Five stars for the actual technical service. However, scheduling is another matter. Two separate times my appointment was arbitrarily changed without my knowledge. Technician shows up and I’m not home because I don’t read minds. How do you change my appointment and not inform me of the change? Who wins in this case?

We talked to the manager Amanda and she explained everything, she listened to us and we feel 100% positive about our relationship with Orkin, we were struggling to understand everything that was happening. We had a couple bad experiences just because I think we're new to this but Amanda took care of us and we feel so much better. Thank you Amanda.

We are a “first year” customer and the Service and application are just as promised! We Definitely recommend Orkin! We did not have a problem, however we have a pool and our property backs up to a wooded area, home to mosquitoes. All technicians have been on time, professional and experienced and the mosquito application used seems to be effective. At this time, Orkin and the Sidney, Ohio office have earned a Five Star Rating!

Thank you Orkin for doing an inspection on the ground work that was done at my home for termites. I have not seen any so I believe that the initial job that was done handled my problem thank you. As time continues I hope that this has a permanent effect on the problem that was there.

Very poor office service. I paid $300 in full for services in advance. Check cleared my Wells Fargo account overnight. I was notified over 2 weeks ago from Franklin Office that my check was NSF. Not the case at all. I provided evidence of my check clearing & posting to my account. I wrote a letter to office manager and provided copies of payment. My online account with ORKIN still reflects a balance due and office manager has yet to reply to my letter. The field technician is fantastic. Note: ORKIN & I both use Wells Fargo. This could be easily resolved with a phone from ORKIN to Wells Fargo.
We understand how concerning it is to receive an NSF notification when your payment has already cleared, and we truly appreciate you providing documentation to support this. This is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide, and we regret the lack of follow‑up from the office. We’re glad to hear that your field technician has provided excellent service, and we will be sure to share your positive feedback with them as well.

The tech Donnie that came out was wonderful. But I was lied to by Eric in customer service that put me on EZ and I wasn’t informed of this and it messed up my bank account, so I canceled everything! Just be honest customer service.

I went with the mosquito control. This is my second service and it has been great so far. Justin has been my main pest man and he has done a phenomenal job. He has arrived within the scheduled time. He has communicated through every step.

My experience was absolutely phenomenal, the tech was very informative and helpful. Can I please have the same tech whenever I need service, I hate that I can't remember his name at the moment. However I haven't seen any sightings yet... hoping this stays the same.

Orkin came out and helped with what I needed. I used them once last year for a bee issue. I just called them again this year for ants. It has been easy. The reps have been great.

Orkin comes twice a year, and they let us know. We're usually home, so it's not an issue. Christopher is our normal guy. He has been coming for years. He just texts us before he comes. He's very personable and informative. I enjoy talking with him. He's a good person. The customer service follows up and let us know when they're coming. It's a little expensive. I know it has gone up from when we first started, but I haven't had a huge issue with it. I went down to twice a year because it went up. It's better for us now. Otherwise, it would be too much if we had it four times a year.

Orkin has gone downhill and they are thieves. The guys they sent out were nice people, but the company's service is horrible. They would not spray the whole lawn properly. They would not remove any spiders on the outside walls. I asked them to spray for ants and the ants didn't die. I had to go buy my own chemicals to kill the ants myself. I cancelled the service after my contract was over. They accused me of owing them money when my bank statements show they automatically withdrew the amounts every month. At the end they took withdrew the money they claimed I owed them anyway; without my authorization. Now I have to fight them to get my money back. It is better to do the job yourself instead of hiring Orkin.

I'm happy with Orkin's service. My most recent experience was good. The tech listened to me and then did exactly what we talked about. We had to get accounts straightened out between my daughter's home that I used to manage for her and my new account. So, I spoke to somebody locally about that, and we got that worked out, so we could keep our contact information separately. I would recommend Orkin.

I just got Orkin recently as a preventive measure. They came out and treated our property and I noticed a difference on the outside the last time I checked.

Orkin is doing great. They've been very accommodating. They did what I paid them to. The tech knows what he's doing. He is very good. He gets the job done, and he's in and out. He is pleasant and professional. Our pest situation has improved dramatically since having their service.

Made the mistake of having them come out and make my house "bat proof". Apparently that means tons of silicone and bent metal. An absolutely horrendous job. Then they want 4k. What a joke.

Orkin was amazing. They went to my house because I have an ant problem and they were very fast and professional. The guy told me what he was doing, and when he was done. Then he gave me the contract that we signed and he explained everything.

We had an amazing Orkin tech. A new tech came and he did an awesome job. His name was Jason. Normally, our schedule is set up where they'll let me know when my next appointment is, and then I'll call if I need to change it. We have issues mainly with just spiders. It's nothing too major. I like the convenience of the service. It works better than me just spraying around the house myself. I don't have to worry about killing any more spiders. Orkin has friendly staff, and they're easy to work with.

After paying for monthly spray service for years, with constantly recurring mouse turds, they now want $4k to fill up the points of entry. Minimal research tells me the average cost for this service is $500-2,000. Why so much, Orkin? Is it because I'm in Traverse City? We should expect astronomical pricing from the Orkin branch in Traverse City? Is it because your inspector has such an elite education in filling mouse holes? Her cost to Orkin is $2,500-3,000 per visit?
That alone spells bad business. Is it because you know we won't need your useless spray service anymore, so you have to build a couple of years of lost business into the price? You are screwing us ALL over by spray, spray, spray, always knowing but never mentioning that this problem will never go away with spray. Or is it because my house is under contract and you know I MUST hire a service? Funny, I would think the service I'm already working with would give me a fair shake. You call yourself the experts. Yes, the experts in systematically screwing their clients over. And yes, this review is on its way to Google and every platform I can find.

I’ve had a good experience with Orkin. The techs were on time. They did what they were supposed to do. So far, I'm happy with Orkin. I was having problems with the ants, and it's not nearly as bad. And in the summertime, I realized they’re not gonna get rid of all the insects. But I'm satisfied with their service. I'd recommend Orkin.

I've been bragging about Orkin. Their customer service has been amazing. You could always tell when they're smiling through the phone as well. The gentleman who reached out to me as far as us going with Orkin was very professional and courteous, and so were the technicians. The young lady who came out and did the section for the termites was a very nice young lady. She pointed out a few things that were not previously mentioned. The pricing is fair too. We had another pest control company and, for the initial, that is what we were paying every other month.

I saw an Orkin truck in the driveway of my neighbor across the street. He started working there and I told him that I'd give Orkin a call. I've been using their service for the last couple of months and recently, I had a termite inspection, then I had a preventative put in the yard. Their reps were very accommodating in scheduling the service, and their tech who came out was informative and professional. Since the service, I haven't seen any pest activity. They put the thing and they won't check it for a year. The price was a little high but they were excellent on all counts.

I needed something quick and professional. I went with Orkin, and the first service we had was great. But during the follow-up service on a Saturday morning, the guy was a little bit rude. The tone was very rude when he was responding to my mother. Hopefully, they don't send him out this Thursday. The last experience made me consider to reach out to other service providers. There are other competitors with better price.

Orkin is a major brand and we felt comfortable going with somebody with size as opposed to a small firm. As far as scheduling, we've always been on a regular basis and we never have an issue with scheduling. The technicians have always been good.

The technician was very informative. He was a really nice guy. It wasn't his normal route, but he was very polite and did a good job. I had ants. I had Orkin before, and then I quit, and then I went back to it. Now, I'm going to do it all the time. I got a doggy now and I can't set out ant traps. I'll need Orkin for mice control in the winter as well. Scheduling the service has been great. I work from home, so I'm always home. So whenever they text, I'm always here. It's always been excellent every time they've come.They put things on their little feet and come through the house. I have hardwood floors, but no big deal. They're really good. They're really informative about what they're doing.

Orkin is not a service that I will look into again. They charged me a different amount and never took the time to call to tell me this poor customer service. The techs that I had was amazing. The administrative needs to work on better customer service.

The advertising was right in front of my face online, and Orkin was the first one that answered, which was why I went with them. I was having problems with ants and wasps, and since the techs came out, the ants are fine. But we still have some issues with the wasps, which is an outside issue. I called this morning, and Orkin fit me in for tomorrow morning. So, they took care of it quickly. The techs were very knowledgeable, and they just got to business. It was very pleasurable working with them.
