    I love Orkin and I like all the servicemen. They take care of my things. They let me know what day they're gonna be coming. They change sometimes, one or two days difference. Once in a while, there’ll be a week difference. But they call me right before they come, which is good. The other ones, I don't know if they call the people that live in the property. One of them leaves one of those sheets of paper where it says what they sprayed. The other one sometimes will tell me if they’re home and what day they came.

    What I'm having problem with is the billing and we started having these problems because of the pandemic. At first, I used to give the checks to the servicemen and they would take it to the office. It worked with some of them and didn't for the others so I asked what do I do with them. They told me to mail the checks in but there are still problems. Orkin always puts me on past due. I have three houses and I have the mosquito service. I always send the three checks for the houses and another one for the mosquito service. I put which check belongs to each house and which one belongs to the mosquito service. I also put the account number.

    I don't know what happens, but they never put it on the right place or they're saying that they have two different addresses. When the servicemen come, I mail that same day. They don't let me know when the other houses have been serviced so I put it all together with the house that has been serviced over here, but it's not supposed to be past due in anyway. At one time, they put two checks on the same account after I had put the house number at the bottom of the check.

    Last year, I spoke to Steve. I told him I was having problems with all this and he was gonna go and talk to them, but I'm still having problems with them. The other day, Elizabeth called, and I told her what was happening. I looked through all my statements to get a copy, cut the checks and put them together. I told her, “These are the checks. They say what day I wrote them what day they were posted." She gave me her email address and I kept trying to send them through to her but her email address wasn't correct. I called yesterday and told them I need to get Elizabeth to call me because she gave me an email address but my emails are not going through. So far, I haven't heard from her.

    The tech who came out was really nice. He told me exactly everything that he was going to do and he was very thorough about it. He told me about all the different kinds of roaches that he found, the state that they were in, and how well the treatment was going. I feel good about how it's been going but I've been a customer for a really long time now and I feel like I shouldn't be having any roaches.     Getting ahold of their customer service is immediate. I call and I get ahold of somebody immediately. Also, the tech who has been coming to our for 20 years now, Ralph, has been fabulous. We kept having little pests and they were gone when we had a treatment and they have never come back. We've had some issues with some devastation of some of the wood framing in our house outside. It was a project to replace the area and it wasn't all that big, but it was really high. Then, we ended up having to refurbish the whole attic with insulation, with a complete disinfecting process.

    A representative was appointed and it did not took a whole lot of time to do the work, but it was so extensive. All the insulation was removed, the whole ceiling, walls, and it was done expeditiously. But more than that, it was the assessment - a meeting where everything was explained and what they were going to do. A subcontractor was appointed to do some of the work and the other work was done by Orkin people and a lot of the disinfecting. It was fabulous. I would never think of going with another company and I have recommended Orkin to everybody I've talked to that has the problem.

    They come out every two months to treat for ants and it has worked well. Although there was one guy that used to bill and charge before he did the service. He’d pull into the driveway and he’s already charged. He did the job right away but it just seemed odd that he would charge it first before he did the work. Everybody else that’s been out here has always charged afterward.

    We had a service about two weeks ago. Then, we found carpenter ants in the house yesterday so I called this morning, but nobody answered. It went to recording and nobody has called me back. Also, they asked if I’d use their service for insulation. I bought it this winter and they came in and did the initial assessment. I talked to the guy that did the insulation. They put in a sleeve in the eaves to allow the air circulation down to the edge of the roof deck and there was one part of the house I asked him if they'd put those in there. He said they would and when they came out and did it, they didn’t. I asked him about it and he said I don’t need it. But I want them in there and they never put them in. I called the sales guy and he never called me back. It was disappointing.

    Other than those, I like that Orkin is reliable as far as scheduled service to be here and I really like how professional they are. They present themselves in a professional manner, they always dress in a uniform, and they're always polite. When they come into the home, they always wore their mask or put their little booties on.

    Signing up with Orkin was easy enough. It seemed to work fairly well and setting up the direct payment seemed to be okay. We have a gentleman who routinely must have the route. So, we always deal with the same person and that is helpful. But he is often too busy and has too many accounts on his schedule that day to spend the amount of time that our home may require. So he's always very rushed and not able to provide the level of service I would prefer to have. I understand that is Orkin’s business model and we have not complained about it. Any pesticide application is better than none. He's generally too busy to get every spot that we would like him to get. It's a bit unfair to ask him to stay longer in our house because that will put him behind schedule. So we're careful not to over burden the individual.

    Orkin has helped with pest activity but we live in a very old 1850s house with lots of gaps and holes in the walls and windows. So we probably need more frequent service than the contract provides for. But every time that the gentleman comes, it's successful. We have lots of dead bugs. But we have lots of live bugs that soon appear after the fact. We're generally pleased with just the desire that the technician would have more time to spend on site.

    When we signed up with Orkin, it was Covid time so there was social distancing. It was great. They came into the home, spraying inside the house and the second floor. We put away the dog and they also told us to stay away from the location for a certain amount of time. Then, they took care of the outside. Whenever we saw any insects, we called them and they came right out the very next day and respray or whatever they needed to do to prevent any bugs. The techs are great and like family. I got their numbers. The main one who comes is Eric and we've had a new one who started coming. From my experience around here, Orkin is the best one.     When you're out in the middle of 7 1/2 acres in the country, mice consider it their 24/7 job to try to get in the house. Initially, Orkin did not find the mice and the techs came out and did another full reinspection of the house. They found two spots that were overlooked originally. The mice were coming into the house in rooms that they had never entered before. Those accesses were created after Orkin did their initial knockdown of, “Okay. We're taking over the house and the mice are leaving.”

    Orkin comes out once a month and they're great. There's a huge difference too. It's spring, the mice are reproducing and we've had a little uptick. We had two this past month and they're due out day after tomorrow. I would imagine that the traps in the crawlspace are full. Orkin is not overlooking the accesses to the house. It's just the mice are creating new accesses.

    When I moved in this house, all I saw was evidence of mice. Also, I started seeing roaches. I tried to handle it, but it was getting worse. So I called Orkin within a couple of weeks and they’ve been great. I don't see anything anymore. I’ve had three different people. But the guy who comes mostly is a sweetheart. He's a nice guy. He asked me questions, and what I need to do or what I want to do. He's very thorough.     I love Orkin. I called and inquired about them on my own, and I've used them a couple of times. I have them on a quarterly rotation. I get the necessary emails when they're coming, what time they'll be there, when they’ve left, and how much I'm being charged, and it's also automatically taken out of my account when they do the treatment. I'm very pleased so far. I've just seen water bugs here or there. I've had a gnat problem in the past, and the technician treated the sink drains. That's definitely gotten better in the past few months, almost to where I see none. Every now and then, I'll see one, but I know that's just hard to to treat.

    I've had the same technician, Israel, the two different times I've used Orkin, and he is wonderful.     Orkin comes and sprays around the house and spray inside when I need them to and they do a good job. They come out every other month. They raised the price without telling me. That was a little surprise, but it's okay. I never had a pest problem. So, I called them in originally because somebody sent my niece a present, and when we unwrapped it, there were a couple of roaches in the box.     I have had the same Orkin man for 15 years. He is so pleasant and nice. He works around my schedule and does a good job for me. And I've been very satisfied.     I forgot to mention to the guy spraying that I felt I needed new boxes (those black boxes) they put down, but I forgot. The black boxes have been there a long time and might need to be switched out. I will catch him the next quarter. Spraying from time to time sure helps especially out here in the country.     Orkin Pest Control came in and did their bi-monthly insect check inspection, and sprayed around the outside of the house as I requested. Did what I asked them to do. I had the least of all things, a ladybug infestation. They helped me with some ground wasp that I had at one point. And they did some fire ants. Everything’s going well. I just got a new person this time. My previous pest control person was very personable and followed directions. What I really appreciated about them is they know the boundaries for the house. Sometimes, “Hey, don’t go in that room over there, if you don’t mind,” and they don’t go down there.

    I gave Orkin a try because I get blind ants and carpenter ants in my house sometimes. It was horrendous. A tech named Tyrone looked at the situation and he was so nice.     Orkin sets up service schedules then I get an email saying they would be coming next week at such and such a time. I then get an email saying they're on their way. A person shows up and if I'm home, they'll ask me if there are any other issues. If I'm not home, they just go ahead and spray. Recently, they sprayed for mosquitoes around the house. The experience with their techs has been very positive and they're very pleasant to deal with.

    I use Orkin not just for mosquitoes, but also for any kind of bugs. I used them when I had an infestation outside of yellowjackets and they had built this massive nest in one of the bushes. A guy got the suit out and he took care of it. That was the end of it. I also used Orkin when I had a mice infestation. The guy that came in set traps and did everything.

    In my previous house, I used Terminix because there were termite issues. When I moved here, I had a problem with some other things. I called up Terminix and they told me, "No. We don't do that."     Most of the time, I enjoy the program, the notification process, and all of that. Lately, I've been having trouble getting a service window. They told me that they would come on a specific day, but I don't get my service window. So, I have to call and say, "When are you coming?" Because I can't sit around and wait all day. I need to know. And they would give me a two or a three-hour window and it works just fine. But we schedule in advance, I always know when they're coming, I get my text messages and an email. So, it's great. They're always on time. Quick and easy. They do their service and they get it out of the way.

    The techs have always been very helpful. I'm partially disabled, so the tech would even get up and knock down little wasp nests as they start so that I don't have to get up on a ladder, in addition to spraying and checking everything. Also, they have always explained to me what they were using, whether it would be harmful to my pets. They have always been very clear and helpful in the years that I've had them.

    I've only had one issue where I had some mice come in my garage, and into my basement. And they dropped those little sticky papers and that took care of the issue. Unfortunately, I had to pick up the critters stuck to the papers, but it was less traumatic than I thought it would be. And that took care of the problem and he explained to me where he believed they were coming in. So, I took care of that issue. He was very clear on what he thought I could do to prevent it from reoccurring and I've not had an issue since. They were mice. They were just coming in because it was cold.

    Hope you can inform viewers about this before they hire Orkin. I hired Orkin Pest Control to tent my home for termites at a charge of 2,890 dollars. At first I thought that this was a pretty high price. The Orkin Salesman told me that none of their competition could do what they do. As soon as he left I called a company named Absolute Pest control and left my number for a call back quote. While waiting for a call back from Absolute, my wife told me not to go with a generic or no name company. I decided to tell the Absolute people never - mind, I would go with Orkin. After I signed the contract with Orkin, they (Orkin) sub-contracted the job to Absolute, the same company that I turned down for the job.

    The point I'm trying to make is Orkin does not tell customers that they themselves do no do the fumigation, instead they jack up the price and then hire generic companies to do the job. I'm not looking to be on the news but I felt ripped off after I found out that the company I turned down got the job without my knowledge..     I like that we have had the same technician from the first visit for every visit. We love him. He is polite and always friendly. At first, it was awkward but once I got used to him coming out, it was always a very nice interaction. It's gotten to the point where if I can't be home, I'll call them and let them know I left the door unlocked. He has my permission to come in and spray, and do what he's got to do.     I'm a very pleased customer. I started Orkin especially for boxelder bug issues but they've also helped with other issues I've had with flies and those that look like they’re bugs, but they're not. They have come and done inside and out several times and the boxelder population has decreased considerably inside my house. I don't mind them on the outside. It's just when they're crawling around all over the inside. The difference is unbelievable, just three weeks later. My normal starting month would have been April but when I called in March last month because I was having so much trouble with boxelder bugs, they came out right away, even though I wasn't scheduled for a date yet.     I’m on a quarterly and I don't know when Orkin is coming so all I do is ask for a heads up. They always give me one because I have dogs and they've been very good about that.     As soon as we bought this home, we started right in with Orkin. We called them before we even moved in. I love their service. It's great. I have my Orkin man that I use because I like the same person to come to my home every time, and they've been good at that instead of sending different people. The only thing that I've ever had anything that I do is sometimes they want to schedule the appointment a little sooner and I call them to move it out a week. They always send me an email and all I have to do is either call Jacob directly or call Orkin and they reschedule it for me for a week.

    The pest activity is very much under control. When I called them the first time and set up with it, they had to come three times a week to begin with, because when we bought the house we saw signs of termite. We also saw sugar ants in our closet. With the cold weather, this last year and the fires the year before, on the neighborhood app, everybody in our area was having problems with rodents. And we did, too. But our Orkin man came out and went under the house and stuffed the coily stuff so that they couldn't get through it. My husband was in the house and anywhere they could see a light, they were both stuffing from both directions. We haven't had any problems since. The tech still goes under the house and takes the traps out, empties them if anything's in them. So, we're extremely happy with our Orkin service.

    Everybody's always polite when I call to pay my bill. I don't like strangers knocking on my door and if they couldn't get somebody steady, even the owner or manager of this area would be willing to come do it himself for me. So, I have nothing but good things to say about the company. The reps are all good and I like them all. I know them by name.

    We've had Orkin for at least six years. When we got them, we were having such trouble with fire ants. We've had three techs and they've been good. But sometimes, they just didn't get what I was trying to say. We had a couple of people in between that were not good and who mouthed off to me and I will not accept that ever. One of them even said, "We're just gonna have to talk to your husband about that." That pissed me off and I said, "You don't have to talk to him. I'm the master gardener here and I know what I'm talking about. So, if you don't want to talk with me, you can just pack your gear up and you can leave," and he did. At which point, I called Orkin.

    But, we've been really pleased with most of the Orkin services. We've always had great service and we love our Orkin man, Robert. He is a superstar. He shows up 5 to 10 minutes ahead so that he can get all of his products out, get his suit on and he has a mask. I show him the problem and he gets the supplies that are appropriate for what my problems are. If he doesn't have the right product with him, he would say, "I would be happy to go back to the office and get the product and come back." I really like him.

    The Orkin techs are very nice and knowledgeable. They come and explain everything to us. If we ask them to only do the outside of the house, they respect that, and they only do the outside. They've always listened to whatever we had to say. They're courteous, polite, thorough and they do a wonderful job. I would recommend them for their courtesy.     For the first six months with Orkin, I had a gentleman that was coming and his service was extremely well. I loved it. But he relocated and then, Orkin sent me a young man and I was not satisfied with his service. He was in 20 minutes and he had done the whole entire house. It’s two floors and around the outside and within 20 minutes, he was gone. I was still seeing bugs afterward. I contacted Orkin and I told them that I was not pleased with their services. The tech didn't take the time, unlike the other gentleman that I had. It took Orkin about two months to finally get it right.     The thing that I most appreciate about Orkin is flexibility. They are always so gracious on the phone. I never feel guilty about having to change an appointment and that's really important to me. I also have appreciated the people who have come. I had one of the best people in their organization come for my very first visit. They educated me as to what they were seeing, what was happening, et cetera, and I appreciate being educated.

    For the most part, there has been consistency with Orkin. The same service person comes all the time. That changed over time. But I would much prefer to have somebody who's consistent because you're inviting somebody into your home so you want somebody you're comfortable with. Orkin also listens. If I have a question, they answer it for me and I really appreciate that. They've been reliable too. In a sense, there's been a few things that have been missed. I still have one problem that I've had since I've had them and we still haven't resolved it yet, but we've been trying.

    The technicians sometimes rotate and go to different branches or areas. But each and every one of them is absolutely nothing short of amazing. I've had Mickey Mouses in my attic and they took care of them. Then there were little pesky little roach guys that have been coming in and I was freaking out. But Orkin was there to help. They set me up with my little roach motels, and they sprayed. They were awesome. I have not seen a roach in a while. Orkin is one of the most pleasant companies I've ever, ever, ever had the opportunity of servicing me. I've had another privately owned company come and knock on my door but I would still rather pay Orkin a little bit more for the experience. I would not go anywhere else.

    Orkin comes out every quarter. They spray for bugs. Also, I live in an area where there's a lot of open land, and so mice like to come into the house. But ever since I've used them, I don't have any mice. They bait the traps around the house. Then they check them and make sure everything’s staying fine. They're always very polite.     Orkin notifies me when they're going to be in the area and they set up a timeframe, like a two-hour window. If I'm not going to be here, all I have to do is call them and reschedule.     I had a pest problem at the house and Orkin was the biggest name. I saw their trucks around and I called, and I've been satisfied with them. They do my mice, my ticks and my mosquitoes in the summertime. I haven't seen a mouse in a long time. They come quarterly and they should be coming out next month. Oliver, the tech, comes in the garage door and does every corner of that garage and replaces the sticky traps. He also looks at the spring traps. Then, he goes from there into my basement. He goes to every corner where he has traps and inspects them. If there's anything in them, most of the time, it's huge spiders that go in. So, he squashes them and puts in brand new sticky traps on the ground and up in the ceiling. He does that on the first floor and goes up on the second floor, which is my side of the house. He goes up in the attic and does the same thing. It's the same amount of effort. He shows me things that I should be thinking about.

    95% of the people that have come to my house have been fabulous. They are prompt. When I first started with Orkin, I had the worst infestation of black widow spiders under my house that anybody had ever seen. They are diligent about it and I rarely see black widows ever now. I also asked them to please knock down the hornet's nest, and they did. They crawl under my house and check for the traps. They don’t balk. I’m really happy with them.

    The customer service at Orkin is abominable. I have set up that they need to let me know that they're going to be here on a specific day between 12:00 and 3:00, and they will send me a technician on another day between 6:00 and 9:00 in the evening, or they will say the technician is going to be there on another day between 5:00 and 8:00 in the evening. When the technician would arrive at the regular time, I'd tell him, “You’re supposed to be here between 5:00 and 8:00 tonight.” He'd tell me, "They told me to be here between 12:00 and 2:00.” The customer service is not telling them what they're telling me. It’s horrifying.

    I've had three technicians with Orkin. The first one was very nice and I really liked him. I also really liked the second one, Taylor. But I'm not really sure about this third guy. He made a really weird joke the first day that I met him and it was not funny. I'm deeply considering canceling Orkin because I don't like him and he just creeps me out. Other than that, as far as customer service, sometimes if I were going to call with a problem, they wouldn't get the message to the technician in a timely fashion, so that's kind of annoying. But that only happened a couple times.

    When I had Taylor, he gave me the direct work cellular phone so I could let him know I have a problem, then he would come and take care of it. So I didn't have to call the main office. He was also flexible and he would know the areas where I didn't want him to go. I didn't have to tell him every time not to go upstairs and not to spray there because my kids have asthma. He had a good memory for the job. Another reason I was really fond of him was that he would just come and do what he had to do.

    In the beginning, there was quite a turnover of technicians, which didn't really surprise me. But for the last nine years, we had the same guy all the time and he's very good. We pointed out something when he was there and we didn't plan on him doing anything extra, but he was very willing to help. We're very happy with him. Orkin is very dependable.

    We had problems with ants coming into the house last summer and when we called the office, the manager had a smartass attitude.     Our problem is that every three months, we have set up for the last Thursday of the month as I'm on Social Security and I get my money on the fourth Wednesday or fourth Thursday of the month. Orkin said that they have that in their system scheduled, but they still come in for the third Wednesday of the month, and I got to call them every time and change it. It's frustrating. But other than that, the service is great. A couple of times where I've had to call them back out because of some activity, they came out very quickly. The guy that was recently sent was very good and thorough. Unlike some of the other technicians that Orkin had, he spent time applying the solution around all the windows and the doorways and took care of all the traps.

    When they come out, they do a fairly good job. But the technician they have now is not very dependable, and I don't really trust that he's doing the job that the other technician was doing. I have reached out to Orkin about him and they put it on as this is someone that's not used to doing my area. He's kind of new. But when you tell someone you're going to be at the house, and you don't show up for two weeks, that's not acceptable.     During the summer months, Orkin services the outside then, in the winter months, it's inside. To me, it's all about the person servicing my home and the gentleman is very conscious of how he services his customers. The technician, Tom, is always very professional, which I truly respect. He's very good, stays on his schedule, and if there's any time that he needs to make a change, he normally gives me advance notice saying, "Hey, I'm going to be on vacation," then he finds out what days would be available for him to come out when he's on vacation. He gives me some options.

    They take care of ants, mice, and any bugs that would come in around the perimeter of the house. I have a mousetrap out there so they don't come in the house for the winter because I really hate mice. Also, they treated the carpenter bees in my garage. They keep everything at bay and they are always very accommodating and polite. They're also very aware of COVID and stay mainly outside unless we have an issue inside. They're very alert to all the precautions and whatnot. And they tell you exactly what they did, what kind of chemicals they use, and what they noticed. If they noticed anything, they would take care of that and let you know on your work order. I've never ever had a bad situation ever with them. I lost my job and I'm living on less money now, but I want to make sure that I still have them taking care of things like that.

    Orkin has been great. All the people near me knows the Orkin man comes to my house. The secretary at the office calls and asks me if I'll be home a certain time for service and a nice gentleman named Sam has been taking care of it for six years. He's always so cheerful and whenever I notice a problem and point it out, he takes care of it. I have my house on the exterior treated every month for fire ants. I'm deadly allergic to them. In February, I was out in the yard when I got three fire ant bites. I collapsed and my neighbors called 911. I was not breathing when the paramedics got here.     When Orkin's tech arrived, my husband mentioned to him what problem we had with mice, because we always do, and he dealt with it. He put the traps out that we needed and at the time, the summer was pretty much over, so he also dealt with all the wasps that we had beautifully. He knew exactly what to do, so that was great. Before him, we had this fabulous guy, Bruce, for years. We adored him but unfortunately, he was in an accident. So, we had this other chap coming out and we're quite happy with his service.     I saw a mouse and it scared the bejesus out of me. I called Orkin, and we haven't had any creature since they've been coming. They've been good about that. The techs are courteous and very professional. They've been able to answer any questions that we've asked, and at the beginning, we had quite a few. As we've gone on, there have been fewer questions from us, but the ones we have had, they've been able to answer. They also made some suggestions on things that we should do, preventative measures on our part, and that was good.

    Orkin is top-rated and I love them. They initially came out for rodent control. They come out about once every two months. The same guy comes out and he's wonderful.     Our house is surrounded by all these little things. I have both the pest control service and service for the outside with Orkin. One guy comes and checks those. Technicians used to come once a month then over time, they were doing the regular pest control every other month. I also have a service wherein they come once a year. I have had excellent service from everyone that I have had. The people were very honest about different things and they treat their customers the way customers should be treated.

    Now, I have a young man who comes for the service and he's very polite and does excellent work. They put containers in for the perimeter of the house and they come every couple of months. They check to make sure that the containers are okay and if they need changing, they change them. I just pay the bill once a year. I've been happy with Orkin ever since I got it. If somebody asks me why I have Orkin, I would say, "Well, if you had them for 20 years and they've done a good job, what more would you want?"

    Orkin comes out once a quarter. Before COVID, they usually sprayed outside and inside the house and around the perimeter. They checked for insects and mice. Our usual technician has left the job and we have a new one. The first time he came was the last time I had somebody out. He was great and extremely helpful at the time. We practically have no insects at all but we have a few mice, which is usual in this part of the state at this time of the year.

    We've used Orkin for maybe 30 years and we're very happy with them. Over the years, we have occasionally called them out in addition to the four times a year that they visit the house.     In Texas Hill Country, scorpions are not my friend so they had to meet the Orkin people. I live out in the boondocks. Anyone that ever comes to my house is very thorough and I like them. They come in, put hoodies and booties on, and they turn around and do everything to keep my wife happy. They do a good job and they make recommendations. They've also done extra things with that puffer and with the brass mesh. They take care of my pool area as well.

    If there's one scorpion that sneaks in, I get it. But if I see at least two, I call Orkin. Their technician made recommendations about rubber stripping on the back door so I went and bought some. Ever since I put that extra rubber stripping up, I haven't seen too many. But this is Texas, they climb and crawl. I'm waiting for them to crawl the outside wall, go in the attic and jump in like commandos. Other than that, they can't get into the door. On the whole, Orkin is on my good list and I'll keep them until I move. They're outstanding.

    Orkin comes out on a bi-monthly basis for me. They notify me that they're gonna be here around whatever day or time it is. I love the fact that I don't have to be home when they come out. They know what to do and they know where the hotspots are. I've been with Orkin for 16 years now, so I've had a variety of technicians. They make the experience great by giving a heads up. Plus, if I ever see them, usually they have no problem with things like, "Let me go under the house and let me put this down." They're solution-oriented and very helpful.

    We're in a pretty prevalent ant neighborhood. I'll never stop my Orkin service because my neighbors don't do it. There's one thing that Orkin does that I'm learning other companies don't do. Because of whatever chemical Orkin uses, they would say they can't put it in a space but other companies are like, "We don't have a chemical that's off-limits, so we can absolutely put it in that space." When I'm doing yard work, I happen to find these little nests of ants. It would be nice if there is a solution that Orkin can offer for the yard and not just for under and around the house.

    I will never use this company again. Waited 2 hours for the tech to come. NO SHOW!!!! The tech calls me at 7pm to let me know he was running late and was not coming.     A technician came for the monthly service and it was excellent. Steve was the name of the technician and we've had him on a regular basis. He's top-notch and very knowledgeable. He's very courteous and friendly too. He knows his business. I feel confident that when he comes, the job is going to be done properly. He's very careful around the property. If it was up to me, he would be the only guy to come. After Steve left, there doesn't seem to be any pest activity.

    Overall, use Orkin's service. Every one of their technicians that's been here has been excellent. But I caution you in terms of dealing with their office personnel regarding scheduling. I had an issue for a while with them where they were sending people when we didn't want them and there was confusion as to what day and time. When this happened, I usually called and told them about the issue. That was over this past summer. Orkin seemed to have straightened that problem out.
