    Old Republic has been very good except we had a problem with them before and we encountered a really rude salesperson. Our water heater went out and when we called, they said, "Oh, your policy expired. We'd already renewed it. So we're not covering. And if you call back again, we still won't cover it." It pissed me off really bad. So we paid $1,600 for a new water heater. Other than that, they've been great. When I call, they get someone right away and I'm impressed with that. We've only used Old Republic twice while having them for how many years, and we will renew with them.

    Old Republic is a great home warranty company. I sell real estate and I suggest them all the time. As far as submitting my claims to them, I do it online. It's a struggle to get where I need to be on their website, and it sometimes, it pulls up my old account because I have a new house. It doesn’t bother me though. I just figure it out. My most recent service was fine. The technicians were efficient.

    There were some things that couldn't be addressed on my recent service call because of the contract with Old Republic, but other than that, it went well. A good group of guys came out quickly. They worked well, didn't try to force us to do the work that cost extra, which was nice. They did the best they could for the situation. The issue just wasn't covered in our contract. We dealt with it already.

    I have had Old Republic Home Protection for almost 3 years now. All claims have been handled well up to this point, except for my current claim on an air conditioning repair. I have been a full week without air conditioning in Arizona heat and there has been little to no communication unless I initiated it. Now that the part was ordered six days ago, I am unable to reach anyone except for a recorded response. I find this highly unacceptable and feel my only recourse is to file a complaint. I don’t know where the parts have to be ordered from but I live in a metropolitan city where there are air conditioning companies were parts should be readily available. I need someone to reach out to me promptly with an update.

    Service technician came out to service our refrigerator and left the leak on. He then did not come back for ~3 weeks and would not return to fix the leak. Calls to the provider and Old Republic did not yield different results. When the provider did return he damaged our wood floor and will not return calls to fix the issue. Old Republic has stated this is not their issue, which I agree with, but also will not help remedy the problem. Overall very poor experience for what we purchased with no options to 'make it right' for me as a customer. We would have been better off hiring our own service technician to ensure prompt and proper repair.

    It's been weeks since I was told I would be be receiving a cash out on my new HVAC system. I have been getting multiple e-mails expressing apologies for the delay & someone would be calling me SOON. I don't know what you consider "soon" but this is taking way too long.     We made a service call, a technician came and stated that nothing was wrong with our AC. The problem continued to happen. We had the service recalled and was told again nothing was wrong. Our AC completely stopped working the next week so we’ve now paid out of pocket to have our own technician come and find the problem and fix the AC. Old Republic does not partner with quality repair service technicians. This is not the first time we have had an experience like this with Old Republic service technicians. We spend over $1000 a year for this warranty and $100 per trade call for nothing. The service and warranty is not quality.

    I was charged twice for my pool repair but only one company came out ordered parts and worked on the refrigerator. So I would like my $110 service charge credited back to my credit card account. The first report the company never showed up nor did they call. As a result I had to request a different company which lead to a delayed repair call. Overall the second company did a great job. Thank you but I would like my money back because I was charged twice by two different companies.

I have a problem with offering the option for main line clog as my issue yet the company that came to my home would not do work because there was sitting water because the main line is clogged. They came out twice stating the floor needs to be dry. I have a clog in the line!

    For the most part I have been satisfied. The biggest problem I have had is not being able to talk to a person. I recently tried to report a problem with ac drain backing up. They didn't understand the problem and sent an ac tech instead of a plumber that was needed. Then I got a bill saying I owe a trade fee to the ac company I called today to try to resolve this issue and was put on hold. Whoever I was talking to put me on hold and never got back to me. Eventually I gave up and hung up. I still haven't heard if the issue of the bill had been resolved.

    So far I have had one repair made that was covered by my contract. I recently called them to service my septic system for a float sensor. I explained the issue and the representative said ok. I was given a go ahead to contact a repair company. They came and gave me a quote and charge me $250. I submitted the quote and the $250 bill. Remember I was given a green light to get the quote. I was told that the service was not covered by the insurance. I was then charged the $100 service charge for service that they didn’t pay for that they should have said upfront they were not going to cover. As a new customer I feel that the contract is written in their benefit and even their own employees don’t understand it. My out of pocket expense was $1,245 plus the $100 that I believe could have been avoided if the employee knew their job. I will not renew this contract.

    If I could give this company zero stars I would. It has been a delay after delay on their part when our AC went out. Given that it's 110 degrees in Arizona when our compressor stopped working, I would have expected a little more urgency than their delayed process of doing things. We are on week two of being without AC because of their SLOW process and bureaucracy. Plus, every time you call in, you have to wait about an hour EVERY time to get a single soul to speak with you and all they can do is use a patronizing tone saying this is just how it goes. If I would have known that authorizing the work (which took 4 days from the diagnosis), I would have simply done this through my contractor.

    Also, the service provider that was assigned to my call are unprofessional and NEVER answers the phone. Today (a week from diagnosis), we are getting word that our compressor has been ordered and it's another 4 days...leaving us without any options or availability to pivot and get back into our home. There are compressors available in the city of Phoenix that I am sure could have been sourced to take care of their customers, but I guess they have to watch their bottom line at any cost, even at to the detriment of their customer, which they pretend to be helping. RUNNNNNN from this company.

    Everything I've dealt with Old Republic has always been satisfactory. We've had the home warranty since 2007 and I have no complaints with them. They're responsible for whatever they promise. I call them on the telephone for claims, then they send a representative out and take care of the problem. With the exception of one representative recently, the rest of them have been responsive. With the one recently, they didn't fix the line from the air conditioner, but Old Republic is still working on that.

    Buyer beware. I had purchased the Old Republic Home Protection when I recently purchased my home. The title company sent out the check after my home closed on 08/13/2025. I called on 08/18/2025 to schedule a service for my AC and to re-key. The 1st rep I talked to said that they had not received my payment yet but transferred me to another rep to process my service request. After about 20 minutes answering a list of questions from the rep, he told me he was ready to submit the service request and put me on hold. After about 1 minute, an automatic recording came on stating that since my plan was not active, the service request could be be submitted and that all issues discussed with the rep would not be covered since the plan wasn't active.

    I waited about a few days and called back on 08/22, and at that time another rep told me that my plan was active effective 08/13/2025 and that I had a 30 day grace period since it was part of a new home purchase through escrow and not to worry. However, he proceeded to schedule my service appointment but couldn't because the previous rep had noted that I had told him that the AC wasn't working and that it was a pre-existing condition. I told him that I never told him that, and he said he would pull up the recording and would call me back. I never heard back from him.

    Since it was averaging 100 degrees where I live and I had contractors working, I could no longer wait and just called the local AC company to service it. The unit was working fine and he just added 1 lb of freon. Since I had been getting the runaround amongst the confusion of the various Old Republic Reps, I decided to cancel the plan on their website.

    I called back 2 days after submitting the online web form, and the 1st rep told me that my plan was still active and she could help me cancel it. She put me on hold, and I waited for 10 minutes before another rep came on, but she had no clue why I was calling. She had to go through the who verification process again and then told me that she cannot cancel the plan for me because it either needed to be done from the website, but said that it wasn't reliable and recommended me to send an email to cancellations@orhp.com. She also told me that I should get a full refund since I have had so many issues and hadn't used my plan. She recommended that I call in 4 days later to make sure that the plan was really canceled.

    I called on 09/04/2025 and was told that my plan had been cancelled but that I would only receive $430 back due to a processing fee and the proration period from 08/13/2025. I asked the rep how the plan could be prorated back to 08/13/2025 when it supposedly wasn't active and I couldn't schedule a service request. Anyways, they were a waste of time and money. If you don't want the runaround and aggravation, I would stay clear of this company.

    This has been my absolute nightmare experience with Orhp. I got the keys to my new house on 7/25. The home inspection was done back on 6/28 when the offer was accepted, and everything was working fine at that point. We’ve been moving our stuff over little by little, and then on 8/13, one of the HVAC units (from 2002) completely not cooling. I immediately reported the issue and requested service from Orhp. I paid the $100 trade call fee, and they sent a service provider—but of course, the earliest they could come was 8/18.

    By the time the service tech showed up on 8/18, he found the refrigerant was completely gone and suspected the coil as the major leak source. And here’s where the nonsense begins: Orhp DENIED my claim, saying it was a “pre-existing condition.” On 8/20, I appealed. I called their CSR, explained clearly that the AC WAS working at the time of inspection, and even sent them my inspection report—because they specifically asked for it.

    Two days later (8/22), I get a voicemail from another CSR saying they’d proceed with coverage. Finally, I thought they were doing the right thing. But no—radio silence. Nothing happened. So I call them back on 8/25, only to be told by yet ANOTHER CSR that, surprise surprise, they actually were NOT going to proceed with coverage because they still claimed it was “pre-existing.” They wanted to send the service provider back out again! I asked point-blank: if the refrigerant is already gone, what on earth is a second check going to prove? The answer? That I should just accept it so maybe—MAYBE—they’d reverse their decision. Meanwhile, half my house is baking at 95+ degrees in the middle of summer.

    Fine. I waited again. On 8/28, the service provider came back. And what did they do? Nothing meaningful. They just measured the vent and return temps on a unit with ZERO cooling capacity. Pointless. And then today (9/2), after repeatedly chasing them for updates, Orhp calls me back to say they’re STILL denying the repair because they insist it’s a pre-existing condition.

    At this point, I’m completely DONE. I’ve run out of patience, and I’m canceling this worthless warranty. This house was built in 2002. Of course, it has older appliances left behind by the previous owner. And I can see exactly what’s going to happen: every time something breaks, Orhp will trot out the same pathetic excuse—“pre-existing condition”—and refuse to cover a single thing. Funny how they don’t bother to do any kind of condition check before happily taking your money, but when it’s time to step up and honor the coverage, suddenly everything is pre-existing.

    Old Home Republic was included during the first year after I bought my house. The three service calls were promptly addressed, I was happy. Five years later, not so much. This year, the dishwasher started leaking, turned out it couldn't be repaired. Replacement--same model--offered, seemed like a fair price. However, the power outlet was outdated, had to be replaced. Although the same workman who installed the new dishwasher was the one who put in the electric outlet, Old Home Republic did not reimburse me for this charge, although the limit on the amount offered as reimbursement had not been reached. Didn't seem right to me.

    We’ve been with Old Republic since March of this year. We were recommended through our Realtor. There have been obstacles that we’ve had to overcome just to try and get claims. Whenever I very first tried to submit a claim, I never got an answer. Trying to get to one of your representatives is not very timely.

    The first time, they did close the claim. We had to call, and we had to wait on the line for 45 minutes to reopen it. It would be nice if we could have the option of reopening a claim on your online portal. We are happy that the claim was reopened, but if I could change one thing, it would be that you would let us select our own provider. The contractor has been out four different times, and they didn’t find the repair until this last time, and they’re not getting back with us.

    I first heard about Old Republic about 15 years ago. I was an office manager for an air conditioning and heating company who subcontracted for Old Republic home protection and several other similar companies. So whenever those companies would have calls and they needed to dispatch for air conditioning or heating, they would give us the work. And in that work environment, you could tell quickly which companies were honest and took care of their customers and which ones didn’t. Old Republic was a very good company. So, I did not take out my own personal policy for about 15 years after I actually knew about the company.

    But I think something is messed with a specific account, and it might be because I hold three different policies on three separate properties. I have never been successful in filing a claim in their online format. It always tells me it can’t find me. So, I just call their 1-800 customer service number, I get routed to a customer service representative, and I file a claim through that. It has taken me as much as 45 minutes to do that process before which feels a little inconvenient, and then it’s gone a little bit quicker than that sometimes.

    Their contractors have been a little bit of a mixture. I’ve been very happy with Old Republic, and they have sent out some better contractors. But the one contractor they have sent out multiple times on our behalf has been actually an air conditioning company that I have been the least happy with. But I’m overall very happy with my experience with Old Republic. I highly recommend them and I have told multiple people off of our experience. It is worth the money and Old Republic has definitely saved us thousands upon thousands of dollars in repair work.

    I’ve been Old Republic for four or five years. Service levels are good but sometimes, it takes a long time for things to process. I've had a washer and a microwave replaced and it took weeks to do that. The turnaround is part of the issue, but other than that, I'm happy with the service.

    I call in for claims and reps are courteous and professional. They're very thorough about stuff. They first give me a confirmation number and the number of the contractor that's gonna come out. Usually, I hear from that contractor that day or the next day and they schedule the appointment. Contractors usually meet my expectations. Overall. I recommend getting a service that backs up home repairs. It's a good strategy to have.

    Old Republic is good but not the best. They were offered to me when I first bought the house. I've been with their service for about 10 years and the seller paid for the first year. It's hard to get through to anybody when submitting a claim. It takes at least 24 hours. Most of the contractors are good, but the one guy working on my AC may be forgetful, though. It wasn't cooling and I'm not sure if he fixed it completely. He added refrigerant to it but it doesn’t keep up with the heat. Nobody's been back out here since.

    Submitting a claim to Old Republic Home is just a few clicks and you’re done already. Afterwards they gave us a name and a phone number. You can call the contractor or they can reach out to you. I like that they cover basically everything and they are relatively affordable. Out of the ten claims we had, we had one bad experience. Our furnace was out and the technician said that it was leaking gas. But wasn’t it. I was just bad. When it happened, we called Old Republic Home to request a new service provider, and they provided it immediately.

    The technician from Old Republic Home Protection came out. We lost power in half of the house, and the plugs didn't work. He saw that the wires were loose in every outlet he opened. So, he tightened them up.

    He wasn’t gonna do the whole house, but the part of the house that had the power out is now working again. He said that we now have to go through every outlet to make sure that they're all done right, so that the house doesn't catch on fire.

    We have had a warranty plan with One Republic for two years. The first year, we weren’t happy because the contractor took weeks and weeks, and we were left without a washing machine. They said that the delay was due to ordering parts and waiting for them to arrive. But even just to come out, they took a week or more just the first time to come out and look at it. So, we let our warranty lapse.

    This year, they called and asked us to come back. They told me they would not let what happened before happen again and offered us a credit for the first visit. So we went with them again, and although I believe we’ve been dealing with the same company, this year has been much better.

    The washer is still not fixed. The first time, it was leaking, and then it would not pump out the water. They replaced a different part every time. It works for a couple of weeks, and then we have to call them back again. I have said all along they need to replace the control board because I think that's where the problem is, and now that's what they are replacing. We’re on the third call this year, but at least the people they gave us have been more responsive and call back right away.

    Overall, it has been good, and we are staying with One Republic, but the jury is still out until we see what happens. If replacing the control board doesn't fix the washer, we're going to ask them to replace the washer. However, I can’t find anywhere on their website or in any of the materials that explain the criteria for replacing an appliance rather than repairing it.

    I have an older home and was looking for a home warranty. My friend, who has used Old Republic once or twice, recommended them to me. I have been protected for about four or five months now, and I like that they pay for repairs. I submit claims through the internet. The site is okay, but sometimes my problem doesn’t fit in the parameters that they provide in the drop-down menu. They don’t clearly state what’s considered an emergency. It also takes a while to receive a confirmation email after submitting a claim. And I didn't know if they had gotten it or not. There have been several times I have called and asked them if they were going to charge me twice because I submitted a claim twice since I didn't know it went through the first time. So I would rather talk to a person when requesting service.

    Old Republic has handled my claims well, and I have not had a bad experience. I have used them three times, and they have never argued about covering something. However, it takes some time for them to get out there and get it done. When my AC first went bad, it took about a week before somebody came out to look at it, and they weren’t able to fix it right away because they had to get a motor before coming back to complete the repair. The second time it broke, the problem was the motherboard in the indoor unit, and they took care of it. Although they fixed the problems, I do not understand why they continue fixing an old AC instead of replacing it. That’s what I have the warranty for, but that's their policy. There has to be a catastrophic failure for them to replace it. When my fridge broke, it took four or five days for somebody to come out because they had to find someone from another town certified to work on that fridge. All the repairs would have cost me a couple of dollars, but Old Republic covered them, and I paid only a $100 deductible each time. The coverage costs about $900 per year, and I have already gotten my money back in services. .

    The majority of our claims were denied. It felt as though the people they sent were told exactly what to say to make sure the claim is denied. I had the same experience with AHS. You will wait 30-60 mins anytime you want to call and by far have the rudest people answer. I would urge that you save the money and instead put money aside each month. I promise you won't save money by having a home warranty.

    I like that I didn’t have to find a service repairman. I call the warranty about my problem, and they find them. However, they have a lot of improvement to do, so I did not renew with them. Their service really declined this past year, sending out inexperienced service people out. They’re really difficult to deal with.

    Old Republic need to have qualified repairmen. They need to stand behind the work that they do. They can’t just send somebody out and then wipe their hands and say, “Oh, sorry. That’s on them.” They’re really difficult to deal with.

    They sent out some guys that were supposed to repair the compressor on my refrigerator. The technicians didn’t repair it with the right parts, so it failed again after two months. The water didn’t work.

    When the technicians came back out, I told them the water worked the last time. But they said they weren’t allowed to touch it. I had to have another repairman come out and replace the compressor the right way. That cost me a lot of money.

    I had to hire a plumber. The plumber came out and showed me that the repairman bent the wire. They actually turned it in two, so I had to replace that.

    They had to cut into the wall, and that cost me about $500. I complained to Old Republic, but they said it’s been over 30 days. Plus, they won’t cover damage ‘caused by the repairmen to my home. They wouldn’t reimburse me for the damage.

    The warranty ordered a new washing machine for me, but they would not haul away the old one. They would not install it either. They would not set it on a pedestal. They just dropped it. That ended up costing me more.

    When you call Old Republic, sometimes you get somebody that’s helpful. Other times, you get somebody that can barely speak English or somebody that has an attitude. You never get to talk to a manager.

    As an Old Republic customer for 25 years, I haven’t had a tremendous amount of claims, but I’ve had a number over the years. In the past, I sometimes felt that the contractors they sent were second-rate. I understand that they’re getting companies who are probably doing the work for a little less than some of their competitors, and they’re using them because they're cost-efficient. But I got technicians that I won't say that they didn't get the work done, but that I felt, if I was selecting somebody on my own to come out, I would have never chosen them..

    With my recent claim, I had two different service calls on my air conditioning units. I have a two-story townhome with separate compressors for the first and second floors. The first call was about the 1st floor unit that stopped working. Someone from a company came out and repaired that. They did a fine job. Then in a short period of time later, I had a problem on the 2nd floor and was told to submit a second service request. A different AC company was assigned, and they were good as well. Overall, both companies were good and they were fairly timely.

    I like the convenience of being able to call the warranty and have them dispatch the proper people. What could be improved is ensuring that contractors who claim to provide emergency response for weekend and evening calls honor those commitments and are actually audited for it.

    I went through seven different contractors and none of them could make it out when my AC went out. They were booked and couldn’t come out till two days later. It’s 110 degrees outside.

    Being in Arizona, a lot of people have solar systems and power optimization systems, like my house. There was nothing wrong with the AC. The smart panel had locked out the unit, so it wasn’t receiving power and couldn’t turn on. The electrical contractor found it, and then took care of it for me promptly. The HVAC contractors were the ones who couldn’t come out within 24 hours.

    I wanted to pay cash and get a receipt instead of putting it on a credit card. The representative said it was fine. The contractor couldn’t do work, but I still wanted to pay him. He said the representative didn’t put a service fee. So, this is an ongoing thing. They say one thing but do another.

    The warranty didn’t have a contractor available to work on the bathroom, so I had to wait five days until they could get someone out there. I had to go through all these hoops to get an approval for my own contractor and pay out-of-pocket. But sometimes, the warranty doesn’t even reimburse you.

    I had a horrible experience. I’ve been looking at other warranties to cover my house, as we speak. I wouldn’t recommend Old Republic to anyone. They’re the worst.

    I’m a licensed Realtor. An Old Republic representative came to my office and talked about it. In the past 20 years, he has always visited the office and been accessible to licensed Realtors.

    Personally, I’ve been with them for five years now. Mostly, I ordered it for customers. My best experience is they take care of things. My worst experience is they don’t have enough people manning the phones.

    I dread having to call the warranty, ‘cause if I have to speak to somebody, then I have to wait 45 minutes. That’s a huge commitment of my time, and it normally takes that long. They’re understaffed on the phone, but they do take care of things when you get through. However, two or three more people answering those phones would be great.

    Some contractors are good, some aren’t. If they’re not good, then I have to call Old Republic and wait 45 minutes on the phone for the claim to get reassigned. They direct you to the website, but the website can’t handle everything. It can’t reassign you to a new vendor if you’ve got one that’s two hours away and you want somebody different.

    The only thing that Old Republic can improve on is the phone time. It’s too long, and it’s consistently that way. It is a big thing, and I don’t think they realize it. I’ve never called and gotten somebody quickly.

    I placed a request to get my dishwasher repaired before my home warranty expired. This is the third time the techs have been out and it’s still not repaired. So I’ve been waiting for this guy to come out and see if he can help out a little bit. This will be number three visit. I understand that if they don’t repair it within three visits, my home warranty will replace the Maytag. It’s odd because it’s a relatively new machine. So I’m looking forward to seeing what would happen with them.

    Their reps have always been very kind, professional and I like the personal attention I get. I speak to Lena every month, calling in for my payment for our fire insurance. She’s so personable and makes it a joy to pay my bill.

    I’ve got great coverage from Old Republic and their fees are very in line. I’m satisfied with their business practices however, I’m a little bit concerned about the bills that are not being recorded. They’re going through a bit of a glitch and we’re gonna get hit with a three-month back charge. However, they’ve assured me that we are covered.     Be careful what you get into. I had a terrible experience with Old Republic Home Protection. They charged me $780 over a year, on a monthly basis. Before the end of the year, my Samsung dishwasher, about there years old, started acting up. They charged me $125 and assigned a service guy from two counties over to come over after several days to fix it. All he did was to remove some lint from the dishwasher's air intake on top of the sink, for a total of a few minutes, and said it was fixed and left. A couple of days later we noticed that the dishwasher was making sparking sounds and generating a burning plastic smell.

    I called the Old Republic again, and told them about it. This time they assigned us to another service company two counties over in the other direction. After about a week, the guy showed up, pulled the dishwasher out, and also pulled its electric cord from the small hole in between the dishwasher space and the sink cabinet to its left. He looked at the wiring on one side of the dishwasher and said that there was no problem. He then removed some lint from inside the dishwasher. That was the end of the work he wanted to do. He could not even pass the electric cord through the hole that it came from, so he connected it, from outside, to the plug under the sink, and pushed the dishwasher back into its place.. Now you could see the electric cord of the dishwasher as you stood in the kitchen. He said it was not his job to put back the electric cord through its hole.!!!! He was just in a rush to leave.

    My wife was too upset to see the electric cord in plain sight. It took me, in my old age, six hours to make a bigger hole in the cabinet wall, pull the dishwasher out, pass the cord through the hole, and push the dishwasher back. I could not sleep that night from the pain of crawling under the sink for so many hours. Needless to say, the dishwasher was not fixed.

    I called Old Republic, and they told me that they have to wait to receive the report of the service guy and then they will call me to tell me what should get done. I waited for ten days, and they never called me. Meanwhile, they had the audacity to charge me $130 for the start of renewing my subscription. When I called them to cancel the subscription, they said that I had to let them know about my cancellation decision in writing. Anyway, After paying them $780 for one year and paying another $125, my dishwasher still needs fixing.

    As a curiosity, I looked at the online ratings of the service companies they sent over. The ratings were terrible. I am guessing Old Republic just signs up contracts with the service companies that gives them the cheapest rates, does not even care where these service companies are located, and does not care if the service guys are trained or not. So, when the service guy (who may not be qualified at all) drives for a couple of hours to get to your house, all he wants to do is leave in a few minutes. I feel victimized by a scam called Old Republic Home Protection. Be careful.

    By far the worst company. If you are a real estate professional or a buyer then do not accept a home owner warranty from seller if they are buying from this company. They are never easily reachable and always finds a ways to not to do the work. If you are a seller then do not purchase a policy for your incoming buyers or tenants either. Stay away from them.

    Our home came with an Old Republic PLATINUM level warranty. This was crucial because the appliances and furnace were old. Shortly afterwards we experienced problems with the refrigerator; control panel, ice maker and water dispensing. The service response was slow, about a week and it was determined that the issues were unresolvable. The tech could not find the cause. He determined the entire logic board needed replacement to ensure resolution but the part was no longer unavailable. We then expected a replacement refrigerator was merited but were issued a check for the value of the part instead. They said a replacement was not covered.

    The next summer the air conditioning went down. We reported it on 6/8 and after a week a tech came out and left in less than an hour stating it only needed a recharge because there was a leak. We didn't use the AC much over the weeks following but while we were away on vacation it rose to over 100 degrees outside prompting a call from our house sitters who were concerned our dogs were suffering because they could not cool the house. We again reported the issue to ORHP on 7/2. It took over a week for a tech to come out possibly because none of the service shops they user are local based.

    We still had not AC and there was no date scheduled for repair after almost TWO MONTHS of back and forth about what is covered (by them or the manufacturer) and what to replace, I notified them that I will be reported it all to the BBB, Google, Yelp, etc. Within 48 hours from that we were scheduled for repair. The parts were suddenly in stock and the tech(s) available but there was a cost to us of $705 in various fees. On day SIXTY TWO (62) from when first reported the HVAC is finally back up and running again. The equipment installed (Goodman) was average in quality and performance. So far it is running well but we are still awaiting a final test and permit approval from the City of Reno.

    We purchased a home warranty plan that included washer and dryer coverage when getting our new home. Our washer that was purchased with the home was unusable as it spat out black oily stains whenever it ran, and smelled awful. We attempted to clean multiple times to no avail. When placing a service request, we paid the $100 needed for service to be requested only for someone to come out and say this didn't count as it being unusable since it technically still functioned so warranty wouldn't cover it.

    We bought our home, and our Realtor mentioned that we may like to think about getting some extended home warranty on our house. He recommended Old Republic and he said after our year, we didn't have to renew. We've had them ever since 2019. I usually call in and submit the claim on the phone and so far, it's been very easy. The prompts ask me what I need, and I can select from that. Once, I had to speak with someone, and it wasn't hard to get someone over the phone. For the most part, I wasn't frustrated.

    Usually, everybody that comes and checks everything and makes sure they do everything accurately. The contractors that we've had to use have been very pleasant. I was very nervous about that in the beginning because sometimes customers like to choose their own, but I know Old Republic has certain ones that they use. We were taking a chance, but they've been very professional. We have two air conditioning units, and the one upstairs was acting up. I called later in the evening and the guy reached out, saying he'd be out the next morning. He came at the time he said he would come and it was a smooth experience. He did what he needed to do, and communicated with my husband well.

    The contractors that Old Repubic have chosen come out and they start from A to Z. They come in and at least try to see what the problem is. Our gas water heater was not heating. The guy said, "We're gonna try this step before because I don't know if you need a new one or not." He cleaned out all of the ductwork and that's what it was. Also, Old Republic did a reimbursement and since then, they've added plumbing because we had some work done and had to have a plumber to come out.

    Overall, Old Republic definitely made me want to keep my extended home warranty. We can also either do monthly or we can pay it all at once. I did recommend them to friends or family and told them about my experience. One of my close friends does monthly as well with hers, which was a little cheaper than mine. I told her she might wanna try Old Republic. I told her the process of when we did have an issue, how easy it was calling in, and we didn't have any problems at all. Old Republic is an excellent service, and when it's time to renew, we always make sure we did.

    Updated on 09/18/2025: I am writing to provide an update on my ongoing unresolved issue with Old Republic Home Protection regarding my Thermador range. Unfortunately, the situation has only worsened. Since filing my original claim in March 2025, I have been without a working oven for over six months and without a functional cooktop for over a month. During this time, Old Republic and its assigned repair contractors repeatedly mishandled my repair, ordered incorrect parts, and failed to deliver on multiple promised solutions.

    I was told my control board would be rebuilt, then that a replacement board had been ordered, and finally that the unit is simply “unrepairable.” To make matters worse, I had to beg both Old Republic and the repair company just to have my original control board reinstalled so that I could at least regain use of my cooktop. After multiple calls and exhausting follow-ups, I finally had my control panel returned and reinstalled.

    Now, after months of delay, inconvenience, and failed repairs, Old Republic has stated that they will only provide a little over $3,000 toward replacement. My plan clearly provides up to $5,000 in coverage. Their justification is that they already spent money sending technicians who repeatedly failed to fix my range. Old Republic is deducting that cost of repeated, unsuccessful technician visits—costs incurred solely because of their mismanagement and errors.

    After reaching out to several authorized vendors the cost to replace my range is over 10,000. I have now been without an oven since March, and before September 11th, completely without a functioning cooking element in my kitchen for over a month. I paid for this protection in good faith, and I expected the company to deliver when I needed it most. Instead, I have been left without a working kitchen appliance for half a year, forced to spend countless hours chasing both Old Republic and their contractors for updates, and offered only partial compensation that falls short of not only the full replacement cost but also the plan term limit. This entire experience has been unnecessarily stressful and disruptive. I urge Old Republic Home Protection to resolve this matter fairly.

    Original Review: I am filing this complaint due to an extremely delayed and poorly handled repair of my Thermador range through Old Republic Home Protection. I initially filed a repair request in March 2025, and as of today—five months later—my range is still not functioning. Throughout this time, I’ve made multiple calls to both Old Republic and the assigned repair contractor. Each time, I was told the wrong part was ordered, which required repeat visits and forced me to block off entire days for service appointments that led nowhere.

    Now, after months of delay and zero progress, I’ve been told that the only remaining option is to remove the control panel from my range and send it to a third party for a custom rebuild, which will take an additional 2–3 weeks. During this time, I will be completely without a stove or oven, leaving me without any kitchen cooking appliance for nearly six months total. To make matters worse, I was told the rebuilt part will only carry a 30-day warranty, unlike a genuine Thermador replacement. This is unacceptable considering the part is a non-original workaround due to the repair team’s repeated errors. This experience has been a nightmare—inconvenient, unprofessional, and deeply frustrating. Not having an oven for five months is bad enough; now being told I won’t have a stove for another month, with no guarantee beyond 30 days, is completely unacceptable.

    My daughter and I bought a house, we requested a home warranty on the house for a year and we got the Old Republic.

    My daughter’s side of the house has been without air for six weeks. We live in the state of Tucson, Arizona. The upstairs air was working, but a few days ago, it stopped working. We don't know what to do, whether to call Old Republic and pay another $100, when the downstairs air isn’t fixed because they're waiting for a part for almost a month.

    They keep telling me it's a fabricated part and they're waiting on it. The company is saying they'll have it done by July 31. Old Republic says they've already paid for it. As soon as the part comes in, the tech will come out. It's the state of Arizona in 103-degree heat on a daily basis, and she's got two little kids.

    Now, the upstairs air was doing double duty, and has stopped working too. So, she's got nothing. She's asking me whether to call the AC company back or call Old Republic again and pay another $100 when nothing has even been fixed yet. It’s a mess.

    Every time you call, you have to sit on the phone for 30 to 45 minutes, waiting for someone to answer. And it's ridiculous every single time you call. And the AC guy told me that when he calls, it's the same thing. When he has to call them to say what he needs to do or what needs to be done.

    Old Republic home protection SUCKS. My husband and I have filed 3 claims with them in the past year, in which were all denied without any given reason. Not only did we pay an initial large fee for the plan, we also pay a $100 fee every time we need someone to come out, yet they never actually fix anything or cover anything. Our doorbell broke, not covered. Our shower tub was leaking water into the walls, not covered. We needed electrical work, not covered… THEN WHAT IS COVERED?! What am I even paying for?! It’s a scam.

    You’re better off just hiring someone to come out independently who you know will actually just do the work and not go through a home warranty company that is basically preventing anything from getting fixed. I am utterly disappointed with the service and will not be renewing our home protection plan with them. Waste of my money. Will be telling any friends/family to stay away from their coverage plans when they are purchasing homes.

    When I reported an issue with my furnace, a technician informed me that I needed a new thermostat, which they said was covered by my warranty. But since then, communication has been a nightmare.     I moved in this house in March 2025. A week after the fan on the built-in microwave continued to turn itself on and the only way to cut it off was to unplug it. Someone came out they fixed it and now it has started all over again and this is July 2025. Old Republic Home Protection says I have to pay another hundred dollars for a service call. I don’t think this is right for two reasons - it’s within a year and this is the exact same problem that was happening in March 2025. Old republic home protection contracts, the service companies. And they are only guaranteed for 30 days?? I refuse to pay another hundred dollars for the same problem.

    Advice: Follow up with complaints to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) as well!! This company is fraudulent and predatory to home owners!! I made a call out to Old Republic Home Protection (ORHP) with regards to the water from my washing machine no longer coming through. I was paired with a plumbing company which sent a technician the same day.

    Upon the technician's arrival and his full review of the work, he made a call in to ORHP to confirm coverage of which it was approved by agent with a noted exception for the dry wall patch-work replacement upon completion of the work. I was given the phone by the technician to speak with the ORHP agent to confirm that I'd only be re-imbursed up to $100 for the dry-wall patch-work of which I agreed to. The technician re-confirmed with the ORHP representative of the work details and was again confirmed of coverage and ok to order the parts needed for replacement.

    3hrs later, I received a call from someone else from ORHP stating that the work order was being denied in FULL and that I'd only be re-imbursed $100 for the cut out dry-wall. Despite what I tried to say to the representative, explaining a prior approval she repeated a denial (insistently). She was speaking to me like I stole her money… I already knew I was in a losing conversation with her and didn’t care to stay on the call with her longer than necessary and instead told her I’d elevate my concerns. (Interesting the ‘people’ ORHP choses to use to make those denial calls. – I digress.)

    I have the Premium/Platinum/Highest coverage with ORHP offers for SFR and I go through some sort of denial every time I call for a repair or replacement and I ALWAYS have to ‘fight’ for the coverage I’ve paid for. This time, it is highly unacceptable, as there is a hole in my wall, non-working washing machine (which I had called in to ORHP as well and was told was the water valve but now being told is ‘also’ the washing machine) and uncompleted work in my laundry room.

    NOTE: I will only edit this post if/when ORHP rectifies this issue. Otherwise, I will copy and post this in every other rating forum and renew this complaint every month for 1-full year!

    7/16/25: Sent requested info... will update post accordingly.

    7/22/25: I completed my BBB report - of which included false information from ORHP about statements I'd made - makes one think, if you (ORHP) have to lie about statements, then clearly you know you're truly at fault. We (both parties) were unable to come to an agreement to resolve the matter, hence I am moving forward with sharing this experience on all review platforms to warn would-be customers to BEWARE!!! I assure you, you won't be an exception!

    Don't even think about using this company. I have the Gold Service. If you call them and say that you are a new customer, they will pick up the phone immediately. If you are one of the unfortunates. like me, who actually subscribed and paid for their service, you will be placed on hold. (For me it was 2 hours and 29 minutes of listening to elevator music.) (See Attached Photo.) That was only one time. I made 4 other calls to put a claim in. The claim was denied because I finally used my own workers. I did that because every time that I tried to schedule them to come out, I had to wait their ridiculous shameful hold Times.

    They have a very nice racket going. Sucker new customers in, then when you need them, place you on "Forever Hold" until you finally give up because your time is too valuable for their nonsensical games. Fool me once shame on them. Fool me twice shame on me. They will never get a second chance from me. You should not give them a first chance. Put them to the test yourselves. Call them as if you are a current customer needing to file a claim. Then watch the paint dry. Disgusting, Horrible, Shameful company. Beware!

    I have been using Old Republic’s services for 23 years and have largely been satisfied. However, my most recent experience wasn't as smooth. My air conditioner stopped producing cold air between 4 and 6 p.m. on a Saturday and their main contact line was already closed for the weekend. This left me enduring two days in the Phoenix heat, forcing me to wake up early around 5 a.m. just to be on a call hold for around 40 minutes.

    Once I finally spoke with a representative, they were understanding and prioritized my issue, stating someone would come later that day. Thankfully, the technician arrived as promised between 2 and 4 p.m., contacted me at 2:15 p.m., and promptly fixed the issue within an hour. Their service was efficient once initiated, though the delay for initial contact was frustrating.

    Despite having an older system, about a decade old, which sometimes seems to run longer than expected to cool down the house, the unit has functioned adequately since this service. It’s concerning that reaching customer service proven difficult since Old Republic had always been easy to contact in the past. Their newer system seems to have longer waits even right at their opening time. Nonetheless, after resolving the phone issue, a representative provided me a service number that can be used on Sundays.

    I've recommended Old Republic to neighbors as their response time and past services have usually been commendable. Hopefully, this encounter with communication difficulties is a one-time experience. The service otherwise deserves a high rating, though addressing the challenges in reaching customer service would improve things significantly. Overall, I'm still happy with their service, all things considered.

    Follow up on recent review. It hasn’t changed. I do not recommend. So after being denied coverage for a blocked sewer line that was not discovered on inspection, I gave them a 1 star review. A couple of days later I was contacted by a service provider to come fix the blockage. I already paid for it out of pocket. I even used the original contractor that OR sent. I was told to send my receipt for reimbursement. I did. Once again, it was denied for using an “out of network contractor”, the contractor they originally sent. DO NOT USE Old Republic is my recommendation. I gave them a 1 because you can’t do negatives.

    Old Republic responded twice to address the same problem with my AC unit. The first service visit involved recharging and reclaiming the AC, and during the second visit, the technician advised changing the filter, thinking it was the wrong one. However, despite these measures, my house still overheats to 81 degrees.

    Unfortunately, contacting Old Republic for follow-up service has been challenging. Every time I call, I'm directed to claims, where an automated system informs me I've reached them outside business hours—though I'm calling well within them. The system also prevents placing a new order since, according to them, the previous one was fulfilled, which hasn't resolved my issue. This experience is like talking to a robot, constantly hitting roadblocks in getting another technician to assess the problem without incurring additional costs of $100.

    Submitting a claim isn't difficult in theory, but repeating it for the same persistent issue makes it frustrating. If I had to rate Old Republic, it'd probably be a 3 out of 5. On the positive side, quick phone access to their service initially was a convenience. However, the ongoing challenge to resolve my AC issue negates many benefits.

    I needed a toilet and a faucet fixed, and the initial technician from AGS Service didn't do the job correctly, leaving the toilet loose and connecting the faucet lines the wrong way. Cold water flowed from the hot side, and the main water valve wasn't fully opened, which could have solved some issues without replacing the faucet.

    When AGS didn't resolve these problems, I reached out to Old Republic again. They sent out Rocket Plumbing, who did a fantastic job and immediately pointed out the obvious mistakes made by the first technician.

    While Rocket Plumbing was much more knowledgeable and helpful, my experience with Old Republic's customer service was a mixed bag. I found the process to be rather lengthy, and there were communication hurdles, partly due to some language barriers. Being 82, I need clear communication, and this sometimes wasn't the case.

    Despite these challenges, I appreciate Old Republic's willingness to send a competent team like Rocket Plumbing after my initial dissatisfaction. Given my usage across multiple properties, I've generally had positive interactions otherwise. Overall, I'd rate my experience as a 4 out of 5.

    My experience with Old Republic hasn't been great. We've faced issues with our air conditioning and garage door, and communication with them has been frustrating. Although I’ve been with Old Republic since purchasing our home, I’ve been calling and calling to no avail. I have personal matters like health issues that add to the stress, so this lack of customer service is particularly disappointing.

    Previously, they did send out an air conditioning guy from Kingman, Arizona, when our AC was causing problems. However, he informed me the unit was too small for our home’s square footage and quoted a price much higher than other local AC companies. Old Republic has been silent since regarding whether they’d replace it.

    Our air conditioning isn't completely dysfunctional, but it's working overtime, which isn't ideal. Furthermore, companies in our area don't seem interested in working with Old Republic, adding to the hurdles. We also encountered issues with getting service for our broken garage door as Old Republic doesn’t have a local company covering this under their plan.

    Overall, my experience with Old Republic Home Protection has been unsatisfying, and I would currently rate them a 1 out of 5 for not addressing these problems and poor communication.

    I ran into issues with my air conditioning due to a faulty fan. When the technician was first sent by Old Republic to resolve the problem, he wasn't as thorough as I'd hoped. We both discovered the issue while on the roof, but it took an additional two days without air conditioning because he initially suggested that dirty air filters were the problem. I knew better, given my background in construction, and it was only later on, after the second visit, that the technician fixed the problem using a spare fan they happened to have on-hand. While the technician eventually resolved the problem, the delay and the guessing made the experience disappointing. My family had to endure two more days of discomfort, and I believe it could have been avoided with a bit more patience and insight from the technician in the first visit.

    Another point of friction for me was the communication process with Old Republic. I would have preferred talking to a live person rather than relying on phone tags. It took around 18 hours to get a callback after initially reporting the issue, resulting in even more missed hours of work on my end. While Old Republic isn't entirely at fault, the company they contracted for the AC repairs left much to be desired. I've heard not-so-great things about them from others in the construction field as well, so I hope Old Republic re-evaluates their choice in contractors.

    Original Review: Usually I would rate 5 stars but this time has been anything but a happy experience. The repair company called to report they can’t get the parts to repair so warranty will be reaching out! They never did. I had to call them only to get two different stories, one saying they sent to purchasing to replace unit and other to say they have another vendor who has parts. Opened claim mid June, it is now mid July. They just now closed claim and appliance was never repaired/replaced - meanwhile I am still on hold over 30 minutes and counting to just get a person. RIDICULOUS! This has been the worst experience with them we have ever had and will be going elsewhere for home warranty.

It's a nightmare dealing with them. Even after they told me the installation was covered on my hot water tank and they sent a plumber out they said they don't cover that. Their word means nothing. I am a real estate broker in California and have dealt with them for years. Don't waste your time or money with this loser, deceitful corporation.

    Updated on 07/09/2025: They also just told me they were transferring me to a supervisor to help resolve this issue after 2 hrs already on hold. They hung up on me 10 seconds after putting me on hold to "transfer me to a supervisor". Again I stress, one of the many reasons to avoid dealing with this company at all costs. I am on day 4 of no AC in Las Vegas, NV. I bought my home and have had repeated issues with the AC. I've reached out to Old Republic who has sent 3x contractors now ALL TELLING ME I NEED A NEW UNIT. Each one has reported the work order as complete, yet here I sit INSIDE MY HOME at 91 degrees Fahrenheit without working AC. I try to reach out to them and the reviews stating 2-3hr hold time for no help and just to get transferred to someone else who isn't any help are 100% accurate!

    I informed them I have BABIES in the home unable to regulate their body temperature & it is a health and safety risk, but they don't take into consideration the circumstances people are in. Each day it's "well another contractor will be there for another opinion tomorrow" fishing for a way to avoid ACTUALLY making the repairs they're paid to. Again, all the while leaving me, my BABIES, and my family with no AC in the Las Vegas Desert heat. It is July 2025 and 112 outside.

    Very unprofessional and can not recommend at this time. I was requested to leave work to be home so that it could get fixed. Their contractor showed up, added free on saying it would cool down shortly. I informed him he was the 3rd HVAC contractor from old republic to come and that it'd already been established the unit was defective and wouldn't hold the free on or cool down. He assured me "He was a professional with 40 years experience and this would do the trick." This was 3 hours ago and temperature has raised 4 degrees since he left with the AC running and on cool blowing nothing but hot air. He then reported to old republic that the work order was completed. Unless I'm sorely mistaken a work order being completed implies the issue has been resolved; even if partially, which it has not.

    I thought home warranty was supposed to provide peace of mind for these issues, not cause further issues. I'm at the point where I'm going to call the Better Business Bureau, health department, and an attorney because this is a danger to my child's life and they're treating it as a joke & a number. Do not purchase a home with them as the home warranty company and for the love of all things good in the world don't sign on with them. These things are for emergency situations and the fact I've spent over 12 hours ON HOLD over the last 2 days just trying to speak with someone speaks volumes & even when you do speak with someone NO ONE HAS ANY ANSWERS OR SOLUTIONS!

    I’ve had Old Republic for over 10 years on multiple properties. I was approved for a complete new AC system on 6/2/25 and still do not have any work done at my home. It took 1 week to approve the work, 2 weeks for the equipment to show up at their warehouse, another week to deliver it to the property. Find out the AC equipment was damaged. The box with the compressor was crushed. Had to send it back. It’s now 7/7/25 and still NO replacement has arrived. Over 1 month without Air Conditioning in Arizona! It’s over 110 degrees daily. Filed multiple complaints to Old Republic and they stated they are not responsible for damaged goods and the time it takes to replace it. REALLY?? You think they would expedite it, but NO. I could go to ANY local AC supplier and purchase the items over the counter myself. Don’t fall for Old Republic’s BS. If and when this gets repaired, I am definitely canceling my 3 policies.

    We paid the $110 for the service call, and the a/c service repairman said he couldn't check the entire system, that would require another service call. He replaced the compressor fan motor with generic parts, not OEM equipment. After paying several thousand dollars for this plan over several years, we consider this subpar service and want to CANCEL the plan asap.

    I bought a house in May, and it came with Old Republic Home Inspection service. I called them about a rodent issue. They could not find anyone to come out, and I found one on my own. I then submitted my claim, which they denied. On top of that, they sent me an invoice for a 100 Trade Call Fee. It is ridiculous that they sent me a Trade Call Fee. I asked that they send me some sort of documentation that they were billed for the Trade Call Fee from the contractor. I would have been better off having never even called them. What am I paying for? I would go with a different company that does not conduct business this way. I will file a claim with the BBB.

    Our furnace smelled gas and we call Old Republic. Their Technichian only wanted to tight the gas line hose, he refused to acknowledge the gas leaks was coming from the furnace grills and told me to call the gas company the next time I smell gas. He left the furnace lid open and garage open so the small gas leak doesn’t concentrate and he took picture to proof that there was no leaks. After he left, the gas leak concentrated in garage again coming from furnace. It's an old furnace and I assuming is not fixable so the home warranty is ignoring the issue so they don’t have to buy a new one. Furnace still not fixed.

    The only way to open a service request is by phone which is inconvenient.     I am thoroughly impressed with Old Republic. I researched home warranty companies when buying a property from a friend that was built only 3.5 years ago. Something told me find a good home warranty company and have them buy a policy for us. After much research and reading of reviews, we choose Old Republic. I can't say enough. The very expensive KitchenAid refrigerator stopped getting cold about a month after we bought the property. Repairman was out here within days of reporting, unfixable sealed system fridge failure. Not one glimmer of push back from Old Republic, I could spend up to $3800.00 on a new fridge and be reimbursed, or they would buy as new replacement (exactly what I had before) and setup delivery.

    Within 10 days we had a new fridge that cost more than 4 times what we paid for the home warranty. Old Republic, you kept your word and did a good thing in honoring the contract and taking care of us. Thank you. No one paid me or enticed me to write a review. Good businesses and good customer service deserve to be acknowledged.

    Our 18 yr old AC sprung a leak and the compressor was dying. The summer was just kicking off and the heat was unbearable. The AC vendor came out and recommend a new AC. I sat in the dark for a couple of days wondering who will come out when. I randomly got a call and there was no callback number that was left. I had to wait for somebody to randomly call me again to get in touch with a person. But the people Old Republic sent out were decent. They made some mistakes, but fixed them. They put the wrong freon in there and had to vacuum it out and redo it. It was like an act of Congress to get them to give me something saying that they made the mistake and fix it. But now everything seems to be okay.

I've been with them for six months now and for the most part, service has been satisfactory, though there were occasions when I needed to wait a bit longer for my calls to be answered.     I have had several issues with this warranty company. The main problem is that I pay for top of the line coverage every year and there are times when a vendor is not immediately available to address a situation where the AC in my property wasn't working properly and cooling the home. In these instances, I was told by Old republic representatives that I can find my own vendor and have them come out and take care of the issue and for me to then submit the claims over to Old republic for a full reimbursement and to this day I'm still waiting for these claims to be reimbursed and refunded back to me. This company has promised me a full reimbursement for these claims and have not stood by their word to provide me with the reimbursement. This is extremely upsetting especially given the fact that I'm a long time loyal customer.

    As of this writing I've been on hold for over 50 minutes, calling during business hours. No callback option. No status of how long until a rep will pick up. It's 2025 and simple customer service skills are non-existent. As for their coverage, don't bother. We paid extra for AC coverage, was told only $500 would be covered and we'd have to pay $2,600. What's the point of getting the extra AC coverage if it won't be fully covered. No way to change plan coverages either, you buy one tier and it seems as if you're stuck with it, even when up for renewal, no way to change tiers.

    After I posted this review on google, Old Republic did reach out to me, but once again, when I call back I was on hold for almost an hour with no answer before I gave up. I requested an update on my service request, was told that they were waiting on the report from the service provider. Called the service provider, they said they sent the invoice and report to OR but when they tried to call OR about getting the new AC ordered, they couldn't get through either. Once again, as of this writing (30 June) I've been on hold for 40 minutes trying to reach OR. I can not recommend more than to go elsewhere for home warranty needs. This company's customer service abilities are something from the stone age. Fortunately our coverage is up for renewal and we definitely won't be renewing. Avoid and look elsewhere for home warranty needs.

    My real estate friend told me about Old Republic and I had their warranty for about a year. When my air conditioner went out, they gave me the money for what their air conditioner would cost, then I paid the difference. They wanted to put a cheap one on my home and I live in Arizona, where it gets 120 degrees. Other than that, the services that I got were good. It was just Old Republic's rule at the end, not knowing that we weren't going to be able to continue the service.

    I would still have them today, but when they came up for renewal, they said no. I even tried two years ago because my mom has it as well, but evidently, I'm on the red list. They won't renew me. That's not good practice. It was an unfortunate thing that happened, but I can't control that. The home warranty is there for people to file a claim and for improvement, I don't think that they should just cut people off and not insure them anymore.

    My experience have been really bad with Old Republic. First it took me a long time to get someone on the phone to even talk to regarding a service request I submitted online due to fault A/C units that display error codes on the thermostats. When they sent the technician, he looked at the outside units (two) and within 5 minutes he said the Inverters are bad on both units and must be replaced (about $2k each according to him). He then said they are still under manufacturer warranty and will get back to me on the process. Did not even look into the error messages on the thermostats.

    The next day someone from Old Republic called and told me my service request is denied because the A/C units are still under the manufacturer warranty and told me to work with service provider. I asked him if I still would be charged $100 and he said yes. How would I know what parts would and would not be covered by the manufacturer warranty. The guy just walked in and out and appeared to be uninterested in finding the issue and I’m not sure why I’m being denied so quickly. Very sad. Now I’ve not only pay the $100, I will have to pay someone else to take a look and then see if the manufacturer warranty will still cover.

    What’s the point of this home protection plan if it penalizes me for having someone to pay for the parts???     I have Old Republic since last October. So far, we had two claims. There was a plumbing leak and a drain that was slow. And they fixed that. It was great. We really like the person who came out. The other one was that the attic fan wasn't working. And when they finally got somebody who would actually work on it, that person did a great job and replaced the motor. And everything is good on that now too.

    The whole plumbing service was really quick. That one didn't take long. But for the attic fan, the initial guy who came out to diagnose the problem was pretty fast. But took a week for me to keep calling to follow up on the claim before they finally got the second person who was willing to do the work.

    I was with Old Republic a few years ago, and then I tried a different one. About two years ago I had it again because they’re the best. Their customer service is great.

    My recent service request was for the AC. That was all right. But when the tech did my outside unit, I asked him about checking the Freon, see if it was full. During the last time, they washed up the outside unit. When you're getting ready for the summer, they wash the outside unit and check the Freon. But I don't know if he had another way of checking the Freon with what he did or what. I wasn't really satisfied with the technician. The AC was all right, but I had to wash it out myself.

    We’ve been homeowners for 35 years, but we relocated. When I purchased a new home, my realtor suggested Old Republic to me versus other warranty companies.

    Claiming was an easy process. They were friendly. I enjoyed the conversation, but I didn’t understand that I was going to be charged a deductible per trade. I had several items that I addressed when I called and had to pay for each trade – plumbing, electrical and the AC. I didn’t know it at the time.

    The overall experience when they came was pretty good. My husband was there, and he mentioned that the plumber did not have all the tools that he needed. It took him a minute to figure things out, but I think he appreciated him not giving up on the task.

    On our claim on the AC unit, they said they had to order some stuff, but it took a minute for them to come back. We’d forgotten it until it was mentioned in a conversation. We were going to call them the next day, but they showed up then. If they had kept us in the loop about that, that would have been nice.

    New homeowners need to get something. I would recommend that in case you have any major setbacks, you have that peace of mind. The home we relocated from, we plan to offer an extended warranty to the buyers, and we’re going to do it with Old Republic. It's a wonderful investment, whether you use it or not.

    I had an emergency because there was a pipe leak in my home, so I was recommending this person who was available to do it the same day. He works with Old Republic, too, and can do me a favor because he's worked on my dad’s home for 15 years, but they said they were going to send someone else. That guy came after three or four days, which damaged my home way too much.

    Prices are fair, but the website is a little complicated. That was the only issue with me, that they don’t take any recommendations.

    Old Republic Home Protection has been pretty prompt with dealing with home warranty issues for us. My husband signed us up when we bought our house in November.

    We’ve worked with them on a few things, and they have been helpful. We had a bathroom leak, and they got a service provider that sent out a plumber the same day or the next.

    Direct contact with the service provider is better, instead of going through a middleman with Old Republic, but for the most part, it’s been pretty good.

    I am very unhappy with my experiences with OHRP regarding issues with my refrigerator. A few months ago it started not cooling like it should so I called OHRP and got an appt to have it looked at. The repair was going to be expensive because it needed a new compressor and some other work done. I asked for a cash out so I could just get another refrigerator. They refused and insisted on "fixing" it. I got it repaired but it was still warm the next day. I told them about this and they sent me a check (which I told the person on the phone I wasn't ready to accept but they sent it anyway). I cashed it though it wasn't enough to get a feature by feature replacement. The refrigerator was supposed to get cold within 24 hours of being repaired, but it didn't. It took 10 days. I hadn't replaced it yet so I thought all was good.

    A few months later it got warm again. (I did some research and found that LG refrigerators have a tendency to have temperature fluctuation problems.) I called to have it looked at. I was told it was not repairable. OHRP told me I would get a new fridge. Apparently that was faulty info. I got a call telling me I would get nothing because they had used up their allotment for refrigerator issues. They should have listened to me and given me the cash out or provided a fridge of their choosing. Perhaps they should research things they are dealing with so they can make a better decision as to what would be best for the customer. They could still make money and not have all the bad reviews out there. Now I am going to have to replace it myself. Not a good look for OHRP.

    We have had Old Republic for about 15 years and have had very good experiences. Then we bought a home protection for my relative. She had two issues that needed to be addressed. Took TWO months to get reimbursement on one issue and the other is still not fixed. Also have to stay on hold for 45 minutes to an hour just to speak with anyone. When transferred you have to wait another 45 minutes to an hour to speak to someone else. All they can say is I'm sorry for your inconvenience.

    I made an appointment for electric work with All Spark Electric Inc in California thru ORHP plan. They gave me a tentative appointment if the technician finished early and they also gave me a definite appointment over a week later. The technician never called to let me know he wasn't coming. I called All Spark Electric, left several messages. No return calls over the past week. In the meantime I was charged $100 on my credit card for a visit that never occurred. On ORHP phone tree it appears the 2nd appt has been cancelled. I tried calling ORHP, I've been on hold for over 2 hrs! Poor service!

    Old republic has the longest hold time ever. It is absolutely ridiculous. The website is NOT user-friendly at all. I can't find out how to place a service request. I was charged for services that were never rendered. I pay for "elite " coverage and I get atrocious customer service. If ANYONE ANSWERS THE PHONE AT ALL. I have literally been on hold almost 2 hours. I'm getting beyond mad. I'm gonna to have to dispute that fee with my credit card company. Which is completely unacceptable. Worst staff I've ever dealt with. They are so rude is disgusting. I have brain cancer. All I want is what I paid for. Otherwise, I'll be disputing my entire fee for the year of over $1000.

    Old Republic Home Warranty Review – A Frustrating and Disappointing Experience. My experience with Old Republic Home Warranty has been extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend their service to anyone looking for reliability or peace of mind. To begin with, reaching customer service is a challenge in itself. Every time I needed assistance, I had to wait hours just to get connected to an agent. While the dispatch process was relatively fast, the follow-through from assigned contractors was abysmal. No one contacted me proactively, and it became my responsibility to chase them down — often with no success. The real test came when I had a leak in my home’s main water line. Old Republic assigned Pristine Plumbing for the job. They showed up three days later, attempted to dismiss the issue as a non-warranty concern, and quoted an inflated price to fix it — On top of the warranty coverage.

    To double-check, I called in another licensed plumber, who clearly identified the problem as a warranty-covered main line issue and quoted just $1,350 to fix it. When I contacted Old Republic again, they sent the same contractor (Pristine Plumbing) back for a recall. After reluctantly admitting that their first diagnosis was wrong, they still insisted on charging an extra $2,500 on top of the $2,000 they would already receive from Old Republic — A total of $4,500 for a job that should cost less than one-third of that.

    Frustrated, I requested a new contractor. Old Republic assigned someone else — But once again, no contact, no updates, no returned calls for three days. Meanwhile, the water leak persisted, risking further damage to my home. Ultimately, I had no choice but to pay out-of-pocket and have my own plumber fix the issue properly and promptly. This experience has shown me that Old Republic is not a company you can count on when you need them most. Between poor communication, lack of urgency, questionable contractors, and no real accountability, I feel like I wasted both time and money. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for a home warranty provider — preferably one that actually prioritizes the customer and handles urgent issues with the seriousness they deserve.

    I have my home warranty through them. My air conditioner has been sketchy since last summer (bought the house last summer). They sent their people to come over and said everything was awesome (keep in mind the air was not cooling or circulating). Fast forward to November and my refrigerator went crazy. Called them and they said they’d have someone come over. No one showed.

    A week later, I YouTubed and fixed the problem. THREE weeks later, someone rings my doorbell while I’m in a meeting and says they’re here to fix the problem. I didn’t let them in, called ORHP and they assured me I wouldn’t get charged. Now summer is back and I tried to get the air to work. Called them and they said my service was suspended because I didn’t pay for the repair of my refrigerator - which never happened and I had the emails to prove it. They admitted that they also had the notes to show that it was never worked on, but their policy says otherwise, so they’re not fixing anything despite having being paid upfront for the full year.

    I made my first call to Old Republic (a home warranty company) for two faucets leaking. A kitchen faucet and a laundry room faucet. The repair company was very nice and attentive, and recommended the two faucets be replaced. Old Republic said they only replace with "builder's grade" products, i.e., trash. They allowed $75 for each faucet, that included purchasing the faucet and the labor for the plumber to do the replacement. What a joke. The insurance is worthless to me for this call. I'll buy my own decent faucets and install them myself. After paying Old Republic $100 for the call. Should never have called them. When you buy their insurance, they never tell you that they won't replace what you have. They only give you the cheapest crap they can find and you're stuck with it.

The hold time has been anywhere from 30 min to and hour and most of the time you are transferred to another person with another hold time of 30 min to an hour.     We went without air conditioning for three weeks. We had gotten a call saying the needed parts were ordered, however a few days later when we called to check in we were told that the parts were not ordered and were waiting on the contractor. The contractor refused to work with ORHP and our process of getting our AC was stalled with little to no answers on how we progress forward. The contractor, Just Mikes, did poor work and installed our furnace a few months early with errors.

    We ended up calling in our own professional to get our HVAC fixed, which they found that Mike had not actually fixed the problem when he installed the furnace and that was leading to our AC to not work. We spent hours on the phone with ORHP throughout this whole ordeal and were continually unable to get a clear answer, which led us to have to seek our own repair as our home was reaching the upper 80s for weeks. We are extremely disappointed with the service we have received and will not be renewing our warranty with old republic, it has cost us more money than anything.

    I've had Old Republic for five years and my experience with them was average. It's nothing spectacularly great or incredibly horrible. It's in the middle of the scale.

    My recent claim was for plumbing. They came in, took a look at the toilet, and fixed it. They repaired it in one day. But I also had an air conditioning issue before that needed to be fixed and I couldn't get anybody out to fix it. I actually had to call out a person myself and pay for it because Old Republic wasn't getting back to me fast enough.

    They could upgrade by having more people available to answer calls so that the customers can talk to somebody when they call versus having a recording that sends you in a loop. They can be a little bit more diligent in making sure their customers are happy because their customers pay quite a bit of money to be part of the program.

    I've been with Old Republic for 10 years. The customer service has been fine. It's just the wait time when you're calling. Sometimes I've been on hold for 30 minutes or more before I got to customer service. When I do get someone, the interaction is good.

    Some of the technicians have been trash. We've had a few plumbing issues at our house and technicians have come out not really assessing the situation and not knowing what was going on. They didn't do any work, but you still have to pay the fee.

    I've put in three tickets for the same issue and it hasn't been resolved yet. There have been three plumbing companies that have come out. The first time, they did something, but they did not complete the full issue. The second time, I don't even think the guy looked. He just told us to cover the drains up and he left. He seemed like he was in a hurry when I was trying to talk to him about it.

    The last company that was sent out said they had to order parts. So, we're waiting and it's been two to three days since. He said the part was coming in the next day, but I haven't heard from him in two days since he told me that. It seems like they are going to do the work, but they just haven't done the work yet.

    So I don't have an issue with Old Republic itself. It's just the wait time some of the companies that they're contracted with are not the best companies. I did refer my mother-in-law when I told her we hadn't had any issues. They have eventually worked with us or repaired everything that we've called about.

    The service providers sent out by Old Republic are horrible. I had put in a request for them to come and check my electricity. To this day, I don't know exactly know what is going on. Either the air conditioning, electricity, or the wiring in the house, or that old box that's out there that controls everything. I never got any service for the electricity because they couldn't get anybody, so they told me to look.

    I didn't know anybody. I talked to some people and they would recommend somebody. But ld Republic requires company name and all that stuff. And these people, they just work on electricity. Finally, that request, they said that they couldn't send somebody for electricity. It was up to me to look and try to find somebody.

    Finally, I got somebody from GE that would come in and check my electricity. They checked and told me I needed a box outside that controls the whole house thing. And Old Republic said that would not be covered because they did not send somebody out here to check it themselves. That was my first problem.

    Old Republic did send somebody for my air conditioning. I told them what was happening with my air conditioning and they sent somebody. My AC was shooting black dirt, so he came and checked. The only thing he checked was the pipe hat’s supposed to drip water. He said that was clogged up. He flushed it and cleaned it out. He did tell me my coils either needed to really be cleaned or get new ones. And I asked, "Does the company pay for that?" He told me, no, they don't pay for it. I was expecting him to open that box on the top to check where the water was coming from, and to check to see if there was a problem somewhere. He didn't do that. I expected for him to run a camera into the air ducts to see if I had a leak. He didn't do that.

    He didn't even step outside to look to see if the unit had a problem. He didn't check the wires out there to see if there was a problem and that's why my lights were blinking, none of that. So, I was not impressed. I expected a whole lot more than what I got. I didn't care for the man Old Republic sent because he didn't check anything except for my coils. I'm glad he did that, but I did cancel the service with Old Republic.

    We used Old Republic for our first service appointment for our HVAC system. The guy was absolutely great. I never got any kind of invoice from Old Republic, though. I had to call them to see..

    The guy was very unprofessional and took the payment, though, but he didn't let me know where to go on my Old Republic web login to find the invoice. And when I do go to my web login, Old Republic can't find my property address, so I can't even look up services that I've had in the past. It doesn't even seem like I could have paid it online, so I'm not really sure what's going on with that.

    But in general, the service guy was great and he fixed our issue. We’ve only had Old Republic for a few months. With the hot summer months coming, we just started turning on our AC. And it wasn't working at all, so he came out and fixed it right away. When I called in for the service, I did not get to speak to someone. It was all automated, which I did not like. I would have preferred to talk to somebody to let them know my issue. They did get to it within about a week. I would have had liked it gotten addressed a little quicker.

    I appreciate Old Republic sending a decent person out to get the work done. It got fixed. It's a reasonable price. I just feel like the process is just too automated.

    It was all right. In a nutshell, our dishwasher wasn’t working properly. They sent an appliance person out, and he determined the water wasn’t hot enough. Then we had to get a second vendor and pay another $100 copay.

    The second vendor, who was a plumber, came out and increased the heat on the water heater. So, it ended up being two charges and two trips instead of one, but the problem was resolved.

    When I contacted Old Republic, the call was short with very little waiting. I spoke to someone, and they said they would contact a vendor who would reach out to me to set up an appointment. The first time we called, the representative said they would send an email or text with the name of the company.

    That vendor was supposed to contact me, but a whole week went by, and I had to call the company several times. Then I got a text saying they had reassigned it to a different vendor. I wasn’t very happy about that. But as far as the warranty taking my call and assigning a vendor, that part was good.

    I have been with Old Republic for less than a year. My Realtor recommended them. When submitting my claims, I’ve done it both online and over the phone, but online is easier.
    I’ve had three claims so far. One of the providers was excellent. They came out for my air conditioner, we paid the trade call fee, they fixed the problem, and they were on their way. It was great.

    I've had Old Republic for about 18 years. I've had good luck with them. Well, service is one of the best things about them. They come right away when I have a problem and fix it. They're really on the ball. So I've never had a problem with them.

    Their people, Tony and Hawthone, are great. Tony's been coming probably for that many years. And Hawthorne was the first one that came about two weeks ago to fix the air condition unit.

    The warranty co reassigned me to Graffi hvac since the previous contractor Optimum LLC did nothing to diagnose the issue. Crappy company and should not have been contracted by Old Republic in the first place. After numerous complaints they finally reassigned me to Graffi who is very wonderful to work with. Still waiting for parts to arrive. Hopefully it gets installed without problem since we have other issues on another a/c unit. I’m not sure why a reputable company would not screen their contractors to weed out problematic contractors. I intend to keep them as long as they honor their responsibility to provide good and honest services to their clients.

    The company you chose to respond was located in Florence Az. I live in Oracle Az. They were prompt in calling, I told him that I flipped the breaker and it worked again. It sounded like I needed a new condenser. It was a Friday on Memorial Day weekend and due to his location it would not have made sense to come all this way, agreed by both but he was willing! He said to call if it happened again. I then discovered it was still under manufacturer's warranty so I used the company that installed it and it was covered. My tip is to be better at finding businesses that are in the area as there are abundant heating and cooling companies in the greater Tucson area much closer than Florence.

    As we have been loyal customers for years with several different property accounts, our recent experience with selling a property and cancelling its account has solicited an unprofessional response. I asked for a copy of my policy and was promptly given a copy by a different section of your organization. Two responses for this communication: first, we are not understanding the fact that we are not receiving a refund, as there is no verbage in our policy that applies to this instance, and second, we are speechless as to the lack of professionalism by your staffer who did not answer our inquiries about "why" we were not receiving a refund.

    As I reviewed this policy, the no refund rule that Anthony ** <**> articulated in his emails below did not outline nor list the rule of days used and services used to reflect as a debit toward the annual policy fees. In the past we have received refunds for the pro-rated days used against the total annual fees we paid for the policy.

    So we have promptly canceled, over a month ago, another of our property policies because of these issues. To date we have yet to receive a response to that second canceled property account, and it has disappeared from our login. Absolutely horrible. These are childish and lack professional responses to what should be the best customer experience. Old Republic Home Protection sucks!

    Old Republic was recommended through a realtor. We had some issues with the HVAC system. They came out and said there was a leak. They refilled it with Freon but then we had another leak. They came out, refilled it with Freon, and that’s when I started a request. They sent another person out. Then I never heard back from anybody I called. Old Republic said they’re gonna get in contact with the technician that was out there. He never responded to Old Republic or me. So, I called again and got a different technician out. He went and looked at it. He filled it up with Freon, said it was definitely a leak and recommended a couple things be replaced. And then I never heard back again. I had to pay a $100 service call every time they came out and it’s 250 bucks to get Freon loaded up. So, I was paying for almost half of the service call.

    I called Old Republic again as I was getting a little frustrated. I told them that it seemed like there was an actual problem with the HVAC system and I didn’t want to keep band-aiding it. I asked if we could have it fixed. So finally, they sent the technician back again to take pictures of everything and put together an estimate of what it was going to take to fix. I have to pay a portion of it which I’m assuming would be between 10% and 20% of the total repairs.

    Right now, it seems like they’re just going to replace the entire unit. I’m pretty excited to get a new unit in the house instead of having something that’s constantly breaking and never know when you’re going to have heat or when you’re going to have AC.

    I am the property manager for a guy who owns an Old Republic Home policy for over 10 years, and that was how I heard about them. Their customer service is average at best because it is not really a person, it is an automated call. I always setup a request on the phone, and sometimes it can be frustrating because it does not understand what I am trying to say. If I could talk to somebody, I can be on the phone for 5 minutes versus 25 minutes.

    Still, their contractors are always honest, straightforward and very knowledgeable. The last guy did not even charge us anything because he said that there was not much he could do about the issue, and I appreciated that. He could have easily made something up and charged us like some do. Overall, my experience has been good, and they have a fair price. Just be prepared to be on a call for a little while because of the automated thing.

    We’ve been extremely disappointed with Old Republic Home Protection due to a poor experience with a contractor they required us to use In June 2022, we filed a claim when our garage door springs broke. Old Republic sent Citywide Garage Door Services to complete the repair. We paid our deductible and the repair was done. We thought that was the end of it.

    Fast forward to March 2025, and the springs failed again. After having a trusted and competent garage door technician evaluate the issue, we learned that the original contractor had installed the wrong size springs, which not only caused them to wear out prematurely but also led to our garage door opener failing well before its expected lifespan. To make matters worse, when we attempted to contact Citywide Garage Door, we found that the company is no longer in business. The business that now answers their phone number confirmed they simply acquired the number and are not responsible for any past work or warranties.

    Old Republic chose this contractor, and yet we are now stuck with expensive repairs due to faulty workmanship — with no accountability from either the contractor or Old Republic. We trusted that Old Republic would stand behind their service network, but that has clearly not been the case. If you’re considering a home warranty with Old Republic, be aware that you may be left on your own if a contractor does poor work and disappears. Very disappointing experience overall.

    Old Republic Home Protect is a good company, and I would refer them. However, it was difficult to file a claim for my refrigerator. I had to go through a person, then they sent an appliance technician out 14 times to fix the seals which were in a bad condition. Every time they came, then the seals failed again. I had to wait, and then take the food out.

    Then they couldn't take the refrigerator out. It was a lot and took so long. It was a bad experience, but they ended up getting me a refrigerator. They have the highest yearly rate and the service call fee is substantially higher than some of the quotes that I've gotten.

    Old Republic was recommended to the property owner and the property manager on the accounts by their Realtor. But it's been fifty-fifty with them. Property owners that I work with have multiple homes so I have a wide range of experiences. On the positive side, there are times when the AC has gone out and people who came replaced and fixed them with no issue, and I appreciate that. I've also had really good representatives who are proactive and go and call the technician out. That's the other half.

    My latest experience has not been a good one and right now, I'm on that side. There are times when things are technically not covered. I know certain things are not covered, but there are a few times when it seems ridiculous. They seem like simple fixes and these should be covered based on the amount of the repair because I already spent the deduction, and the fact that the deduction went up quite a bit from last time. It was originally $85 but now it's $110.

    I've had one or two experiences when they call out technicians who are not the best people to work with. They are not proactive with calling or they just don't know what they're doing. It wasn't pleasant. They didn't seem like they understood what the issue was. I don't know how they source their technicians but some of them don't seem capable of doing the job. Overall, consider the overall state of your home. If it's relatively in good shape, I wouldn't recommend spending the initial cost plus all the costs of the deductions. If some things are slightly older and might need repairs, I probably will recommend Old Republic.

    Honestly, the communication from Old Republic is terrible, but I will say the home warranty itself is very convenient. Every time I've requested a service, I never get a call from them or the people they facilitate the service to. I’ve submitted claims and gone four days without any kind of correspondence regarding who’s doing the service or if it's even being taken care of. I can go online and see that it’s all being taken care of, but both times I’ve had to be the one to reach out to find out.

    One of my claims was when my water heater was leaking. Luckily, it’s on a slab, so the leak wasn't getting into the drywall or carpet, but it still took almost seven days to deal with. On the fifth day, I had to call and ask who the plumber was that they were sending out, and they just told me I could call the plumber directly if I wanted to. It could have been a lot worse, but luckily it wasn't.

    The problems are solved, so I can’t complain about the quality. Once they actually showed up, both technicians were decent individuals and they were great. They got the job done in a timely manner and Old Republic deals with decent providers, but the communication just isn't there. The service definitely needs improvement. I’m firm on communication. All they have to do is inform me. I’ll wait four days because I’m assuming they've done their job, but having to reach out myself both times was pushing it.

    Not bad but not great. The annual premium and the service call fees increase each year. Customer service is helpful but slow. Their selected contractors never contact me in a timely fashion. Nothing can get approved after 5 p.m. or over the weekend. So, when it’s 115 degrees outside, and the AC is broken, it takes literally days of torture before any reasonable solution. It took a week to get the AC fixed last time. Today, for example I finally had to reach out to the contractor they selected for an air conditioning issue. It was the contractor that told me that they sent the order back because they were not able to service my property type since the unit is on the room. I still have not heard from Old Republic about this discrepancy. I plan to shop around the next time the policy is set to expire.

    Old republic is in principle a good idea, but the process of getting a service tech from their pool is excruciating, especially given the usual response time. Getting someone to answer your call means a one hour wait at times, although the web request is effective sometimes (hard to explain what is wrong and not conveyed to service people). Also, one is never sure if the issue is covered or not after you have spent the service call fee which is now over $100. The other issue is the low quality of the service people. I have had them outright lie about what is needed, including claiming they have to cut up things to fix a leaky faucet vs changing the cartridge which I ended up doing in one case. The techs are not very good, although some are real gems.

    I have been without a refrigerator for nearly a month. Still no replacement sent. You call and are on hold for over an hour trying to talk to a person to ask about the model number you were sent for replacement, they say it’s a 25.6 cu ft, the internet says it’s a 28.4 cu ft, and the link sent says it’s a 21 cu ft. Then you approve as long as it’s a 25.6 or 28.4. Then you get an email with a different brand different model number. This should not be this hard. I just want a refrigerator same color same size or larger. I should not have to take a smaller refrigerator.
