Service was exceptional! The technician, whose name I did not get, was very professional, friendly, informative and a credit to himself and to Milgard. He knew his product, what was wrong with it and how to fix it. He went about his work without rushing and yet was careful to insure that his work was correct and to our satisfaction. Well Done!

The 3 man crew was punctual on arrival, polite, efficient, careful & tidy. A real professional job is what I observed. It's nice to see a company that stands behind their product these days! I'd continue, but this says it all.

Missing weather strip and paint scratches. The person doing the job did excellent work. Was on time, covid safe and very meticulous, it was a great response from all in the service department and the way the issues were solved.

Employee arrived on time. Very professional. Cleaned up after himself. Washed any marks or smudges off the windows. Finished within the allotted appointment window. After receiving confirmation of appointment, I called the warranty office to have tech call me before arrival since the unit is not occupied and we live 1.5 miles away. Vlad arrived within the time window. He did not notice the request to call first and readily admitted this. Very friendly fellow and did a fine job.

Vladimir was awesome, neat and clean. Efficient and super helpful. I highly recommend him as a 5 star employee. He was on time and very knowledgeable about my windows and the repairs that he was here for. I cannot say enough about him and the representation he gave for your company.

It was dark by time the technician arrived so once glass was replaced there was no way to see if they were without scratches or leaks in seals. He also measured another window of which the seals are crumbling and would make an order form for March 2021 to be fixed. So I should hear in February for date.

Jack is very knowledgeable. Great service.. This is our second window we had to replace. Jack has been here twice. He always explains everything, and gets the job done right and efficient. I would recommend these windows to everyone. Lifetime warranty.

Installers arrived on time. They did a great job of installing new glass panels on french doors in both kitchen and office. They were quick, clean and efficient. Both installers wore masks and had booties on. I appreciated that. Thanks Milgard.

Had a window replaced and the serviceman was professional, cordial, identified himself, explained everything and was expedient. He cleaned up after his work and answered my questions prior to leaving. Great service.

The technician that came to explain and assist with the uneven French door issue was responsive. He explained the issue where I understand it. It doesn’t solve the problem but I have a better explanation and he explained everything with respect unlike Nick who was condescending. The installer came to replace the window screen for the damaged one he installed last June. The screen is not taut and has slacking across the middle. It’s just like the one he previously installed with the exception of a big dent across the top. I have reached out to the installer but I doubt he will respond given his history and incompetence. There have been many issues with this installer and we are six months deep into this project.

Very pleased with the service from both the gal that scheduled our repair, and the professional repairmen that replaced 4 of our windows. Thank you Milgard for taking good care of us. I had six windows replaced under the original lifetime warranty obtained from our seller. I inherited the process started before the close and completed after the close. All work was done on schedule and the results look great. The service team was very skilled, covid respectful, courteous with my many questions and genuinely pleasant. It was a good experience.

Glass was discoloring due to separation, of the glass panels. Mfg's people were the very good. Took extra care to remove, and replace the large window. Resealed the entire window, before replacing. Cleaned up after themselves, and disposed of the old window.

The technician was very professional and took care of the issue with window. Milgard has the best customer service and excellent doors and windows. I would buy more windows and doors from Milgard. In addition I will recommend it to our family and friends.

Came out on a 13 year old install in a new home to replace multiple windows with failing low e coating inside them. The installer was amazing. Well, I had six windows which show foggy appearance. I called Milgard to fix this defects. Milgard sent crews to replace those defective windows with a brand new window. I like how Milgard takes care of their products. They are behind their products. They are very responsible.

Two of our cabin windows had “popped” and needed to be replaced. Milgard’s customer service and coordination of technicians was superb. The work was done on time, at the time scheduled, and in about 30 minutes! Couldn’t have been better!

Robert came and replaced our glass on our sliding glass door that had a broken seal. He was in and out in less than a half hour and did a great job! We were very pleased and highly recommend Milgard Windows! This was all covered under their warranty and we are very happy we chose Milgard!

Both technicians were courteous and professional. They explained what they were doing and immediately went to work replacing the window. When they were finished they thoroughly cleaned the glass. From start to finish they were complete in 20 minutes. They also evaluated another window which they found defective.

I purchased Milgard windows and skylights due to their reputation for customer service, quality and competitive price. Milgard has always stood behind their product and replaced any defective windows or skylights. Johnny has been the service tech who has come out to do warranty work for the past several years. Johnny is always courteous, does his work promptly, cleans up his work and communicates with me by phone about his arrival and while on the site about what he is going to do. Johnny represents Milgard to the highest possible degree.

The two technicians were early. And fixed the issues fast. They were done quickly and efficiently. Great job! Both men followed COVID standards. I am a bit disappointed in the quality of the doors. The doors are about 3 years olds and this is the second service call.

Two windows were hard to push open. The service person replaced the sliders on one large window and put silicon on the small window. He was here in less than 15 minutes and did a great job. This is our fourth service call in 15 years, so glad it's a lifetime warranty.

Replaced window that was getting condensation. The window is over 25 years old and Milgard serviced the issue. My entire home is Milgard and I would have nothing less! They are top in quality, performance, look, and service. Our service technician was excellent.

My only complaints about the process were the length of time that I was on hold every time that I called, and the fact that it took several weeks to get anybody out here to complete the work.

Your technicians came out and fixed the window latch problem we had, and confirmed with us that it isn't really a window problem but an installation problem with OpenEnclose. We are waiting for a return call from them. Your technicians and Julia who helped me on the phone are wonderful employees.

Art was great... He was effective, efficient, and a pleasure to work with - I especially appreciated his flexibility given the unique circumstances surrounding many (like myself) who are working from home offices during this season. He was on time and cleaned up afterward. The order was completed as requested and in accordance with the specifications outlined.

Jason was very polite and replaced an incorrect spring in a window in our newly built home. He also showed me how to remove a vertical sliding window for cleaning purposes, and how to properly adjust two screen doors. He definitely made me feel better about my windows.

We're happy with the service agents. They arrived earlier than expected and addressed all of our issues quickly. However, we're disappointed that it took Milgard over a week to get the service agents to us. We had several screws missing which prevented the patio doors from being installed properly and safely. We had also ordered the doors in all white but got nickel hardware.

Used the online request for service. Took 3 weeks to get a response. Once I did was asked for measurement of window, even though I had filled that out in the online form. Then took another 3 plus months to have the window fixed. Service person who came out was great. Fast, efficient and friendly. Would have given all five stars but the time that it took to actually get the work done took months. I do love that the windows have a lifetime guarantee.

We decided to replace our outdated mullioned windows with a new modern style that I configured and using anodized (black) bronze aluminum frames. They look great and really changed the look of our home, plus they bring in much more light.

Service person showed on time and was able to replace our window from the outside without any problems. Because we are 80 years old and because of the virus we haven't let anyone in our house. He was very polite and went with our wishes.

Scott was great. 21 years of experience he figured everything out quickly and was professional. The issue ended up being the handles but he had to lean out a steep window and adjust screws to help the window close. I will plan on keep using Milgard Windows.

Easy to deal with. One of our double pane windows fogged up Inside. Milgard looked up our order and handled our claim quickly and professionally. The serviceman was prompt and did good work. I would highly recommend Milgard to anyone looking for windows.

Our appt was between 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. The service tech did not arrive by 1:30 so I called to see if the call had been cancelled. The customer service rep called the tech who in turn called me to say that they had service truck mechanical problems. It would have been nice to have had a call from the tech to explain that they were running late. The tech arrived at about 2 pm and did a good job of replacing the panes.

While the process changed slightly due to having to contact a preferred vendor to replace our windows, it has been pretty simple. I appreciate Milgard explaining the process and what will happen next very clearly. They have reached out if my attachment wasn’t available or legible and they let know how long to expect reimbursement. We are in the tune of waiting reimbursement and so far we have encountered any issues.

I couldn't have more positive things to say about our installer, Energy Guard Windows of Newberg, OR, or their staff. The product is fantastic, has a great warranty, and was reasonably priced, too. I felt like your staff was knowledgeable and ethical and didn't try to upsell me. They were also very cautious around COVID-19, which I appreciate.

Absolutely happy with the repair service and work. Arrived promptly, completed the repairs, and checked the other identical window for any needed repairs as well. Was incredibly polite and friendly. He also let me know more about the warranty on my windows and I love them even more now.

7 windows all had moisture between both panes of glass that ate away at the UV coating. Milgard sent 2 very efficient & respectful workers to my house a month after I reported it to replace all 14 panes. Thank you, Milgard!

We had new windows installed 8 years ago and they discolored and took on moisture in between the panes. Milgard replaced them quickly and at no cost with a very easy scheduling process. Will always go with Milgard for any future window orders.

Installation was not complete. Screen door could not lock. When calling for an appointment I was given first available in my area. Today the repair person called and was running early so I was able to get work done ahead of schedule. Service repair was done professionally and he was very courteous.

The service was good, the technicians were on time and the window looks good. My complain is about the very, very long time one has to wait on the phone to talk to customer service every day no matter what time of the day.. You need to increase the number phone lines to get good service to customers.

My technician was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. He covered his shoes while in my house, did the necessary repairs and left. Seemed very efficient. I wasn't asked to sign any sort of warranty form or anything, which I found a bit strange. This is the reason I don't have an order number.

Warranty case was submitted on line and was accepted with no problems or hassle. I received a reminder email regarding the installation date and time, and a second reminder the day before the scheduled work date. The installers arrived on time with face masks. Service tech was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick in replacing the window. Good service on the window. Stated time period from my request for service versus Milgard initiating a response was poor. Website stated 10 business days. Other than the automated response that a request was made by me, actual time was close to a month and I had to call. My suggestion is change the stated time period on your website to a number that is more realistic. Other than that, I really like your windows and how you stand behind the warranty.

My windows are 16 years old and they were rusted in between glass panes and would not open or shut easily. The gentlemen came out, replaced the panes and open/shut mechanism. They are fantastic again!!

All went excellent. Showed up at scheduled time. Wore face mask and covered shoes with paper boots. Friendly and polite. Replaced the broken handles and in addition fixed the window frame so that the window now closes completely. Very satisfied.

It took almost 4 months from the time the first window parts broke until someone came out to repair them. The first delay was identifying the company who was responsible for the windows. Even an internet search failed to identify the logo. Then the first appointment was missed because parts were not available but I was not informed until I called to find out why nobody showed. Weeks later, the second appointment was nearly derailed by the weather but the man (Jaime) came out and fixed the windows.

When our service date was scheduled, e we were told that someone from Milgard would send me a text 2 days prior to that scheduled date to give us a 2 hour window. No one contacted us until the tech called this morning and said he would be here in about 10 minutes. Fortunately we were home but had we not been (since we had no idea when he’d be here). He took care of all of our window issues quickly and successfully.

Thank you for your commitment to stand by your product should a defect happen. This was the case for my double pane bedroom window which showed (after many years) a discolored film. Your customer service was great, the service technicians were professional and explained in detail the steps for the replacement window including the no cost to me. I am a satisfied customer and will positively return for future purchases.

Waiting 3 months for a warranty window replacement was ridiculous. I had to follow up with several calls just to get on the schedule, no one contacted me after submitting online request for service. The scheduler was not helpful and borderline rude. Installer was top notch. He was on-time and professional even though the scheduled time was late in the evening in November. Hands down, he was the best part of the service experience, the rest, not so much.

Tech replaced glass panel quickly and efficiently. On a different window that suffers from 2 leaks, tech diagnosed the problems and suggested solutions. He even gave me some caulk to seal the window and hopefully take care of the leaks.

We had a window next to our fireplace that according to the Milgard technician that had experienced a leak and the inner window discolored. He measured it and made a future appointment so he could replace it. He did replace it. Was very professional and knew exactly what to do. It took time for Milgard to contact me after I filed my case. In fact, after two months I called customer service. At that time, service was excellent. I understand the time to contact me initially was impacted by the pandemic. Once I actually talked to a person, I was very happy with the response. I immediately received a date for repair. When repair occurred, it was done quickly and safely (masks). As far as the quality of the replacement, time will tell. But

Both visits the crew arrived on time, had appropriate Covid masks, were efficient & super pleasant and friendly. My tech today that did my adjustment tool time to explain the issue & honestly, was just a pleasant person to interact with. It took 2 trips to cover our warranty work because not enough windows were brought the first time (order was shorted one bathroom window-1 3/4" x 18 3/4" and 6 windows 12 3/4" x 12 13/16" fixed glass). The installers were very professional and did an excellent job.

17 windows were replaced under warranty today. The installers arrived within the scheduled time and they were clean, informative and friendly. They were very efficient and knowledgeable with the work required. After the window change out they cleaned up all scrap and walked the job to be sure nothing was left behind and that the rooms were clean. Very professional work.

We had a lot of trouble getting Milgard Customer Service to acknowledge that we were a residential customer. It took from June 10 to October 29, 2020 from first contact to having the windows replaced today. However, the service technicians were prompt, courteous, and professional. We could not have asked for better service from the technicians Gregg and Rueben.

Put in a repair order. The form said two weeks for a response, I called 3 weeks later. They said it was more like 4 weeks and they needed to change the form. I waited two more weeks and I called again. Scheduled for October 28th. The tech showed up in the timeframe promised. The repair literally 10 minutes with no parts needed. All staff was friendly and helpful but I think they could have been more prompt.

We had two windows that were foggy and were told the glass seal has been broken and since we are the original owners of our house they were under warranty. So far so good, we are just waiting to be reimbursed.

The installer (I'm sorry, but I can't remember his name) was there at the very beginning of the scheduled arrival time. He was personable and a joy to talk with. The work was completed quickly and I wouldn't even know he was there except for the new window pane.

Eric was an excellent repairman. Did a good job and was respectful. I do have another window issue that has not yet been resolved and would appreciate an upper level manager to contact me as that issue has not been satisfactorily resolved.

Milgard serviceman was great. He replaced the track the door glides on. The only issue was that I had ordered new rollers to be replaced at the same time and he had the wrong rollers sent to him for my project so that didn't get done.

I replaced three windows with Milgard Windows. The glass in one of the windows was very hot to the touch - which surprised me since I was told the window glass would not be hot to the touch. Milgard came out and inspected the window and told me found that they were installed correctly. They told me the glass was hot because of the shade on my windows. They told me to leave my blinds open to let the air flow. The heat was being trapped by the blinds and caused the glass to heat up. I'll try their suggestion to see if that is the cause of the hot surface glass temperature.

The repair provider arrived five minutes early and came in (masked) to assess the window, answered my questions on another window, replaced the casement window and was ready to leave in 40 minutes. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, punctual, and efficient. I couldn’t have asked for a smoother Interaction.

The servicemen were considerate, on time and very professional. They took the time to make sure we understood what they did and how to correctly shut the doors. The immediately fixed the broken piece and reattached the alarm system.

My installer was from Fontana. He was one of the best installers that have come to the house. I have had at least 6 different installers over the last 20 years. He cleaned the glass (many do not). He also checked the opening and closing alignment (many just replace the glass and leave). He was quick. He replaced 4 windows in a hour!

We had a kitchen window that failed and had a diagonal pattern between the two panes of glass. I called Milgard and described the problem. They sent someone to replace the window, he showed up on time and was polite. I’ve had no trouble with any of the other Milgard windows in my entire home. Very pleased that Milgard honored their warranty and replaced the window!

I had a very courteous Experienced installer who came on time and replaced a window that was under warranty. I was unhappy with the length of time between my call to Millard and up until the window was replaced. It was about two months. Other than that it was a good experience.

This is the second time I've had to replace this pane, but there was no hesitation from Milgard to do so. Covid may have delayed some of the communication, but the young man arrived right on time today and the window was replaced in as timely and professional manner. Thank you.

From the first call to Milgard to the minute the installers walked out of the house my experience was nothing but terrific. The lady I first spoke to quickly located my window and knew the dimensions. The installers came when they said they would, worked efficiently and cleaned up everything. I had some difficulty with the customer service person initially. I was patient but she was very dismissive and not helpful. Although she did schedule the window replacement once I called, she didn’t help to clarify the additional info required and seemed ready to hang up. Luckily I have done this before so I had the information on hand and with some prompting I was able to get assistance. The installer was prompt and professional, replacing the problem window in a matter of moments.

I was very surprised that my original new windows took in so much moisture, but I was satisfied with the replacement of 6 windows in my home. Nice to have the Milgard Lifetime Warranty. Clear windows makes all the difference in the world!!

Very happy with the experience. A very pleasant technician replace the window. I guess my only possible downside to this whole process was it was a very slow process getting a tech here, but it wasn't something where we were in danger so that was fine.

Installers called to confirm showing up (early) before the estimated repair time slot. They were professional, courteous, and efficient with the installation. They also readjusted a door to create a tighter seal keeping out outdoor elements.

It was easy to schedule the repair on our lifetime warrantied windows even though we didn't have all the info that would have made it easy for the rep. The repairman was polite and efficient and helped troubleshoot a different issue as well. Really great service.

We ordered Milgard double hung windows for our bedroom. Once they were installed, we noticed the windows wouldn't lock or close properly. Milgard eventually sent a technician to check and his conclusion was that the windows were made improperly in the factory and would have to be replaced. We waiting six weeks to hear back from Milgard and finally we had to call. They had "lost" our order from the technician. We were then put on another 6 week wait and told the windows would be replaced on a certain date. We even called two days before to confirm and were given a window of time for installation.

We have two external doors (8’ x 2’) single panel glass. Over time one door became difficult to close, however, the reason for the service call was that one of the doors could close and this was a security issue. Your man Rudy arrived and played the doors like a fine instrument. Within 10 minutes he had adjusted the doors to function like new. Very satisfied.

Wow - Clint went above and beyond. The man knows his craft and his customer service is terrific. He replaced a balancer that was not on the order (another window), that had failed after I made the claim. He also showed me exactly why three of my windows had the same catastrophic failure. (The old style balancers failed and shot straight up, splintering the sash.) Made me happy and saved you guys an entire extra service call. Give that man a raise!

I contacted VIVAX, my installer in August as my French Door had become misaligned and was striking the threshold and the other door. They came out and made an adjustment on August 17th, which helped, but did not entirely solve the problem. They said they needed to get Milgard to come out for further adjustment and that it would take 2-3 weeks.

My home was in the Woolsey Fires. I was out for 18 months. Milgard was my window choice. I knew it was the right decision because when there was a small problem Milgard was there for me. Helpful, friendly, and amazing work.

We had two windows with separated panes, which is the second time since building the home almost ten years ago. I paid extra after insisting our builder use Milgard products, and I have never been happier. I knew the windows would be great, and I also knew Milgard's warranty is second to none, so once again we are a very satisfied Milgard customer. Very, very good customer service.

The installer was extremely well versed, knew what he was doing, and I was very happy with how quickly he took care of the replacement window. All in all, I don't think he spent more than 20 minutes doing what he had to do. Very efficient and knowledgeable as well. Great Job! As a matter of fact, a neighbor was the replacement, and I told them how happy I was with Milgard.

The wrong vent panel for the patio door was delivered and installed on 7/22. The correct vent was ordered and when the install date came the installers said only the glass had been delivered and they needed to order the entire panel. The panel was to deliver to the warehouse on 10/7 with a two hour install time for 8:15-10;15 a.m. on 10/9. At 8:30 on 10/9 I was informed that they could not find the panel and would have to re-order it with a 4 week lead time. I asked the service rep to have her manager call and she said she would the following day. I did not receive a call and left a voicemail requesting a call. Three days have passed with no call and I left another voicemail today. Three months after the initial install (of the wrong panel) and I'm still waiting for this to be remedied. First they order the wrong thing and then they lose the 2nd replacement. C'mon, you can only blame so much on COVID. Next call is to Better Business Bureau.

The 2 men that came were, friendly, extremely efficient in their work and completed the job in record time. Our windows slide wonderfully easy, now, & we are very pleased. Kudos to the workers and your company. Thank you.

Unlike previous reps who had previously come to repair this window, Juan showed me why I could not activate the lock. He observed how I was doing it and explained how to do it right with specific tips.

The latch was broken when installed so the call was placed to repair it. The technician came out and quickly repaired the broken item and had it working in no time. There was an added issue with the slide lock and he repaired them too. Apparently, a screw was placed in the wrong spot when installed and so he moved it. All good now.

We are satisfied with the quality of the glass and service visit provided. We didn't give 5 star though because it took us 1 1/2 month to get an appointment and we had to get a second appointment (which took another 1 1/2 mth) because the number of windows to replace was not correct on the first visit and the window was not opening correctly. Two days after the last visit we still have some problems opening the window that hopefully it won't get worse and need to call again to wait for another 1 1/2 mth for an appointment.

From the start of this order to the end - there was a smooth transition and handling by professionals. What a delight to deal with each one of the staff members from the lady who answered the phone and directed my call through to David who installed the replacement window.

The 2 guys who did our work were dedicated to doing a good job. One was being trained by 6 year employee. They were very late arriving but called and explained the Milgard truck was late and had to be unloaded. The only thing I would suggest is that the employees do not ask to use the customer's bathroom! Especially, during this time of Covid 19. The employees did wear a mask the time they were here but I think he got irritated when I told him no he could not use my bathroom. I did explain why and told him there were 2 convenience stores in town. I would, however, have them back again!

I received an email from Milgard on 6/19/20 that we should be hearing from East Idaho Glass. Approximately l month later I had not heard from them so I called. I was told they were very far behind due to Covid-19. I was told they would get back to me. I never heard again. I called them first part of October and was told they would be out the next day. They did come but now it is going to be end of November before window will be replaced. I think you need to get an additional company doing replacements in Eastern Idaho.

Locking/opening window latch was not catching properly. The gentlemen who came to the home knew/understood what the problem was right away and they were able to have everything fixed within 15 minutes of arriving to my home. Side note: This is the second set of Milgard windows I have purchased. I will not have any other window. All of my windows and service have been excellent!

Milgard is the only company that I have ever experienced the “lifetime warranty”! Milgard is the best. They are true to their promise. One of the few companies with the best customer service. More power to Milgard!

I had a number of dual glazed windows replaced when they started to fail. The first installer was friendly and punctual. The second installer (yesterday) called ahead to say he would be *early,* arrived, was friendly, installed the window and was on his way. I couldn't ask for better! Thank you!!

The service man did a wonderful job installing our new window. I would recommend them to clean or ask us to clean it before installing it, only because this particular window is hard to reach on the exterior and would've been a lot easier to clean prior to installing.

My Milgard Customer service people were fantastic today! They were actually early! My windows were replaced quickly, but with great attention to detail. Customer service reps were friendly, helpful and a pleasure to have while they replaced my windows.

We had the seal go bad in one window section with moisture between the panes of glass. The technician came out with the new windows. He was polite and professional, and repaired the window carefully and skillfully.

Wow! This young technician was awesome.! He was careful, clean, courteous and knew exactly what he was doing. He arrived right within the timeframe given donning booties to protect my home! He was able to fix each and every broken track, replacing them with a more improved track system. When he left I opened all my windows and could finally enjoy the breeze blowing through my home. Marco replaced two of our window panels and he was polite, on time, efficient, and clean. The initial response time from my request could have been quicker. It took about a month to get a reply. Other than that, all good!

We had a pleasant experience getting our Milgard windows replaced. A few of our windows had haze and condensation buildup. We gave Milgard a call, it was a hassle free process. Scheduled install was done on time, fast and professional.

Techs were all fantastic. Know their job and do it right. Excellent product! House stays cool much longer on extremely hot days and Retains heat in winter. We really appreciate the quiet shield from outside noise, especially at night time. I would definitely purchase again. Great investment!

We recently had new patio doors installed. Unfortunately one of them had a small scratch inside the double paned glass. Employee from Milgard to replace our sunroom window, was prompt. Identified who he was, he was wearing a mask and asked which window needed replacing. I showed him to our sunroom, and the side entrance he could use. He went to work and within about 30 min. he was done. Great Job!

My five star rating is only in regards to the replacement. I am very happy with the customer service regarding the defective windows. However, I am very dissatisfied with the quality of Milgard windows. I have a countless number of neighbors that have had the same issues. This is a pervasive problem. I don't understand how there could be so many defective windows. I couldn't recommend your windows to anyone. The one stars are not a reflection of the customer service and have nothing to do with this most recent interaction with Milgard. The one stars are only in regard to the quality and value of the windows. I am hoping the replacement windows last and don't have the same issues.

We were recently broken into because the Milgard door installed in the kitchen didn't lock the same way as our other doors did. Also, the installer didn't do a good job installing and left a huge gap in between the two doors. I called the following day to have one of the technicians to perform an assessment and fix the issues. I didn't have a good experience the first time I called. I was put on hold for at 45 minutes, only to find out that Milgard couldn't help me unless I open a ticket. I tried to open a ticket while I had her on the line and but I couldn't find the number. The person I spoke with made me so frustrated because she refused to help me. She was rude, talked over me, had no compassion, even though I told her we were just robbed and I really needed help to fix the door. Instead, she hung up on me after having me wait so long! That was so unprofessional!

The service technician arrived on time. He was very professional and courteous. He did a great job of replacing the three windows that had "stuff" growing inside them. He also took a few minutes to adjust our Milgard sliding patio doors which were dragging. We were very appreciative of his help and friendly manner. We definitely are impressed with Milgard customer care and support.

The Milgard field were very nice and professional throughout the experience. My only suggestion is that we receive a call the day before to be reminded of the visit. Fortunately, I had it on my calendar, but it might save your team from showing up and not having the customer at home. Otherwise, we were very pleased.

Our sliding door Lock was not working. The technicians worked on it and tried a few Different things and got it working. We have two of the doors and one works perfectly fine and the other lock system appeared jammed. We appreciate the help and hope it works long term. If not, we know Milgard will be happy to come back out and troubleshoot again. Thank you Milgard for your excellent service and professional technicians.

It is great for warranty replacement. The bad part of the experience this time was that I had to wait 1 1/2 months just to have the windows measured and I could have done it myself to expedite the process. Measured in July and no windows till the end of September. Some people are capable of measuring to expedite the process. Everyone I dealt with was great. It is the process that needs improved. All the techs, phone people and all were absolutely wonderful.

I never write reviews but the Milgard Co. deserve this one! I wish I had the rest of my house done by Milgard, but only have one... I had a bay window installed over 15 years ago and one of the windows went bad, called Milgard and within a week we were on the schedule to have the window replaced. ZERO charge... when the say LIFETIME guarantee that's what it is! Also, their home service installer was outstanding (Pete) On time and was done in no time! In the future, I will not be putting any other windows in but Milgard.

The installers for Kellchuck Glass, in Olympia, from who we purchased two windows and a French, sliding, glass door, did not know how to install our new, sliding, glass door correctly. Johnny **, Shane and another fellow from Milgard came out to our home to get it installed correctly. I was very impressed with the time they spent explaining everything and making sure the door was installed correctly. The third man, whose name I unfortunately did not get, (who was with Johnny and Shane), was exceptionally good about making sure we understood everything. They made us feel much better about the negative situation the installers had left us with last week. Now we just need to have the defective window screen replaced.

The representative who came over was friendly, hard working, and got the job in about 1/4 of the time that I thought he would need. I am totally satisfied with the quality of the product and of his work. Highly recommend the company. Great employee.

The three living room windows were getting lots of cloudiness and smears in them. Milgard stands behind their products. It was totally fascinating how quickly these windows were replaced-no questions asked. Those two men KNEW what they were doing! They were in and out in probably 30 min. An enjoyable and amazing process to watch.

When I contacted Milgard regarding the problem an appointment was scheduled at that time. The Milgard rep called during the scheduled time period to give me the promised 30 minute "heads up". When he arrived, I explained the problem and he knew what needed to be done. Within 30 minutes he had completed the job to our satisfaction and gathered his tools and left. Very professional.

To replace window that had become cloudy. Although they did an awesome job and were very professional they had to come a second time (several weeks later) because they didn't have the correct window the first time.

Love the Milgard guaranty! Our windows were 19 years old and 12 panes of the 16 panes we originally ordered were getting cloudy (probably should have called sooner), but they were all replaced at NO charge. Amazing!

The replacement this week was terrific, and the notification system (appt day known 4 weeks in advance, 2-hour window known 2-days before) was great. However, it took 3 visits over 2-1/2 months to actually get the window replaced! The first visit, based on the dimensions Milgard had on record, produced a window 1/4 the size of the smallest one in my house! That technician took measurements. On the 2nd visit, the technician determined the first tech had measured wrong. But, by the third visit, everything was fixed.

Rob and Jason were nice, polite, and did not leave a mess - they worked inside and outside our home in the pouring rain. When finished they made sure we knew that we would receive a call soon to schedule the remainder of window replacements.

It took a while to get confirmation and a date for the window to be replaced due to the pandemic. Communication via text and email was accurate and clear. The window repair person was courteous and completed the replacement very quickly. I'm happy with the service.

I have had these windows for about 20 years. I had forgotten about the warranty. A rep came to my house and measured the windows and within 3 weeks I had new windows. The rep and the installer were professional and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Milgard windows.

Our windows are over 15 years old (perhaps as old as 20). Some parts had stopped working, and we were no longer able to even open one of the windows. He was able to figure out how to get the windows open again, put them back in working order, and install the correct parts -- and all without making a mess. Took four contacts with Milgard to get help here. But, today Jed arrived and used his training to diagnose and, hopefully, fixed the problem (heated vinyl lower trough to match slider). I am optimistic of a fix as is Jed. :-)

The experience I've had with Milgard have been Stellar from the original request to replace windows all through the installation. Customer Service is terrific. The installer, Jose, was respectful, professional, proficient and got right to work installing the windows. I am so happy that we chose Milgard to our home windows.

This technician was great! He made every effort to make sure it was fixed properly and took the time to explain what he did and the best way to open and shut the window. We wish he had been there when they initially came out to fix our window - we wouldn't have had to call Milgard to come out again! The first technicians were in a hurry and knew it wasn't working properly and did not make an effort to come right back even though they had just left So thank you to the technician that came out Sept. 15!

Even after 17 years of use in the harsh Southern California climate, MILGARD honored my request to replace several windows under warranty that had become streaked and discolored. The MILGARD technician, Jose **, did an excellent job. In addition to replacing the defective windows, he replaced the lift mechanisms for several windows. Mr. ** was efficient and professional in carrying out the repair of my windows. My windows now look and operate like new!

I scheduled an appointment due to a scratch on my brand new glass door. Also needed the weather strip which was not included in my door delivery. The crew were very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I asked a lot of questions which they answered. I am very grateful that my windows work and they made it easy for me. They were calm & proficient men. However, getting Milgard to send a service crew out took me 2-3 years of emails & calls. Initially I was directed to video examples of how to adjust my hinges. My hinges don't look like the one in the videos. I sent emails explaining this. There was no help. Getting through on the phone was an exercise in frustration. Finally, my attorney-husband sent a heated email. THEN you listened.

Repair person was great, he took care of two issues for me. Very fast, professional and friendly service. After speaking to customer service, I could not get my damaged screens replaced due to a warranty issue.

We could not lock the master bedroom double-hung windows at my elderly mother's house. I thought it was a problem with the window themselves. The Milgard techs came out 2 times when I was not present and I thought the problem had not been resolved. The third time the tech explained to my and my contractor how the windows operated. The tech could have been rude to us since this was his third visit, but he wasn't. He was patient and understanding and it wasn't the windows, it was the operators. Milgard’s Service Man and another technician arrived at our home on time and went directly to work on our Living Room window. The technician that came into the house put booties on to make sure that he kept everything clean!! These two worked very well as a team and had the repairs made in short order.. GREAT JOB!!

Milgard was absolutely amazing. Normally big companies are difficult, but the entire process with Milgard was smooth, easy, and efficient....even during COVID times! I submitted a claim via your website and two weeks later I was given an install date without any hassle or back and forth. I got an install reminder call a couple of days before the install date giving me the install window times. The installer was a little early (which was fantastic) but gave me heads up he was 20 minutes away. Then he literally replaced the window in 10 minutes. Sounds too good to be true, but he was that quick because he knew what he was doing. I’m still in shock because you just don’t get that kind of service these days. The guys were early and very pleasant and helpful. They removed the window and cleaned inside the panes and it looked like new. They also looked at two sliding glass doors that were sticking and hard to open. They fixed those too and showed us what to use in the future for any windows that don't open easily. Wow! I will never buy anything but Milgard windows. After finding mold between the panes of one of my 10 year old windows, I found my paperwork and got in touch with Milgard. The window was replaced for free! The company I bought from is no longer in business but it didn’t matter. Milgard happily honored their lifetime warranty. I was shocked and so excited. The installer came on time and had my new window in my new office installed in 30 minutes! Teaching from home will be tough, but now I have a gorgeous view out of my new Milgard window. Efficient competent service. Minor negatives: pre-service email said 12:30-2:30 with tech ID, but came at 9:30 and not tech ID'd in email. Would be nice if exterior replacements had been cleaned. Overall, pleased with service.

One window had something on it that was between the panes. I called and they came and replaced the glass. The service was excellent, both on the phone and by the glassworker who did the replacement. We are the original owners.

This whole process was really easy and efficient. The installer was incredibly quick and did quality work. The only thing I would have appreciated is having the appointment during the scheduled time block (I wasn't quite prepared for 2 hours early, though it turned out to be fine).

Your Replacement service was very helpful and easy. Your workers were quick and professional and safe. I do have one complaint though. I was given a 2 hour window starting at 7am. At 10am I called and was told that there had been a glitch and they would need to come out later. They did get out later and everything went fine. But had it been a different day or situation, that glitch could have forced me to cancel for the day. It also forced me to get up early and get my dogs to a daycare place, much earlier than needed.

The thermal barrier on one of our windows was damaged in transit. Milgard authorized the window to be installed and agreed to make a repair at a later date. The first repair date occurred on time, but the Milgard repair person did not have the correct part. I suspect some type of miscommunication from the installer. The repair was rescheduled and the repair was completed with the correct part. There was no disruption to the window installation during the repair. Nice, professional work.

The service technician gave me a call on the day of my appointment and 15 minutes before arrival. That was great!! He greeted me at the door with a mask which I really appreciated, after briefly explaining the problem he recognized the problem immediately. A simple alignment so the door would lock correctly.
