    I am just going to make this short and sweet. I have a guy named (Alex) who is my regular Orkin guy that was not able to make it this past week so they sent out a guy named Jeremy…. He was RUDE from me opening the front door. He basically told me I was his Last stop. He wanted to just get it done and leave. Did not want to listen to me at all in any way. I was very nice and respectful. He was very Rude and Disrespectful. Like I said it’s a long list of things. I’m just saying if he ever comes back here I’m canceling my service. I have had him once before and had problems and voiced those problems.

    Called for earwigs and Initial visit 150 with the following month free, 80 every 2 months thereafter. Got initial did not come back. Made appointment did not show. Rude customer service with incorrect information. I had to call to see what happened. Needed treatment, gave me appointment for a week out. I fired them. You should give my money back. Corky's came next day half the price.

    We hired Orkin to come repair openings in our attic and remove dead birds that had gotten in. Orkin workers came, went into attic, then came back down and had me sign and pay for the removal and closing of access points. That evening, we went up to attic and could see outside our home- workers did not seal any access points that we paid and signed off on. I believe they thought they could get away with it since it can only be accessed by ladder/thought we wouldn’t check their work.

    We called and they came back to do what they were paid to do in the first place. Their excuse was they “didn’t understand” what they were being asked to do. If this were the case, they should have asked us for clarification. Not sure how “closing off access points” leaves room for confusion to not touch any of the access points. Although they did come and fix their work, the fact that they didn’t do their job to begin with and think they could get away with not doing a $1,250 job is pretty disgusting. Won’t recommend Orkin to anyone we care about.

    I called Orkin to come over and inspect and they did their inspection. We made an appointment for next week. The appointment came and passed. Still no one showed up to spray. Orkin calls me back says that the guy that was supposed to spray put his notice in last week or 5 days ago. Told me they don't even know what the estimate were, They proceeded to tell me that someone is going to come over today and spray for the bed bugs. Did not give me a time frame so I'm stuck at my house waiting, waiting, waiting and waiting. 3 hours past the appointment time still no one here. Would not recommend this company. Go through somebody else that is more reliable and professional. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a pest control company!

    Terrible customer service! Rude girl named Courtenay, hung up on me because she said I had wasted her time on the phone for 20 minutes asking all these questions and then didn't sign up for service yet!! Then to find out that they don't even service my area at all!! They wouldn't even get one star from me if I had another option.

    I feel compelled to write this review because there is no way this company is 4.7/5 star.. I bought my first home last year and noticed some decent size ants dead on my window sills in one room. I thought I’d call Orkin to take a look. A nice guy came and informed me that these were carpenter ants and that they are only covered under premium service.. He searched the entire garden, saying it would be treated and after explaining the danger of having carpenter ants in the home, I signed up.

    First service: Exterminator comes and firstly says that there is no way they are carpenter ants.. Does the bare minimum as in I had to point at where I saw ants and they were the ONLY areas inside treated.. The perimeter was the only thing that was sprayed so the sales pitch was a lie. The lady also encouraged that I plan a follow up in two weeks because “you’re paying for the subscription”. Call to Orkin: After first treatment I was shocked because I was paying $150 for a “premium service” which I apparently didn’t need. I rang to inform them how it was sold to me and they just said “We have a single plan.. No premium plan.”

    Second Treatment: The same lady came for the second treatment. She didn’t remember being at my house (which look I understand isn’t a big deal as many clients) but when I informed her that she had been, she told me I was wrong rather passionately.. anyway same poor service as with the first treatment..

    As time progressed I continued to see MORE ants in my home. I understand that as it gets hotter there is an increase in activity but this was a joke. By the 4th treatment I had enough of them coming and just treating spots that I pointed out with ZERO investigation on their side.. Don’t get me wrong, the areas treated are ant free for approx a month.. They claimed that they put down industrial standard baits that we can’t buy.. when I looked at the report and took the name of the product (Advion), you can get 4 tubes for $30 on Amazon.. (They were using one each service of my home.)

    Conclusion: After the 7 contracted treatments were up, I immediately cancelled and think instead of paying these guys $150 per treatment I will buy the Advion off of Amazon and go with a DIY service such as Pestie because it would yield a better result than dealing with their incompetence. One positive: The last guy they sent Adrian was great. I mean it was the same situation as before in terms of the product being used but he at least used his intuition, didn’t complete treatment in 5 minutes and was compassionate about the problem I was facing.

    I'm a Real Estate Agent in the Tulsa Metro. DO NOT do their "free" termite inspection as you will have to SIGN UP FOR A BAIT SYSTEM EVEN WITH NO ACTIVITY FOUND to get a "report"! This is the biggest, grossest SCAM I've ever heard of. Contact another Termite company that WILL GIVE YOU A COMPLETELY FREE INSPECTION AND REPORT!

    Horrible Customer Service! They did a poor job with the pest control at my home. When I called them about it, they kept disconnecting the call on me and they were so rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Be aware because they also are dishonest.

    We hired Orkin for mice removal.  The relationship started out great whereby the Orkin team was very responsive, addressed all our questions, and provided us assurances that they would provide a world class service. However, within a month, things went downhill very quickly.  We realized that: 1) Orkin is very overpriced with their outside mouse bait traps. They charged us $150 for six traps and you could buy the same six traps for less than $30 elsewhere; 2) They did not provide as comprehensive a service as they had committed to whereby they missed a lot of key areas within our home to fill in holes where the mice were entering (closets, under the sink; behind the refrigerator). We had to request they come back to finish the job; 3) Communication was lacking where they misunderstood specific instructions we had provided.

    4) We granted the Orkin team access to our home without our presence, and notified the Orkin team where we would keep the house keys in an outside hidden location. When we returned to our home for the weekend, the house keys were stolen along with household meaningful items. If we were burglarized, there are much more valuable items in our home that would be more appealing to steal rather than household items. We have reason to believe that possibly someone from the Orkin team committed petty thievery and stole these items from our home that they believed would not be missed. Whilst we have no proof of this, there is no other explanation for how these items went missing.

    We sent an email to the Branch Manager of the Pittsfield, MA office and asked for a reasonable credit to replace the items stolen. She 1) first blamed the theft on our plumber who we’ve used for decades and is a dear family friend; 2) showed absolutely no empathy; 3) cancelled our contract; and 4) would not offer any type of compensation as a good faith measure. We fully understand that Orkin will not accept liability due to opening itself to a potential lawsuit, however the way we were treated was shameful.  This is not how one would expect to be treated by a so-called “world class” organization. Therefore, we would not recommend using Orkin.

    While I would love to give Orkin a higher rating as the technicians are very knowledgeable and kind, their follow up service is not good. I have used them for a couple years now. They did fix an issue with critters in the attic, but their regular bi-monthly service is lacking. I had an issue with some bugs I was seeing and called them to come back to take care of it in between my every other month service. They said they couldn't come back out for 10 days and then the afternoon of the day they were finally supposed to come they called and said they can't come and won't be able to for 3 more days. So now I'm waiting 2 full weeks from when I called for a service I am already paying for for them to come!!!! Very Very disappointing.

    Extremely unhappy with their service. Original diagnosis for my daughter’s house in her attic is that it is mice, “no doubt about it”. Company sprayed for mice, put out poison for mice, but it ended up being squirrels. They tried to keep the squirrels from entering house by plugging up holes and it didn’t work. Now they’re telling me that the only way to get rid of the squirrels is to have them trapped and they don’t perform trapping services. The squirrels are destroying my daughter’s house and now Orkin tells me they don’t trap animals. I will never ever deal with them again. They’re really good at squeezing money out of their customers for periodic spraying services. I canceled that service because I don’t trust them! Don’t deal with them!

    Have had service for years and was average! Never had same person. Started to notice more bugs lately. So we had a new guy that I noticed wasn’t here for more than a few minutes where others were here longer! So one day did not answer the door to appear not home. The service was for mosquitoes bundle. He had a backpack on and sprayed around the foundation of house but nothing else. When the others would fog the trees! He never fogged anything. Called the office and gal assured me he did the mosquito treatment. I explained the others had fogged the trees. She then stated that they were doing something extra then. I told her mosquito are just sitting at foundation house and that made no sense.

    We hired Orkin to get rid of "drain flies" in our basement. The first treatment was $250.00 which they included a mosquito treatment. (We did not request that.) The next month they came out and charged us $92 which also included a mosquito treatment. After reviewing the service and the results, my wife and I decided to cancel as it really was not in our budget, and we were able to get the "drain flies" under control using methods procured off of the internet.

    We received an invoice this week which stated we had an outstanding balance of $36.99. I called and the gal at Orkin stated that even though we cancelled the service, we were still liable for the full cost of a treatment, which they said that was on a "payment plan". None of this was ever discussed and even though they claim that this is on the up and up, I feel that they are just extorting money from consumers through their unorthodox billing practices.

    My review is concerning a very upsetting experience with Orkin in Florida, Broward County branch. I had a Norway Rat enter my uncle's home who's handicapped and immuno compromised this easter. Hence once I caught a glimpse of this rat I knew I had to get rid out of it as soon as possible for the impact it could have on my uncle's deteriorating health. Of course, I put glue traps all over the corners along with some a cages and some bait. Rat did land on one of the glue traps but since it was stronger and heavier than other rats it got out of the glue trap and left a big chunk of its fur on it. This rat was showing up all over the place on top of the kitchen stove, counters, under the stove, under the fridge, and leaving droppings all over the place. WE of course have to clean these droppings as to keep a sanitized environment 24/7 for my uncle who is elderly and sick.

    I called Orkin and explained the situation and they charged 260 for a rodent pest control treatment. They laid 2 glue traps (I don't know why since they won't hold a Norway Rat) and 2 snap traps in a big house, just 2 and without proper bait. I tried to be patient with them since my mom and aunt have called Orkin numerous times in the past and they have helped with bug issues.

    Fast forward still in April one or 2 weeks and the rat keeps leaving drops, making holes inside the kitchen cabinets and just pretty much building its nest without landing on these 4 traps. I called them again and their manager arrived in the premises to assess the situation and stated we had to be patient and not clean the rat droppings and touch the traps as it will keep evading them. They stated they were going to come with special traps later on but never did. I called the manager and informed him of a foul smell and that I thought the rat was dead but I wasn't sure. Manager said what do you want me to do. I told him I don't know and that I will wait.

    When I moved the fridge where the foul smell was coming it wasn't a dead rat in which I was hoping to find and finally be free of this issue. But A TON OF DISGUSTING RAT URINE AND DROPPINGS CAUSING DISGUSTING ODOR. We could not keep ignoring to not clean the droppings as the smell was too much to bear. We clean underneath the fridge and sanitized the house and the smell left. Unfortunately we have to clean almost everyday these droppings because the rat has not landed on the trap and in living in the house. I called Orkin to tell them I wanted to cancel services since they are UNNEFECTIVE. I canceled them at the end of April beginning of May.

    It's May 16, 2024 and no refund has been issued. Orkin states 30 day money back guarantee but it's a lie. It's a scam. I have called to request for a refund but I keep getting told it's up the manager to issue this. Manager called me once and left a voicemail while I was at work and I called him back and left a voicemail on my day off. It should not be a hassle to Orkin provide you your money back according to the rules of their policy if you are not satisfied money back guarantee in the period of 30 days. But it seems they do not honor their policy and want us customers to beg and call them nonstop to get our money back when we are not satisfied because of services not being effective. I am still trying to get my money back and will not give up since this should not happen to other customers in the area. It's not right and dishonest.

    Terrible customer service all around. I purchased a home where the seller was able to choose the company for bat removal/prevention and the removal/replacement of insulation affected by bat guano. They were late to the job on multiple occasions, no-call/no showed once without rescheduling and seemed overall very unprofessional.

    There were little to no updates along the entire process which took over 2 weeks to complete and were completely unaware we had live bats in the attic when they went to start the work which further delayed the process. I would highly recommend getting an estimate from them to use as a negotiation tactic with another company for any work you intend on doing or need done. I can't understate how frustrating this entire process was.. time is money and both are very valuable to me, they didn't even care to apologize for abusing my time and seemed completely aloof to showing up late and or their lack of professionalism. I'm hoping everything was taken care of properly... hoping being the keyword.

    Orkin - Please read before contracting with them. Learn from my mistake! Orkin made me sign a contract a-priori. When the Orkin exterminator came for the first time after I signed the contract, he only took a five minutes tour of the premises and promptly declared: " I will be back in two weeks to do the treatment (against mice and roaches), which Orkin AND the exterminator were told by me beforehand, including on the day he came, a couple of hours before he came. Now, how difficult it is to set a few mice traps and spray for roaches. What kind of complicated preparation he needed in order to prepare for the treatment?

    Besides, I told him to treat the attic (which is completely empty), and he did not bother to go up to the attic. Two weeks later he returned, did some treatment, wrote a whole list of treatments (some of which were not done or done partially), and left. Again, no attic. After I complained to Orkin, the exterminator came back (two weeks later) and took a perfunctory look at the attic, but did not do any treatment. Said he "will be back in two weeks" to do the treatment. This looks like the standard answer.

    Actually, now I wish I would've looked at the very bad reviews Orkin has before I contracted them. Besides, I tried to talk to the exterminator's manager at the Sykesville office, I was told (on Thursday) by the secretary that he was not in the office and that he will call me back on Monday. Today is Thursday, and no callback yet, even though I called several times. I guess my mistake was not asking "Monday of which year"?

    Orkin in Savannah GA is not a good company. David the tech for orkin was rude and unprofessional. David the tech for orkin did not treat for my roach problem I have. What am I paying for and what services do orkin do to get rid of pest. DAVID talked on my phone when I was still on the phone with customer service to see what they do to get rid of pest. But while was on my phone David the Orkin tech came and interrupted me and said he did not want to service my house. Why was he so rude. All I ask is that he service my house for the problem I call for. Do not waste your money or time on the Orkin here in savannah ga.

    I've had the same Orkin technician for 20 years and he's great. Had it not been for him, I would not have known that my water heater down in the back room was leaking. If I can't be there, he always works with me and he'll come when I can be home. I have had a few mice in the garage, but they seem to be at bay now. I don't find even that many dead bugs, but I'm happy when I find a bug and it's dead. That means Orkin is working. However, my bill has gone up to $125 every other month, which is a lot to me. I hope it doesn't keep continuing to go up.

    The pest control experts came on time. They did a complete inspection of the exterior of the house. They assured me that the Carpenter Wood Bumblebees were a nuisance rather than a physical threat. I can NOT say enough about how they calmed my nerves. They did see a potential mosquito breeding ground and told me how to handle it. They didn't charge me anything. Their knowledge is invaluable. Thank you so very much.

    I moved into a rental property that had German roaches. I hired Orkin to get rid of them earlier last year (2023). I kept the service for about eight or nine months. (The first month I was charged double and never reimbursed, I gave them cash and they also charged my card.) I had hoped to see an improvement or resolution to the problem. I never did. I called to cancel and was directed towards the branch manager for my area, he assured me there would be no charge until the problem was resolved and then hopefully I would keep my service with them. Which I absolutely would have. But the problem was not resolved.

    Not only was it not resolved, they text me at least once a week or more since then wanting more payment. For the last two times they came after I tried to cancel. I told her I felt like I was taken advantage of, she informed me that there was nothing she could do about it, it was just her job to collect payment. No one ever helped me. No one made sure the problem was resolved. I'm not sure how much it costs to get rid of German roaches in a 3/2 mobile home. But it is more than $1000. In case anyone is wondering. And btw. I STILL have them.

    Do not recommend. We had a spider problem and hired Orkin. It seemed the spiders literally multiplied. This went on for months. I finally decided to cancel and then this went on for months too. They kept sending techs to my house when I had asked to cancel MULTIPLE TIMES. I started spraying myself and boom, spiders gone. I swear they use stuff that actually ATTRACTS bugs. On top of this they are so difficult to work with. I called at least 7 times requesting a cancel, which was granted each time. Yet they kept sending people. Absolutely ridiculous. Save your money!!!!

    Scheduling with Orkin seems to be impossible, they either rescheduled or just don't show up at their scheduled time and play it off as there was a miscommunication. After 3 months with 2 missed scheduled appointments it seems they rather me take business elsewhere. I would advise if you are in the Ada Oklahoma area you take my advice and go with "First choice Pest control".

    We have lots of services from Orkin and the most recent one would have been our regular pest control. We have a regular scheduled service every other month and the techs come out. They check the bait boxes, clear anything out and clean. The other service we have is for our bait that goes up in the attic for the bats and anything that we have with that. Usually, it's John who comes and he usually calls us ahead of time and lets us know he will be out. He does his job and then he leaves. He's very friendly. He's very amiable and can give us information if we're looking for anything more that we didn't know that he is very familiar with because that's his job. So he gives us any tips that we ask anything more about.

    We're pleased with Orkin’s services. We called them when we had a dead rat that we did not know. We notified them that their bait boxes were working and that whatever they were doing, they were doing it right. And we're pleased that we didn't have to do anything. We had them come with all these little moths that are breeding in the grass. But that's normal and not anything Orkin can control. They spray for the ants because that's part of the contract.

    Stay away from Orkin especially when they offered financing to you for services. The system is made to rob customers from their money. For example if a payment falls on the weekend; and you don't know they don't operate on the weekend you get screw right away. They don't work on weekends, neither they have an automated system for you to be able to do that. Therefore even if it's not your fault that the payment fell on the weekend and you didn't know they don't operate on weekends they'll still charge you the 60$ fee for late payments. Remember you have nothing to do with the fact that the payment fell on weekend and you didn't know they don't operate on weekends and don't have an automated system so you can actually pay without having to speak with someone personally. The website doesn't work either when you try to pay online. It's like rocket science. No lie. They make difficult for you to even pay online.

    You would think with all the billions they have they would try to establish a different system that actually help the people pay their bill in on time and without a hassle. Even if it's not your fault they'll still charge you that 60$ fee without any remorse. They have no loyalty for customers whatsoever and all they care is about money, this is a money hungry company and it shows and I'm speaking based on experience. Some of the customer service are rude and would argue with you too. Oh another thing I was sold on a roof tent to termite without needing it, they found termites at one of the rooms and based on that told me I needed a 3800$ job which I fell for. The tech told me I wouldn't see termites in the house guaranteed like for the next 5yrs which is a lie too. I then found out tech guy was doing that on a regular to every other customer and got fired.

    Dealing with this company the past year has been the worse. I decided not to renew my contact and I'll make sure I'll tell people about my experience. If I could give them a zero rating based on my experience I would. No customers loyalty or empathy at all. They only care about selling you things you really don't need and their bank accounts been full as if they already don't have billions already. I would not recommend this company to anyone and I work with many people since I'm in the real estate business. So they lost a good client and referral system with me.

    Normally, I'm not home when the techs from Orkin come through but I have enough faith in them that they'll come and do what they need to do. They always leave me an email or an email receipt to let me know they were there and they sent me several notices back. I'm happy with them. I've never had a problem to start with that I know of but I feel good about the services. My main thing is maintaining it so I don't experience some of the insects. I see myself being with Orkin for at least another 10 years unless something changes.

    Orkin did an exterior routine spray on the 26th of January. I had an issue near the door with ants coming inside. The weather changed and we thought that the January treatment would address it.     I let everyone know Orkin is the best. I went through eight other providers but no one seemed to stop these German roaches. I didn't go to Orkin immediately because I always felt they were very expensive and I didn't have the money like that at the time. They try to get a technician that I can become familiar with and they become familiar with me and my home. But somehow or another that doesn't seem to be the going trend now.     Our tech, Lee, is a great guy and I hope he continues on as our tech. He seems very thorough as he walks around, spraying and treating. He's easy to talk to and very responsive to anything I bring up. He takes care of it and climbs up on a 10 foot ladder to get into our garage attic. He doesn't bat an eye, complain about it, or anything like that. He always makes sure the glue traps are in the right place and he concentrates them in the area where he finds the most droppings. It all makes sense when I read the documents that are sent and I look it over and it always matches up with what I see him doing. We seem to be on the tail end of the mouse trouble.     One of the things that I appreciate is that I always get a courtesy call before the arrival of the technician.     Our contract started fine. We learned a lot and the crew was on time. Near the end of the contract, we had to cancel two times as I have Parkinson's Disease and on those two days I had significant worsening episodes. As Orkin is available to take calls late, and I called to cancel around 7:00 pm, Orkin came both times and billed us in full. When I called to ask why, she spoke with someone who told her that because I called too late, I would not get a refund. I have never seen this in their paperwork, the person I cancelled with never mentioned this and their motto is they're not happy if I'm not happy.     The experience with Orkin is always great. I like that they notify you ahead of time that they're coming. They also notify you that morning on the internet. The technician we've had at least two years now is Chris and he's got a good personality. We don't like a bunch of different people coming. We like one technician. He knows exactly where to go and what to do. He goes to the attic and to the shed. He brings the report and tells us what he found wrong or gives us any additional advice. If it's different pests that come up each year, he adapts to whatever our needs are. One time, we had moths that laid their eggs all over the wood, and he took care of that.

    My experience with Orkin has been terrible for the following reasons:

    1.) When setting up my first appointment I was told that I would get special pricing for the 1st service. Initially the promotional pricing was not applied to my account and I had to call to fix and credit my account.

    2.) I had a appointment scheduled and no one came out to my home. A couple weeks later a technician came out and I was not home. There was no communication that the appointment was being reschedule and I received a text message saying he only sprayed the exterior of my home since no one was there. I called a branch manager and told him about the situation. He agreed to have the technician come back to my home and spray the interior and said he'd credit my account $110 for the next service.

    The technician came out and sprayed the interior; However, the credit was never applied to the next service. I called Orkin and they said the previous branch manager no longer works with the Company and he saw no notes of this ever being mentioned. The new branch manager said he'd talk to billing and have this fixed by the end of day; However, it has been over a week and I was never credited the amount charged. At this point I've requested for Orkin to cancel all future services as I will no longer be using the company.

    Needed a perimeter check for entry points for rodents as I have them in my attic. Not only were lies told about how they’re getting in, but a laundry list of exaggerated embellishments were told about what else needs to be done to my attic as well as other parts of my home, none of which have anything to do with rodents but the biggest lie told was the cost. $23,000….I KNEW from the moment that was thrown out there, something wasn’t right. I asked for a detailed breakdown sent to me. 'Cause I wanted to do my own research as well as poll multiple different highly rated companies to check out the same areas.

    One of the lies told to me by Orkin was that all my insulation in my attic was black and needed to be completely replaced as it’s a huge hazard. As well as my can lights are a fire hazard. So not only were the pictures that orkin took of my insulation NOT black (not sure if he’s aware that he also sent me the pictures of his lies) but every single company that came to give an estimate said there isn’t much black and even if there was, it’s perfectly normal and expected. They did offer actual reasons why some parts of our attic in our home and above our garage could benefit from blown in insulation (was given two diff estimates from each company as they all said my attic above my garage didn’t need it). Something orkin failed to offer as well as the insane price difference. Oh and my can lights are not a fire hazard, per every other company.

    Every estimate from these various companies that have 4.7-5.0 ratings, each company having thousands of reviews. $3,000-$5,200 price tag. Some included a military discount (orkin would never) also was told that orkin provides a payment plan “unlike other companies.” I wanted to laugh at that cause I’ve not come across 1 company that doesn’t offer a payment plan. Not only do these companies provide payment plans. They’re actually interest free for the first 12 months.

    When we asked if orkin could just take care of the entry points for rodents, as that’s why we called in the first place, we got push back in the sense that “yeah we could but you REALLY need to take care of these others things” first of all. Don't rush me and tell me what I need to do without doing research 'cause everything that was thrown at us were red flags and we definitely wanted time to look into it. I’ve had orkin for years to do bimonthly pest control but after this experience, I’m canceling. They raised their prices anyways without explanation and when I asked, the excuses made zero sense. They might as well of just said “'cause we wanted to, we want more money from you” 'cause the excuses weren’t adding up. I do not recommend this company. However I do love Nate, he was a great technician and our dog loved him. If he ever goes to a diff company or starts his own. I’d love for him to reach out.

    Orkin does a great job! Bugs, mice and squirrels. They replaced all of our insulation and sealed all entry points. Now squirrels can’t get in. Also, replacing the insulation with insulation saturated with boric acid means no bugs in the attic ever again and that means fewer bugs inside. I’m very happy with their service. We do have a spider issue but they come out and spray and it lasts for 3 months. Highly recommend.

    I feel comfortable with Orkin Pest Control. I've always had them. There are other people here that get other people come and spray their house and outside, and charge a lot less. But I've been with Orkin for so long that it's like a sin to go with somebody else. In Virginia, Orkin always had the same person come and spray my house. He became a regular, "Hey." We knew who he was and when he was coming. Here in Florida is a different. I've been here for three years and I've had three different people come and spray my house, which doesn't make me feel comfortable with Orkin in Florida.

    The pest control outside, when they come and check for the traps that they put outside, would be a 0. We never see them. I know it's every three months that they're supposed to come to visit. But I called Orkin and complained 'cause I had it in my camera where one of the workers just came and looked around. I had him in my camera. I said, "I have him recorded. He didn't do anything. He didn't even at least pull one of the traps and look at it." But inside spraying would have the highest mark. The three people that come would do everything they were supposed to.

    Orkin usually comes out about once every other month. Every now and then, I'll have a little scare or a question or some random bug I have no knowledge about. I just recently found out our tech that we've had for the last couple of years no longer works with Orkin, which kind of made me a little sad. We've only had two techs in the entire time we've been with Orkin. So, it's always a little sappy when it's somebody new. You gotta retell the stories of the things you've been through.

    We originally signed up with Orkin because we had bed bug issues. They were able to make my world and my three kiddos' world safer for us. It only took like a month. We had to do all the preparation work for a couple weeks. Then they came in for the first initial find, gave us a couple of weeks to get it all together and get everything prepped, and then they came out, heat-treated, and then followed behind with the chemicals.
