The installation of windows and doors was a good experience. The people were friendly, informative and very polite. They all were professional. They worked hard to give my husband and I good experience. They all had specific jobs. Yet all completed and cleaned up every room and even helped with a heavy dresser to put back and a shutter that required us getting on a ladder.

In as much as I was reluctant to change out my “traditional single pane” windows to the new “Pella Symphony double pane” windows, I am flabbergasted as how beautiful, quiet and sleek they look. I am so happy that I took the plunge to update to these modern style and efficient windows.

Some young person knocked on my door and was very polite and offering estimates for windows and doors. I accepted the free estimate. The next day a sales representative came by and everything he promised came to fruition. I got 8 windows installed. What an Excellent experience. On time, polite, clean and knew what they were doing.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, EVEN WORST THAN SPIRIT AIRLINES. It has been 3 years and my back door still isn't fixed and every time they schedule a tech to come out they always cancel at the last minute and then reschedule for months later only to have the same thing happen again and cancel at the last min. I am currently filing a lawsuit in small claims court and I really wish I never opened my door when they came around. I have other windows I want to replace but most certainly will look a company much more reputable than this.

I really loved our experience with Power: the team we worked with were extremely helpful in showing us how there’s windows would improve our house and they were really attentive to our needs. The insulation process was seamless, everyone were spoke with was nice and they didn’t mind me asking questions as they worked. Our experience with Power Home Remodeling was great! From the first knock on our door to the final post project inspection everyone involved in our window installation project was extremely helpful, professional, and personable. We especially appreciated Brian’s visit because we feel like he went above and beyond. When he inspected our attic he found an issue and stayed much much longer trying to figure out what was wrong and walking us through our options. He came for windows and stayed to assist with identifying issues and providing much appreciated advice. And the installers were very quick and efficient and even made sure to thoroughly clean up afterwards.

Beware of this company. They try to scam you into extra services. Installed gutters onto our garage and put random drill holes all over the siding and left them. Weeks went by with storms and water getting behind the siding and finally their solution to their damage and mistake was filling the holes. This took all of 30 minutes and they had the audacity to tell my husband to smooth it down and paint. Do not use this company for anything. Attached are pictures of what they called pinholes, and the very “professional” fix. Suspicious that water getting behind the siding is not an issue when it’s their mistake. Thought I would share with the public the quality of Power's work.

We had all of our windows replaced with Power. They took our single paned, 30 year old windows and replaced them with double paned beautiful windows. I’m happy with the quality of the windows and the overall installation—everything looks great and was completed efficiently. However, I can’t give five stars due to the lack of care shown inside my home. There was avoidable damage to freshly painted walls, visible handprints, and broken glass left behind, which I had to clean up myself. The post-install visit was informative—I appreciated learning how the windows were installed and how to operate them—but the response to my concerns about damage and cleanup felt minimal. The product is solid, but I expected more attention to detail and professionalism in the handling of my space.

I am highly impressed with the service provided by Power to have gutters installed on my house. I have been looking to install gutters since purchasing the house three years ago. From meeting the sales team to QA inspection post installation it was a little over a week. Super fast! The power sales team was set up in HEB and that is where I learned of the company and services provided. The brochure had all of the awards for customer service listed. We were able to schedule a visit for a quote the following Saturday (often my only free day). Matt showed up on Saturday and explained more about the company and answered all of my questions. The numbers for the quote were within my budget so I agreed to the installation.

Two Power Home Remodeling salesmen came to my house and gave a nice demo on how good the windows were, even nailed a nail into a piece of wood with a demo window. They told us if the windows would ever break there wouldn't be any further charges to replace. This convinced me to invest $1000's of dollars to have many replaced. A few years later, a window cracked and I also noticed that ants were coming into the house through the window. Not through the window panes but through the sides. Apparently that window was not sealed properly.

We did windows in my whole house. The sale rep. Mike V was definitely helpful. The crew did a good job on the windows installation and very clean. I would highly recommend Power to friends and family!

Very pleased from sales to post installation inspection. Power and all their associates were professional and thorough. The web app kept us informed throughout the process with plenty of calls for confirmation on appointments. Installation was available at an earlier time and was completed by a later on that day. We are happy with the Zen glass, as it has reduced the noise from outside dramatically. After 3 days, I have noticed the A/C is able to keep up and shut off at night after 95°F days in a North Texas June, unbelievable. Great product and people. If I could change one thing, it would be, the financing pressure to close the deal for the first visit discount. I chose the company for their reviews and the product, maybe they could have sold me more (doors, trim, and etc.) had I had time to think about things. All said I'm very happy and would do this again.

The experience from the initial knock at the door to the final product was phenomenal. Every single person involved was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. The workers were very skilled and so efficient.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Had 13 windows replaced in 2022. Not one of the locks align, Power refuses to adjust. Most screens have ripped & multiple have fallen out & bent frames. Had to purchase new screens, despite "lifetime warranty". Installation date was 5 months out on new screen frames. Had them delivered to be installed by us. Not one screen ordered fit. Have been speaking to customer service for weeks. Promised phone calls back every day, not one phone call has been returned. First line of customer service tries but says they have no authority to expedite, refund or schedule. Left with promise of a call that day, but call never comes. Would never recommend.

There was a follow up to confirm the measurements and give a final cost. The order for the windows was completed quickly and the installation of 16 windows only took 6 or so hours. The price/quality ratio for the windows was reasonable as well. In our experience Power Home remodeling was a great choice for our project.

Power installed both a Front and Back Door in our 1997 built home. Both old doors were sticking, didn’t seal properly, and were in need of replacing. Power gave us a free quote and offered a great warranty. They special ordered a sliding door for our back door and still kept to their original timeline. The install went well and the crew was in and out within a day. Way above average customer service and I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks!

He took his time explaining the signs of water damage especially from the windows that needed to be replaced sooner than others. I had no idea that new windows could keep out over 95% heat from direct sunlight.

From start to finish was great. From Jordan whom help and answer any questions even after “handing” us to the next person. The installer were great and left our property clean after the process. After the installation, some errors were found and the team is helping with getting the installation corrected. App is good in keeping up with the project while being away. Throughout the process, the team were not pushy and have taken our feedback.

My wife and I had Power HRG completely reside and upgrade our attic insulation. They have the worst communication from a contractor I've ever worked with. They want you to do everything through a cell phone app or website. Then they lie and say it's because the banks want them too. Their communications and coordination of their contractors are poor. Their contractors are good and they use good materials, but I wouldn't recommend using them. We had a problem with an electrical outlet almost after they finished. They did have an electrician run a new line, but they never repaired the hole he left it the wall. Worst of all, after paying for the work, I am now getting hounded on both my cell phone and my home phone line from their robocalls and other persons asking me to do remodeling work with them. I've asked them and even talked to supervisors and I'm still getting calls.

We had a run of four casement windows, one of which had broken glass, and some had handles that no longer worked. We also had a decorative side door to our garage that was crumbling. Power did a great job measuring everything and installing them quickly and professionally. I was especially impressed with the way they took care of the doorframe — it looks great while also fitting the character of the house!

Every step of the process from the initial pitch, to the project plan, to the final install has been an effortless experience (for me at least). I have very high confidence in the work that’s been done and fully intend to return to Power for doors, siding, really anything else they offer. No complaints. No concerns. He showed us samples of the glass that they would use and how it greatly cuts the heat. Our primary concern was the heat and look of the windows.
