Thank God, the technician worked and checked the exclusions in a responsible manner. I did not feel particularly good about some of the recommendations made, but realize that they are things which need to be done. In spite of the recommendations, I feel I have made some progress toward remedying the situation.

The Orkin service is always prompt and professional. The office is willing to schedule a two block of time for when the home owner can be there to let the worker in. Orkin checks all bait traps and refills them as needed. They also plug any areas where critters could enter.

The workers Answered my questions and filled my requests regarding closing the gate and closing the crawl space entrance to keep the cold air out. The insulation has made a difference in how cold it was getting in the house

Let's face it. With a national franchise, what makes their service special is the person who comes to your home. In my case it's Tyler. He's thoughtful, professional, friendly, and takes good care of me and my property. Because of Tyler, I give Orkin 5 stars!

This past service of Orkin was the usual spray of chemical to keep the bugs at bay. I try to schedule a time block in the morning because my wife and my work schedule takes me out of the house in the afternoons. I was not home so he can spray inside the house. Thank you for your Dedicated service.

I appreciate knowing when the tech is coming. He keeps us up to date constantly. There is never a doubt when we have an appointment and what time it will be. We are notified several day in advance so we can change the appointment if necessary.

Carl **, was on time for scheduled appointment, serviced interior and exterior areas of home. Carl was very professional while at our home. We will see Carl in 3 months. Carl explained the type of activity in and around house. Great job!!

We had an issue at our other house with mice. One actually chewed through the plastic tube to the dishwasher and left a trail of where it had been. It was disgusting and our Orkin rep has provided us with a peace of mind, especially, since this is a second home. When we purchased another home in the vicinity we continued with the Orkin program and feel confident that all is well. Thank you Scott!

The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. We are having no pest problems. In the past, we have had trouble with squirrels, spiders and ants. The Orkin technicians helped us with those problems and we are not having any problems now.

Orkin always notifies us when they are coming and asks where we want them to spray (i.e. outside only, etc.). If we need spraying inside of the house, they are careful where they spray since we have animals.. Overall, we are very pleased with our service.

Jordan, the technician assigned to our area, is very professional and courteous. He always does a great job. If we ever need to change an appointment, he is always willing to adapt his schedule to ours. I hope he is our technician for many years to come.

I have continue to use Orkin because they are always on time and they notify me when they’re coming. Their service is thorough as far as I can see. I have recommended them to other homeowners in my area as well as other areas.

I've had our tech Jeff doing our pest control for a very long time. He is always mannerly and considerate of our property. He is flexible if I call him and say we can't be there. He is reliable and we know we can trust him to be around anything. We trust him to take care of any problems he might see that we haven't. Sometimes I don't let him spray inside because of my allergies and that's fine. He is very careful with the chemicals and he knows what he is doing. He represents the company well.

Orkin Pest Control came out yesterday and sprayed. There were couple of hiccups with the scheduling, but I got those resolved with them. Michael's been our guy for a number of years and he is dynamite. He pays attention to details. He's never late, courteous as can be, and knows his work. He offers us a lot of good tips. We like him a lot. I recommended Orkin next door and Michael's got their account too.

Orkin Pest Control came out, did an assessment and got things started. They spray every month. We have a problem with ants. So occasionally, we have to call them in to have them come out and take care of the calls. They're great. Also, they keep the roaches at down.

Orkin Pest Control's customer service is usually very good. And I am pleased with how the products work. The monthly service tends to take care of any problems we might have. I'm pleased with it for that reason.

Orkin has been doing the job that we paid them to do. We live out in the country where sometimes we have problems with mice and the bait stations' taking care of it. The technician is a very nice guy, too. We've gotten the service that we expected from them, and if there are insects around, it's to the extent that they can take care of them. But sometimes there are things that nobody can fix like the stink bugs that were everywhere last year. When it's time for our service, somebody sends me an email and they tell me what day the tech's going to show up. And usually, they give about a two-hour window. Then I get an email when he's on his way, and an email when he's here. Although, usually, I know when he pulls up in the driveway. The quality of the service is excellent. But many years ago, they were supposed to treat a fungus or wood rot and I'm not sure they ever finished it and they never came back.

I needed a Wood Destroying Inspect Report (termite inspection) for my refinancing. I selected Orkin (855.281.7097) to perform the inspection. Upon completing the inspection, I was told the only way to get the termite inspection report was to buy a treatment plan for $2000. The inspector told me there was no sign of termites and that I passed the inspection, but the only way to get the termite report was to have a treatment plan as well. I called the office to complain, but was told the inspector would explain it to me. I went to another company, to perform the same inspection and was issued the required report. My complaint is that Orkin and the branch #308, 1810 Byberry Road, Bensalem, PA. Phone number 267.916.5105 are operating in an unethical manner forcing people to buy a treatment plan that is not required to get a report to enable a mortgage application to close. I feel the VA should not rely on the reports from Orkin.

I'm so pleased with Orkin in general. They come every other month. And they do the full yard pest control with their spray and granules. Twice way back when I was first an Orkin customer, I had some work done inside. The young man that is now the technician that comes does a wonderful job. All of the technicians are always on time. They usually call before they come to let me know. And very knowledgeable about the type of pest that might show up. Any questions that I have they always have an answer for me.

Orkin treats every three months and they allow me to split my bill into three separate payments, because that's how I have to do it. So each month I send in a third and then a third, and when I pay the final third, I schedule. They've had me on this schedule for quite some time and I appreciate it. I'm extremely happy with my technicians. Abraham has been my technician for many years. He's been recently promoted and in the office now. He will come out and do scheduled treatments but that is only if they're shorthanded or he will go out if he's needed in the field. But he has always been extremely professional and a super nice guy. He's very thorough and gives me my reports. He's wonderful. Since he's been promoted in the office now, the last gal I had come out, was on it. She's young and extremely thorough, and answered any questions I had. I hadn't met her before, but if I can have her to replace Abraham, she's a treasure.

My experience with them has been Amazing. Patrick, the technician I have, has been a great asset for the company and myself. We stick with Orkin because of the product and his repertoire.

Joe is a personable and caring technician. He checks if there are inside issues and came to my rescue with advice on how to get rid of my plant gnats. I have confidence in him and his knowledge. And I like the convenience of being on a regular schedule.

I’ve been with Orkin for years and will stay with them as they are great when it comes to resolving any issues you might have. They are attentive and customer service is good. The tech I have now is experienced and I like him.

Clover is so very friendly and efficient! I like those bug traps on my back porch so none of the bugs crawl into my house and she always remembers to replace them. Cleans under my gutters. Gave me advice about bugs in my pantry. A

Sometimes we had scheduling problems but overall they were great. Got rid of the roaches we had. The service people were always very knowledgeable and friendly. We will have them again if they are needed. Thank you. Patti and Mark

The gentleman that came out was great, and very respectful. The only concern I have is wondering if there is a stronger option that is still pet safe. Hopefully next time will do the trick and things will be resolved.

I appreciated being contacted before the job being done. Orkin was very responsive to my needs and particular problems with the job. So far Orkin has been very effective in dealing with our problems with ants and spiders. They keep good contact and good follow up.

Technician is friendly but I only get a day's notice prior to a visit which causes me to juggle for availability. I've been a customer for over 3 years. I enjoy not having to worry about pests. Fees went up without being told or warned. I'm researching other companies.

Our Orkin agent is named Manny, and he has been taking care of our house for about a year. Manny does a terrific job. He works quickly and efficiently, he's very pleasant to talk to, and is always happy to explain when we have a question about any of the steps he is taking to keep our home safe. We have had no issues with insects, and plan to keep using Orkin.

I have been very happy with the service that Orkin has provided! My new service person Ronnie has gone beyond his usual duty and offered to come back at another date to spray the upstairs and another time he offered to come back to treat the ghost ants if they were to infested! Generally, I thought I had delegated the pest control to professionals with Orkin. While I was utterly correct, Orkin's people have been consummate professionals, it has also turned out to be a very personal service. Our Orkin person has stayed the same for years and we have become warm personal friends.

They do service every two months and spray all the windows and doors. They also spray the perimeter on the outside of the house. If it's raining, they sprinkle down granules to make sure that there's still something there. My experience with the technicians have been really good. The most recent one we had is Skyler and he's extremely knowledgeable. He helped us understand what other things we could do on our end to help slow bug invasions. He also gave us plans for how to deal with wasps and stuff outside of the house, which is good 'cause my husband's allergic. He also helped us get started on the process for getting a termite treatment from them as well. I recommend Orkin. Even if there is something wrong, anytime I need to call and reschedule or have them come back out, it's been an extremely easy process.

I'd recommend Orkin. They come out once a month and I don't even see the guy. But I'm sure that they spray the exterior of my property. They make sure that I have field mouse traps on the outside and that there's nothing in there, and they change the bait off of that. I used to have ants in the kitchen in the summers and I haven't seen any ants in my house since they've shown up.

We're going on our second year with Orkin and they're great. I spent $1,680 for one mouse. I said to them, "I think that that's a little high for one mouse." They said, "The reason why you only have one is because of what we're doing." It's worth it to me. However, they need to make sure that they call first. We missed them the last time. When we got home, there was a little thing on the door saying that they were there and we didn't know they were gonna be there. But they rescheduled right away and came back.

My representative is always thorough and answered any questions. I'm notified a day or so before his appointment, which is convenient. I have a yearly plan with Orkin and it has worked out well.

In the beginning, the technicians weren't professional but things have improved. Orkin's customer service has been very good. The manager was very accommodating, accessible and helpful. The pests seem gone. However, the technicians could use their gloves and footwear coming into the house.

The Orkin techs come out, do a checkup of the property and the different bait stations, and refill them as needed. They're very friendly, and the pest activity has gone way down and stayed that way again for quite a few years. I've had no complaints.

Orkin arrived when they said they would by text and email. The technician was professional and listened to our description of the problems and implemented solutions that effectively eliminated the problem that another extermination company couldn't solve in more than two months, and whose spraying program that missed entrance points allowed two colonies of ants to infest the house.

Our Orkin guy is dependable and listens to our concerns every time he comes to exterminate every 3 months. He already knows the parts of my home that he needs to spray. He has assisted us on waterbug control and ants. We have no complaints.

Orkin is quite simply the best. I have had to use them twice in the past, and I was extremely satisfied with the results. They do a great job exterminating bed bugs, and roaches. If the infestation is very great, they'll come back and do another treatment. The Orkin people are polite and efficient. The roach treatment on my one-bedroom home took about 2 hours. They were very thorough.

I have interacted with several Orkin technicians and they have all been exceptional in every way. Professional, personable, educational, and on-time each and every visit! I recommend them without any reservation whatsoever, and it has been a pleasure to work with them to eradicate the small animals that ought not be in my backyard! Charles is very personable and trusting. I don't feel I need to follow him around the home. He is on his own while I am busy with something else. If I am not home, I still get service and he lets me know he was there.

So far I've had good service with my pest and mosquito control. I enjoy being outside and not be bothered with mosquitoes. I hated to see their price increase, but just like the cost everything else it wasn't a surprise.

My tech knows the house. He follows thru to treat the carpenter ants via previously drilled holes. Also extra protection from mice which were a problem last winter. He showed up at the agreed time for treatment. Goes thru the entire house conscientiously.

Ant control. We are on a scheduled program. Advised on time and date of product application. Professional technician applies product where needed. Good service, quality product, Since we started using this service there has been no further issues. Would highly recommend this company and products to anyone needing their service.

The service is great, but I did have an issue with the appointment times. We need the appointments to be between 10:00 am - 12:00 noon. There is no one home after that time. I believe it has been changed to adjust to our needs. The person who comes is very nice and always ask if there are any other issues.

I like the fact that Orkin lets me know when I am about to receive service. Victor excels at keeping our lawn in very good shape. He knows a lot about taking care of lawns. I feel very fortunate that we hired Orkin. Friends tell me that there is a waiting list for Victor.

We just had a call-back visit due to rodent activity. They responded quickly, checked all the traps and the traps showed little activity. He placed a few more traps as a precaution and rebaited the traps already in place. As usual, Jon was very friendly and informative.

The technician is on time, on the selected day, does a complete and thorough job. We never have insects inside our home, and when the regular man (Tony **) can't come, his replacement is very competent also.

Our service technician Angel is hands down the best ever. He always greets us by name and has such a happy attitude about his job and is always ready to help with any issues which we might have (which are far and few between as Angel takes care of things before they become a problem).

I had a problem with pests and I've had another service that wasn't taking care of it. I gave them good opportunities and I wasn't satisfied. I had been with Orkin earlier in the years. Orkin comes and does what I ask them to do. They come out once a month and they spray for the vermin that I don't like around my house. Getting in contact with Orkin Pest Control was super easy. Every single time, they pick up immediately and everybody was about the customer. They're very detailed in what they say and how they ask the questions. But I was disappointed with my experience with the last gentleman. He's not putting it on the floor and on the baseboards and he's doing at least an inch up on the wall. I saw him walking around the house and he had to spray out but nothing was coming out. I've got dead cockroaches on my porch and Palmetto bugs trying to get in. There are ants that normally get sprayed but he didn't do that. He was more interested in talking with us than doing his actual job.

I've been using Orkin for about 30 years and I have very little or zero pest activity. Noel has been my guy since day one so he's been with Orkin 30 years too. I just call him to schedule a service and he usually comes out the next day. He’s the only guy I've ever had and he's very good. He's won all kinds of awards with Orkin for keeping customers.

We've been customers of Orkin for many years and we’ve been happy. We haven't called once to say, “I wish this had been different.” All we have to do is call in and tell them to remind so and so to bring something for the outside theater, and the rep always follows through. Like most people, we contacted Orkin because we had an ant problem in the walls of the house and that triggered us to be regular customers. They've been good people. It's been reassuring to have someone here who knows the place and friendly to us and does a good job of keeping it critter-free. We've gotten along well with them and this is a place where you need to be aware that we have those kinds of animals out there, and we'd like to keep them out there.

Orkin is very reliable. It's consistent. But all of a sudden, in the last three months, we haven't gotten notified that the techs were coming. And we ended up with a doctor's appointment that morning and forgot that he would be here. We used to get emails and I used to get texts. Our day is the first Wednesday of the month and it was our fault last month. They didn't remind us and we didn't realize it was the first of the month. That was how we missed them. We did not leave the key out for the tech because we didn't know the tech was coming. I gave the rep a call and said we were not there and we didn't have the key out. He couldn't get in. So, he did not do the inside. He does the inside more than ever the outside. So, we were charged for it. I told him we would just put it on next month and not do the outside, and not charge us. Other than that, he consistently comes at the time he says he would.

I've been with Orkin almost 20 years. I must love it. My roaches are down and I don’t have any rodents. They do an excellent job and don’t dilute their chemicals. The customer service is awesome and even the new lady is very nice. Orkin is nothing but the best.

We had carpenter ants eating the wood in the ceiling in our living room. I could not find a pest control person that would call me back, much less come out to our house. You cannot get a service person to come out here because they all want to go to Reno. It's too far of a drive for them. Orkin was the only one that would come, and they came out that day. They treated for ants. Not far from our house, I found a red anthill. I told the service guy about it, and he went and treated that. Sometimes I have him do our garage, which is under our house. Mostly, it'd his normal routine that he does. I had to change the date and they were good about that too.

Tim, our agent from Orkin, is excellent. I wouldn’t trade him for love or money. If I had to change agents, I'll just change company. We have no pests now. But whenever I see anything, I call him and he shows up within 24 hours. He comes out every three months for the service but at the older house, he came on a monthly basis.

Orkin's technicians have been very good.

Orkin sends a very nice young lady out to spray, and I appreciate it when she comes out. She's very personable.

Dean is probably one of the best employees Orkin has ever had because he cares about the person he's talking to. He will even go out of his way. For instance, he moves the things away from my house that I have up against it, like ladders or brooms. He moves them all to the side so they don't get the pest stuff on them and there are times that he'll look at my back deck, and he'll sweep it off for me. I'm disabled so he's just like that. He always asks questions. He comes and informs me what he thinks and sees, and he's very informative. He's an all-around nice guy.

They always have a good program for you. They show up on time. We've been very fortunate. Everywhere we've gone, we've had great techs. We've got a wonderful tech here in Arizona. He communicates very well. He tells us what he sees. He comes and he always asks, “Is there any concerns?” That's the first thing he asks. So he can go around and check them out if there are some concerns. Then he comes back and briefs me on what he does. He always does a good job. Orkin provided a good service for us, so we haven't had anything to really complain about. The only thing was that there was an increase all of a sudden from one month to the next month. I would appreciate it if somebody tells me, “Hey, in another month we're gonna have to increase X amount percent.” It seems there's always a surprise when there's an increase. Other than that, I don't have any complaints with Orkin. They do a good job.

They come every month and if we need anything in between, they've been easy to get ahold of and have come back in between. Or if we're not gonna be around, and need to reschedule, they've been easy to work with.

Gerry is wonderful, we have been rat free for 2 1/2 years now. Very informative. Describes any treatments provided for outside treatments. Also have a tech at another property in another town for mice in a mobile home - her name is Jasmine.

Orkin does an inspection and some preventative spraying of the outdoors once a month. And once a year, they come and do a termite inspection inside of the various buildings on the property, like the garage and shed. They're all very nice people. We still have rodent activity, which they said is difficult to get rid of because they're endemic to the area here. Other than that, it seems to work.

Sylvia is an excellent service provider. She’s prompt, efficient and knowledgeable about the service. She’s been coming here for many years and we think she’s great. We have no complaints about our service. We are sorry, though, that the cost keeps going up but we remain faithful so far.

Orkin comes right away and they take care of the ants and mice. However, one of the technicians talked about some of his other customers. I didn't like that, talking about the customers. But my first technician was fabulous. He never mentioned anything but Orkin involved things unless I asked him otherwise. The technician we have now is the same.

Shane is a very thorough in doing his job, always pleasant and a good listener. We have used Orkin at our previous house and resolved our issue. Orkin identified an insect whereas other pest control companies could not identify what type of insect we were dealing with. Thank you Orkin!

I am always pleased with the service I get from Orkin. I let them know if there’s any specific problems that I want them to focus on and they take care of it right away. Had Orkin in South Florida for almost 30 years. When I moved to the Villages of Central Florida there was no doubt in my mind I when continue to use them for pest control inside my home and out. Then Fall season I had a Chinch Bug infestation in my yard. Orkin has eliminated the problem and saved my lawn.

I have been a customer for a long time, I've always received a bill in the mail and sent in a check. I don't plan to pay a bill over the phone. These changes should have been discussed with the customer first. Also sending a notice of the appointment without consulting the customer is wrong. I don't have a cell phone, and don't check e-mail more than once a day, when I'm home.

Always very courteous and prompt. Asks if I have any problems and does his work in a short length of time. Always says to be sure to call if I have any problems in between his visits. He checks everything to be sure I do not have bugs of any kind. He listens carefully to every direction I might give him. He is always on time. Look forward to his visits and know that my condo is bug free and I do not have to worry about ants or any other kind of bugs.

When we bought our home we took a maintenance plan. We have had the great fortune to have Kwab as our service rep. Quite honestly, he is the BEST. He truly cares about our home and does everything he can to ensure we are pest-free. As I always say, if Kwab leaves, so do we. And that's the truth. There's no one else who would take care of us the way Kwab does. MY FIVE STAR rating is solely because of Kwab.

The Agent was on time, after he called me before arriving. He was friendly; communicated very well; made applications inside the basement & upstairs around the entrances/inside the garage; then he made applications around the exterior with attention to where wasps had been spotted; & removed 3 Bait Boxes. He was extremely Professional.

When we started with Mike **, he solved any and all problems, which stopped when he found what the problem was. We've had no problem for years. It's Mike! Without him we would not be happy. It's pretty simple. Your people make the company.

We do not see any stink bugs anymore. That was a serious problem. Lady doing service is very professional. We have had no spider sh.... on house. We have used for many years. We highly recommend them for outside services. Always let them know if something is not right.

Prompt service with answered questions. Helped me on drain fly problem. No more drain flies. I live in a heavily wooded lot. Orkin treatment ensures that the bugs who attempt entry are shortly deceased. No odors or other problems after spraying.

Excellent service, wonderful service person. Our guy is very knowledgeable and and goes above his duty. Very nice. Always make sure he checks inside and outside of home including attic and all baseboards. Always friendly with animals and watches out for them. Takes care of outside and inside of home. Makes sure there are no problems since last visit and ask if you have seen any bugs that he needs to address or if there anything he can do to help with anything.

We’ve always used Orkin at our house. We inherited my dad’s house and he used them. We've had a new tech for a little while and he's great. The product works.

Orkin is a national company and they have a reputation of good service, being very diligent in taking care of whatever problems might be had and listening to the customers. We had one of the technicians come out who serviced the inside and outside of the house and took care of it for us. We've had very good success with the contractors and had good relations with them. Everything's been great. We have had some issues recently with scheduling. It took a little while to get that accomplished but we had technicians who were very concerned who took it upon themselves to help get it resolved. We are now very satisfied. I would highly recommend Orkin because they take good care of us and they're here to resolve all of our issues. And if something comes up, they take care of it or they make plans to take care of it as soon as possible.

We've been with Orkin for several years now and they were a big improvement over the company we previously had. We've had no major problems since Orkin has begun monitoring our home. We had a little brown field mice with those cute little pink ears invading the drop ceiling in our basement and once Orkin came, they were able to clear it out almost immediately. The traps filled and they came and relieved us of them, and placed some new ones. We’ve only had one or two here and there as seasons change. We had one recently, but not like it was we were being invaded. We're getting acquainted with a new technician now. The one we previously had was very informative and so as this gentleman. It's just a matter of time and building that relationship. But he's doing a great job.

They showed up on time. They treated every area I asked them to treat. They were very proficient and polite. They were very knowledgeable about their job. They were very quick with their job. They always ask what areas I want treated. Whenever we have a problem, we call them and they respond.

My recent every 2 month Pest Control treatment was done by technician Blake ** who did an excellent job! He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and answered all my questions. I have been an Orkin customer for over 30 years and have greatly benefitted from their expertise, especially from Glenn ** (Inspector) who advised us to add insulation to our home which greatly decreased our heating and cooling bills. He also advised us on treatment for mold. In addition, I am grateful for the current receptionists and administrators at Orkin who have also helped me. Thanks to all of you!

Orkin is real good. They're always polite and courteous. They seemed to do a good job. If we have any questions, they take care of whatever we have for them. We enjoy having them. We had spiders and water bugs, and different things in the basement, and they disappeared. We're happy and satisfied.

They do one treatment every month. It maintains the mosquitoes. They’ve been very responsive. They let us know when they're coming, and what day. If it's a day that is raining or forecast rain, then they're delayed until the forecast looks good because they don't wanna put the treatment down and then turn around and have it rain.

Their work ethic is great. We have Orkin come every month, and I have not had them in the house in years because they do such a good job outside that we don't get bugs inside. We love the service. If I'm home, they always come to the door and let me know they're here. They always send me an email or a text letting me know they're coming. As long as I'm home, they always make sure that they spray in the garage too. We've had the same service forever. I like that we've had the same routeman for years.

I've had three technicians over the last five years, and all of them have been good and very thorough. I haven't had any mice in the house for two years. It took a while for them to find all the places that they were coming in. But now they come and they check everything, and rebait the traps and do the spraying for spiders. So it gives me peace of mind to have them checking on everything. The scheduling has worked out well. At first, several years ago, they were having trouble. The technicians used to schedule themselves and that worked out great when I was working. But now they've perfected their scheduling and it works like a charm. I'm very satisfied.

In late August 2022 I signed up for Orkin resident service at my home. In discussing the service with the corporate customer service, I was told I was advised I was entitled to a military discount but it would be applied by the local Orkin office providing my service and I would track my account on the Orkin website. As explained to me, the initial payment of $232.50 (less to military discount when applied by the local Orkin office), covered the initial treatment and the follow-up treatment 30 days later. After that I would make monthly payment of $57.50 (less to military discount when applied by the local Orkin office) with treatments every other month.

We had quite a large beehive. Orkin came out and took care of it for us. They said, “We'll give you a little break on the price if you sign up.” Being out in the semi country, we do have bugs. So, it’s a lot better now. Orkin is very good. I would recommend them. They're always friendly. They knock on the door, and they say, “Do you have any problems in the house? If you need anything, give us a call.” Before we hired Orkin, I did call around for prices to get a feel of how the company was and Orkin was the best.

When I moved into my house I was excited, until the fall. Stink bugs and box elder bugs everywhere. Then came Orkin and saved me from potentially moving. We still have some bugs, but where there were 50-75 per room there are now 2-3. Thank you!

Nicole was very professional and knowledgeable about my needs. Our problem was handled effectively. No further carpenter ants seen in/near my home. When I contacted Orkin for further service after my initial treatment, they came very quickly and included treatment insides my home.

I asked for an inspection for an animal in my attic crawl space. We told I had a colony of rats fighting for territory. I was quoted $8,800.00 to get under control and to prevent me from getting sick. I got two other quotes which did not include me having rats. I went up to crawl space and found two Orkin traps with a dead mouse in each. I was getting taken advantage of and will never use their service ever again.

So far I am very pleased with Orkin's team in providing good customer service...Ben was very helpful and said he would be our usual pest control rep. He was very patient while answering all my questions and knowledgeable in pest control field. Too early to say if pest control service will help to maintain pests and realize this service can't guarantee or fully eliminate bugs.

Recently, my 88 year old mother engaged Orkin Canada to address a rodent problem in her/our home. The Orkin serviceman spent a couple of hours at her home and spent most of that time lecturing her on work she needed to do: clean the edges of the floors and baseboards, clean out the kitchen cupboards where there were signs that mice had been, remove all food sources and place them in airtight containers, clear the exterior foundation of long grasses or shrubbery. The man placed a number of traps and poison stations in the home and basement and at a couple of spots outside and that is it. When he returned from the basement, he told my mother he found mouse poo there which he left for her to clean up. For this service, he charged $375. He didn't sweep up the mouse poo he reported seeing in the basement while he was down there. He didn't clean out the kitchen cupboards when he found signs of mouse activity there.

Contact both over the phone, as well as the in-person treatments were excellent. Information was accurate. The person conducting the treatment was extremely professional and thorough. Communication was easily understandable. Sometimes you gamble with a well-known company. Not this one. I would highly recommend this company.

Technician is always polite and courteous. He answers all our questions and goes into detail about what he is doing. He lets us know about the time he will be coming. We have been using Orkin for years and have always been quite satisfied with their work.
