A Power representative stopped by and it started a very good experience from start to finish. We had them quote for both attic insulation and windows. We held off on the attic insulation and had them do windows first. The entire experience was clear, clean, and efficient. We will be contacting them again for more work.

From the initial contact through installation everyone I have come in contact with has exhibited professionalism, product/process knowledge, and customer care. There were a few hiccups in timing and arrival communication, but other than that it has been a 5 star experience. I would have given 4.5 stars if possible. I'd like to thank Jack, Liam, Sabrina, Miranda, Patrick, Kev, Ricardo, Jason, and Julio for all their hard work and attention to detail. Looking forward to a long and happy relationship.

We needed a new roof, trim, and gutters, and Power Home was fantastic. From start to finish it was a professional experience. What could have been very stressful was instead really well organized and clear. They spent hours examining the house and talking about/showing us what they had to offer without high pressuring us into buying everything. The company was in contact constantly throughout the process, and sent a quality control person to check that everything was done right. The work was done quickly and efficiently and with no mess afterwards! Cannot recommend them enough!

Power installed a new roof for us. We are very happy with the process. What the salesman said we were getting is exactly what the install team has provided. This is the second time we have used Power, we had windows replaced 2 years ago. Dealing with every part of the process we have found them to straight forward, not pushy and stand behind their work. The delivery brought the product the day before the install He was professional, accommodating and friendly. The install team arrived on time and they moved like a well oiled machine. They obviously work well together and not a second of time was wasted. Power is the way to go for any projects and I will use them in the future.

The whole process from initial meeting to final inspection was A+. Professional sales person who explained the products and answered all our questions. The tech who measured the windows to the installers were very knowledgeable, courteous and hard workers. They left the area very clean from the work done and removed all the debris from the old windows. Final inspection went great. No complaints on this job.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience I had with Power. From start to finish, their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality truly stood out. Grayson and Hector’s crews arrived on time and worked efficiently throughout the day. Installing 22 windows in a single day is no small task, yet they handled it with precision and care. Great experience with this company.. Needed windows replaced due to water damage. A rep just happened to stop in since he was working in the area and helped me schedule an estimate. Seth handled the measurements and Robert went over estimate and sales with me. Marcello handled installation. Rob did the post installation interview. At every point of the process, they were professional and knowledgeable. Great communication too.

We got over windows installed with Power in 2022 and we did a few more windows in 2025. We also did a sliding glass door in 2025. The experience has been great and their service has been really great! Highly recommend working with Power!

We have our windows installment with them and they are very professional and puncture on their time and work. We installed their app on our phones and they updated every single steps. We were concerning about two of our windows trims that were rotten and they have replaced them too. Overall, the experience was very good. Very professional and timely installation. The team did everything that they said they were supposed to do. I am very pleased with the quality of my new windows and how they look in my older home. The salesperson did a wonderful job explaining all of the features and even took extra time to inspect other parts of my home that I was having issues with. We were overall, very pleased with our window installation. The picture window within our kitchen looks beautiful and creates a very picturesque view. The clean-up wasn’t great and the windows were a little smudged, most notable at night. Our QC person post the job was incredibly helpful and professional.

Although the experience started off a little unusual based on some communication issues, the overall experience was very good. Products, staff, installers, etc... they follow up every step of the way. Very nice.

Power Home Remodeling did an excellent job. From Kyle who knocked on the door to book an appointment to our sales reps Robert and Jesus, we never felt pressured but were presented with a sales pitch that convinced us we needed windows. Appointments were always on time and our installers worked diligently to install 19 windows in one day. We are pleased with our Pella windows and Power will be our next call for other home repairs.

Run far away from this company. They do not honor a lifetime warranty that they “sold”. They do the bait and switch tactic. I had several windows replaced under warranty at no charge and I need 2 more windows replaced because of a manufacturer defect and they want to charge $180 per window. Customer service is useless as no matter who you talk to you get the same response of you have to pay $180 per window. Sounds like a class action lawsuit will be coming up as several other customers have had the same issue of not honoring the warranty.

My husband and I learned about Power Home Remodeling through neighbors. The sales team was respectful, addressing all of our questions and needs. I worked with Mr. Kit **. He was knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything that needed to be completed with my housing project. He gave me a time frame for the completion date. He gave me a detail description of the quality of materials that would be used. He ensured all measurements were correct. He allowed me to make final changes. He explained how financing worked. Which was really important. He went above and beyond what I expected. Great company and even greater personnel.

This was my 4th project with Power. They were in the area and asked if I needed help with any additional work. My fascia had fallen off and they scheduled John to come to my house. John was professional and courteous. John showed me samples of products and he took his time to make sure I was fully comfortable with the project before moving ahead. The workers came on time at 9 am and left around 4pm. They cleaned up after themselves and most of the time I didn't even know they were here.

This was by far the best experience I have had with home repair. Everyone was knowledgeable about their job and the job of the next group coming in to complete their part of the project. I had Melissa's crew on installation day. Her team was on time, respectful, and very efficient. The job was completed in 3 hours and the quality of work was phenomenal. The quality assurance team member, Rob was thorough in inspecting the work done and spotted a small part which he replaced on the spot to ensure everything was operating at an optimal level. I will be using the company again for future home repairs.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. RUN to Andersen. Save yourselves. The process to get the windows installed was fantastic. Took my money no problem. I hope you never need service! I called and was given a 4.5 month lead time!!!! For a tech!!! Day comes and 30 minutes before window starts I get a text it’s canceled and pushed out another 60 days. Called and was on hold for 2 hours total throughout the day. Customer service can only email corporate, and no one takes you seriously or cares. Please do not get windows here. There are various companies with reputable service models. Don’t be fooled. Run and quickly in the other direction. I encourage you if you have an existing appointment for install, to cancel.

Power has the greatest customer service. Haven came to the house to inspect the doors and windows. She has a very good sense of her job, very knowledgeable. The crew came day of installation right on time and have done a fantastic job! Jason came day of install to explain warranty and other things and answered all questions that we had. Great experience with Power.

Scott was great. Very professional and respectful. Got siding and gutters done with Power. Installers were on time and worked hard. Only negative about the crew was cleanup could have been a bit better. Overall very happy and would definitely recommend.

The Power team, including Julianna, was very specific about the roofing system they would install and the costs involved. The installers finished the job in the promised time inspite of the weather. There was constant communication about the project's progress. One of the inspectors came to the house after the roofing was finished to check everything. That was a good idea.

Install was quick and efficient. Post-install inspection cleared things up. The windows performed as advertised and were able to keep my house cool at 71 despite the outside being in the high 80s. Would use them again for further installs.

I just got my roof done and I have to say exceptional work done. The workers actually arrived before the time of installation which I enjoyed. They worked, got it done, cleaned up behind themselves, they were enthusiastic to get the job done. I definitely recommend and will be doing future projects with them.

Power Home Remodeling is contracted to do all of my windows and side door. Everything has been great so far. They kept our floors protected and have been very clean with everything. I would highly recommend.

The crew members are hard working and competent. The miracles they have performed are impressive and my old house (pre WWII) is much better to live in. My window curtains do not move from drafts anymore. The crew fixed or replaced windows and they are air tight. My roof is waterproof and with the new siding looks so much better than the old stuff. The old siding let moisture rot the wooden window frames. Now the rot is removed and new frames are properly installed so no more carpenter ants crawling on the kitchen counters. The prices are reasonable and the crew are knowledgeable.

Very fast and professional door installation on a difficult project since our house is 150 years old. The door looks great! We are considering getting new windows and will look at having Power Home Remodeling do that job as well.

The sales rep came in and spent well over his time thoroughly explaining how their windows work. The workers came in almost a few weeks later, and busted out the installation in about 6 hours and they are already making a huge difference and it even looks better! The price tag was definitely a even more selling point. The child proof locks on our windows is an additional selling factor with little kids. Definitely recommend.

This was an amazing experience...as well as pain free as I can say the sales representatives was well versed in the product. The install team was amazing. They came in set up their area and went to work. Explained what they were doing. The windows are great quality and day one noticed an extreme difference in my furnace turning on and off.

Zach N. came out for the quote and was professional, patient, informative and very respectful. We ended up going forward with the project with high hopes in place. Cy and Sean came out to do the pre-install measurement confirmation and they were professional and efficient as well. Install happened a little over two weeks later and was smooth considering Michigan weather. The crew was on time, polite and efficient. This company is “Top Of The Line Business"! We had 3 of our windows done in 2021. Then we had 5 more windows done in 2025. Then, siding, gutters & soffits also done in 2025. Roof was also replaced in 2025. We had a major problem with termites damage to our 1 outside wall when they removed the old siding & They helped by literally repairing the wall & put up new studs & sister beams to make the wall strong before the siding went up. Also, In this situation I contacted Terminix before this was done to stop anymore damage. The crew we had knew their jobs, They were very professional/knowledgeable/experienced/friendly. The manager of the crew was very kind/respectful/friendly. He also checked on his crew for updates & keep good communication. We would recommend them & in the future we will use them for future projects. Pricing is great!

I was initially approached by a door-to-door salesman by the name of David. He was friendly, courteous and to be totally honest and offered me a free quote. I had told him that I knew our windows and doors were ancient and definitely needing to be replaced, so it had been on my mind already, and if the quote was free then what the hell, why not.

From start to end, the company did an excellent job with their customer service, timeliness, quality of the gutters, etc. Carly came for the initial estimate and did a great job walking us through the whole process of what would happen while explaining the company as well as the financing options, product options, etc for a gutter installation. We had a few estimates from companies before her that were cheaper but the quality and product didn't seem to compare. We hired them that day. They helped us through the HOA process and gave us an installation date right after it was approved.

They will urge you to make a decision on the spot, but we used them for a roofing project and definitely the crew was amazing, they use great materials and are very thorough and offer a great warranty. They follow up when the job is done and make any modifications necessary. Very fast and efficient installation and very good work. The price is at the higher end but the service and product are worth it. Would definitely recommend for a roofing project.

They lie lie lie. They promise you the world and deny it. Don't look at reviews on their website, look other places to get true story. There's a class action lawsuit against them and many other complaints with the BBB. Don't sign off on job until it's completed because they will never come back and finish. Installers don't speak English so you can't communicate with then. 60k in work and truly wish I did not do business with them. Erik and Mike from Connecticut office, pressure, lie, and manipulate and bully you into signing a contract. No call no shows, shows up on days not scheduled. Several windows were installed with weights broken or make weird noises when opened or closed, screens are so cheaply made, paper thin. We were promised upgrades but after job was done Eric said we didn't need them. WOW, can't wait for the next class action lawsuit. We will be on it.
