We are very happy with our ORKIN service. We have had ORKIN wherever we lived and are extremely satisfied with their regular and termite service. If you are looking for competent, motivated service representatives, this is your big and termite company.

Technician is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Results have always met our expectations. We live on waterfront property and having this service provided for us is important as we live here year around. Bugs, spiders and ants are eliminated by using this service. Worth every penny spent, in our opinion.

All the Orkin techs have been courteous and professional. They arrive on time and immediately start the treatment. They tell me what they are doing and approximately how long it will take. They are the best. They deserve a raise.

The Orkin technician was very courteous and clean when he did our treatment. We were very pleased with the results. We had an ant problem prior to the visit. Since the visit we have not had any ants. The service completed what we had ask for.

He did a great job. Was very thorough and cleaned up after himself. He did inside and outside and put down sticky critter catchers in the garage. I like the consistency he provides and very friendly. I definitely would recommend Orkin.

Always polite and thorough. He calls the day before to confirm the time scheduled. He remembers special requests that I have given him in past visits about where to spray only lightly and where I don't want any spray. He is careful to close doors that need to be closed after he uses them.

My tech is great. The ofc however reschedules the time of the appt late the night before. Too late for me to change. I must change other commitments. This is not a one off. It happens frequently. I have complained before.

Ever since I have had them coming to my house every 3 months I have not had any pesky little visitors in my house. The company has always sent knowledgeable and friendly people and have come when I needed them.

I am most satisfied with the pest control service provided by my local Las Vegas ORKIN. They do an outstanding job with eliminating the insects in my condo and around the patio area. The technicians have been on time, courteous and friendly.

I love Orkin and I like all the servicemen. They take care of my things. They let me know what day they're gonna be coming. They change sometimes, one or two days difference. Once in a while, there’ll be a week difference. But they call me right before they come, which is good. The other ones, I don't know if they call the people that live in the property. One of them leaves one of those sheets of paper where it says what they sprayed. The other one sometimes will tell me if they’re home and what day they came.

The tech who came out was really nice. He told me exactly everything that he was going to do and he was very thorough about it. He told me about all the different kinds of roaches that he found, the state that they were in, and how well the treatment was going. I feel good about how it's been going but I've been a customer for a really long time now and I feel like I shouldn't be having any roaches. But those times that I felt like I was seeing them more often than I wanted to, I would call Orkin and they would come out.

Getting ahold of their customer service is immediate. I call and I get ahold of somebody immediately. Also, the tech who has been coming to our for 20 years now, Ralph, has been fabulous. We kept having little pests and they were gone when we had a treatment and they have never come back. We've had some issues with some devastation of some of the wood framing in our house outside. It was a project to replace the area and it wasn't all that big, but it was really high. Then, we ended up having to refurbish the whole attic with insulation, with a complete disinfecting process.

They come out every two months to treat for ants and it has worked well. Although there was one guy that used to bill and charge before he did the service. He’d pull into the driveway and he’s already charged. He did the job right away but it just seemed odd that he would charge it first before he did the work. Everybody else that’s been out here has always charged afterward.

Signing up with Orkin was easy enough. It seemed to work fairly well and setting up the direct payment seemed to be okay. We have a gentleman who routinely must have the route. So, we always deal with the same person and that is helpful. But he is often too busy and has too many accounts on his schedule that day to spend the amount of time that our home may require. So he's always very rushed and not able to provide the level of service I would prefer to have. I understand that is Orkin’s business model and we have not complained about it. Any pesticide application is better than none. He's generally too busy to get every spot that we would like him to get. It's a bit unfair to ask him to stay longer in our house because that will put him behind schedule. So we're careful not to over burden the individual.

When we signed up with Orkin, it was Covid time so there was social distancing. It was great. They came into the home, spraying inside the house and the second floor. We put away the dog and they also told us to stay away from the location for a certain amount of time. Then, they took care of the outside. Whenever we saw any insects, we called them and they came right out the very next day and respray or whatever they needed to do to prevent any bugs. The techs are great and like family. I got their numbers. The main one who comes is Eric and we've had a new one who started coming. From my experience around here, Orkin is the best one. I don't see any one else doing what they do around here. So, they’re the ones that stand out. You see Orkin almost everywhere around here.

Orkin let me know they were going to be out on a certain day and if I didn't like it, I could reschedule. They notified me. Also, the tech was real good.

When you're out in the middle of 7 1/2 acres in the country, mice consider it their 24/7 job to try to get in the house. Initially, Orkin did not find the mice and the techs came out and did another full reinspection of the house. They found two spots that were overlooked originally. The mice were coming into the house in rooms that they had never entered before. Those accesses were created after Orkin did their initial knockdown of, “Okay. We're taking over the house and the mice are leaving.”

Everything seems to be good with Orkin. We had them because we had an American roach problem in our house, and they keep them at bay pretty well. For the most part, if we're home, my wife will explain different areas that we had seen them as they start returning. The techs would go right to that area and treat it extra. So, all the experiences and interactions are good.

We haven't had any pest problems inside since Orkin started coming. So, having the bug control is a lot better. I had mosquito this year too, and that helped.

When I moved in this house, all I saw was evidence of mice. Also, I started seeing roaches. I tried to handle it, but it was getting worse. So I called Orkin within a couple of weeks and they’ve been great. I don't see anything anymore. I’ve had three different people. But the guy who comes mostly is a sweetheart. He's a nice guy. He asked me questions, and what I need to do or what I want to do. He's very thorough. Before, the situation would be better after Orkin came but then it would start getting worse again before they come back. But since he’s come, he's really got a handle on it. Orkin is affordable and they do a fine job.

Would recommend to others. They spray inside and outside and it cuts down on spiders in home. They arrive on time or notify you if going to be late. Representatives are always friendly and personable and accommodating. Very happy customer.

I love Orkin. I called and inquired about them on my own, and I've used them a couple of times. I have them on a quarterly rotation. I get the necessary emails when they're coming, what time they'll be there, when they’ve left, and how much I'm being charged, and it's also automatically taken out of my account when they do the treatment. I'm very pleased so far. I've just seen water bugs here or there. I've had a gnat problem in the past, and the technician treated the sink drains. That's definitely gotten better in the past few months, almost to where I see none. Every now and then, I'll see one, but I know that's just hard to to treat.

Orkin comes and sprays around the house and spray inside when I need them to and they do a good job. They come out every other month. They raised the price without telling me. That was a little surprise, but it's okay. I never had a pest problem. So, I called them in originally because somebody sent my niece a present, and when we unwrapped it, there were a couple of roaches in the box. And I was devastated because I don't do well with roaches and bugs. So, I called them out and they have been servicing me ever since because I don't want a problem. Orkin does a great job. They do my porch as well. And I get to sit down on my porch and not feel traumatized because spiders might come down on the awning. So, I love it. And I will keep them because I feel safe.

Since getting Orkin, we have not had a problem with bugs, mice, or other pests despite others in the neighborhood having difficulty with them. I wouldn’t consider any other service. Additionally, the employees are polite and do their job well.

I have had the same Orkin man for 15 years. He is so pleasant and nice. He works around my schedule and does a good job for me. And I've been very satisfied. Owen has won a lot of trips with Orkin, which is wonderful that Orkin still does that. I hope they continue to do that after COVID. And he really is deserving of that. Owen is a good representative. I had normal bugs. It's an old house built in 1965 and I'm sure there are cracks and crannies that they can crawl in and then mosquitoes. You should use Orkin.

Rui is excellent. He listens and helps with all of our pest needs. He is always on time and explains any concerns we have. He is professional and an asset to your company. We have used Orkin for years and are happy with your service!

Orkin solved my pest control issue. Very good service and technicians. I have recommended Orkin to my daughter and my neighbors. Everyone has been happy. Great Customer Service as well. I have had to contact the office for a billing issue and it was resolved professionally and quickly.

The guy that we have that we love dearly is a great guy. Whatever we need, he provides. So, we trust him. Ed has been coming out since we started using them. He usually comes out every other month, but we have a problem with scorpions around here in the hill country. I asked that Orkin bump it up. So, Ed comes out now every month. He's always here when we need him. Even if we need a re-treat. I have his phone. I just text him. He usually texts me before he comes. And he's always here. He's a very professional, kind, courteous, knowledgeable guy.

Since I have been using Orkin. All I have to say is, that I am extremely pleased; with the service that I am provided with. Punctual and friendly. Any questions that you ask, you immediately get a correct answer.. I personally highly recommend Orkin.

We missed the inspector and as we entered the subdivision we caught him as he was leaving. I know he had other appointments but he was kind enough to return and do the inside inspection. We appreciate him doing that very much.

Every person I talked to in a company does a very good job. Like I said and I will repeat myself again everybody at the company when I talk to them is able to help me completely and I am very pleased with the service. Thank you very much

Rob ** is a great representative for Orkin: friendly, respectful of property, on time, conscientious, and thorough. He makes his salary the old fashioned way...by earning it. Whatever his compensation, it probably is not enough. Rob should be the poster representative for Orkin. Please allow him to continue as our service representative.

We continue to be happy with the service at Orkin. The technicians are so helpful and friendly, and the product is highly effective. And the price is terrific value for the peace of mind we get. We have been a client for years, and we wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

Technicians are knowledgeable and always keep me informed. Always do a great job! If I need to reschedule or have something different done, there are never complaints. Very accommodating! I love the company, customer service and frequently recommend to friends!

Been dealing with an ant issue for over 4 years. Orkin has yet to control the condition. Always a new person shows up. No one is taking control of resolving the situation. There is a bunch of old bait that no one has cleaned from the baseboard. Ready to switch companies soon if Orkin does not resolve this issue.

My person always calls the day before and checks to see if we will be home as we have dogs. Always asks what pest are bothering us. I recommend your company highly to other people. I guess he is retiring soon. We hope that we will receive the same level of service from our next person. I take care of my mom in mornings so he adapts his schedule to accommodate us.

I am always satisfied with Orkin. I never worry about critters and pests. They are always there if you need them, great communication and affordable. Orkin treats everything I can think of and things I never thought of and more. 100% Satisfied!!!

The technician is polite and efficient and professional and comes in, replaces bait stations. Do pest control and we sign and he leaves. He lets us know if we have any problem just to call the office and let them know and the technician will come back to our house. We had Orkin going on 8 years and we’re always recommending them.

Always prior notice of appointment. Always on time, efficient, written record of services performed, polite. Good that same person is sent to perform services on each visit. Recently, I called for an extra visit to treat ant infestation. I received prompt service and treatment that eradicated the problem.

Took just a short time and did a good job. Did a good job of making sure my home and garage are protected against any type of bug. Told me to call any time if I ever had a problem and he would be sure to come right away.

Anthony ** has been providing our service for quite a while now and he always does a great job. He’s on time, pleasant and very thorough, checking each room of the house, the basement and small crawl space for pests. He also addresses the garage and exterior perimeter of the house. Technician was on time, courteous and thorough. There are so many nooks and crannies and he looked for them and treated them, inside and out. I don't have anything more to say, except that the scheduling seems to be done without first consulting me, so I have to try to get back in touch and that process seems complicated

If for some reason the application does not work completely, Orkin is contacted and reapplies a heartier application. We appreciate the responsiveness and ability to rely on the service we purchase. We have been customers for 10+ years and always recommend Orkin to others. We are even considering hiring them for additional needs as well.

I forgot to mention to the guy spraying that I felt I needed new boxes (those black boxes) they put down, but I forgot. The black boxes have been there a long time and might need to be switched out. I will catch him the next quarter. Spraying from time to time sure helps especially out here in the country. I do not to see spiders in my house. Also I get crickets if I do not spray occasionally.

Juan was very professional and diligent with the service treatment, great employee for your company. He was thorough and knowledgeable too. You should definitely let him know that his service is greatly appreciated. We also like the company messaging that shows when he is on the way to complete the scheduled service.

Our Orkin guy, Jimmy, does a fantastic job. He is flexible with timing for service and always comes when scheduled. His positive attitude makes him pleasant to be around. You should give him a promotion (but don't change his responsibility for us) and give him a raise.

Orkin service people are professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I appreciate their promptness. If an issue arises outside of regular services a call to Orkin will get prompt attention. I have had their service for several years and will continue with this dependable service.

They are always professional and knowledgeable. They look over the house and outside to make sure there are no pest. They always ask if we have seen anything new or any activity. Glad they come and protect our home and outside.

Orkin Pest Control came in and did their bi-monthly insect check inspection, and sprayed around the outside of the house as I requested. Did what I asked them to do. I had the least of all things, a ladybug infestation. They helped me with some ground wasp that I had at one point. And they did some fire ants. Everything’s going well. I just got a new person this time. My previous pest control person was very personable and followed directions. What I really appreciated about them is they know the boundaries for the house. Sometimes, “Hey, don’t go in that room over there, if you don’t mind,” and they don’t go down there.

I gave Orkin a try because I get blind ants and carpenter ants in my house sometimes. It was horrendous. A tech named Tyrone looked at the situation and he was so nice. When I have questions, he listens to what I have to say then he tells me what it is or he'll spray. For the ants, he started putting stuff and went, “They're going to take this to the queen and then where they come in, I'm going to seal it up afterwards." He wanted to make sure they do that so it could destroy the nest. That seemed to have worked. He came and he plugged it up. I also have problems with hornets sometimes coming into my house. I've had Orkin now for a little over a year and I have not seen or heard of anything, which is great. So far, so good. Get Orkin. They may be a little pricey, but they're worth it.

Orkin sets up service schedules then I get an email saying they would be coming next week at such and such a time. I then get an email saying they're on their way. A person shows up and if I'm home, they'll ask me if there are any other issues. If I'm not home, they just go ahead and spray. Recently, they sprayed for mosquitoes around the house. The experience with their techs has been very positive and they're very pleasant to deal with.

Most of the time, I enjoy the program, the notification process, and all of that. Lately, I've been having trouble getting a service window. They told me that they would come on a specific day, but I don't get my service window. So, I have to call and say, "When are you coming?" Because I can't sit around and wait all day. I need to know. And they would give me a two or a three-hour window and it works just fine. But we schedule in advance, I always know when they're coming, I get my text messages and an email. So, it's great. They're always on time. Quick and easy. They do their service and they get it out of the way.

We had some tiny ants in the kitchen and other places in the house. Orkin was able to resolve the problem by coming down bi-monthly. We don't have any problem with the pests while they keep up the treatment. Our tech is fine. He's not the first one, but he was a good replacement. I like knowing ahead of time when he's going to be here. Before, Orkin was not giving me enough notice of when they were coming by because sometimes I would be out of state and the tech couldn't get in the house. But they resolved that issue. The technician himself now makes sure I knew ahead of time when he was coming by.

When I first started, the ants were gone for a long time. But now, I've had to call almost every month about seeing more ants. There were a couple of months in the really colder months. But then, I'm still seeing ants. That was one of the main reasons that I contracted with Orkin in the first place because they were taking over my kitchen. But anybody who's ever come has always been very nice. They listened and did their job well.

Every time they come over, they’ve been very, very thorough, which I really appreciate. Normally, they take care of the yard and everything outside the yard. They took excellent care of the outside of the house. But about three weeks ago, we found some ants in one of our cupboards. The ants came in with one of the boxes of cereal that we had. So I had Orkin come out and the tech took a look at what we had and what I saw. He said that there was no trail of ants. But he still sprayed around that little area there to be sure and there have been no ants since. Now, we check our cereal boxes when we bring them back from the store.

I am incredibly impressed with them, or I wouldn't have kept them on for three years. They're amazing. I am into eight months after losing my husband of 41 years. So when they come to the house, they're also very empathetic and kind.

They make their regular visits and everything's under control. The biggest problem that I had was sugar ants. They come in and invade the kitchen. But we didn't see any ant inside the house last year. Then, getting into this late summer, I hate spiders with a passion, so Orkin keeps those away too. The tech who comes out is very professional. He always stops to chat for a minute to make sure there are no problems.

They quoted 10,000 for termite work and charged over $12,000. Did not answer repeated requests for help. Service itself was mixed - the sales rep not corresponding with the technician about what was agreed. I feel like I’ve been fleeced.

Hope you can inform viewers about this before they hire Orkin. I hired Orkin Pest Control to tent my home for termites at a charge of 2,890 dollars. At first I thought that this was a pretty high price. The Orkin Salesman told me that none of their competition could do what they do. As soon as he left I called a company named Absolute Pest control and left my number for a call back quote. While waiting for a call back from Absolute, my wife told me not to go with a generic or no name company. I decided to tell the Absolute people never - mind, I would go with Orkin. After I signed the contract with Orkin, they (Orkin) sub-contracted the job to Absolute, the same company that I turned down for the job.

Orkin explained things that needed to be done and how much it would cost. They were courteous and professional about it. Also, the techs were very professional and friendly. There is usually one who comes out here once a month to spray for mosquitoes, ants, just generally around the outside of the house, making sure that no bugs enter. Those were good experiences. Give Orkin a try.

We have used Orkin for three years and we really like them. The tech comes out every other month. He's very nice and does a very good job. I can tell that he's very knowledgeable about the spiders and the different types. When we have questions or we have something going on, he can explain to us what is the best route and why and what spiders do.

Orkin Pest Control always gives me a heads-up when they arrive. They're courteous and they get through the job quickly.

Orkin is dependable. I have a monthly service with them and they worked great. We moved to the country, and there were spiders. It was a seamless move, in terms of my service with them. The techs have been very friendly and informative. As far as pests go, if it's out of the range of what they do, let's say wildlife, I didn't find that they were very helpful in figuring out how to handle that. But they knock on the door if I'm around and ask if there are new issues that I want to have checked out.

I'm already set for my service with Orkin. It's already programmed in and it has been good.

Orkin Pest Control has always been outstanding. We appreciated their service. We aren't bothered by pests. We bought a new home and we had a lot of ants when they first moved in, but that has been rectified.

I have monthly service with Orkin where they treat my house and yard. They've been nothing but helpful since they started doing my home. When I started with them, I had an issue inside my home. I no longer have that and it really went away in six months, but I still have Orkin. But I see ants and fleas in my yard so I treat on top of their treatment. Every time they come, I have to pinpoint exactly where I'm seeing activity and then have them focus on that.

We have Orkin come out quarterly. They send a text and an email saying when my next appointment is a week before. Then, they send out another reminder the day before. Also, Greg does a wonderful job. I get a text when he's on his way and he does what he needs to do. He asks if there's anything going on, anything that needs to be addressed, or any questions I might have. We talk and visit for a bit about what's going on if there is anything and if there's nothing, he does the normal stuff. He’s very thorough.

Orkin has been among the companies that have treated us the best. They've got a gal named Jennifer in the Kokomo office. If they do anything to that woman, I'll drop Orkin like a hot fire. She is everything anybody could ask in the way of a workman, in the way of a representative for a company. She's getting her office work done like nobody's business, and there's nobody who can replace her. When Orkin loses her, I don't think they'll find a replacement half her value. The man that comes here every first week of an odd-numbered month does an excellent job. He's thorough and still very friendly. He comes in talking like he’s your neighbor or maybe a brother in Christ at church for that matter. He's so personal. I'm not sure how many men like him they've got at Orkin, but I would dare say they don't have anybody better.

I signed up with Orkin to get rid of carpenter ants and now the ants are gone. Their technician comes every three month. I like him. We called him one time because we had some debris in the house, and we wondered if it was ants or mice or what. He came, looked it over, and took some samples. He said he thought it was just the house settling, and that's indeed what it turned out to be. He goes above and beyond. He seems to know what he's doing.

I like that we have had the same technician from the first visit for every visit. We love him. He is polite and always friendly. At first, it was awkward but once I got used to him coming out, it was always a very nice interaction. It's gotten to the point where if I can't be home, I'll call them and let them know I left the door unlocked. He has my permission to come in and spray, and do what he's got to do. He always locks the door on his way out like I asked. He always makes my toddler laugh when he's here and he always chit-chats with my older kids if they're home and he happens to come by.

I like the customer service and the professionalism of the people that work for Orkin. Dealing with the techs have been great. I just call the main office if I have to reschedule. It’s a very easy company.

I'm a very pleased customer. I started Orkin especially for boxelder bug issues but they've also helped with other issues I've had with flies and those that look like they’re bugs, but they're not. They have come and done inside and out several times and the boxelder population has decreased considerably inside my house. I don't mind them on the outside. It's just when they're crawling around all over the inside. The difference is unbelievable, just three weeks later. My normal starting month would have been April but when I called in March last month because I was having so much trouble with boxelder bugs, they came out right away, even though I wasn't scheduled for a date yet. So that was also very helpful.

People don't want to see bugs. I use Orkin for general maintenance at a rental property that is on the water and in a rural area and I have had no issues with pests since using them. The customer service has been outstanding. I know the girl that I chat with there. I call her direct and she makes things happen because I have to schedule their appointments when I’m down at the property, which is about two hours away from me. There's a new tech. The old one, Joe, who I knew for years, retired. The tech that they had last time was phenomenal. He was very thorough.

Orkin stayed on top of things. Anytime we called and we had an issue, they've come right out. They've taken care of everything. After the last time they came, we haven't seen anything in two weeks. The techs have been really good. They do the outside of the house first and come in if we have an issue inside the house.

Orkin made signing-up with them a no-brainer. It was simple to do, not expensive and they get the job done. We are at a maintenance cycle with them and they come out about once every two months. But if I have a problem, I call and they come right out. Billing and scheduling are as easy as pie. They couldn't make it any easier. Dealing with the techs has always been professional. They’ve been very nice. The guy complimented us on the remodel we did in our basement.

I really like Orkin. The pests are gone. I live where there are lots of trees and everybody has a problem with ants. I don’t. I had a different technician each time, and I had a certain requirement because I have an area for a cat. So, I had to be home all the time to explain to not spray anything around this area. But I've had this one now for almost two years, and I love him. Even when I'm not home, he’ll call me when he gets here, tell me that he’s here, and ask me if I have anything that I need him to do. So, that's really going beyond. I love that part.

We're on a good payment plan with Orkin. I was not at home when they came for the latest service. They came to the door, they were cordial, they talked to my daughter, they told her what they were going to do, and they performed that service. So, everything was as normal as it typically is when they come out and I'm at home. I’d recommend Orkin to other people who have pest issues around their house. Everything that Orkin does is quality work and they stand behind their product and take care of anything that changes in between services.

When Orkin came out, we were happy with their service and continued. We had a new technician come and I asked him to check under my house and all the little areas where critters could go and he was very thorough. He spent more time than previous technicians and did a very thorough job.

I’m on a quarterly and I don't know when Orkin is coming so all I do is ask for a heads up. They always give me one because I have dogs and they've been very good about that. But we've been working from home too, so it's all good. When they call, I tell them my concerns. I haven't had ants in my house since I've hired them so I have no complaints. We had termites but we didn't use Orkin and when I told the Orkin tech that, he said he could beef up in that area. It’s always been wonderful. We have these black outdoor black cockroaches that live in the dirt and under the rocks and maybe once in a while, I find one by the washing machine garage. I’d assume they're looking for water and I tell the tech that. He says he'll put more granules here and there.

Orkin initially came out for chicken bugs and fleas, and they are phenomenal. They come out, do what they say they’re gonna do, on time every time and returned phone calls. I used a pest control here in South Florida, and they could learn a lesson from them. The Orkin group that I use is in Greenville and I live in South Florida. They come once a month. The guy would send an email when he would be coming and would show up when he said he was gonna come. They put a lockbox on my property and because I’m not there all the time, they let themselves in and out, and lock up. The billing goes right out of my credit card every month. I’ve had zero issues with them in a couple of years. I don’t need any additional services but I would highly recommend Orkin to anybody.

Scheduling and billing with Orkin is perfect. They usually come out once a month and if I need them to come in between, I text my person, and she lets me know when she can come. I've had the same technician since we started and she's a friend. So, she comes in, talks with the kids and does her thing. The bugs go away. It's been an awesome experience with Orkin and people should use it because the stuff they use works. They got rid of a bee's nest and the tech got rid of a ton of ant problems.

The employees at Orkin are much nicer and accommodating, and the prices are better. They come here every other month and usually, they text me a time and a day. If it's no good for me, I'll call them and change it. Our exterminator is named Jorge and he's been coming here for a long time. He's fantastic. We couldn't have a better exterminator. We don't have any bugs and anytime I've had a problem in between visits, he'd be here in a flash. I've been telling others especially my old stubborn parents that they need to go with Orkin Pest Control. It's the best choice.

Orkin is very thorough, knowledgeable, and listens to what its customer says.

As soon as we bought this home, we started right in with Orkin. We called them before we even moved in. I love their service. It's great. I have my Orkin man that I use because I like the same person to come to my home every time, and they've been good at that instead of sending different people. The only thing that I've ever had anything that I do is sometimes they want to schedule the appointment a little sooner and I call them to move it out a week. They always send me an email and all I have to do is either call Jacob directly or call Orkin and they reschedule it for me for a week.

Greg, the person who comes out, is great. He's nice and always asks me if there's anywhere else I need to spray other than my basement. Occasionally, I've seen spiders in my back bathroom and he sprays back there too for me. During spring, he does spring spray around the foundation. I’m still getting spiders in my basement. So, the stuff isn't totally working, but it's not as bad as it had been. If the monthly cost was not so expensive, I'd probably have Orkin come out monthly. But as it is, I had it reduced down to quarterly so I could afford it.

We had a nice experience with Orkin. Robert was on time and worked quickly. He was very polite and friendly. We've been with Orkin for 40 years. About 30 years ago, there were some problems. But since then, everything's great.

The Orkin tech has been very good. His name is Joe. He’s very friendly and courteous.

They seem to be doing a good job. Everything is working fine.

I only have Orkin service the outside of my property and my shed. I usually get a notice a day or two before the technicians are going to come, and then I get a notice on the day that they're coming and that they're on the way. I get a notice that they're here. Since it's just outside the house that they service and the shed, I don't have to be here and I like that. The technicians were very polite and professional. I haven't experienced any bugs creeping into my house and there have been no spiders falling out of the light fixtures outside. So I'm happy. I like the price and I also like the fact that the service is every other month. I haven't experienced the problem since they started servicing the property.

They come every quarter and they also let me know when they're coming. The technician that comes to my house is great and friendly, too. He does a good job.

I have used Orkin for years. They are very good at their work. I have recommended them to several others. Why keep dealing with spray cans with harmful chemicals and odors. Orkin does a very good job.

We live out in the country and we got a lot of bugs. We had Orkin come out to get our house pest-free. Scheduling service with them is easy. They just schedule it, let us know when they're able to come. We had one incident about billing a couple of months ago. It took a little while for them to get it figured out. But they eventually got it sorted out. They addressed it okay. They got it taken care of after. That’s the only downfall. But their service has always been good. The tech was nice, friendly and thorough. He came in and did what he needed to do. He was also quick. They also get to our house right on time and that's amazing. We used to have a ton of spiders. We had black widows and all kinds of crazy ones. But I haven't seen too many since they started doing it. We're happy with them.

We are very satisfied with the professionalism and service that is provided by our tech Colton. He is very kind, thorough and professional. He addresses any concern we may have and addresses it appropriately.

Service representative Travis always asks if I’ve seen any issues of concern. He then reviews those issues, if any, and thoroughly treats the property. He answers all questions and reviews his treatment and any suggestions he might have (like sealing a crack that could allow pest access). Vey efficient and professional service.

I've been with Orkin for quite some time. Thankfully to one little mistake of getting a used dishwasher we got infested with roaches. Since then they cleared all my bug infestation we had since we live in an area where spiders are everywhere. Lol they're finally gone. Especially the wonderful guy that comes here has been great. We miss him when he's not around. Lol.

When my service guy comes for our scheduled appointment, he is pleasant and friendly. He does his job well and takes time to listen to any concerns I have. So far, my pest control has worked beautifully!

Technician did an excellent job! Suggestion, even though treatment does not require the tech to come inside home, suggest that he at least knocks or rings doorbell to let the occupants know he is here to do the treatment..

I've used Orkin for a few years now and love the service I've always received. Initially when I moved into my house several years ago I had pill bugs, little black beetle looking things. I haven't seen them since that time. The techs are always friendly and ALWAYS on time. I like the reminders they send too. My last tech was Jason P. who is customer service oriented, gets the job done and cares about what he does. I would highly recommend this service if you have an aversion to those creepy crawly things.

The service technicians are always on time and listen to everything that you need to have done. The staff that make the appointments do so with speed and accuracy. If I have any problems before my appointment a tech will come out and make sure that it is taken care of.

I have had three other companies and none were able to solve my ant problem or deal with the elm seed beetle infestation. All the bugs are gone now that Orkin handles it. Not to mention that Cody is the most wonderfully genuine guy!

After a while, you get to let the service rep do his job and it appears so seamless. Our home has been nearly pest free and if I do have problems, the response is very quick and efficient. I have even contracted to have the company do my son's home in Huntington Beach. Again, pest-free.

We've had Orkin for at least six years. When we got them, we were having such trouble with fire ants. We've had three techs and they've been good. But sometimes, they just didn't get what I was trying to say. We had a couple of people in between that were not good and who mouthed off to me and I will not accept that ever. One of them even said, "We're just gonna have to talk to your husband about that." That pissed me off and I said, "You don't have to talk to him. I'm the master gardener here and I know what I'm talking about. So, if you don't want to talk with me, you can just pack your gear up and you can leave," and he did. At which point, I called Orkin.

The Orkin techs are very nice and knowledgeable. They come and explain everything to us. If we ask them to only do the outside of the house, they respect that, and they only do the outside. They've always listened to whatever we had to say. They're courteous, polite, thorough and they do a wonderful job. I would recommend them for their courtesy. We had trouble where we lived before with bugs. We had cockroaches and raccoons. Now, we've had one mouse and it was trapped in their little white thing in the garage. We've had a few bugs or crickets here and there, but not in the house. So, we feel very fortunate compared to what we ran into the last time.

For the first six months with Orkin, I had a gentleman that was coming and his service was extremely well. I loved it. But he relocated and then, Orkin sent me a young man and I was not satisfied with his service. He was in 20 minutes and he had done the whole entire house. It’s two floors and around the outside and within 20 minutes, he was gone. I was still seeing bugs afterward. I contacted Orkin and I told them that I was not pleased with their services. The tech didn't take the time, unlike the other gentleman that I had. It took Orkin about two months to finally get it right. I decided I was gonna give them one more try and the last gentleman that came out did a good job.

The thing that I most appreciate about Orkin is flexibility. They are always so gracious on the phone. I never feel guilty about having to change an appointment and that's really important to me. I also have appreciated the people who have come. I had one of the best people in their organization come for my very first visit. They educated me as to what they were seeing, what was happening, et cetera, and I appreciate being educated.

The technicians sometimes rotate and go to different branches or areas. But each and every one of them is absolutely nothing short of amazing. I've had Mickey Mouses in my attic and they took care of them. Then there were little pesky little roach guys that have been coming in and I was freaking out. But Orkin was there to help. They set me up with my little roach motels, and they sprayed. They were awesome. I have not seen a roach in a while. Orkin is one of the most pleasant companies I've ever, ever, ever had the opportunity of servicing me. I've had another privately owned company come and knock on my door but I would still rather pay Orkin a little bit more for the experience. I would not go anywhere else.

My mom likes Orkin's service. I asked her if she wanted to change it and she said no. They always send out really nice people and they're patient with her. She's older and forgets a lot and they are very thorough, even when she forgets that they came and she would call them, they would come right back out and do it again. They never complain.

Normally, Orkin comes and I'm not even home but they've always been great to us. I would leave a key to one of the guys who came most of the time so he could come in but he doesn't work there anymore. I trusted him that much. We have never had any problems at all with any pest activity after the techs leave.

The technicians dress and act professionally. They're very good about coming monthly and setting up and texting the night before, which is good service. But I have heard a lot of complaints about the upper management from the people that came into my home and this has been going on for years.

With Orkin, we never know what we’ll get. I like that when I ask them to do something, they do it. But I would rather them just do it. Consistency would be nice to improve on. Sometimes, they just say that they're gonna spray outside unless I say I need them to spray inside, too. But the last guy who came was really good. He did everything.

I'm very happy with Orkin. They're here when they say they're going to be here. They treat my house well, that I don't have issues that I was having with rodents and bugs. It is winter here in Iowa, and mice look to get in your house. I've had a couple, but they have traps all over. Sometimes I catch one or two, but it's been a while.

The customer service has been great. If we've had to have a callback, they've come the very next day or as soon as possible. We had problems with a wasp in a pipe and they were 100% in getting that taken care of right away. Because we have a person who comes and does our lawn, and we didn't want him getting hurt from that. I'm 100% satisfied. They've done very well.

Orkin comes out every quarter. They spray for bugs. Also, I live in an area where there's a lot of open land, and so mice like to come into the house. But ever since I've used them, I don't have any mice. They bait the traps around the house. Then they check them and make sure everything’s staying fine. They're always very polite. The thing I like about them the most is that if there's a problem after they've come out with any kind of insect, they come back out and they keep coming back until the problem is solved, and it's not an extra charge. They know what they’re doing and if they don’t know, they figure it out. Also, they’re very polite.

Orkin notifies me when they're going to be in the area and they set up a timeframe, like a two-hour window. If I'm not going to be here, all I have to do is call them and reschedule. It's really easy. It's a really good service. We have the same guy come every time. He's real thorough. Ever since he started coming, we haven't had any issues with anything. During the first month in this house, I noticed scorpions and I'm so terrified of them. But ever since we've had Orkin, we haven't had any. If we see any, now they're dead. So he's doing an awesome job.

Scheduling for service is pretty quick. The guy calls us and then I get a text message when the techs come. Then he calls me and the techs show up. The tech is courteous. We let him know what the problem is and where it is. Then he puts the job down. Orkin is top-notch.

I had a pest problem at the house and Orkin was the biggest name. I saw their trucks around and I called, and I've been satisfied with them. They do my mice, my ticks and my mosquitoes in the summertime. I haven't seen a mouse in a long time. They come quarterly and they should be coming out next month. Oliver, the tech, comes in the garage door and does every corner of that garage and replaces the sticky traps. He also looks at the spring traps. Then, he goes from there into my basement. He goes to every corner where he has traps and inspects them. If there's anything in them, most of the time, it's huge spiders that go in. So, he squashes them and puts in brand new sticky traps on the ground and up in the ceiling. He does that on the first floor and goes up on the second floor, which is my side of the house. He goes up in the attic and does the same thing. It's the same amount of effort. He shows me things that I should be thinking about.

Matt's customer service skills are above and beyond. And that is what keeps me with Orkin. Because when he left because Orkin routed him somewhere else for a bit, and I got some other gentlemen, it was not the same and I was going to leave because of that. But when somebody treats you with the utmost respect, asks about your schedule – “If I was running a little early, would that be okay?” Or he would call and say, “I'm running a little late.” I appreciate someone like that. He puts the customer as the priority. He's very courteous and reliable. In this day and age, it's hard to get good customer service.

Our technician is terrific. My only complaint this month is that we were not notified as to the time he would get here. Usually the company sends us an email three or four days before the scheduled service and then again the day before. There was no email this month

Our house had been seriously infested for years. Previous companies had given up. Orkin doesn't give up. They keep working with us to see us through. Things have improved tremendously. Everyone is friendly and easy to work with.

I've used Orkin in my Colorado home for quite a few years. My technician, Winston, is great. He's always courteous, on time and thorough. He makes sure the appt is convenient for me, not just for his route. He explains his reports, and always goes the extra mile if I have other pest control questions/needs that are not part of the normal service. He always finds a solution. Orkin has been a great service for my home.

Orkin comes out every three months and they email me the day of arrival. They change technicians once in a while. But I really like the technician that I have. He's good at his job and he's answered any question I've ever had for him.

95% of the people that have come to my house have been fabulous. They are prompt. When I first started with Orkin, I had the worst infestation of black widow spiders under my house that anybody had ever seen. They are diligent about it and I rarely see black widows ever now. I also asked them to please knock down the hornet's nest, and they did. They crawl under my house and check for the traps. They don’t balk. I’m really happy with them.

I've had three technicians with Orkin. The first one was very nice and I really liked him. I also really liked the second one, Taylor. But I'm not really sure about this third guy. He made a really weird joke the first day that I met him and it was not funny. I'm deeply considering canceling Orkin because I don't like him and he just creeps me out. Other than that, as far as customer service, sometimes if I were going to call with a problem, they wouldn't get the message to the technician in a timely fashion, so that's kind of annoying. But that only happened a couple times.

We love Orkin, and we absolutely love the technician that comes out. It’s the same guy every time and he's been awesome. He's very personable and very attentive to detail. He's respectful of the pets and the areas of the house that we don't want him to go to. He’s been so good that we recommended them to neighbors, and they signed up for a contract.

I have regularly scheduled pest control service with Orkin. I received a phone call to schedule it pretty much at my exact convenience of when I wanted. The gentlemen sent me a text when he was on his way and when he was outside. He did the job very well. For a while, scheduling was a pain in the butt. I'm a teacher and they would schedule me for 9:00 in the morning. I got them to switch that and now ever since, they've worked with me really well. It's almost better than I would expect for most other services. Things have been good.

Orkin’s been around for a long time. It’s a name I’m familiar with. So, when we had an ant problem, the first place I called was Orkin. They responded quickly and came out right away. To me, that's important. They schedule a service call ahead of time, and I don't have to be there since it's all outdoors where they do the treatment. It's every two months and at the beginning of the month, I go online and see what day they've scheduled it for. If that day doesn't work for me, I can call and reschedule. So, I've been very pleased that they take the initiative and set up the appointments. The technicians are very polite and I have no problem with them. I would recommend people I know to call Orkin.

We moved into this new house almost 22 years ago and ants were taking over the brand new house. There was nothing that my husband or I could do to win this war. I knew of Orkin, and I called them, and the rest is history. They’ve done a good job for us.

We're very pleased with Orkin. We've been with them ever since we've been here and in our other house for maybe 40 years or so. Their tech does real good. Right now, I've been having him just spray on the outside because of all the COVID. It's been great. We haven't had any bugs inside and he's very pleasant and very nice. He always knocks on the door and lets us know before on our email that he's coming. Last time, he came to the back door because we have a back drive and he said, "I just came back in instead of the front." He makes sure he sprays everything on the outside. We had John for years, and he retired and he was very friendly. This man that we have now, Kelvin, is very good and I'm very pleased with him. He's very polite.

Orkin lets you know ahead of time that they're coming. It might not have been routinely the same day of the week in each month, but there also was a change in the technicians, and that probably caused that kind of schedule where you didn't know for sure what day they were coming each month. The tech who comes is very courteous and kind. He explains what he's doing. They keep doing their job and conquering what I ask them to conquer. It's worth the money I spend each year.

The Orkin employee is very friendly and respectful. He is always willing to listen and answer any questions. I always get a notification about the day of service and I have the chance to change it if I need to.

We had an infestation of silverfish one summer and Orkin helped us get rid of them. Their customer service is great. We have had the same person come for years now. He's watched me have all my kids. It's so nice to have someone that we feel so comfortable with that we just tell them which door to use, so they can let themselves in when we're not home.

We've had a good experience since we started with Orkin. The tech is very positive and outgoing. He's thoughtful too if I need anything. He's been great. I'm a busy person and I don't have time to mess with billing or mess with unwanted questions. So, it's easy working with Orkin. I don't have to worry about anything.

In the beginning, there was quite a turnover of technicians, which didn't really surprise me. But for the last nine years, we had the same guy all the time and he's very good. We pointed out something when he was there and we didn't plan on him doing anything extra, but he was very willing to help. We're very happy with him. Orkin is very dependable.

Orkin is affordable and very flexible when the technicians come out with your schedule and they really take care of all the problems. They normally call me before they get here, but this last guy didn't. When he texted me, I wasn't home. However, he waited for me to come home, so that was nice. Even though they just came out, but I saw some spiders, they would come back. That's important to me.

Our problem is that every three months, we have set up for the last Thursday of the month as I'm on Social Security and I get my money on the fourth Wednesday or fourth Thursday of the month. Orkin said that they have that in their system scheduled, but they still come in for the third Wednesday of the month, and I got to call them every time and change it. It's frustrating. But other than that, the service is great. A couple of times where I've had to call them back out because of some activity, they came out very quickly. The guy that was recently sent was very good and thorough. Unlike some of the other technicians that Orkin had, he spent time applying the solution around all the windows and the doorways and took care of all the traps.

The gentleman that comes regularly is always concerned about if I've had any problems. He's a new daddy and we talk about the baby a little bit, and he's always been polite. I had an emergency a few years ago. I had some people working on the house, and they discovered a hornet's nest in the ground, so I called Orkin and the phone may have not cooled off before somebody came out and took care of the hornet's nest. I recommended Orkin to somebody in Minnesota. They got enough weather problems there and I knew that if she contacted Orkin and they came out that they would be prompt. The nice young man always calls when he's on his way, and then he will call from the driveway and let me know he's there, and then he knocks on the door before he leaves. He always does a good job.

Orkin comes every other month and they mostly spray and treat around the foundation. They also check my crawlspace for mice and set insect bait traps inside. I like the technicians. They're a good local company.

We started with a different company and they were bought by Orkin. They text or call and leave a message and say they're coming. We have a regular person that comes out every other month and he's just in and out.

I've been with the agency for years, and I've had a nice experience. I've always worked with very nice people, except once when they sent me somebody who hardly did his job. He was a young fellow and I thought he was on something. It was scary. He stayed 10 minutes, and he wasn't right on his feet. It was peculiar and I thought, "Why did they send me someone like that?" But it never happened again. Whoever I had recently was good and he did what he had to do. The one before this one was excellent as well, but he's no longer with Orkin.

The technicians are great, and I only had to change one once. I have been with Orkin over the span of 30 years and in two different states. They always take care of the problem and they've done a very effective job at helping to control pesky ants. One of their best features, besides controlling pests, is when they're walking around the house, they notice things that need to be fixed. There have been three occasions where they have noticed minor water leaks that we were not aware of, that we were able to take care of because they saw it when they were doing their inspection.

When they come out, they do a fairly good job. But the technician they have now is not very dependable, and I don't really trust that he's doing the job that the other technician was doing. I have reached out to Orkin about him and they put it on as this is someone that's not used to doing my area. He's kind of new. But when you tell someone you're going to be at the house, and you don't show up for two weeks, that's not acceptable. We have two small dogs and I don't want them outside if something is being sprayed. Also, this technician is not really a people person either.

Orkin's number one in the business so I'd definitely contact them. They're all local guys so I like that. Plus, they can tailor. You can get them monthly, quarterly, three times a year depending on how you want them.

I thought Orkin was coming out to treat for bedbugs. One technician made us think that he was treating for everything, including bedbugs, when they come out every other month. I didn't know that we'd only get a bedbug treatment once a year, but anything's better than nothing. On and off, it's been around professional service. I've had good technicians in the past, but I don't particularly care for the technician that comes around recently. He doesn't want me watching him, and sometimes, I tell him to do something and it looks like he's too fast.

I would definitely recommend Orkin. It's top-notch, and I haven't had any complaints at all. I have the cell number of the guy that handles my cabin, and if I have an issue or need him to do something, he would come by and handle it whenever I need it. He texts me in the week that he's going to be in that area and asks me if the cabin is vacant or if anybody's there. We try to work it out where he comes between clients, when they're cleaning, and he'll come that day and do the work.

The service has been wonderful, and the guy that comes here with Orkin is very thorough, kind, honest, and lets me follow him around. I only do the service twice a year because I don't want to do it four times. It's too expensive.

Orkin Pest Control has always been good and between times, they always showed up and addressed the problem. I'm happy with that. Recently, I was notified online that they were setting an appointment, then their person called me saying what day and time they were coming. The lady was very nice, and when the techs came, they ran around the whole house, did everything, and gave me written instructions as to what things I should do to help. They were very nice, cordial, and left their note. Everything went well. They were very diligent about telling me that my rain gutters needed to be cleaned, that they were full of pine needles. I said, "Yeah, I know. I've been meaning to do that." After they left, within a few days, I had it done.

In my most recent service from Orkin, the tech sprayed the areas that weren't normally sprayed and he did everything right. A lot of the activity is gone. The main one with the shower, there's one here and there but they're dying. I've been very impressed with the way things are done.

During the summer months, Orkin services the outside then, in the winter months, it's inside. To me, it's all about the person servicing my home and the gentleman is very conscious of how he services his customers. The technician, Tom, is always very professional, which I truly respect. He's very good, stays on his schedule, and if there's any time that he needs to make a change, he normally gives me advance notice saying, "Hey, I'm going to be on vacation," then he finds out what days would be available for him to come out when he's on vacation. He gives me some options.

Zachery comes in every month and sprays every corner of my home. He always has his mask and shoe covers. In the Spring, when we get ants, I just have to call him and he comes by promptly. Love the service!!

Orkin comes out quarterly and they set mouse traps, spray for bugs and kill bee nests. The technician has always been the same guy and he's remarkable. Anything that I need done, he fixes the problem and does it with a smile on his face. We have fewer bugs in the house and fewer mice. I live in an old farmhouse, so it's nice not having those critters in here.

Everything has been awesome, from the scheduling to the technician that comes. The one we've had the last few years is incredible. Unless Orkin offers the service for free or cheaper, I don't know how they could do it better.

They take care of ants, mice, and any bugs that would come in around the perimeter of the house. I have a mousetrap out there so they don't come in the house for the winter because I really hate mice. Also, they treated the carpenter bees in my garage. They keep everything at bay and they are always very accommodating and polite. They're also very aware of COVID and stay mainly outside unless we have an issue inside. They're very alert to all the precautions and whatnot. And they tell you exactly what they did, what kind of chemicals they use, and what they noticed. If they noticed anything, they would take care of that and let you know on your work order. I've never ever had a bad situation ever with them. I lost my job and I'm living on less money now, but I want to make sure that I still have them taking care of things like that.

Orkin's customer service is completely understanding and reasonable with anything I have questions about - like if I can't make a payment right away. The techs only come out every six months because the pests are so under control. I don't ever see any bugs in the house anymore. It’s great. Every technician who comes has been very respectful, knowledgeable, and friendly.

The techs at Orkin were thorough. They looked, checked and put stuff on the ground. They sprayed and were informative. They were absolutely well-trained and professional. Scheduling for service has been good. We do that once every two months or when we feel we need to have somebody come in.

Rob was here last week. He's efficient and he answers our questions, points out where there are problems that need to be fixed and comes up with solutions. We had a couple of rats, but he has traps out. He also put in mosquito bait throughout our entire community. A number of my neighbors are using him too, because we think he does good work.

It's getting late in the year and I've not had my yearly termite inspection. It came grandfathered to my late husband and I when we bought our house (**) at the rate of $25 per year. I'd like to make sure that continues! I mentioned this a few weeks back when I called the Kalamazoo office about a billing problem. The guy I talked to gave me an appointment time but the inspector never showed up. Please rectify this!

I've been happy with Orkin. Every three months, they come and spray around the house, inside and outside, for bugs and rodents. Most of the time, it's the same person, but we're not there. We can only see them through the cameras. They send us four days in advance a text or an email that they're coming, then the prior day, and when they are en route to the home. It's automated.

We do a 10-month thing, from April to October, and Orkin has done very well by us. We've been with them for 26 years now and we've never had a problem with anybody, but Tony is the very best. We love him. He clears out the cobwebs as well as does the spray on the outside and under the porch. He does all sorts of work. Tony was beyond wonderful.

Orkin has been great. All the people near me knows the Orkin man comes to my house. The secretary at the office calls and asks me if I'll be home a certain time for service and a nice gentleman named Sam has been taking care of it for six years. He's always so cheerful and whenever I notice a problem and point it out, he takes care of it. I have my house on the exterior treated every month for fire ants. I'm deadly allergic to them. In February, I was out in the yard when I got three fire ant bites. I collapsed and my neighbors called 911. I was not breathing when the paramedics got here. I just added the whole yard treatment this year after my fire ant experience, so I can go in my yard. It lasts six months.

When Orkin's tech arrived, my husband mentioned to him what problem we had with mice, because we always do, and he dealt with it. He put the traps out that we needed and at the time, the summer was pretty much over, so he also dealt with all the wasps that we had beautifully. He knew exactly what to do, so that was great. Before him, we had this fabulous guy, Bruce, for years. We adored him but unfortunately, he was in an accident. So, we had this other chap coming out and we're quite happy with his service. He comes in very quietly and he's very courteous. He does what he needs to do then he leaves. Living in a log house at the foot of the mountain in the forest and recreation zone where we have everything here, Orkin has dealt with squirrels, bats, lots and lots of bees and wasps, carpenter ants, and mice. I couldn't live without them and I've always told my friends to call them.

The visit was awesome, just as every other time. The tech is the most mannerable, nicest person one would ever want to meet, and his work is excellent. I would recommend Orkin to anybody. I liked my experience so much that I had Orkin to go to my friend's house and do her house as well under my account.

My technician is always on time. He is very courteous and thorough. He is a very good listener. He tries his best at all times. He is aware that I have a dog and always is considerate of that. I would recommend Orkin to any of my friends or neighbors.

Miguel, the Orkin tech, goes above and beyond every time. He’s prompt, courteous and fabulous. He always texts me when he’s there and if there’s an issue. I had a tech named Luis years ago before at my prior property in Phoenix. He was fabulous too. I've always come back to Orkin because of the techs that I've had experience with. Since I've used them, we've had no bugs.

Orkin handles my scorpions and any other pests that I might have and do a fantastic job. They've been really excellent for us and I couldn't live without them. William is great and I hope I get to keep him as my service person. I absolutely love Will. I can usually just text him directly and still handle things from there.

The quality of work is top of the line and I've never had any complaints. We've always been happy. We've had Abraham for about a year and loved him to death. We were outside of his route, but Chris did the exact same job Abraham did for us. This is the first time we had him, and he was fantastic. He did the interior, exterior, asked if we had any questions and professional as all get-out. We were happy when he got here.

I saw a mouse and it scared the bejesus out of me. I called Orkin, and we haven't had any creature since they've been coming. They've been good about that. The techs are courteous and very professional. They've been able to answer any questions that we've asked, and at the beginning, we had quite a few. As we've gone on, there have been fewer questions from us, but the ones we have had, they've been able to answer. They also made some suggestions on things that we should do, preventative measures on our part, and that was good.

We have spiders and that's what I got my property treated for. Ted was the first one that came and he was awesome. I hope that Orkin assigns him each time he comes. Very thorough, knowledgeable.

Orkin is top-rated and I love them. They initially came out for rodent control. They come out about once every two months. The same guy comes out and he's wonderful. He is cordial and makes sure his little boot shoes are on before he comes into my house. He puts me at ease and lets me know that if I see anything crazy flying around there, I can call the company. He gives me that assurance that Orkin has things under control. Last winter, a rodent came through and the tech came out. We never found it but we found how he got in. The tech blocked it and I haven't seen anything in pretty close to a year.

We always have good results when Orkin comes to take care of her pest control. Never have any complaints and if we see pests before the next scheduled due date they will come out for free and spray again.

So far, Orkin has been doing well and we haven't had any issues, which is a good thing. The technician has also reinforced to me every time he's come out that if there are issues between visits, to just call the office. He is very polite, helpful, and always inquiring if we've had any issues. He's very attentive and I’d give him high marks. I won’t have any reservations about recommending Orkin as well.

I have a newer house in a wooded area and I was having trouble with bugs coming in from the woods. I like that Orkin is consistent and they do a good job. Their serviceman has been coming for a long time. They're flexible when I need them to be. I don't see bugs anymore. Orkin's price is high but the service is excellent and I love it so much that I'm happy with it.

Orkin has been one of our most professional and dependable services. We could always count on them when problems arise. They have taken care of bee problems, hornets nests, bats in the attic besides their regular services they provide. We have been very happy with their services and friendliness. We will continue to do business with them because we feel safe with them taking care of all our pests problems. We would highly recommend their services to anyone.

The last time the Orkin man was here not only did he take care of things on the outside of the house he also gave us some ant bait to put in our bathroom. The problem that we were having with ants for a number of months disappeared.

We have the best technician - attentive and pays attentions to details. He addresses our concerns immediately and we have definitely noticed an improvement with the conditions on our property as well as in our home.

Mike's Orkin service has been excellent. He is always on time and does a thorough & comprehensive job. Mike makes extra efforts to track and take care of anything that does not look as though it is working to eliminate the pests.

I've been a customer of Orkin for years and they are always reliable and have taken care of my bug/rodent problems even between regular scheduled services. We live in a forested area and the Orkin management of my home has kept most bug and rodent issues away.

My mother is 84 years old. She’s trust no- one. With the grace of god we were blessed with our Orkin rep Jeremy. ( sorry don’t know his last name) he never rush’s while checking for mice or spiders. ALWAYS explains everything to mom what he’s doing. He’s gone over & above his job duties by explaining everything to her & being exceptionally professional. Greatest rep ever. Such a great employee . Mom literally won’t let anyone but Jeremy come in to take care of Orkin monthly visit. Lol

Tim is always so helpful and detailed with his explanations on how we can prevent critters from entering our home in between Orkin visits. And he makes sure to make himself available whenever we have an issue or question to ask!

Been using their service for several years, and they have been absolutely consistent in their service - type of service, timely service, products used, communication and updates for the quarterly service, and above all - the quality of their technicians! Every technician that has come in to our property, has been courteous and professional, knew what to do, took care of all service items completely and provided detailed updates. Didn't have any insect or related issues inside the house or in the property perimeter. Would definitely recommend them to other potential customers.

We had one technician that lasted a long time and she retired this year. Her name was Lucy and she was outstanding. She was professional and personable. She was replaced by a young man. He had been here twice and he's effective with what he does. I had an outside problem and I asked him to address it. He was very prompt in taking care of that.

We've had Orkin for 22 years or more, and we love their service. However, my husband lost his job and our bill was up over $100. When I called to cancel our service, it broke my heart because I always knew I didn't have to worry about bugs or rodents, ‘cause we have a pool. They asked, “Why are you canceling after all these years?” I thought, “Kind of embarrassing to tell you this, but this is the situation.” They worked with us so that we would be able to keep the service because it has been so important for over two decades. They gave us something that we could afford, which has been a lifesaver. Also, their service technician, Bob, is amazing and the people that we talk to are kind, courteous and respectful. They've showed us that they value us as customers by working with us during this difficult time for us right now. We couldn't love them any more.

Orkin has professional and very friendly techs. If we have any questions, they're always very knowledgeable. We asked them questions that weren't regarding Orkin and they were able to answer. Recently, we saw a couple of water bugs and a tech came out immediately. He explained to us where the bugs were coming from and did a spray. I haven't seen anything since then. I love Orkin.

Orkin comes and treats the outside on a regular basis every other month. We've had the same guy, Neil, for almost 10 years and he's done a great job. He's always very thorough and friendly. He explains everything and anything new. Occasionally, we have pest problems but nothing that's unusual.

Our house is surrounded by all these little things. I have both the pest control service and service for the outside with Orkin. One guy comes and checks those. Technicians used to come once a month then over time, they were doing the regular pest control every other month. I also have a service wherein they come once a year. I have had excellent service from everyone that I have had. The people were very honest about different things and they treat their customers the way customers should be treated.

Orkin comes out once a quarter. Before COVID, they usually sprayed outside and inside the house and around the perimeter. They checked for insects and mice. Our usual technician has left the job and we have a new one. The first time he came was the last time I had somebody out. He was great and extremely helpful at the time. We practically have no insects at all but we have a few mice, which is usual in this part of the state at this time of the year.

In Texas Hill Country, scorpions are not my friend so they had to meet the Orkin people. I live out in the boondocks. Anyone that ever comes to my house is very thorough and I like them. They come in, put hoodies and booties on, and they turn around and do everything to keep my wife happy. They do a good job and they make recommendations. They've also done extra things with that puffer and with the brass mesh. They take care of my pool area as well.

Orkin comes out on a bi-monthly basis for me. They notify me that they're gonna be here around whatever day or time it is. I love the fact that I don't have to be home when they come out. They know what to do and they know where the hotspots are. I've been with Orkin for 16 years now, so I've had a variety of technicians. They make the experience great by giving a heads up. Plus, if I ever see them, usually they have no problem with things like, "Let me go under the house and let me put this down." They're solution-oriented and very helpful.

I will never use this company again. Waited 2 hours for the tech to come. NO SHOW!!!! The tech calls me at 7pm to let me know he was running late and was not coming. Should have called earlier to let me know. That messed up my whole day. Never contact myself or my husband again. My appointment was between 4pm to 6pm. Terrible way to do business.

We've had one technician pretty much the whole 20 years we've had Orkin and he is outstanding. We have a routine service and the technician comes by once every month on a Monday. Now, we have no pest activities.

A technician came for the monthly service and it was excellent. Steve was the name of the technician and we've had him on a regular basis. He's top-notch and very knowledgeable. He's very courteous and friendly too. He knows his business. I feel confident that when he comes, the job is going to be done properly. He's very careful around the property. If it was up to me, he would be the only guy to come. After Steve left, there doesn't seem to be any pest activity.

I’m pleased with Orkin. They were here on October 14th and they did the outside. It went very well.
