The timeliness in getting a repair technician to the house is a little long. My appointment was a couple months out from when I called to schedule it.

Prompt, arrived first thing. Very quick. Very professional. Excellent overall. The process from start to finish took a while, given that we are in the middle of a pandemic, this was to be expected. The contact in the office, and all other parties I spoke to were cheerful and helpful all the way to final completion.

Great job. They don't hesitate to stand behind their product. Great customer relations. Beautiful\quality windows, but if a problem arises they're there to provide their support. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again in an instant.

Job well done. Alex was polite and professional. He was punctual actually early, pleasant greeting and worked was performed efficiently fast. Alex kept work area clean and wore booties on work boots upon entering the house and removed exiting.

The workers were timely (early), friendly, professional and did a good job overall - the windows had several marks and were in need of a good cleaning and they did not sweep up or clean the debris on the ground from taking the old windows out. Otherwise the new windows look amazing.

Excellent service! Right on time. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff who took care of the replacement in a quick and efficient manner. Explained the process and was quick to make me, the homeowner, very comfortable with the plan. The service personnel were knowledgeable and friendly and did their work quickly including checking a door that wasn't on the original request. I appreciate that Milgard supports their products with such a good warranty as these were installed 10 years ago. We have a large number of windows and doors and all have held up well with the exception of the two needing replacing. Great products, great service.

The windows were just over 1 year old and the frames have turned yellow! Called Milgard to file a claim, they tried to discourage it. We just received an email telling us they want to have someone paint the vinyl frames! That’s not acceptable! Don’t buy these windows!

I contacted Milgard on 8/29/2020 regarding a defect in several of our Milgard windows through their warranty support. I received an automated response that "it may take 1-10 business days to review your request (a bit longer if this is the weekend). If this is an urgent matter, please call 1-800-MILGARD." I waited 3 weeks before reaching out to the 800 number and was put in contact with a local Milgard branch. After speaking with the rep there, I was told that due to their busy schedule, no warranty repair related work is being allowed. So I am stuck with several broken windows indefinitely without any timeline for when they will help me.

Installer was on time, courteous & quick. Very professional & knowledgeable in his job duties. He didn't refuse me helping him even if it was something that was not directly tied to the installation of the windows. I no longer have condensation in my windows. I definitely would & will recommend Milgard to family & friends.

In dealing with any product or service, you should always be asking yourself, "Are these providers in it for the long term? Will they stand behind their product?" Milgard went out of their way to do just that. They replaced the broken window installed in our fellowship several years ago, and they were fast, professional, and courteous. Thank you, Milgard, and especially Loren, for an excellent experience.

I love my Milgard windows but knowing that I have such great service of them makes me love them more. The technician who visited today was awesome and very helpful. Also extremely efficient, on time and clean! It gives me great peace of mind knowing that I always have this option to keep my windows working like new. Thank you!!

Had Milgard Windows installed in a new home in 2014. Noticed this year there was something between the window panes. Called Milgard to get fixed. They were happy to replace. Took the guy that came out about 30 mins to replace. All covered by warranty.

The technician that came out to make the repair on my window was very friendly, professional, thorough and respectful and I appreciated all of those qualities about him and the work was done perfectly and quickly. Thank you. Also this was the same technician that came out to do a previous repair on another window about a year or two ago and he was still just as nice and professional as I had remembered him to be.

We are very pleased with the work done. The technician was pleasant and worked in a very professional and timely manner. It is so nice to have the warranty on these windows. They have held up well since we installed them in 2002 but over time the cranks on 4 windows were not working correctly and we had one seal fail which resulted in mold starting to grow inside...but all is well and in working order again. Thank you.

Installer (Rubin) was very professional and efficient. Very happy with the whole experience. He arrived on time and finished within one hour. The only concern I have is that it takes so long to get an appointment after the order has been placed.

The guys that actually showed up seemed quite competent, and I'd rate them five stars. I had to ding you at least one star for requiring three visits instead of two, which was due to having the wrong color and some missing hardware on the second visit. I dinged you another star cuz it took so long, with two month waits between visits -- this took a half year overall. Of course, there's a pandemic, so maybe I'm being too harsh.

The original window I ordered was damaged. Rick, the service contractor, measured the window and coordinated the replacement. I received email communications letting me know when the window would be installed. It did take a long time to get the appointments and re-installation due to COVID, but I am very happy with the service and final product.

Technicians arrived on time and called beforehand to let me know their arrival time. They replaced to channel track and rollers on sliding glass door with work done under warranty. Work was done in a professional manner but technicians left the door frame a mess with greasy smudges. That is my only complaint.

The representative arrived within minutes of the designated time. Individual clearly identified himself - was courteous and friendly. Followed Covid protocols with mask wearing and distancing. Completed the job quickly and made sure the window glass was clean prior to leaving.

The original visit was 10/1/20. Window was wrong size, but serviceman measured window and door. Today arrived on time, and partner arrived soon after, and repair was done quickly, and well. The door is quiet. Thank you for making this an easy restoration.

The technician shortened base plate.. and reinstalled. The screen now slides ok.. He was very courteous and explained problem to me. He also explained how to caulk the window exterior to prevent water intrusion. The technician also checked out weeping from glazing bead. Said to keep eye for future moisture.

Very fast and friendly. He did a very good job. Clean and fast. Came, replaced my bad window, did a very good job ,was friendly and worked fast and replaced the bad window that was foggy between the panes. I would recommend your service.

The technicians were very professional and quickly performed the work. They were also very courteous. I was called 30 minutes beforehand to let me know they were on their way. The replacement panes look very good, and it is difficult to tell that the original panes were replaced.

We are very pleased with the windows we purchased with the lifetime replacement warranty. You never know when you'll need it! We called and were treated very nicely and the new window ordered quickly. Upon installation, both of the guys replacing the window were friendly, clean, careful, and quick. The customer service rep was angry and seemed to become angrier or upset with me because I could not complete her online process and was not able to access the information numbers. I’m the original owner from 2008 and they had been to house for, adding a new window I purchased in 2010 as well as warranty service in 2008. They told me they had no record of service or windows. I want to change or purchase a couple windows and planning an addition to the house. I talked with three different representatives, and the third actually tried to help me and then transferred me to sales mailbox.

The customer service was great. I called, they sent out a technician within a reasonable amount of time and changed out the windows in a timely matter. When the guys came out to change the windows, it was fast and efficient with no hassle no mess.

The two gentlemen who came to the scheduled appointment were wonderful and very courteous. They called me before the schedule appointment and let me know the approximate time they would be arriving. Both individuals made sure they cleaned up after themselves and asked if I needed anything else. We were very happy with the service we received.

Replaced 2 windows that had leaking seals. Inside of windows had started to deteriorate and obscure the view. The windows were replaced under lifetime warranty. The installer was very professional and friendly and did a great job.

It took 4 months from the day I first called Milgard to begin a work order request until the day the window was finally replaced. I had to keep calling them in order to insure my work order was moving forward and to get a service date because they failed to do so. This process took much longer than I ever expected. The guys who came and measured the window glass and who replaced it a month later were 5 star but the long drawn out wait for a simple window replacement on our lifetime warranty windows was not good customer service.

Sergei met w/ my builder and was amazing in making corrections and repairs to 5 windows and several screens and was very courteous to my builder. Service person was great. he called us and said that he was available early if we would like for him to come early, he arrived and completed the project and cleaned up after himself. Very pleased with job.

Customer service phone staff/appointment schedulers were highly professional. Technicians were timely, careful and skilled... explained part replacement procedures and best practices for future maintenance.

The two gentlemen who came out to fix a minor issue with a track and replace a door were very nice and efficient with everything they did and checked. Would definitely recommend them without a doubt. Customer service all around was great!

Love Milgard lifetime warranty. We built our home 26 years ago and used Milgard windows. One of the best things we ever did. Over that time we had 2 windows in a 12’ slider get moisture between panes and one screen get weak, same slider. Milgard fixed all issues. Our repair guy had worked in the Milgard plant for 15 years and is now doing onsight repairs for 5 years. They keep their employees.

Tech was on time and helpful. I have the older style double hung vinyl windows from 2002. The balance shoe broke on both sides of the top window. Lucky for me he had old parts stored in his truck and was able to fix the window. I was very appreciative. Thank you

Service was quick and expert. Now we know how to operate our windows. Our window washers didn’t return the pane properly, so our service technician showed us what to do. Making an appointment was easy, and we got a reminder email.

When I built my home over 25 years ago, I chose Milgard for their guarantee. The windows have aged well, and whenever I have had an issue, they take care of it. Customer service on the phone is extremely polite. Technicians have been great.

The technician was very nice, fast and courteous. I don’t wear shoes in my house, but I didn’t have to say a word. He had booties on his shoes before I said a word. The glass replacement was completed in 30 minutes. He cleaned the area that he had worked in, washed the window and was out the door. A great guy.

We had to wait a long time to schedule an appointment (6 weeks) and then another 3 weeks for a second appointment because one piece had been omitted from the order. However, the service team was punctual, polite and professional. The work was completed rapidly and to a high standard. I am impressed by Milgard's commitment to the lifetime guarantee and only the delay prevented a 5 star rating.

We had a good replacement of 10. It took about two months because of the COVID but l like their service reps whom are courteous on the phone and in person. The warranty is lifetime. Happy to get it done before the cold weather comes around.

We purchased the Tuscan series windows for the look, quality and the warranty. You have stood behind the warranty and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is searching for excellent customer service. Also your service people and installers are a pleasure to work with.

The technicians removed and inspected the two sliders and stationary center glass panel. They made several repairs and enlarged the drain holes on the end panels. I'll wait for the next rain storm to test the repair, hopefully without interior leaks.

The technician Austin did a nice job, was professional and knowledgeable in new door installation. Your other customer service is not good. I had to call twice about my problem over a period of several months. I think you sent the wrong replacement door but it works.

Edgar, the installer, was knowledgeable and educational as well as performing professionally. Yea, Edgar! However, I am disappointed with the window screen design. Even Edgar could not remove them. Any helpful ideas? Awaiting a response. Thank You, Lynne A.

My comment is based upon previous experience with window replacements. In the past, Milgard would replace a defective window in a month or so. This time it took 3-4 months from the time my notification to Milgard. Otherwise, service was good. No follow up calls on my part needed and service people came at the scheduled times.

As it turns out, hot temperatures were the cause of the screeching when you open the window. It did not screech today. The track may be a bit tight, but the rep told us how we could fix this. The rep was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Our technician called first, gave us time to be ready. He was quick and professional and did a great job. He wore a mask and was safe. The entire experience was easy and great! We recommend Milgard to all our friends & family!!

Workers were professional and did a good job. They called me to let me know they could earlier, if I was available. The replacement panes look good and functional well after their installation. The workers were on time and courteous.

The gentlemen who came out adjusting my screens is really professional. Did it really good job other than the one screen that I was having sticking is still sticking a little bit so it's not completely fixed but it's much better than it was.

It has been 6 months and 3 rescheduled visits but finally got the last windows replaced yesterday. 2 windows wouldn’t close completely (frames had shifted over time) so when I told the repairmen, they readjusted the frame hinges to fix the problem.

The Milgard Employee was on time and had great customer service. He was fast and did most of the work outside. We had a window replace after 20 years and Milgard was able to come out and replace. Thank you again.

The Technician did take the time to remedy the problem with the window. Next door neighbor has the same window, installed the same day. Has the same problem as window does not lock. Appears it's a manufacturing defect with that type of window. Should not have changed this type of window. Hope it now will lock, when closing the window. Technician did a good job, very Professional.

While the guys did a great job today I felt they were unprepared based on my request. They repaired both sets of doors that weren’t closing properly. I asked that the weather stripping be updated and they didn’t have enough to come monkeyed the whole job.

I had a very odd issue with my windows but the service has been great... The call center called to set up an appointment and the repair gentleman was very polite and professional. He called before he came and told us what he was going to do and completed the job quickly. Thank you. My experience with c/s and repair was great... I am wondering why something so odd would happen to my windows, which makes me question the product a little bit.

Service was exceptional! The technician, whose name I did not get, was very professional, friendly, informative and a credit to himself and to Milgard. He knew his product, what was wrong with it and how to fix it. He went about his work without rushing and yet was careful to insure that his work was correct and to our satisfaction. Well Done!

Missing weather strip and paint scratches. The person doing the job did excellent work. Was on time, covid safe and very meticulous, it was a great response from all in the service department and the way the issues were solved.

After receiving confirmation of appointment, I called the warranty office to have tech call me before arrival since the unit is not occupied and we live 1.5 miles away. Vlad arrived within the time window. He did not notice the request to call first and readily admitted this. Very friendly fellow and did a fine job.

It was dark by time the technician arrived so once glass was replaced there was no way to see if they were without scratches or leaks in seals. He also measured another window of which the seals are crumbling and would make an order form for March 2021 to be fixed. So I should hear in February for date.

Jack is very knowledgeable. Great service.. This is our second window we had to replace. Jack has been here twice. He always explains everything, and gets the job done right and efficient. I would recommend these windows to everyone. Lifetime warranty.

Installers arrived on time. They did a great job of installing new glass panels on french doors in both kitchen and office. They were quick, clean and efficient. Both installers wore masks and had booties on. I appreciated that. Thanks Milgard.

Had a window replaced and the serviceman was professional, cordial, identified himself, explained everything and was expedient. He cleaned up after his work and answered my questions prior to leaving. Great service.

The technician that came to explain and assist with the uneven French door issue was responsive. He explained the issue where I understand it. It doesn’t solve the problem but I have a better explanation and he explained everything with respect unlike Nick who was condescending. The installer came to replace the window screen for the damaged one he installed last June. The screen is not taut and has slacking across the middle. It’s just like the one he previously installed with the exception of a big dent across the top. I have reached out to the installer but I doubt he will respond given his history and incompetence. There have been many issues with this installer and we are six months deep into this project.

Very pleased with the service from both the gal that scheduled our repair, and the professional repairmen that replaced 4 of our windows. Thank you Milgard for taking good care of us. I had six windows replaced under the original lifetime warranty obtained from our seller. I inherited the process started before the close and completed after the close. All work was done on schedule and the results look great. The service team was very skilled, covid respectful, courteous with my many questions and genuinely pleasant. It was a good experience.

Glass was discoloring due to separation, of the glass panels. Mfg's people were the very good. Took extra care to remove, and replace the large window. Resealed the entire window, before replacing. Cleaned up after themselves, and disposed of the old window.

Came out on a 13 year old install in a new home to replace multiple windows with failing low e coating inside them. The installer was amazing. Well, I had six windows which show foggy appearance. I called Milgard to fix this defects. Milgard sent crews to replace those defective windows with a brand new window. I like how Milgard takes care of their products. They are behind their products. They are very responsible.

Two of our cabin windows had “popped” and needed to be replaced. Milgard’s customer service and coordination of technicians was superb. The work was done on time, at the time scheduled, and in about 30 minutes! Couldn’t have been better!

Robert came and replaced our glass on our sliding glass door that had a broken seal. He was in and out in less than a half hour and did a great job! We were very pleased and highly recommend Milgard Windows! This was all covered under their warranty and we are very happy we chose Milgard!

Both technicians were courteous and professional. They explained what they were doing and immediately went to work replacing the window. When they were finished they thoroughly cleaned the glass. From start to finish they were complete in 20 minutes. They also evaluated another window which they found defective.

I purchased Milgard windows and skylights due to their reputation for customer service, quality and competitive price. Milgard has always stood behind their product and replaced any defective windows or skylights. Johnny has been the service tech who has come out to do warranty work for the past several years. Johnny is always courteous, does his work promptly, cleans up his work and communicates with me by phone about his arrival and while on the site about what he is going to do. Johnny represents Milgard to the highest possible degree.

The two technicians were early. And fixed the issues fast. They were done quickly and efficiently. Great job! Both men followed COVID standards. I am a bit disappointed in the quality of the doors. The doors are about 3 years olds and this is the second service call.

Two windows were hard to push open. The service person replaced the sliders on one large window and put silicon on the small window. He was here in less than 15 minutes and did a great job. This is our fourth service call in 15 years, so glad it's a lifetime warranty.

Replaced window that was getting condensation. The window is over 25 years old and Milgard serviced the issue. My entire home is Milgard and I would have nothing less! They are top in quality, performance, look, and service. Our service technician was excellent.

Your technicians came out and fixed the window latch problem we had, and confirmed with us that it isn't really a window problem but an installation problem with OpenEnclose. We are waiting for a return call from them. Your technicians and Julia who helped me on the phone are wonderful employees.

Art was great... He was effective, efficient, and a pleasure to work with - I especially appreciated his flexibility given the unique circumstances surrounding many (like myself) who are working from home offices during this season. He was on time and cleaned up afterward. The order was completed as requested and in accordance with the specifications outlined.

Jason was very polite and replaced an incorrect spring in a window in our newly built home. He also showed me how to remove a vertical sliding window for cleaning purposes, and how to properly adjust two screen doors. He definitely made me feel better about my windows.

We're happy with the service agents. They arrived earlier than expected and addressed all of our issues quickly. However, we're disappointed that it took Milgard over a week to get the service agents to us. We had several screws missing which prevented the patio doors from being installed properly and safely. We had also ordered the doors in all white but got nickel hardware.

Used the online request for service. Took 3 weeks to get a response. Once I did was asked for measurement of window, even though I had filled that out in the online form. Then took another 3 plus months to have the window fixed. Service person who came out was great. Fast, efficient and friendly. Would have given all five stars but the time that it took to actually get the work done took months. I do love that the windows have a lifetime guarantee.

We decided to replace our outdated mullioned windows with a new modern style that I configured and using anodized (black) bronze aluminum frames. They look great and really changed the look of our home, plus they bring in much more light.

Service person showed on time and was able to replace our window from the outside without any problems. Because we are 80 years old and because of the virus we haven't let anyone in our house. He was very polite and went with our wishes.

Scott was great. 21 years of experience he figured everything out quickly and was professional. The issue ended up being the handles but he had to lean out a steep window and adjust screws to help the window close. I will plan on keep using Milgard Windows.

Easy to deal with. One of our double pane windows fogged up Inside. Milgard looked up our order and handled our claim quickly and professionally. The serviceman was prompt and did good work. I would highly recommend Milgard to anyone looking for windows.

Our appt was between 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. The service tech did not arrive by 1:30 so I called to see if the call had been cancelled. The customer service rep called the tech who in turn called me to say that they had service truck mechanical problems. It would have been nice to have had a call from the tech to explain that they were running late. The tech arrived at about 2 pm and did a good job of replacing the panes.

While the process changed slightly due to having to contact a preferred vendor to replace our windows, it has been pretty simple. I appreciate Milgard explaining the process and what will happen next very clearly. They have reached out if my attachment wasn’t available or legible and they let know how long to expect reimbursement. We are in the tune of waiting reimbursement and so far we have encountered any issues.

I couldn't have more positive things to say about our installer, Energy Guard Windows of Newberg, OR, or their staff. The product is fantastic, has a great warranty, and was reasonably priced, too. I felt like your staff was knowledgeable and ethical and didn't try to upsell me. They were also very cautious around COVID-19, which I appreciate.

Absolutely happy with the repair service and work. Arrived promptly, completed the repairs, and checked the other identical window for any needed repairs as well. Was incredibly polite and friendly. He also let me know more about the warranty on my windows and I love them even more now.

7 windows all had moisture between both panes of glass that ate away at the UV coating. Milgard sent 2 very efficient & respectful workers to my house a month after I reported it to replace all 14 panes. Thank you, Milgard!

We had new windows installed 8 years ago and they discolored and took on moisture in between the panes. Milgard replaced them quickly and at no cost with a very easy scheduling process. Will always go with Milgard for any future window orders.

Pete came right on time, was courteous and replaced my window pane quickly and efficiently. He also took the time to show me how to keep them opening and sliding easily. Pete wore a mask and kept a 6 ft. distance. Good representative for Milgard.

Installation was not complete. Screen door could not lock. When calling for an appointment I was given first available in my area. Today the repair person called and was running early so I was able to get work done ahead of schedule. Service repair was done professionally and he was very courteous.

The service was good, the technicians were on time and the window looks good. My complain is about the very, very long time one has to wait on the phone to talk to customer service every day no matter what time of the day.. You need to increase the number phone lines to get good service to customers.

We had six windows that failed. Our technician communicated with us throughout the day on estimated time frame due to traffic problems. Technician was friendly, efficient, explained process to us, cleaned up after himself. Technicians followed COVID protocol wearing face mask while performing installation.

My technician was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. He covered his shoes while in my house, did the necessary repairs and left. Seemed very efficient. I wasn't asked to sign any sort of warranty form or anything, which I found a bit strange. This is the reason I don't have an order number.

Warranty case was submitted on line and was accepted with no problems or hassle. I received a reminder email regarding the installation date and time, and a second reminder the day before the scheduled work date. The installers arrived on time with face masks. They were careful to prevent any possible damage to walls and floors. They worked quickly and cleaned up when they were done. They were very friendly and easy to work with, and did an excellent job. Service tech came on time and replaced 3 windows very quickly. Cleaned up well and was pleasant and courteous. We are very impressed and will buy Milgard again and recommend to others. Way to stand behind your products and provide no hassle customer service.

Service tech was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick in replacing the window. Good service on the window. Stated time period from my request for service versus Milgard initiating a response was poor. Website stated 10 business days. Other than the automated response that a request was made by me, actual time was close to a month and I had to call. My suggestion is change the stated time period on your website to a number that is more realistic. Other than that, I really like your windows and how you stand behind the warranty.

My windows are 16 years old and they were rusted in between glass panes and would not open or shut easily. The gentlemen came out, replaced the panes and open/shut mechanism. They are fantastic again!!

All went excellent. Showed up at scheduled time. Wore face mask and covered shoes with paper boots. Friendly and polite. Replaced the broken handles and in addition fixed the window frame so that the window now closes completely. Very satisfied.

It took almost 4 months from the time the first window parts broke until someone came out to repair them. The first delay was identifying the company who was responsible for the windows. Even an internet search failed to identify the logo. Then the first appointment was missed because parts were not available but I was not informed until I called to find out why nobody showed. Weeks later, the second appointment was nearly derailed by the weather but the man (Jaime) came out and fixed the windows.

When our service date was scheduled, e we were told that someone from Milgard would send me a text 2 days prior to that scheduled date to give us a 2 hour window. No one contacted us until the tech called this morning and said he would be here in about 10 minutes. Fortunately we were home but had we not been (since we had no idea when he’d be here). He took care of all of our window issues quickly and successfully.

Thank you for your commitment to stand by your product should a defect happen. This was the case for my double pane bedroom window which showed (after many years) a discolored film. Your customer service was great, the service technicians were professional and explained in detail the steps for the replacement window including the no cost to me. I am a satisfied customer and will positively return for future purchases.

Waiting 3 months for a warranty window replacement was ridiculous. I had to follow up with several calls just to get on the schedule, no one contacted me after submitting online request for service. The scheduler was not helpful and borderline rude. Installer was top notch. He was on-time and professional even though the scheduled time was late in the evening in November. Hands down, he was the best part of the service experience, the rest, not so much.

Tech replaced glass panel quickly and efficiently. On a different window that suffers from 2 leaks, tech diagnosed the problems and suggested solutions. He even gave me some caulk to seal the window and hopefully take care of the leaks.

We had a window next to our fireplace that according to the Milgard technician that had experienced a leak and the inner window discolored. He measured it and made a future appointment so he could replace it. He did replace it. Was very professional and knew exactly what to do. It took time for Milgard to contact me after I filed my case. In fact, after two months I called customer service. At that time, service was excellent. I understand the time to contact me initially was impacted by the pandemic. Once I actually talked to a person, I was very happy with the response. I immediately received a date for repair. When repair occurred, it was done quickly and safely (masks). As far as the quality of the replacement, time will tell. But

Both visits the crew arrived on time, had appropriate Covid masks, were efficient & super pleasant and friendly. My tech today that did my adjustment tool time to explain the issue & honestly, was just a pleasant person to interact with. A true asset to your company & a person I would want representing MY company.

It took 2 trips to cover our warranty work because not enough windows were brought the first time (order was shorted one bathroom window-1 3/4" x 18 3/4" and 6 windows 12 3/4" x 12 13/16" fixed glass). The installers were very professional and did an excellent job.

17 windows were replaced under warranty today. The installers arrived within the scheduled time and they were clean, informative and friendly. They were very efficient and knowledgeable with the work required. After the window change out they cleaned up all scrap and walked the job to be sure nothing was left behind and that the rooms were clean. Very professional work.

We had a lot of trouble getting Milgard Customer Service to acknowledge that we were a residential customer. It took from June 10 to October 29, 2020 from first contact to having the windows replaced today. However, the service technicians were prompt, courteous, and professional. We could not have asked for better service from the technicians Gregg and Rueben.

Put in a repair order. The form said two weeks for a response, I called 3 weeks later. They said it was more like 4 weeks and they needed to change the form. I waited two more weeks and I called again. Scheduled for October 28th. The tech showed up in the timeframe promised. The repair literally 10 minutes with no parts needed. All staff was friendly and helpful but I think they could have been more prompt.

We had two windows that were foggy and were told the glass seal has been broken and since we are the original owners of our house they were under warranty. So far so good, we are just waiting to be reimbursed.

The installer (I'm sorry, but I can't remember his name) was there at the very beginning of the scheduled arrival time. He was personable and a joy to talk with. The work was completed quickly and I wouldn't even know he was there except for the new window pane.

Eric was an excellent repairman. Did a good job and was respectful. I do have another window issue that has not yet been resolved and would appreciate an upper level manager to contact me as that issue has not been satisfactorily resolved.
