Installation team was very professional and courteous. They cleaned up very well. They had tarps everywhere. Love how my new Pella windows look. They brighten up the house quite a bit. Would definitely recommend this company.

The whole process for getting my new windows took a little less than a month. Everyone that was involved was very professional and helpful. The installation crew was very efficient. The entire installation took only a few hours for 12 windows.

First, they had a dumpster delivered. The dumpster company drove on my lawn creating a ditch 13" deep. They refused to come out and fill it in. Power said the dumpster company is a separate company and there was nothing they could do. Second, the workers were throwing the old roof shingles off the roof into the dumpster. They cracked part of my siding in the process. The inspector said that this damage was listed as prior damage. I showed him where the prior damage was and explain how this was not the same damage. He refused to do anything about it.

Power was amazing. So easy to do business with them. Great products. Exceptional service, but even better employees. Everyone was amazing. Catie my sales rep felt like family and very satisfied with the end result. Thank you Power for taking care of my house!

I would highly recommend Power for all home projects. We first used Power to replace all of our windows. They did such an amazing job that we also used them to replace 2 doors, our gutters and soffits. Most recently we spoke with Jacob and had Power replace our roof. Jacob explained everything about the process and materials that will be used. They are always professional and responsive to any concerns on projects. Everyone we worked with was friendly and professional. The work is exemplary. The crews cleaned up everything as good as new. All of our questions and concerns were promptly addressed. We got what we asked for, and were not pushed into any decisions.

I was asked to complete the review before the job was even finished. After installing the new door, they “forgot” to install the new frame and simply put the old one back on. They left without asking me to inspect their work. The door itself has uneven spacing with the frame, does not close flush, and springs back out unless pushed in. Light shows through from the inside, so there is no proper seal.

Power installed Pella windows in my house and it was an excellent experience. Everyone was extremely friendly at every step of the process to make it enjoyable. Abby explained the products well to ensure we knew the quality of the windows with the reputation of the company. Patrick was flexible on measuring the windows, and also made it easy to make an adjustment to what we were ordering. Manny and the install crew were on time, very detailed, cleaned up, and also were very friendly with my dog bothering them. Miguel was informative on the quality assurance and provided some entertaining conversation while we were waiting for the install to finish. It was long past time to get my windows done, and I feel great about my investment in my house thanks to Power.

Loved the transparency on what needed to be done and integrity of what was actually put in place matched perfectly. Walked with us every step of the way. Work looks good. My wife and I will look for future opportunities through Power.

The results were better than expected! I had used another company to start my window replacement but these windows make me regret that as I love my Pella windows. Everyone was so polite and professional from start to finish.

We just bought our new home in Dayton/Kettering area. Power knocked on our door with an offer for a free estimate, and when sales representative Lucas came out, we were sold! The presentation and estimate was very thorough, Lucas made us feel like our concerns and questions were important. He was extremely personable, had a great product presentation, and helped us move forward with financing and scheduling the install itself. Power calls before they knock on your door to confirm times, and they are quick! Our windows came in a week early, and the install team showed up right on time and got to work. They look beautiful and are much easier to open now. Power is reasonably priced and the customer service has been phenomenal. I'll happily use them for another project.

Stephen came out and explained everything from the work that was needed, showed the different options and prices. Even stated that their prices may have been higher than normal but the quality of their work and the lifetime warranty will win you over. Also to mention there is monthly payment that is available if needed. Overall the whole interaction from the beginning till end was a breath of fresh air. I would recommend power remodeling for any of your home needs. 10/10 hands down!!!

Power Home Remodeling came to my door, I got a chance to speak with Courtney and we scheduled a free estimate for Siding and gutters. From there we met with Logan and he was just the best. Throughout the entire process I felt no pressure to do or commit to anything. I met Power when they were walking my neighborhood giving free estimates. I took advantage of the free estimate and Casey ** spent extra time with me answering all my questions. We had gutters and siding installed on our house, crew did a nice job on the installation but not so good on cleaning up afterwards. Found nails in the driveway, bits of scrap siding left on the patio that our dog could have ingested and quite a mess left on the brick ledge. Leftover material was sitting in front yard waiting to be picked up for extended period of time.

My husband and I have just had our house siding along with gutters replaced by PowerHRG. So, let's start with the Sales pitch first. They start with their BBB rating, then move on to the materials (without naming the brand or cost per sq. ft.), they will show you different styles and colors. The sales director came to our home, along with a trainee we would assume, and he used the USPS analogy (if we make a return visit the price quote is higher) in his sales pitch to us. We were a little puzzled by the comparison. From there he moved on to the exterior home measurement, and the total cost of the project that includes insulated vinyl siding and labor.

Power Home Modeling, Colin came to my door very professional, and we decoded to great a free estimate.. Then met Ali and Noah. Then after their presentation and inspection of my windows I decided to move forward with 4 windows.

This is the second time I have used Power. They’re very courteous. They also are great source to find out different things that need to be done. They also are very concerned with quality control, and customer satisfaction.

Updated on 09/10/2025: I stand by the windows being beautiful and the installation being great, HOWEVER. I sincerely loathe being dragged along. I don’t need the sales pitch by every single employee that enters my home after I’ve already purchased windows. The pushiness is extremely annoying and the repetitiveness after ALREADY stating I don’t want to purchase anything else. The surveyor tried to manipulate me against my husband. Didn’t take no for an answer AND both gentleman that came took an incredible amount of our time while ensuring they only needed “5 more minutes” that turns into an hour or two. We have lives and it puts us in a position to have to practically push you out of our house.

He did present a lengthy (3hr) presentation but that is because wanted to see all the information about the whole house reno options. I feel if I would have told him to stop he would have respectfully stopped and left. I did not want that and because of his patience and knowledge I was fully confident in moving forward with our first of many Power Home projects.

Undeniably the WORST experience with a contractor we have EVER had. 3 months in and our windows still aren't finished. There are literal gaps where we can see the sky between the windows and window frames. Door we cannot open. Door handles still not installed. Improper windows ordered that we are still waiting on. Tape over holes so bugs don't crawl in. And THEY DO NOT CARE!! Word to the wise, DO NOT use these people, you will be sorry. ALL of the other issues people are complaining about are true. The amount of caulking on what they as 'GOOD' WINDOWS IS ABSURD. A 3 year old could have done it better. SO SO disappointed and don't know where to turn.

Pleasant experience from the first sales rep until install and QA inspection. Each individual was professional, kind, prompt with their arrival, and very efficient. We had over 30 windows installed and the project was completed in one day. I also personally love their connection and dedication to Alex’s Lemonade Stand. We would recommend this company to neighbors and friends and will call again if other projects are needed in the future.

Power installed windows and doors for us, but left us with subpar support after promising in their sales pitch they would back up their door installation with unlimited number of tweaks readjustments. Here's what happened. Power installed a door in one of our rooms that has seasonal foundational shifts because we have clay soil. When the foundation shifted they had to replace the bolt locking mechanism a couple of times. We suggested they use an oversized strike plate (has a larger bolt area to allow play when the foundation shifted). They refused stating the strike plate was not their product and left us hanging without a workable solution. I installed the oversized plate myself. Two points: they overpromised in their sales what they eventually failed to deliver. Second, they refused to think outside the box to solve what was actually a very simple solution.

From start to finish each team was very professional and engaging ensuring all questions were answered and concerns met. The quality of work satisfactory and overall we had a great experience. Await the difference in the energy bill to say hooray. Thank you Power.

Power Home Remodeling and their reps Austin, Jake, and Darrius did an excellent job walking us through the project from start to finish.

I agreed to a roofing project. Everything was going along fine but then the quality service manager (who was really just another salesman) showed up to inspect the roofing job. He identified several other problems and suggested additional work that really needed to be done. NONE of these things were discussed at the original appointment. I was misled that their ventilation system was all I needed but then the second salesman wanted to sell me soffits. He also identified some fascia problems which were never discussed prior to signing the contact and added several thousand dollars to the price.

I can't recommend Power enough! The install was fantastic, all the workers were so professional and did an excellent job. We will be going to them again for future needs! After having other jobs done on our home, we know how tough it can be to find people who know what they're doing. And we've had nightmare contractors before. Power are the people you want for fixing up your home! They have quality products, great prices and amazing customer service. I can't recommend them enough!

Contracted with them in October, 2024, to replace all windows (> $100,000.) in my FL home. Initially contact and measurements went well. As time passed, calling them resulted in long waits and promises that were not kept. Having been gone for the summer, yesterday I called to arrange an installation date. I was told that they could not do the job, passing most of the blame on Pella. Why would it take 10 months to realize that they could not do the job? Also, I had to call them for this information. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
