Our house is from around 1985 and two things came up. Filing the claims was fairly straightforward. Once, lightning struck our house.

I've had three claims with them. First claim was for a leaky faucet. They sent a plumber out and fixed it. Second claim was the air conditioner.

I sell real estate and I suggest them all the time. As far as submitting my claims to them, I do it online.

My main concern was that when I received my warranty, there wasn’t enough explanation of what was covered and what wasn’t.

We had a simple plumbing issue and filing that claim to Old Republic was simple. I called a number and they took down the information.

We've had one claim through Old Republic and the contractor was so good. The first time that they came out, the schedule was very quick.

But submitting claims to Old Republic was very good, and their customer service was great.

The only issue is that I couldn't submit two different service requests at the same time. I had to wait a day to enter the second one.

Since starting with them in October, I've submitted requests over the phone and the customer service has been okay.

Had them for 10 years and never used them until last year, then they dropped us because claim was above $8000.

Our water heater went out and when we called, they said, "Oh, your policy expired. We'd already renewed it. So we're not covering.

Having Old Republic is a good way to keep you covered when unknown or unforeseen things happen. I call them typically to file my claims.

The website was a little confusing and didn’t always have specific options, but once I spoke to an actual person, the process was a lot easier.

They did the best they could for the situation. The issue just wasn't covered in our contract. We dealt with it already.

When we moved into this house, it was already under a contract with Old Republic Home. The response has been fast whenever I call about my concerns.

I then discovered it was still under manufacturer's warranty so I used the company that installed it and it was covered.

They wouldn’t add a new piece, even though it’s required for safety and the issue is within what should be a covered appliance.

Customer service I got was much better with my last rep. I wanted some information on my plan and my local rep couldn't get it.

I purchased the platinum service thinking I would be covered for just about anything. It covers everything except whatever the problem is.

We purchased a home warranty plan that included washer and dryer coverage when getting our new home.

The electrician was great. However, it is very frustrating to call and get stuck in a loop so you cannot speak with an agent.

Compared to other companies, I like Old Republic’s response, courtesy, professionalism, and quality of vendors.

I went with Old Republic after finding out about them through my real estate agent. To submit my claims with them, I usually call over the phone.

l also I thought I detected a leak. I was reassured by the friendly and efficient service and advice on what to do next.

Easy fix and he was on his way. Upon watching Vlad work I could've done this myself but I am not a trained professional.

I do my service requests by phone, and sometimes, it's hard to get through to place a service order.

How can Old Republic Home think this is an acceptable way to conduct business and treat their customers?

I pay for "elite " coverage and I get atrocious customer service. If ANYONE ANSWERS THE PHONE AT ALL. I have literally been on hold almost 2 hours.

I was so impressed with MECHANICAL HVAC SERVICES from my first conversation with their Office Manager and then with the Technician.

Tech came out asap and fixed problem. Efficient agent of ORHP chose repair company well. He was respectful and cleaned up after completing the job.

I am so impressed by the three different technicians that Old Republic has sent out on different occasions.

Old Republic sent out a work order to a local contractor and they had it fixed in record time!

He told me he would take care of it and he called Old Republic. Then I got a check in the mail for the money I spent on the first tech who came out.

The plumber is great, not the first time we have used him through ORHP, and came out quickly.

After all this you finally got a GE certified tech to come over and it ended up being a bad wire to the microwave door. Fixed it in 30 minutes.

I had a tough experience with Old Republic. Two people came out and none of them said the work could be done.

The initial heat and air people that came out here were the people that installed it and said that they needed a new coil, but it was brand-new coil.

I would recommend them highly. Fast and easy to get in my service call and expedited immediately. Many thanks. I will remain a customer.

Anytime I've had to call them for any service, they ensure that assistance is on its way within 24 hours.

I filed a repair request online and was contacted a few hours later by the repair company. An appointment was made for a repair visit within two days.

Prompt service excellent communication. Solved problem within hours of call. Excellent communication and explanation of the problem.

While the initial diagnosis was carried out quickly, I had to consistently follow up with Old Republic to push the claim forward.

I have done multiple request and all have been addressed in a quick, fast and professional manner. I would recommend to anyone.

The response time has been nice and the customer care has been outstanding keeping me informed every step of the way.

It is now 117 in my house. I have tried for two weeks to get my AC fixed in Phoenix. You are the worst.

Their staff follows up, the process is quick/easy, and they back up the work with a 30-day guarantee. Well worth the annual fee.

The warranty’s price is not cheap, but then what is? I assume it's industry standard. The contractors were on time and have done a good job.

We had just passed that 30-day mark by about a week. They were asking me to pay another $100 for the person to go out and fix it again.

The unit was replaced at an affordable price, and the process went smoothly. I want to give a special thanks to the supervisor, Faith.

When my air conditioner went out, they gave me the money for what their air conditioner would cost, then I paid the difference.

Until now they have not fix it yet. I believe it is worthless having this type of insurance.

Despite Old Republic covering the $100 fee for the visit, I ended up paying $704 out-of-pocket

In the reply letter it states I am due no refund. It does suggest I owe them $329.07. Does not appear they are billing me for it.

I sent another $65 receipt for the plumbing fee. I didn't look at the fine print, but evidently, there’s a deductible that I didn’t know I had to pay.

And they are only guaranteed for 30 days?? I refuse to pay another hundred dollars for the same problem.
