Orkin Pest Control Reviews

I'm very happy with Orkin Pest Control and the person who comes out and does it. He is a good young man and he does what he's supposed to. He's very cordial. I'd like to have him back every time. I now hardly see anything.

Two techs visited on this call at different times. Justin was first to arrive Monday. Treated it for ants and to be sure asked his termite inspector, Kris come to ensure it isn't termites too. Both were informative based on their training and experience. They made the treatment process and dos/don'ts clear to ensure we kill the ants. Kris fully inspected the basement level after seeing where the ants were. Confirmed they were only ants. She explained that once the ants are killed, the next level of bugs comes forward unimpeded so, I was interested in the Powerspray to occur later. The ants are still walking across the dining table but not swarming at the windows as they started. The population is diminishing and living in the area isn't repulsive.

Nice professional associate. The reason for the four stars instead of 5 stars is that from the time of making the phone call to the time to schedule for the pick up was a few days. All associates have been very nice to deal with.

My experience with the agent that was surprise. The agent was female and she was very thorough. She worked areas where others didn't. I asked if she would be coming from now on. I was happy because she said yes. Since I hire Orkin, my life is so much happy. There isn't any bugs in my house. My backyard is also very clean from bugs.

Service techs are knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. I appreciate the reminders and calls advising arrival times, etc. I Have no complaints, only Wishful thinking that services costs less. It would be nice if techs were given booties to cover their shoes when entering the residence.

Our regular technician is very polite and seems very thorough. The treatments are working well enough that we currently need no modifications, enhancements or improvements to our existing level of routine periodic service. If anything, the treatments can't seem to keep up with small spider activity, since we live on a lake. Other than that, excellent.

Scott, the tech that services my home, is very thorough and professional. He services my home and outside decks. He also fogs the outside brush for mosquitos and flies. He is always on time and completes his work quickly and efficiently.

I’ve been with Orkin for years. Always been on time when said they would be, very respectful and done a good job. My last tech was very good, did what needed to be done and very good. I look forward to having Joseph as my regular tech.

Great customer service across the board! Kevin, "the termite guy" was always available with the info we needed while making our decision to move forward with his recommendations. Everyone with Orkin is very friendly and very knowledgeable regarding ALL of our Orkin needs. Josh, "the Orkin dude" who has been our regular pest control & mosquito technician is always great to keep in touch with texts regarding our appointments. Thanks so much!

.... The Orkin administration is unreachable, sends me overdue notices when I have paid and has lost my auto payment information. Their phone # does not work and their website does not work. I can't look at my account to see if they have received payment or what has happened to my auto pay preference. I cannot reach them by phone or email. Again, though, our actual Orkin human provider is just great.

I have been a customer of Orkin Pest Control for many years. The cost is reasonable. The technician who comes to do our service, John **, is excellent! He's thorough, friendly, professional, trustworthy and responsible. I would recommend them highly over other companies in the Berkshires.

We have had the same treatment administrator for 2-3 years and he is amazingly helpful and friendly. We get calls to confirm and the notify of when expected service will occur - LOVE that! And the bill is easy to pay right after via online connection.

I have only good words to say about Orkin services: technicians are knowledgeable, courteous and very efficient. And it is true that the technicians will come back to treat areas until the problem is solved at no extra cost.

I am satisfied with Orkins’s service. No more roaches, after a severe infestation which local company could not control. Professional, and very courteous service from technicians, especially Tyler who originally came out. The other two technicians have been very good as well. We had a serviceman, Ryan, that we really liked and we want him to return. He is very personable, and he let us know about services that we never knew existed, like spraying our yard for mosquitoes and our house for insects and keeping them away. He told us that they would spray the house and once the insects touched the house, they would go away and die. He also informed us the mosquito control would keep away not just mosquitoes, but also gnats and ticks.

Tony is the teammate who ensures that my house is protected against insects. He always goes the extra mile to get rid of any pests. If I find any issues between his monthly visits, he schedules a visit to take care of the pests.

Orkin Pest Control has been there when we needed them. They are professional, friendly, and do top quality service. I trust them to do the job right every time. If we have any pest issues, they send someone out to resolve them quickly. Thank you.

It's hard to get a person. I have to leave messages. And I couldn't get right through. They have to call me back. Because their staffing is inadequate as far as telephone service. I could be outside. My phone could be here. I wanna talk to them. I'm hiring hem to do my pest control. So, I have to sit around and wait for them to call me back? That doesn't fly well. I also don't like that Orkin Pest Control switches technicians. I like the guy to know my property. And I don't wanna re-explain everything to the new guy. But Orkin always rings the doorbell and introduce themselves, and ask if I have any issues that need addressing. I tell them what I need done and they do it. The scheduling is flexible. They tell me when they would come out. And if my grandkids were here, I don't want them here that day, that's the time we reschedule.

Outstanding job. Highly professional staff. Reviewed the job with me and family. Examined the entire property. Highly respectful of my home and property. Safety first was primary concern of the tech. Always on time. Gave excellent advice on mouse control.

My service gal, was wonderful. Explained out any questions I had. Told me each step she was going to do. Ensured me everything was pet friendly. She checked everything thoroughly! Hope she stays on our route! Thank you for all your wonderful staff, We have had through the years!

Technician (Brandon) is always on time and does a very good job. Highly recommend Orkin. I have been using Orkin ever since we bought our home 32 years ago and have never had a pest problem. Even if you have a small issue they will return to address it as soon as possible..

Omar has been servicing our home for 5 years. We find him to be reliable and very service oriented. He addresses any concerns we may have and carefully inspects our property. We are lucky to have him as our Orkin man.

I have been pleased with Orkin. The technicians have always been friendly and helpful. The cost has gotten expensive over the years, but I have always been satisfied with the service. Our technician recently changed after several years, but so far am happy with our new technician.

We have nothing but good things to say about our experience with Orkin. We had a minor roach issue in the bathroom when we first bought our house and severe mosquito issue and they have thoroughly remedied both issues. Technicians are thorough, knowledgeable, punctual and courteous, could not ask for more.

We have been Orkin customers for years and recently have been working with Keith ** for our issues. As has always been the case, Keith was Excellent! Our problem has been professionally handled and he was the one who solved it for us after years of this pest issue. I would recommend Keith and his Orkin Company to anyone, and along those lines, the representatives who answer the call ins; Shelley, Maryann, Tyler, etc. are also all so friendly, professional, and accommodating. A few days before my bimonthly Orkin pest control service, I had a bbq at my home which allowed my doors to be open more than usual. All of a sudden I had a slow infestation that seemed to be growing even though many were being swatted and squashed. When I let my technician know that I had a fly problem in a specific area, he immediately went back to the truck and got the product needed to eliminate flies. Just a few hours later coils ALL were gone and I haven’t seen a single one since then in any room of the house. Orkin always knows how to address and eliminate any pest problem you may have.

We have had nothing but GREAT experiences with Orkin for Mosquito abatement and Carpenter Ant abatement. They also rid us from mice by fixing our home. We are grateful for such responsible, friendly technicians. They mare prompt, send emails giving us an idea when they will be here and upon arrival. Thank you.

We are sprayed monthly for mosquitoes and have had excellent results! We have been on the subscription service for several years and love the results. Also sprayed for spiders twice a year. They were very nice and did an excellent job.

Services are always very good. They set a 2 hour window for when they will arrive and are almost always within that window. They always stay in contact whether they wish to come earlier or later than that 2 hour window which I appreciate. Been with them for 20 years or more.

This is a very professional company. I always get notice before the technician comes out to spray a week ahead of time. They’re very courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. I’ve already recommended this company to my family and friends. The cost is very reasonable and if you have a pest problem call them for sure.

Orkin has kept our 100 year old silver maple and the apple tree free from the carpenter ants -- the little buggers took down several trees across the alley and down the street before zoning in on our parcel. They started chewing on both trees but Orkin solved that problem. I would rather say hello the friendly staff who stop by instead of paying $10K to remove damaged trees AND lose all the glorious shade. :-)

Orkin comes out monthly to do mosquito service and every other month to do the house. Today, a technician came out and did the house. He did around the inside of the house then sprayed the outside of the house. We've been with Orkin for years. It started at our previous house where we had some carpenter ant issues. They came out and took care of that. We haven't had any issues since we've been with Orkin. We like them a lot so we've kept their service all these years.

Apparently Orkin doesn’t want my business. I spoke with someone named Mike on Friday 5/11/23 and scheduled an appointment for Saturday 5/12 between 2-4. I locked my cats in a room at 1:45 and put my dog on a leash so he would be contained during the service. I received both an email and a text at 2:15 saying Joe was on the way. At 4:15 when there was still no sign of Joe I called the 877 number and spoke with Donna. She apologized and assured me that someone would be to my house by 5. At 5:15 the cats were still locked up without a litter box and the dog still on a leash but still no Orkin technician. I called again & spoke with Dena.

I called Orkin thinking they would be reliable. I made an appointment and after numerous phone calls and waiting hours I was told they couldn’t do the job because they didn’t have the chemicals needed for a routine pest control job. Unbelievable!!! Called a local exterminator and got the job done.

Buyer BEWARE! I have a client who's had their termite bond with Orkin for almost 30 years. In the process of selling the house, it turns out there is some "old" termite damage and I can't get anyone to respond to me about fixing the $2,500 worth of damage so that he can move forward with the sale of the house. They're saying this damage is pre-existing but can't seem to provide anything showing that to be the case. I don't feel this is ethical business practice for them to NOT cover damage that they are responsible for. I would recommend you look elsewhere for a termite bond.

Matt was here to check on insulation that was blown in my attic. Told him wasps were so bad. He said he would have someone stop and do courtesy spray on back patio. That was last week and he said he would make sure it was done last week. No show!!!

I’ve had Orkin for over 2 1/2 years. I have used two of their services, pest control and mosquito control. In the last year, rates increased, and I was never given any type of prior notice. The way I found out was when I received checked statement. When the mosquito rates went up, again, without notice, that’s when I decided to cancel. When I called to let them know that the second service had also increased by almost $20 a month, it didn’t seem to be much of a concern, as no one bothered to call and ask why I had canceled my services.

Technician was very cordial and knowledgeable. He preformed his visit in a very professional manner. He introduced himself on arrival. Moved through the house in an orderly fashion and asked if we had any questions about what he had accomplished. He advised us that he had completed the indoor application and would be doing the outdoor portion before his departure.

The Orkin technician was very thorough inside and outside of the house and around the entire house. The Orkin technician is very service oriented. He always asks us if we have any specific problems. We have received excellent results. We have no problems. We would reccomend the Orkin Company to others.

Orkin Pest Control has a very good person doing the rodent control. They also did mosquito control. I was very happy with that. But they told me they would not do the mosquito control this year because they said a state of Washington, a bureaucrat said that they didn't have an agricultural license, and my property was agricultural. I called the bureaucrat. He sent me a copy of the state of Washington regulation, which defined what is considered agricultural, which is growing crops or forested land. I said, "Okay. So why can't they do the mosquito control? I don't grow any crops. And I have a few acres of forest, so why can't they just do the mosquito control on the acreage that's not forested?"

They treat for ants, spiders, and those things that fall out the trees that look like roaches. The techs have all been reasonably nice. When we started with them, our service was 70 dollars a month. But they raise the price and they do not tell me until I get my bill. I've called them a couple of times and said, “You need to let people know that you're increasing the bill before you send it.” But they still do it. Right now, my bill is up to 113 and it goes up $4 when they increase it.

The technician was at my house exactly when he was scheduled and listened to the areas that I needed extra treatment patiently. He then treated all my areas with care and was very professional. I will continue to recommend them to my friends and family.

I wish you would combine your emails and site into ONE. I seem to get emails and billings for "pest control" without any mention of "termite" and vice versa. It really can be confusing. At times I am not sure that you have both my services.

I have been using Orkin Pest Control for several years. My home was built in 1842 and always had a problem with various pest infestations until we switched all our pest control services to Orkin. Orkin has kept our home bat-free, rodent-free, and bug-free since they began working with us about 10 years ago. I highly recommend them. They are thoroughly professional and stand behind all of the services they perform for us. If there is a problem, they come right out and fix it.

I have been a customer of Orkin for over fifteen years and the service is phenomenal. I don’t see any insects or rodents outside or inside my house. They spray my house every three months and I have no complaints. The price is reasonable. I have referred Orkin to my family and friends and they are satisfied as well. Orkin is the best.

The technician was polite, friendly, thorough and informative. He had left a box under a dresser in my bedroom that I thought was for mice and couldn’t understand and he told me it was for stink bugs & I was thrilled, because I have a horrible problem with stink bugs and the little box was trapping them. He did freshen mouse traps around my place, but said they probably wouldn’t work on the evil squirrels that torment me.

Technicians are always very friendly and very courteous and very professional! They always ask if there have been any issues and assure that if there are any issues, we can just call and they will come back. Thank you so much TMOQ Orkin!

My experience with Ed G. From Orkin was great. Efficient, friendly, and thorough. Have been a customer for several years and always pleased with the result. Spring is here along with all the little pests it not at my house thanks to Orkin.

I had a question about billing. The Orkin Person I spoke with (I believe her name was Chantal) was VERY KIND AND HELPFUL to reassure me of the proper billing amount. She also wanted to know if I had any other concerns, that she could help me with. It’s people like that that make Orkin what it is today. More companies need to have people like Chantal to deal with. What a joy to speak with.

Been with Orkin for 20+ years and have been very satisfied. They are very efficient and accommodating. If I had to say anything at all would be here lately it seems I see a new face very often. Just when I am getting familiar with our technician, the next month, a new technician appears. So, not a complaint at all, but I do like when I have the same technician because they know me and my house.

We have used ORKIN for 33 years. I believe that statement says it all. Our service is always professional and efficient. Our technicians are always professional and efficient - and personable! We now have quarterly service but truly appreciate having the ability for a call back in between visits. That said, I don’t believe we have ever had to call our technician back for any additional service. To us, that means things are being taken care of at the time of service.

The first tech from Orkin came but it seemed like the roaches were getting worse. I asked them if they could send another technician out. Charlie came out and he saw what we needed to do and where the problem was. He asked me where I saw most of them and I told him it was at night in the kitchen. He pulled out the refrigerator and they had had a nest in the back of the refrigerator where the motor was. He sprayed back there and that was it. In about a month, we didn't see any more roaches or anything. That was in 2014 when my baby was born. They my daughter brought a dog about three years ago and she gets shots and everything for the ticks and fleas. But I heard about Orkin's program where they can spray outside for mosquitoes, ticks, and fleas and so they come by during the season. It helped cut down the flies that are outside.

I've received excellent service from Orkin. I've been with them about five years now and they listen, they do a great job, and they use products that work that aren't harmful to my family and our pets. Aaron does a super job. Any concerns that I have, I take it to my technician and if I have to escalate it to Aaron, he takes care of it. He really wants to satisfy the customer. Also, it seems like the technicians are happier too. That says a lot about the management.

Have used Orkin for over 10 yrs. If and when we do have a pest problem they are always prompt to help. They know their stuff. Our technician is eager to help in solving our pest issues. Andrew was willing to take the time to find root cause of problem with small ants. He walked entire property and found the culprit!

My experience with Orkin: the company's online advertisement promises same day service if you call before 12:00-2:00 pm. I called early morning yesterday, but was told they couldn't get through to scheduling team. Feeling an urgency due to a pest problem, I waited. I was told the inspection was free. I waited all day. Next day, early morning I called again. I was told although they work Saturday, no one was currently available to even inspect my house. I was told someone would get back to me.

I am very happy with Orkin! You are on time and very happy to help in any way needed.. You have come when I noticed some bugs and your application got rid of them. You are always at the end of a phone line.

Shane ** (?), our rep, is very knowledgeable and conscientious. We appreciate all he does for us and in a friendly manner. He listens to all our concerns. A few years ago, we had a mouse problem, but thankfully, don't have that problem anymore.

The Orkin program is delivered in a respectful way, timely and professional. When a service provider is this good there is no reason to change. Winston is our Orkin technician and we consider him family. 2 residents are petrified of spiders but thanks to Winston they no longer live in fear. He is the Best! Our animals even love him! He is very careful not to let them escape.

Always, checks in prior to starting the job to see if there are any issues that need specific attention and then goes about doing his treatment around the house. Dependable for their work and good customer service and good communication with customer. I have been a customer at least 10 years if not more. They installed new foundation vents and when there is a issue they come and take care of it. They have also helped me with a new cover for my crawlspace and put me in contact with a company concerning birds and their nest building in an awkward place. Very satisfied with this company.

My home has been mouse free and insect free since using Orkin. The representative wears a clean uniform and is very polite and helpful. The representative comes within the scheduled time. He treats the inside and outside of the home. He never leaves a mess.

I have been a customer of Orkin for 25 years. I have termite accounts and lawn care. The lawn care account cost has been $77 every 2 mo.., I have never received a bill, I send a payment after each service visit. I received a e-mail that I had a balance due. When I called I was told that the rate had been raised to $88, this is unacceptable and poor management.

Called Dan, our Orkin man, and told him about many white footed ants crawling around the exterior of our home. He knew exactly what he needed to do to combat our problem and was at our home very shortly afterwards to spray and help eliminate these pests.

We have been Orkin customers since the mid-90’s when we were re-siding our house and found we were infested with carpenter ants. We set up a seasonal treatment plan and they have taken great care of our home ever since. Whenever we’ve noticed a problem pop up, they take care of it and there is never an extra charge. They have come back and dealt with hornet and wasp ground nests and even set out mouse traps. Their prices are reasonable and their technicians are professional.

Have had excellent service. Our technician, Levi, is high in customer service. He is on time or early. Has a great personality. Takes his job seriously. We had to replace another company with Orkin and we are very pleased. Orkin has us scheduled and keeps that schedule. They are timely in their reminders.

The techs are professional and thorough. They call prior to appts and always ask if any additional services are needed. I’ve been using them for the last 6 years. I would suggest Orkin to all. I have not had any roaches or spiders in the house. I also don’t see a lot of insects around the perimeter of the house. Thanks.

We have fire ants on our property and need a representative to come out. I called on Friday and the person that has my account has passed it on to someone else. This is the 3 or 4 time now that my account rep has changed.

We love Orkin and recommend the company to our friends. We have no pests problems since we started using Orkin. We started using Orkin due to tiny house ants. They we very knowledgeable with the correct remedy. We use them also for mosquito control, which is great! AKKF

My wife and I have been Orkin customers for at least 20 years and we have never had a technician as friendly and thorough as Mike **. He remembers our names and always asks how we and our family are doing, works quickly yet efficiently, does not take shortcuts, sprays each targeted area - inside and outside the house, checks every bait box, and even went into our attic (via a drop-down ladder in our garage) during his last visit to spray for stinkbugs and leave bait boxes for mice (he noticed signs of them up there). He offered to do that because he said it was part of his complete protection for our house - we did not send him up there, but of course agreed when he suggested it. We hope that Mike can be our technician for life, because there is none better. You've got a gem, there!

I used to do my own pest control, and it was rather effective, but I was invaded by bees once and needed services such as Orkin. Since then I have hired Orkin to do all my pest control, and they have done an amazing job, especially with the gypsy moth invasion and mosquitoes. I can leave my doors open to carry in groceries or let animals out and I have no insect problems. I love Orkin. They are worth every penny.

As above without notice, billed thru my acct. Very poor administrative agreement with field service employees..I but that should not have to answer my questions... The billing department needs an overall expected to be notified of change.. Field rep is a good worker.

Our technician, Edward, was very competent, personable, and helpful. I was hoping to see the last of the Asian beetles, silverfish, and stink bugs. They are fewer than in the past although Edward told me the stink bugs are pretty immune to his spraying. I would need to have my whole outside home treated. I was disappointed to hear that it would cost an additional $350. Then my bimonthly bill went from $117 to $124.99 without my being alerted to the change. At that point earlier in the month, I canceled my service. It wasn’t worth an almost $50 yearly increase.

The man who came to my home was so helpful. Did everything he could do to get the ants. That is why I keep Orkin. The people who come here are so polite, do what they need to do. Orkin - that is my favorite pest company. (You can use this but don’t use my last name and address).

After mold treatment and humidifier installed I paid Orkin. After I review everything I was over charged at least 3,000. When I spoke to someone and told them I wanted a refund did not hear back. Yes Orkin scam this old lady big time. You need to refund me NOW.

We've been through a couple of different pest control companies and Orkin is the one that has been reliable and actually stopped our roach problem. I do the automatic service, so every other month, they come and take care of our problem. I love our technician. He's not only thorough with what he does, but he's super informative. He's great with my kiddos too. He isn't all business, which I enjoy. I don't like the, “Oh, I’m here to do the job.” And they just do it and leave. The other pest controls that I've been with were a lot more of that or they give you too much information. You're like, ”I didn't want to know that you were in the hospital because of this, this, and this.”

Michael is always more than happy to do whatever I need and he explains the procedure, benefits and the duration of effectiveness. He is friendly, punctual and always looks professional. I would definitely recommend Orkin service to my friends and neighbors.

I need a better way to be able to reach out to a representative that we can talk to easily, which I did not have. A live representative that we could reach out to via Orkin's site would be great. We had such trouble because we didn't have access to our phone numbers for a few days because we needed to transfer them over from my wife's phone to her new phone. But everything's fine now with Orkin. I finally got a hold of my guy. He got the message and emailed me. Most of the time, Orkin is great. The techs do what they gotta do and we see less bugs. We're in Las Vegas and once in a while, you get these swarms of ants. They were all over our front door and I'm not sure why. They ended up going away within a short amount of time. But Orkin came out, sprayed and we haven't had problems with them since. I've openly recommended Orkin to not only friends and family, but customers at my own work, saying that they've done a great job for me.

The Orkin techs come out once every two months and they normally just spray and put bait down. They have good customer service skills. The tech that I've recently had, Gavin, has been awesome. He is very knowledgeable. The pest activity here has been little to none. They still come out, which is why I still keep my subscription, but it's not like it was when I first started. I've been very satisfied, and I would recommend Orkin.

When I was using Orkin in Minnesota and in my first year in Florida, the service was pretty bad. The servicemen wouldn't show up and nobody would call and tell me they decided not to come, even if the office knew about it and the office didn't seem to know how to bill. In Minnesota, I was due a refund because they never showed up and I pay annually in advance but they could not understand that. They wouldn't refund any money and they said my next month will be free.

I have always been happy with the continued service of ORKIN and the various team members who have serviced our lawns as we moved around. They have always been very professional and responded to our extra requests when necessary. Currently we have a yard that backs up to farm land with horses, peacocks, quail, and etc. Our ORKIN representative has been very good at working around the needs of our "neighbors".

The technicians are very informative and they teach us what's going on. We walked all over the property until we found out where the problem was coming from. Also, we had horrible fruit flies and I didn't want any pesticides. They brought these boxes that catch the flies. The techs were always very careful about the pesticides. It always blows my mind that they do so much. They would come and flush down the whole house and it’s with the service. It’s not an extra charge.

Orkin got rid of all the mice in my house and also came back and sprayed for the bugs that the mice brought in best job ever. Price was reasonable, job was completed, friendly employee. I would call them again.

I have a quarterly service done here for carpenter ants. I'm in the farmhouse my great-grandfather built and carpenter ants got in the sills of the front porch and the front porch had to be torn off. I did not want that happening again. So, I have been consistently taking care of this house. The Orkin technicians have been very thorough and very cooperative. They've done a good job. The carpenter ants have not returned. I've had some problems with hornets at one point and the guy sprayed those. Occasionally, mice can get in through cracks. So, the guy took out some mice in the attic. He's doing commercial work these days. So, they've switched to another technician, Courtney, and she was good the last time she came. So, I'm pleased.

I had some issues with the billing in the beginning after I made the move. It was a little confusing to them. But I like the way it works now. It's a little different than it had been all those other years. But Tracy usually touches base with me the day or two days before he comes. He's got my number and he calls me and we make sure that the time is going to be right. So it's okay. I love my Orkin person.

Orkin’s tech comes out monthly and service around the outside of the house. When we’re home, the tech asks if we need anything done on the inside and we usually don’t. Most of them have been good. The one we have right now is excellent. The pest activity is below normal and we've not had as many things as a lot of our neighbors have had. People should give Orkin a try.

I've had Orkin for a number of years and I've kept it because I've gotten good service. The only thing is they overbook every once in a while. It’s not so bad now that I'm retired, but when I was working, it was kind of a pain. Also, I would love it if the prices wouldn't go up so frequently. I know they're not going to reduce prices and I know chemicals are extremely expensive. It's just something I try to factor into my budget without whimpering too loudly. I'm paranoid when I see bugs. They make me break out in hives so I like Orkin’s services. They are very thorough and they tell me when they would come in, which I like. They put it in my email two days or a week before then appointment. I like all of that because I need a lot of reminders. Also, they told me to call back if I have any problems and they will come. One thing I like about Orkin is that they come every three months and most of the time when they come, they're very prompt. With the internet now, they can tell you what time they're coming and when they're coming, which is a plus.

I like the Orkin technicians. They've all been nice and we love our little fellow that comes now. The bugs seem to disappear and if they do come back, I can call Orkin and the tech will come and spray again. The service is not too terribly expensive and there's been no problem with scheduling. Other than that, I'm always concerned about the safety of my cat when they're spraying chemicals. So, I like it that the chemicals that are used doesn't harm my furniture floors or my pet.

My experience with Orkin has always been very thorough and proactive. We've had the service for years now. I have a regular tech that comes to my house. His name is Theodore and he's awesome. The service is automatically scheduled. But if I need something in-between, I can call and make a request.

We had Orkin come out for a special issue. We had a bad ant problem that we couldn't handle on our own. It took a while for the issue to dissipate. The gentleman that we have now is super friendly.

Was told no contract. Was asked to provide credit card information for the appointment and I would charged $220 the day of service. Was also told that 10-14 days after initial service that someone would come and look over everything and go from there what further treatment may be needed. I never got that. Was told I was infested w/ mice and roaches but no follow up ever came after I told the salesperson that came w/ the tech that I wasn't and wasn't going to spend $5000 that he said I would need to pay.

We have a wonderful technician named Dylan that services our home once a month. He is very thorough, professional, and courteous. He always listens to us, and comes up with a solution when we relate any new issues regarding pest control.

Excellent service. Jerry does an excellent job!!! Thorough and professional follow thru. Spring spraying has been great for dealing with "flying" insects; as well as the deer ticks. This was a real problem as we have six or seven deer flop in our yard. Our grandchildren do enjoy the yard.

Orkin's techs would come out at least once a month. They sometimes take care of the inside of the house and sometimes they do the outside. They have been very good and thoughtful. Orkin usually comes out every two months to spray the basement of our house. We have a technician by the name of John and he's very nice. We spend about six months down in Arizona. During that time, I have a friend that comes to my house and she gets ahold of John and lets him know. They work out the time when he can come. John has been very accommodating about working with my friend. When John gets done spraying and doing all that work, he always asks us to write something about how we like them. The only thing is it's very difficult to get ahold of Orkin's people and let them know what's going on or let them know that I really like John and I really appreciate Orkin.

Orkin comes out every other month and they go through the house and the garage. They spray to keep bugs and mice out. 30 years back, we had an issue with a technician who had a little bit of an arrogant attitude. But since then, they've been fantastic. The one we have now is wonderful and we don't have pest activities. Orkin does a great job. If we would have an issue, we just call them and they come out.

Complete removal of the rats that have entered our home has been ongoing for over 6 weeks and is very frustrating. Our techs continue to employ new angles of attack but the rat(s) continue to remain not caught. Techs perform in a professional manner.

Thank God, the technician worked and checked the exclusions in a responsible manner. I did not feel particularly good about some of the recommendations made, but realize that they are things which need to be done. In spite of the recommendations, I feel I have made some progress toward remedying the situation.

The Orkin service is always prompt and professional. The office is willing to schedule a two block of time for when the home owner can be there to let the worker in. Orkin checks all bait traps and refills them as needed. They also plug any areas where critters could enter.

The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. We are having no pest problems. In the past, we have had trouble with squirrels, spiders and ants. The Orkin technicians helped us with those problems and we are not having any problems now.

Orkin always notifies us when they are coming and asks where we want them to spray (i.e. outside only, etc.). If we need spraying inside of the house, they are careful where they spray since we have animals.. Overall, we are very pleased with our service.

Michael's been our guy for a number of years and he is dynamite. He pays attention to details. He's never late, courteous as can be, and knows his work. He offers us a lot of good tips. Orkin Pest Control came out, did an assessment and got things started. They spray every month. We have a problem with ants. So occasionally, we have to call them in to have them come out and take care of the calls. They're great. Also, they keep the roaches at down.

Orkin Pest Control's customer service is usually very good. And I am pleased with how the products work. The monthly service tends to take care of any problems we might have. I'm pleased with it for that reason.

Orkin has been doing the job that we paid them to do. We live out in the country where sometimes we have problems with mice and the bait stations' taking care of it. The technician is a very nice guy, too. We've gotten the service that we expected from them, and if there are insects around, it's to the extent that they can take care of them. But sometimes there are things that nobody can fix like the stink bugs that were everywhere last year. When it's time for our service, somebody sends me an email and they tell me what day the tech's going to show up. And usually, they give about a two-hour window. Then I get an email when he's on his way, and an email when he's here. Although, usually, I know when he pulls up in the driveway. The quality of the service is excellent. But many years ago, they were supposed to treat a fungus or wood rot and I'm not sure they ever finished it and they never came back.

I needed a Wood Destroying Inspect Report (termite inspection) for my refinancing. I selected Orkin (855.281.7097) to perform the inspection. Upon completing the inspection, I was told the only way to get the termite inspection report was to buy a treatment plan for $2000. The inspector told me there was no sign of termites and that I passed the inspection, but the only way to get the termite report was to have a treatment plan as well. I called the office to complain, but was told the inspector would explain it to me. I went to another company, to perform the same inspection and was issued the required report. My complaint is that Orkin and the branch #308, 1810 Byberry Road, Bensalem, PA. Phone number 267.916.5105 are operating in an unethical manner forcing people to buy a treatment plan that is not required to get a report to enable a mortgage application to close. I feel the VA should not rely on the reports from Orkin.

I'm so pleased with Orkin in general. They come every other month. And they do the full yard pest control with their spray and granules. Twice way back when I was first an Orkin customer, I had some work done inside. The young man that is now the technician that comes does a wonderful job. All of the technicians are always on time. They usually call before they come to let me know. And very knowledgeable about the type of pest that might show up. Any questions that I have they always have an answer for me.

Orkin treats every three months and they allow me to split my bill into three separate payments, because that's how I have to do it. So each month I send in a third and then a third, and when I pay the final third, I schedule. They've had me on this schedule for quite some time and I appreciate it. I'm extremely happy with my technicians. Abraham has been my technician for many years. He's been recently promoted and in the office now. He will come out and do scheduled treatments but that is only if they're shorthanded or he will go out if he's needed in the field. But he has always been extremely professional and a super nice guy. He's very thorough and gives me my reports. He's wonderful. Since he's been promoted in the office now, the last gal I had come out, was on it. She's young and extremely thorough, and answered any questions I had. I hadn't met her before, but if I can have her to replace Abraham, she's a treasure.

My experience with them has been Amazing. Patrick, the technician I have, has been a great asset for the company and myself. We stick with Orkin because of the product and his repertoire.

Joe is a personable and caring technician. He checks if there are inside issues and came to my rescue with advice on how to get rid of my plant gnats. I have confidence in him and his knowledge. And I like the convenience of being on a regular schedule.

I’ve been with Orkin for years and will stay with them as they are great when it comes to resolving any issues you might have. They are attentive and customer service is good. The tech I have now is experienced and I like him.

The gentleman that came out was great, and very respectful. The only concern I have is wondering if there is a stronger option that is still pet safe. Hopefully next time will do the trick and things will be resolved.

I appreciated being contacted before the job being done. Orkin was very responsive to my needs and particular problems with the job. So far Orkin has been very effective in dealing with our problems with ants and spiders. They keep good contact and good follow up.

Technician is friendly but I only get a day's notice prior to a visit which causes me to juggle for availability. I've been a customer for over 3 years. I enjoy not having to worry about pests. Fees went up without being told or warned. I'm researching other companies.

Our Orkin agent is named Manny, and he has been taking care of our house for about a year. Manny does a terrific job. He works quickly and efficiently, he's very pleasant to talk to, and is always happy to explain when we have a question about any of the steps he is taking to keep our home safe. We have had no issues with insects, and plan to keep using Orkin.
