Whenever he comes to our house, he’s in a great mood, always friendly and courteous.

Orkin service providers are always very accommodating and willing to tackle any pest problems one might have. Always friendly and polite. I have been using Orkin for well over 25 years and my mother used them many years before that!

I'm extremely satisfied with Orkin. The technicians are great and they're professional and genuinely care about your experience. They're courteous and sympathetic. I had a problem with pests and I've had another service that wasn't taking care of it. I gave them good opportunities and I wasn't satisfied. I had been with Orkin earlier in the years. So, I went back to them.

Orkin comes and does what I ask them to do. They come out once a month and they spray for the vermin that I don't like around my house. If I need anything else, all I have to do is ask them and they will do it. Also, the techs have been very nice and the pest activity has gone down. I have recommended Orkin to several people.

Once a month, they treat the perimeter for insect protection and they take care of the ants. It’s always been pretty good with the techs and the pest activity has improved. I would recommend Orkin.

Getting in contact with Orkin Pest Control was super easy. Every single time, they pick up immediately and everybody was about the customer. They're very detailed in what they say and how they ask the questions. But I was disappointed with my experience with the last gentleman. He's not putting it on the floor and on the baseboards and he's doing at least an inch up on the wall. I saw him walking around the house and he had to spray out but nothing was coming out. I've got dead cockroaches on my porch and Palmetto bugs trying to get in. There are ants that normally get sprayed but he didn't do that. He was more interested in talking with us than doing his actual job.

I've been using Orkin for about 30 years and I have very little or zero pest activity. Noel has been my guy since day one so he's been with Orkin 30 years too. I just call him to schedule a service and he usually comes out the next day. He’s the only guy I've ever had and he's very good. He's won all kinds of awards with Orkin for keeping customers.

We've been customers of Orkin for many years and we’ve been happy. We haven't called once to say, “I wish this had been different.” All we have to do is call in and tell them to remind so and so to bring something for the outside theater, and the rep always follows through. Like most people, we contacted Orkin because we had an ant problem in the walls of the house and that triggered us to be regular customers. They've been good people. It's been reassuring to have someone here who knows the place and friendly to us and does a good job of keeping it critter-free. We've gotten along well with them and this is a place where you need to be aware that we have those kinds of animals out there, and we'd like to keep them out there.

Orkin is very reliable. It's consistent. But all of a sudden, in the last three months, we haven't gotten notified that the techs were coming. And we ended up with a doctor's appointment that morning and forgot that he would be here. We used to get emails and I used to get texts. Our day is the first Wednesday of the month and it was our fault last month. They didn't remind us and we didn't realize it was the first of the month. That was how we missed them. We did not leave the key out for the tech because we didn't know the tech was coming. I gave the rep a call and said we were not there and we didn't have the key out. He couldn't get in. So, he did not do the inside. He does the inside more than ever the outside. So, we were charged for it. I told him we would just put it on next month and not do the outside, and not charge us. Other than that, he consistently comes at the time he says he would.

I've been with Orkin almost 20 years. I must love it. My roaches are down and I don’t have any rodents. They do an excellent job and don’t dilute their chemicals. The customer service is awesome and even the new lady is very nice. Orkin is nothing but the best.

We had carpenter ants eating the wood in the ceiling in our living room. I could not find a pest control person that would call me back, much less come out to our house. You cannot get a service person to come out here because they all want to go to Reno. It's too far of a drive for them. Orkin was the only one that would come, and they came out that day. They treated for ants. Not far from our house, I found a red anthill. I told the service guy about it, and he went and treated that. Sometimes I have him do our garage, which is under our house. Mostly, it'd his normal routine that he does. I had to change the date and they were good about that too.

Tim, our agent from Orkin, is excellent. I wouldn’t trade him for love or money. If I had to change agents, I'll just change company. We have no pests now. But whenever I see anything, I call him and he shows up within 24 hours. He comes out every three months for the service but at the older house, he came on a monthly basis.

Orkin's technicians have been very good.

Orkin sends a very nice young lady out to spray, and I appreciate it when she comes out. She's very personable.

Dean is probably one of the best employees Orkin has ever had because he cares about the person he's talking to. He will even go out of his way. For instance, he moves the things away from my house that I have up against it, like ladders or brooms. He moves them all to the side so they don't get the pest stuff on them and there are times that he'll look at my back deck, and he'll sweep it off for me. I'm disabled so he's just like that. He always asks questions. He comes and informs me what he thinks and sees, and he's very informative. He's an all-around nice guy.

They always have a good program for you. They show up on time. We've been very fortunate. Everywhere we've gone, we've had great techs. We've got a wonderful tech here in Arizona. He communicates very well. He tells us what he sees. He comes and he always asks, “Is there any concerns?” That's the first thing he asks. So he can go around and check them out if there are some concerns. Then he comes back and briefs me on what he does. He always does a good job. Orkin provided a good service for us, so we haven't had anything to really complain about. The only thing was that there was an increase all of a sudden from one month to the next month. I would appreciate it if somebody tells me, “Hey, in another month we're gonna have to increase X amount percent.” It seems there's always a surprise when there's an increase. Other than that, I don't have any complaints with Orkin. They do a good job.

They come every month and if we need anything in between, they've been easy to get ahold of and have come back in between. Or if we're not gonna be around, and need to reschedule, they've been easy to work with.

Gerry is wonderful, we have been rat free for 2 1/2 years now. Very informative. Describes any treatments provided for outside treatments. Also have a tech at another property in another town for mice in a mobile home - her name is Jasmine.

Orkin does an inspection and some preventative spraying of the outdoors once a month. And once a year, they come and do a termite inspection inside of the various buildings on the property, like the garage and shed. They're all very nice people. We still have rodent activity, which they said is difficult to get rid of because they're endemic to the area here. Other than that, it seems to work.

Sylvia is an excellent service provider. She’s prompt, efficient and knowledgeable about the service. She’s been coming here for many years and we think she’s great. We have no complaints about our service. We are sorry, though, that the cost keeps going up but we remain faithful so far.

I've been very happy with Orkin. Our technician calls me and he's pleasant to deal with. I love our technicians.

The representative is very knowledgeable and professional. They are prompt and always available on my preferred day and time. I have been very happy with the service received from Orkin, and would recommend them to all my friends and family.

Orkin comes right away and they take care of the ants and mice. However, one of the technicians talked about some of his other customers. I didn't like that, talking about the customers. But my first technician was fabulous. He never mentioned anything but Orkin involved things unless I asked him otherwise. The technician we have now is the same.

Shane is a very thorough in doing his job, always pleasant and a good listener. We have used Orkin at our previous house and resolved our issue. Orkin identified an insect whereas other pest control companies could not identify what type of insect we were dealing with. Thank you Orkin!

I am always pleased with the service I get from Orkin. I let them know if there’s any specific problems that I want them to focus on and they take care of it right away. I can call them at any time and they will send someone out if needed, I will be continuing to do service with Orkin. I recommend them to anyone.

Had Orkin in South Florida for almost 30 years. When I moved to the Villages of Central Florida there was no doubt in my mind I when continue to use them for pest control inside my home and out. Then Fall season I had a Chinch Bug infestation in my yard. Orkin has eliminated the problem and saved my lawn.

I have been a customer for a long time, I've always received a bill in the mail and sent in a check. I don't plan to pay a bill over the phone. These changes should have been discussed with the customer first. Also sending a notice of the appointment without consulting the customer is wrong. I don't have a cell phone, and don't check e-mail more than once a day, when I'm home.

Always very courteous and prompt. Asks if I have any problems and does his work in a short length of time. Always says to be sure to call if I have any problems in between his visits. He checks everything to be sure I do not have bugs of any kind. He listens carefully to every direction I might give him. He is always on time. Look forward to his visits and know that my condo is bug free and I do not have to worry about ants or any other kind of bugs.

When we bought our home we took a maintenance plan. We have had the great fortune to have Kwab as our service rep. Quite honestly, he is the BEST. He truly cares about our home and does everything he can to ensure we are pest-free. As I always say, if Kwab leaves, so do we. And that's the truth. There's no one else who would take care of us the way Kwab does. MY FIVE STAR rating is solely because of Kwab.

The Agent was on time, after he called me before arriving. He was friendly; communicated very well; made applications inside the basement & upstairs around the entrances/inside the garage; then he made applications around the exterior with attention to where wasps had been spotted; & removed 3 Bait Boxes. He was extremely Professional.

When we started with Mike **, he solved any and all problems, which stopped when he found what the problem was. We've had no problem for years. It's Mike! Without him we would not be happy. It's pretty simple. Your people make the company.

We do not see any stink bugs anymore. That was a serious problem. Lady doing service is very professional. We have had no spider sh.... on house. We have used for many years. We highly recommend them for outside services. Always let them know if something is not right.

Prompt service with answered questions. Helped me on drain fly problem. No more drain flies. I live in a heavily wooded lot. Orkin treatment ensures that the bugs who attempt entry are shortly deceased. No odors or other problems after spraying.

Excellent service, wonderful service person. Our guy is very knowledgeable and and goes above his duty. Very nice. Always make sure he checks inside and outside of home including attic and all baseboards. Always friendly with animals and watches out for them. Takes care of outside and inside of home. Makes sure there are no problems since last visit and ask if you have seen any bugs that he needs to address or if there anything he can do to help with anything.

I have no complaints. The service continues to be effective like it always has been. We have been an Orkin customer for many years at several locations throughout the years and have always been satisfied with your service.

Overall, excellent and respectful work. I do periodically get a fly in the house. What do I do? All work outdoors was fine. There do not seem to be mosquitos present. Politeness and friendly worker. Info on arrival and departure of worker is helpful! THANK YOU! See you next time.

I’ve been using Orkin for a while now and have had zero issues with them. They’re punctual and friendly. I appreciate the text reminders as well as the text notifications alerting me of when they’re on their way to the house.

The secretary and gentleman took ownership in setting appointment promptly, and also completed pest service inside and outside with care for property and residents. We are very pleased with Orkin management and staff at all level. We wish Orkin best.

We’ve always used Orkin at our house. We inherited my dad’s house and he used them. We've had a new tech for a little while and he's great. The product works.

Orkin is a national company and they have a reputation of good service, being very diligent in taking care of whatever problems might be had and listening to the customers. We had one of the technicians come out who serviced the inside and outside of the house and took care of it for us. We've had very good success with the contractors and had good relations with them. Everything's been great. We have had some issues recently with scheduling. It took a little while to get that accomplished but we had technicians who were very concerned who took it upon themselves to help get it resolved. We are now very satisfied. I would highly recommend Orkin because they take good care of us and they're here to resolve all of our issues. And if something comes up, they take care of it or they make plans to take care of it as soon as possible.

We've been with Orkin for several years now and they were a big improvement over the company we previously had. We've had no major problems since Orkin has begun monitoring our home. We had a little brown field mice with those cute little pink ears invading the drop ceiling in our basement and once Orkin came, they were able to clear it out almost immediately. The traps filled and they came and relieved us of them, and placed some new ones. We’ve only had one or two here and there as seasons change. We had one recently, but not like it was we were being invaded. We're getting acquainted with a new technician now. The one we previously had was very informative and so as this gentleman. It's just a matter of time and building that relationship. But he's doing a great job.

They showed up on time. They treated every area I asked them to treat. They were very proficient and polite. They were very knowledgeable about their job. They were very quick with their job. They always ask what areas I want treated. Whenever we have a problem, we call them and they respond.

My recent every 2 month Pest Control treatment was done by technician Blake ** who did an excellent job! He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and answered all my questions. I have been an Orkin customer for over 30 years and have greatly benefitted from their expertise, especially from Glenn ** (Inspector) who advised us to add insulation to our home which greatly decreased our heating and cooling bills. He also advised us on treatment for mold. In addition, I am grateful for the current receptionists and administrators at Orkin who have also helped me. Thanks to all of you!

Orkin is real good. They're always polite and courteous. They seemed to do a good job. If we have any questions, they take care of whatever we have for them. We enjoy having them. We had spiders and water bugs, and different things in the basement, and they disappeared. We're happy and satisfied.

They do one treatment every month. It maintains the mosquitoes. They’ve been very responsive. They let us know when they're coming, and what day. If it's a day that is raining or forecast rain, then they're delayed until the forecast looks good because they don't wanna put the treatment down and then turn around and have it rain.

Their work ethic is great. We have Orkin come every month, and I have not had them in the house in years because they do such a good job outside that we don't get bugs inside. We love the service. If I'm home, they always come to the door and let me know they're here. They always send me an email or a text letting me know they're coming. As long as I'm home, they always make sure that they spray in the garage too. We've had the same service forever. I like that we've had the same routeman for years.

I've had three technicians over the last five years, and all of them have been good and very thorough. I haven't had any mice in the house for two years. It took a while for them to find all the places that they were coming in. But now they come and they check everything, and rebait the traps and do the spraying for spiders. So it gives me peace of mind to have them checking on everything. The scheduling has worked out well. At first, several years ago, they were having trouble. The technicians used to schedule themselves and that worked out great when I was working. But now they've perfected their scheduling and it works like a charm. I'm very satisfied.

In late August 2022 I signed up for Orkin resident service at my home. In discussing the service with the corporate customer service, I was told I was advised I was entitled to a military discount but it would be applied by the local Orkin office providing my service and I would track my account on the Orkin website. As explained to me, the initial payment of $232.50 (less to military discount when applied by the local Orkin office), covered the initial treatment and the follow-up treatment 30 days later. After that I would make monthly payment of $57.50 (less to military discount when applied by the local Orkin office) with treatments every other month.

We had quite a large beehive. Orkin came out and took care of it for us. They said, “We'll give you a little break on the price if you sign up.” Being out in the semi country, we do have bugs. So, it’s a lot better now. Orkin is very good. I would recommend them. They're always friendly. They knock on the door, and they say, “Do you have any problems in the house? If you need anything, give us a call.” Before we hired Orkin, I did call around for prices to get a feel of how the company was and Orkin was the best.

When I moved into my house I was excited, until the fall. Stink bugs and box elder bugs everywhere. Then came Orkin and saved me from potentially moving. We still have some bugs, but where there were 50-75 per room there are now 2-3. Thank you!

Nicole was very professional and knowledgeable about my needs. Our problem was handled effectively. No further carpenter ants seen in/near my home. When I contacted Orkin for further service after my initial treatment, they came very quickly and included treatment insides my home.

I asked for an inspection for an animal in my attic crawl space. We told I had a colony of rats fighting for territory. I was quoted $8,800.00 to get under control and to prevent me from getting sick. I got two other quotes which did not include me having rats. I went up to crawl space and found two Orkin traps with a dead mouse in each. I was getting taken advantage of and will never use their service ever again.

So far I am very pleased with Orkin's team in providing good customer service...Ben was very helpful and said he would be our usual pest control rep. He was very patient while answering all my questions and knowledgeable in pest control field. Too early to say if pest control service will help to maintain pests and realize this service can't guarantee or fully eliminate bugs.

Recently, my 88 year old mother engaged Orkin Canada to address a rodent problem in her/our home. The Orkin serviceman spent a couple of hours at her home and spent most of that time lecturing her on work she needed to do: clean the edges of the floors and baseboards, clean out the kitchen cupboards where there were signs that mice had been, remove all food sources and place them in airtight containers, clear the exterior foundation of long grasses or shrubbery. The man placed a number of traps and poison stations in the home and basement and at a couple of spots outside and that is it. When he returned from the basement, he told my mother he found mouse poo there which he left for her to clean up. For this service, he charged $375. He didn't sweep up the mouse poo he reported seeing in the basement while he was down there. He didn't clean out the kitchen cupboards when he found signs of mouse activity there.

Contact both over the phone, as well as the in-person treatments were excellent. Information was accurate. The person conducting the treatment was extremely professional and thorough. Communication was easily understandable. Sometimes you gamble with a well-known company. Not this one. I would highly recommend this company.

Technician is always polite and courteous. He answers all our questions and goes into detail about what he is doing. He lets us know about the time he will be coming. We have been using Orkin for years and have always been quite satisfied with their work.

The business model is based on sending an agent who is expert in the problem area being addressed, whether it’s an evaluation, or treatment.

My Orkin technician always listens to me and promptly addresses my concerns. He explains pest activity as it relates to the time of year so that I am clear about the recommended treatment. I truly appreciate his expertise and his friendly demeanor.

A new technician serviced my home the last time. He was very personable and did a great job. He ever went so far as to sweep spider webs and dirt dobber nests from my carport. I have been completely satisfied with the service I have had from Orkin.

Orkin is excellent when having to schedule a call and they make every effort to fit into your time. Incidentally, I have not had any issues with ants, bees, gnats, fruit flies, you name it. We have Orkin at my son's house also. They set mouse traps and take care of flies as well as the house is among a lot of trees and moisture. Definitely recommend.

We started with Orkin at our new home. The new home came with lots of ants and spiders. Specially, we worked with Lawrence who is our favorite tech. He is informative and courteous. He made/makes sure to treat all areas we were/are concerned with. We now have no issues with ants and we can live worry free. We appreciate Lawrence and his hard diligent work especially this summer during the heat wave. We also weren’t sure about going with such a big company but prices @ Orkin were/are reasonable and worth it as our tech, Lawrence is a pleasure.

It’s much much better. Ty. I had a very bad infestation and with each visit I'm seeing drastic improvements. I wish I would have started the services sooner rather than later. It has definitely been a game changer for me.

Very pleased with my service. I have been with Orkin for many years. Our technician, Johnathan, is wonderful and has the best customer service. He is always willing to go the extra mile. Orkin is very accommodating regarding my work schedule and when I can be home to schedule my service.

I love Patrick. He is very detailed in what he does. Just make sure you have everything off your counters or wherever you're going to have spray on. Get out for about 2 hours. If you have dogs have them go with you. Other than that everything went really well.

Anthony is very professional and personable. He takes the time to talk to me about my pest status. I have been happy with Orkin for well over 10 years. They have provided bed bug checks for me in the past, which are not always easy to find.

Their service is GREAT & soooo appreciated. I hate roaches and with one phone visit, the ginger of roaches started decreasing rapidly. By the time, the man came back for the complimentary follow-Up spray, it was hardly needed & wet had a heavy infestation to start with.

My latest tech Trevor is no exception. Bright and pleasant to work with, energetic and empathetic, listens well and follows through even better. Kept the bugs away and communicated when coming and arriving. Professional and arrives on time. Have a great annual package where they come and spray for bugs every other month. I would highly recommend this company for all pest needs.

Our most recent service by Orkin was much improved from the past. He was so very thorough and we had good results from his visit. We hope he continues to be our Orkin man. He was also very personable!

Every inspector that has gone has done a great job at explaining and making sure what I requested was done. Even when I’m not home they’ve made sure to take care of the outside. I’ve never had an issue with missed or late appointments. It been great overall service.

The service person does a great job each time he comes. He works quickly and quietly. He emails his reports promptly. I liked the way they did my house in Illinois so I continued the service in Iowa. The scheduling is okay and for a long time, I had the same man, Corey. It was wonderful because he knew what he was doing every week. But since they reassigned him, I have had several different people and I have to go through the whole routine with them. They're all nice people, though. I've never had one that hasn't been nice and cooperative.

Frank and Joe were excellent. Always willing to do extra! They have eradicated all mice that were all over my home. Frank also took care of a wasp problem that I had. These guys were courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend Orkin to everyone!!!!

Very happy with the service I received. Highly responsive and ensures that the job is complete before leaving. Ensured that all of the bees nests were destroyed and double checked to ensure that the pests were truly gone from the property.

I was notified ahead of time as to when the technician would arrive. The technician was on time, very efficient and courteous. He did as I asked and I have no complaints. He did what he was supposed to do and I am happy with that.

Really do like that you inform me prior to arrival at the house and also seems like you put the customer first. If I have any questions your technician will answer them. Always a nice person that arrives and does the service.

Love my pest guy Adam. Polite, friendly and knows his job. It was a dark and stormy night when Adam from Orkin appeared at my house. The mice were attacking on all fronts and I was at my wit's end. And we all lived happily ever after. The end.

Since leaving Terminix, I am very happy at what customer service should look like. My guy Jose does an amazing job and I can see that keeping my property clean is major to him. The service since getting Orkin has been great and they are available whenever I call. I'm so glad I switched.

Best service I've ever received from a Pest Control company. Always friendly. Always willing to take care of extra needs (removing wasps nests, ant problems, cockroaches). I have an infestation of ants and spiders. Orkin has been out several times and just keeps billing me and the problem has not decreased at all. I called multiple times, and NO ONE ever gets back to me. I finally told them to cancel my service and I wanted a refund and again, NO ONE has followed up. Very poor customer service and absolutely a waste of money.

The last time that my house was treated, I wasn't home but I received the text notification that the reps from Orkin were on their way. Then, I received another text notification that they were there and would be treating my home. I was glad that they let me know that they were going to be there and what time they were going to be there. I always had the same technician who treats my home. He's good and always asks me if there is any problem. He told me to call and let him know if I need him to come back and he will and do another treatment. He's even giving me advice for some other things, like termite inspection. My initial problem was an ant infestation when I first moved into my home. It had been empty for a long time so I needed to have it treated. Then, I found out from other neighbors that ants are our problem in our neighborhood. So, I decided to keep the service. I have a treatment every other month and it's been great. I'm not having a problem.

I have no complaints about the service from Orkin. The only complaint I have, is, I have contacted the branch office a couple of times to get advance notifications of when the Technician will arrive to do the service. Once the Technician arrives he completes the service in a professional manner.

Christopher does my service at Orkin. He does a good job. He comes on time. He does the service promptly.

The techs are usually professional, polite, and efficient. I like them. Also, speaking to their customer service reps is always good.

We like the resort. After the second time not seeing the bugs like before we will see how great a job is when we turn on the house heater in October. The Cold brings out the bugs. The man you sent out did his job well all throughout the house.

The cost has stayed the same when it switched over from Hydrex but the scheduling has been a bit of a challenge. I have a gate that I need to unlock and I need to know when they're coming. I tried to coordinate it when the gardeners are here because I unlock it for them and it took Orkin a while to understand that. They would just randomly either schedule an appointment or show up. It was a little rocky start, but they seem to be better. The techs have very nice and helpful. They check in when they get here. Then, they tell me what they did, any concerns that they saw, and any recommendations before they leave.

Can't seem to get rid of mosquitoes. Nice to come a second time twice but still have a few mosquitoes that find me even in my garage if doors are open. Like to sit outside in evening but can't stay long.

I have been with Orkin for approx 20+ years. I am under contract for termite and rat/pest protection. Orkin is the best! The every other month rat and pest protection is tops (Nick the usual guy is great). I am under yearly termite inspection and today ((9/14/22) my bait stations were checked. The person was Manny who was outstanding...polite, cheerful, professional, answered all my concerns and questions and put in an order to have bait stations upgraded. Within minutes after Manny left, Rebecca, office manager, called to set up two appointments for bait stations upgrade and also crawl space inspected. Outstanding and professional service from Orkin. I could not be happier!!.

Andrew was professional, knowledgeable. His efforts have been effective. No other comments. We did not have major problem anyway. Thanks. He identified "entry points" and sealed them closed. Nothing else to add. Andrew came at the time expected and was efficient.

We've had three treatments and have seen a significant difference. The techs are very professional and informative. We had quite an infestation though the tech said ours wasn't that bad but any bugs in my house is too many for me.

Did not address the problem. Tech did not listen or chose not to believe me, even though it is my home and I am well aware of what goes on. Treated but did not solve the issue. Asked to have a certain area treated but it did not happen, therefore the problem still exists.

I've been having Orkin come to my home for almost 2 years, where I live we have lots of rats outdoors and they had made their way into my garage. So I hired them. Long story short I refused last two bills due to the fact I bought other product and it was working better in a week than 6 months and 600 dollars of being charged. I've now asked 6 times for a supervisor to dispute charges and conveniently they are never available, and now they have sent it to collections. 2 years of payment with no results and crappy customer service.

They were due to arrive between 12 and 2. He showed up at 2:10. He was here less than 10 minutes. While I don't doubt the efficacy of the treatment, or the knowledge of the staff person, it seems high to pay 100$ for a 10 minute treatment. That's 600$ per hour. Anyway, I'm glad I changed to the seasonal plan.

Pierre has been coming here since I set up my service plan. He’s also the one who came the very first day to quote me. He is very professional, very respectful and does his job well. I hope he gets to hear this good feedback as he’s doing a great job.

Neal is very professional. He meets my schedule and is very thorough. He highlights any problems and is aware of issues. He has been with Orkin for a long time. When I have to change date, I can always reach him.

I signed a contract for 3 mos. July, August, and Sept. The 1st treatment was supposed to be discounted. July treatment a no show. When they did show in August I was charged the full monthly amount, not the discounted amount for the 1st treatment. I called and they said they would credit the difference, they charged me the difference. Trying to get a person on the phone was ridiculous. Will never use again as the billing is a joke, YET Treatment of lawn was great when they showed up!!!

They are always there for you. Our pest control man (Jose **) is a Johnny on the spot person and always ready to serve us. Katerina and the office staff are also always there for us and ready to help. Hard working office staff. They are wonderful!!.

Very professional. Does not waste time but gets to all my issues. Always asks about previous issues and checks to make sure that we are onto a bug free atmosphere in our home. Very knowledgeable about insect behavior and rodents.

My experience was great! The tech went above and beyond what he had to do. He sprayed inside our home for spiders etc, in our basement, and in our crawl space. I was very satisfied when he left with the sprays that he did.

The Orkin representative did a good job and was friendly. He installed receptacles around the exterior of my house for prevention of pests. He arrived when he said he would and did the job. When I asked questions he answered and helped me understand the process.

For the most part, they managed to keep everything under wraps. If I see anything, I certainly let them know and it's taken care of. We've been pleased with our technicians. The technician that comes here, Craig is just absolutely fabulous. He always addresses anything.

You don't have to continually call Orkin to come out. I'm on a schedule and they're always there. I use their service for rodents inside the house as well as for mosquitoes outside the house. I recommend them to a lot of my friends.

I love Orkin. I haven't seen bugs since they started and the reps had been super nice. They helped me out and answered questions. I'm satisfied with Orkin. They come usually around the time they say. They're polite, and are in and out. I'm very happy with Orkin and people should use them.

Orkin comes once a month and the reps always come from Lincoln. Several times, they come from Omaha because Orkin has staffing shortages. A guy was here several weeks ago and did a fine job.

Roger ** came to our home and successfully got rid of our clothes moth problem. Roger understood the problem and dusted our problem areas and then monitored the problem for four weeks. We appreciated Roger's knowledge and professionalism. Thank you!

So far, the service has been good. They are more responsive in realizing that people are not necessarily people who work. So, that has been definitely a good thing. They're more responsive even on the weekends when schedules may have to be changed.

I called Orkin because Terminix couldn't come out as soon as I wanted. We have had a rodent problem for many years and have kept it to a minimum. Recently we have had rats in the neighborhood and they have entered our home. I called a professional figuring I would get almost immediate results. We caught one mouse only after I re-baited a trap, but no rat results. Second technician came out and still nothing. I am extremely disappointed after shelling out over $400 and then they would charge $90 a month. This is robbery in my eyes.

There was evidence of more than one roach and initially, I saw someone from Orkin once a week, and then the situation got better. I had the same tech for years and he was great. I've also met young people who were very enthusiastic about it, but they don't last long. I had a new tech and he was great. He was a little more interesting than the previous tech.

My interaction so far any time I've called the office has been great. I've had some really good techs in the past and a couple of not-as-great and not as thorough ones but the one I have now for my pest is incredible. Anytime I have a new question or concern he addresses it. But I'm not impressed with the new scheduling that has been put in place. We used to be on a regular schedule but with the new system, if a date had to be changed whether it be from Orkin or from me, the computer would automatically go, "Oh, okay. Two months from today". I used to have the visits like on the second week of the month and then all of a sudden, it was way later in the month. Now I have no clue when they come.

Gerson is my serviceman every two weeks. He is patient, knowledgeable, always on time and lets me know when he is on my property, he is professional and a really great asset to your Orkin staff! He also informs me if he sees any issues that concern him.

The techs from Orkin usually just come and do their business and go on, which is fine with me. There are times that I'm not at home but I am rest assured that they have done what they were supposed to do. I've not seen any pests in the house since we started this program.

Orkin has a great group of people that appear to work well with their customers. I can call them up any time after standard application if a bug problem reoccurs and they will send a technician quickly to resolve it. Joshua, our technician is very friendly and does a great job taking care of any bug problems at our house and our tenants' house.

I have called ORKIN and they are not responding to my calls. I have an infestation of yellow jackets in my basement. If you can't help me I will look for another service... Please call me and come to my address or I will look for someone else. Are you understaffed or administrators on vacation???

Always shows up on time, very carefully does the required spraying and trap checking. Technician puts on booties so as not to dirty the floor. Gets our approval before he leaves. Submits final invoice for our records. Most satisfactory results.

I've used Orkin over the past several decades, whenever I've perceived a pest problem. Each time, the service techs have been excellent, explained what they found (or, thankfully, didn't), what was done, etc. If a new concern arose, such as a wasp or hornet nest, they took care of it also. I recommend Orkin to friends and continue to use them, even if they are a bit more expensive for service.

Andre and the local branch were extremely helpful in dealing with an issue that we just faced in our home. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. My only concern is central scheduling and getting through the phone lines. Website displays hours that do not match the call center and that’s super frustrating as a repeat consumer.

I have automatic scheduling with Orkin but sometimes, it depends on what I got going on. My representative is Curtis. I know him pretty well for the past year now that he'd been providing me service. He’s got great customer service. He gives me great information on what he's doing. Everything that he's doing shows progress within the house. So, I'm very happy.

The service technician that came out here is excellent. His name is Josh. I really appreciate the scheduling that Orkin does in advance. When they say that they're going to be here in a two-hour window, that's when they're here. Orkin has been faithful with that scheduling commitment. Josh is always good to call in advance. So, I give him high marks all the way around. If we have a problem in between scheduled services, I call, and they're out here very shortly to deal with whatever the problem is.

Always on time and will come out promptly if we have additional concerns. I like the text notifications letting us know when they have arrived. Our ant problem has been eliminated. Very friendly. Like a neighbor. Would recommend to a friend.

Once Orkin established what needed to be done years ago when I started in service, it was just a matter of control. Every time the reps come to visit, they ask how things have been going with the pest and around the house. They listen to that and then treat the facility to address those concerns, and any other everyday preventative measures that they would do. In an event that Orkin automatically schedules in a timeframe that I can't deal with, I don't even have to call them, I simply go on the website, request to reschedule and it gives me a date that I can work with. Orkin has had some cost increases prior to all these inflationary measures. Other than the cost, they do a good job. I'm satisfied with what they're doing in keeping the pests under control in my house in Illinois.

The Orkin techs are personal, efficient and competent. They have fixed a decades long insect problem. In a decade or so I think we have asked them to only come back once possibly twice before they were scheduled to. Personally, our tech also works out his schedule with hours and takes all kinds of things in the consideration that benefited my mom.

We are very happy with our Orkin service. Our technician, Bob, is the best. He is always on-time and very friendly. He even brings treats for our dogs. The office staff, Betty, is always friendly and helpful when we call for assistance. Highly recommended.

We like the service a lot. Our service person, Dan, is excellent, and he made the difference in our wanting to stay with Orkin. We had a service provider before that was not very good and we were thinking about dropping the service until Dan came. He's very thorough, efficient, and pleasant, and does just a great job.

I have two accounts with Orkin for termite and pest control. I was gone dealing with something when the Orkin came by this last time. But I had an email and they let me know. We have used Orkin for pest control for more than 20 years, first in Maryland and now in California. Their representatives have been fantastic. Our current rep, Michelle, is especially diligent and communicative. She's efficient and terrific. Would not want to see her leave.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Orkin. I get treated for spiders and ants. If I see a pincher bug or a couple of spiders in the house, all I have to do is call them, they'll come in and shoot in the house.

I initially called Orkin for stink bugs and ants, and the technicians are really nice. The ones I don't like, I just call and say, “I don’t want them anymore,” and Orkin doesn't send them. They are easy to schedule too. They go around your schedule, which is great, and if it’s between your services and you see any bugs, they come out. I love their service, but sometimes, I have to call their billing. The cost goes up all the time, and I don’t believe that I have to pay more.

I just thought I should alert the public if you are considering using Orkin Pest Control in the Halifax, Nova Scotia area. I have been trying for over a week to get ahold of them to renew the services for red ants with no return on the phone calls. On May 31, 2022 after being on hold for a half hour the woman was given the address and asked me to hold and came back and said she was instructed that they will not be renewing the services, and said she could not tell me why. This may be in part that their supposed specialist who was performing their work last year was not showing up on time and you would have to chase him to get a visit, if that is not un-professional I do not know what is. I would recommend Target Pest Control for customers, much more professional and will get your money's worth.

Erik is very competent and persistent worker. He took care of german roach infestation in kitchen! Excellent worker and he knows his job well. He is very dependable, gives advance notice of service times, and shows up when he says he will.

The technician was prompt, efficient and thorough. Since his visit the only bugs I have seen were all dead. Money well spent. Did I mention there is a big ditch behind my house where all kinds of creepy crawlers live.

As is usual, the technician is friendly and handled the appointment expeditiously. We have been happy with the service provided every time there is a scheduled appointment and would recommend him to others. David is very personable and tries hard to accommodate our requested scheduling preferences.

Orkin has been keeping our home pest free for 2 years now. I am very pleased with the technician. I appreciate that I get email reminders of appointment days and times. I also appreciate that appointment times can be changed with no fuss.

All of our techs are very well trained and very courteous! They do the job well, as we haven't had a problem for many years. Thank you! On the negative side, the price for each application has really gotten out of hand and is way too high. As I'm retired and on a fixed income, I may have to cancel the service due to the high cost.

I have been lucky through the decades to have some really wonderful Orkin technicians. They make all the difference. My current tech, Jonas **, is terrific. He lets me know if he's running late, and when he arrives he does a thorough job. He listens to any specific needs I have for the month and solves any problems.

While having some minor work done on the side of my house the contractor discovered rotted wood. He was afraid it was termites. I called Orkin and a rep was sent out the very next day! He was knowledgeable and very helpful. He diagnosed the problem, suggested a solution and followed up the next day. I am completely satisfied.

Our rep is the best. Very consistent, reliable, professional. We love him. His name is Tom and he is awesome, the best rep I have ever had for service. I have been using service since the 1980's. He has been our rep for at least 15+ years.

I would highly recommend Orkin to anyone needing an effective pest control company. When I requested their services, I was being plagued with mice and roaches. Since Orkin has been taking care of my pest problems, I have not seen any. And I know if I do, I simply have to pick up the phone and call Orkin. Their technicians will come to my rescue. Orkin has made my living conditions more pleasant!

If we have any concerns or need an extra spray somewhere they happily do it. Great for extra peace of mind. If you find a bug or anything different they can identify it and let you know if you need to do something or not.

I am happy with the services and with the product itself but more importantly, the customer service is what keeps me staying with Orkin. The Orkin name speaks for itself and it's been around forever and doing a good job. The gentleman who comes out to service my home has been nothing other than phenomenal each time he comes. Everything has been great with the service that he renders for us and he shares with us that if there's ever an issue, to give him a call and he would come back and fix whatever the problems may be. But thus far, from all this time we've been utilizing his service, we haven't had to call him back for something else because he takes care of it the first time. I had another provider before I chose Orkin and ever since I switched over to them, I've been happy, although they can always offer me a senior citizen's discount, even a longevity discount for being loyal.
