This is the second project I had done with Power Home Remodeling. 1st was the roof, 2nd the siding. I choose the style and color but the end product came out better than I could have imagined. 2 jobs down more to come.

We love our new windows from Power Home Remodeling! From the initial knock on the door, information meeting, pre-install, confirmation, install, and quality assurance meeting we felt taken care of and informed. Upgrading from original single pane windows to their Pella windows is a game changer! They offer other services as well that made our desire to work with them as we upgrade our older home that much more!

I have an amazing experience starting when they explain their product up to the day that they install our sliding window and other windows to our house. The quality of their windows are amazing. I can't describe how happy and satisfied myself because it changes a lot since then. I highly recommend this.

We got our windows installed with Power and we love them! The staff was very friendly, the quality of the windows were very good. The service was quick and efficient as well. I would definitely recommend power to anyone!

Power's initial consultation with us was extremely thorough including graphics, and detail about their products and their company. Everyone we`ve encountered has been well-spoken and genuinely passionate about their product and reputation. Their products include a lifetime warranty which is so important in home remodeling. Overall amazing company! We will 100% use them for future home remodeling endeavors.

We were very happy with the end product. The workers were very professional and made very little mess. The windows were quality and look very nice..the warranty looks great and we are looking forward to more projects.

Christine was very good at explaining the roof system to my wife and I. The roof that was on was very old and had 2 layers. Power stripped everything and it came out very nice. We also did the gutters and they used a larger one than before. We would recommend.

The whole experience was very good. They came and completed the entire house in one day. They left everything neat. The work and workers was very professional. We felt comfortable and we appreciate all they did. The house look and feel great. We noticed the difference already. We did recommend your company to other people. Mr. ** was awesome too. Very smooth experience. I was offered a variety of choices to customize the exterior of my home. I'm very happy with the look of the vinyl siding. All staff were very professional and prompt. I would hire them again and would recommend to others.

Overall my experience with Power was great. The work crew, Manuel, Joel, and Julius were courteous, and went right to work upon arrival. Manuel answered my many questions so I understood what they were doing. They cleaned up all work areas afterwards so I didn't need to worry about any glass pieces. Kareem, the QA manager was so thorough with looking over the work and explaining everything I asked about. As a homeowner, you worry about the quality of work you will get with a big project. With this Power team, I am completely satisfied.

Our entire experience was awesome. Power’s people were very professional. Each step of the process was fully explained and executed properly. I would recommend Power to anyone who needs new windows. We look forward to using Power when we replace our doors.

Everything was great with this company. The only issue we had was when they told us we had to incur additional costs during the install because of wood that they needed. This was obviously an unpleasant surprise. Besides that the crews were excellent, and everyone was knowledgeable and pleasant.

Roof stripped and replaced in 1 day. Great job! Sales person walked us thru the process. Checked in several times to make sure we were happy. They gave us an app to see the status of the whole project. After having our roof and gutters replaced now I am going to replace all my siding with Power.

Every step along the process has been excellent even the crew, who was very prompt and knew what they were doing from beginning to end. Josh and Trevor who installed have been amazing. The crews that came out to install windows and gutters did a great job. They were on time with arriving and completing the job. Other than leaving a few remnants of the job behind everything was great. I would recommend this company to family and friends.

Great customer service from Power company. They were professional and very courteous. The quality of work was amazing! Windows were installed in a timely manner and installers were very friendly. The siding looks so great! I love the new look at my house.

They came and changed out my windows quick and a efficient. If I asked a question they answered in a quick and professional manner. They also did siding on our house and it look like bored real wood and you can’t tell the difference.

Window process was quick. Everything was done in a few months. The installers were fast and very nice. Only issue was one of the windows was incorrect but it was remedied quickly. Also there's a lifetime warranty.

From the beginning, Alberto was great and very knowledgeable. Took the time to answer any questions, measured my windows. Brian was sent to ensure the measurements were correct and to order the windows. Installers arrived and were very nice and worked hard. QA Muneer was great and very knowledgeable as expected, he checked the windows and installation and we noticed the screens needed replacing and immediately requested service! I say he went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied!! Thank you!

Very professional and thorough in my estimate & installation. Very competitive in pricing. Great follow-up after we installation was completed to go over warranty & questions. Would recommend to others.

I am very disappointed and saddened with Power. I will never refer them to anyone I do not like being taken advantage of or talked down to (very poor customer service). The amount of money ($25,000) that I had to pay for this roof was way beyond what it should have been. Although I had a credit rating of more than 700, the finance original company you used declined me (despite the fact that the paperwork stated that $5000 was paid to Power) (?). Any inquiry I made was met with double talk. I expected better treatment and follow up. I didn’t get it. What I received was ignored and dismissed; my developing flower garden was destroyed due to piles of roofing material placed on them. Your company refused to replace decayed wood and make things right. There's still decayed wood presently. I really don't think that is too much to ask...it really isn't.

Everyone who was in contact with us was very polite and professional. There was passion for the product, while there was respect for us as customers. We were not pushed into anything, but the care they took into our home and showing us the importance of windows was apparent.

Izzy was a very detailed honest man to explain. If he wasn't sure he checked with his mentor and he brought to my attention things that were damaged to my house which I wasn't aware of. He took his time and worked with me and gave me a fantastic price.

Working with Power has been an easy experience. All interactions were pleasant and the information provided was clear. The sales rep explained the features on the product and advised why Power windows were a great value to our home. The day of install was quick, and most workers remained outside. The quality check after install definitely makes us feel we made a good choice in company. All remaining questions that you think of later, were answered at this time.

We went through through the entire process from a Power employee randomly knocking on our door to install to post-install inspection. From the multiple windows that were installed only one small area needed to be touched up with caulking and the post-install inspector gladly touched it up for us.

Everybody we came in contact with was very professional. Work was done in a timely fashion and everything was great. Power also came highly recommended from my best friend who had his entire house done as well. When we do the rest Power will be the first call.

My wife and I purchased a few windows from Power Home Remodeling and the process was quick and painless. They did a great job with the exterior of the window and they offered a framed window others didn't have. Would recommend to friends.

We love the work that was done and the AC in our home now cools the way it should without all the temperature loss. We did have a hard time with installation rescheduling a few times, but overall still very satisfied. Still would recommend.

We are very happy with the product. The people we have worked with have been helpful and friendly. My only issue is that it would be helpful to have one person to speak with from start to finish. Not having that point person made it difficult to get questions answered.

We hired power to install windows in our home. We were super impressed on how neat clean and professional the crew was. The salesperson did an excellent job explaining all of the features of the window and took his time going over step-by-step how the installation would be. There was a great follow up and follow through and with the exception of one screen that was slightly damaged. The job is perfect. We are very pleased and would recommend it.

Wonderful experience, worked incredibly fast. I would recommend using Power. The only negative was a price difference from initial and secondary quotes. They worked to meet us half way so it worked out in the end.

After some initial troubles and hesitations, Power did an excellent job explaining the benefits of updating the siding on my home. They were a pricier option, but the quality and warranty didn’t seem to be matched by similar companies. You get what you pay for. Definitely recommend for anyone needing siding work!

The salesperson was very detailed in his overview of the company and types of projects they do. He gave demonstrations and recommendations for the shingles and insulation materials and answered all my questions. The pre-installation review was very fast and they also answered all of my questions. Insulation install was also very fast and everyone I interacted with was friendly and efficient.

We have previously used Power Home Remodeling for window replacements and were very pleased with their quality and service. They were a natural choice for a roof replacement and their work is progressing just as professionally. Their lifetime warranty is exceptional and covers all material and labor.

They have been very informative about their products and process of remodeling. They were able to help us determine what we needed to replace and improve our roof. Happy to now have the 50 year warranty roof.

It's been a great experience so far. We had a great experience with our initial consultant CJ who answered all of our questions thoroughly. Danny came out after and checked all the measurements. The install crew showed up on time and has done a great job installing our 22 windows.

Great communication and products. On time service from the beginning to end. Every single appointment was well managed and all and any issues were listened to and fully addressed from beginning to end.

We have had a great experience. My only complaint, if you can even call it that, was that the appointment for the estimate took a really long time (3-4 hrs). If we would have known, we would have scheduled it on a weekend. It was still a great experience, which is why we decided to work with the company.

We love the new sliding doors. I was more excited about that than the new windows. But other than that it was a great experience. The workers came a little late but they were very professional. They were quick and cleaned up everything.

I just had a new front installed this week. And I have to say it is a beautiful and welcoming dark blue door. All of the sales and reps have been very professional and friendly to work with. The installation gentlemen were professional and left everything clean when they were finished. I would recommend them to anyone looking for new doors or windows. We had a phenomenal experience with Power Home Remodeling. They replaced most of our windows a sliding door. Everyone at the company was super professional from the first scheduler Will, to the remodeling consultant Estephan, the installer Eddie, and the quality assurance managers Jon & Dylan. They answered every question we had and were super honest about what work we should prioritize. The quality of the install and quality of the windows were impressive. Within an hour of our install it felt like our AC doesn't have to work as hard to cool the whole house.

My husband and I opted to have Power Home Remodeling (PHR) install 8 windows in our home and we are extremely happy with our decision. It was a great experience and every step of this process from the field canvassers to the window installers was smooth and easy. Our remodeling consultant Christian ** was very knowledgeable, professional and very informative. He took the time to explain all the services available and the benefits of having PHR complete our project. I liked that he compared pricing and materials of the PHR's top competitors and did not make us feel like we had to make a decision to have PHR install our windows on the spot. The major selling point for having PHR install our windows was a lifetime warranty. We will definitely be using PHR for future home remodeling.

They were bit pushy with the sales tactics and the sales pitch was way too long (hours!), but we are happy with the roof and they did a great job installing it. They kept to the schedule that we established.

We first hired Power about 4 years ago to install new windows. We were impressed with their customer service, communication, and execution from beginning to end. Now, we just moved into a new home about 4 months ago. We had horrible original windows and when we decided we were going to pay to have them done, we didn't look any further. Again, great experience from the original sales conversation, to measurement, install and working with their regional support. We did have a couple dents in the windows which they are already ordering to have replaced. Highly recommend!!!

We had installation put in our attic. One of the team members that came made a hole in the ceiling with his foot. They did a good patchwork but did not properly clean the mess that the hole made in my living room.

The sales experience was great and overall the window installation went well. However, the only reason not to give 5 stars are some unresolved issues I gave to the great guy who came by before my warranty was activated. These included smudges around windows I can't reach, wall damage around one of the windows, some window sill damage, an external trim issue and and a few more small issues. I was expecting a call this Monday, but I did not receive.

The company and the crew are very professional. They were on time and very good at their job. Also they will follow-up and make sure everything went well. The overall experience have been great. The only reason I gave 4 stars because the kitchen windows were not ready on the day of installation but they gave me another date already. The crew arrived at the scheduled time, 7am. It was raining at the time, so they waited in their vehicle. I appreciated the fact that they did not ring the doorbell as soon as they arrived as we have small children who had yet to awake. The rain stopped around 7:20, I then moved the cars from the driveway and they began their work. A crew of about 6 guys, and they worked well. Completed the job around 5pm, and were available to answer any questions. They did a great job cleaning afterwards. I would definitely use this again in the future.

This has been wonderful. The windows are astonishing. From the salesman to the crew to the quality control, it's been so efficient. 14 plus windows tempted and installed in less than 8 hours and it's beautiful. I cannot be more grateful for the day the salesman showed up and my kids mistakenly thought it was Amazon delivery. We have been blown away and the intense change in look and heat barrier is amazing.

We had two new exterior doors and shutters installed. We were pleased with the upgrade that the products made to the appearance of our house. Installation was quick and well done. This is our second project with this company. We were happy enough with our windows that we came back later to do the doors.

Everyone was friendly from start to finish, even the crew who came to replace the windows went about their work with respect to the property and people around them. Everything was on time and the price never changed, actually got cheaper after I changed my mind on a few windows and there was no pressure to keep my original purchase. I had questions during the install and was able to get my answers within minutes by calling the job site manager.

Ordered replacement windows over a year ago because I can’t see out of the original window and was told they would be about 6-8 month. Every time I call they say they were pushed back. Last time I called they guaranteed they would be in by August. Still nothing. Called and asked to speak to a manager numerous times and they say there is no manager there and they would call me back to which they have not called back. Terrible customer service and would never use them again.

We had 14 impact windows installed and had passed inspection when I found that one of the exceptionally long windows in the kitchen missed a few screws added to the bottom frame. I contact Power and they promptly scheduled a gentleman to come and fix that. I am very pleased!

From the very first consultation to the last inspection, Power Home Remodeling was good to us. Their agents were patient and informative. The installment process was smooth, however, the cleaning process after the installation varied on which team did the installment. Even with this small issue, their agents were quick to consider complaints and see what they can do to fix the issue. Overall, very well pleased especially with the inspectors.
