Great service. Worked with us on our timeline. Finished all our windows in 1 day. There was dust from the construction, but they cleaned up and vacuumed up well.

The whole experience was seamless. The salesperson was helpful with answering our questions and making sure the windows were what we needed. The installation was quick and efficient.

Having a roof installed by Power, everything has been great and straightforward. No sugarcoating about what needs to be done, and everything is going quick.

Walkthrough through work was great. Had some tech issues with multiple stage confirmations and was not a fan of the industry-standard (they were not alone in this) floating price point.

I had windows and front door replaced from the originals to the home. Service clean, through and as hassle free as it could be made. I was kept informed constantly of the progress of the project as well as on the day of instillation. I was contacted at prompt intervals upon each stage. I can't speak highly enough of each step including the follow up to assure my satisfaction with the entire process.

Beginning to end amazing. They provide several steps to ensure that your project will be been done correctly. Great warranty and fair pricing. Will have them return for any additional work that may be needed. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Sean our sales contact was a great experience where we ended up chatting for hours even beyond windows. There was one piece of confusion that caused a change after the contract but it was resolved same day with the pre-install inspections. Overall the crew was great, product looks great and they've made the process fairly seamless. Windows look better than expected and has really updated the house.

A much appreciated service was a visit by Matt, the quality inspector. He came the day of the project to ensure all was going well and again day after to do final inspection and answer any questions we may have. After several months of calling and scheduling the Tempe Office has continued to fail in completing my service request to replace a faulty double door issue. First they scheduled different repairmen at different times just to say the same thing regarding me needing a completely new door & frame. Then they send out someone to just change the one door when it was clearly established I need the 2 door frame system. Then there they did NOT even show up to a scheduled appointment and only after I called well after the appointment time did they say the frame they ordered was bent. I kept speaking to different people saying they would personally take care of it but didn't. I requested one of their specific contractors which they randomly overlooked and often waiting very long on the phone for them to answer only to get hung up.

Sales rep was thorough and went through all the benefits of the premium product. It is on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for. Lifetime transferable warranty is very nice.

Wanted to share how awesome this company was from start to finish on replacing my windows throughout the home. Not once did I receive nothing but exceptional service from planning to insulation. The integrity of this company by far was what most lets them stand out has 2 of my windows were 1 1/2 inches to narrow and me as a consumer or wouldn’t have notice but they did and well informed me of a replacement date. That is integrity at its finest. Highly recommend.

We weren’t planning on windows, but the product and Power really impressed us! The windows with insulated, sound dampening glass, have already made such a difference in the temperature and noise level inside the house…and they’ve only been installed 2 hours! From initial presentation, installation, and post install follow the up, the process was seamless! The proactive communication is fantastic and the team knows their stuff. Anytime you invest a big sum of money you want to be sure it’s spent well. So glad we went with Power!

All very friendly, professional, organized and efficient. I had received a quote a few years ago but it wasn't in the budget and once I secured the finances I made the call. Even when the dumpster company dropped off the dumpster too close to my garage for me to be able to exit my house, the representative at Power Home Remodeling got it taken care of before the dumpster company had even called me back.

This project has been pretty much seamless. From my initial contact with Mitchel to my interactions Kevin and finally with Gerald and Tyler to the installation crew, everyone has been very professional and courteous. My only two concerns during this process were that the installation was scheduled originally for one date and not got rescheduled without checking to see if the new dates would work for me. My second concern was related to communication. I never heard from the company before the initial install date so I called the company only to find out that the date had been changed. Again better communication would have been helpful. Taylor has been very helpful and informative and has been excellent at answering and questions I had. Overall, I am pleased with the company and their product and would recommend them to anyone looking for new doors and/or windows.

We were initially looking for an estimate on a garden window however we ended up getting our roof, soffits, and gutters replaced. We worked with Chrissy, Joe, and Kevin. The crews were on time, the estimate was thorough, and everything was communicated very clearly to us. The process was pretty easy and very informative. The app/website access to your project is easy to use. The best part about our experience with the company was the customer service as well as the speed and quality of the work. Every question has been answered before we even had to ask and no one was too pushy in terms of the sale. We will most likely come back to this company for more work if we need it done. Within a few days, we have a new roof, gutters, and soffits.

Received a quote for my roof. I was presented with a price and a set of assumptions (10 sheets of plywood for the roof). I asked if they could offer any type of additional discount since the price was outside my range. The sales rep came back and said the price actually needed to be increased because they underestimated the size of the roof. However, he was able to offer a discount that offset that and a little more. I was presented with the contract, they had some technical issues and needed me to redo it a couple of times.

She was very friendly as well and was able to overcome all of our objections. After, Josh came through to make sure all measurements were correct and he found some measurements to be incorrect and he saved us some money which is always cool. Alex's crew completed the work and did a great job. They were friendly but all about business. They got the job done quick and were professional. Finally Miguel came to make sure everything was done correctly and to our satisfaction. He was very friendly and personable too. Overall this is a great company to trust to do any of your projects.

Power Home Remodeling did an amazing job with our window installation project. We had 10 new windows installed, replacing old, outdated windows that were very drafty during the winter. From the beginning, the representative who came out was excellent. We scheduled an estimate, roof wasn’t needed but gutter work was. Bruce gave us an estimate and worked with us to schedule the work. I would recommend Power for outside remodel work.
