They are very thorough. I had scorpions in my garage and they sprayed the entire floor. They asked me, “Open up the garage and move your car out.” That way, they have more space to spray. They went down every edge to spray because they know I hate the scorpions. They also sprayed for ants which are along the edge of the yard. The tech was very friendly and professional. I appreciate that he asks me questions as to how things are going and if I have been seeing anything. I've had Orkin for 20 years and every one of the three technicians who have lasted the longest has been awesome. Every one of them has been caring to make sure that I'm happy and satisfied.

I paid cash upfront due to new pest issues. Not one thing was done as the tutorial video states. No spray in my yard, no looking for a nest, no checking windows around house. He asked me "where do I go?". Is this allowed even?

Working with Orkin has been great. They are very positive and professional. They put booties on at the front porch and I really appreciate that. The techs are super polite and efficient. They're always on time. Since they serviced, pest activity has been practically non-existent. I recommend Orkin. Try it.

We had the stink bugs and it was hard to contain all that, but Orkin got that under control. We also had a problem with the sugar ants and the techs come every spring for that. They managed to keep them away from inside the house. One time, when they came out, they got a possum and her babies out from underneath the house. The techs are also spraying where they're asked to spray. They even sprayed something for mosquitoes out there in the yard.

This is my first year with Orkin, and my contract is up, but I just got a bill in the last couple days. I did the numbers, and it looks as if they've gone in and done an application without any notice to me, because I have paid everything that was due under the contract. I'm sure they'll have an adequate explanation, but I want some explanation on this additional charge that I got. Other than that, they were good, and I'm satisfied with the work that they did. The price was a bit high, but it took care of my carpenter ants, so it was worth it. I could recommend them. The building that they were treating was a vacation home for our kids, and I had a picture of the fellow doing the work, but I never had a one on one with him. I didn't have any direct connection with Orkin other than the email notices that they would send before they went down to do the application which were thorough. We also got notices when they got there and when they left.

Our Orkin technician does an outstanding job and we like him. He's very personable and he tells us what he's looking for. He also tells us that if we see anything at all, we should let him know and they'll come back out. But we haven't had to do that yet. We have the service to prevent bugs in our house and when they come out, they spray. They come in the house if we want them to and when we're away for the summer, they'll do it outside every couple months. The pest service is worth it to avoid any problems down the road.

We used to have a different company, Preventive and then, a representative came to our door from Orkin and pointed out some of the mistakes that the other company was making. We just went for it and we've been happy ever since. The guy who comes and services our house is Brian and he's amazing. Super professional and always shows up on time. If I ever need to reschedule, he reschedules at my schedule. Totally convenient. He's super pleasant, kind, wonderful and does his job. The pest activity has been definitely reduced. We don't have as much stuff inside the house as we did before. The mosquito problem is really bad everywhere, but ours is actually a little better than a lot of people's because of the spraying.

The Orkin tech came to my house and sprayed the house and the outside like he always does. They usually email me to schedule for service. If it works, I just leave it, and then they give me a window. But if it doesn't work, then I just call and reschedule. We had a lot of silverfish and we had carpenter bees that they took care of. We've had ants and pincher bug things that they've taken care of too. They spray outside for the carpenter bees. They put a powder in the little holes that the bees make and then they give me a little trap for the garage. It's great now. I barely have anything. Aaron is the tech that usually comes and he's super friendly and comes on time. I'm very satisfied.

Orkin comes out every other month during the summer and early fall, starting about April and going through October. I talk with their techs and tell them where I want them to go. The one I have right now sprays good and I could tell the difference when he leaves. I had ants really bad all year-round and after he came, they disappeared. And he would come back when I'd have a big infestation without any problems at all. I wish they could also get rid of mice but I don't have that problem year-round.

They come every two months and mostly they're spraying around the perimeter of my house. Chris is the one that's been coming for quite some time now and he's wonderful. He's very pleasant. He doesn't waste a bunch of time chit-chatting and carrying on. He checks in and then he goes about his business. He's also very thorough. I appreciate that. He always asks if there's anything extra that's come up that he needs to be aware of. I'm very happy with the technician I have. He's on time and lets me know when he's going to be here. Usually, I get a text the night before to let me know that he's going to be here, and then a window of time so that I can have the gate open for him. It works out very well. I would recommend Orkin, very definitely. I'm very impressed with Chris and his diligence. He's a good representative of the company.

We're really pleased with Orkin. They come every three months. We have a couple of mouse traps set up and they check for the wasps that we had out in the woodpile. I point out a couple of areas that they need to go to and that's what they do and they report back afterwards and we've been really happy with them. The problem is when we transferred over from Crazy Frog, we had not been getting our emails or messages saying when their people are gonna be here. They would just knock on the door. Luckily, we were home. But the technicians have been great. We had them come out on an off day in-between months because my husband saw some little tiny ants in the backyard and they were over the next day and they were taking care of that for us. They're really good at coming when we need them.

I had a different company that would send out anybody, and it was a mess. I didn't like it at all. They sprayed all over the windows, and it wasn't a good thing. Orkin is much better. They do their job well, and I haven't had any problems since they've been coming. They usually send me a text to let me know when they're coming, but this time, they didn't. Luckily, I was home and it was the guy that I like. It worked out. The guy did some light spraying in the basement, checked and sprayed on the outside, and did everything he was supposed to do. It didn't take long, and it was done. The guy knows where the traps are and what to look for. The traps are downstairs in the utility room. I had a problem with mice, and he knows where to look. There are some in the garage as well as under the sink and in the pantry. Everything’s been good.

I have two houses and Orkin sends me a note to tell me it's time for the service. I gotta have them 'cause one of the houses is in the forest, and the other one is almost. They come at one place or the other often, and they seem to be doing a good job. When I'm there, the techs and I talk, and they are very straightforward, calm, and gentlemanly.

I would highly recommend Orkin. I've had them for so many years, I never had a bug problem, and I want them to continue to prevent the bugs from showing up in my house. They inspect the perimeter to make sure that my plants aren't too close up against the house and they spray the entrances and all the doorways. They go in my garage and spray as well. They take care of the entire house inside and out, and they do a very good job. The techs have always been very professional, friendly, and they do an excellent job. They show up when they're supposed to. They're never late. All in all, I'm more than satisfied with their services. They've been very helpful over the years. They even came in 15 years ago and located termites. They weren't even inspecting for termites, but they found them.

Orkin comes out every three months mainly for bugs. We also had a few mice that they had to get rid of. The techs were all very good. Scheduling service is no problem. They've been very good to work with.

I'm on a yearly program with Orkin Pest Control, so I get treatment four times a year, once every three months. The visit is on the second Monday of every third month, and the most recent one was very timely. The operator who performed the services was on time. He called about half an hour before to let us know he would be at the house so someone would be here. That was always appreciated.

I found a trap box on the property I just bought, so I called the name on the box. I asked Orkin to continue whatever service they gave to that property prior. They and their tech knew about the property, and they changed over the name of the previous owner to ours. The service is once a month. We're usually not at the property, but they send notice a few days prior that they're coming on a certain date and time, then when they're on their way, when they're there, and once they've completed the task.

Orkin came when they said they would. They let me know when they were coming and did exactly what they had been doing which was taking care of the garden pests. They come once a month for the vole and pocket gopher activities. They put pellets in boxes around the gardens. Then they come the next month and check if there's more activity. They educate me and are courteous. I recommended them to my neighbor.

Scheduling with Orkin is easy and everybody's always knowledgeable and good. I talked to the last guy for a while because we had an ant problem and he went over that with me. He didn't seem hurried and answered all my questions, and was very nice and polite. We don't always get the same people but they let us know they're here and what they'll be doing and if we have any questions. For a while, we had a problem at the back of the house. When we had replaced our siding, the people who did that forgot to put the vent cover in at the top of the house on the outside. So, the man at that time told us to let them know if we couldn’t get that done. But we did. We have tall sons-in-law. So, they took care of that.

Our pest control guy is Kenneth. He is an amazing human being and he does his job really well. He lights up the room and the world. He makes everybody feel better, and it's not just my family, it's every family he services. In fact, a lot of us have met and there's a big conversation about Kenneth. So, as long as Orkin has Kenneth, they will have 11 billion customers. Any time that we have a bug show up, we just call Kenneth, and he comes in and takes care of it. But we usually don't have any bugs. We live right in the middle of the woods. So, it would be a challenge to keep all of the bugs out. But the treatment is working very well.

Their technicians seem to be well-trained and professional. They've taken down a wasp nest that I didn't know was part of the contract. For the quarterly pest control, they're always careful to ask if we have a particular problem that surfaced since the last time they were here and they will make a sincere effort to try to deal with that. Also, they will come if we spot anything that looks like termites. They come usually in September and they do an inspection. They would go through the house and look at the normal places where termites would try to make an entry. They have access through one of the closets that has a common wall with one bathroom and they would put in a device that they use to go in on their hands and knees and take that little screen down and check in there with a flashlight. They go all the way around the house looking carefully.

I'm very satisfied with Orkin. They keep my home pest-free. They send a tech out regularly, once a month for my services so I don't have to keep up with it, which is great. The tech came last week and he was very thorough, polite, and professional. The young men that come and do the service are always very nice. It's usually the same person, so they know my house. I just let them in and they do their thing. When I had ants and a sudden outbreak of fruit flies, they got rid of those really quickly.

Edgar, the guy from Orkin who comes every two months, has been very nice. He places the report cards, picks up the old ones and places the new ones. He places down a new bait and removes the old stuff. He tidies up outside, sprays around my house, and tidies up by dusting the cobwebs. He's remarkable and I couldn't ask for anybody better. The bug problem was gone the first time that he did the first treatment and I have not seen one since then. Scheduling my service with Orkin has been great as well. Usually, I get a text and an email before the appointment just to let me know when the service is scheduled, which is really awesome. Edgar will also let me know by texting me to make sure that the schedule is a good time for me. He knows I'm a caregiver of a couple and sometimes I get busy on days.

Manager Derek was terrible. Was charged for a service that I was told would be covered for free under their conditions of coming back for free since the pest was not controlled. Was charged anyway and when calling back was told I would be refunded. No refund two weeks later and the manager goes back on his word saying it was a billable service. Only reason it was billable was because it was on September first. The previous service was August 17th, and prior to that July 28th. Even though three services in 5 weeks, because they were all separate months I get charged for all three. Do not use this service. They will rip you off.

I am the property manager of a mobile home park. I have a tenant that has mice...after scheduling an appointment with the "local" Orkin company out of Great Falls, MT and after ENSURING they will work with a 30day net payment, the tech arrived and was unwilling to complete the treatment without payment upfront. After getting the correct information regarding payment (to put a card on file that they can charge at the time of service), I rescheduled the tech to come back out. It was going to be a month wait, because they are pretty far from me, which I was fine with. However, that day came and went with a no call-no show. I have since called back 3 times. The 1st 2 times I was told a tech or someone would call me back to schedule the appointment and it never happened.

We're happy with Orkin. They like to change our tech but we always request the same one. We like him.

They scheduled me for a service last Wednesday and it was supposed to be between 8:00 and 12:00. At about 12:15, I called because no one had showed up. I contacted the office to see if the technician was running late. I know the technician and I know things happen. The rep said I was still on the schedule, but it's from 10:00 to 2:00. 2 o'clock rolled around and then 2:30 but nobody came. I called back again. Only this time, no one ever picked up. I sent a text to them letting them know how unprofessional that was and how all I asked for as a customer was just a phone call or a text letting me know whatever. Later that evening at about 7 o'clock, I got a text that they were rescheduling me on a date and time for the 27th of this month, which I thought was interesting because it would have been nice if they called to see if that date was an available date. They didn't and they just scheduled that time.

We have a specific Orkin guy that comes to our house. He's always good. He makes sure that nothing comes in. I have termite stations for prevention. I've had mice in the house, so he checks all the mice stations. He sprays for mosquitoes when he's supposed to. I trust him. When he comes, he does what he's supposed to do. If I have any concerns or questions, he'll check them out. There was one time when he was sick and somebody else had to come out and do the service. She was just as knowledgeable and pleasant as he is. So, the people from Orkin have good work ethic and they've done a good job for me. In fact, I have a home in another state. I'm under contract with a different company at that house and I'm gonna switch it to Orkin.

With our recent experience with Orkin, our tech's name was Christine and she did a wonderful job. We have earwigs and ants. She told me what she was gonna put on it. And then she said she was gonna check for bees because they were having trouble with bees. I told her about an old wasp nest and she took that away for me. We still have some earwigs but not as many as before.

I have been with Orkin for a while now and this Month the roaches have been worst than when I started with Orkin! They are everywhere and it's an embarrassment when Company comes over! I assume by now a couple years into being treated I would no longer have them, what am I paying for??? I am seriously thinking about getting a new company to solve my problem!

Everything was good except for when the tech oversprayed the house. We all about died from the fumes. I let him know that the people were very sensitive in the house but he didn't let us know that he oversprayed. It sent my son into a bit of an asthma attack. I sent him outside but he was fine as it was a very quick and easy one. Luckily we are able to air the house out. I told him but he didn't seem too concerned because he was gone by then. That's why, we only do the treatment for the outside now once every three months.

It's always been good with Orkin. They do a very nice job. The most recent person that I had was a young lady named Mia. She told me she just completed training but she was clearly very conscientious and a pleasant person. She went and covered everything that I could imagine that might be needed, spraying inside and out. I was very well satisfied.

Orkin is fantastic. It's worth every penny. I had bed bugs and they resolved that. They started to treat for roaches and ants, and I don't see roaches anymore. Once in a while, we get ants. If I get ants, they come back and don't charge me anything to treat for the ants. They will come when I ask for them. If they make an appointment with me, they show up. If they have a problem or if they get stuck at another place because it's worse than they expected, they call me. In the last visit, the guy who came to my house was awesome. He was very thorough and respectful.

We've been very happy with Orkin. They have been taking care of my dad's house over in Bellevue for years. They call me once a month and let us know when they're coming out. The ones that we've had so far have been great. Gail has been the most recent person coming. They put some traps on the inside of the house for mice. For the ants, they put poison around the base of the areas where we saw them coming through.

Everything is done with efficiency and care. He took care of the inside of the house and the outside of the house by spraying everything with the solution you use. There were a lot of ants in one of our trees and he came back and sprayed it also. We have always had great service and thank you for your great service.

I've had numerous pest control companies over the years in my various homes. Orkin is by far and away the best company I've ever dealt with. Their people are service-oriented. Companies in South Florida are notorious for making people wait days until they get serviced. Orkin is far superior in terms of customer service. The tech that services my house is a very nice guy. We live in an area near a freshwater lake so there are a lot of critters. He goes out of his way to make sure that our home is protected. If I called, sometimes he diverts out of an activity he's been doing to come to our home to make sure that the job is done just the way he wants it. I can't ask for better service.

The best part of the service is it is highly effective and the bonus is how easy it was to sign up and obtain pest control service. Also, I get email and text notifications as to what day the pest control technician will be arriving which makes the servicing of my home convenient and worry free. Great customer service should I need to call for any reason and the technician is always professional and courteous. I have used other pest control companies previously and now I realize that I have the best service and would not use any other pest control company to service my home.

Jacob does a great job, attention to detail is excellent and timeliness. We have had NO Carpenter Bees since he started exterior treatment. Mosquitos also under control. Tried other services prior to Orkin. The others did not offer the full range of services that Orkin does. Very pleased with Orkin Services.

Rudy is always on time, pleasant, personable, engaging, listens to my concerns, and does a good job. But I don't get ecstatic over pest control. I don't get ecstatic over house cleaning. It's something that needs to be done, and I feel good if it gets done well.

The men that spray are very helpful and know what they are doing. They make me feel better about bugs and my life easier. I was trying to kill the bugs myself but it didn't work. I have been with Orkin since I purchase my home in 2014. Ever since then I have always received professional service from their Technicians. Every two months, they come by to treat my home as a preventive measure, and each time, they explain to me what they are doing and answer any questions or concerns I may have.

My representative always does a great job. Professional, respectful and attentive. The mosquito treatment has been phenomenal this year. He is always willing to respond to unique needs that may present themselves inside the home or out in the yard. Besides that he is very careful with the pets and makes sure they stay safe during his visit.

Chris from Orkin in Fort Worth is our technician, and he is always punctual, friendly, and thorough. My husband and I really appreciate Chris’s work, and we would love to give him a good recommendation. Chris does great work! Please give that man a great big raise! I use Orkin's services because it really works. The tech is very thorough. Also, he works with your schedule. I would recommend orkin to anyone who has pest problems. One more thing they also spray for mosquito. I love their services and products, because they are also safe for your pets. The price is very good. Take the time to call and see for yourself. Yes, when our rep comes out, he's providing service! You would think that exterminating pest wouldn't be a service business. But it is! And it's always been great. I love getting a text after the work is completed. Our guy Robert is a great communicator! And yes, a good exterminator too!

Orkin Pest Control comes out every two months and they call it the Home Defense package. They spray outside, inside, and it's for any type of bug, like roaches and silverfish. It's to make sure that nothing could get in my house, and if it did, it would die. I paid that package so I wouldn't see anything but I've been starting to see some stuff. I know depending on the season you could see a bit, but I had to take my own measures. So, I pay 100 bucks every other month, but I still have to go to the store and spend 30 bucks buying supplies, doing things myself.

My last service call was great. Earlier this year I had an ongoing issue with Orkin that had been going on for months. I was able to speak to Michael **, one of the District Area managers, and he resolved my issue. A technician, Christian, came to my house and did an outstanding job.

My Orkin serviceman, Steven, knows what he’s doing and remembers issues relevant to my home. He has been excellent in ridding my home of ants and educating me on any problems that may. Be prevalent in our neighborhood. I haven’t seen any other kinds of creatures in my home since I began my contact with Orkin. I’ve never had such a successful.

We have been pleased with the thoroughness and professionalism of our technician. Jimmy ** is an excellent representative for Orkin. I was an Orkin client for approximately 20 years while living in Texas. I was pleased with the service there but a high bar was set by that technician. Jimmy ** certainly stands up to those high standards.

I called in June to set up service for the above address and was told since I already am an active customer that for the same service I receive at my residence (**, Warsaw) that the fee would be $46.50/month. I told the person I wanted the same monthly service at the both addresses. They came in June, and again in July. However, when I called in August I was told that the service at **, was an every-other-month service and if I wanted it to be monthly it would cost $63 for EACH property. I reluctantly agreed. The customer service lady told me that she would schedule a one time service for Aug 28 from noon to 2 pm and there would be NO charge and that regular MONTHLY service would start in September for both properties at $63/month for EACH property.

When I found out that I had bed bugs they came in. They heated my home. They sprayed. They checked a couple more times and then I asked him if they could come out every 2 months and they said they have a program for that. So they come out every 2 months and spray because I get bit by spiders and then I end up in the ER. Happened several different times so I have them come out and spray and they still check to make sure there's no bed bugs. I would recommend them to everyone and also if you buy stuff from garage sales make sure there's no bed bugs on them that you can carry into your home. That's just for your information. Also, I would recommend Orkin to everyone. They're the best. They're respectful, they're caring and they get the work done in a timely manner. And the cost is perfect.

I love that it is so convenient. I love the peace of mind— It is amazing. We have not had any problems in the year we have been having Orkin take care of things (and we definitely had problems before that)! And the guys that come out are always so nice.

We have never, had any problems with the service. Techs are always on time and super polite. Can’t ask for much better. It has completely removed many of the critters that we had in the past, mainly the Wood, Roaches that are common in our area. Local office works well with the customers.

Orkin does service calls automatically every so often, or if I call them, somebody will come out almost immediately. I have the phone number to a gentleman that works for Orkin and he'll listen to my problem and take care of it immediately. I recently had a wasp problem on my deck, and with one application from Orkin, it was taken care of immediately. It was very good, and the tech was very professional, courteous, and clean. I wrote a thank you letter to Orkin to let them know that I was highly satisfied with their service call with the wasps. Their service is outstanding, and I highly recommend the company.

I couldn't be home so I left a note on the door and he left a note back telling me all he has done! I definitely recommend them!! They are so nice and does such a great job!! They are very professional and always come when the appointment time comes around!

Orkins is way overpriced and once paid, do not expect any feedback or assistance with the same issue you spent your money to resolve and that I was assured of completion. It’s just a question of money. I paid over $600 for removal of unknown critter digging a tunnel to hide under my deck right before leaving for 2 weeks vacation. I was feeling certain that a company like Orkin would complete the job while keeping me informed. The first week while away I received a couple of texts saying that the cages were empty and then silence. I texted the Tech in charge (Jimmy) and he replied that they had removed a raccoon.

It's been fantastic working with Dario. He's super personable. He does what he says he's gonna do. I really appreciate that he lives in my neighborhood. I see him around town with his family. It's been nice. Every now and again, there's a little pest activity. But it's significantly decreased since having the service.

I have been with Orkin for over 2 years, They do not have new employees all the time so I always get the same tech (Justin) who has gotten to know our property and does a fantastic job, I hear other people complain about certain bugs at certain times of the year, but not me...Thank you Orkin!!!

Orkin always does a great job and they're very thorough. They spray the inside and outside and they use the fogger all around the house. Also, they come out if I need to have them come out again. Never ever does it feel like it's a hassle when I ask them to do that. The tech, Chad, has been amazing and always goes above and beyond. He came out here an extra time for me once. Orkin is very affordable and I'm very happy with the service and what I'm paying.

Izzy was on time and did a great job. If not for Orkin pests would have eaten my house. GO ORKIN! Orkin always reminds when a visit is imminent and sends text alerts and emails as they get closer. Their workers are always very professional and offer updates and info on other services that are available.

I have noticed a lot of the spray on the floors. Usually the spray is under the cabinet overhang or on the baseboard of the wall. It's not a big deal, but next time I am going to ask the service rep to try not to spray the floor.

Very pleased as always, the gentleman was very courteous, and on point. He was on time, called when he arrived. I was notified of the day of my service, then I was called when in my driveway, and offered to sit in the truck until I got my pets put up or he said he could come back.

Very good. I thank Orkin is a very good company and the workers are nice. The service works. They keep the bugs out and they are almost always on time. I know no company can be on time every time. All get behind sometimes. The office people you talk to are very nice and professional. Overall Orkin is #1 to me.

My routine service went well this week. I like it that the technician comes in, does the work, is friendly and leaves in a timely manner. He helps with my cobwebs as well as sets the traps and keeps my pests away. I am happy to have the Orkin service in my home.

My outstanding Orkin man, Barrington, is the best there can be. He always makes sure everything is done right. He never lets my dog stay where he’s going. (My dog loves him, too!) He asks if I have any questions or problems that he needs to address. I recently had a problem and, right away, he knew how to fix it. Can’t ask for better than that. That’s why I’ll keep Orkin.

I have been using Orkin for years and have been very happy - NO BUGS! They always e-mail and text before the date that they will come and e-mail and text the day of and the arrival time. They let you know when they are here and when they leave.

My usual serviceman was not here but the replacement guy was just as good and just as helpful. I love that Orkin has such a great team. It really gives me peace of mind. The yard was treated for fleas which I suspect migrated from my neighbor’s yard because I give my dogs Simparica and have never had a problem until my neighbor got some new dogs. After suffering through 3 flea bites on one ankle, I can say that I haven’t had a single nibble since. I’m very happy with my service and plan to continue using Orkin indefinitely.

The Tech did an outstanding job. He listen to me and cared about my concerns. He was very through. Been a customer for years. No intention of going elsewhere. They have me for life. Would recommend them to friends. Very good service. Did not rush. He did my inside and outside.

We almost always have the same service professional for preventative maintenance. He is professional, knowledgeable, and always on time. Customer service is always responsive and easy about rescheduling. Would definitely recommend to others in our area.

When they say they are coming out on a certain day and time, they show up. Let me know on their way and here. If weather does not permit, they let me know. Very, very polite tech and gets the job done…Always asks if I have any questions or problems. Lets me know when completed the job and if I need anything else.

I have had pretty good service reps from Orkin who listen to what I expect out of them. My last service rep was Tara, and she was terrific. I wish the service reps didn't turn over at Orkin as much as they do. I request only outside perimeter and indoor bathroom spraying, because we have a pet cat. Even with these limitations, Orkin has been very effective in keeping my home pest free.

Orkin charges an inspection fee for Bed Bug inspection, I called several other pest Control Companies and they all did free inspections. Also, the amount of preparation Orkin requires the customer to do for Bed Bug Treatment is unreal. We are long time customers of Orkin Pest control and we are elderly and there is no way we could ever be prepared for this treatment and it states they will not treat unless everything they require has been done.

Orkin is a good company to get if you wanna get rid of your bugs. They are attentive. They email when they are coming out, before they get here, and when they are here in my driveway. They ask if I have any concerns. Recently, a technician came in and sprayed my garage and my barn for spiders. They are thorough. They'll spray around the edges and corners of everything. If you tell them the ants picked up, they give you the little glue traps too. They put them down and check to see if they accumulate more ants or spiders on them. If they do, they spray on different areas, if you want.

The ORKIN Carroll County office is always responsive, punctual and professional. They always go out of their way to accommodate my schedule and service always happens very quickly. I have used this office for many years and recommend them to any consumer or business in need of pest control service.

At first, Orkin's tech came once a month or if I would call them and say I needed them to come back out. I had no problem with that and they would come back out. But now I'm doing every three months and so far, I've had very good experiences. At the other house where I first had the service, the tech named Ken was very concerned with the activities of the bed bugs, so he would always give me good advice. Then he moved to a different district and I got a guy named William. I have now moved to another house where I also have Orkin and I still have William. When he couldn't come last time, I had another man come out who I've also had a couple of times. The technicians are very good and when I ask them to do certain areas, they would do it. Not only do they do the inside, but they do the outside of the house, too.

The guys from Orkin come out here every week and do something. They do the mosquitoes, the termites, and then regular spraying for bugs. I've got them set up as auto pay, and everything works fine. They do a great job. I bought this house about a year ago and it was vacant for several months. There were a few bugs in here, and I got rid of those. Then they did everything outside, and I haven't seen a bug in my house since. I'm very happy with what they've been doing.

I had flying ants in a window one day when I came home. So, I called Orkin Pest Control and they showed up a day later. From then on, I said, “I'm gonna try to avoid this happening again.” So, I continued with them. The cost is going up a bit. This year I questioned that because it was up near $600. They come six times a year. I assumed the cost might be excessive for what is being done. But the cost of everything else has gone up. And I realized they got a vehicle on the road and employees to pay. But I might question if I'm gonna renew next year.

Prior to today, I would have rated you 5 star. Today when I called regarding a yellow jacket nest, I was told it would cost me an extra $200. In the past on only about 2 occasions have I ever called and asked someone to stop by for a particular problem specifically when we first signed we had a carpenter ant problem, a tech stopped by and took care of the problem and we were never charged. This time will probably cause us to look for another pest control company.

Orkin Pest Control sends an email and a text of the scheduled date of service, follows up with a notice of the time frame of the appointment, and advises you once the technician has arrived. The technician is very pleasant, friendly, and does a very good job. I am pleased to have the security that Orkin Pest Control provides.

Orkin has been very good. The last guy that came out went overboard and did a lot more than what I usually see anybody do. Sometimes, it seems like some people do the run-of-the-mill type of thing but this one cleaned out bee's nests that I didn't want to touch at all. Since I've been using Orkin, the pest activity here fluctuates with the seasons but it's better them getting rid of the wasps than me. Also, they scheduled people for Saturday and in the end, it worked out, but I would have liked to have known a lot farther out than four days. Saturdays is when my family is either home or we get to go out all together. Also, it's always going to be the same rate if they couldn't get inside or if they could get inside, and I'd like to be able to save my money's worth. I'd like to be there when they come out, so they can get inside and do what they need to do inside as well.

The technician was on time, checked all the trouble spots and answered all my questions even the trivial ones. He knocked down all the spider webs outside and sprayed for any spiders. He was friendly but very professional and definitely knew exactly his job and did it without any problems. And I thanked him.

I've been an Orkin customer for over 10 years. I made an appointment 2 months ago with an agent who came to my home to have my annual inspection. He didn't show, I was told he quit. I made another appointment by phone and that person never showed. I made an online appointment last week for Aug 7 today and NO SHOW> What's going on? I called 866 944-4012 and was disconnected twice.??

The representative is always cordial, professional, and ask if I have any new problem areas, they are efficient and then finishes the service. I have no issues about him coming into my home as a customer of Orkin. I'm very happy being a customer of Orkin. It's a company you can trust.

Had a problem with a wasp infestation that came from my neighbor's yard, he asked if I could get a hold of them so he could take down the hive which was in their yard, after I contacted them even they were appreciative of the hard work the tech did specially in this hot dangerous weather. I have no problem with this new person. Young man seem to be conscientious, polite, conscious of my house, and in my surroundings. The only problem I had was in May 2023. I received a notice that my house had been inspected and sprayed. I wrote the manager because I was in the Caribbean on a ship at the time and no one was able to get into my house and spray it. So I told him I better not be charged.

Over the years Orkin has been a steady and efficient responder for handling pest and insects (gophers, spiders, etc.) on the property. If something comes up between appointments they respond with a quick call. I would and have recommended their services to neighbors. I would just like to keep the same service person for a longer length of time.

Before contacting Orkin, I would have Palmetto bugs appear inside my house. I would also have ants show up at least twice a year. I would spray and set traps for them, however within a few months, they would reappear. Since signing up with Orkin, I rarely see these bugs. This year, with all of the rain we have had, I did see ants once. When the Orkin man came, I told him about the ants and he gave the house an extra heavy treatment and I have not seen any bugs since.

The supervisor and his training team came out to assess the probability of a large rodent. They placed bait traps and explained the ongoing process. Although the rodent was not found, the team followed through on their committment to advise us of next steps and probability of if the rodent had been taken care of. Super dedicated, polite and professional.

My son is having issues at his apartment. We asked Orkin to come in aggressively. I would not add a 3rd property if I did not believe in them. The tech did a great job inside the apartment and was to deweb outside. I did not see him leave as I inspected, I found 2 large webs by the patio.

Felicia ** rude customer service! Have been trying to get rid of ants for over a year and never took care of the problem. We had an account for many years, and service just continued to get worse. We had one gentleman even tell us he could not treat under our open deck. Asked for a home inspection the guy finally came and never would give us a report. Felicia ** has been rude every time we called.

I love Orkin. Every couple of months, we have them come out and the service seems to be satisfactory. If we have any issues, we just give our serviceperson, Kenneth, a call, and he'll come right out. Kenneth is the best person I've had service my home. Typically, when he comes, his first thing is to ask if we had any problems. We've given him the lay of the land as far as where to spray and no questions asked. He knows where to go and what to do, and typically, we don't have any issues with pests. He's been very professional. He wears booties on his feet and greets everyone in the home. He has a good rapport with my wife and my son. It has always been a great experience. Definitely give Orkin a try. They're not like the other run-of-the-mill places that just knock on your door. They have some skills and they know what they're doing.

I received Orkin’s services and I've been pleased with them. We have the same gal who always come by and it’s Kristin. She's very professional and thorough. Goes around, does her job, and she's very pleasant. To schedule a service, I call the number that I have on there. It's out of El Paso. I ask them to have somebody come by. Recently, we set up a routine schedule for them to come by and do it every so often. Originally, we had a serious problem with ants in the house. We pointed that out. She came by and I don't think they dare come near the house anymore. Also, when we got the house, there was a problem with roaches too especially outside. But, she sprinkled whatever she had to sprinkle, and the word got out and the roaches didn't dare to come near the house as well.

When I requested deck maintenance/completion, I expected a thorough service to keep the pests out of my house. Instead, the service was awful. A four-thousand-dollar effort should provide results that anyone can expect. Instead, I had to fill in many of the holes that the expert obviously missed. My family deserve better.

I've been very happy with Orkin. I have them come in for carpenter ants. They call or text or even send me an email when the technician is going to be able to come out. If that's not good, then I’ll text them back and tell them to do it a different time. On the technician's second visit, he asked me if everything was doing all right. His name is Troy. He does a good job. Every 30 days, he comes. About a week before 30 days, I started seeing ants on the deck again. I told him about it and he sprayed them. Then they were gone for two weeks.

Jonathan is very thorough and does a great job always. He answers all of our questions and we have not had a past issue in quite some time. We have had other personnel through Orkin that have been good as well but we do think that Jonathan is the best so far. We have had other pest control Services in the past as well that have done very poor jobs.

I’ve been with Orkin for a decade and the technicians are thorough and friendly. We have had some techs that are like family. They offer great service and advice. Orkin even done mold underground protective layer, and set up payment plan for treatment. It was expensive, but helped tremendously. We live within city limits, so rodents was once a problem, but Orkin helped with this issue.

My service rep (Gavens **) provides me with regular monthly pest control services in a courteous and professional manner. One slight fault of Orkin is that I promptly pay for my annual termite inspection in February each year. Often, it is the summer months and I still haven't been set up for a home inspection. This results in me having to call the company. I do like my service rep (very much) who provides my services. I just feel that the inspection should be done earlier (in the cooler months) than mid to late summer. Thank you.

Omar did a good job explaining why he was here since no one had responded to my call to PermaTreat for service so I was hesitant when an Orkin car showed up. He provided the service in a professional manner. While he was working my elderly husband fell backwards down 5 steps. I immediately called to Omar asking for his assistance which he very kindly provided and together we were able to get my husband back on his feet.

I've had the same technician for years. He's always been super kind, extremely professional, and very knowledgeable! The tech has always been very patient around my dogs and he's always mindful about them staying safe from any applications. When we had the wooden deck removed there was a huge problem with ants invading the house but Orkin responded to the problem quickly and there hasn't been an issue with them since.

My yard was sprayed on a day when rain begin less than 15 mins after spraying and lasted throughout the day. Apparently, it washed all of the chemicals off the grass. Since then, the mosquitoes were worse than before the treatment. I don’t sit in my backyard anymore because they’re so bad. I’m not blaming anyone because you can’t stop Mother Nature, but next time rain is in the forecast, I will not let anyone spray my yard. It’s a total waste of money.

I've been a client for many years and have only been dissatisfied once, and Orkin rectified the situation (and let go of the person who did not do the work properly). I use the semi-monthly home service, they come back in between if needed. I have used termite prevention and nesting bee treatments.

We spent thousands battling an infestation a year ago and got rid of them and due to the weather we gotten another group trying to move in. Spoke to our regular sprayer who relayed it to the "specialist" who needed to come and check it out. He called once while I was in a meeting. I called Logan back several times and seems he does not wish to do his job with the follow up. We are thinking of terminating the contract now since we cannot seem to get them to do the paid services anymore.

Orkin has been nothing but great. I called them up and told them what our problem was last year. We had mice. They took care of that, and they've been out every two months since. The guys that we've had have been very friendly. They are talkative, but also businesslike. The first guy that came out, he recently had shoulder surgery and his replacement at that time was extremely nice as well. They were both very good. They are focused on what the problem is, the spraying of the house. We had an issue with ants and they took care of that as well. I would recommend Orkin. They had appointments and they kept to them. Even though I might have forgotten about them, they were here and they were on time.

Our Orkin man is delightful to see, and we like it when he comes over. Orkin calls us and tells us when he's coming again, and it's always the same experience. He comes about every three months, asks us questions and finds out exactly if there's anything new going on, then he checks everything really good and treats anything that he sees. He's a very pleasant man, and he talks to us and takes our concerns seriously. When we first got him, we had a couple of mice in here and some spiders. He's taken care of those, and he checks all the traps really carefully. He goes around the house, then he goes outside. He looks to see if we have any wasps nests because we have also had those. I’d tell friends to get Orkin.

I always have Kyle from Orkin, and he's wonderful. We're on a quarterly schedule, and they spray inside and out. They do a good job. Kyle is very reliable. He's always here when he says he'll be here. He always lets me know he's on the way when he's on the way so I'm not surprised. I've already told friends that Kyle is the guy to have.

I like that I have the phone number of the Orkin tech and that he calls me ahead of time. He'd say, "I'll be there in 10 minutes." or "I'm right in front of your house." They inform us precisely when they're gonna be here. Because more than half of the time, I'm not home. So I have the control to open remotely my garage, which was really good.

The techs are always pleasant and polite and they seem to be knowledgeable in all varieties of insects, both the crawling and the flying. We were having an ant infestation and since we've been using their service, Ilia, our regular service technician, and I agreed that we haven't seen an ant in ages.

We seem to be having more than normal spiders in our house. We had Orkin last month. There have been smaller black spiders, and today I killed a large brown spider. I have seen the black ones going in from around the front door foundation. The brown spider was in the kitchen-very large and fat. Maybe Orkin could come out and spray again?

The guy I have currently is great. He just goes outside unless I need him to come inside. If I have a problem, I let him know. And they come in. The quality is good. The cost is not cheap, but it's not outlandish either.

I had a guy named Scott and he was wonderful. He explained everything and it all happened just like he said it would. Shane has been very diligent in helping me get rid of the unwanted crawling critters that invaded my house. He explains what he is doing and why. We have succeeded in getting rid of the pesky critters. Now I am doing maintenance to keep it that way. He not only sprays inside but outside too and the perimeter of the house.

Orkin had already done our usual pest control on the perimeter outside our house. We discovered a dead roach in our den, and I called to have Orkin come back to check the inside. They promptly sent out tech, McHale, for the next day. He saw the carcass and explained it was a water bug hunting for water and they travel alone so we didn’t have an infestation. That was very reassuring. He did check areas inside where water is to be certain there was no sign of others. He was very professional and friendly. Great service!

Orkin advised me they were coming to my home to make the 2nd application of product throughout my yard. They came as expected, did the job and were gone in short order. I called Orkin to inquire about the quick response and how it was possible the application only took 15 min.+/-. I did receive a call back from Orkin to explain the process. Tom was kind and stated that the minutes spent were adequate to cover the area. He told me he could realize why I was concerned and if I was getting my money's worth of product applied. I stated that I was not unhappy, just needed an explanation. I accepted his word, he said further if I was unsure, he would come back and do a re-do. I said NO, that was not necessary since his routine was normal and he used all of the prescribed product. I consider Orkin a fair and honest Co.

I called Orkin to tell that I found a mouse in my house. Debra the receptionist told me that John would be at my house the very next day (June 20, 2023) between the hours of 12 - 2PM. No one called or showed up. I’m not sure what happened but would of appreciated some communication of what happened.

The Orkin team who take care of my home have always been super friendly and professional. I am impressed with the courtesy and professionalism that they exhibit every single day. They don't try to over-sell me on unwanted services and make themselves available 24/7 for urgent issues like "rodents/pests in the house". Because it’s so many they was to return visit the next week. I haven’t heard from them and I been calling adn no response. If I had knew what I know now I would have save some money. I am have hard time keeping food. They get all in my refrigerator. I had to throw all the food out of my refrigerator away twice. Food is very expensive and I’m having a hard time. Fulfill my request. Orkin had to double down on an insect problem and treat for it on a weekly basis until the problem was resolved. Since resolving that problem there has been no reoccurring problems. The problem was a sand flea infestation that started with loads of dirt and limestone that was delivered on my property. My original contracted pest control company didn't show up when scheduled after we agreed on a plan of attack. We made a plan and they didn't work the plan causing us misery. Orkin was contracted, a plan of treatments was made and they worked the plan and resolved the problem. I also can call and speak to the technician with any concerns.

Orkin has been fantastic. I usually have the same guy. He's very nice. I sometimes work from home with what I'm doing. I might be sitting at my kitchen table working on stuff. He would show up. I would be on a phone call, and I would wave him in. He would do his thing. We would do a quick wave, and he would be out of there. We have it done four times a year. We've had it a couple of times when we've had a lot of ants coming in or we needed a touch-up. They're fast. It doesn't cost us extra money because we're on that payment plan system.

I originally had Orkin Pest Control starting in 2000, back in a house I owned in Mesa. At that time they were out working on one of the neighbor's houses and the tech stopped by when they saw the moving truck, and asked if I wanted to be in. So, I tried them out and was happy with them and used them since. The techs were knowledgeable and friendly and I didn't have bug problems with them. When I moved into a condo, I couldn't use them. But I just recently moved into another house. So, I tried another couple other ones, and realized I needed to be back with Orkin. Orkin comes out in between treatments when I have a problem.

Every time Orkin Pest Control says they'd be here, they've been right here. They've done good so far.

Orkin Pest Control comes out once a quarter. I have mice, so they take care of them. In the summer, I have them spray for spiders. Everyone they send is very professional, good and thorough, and they text when they're coming and when they're there. They call to make sure that they've done everything they're supposed to, and when they leave, they text and say the tech has left.

Orkin Pest Control has been great. They're reliable and do a great job. Every three months, they spray the outside perimeter of my yard and the house, and I've been satisfied with their people and their products. I haven't had any bug problems.

We had basement treatment performed which had been arranged for several months. We were offered free/same as cash financing for 3 months. We signed the paperwork provided by Celeste, who used to work in the New Castle DE branch. After the treatment was performed about 1 1/2 weeks ago the technician confirmed the terms.

On our most recent service, the tech did some spot-spraying throughout the house along the floors by the wall and replaced several of the spider traps. Then, he went outside and put granules down around the outside of the house and wherever he saw a little hill of black ants or saw red ants. Also, we used to have major brown recluse problem and since hiring Orkin, I haven't seen one. The first month or two, I was still seeing a couple of them but after that, I didn't see anything. And if I have a breakthrough problem, like all of a sudden I'm seeing an infestation of spiders or ants, I can call them and they'd come out at no extra charge. The monthly charge covers the whole month. I recommend Orkin to everybody.

We had a really bad plague of rats during the COVID lockdown and it was so bad we couldn't get them. We had to call Orkin and we wanted to make sure we don't get them back. They got rid of the rats for us and they've been coming for maintenance once a month. They also spray around the house for creepy crawly things that get in the doors. The techs have been fabulous and really nice. They work really hard and they get the job done.

We had one ant problem last year and they came out and took care of that very quickly. We'll continue to use their services. We recommend them to any of our neighbors if they happen to ask.

The young lady servicing my home wasn’t very attentive, I told her about the spider webs, but she missed a lot. I told her about checking out the crawl space but I didn’t hear her going under the house. She treated some ants, but we still have some. Chris used to service our home. I never had any complaints with him, please have him come back for our service.

I like the service we receive, my only concern would be. It would be nice to get a text or an email the day before the service, so we could be home that day. We need the service to be scheduled after 5:15 pm.

Our technician efficiently performs his job and will answer all our questions. He starts outside and eliminates any pests. We seem to attract spiders, but we don't seem to have problems now. When he comes in, he sprays the normal areas and checks for any pests. We are pest free! A supervisor recently did an inspection to assure quality work. We were impressed. We are very satisfied with Orkin and our team.

We were doing an addition to the house and the flooring and the addition part wasn't completed. All of a sudden, we noticed that there were some unusual smudges on the floors and then, we noticed that there were some creatures that were gnawing through packaging on the shelf. It turned out we had a foolhardy bunch of rats. Our house is an 1850 vintage house and it has stone foundations. There were places where the stonework needed to be repointed. They could wiggle their way through tiny openings and they had decided this was a better source of wintertime warmth and there's food supply like crazy. So, I'd always heard that Orkin did a great job on all of their pest services. Plus, I drove by on a daily basis past where their Orkin shop was in Utica. So, I called them first and that was all I needed to do.

We've had a monthly service for about 41 years from Orkin on three different houses. If I needed somebody in between times, I would call. They do the inside and outside of the house. I like their tech a whole lot. He is very friendly and professional. He put foot things on his shoes and does a good job. We had some trouble in the past with some ants. We talked one time about some that we had behind the sofa that backed up to a fireplace. The fireplace is in the living room but the brick wall is in the family room in our den. The tech sprayed extra back there. They haven't come back this year. We have very little pest activity and I’m very pleased with Orkin.

I've got four services with them right now at my house, including for termites and pests. When I have an appointment, they would email me and let me know it's time. Then, they tell me what time they're coming and they call when they're on their way. When they get to the house, they always let me know they're there. Different technicians have always done this and I can't be happier with them and the way they service everything. I highly recommend it. It's a great service.

The gentleman who came out was extremely friendly and very helpful, and anything we asked of him was done right then and there. It was a perfect experience. We do the service by the back door, inside the garage, in front of the garage door, in front of the step and the perimeter of the house. Usually, there is no pest activity, which is why we've stayed with Orkin. We usually wait, make sure it has taken effect and then three days later, if we see anything, which we've only had that once, we can call Orkin back and they will come out, with no questions nor problems. We have a pet outside and the tech usually tells us that the chemicals that they use are pet-friendly. We have a desert tortoise so, we ask him not to do the grass and we still have had no issues with any bugs and ants.

I called yesterday and spoke to Jennifer, my local person that handles my Orkin service calls. The Orkin company has changed over from spraying the yard for mosquitoes to using these buckets. I have experienced bad results from these buckets. I normally can raise my window and my little dog and I can look out the window without any influx of bugs or insects coming into our house. Also, we could sit out the porch before, and when the yards were sprayed, we didn't have any issues about anything biting us. I explained to Jennifer yesterday, and even before then, that if this was the only service that Orkin could offer me as far as the yard maintenance, then I would have to cancel my service with Orkin and go with someone else.

I live in a mountain area with a log house, and the first year that we moved in, we had a terrible problem with those huge, terrible moths in our house. I was told that they can kind of get in sometimes because of the wood. The moths were all over the place, so I contacted Orkin. They come on a six-month schedule, May to October, once a month, and ever since then, the moth problem has been pretty well taken care of.

It's been great with Orkin. Victor comes, knocks on the door and asks if there are any special issues. I tell him if I have some concerns. Last time when he was here, there were some weeds that were growing in the back and off to the side, and he took care of them. They're not there now and it looks great. I always ask him for no pesticides in the garden areas where the flowers are so my butterflies will keep coming back, and he follows. The time before that, we had a couple of bugs that came out. They were dead, but they came out in the house. He came and sprayed in the house again.

Orkin lets me know before they're coming. It flows smoothly. Jason is our technician and he's been coming to our house for a long time. He's always super efficient and friendly. He does a good job. The treatment seems to work. We get wasp type things, and he'll knock those down. If there's any sign of little nest, he'll knock them down. We had one guy come out once and checked for termites, and so far, so good.

Orkin Pest Control does a great job, and they use an environmentally-conscious pest control. They know I have cats and small children in the house, and I'm very particular about that. My lot is very wooded, so occasionally, spiders get in, but that's normal. There was a weird year wherein everybody was having issues. I called Orkin, then they came right out the next day and re-sprayed and I hadn't had a problem after that. The tech, Glen, recently came to the house and did my bug spraying that they come and do every two months. We had a nice chat outside afterwards, and it's nice because I get the same tech every time. I'm comfortable with him being in my house.

I have regular pest control and termite service with Orkin Pest Control, and they come out every few months. Their customer service is top-notch. They're very friendly on the phone and they are really quick to wanna help take care of any rescheduling issues I might have. I do automatic payments, and if there's a payment thing that needs to be done, they're really prompt about it. They're courteous and swift, and I've never had a problem with any of my interactions, whether in person or on the phone.

So far, my experience with Orkin has been very good. I like their services. I had experience with another company, and Orkin seems to be more reliable. When they came out the first time, I was very pleased. The person that usually comes here, Terry, is very professional and friendly. He seems very experienced. I go out and tell him where the problem areas are and he focuses on those when he's spraying. They seem to be thorough except this last time when they sprayed two weeks ago. It wasn't as effective as we wanted it to be. The ants and spiders are invading so they're coming out again. They do that free of charge if the first spray isn't effective. I would recommend them.

I like Orkin's quick response and the reps' friendliness over the phone. We're very lucky. We've got a great guy that's been doing our house for the same six years. He is very informed. We had elm beetles and he kept me completely up-to-date the last two years on how to respond to them, and we don't have an issue like our neighbors do. It's awesome.

When we first moved into the house about four years ago, we could hardly sit out on our back deck due to mosquitoes. We called Orkin Pest Control and got them to come out and spray. They manage the schedules for us and we can say yay or nay. They come out once a month, between April and October, which is fine with us. We also have a yearly inspection because we've installed their bait stations for termites around our house as a preventative measure. They come out once a year, check them, and tell us what's going on. They look at the house and go in the attic. They seem to be very thorough.

Our Orkin technician, Fred, is awesome. He's been coming here for years. At one point, there was a change in person, and the new person was not as good as Fred. He's very thorough, he's very friendly, and professional. We have our service every quarter. It works. I don't have any bugs in the house. They'll come for a touch-up service if we need it, and there's not an additional charge for it. So, to me, it's worth it.

The first time I used Orkin was 29 years ago when we've been here in this house a year. Then they terminated it. I've been getting the service for about five years where they come every three months. Then they redid my attic with the installation and all sorts of stuff. So for the last 29 years, I've been using them on and off. The technicians are really good. They have good quality, always friendly and nice, and helpful and knowledgeable. What was really nice was when they got rid of the yellow jackets. If I ever had even a little flare up, if I called, they came right back out. I've hardly ever had a flare up. I appreciate Orkin. It's really good quality and they do what I want. There's a man named Jeff, and he's been the main guy for the last few years. He can't be beat. I even know other customers who really like him. He's got the personality. Plus, he's a good, hard, strong worker. The guy who came last time was good, too.

Orkin comes to my house and does their thing. They notify me before they come and they're very friendly. They show up when they say they're going to and they do the job. I would recommend using them.

When we called for Orkin to check us out we’ve already used a couple rodent companies and they did what they could do but we needed more. So Orkin seemed like the right choice because of their long work history. After receiving a quote and signing some paperwork to agree on the work to be performed. I was having serious buyer's remorse and did some other checking on pricing. I was looking at 7800 to get my attic done along with some concrete deterrents around my stoops and a year of rodent protection. When I looked at the contract and read the fine print, it stated that I had three business days to cancel it from the time I signed; it was the fourth day as I read it. That was the second indication that this was going to be a bad decision; the price being the first. But hey, I was desperate at that point. Even timeshares gave 5 days to cancel and they are the biggest shams. See where I'm going here.

We have been having Kevin spray and care for our home for several years now. He is always clean and caring about our home. He calls first and is always on time within the framework he has set. I would highly recommend Kevin and Orkin to family and friends.

It used to be Orkin Pest Control would send me the date that someone would come out, but now, they may pop up in the month that they're supposed to come, but it may be unexpected. What I try to do is call and find out when the appointment is. The recent technician came in and asked me if I had any problems. I explained that I had, and he went around the house. I have a couple of glue traps down, and he inspected them to make sure there wasn’t anything on it. If he saw some type of little crawly something, he would take it up. And he checked around things to make sure it was nothing going on. He would do that from the basement up until the second level, going through each room, and he would spray. And if I asked him not to do the closets, he would spray the perimeter.

Everything is going good....I'm just so glad we don't have problems with ants anymore...The people that come out here are always friendly and do a good job. I am happy with the service I get from Orkin. Thank you for always being there to help me....

The technician was delayed on an earlier job and he was very apologetic. I assured him that it was not a problem. He was very knowledgeable about my problem. He was pleasant, courteous and efficient. It was a very good experience as have been all our past ones.
