The service was timely and professional as always. The technician called 10 minutes before arrival, was in the window of time quoted and he wore a mask and maintained social distancing. Quick and painless. The technician called about 15 mins before arrival. Was very professional and courteous (and COVID masked). Came in, made some measurements then replaced two windows in under 30 mins. Clean and complete work.

This is the second time I am needed to utilize the lifetime warranty on my Milgard Windows. The company that no guard subcontracted with to replace them was prompt, courteous, efficient and did an excellent job.

Experienced serviceman who fixed lock on slider window in office even though the order DID NOT COME THROUGH from service department that this was part of the appointment. Service department was inefficient but he was excellent. He’s been with Milgard since he was 19: 26 years experience. GOOD.

Installer for the the warranty installation arrive exactly on time. He was very courteous and efficient. When cleaning the glass after installation he found a long scratch. He said there would be another window ordered and I would be contacted for a date to install. I look forward to the final completion of this window replacement. I am rating quality a 5 star based on service I expect to be completed based on service so far.

I replaced all my windows and doors with Milgard Windows and Doors when we added on to our home in 1998. It was the best decision! Over the years I have had an occasional window failure. I take 10 minutes to submit the warranty request and Milgard handles the rest. I couldn't be more pleased with their commitment to the customer experience. I'm a customer for life.

We have had our Milgard windows since 2002. The quality and performance has exceeded our expectations. Recently we had two glass units replaced under warranty, technician was great and also replaced two additional glass units that were just starting to show sign of failure.

The response time for our service request was timely. The technicians and office support staff were polite and efficient. While at our house, the technicians went above and beyond to resolve issues identified with the door that they have been working on and two additional side doors. They scheduled and showed up to a follow-up appointment and fixed the remaining items. We could not be happier with the service we received - thanks again!

Milgard technicians quickly determined why my sliding glass door would not operate properly. Although the door was the responsibility of Panoramic Windows, which was a sub-contractor to Milgard, the technicians added two screws to lift the top of the frame, allowing the door to slide and open as it was designed to do.

Lee **, your service man, was prompt and very professional. He corrected the problem (window had the wrong spring and was closing rather than staying open) by replacing the spring for the correct size and he made sure I was satisfied that it was working properly. He also answered a couple of questions we had about two of the other windows that had been installed at the same time and we were very happy with the information he provided. He is an excellent representative of Milgard; very knowledgeable and helpful.

Patio sliding door was cloudy. Your service team was here @7:02 am and out the door @7:15. Very good work. Liked they were on time, courteous and did such a good job. Milgard is an exemplary company to deal with. Thank you.

We have a triple pane double casement window that was sagging and wasn't opening or closing without getting stuck. It turns out that this configuration is too much weight for the design, and because of that they no longer sell it, but the service tech worked hard over 6 visits and it looks like this time he was able to get them working smoothly. Very happy with all of the rest of the windows.

Bought windows in 1997. Lifetime warranty really does work. We had several windows that became fogged and crazed over. Serge the local rep came out and made sure of correct measurements and also helped identify all damaged windows. He came three different times but was absolutely professional, courteous and efficient. In and out very quickly and helped answer any questions. Would recommend these windows and Milgard to anyone needing windows.

After installing the patio door, we noticed the screen door was too tall. We contacted Milgard and they admitted they had sent the wrong screen door based on the measurements we submitted. Milgard built us a new screen door and had an employee come out to install it. Very professional!

The process of replacing a handful of faulty windows took a little longer than expected due to a technician illness and then a subsequent bereavement leave but all turned out well. Sergey and his assistants were professional and effective at replacing a couple windows that had become difficult due to some minor settling issues. Minor to me but problematic for Sergey and his team.

First of all we had ALL our windows replaced with Milgard windows years ago and we have been very happy with them! Most notably, our heating bills when down significantly... As far as broken glass repair, Guillermo was very professional and replaced the broken glass carefully and efficiently! Everything about Milgard's Warranty is top shelf, first of all that they even have one, but everything that follows- scheduling, follow-up, actual performed services and most importantly, they actually honor their warranty! Would recommend Milgard to anyone in need of windows...

Excellent experience. The technician was on time and called before arriving. He was friendly, and replaced our window panes quicker than expected. He left the window areas as clean as when he arrived, and he even adjusted a window that couldn't close properly. Very happy with their service.

Removing moisture from inside of slider - stationary section. Repairman was great. Cordial, friendly, quick and efficient. He gets five stars. Navigating the phone to get an appt. was lengthy and the person I talked to was not so friendly. This area needs improvement.

VICTOR called to give us an arrival time for repairs. He arrived at time given. Knocked at door, mask on, introduced himself in a very professional manner. Inspected work to be done, proceeded. He proceeded to start work, explained what he was doing, which I appreciated. Completed work in a very timely manner, thanked us, and left. Model employee!

The guys arrived very early- 7:30 am- but were patient as we had not yet gotten out of bed and they had to wait a few minutes. They fixed the problem and explained how we could avoid it in future. They were both polite and pleasant. I will say we were supposed to get a call informing us of arrival time, but did not get one, which is why we were still sleeping! But it all worked out fine, and we love our Milgard windows! Thank you!

Our experience with our window repair was fantastic. Your repair person did an outstanding job. Not only was he pleasant, he was very professional, arrived for our appointment ahead of schedule and was done with our window repair in less than 30 minutes. We are so glad we chose Milgard windows when we replaced all of the windows in our 72 year old house. It made so much difference, the appearance and design of the windows was a great choice for us. Our technician Dell was very polite, worked very neatly, and got the patio doors and screens working very nicely. He called in advance to let us know that he was 30 minutes away as well, which we always appreciate.

Great installer. In & out in less than 25 minutes. I think he should have a paid day off and a parking space for the rest of the year near the front entrance. Oh and maybe Taco Tuesday or Pizza Fridays for the whole staff because he couldn't of done without the whole team!!!

The service technicians arrived even earlier than promised. They were very professional, and did a great job of quickly changing out the 5 windows that they had the replacement windows for. In addition, they took the measurements for the 6th window that needed replacing and let me know that a technician would follow-up and replace that one as soon as it was ready. A slider window came with a latch that would not fall into place, evidencing a minor flaw in manufacture. Actual service time to fix by the professional was one minute, but that is why I bought Milgard - the service reputation for matters big or small - is outstanding and proven to me time and time again.

It was an extremely and unreasonably long wait to get someone to come out to fix my broken glass. Over a month. However, the actual repair service was excellent. The repair was fast, clean and service provider was great.

The window technician arrived an hour earlier than expected. My wife wasn't home at the time and he was very accommodating. As soon as my wife arrived closer to our designated time I called him and he came over immediately. He was in and out in a flash. The window he replaced appears to be perfect. I will inspect it closer tomorrow during daylight hours. Overall I am very pleased with the process.

Built our house in 1989/90, bought Milgard top of the line windows with lifetime warranty. This is the third time in 30 years the company has honored our warranty, without a question. So glad we bought Milgard products, and would do it again and we have recommended them to others. After 30 years, they still honor this warranty, very impressive.

The technician came out this morning during the time window announced. He fixed the door. He left me contact information for any possible future repairs. I'm about 3/4s done with replacing all my house with Milgard Trinsic windows and sliding doors. The only thing I would say is that it took 4 weeks to get out, but now I have the local service center info, so it's all good!

Warranty slider window glass replacement. The tech showed up right on time, very courteous and professional. Had the window swapped out and the glass cleaned. The area picked up. As always Milgard windows are absolutely the best!! Thank you for doing a great job!!

Today Braden ** arrived at 10am (scheduled for between 9 & 11am) to replace a window where the seal had broken causing condensation between the panes. We are the original owners of the home which was built in 1991. He arrived with the correct window based upon the information I had provided in the online service request. He was done within 15 minutes! The process could not have been easier or more stress-free. No questions were asked regarding the warranty - Milgard truly stands behind it.

Milgard replaced the glass in my garden window and the service rep was not only pleasant but did an awesome job. Perfect looking job! Please make sure his boss is made aware of his great customer service. Polite, prompt and great service.

I have beyond thrilled with Milgard's customer service. So much so I literally raved about it to a contractor friend this morning over brunch. I had two casement windows that were not functioning that were holding up my construction job- couldn't stucco until they were repaired. Azucena in the service department was extremely attentive, listened to the urgent nature of my situation and did all she could to help me get phone support and when that did not fix the solution she was able to schedule a senior tech to come by that weekend.

We were very pleased with Jose, he is very professional, courteous, and explained everything that he was doing, he was just excellent. The sliding door opens and slides so easy now being that I had three back surgeries, this is great for my back not to hurt. We already told our neighbors about you.

I am very happy with my Milgard windows. I have had them out twice for minor repairs and both times I was very satisfied with the repair and service. They have excellent customer service. The only reason I didn't give 5 star is because it took several weeks to get the appointment but in my case it wasn't a big issue.

The door is fine, functional, and reasonably priced. Milgard representatives have been responsive. My problem has been with Home Depot Customer Service and VERY poor communication with Milgard through them, their subcontractor, and me. ALL problems I have experienced are related to shipping and receiving with dinged up doors. Despite months and multiple visits, this remains UNRESOLVED.

I was very pleased with the quality of service by your serviceman. He was communicated with me very well and did exactly what he said in a timely manner. However, I am not pleased with how long it took for Milgard to get someone out to repair the brand new window. I am a contractor and my customer was not happy about paying for windows that were installed when one was defective. When it takes over a month to send someone out to do a 30 minute repair that is not good customer service from the company. However, the repair technician was very competent and accommodating.

There is only one way to define a company. Customer Service, Period! They either have it or they don’t, Milgard has it. Simply put the two best guys you could ever imagine showed up and replaced 14 windows after 18 years for zero dollars. Whatever they’re paying these two isn’t nearly enough, they deserve way more. None better!

I was very pleased with the service person from Milgard. He arrived within the time promised by Milgard. He promptly fixed both windows, replacing one that had a leaky seal and another than needed a stronger spring to keep it up. He knew right away exactly what to do. I love having the homeowner warranty. We've had very few problems with these windows but it's nice that we can contact Milgard for reliable service.

Sorry I don't know his my techs name, but he has been with you 28 years. I asked. He gave me new glass in both of windows and looked at a third that would not open and close right. Two springs were replaced in the window. It works perfectly now! The service representative was very kind and efficient! I was so impressed with him as well as the speed of repair. My 22 year old Milgard windows are still wonderful.

When our windows were installed, there was a scratch on one of the windows. I contacted our dealer who contacted Milgard. When the technician came to replace the glass, he was friendly and efficient. The whole process took about 15 minutes.

Your lifetime warranty proved to be awesome. After 20 years my patio sliding door wouldn’t slide. A service call was made and the guys were on time, quick, professional and now my slider works like new! So glad my contractor chose Milgard products.

First request for replacement of broken window lift springs was in March, repairman was not scheduled until July. So, after 4 months wait it took the serviceman, Helmut, only 5 minutes to replace springs and have the window working perfectly again. He was on time, polite, and efficient.... well done!! Had 3 windows with seals that had failed and were fogging between the glass. Your tech, Will **, was very friendly, polite, and professional. He did a great job! I only gave 3 stars under the quality review due to the windows being 9 years old, and failing. Your customer service and follow through were great.

The technicians were late and there was no call, however once arrived, the work was done well, the area was left clean, and all questions were addressed. I pointed out that the two crank open window's screen catches broke very easily and there was a mention of mailing some to us. Only 2 have survived out of the 8. Thank you for satisfying our warranty claim so professionally.

This is the 5th time we've had you out since we had the door installed on March 5, 2020. As a result of the door not working, we have withheld final payment to the vendor and they have put a lien on our property. Thank goodness you offer a lifetime warranty but that seems like small consolation in view of all that's happened to us since we picked Milgard.

Milgard Customer Service was excellent in processing my request for window replacement and communicated with me during the process. The installer wore a mask and came during the appointed time. He was very courteous and performed the replacement in a short period of time. He cleaned up and thoroughly cleaned the window. Very satisfied with the service!!

Your repairman called to tell me he would be here in about 15 mins. He shows on time and took about 10 minutes to fix the door. I pointed out that the foam adhesive along the edge of the part hadn't had the wax paper removed when it was assembled at the factory, so the part was not glued to the edge of the door. I joked that maybe the door was assembled late on a Friday afternoon. The repairman removed the wax paper and added some caulk, then put the piece back where it was support to go and hammered on the part for less than a minute. With that the repair project was done. Service was quick and easy. He was a very professional and thoughtful. Plus he was a nice guy.

Have a 69" x 40" pane in a Milgard window that went cloudy after about 5 years. Submitted service request in May 2020. Couldn't get scheduled until 7/15/20 due to COVID-19. Techs showed up ahead of schedule. Work completed in less than 20 minutes, nicely done. They confirmed it looked like seal failure.

Window Repair. My window technician, Don, was very professional. He made sure to put booties over his shoes before entering the house and also wore a mask, as a safety precaution. He explained the work he was doing and made sure I understood next steps that needed to be taken, which I very much appreciated.

Kevin, the Milgard service tech, was knowledgeable, efficient and, most importantly, very helpful explaining the adjustments and the break in period for our new patio doors. Three installers came with the right windows and had them all installed in about one hour. These included a hard-to-reach large window needing a 20-ft. ladder. The three gentlemen arrived right on time and were courteous and efficient. They wore masks and were careful not to damage any furniture. They were skilled and had all the right tools. No surprises, just good service. No charge for these warranty replacements.

Marco was the rep that came. He gave me a text that he would arrive within 20 minutes, which he did. He installed 10 new windows. He was very thorough and corrected a window that needed a new lock since it has not worked for years and replace some springs where the window was difficult to open. Setting up the replacement was easy to do online. We had two failed windows replaced. The technician was great. He was on time and got right to work - I think they had replaced in less than 30 minutes. He was friendly and no mess was left behind. The new windows are crystal clear! My sliding glass door on my deck is many years old, I am the original owner. Milgard has been awesome with her lifetime warranty. I’m so happy with with their customer service and the man that came out and worked on my door he was awesome. Went out of his way to be here later than the original appointment. Charlie ** was scheduled to come out, called said he was coming out, never showed up! Drugs?...My people were there waiting for him the whole day! This was very disappointing because we waited 2 months for his appointment! It was a 5 minute spring replacement! Milgard, somebody should follow up with this employee!!!! Dustin ** did however get rescheduled and he did come out and fixed it in five minutes! I recommend this employee! He did a great job. Communicated well. MILGARD get your afternoon together. It took four months for me to get this fixed... One, five minute installation of a spring?! Reorg your service!

I was very pleased with my service yesterday. The technician was friendly and answered my questions. I was working from home and he was quick and efficient with the replacement. I was surprised with how quickly everything went.

I am pleased with the service they have provided me on a few occasions. My Milgard windows are now 12 years old. A number of balancers have failed. They have sent me new balancers and even paid a local window company to install them. They are warranted for life and I appreciate that. They have also replaced a sash when the seal let go. Even though they are in Washington and I am in Wisconsin they have taken good care of me.

Safety lock not working, sliding door locks not working. Jessie gave me a courtesy call before arriving. He was able to diagnose the problems. Fixed the safety latch and sliding door locks. He tested it by demonstrating the opening and locking of the doors and using the safety latch. Also, he had me do it to confirm that they were working properly. He was knowledgeable and efficient. Great service.

Cloudy glass replacement. Many thanks to Milgard for honoring their warranty and replacing the glass in our bathroom window. The technician communicated his arrival time, was perfectly courteous and respectful of our home. This in the middle of the covid problem. Could not be happier with the Milgard company, their windows and employees..

This was the third time we had employees out to the house. They have done their job, but the repeats is because what the shop has sent them out with will not fit. This time the charm. We were even able to show the installer, the situation we originally called for, but could not document. This time he saw it also. We will see what happens next. He was great.

The scheduling process wasn't great because they made some incorrect assumptions and we're not helpful. Once they finally scheduled the techs to come out it was great. The installers were efficient and very good. I feel like they went above and beyond. They were knowledgeable and instructive.

Technician replaced two fogged windows. He managed to work in a tight restricted space on our kitchen window. The constraints made his job tougher and longer. We very much appreciated his willingness to address the situation despite the challenges. He obviously knew what he was doing and seemed to work very efficiently to address the problem.

The entire process of replacing the warped glass on a 2-year old slider was simple and professional, from making the appointment with a very nice customer service representative to the actual service call itself, where the two workers showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and resolved it just as quickly. Your technician came to install a window that fit correctly. We were grateful, but honestly, beyond the techs who were really nice, we were a bit tired of dealing with this. It took three tries to get the correct window. On the positive side, you stuck with it and we truly appreciate that. And appreciate your warranty.

The service tech was right on time. He made sure that he had our safety came first before he entered our home. I showed him the areas that needed to be adjusted and he went right to work. He was able to finish in a very fast time. At the same time he showed me the adjustments I could make on my own so I would not have to call in for service. Service from Milgard is good! But it would be even better/greater if I can get the timeframe ahead of time. Instead of waiting for technician to arrive from 8-5, they should give us the time frame within 3hrs of range.

We had two windows that didn't survive condensation. Milgard's customer service was very helpful at finding our warranty (from 15 years ago!) and creating an appointment that worked for us. Covid-19 messed that up and we tried again! Today two great guys came out and took care of everything. The whole operation was seamless from start to finish and now we have crystal clear windows that look amazing! I believe our installers were Val and Anthony. Very nice people, hard workers, and they made me glad I chose Milgard.

Good windows. Have always been replaced, although sometimes has taken a while since the company stopped service in the Midwest. It was hard to find a contractor to do the job. After I found one he has done a great job.

Very satisfied with Milgard's product warranty. My issue was a single-hung window was not staying raised, and was creeping down about halfway. This was the result of a recent pane change-out of the window, and the replacement glass was a little thicker than the original. Rick (your tech) was actually early for the appointment, and the total time he needed was less than 5 minutes to replace the spring. The time from first notifying Milgard of the issue to the scheduled service time was just over a week... Very pleased with the response time. Thank you Milgard. I will continue to recommend Milgard products to friends and relatives.

The office was very helpful telling me where to find the window number and how to fill out the online application. I received timely email notification of my order. I received timely email notification of service being scheduled. I received timely email and phone confirmation of the 2 hour service window. The service technician was masked and wore booties over his shoes. He was extremely friendly and efficient in completing the job. I am extremely impressed with your service, start to finish. We had a problem with our doors locking and Dave from service came out and found a bad cam/gear which kept the door from locking. He also adjusted both doors which we had installed and they are operating the way they should. My client loves his Milgard windows and doors. Thanks for the service call and thanks to Dave.

The seals were defective in eight of our windows, which allowed mold growth and consequently obscured the clarity. The installation professionals, Ruben ** and his partner, made the replacement process simple and pleasant. They were great! The outcome was amazing! They did a fantastic job! Replaced glass in a sliding door. Quality work was done. Worker came 21/2 hours before the work was scheduled to be done. He tried to call, but was unable to contact us. Fortunately, I was home when he arrived. He apparently finished an earlier job sooner than expected. No problem, I was home. Impressed again with Milgard's lifetime guarantee policy. Since we are out range for repair by Milgard we had to go an outside vendor. Trying to find quality glass vendors was the hardest item to do. Once we found (hopefully) the correct company we just had to send the quote to Milgard for final approval. This process went smoothly and approved quickly. Hopefully this glass that we purchased will last a long time. It came with a 20 year warranty.

The repairman arrived near the beginning of the predicted service window. He was quick, efficient, friendly, and cleaned up after himself. He also wore a face mask! Both of the replacement windows were the correct size and were installed without incident.

Requests for assistance and explanation are ignored. We have Milgard windows installed when our home was remodeled, A sliding door is leaking, causing substantial damage to our home. We are being given a runaround by the service department. Requests for a return call are ignored.

The young man came early, and was patient as I got my dogs into a separate room. I appreciated that he was easily identified as a Milgard employee (red shirt with Milgard logo) and he wore a mask. He went straight to work and fixed the latch on the first slider quickly. He made sure it worked, and lubricated the door all around. Then he checked and lubricated the other two sliders. He was great - friendly and efficient! ... and no charge! Thanks very much!!!!

This is a tough one since there are 2 parts to this story. The gentleman that came out to service the doors was very professional and did a great job, no complaints whatsoever. My problem is with your office. I've had to have 2 different cases to get this going. I had to make at least 5-6 calls to get people off their butts and do their job. My initial problem was that a large exterior door was missing the jamb extension and come to find out from the service man it can only be installed from the bottom up to align with the manufacturer's groove. Did anybody explain that 6 weeks ago? Hell no. It's been stuccoed!!! Now I've got to hire a finish carpenter and figure out some way to get casing on so I can finish painting. The serviceman gets a 10 out of 10. The office gets 3 out of 10.

I am the original owner of a 30 year-old, view home with low-e Milgard aluminum framed, double-pane windows. Over the years, several medium-sized and some very large view windows lost their seals and needed to be replaced. This has always been done at no cost to me through Milgard's generous lifetime warranty to the original owner.

From start to finish everything was clearly explained and completed on time. The workers were excellent and did a great job both removing and installing the new windows. They left everything clean. Thank you.

I really like how they look and the ease of movement on the sliders. I had dual panes windows that were taken out so I could have the latest glass that deflected the sun. Too many East facing windows in my home, and this has helped to keep the temperature down, without using my air conditioning. They had to replace 2 screens for me that had defects, and did so. Very happy with my new investment.

Window replacement. Overall, everything was excellent and the actual service provided was very efficient and couldn't have been smoother. We had some difficulty getting through by phone to the appropriate people in order to try and reschedule our service date, but do understand that the current work restrictions may have affected that.

When installed the french doors rubbed together when closing and the door lock never worked quite right. The repair person came out today within the scheduled time, very friendly, very efficient - and fixed the doors. Thanks! And we love the french doors - very attractive, solid.

I did not originally know if my windows even had a warranty, but Milgard was great at helping me locate the information to verify my warranty. I had an easy time getting the service scheduled. On the day of service the tech was on-time (early!), courteous, worked quickly and did a great job.

Window replacement after the seal broke. He replaced the windows, except one that I had not measured correctly, and he was very pleasant even though I messed up!! He took time to look over the other windows in the house and found several more that also had the seals broken that I missed seeing, until he pointed the problem area out for each. Very good service!!!! I had a neighbor who did not have Milgard and not had good service with their company. So glad we got milgard!!!

According to our tenant, Milgard technician did a good job providing the warranty service. It appears that the technician had to make two trips, probably because of the parts. My tenant did say that it took a while to hear back from Milgard regarding the second visit, but considering the Covid-19 situation, I suppose it's understandable.

Sliding door, leaking in driving south rain. This is the third try at fixing this leak. The tech went to some length to determine the problem. I believe he was successful, but only time will tell. I appreciate the tech’s efforts, and am very hopeful.

Sealed gas double pane window replacement under warranty. The 2 technicians replaced the window inserts very efficiently and were very friendly. I was very happy with their work!! I was very pleased that Milgard did this work under warranty with no cost to me!

I ordered my new doors and windows from Lasting Impressions. The sales experience there was less than impressive from Frank, one of the owners. He failed to return emails/calls multiple times, so I reached out to other sales personnel. Eric the manager was much more accommodating. I ordered 5 windows and 2 sliding doors in October 2019. Lasting Impressions/Milgard has been to my home 4 times to re-install and repair problems since January, and the last two that were replaced yesterday again need to be replaced due to bowing of the frame. I am very disappointed that this has taken 9 months and the issue still is not resolved.

This morning, 06/02/2020, Mr. Ray ** installed a new replacement window on my backyard Milgard French door. He was considerate and was wearing a mask and gloves during the installation. He completed the work very professionally in under 1-hr. Thank you Milgard Windows and Mr. **, job well done!

Were were scheduled to be out of town for a medical appointment when the tech arrived today. We left the building unlocked so the tech could replace the window without us here. Everything looks great, he was just getting ready to leave as we drove into the driveway. Love your service and warranty.

Aloha - I want to thank you for what appears to be another overall positive warranty claim on Milgard windows. But I feel the need to point out that yesterday, when the service technicians arrived at my house to install the replacement windows, they were not wearing face masks. Under current law, I am required to wear a face mask when entering a business, and I expect the same of those coming into my house. I regret that I did not ask them to wear masks, so I do not know if they would have refused. But I was wearing a mask at all times while interacting with the service technicians, so it was likely not an oversight on their part. That being said, I believe they did a good job replacing windows at my home. I just wish that they had the courtesy to wear a face mask.

So far the window replacement hasn’t happened, but all phone conversations with Milgard have been very pleasant and customer service oriented. A rep came and measured the windows that have broken seals. We are now waiting for the windows to be replaced. Milgard has an excellent guarantee for the continued quality of their products.

3 windows lost seal, guys came out to install but unfortunately wrong sizes were sent; guys re-measured and re-submitted order. Thankfully same guys came out a month later to install. Very professional, took care of windows and provided additional screen clips. (design note-these plastic clips break VERY easily and render screens useless). They replaced all broken and provided some extras if these broke as well.

Screen replacement. The rep was very nice. He immediately knew what the problem was. The corner caps on every screen had not been tapped in and therefore none of the screens fit. He replaced the one the installer had broken and then looked at the kitchen one which also had a small tear, it will be replaced as well (he ordered it but I have not heard back). He tapped all the other corners in as well. He was very polite.

We love our beautiful 3 panel door. It really is a showstopper and makes our newly renovated home complete. On first deliver, the screen door was not delivered but Milgard made sure to have one delivered in a timely manner.

Technician came right on time. Very professional. Window was operational when he left. But there is a bigger problem!!! This window, has been operated on 3 different times by you. And 2 other times by the installer, when they were putting the last 3 windows in my home. This window has been Jerry-Rigged by you. With drilling holes in the outside to let the water out of the window casement. now shaved to let the window up, Screwed in the side to shore up tilting. This window was not installed right, said to me by your Technician last year. All we have been doing is Shaving, Screwing, and Drilling our way on this window. It is time to REPLACE THIS WINDOW!!! Glass seal replacement. My patio sliding glass door was fogging up. As the original owner of the house I was able to get the work covered under warranty. Best one I’ve ever dealt with. Most of the time, the warranty is denied for some reason or other. With your comp I didn’t have to fight for the work to be done. I submitted my request, got an email and a phone call to let me know my claim was accepted and the work was scheduled. I did zero work other than to submit the initial claim. The day of maintenance, The servicer called to inform me he was on his way, arrived and did a wonderful job. That was the easiest no fuss fix ever! Thank you!!!

Window replacement. We bought our home nearly 20 years ago and had several several broken seals on windows and all skylights. Good service was received. I wish I would have been educated by the first tech as to what they truly needed in terms of access. I ended up removing a deck roof cover and likely did not need to do this much replacement. Otherwise the work was done in a timely manner and to our satisfaction.

The technicians were efficient and replaced my passive side of the slider due to a marking on the grid. The bad news the piece of glass they put in had scratches on it. The technician advised they would need to order another piece of glass to replace it. I appreciate their honesty and good work, disappointed it need to be replaced again.

Very satisfied of the way the warranty was handled. Both appointments were held within the given time frame! The replacement was nicely done, the place was left organized and clean. The installer was very nice and polite.

Double patio doors installed several months ago. During final cleaning after installation a spot was noted on the inside surface of one of the double glass panels. Contacted Milgard and they came out and replaced the panel. Great job and fast replacement.

I had six windows replaced that had failed after being installed in 2011. Wasn’t too happy they needed to be replaced, or fact that five more need to be replaced. Just had new windows installed. The contractor that installed them stated that they needed adjustment and one would not lock. Service tech came out today and did a great job fixing the windows. He stated that a shim was missing in all of the windows that should have been part of the manufacturing process!!!

Milgard replaced a window that fogged up that I bought around 8 years ago. Making an appt was easy, the day of the appt the professional called to say he was on his way, was prompt, and the whole service To replace the window took max 5 minutes.

I order a sliding glass door. I had to wait because it was a special order. The installer installed it and it look great to me. But the installer said it was the wrong one. It suppose to open the other direction. He made it work until the new sliding part came in. Once it came in the a Milgard employee came to my place and replaced it with the correct one. He clean it and show me how to used the lock. I have to say this door faces to the west and it does get the afternoon sun. If you touch the glass it is cool to the touch. It also blocks out the sound too.

From time of sending in request for window replacements to day installers completed job, it was good. The estimated time for completion was great and communication for installers arrival and completion was great. Very efficient and professional.

The service man gave a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to arriving. His arrival time was exactly to the second of what he said. He was very clean cut and personable. He fixed the broken lock mechanism in a matter of a few minutes and adjusted my other door as well. My wife and I were very pleased to have this experience.

Installer did an excellent job communicating the install process and quickly did the job. He also assisted with lubricating two large windows which I had difficultly sliding and showed me how to perform the maintenance in the future.

I purchased about 10 Milgard windows in 2005. As the years went by I was having a hard time seeing out them. I finally called a glass guy out in Late April 2020 and he told me I had a lifetime warranty on my glass. The protective glare I guess defaulted E light. I called Milgard and they came out within two weeks and replaced the 5 bad windows for no Charge! Wow. Am I happy. I can see out again and the technician was awesome. Took him about an hour. Very respectful. Wore his Covid Mask the whole time. Buy ONLY Milgard!

Sliding Door Track and Rollers. Repair work was done quickly and professionally. Very happy with results. Only issue is the overall length of time it took to get work scheduled and completed - 3 months seems excessive.

I had two window, glass only replaced under warranty. Excellent service, very quick and on time. Sergio really was nice and really knew what he was doing. I would have Only Milgard windows installed if and when I need them on another house.

One bedroom window would not latch when closed. Juan came to repair the window and did so quickly and efficiently. I also asked him if he would just have a look at the trim on one outside large fixed window - just to look at it and to give me his opinion. He kindly said, "no problem - let me go to my truck". I wish it wasn't necessary, but as a matter of practicality it is, that some of these beautiful windows will fail over time and need replacement. That being said, this company stands behind its product 100%. I am very pleased I chose Milgard.

Had warranty work performed on our Milgard windows. Manzanita Lumber our retailer provided the local rep’s info. Geoff the Milgard rep was great, started the claim, was scheduled quickly during COVID shut down. Repair team showed up wearing PPE, were very friendly professional and efficient. Very happy with service, major reason why to install Milgard Windows, great warranty!

Workers called before arriving within the window of time emailed to me. They worked quickly and got the job done with my guidance. Had a good rapport with Hector. Only complaint is that the clips that were removed or broke off outside some of the windows was not cleaned up but left on the ground, in our planters and behind a bench on our side entrance porch.

Broken Glass Replacement. Two installers were totally professional. The first time they came out, they noticed two other windows were manufactured incorrectly, and not only replaced the window that was broken in delivery, but reordered two new windows. Efficient, friendly, and clean!

Day after installation we noticed a small crack in one pane. Called and immediately they made an order for new pane and installation. Was completed yesterday. Very good customer service. He did a great job.

Jesse was the repairman who showed up to my house, and he was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. He wore a mask to help prevent the spread of the virus, which was also much appreciated. Our door is over 20 years old and he recognized the fact instantly and got to repairing it. I don't think it took him more than ten minutes to fix the door, which had been giving us trouble for years. I can't thank him enough for how he went about his business. When I asked him questions about the door he knew the answer to all of them. Your techs are the best. However, after he left I noticed the up and down bottom windows installed seem to be heavier than the ones taken out and the springs will not hold the windows open all the way up, in fact they drop over 10" until they settle out. I think we replaced springs last time a call was made to the house.

We had issues with our screens on our sliding doors (4 sliders). We also had a slider handle issue. David ** was our service technician. He was very professional and knew how to resolve the issues we were having. The product that he serviced were under warranty and we are very satisfied with the windows and doors.

It took 10 months to replace the window given a variety of issues -- two lost orders, order broken during shipping, shipped replacement window was the wrong size and unit. Once the order was correctly done, the technician was able to install without issue. My frustration came with failure to get response early on. Once I was able to discuss with Serg then the order was properly handled. Gary the technician did a good job on the replacement. Had the customer service been reactive early on I would have given more than 2 stars. Milgard has a good quality and value. The difficulty for me was getting through to the appropriate parties to help facilitate and get things done. I am happy to discuss if I can help clarify.

I purchased the windows in 2007. Recent years I noticed the internal blemishes. Found the records and recently made the warranty application and supplied photos. Today, Milgard service rep arrived on time and changed the problem center windows quickly with good skill. Thank you for handling this is issue perfectly!

Milgard hides ugly product details from customers during COVID19. All Milgard vinyl sliding doors use very different spacer than their windows - a highly reflective, distracting [ugly] aluminum spacer not shown or explained ANYWHERE on their site. Closed showrooms.

Showed up on time. Courteous, engaging, wore protective masks. Efficient, worked quickly and then gave me a summary of their work. No problems; excellent experience just like the last time I called for repairs.

Our first call to Milgard was Jan. 9, 2020. We needed 21 panes replaced due to hazing. A tech came to verify and measure on Apr. 9. We had an appt. on Apr 29 for them to be replaced. We were told that a tech would be at the house between 8a-10a. We diligently moved everything out of the way so that each window needing repair was unobstructed. At 7:55a on Apr. 29 we received a call from an apologetic woman from Milgard saying that she had JUST learned that our window panes weren't going to SHIP until mid May and the earliest date for installment was June 18. Obviously there are some large gaps in the line of communication at Milgard. On THE DAY that they were to be replaced we learn, 5 MIN prior to our appt that they won't even SHIP for another 3 weeks?! I will NEVER purchase nor recommend Milgard anything to anyone!!

Very happy with the service I received regarding the replacement of a window pane in my home. Service Tech Pete contacted me ahead of time and was prompt. He was dressed professionally and for safety. Pete was very polite and took care of the installation in a very short time.

We have Milgard windows, doors, and skylights. After many years of good function one of the skylights leaked. We contacted Milgard who came out and inspected the skylights. They stand behind their products and I’m satisfied with the replacements.

Great Service. I have been exceptionally impressed with Milgard's support and service teams. I had a couple of windows to be replaced and sliders fixed. This was handled professionally and with ease.

The 4 replaced windows were done very professionally. The 3 installers arrived at our home and immediately began removing the windows while waiting for the new glass to be delivered. Workers that arrived did a great job!!!! It was not an easy fix but they were able to get it done. The only reason why I am giving a 4 out of 5 was the amount of time it took from when I contact Milgard until the time the repair was completed. It really should be more like a 2 star but I was so thankful it was fixed on the first time I didn't want to penalize the workers that came by and did the work.
