My mother and I used Power first to do Windows and siding and now we are doing the roof, trim and gutters. Workers showed up on time and quickly went to work. Initial sales person was professionally and courteous. Work has a lifetime warranty of 50 years which is awesome. Would highly recommend Power for exterior remodeling!

This is my second time working with Power Home Remodeling in 2 years. Last year they replaced my windows and did a really good job. This year I discovered that my roof needed to be replaced and so naturally went back to Power to complete the job. They gave a very clear and amazing description of what they would do and they delivered just as they said. It was amazing to see them work and the amount of care as they got the job done. The job looks really nice and really clean. Looks great!

From the start to the finish everything ran extremely smooth with this process. We had Todd their sales person come out to provide a fantastic presentation. He was able to show the differences of other industry pricing. Also the quality of the product was very well demonstrated. After we agreed to do the project everything ran very smooth. We had a measure technician prepare us for the project and once the job was done there was a check up to follow. The crew was neat, professional and courteous and took their time to get the job done to a satisfactory standard. Overall we are very satisfied with the project and would consider recommending.

Everything about the process has been perfect. Everything from the phone calls to the final installation has been seem less. Very happy with the outcome. The crew and employees at the office were very helpful.

We had an issue with scheduler. He was rude about reasons they couldn't come out the first time. He canceled our meeting with the salesperson. Second time he proceeded to tell me that "we" have already had an issue with them. Everyone else was wonderful. Happy with the job.

From start of consultation to completed roof install took about 2 weeks. Everyone I interacted with through the process was courteous and explained everything. I felt at ease during the project and was confident that my best interest was being served the whole time. Can't recommend highly enough.

I had an issue in master bed room with termites and the window could not be installed. They explained everything to me as far as what I needed to get done before the window could be installed. The crew went to get materials to board the window up for me. I’m all this was a great experience.

All the representatives were very professional and helpful. I was pregnant during my first phase of the remodel and all the representatives made it easy and took all the stress of having my windows replaced. Katherine C was a great sales expert, knowledgeable about products and not pushy. Great experience working with her. Final product looks great. The siding is high quality, we like the color and can already tell a difference with the insulation in the siding.

If it was today, I would not have chosen Power Home Remodeling. There was a noticeable gap around the windows of 1/2 to 3/4 inch...Filled in with insulation/caulk...And held together with only 6 screws that had to make it across those gaps into the side of the window frame/wall. I cannot believe that this will hold up in time and under 40 or 50 mile/hour winds and rain....Very frustrating watching how these windows were installed. In a larger window install (double pane), installers did not even follow install guide which called for 6 screws on the sides but 4 screws at the top/header....They totally ignored me when I pointed out that install guide called for 4 screws at the top...And just used one screw on the top/header....

Everything went smooth and on plan. Would highly recommend! The installation team was friendly, professional, and timely. The windows and door are awesome and beautiful! Can’t believe how easy the team made everything.

From the first knock on our door, the sales representative, the workmen that came out and the products used were all exceptional. The courtesy calls in between showed that they really cared about the services they provide. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Lifetime warranty on their services, put the icing on the cake!

Purchased Windows and roof from them. Decided on windows first, they were in and out and did a good job. There was a pre project inspection, post project inspection, I noticed a piece of flashing was dented and they ensured someone would return to replace. Figured out the only reason there was a post project inspection was to try and sell me on the items I hadn't purchased. And they succeeded selling me the roof, big discount to use my house for marketing. Power assured me that I would never know they were there once they completed. It's been a month since the roof was completed, no communications, no post install inspection, my flashing is still dented and we have found tons of garbage and over 200 nails around the house. Beyond disappointed with this company. I'd steer clear.

Sales rep was very professional and took time to build rapport with us and answer questions. I was not a fan of the super long presentation, but he did his best to adapt and move it along. Gave us a great deal.

Sales guy was knowledgeable about product and very friendly. He helped us decided what exactly we wanted and needed for our home. When they came to install it they came to work. Didn’t stand around talking. They worked hard and fast. Finished product looked amazing. Excited for my new door.

Purchased a window 8/21 and given a delivery date of 12/18. They called and said my window wasn’t ready, my new install date would be mid Jan 2022. Company called and canceled the week of and rescheduled to Mid Feb. I finally had the window installed and one of the panes was scratched. I called and the warranty dept sent someone out in April. They had to order a new pane. The pane arrived in October, I was given an install date of March 2023!!! I said no way and they then gave me install date of 11/7/22 9 am. I was called at 7am that morning because they “couldn’t find my window”! A supervisor called me back to say they lost it and have to reorder. I should have it Jan 2023! At this point I felt they should give me a credit back for all the hassle and I was told “we don’t do that.” Go anywhere else except Power Home Remodeling. Terrible place to do business with.

From start to finish the process couldn't have been easier. I was informed step by step about the windows and install. I was called beforehand as a reminder. The day of install they were quick and cleaned up after.

Josh and Ross were great in explaining window choices and helping decide on styles. They were very professional and considerate. Power windows have many levels of sales and service and every person has been easy to reach and communicate with.

From the get go everyone at Power was very friendly and delightful to talk to. Scott talked us through literally everything, we didn't feel pressured or that they were holding anything back. The process has been very smooth and from the moment we signed to replace ALL the windows in our house, they were in contact with us for every step. Everyone of the employees has been considerate of our home and polite and friendly. They are easy to contact and we haven't had a single hassle. Our sliding glass door was a week late due to supply and demand but they called to inform us ahead of time and we were able to reschedule easily and they prioritized us getting in ASAP. We are already looking at door options with them in the future! The installation itself was clean, and fast. It was all done in a day with a full team. They definitely know what they're doing, everything was very professional and they cleaned everything during and after installation. We definitely recommend, especially if you're like us and have bad contractor PTSD from previous jobs.

The young men that came and installed the did a great job. They are friendly and professional and answered all questions that I had. They even called the County Building Inspector and set up an appointment for the inspection. I would recommend Power for any home owner. They will be back for they need to install the window screens and sliding door wheels.

Power Home Remodeling came out to give me an estimate on windows and attic insulation. Every step of the process has been fantastic. Phase 1 is done and the installs were great. Clean, fast, respectful…Everything I could have hoped for.

A lot of companies pressure sales and deliver less than what was promised, but Power Home Remodeling really made it easy to decide on doing every window in my house and a door without pressure. The wait for the install was a little long because of the custom door, but once the install happened the crew was extremely professional and excellent craftsmen. They spent so much time making sure that everything was looking good and that the door lined up for perfect functioning. The company has a great transferable lifetime warranty for everything which tells me all I need to know about the longevity of the product. The company has also done a great job of following up and making sure I'm happy with them at every step of the project. I highly recommend.

Someone knocked on my door. I thought I was my neighbor so I opened it and it was someone selling windows. I thought to myself why did I open this door. The guy was very friendly and told me who he was and what he was selling and asked me if a was interested in hearing about the windows. I was because I was planning on getting new windows. After talking to the guy I decided to have someone come out and give me and estimate on the windows. He arrived later and measured the windows and gave me a detailed explanation on how the windows were custom built and how they function.

Had a rep come to the door to give a roof estimate. Sales rep came out into the thorough presentation. Got up into the attic and found a couple leaks that had been here since I bought the house. Decided to get the roof replaced before the wintertime. Job was done smoothly and finished in one day. Happy overall.

The staff and crew from Power were kind, respectful, and a lot of fun to work with. Scheduling was easy and install was seamless. It was a great experience and I'll definitely be using Power for additional home improvement.

Power Home Remodeling’s field representative was very pleasant and I did not feel pressured to meet with the remodeling consultant. Everything was explained in details that I could understand using visual and physical tools to demonstrate and all my questions were answered. Again, the consultant made sure that I did not feel pressured or rushed to make a decision to order replacement windows, so much so that I asked him to include the sliding doors in the project. The day after installation, the Quality Assurance Manager came out to inspect the work and checked that each window functioned perfectly. I am very happy with my new windows and highly recommend Power Home Remodeling and will call on them for future remodeling jobs.

All of the employees with Power were absolutely phenomenal. Our initial consultant, Justin, wasn’t afraid to tell us what work actually needed to be done and that the work we had initially wanted to focus on wasn’t needed immediately. He was very thorough and spent all the time we needed to answer all of our questions. The pre install inspector Christian was also very thorough and knowledgeable. He informed us of gaps that needed to be handled before our installation. Finally the Quality Assurance manager was able to assess our situation and show us what was actually possible and necessary to get done in the near future.

This company came out to inspect the roof. When we bought the house they said we have 4-7 years left. We waited a bit too long and the roof needed to be done. They did a great job and stripped all 3 layers. Cleaned up was great.

It was a pain free experience for a quality product that is not only going to improve my home value but help save me money energy-wise. They also were very willing to work with me timewise. Free windows inspection. Wonderful thorough Remodeling Consultant. He was able to show me the damage my current windows were causing. He showed me what the current cost and quality was given by local window installers. He thoroughly showed me the quality of their windows. Pre-measuring done by Remodeling Consultant and pre-inspection. Window installment team were 10-15min early and the whole team was friendly and respectful and helped me with the prep to move things 3-4ft of room to put in all the windows. They did their excellent job, even while it was storming outside. They completed in a timely manner. 10 windows installed in less than 6hrs. Amazing, right?!!!

The installers came in and finished the windows in 1 day! The work ended up fantastic. We had a door that needed to be done and it took 3 months to have the door built and delivered to complete. The door installation came out fantastic as well.

Good experience. First crew was a bit messy, but did excellent work. Door looks amazing, like a new home build. It did take a few times of rescheduling as they could not tell us where the door was, that’s was frustrating due to us having to move work schedules around multiple times. Overall good experience.

The initial meeting with our sales associate was very positive and professional. Our install was early, which was a plus. The install was less than perfect but our post install inspection was positive and assured us our issues would be resolved, so much so we agreed to have the front windows replaced.

Great team today, arrived in time frame set. Amazed they actually replaced removed and installed all 23 window by midday and the quality of the install is top notch. The team cleaned after the job and other the great new windows you would never know they were here.

Purchased windows and installation for nearly the entire first floor of my home. They showed up on September 7th to do the installation and only that morning informed me that the picture window will not be installed that day but would need another appointment. The install on the 7th must have been rushed because the caulking was done extremely unprofessionally and window frames were damaged during installation. Some of the windows will not even close properly unless you hold the top section of the window up while trying to close the bottom section.

The initial contact was pleasant and well received. We were able to discuss the condition of the roof and the necessary replacements. Project started within the month and done within a week. Employees were quick and efficient, cleaning up the surrounding area after every shift. Job was satisfactory on completion, leaving the house looking better than ever before.

From start to finish, I felt real comfortable working with this company. The person who handed me the flier to give them a call was respectful and not pushy. The seller who came to show me the product and inspect my existing windows didn't try to upsell me or talk down to me. She took the time to explain what I was seeing and was respectful of me and my time. She was also respectful of my budget. I will purchase from them again in the future when my budget allows.

I have done 4 separate projects with Power (roof, attic insulation, basement door, gutters) and am very satisfied with the work. They are very professional from start to finish, and explained everything thoroughly before getting started. I felt they were all very knowledgeable and honest about the products. After the initial measurement they come back a second time to confirm so there are no surprises on installation day. They give you a heads up the day of installation and let you know when they will arrive. I also liked that you don't pay until the project is complete, so you have confidence that you only pay if the work is done well. They also have flexible financing, which is a nice option for big budget projects.

When you work with Power, you are paying for their name and guarantee. You can rest assured that their products are vetted. When installing a roof, they use GAF certified products and for windows they are backed by Northeast, now Pella. Yes, their cost is high, but thankfully they offer financing and peace of mind with their warranty service. I have used their warranty service a few times and they are always quick to resolve whatever issue may have arisen.

Too long of a presentation for the windows. It was more than 90 minutes in duration and we had to practically throw the salesperson out. Our time wasn't respected. If I could give a negative number I would. The first crew that came out to do the original window install was great, we had no communication problems. Thereafter ALL crews had problems from communications to arguing with us about how we wanted our gutters, soffits and fascia installed.

Since the first time someone knocked on my door to ask about doing an estimate Power Home Remodeling has been AMAZING!! Everyone who has helped has been knowledgeable, kind, and so helpful. I always get reminder calls when they are coming by and they arrive on time. My install went great today and I couldn’t be happier with my windows. Power Remodeling did our roof last year, went up in the attic, took pictures of damaged plywood, explained what needed to be done, we knew we needed a new roof, cause Sears over 20 years ago, just covered up the old shingles, that costed $10,000, finally after many phone calls, Sears refunded the full amount. Power remodeling did a great job, replacing all damaged plywood, had the roof put on in one day. We also had 11 windows put in October 2022, sales rep took his time explaining things as well as answer any questions we had. We were given a good price and signed a contract, cause our old windows were over 57 years and the outside wood trim were in very bad condition. We were very pleased with the slider windows compared to double hung windows, that we originally had.

From ordering to installing the windows, Power did a great job. All staff were knowledgeable, not pushy. Warranty is very nice - will fix or replace with any problems, transferable. Installation completed in one day!! Windows installed within 3 weeks of initial order.

The initial sales person (Julia) was very knowledgeable and thorough with explanation of the product and install process. She had samples with her, which was very helpful to see the quality of both the windows and the siding. Install was done in two phases, windows then siding. Both phases were completed without any issues. The only snag was a minor communication issue regarding the coloring of the siding for the window boxes. The lifetime warranty for both product and labor gives me great peace of mind. Overall fantastic experience. I would definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family.

Siding and gutters look really good, house looks almost knew and pretty, the workers are good at their job, eager to please, polite listen to concerns, respectful of people and property. The company in general seem honest and if they give an estimate according to what you might possible need for a job and they don't need say as much wood they in the end of the job actually reimburse you for what they don't use, refreshing these days, overall I would use them again if needed and they have good warranties also. The workers are skilled at their job and work very hard and clean up good after the job.

Poor Poor… Despicable work… Broken glass left in my home, missing window handles. Debris left hidden under our bed. Broken glass went into my husband foot twice. I paid for 11 windows only 10 came. Two months they still have brought the 11th window. Please do not use them for anything. They hire cheap day laborers to do the work. Power windows suck!!! Zero recommendations for this unsatisfied customer.

In just over a months time, we were shown the windows and getting the new ones installed. From the estimate to the install to the final inspection everyone treated us well and cared about their work. Thank you Power.
