting to get new gutters and we hope that they do a great job as well.

These people say, "Just call anytime, someone will help you…" I guess they failed to tell you EXCEPT SUNDAY… And I know everyone should be allowed a day to attend church, etc. But I have something I need to relay to my project manager before Monday morning. So, I guess I am just SOL, so they say!!!

We received windows from them and have lifetime warranty. These were bought in 2018. We noticed they are all getting a film from the gas leaking in them. We called them and now they say that we have to purchase new windows at a cost because the company that manufactured our windows is no longer in business. If we have lifetime warranty we should not be having to pay a difference in replacement windows.

We have used Power Pulse home remodeling for several jobs and thousands of dollars. Roof, gutters, attic insulation. Then our final project was the slider. The install team was amazing. But when completed they didn't install the foot door stopper. I asked specifically the project inspector if their doors came with it, his response was yes. Well the door was installed without it. I asked the installer and he wasn't aware of it.

6 years ago Power Home came to our door because they saw the need of our windows, we decided to take a chance and replace our windows. Their sales reps were incredibly respectful and thorough. We chose the slide windows and cleaning our windows was a dream. We moved homes and took a chance on another company for a sliding door, our experience was not bad, but did not compare. We were quoted by several other companies for windows and checked out other models of windows, but kept coming back to dreaming of the windows we had in our previous home. Glad to say, we came back to power and have been incredibly happy with the efficiency of this process. From their app to their workers at every step, we have been happy.
