Someone knocked on my door. I thought I was my neighbor so I opened it and it was someone selling windows. I thought to myself why did I open this door. The guy was very friendly and told me who he was and what he was selling and asked me if a was interested in hearing about the windows. I was because I was planning on getting new windows. After talking to the guy I decided to have someone come out and give me and estimate on the windows. He arrived later and measured the windows and gave me a detailed explanation on how the windows were custom built and how they function.

Had a rep come to the door to give a roof estimate. Sales rep came out into the thorough presentation. Got up into the attic and found a couple leaks that had been here since I bought the house. Decided to get the roof replaced before the wintertime. Job was done smoothly and finished in one day. Happy overall.

The staff and crew from Power were kind, respectful, and a lot of fun to work with. Scheduling was easy and install was seamless. It was a great experience and I'll definitely be using Power for additional home improvement.

Power Home Remodeling’s field representative was very pleasant and I did not feel pressured to meet with the remodeling consultant. Everything was explained in details that I could understand using visual and physical tools to demonstrate and all my questions were answered. Again, the consultant made sure that I did not feel pressured or rushed to make a decision to order replacement windows, so much so that I asked him to include the sliding doors in the project. The day after installation, the Quality Assurance Manager came out to inspect the work and checked that each window functioned perfectly. I am very happy with my new windows and highly recommend Power Home Remodeling and will call on them for future remodeling jobs.

All of the employees with Power were absolutely phenomenal. Our initial consultant, Justin, wasn’t afraid to tell us what work actually needed to be done and that the work we had initially wanted to focus on wasn’t needed immediately. He was very thorough and spent all the time we needed to answer all of our questions. The pre install inspector Christian was also very thorough and knowledgeable. He informed us of gaps that needed to be handled before our installation. Finally the Quality Assurance manager was able to assess our situation and show us what was actually possible and necessary to get done in the near future.

Very professional! They came through my neighborhood and offered a free quote for my roof. Appointment was easy and thorough. They offer a great product and warranty, which I sorely needed. I would highly recommend going with this company for all your home improvement needs!

I recently contracted Power for my roof, attic insulation and windows. Everyone I met with couldn't have more polite and patient. This company came out to inspect the roof. When we bought the house they said we have 4-7 years left. We waited a bit too long and the roof needed to be done. They did a great job and stripped all 3 layers. Cleaned up was great.

I had a great experience with this company getting my windows replaced. From the salesperson knocking on my door to the installation man, everyone was polite and pleasant and very knowledgeable. I have a strict HOA and they provided all the required information for me to submit the HOA request. It was a pain free experience for a quality product that is not only going to improve my home value but help save me money energy-wise. They also were very willing to work with me timewise. You won't be disappointed.

I think power did an excellent job, I am very satisfied with the work that was done and I look forward to completing the rest of my project with the rest of the windows. From beginning to end the process was very smooth.

Workers are professional and well trained, they explained every single thing you need to know about your house step by step and clean up after the work done. They done a good job with the Windows and I’m very happy.

Lot of explanation about how and why we should do the roof and replace windows, and also discuss pricing with more options. Interest rate they give are really acceptable for new home owner like us. Really great and low monthly payment.

Free windows inspection. Wonderful thorough Remodeling Consultant. He was able to show me the damage my current windows were causing. He showed me what the current cost and quality was given by local window installers. He thoroughly showed me the quality of their windows. Pre-measuring done by Remodeling Consultant and pre-inspection. Window installment team were 10-15min early and the whole team was friendly and respectful and helped me with the prep to move things 3-4ft of room to put in all the windows. They did their excellent job, even while it was storming outside. They completed in a timely manner. 10 windows installed in less than 6hrs. Amazing, right?!!!

Power Home Remolding was a great company and did a great job! The quality assurance manager Kevin was professional and well knowledgeable in the product (windows) we recently got installed. Kevin inspected all 30 windows and a rear slider. Kevin is very thorough and caught issues and will have them corrected. I recommend this company and Kevin a 100%.

The installers came in and finished the windows in 1 day! The work ended up fantastic. We had a door that needed to be done and it took 3 months to have the door built and delivered to complete. The door installation came out fantastic as well.

Good experience. First crew was a bit messy, but did excellent work. Door looks amazing, like a new home build. It did take a few times of rescheduling as they could not tell us where the door was, that’s was frustrating due to us having to move work schedules around multiple times. Overall good experience.

The initial meeting with our sales associate was very positive and professional. Our install was early, which was a plus. The install was less than perfect but our post install inspection was positive and assured us our issues would be resolved, so much so we agreed to have the front windows replaced.

Great team today, arrived in time frame set. Amazed they actually replaced removed and installed all 23 window by midday and the quality of the install is top notch. The team cleaned after the job and other the great new windows you would never know they were here.

Purchased windows and installation for nearly the entire first floor of my home. They showed up on September 7th to do the installation and only that morning informed me that the picture window will not be installed that day but would need another appointment. The install on the 7th must have been rushed because the caulking was done extremely unprofessionally and window frames were damaged during installation. Some of the windows will not even close properly unless you hold the top section of the window up while trying to close the bottom section.

The initial contact was pleasant and well received. We were able to discuss the condition of the roof and the necessary replacements. Project started within the month and done within a week. Employees were quick and efficient, cleaning up the surrounding area after every shift. Job was satisfactory on completion, leaving the house looking better than ever before.

From start to finish, I felt real comfortable working with this company. The person who handed me the flier to give them a call was respectful and not pushy. The seller who came to show me the product and inspect my existing windows didn't try to upsell me or talk down to me. She took the time to explain what I was seeing and was respectful of me and my time. She was also respectful of my budget. I will purchase from them again in the future when my budget allows.

I have done 4 separate projects with Power (roof, attic insulation, basement door, gutters) and am very satisfied with the work. They are very professional from start to finish, and explained everything thoroughly before getting started. I felt they were all very knowledgeable and honest about the products. After the initial measurement they come back a second time to confirm so there are no surprises on installation day. They give you a heads up the day of installation and let you know when they will arrive. I also liked that you don't pay until the project is complete, so you have confidence that you only pay if the work is done well. They also have flexible financing, which is a nice option for big budget projects.

When you work with Power, you are paying for their name and guarantee. You can rest assured that their products are vetted. When installing a roof, they use GAF certified products and for windows they are backed by Northeast, now Pella. Yes, their cost is high, but thankfully they offer financing and peace of mind with their warranty service. I have used their warranty service a few times and they are always quick to resolve whatever issue may have arisen.

Too long of a presentation for the windows. It was more than 90 minutes in duration and we had to practically throw the salesperson out. Our time wasn't respected. If I could give a negative number I would. The first crew that came out to do the original window install was great, we had no communication problems. Thereafter ALL crews had problems from communications to arguing with us about how we wanted our gutters, soffits and fascia installed.

Power Remodeling did our roof last year, went up in the attic, took pictures of damaged plywood, explained what needed to be done, we knew we needed a new roof, cause Sears over 20 years ago, just covered up the old shingles, that costed $10,000, finally after many phone calls, Sears refunded the full amount. Power remodeling did a great job, replacing all damaged plywood, had the roof put on in one day. We also had 11 windows put in October 2022, sales rep took his time explaining things as well as answer any questions we had. We were given a good price and signed a contract, cause our old windows were over 57 years and the outside wood trim were in very bad condition. We were very pleased with the slider windows compared to double hung windows, that we originally had.

From ordering to installing the windows, Power did a great job. All staff were knowledgeable, not pushy. Warranty is very nice - will fix or replace with any problems, transferable. Installation completed in one day!! Windows installed within 3 weeks of initial order.

The initial sales person (Julia) was very knowledgeable and thorough with explanation of the product and install process. She had samples with her, which was very helpful to see the quality of both the windows and the siding. Install was done in two phases, windows then siding. Both phases were completed without any issues. The only snag was a minor communication issue regarding the coloring of the siding for the window boxes. The lifetime warranty for both product and labor gives me great peace of mind. Overall fantastic experience. I would definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family.

Siding and gutters look really good, house looks almost knew and pretty, the workers are good at their job, eager to please, polite listen to concerns, respectful of people and property. The company in general seem honest and if they give an estimate according to what you might possible need for a job and they don't need say as much wood they in the end of the job actually reimburse you for what they don't use, refreshing these days, overall I would use them again if needed and they have good warranties also. The workers are skilled at their job and work very hard and clean up good after the job.

Poor Poor… Despicable work… Broken glass left in my home, missing window handles. Debris left hidden under our bed. Broken glass went into my husband foot twice. I paid for 11 windows only 10 came. Two months they still have brought the 11th window. Please do not use them for anything. They hire cheap day laborers to do the work. Power windows suck!!! Zero recommendations for this unsatisfied customer.

We had a great experience with our window installation from initial sales call to installation and completion. The original salesperson that knocked on our door was very pleasant and the saleswoman, Julia that came out was very professional, thorough and patient. We have had good communication even when our windows were delayed due to manufacturing and delivery and the installation crew has been professional and courteous.

Everyone with the company has been great! Very knowledgeable and nice to work with and they were always quick to answer any questions and concerns I had about the process and would even tell me things about my house (new home owner) that I probably wouldn't have noticed for quite awhile saving me some headache in the future.

The salesperson (Silas) was great and knew his windows. The Installer was excellent too and reassured me that my blinds would fit with the new windows. They arrived on time, put down taupes throughout my home and in 1 day replaces all the windows. It looks great. PM showed up and reviewed the window install and set up my warranty. Great experience with Power and I would recommend them to anyone needing new windows.

Power has exceeded my expectations, from all aspects. From the first visit (Nick) came in, he was very knowledgeable no pressure and answered all questions we had. When comes to the window replacement day, the crew of 4 did a great job on install. Arrived early and got a plan of action going. They seemed to move effortlessly through install with no issues. I never heard of them before. They were professional. Of course I was nervous but you have to trust the system. On a scale of 100-PHR scored a 96.5! They exceeded my expectations...Well worth- the hefty investment.

Overall experience was very good, windows were installed with no issues, they look great overall and can feel the difference in the temperature of the house, cut down on a lot of noise. The salesman Josh did a great job explaining the process and demonstrating the windows. The install crew John for the windows and Alex for the door were great, they cleaned everything up after, no signs of an install being done. Overall very satisfied and would highly recommend them for your windows and doors.

Power Home Remodeling was very professional from the beginning to the end. The salesman, Max was very professional and thorough. The pre-Install inspector, Matt was very thorough and professional as well. He actually saved us money. The install crew Lead, Ikaro, did a phenomenal job with overseeing his Crew. The QA Manager, Jared, did an awesome job. He showed on the scene and found a mistake, that even I did not catch, and had the crew back out in 20 minutes to correct the problem. The crew was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Again, I would recommend the company.

Power was great. I have and will recommend power home remodeling. Windows were installed 6 weeks from that date of the rep coming. Windows are great quality and worth the price. Every person from rep to installers were professional and made the process easy. Love my window.

Great experience from the sales person to final completion. Project was done before, on time and looks great. Recommend this company!! The crew who did the siding actually charged my Ring camera and reinstalled it when they were done. Completely cleaned up around the house when done. Even left the trash dumpster for an extra day,, cleaned my garage out, LOL. WILL USE this company again for gutters in the future.

From the first contact everyone was so polite. I had six windows put in yesterday and everything went smoothly. Everyone who came in and knew what their job was and worked so efficiently. These windows are amazing. I really got lucky that I was home that first day when they came to my home to tell me about their product.

The job done was of very high quality in workmanship and quality. Prices were competitive based on current market prices and the company provided an honest estimate and work needed to be done. Our order was initially charged for more materials that were used and Power refunded the materials that were not used. All in all a pleasant experience and very easy to work with. The price you pay is definitely reflected in the work.

This is the best experience I have ever had with a construction/remodeling company. Seth in sales to Danny and his installation crew were so professional, courteous, timely, and just plain likeable. Every person I have dealt with at Power is first rate! Thinking about installing French doors. Will definitely be calling Power. Would highly recommend this company. They're not the cheapest, but their products are the highest quality and their people are well trained and know what they're doing. Can't say enough about what a great experience this has been.

Initial person was well knowledgeable and explained the product well. I had difficulty getting call to go through when on hold. It would go to the music but no option to leave vm. Workers that installed were great. Did great job with installation and clean up.

I am very satisfied with my new windows. During the hottest weather I was able to touch the windows on the inside and they were cool. From the sales representative through the installers they were all very kind and polite and did their jobs sufficiently.

I spent over $12k in windows and they were wonderful when they sold them, but one window screen came defective and that was 10/07/21 and I still waiting for the replacement and today is 10/05/2022. I contact them many times and they’re blaming on Covid, but they are still getting new customers and installing their windows within weeks, so that’s unacceptable. Every time I talked to them I ask them to send an email with the “new date”, but they never do, because they don’t want to leave a paper trail. This is a scam and I will pursue this on Court, since I had to finance it. Please don’t buy from them.

The crew members that the project manager Dave supervise is unprofessional, First is staff bully my mom to do the window renovation, my brother and I is my mom power of Attorney clearly told him on the phone no. She was force to sign, this project was reschedule three times. The crew member took my DeWalt 12V screw gun with Phillips bit. I called project manager to have his crew please return my Tool, he was so disrespectful accusing me of lying, his crew is a straight out thief. Be very aware of his crew. Please don't hire this company.

From first meeting to completion of the project I have been impressed with the skill, knowledge, professionalism, and integrity of every Power employee I have interacted with. Their work has been timely and I am very impressed with their product. It has been painless to work with and competitively priced considering quality.

We had an excellent experience from start to finish. They were very honest with what they inspected and came across. Everyone that came to inspect/install our windows were very knowledgeable and professional. They cleaned up afterwards and no mess was left. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and would definitely use them in the future.

I really love our new windows. Our Installation took place in what was supposed to be two stages. We purchased 19 windows for the first phase and everything went great with that phase, on time and very professional. At the end of that installation a "quality control inspector" sold us an additional 13 windows. On the second installation only 12 of the 13 windows were installed. It took 3 more appointments to finally get the last window installed and the correct window delivered. All the installers did excellent work.

Power Home service representatives and the entire installation team were professional and personable. Checked with us during and after process to ensure windows worked correctly. Cleaned up all debris when finished. Overall process was very professional. Would recommend to others.

We couldn't have been more pleased. Only that our windows were changed in the middle of winter. Other than that we are very happy with the windows themselves and the efficient team that installed them.
