Polite, friendly, helpful, efficient. Called us asking if a 1 hr. earlier appt would work as he had a cancelation. Tech said his job would take 1.5 - 2 hrs., he finished in just under 1.5 hours. Could not have been a better experience.

Your representative Rudy called before coming, was here when expected, and did a very good, speedy job removing the faulty windows and replacing them with windows with a twenty-five year guarantee. Please confirm guarantee. Nice doing business with your company.

The new system windows that were installed would not stay up where we put them. They’d slowly come down on their own. The 5th tech was finally sent out with the proper jig and springs to keep the windows where they were raised. I love the windows but not the service. This has no reflection on the technicians, they were very good. The communication within the company needs looking into. Each tech told me what the windows (all 6) needed. I assume they reiterated this info but it wasn’t passed down to the next tech that was sent out. 5 different techs all with the same answers. This is not good customer service when I have to call and get 5 different service techs. Each time they came out they said “I wasn’t given the right amount of springs to do the job”. They had to cut in another spring because the #7’s weren’t strong enough. I hope nothing else goes wrong with these expensive windows!

Ordered the replacement of 13 windows, but only 10 were brought. I have yet to hear anything from Milgard about this. I still need three windows replaced. I was pleased that the repairmen took COVID precautions and were not in the house for very long.

He was wonderful. Replaced the windows and then helped me with the cranks on four others. He was very pleasant and worked fast. I can’t say enough in his favor. He is one of your employees that you want to keep. Thank you again all of you for fixing our windows.

Marco was fantastic! He was personable, knew his craft, and quickly replaced one pane. He also took the extra time to correct our sliding door railing as it was installed incorrectly for rain drainage. He took the extra time and shortened the tracks. Thanks Marco!

The guys were in and out in 15 mins. Replaced 3 foggy windows. Got on roof in the wind and didn’t seem to faze them. The only constructive comment I have is they cleaned the windows lightly but not very well. They said they weren’t professional window cleaners so weren’t very interested in cleaning the windows better. Other than that, it was an easy process.

We have owned our house 31 years and we are impressed that Milgard has always stood by the product and fixed and maintained our windows. I recommend Milgard windows to everyone. We just constructed a house for my son and used Milgard windows.

Positives: The installers were kind, wore masks, were clean and knew their job. They were finished in record time and I appreciated that. Negatives: The next day after installation, there was condensation between two of the panes and water buildup between the second and inside pane. This will lead to mildew which will require me to change the window once again.

I am the original owner of the home. This house was remodeled in 1994 and Milgard windows were installed throughout at that time. Per Milgard's lifetime warranty to the original owner I have had several windows replaced that have fogged up. This order was for replacing 5 that have recently become fogged. The installer today was Chris **. He was professional, friendly and efficient. I was impressed with his commitment to his task.

Very large picture window inner coating failed. Couldn't see through it. Scheduled a replacement. Tech measured and made note. Scheduled a date for replacement. When the window showed up it was not E-coated. Scheduled again. Replacement replacement showed up with 3 techs. VERY heavy glass. They did their job professionally and quickly. Looks good now. The 4 month wait not the best but things happen. We are happy with our Milgard windows. Just purchased a custom one for the kitchen. Not installed yet.

My email was answered quickly. The problem is is that the service to fix my door is over two months away. So, instead, I ordered the parts and will have to pay someone to put them in because of the long wait for service. The parts take up to two weeks to arrive, this is a long time to wait for them. On the good side, having a lifetime warranty is great! So, I'll wait and hope that the door works for that long. Thank you. Terry

I called Milgard. I was sent by phone to the local area team. I was asked a few questions, including size (in inches) of the 2 window segments that needed to be replaced, location of the windows and if they were the slider or stationary side. An appointment was arranged. I was notified of the repair time window by both phone and email. The replacement team were early. They were friendly, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. No complaints. Gratitude for the ease of contact...

Great service, Techs were very patient and knowledgeable. They were able to answer all my questions and very professional with every experience. They had to come out 3 times but they were great each time. Service was fast and reliable.

Large 60 x 48 entry window on 2nd floor replaced by four workmen today. Great job in very difficult location. Previous Milgard window separated allowing moisture to invade double panes to make stains and water spots. Crew was in and out within 45 minutes.

Many many QC Issues with Ultra Series windows and doors. Too many to list. Service has made 3 attempts and still not fixed. End user is very upset. There was a tic tac toe sign carved into our O panel on a sliding door. There were 8 windows with the sashes shipped locked, so the interlock was broken on all of them. My homeowner is very upset, I am definitely going to think twice before I recommend the ultra series.

The service today was great. However, it took forever to get someone to originally respond to my initial email request and then our appointment got lost in the computer so had to re-schedule the appointment. Then the service person who was supposed to come out called in sick, so the appointment got re-scheduled again. That all being said, the windows are working great now and we are very happy.

Had two window panes replaced after 10+ years that had become damaged. We utilized Milgard's customer service & warranty to replace. Was fine but took quite long. My 1st call was in August and it is now mid-January. So, no complaints but I'm glad I was flexible enough to wait 4 months. Phone calls were answered promptly & the actual technicians who came into my home were great. Just wish everything went a bit faster.

Called prior to arriving, then arrived when he said he’d be here, went straight to work, and finished in a very timely fashion. The work was done under warranty, which is great. This is a repeat visit as when they were here last they noticed another window that had failed.

A warranty claim was filed by the builder on two windows in my house before I moved in because they don’t close quite right. The service person came out, assessed the issue quickly, explained my options clearly and succinctly and was very friendly and helpful.

While it took quite some time (more than a month) to get a repair person here to fix the lock once he arrived he fixed it very quickly and was quite professional! I appreciate the lifetime warranty and just that alone will make me continue to buy Milgard doors. Thank you for fixing my door!

Sliding door lock did not work and opened and closed with too much friction. Technicians were prompt, friendly, communicative, and thorough. Sliding doors work better than ever thanks to some minor adjustments. They removed some guard rail device underneath that apparently did not add any value to the operation of the doors.

Eric was friendly and thorough. We thought we had at least 2 compromised window seals. He inspected and determined that was not the case which was great since he didn’t have the correct replacement glass with him. He was careful with the tall ladder and working around the furniture on the inside of the house.

We had a cracked window replaced. And the crank on an older window replaced. The young man that did the work was very efficient, he even picked up some trash off of the ground that didn't belong to his job.

Service technicians were courteous and knowledgeable. Fixed my issue and explained what had gone wrong. My only recommendation would be to increase the amount of service people in the area as the waiting time for the appointment was rather long.

I was notified when the repair person would arrive. They were on time. Found the problem and fixed it. Efficient and knowledgeable. The problem was rectified in a short amount of time. There was no mess left behind.

The two workmen arrived within the allotted time period, were COVID masked protected, were expert in their work and had two windows and one sliding glass door removed and replaced in less than 30 minutes! The Technician arrived on time and followed my instructions. He was efficient and very quiet considering I was on a GoToMeeting in the next room during the entire repair. The repair appears to be successful so far.

Pablo was prompt, quick and helpful in that he helped replace the very long blinds and valances. He was very understanding that I had made an error in my order. When I called the office and told them of my error the young lady I spoke put me at ease as I felt awful with my error.

Your service provider Danny did a great job. Our locking mechanistic failed and he took it all apart, found the problem and put it all back together. Works perfectly now. It is this level of customer support that makes me a Milgard customer for life.

Technician arrived at time he was scheduled, and was very friendly, polite and efficient. He wore booties in our home and finished the job quickly. He also spent a short time visiting with us and our dogs, and gave the impression that he enjoyed his job.

Sliding glass Door wouldn’t lock, lock broke. Had to use a piece of wood so the door could not be opened. Love my doors but being able to lock them is essential. Simple thing to fix (of course when you know how). Can’t believe that doors are warranted for life of glass doors.

I started the process of replacing the movable portion of a window the beginning of Sept. 2020. First contact was a email. Due to no response I called twice. Finally had a appointment. That was canceled. Another appointment scheduled. Window finally replaced Jan. 5, 2021. All persons I had contact with were awesome, from scheduling to the technician. My only complaint is the length of time it took to accomplish the replacement. I had rescheduled a vacation to be available then the appointment was canceled. That was maddening.

I must say that after I reached someone, everything was easy. The hard part is getting a response. We emailed with no response for weeks until I called. The claim was opened and the window ordered. Months went by with no response and I called and the window was in and they scheduled a replacement date. The single tech said he needed another tech and said he would reschedule. Another month went by and I called and a replacement date was scheduled. It seems it works great as long as you don't rely on email responses.

Original lock was defective and was replaced today. Other issues of difficulty in sliding windows was promptly addressed and all is good. Thank you. I'm a person of few words and wish not to elaborate any further, we love the windows and that's it!

Your technician Paulino ** arrived on time, quickly got to work and did an expert repair of our broken window. He was polite, efficient and friendly. It is clear that he is very skilled and experienced. We are very happy with the job he did.

One window was fogged despite several efforts to clean it. To our surprise the technicians tried a more aggressive cleaner that took off the films. We do not know the source of the problem. We have bought 12 other windows without any incidence of type of problem and were not planning to use anything on them other than standard cleaners. Anyhow the window looks fine now.

Representative came to fix window. He showed up on time. After he left, air was still leaking from the seal. I called him back and he came back again in about an hour with someone to help. He told me to call if it still leaked during a windstorm.

I had an issue with my the french door hinge and Milgard was prompt at getting back to me, setting up the first available appointment and the service guys came out today and did an excellent job. They were on time, considerate and quick to fix the problem. Job Well Done all the way around.

Service Tech did a very good job. Gave us needed tips so we could do the minor maintenance. It would be good for Milgard to print up a small pamphlet for distribution to the owner so they could be aware of how to fix small problems.

Braden ** and his partner very courteous and wore mask for covid protection and shoe covers to keep my floors clean. They were very quick and efficient in replacing the door and the window. It was stormy and rainy outside and they worked fast not to let the rain in. They did a fantastic job. My compliments to Milgard for hiring such excellent workmen.

Guys did a great job removing and installing a very large piece of glass. They also did a great job cleaning up! They were prompt for appointment and finished in a very timely manner. We have a French Door that was leaking. We contacted Milgard for service. An appt. was set up right away. 2 days before the appt. we got confirmation. Today the service person got here promptly & replaced the glass quickly, efficiently, & masked. He was great & our door is now perfect. Thank you!!

Replacement was quick and neat. Installer called first and was early. I was running an errand and he waited a few minutes to give me time to get home. This time was better than first appointment, scheduled several months ago. I waited and waited and no one showed up. I called and and it seems they had an incorrect phone number for me. The service man said he’d come by the house and no one was home, which wasn’t accurate. I was there the whole time so I wondered if he actually came by or not. So then had to reschedule and so all in all, it took about 4 months for that window to get replaced from first phone call.

Love the lifetime guarantee. Milgard makes this process so easy. Installer was polite, fast and wore a mask. I live in Arizona, the sun here is tough on windows. Had to replace a few in the past and this time wasn’t any different. Still just as happy and willing to stand behind their windows. Best part??? FREE!

My only concern was the long turnaround time from when we submitted our claim to replacement. October to end of December. It seems the wrong dimensions were specified in the records and it was another 1+ month to order and replace the window with the correct dimensions.

Installers had to come out 3 times. Windows originally measured wrong. 2nd visit, the installers identified additional windows that should have originally been identified and replaced. I appreciate they did not look the other way. They caught the missed windows. The installers were fast friendly and polite. Good job.

I filed a warranty claim in July 2020 and in August Milgard agreed to replace my defective Second story window under warranty. One technician came on 9/21/20 with the window but needed second person to install. He took the window back and rescheduled install for 10/5. That install was cancelled on 10/4 because the window broke. Rescheduled for 11/5 but cancelled right before appointment because window was on backorder. Rescheduled for 12/7, also cancelled right before appointment for unknown reason. Rescheduled for 1/4/21. On 12/30/20 I was assured all was on track but cancelled on 1/4 only 10 minutes before scheduled work window because of defect with the window. This claim was initiated in July, confirmed in August. For five months after accepting warranty responsibility, Milgard has been incapable of producing and installing a window.

We had a bend in the frame of the window near the sash lock in one of our newly installed single-hung Tuscany windows. When the Milgard repairman, Peter (on my Appointment Notification, it says Pedro **), inspected it, he knew exactly what to do to repair it without having to replace the window. By using his high-heat gun, the frame quickly returned to its original shape and looked good as new! He then inspected one of our new horizontal sliders that wasn't sliding smoothly, applied silicone spray to it, and it now slides effortlessly. He also applied the spray to a second slider just to ensure it'd continue functioning smoothly and advised us to use the spray about every 6 months. It was a pleasure dealing with him, and we appreciate the prompt service for our beautiful Tuscany windows!

Screen door needed to be replaced and also the bracket needed to be replaced instantly. The customer service was perfect and they arrived on time and got the work done. We got our screens replaced and also he replaced the bracket that separates the screen doors and replaced it.

I requested warranty service last week on a failing window. I received an email indicating my repair would take place: "I have processed your service request with the information provided and the soonest date available is 2/15/2021 7:00 AM - 4:00PM PST. If this service appointment works for your schedule, there is no need to reply. You will be contacted with a 2-hour time frame, 2 days prior to your appointment. (Please note: Our 2-hour time frames are computer generated and cannot be set by the customer service representative. We apologize for any inconvenience.)."

We recently had all the windows in our house replaced and two windows were defective- Milgard came out, inspected, repaired and replaced parts! We are so happy with the repair. Milgard has great customer service and warranty on their windows! We couldn’t be happier with our new windows!

John came out to assess the situation. In doing so identified that the door needed a slight adjustment, which he made. The doors now fully lock. John is on-time, friendly, professional and gets the job done. I would recommend your products and service if asked.

Pedro ** came to my house yesterday because we had some broken windows, meaning they did not lock well and some of the sliders were damaged. He took care of all the windows efficiently. He fixed everything and made recommendations as to how we can better care for our windows. He was great.

Tune up of all windows and doors. It is so impressive to have you support 24 year old windows and doors. The door latches are also like brand new. We are extremely satisfied. Unfortunately, after the tune-up one of the sliders stopped sliding again. Can you help?

Angel was very cordial. He immediately determined the size glass ordered was incorrect and a new order would have to be placed. He also informed me another glass which had been recently installed by a Milgard affiliated company was not actually Milgard glass as I had been told.

The service completed today 12/28/20 of replacing a flawed screen door on my new patio sliding door went well and as planned. He installed it correctly and in a timely manner, and waited while I tested it afterward. He also was helpful in answering a few questions. However, I rated Milgard value and quality lower since the screen itself is of poorer quality, and required replacement in the first place. Milgard should expire this screen door model, as it's incredibly dated and of poor quality.

Slider locked automatically when slider door was closed and we were locked out. Latch didn't stay up anymore kept falling down every time door was closed. We replaced the plastic lever provided by Milgard, didn't do the trick, metal parts inside door frame was the problem and was perfectly replaced by Milgard technician today, it solved the problem.

Milgard did a great job fixing our window! They came between the time they told us they would. The only issue we had was our filed complaint got lost in the shuffle and it took them 3 months to come and fix our window.

Hello, the crew that was sent out for my work was on time, very efficient, clean respectable with me and my home. Ok I didn't appreciate that I had a Nov 23rd install date and your CS department never contacted me to let me know you cancelled that app. I sat here at my home waiting and no one showed so I called and was put on a new reschedule date to December 28th because the repairman called in sick. I called and was able to move it up one week but it is done.

4 months for Milgard to replace after a Tech appt that was sent out with wrong size windows due to the Call Ctr that didn’t fast track it to fix their error. But the guys did great work, quick, clean and efficient. Thank you.

Replacement panes in my Milgard patio door. Great customer communication regarding scheduling when the techs would be to my house. The techs called several times that day and wore a mask the entire time. The two techs cleaned up all the debris that was left after they were done. Fast, courteous and considerate. We needed a glazing bead added to an awning window after it was discovered the bead wasn't installed at the factory. The repair technician arrived at the scheduled time and installed the glazing bead for our window in under 10 minutes. The technician followed physical distancing and wore a mask for the entire service appointment. Service was excellent!

Techs really seemed to know what they were doing and hopefully resolved the scraping issue permanently. The communication around the appointment wasn't 5 star. When I was called to set the appointment I was told that I would be notified the day prior as to what the time frame of the appointment would be. I was not - I called this morning and was given an 8-10am with a 30 minute courtesy call requested. Techs did not call - they just showed up.

Several windows were replaced. The Service technician was prompt (and even early). I received a courtesy call in advance which was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He even gave us several tips on best ways to maintain the windows. Very happy with Milgard products and service.

All new windows installed. One was defective, and the weather-stripping on the new patio door screen was missing. Took a month, but your rep came out and had it all taken care of in about five minutes. Notification one day prior as to more precise arrival time would be helpful.

We had to have a tech over to change out a section that had a seal failure. It took a little effort to get the appointment scheduled but, once that was done it went smooth. Tech was on time, friendly, and was done in no time.

I had a failed window- it was covered under the lifetime warranty- even though it was over twenty years old. They replaced the glass unit, at no charge. The process was very simple. The servicemen were very knowledgeable, and helpful.

I received a window replacement under warranty. I was given an appointment within a reasonable timeframe. I received a reminder call 2 days ahead. The day of the installation, the installers arrived an hour beyond the time window I had been given. They were apologetic and friendly and got the job done quickly.

One person, Jesse, came originally to determine what needed to be done. Two people came to install 2 windows and a balancer. The service people were great - friendly, informative. I love Milgard! Only annoyance was having to wait 2 months between appointments, especially since the broken balancer window was jammed and we couldn't close it so had it taped with cardboard to keep out the cold air at night.

Warranty work on 4 windows. The team that was sent out to do the work did a great job. They arrive early and on time, they follow safety COVID-19 procedures. The work included chafing out some window springs and replace if three glass panels. The cleanup was good also. Thank you.

Both kitchen and family room sliding windows were tough to open. The family room window had residual debris in the wall track left by the factory. The window tech cleaned up the debris and the window now opens easily. However, the kitchen window is still hard to open. The window tech sprayed some silicone into the window track, which helped the window slide more freely. But didn't address the hard to open lock.

John, the installer, was awesome--five out of five-stars. Milgard was good--four stars. Why not five stars? Started my claim Sept. 11th, finally got the new windows installed today, Dec. 15th. A bit delayed, but not a real big deal; they were worth waiting for.

I thought I had sent a copy of the paid invoice to customer service but it is quite possible I forgot to do that. So maybe my bad on that. But I had the window repairs done in March and I just got the email that I should received a reimbursement check in 6-8 weeks. The timeliness in getting a repair technician to the house is a little long. My appointment was a couple months out from when I called to schedule it.

Prompt, arrived first thing. Very quick. Very professional. Excellent overall. The process from start to finish took a while, given that we are in the middle of a pandemic, this was to be expected. The contact in the office, and all other parties I spoke to were cheerful and helpful all the way to final completion.

I appreciate that Milgard supports their products with such a good warranty as these were installed 10 years ago. We have a large number of windows and doors and all have held up well with the exception of the two needing replacing. Great products, great service.

The windows were just over 1 year old and the frames have turned yellow! Called Milgard to file a claim, they tried to discourage it. We just received an email telling us they want to have someone paint the vinyl frames! That’s not acceptable! Don’t buy these windows!

I contacted Milgard on 8/29/2020 regarding a defect in several of our Milgard windows through their warranty support. I received an automated response that "it may take 1-10 business days to review your request (a bit longer if this is the weekend). If this is an urgent matter, please call 1-800-MILGARD." I waited 3 weeks before reaching out to the 800 number and was put in contact with a local Milgard branch. After speaking with the rep there, I was told that due to their busy schedule, no warranty repair related work is being allowed. So I am stuck with several broken windows indefinitely without any timeline for when they will help me.

Installer was on time, courteous & quick. Very professional & knowledgeable in his job duties. He didn't refuse me helping him even if it was something that was not directly tied to the installation of the windows. I no longer have condensation in my windows. I definitely would & will recommend Milgard to family & friends.

Had Milgard Windows installed in a new home in 2014. Noticed this year there was something between the window panes. Called Milgard to get fixed. They were happy to replace. Took the guy that came out about 30 mins to replace. All covered by warranty.

The technician that came out to make the repair on my window was very friendly, professional, thorough and respectful and I appreciated all of those qualities about him and the work was done perfectly and quickly. Also this was the same technician that came out to do a previous repair on another window about a year or two ago and he was still just as nice and professional as I had remembered him to be.

We are very pleased with the work done. The technician was pleasant and worked in a very professional and timely manner. It is so nice to have the warranty on these windows. They have held up well since we installed them in 2002 but over time the cranks on 4 windows were not working correctly and we had one seal fail which resulted in mold starting to grow inside...but all is well and in working order again. Installer (Rubin) was very professional and efficient. Very happy with the whole experience. He arrived on time and finished within one hour. The only concern I have is that it takes so long to get an appointment after the order has been placed.

The guys that actually showed up seemed quite competent, and I'd rate them five stars. I had to ding you at least one star for requiring three visits instead of two, which was due to having the wrong color and some missing hardware on the second visit. I dinged you another star cuz it took so long, with two month waits between visits -- this took a half year overall. Of course, there's a pandemic, so maybe I'm being too harsh.

The original window I ordered was damaged. Rick, the service contractor, measured the window and coordinated the replacement. I received email communications letting me know when the window would be installed. It did take a long time to get the appointments and re-installation due to COVID, but I am very happy with the service and final product.

Technicians arrived on time and called beforehand to let me know their arrival time. They replaced to channel track and rollers on sliding glass door with work done under warranty. Work was done in a professional manner but technicians left the door frame a mess with greasy smudges. That is my only complaint.

The technician shortened base plate.. and reinstalled. The screen now slides ok.. He was very courteous and explained problem to me. He also explained how to caulk the window exterior to prevent water intrusion. The technician also checked out weeping from glazing bead. Said to keep eye for future moisture.

The customer service rep was angry and seemed to become angrier or upset with me because I could not complete her online process and was not able to access the information numbers. I’m the original owner from 2008 and they had been to house for, adding a new window I purchased in 2010 as well as warranty service in 2008. They told me they had no record of service or windows. I want to change or purchase a couple windows and planning an addition to the house. I talked with three different representatives, and the third actually tried to help me and then transferred me to sales mailbox.

It took 4 months from the day I first called Milgard to begin a work order request until the day the window was finally replaced. I had to keep calling them in order to insure my work order was moving forward and to get a service date because they failed to do so. This process took much longer than I ever expected. The guys who came and measured the window glass and who replaced it a month later were 5 star but the long drawn out wait for a simple window replacement on our lifetime warranty windows was not good customer service.

Love Milgard lifetime warranty. We built our home 26 years ago and used Milgard windows. One of the best things we ever did. Over that time we had 2 windows in a 12’ slider get moisture between panes and one screen get weak, same slider. Milgard fixed all issues. Our repair guy had worked in the Milgard plant for 15 years and is now doing onsight repairs for 5 years. They keep their employees.

Tech was on time and helpful. I have the older style double hung vinyl windows from 2002. The balance shoe broke on both sides of the top window. Lucky for me he had old parts stored in his truck and was able to fix the window. I was very appreciative. Thank you

The technicians removed and inspected the two sliders and stationary center glass panel. They made several repairs and enlarged the drain holes on the end panels. I'll wait for the next rain storm to test the repair, hopefully without interior leaks.

The technician Austin did a nice job, was professional and knowledgeable in new door installation. Your other customer service is not good. I had to call twice about my problem over a period of several months. I think you sent the wrong replacement door but it works.

My comment is based upon previous experience with window replacements. In the past, Milgard would replace a defective window in a month or so. This time it took 3-4 months from the time my notification to Milgard. Otherwise, service was good. No follow up calls on my part needed and service people came at the scheduled times.

As it turns out, hot temperatures were the cause of the screeching when you open the window. It did not screech today. The track may be a bit tight, but the rep told us how we could fix this. The rep was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Our technician called first, gave us time to be ready. He was quick and professional and did a great job. He wore a mask and was safe. The entire experience was easy and great! We recommend Milgard to all our friends & family!!

It has been 6 months and 3 rescheduled visits but finally got the last windows replaced yesterday. 2 windows wouldn’t close completely (frames had shifted over time) so when I told the repairmen, they readjusted the frame hinges to fix the problem.

The Milgard Employee was on time and had great customer service. He was fast and did most of the work outside. We had a window replace after 20 years and Milgard was able to come out and replace. Thank you again.

The Technician did take the time to remedy the problem with the window. Next door neighbor has the same window, installed the same day. Has the same problem as window does not lock. Appears it's a manufacturing defect with that type of window. Should not have changed this type of window. Hope it now will lock, when closing the window. Technician did a good job, very Professional.

While the guys did a great job today I felt they were unprepared based on my request. They repaired both sets of doors that weren’t closing properly. I asked that the weather stripping be updated and they didn’t have enough to come monkeyed the whole job.

It was dark by time the technician arrived so once glass was replaced there was no way to see if they were without scratches or leaks in seals. He also measured another window of which the seals are crumbling and would make an order form for March 2021 to be fixed. So I should hear in February for date.
