Power does a great job at clearly stating products, expectations, and the work they do. Was very impressed with the support we received, and in the actual job of replacing windows. Will have them back to finish all the windows again, and definitely will consider them for other remodeling projects.

Everyone we spoke to was incredibly kind and went above and beyond on our siding project. Jenny and Quinton were extremely thorough in explaining all aspects of the project and all of our options. They even remembered our kids love gardening and sent them a gardening kit in the mail. Everyone involved took the time to listen to what we wanted and all of our concerns. I cannot thank Power enough for all their hard work and transparency in our project.

After having a rough contracting job done prior to Power Home Remodeling we were a bit hesitant. The overall process and workers were phenomenal, professional, personable, and all around amazing. I am most impressed by the work quality and time it took to be done. Also they were very great about communicating any issues during the project.

The simplicity and ease of getting everything set up was great. They had great customer service and I can tell they really care about getting the job done right. My sales rep Thomas was very friendly, helpful, and made the process very easy. The install crew was on time and finished very quickly.

Power was great. They came in and left same day. I love Our windows and it’s already saving us a ton on energy. My house feels cooler and I don’t hear nearly as much of the noise on the street.

Power has done a great job completing all the windows in my house, from Stephanie in sales did a great job explaining the benefits of their windows, to the finished product, I also saw Power doing the windows in the neighbor's house and saw how fast and efficient they completed that job, so I had a great example to go by, I would definitely recommend their products and work.

Beware. Deceptive sales practices and the salesman electronically signed several of my documents without my consent. I was shocked when I reviewed the documents. Had to send a telegram to cancel because the company does not provide an email or local (physical) address. That would make it too easy to notify them in writing within three days to cancel...which is a legal right. The salesman did not mention this important point. Please be careful.

For most of the process it went pretty well! There was only one hang up that knocked the experience down a peg, and that was the communication and dealing with delays in the gutter installation. There were already going to be delays on the roof, and that was communicated early on (and only pushed out 2 weeks, and even then it was 1 more day after that because of thunderstorms, that's not anything anyone can control!), the trim/fascia got done in the first given date, the process to get the gutters done was a bit rough.

Kudos to Fernando for introducing me to Power. Cameron showed me so much about windows and was so professional. I love all of the window features and they look beautiful on my home. Jason and his crew were efficient, courteous and had a lot of knowledge of what they were doing. Everything was spotless when they left. Power will be doing my roof and gutters next.

From start to finish they have been incredible. I felt treated fairly, treated human and respected along the way. Evaluations and prices felt fair. I am beyond thrilled with the results. They have been thorough, detailed and have always felt like they are putting us first.

In the beginning of the or, I worked with Alex G., he provided me with the necessary information to make an informed decision. He was very personable and knowledgeable. After a second measurement, the installation day was provided. The installers arrived on time and started working immediately. The install crew were very professional and provided me with answers to all my questions. The windows were installed to perfection, they made my house look amazing. I highly recommend this company. After installation Miguel came to oversee the job and make sure I was satisfied, while here, he checked my attic and doors and provided me feedback. Thank everyone for taking the time to complete my project and make me aware of other urgent repairs that were needed around the house. I like that everyone from the company did not apply pressure to use their company, they just advised on what needed to be done.

Alex was great. Gave recommendations as we discussed the project and was very thorough in explaining everything.

They changed all our windows quicker than expected. They took care of all of the debris and cleaned the new windows after installation. Quality control personnel was amazing catching all the details and taking care of them.

Having a roof installed by Power, everything has been great and straightforward. No sugarcoating about what needs to be done, and everything is going quick.

Walkthrough through work was great. Had some tech issues with multiple stage confirmations and was not a fan of the industry-standard (they were not alone in this) floating price point.

I had windows and front door replaced from the originals to the home. Service clean, through and as hassle free as it could be made. I was kept informed constantly of the progress of the project as well as on the day of instillation. I was contacted at prompt intervals upon each stage. I can't speak highly enough of each step including the follow up to assure my satisfaction with the entire process.

Beginning to end amazing. They provide several steps to ensure that your project will be been done correctly. Great warranty and fair pricing. Will have them return for any additional work that may be needed. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Sean our sales contact was a great experience where we ended up chatting for hours even beyond windows. There was one piece of confusion that caused a change after the contract but it was resolved same day with the pre-install inspections. Overall the crew was great, product looks great and they've made the process fairly seamless. Windows look better than expected and has really updated the house.

Our job with Power was for new siding, including replacing of fascia, soffits, and gutters. We were really sold on the idea of a complete solution to what we knew could be a huge headache to do ourselves. The sales guy seemed really knowledgeable and assured us that the whole process would be smooth and the product was high quality. Now that the project is done, I can honestly say I’m happy with the result. The siding does look so nice and it seems solid. It’s modern and clean, and I love it. I am knocking off one star on this review because there was some frustration with communication. We were not told that the materials were getting delivered the Friday before install, and they showed up unannounced and needed us to move our cars. Not a huge deal, but a heads up would have been great.

The representative that showed up for the first meeting to discuss window replacement was very friendly and explained everything very well. The crew that showed up on install day worked very efficiently.

Our entire experience with Power Home Remodeling has been excellent. From the gentleman who first knocked on our door, to the sales rep who introduced the window project, measurement man, work crew and finally quality inspector. All were polite, professional and personable and took time to answer all of our questions. The work crew was exceptional and worked non stop to complete replacement of all our windows and front door in a single day! The communication was excellent throughout the entire process and the project pulse app let us see where we were in the process every step of the way. A much appreciated service was a visit by Matt, the quality inspector. He came the day of the project to ensure all was going well and again day after to do final inspection and answer any questions we may have. Our windows and door look beautiful and we are happy to recommend Power for any home improvement project.

After several months of calling and scheduling the Tempe Office has continued to fail in completing my service request to replace a faulty double door issue. First they scheduled different repairmen at different times just to say the same thing regarding me needing a completely new door & frame. Then they send out someone to just change the one door when it was clearly established I need the 2 door frame system. Then there they did NOT even show up to a scheduled appointment and only after I called well after the appointment time did they say the frame they ordered was bent. I kept speaking to different people saying they would personally take care of it but didn't. I requested one of their specific contractors which they randomly overlooked and often waiting very long on the phone for them to answer only to get hung up.

Sales rep was thorough and went through all the benefits of the premium product. It is on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for. Lifetime transferable warranty is very nice.

Wanted to share how awesome this company was from start to finish on replacing my windows throughout the home. Not once did I receive nothing but exceptional service from planning to insulation. The integrity of this company by far was what most lets them stand out has 2 of my windows were 1 1/2 inches to narrow and me as a consumer or wouldn’t have notice but they did and well informed me of a replacement date. The entire staff was professional and very helpful. They were on time and did an excellent job installing the door and the windows.

The guys were very quiet, respectful, professional and I love my new door and the job that was performed. I do not have a bad thing to say. The workers cleaned up behind themselves and people have come to my home on the same day to inspect the job. Win Win. I am very happy with the work that was performed and the people sent to do it. In a couple of years, I pray I am here to experience my new siding being done.
