I was going through various sources trying to find some people who would do windows in the area. I had several companies out who gave me an estimate and demonstrations and things along that nature. Power Home wasn’t the highest nor the lowest, but for the price they were offering, they had the best product. It was within our price range. They did the window remodeling and we were able to customize. They had a barrage of choices we could have went to but we purchased the basic and simple which is the way the old ones were where we put the new ones in.
We had two salespersons. The first salesman came out and did a very good job of demonstrating everything. But his was a little bit pricey. Then the second salesman came out and called us. They said they had a program going where if you had an open date to get the work done, it'd be a better price. We were able to work with them. We didn't have a set date so they were able to give us a good price. The experience was good with them as well as with the installation team.
The first guys came out and double checked the size of the windows and everything. They were nice guys and they were joking a little bit of the time. And then when the windows finally came, the installers were very professional, did the job, came in, got the work done and left everything nice and neat. They finished two big windows and two little side windows in four hours. It was a quick one but they did a good job at a reasonable price, and it’s good material too. That was a half and a month ago. Everything was great and the experience was excellent from start to finish.

We had a couple of the marketing door-to-door guys from Power Home who came and caught me. It was perfect timing because we definitely needed a window remodel. The original intent was having Power Home come in and I was also going to do some price shopping with Home Depot and Lowe’s because I don’t know about windows. It doesn’t matter to me but it's whoever comes out with the best price. The sales rep was extremely well-versed, friendly and helpful. He educated me and got me thinking about how Power Home was different and better. I didn’t end up having any other vendor come in. Plus these guys are extremely thorough. The installation team knew their stuff and did a nice job. The process was quick, smooth and painless which helped overall.

I went online to know how much it would cost to buy windows. I got four phone calls and I liked the way Power Home Remodeling sounded. I had an appointment with them to come over, and I followed through and got the windows from them. The team that installed the windows was excellent. I'm very happy with everybody, from the first guy I talked to on the phone, when the salesman came over, when the guys came over to measure, when the installers came in and when one of the supervisors stopped by. Everybody was great and they're a terrific company. It has been a very good experience.

Power Home Remodeling Group looks very organized and I took time to go into details on how they’re going to do the work. They showed me they could do about seven days while the other providers for three or four days before putting up the roof. I saw that Power Home could give me a more quality job than the other providers could, and I did the roof, the gutters, and windows and, later on, the siding with them. The reps were very courteous and they were fair enough with what I was looking for. The install team was great and they gave me all the information I needed and kept updating me on how the work is progressing. They did a very clean job, so it’s not like when I come and I see a mess. I had an outstanding experience with Power Home Remodeling Group. If I have to, I will recommend them to my friends and other people.

Power Home Remodeling Group had a sales rep or a representative walking through the neighborhood. Last year, I had all my windows on the first floor replaced and this year, I replaced a few of the windows on my second floor. The sales team has been great throughout the whole process and the installation team was clean, on time and fast. I love the quality of the work and I’m a repeat customer. I can see myself doing other changes and being a long-lasting customer with Power Home. They were quick, efficient and straightforward. I don’t have to go through any major sales pitch. It was a good experience.

My neighbor used Power Home Remodeling Group for their windows to be remodeled. I was also in need of window remodeling so I listened to Power Home Remodeling Group's sales pitch and was impressed with their products. We purchased some windows and we can customize the colors, the style and how many windows we want. We can also customize it to fit our budget.
When the sales reps came, they took a look at our windows and they gave us a local comparison of the retailers that were in our area where we can go and find information. Then they gave us a demonstration of their windows and how they are made. They were very thorough which I appreciated. I also had the best experience with the installation team. I was expecting a nightmare because we had all of the windows on the main floor replaced. I thought it was going to take forever but it turned out to be the smoothest process. They had a team come in, getting all the windows out and the new windows in. I'm in love with the windows. Also, they were clean, everyone was polite and they wanted to make sure we were satisfied. They treated our home respectfully and I'm very impressed. I have recommended them and I will use them again.

We went to a home show and felt like Power Home Remodeling Group was a good company to go with. When we invited their sales representative to our house, he was on time. He got there at about 5:30 and he didn’t seem to want to leave. We were told it would be an hour to an hour and a half interaction and only at 10:15 did we able to make him leave. While we find him courteous, he kept following me and my fiancé that we never really had a chance to talk in private. He wouldn't leave and so we agreed to do the roof and we felt afterward that the price he gave us was extremely high.
We did a little investigation and found that we could get it for less. So we decided to cancel and mailed off our cancellation letter. Somebody called us back and said that a representative has to come to our house to officially cancel it. I said it wasn’t what the letter said. I told them that the letter says we can cancel it so long as we meet their deadline. They insisted to have somebody come back. So the same representative who had initially gone to our house was the one who came back. He said that cancellations are bad for the company. In the end, we still went with Power at a re-negotiated price.
The installation team showed up and put a roof on our house. They were able to customize the color of our roof the way we wanted. They did the job but there were a few problems. Noticeable was the foreman who was not around. So I spoke to him on the phone and told him about a few spots on the roof that were very raised up. The installers went back up on the roof and they tried to re-adjust some of the roof shingles but they only got them flatter. The installers packed up their stuff and left, and while the roof is still raised up right around the edges, everything seems fine right now.
Overall, I would still recommend Power. The gentlemen who installed the roof did an excellent work. They were very quick. It took them two and a half hours to take everything off and put the roof on. They were courteous too even when they didn’t speak much English. What I would not recommend is the 5-hour visit. We get up very early in the morning. And for the sales rep to stay until 10:15 was quite bothersome. We also missed our dinner. It doesn’t help when we have already sent the paper off saying that we wish to cancel and have someone tell us that cancellation would be very bad for the company. We told the sales rep that it’s our prerogative to change our mind. While we ended up re-negotiating the price, it wasn’t a very happy experience.

We were in the market for some new windows and we liked what Power Home Remodeling Group had to offer. We set up an appointment and they came. The sales rep was very patient, explanatory, and wonderful. He took his time and was not pushy. We were also impressed when one of the reps came back to see how the project was going and we ended up finishing off the rest of the windows, which will be installed at the end of October. We had a total of 16 windows and the installation team was absolutely wonderful. They're very professional, helpful with the finances, and easy to deal, and I’d recommend them.

Power Home Remodeling sales rep were quite nice and reasonable. We went ahead and purchased windows. They took the measurement and then told me when they will be coming back to do it. Since the installation, everything has looked reasonable and okay for now. The experience was great but they should check on it more often to see if everything’s going fine.

I saw Power Home Remodeling Group at an event in Baltimore and after speaking to one of their reps, I suddenly went ahead and tried them. They came to do the windows the way I wanted them. Unfortunately, they don't do doors that way because I needed it different from the standard door. I have the door spaced out because I use digital locks and not standard locks. I have to change the setup because of the way how those are longer, so I got to put in for that part. That stuff was done to my specifications. I also would have liked the door to be silver. The installers were hardworking and cleaned up after themselves. The only thing was they left one of their power tools behind. The rep and the tech who came here to initially look at the stuff were both very good. I recommend them overall.

Power Home came to the house when we first bought it last year and when they came back this year, we decided to go ahead and do the remodel. They stand by their work and provide lifetime coverage to what they offer. They also cover any mistake made so I felt they were a good company to go with. We had 18 windows and a front door done and they were beautiful. The sales team was nice and they explained everything to our understanding, which was good. I liked their personality and how they spoke and presented themselves. The installers were courteous, on time, and finished in one day. They also cleaned up after themselves and even showed me how to install my own storm door. They wrote down my measurements and told me what type of door and where to purchase. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs windows or doors for their home.

I am tired of patches and I wanted to be relieved of the concern about how long these patches are going to last. The problems that were detected had to deal with the weather in Chicago. So I wanted my roof replaced and we had Power Home Remodeling Group looking to do this for some time. We knew them through Angie’s List and with them having local offices sealed it for us. Bryan came out as the result of indicating we wanted to get an idea what they could do and how they could do the roof replacement. He was so thorough in that initial visit and was consistent with the information that he shared and provided. He then transferred everything to a different individual in order that they could get right on what we were doing.
Power was actually ready to come and do the work within three days of that conversation. And for me, that was overwhelming since I have some things on deck to do for my mom. So I asked if we can do it on the following week. They switched to the subsequent week and then everything went just beautifully according to schedule. They started with a pre-project inspection because the lumber on which the roof would be placed was decayed or rotten. They need to make certain that since it was a roof replacement, there weren't any disasters that were going to occur. And they had checked on that before they even started the work. I liked that. As a retired school superintendent who is accustomed to the devils found in detail, I know that things can look good on the surface but if they aren't clear enough properly, then they don't go as you expect.
Work began and Power removed and replaced the roof. They also installed new soffit and fascia, as well as new gutters. They also did the downspout too. The different crews that came to work on different aspects, worked in compliment with one another. They arrived clean, which tells something about how they feel about their trade. It may be dirty work, but arriving clean says something about how they want to project themselves to the people with a home they are getting the work done. And they were neat, they didn't leave clutter around. I enjoyed having them here because they produced the work they promised. That was really important to me. And the whole thing took two days, which is like a dream come true because my last home project went on for more than a month and I got sick and tired of seeing work at my house.
Since they completed the work, I tell friends that they removed and replaced the roof in a day and they were astounded. I’ve been sharing this information so that they would consider them for doing their work. Overall, I just can't say enough about the way Power has delegated responsibilities within the company. They are so well-organized. The people are expert in terms of what their responsibilities are but they are also linked and connected to other individuals and their responsibilities so that everything is always working very smoothly.

Power Home Remodeling Group did an in-depth demonstration and explanation of the actual materials that would be used. Plus their price was not too far off from the estimates that we've received either so we purchased roofing from them and customized the color to black. The salesperson was very accommodating and provide really good service. However the first installation team stopped in the middle of the work and left so the project manager on the actual job had to recruit another installation team. It took take a day but they were still on target for the actual completion date and they were accommodating. For the inconvenience I was given a dinner certificate too. The work looks good and I'm very satisfied. I would recommend them.

There was a sales rep from Power Home Remodeling Group who was surveying the area and he came by and knocked on the door. He was very professional, very friendly and very easy to talk to. It just felt like a conversation and I didn't feel like I was sitting there getting lectured. I had met with other companies as well but it seemed that Power Home Remodeling Group was the most knowledgeable and the most prepared.
I got my gutters done the first time I dealt with them. About three weeks ago, I got my roof done. And then next week, I'm getting a window repaired. I was able to customize my orders. The installation team that came by was very good, very quick and efficient. The clean up was awesome too. When I had the construction crew, they kept me informed of what's going on and what the next step was. If they had any questions, Power Home was quick to help respond. The quality of the work done was very good. It was a good experience overall. My roof is really awesome. The ventilation installed at the top is super neat. It's great that Power Home Remodeling Group is utilizing new technology that's going to be most beneficial for us in the future. The company is professional and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Someone from Power Home Remodeling Group came by my door and they explained everything to me. They had a good deal and it was wonderful. I got the bay window first and it’s beautiful. Everybody loved it. Now, there’s another plan going. I got my two kitchen windows and they're going to come out and do the fifth. I also have the two in the front and they're going to do those too. So when they get another promotion, I’d probably get the rest.
I also talked to the installation team and they were very friendly. I could understand the Hispanic guys a little bit because I speak a little bit, but they also spoke English so we communicated really good. We had a good conversation about the windows and things in general. They were just beautiful people and they were all awesome. They did a beautiful job too and I had a great experience with Power Home Remodeling Group.

My husband and I had talked about replacing the windows on the house, and someone knocked on the door and talked to me about Power Home Remodeling Group. He sold us the product and told us how it would work and about the good quality of everything. My husband really liked the product and he was so impressed that he decided to go for it even before he found out how much it would cost. I was apprehensive and I said they would be back but my husband knows when he sees something of good quality so I left it in his hands. We made the decision right there on the spot and we felt comfortable. We didn't feel like we were being pushed into anything.
We also had a gutter issue and the homeowners' association had also written me a letter regarding replacing the little fascia boards, which were rotten, in the front of the house. My husband is disabled and all of that was on me. I needed help and I told the Power rep if he could help me on that and he worked those out. I told people about it and they can't believe what Power did. I was so happy.
So far it's been great. They've contacted me often and kept me abreast of everything that was going on and what they were doing. I was even impressed because they called me and did everything to see if we were okay and if we needed anything so they've done a great job. Plus, they left me a little paper and I ended up calling for the warranty and they gave us a thumbs-up on that. I was happy to know that we got all our warranty on it.
Kevin came up with his crew and they did a good job on the gutters. They showed up on time, did the work and cleaned up. We were very satisfied. The color is good and it looks good too. We and our family like it. We were supposed to get the windows last week, but they're gonna do them this Sunday, into the hurricane so I thought that was good. In summary, everything is working out good and I'm happy they stopped by. I would recommend them.

Our home improvement was done by Power Home Remodeling Group two weeks ago and we are not happy with the result. The salesman explained to me that everything inside must be moved because they’re going to do the inside and outside of our house but when they came in, they just did the outside. The manager and supervisor came but we can’t do anything about what they said. We’re disappointed that I wish I did not have it done. My husband said that we’re going to reject our credit card bill for the work done. It's a good thing that I didn’t give them my sisters’ address because I don’t want somebody to go through the trouble like we did.
Pinal - we are sorry to hear that your experience with Power was less than satisfactory. After looking into your project, we can see that there was a misunderstanding regarding the interior trim for your new windows. Since replacing or repainting the trim wasn't included in the original project and you were only charged for the exterior, that is the extent of the work we were contracted to perform. We understand that this may be frustrating and sincerely apologize for any miscommunication on our Remodeling Consultants part. If you would like to discuss this issue further, our Customer Service Team is available to you at (888) 736-6335, option 4 at the prompt. They can go over your project agreement with you and further explain any questions you may have.

Power Home Remodeling responded to our RSVP. They had a better presentation than other companies and I was impressed with their sales team member. He was great and very thorough in his pre-examination. We purchased a roof from them. It was a complete rip and replace and the installers did well. The only problem was I never saw the site manager on site when he was supposed to be there. Everything went pretty smooth though. Overall, Power Home Remodeling kept their word and I didn’t feel like I was double talked. Also, I feel great with the quality of my roof. All my neighbors are looking at it.

I first purchased the attic insulation. I was just in the attic with the installers from Suddenlink and the temperature is the same as outside, which has never happened before. It's one of the things that the salesperson from Power Home told me. The radiant barrier that they put is definitely working a hundred percent. Next, I purchased the fascia and soffit. I had a little bit of an issue with it and I had left a message to my contact person but I haven't heard back yet.
The part of an existing fascia is rotting and Power Home had to replace some of the boards and put them back together. When they installed the aluminum fascia, they slid it up under the existing strip that goes under the shingles and turns down over the fascia. They had to un-nail the trim from the roof to replace it and put new fascia boards on before they put the aluminum. But when they nailed the trim piece back on, it seems to be on top of the shingles. When I lifted that up, it tore the shingle's first layer underneath. So therefore, when they nailed the piece of trim, when it rains the water is able to get behind the flashing and go inside and leak through the soffit.
I just wanted to talk to somebody or maybe have someone come out and look at it and give me some ideas of what can be done because it's probably going to take five years or so before I start noticing anything. I don't know if it's something the installers did or was existing that maybe someone should have caught before they covered it all up. But the installers did good work. They got interrupted by the hurricane that came through but they were back promptly the following Monday and finished up. Next Wednesday, Power Home is coming out to put gutters and I'm also planning on having my roof redone. I haven't been in contact with any contractors who are home rebuilders before that used the communication skills and the know-how that I've seen with Power Home.

Their installation team answered our questions and were fast and timely. They showed up within the window of installation and they were out by three or four hours which was nice. We had a problem with one of the windows that rotted out, so they showed me what was rotted out and what was still good, and I appreciated that because I wasn’t sure how it was going to be when they took the windows out. They did a wonderful job and we had plenty of comments and compliments on our front door. We love it. Power Home was great and we would recommend them.

Power Home's pricing was better for what they offered. Also, the service and the customer service representatives that we dealt with were wonderful. We purchased new windows and a new front door and we got to pick everything including the handle as well as the colors that we wanted. We had two of their sales reps come out and they were awesome and thorough. They went over all of our questions. They stayed at our house for about 10 hours that day. We're very thankful that they were here that long because they didn't understand the issues that we were having until the sun started moving to the front of the house. Our house was built in '73 and so we had the regular aluminum windows. They were able to use their heat gun on our front door and it was 186 degrees. We went through every window and they pointed out some windows that were leaking that we didn't even notice.
The installation team had to take the windows out so we didn't have windows until they put one in. We live in Texas which is extremely hot this time of the year and as they put the new window in, we could immediately feel a difference. It's awesome. The team was very professional and friendly. They went over everything with us and cleaned up great. We're still astonished on how quickly they got it done and how well they did. They could have finished it in one day but three of our windows didn't come in. They had to come the next day and finish those three windows.
The project manager that we talked to on the phone was great. I also had to call customer service a few times and they were so helpful. We have no regrets. It was the first time we've ever done something that big and I'm so thankful that we picked Power Home because we were nervous about it and they put us at ease and did everything great. Everything went smoothly. We've already recommended them to someone. It's the best decision we could make for the house.

Power Home came to my front door and my wife wanted a new window, so it was good timing. We ordered a different style than we currently had and the cost was a little high, but the quality was okay. Their installation team was really good and they were quick and they knocked it out in one day. They even cleaned up after themselves and I was happy. They were very good overall.

The Power Home reps walked by the street and they seemed to have a great quality product. Their sales team treated us very nicely, and they were wonderful, very patient and listened very well. They were also very understanding and approachable. They worked with us on the budget and offered everything, but they still understood that they had to work with our limits, which was good. We bought siding and doors and we customized the front and back and picked the colors. The installers were great and their quality of work was good. They left everything very clean and it was fantastic. Power Home is doing a fantastic job and I'm very satisfied. Overall, I had an excellent experience and we would use them again in the future. We’d recommend them to anybody that’s remodeling.

We used Power Home Remodeling for our siding several years ago. My husband was still alive then and it was him who made the decision. We found them through BJ’s. I was going through BJ's recently and Carl asked me if I have anything else to do in my house. I told him that I’d like the roof to be done. He then offered to give me a free estimate which I considered after getting two estimates from other people.
So they came and tore the whole roof down because they had to put some new plywood underneath. Then they put a ridge vent the whole way across. I got to choose the shingles I wanted and added the leaf guard which Carl recommended. The installation team was very good. They came in a couple of times and asked if I wanted to see what they were doing. I would then go out and take a look. They were here for an awfully long time and they didn’t leave until close to 7:00 at night.
The sales team was great too. When they first came with the price, I told them I can't afford it. They came back and offered another price which I accepted. And then, I made the misfortune of telling my financial adviser about it and he told me I couldn't afford it. So, I called and canceled. They came back to talk about the cancellation and they were able to get it down to $13,000, which I took. Everybody else was offering me $10,000 and theirs was more but they would give me a warranty that the others won't.
Overall, I was very impressed with Power Home Remodeling. They were very good when they did the siding and the roofing. I like the quality of it. They say what they're going to do and clean up after themselves. While they are a little more expensive than others, it's a peace of mind for me. I would definitely recommend them.

We’ve known Power Home Remodeling since we were in Chicago and we are a repeat customer with the job they're doing for us here in Jackson. They replaced all our fascia, soffits, and wrapped all our windows and gutters. Now, we're gonna do the siding. They’ve allowed us to customize the orders so we got to choose the colors provided that the items were available, the style of the fence if there’s any, and the way we want the windows to look.
The salespeople were great. We had a couple of rough spots with this job because the windows aren't standard. The salesman told us it had to be modified a little because he was unaware. They could only wrap them on three sides. There were some ways they can make it look round down here, but that's not correct. So they have to call the supervisor and talked about it and then sent pictures. And it all just worked out. Everybody who's been out here is a quality person. The management team has been fantastic as well.
Andrew, the lead guy for the soffits job, was fantastic and his guys were great. They worked really hard, answered all my questions and showed me what they're doing. They went above and beyond. He even kept apologizing when we were having issues and I told him that he didn’t have to apologize. And then it was Z leading the guys who replaced the windows and he was great as well. He was also the one who did our windows back in Chicago. They’ve all done a terrific job all in all.

The sales team of Power Home had a nice display of what they were trying to sell me and I liked the style of roofing. They capped my windows and did my cellar windows. When they capped the windows a lot of little pieces of aluminum ended around the yard afterward. They didn’t clean up. Also some of the nails were painted white and some others weren't. But the windows are of good quality and the other crews did good.

I saw Power Home Remodeling Group online and I called them. Then they called me back, came out and talked to me about what I needed and what it would cost me to get my attic done. Things happened the exact way they told me. They were on time, prepared, well-mannered and talked to me in a layman's style so I could understand everything that was going on.
The quality of the work was good. They let me get up on the ladder to look at what they had done. Before they came and undid it, they told me where some pipes were leaking on my roof. And if I didn't get that done, it wouldn’t be good to get the installation done because the water was just going to come down the pipes. They recommended getting the pipes fixed first. They really helped me save, since somebody else might not be able to tell me about the pipes. They would have gone on and done the installation. But no, they told me it was something that somebody had to take care of. We called somebody else who took care of the pipes. Once that was done, they came back out and did what they had to do. I’m having them come out to do my gutters next. They did a good job and I would recommend them to anybody. Power Home Remodeling Group is a great company.

I saw Power Home Remodeling in a show downtown. The guy who was trying to do the deal with me was excellent and I was impressed with the way the product is. The product was good and they last a long time. They have the long warranty and that’s very important to us too. The price was a little high but we worked around it somehow. And there are too many options with their company. The installation team were also excellent. If I have any questions they answered it and they did a really good selection for me. We have some little issues but it was corrected the next time they came around. They correct all the little details around and they did it for me and now it works good. They finished my windows for three days altogether. Everything went well. I wanted what I wanted and the deal was good -- the price was good and the product was good. The whole scenario was good.

A guy from Power Home came around knocking on the door, asking if we needed any windows or doors replaced and Janet said we might. He called and set up an appointment then Travis came out, showed us how the heat bulb would keep the cold outside on the windows. He went over the whole thing with us. We were impressed and decided to get picture window from Power Home. Our other windows were put in by Gallagher, a local company around here and we had no complaints with them. But we had them out a couple of years ago and they talked about putting a bow window in and putting a roof over it but we found out that would cause the window to leak. There was a hole in the window that we had there then there was water coming in and it made a hole in the window seat so we didn't go with them at the time and we bide our time until Power Home showed up.
We couldn't get a bow window, which we wanted because there was a steel lintel at the top. And so, he remeasured and said we could get a flat window. We thought about it and then he said we could get it with Queen Anne tracks and for the size, we could get double-hung windows, and we were satisfied with them. Their sales team was all very professional and we were very happy with them. I was worried that they were going to send out a couple of kids for installation but they sent out good men who did a good job and cleaned up after themselves good. We were also very satisfied with them and their work quality is topnotch.
The only thing is the salesman, Bill, was there after the job was done. I was wondering since we went over everything and already paid for it. He said he was going to measure out other windows to give us a price on that and we told him we weren't interested at the time because we had them put in a couple of years ago. And then, he gave us a price and said that it is good for five years. He sat there for another 15 minutes talking about the windows and then gave another price, but we said no. At the end, he said that he's going to throw in a Hail Mary and hope we take the price but we didn't. He was pressuring us to get windows that we don't need and trying to drum up business. But other than that, we were very happy with the experience.

We're glad we ran into Power Home. It's nice to know that there are people that still know what they're doing and can get it done. They told us the slider door that they put in was one of the biggest that they've ever done. We also got brand new windows throughout the house and my wife has been happy with them. I was also happy when I got home and saw what they did and how it all turned out. Everything went smooth, except for that time when the door's color got mixed up. We had to wait. The one that they sent out was supposed to be brown on one side and white on the other and it came all white. But it was not a big deal.

I needed work done but I was trying to figure out who to hire to get it done. I've had projects done before and they got messed up so I was still in limbo. I learned about Power Home through the canvassing of my neighbor and I got the sliding door and sliding window from them. I like the window because it's more of the square one. I had two standard ones and what they did was remove the middle part and put in an entire window. Then I converted the garage into a den, but it’s not finished yet. It was very nice talking to their sales team member and that helped me determine what I wanted. And what really sold me was the lifetime warranty.
Power Home was awesome and their installation team was great. I liked how they talked but I didn't know anything about what they're saying yet it sounded interesting and had that even flow with it. I finally gathered up enough nerve to ask what language it was because it was nothing I had heard of. But the gentleman was real nice and told me it was Portuguese. They took four hours to finish the job and their work was excellent and very neat. They're very careful of what I had in that room. It was cool and they couldn't have done any more to have satisfied me than they did.

We had Power Home install a roof. The person we talked to over at Sam’s was very helpful. He took our information and set up an appointment for somebody to come out and look at our roof to give us an estimate. The installation team was supposed to be here around 7 o'clock. However, at 6:45, when I went to leave for work, I had to wiggle my way around their van. At about 8:30, I got a text from my daughter who had a recording of them scraping the stuff off the roof. And at 6 o'clock, when I was picking her up for volleyball practice, my husband texted me and said, “They're all done.” They left the place cleaner than when they arrived. Plus, they were very nice, courteous, and did exactly what they promised. Even though we’ve had some pretty substantial rains, we haven't had any leak.

The first sales member said there was no application, and with the other ones it was like I came so I better do a deal. But the sales team eventually did a good job and I liked the windows. They measured the windows and they did them to size. The installation team came and took care of business and they were on their way. I'll hire them again next month and I would recommend them to other people.

It was time for me to get my house resided. The young man from Power Home came down the street and he said they were siding houses so I decided to listen to the sales pitch. The folks who came over and told me about that were knowledgeable about the company and what kind of work that I wanted to be done. I wasn't crazy about the price but they said they had a lifetime guarantee.
I picked out the door and siding that I wanted and it was a good choice. The guys who put them were great and they did a good job. The quality of the material that they put up was good but the workmanship that went into it wasn't. I wasn't satisfied with the work of the guys who came over and did the leaders and gutters. Power had them come back and they fixed what I wanted them to fix but I was unhappy. After the sales pitch I got that those guys knew what they were doing but then the work came out not to my satisfaction and I had to go through the process of calling them back and doing the work the way that it should have been done the first time. Nonetheless, it was a good experience overall.

I heard unbelievably great things about Power Home Remodeling. I did a research on the internet and everybody only said nice things and it made me want to be a part of it. The first time, I had all my windows re-done in my house. And then while they were doing the windows, the project manager came by and we talked about having my door replaced. I requested a certain color for my door and a certain kind of lock and handle. And then for my sliding door, I requested having the shades inside the pane. I was really pleased with that.
Power Home Remodeling's installation team was very neat, very quiet, and very fast. They came to do their job and they did it. I love the windows. I love the way they did the finishing around the window on the outside. It was very clean. There was nothing left over, no nails. They took everything away and were very efficient. They were here when they said they were going to be here. Also, Jessie who was our first sales person was phenomenal. He explained so much and gave us demonstrations on the glass. I was pleasantly surprised because I've had Renewal by Andersen and another company come in and give me a quote demonstration, and I wasn't as impressed.
The only little thing was no one from Power Home Remodeling called me and let me know they were coming. I had to call them and just confirm that they were coming. And then the other thing which was pointed out to me by my neighbor was they didn't call to see how I liked it. They installed it and that was it. Nevertheless, it was a pleasant experience. The products are of fantastic quality. I'm thrilled and very satisfied.

After that, I had about five people call me. It was mostly my son who talked to their sales team, but I did talk to a little girl when she came. She was so thorough and told us all these things that we’re going to get. However, I got gypped. I paid $24,000 and the roof I got was nothing. It’s not shingle and I wanted the metal roof, but they wouldn’t do metal because they say the screws back out.

I finally contacted Power Window, who said that it is probably the roof. I contact KPI2 Incl., who said that the windows were installed incorrectly. I again contacted Power Windows. Technician came and caulked around windows and took pictures. Windows still leaked. Next technician agreed that the windows were installed incorrectly. Window still in bay window area was damaged and the soffit area outside. Leak caused water stain on ceiling in the living room. Power Window had to reinstall the bay window and the 3 windows upstairs. They did replace the window still and repaired the soffit outside. They did no reimburse me for any money that I incurred nor did they paint the ceiling.
