Orkin Pest Control Reviews

I was interested in using Orkin however they demanded to have my credit card information prior to my review of the contract. If the contract has nothing to hide in it, why in the world can't I see it???? So I googled some reviews and they were horrible. Many customers said that the contract has hidden fees and that it was impossible to reach customer service.

I had a fantastic experience with Orkin Pest Control! We recently discovered a few unwelcome guests in our home, and after calling Orkin, the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The technician arrived on time, was very professional, and took the time to explain the treatment plan in detail. The service was efficient, and they made sure to address every concern I had, from the types of pests to the safety of my pets and family. They also offered tips for keeping the pests away in the future, which I really appreciated. Since the treatment, we haven’t had any issues, and I feel so much more at ease knowing Orkin has taken care of the problem. Their customer support has also been top-notch throughout the entire experience. I highly recommend Orkin for anyone dealing with pest issues—they really know their stuff!

Be careful with what the sales representative quoted on you. They will misquoted you, bait and switched , they also denied what should be included in the agreement. That’s really unprofessional. I won’t recommend this company to do your pest control job.

Originally hired Orkin (Parma office) to get rid of mice at our house. The problem wasn’t resolved and they didn’t follow up after reaching out to customer service. However they pushed for unnecessary services, like mosquito control in backyard, and charged additional $350($600 total). Several times we were out of town and Orkin would not reschedule the service and still charge us without actually performing the service. Multiple phone calls to get a hold of the branch manager and they still put their fraudulent charges in collections Worst company ever, would not recommend!

I am writing this review because talking to the local representative got me nowhere. My wife filmed the Orkin man illegally dumping his trash in to our dumpster (see photos) and no I am not a customer. Needless to say I was absolutely disgusted with what I saw. I called and gave them the opportunity to make it right by either removing said trash, dead mice, rubber gloves, mouse traps, pesticide cans or pay to dump the contents neither of which were done. Which is kind of disappointing because their catch phrase is we’re not happy till you’re happy. Like I said see the photos.

Hello everyone. I am from Soperton, Ga and ORKIN has been great help. Eric has been fantastic in what he does each time he come over to help. He’s kind, helpful, respectful, and he explain everything about the treatment/plans in great detail — he always on time and I am very satisfied with the services every visit. I would recommend this great company to anyone who need pest control help. Thank you Eric and ORKIN for the fine work you do!!!!

I have been using Orkin's pest control and rodent program for a little over 2 years now. I have been very pleased with the level of service and professionalism that Thomas, our technician, has provided. He is diligent in sending texts prior to each and every visit informing us of his ETA. Not only is he very professional but also very thorough, dependable, and extremely knowledgeable. He is truly an asset to Orkin and represents the company well. Keep up the great work Thomas! I would also like to commend Justin and his crew for how well they executed the rodent program as well as how effective it has been.

Eric is great! He clearly explains what to expect and does his duties quickly and efficiently. We live out in the country and it’s great having less bugs all around the house, inside and out. Can’t wait to try the mosquito treatment plan.

On Dec 27, 2024 Orkin company a guy went to crawlspace, he found 2 deads mices. Tell my husband then he walk away. My husband told me then, I asked my husband he clean up? My husband said NO! I was so upset. Called Orkin customer service. A lady told me they will not charge that service, BUT LIE!!! They charged!!! This is first LIE. I called again, customer service a lady told me guy took care 2 mices already??? This is SECOND LIE!!! 73 years old my husband went crawlspace. He took care mices. I asked solve problems talk manager or supervisor. No one called back. The Orkin company should be very ashamed!!! NO SERVICE. ORKIN CHARGED AFTER CUSTOMER AUTOMATIC SIGNS CONTRACT.

Orkin's service was adequate until the start of the new year. Without any notice, written or otherwise, the technician we had and trusted for years was replaced. The latest technician did not keep the scheduled appointments and made appointments with us without notifying his office. We thought we had an appointment but he never came. We called the office but they did not have an appointment listed. We wrote the Branch Manager on January 8th about this matter but he has not responded. We believe this is not professional. We feel that we are not important to Orkin although we are paying our monthly premium.

I am currently online and even their AI keeps you on hold. I am also on cell with local office. After much wasted time trying to cancel my contract AI said can't help have to call another number. Still waiting for answer from local number. After contract signed response time consistently slow, not problem till you sign up. I will never sign with this company again.

We began services with Orkin 8 years ago and until few past years, were satisfied with them. We had some tecnicians who were thorough, knowledgeable, and professional, and others who did just the bare minimum. The past few years have been less than stellar. We were billed for services we never received. We have a Ring doorbell and could tell no one was servicing the outside. They did reverse the charges on this one. This past year, our technician showed up smelling of marijuana. We know it is legal, but the smell in our house was present, long after the technician was gone. Then, our technician stole from us to the tune of $300+. We have proof of this. When I called the company, there was no apology or acknowledgement. They even charged us for the visit. We no longer have Orkin. Had they just been transparent and apologized-this review would have been different as we had been happy with their services.

We called the Orkin Pest control for the flea treatment with one time service on 4/9/2024. They charged on my card $349. We also did call them back for the lousy treatment after the resident complained it. However, they kept charging us every month, $119 on 5/30/2024, $119 on 7/22/2024, $150 on 8/33/2024, and 9/6/2024 on my old credit card 4094 5100 0135 7497. We contacted the Orkin Company and wanted to cancel the service on 11/24. They told me I had signed the contract agreement, which was obviously wrong since I never signed any agreement before. I asked to send me a copy. They sent me one fake agreement with forged signature. I asked them who signed it and who created this agreement. Then they said the tenant did it.

There's a lot to like about Orkin but beware of a couple of issues. They are expensive ($95 per month, in my case), but maybe that's to be expected for an at-home service. Also, some of their associated services—particularly insulation—were not competitive with other insulation contractors. When they came out to do the estimate, they were not thorough, and their price was higher. Having said that, I still strongly recommend Orkin Pest Control services. I am confident in their work, and my house is no longer crawling with insects. My cats and I have not experienced any ill effects.

Orkin did a good job investigating for bedbugs. They were courteous and understanding. Told me what to do to get rid of them. Gave me a quote for spraying. Told me how to treat my clothes that was in my dresser.

Terrible company. I've had them out 6 times over the last 3 months for bed bugs. A supervisor came out and said they were gone. I found more. Called again and they sprayed again. Two weeks later, more bugs. service manager will not return phone calls. $1800.00 later and still bugs. Highly do not recommend!

I have had Orkin for a while. Once a year I have them go up in my attic and spray a bit and leave some sticky traps for Florida roaches! They went up this year sprayed a bit but no traps. A few days later I had large ants in my garage and still wanted sticky traps in my attic. I called twice because I pay for revisiting my house btw paid visits. No response. Ryan the manager of the FL Ocala store never called back when I canceled them coming today. I called, texted the tech for him to get a hold of me. No response! They broke my paid agreement and customer service seems to be a low priority for this office! With so many companies to choose from, I would shy away from Orkin based out of Ocala. They are under dependable and don’t care about their customers. They never returned calls..

Orkin customer service is atrocious. I’ve been calling for a month, have left six messages and have not heard back. They sprayed in September and told us that if the pests came back within 60 days they would respect. We were reinfected less than 2 weeks later and they have not returned any calls to come and respray.

Hello customer service. Started off great, on time but I guess that how they get you. Per their policy service can only be done with payment first, no problem. Now last tech comes, doesn't do his part and now wanna send me collection, haven't got my service per what they promised. I would run or make sure you get recording of their policy and in writing. Look elsewhere if I were you.

(is what they called it) in my attic. At this point I had not seen a mouse inside my house, So I allowed them to removed ALL of my installation, spray a cleaning solution in my attic, which removes their urine because that is what they follow in their trails, and the cleaning solution smelled really clean. They also sprayed 8 inches of insulation back into my attic. The cost was $ 9,902.00 of which I had to pull out of my 401k to pay for. However it took forever for them to come back and place the last two of my outside vent covers, under my house, due to different reasons. Now that all is complete concerning the mice, I am having to purchase the old fashioned traps and catch them inside my house. I have seen at least 4 since this was done about 4-6 months ago..

After we meet with a wonderful salesman from the company who gave us a bunch of free stuff and he could have sold us the moon. We have had a terrible experience with the actual company. Many, Many empty promises. When we had a hornet problem they made many promises to come address the issue. When we could not leave our house because it got so bad and hundreds of hornets has taken over both front and back porches. They never returned a phone call. We had already gotten off on a bad foot when the promised services and never delivered but were happy to take our money. It was not until I called every day asking to speak to the owner that they finally issued a refund (1 month later). I would not trust anything they say. STAY AWAY!!!!!! Reporting to BBB. NEVER AGAIN.

I had work done by Orkin, we had a bat problem. They can done what they had to, it took 2hrs to fix it, the cost was $2000, warranty was for 1 yr. the last day of the warranty I emailed and told them some of the stuff they put in the holes was on the ground. The wife found some but don't know how much blew away, I waited a wk. then called, I was told someone would be in touch with me, I waited a couple of wks and called again, was told the same thing. 2-3 wks later the wife came home and found a business card in the door. That was on a Fri. I called Mon. to talk to someone, left a message, still no call back, this has been going on since Aug. 8/24.

No call, no show. Trashy company that is just out here to get your money and then there's no guarantee. On two occasions, I have had a tech not show up and there was no communication received from Orkin that the appointment would need to be rescheduled, etc... After leaving a bad review and placing multiple calls on top of emails, the branch manager finally reached out saying that he would get someone to come out to do the treatment. Fine... I had to schedule a second treatment, and same scenario - except no one was able to come out on the scheduled date of the follow-up treatment. Use another company!

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I canceled service after hubs went on leave from work due to disability we had no income coming in and I called letting them know. Multiple times they came to my home and repeatedly I told them I canceled service until further notice. I find out then that we had a past due balance due to them coming out I didn't receive service but they had charged me. Also I was double charged twice one month which resulted in an overdraft fee I then had to cancel my card and get a new one. Just so many headaches. Oh they also send people to your house to collect money which is against the law and is harassment. Next time I will just call the police and charge them with trespassing and harassment my next stop is a lawyer.

Diago was in charge. He gave a price then pretended to not hear/understand/remember what I had him here for so he had to increased the price! He said the guy he called to contact me days ago didn't do his job. What a bunch of crap. Scammer, unreliable, dishonest all masked as a misunderstanding.

Very disappointed. I currently am dealing with a roach infestation. I live in a town home - so they are traveling between houses. During the first visit the tech sprayed some poison by the fridge and placed 1 glue trap and 1 disc. His report and invoice stated a whole lot more than what he actually did. Then for the follow up service I was told I would get 3 days notice - to my surprise I got less than 24 hours notice. I called to move the appointment (as we were going to be at work) and they told me the can't change it the same day. She didn't believe me that I didn't receive a 3 day notice.

We were having a terrible issue. I went online, emailed the company at 6 am by 8:30, someone had contacted me to let me know the local office would reach out to me ASAP. Within an hour ANDREW had called, he was very friendly and assured me it would be taken care of! Sure enough, he called someone and before I could get home from work they had the issue addressed! I really don't know what we would have done without this company. Professional, reliable, punctual. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I’ll get straight to the point. First of all, I stated 2-3 times while booking my quote appointment that our roof had no attic, and we wanted a good look at it for pests. We wanted the inspector prepared, maybe with a camera on a stick, or this would be useless. The lady on the call (name omitted for privacy), said satisfaction was guaranteed.

Orkin was used to get rid of a large in ground yellow jacket nest that was right next to our sidewalk in a flower bed. We discovered it after numerous stings. I thought Orkin would have removed it. No, they sprayed and put down powder and stated 2-3 days for them to die. A week and a half later and several more stings, they were alive and kicking! I called Orkin two times over several days and no call back. I ended up spraying it myself and using a hoe to pull up ground. I'd spray when I saw more coming out and repeat the process digging down through the nest. I took care of it in 15 minutes. I eventually connected with Orkin and they refunded $100 of $300 service fee. I will not use Orkin again.

Called Orkin yesterday (Monday Oct. 7th 2024) to get them scheduled to come to my house for a pest control issue. Explained my whole situation to Maryann. Got to the part of providing my address and my address wasn't showing as an address they service. I explained to them that my zip code recently changed so that was probably the issue. We are in a very popular area in Arizona so there should be service. Maryann said she was going to have someone from the office call me to see if they could override the system. Nobody called. I called back and got someone named Dimitri, who I had to explain everything to all over again. He wasn't able to transfer me to Maryann. We got disconnected and I had to call back a third time and got someone named Tommy. He wasn't any help either and I finally just told him never mind and that I would just call a different company. Horrible customer service. Glad I figured this out now and didn't use them.

Horrible service and customer service. Lack professionalism and accuracy. There was always an issue and hassle. Not worth the time or money. They sprayed the work solution, just for precaution, we were asked to leave the home. They tracked mud into the home, they tried to upsell every single visit when there were so many errors on their part. Just horrible!

I have nothing to say but wonderful things about Orkin. Your customer service is on point. James ** is absolutely wonderful. Went above and beyond his duties to help me. Brandon the exterminator Fantastic, so professional and nice. I can be difficult at times but these two gentlemen were on point all the time. Highly recommend to anyone who needs rodent service or a exterminator Thank you very much.

Expensive service with false promises. No show for appointments twice and just got the service a month ago. Difficult to get customer service representatives on the phone and zero follow up when leave messages.

They sent one person out and after inspection said they won't spray. But said they want to vacuum and use deadly chemicals. And hiked up the cost to get it done. Tried to tell me basically I didn't know what I was talking about. And I have a landlord Joe ** who won't pay for it. So we are held responsible and will get evicted because we believe in using the rent money.

Pathetic service. I told them I have a speech disability. They keep disconnecting my call. This has happened over 20 days. I can't imagine how they would have treated me if I needed after service. I was told somebody will respond to my email. Nobody did.

I had a massive bee, wasp, hornet invasion on my roof of a 3400 sq ft house. I tried to resolve it myself, by purchasing every known bee/killer spray available at various stores and all it did was make the problem a million times worse. So I called every exterminator company within 50 miles that shows online as open 24/7 and handles emergency bee removal, no one would either answer the phone or come out.

Very poor service quality, and not reliable. The local branch is not responsible, missing appointment all the time and some tech just in and out without perform service. Complained so many times, but no use at all. Never changes for the past years!

I love Orkin!! I called them to remove a hornets' nest and 2 yellow jackets' nests on our log home. They came out the same day, did a inspection and removed all 3 for a reasonable price. I called several companies to get quotes. Thank you so much Cody & Janel.

I have been using Orkin for the past few months now. Due to an infestation in my kitchen. I was overwhelmed with the situation so my wife ended up calling late at night. They were actually able to show up the day after. Although the service has been good. There is one person in particular that seemed to care more than the rest. Hector V has been to the house twice and has done a great job explaining the process and offering solutions to our problems. I would completely recommend giving this company (in Houston) a try.

Today I’m on my way to work and this driver and a Orkin truck almost ran me off the road then pulling the camera out to record me. He’s very unsafe as far as his driving ability. Not everybody should have a license sitting here yelling and screaming at the top of his lungs. This guy is extremely dangerous. Truck number **.

I wish I didn’t have to give any stars. They are very rude and very unprofessional. I had an appointment time set up and they didn’t show up for the time. He then proceeded to tell me that he called 3 times which he didn’t, tried telling me that my voicemail box was full when it’s not and also tried telling me that he sent me an email which he didn’t. When I mentioned that I needed them here on their appointment day he then proceeded to tell me that I shouldn’t have waited until the last minute to call like I was the one who did something wrong. I give zero stars and will not recommend them to anyone whatsoever.

My service man has not been the same any 2 times in a row. However, today Aug 14, 2024 the service man did go above and beyond his requirements. Very friendly and personable. He provided our first mosquito treatment to the best of his ability giving the fact he did not have the blower and only had the sprayer to work with... We will know within a few days if the coverage is sufficient.

Service is ok, but their reports are garbage. There is no way I can tell what is going on at my place of business because the reports contradict themselves. I have been complaining about this for years and finally wrote a detailed letter to head office. Did they respond? Nope. Not by letter, not by email and they did not even bother to give me a phone call. I am done with Orkin and taking my business elsewhere.

Gained pests during their service period of two years that we never had before. Does not take accountability. Terrible customer service, never consulted on visit but checked off that customer (me) signed off on every visit for two years.

2 times since the beginning of May 2024 they came and so far I have paid over $550. I canceled and they are still charging me. I had better luck with a $45 spray down in Florida and the bugs stood off my property for the whole season.

So far, Orkin came out two times and each time we keep seeing huge spiders. Last time they came out was five days ago and a second huge spider we’ve seen. I don’t know what’s going on, but I thought Orkin was supposed to be good.

This is the worst experience of my life! I called Orkin because most of my friends use them and always had good things to say. They gave me this big pitch about how they were going to take care of me and my home. The guy came and sprayed around the outside of my house. (It was supposed to get rid of ants and spiders and he set three mice traps. Didn’t spray under or inside my. He just around the outside, didn’t spray for mosquitoes.) He said he would be back in two weeks to spray yard and check traps for mice. What a joke! He never came back. I called the office four times and apparently business is good because NO ONE had the time to call me back and the 60 day guarantee “yeah right”. They charged me $ 289 for first visit (and by the way, I still have ants and spiders) and $73 a month after that. Not worth it. This Orkin is a joke and you have to put up a battle to get your money back.

We had Paul ** come out to help us figure out what was going on in our old barn. He was extremely Knowledgeable, kind, on time, not pushy to do the service, had an answer for all our questions. Would definitely recommend him to anyone. Thank you Paul! Look forward to your service in the future!

The worst pest control that I have ever had. The man came in ONCE in the whole 12 months that I have been living here...and I pay for pest control MONTHLY. I had to take matters into my own hands and buy pest control medicine.

Today we had Hector do our pest control Service. This was the Orkin I was accustomed to. Hector went over and above. He was clean, nice, friendly. So respectful and truly concerned about our pest control needs. Thank you Hector for doing such a great job.

Orkin Monroe CT is non responsive and never returns phone calls. Have tried to get a response for 2 weeks. Have been a customer for a long time, but you wouldn’t know it based on how they have treated us.

Low IQ employees, spraying poisons on my Doorbell and across multiple cameras and power boxes. They must think it's funny damaging client's property. I know one thing for sure, no Orkin employee will EVER step foot on my property again. Company is a complete scam who doesn't mind destroying your property. Had to file a Police report on of the morons they sent over. Never use this scam of a service. Raid Spray would be more effective, safe, and less property damaging...

I have an early Japanese Beetle infestation in my planter box and requested an evaluation for this specific problem. The young Orkin representative who did the in-person evaluation had a condescending attitude, masking an utter lack of knowledge regarding Japanese Beetles. The only suggestion was to "buy oil" or remove affected plants. He stated that "any treatment that would kill the adult beetles would also kill the plants". He was unable to answer any questions regarding management of eggs and larvae. No treatment was provided.

I am just going to make this short and sweet. I have a guy named (Alex) who is my regular Orkin guy that was not able to make it this past week so they sent out a guy named Jeremy…. He was RUDE from me opening the front door. He basically told me I was his Last stop. He wanted to just get it done and leave. Did not want to listen to me at all in any way. I was very nice and respectful. He was very Rude and Disrespectful. Like I said it’s a long list of things. I’m just saying if he ever comes back here I’m canceling my service. I have had him once before and had problems and voiced those problems.

Called for earwigs and Initial visit 150 with the following month free, 80 every 2 months thereafter. Got initial did not come back. Made appointment did not show. Rude customer service with incorrect information. I had to call to see what happened. Needed treatment, gave me appointment for a week out. I fired them. You should give my money back. Corky's came next day half the price.

We hired Orkin to come repair openings in our attic and remove dead birds that had gotten in. Orkin workers came, went into attic, then came back down and had me sign and pay for the removal and closing of access points. That evening, we went up to attic and could see outside our home- workers did not seal any access points that we paid and signed off on. I believe they thought they could get away with it since it can only be accessed by ladder/thought we wouldn’t check their work.

I called Orkin to come over and inspect and they did their inspection. We made an appointment for next week. The appointment came and passed. Still no one showed up to spray. Orkin calls me back says that the guy that was supposed to spray put his notice in last week or 5 days ago. Told me they don't even know what the estimate were, They proceeded to tell me that someone is going to come over today and spray for the bed bugs. Did not give me a time frame so I'm stuck at my house waiting, waiting, waiting and waiting. 3 hours past the appointment time still no one here. Would not recommend this company. Go through somebody else that is more reliable and professional. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a pest control company!

Terrible customer service! Rude girl named Courtenay, hung up on me because she said I had wasted her time on the phone for 20 minutes asking all these questions and then didn't sign up for service yet!! Then to find out that they don't even service my area at all!! They wouldn't even get one star from me if I had another option.

I feel compelled to write this review because there is no way this company is 4.7/5 star.. I bought my first home last year and noticed some decent size ants dead on my window sills in one room. I thought I’d call Orkin to take a look. A nice guy came and informed me that these were carpenter ants and that they are only covered under premium service.. He searched the entire garden, saying it would be treated and after explaining the danger of having carpenter ants in the home, I signed up.

I'm a Real Estate Agent in the Tulsa Metro. DO NOT do their "free" termite inspection as you will have to SIGN UP FOR A BAIT SYSTEM EVEN WITH NO ACTIVITY FOUND to get a "report"! This is the biggest, grossest SCAM I've ever heard of. Contact another Termite company that WILL GIVE YOU A COMPLETELY FREE INSPECTION AND REPORT!

We live in Fairmont NC and have been a customer since 2018. Getting regular services every 2 mos. and are very pleased. We have a new technician since about 6 mins., James ** and he does an exceptional job! Thank you for your service!

Horrible Customer Service! They did a poor job with the pest control at my home. When I called them about it, they kept disconnecting the call on me and they were so rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Be aware because they also are dishonest.

We hired Orkin for mice removal.  The relationship started out great whereby the Orkin team was very responsive, addressed all our questions, and provided us assurances that they would provide a world class service. However, within a month, things went downhill very quickly.  We realized that: 1) Orkin is very overpriced with their outside mouse bait traps. They charged us $150 for six traps and you could buy the same six traps for less than $30 elsewhere; 2) They did not provide as comprehensive a service as they had committed to whereby they missed a lot of key areas within our home to fill in holes where the mice were entering (closets, under the sink; behind the refrigerator). We had to request they come back to finish the job; 3) Communication was lacking where they misunderstood specific instructions we had provided.

While I would love to give Orkin a higher rating as the technicians are very knowledgeable and kind, their follow up service is not good. I have used them for a couple years now. They did fix an issue with critters in the attic, but their regular bi-monthly service is lacking. I had an issue with some bugs I was seeing and called them to come back to take care of it in between my every other month service. They said they couldn't come back out for 10 days and then the afternoon of the day they were finally supposed to come they called and said they can't come and won't be able to for 3 more days. So now I'm waiting 2 full weeks from when I called for a service I am already paying for for them to come!!!! Very Very disappointing.

Extremely unhappy with their service. Original diagnosis for my daughter’s house in her attic is that it is mice, “no doubt about it”. Company sprayed for mice, put out poison for mice, but it ended up being squirrels. They tried to keep the squirrels from entering house by plugging up holes and it didn’t work. Now they’re telling me that the only way to get rid of the squirrels is to have them trapped and they don’t perform trapping services. The squirrels are destroying my daughter’s house and now Orkin tells me they don’t trap animals. I will never ever deal with them again. They’re really good at squeezing money out of their customers for periodic spraying services. I canceled that service because I don’t trust them! Don’t deal with them!

Have had service for years and was average! Never had same person. Started to notice more bugs lately. So we had a new guy that I noticed wasn’t here for more than a few minutes where others were here longer! So one day did not answer the door to appear not home. The service was for mosquitoes bundle. He had a backpack on and sprayed around the foundation of house but nothing else. When the others would fog the trees! He never fogged anything. Called the office and gal assured me he did the mosquito treatment. I explained the others had fogged the trees. She then stated that they were doing something extra then. I told her mosquito are just sitting at foundation house and that made no sense.

We hired Orkin to get rid of "drain flies" in our basement. The first treatment was $250.00 which they included a mosquito treatment. (We did not request that.) The next month they came out and charged us $92 which also included a mosquito treatment. After reviewing the service and the results, my wife and I decided to cancel as it really was not in our budget, and we were able to get the "drain flies" under control using methods procured off of the internet.

Excellent service. Theew was a mistake on the address. Matthew was notified and came and did a wonderful job. Even call and made sure we was satisfied with our service and told us to call if we needed anything else.

My review is concerning a very upsetting experience with Orkin in Florida, Broward County branch. I had a Norway Rat enter my uncle's home who's handicapped and immuno compromised this easter. Hence once I caught a glimpse of this rat I knew I had to get rid out of it as soon as possible for the impact it could have on my uncle's deteriorating health. Of course, I put glue traps all over the corners along with some a cages and some bait. Rat did land on one of the glue traps but since it was stronger and heavier than other rats it got out of the glue trap and left a big chunk of its fur on it. This rat was showing up all over the place on top of the kitchen stove, counters, under the stove, under the fridge, and leaving droppings all over the place. WE of course have to clean these droppings as to keep a sanitized environment 24/7 for my uncle who is elderly and sick.

Terrible customer service all around. I purchased a home where the seller was able to choose the company for bat removal/prevention and the removal/replacement of insulation affected by bat guano. They were late to the job on multiple occasions, no-call/no showed once without rescheduling and seemed overall very unprofessional.

Orkin - Please read before contracting with them. Learn from my mistake! Orkin made me sign a contract a-priori. When the Orkin exterminator came for the first time after I signed the contract, he only took a five minutes tour of the premises and promptly declared: " I will be back in two weeks to do the treatment (against mice and roaches), which Orkin AND the exterminator were told by me beforehand, including on the day he came, a couple of hours before he came. Now, how difficult it is to set a few mice traps and spray for roaches. What kind of complicated preparation he needed in order to prepare for the treatment?

Orkin in Savannah GA is not a good company. David the tech for orkin was rude and unprofessional. David the tech for orkin did not treat for my roach problem I have. What am I paying for and what services do orkin do to get rid of pest. DAVID talked on my phone when I was still on the phone with customer service to see what they do to get rid of pest. But while was on my phone David the Orkin tech came and interrupted me and said he did not want to service my house. Why was he so rude. All I ask is that he service my house for the problem I call for. Do not waste your money or time on the Orkin here in savannah ga.

I've had the same Orkin technician for 20 years and he's great. Had it not been for him, I would not have known that my water heater down in the back room was leaking. If I can't be there, he always works with me and he'll come when I can be home. I have had a few mice in the garage, but they seem to be at bay now. I don't find even that many dead bugs, but I'm happy when I find a bug and it's dead. That means Orkin is working. However, my bill has gone up to $125 every other month, which is a lot to me. I hope it doesn't keep continuing to go up.

The pest control experts came on time. They did a complete inspection of the exterior of the house. They assured me that the Carpenter Wood Bumblebees were a nuisance rather than a physical threat. I can NOT say enough about how they calmed my nerves. They did see a potential mosquito breeding ground and told me how to handle it. They didn't charge me anything. Their knowledge is invaluable. Thank you so very much.

Orkin Pest Control technicians were highly skilled and efficient. They arrived on time and were equipped with the latest tools and techniques to tackle any pest problem. They also took the time to answer any questions I had and provided me with valuable tips on how to prevent future infestations.

I moved into a rental property that had German roaches. I hired Orkin to get rid of them earlier last year (2023). I kept the service for about eight or nine months. (The first month I was charged double and never reimbursed, I gave them cash and they also charged my card.) I had hoped to see an improvement or resolution to the problem. I never did. I called to cancel and was directed towards the branch manager for my area, he assured me there would be no charge until the problem was resolved and then hopefully I would keep my service with them. Which I absolutely would have. But the problem was not resolved.

Do not recommend. We had a spider problem and hired Orkin. It seemed the spiders literally multiplied. This went on for months. I finally decided to cancel and then this went on for months too. They kept sending techs to my house when I had asked to cancel MULTIPLE TIMES. I started spraying myself and boom, spiders gone. I swear they use stuff that actually ATTRACTS bugs. On top of this they are so difficult to work with. I called at least 7 times requesting a cancel, which was granted each time. Yet they kept sending people. Absolutely ridiculous. Save your money!!!!

Scheduling with Orkin seems to be impossible, they either rescheduled or just don't show up at their scheduled time and play it off as there was a miscommunication. After 3 months with 2 missed scheduled appointments it seems they rather me take business elsewhere. I would advise if you are in the Ada Oklahoma area you take my advice and go with "First choice Pest control".

We have lots of services from Orkin and the most recent one would have been our regular pest control. We have a regular scheduled service every other month and the techs come out. They check the bait boxes, clear anything out and clean. The other service we have is for our bait that goes up in the attic for the bats and anything that we have with that. Usually, it's John who comes and he usually calls us ahead of time and lets us know he will be out. He does his job and then he leaves. He's very friendly. He's very amiable and can give us information if we're looking for anything more that we didn't know that he is very familiar with because that's his job. So he gives us any tips that we ask anything more about.

Stay away from Orkin especially when they offered financing to you for services. The system is made to rob customers from their money. For example if a payment falls on the weekend; and you don't know they don't operate on the weekend you get screw right away. They don't work on weekends, neither they have an automated system for you to be able to do that. Therefore even if it's not your fault that the payment fell on the weekend and you didn't know they don't operate on weekends they'll still charge you the 60$ fee for late payments. Remember you have nothing to do with the fact that the payment fell on weekend and you didn't know they don't operate on weekends and don't have an automated system so you can actually pay without having to speak with someone personally. The website doesn't work either when you try to pay online. It's like rocket science. No lie. They make difficult for you to even pay online.

Normally, I'm not home when the techs from Orkin come through but I have enough faith in them that they'll come and do what they need to do. They always leave me an email or an email receipt to let me know they were there and they sent me several notices back. I'm happy with them. I've never had a problem to start with that I know of but I feel good about the services. My main thing is maintaining it so I don't experience some of the insects. I see myself being with Orkin for at least another 10 years unless something changes.

Orkin provided their service and I was billed accordingly. They come on a pre-arranged schedule. They let me know by email in advance the day they’re going to be here and sometimes, I’m here. Everyone has been very professional.

Orkin did an exterior routine spray on the 26th of January. I had an issue near the door with ants coming inside. The weather changed and we thought that the January treatment would address it. But the technician, James, came back on the 16th of February to help me with it a little bit more. I'm very comfortable with James. He is very attentive. He talks to me and explains stuff. It doesn't sound like it's just a job. I'm fortunate that we have the same technician and we have a good rapport. With the individual at the second property, I don't see them on a routine basis because I do it long distance but I'm very comfortable with the service they provide as well.

Everything's been excellent with Orkin. They have excellent customer service -- professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would highly recommend them.

I let everyone know Orkin is the best. I went through eight other providers but no one seemed to stop these German roaches. I didn't go to Orkin immediately because I always felt they were very expensive and I didn't have the money like that at the time. But come to find out, they is just as high as everybody else and they don't have to come out every week or every month. Orkin is always great when they come in. All of the pests are gone. They also go outside. If I tell them I'd seen an ant pile, they're gonna take care of it. I don't see any more issues once they leave. The technician is very friendly and does his job but the only thing is he's old. It's about time for him to retire.

We've lived here for almost four years, and since day one we've had an extremely bad issue with sugar ants. I called Orkin and they came out quickly. Immediately, after the first service call, it was amazing. I let my friends and neighbors know how pleased we were. We didn't see any ants for quite a while then we started seeing one or two, but it was time for them to come out and spray again. The rep, Steve, calls and asks if it's okay to come on a given date. Getting in contact with Orkin is the easiest stuff. A person picks right up. Every couple of months the ants start coming back out, but it's nothing like it used to be. We've also used Orkin in the past when we've had a bigger house in Atlanta and always had a good experience.

The lady who does my hair said she had a friend who was looking for an apartment. I said I don't have an apartment. I live in a house by myself and I like it like that. But she went on and on till I said okay. I said it would be month to month. If it works out, great. If it doesn't, he's gonna have to go. He moved in on a Saturday and Sunday, and I started seeing roaches. When I first moved in, I had the house tented 18 years ago. And about 10 years after that, I had the house tented just because the neighborhood was starting to decline. I started seeing roaches in the yard so I had it sprayed. The tent on the house keeps them at bay. I don't have any food lying around. I'm very careful and I don't eat in the bedroom. As soon as I eat, I wash the plate or if I can, I'll eat on a paper plate and throw it out in a public bag and I tie a knot in it. I went through extracurricular activities to keep them out till this guy moved in.

Orkin’s techs came out for my regular service within the last three weeks. I’ve been with them for over 30 years. They try to get a technician that I can become familiar with and they become familiar with me and my home. But somehow or another that doesn't seem to be the going trend now. Lately, I've been getting a different person from one quarter to the next. I get a quarterly service so within a three-month period, sometimes that person will come back and sometimes he may not. I wish there could be more stability in their service technicians. I had a bee problem and I didn’t call Orkin but I should have. But they will come out if I call them on a special occasion besides my quarterly service. They are effective, efficient and timely.

Orkin comes out quarterly and they have been perfect. The last time that the tech, Dustin, came, he checked the whole house. I had new windows installed and he looked at them. It turned out that there was some dust down at the bottom and that they needed to come out and put the new windows in. I never would have noticed. He was very observant. When it's time for my service, Orkin would call and schedule it. And if I had any changes or couldn't make it, then we'd work that out. They're very accommodating and always on time. They're always pleasant and they got integrity. They're reliable, honest, and precise. They're professional and they don't miss anything. They keep me bug-free and if I ever have a problem, occasionally I've had ants or a roach here and there or mice, they just keep me up-to-date. There's also a mosquito treatment and that is wonderful. I would never use anybody else.

We've been using Orkin for two years now and what we like is the person that comes to our house. He's very thorough with everything. He explains everything. He's always on time and he never reschedules for us. We love him. Their service is good. Even though the price went up, it's still worth it.

It's a good experience because I'm able to ask Orkin Pest Control questions and get clarity about bugs and different things I see. I like my technician. He listens. He helps me understand what's going on. That's important to me because I'm paying $60 a month. I pay for service and I need to know what's happening. When he comes out, I can watch and see what he's doing. I know he's doing the work. It's good to have a technician that knows what they're talking about and knows what they're doing, and I have that.

Our tech, Lee, is a great guy and I hope he continues on as our tech. He seems very thorough as he walks around, spraying and treating. He's easy to talk to and very responsive to anything I bring up. He takes care of it and climbs up on a 10 foot ladder to get into our garage attic. He doesn't bat an eye, complain about it, or anything like that. He always makes sure the glue traps are in the right place and he concentrates them in the area where he finds the most droppings. It all makes sense when I read the documents that are sent and I look it over and it always matches up with what I see him doing. We seem to be on the tail end of the mouse trouble. Also, we get a heads-up on what day they'll be here and if I really need to be here to speak with them over something, I make a point to reschedule and it's very easy to do that. If you have issues, you should definitely give Orkin a try.

Orkin does a great job and it's non-intrusive. I have ants and they just treat the outside. This time last year, in February, we already had ants but so far this year, it's almost April and we've not seen the first one. Their service is pretty much perfect. Also, the service is scheduled automatically but they're very cooperative with whatever schedule you need to be on. They send a text telling you when they're coming and if you wanna reschedule it, they would.

Scheduling with Orkin Pest Control was easy. They took the time to work with our schedule. They got someone out to our house quickly. And the person who came out to our house was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. They do good work for the money. And the process has been smooth.

I've been with Orkin for a good 8 years and I’m very pleased with their service. They're a good product and the techs come when you call. They come out every three months and do the perimeter and the inside. If anything arises, like a bee infestation, building a nest, or any kind of bug, they come out and deal with it for me. I don't have to worry. It's included in my quarterly payment. Sometimes, your finances aren't where you thought and they worked with me. They gave me a time-off window and when things improved, I called them back. They started me right up so it was not a problem. When I had to contact Orkin for an issue, their response was immediate. I told them what I thought it was and they checked it out. I had a new patio building and the rodents got under there. They put in a box and told me what to expect. In 30 days or less, they came back, got the box and made sure everything was good.

We have a good man that comes by every month, Steve, and I like him a lot. He's friendly and wonderful. But we had someone come by and said the basement looked fine as far as termites went. But he did think the insulation in the attic was poor and we need to redo it $38,000. I asked a well-known contractor and he said he couldn't see what the other tech was talking about and that I was okay. I felt like that tech was a young man who was looking to get a big job done for his company. That was not necessary.

Orkin sends me a schedule for when the guy will be out. If it fits in our time frame, then I allow it to happen. If not, I'll call back and ask to reschedule for a certain date and a certain time. To this date, I've been very happy with them. They've done everything they've said. When I had a situation last year with more bugs coming in, I called Orkin and the techs were out the following morning and resprayed the problem area. Orkin is very good. I read about them on the internet and people's feelings about how they were serviced, and I like that everyone kept saying that they were good service technicians. They were very friendly, efficient, clean and respectful to the property, which was why I used them. In my recent experience with Orkin, the tech was personable and very friendly. He was able to do his job and did it in an efficient amount of time.

One of the things that I appreciate is that I always get a courtesy call before the arrival of the technician. Sometimes, I'm in a rush and I forget things but just getting an email or a text message helps me coordinate for the day. Even if I'm not there, I can have someone at my home. It's flexible. There's time for me to get back if I need to. Also, they always look professional, even in the summer.

My sister had used Orkin and said that within the first month, she saw a huge difference. The pests were gone in two months and Orkin was just doing maintenance now. I got the quote and the first visit was a little bit more expensive than K & B Pest Control. It was $50 more but Orkin did more on their first visit. They listened to me and put appropriate traps so I saw a difference. The monthly fee was the same, within a couple of dollars. Orkin usually schedules in for me and I don't have to do anything unless I need a touch-up in between so it's nice. The payments due come out of my account automatically and then they text me and say I have a service scheduled for so and so at this time. If it doesn't work, I can call in and they'll fix it for me.

We've been using Orkin for almost 10 years, between two different houses and they've been good to us. Anthony, our technician is great and always super personable. We're very happy with what we have.

Whoever was the last Orkin tech here, was an older man and he was excellent. I asked him his supervisor's name. He gave it to me and gave me the number. I called him personally and told him that the tech was excellent. I had never had anybody to go as deeply as he did. He was wonderful. I'm very satisfied.

My experience with Orkin has been good. The guys who come out are friendly and they tell me what they're doing and where they're going. It's good customer service. I also haven't had roaches and mice since they started.

Our contract started fine. We learned a lot and the crew was on time. Near the end of the contract, we had to cancel two times as I have Parkinson's Disease and on those two days I had significant worsening episodes. As Orkin is available to take calls late, and I called to cancel around 7:00 pm, Orkin came both times and billed us in full. When I called to ask why, she spoke with someone who told her that because I called too late, I would not get a refund. I have never seen this in their paperwork, the person I cancelled with never mentioned this and their motto is they're not happy if I'm not happy. I have no control over my Parkinson's ups and downs, but they are uncaring about my disability.

I heard a rat scratching under the house on Thursday, called Orkin and they came out Friday. They checked and sealed our house and set traps. The next morning I went out and found a big hole were the rat could easily come and go. Fixed it myself, took pictures and set them to the email on my bill. No good. Guy came the next week. Rat still there, no comment on the hole on email or with service person. Re cked and waited two weeks. Still rat no progress, this went on for a month. Found and repaired other holes. No progress after over a month with no progress and still had rat. Talked with Manager about my dissatisfaction with their services and wanted a refund, they refunded all our money but after over a month I still had my problem with no progress.

Great, professional service. Technician is efficient, attentive to the issues, and respectful of my home and property. They are responsive to any problems that arise outside of my regularly scheduled service. I discovered a serious bug infestation shortly after buying the property and moving in and hired Orkin. They came immediately and dealt with the problem swiftly and have been helping me maintain an insect free home ever since.

Your people are professional and attentive to your job. I haven't seen any bugs long time. Thanks. The bugs see your truck and they flee. Your people are knowledgeable and seem genuinely concerned about doing a good job. I am completely satisfied. You scared the bugs out of my county. I don't see them anymore at all.

Derrick is always professional and still friendly. Always does a good job. I have used Orkin on my rental property as well as my residence. I do recommend Orkin to friends, family and other landlords.

I always feel safe when Orkin arrives. My technician Matt is a great guy, always answering my questions and very attentive. The service I receive from Orkin is well worth it. They originally came for what I thought were termites, but they were swarming flies. The issue was resolved the first 2 months and now I use orkin as preventive maintenance.

Received email prior to arrival and telephone call to inform that technician was on the way and arriving. Technician was on time and spent quality time examining traps, finding issues and addressing the issues in several areas. The technician was very thorough. Very accommodating to our requests. Answered questions effectively. Located issues and handled the issues efficiently. Such an expert in the field of pest knowledge.

They sprayed for bedbugs when we were out of the house. Three separate times. Time will tell if the treatments were successful and the bedbugs are gone. They told how to prepare, what should be done before they arrive and that’s what we did.

Your service man comes, he is quiet, goes around spraying and I feel confident that there will be no bugs in my house. And I don't smell anything. I remember years ago, I smelled when mother's house was sprayed, and she still had bugs. The only ones I have seen are dead.

Each time Orkin visits, I feel good know they are checking everything. They let me know they are coming, and they cover every area that needs to be checked. I appreciate knowing that they are keeping pests away by monitoring the garage and the outside areas, as well. They are always respectful and friendly, also.

The guys providing service are exceptional. They always ask of I need anything specific and do their work and are gone. They are always on time and if want to come early they call and it is always ok with me. They take care of the inside and outside when appropriate. I have had a lot of different service people but I think the same about all of them.

Thank you for your last visit. We were not here at the time but could see the technician did his job outside. We have noticed the decline in stink bugs inside but still have a few stragglers. Thank you for helping get rid of these disgusting bugs! We are not having problems with ants at this time. Thank you.

Zack was punctual and changed the filters on both dehumidifiers. He was knowledgeable and professional. Since my time with Orkin, I have been so impressed with each service person that has come to my home whether it is to spray for bugs or the encapsulation of my crawl space. They also got rid of bats in my attic and installed new insulation while fumigating the complete area. Back in the fall one of my dehumidifiers froze up and I called Orkin and Paul ** came and brought a new one at no charge. It was still under warranty. I would recommend Brian **, Paul **, Zack ** and Richard ** to any potential customer.

I absolutely love the service because we don't have any more bugs. They are very reasonable with the price and I am completely satisfied. I would highly recommend y'all's business to anyone I know that has a pest problem. I was surprised at how affordable Orkin Pest Control is and I absolutely love it.

The Orkin Service provider (Shawn) who comes to our house is extremely thorough and competent. In addition to that, he is completely reliable and trustworthy. We welcome him to our home like a guest. We are very comfortable for him to be in our house to provide Orkin services for us. We have had no issues with pests ever since he started coming to our house.

Michael of Orkin is the best technician we have ever had, and it is because of his professionalism we have stayed with the firm for so many years. However, recently, Orkin has embarked on a policy of double billing customers and trying to bill months before the service is rendered. To wit, I paid my Orkin bill via check the moment I received it in February. Yet, last week (in March), I got another bill saying the payment was still due. And, this week, I received yet another bill saying, not only was the paid premium still due, but now they were billing me for April service, and it is only March. This is scamming the customer and is a dishonest business practice!

Orkin is my #1 go to for pest control and the service provider bill is amazing and I wouldn't trade them for any other pest control place in the world. They are quick and johnny on the spot when it comes to identifying and eliminating any problems you come across.

Geez on 10/2022 my bi-monthly cost for service was $87. Now I get a bill on 2/24 for 115.99. Talk about taking advantage of a long term customer, that is 32% in 18 months!!! Mosquito service 31 to 46 in the same time period about 50%!!. Wow taking advantage of inflation. Bill says modest increase LOL. Time to cancel I suppose.

Your representative (Ursala) was professional and extremely helpful. She took the time to research my inquiry and explained her findings clearly in a manner that I did not have any follow-up questions. Ursala should be commended for her professionalism, attention to detail and providing assistance to me. And I would recommended that she could be given a position whereby she could assist in the training of new employees.

Brian is the reason we do business with your company. He truly is a great person who is very knowledgeable and honest and professional and very thorough and trustworthy. As long as he is with you we will remain a loyal customer. He is a real value add to all the services offered by the company.

I am very happy with my experience with Orkin - I love the guy who comes out. He always does a great job. He's very polite as well as thorough when doing his job. I would highly recommend Orkin to my friends and family. I will also be renewing my subscription in a few months.

The exterminator was easy going and very proactive with telling me what he was doing and how it solved the issue. Plus we are both from New York and that was the biggest plus. Also Orkin providing free follow ups was helpful because no one wants to pay extra money every single time they come out.

Everything was perfect. Been with Orkin for over ten years and never have had any concerns. They even come back for touch up if you have any concerns before your next scheduled appointment. Everyone is very thoughtful and dedicated. I look forward to staying with Orkin as they maintain the safety of my house.

My quarterly service increased by $23.00. I did not receive any advance notification of the increase until I saw the charge to my account. I have been an Orkin customer for over 30 years. I called for an explanation of the charges and was advised it was for technicians' salaries. I was then informed the next statement should show a decrease since the agent on the phone processed a request to reduce the bill. We will see.

Our agent (Eric **) is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He is considerate of our home and outdoor areas. We value him as being polite and willing to assist with all our needs. We were considering dropping the service until this agent as he has been on time and does a great job. Let's hope he sticks around.

They are thorough and professional. My first visit the inspector crawled around the outside of my house on his hands and knees, and inspected the foundation!! After treatment if you have an issue they will come again for free. They are courteous, friendly and helpful and I highly recommend them to anyone serious about pest control.

She also performed a thorough inspection of my property as per my contract. Orkin has also done my service monthly and has been professional and thorough - no bugs. Thank you.

We have used Orkin for quarterly service, general pest and several years ago added rat control. They have excellent communication, allowing you to change your service date if it is not convenient. Also available on Saturdays for emergencies. We have them service the interior of our garage, our grass areas and exterior perimeter of the house. During the past 40 years we have only had to have them come out 3 times to address issues that arose inside our house. They came very quickly the day we called and everything was taken care of with no additional charge! Their technicians know what they are doing, and are available for questions. We also had them tent for termites (that escaped from our neighbors) - Great competitive prices for all services but discussing different companies with our neighbors - ORKIN SERVICE is much better!

I have been with Orkin for 7 years. I am very happy with them. They are friendly and professional. They are quite thorough when they come. I have seen only 2 spiders in the house in all those years. Garage yes, but they are dead. I would recommend them and have to my neighbors. I just hate bugs and Orkin keeps them outdoors. They also will come if you have an issue after they sprayed at no charge. Only had to do that once. Use them.

They came and spray without notifying me and took the money right out of my account. I have always receive a bill. I have not gave permission to take money directly out my account. They use to call and set up appointments. I like to be here when they spray.

The technician is awesome. He is polite mannered and knowledgeable. I hope you have more employees like him. He is always on time and I can ask him questions and he answers in a respectful manner. He leaves the property very clean and shuts off all lights when he leaves the room. I don’t have to worry about Kevin in my home.

I am most impressed by the level of electronic communication that Orkin provides for scheduling, arriving, departing, post treatment and visit documentation. The services provided are always very thorough and the staff is always professional. The inner and outer treatments always work in preventing ant infestation which was my concern.

I run Capital City Property Management and we use Orkin for all our rentals. They do an outstanding job and their customer service is always second to none. We would highly recommend them to anyone! They always take care of anything that we ask them to. I would never use any other pest control service.

Also appreciate him giving me a call to make sure that I don’t have any issues or problems that he can address with his visit.

Orkin came in and put in brand new containers for termite. I had it serviced from a different company that wasn't satisfactory. So they came in and took care of that for me. I have Orkin for my home in Wisconsin and in Florida. I've been using them for various pest control. I like what they do and the people that they have. The employees that provide my service are very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous so I like working with them. Orkin is scheduled every six months for termites. I've been very satisfied with their service and I would recommend that people consider using them if they need pest control.

Orkin is excellent. They do quarterly spray. The technician follows instructions.

The experience with Orkin is always great. I like that they notify you ahead of time that they're coming. They also notify you that morning on the internet. The technician we've had at least two years now is Chris and he's got a good personality. We don't like a bunch of different people coming. We like one technician. He knows exactly where to go and what to do. He goes to the attic and to the shed. He brings the report and tells us what he found wrong or gives us any additional advice. If it's different pests that come up each year, he adapts to whatever our needs are. One time, we had moths that laid their eggs all over the wood, and he took care of that.

My experience with Orkin has been terrible for the following reasons:

Orkin's staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable on different pests and the care that we need in our home. They're very personable, which I like. Orkin does the lawn. They do the landscaping as well as the inside. The person who comes knows my kids. She's very personable, which is nice. She comes and says hi, and she has treats for my dog. So, that part of having consistency is really nice. I use Orkin's portal a lot if I have to reschedule. It's very user-friendly. I've always gone with Orkin and my family's done Orkin for many years. I really like them. I highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed.

Orkin is great, I am being updated so I know when my service will be done, no complaints, bugs and and ants are gone. This is want I wanted and why I called. Every room including my basement and garage storage are checked, a complete check of the whole house inside and out is carried out at each visit.

Needed a perimeter check for entry points for rodents as I have them in my attic. Not only were lies told about how they’re getting in, but a laundry list of exaggerated embellishments were told about what else needs to be done to my attic as well as other parts of my home, none of which have anything to do with rodents but the biggest lie told was the cost. $23,000….I KNEW from the moment that was thrown out there, something wasn’t right. I asked for a detailed breakdown sent to me. 'Cause I wanted to do my own research as well as poll multiple different highly rated companies to check out the same areas.

The representative arrived during the agreed upon interval. The representative was friendly and provided services and worked quickly and performed his job very well. The representative supplied additional mouse traps locating them in various locations. The first night caught 7 mice. Thanks to a thoughtful representative.

As to date I have no concerns with my service. I always get prompt courteous service. My problems are always met with a positive and professional manner. My questions are met with either positive conclusive answers or our problem solving will evolve into answers I can accept! There may come a time when we can’t come to a amicable solution but that day has not yet come!

I've enjoy working with our Orkin representative. He is very polite, professional, knowledgeable and available to answer any questions I may have. I am comfortable that Orkin service will maintain the "boundary" of insects outside our home and living spaces. He also came out for special treatment of a bee's nest on our patio, in addition to his regular duties.

Calls made were not timely addressed for my son’s home treatment. Spoke with a rep on Feb2 and no service regarding this complaint as of a 2nd call 11days later. Was assured it was to be addressed but no date given. I pay the bill and live in Washington state. My son lives in the Dade City service area. Reviewing the notes with your service rep Chrip sounded to be efficient but follow up wasn’t.

I have been doing business with Orkin for approximately 13 (+/-) years. Each time I am scheduled for an appointment that does not agree with my schedule I can always make a phone call and reschedule for a more suitable time. Orkin is always available and flexible enough to make any necessary adjustments. Friendly, cooperative employees and always on time.

We have been Orkin customer since Covid-19 times in 2020 and have always felt secure and comfortable with their professional standard and excellent services. They come every quarter to check for mice and pests. Our home is clean from all kinds of worries in fireplace and attic. I strongly recommend Orkin to anyone who wants to be protected all year round.

Service provider took care with my inside complaint about small flying bugs. Server then went outside and took extra care to remove spider webs from the fall. Full service was provided on our whole property. Server was kind enough to come and tell me they finished and the items that were seen around the house. This is not the first time we have had excellent service and hopefully will have the same service in the future.

Orkin has been coming to my house for more than 10 years. Their people are always on time, dressed neatly, friendly, professional, and efficient. They always explain what they are going to do. As good as that is, the best thing is that there are no pests in my house.

The technicians are always friendly and ask if I have any problems. They take care of the problem right away. They always notify me before the visit and talk to me before they leave. This year the manager visited me and asked how I liked their service. They have always been polite and always do their jobs, I watch!

They have always been very respectful and courteous to me and my situation. I even usually get a phone call the day before they come out. Wonderful service and respectful! I would highly recommend this company. I haven't seen a single bug since Orkin has been coming out. Great company! I am very glad that they are coming out.

My tech (Connor) is an outstanding professional who has a wide knowledge background. His expertise allows him to handle any situation he faces. That is very comforting to me as a homeowner that cares about my property. Also, Margie and her staff in the local office are true professionals who excel at customer service.

I feel Orkin is a great pest control. I have used them since I moved back home to Maine. It does help a little for the ticks when they spray. Just wish they would spray more into the woods around my property. As this would keep the ticks off my dogs.

We have used Orkin for about 4 years. I do believe that it has helped keep bugs away or kills them so they do not get into the house. The last person to come out did a great job of taking the time to really spread the poisons. A few times they have come out and barely done much. But at least we have not had to purchase different sprays, etc. to kill bugs.

We appreciate how professional and prompt each service call has been. It is well worth the money. We are rid of the bees and wasps and feel so safe now. Thanks to each representative that has visited our home, and made sure we were protected from the pests returning. God bless!

From the office personnel to the field technicians, they provide excellent customer service from start to finish! If I ever have special requests they are happy to assist with them. I am pleased with Orkin so far. They seem to have eliminated the pests we complained about. That was most important to us. Their continued maintenance is convenient because we do not need to be at home. The service tech is kind, polite, and knows her job very well. They make sure that when you complete your conversation with them, that your questions and concerns has been addressed and you understand. The pricing for their service is unbelievable. Duane with Orkin is great! He is friendly. Does what he needs to do and gone within about 30 minutes. We have not had any rodent or bug issues since he's been coming to our home. Thank you Duane and Orkin!!!! Any time someone has had bug or rodent issues, we have recommended Orkin.

Technician begins the visit by asking if there are any issues and he addresses them every visit. Courteous and friendly. In regards to the product, it works very good. Lots of ants, centipedes and scorpion around Hawaii and normally the only ones we see are dead. So it's working! Have a good day.

Orkin does a great job! Bugs, mice and squirrels. They replaced all of our insulation and sealed all entry points. Now squirrels can’t get in. Also, replacing the insulation with insulation saturated with boric acid means no bugs in the attic ever again and that means fewer bugs inside. I’m very happy with their service. We do have a spider issue but they come out and spray and it lasts for 3 months. Highly recommend.

I've called and complained about Mary ** foster service. You almost killed their dog and stole her medication so you haven't done what you promised. You lied. That's not good business at all.... SHAME ON YOU.

I love Orkin. I recommend them to anyone and everyone that asks. They always let me know when they're coming in advance. They send a week notice, another notice a couple of days out and a text message when they're on their way. If they feel they're gonna run late, they give me a heads up. I have the numbers for my Orkin techs that I've had since living here and my past Orkin tech before moving where I am now. Whether it's just a simple pest control or a big job, they've been nothing but communicative and timely. If I'm not gonna be home, I let them know to feel free to enter. I've been doing that since I moved here. They did a pre-extermination for me before I moved in and I gave them the code.

The techs just do what they always do as far as spraying for whatever the season is. They automatically come for the service every two months and check on the traps and whatever they can find on those. And they let me know what they find. The service guy who always comes in is friendly and helpful. It’s always a great experience with Orkin. People should call them and use their service.

When I first got Orkin, I had a problem and they took care of it. They come out every quarter. They provide great service and everything is great all around.

I feel comfortable with Orkin Pest Control. I've always had them. There are other people here that get other people come and spray their house and outside, and charge a lot less. But I've been with Orkin for so long that it's like a sin to go with somebody else. In Virginia, Orkin always had the same person come and spray my house. He became a regular, "Hey." We knew who he was and when he was coming. Here in Florida is a different. I've been here for three years and I've had three different people come and spray my house, which doesn't make me feel comfortable with Orkin in Florida.

I signed up for Orkin’s termite control and I'm not happy with it but the pest control treatment is great. The current technician that I have is wonderful. The cost is quite high but the quality of service for the pest control service has been excellent. I hope they'll continue finding technicians who are personable, helpful and dedicated to their jobs.

Ever since we put a new driveway in, all of a sudden, we started having ant problems. Everything has been great with Orkin. The last time I tried to respond to the tech's visit, for some reason, it wouldn't go through. But the guy who came here a couple of weeks ago did a fantastic job as usual. The attitude of the technicians is always positive. We like the education of the process, too. They talk about the products.

Orkin usually comes out about once every other month. Every now and then, I'll have a little scare or a question or some random bug I have no knowledge about. I just recently found out our tech that we've had for the last couple of years no longer works with Orkin, which kind of made me a little sad. We've only had two techs in the entire time we've been with Orkin. So, it's always a little sappy when it's somebody new. You gotta retell the stories of the things you've been through.

Orkin’s techs come out every other month and they’ve been good and very professional. They focus on the inside. But in the warmer months, they do both inside and outside. I recommend Orkin. I don't have much pest activity since I've been using the service.

They recently sprayed around my house and then the tech came back to make sure the traps were empty. The tech was wonderful.

Ty provided thorough service in a kind & friendly manner. He arrived early and then patiently waited for us, he provided a detailed explanation of his observations and recommendations, he discussed various alternatives to ensure we made an informed decision that would suit our needs, and he implemented our initial rodent control measures. I would recommend Orkin, especially if Ty represents the typical individual they employ.

We moved here from Morgan City. We had an Orkin lady that would come in. We lived close to the water, and every now and then, even though she did a good job, we'd find one of these huge roaches upside down with their antlers moving. When we moved here, we have not seen any kind of insect. My Orkin person is fantastic. Any time we have a little problem, she helps us with it. She's so easy to work with. We have our service every other month. She knows we like it done early in the morning. She's here very early.

We schedule our services with Orkin, usually, through an email or a text. I haven't seen the techs in the last two services, but they're polite. They leave me a message and they call. We used to have a really big ant problem at my house, which has totally been eliminated. You'll see ants on the perimeter of the house, but there are no ants within the house. Initially, I remember they would spray. You'd still see some ants come back, and I would call them. They said not to put any kind of other chemical down because it would offset what they have done. The tech said, "And then we'll come back and spray again." They said within a week, I wouldn't see any ants in our house, and that was exactly what took place.

Scheduling our service with Orkin was excellent. There was a person who answered the phone and was able to give me the accurate information regarding what I needed. That person was able to explain their programs and their packages, and was able to set up an appointment for me. The communication about when the technician would arrive was plentiful. If I ever needed to change an appointment that was scheduled up, which I did the first time, it was easy to do. The people arrive promptly, they do the treatments that they need to do, and after leaving, they follow up with a report on their service.

The service has been wonderful and the pest activity has been under control. The techs who have come out for service were wonderful. They explained everything that they were doing and they were very friendly. The last time they came out, it was very wet, so spray wouldn't have been effective. They're very thorough and they did around the windows.

John is a great technician and it is always a pleasure when he comes to service my house. He does a great job and is always making sure that he comes when I am home. I haven't had many pest problems since I signed up with Orkin Pest Control and would recommend this company very highly.

The best tech I have had. He was so thorough, told him about my problems and he dealt with them immediately. He went around my house out in the cold and closed up anything he thought might be a problem for me. Thank you. I have Orkin come out in spring and summer to spray for mosquitoes also. I live next to a creek and they do an amazing job.

Everything went very well. The tech was very polite. Did a great job. The tech was right on time and never missed a spot in the house. He ask if we had any problems with insects. We said we had no problems. He said thank you and he would see us next time. Told us to have a great day.

Caesar is my technician, and he is very professional and good at what he does. I'm not having any more problems in the past couple of months. It took about four visits before I started to see a big reduction, and I hardly see any cockroaches now. It took about six months to really get it under control. Now, I see one or two occasionally, but evidently, with the chemical they use, the cockroaches stay as babies so they can't reproduce anymore. I'd like Orkin to keep up doing the great job they've been doing. They're always accommodating if I have to miss an appointment, and they reschedule me at my convenience. Their price is very reasonable compared to other companies I've checked with as well.

We've been using Orkin's services for about two years, and I would recommend them. They're very good. I have an old farmhouse, and the service depends on what my need is, but it's more for catching the field mice that get into the house. They've also handled stinkbugs, ants, flies, and bees for me. They spray inside and outside and put the traps down. One thing I can't stand is the sticky traps that people use. They call them humane, but I don't think it's very humane to watch a little mouse starve to death. The snap trap, done in a second, is more humane to me. Needless to say, I'm fine with whatever the professionals use. Overall, I love Orkin as well as my regular guy who comes, Henry. Even when he has a substitute when he's on vacation, the guy's gone above and beyond for me. They visit every six weeks, and I'm happy with my service.

I've had a very pleasant experience with Orkin. They always try to help me when it comes to situations, like if a field mouse has gotten in. They'll send somebody right away. They do such good work and they have such great people that work for them. They're nice, personable people who have such empathy when they come in. They're very respectful for the property as well as to me, and I appreciate that. Orkin works with me with my bill too. In December of 2022, I lost my husband, so I've been dealing with some stuff and they have been very accommodating to me. I appreciate a company like that. I really love Orkin, and I can even do a commercial for them.

We're happy with our service from Orkin. They come every other month. They are able to change their schedule when we go on vacation. We always have the same guy come out who we know and trust. He treats potential problem areas. One problem is the ants. They come back some every year. He puts more bait out and that takes care of it. He seems diligent.
