Power Home Remodeling was knocking in the neighborhood. I decided to get a free estimate on my windows. After meeting Gabe, we went ahead and decided to get four windows done. Very professional installation. Appears to be a very good quality product. Will keep you in mind for future projects.

Skylar was very thorough in the estimation and working through the options with us. He was extremely helpful in working with our HOA to get our preferred color approved. Michael did a great job on the pre install inspection and helped us save some money on correcting a few things from initial estimate. Rony and his install crew were professional and courteous on the siding and gutters installation. He also saved us money by not needing to use all the estimated plyboard, which is nice to see an honest installer.

Power did my windows in my condominium and I am very happy with work.

I purchased some windows from this company and I've had to replace 2. Now there's a 3rd one with the same issue as the other 2 that were replaced. So I make a call and tell Power that the seal in a different window has also broken. To only be told that I now have to pay $180.00 to have the window replaced. How can this be a lifetime warranty if I now have to pay for a faulty window. Very disappointed. Will NOT use this company for any other home project. It's funny the 6 windows I got free from CEDA I haven't had no issues with, but the ones I got from Power have been nothing, but a nightmare. I paid a lot of money for a very poor product!!

They dropped off the supplies the evening prior to my roof install and showed up around 8Am to start the work. The crew finished around 5pm on a 1650 sq ft roof. The job looks to be done well with the exception of some very minor damage to on board on my fence and one board over one of my windows. The crew cleaned up and hauled away the debry. They were pleasant to deal. I understood the need to educate their clients, however the attemp to up sale and also be able to show a lower price to try and seal the deal was rather off putting.

This was an amazing experience with Power. The whole process was very easy and fast. Adam's demonstration and explaining of the whole proces was exceptional. Power stopped me at HEB and got me to get a window estimate with no interest in replacing windows but once the man man came out to give us an estimate and presentation the additional window security features were what sold us. While the sales person was here we knew we wanted to replace our back door for security purposes as well and they checked that box as well. The whole process was smooth and not pushy as all. We needed a new roof, trim, and gutters, and Power Home was fantastic. From start to finish it was a professional experience. What could have been very stressful was instead really well organized and clear. They spent hours examining the house and talking about/showing us what they had to offer without high pressuring us into buying everything. As a new homebuyer, I was unaware of the condition of the windows in my home. Lucky for me that there was a knock on my door and a scheduler from Power Home Remodeling set me up with an appointment the following day. Sean ** showed up and spent a considerable amount of time inspecting the condition of my windows and front door. He pointed out that some of my windows could not even lock because the middle beam was bent from years of expansion and contraction.! He spent the next hour or so walking me through the technology that Power Home Remodeling and the company in Ohio where they are well made and custom fit. Sean also pointed out where water was seaping into my brick home, due to the standard caulking that most other companies use to seal new windows.

Got complete siding and gutters. Workmanship was excellent as was the products used. House looks new built.

So from the initial meeting we were very impressed with the salesmanship, AJ was our sales person, he was very professional and patient. All the employees, personnel and staff were of the utmost profession. We are so happy with the installation and quality of the product.

We were overall, very pleased with our window installation. The picture window within our kitchen looks beautiful and creates a very picturesque view. The clean-up wasn’t great and the windows were a little smudged, most notable at night. Our QC person post the job was incredibly helpful and professional.

Although the experience started off a little unusual based on some communication issues, the overall experience was very good. Products, staff, installers, etc... they follow up every step of the way. Very nice.

Power Home Remodeling did an excellent job. From Kyle who knocked on the door to book an appointment to our sales reps Robert and Jesus, we never felt pressured but were presented with a sales pitch that convinced us we needed windows. Appointments were always on time and our installers worked diligently to install 19 windows in one day. We are pleased with our Pella windows and Power will be our next call for other home repairs.

Run far away from this company. They do not honor a lifetime warranty that they “sold”. They do the bait and switch tactic. I had several windows replaced under warranty at no charge and I need 2 more windows replaced because of a manufacturer defect and they want to charge $180 per window. Customer service is useless as no matter who you talk to you get the same response of you have to pay $180 per window. Sounds like a class action lawsuit will be coming up as several other customers have had the same issue of not honoring the warranty.

He gave me a detail description of the quality of materials that would be used. He ensured all measurements were correct. He allowed me to make final changes. He explained how financing worked. Which was really important. He went above and beyond what I expected. Great company and even greater personnel.

This was my 4th project with Power. They were in the area and asked if I needed help with any additional work. My fascia had fallen off and they scheduled John to come to my house. John was professional and courteous. John showed me samples of products and he took his time to make sure I was fully comfortable with the project before moving ahead. The workers came on time at 9 am and left around 4pm. They cleaned up after themselves and most of the time I didn't even know they were here.
