Our experience with Orkin representatives has been very good. They are very knowledgeable in their field and respond professionally. For 20 years we had no problems with bugs, suddenly there was a problem and we couldn’t seem to find anything that got rid of them. We’re so glad we called.

I began trying to reach their customer service department to reschedule a treatment because we were out of town. No one called me back but then showed up C and clearly couldn’t get inside. When I called again the person told me I was still being charged because they treated the outside. What!! I explained it’s the middle of winter in Wisconsin and how many bugs would even be a problem. Told them I won't be paying and to cancel my account. Guess what - they billed anyway. Also asked to have a manager call and that never happened. Horrible company!!

I have been a customer of Orkin for a bit over a year now after they bought out my previous provided. As for the actual service provided, I am very pleased. Every service person who has come to my home has always been punctual and very polite. So, I have no problem with the actual service. My problem is on the administrative side of the house. The business practice is to pay at the time of service unless on a yearly pay or auto-pay. I have no issue with this system if it worked, which it doesn't...

Service is always prompt when we call them and at scheduled intervals. We are assigned the same tech (Patrick) each time and he is efficient and friendly. Had work done in the attic and under the house in the heat of the summer, they did a very good job. Will continue to use Orkin in the future.

I have been a customer for many years. Orkin purchased the former Pugliese Pest Control of which I was a long standing customer. I am a gold program customer. I can receive monthly visits from the pest control technician, which I normally do. I am very happy with the new company but miss my old technician who retired.

Louis let me know he was coming, let me know when he arrived. He was thorough with inspection. He explained everything completely. He was friendly, professional and polite. He was here for the 1st after service inspection in January so I knew him. He is an asset to your company.

The technician who came to my house was friendly and was able to answer any questions I had to ask. He explained what he was doing and why while he was checking my home. Over the past couple of years I have not seen insects in my home, including spiders, so I'd say whatever they have been doing has been working.

The Technician arrived as scheduled. Placed Sticky Pads in the pantry and under my sink. Said to call if I see a mouse on the pad. I called the next morning and he arrived on time and removed the mouse. Made my day. His performance was SUPER. If I ever have need for service of the Orkin Company I will not hesitate to call them because I know they will satisfy my needs. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this company to my friends and family. THANK YOU ORKIN. If I should need another service I'm definitely going to call.

I love Orkin and my technician Oscar ** has been amazing and thorough. He knows exactly what to use and has put my mind at ease. He explains what he is doing and answers my many questions. It has also been easy to contact the main office when needed. I am so happy I switched to Orkin for my first home!

Eliseo has provided me with exemplary service for two years. He’s very knowledgeable, polite and professional. Eliseo responds to all questions thoroughly and provides solutions and treatment options. I have had no issues with respect to infestations. I recently had a mouse issue in my basement & I contacted Orkin. They were very prompt & professional. The sales person Michael ** did a very thorough inspection of my house. He showed me photos of his findings. He then executed a plan of action & it was completed promptly with a visit from the supervisor. Orkin service is great! The Orkin man explains what he's doing, and gives good service. Orkin has almost completely rid us of rats. They've done a good job ridding us of pesky ants also. We'd recommend Orkin to our friends and relatives. Orkin comes to our house when they message us that they will. They notify us the day before when they will be coming, by text message.

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Orkin. Before they serviced my house we would find spiders inside the house.. After service we have not found any inside the house and dead ones outside. The employee who services our home is friendly and makes sure we are satisfied.

The crew were very professional. 10 out of 10. They worked well together to get the job done. They were polite and stayed until the work was done. They answered all my questions and were very courteous. They arrived when they said they would and cleaned up after. Would definitely recommend.

We have been using this service for over 20 and have found it worth every penny! The team always checks in with us when they arrive to see if there are any issues in the home. They always have everything needed to complete the service. I also like the easy of billing and paying.

He was very thorough pointing out areas I had no idea were a problem. He made me realize that the basement is in such poor condition that I could probably have my insurance help me pay for it due to the damage caused by water and mildew. His ideas will help make a permanent solution for pest control.

Every time Orkin has serviced my home, I feel that the product really does its job. I feel they are fair in their assessments and they offer additional services without being overbearing or pushy about signing on to those new services. Our experience with our regular technician, Antonio, has always been wonderful. He is thorough, follows up on any pest complaints we have, and explains everything thoroughly. He also always shows up on time and modifies his visits if we are not able to be home for some reason. I hope Orkin can find many, many more technicians like Antonio. We could not ask for a better experience.

We had an infestation of some type of bug. I called customer service and they sent a specialist out as soon as possible which was only a few days later. The specialist was able to tell us all about our bug issue and scheduled a treatment to resolve the problem. Great employees!

I have used Orkin for over 23 years. They are a full-service company, professional, knowledgeable, understanding, caring, and helpful. Never an issue. They go above and beyond to help in any way. I've been using Orkin for about years everywhere I've lived. The service is great. They call before they come out. They give us a timeframe, and they're always within that timeframe. So, I'm very satisfied with that. I rarely see a bug now. They're doing the termite treatment and that's going well. I would recommend Orkin to anybody.

Orkin Pest Control comes out every other month and they do a full barrier protection around my property, up the walls and out on the ground. They put stuff down for the ants, brush down all the cobwebs, and go around all the windows. They've even gone under my house to check everything out. They spray for wasp’s nests and keep it bug-free. The techs are wonderful, and I've not had any problem with any of them. Overall, Orkin Pest Control is well worth the cost, and I've recommended them to lots of people. Three of them that I know right here in the area use them because of my recommendation.

I would recommend Orkin's services. They spray exactly where we tell them to. If we say we've seen some activity in the kitchen and the living room, they'll spray there. The treatment is working, and the pest activity has calmed down tremendously. I saw one roach last month, and before, I was seeing 10 a day. The technicians have been really good, but the one we had today was the best one so far. He was very personable and informative. He was a good guy, and I liked him.

When I reached out about my rodent problem, they took care of it. When rodents resurfaced later, I was distraught over the situation. They found the breach and remediated it as I was paying monthly for control. They make regular visits and keep my home free of pests! Strongly recommend the company. Worth every penny.

There were roaches and mice started coming in around the kitchen. The technician told me he was gonna put some bait out for them and glue trap. He put these black boxes out with mouse stuff in them and put them out in the cabinets and behind the refrigerator. Orkin is an affordable service and I would recommend them. However, the payment was supposed to be 46 but Orkin charged 93 to my card. It didn't go through but they kept charging it.

We hired Orkin in October 2022. The initial contract was 2600.00 and was to eliminate bed bugs. We also signed an additional agreement for bi-monthly services. Those payments were to begin AFTER the initial contract had been fulfilled. I have been charged this additional $50 per month fee since December 2022. Despite a bbb complaint in the Spring of 2023 where they agreed to honor the original contract, we were credited just $100 and were immediately sent the regular bi-monthly bills. This is a blatant breach of contract. It is now January of 2024. I still have bed bugs. So I told them I would not be paying the additional contract until the first was completed. They contacted me today and threatened collection if I do not pay them an additional $300 which they claim is "past due".

Edison, the tech, is the best. He's the only one I trust to come out and service my home. He's a good friend of mine and he can do the job. I work from home, and if I'm working, he'll not bother me and just leave as it's a mutual thing. The pest activity here has been better because we don't have the rats anymore. Edison also explains what's going on, so I know more about my area.

I'm on the seasonal plan and they come out in the summer months. The pest activity is almost depleted. I still have to have the service, but the activity is nothing like what it was when I bought the house. Also, the tech is great because he always tells me what's going on. If it wasn't for him, my basement would have flooded. All he has to do is spray but he even sprayed my crawl space and that's how he noticed that my basement was flooding. He told me that my sump pump wasn't working. One time, my sink upstairs was leaking into the crawl space and he told me and that saved me a big disaster. But I noticed that the price has been going up. I wish it was less.

It has been a very positive experience. If I had a concern about where I see bugs or anything that I have issues about, Orkin Pest Control would go ahead and they take care of it for me right away. I had some issues outside and inside in certain areas. They would make a special effort to take care of that for me as well. I haven't had all the problems I had prior. That's why I initially had Orkin come out, because I had issues with ants inside the house, especially in the kitchen. And even though I kept everything clean, they would still manage. That has been taken care of.

The tech that Orkin Pest Control usually sends out to my house is super nice. He would come in, make chit chat, and spray my house very thoroughly. He would always ask if I've had any issues since my last treatment, or areas of concern. In my last visit, I reported, “No.” Did his thing. Wished me happy holidays. Briefly spoke about upcoming travel plans. Told him safe travels. Great service. If I had questions, he was always happy to help. However, Orkin has me on a once-every-other-month schedule, and I'm not happy about it. And they said if I want them to come in between, I have to call and make those appointments. But they charge me monthly, so why can't they just send someone out monthly? Why is it on me to have to call and schedule it?

I'm very happy with Orkin's service so far. The young man that comes out is very helpful, explains everything, and takes his time to get everything done. I appreciate that.

I had a good experience with Orkin. We had a rat in our house last January. I had an encounter with it. It came upstairs. My daughter screamed loudly. She saw it. I tried to kill it with a shovel. I called Orkin. The guy came. He explained to me everything that he was doing. He was showing me where we could prevent it from happening again, things that we need to fix and stuff to look out for. He explained to us that rats were territorial, so it's rare that you have a whole bunch of them without it being an infestation. There was a part in our house where it seemed like there was an opening. He said, “This is the primary area you need to fix.”

It's been spectacular with Orkin. If anybody has any problems, that's where to go. The men they send out are gentleman-like. They do their job. They come out and inspect the house first, see what your problems are then they set up what you need. The schedule is at my request. Otherwise, I have to run around the house and catch all three dogs. The technician does what he has to do and leaves me a little note that he's there.

Orkin is the best in town. I'm very pleased. I've had the service for two years already. I'm happy with all of the reps that have been sent in. They're fantastic. There's a service manager in the office. He's done an excellent job. He came out and I can say Orkin's motto is, "If you're not happy, we're not happy." They live up to their motto. Any time that I have a problem, they bend over backwards to orchestrate it in a way that I'm satisfied. The first representative was like a son to me. I had him for about a year. His name was Danny.

Orkin Pest Control was better than the pest control that I have that is assigned to my condo. I've been using Orkin for a year and I'm satisfied. I have them coming every three months. They're very professional. They always know what they're doing. For example, the first guy came and said, "I can smell the roaches." It was that bad. Pest activity has been rare. And if I have, it would be near the time, after three months. It was a good experience.

Contracted in May 2023 with 90 day same as cash option- with interest being deducted from payments made on 91st day -however all of my payments made within 90 day period had interest deducted- contacted customer service via phone & email- given nonsensical explanation & brushed off - this practice seems to be illegal at worst & dishonest at best- who is your Consumer Affairs advocate to review this unfair practice.

The most recent experience I had with Orkin was very good. It was a new technician that came out and he went over and above the call of duty. He offered some different suggestions. I have had some concerns. My house is a duplex. Sometimes one person is there, and sometimes, one person isn't there, so one wasn't getting treated. So, I told Orkin, “I just want y'all to call me and give me a heads-up so that I can get into the unit that's not there because I need both of them done at the same time.”

Orkin has been doing an excellent job at keeping the ants under control. What I really appreciated was that they took a walk with me around my garage and they let me know that the firewood I had stacked up had carpenter ants. They sprayed for that and they also instructed me to get rid of the wood. Before I called them, I had tried for several years to get rid of the ants and I though I was making progress but no. I'm not happy with the higher rate that they charge now, but I am pleased with the service, and that's all that counts.

My experience with Orkin is always very good. They're very thorough and kind. They are set up on a quarterly basis. However, I'm a senior so it has to go based on when I get paid. I usually have to reschedule when they call me for an appointment because I don't always have the funds to take care of it. They do allow me 30 days to make the payment, but I don't like doing that if I don't have to. They're pretty good about setting things up with me. Also, they go exactly where I need them to go, inside and outside. We had spider issues and now, it's gotten a lot better. We still have an issue every now and then with wolf fighters, but they're good about coming out when we need them. And they're usually pretty good about answering right away and taking care of whatever issues I have or any questions that I had. I've always recommended Orkin to anybody that asked.

I've only ever had one technician. I try to schedule around him so I make sure I get the same person all the time. He's very friendly and informative. He explains everything he's doing. He addressed any issues I've had. He told me, “If you see them within 24 hours, call me again and I'll come back out and retreat again. We'll keep retreating at no charge until it's rectified.” So I've been very happy with that. I've had a problem in the past with spiders invading the house and I called him to come back out.

Orkin has done 2 treatments on my home and I’ve paid 2 payments (in full). I just received a bill in the mail that states I’m 60 days overdue. An even more stupid thing is that Orkin has my credit card on file. I’m guessing this will go on my credit report as a late payment. Now I’m going to have to spend time on the phone and trusting them to delete my card # so I can go with another exterminator who’s does correct billing.

I have no complaints. My technician always contacts me prior to his visit to see what issues I may be having to address. I am given the window hours of the visit so I can ensure he has access to my property. I never have any complaints about this service.

I contracted with Orkin for rodent control. I paid to have the sill plate in my crawl insulation removed, the area cleaned, sanitized, new insulation installed and the entry excluded. A secondary service checked behind them to find the work wasn't satisfactory. An Orkin rep revisited my home today and thus far is taking responsibility for rectifying the situation. He was responsive and attentive so I hope we can get this right this time.

We had an infestation of fleas and it was so bad, Orkin came out several times without additional charge. That meant the world to me because they said, “We are going to treat this till it's done.” I had two different representatives from them who treated the yard and they were both outstanding. Once a date is scheduled, there's a lot of coordination that goes with it, so we appreciate that they stick to their schedule, too. But the payment is extremely confusing. It shows that I owe an amount. But I thought I already paid. It turned out something like 52.50 gets pulled out every month. I know how much each treatment is when they come out because I'm set up on one of their programs. But it's very hard to track. The last time I went on the website, I wasn't able to make sense of the finances. But this has nothing to do with the follow through, the people who come out and the products.

The primary reason I switched service to Orkin was because the previous company had poor customer service due to high turnover of technicians who were poorly trained, showed up late and were not thorough. My Orkin service is quite opposite! My technician Terry is very knowledge, hardworking, and cares to provide excellent service.

I just want to say how happy I am about your services and how consistent the services are. Reyes is my consultant and he is amazing! He is always available and accommodating. I had an issue with scorpions and he came and sprayed and then followed up with me to make sure they were gone. I am extremely happy with your services.

I Just Love our Bug man. He is very friendly, listens to any question you have, always has everything on him to do his job. Very knowledgeable, A+ in every way. He goes out of his way to do his job! I have really learned a lot from him, and I would love to keep him as long as he is with your company. He is also pet friendly. I have a African Gray and he in his older age even likes him. I highly recommend this company to any of my friends and family!

Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable in all areas of bugs and Pests. I haven't seen so much as an ant crawling around. No pests or rodents. Orkin has done an amazing job, and they are amazing people. I highly recommend Orkin's service if you want to remain pest free forever. They come in every three months, and I don't even see them.

The apt complex we live in has a contract with another company. I am not impressed with them. They do very little. The exterminator from Orkin does a much better job. He takes the time to explain things to me...what I should and shouldn't do. He treats a far larger area than the other company does. I am still seeing roaches, but more dead than alive. I have had to change the glue traps that he left with me because they get crowded. He does a thorough job. The only places I see roaches is around the kitchen sink and on the counters. I would much rather pay for good service than trust a company that only shows up every 3 months, even though the contract specifies monthly treatments. Thank you for the good, reliable service!

Sean is always prompt, helpful, courteous, thorough and knowledgeable. He is a great rep for Orkin by providing good customer service with a smile. I have not had any problems with carpenter ants since I have begun receiving quarterly visits from Orkin. This is my complete review of Orkin Pest Control services.

I requested a contact regarding rodents under my home after receiving an email from Orkin. This is not related to my regular service. I received a call and received a pitch to replace all of the barrier wire under my home without a visit. When I asked only for repairs, I never heard from him again.

The come, they spray, and all the little ones go away. Great service and if some little uninvited guest happens to cross the threshold of our home, a quick serviceman comes with a container to usher them out. If they persist, there is a container of food to carry them off to the happy hunting ground.

First of all I love our technician. He is always professional and friendly. He goes out of his way to make sure our home is treated well. Anytime we have problems we call for another service and it’s taken care of quickly. The price is also reasonable. We switched once for a cheaper price and the quality of product was garbage. We always had bugs and service was not that great.

Chris is our Orkin rep that comes every month. He is nothing but outstanding. Always friendly, is great with the dog (who loves it when he comes) and if he did not take a moment to say hello I would never know he was here. Not to mention, I now do not have any pest problems! Well worth the cost. :)

We put Orkin on a credit card automatically, and scheduling, we usually get notified a couple of days ahead, then again, on the day of, they'll give us a two-hour window. The man who does the application lets us know when he's on his way from his last job before us, then he lets us know when he's in the driveway. We like the service. It's for insects and rodents, and we don't have much issue, but if we ever spot a small group of ants, all we have to do is call Orkin. They send Gianni, the tech, right back out here in short order, probably that day or the next, and he does a follow-up spray. He's really nice, friendly and always happy to help us out and answer questions. We would recommend Orkin to other people.

My technician's name is Dan and he is why I stayed with Orkin. That guy is awesome. Orkin has roughly the same cost as most of their competitors, but their frequency is much higher so their cost per service goes down. So from a cost perspective, they're neutral if not good. But from a scheduling in a service perspective, they're fantastic. Dan texts me to say that he is coming. I get notifications before they show up. If I have any issue with it, I can reschedule. But I've had Dan come when I was nowhere near the house, and he could get in. He knows where to go and what he's doing, and he does a great job.

I have a Holly tree out in my yard and my neighbor has a tree that has termites in it. I wanted my Holly tree to be protected from termites and Orkin did a wonderful job. They said it was unusual what I wanted but they took care of it. They're spraying for it every other month and put termite protection around the house and the garage. But when they come out to do my house for the bugs, they will spray for the termites around the tree. This was a special request and it’s now included with my package.

This is the only local pest control could find who can treat for cicada killer wasps. I get them in the hot summers but noticed a large decline since using Orkin. I use the outside pest control and that seems to work as well. If I find inside pests, I will definitely use them.

Orkin was here 5x and we are still getting roaches. I am so disappointed. I counted on Orkin to take care of this problem. Today we cleaned stove, refrigerator, bathroom etc.... Daughter killed 4 and 1 got away just now. The Supervisor came out on last visit. Needless to say I am locked in on an agreement for a year and will be calling in the morning.

Anthony ** promptly returned to our residence and placed sticky traps all round the bottom part of our furnace in an effort to prevent the mice from entering the inside of furnace; only time will tell if his efforts were futile. These mice contributed to the disintegration of the furnace blower mower that have ultimately led to costly repairs!!

I had a water bug problem that seems to be something you can't get away from in Florida. I was hesitant on paying for another pest service as a previous company did nothing to resolve the issue. I am very happy with the results with Orkin. They come out anytime I need without an extra charge and have gotten the issue under control. I can now relax knowing I will not see bugs when I come into a room and they are almost nonexistent in my home.

I am honestly grateful with the service I have gotten from Orkin. I truly recommend them. They cared about the distress I felt with my pest control needs. Jason is the best tech! He carefully checks the mouse traps in my entire basement and areas of my kitchen. He keeps his eyes open for any possible sources of entry for these pesky unwanted rodents. His attitude is always positive and a pleasure to have come to inspect in my home. I appreciate being able to have my payment done automatically with my credit card.

Orkin always provides excellent service. I am originally a customer from Hydrex Pest Control, and I have been with Hydrex Pest Control for over 20 years. I have a large property over 3,000 square fee and whenever I had a problem with pest on my property, it was always a Yes! I would recommend Orkin to a friend.

I am pleased with every appointment set because they are prompt, however I still have problem, so I can't be absolutely satisfied yet. The service provided is always excellent and responsive to my pest control needs. If I have a specific need all I need to to is call, even if it is the day of the service, they still are able to meet my needs. This only occurs when I have forgotten to include it in my service request.

Keith is your representative who services my property. He is amazing. He is in communication with prior to and after his visit. They did a great job and were thorough and complete. They showed up on time, sprayed the entire exterior of the house and then brushed away all the spider webs. In addition, they sprayed the garage and my Mom's car for spiders. They also completed a receipt form that showed pictures of the trouble areas and description of what they did to remedy the problem. My tech does an excellent job explaining what he is doing and addressing any concerns I have. I have not had any issues with ants or roaches since he started spraying inside the house. He’s always very polite and does a great job. I highly recommend this service to anyone who has had bug issues or wants to avoid them.

Our technician, Joe, does a great job. He is very friendly and clearly enjoys what he does. Orkin reacts immediately when we need help. We've had three visits so far. After the first visit to identify entrances for rodents, plug them up, remove one from a trap and establish new traps, we've not have any further rodent issues or damage. We thank Todd, our exterminator, who is doing an excellent job. He possesses all the traits I stated in the title. I would also add that he is punctual and alerts us before his arrival.

I’ve had Orkin for years. For my current home and rental properties. I've battled cockroach, spider, and termite problems in the past. Haven’t seen any activity since I’ve hired Orkin. Outstanding customer service. Very polite, professional, and thorough. Never once have I had a bad experience. I wished everybody had excellent customer service like Orkin does.

The technician is very skilled and courteous and always exactly on time. Last visit was an extra visit that was free of charge. We signed up for 6 months of service, so won't know the final effectiveness of the service until the last visit. So far we've had 3 visits, and the there are already signs that the pest population is starting to go down, but not totally eliminated yet. Our hope is that soon we'll stop seeing the pests after few more visits.

Flexibility in fixing only the main concern not available. The service is offered as a complete package which makes it pricier. We had wanted the gaps in the back patio connecting the wall to be fixed first but that could not happen. The service option suggested was for checking and sealing the full exterior of the house.

No complaints. They come on schedule, take care of any issues. I wish they were willing to deal with bats. I also wish they had permanently sealed the areas where other pests were getting in when they did a very expensive job a few years ago. I had thought that would be included since the cost was so high.

Monica is professional and alerts and treats any problem areas. I trust her judgement and feel confident her expertise will continue to stay ahead of any mouse or insect problems. In the future I’m confident that any mouse or pest problem that may occur will be treated successfully.

The Orkin guys have been very helpful in eliminating our invaders! We occasionally have one appear, 2 since our last treatment around a month ago! Fortunately, the last fellow left a spray can and I used it where the bug must have been!! Wish I had contacted Orkin sooner than I did! Just didn't know what a disaster I was facing! Wish I had contacted Orkin sooner!!

The technician did what he/she was supposed to do. One technician helped with some unexpected bees. Technicians are friendly, informative. They always notify us that they are at our house by ringing the doorbell or knocking and speaking to us. This is all that I can think of. Have yourself a very nice day.

We had problem with indoor and outdoor ants. Indoor spraying took care of indoor ant except in kitchen area. Person could not get rid of outdoor ants which were all over in the yard and on some plants. Finally I contacted pest control by University of Hawaii, Hilo. I was advised to send few frozen ants by mail to identify the ants. The ants were white footed ants, recommended to us Syngenta Advion ant gel (I ordered from Amazon for about 30 dollars), all ants are gone and have not seen them over last 4 months. Pest control person should have taken care of it rather than me spending money for spraying every 3 months.

Over the years, Orkin has overcharged me for services I have paid them to fix. Work that they had initially done incorrectly, one time they even put a vapor barrier right over top of the previous one, which they had laid down originally, without removing/cleaning the previous one, just proceeded to put it right over top of previous stuff. Then they wanted to charge me more money to fix the problem(that I had just paid to have fixed) because it was done wrong. I feel they took advantage of me because I lived out of State, and the house was a rental.

Orkin treats the bug infestation that we have, which was really bad, and they keep doing the outside now to make sure that it doesn't come back. The guy that used to come all the time was really good, but the main office is not. That's what I don't like. They're more greed-driven, whereas the guy who comes said, "No, you don't need all that. All I need to do is this." I said, "Okay. Because the lady said that we had to stay with you guys for a certain amount of time." He said, "No, I decide how long. I look at it and decide it's gonna take a month, two months, or whatever. She doesn't know anything."

Orkin Pest Control comes when they're supposed to and gets on in there and gets out. Everything has been going good. The guy did an excellent job. He came in, did what he was supposed to and left.

I called Orkin and the first trip was a terrific technician who spent way more time than I would have expected. He spent three times the amount of time that the other people had done with the exception of the local guy. When he came out the first time, he really went around. Within 10 days, there was a cessation of the bugs and roaches. We also had a bit of a mouse problem and that was immediately lessened. Within three months, we didn't see any mouse. The last two guys that came out were very conscientious. The one we have now is an older gentleman who is very, very attentive. He goes to all three levels of our home. He puts out traps, even if I don't think he needs to anymore, but he does and goes to. They've got ahold of somebody here that's effusive of the praise of what Orkin has done.

The job was professionally done from the original, complete estimate to completion of project. When Orkin came to go over the contract it was discovered that water was pouring into the crawlspace from somewhere unknown. We were able to determine that when a new fridge was delivered the day before, a water line was left open that does not go to the fridge. Then when Orkin was installing the wrap they also discovered our new HVAC unit in the crawlspace was leaking gas and alerted us about the issue, avoiding a catastrophe.

When I called to set up service with Orkin, it was excellent. The documentation was proper and in order. They worked around my schedule. We're on an every other month schedule, but we had to postpone October for some reason. So Richie came twice in November. He's excellent. As I told Richie yesterday, since he arrived, we don't have the problem anymore. It's almost like Richie has got this angelic face to me. He's a very nice-looking young man. But I think he's got the face of death for those mice. Maybe they run away from him.

My experience with Orkin has been very pleasant. They're very down to earth and country and I like it. I definitely wouldn't change anything about them. Also, the cost doesn't bother me and they've been very patient with me because I'm usually not at home or running behind for the appointment.

We had a tech before with whom we're unhappy. So, we asked we asked them to change the tech for us. The tech we got next is very good.

Orkin has been wonderful and we are so happy to be Orkin customers. When Orkin took over Hersh Exterminating we were worried that the customer service might change (we loved Hersh and all of its workers) but it did not!!! Orkin is on time, careful to be completely thorough, and always willing to be sure their job is done right! Thanks to Orkin, we have a bug-free house and for that we are so grateful!!!!

I'm hard pressed to find anything I don't like. Orkin's team members checked my property thoroughly and adapted their service to our needs over time, and not more. Plus the crew are happy to take as much time as needed and are not rushed. I don't feel high pressure upselling but more "right sizing" the services we use. Very happy!

The serviceman was on time and showed respect for our home by putting on booties. He also explained to me the chemical he would be using and how the outside of my home would be treated. I was disappointed that for the second treatment in a row the company is out of glue boards.

When I asked Jason, Inspector, to check out the downspouts outside my sunroom, he recommended that his men will clean the clogged gutters that may causing a buildup of water and moisture under the flooring of my sunroom. Jason contacted his men to clean the gutters right away. Both Jason and the two men were very professional and got the job done pronto! Thanks again, Jason for your help. It is good to know that Orkin stands behind their word.

Our monthly service with Orkin has been wonderful. The Orkin tech has been very friendly and personable. This last time, he was here less than 15 minutes and that was a concern to me. I guess it only takes a few minutes to spray, especially if you're not spraying inside the house. But that seemed pretty fast. But that was the only thing that was of concern this last spring. Scheduling my service with them has always been great. The pest activity has been good as well. I don't see anything. The only thing we saw recently were those pincher bugs that were popping up. But there were no roaches or ants because we had ants in the upstairs apartment.

The gentleman who comes by to do the pest control is very courteous, friendly and informative. He takes extra care with everything he does and takes pride in his work. A great experience. Orkin is convenient and provides affordable prices and always provide good customer service. We are happy with everything Orkin provides.

My experience with Orkin has been very good. My service technician, Nick, is always on time, professional and does a thorough job. Nick recommended the Mosquito service a few years ago and it is a pleasure sitting out on summer evenings without worrying about getting bit. I have a Orkin come a do preventative treatment every two months. The chemicals that they use are safe for pets. I have no complaints. I have seen no bugs and all the techs have been friendly. Orkin comes every other month to spray for spiders and bugs, and what I like about them is they don't try and push stuff that people don't need, like for mosquitoes, it was really important for me, and bugs. However, they go up in price, and I'm on a fixed income. Still, my pest control technician, Bill, is phenomenal. He's the guy that comes to do my service all the time, and he's thorough, dedicated and always makes suggestions, like if there's something else for mosquitoes. I did that one time. Bill is the only one that I ever want. I moved a bit further away and asked if he could still be my service guy, and Orkin accommodated that.

Orkin Pest Control seemed to meet my needs the best. They are affordable, they do a great job and they're friendly. They come out every other month. But if I had a problem in between visits, they would come out. And the times that I've called when they don't have a scheduled visit, they were usually out within three hours. Like when there was a mouse in one of the traps, they were out almost immediately to take that away.

Orkin did their yearly look around and saw some moisture in my crawl space. So they came out, gave me a quote, went over everything, like pricing and gave me different options. They came out and did it and everything went great. The moisture is gone. So, it was a very positive experience. Matt, the tech, made it very easy and he was super communicative. He told me that he was gonna be there working under the house and would tell me when he would leave. He always knocked, even if I wasn't home, to let me know he was there. I have a doorbell camera, showing that he was there and working. So, he was very pleasant.

Orkin was sweeping the eaves for spider webs he last time they were here. The spiders don't seem to hang around. They just build webs in areas where you can’t reach them. The fellow missed one of the cobwebs but it is at the tallest apex of the roof. So maybe his equipment didn't reach that far. Or maybe he didn't see it. Orkin must have sprayed things. I'm not having any issues with insects in the house, which is good, and the ants were an issue outside and Orkin seem to have taken care of that. The people who do the scheduling ad well as the techs are always cooperative and helpful. I need to call Orkin because I am seeing some wasps. You just have to keep an eye on things and Orkin will come and take care of that.

Orkin does a quarterly maintenance around my property and they give me a courtesy call when they're coming. They knock on the door and they let me know what's going on and if I have any additional concerns. The other thing that I enjoy about them is the fact that if I have a special issue outside their scheduled appointment date, I can call them and they would take care of it. They've complied with all my requests in the past and continue to. They've done a great job for me and I've had the same service technician for the last few years, which I'm real pleased with. I've had gradual incremental increases in my rate over the last few years but it's still within reason for the service they provide.

Orkin was the first pest control company I ever called and it is also the only one. They took care of the issue and there have been no problems since. We are now on an every other month maintenance plan. They also provided advice on how to prevent other problems from happening.

We had a technician named Jose Hernandez who I already wrote a review for, but just the same he was fantastic! We have had several over the years and have been satisfied but Jose went above and beyond!!! He emailed or texted me to check on progress and came over on a Friday late in the day to check on rat and mosquito progress!

We met with Orkin and they outlined a plan to control the mice infestation and other pests. It was expensive, in our opinion, but we decided to do it. The amount of work was remarkable: cleaning out the crawlspace and lining it with new material, placing traps in the house and the attic where the mice were especially bad, installing termite controls around the house exterior, and more. In short order, the problem was controlled, and regular inspections have kept it that way. Money well spent.

Your staff is quick, friendly, knowledgeable and willing to work with difficult customers. You saved my house from a mice invasion and the day you were done was the last day I saw one. 100% success rate is very impressive and I would not hesitate to recommend your team to anyone who needs this type of thing done.

We've been very happy with Orkin. We initially started using them because we were finding ants in our house. We've been using them for several years now, and we don't see many bugs in the house. If we do, we call them and they come right away and take care of it. But scheduling has been a bit of a problem. My wife works from home, so when somebody comes into the house, we need to know in advance that they're coming so that she can make sure she's decent and the house is in condition where she wants people coming in to see it. There have been a good number of occasions where they just show up at the door and say, “I'm here to do your service.” I have to tell them, “You have to come back another day. I need to know when you're coming.” So, I don't think there's coordination between them and their customer service department about letting us know when they're coming in advance.

I had to reschedule service until later in the day. It was originally scheduled earlier in the morning and I was not able to attend that. I contacted them and they immediately reschedule to a time when I could be home. The rep was very polite. Our service technician serviced inside and outside our house. It took a little time but it was pretty thorough. He was very congenial and he did a good job.

I got a couple of days notification that Orkin had a service scheduled. Then I got an alert that they were here. I was at work at my office at the time, then I got a notification that they did just outside service and that they left. But that's something that happens every month or two. It's been pretty easy to schedule a service with them. Any time there's been an issue, I've been able to call them and someone's been able to schedule an intermediate appointment. We've had several technicians and most recently, we've had a woman and she's been fantastic. She was also very personable and knowledgeable. We really appreciated her knowledge about the different seasonal kind of bugs specifically and things to look out for. We have two cats that are indoor only, so her knowledge of fleas was really helpful.

I have had Orkin Service for over a year. I requested no service unless I the homeowner is at home, for reason- service is to be outside and inside! I’m not paying for half ** service but they continue to charge when service is INCOMPLETE!! When I contact customer service, my complaint is ignored, they continue to charge for incomplete services. Then want to send me to collections, cancel me—when I have Not gotten full service. Nope! Today nor any day is their day! I’m actually going to complain to the Better Business Bureau.

We're happy with Orkin. They do an inside and outside spray for the most part once every couple of months. They do our termite inspection too. That's when we first started out with Orkin because we have some termites. We started in 1992. They've done a good job for us and I wouldn't have any problem recommending them.

I used Orkin once before and they did a great job at a different house. A tech now comes every other month and he is fantastic. He is very personable and does a great job. He treats for mice and spiders inside the house and he sprays outside in our shed and our garage. We've had the service for a year and a half now and there is a difference big time. We've had no issues with bugs anymore. The cost of the service is very affordable. The scheduling is great because this service is for our vacation home and we're not there all the time. Whenever I call Orkin, I ask someone about our next treatment. If it's a time when I'm not going to be there, we just move it and there's never any problem. We had a tech for a couple of years and he was okay. We have a new tech and this guy is phenomenal. He's on the ball and is very accommodating. He wants to make sure everything is done right and he does everything properly that we don't need anything else. He's very comprehensive and he lets us know everything he's doing. He asks if things are okay. He also encourages us to ask questions. He wants to know how he did and if there is anything else he could do. He's just very interactive. He knows his stuff too because he goes through and he takes care of things. Orkin's service has definitely skyrocketed since the new guy had taken the helm. Our pest problem is under control. Up until the new tech took over, we were ready to leave Orkin because of the less-than-stellar service that we were receiving. However, this new individual that came on essentially saved the account.

Our experience with them has been very positive. The man who comes to my house is very helpful in instructing me of what causes the problem and in taking care of it. He's excellent at explaining things.

Most recently, Orkin did pest control at my house in Florida. I scheduled the service on the phone. It's always the same person that I speak with, and she knows my account and she always gets everything done for me. Orkin also serviced my lawn. They perform lawn service, and not just insect service. My lawn has never looked better.

I had difficulty with pests so I called Orkin. When they came out, they did an inspection and they saw the pest activity. They prescribed a treatment and I okayed it. Over the course of time, the pest activity has decreased to zero. I know the tech who comes and we chat while he works. I share with him information about what I've seen since the last treatment and he talks to me about what he's doing and answers my questions. It's an amicable and informative visit. I get to see what he's doing and he gets to hear what I'm thinking.

I show the Orkin tech where I see the most problems, and he goes around and sprays where I ask him to. We talk to each other all the way through the house. He's very friendly and helpful. There's nothing exciting about it, but he does a good job. I do see a lot of little bugs in the kitchen, which I have to try to get rid of, but they can't always find the way they're coming in. Other than that, I hardly ever see a large roach anymore.

We have pest control every other month, and our person is Stanley. He is wonderful. We've had five different people that come over the course of the last 10 years, and every one of them has been really, really great. Orkin sends really nice people that take time to say hello. They're very thorough. They have really friendly personalities. They're very helpful and knowledgeable. They always know what a bug is if I'm seeing something unusual around. They're always really tidy. I wouldn't even know that they had been there except for the fact that there was spray around.

I had roaches and then spiders. The techs have come every other month. Whatever they use for the roaches must have taken care of the spiders as well. I haven't seen any. I like having the security of knowing that the techs are coming. I like that if I see anything or anybody bring anything in with their packages, I can call Orkin and they come.

I've had Orkin for years. When scheduling for service, I just call them. I see when they're available and I'm available, and it works out fine. They put a few traps throughout the house and make sure that my whole home is covered, and I've noticed pests being caught. I'm a very satisfied customer and have been for years. I had Antonio, the tech, today, and he was definitely on time. He was here a little before 2 o'clock, and the time window was 2:00 to 4:00. Antonio was very patient and answered all my questions. I even had him replace things that didn't need to be replaced, but he did it because I wanted it done. He is the best tech I've had.

I'm very happy with the service they give because I haven't had any pests. I consider them a quality company with a good reputation. I do their yearly/quarterly plan that I am on and I intend to keep it. They sent me an automatic date for service. I called them to reschedule for my convenience, and there was no problem at all. The rep explained why they do what they do very well. It was a very easy transaction. A young man named Zach came over. I had four different things I wanted him to check. He was very willing to do absolutely everything. Very thorough, professional and friendly.

I have Orkin come every spring to the beginning of fall to do ant prevention because we would get big black ants. They spray around the outside and do under the pipes and inside. I usually have the same man come every summer and spring, and he knows just exactly the layout of my house and where I have problems if they don't come. He takes care of it very well.

They come when they do their job and they leave when I'm at work. I love that. It's great. I don't have to interact with anybody. Scheduling my service has been really easy too. I set it up initially one time when I moved, and they just texted me ahead of time to let me know that they were coming. We did a super chemical bomb when we first moved in. Since then, they've been a regular service. The tech that comes has been very polite. He brushes everything up. He does a good job. They did a really effective job killing everything and they've done a good job keeping up on it. However, for their standard service, they don't offer rodent control for the exterior. I've had to seek other companies to do that for me.

Orkin Pest Control is reliable and comes on time. They provide a good service. I had it scheduled on a monthly basis, and I like it either the day of or a day before or after, and it has been fine. They send me a notice when they would be here. The tech would let me know, “I'll be there in a half hour.” They would give me the option of changing the time if I needed to it. And they would ask me if I had any problem before they would start the treatment. Three weeks ago was the normal routine. Good experience. I opened my gate, said "Good morning" and she asked if I had any issues, and I said, “No, there are no issues,” or, “I noticed something outside.” And she would take care of it.

Orkin customer service is very friendly. When I ask them a question, they have the answer to it. The guy that comes to our house is Joe and we have a nickname for him. My daughter calls him Jojo, the bug guy. That guy is probably, by far, the best guy that works in the company. He is very nice, super professional, and he pays very close attention to detail. He's super friendly with my kids, my animals, and everything. He knows what he's doing. He's awesome and I recommend him to anybody that I know. I hope he gets recognition for what he does. Since we had service, the bugs are gone. Orkin, on the whole, is fast, easy, affordable, and efficient. Their website is easy to navigate.

They're very sociable while they're working. They're kind of in and out, which is what I like. I've had good experience overall. If I need to reschedule, the few times that I need to, they've been very accommodating. My usual pest control agent who comes through is very pleasant and personable. Everybody else is nice, outside of it. The pest activity now is non-existent. It's definitely a huge improvement from my initial appointment with Orkin. Their product is great. It works. Everybody that I've interacted with was very professional and made the experience comfortable.

I like the service. We've been Orkin customers for many years. I'm sorry that the rate keeps going up and up and up. But I'm perfectly satisfied with it and particularly with the man that they send out to do our service. I'm pleased with my experience. Alex goes above and beyond what he needs to do. One time, we were having trouble with little flies coming out of one of the upstairs bathroom units. He came back on his own time and had purchased some tools so that he could get into that drain and clean it out for us. They never charged us anything extra for it. Another time, we were having a problem with rats, and he found a place outside where he thought they were coming in, and he was able to stuff that with steel wool. We haven't had any more problems.

We have had very good luck with Orkin Pest Control. They come, do their job, and are very professional when I talk to them. They have been helpful. They do not try to sell me on new things. They're informative if there is something new, but do not try to push it or be super salesy. They've been very nice. Our first guy was amazing. We had a giant hornet nest the size of my head and he came out and took care of that the same day. They've always been very responsive.

They talked to me about what was going on outside my house, and took care of it. The techs were professional and nice.

Orkin Pest Control does an excellent job when they come. I usually try to be here when they come in the timeframe, because I like for them to spray in the garage. I have a screened porch on the back, and I let them spray in there, too. I sometimes have a problem with mice in the garage and he changed all those sticky things for me. I said, "No, just normal," and it went well. Orkin was efficient. They used the kind of chemicals that we wanted used, so they didn't harm our pets.

My pest control guy, Steve, is a real nice guy. Every time he does my service, he asks me if I see any roaches or anything and I would let him know if there's something wrong. Also, their rep, Miss Connie, is nice and very respectful.

Orkin Pest Control, Kingman, AZ. The company does not stand behind its money-back guarantee. We hired them for a one-time treatment to eradicate spiders from a new home purchase. When I was there a week later, the spiders were not dead. In fact, there were several different species of insects all laughing at me for spending $300 on this one-time service, as did the realtor. "You got taken."

I was with Orkin for a few years and had a pretty decent experience with them. Scheduling service was good and everybody I talked to and dealt with was nice. They walked through what the plan was like. There were things that I didn't ask for but that may have been partially my fault. I moved and I got a different service. My new next door neighbor has Orkin and I saw them doing things over there like getting out really high cobwebs and things that they didn't do at my place before. I don't know if I was supposed to ask for that or if it's even included. I didn't have any neighbors with pest control services at my old place so I didn't witness it to have anything to compare it to at the time.

We have a program with Orkin four times a year for treating around the house inside and out. We had some ants a while ago. They came out and treated it. We're happy with their service.

I've had Orkin for a long time and they do a quarterly service. The people that come are professional and they listen to what I have to say. I've had a good relationship with them. When they came out, they did the normal check, asked me the questions, and if had I seen anything. They checked through the whole house. They check outside too and get rid of these little spiders. Orkin is doing the job and they also know that I will call them in a moment if I see a mouse because I'm not living in my house with mice. They might show up and I don't see them. But I'm always looking. I do my little job and check all the areas where they got stickies and all that kind of stuff and traps.

This company has been Legit for as long as I can think. Now I pay for service. People on the phone are rude and could care less about the customer. Management refuses to do the job sold and promised. Orkin is no longer a top notch competitor. Look elsewhere people because this company is about the green. No longer about great service. Sad but true!!!!

Orkin works with the scheduling because it's not every time I have to reschedule because I like to be home and they've always been really good with that. Since we've paid to have the service visit quarterly, we've had a couple of guys come out, but on the regular, it was just one gentleman, Jerry. He was nothing but awesome. He's very professional, always listens, and helps out. We have a new guy for our route now and the last time he came out, he did a really good job too. Overall, we're happy with Orkin. We hope it continues to be this good, and right now, for what I pay for a quarterly visit and for having almost zero bugs, the cost is good as well.

Mike, our Orkin technician, is very friendly and we're on a first-name basis. We always interact and socialize with each other when he comes for his visit. And he's very attentive to any of the needs that I may have at that time. I’ve always had him but if someone else comes, I usually get a heads-up. Since I got the service, the pests all disappeared. I have had Orkin come and treat for termites and they did that twice now. It was a same-day job which took about an hour. They drilled a couple of holes in my drywall to treat the subterranean termites directly. They drilled into the foundation as well to prevent them termites from coming back. Orkin has been amazing. But the website could be more user-friendly in the sense that when I try to get information on my payment history, it's hard to navigate if you don't know exactly what you're looking for. It took me some time to figure out, but I eventually got there.

It's easy to schedule the service visits. Orkin sends me an email and tells me that the tech's coming on one day. If I realize that I cannot have him that particular day, I call him, and usually, he works with me. It's always okay, and the lady at Orkin always rearranges it. Recently, I had to ask them to come on a later date because my husband passed and I didn't want the tech to come during that time.

Orkin comes out twice and they focus on the outdoors and review the indoors. The technicians are phenomenal. We've dealt with different pest control people before and it's never been the level of professionalism. They showed up on time. When the guy came, he had booties and gloves on. He was fully prepared to do the job. He looked around first, and then he did the spraying, and he came inside and he looked at everything and he found a couple of spots. He hit those and a wasp nest on the outside, which was not even visible to me. So, he did a very thorough job. Orkin is professional beyond what you'd expect from a pest control company. They have the same uniform truck, the whole thing on time, called ahead of time and verified everything. For the price, it's the same as everybody else. But you're getting a level of professionalism that is unbelievable and they kill the bugs.

Ryan changed dates for me when I wasn't gonna be available the day he was gonna come. He always calls the day before the service to let me know he's gonna come. He does outdoor and indoor. He starts with indoors first. He wears booties. So he's very conscientious. If I have a specific problem area or I need him to check something, he'll make sure to grab that. He's very responsive.

I am on their seasonal plan. It's four months out of the year, from March to September and they come out every other month. I'm very happy with Orkin.

We needed to call Orkin for some boxes to prevent a lot of swamp rats which are accumulating around the lake that we're close to. And they did it right away. It was a very good experience. We started out with Orkin at my other home with termite infestation. They fixed that problem and then with the regular Orkin, they provided inside and outside protection. They also did the insulation prevention upstairs. Orkin works in tandem and provides a very good service. It's the same person and the same contact when we need something right away, which is the manager or lead manager.

Orkin’s technician, Christine, goes above and beyond. She's very thorough, friendly and competent. The service is every three months and we don’t have any pest activity. Orkin is worth the money.

Paid for an exclusion which is costly. Was told they'd seal the house to keep pests out. Still have wasps and mice. 2 kids showed up asking me where to seal. Used a tube of silicone and left. Called to have problem resolved since they claim to guarantee work. Never received a phone call I was promised. Zero results. Don't fall for the upsell of their exclusion process.

Orkin is expensive but they come out right away and they do a good job. However, they recently changed the tech I've had for several years with whom I was really happy with because they screwed up his route.

The service I had with Orkin was great. They definitely did the job for residential and helped clear up the problem within six months. So, I am satisfied with the results and I'm probably gonna continue having them every other month since I like a bug-free house. We had a roach infestation in the kitchen area and living room, mainly downstairs, and that affected us living there since it was a very uncomfortable place to be. But that's why I called Orkin and from there on out, everything got better.

They are very thorough. I had scorpions in my garage and they sprayed the entire floor. They asked me, “Open up the garage and move your car out.” That way, they have more space to spray. They went down every edge to spray because they know I hate the scorpions. They also sprayed for ants which are along the edge of the yard. The tech was very friendly and professional. I appreciate that he asks me questions as to how things are going and if I have been seeing anything. I've had Orkin for 20 years and every one of the three technicians who have lasted the longest has been awesome. Every one of them has been caring to make sure that I'm happy and satisfied.

I paid cash upfront due to new pest issues. Not one thing was done as the tutorial video states. No spray in my yard, no looking for a nest, no checking windows around house. He asked me "where do I go?". Is this allowed even?

Working with Orkin has been great. They are very positive and professional. They put booties on at the front porch and I really appreciate that. The techs are super polite and efficient. They're always on time. Since they serviced, pest activity has been practically non-existent. I recommend Orkin. Try it.

We had the stink bugs and it was hard to contain all that, but Orkin got that under control. We also had a problem with the sugar ants and the techs come every spring for that. They managed to keep them away from inside the house. One time, when they came out, they got a possum and her babies out from underneath the house. The techs are also spraying where they're asked to spray. They even sprayed something for mosquitoes out there in the yard.

This is my first year with Orkin, and my contract is up, but I just got a bill in the last couple days. I did the numbers, and it looks as if they've gone in and done an application without any notice to me, because I have paid everything that was due under the contract. I'm sure they'll have an adequate explanation, but I want some explanation on this additional charge that I got. Other than that, they were good, and I'm satisfied with the work that they did. The price was a bit high, but it took care of my carpenter ants, so it was worth it. I could recommend them. The building that they were treating was a vacation home for our kids, and I had a picture of the fellow doing the work, but I never had a one on one with him. I didn't have any direct connection with Orkin other than the email notices that they would send before they went down to do the application which were thorough. We also got notices when they got there and when they left.

Our Orkin technician does an outstanding job and we like him. He's very personable and he tells us what he's looking for. He also tells us that if we see anything at all, we should let him know and they'll come back out. But we haven't had to do that yet. We have the service to prevent bugs in our house and when they come out, they spray. They come in the house if we want them to and when we're away for the summer, they'll do it outside every couple months. The pest service is worth it to avoid any problems down the road.

We used to have a different company, Preventive and then, a representative came to our door from Orkin and pointed out some of the mistakes that the other company was making. We just went for it and we've been happy ever since. The guy who comes and services our house is Brian and he's amazing. Super professional and always shows up on time. If I ever need to reschedule, he reschedules at my schedule. Totally convenient. He's super pleasant, kind, wonderful and does his job. The pest activity has been definitely reduced. We don't have as much stuff inside the house as we did before. The mosquito problem is really bad everywhere, but ours is actually a little better than a lot of people's because of the spraying.

The Orkin tech came to my house and sprayed the house and the outside like he always does. They usually email me to schedule for service. If it works, I just leave it, and then they give me a window. But if it doesn't work, then I just call and reschedule. We had a lot of silverfish and we had carpenter bees that they took care of. We've had ants and pincher bug things that they've taken care of too. They spray outside for the carpenter bees. They put a powder in the little holes that the bees make and then they give me a little trap for the garage. It's great now. I barely have anything. Aaron is the tech that usually comes and he's super friendly and comes on time. I'm very satisfied.

Orkin comes out every other month during the summer and early fall, starting about April and going through October. I talk with their techs and tell them where I want them to go. The one I have right now sprays good and I could tell the difference when he leaves. I had ants really bad all year-round and after he came, they disappeared. And he would come back when I'd have a big infestation without any problems at all. I wish they could also get rid of mice but I don't have that problem year-round.

They come every two months and mostly they're spraying around the perimeter of my house. Chris is the one that's been coming for quite some time now and he's wonderful. He's very pleasant. He doesn't waste a bunch of time chit-chatting and carrying on. He checks in and then he goes about his business. He's also very thorough. I appreciate that. He always asks if there's anything extra that's come up that he needs to be aware of. I'm very happy with the technician I have. He's on time and lets me know when he's going to be here. Usually, I get a text the night before to let me know that he's going to be here, and then a window of time so that I can have the gate open for him. It works out very well. I would recommend Orkin, very definitely. I'm very impressed with Chris and his diligence. He's a good representative of the company.

We're really pleased with Orkin. They come every three months. We have a couple of mouse traps set up and they check for the wasps that we had out in the woodpile. I point out a couple of areas that they need to go to and that's what they do and they report back afterwards and we've been really happy with them. The problem is when we transferred over from Crazy Frog, we had not been getting our emails or messages saying when their people are gonna be here. They would just knock on the door. Luckily, we were home. But the technicians have been great. We had them come out on an off day in-between months because my husband saw some little tiny ants in the backyard and they were over the next day and they were taking care of that for us. They're really good at coming when we need them.

I had a different company that would send out anybody, and it was a mess. I didn't like it at all. They sprayed all over the windows, and it wasn't a good thing. Orkin is much better. They do their job well, and I haven't had any problems since they've been coming. They usually send me a text to let me know when they're coming, but this time, they didn't. Luckily, I was home and it was the guy that I like. It worked out. The guy did some light spraying in the basement, checked and sprayed on the outside, and did everything he was supposed to do. It didn't take long, and it was done. The guy knows where the traps are and what to look for. The traps are downstairs in the utility room. I had a problem with mice, and he knows where to look. There are some in the garage as well as under the sink and in the pantry. Everything’s been good.

I have two houses and Orkin sends me a note to tell me it's time for the service. I gotta have them 'cause one of the houses is in the forest, and the other one is almost. They come at one place or the other often, and they seem to be doing a good job. When I'm there, the techs and I talk, and they are very straightforward, calm, and gentlemanly.

I would highly recommend Orkin. I've had them for so many years, I never had a bug problem, and I want them to continue to prevent the bugs from showing up in my house. They inspect the perimeter to make sure that my plants aren't too close up against the house and they spray the entrances and all the doorways. They go in my garage and spray as well. They take care of the entire house inside and out, and they do a very good job. The techs have always been very professional, friendly, and they do an excellent job. They show up when they're supposed to. They're never late. All in all, I'm more than satisfied with their services. They've been very helpful over the years. They even came in 15 years ago and located termites. They weren't even inspecting for termites, but they found them.

Orkin comes out every three months mainly for bugs. We also had a few mice that they had to get rid of. The techs were all very good. Scheduling service is no problem. They've been very good to work with.

I'm on a yearly program with Orkin Pest Control, so I get treatment four times a year, once every three months. The visit is on the second Monday of every third month, and the most recent one was very timely. The operator who performed the services was on time. He called about half an hour before to let us know he would be at the house so someone would be here. That was always appreciated.

I found a trap box on the property I just bought, so I called the name on the box. I asked Orkin to continue whatever service they gave to that property prior. They and their tech knew about the property, and they changed over the name of the previous owner to ours. The service is once a month. We're usually not at the property, but they send notice a few days prior that they're coming on a certain date and time, then when they're on their way, when they're there, and once they've completed the task.

Orkin came when they said they would. They let me know when they were coming and did exactly what they had been doing which was taking care of the garden pests. They come once a month for the vole and pocket gopher activities. They put pellets in boxes around the gardens. Then they come the next month and check if there's more activity. They educate me and are courteous. I recommended them to my neighbor.

Scheduling with Orkin is easy and everybody's always knowledgeable and good. I talked to the last guy for a while because we had an ant problem and he went over that with me. He didn't seem hurried and answered all my questions, and was very nice and polite. We don't always get the same people but they let us know they're here and what they'll be doing and if we have any questions. For a while, we had a problem at the back of the house. When we had replaced our siding, the people who did that forgot to put the vent cover in at the top of the house on the outside. So, the man at that time told us to let them know if we couldn’t get that done. But we did. We have tall sons-in-law. So, they took care of that.

Our pest control guy is Kenneth. He is an amazing human being and he does his job really well. He lights up the room and the world. He makes everybody feel better, and it's not just my family, it's every family he services. In fact, a lot of us have met and there's a big conversation about Kenneth. So, as long as Orkin has Kenneth, they will have 11 billion customers. Any time that we have a bug show up, we just call Kenneth, and he comes in and takes care of it. But we usually don't have any bugs. We live right in the middle of the woods. So, it would be a challenge to keep all of the bugs out. But the treatment is working very well.

Their technicians seem to be well-trained and professional. They've taken down a wasp nest that I didn't know was part of the contract. For the quarterly pest control, they're always careful to ask if we have a particular problem that surfaced since the last time they were here and they will make a sincere effort to try to deal with that. Also, they will come if we spot anything that looks like termites. They come usually in September and they do an inspection. They would go through the house and look at the normal places where termites would try to make an entry. They have access through one of the closets that has a common wall with one bathroom and they would put in a device that they use to go in on their hands and knees and take that little screen down and check in there with a flashlight. They go all the way around the house looking carefully.

I'm very satisfied with Orkin. They keep my home pest-free. They send a tech out regularly, once a month for my services so I don't have to keep up with it, which is great. The tech came last week and he was very thorough, polite, and professional. The young men that come and do the service are always very nice. It's usually the same person, so they know my house. I just let them in and they do their thing. When I had ants and a sudden outbreak of fruit flies, they got rid of those really quickly.

Edgar, the guy from Orkin who comes every two months, has been very nice. He places the report cards, picks up the old ones and places the new ones. He places down a new bait and removes the old stuff. He tidies up outside, sprays around my house, and tidies up by dusting the cobwebs. He's remarkable and I couldn't ask for anybody better. The bug problem was gone the first time that he did the first treatment and I have not seen one since then. Scheduling my service with Orkin has been great as well. Usually, I get a text and an email before the appointment just to let me know when the service is scheduled, which is really awesome. Edgar will also let me know by texting me to make sure that the schedule is a good time for me. He knows I'm a caregiver of a couple and sometimes I get busy on days.

Manager Derek was terrible. Was charged for a service that I was told would be covered for free under their conditions of coming back for free since the pest was not controlled. Was charged anyway and when calling back was told I would be refunded. No refund two weeks later and the manager goes back on his word saying it was a billable service. Only reason it was billable was because it was on September first. The previous service was August 17th, and prior to that July 28th. Even though three services in 5 weeks, because they were all separate months I get charged for all three. Do not use this service. They will rip you off.

I am the property manager of a mobile home park. I have a tenant that has mice...after scheduling an appointment with the "local" Orkin company out of Great Falls, MT and after ENSURING they will work with a 30day net payment, the tech arrived and was unwilling to complete the treatment without payment upfront. After getting the correct information regarding payment (to put a card on file that they can charge at the time of service), I rescheduled the tech to come back out. It was going to be a month wait, because they are pretty far from me, which I was fine with. However, that day came and went with a no call-no show. I have since called back 3 times. The 1st 2 times I was told a tech or someone would call me back to schedule the appointment and it never happened.

We're happy with Orkin. They like to change our tech but we always request the same one. We like him.

They scheduled me for a service last Wednesday and it was supposed to be between 8:00 and 12:00. At about 12:15, I called because no one had showed up. I contacted the office to see if the technician was running late. I know the technician and I know things happen. The rep said I was still on the schedule, but it's from 10:00 to 2:00. 2 o'clock rolled around and then 2:30 but nobody came. I called back again. Only this time, no one ever picked up. I sent a text to them letting them know how unprofessional that was and how all I asked for as a customer was just a phone call or a text letting me know whatever. Later that evening at about 7 o'clock, I got a text that they were rescheduling me on a date and time for the 27th of this month, which I thought was interesting because it would have been nice if they called to see if that date was an available date. They didn't and they just scheduled that time.

We have a specific Orkin guy that comes to our house. He's always good. He makes sure that nothing comes in. I have termite stations for prevention. I've had mice in the house, so he checks all the mice stations. He sprays for mosquitoes when he's supposed to. I trust him. When he comes, he does what he's supposed to do. If I have any concerns or questions, he'll check them out. There was one time when he was sick and somebody else had to come out and do the service. She was just as knowledgeable and pleasant as he is. So, the people from Orkin have good work ethic and they've done a good job for me. In fact, I have a home in another state. I'm under contract with a different company at that house and I'm gonna switch it to Orkin.

With our recent experience with Orkin, our tech's name was Christine and she did a wonderful job. We have earwigs and ants. She told me what she was gonna put on it. And then she said she was gonna check for bees because they were having trouble with bees. I told her about an old wasp nest and she took that away for me. We still have some earwigs but not as many as before.

I have been with Orkin for a while now and this Month the roaches have been worst than when I started with Orkin! They are everywhere and it's an embarrassment when Company comes over! I assume by now a couple years into being treated I would no longer have them, what am I paying for??? I am seriously thinking about getting a new company to solve my problem!

Everything was good except for when the tech oversprayed the house. We all about died from the fumes. I let him know that the people were very sensitive in the house but he didn't let us know that he oversprayed. It sent my son into a bit of an asthma attack. I sent him outside but he was fine as it was a very quick and easy one. Luckily we are able to air the house out. I told him but he didn't seem too concerned because he was gone by then. That's why, we only do the treatment for the outside now once every three months.

It's always been good with Orkin. They do a very nice job. The most recent person that I had was a young lady named Mia. She told me she just completed training but she was clearly very conscientious and a pleasant person. She went and covered everything that I could imagine that might be needed, spraying inside and out. I was very well satisfied.

Orkin is fantastic. It's worth every penny. I had bed bugs and they resolved that. They started to treat for roaches and ants, and I don't see roaches anymore. Once in a while, we get ants. If I get ants, they come back and don't charge me anything to treat for the ants. They will come when I ask for them. If they make an appointment with me, they show up. If they have a problem or if they get stuck at another place because it's worse than they expected, they call me. In the last visit, the guy who came to my house was awesome. He was very thorough and respectful.

We've been very happy with Orkin. They have been taking care of my dad's house over in Bellevue for years. They call me once a month and let us know when they're coming out. The ones that we've had so far have been great. Gail has been the most recent person coming. They put some traps on the inside of the house for mice. For the ants, they put poison around the base of the areas where we saw them coming through.

Everything is done with efficiency and care. He took care of the inside of the house and the outside of the house by spraying everything with the solution you use. There were a lot of ants in one of our trees and he came back and sprayed it also. We have always had great service and thank you for your great service.

I've had numerous pest control companies over the years in my various homes. Orkin is by far and away the best company I've ever dealt with. Their people are service-oriented. Companies in South Florida are notorious for making people wait days until they get serviced. Orkin is far superior in terms of customer service. The tech that services my house is a very nice guy. We live in an area near a freshwater lake so there are a lot of critters. He goes out of his way to make sure that our home is protected. If I called, sometimes he diverts out of an activity he's been doing to come to our home to make sure that the job is done just the way he wants it. I can't ask for better service.

The best part of the service is it is highly effective and the bonus is how easy it was to sign up and obtain pest control service. Also, I get email and text notifications as to what day the pest control technician will be arriving which makes the servicing of my home convenient and worry free. Great customer service should I need to call for any reason and the technician is always professional and courteous. I have used other pest control companies previously and now I realize that I have the best service and would not use any other pest control company to service my home.

Jacob does a great job, attention to detail is excellent and timeliness. We have had NO Carpenter Bees since he started exterior treatment. Mosquitos also under control. Tried other services prior to Orkin. The others did not offer the full range of services that Orkin does. Very pleased with Orkin Services.

Rudy is always on time, pleasant, personable, engaging, listens to my concerns, and does a good job. But I don't get ecstatic over pest control. I don't get ecstatic over house cleaning. It's something that needs to be done, and I feel good if it gets done well.

The men that spray are very helpful and know what they are doing. They make me feel better about bugs and my life easier. I was trying to kill the bugs myself but it didn't work.
