I came home to use my Sundance spa after hunting one day and it had about a foot of ice in it, so it destroyed it. I was gonna buy another Sundance but the company I went back to didn’t sell Sundance anymore. They had Marquis instead and when I went in to the place in Billings to look at the tubs, I was somewhat impressed with them. The customer service representatives knew what they were talking about. I dealt with Holly and she was really good and very helpful. She gave me all the information I needed and she helped me out with my claim on my insurance. The delivery people delivered the tub and they picked up my old one. They were quick and friendly and they did a good job. I like my Marquis hot tub. I don’t like their filters quite as well because I have to change them a lot more often, but they don’t cost near as much.

I liked the look of the Marquis spa. It was in a good price point and it looked like a good spa, too. The Marquis representatives were good in explaining everything, so our interaction was relaxing and comfortable. Everything went smoothly. The installers came out when they said they were gonna come out and they went over everything with me. I love everything about the spa but I don’t like the jets. The jets are fine but the turning on them is so loose. Every time I get in, I have to reset them. I set them where I want them and then when I come back, I have to redo it because they're way too loose. They should be a little firmer so when you turn it to open it, it should stay open. I talked to the place I bought the spa from and he just said that's the way they are. I would probably not buy another Marquis spa, but still, I was happy with the overall experience.

The Hot Springs hot tub we had prior was larger and had an extra pump. It was okay, but I was looking for something that was a little less maintenance. So far, the maintenance has been much easier on this Marquis spa.So far, it had been relatively easy to maintain. What I’ve had to do to it has been minimal, and I’ve been more than happy with the operation.

There is a shop near my house that is selling Marquis products. I compared them to the other ones the shop was selling, and I liked the Marquis. I was looking for a tub that has really good jets and has to be safe. I also have to be able to cover and lock it. I wanted the best brown and Marquis had a good one. It was a floor model where they got a good deal on it. The reps were wonderful. They gave a lot of information and insight, and then they came out and helped set up the tub. I live really close to the shop so I'm always over there, and they're very helpful and always available.

I would highly recommend Marquis. We’ve been using it for a year and a half and we haven’t had any issues. My husband did a lot of research before deciding to go with them. The crew that did the installation was on time. A part got cracked and they were really awesome about replacing it. We use it for several times a week and it helps with pains and aches, and it increases relaxation.

We like our Marquis Spas 110-style hot tub. It worked out for what we needed, and we like its size and amperage. Purchasing the tub was great. When we had any questions, there was always an answer from the rep, and the answers have always been pertinent and right. The installers were great, and I watched them set the tub on our deck. I could tell they were experienced. They knew what they were doing. They put the stuff together very quickly. They knew exactly what part went where and they had it set up in less than an hour, and they were on their way. When we use our hot tub, we enjoy it. It does the job of what we bought it for.

Marquis is the only company that sold hot tubs that had unusual sizes. The majority of them are like 7x7, and Marquis sells corner units, some that are more rectangular versus square. The Marquis is my first hot tub and the installation was fine. Two guys brought the tub over and put it right in the spot where I wanted it. There was a bit of a motor issue, however, and something was rattling inside. I called them up and they sent me a brand new motor to put in which took care of the issue. Also, when there was water inside the control panel area, I called them up and they said that I was under my warranty, so it wasn't a problem. First, they said they ordered a new control panel and when that came in, they called me to schedule an appointment. Then another guy came out and installed it, and everything was fine. I’m very satisfied with the quality of the Marquis spa.

I did some research and noticed that a local store carry Marquis Spas so I went in and talked to a salesperson. I also went to the spa show outside the town on a discount promotion and they had different types of spas there. I made a comparison and it seemed like the local brand and the dealership was highly reliable and good service. The salesman was excellent too, so we went with the Marquis tub and we were given a discount at that time.

We walked in a store and saw the Marquis hot tubs in person. I like the price point and the warranty was good. I was also impressed with the motor and the range of the jets. The retailer installed the tub and they were good. The Marquis tub is a lot better than our previous tub and we never regret buying it at all. We enjoy it and I recommend it.

This is my second hot tub/spa & the first was a Caldera spa which I had for over 10 years. When I moved from Austin to Albuquerque, I missed using my spa & looked around and decided on the Marquis Spirit. Although there were some initial problems (having to do with the internal PVC tubing which was made by another manufacturer and had some "shedding" problems), once they were resolved (took about 3-4 internal "cleanings" conducted by the local distributor), it has been pretty much perfect.

I love Marquis Spas. My tub has been great. It’s a stress reliever.

When we were looking for the best opportunity to give us the most number of jets and best experience, we liked Marquis' efficiency and overall total cost of ownership. We had a suggested guy install the tub and it was very easy. Howard runs the place where we bought the chemicals from and he was helpful. We love the spa. It’s a place for us to relax. We have told people about it.

We have friends that had a Marquis Spas. We also looked at all the different hot tub brands, but that was where we ended up with. We bought it from a guy in Anacortes who was wonderful. We had lots of issues, and he figured them all out for us. The tub is going on two years this winter and our experience with it has been great.

The only hot tub dealer in our town that I know about is a Marquis dealer. Based on the word and the reputation they have given us, I got a Marquis hot tub. The retailer came and dropped it off, but I was the one who ran the 50 Amp cord to the outlet, which was easy. It seems to perform as it’s supposed to. I've had it for about a year and a half now, and I use it all the time. Overall, the Marquis tub has a positive impact on my life.

A friend of mine had a Marquis hot tub and he liked his. That was good enough for me so I bought one, too. I have the unit for almost a year and half now and so far, I haven’t had any problems. It does really well. Sometimes, I don’t get to use it as much as I’d like to, but other than that, I’m satisfied. The reps I talked to have been great and fantastic as well. Recently, the cartridge filter that goes down the hose broke. But they’ve replaced it and it was still in warranty. It was really easy to have it replaced because all I had to was pull it out. I’ve had good service out of my Marquis hot tub. My friend that has one has had his for 10 years and the only thing he ever had to do to it was to replace the top of the heater. So, if mine does as well, I’ll be happy.

I like the depth of the seating of the Marquis hot tub. I’m a bigger guy and it’s got that good ergonomic hair in it that I can get down into it. I have the hot tub for about a year and a half now and I like it. But there’s a spot where it’s noisy or has water agitation and if you like that spot, that’s not a good thing. Other than that, Marquis' reps answered all my questions and I had no issues with them. The installation was also perfect. Recently, I broke off a valve stem and I replaced it. It was very easy to do.

We bought a used Marquis to find out if we were hot tub people. We had a used one for about three years and got rid of that one. But I liked it, so I bought another one. However, when we bought our brand new Marquis hot tub and then filled it for the first time, it heated up to temperature and it left like an oil film all the way around the hot tub. And then, the filters were fully covered in oil so we had to drain it and clean the tub.

Marquis' dealer has been good and getting the hot tub installed was easy. However, I've had some problems with it. The dealer had to do a repair on it twice. It had a panel failure and they had to replace the control panel on it, and they also repaired the heater. The spa has the cartridges in it and the piece where you turn it, the handle snapped. It wasn't covered on the manufacturing warranty and I had to buy a replacement for it. I've had the Marquis spa for two years and I love it. However, with the two major component failures I've had, I'd hesitate to recommend it.

When the Marquis team came out and installed the hot tub, they were very friendly, but they did not do any of the electrical hookups which I wasn’t aware of until they were on site, so I had to do that. Also, my old spa had two motors I could run everything in the tub on at the same time and with the Marquis tub, it's a little learning curve to get to either wanting the lower stuff or the back stuff. At first, I was unhappy with that but I have gotten used to it. I have fairly severe back problems, and the Marquis tub helped with some of that. There’s plenty of different positions in the spa that I can get in and get relief, but it would have been nice if the spa had a bigger filter system.

Marquis Spas has a good reputation, so I thought their hot tub would be a good one to get. I had a couple of other hot tub brands before, but they weren't very good. On the other hand, the Marquis tub has good quality and its therapeutic advantages were what I liked the most, so I went with it. I also liked all the different settings. The installation of the tub was excellent. The place that I bought it from did a really good job of taking care of me if I had any problems and I haven't had very many problems. I've owned my Marquis tub for two years and since its installation, it has made a big difference. For example, every morning and every night, I use it to get loosened up so I can function.

When we moved permanently in 2004 we bought our first Marquis spa. There were a couple of things that went wrong, but they were all under warranty. We got it from Placeway Pools in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, and they are excellent. We wouldn't buy from anyone else. Not only the people in the store are very good, but the service department as well.

The installation of our Marquis spa went very smoothly. The guys who put it in were great. However, it took me a couple of days to figure out that the lights weren’t working. Apparently, they didn’t hook it up, but my husband said it was a plug underneath. He found it and plugged it in. We also had one strange issue and we contacted where we bought the spa from. They came right out and it was no problem at all. The spa has been great and we love it.

We purchased a different brand of spa from Patio Pools before. So, when we moved we went to Patio Pools to buy a spa for our new home. We seriously looked at a couple of other spa companies. But the rep of Marquis spas was at the home show and he pointed out all the features and the quality of their hot tub and it just seemed overall like a much better product. Also, we had worked with Patio Pools before and we knew the service was good through them. We liked the way the Marquis tub is wrapped underneath and is well insulated. That makes it more energy-efficient and our previous spa didn't have that. Furthermore, we're near an open space at our new house, so there could be pack rats, and the insulation would help from having pests get up inside the tub to damage it.

Marquis Spas has a good reputation. So, I drove to Salem and went to their showroom there, and I liked their spa. I custom-ordered it and it was fabricated quickly. I was able to pick my type of liner inside the spa as well as customize the outside shell. Then they delivered and installed the spa, and all that went fine. I signed up for their spa valet services, where they send somebody to service the spa every two weeks and keep it in proper condition. But that was where I ran into a problem. The people they sent out weren't completing the job or would say that they were here when they weren't, which I could prove because I have surveillance cameras. So then, they changed the people, hired somebody, and fixed that problem.

I did a fair bit of research on the different brands before the purchase and I settled on Marquis. The sales team at the trade show were knowledgeable. There was a crew that delivered it and got it set where we wanted it. We are very satisfied with the tub. We use it frequently and it has definitely been worth it. I would recommend Marquis.

When I went to the pool store that we use for pool supplies, they had the Marquis hot tub on display and it was a good fit. The people at the store explained what the higher-end spas offer versus the ones you get in Costco and they had the floor model available. When the hot tub came, we had no idea if it would be able to fit it through the gate in the fence, but it was simple. Although installing it was simple, we had to upgrade our electricity ‘cause the house is old so we just had to get the electricity outside.

I absolutely love my Marquis spa. It's the Marquis Spirit and it's a little three-seater. I’m in it early in the morning and late at night and I love everything about it. It’s a perfect size for me and I love the color on the inside of it as well as how it runs. But my husband doesn’t get in to it. He doesn’t like hot tubs. But I’m cool with that because I’m a bathtub person and it’s kind of my own little spa.

We live out in the mountains with nobody around and it's nice having the Marquis hot tub. It compares well and our other one was really old though. The people delivered it to the house and basically set it in the pad. I did everything from there myself. There was an LED light that was out after we first got it and so I contacted Marquis and they were great. I've also reached out to them for chemicals. I like them and would recommend them to a friend.

My sister is the store manager at one of Marquis' steam pool and spas. She, as well as others, have recommended Marquis. The installation went just as planned and scheduled. The tub works fine and we love it. My interactions with their reps were really good too. When we had a minor issue, they came by and repaired it really quickly. I would recommend Marquis.

We went to a Marquis dealer and they were cool. This is the first tub we ever had and it has been pretty good. I like its quality.

We went into the Marquis showroom and Dana, the lady that helped us, gave us the information that we needed to decide and she was not pushy. We wound up holding up a little bit until before 4th of July. She said that she could get us the demo model and that there was an additional discount. That was what sealed the deal for us to do the purchase at that time. We love the tub and it was a really good experience. We referred them to one of my other friends that got a tub in the summer.

The Marquis reps were helpful. They showed me why the spa was really good and why it was different than all the rest, as well as the ease of use. I got the 7x7 tub and then the guys who installed it were awesome. They came over, put it right in place and got it all positioned for me. They were in and out fast, and they were great. The hot tub is good for all the aches and pains that I've got. It also does certain things to my feet and all that stuff that I need it to do. I definitely like them. However, the whole chemical thing is different for me. The chemicals that they use in all the normal spas were great and dandy, but I found a better thing that I don’t have to use the chlorine and the bromine, and it has been working really nicely. The Ozone is a big thing and my tub stays clean.

We did a lot of research online, and then we went to a local dealer who did Marquis. We were impressed with the manager of the store. They had a Marquis filled with water for a wet run, and I was very impressed with that. We signed up for a maintenance plan that's every other month. There was one issue about something peeling off, and they replaced it. Whatever is of concern to us, which has never been substantial, is fixed the next time. The catalyst was a degenerative back disease, and I could not be more pleased with the relief I've experienced from using the hot tub regularly.

I've had a Marquis tub for about two years now and we like it. I like its appearance and the rejuvenating bubbles that it adds. The salesman sold me on it and then wo guys came out and installed it quickly. We use the tub almost every day in the winter.

The Marquis is a great tub. I have a bad back and it helps with that. Using it is also a good way to spend time with our family of five. We had our back deck completely redone and the tub is built-in to the deck. Our contractor and Rapid Spas handled the installation. Marquis' team is great and Rapid Spas are good people. I've had the tub for over a year and they still remember who I am when I go in to get chemicals. They’re very knowledgeable, too. I’ve recommended Marquis Spas to others.

Currently, I have two Marquis tubs. I have one in my garage and another in my house. However, the jets fall apart. They keep coming out of holes in the hot tub and I've had to replace a dozen of them. The problems have been something with the cap or the little plastic lock. For a very expensive hot tub brand, Marquis has never replaced those parts for free and I've always had to pay for them. I have a bunch of those missing because they still keep coming apart. Though my newer tub from Marquis has been better, I've been having problems with the old one. Despite those problems, the tubs themselves have been comfortable. I'm a big runner and I've found the jets to be powerful. They hit me in the right spots at my hamstrings, calves and back.

John was one of our salesmen at the Leisure Time at Oklahoma City. He did a great job with the Marquis hot tub. He showed us all the features of it. But we haven't been pleased with the in-line distribution system as we thought we would be. We went for a floating dispenser for our chemical and chlorine, but it wasn't working properly for us. It wouldn't keep the chemical for some reason. The in-line and chemical system works, but it just wasn't dispensing in the quantities in using the cartridges all the way. Other than that, we've thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and it has worked perfectly.

I’ve had my Marquis hot tub for a year and three months. I had a Hot Springs and another one and both were a little bit more powerful. They had two pumps. The Marquis hot tub I got is nice. I have sitting options for the size. But it doesn’t work and I had the people look at it from the warranty. They came and looked at it a month ago. It started working before that and then they said it was fine. But now, it’s not working again. So, they thought it was maybe electrical problems. I called the electrical place last Wednesday and they said they’ll try to get here when they can.

I use Rick's Pool & Spa in East Hanover for servicing my regular pool and they had Marquis hot tubs on the showroom floor. I looked, did some of my own research, and then purchased one. Rick's Spa also put it in for us. We have them service it and they do a good job. Marquis has a great product and the model I bought got all the features that were available. We enjoy it very much.

When we did a little investigation, we found out that Marquis was a good brand of spa. The only problem was that when ordered the spa, the people forgot to order it with the main company. We live in Sierra Vista and they forgot to order it in Tucson so it took us three extra weeks to get the spa. But that was the only thing I was a little bit upset about. Once they installed it, everything was good. The installation itself was good too. The guys came in and did it fast. The quality of work was good and they also gave us instructions on how to use the spa. It's a great spa. We've been using it a lot.

In working with a local supplier, they were able to not only deliver the Marquis spa but also potentially do maintenance if needed. For the installation, we set a date that was going to be convenient. There was a deck being built for the spa so it was important to be able to coordinate schedules to get the spa off the truck and have a couple of guys to move it onto the deck. The team showed up on time and got the job done.

We've had the Marquis hot tub for about a year now and we like it. It’s great for sore muscles and for a change in your mood to relaxation. I love it and I would recommend it. Getting it installed was a good experience as well. Three guys showed up and put it in. It was delivered on time and they did a good job.

I find hot tubs to be almost essential because of my neck and my back. I had a Cal Spas before and the store I bought it from, Chim Chimney, switched to Marquis. I found their customer service to be good and compared to the other brands available in my area, Marquis seemed to be the better option. Because of my location, a crane had to be used for the installation. That had to be hired so the installation took a little bit longer but it went well.

We like the features of the Marquis hot tub we got, like how the benches, the jets and the pumps were configured. That was why it was purchased over The Edge. The only thing that was a pain for us in terms of the installation was running the power. It was a hassle but it was not a big deal. We also had to contract somebody else. But other than that, the install was great. The biggest thing though is the maintenance. It caught us off guard a little bit because we were hoping the bromine and that cartridge thing would be a little bit less what we have to do. But that’s more us than anything else and that aside, we’ve enjoyed the hot tub. Marquis Spas is probably the nicer ones out there and I have also told a couple friends to go look at them.

We had a Marquis spa that was given to us by my parents. It lasted for at least 15 years. We had to replace a pump but overall it is in a great condition. We just wanted to update. With all the technology, we wanted a newer spa. We bought a new Marquis spa through a retail outlet. My husband installed it, and it was easy for him. We've been using a spa for a few years and it has been beneficial, and we enjoy it during the winter. Marquis makes a nice spa! Buy one.

I was looking for a tub with a double lounge in it and Fireside had one from Marquis Spas. When Fireside's sales rep came out and told me what the Marquis spa does, I got one of its resort spas and a lot of them have twin pumps on them. I had the little things that squirt water out and they were popping out. I called Fireside about them and I was told that I have to put them in there and screw them back in. But they'd pop out again the next time and that aggravated me, especially since I'm not in a situation where I've always been in a service connected thing. It's all built on service and they just don’t seem to do that.

I liked my old Marquis hot tub better than my new one. They made changes to it. My old one had a single filter and I cleaned it once every three weeks or once a month. I also didn't have as much trouble regulating chemicals. My new one has two filters. I gotta take them out and clean them all the time. Also, I have to put either bromine or chlorine cartridges in my new Marquis where the old one just had a very small chlorine cartridge in front of the filter. If I'll buy another tub tomorrow, it wouldn't be a Marquis simply because of the filters and the chemical issues I have. Still, I would recommend Marquis.

Marquis is so much better than the one I had before. The hot tub, which we've had for about a year and a half was quieter, and it had more jets in the proper places that you could adjust. It was recommended by a doctor that we get a hot tub for my wife who has medical problems, and my wife enjoys the Marquis tub we got. The team who installed it was very good too. It would have gone a little bit easier if they would’ve remembered to bring the cart to bring it up the ramp. But they worked it out. Somebody else picked up something, and they brought it over, and they got it in and to where it needed to go.

I looked around and got the names of two or three spas from various people that indicated that they were among the better built spas. I went and looked at each one. I liked that the height of the Marquis spa was a little bit lower. As we get older and squeakier in the knees, it seems like it would be easier to get in and out of. The spa has a shape that relates to a seat area. Because of the slope that goes along with that, it's not as easy to get in and out of for the squeaky-kneed crowd like me as I would have liked. But it's a better built spa than the previous unit we had. We've had a few problems with the skirting material fitting correctly, but the function of the machine is good.

Marquis Spas' amount was fair and I like the number of jets so I decided to go with them. The installation team was awesome. They brought the tub out, set it out and then, my electrician came in, set it out a day, so they were great. So far, I've had my Marquis Spas hot tub for a year now and I like it. I can adjust the jets to fit my current need.

I bought a Marquis tub for my kids and they use it all the time. They enjoy it. I would tell others to buy one.

Marquis appears to be a good tub. A friend of mine recommended Marquis Spas and I've had the tub for about five months now. The installation went well and I use the tub a couple of times a week when I'm not sick.

We really enjoy the Marquis tub. It is a very good hot tub. It is easy to maintain. In fact, I maintain it myself, and it’s very convenient. I had one for 20 years and we bought a new one to replace it. We bought the new one from Pomin’s in Tahoe City, and it was great. They took the old one away and put the new one in. They then set it all up and the installation crew was great. The new hot tub is at my vacation home and mostly, it's the younger people who use it. It gets most of its use in the wintertime.

We had our old Marquis hot tub for 12 years, so when we got a new tub we purchased a Marquis tub again since we had our old tub all that time and it still worked. Our new tub does not differ a lot from our old one. They're both top-of-the-line Marquis tubs. Having the new hot tub installed was good and easy. It fit right in the spot where the old tub was. I had to go back, though, and ask the reps for a few things because the tubs are a little different from one year to the next, but the reps were easy to deal with and everything was good. We just had to do the general maintenance on the tub. We put the chlorine and checked it once a week. We also drained the tub and changed the two sets of filters every season three to four times a year, depending on how often we used it.

When I was shopping around for a hot tub, I thought that Marquis satisfied my needs better. I like the number of jets and I can focus those jets on the areas of my body that I want to have massaged in that. That was the big thing. It's a great spa and it’s nice to go in there. You have a cool evening and that would warm your body up. For aches and pains, you can’t beat it. I really enjoyed it when I was able to use it and I would recommend them. Everything was also simple when we got it set up. They delivered it then I had an electrician come and hook it up.

Our old tub had a leak and it was time to get one, so we purchased a Marquis Spas hot tub. Prior to this, we had a different hot tub brand and compared to it I like the Marquis hot tub. The sitting arrangements in the Marquis tub that we bought are a little challenging for more than two people, but that’s okay. It's usually all we have in here. The representative from Marquis was none other than my friend, Tom, who sold the tub to us. I would have gone, though, with a different model if we purchased again, but I'm not dissatisfied with our tub. The installation experience went great and Tom took care of everything. We live in Colorado and I like that our tub has warm water in it. It's a good place to relax after a long day at the hospital.

I enjoy having a hot tub. We had a Coast Spa for 16 years, but the dealership near us either moved somewhere else or went out of business. We then got a tub from Marquis. During the installation, we had to help the installers move the tub in because they couldn't do it on their own. That was a pain, but other than that, it was fine. I like the tub, but not as much as I liked the one we got from Coast Spa because it doesn’t have a big jet down in the middle. It's just all-around.

We wanted to give Marquis a try. We've had the tub for two years now and it has a vibration that we're not happy with. But the delivery went smoothly, then the dealer installed it and they were very good.

We got the Resort model which we bought about 15 years ago and I had some problems with its siding and Marquis Spas just replaced it, no questions asked. We like some of the updated features that Marquis Spas now have. I like the number of jets, the microbubble-type thing that they got and some of the other features. It was a much nicer spa than the original one. The installation went very well and the people knew exactly what they were doing. They were courteous, professional looking and did a first-rate job. They brought the tub in here and set it up exactly the way I wanted it. We’ve had this new one for a little over a year now and it’s something that we’ve enjoyed. Marquis Spas is a good company. I like the fact that they’re an Oregon company and I’ve been very pleased. If I ever need another one, I’ll buy it from them.

I bought the Bullfrog brand new and used it for two winters. And on the third winter, it started leaking. I researched every tub, how they fit their hoses together and looked at a lot of reviews, and Marquis was the one I came up with. The installation went really well. They did a good job. I’ve not had any problems with my Marquis. But they could do better on their cabinet fit. There are places that don’t seem to fit right. There’s one or two places where the cable goes in at the bottom. It’s got a little crack where it doesn't fit under like it should. Or if you put it under there, it doesn't look right at the other end. They could have drains too in the pumps. If you did winterize, it'd make it a lot easier if they had a little drain plug in the pumps or somewhere in the pipe down there where you could totally drain it. But overall, it’s been good so far.

Getting our Marquis tub through the side of our house was a little tough. Even so, their installers twisted and turned it and eventually got it into our backyard. Thereafter, they got it sitting on the slab where it is right now. Since getting the tub, I've found that Marquis is a hundred times better than my previous hot tub brands. I like the therapeutic part of the tub's jets. My wife and I get into it and settle our aches and paints. The jets are so powerful and we can move them wherever we want. Those have really helped us a lot. Having the spa has made our life more pleasant. My wife uses it every day. It's the best spa we've ever had and I would recommend this brand.

I like the Marquis brand a lot and have been using them for a year now as our hot tub provider. I know the Marquis salespeople and I trusted them. The installation of the tub was 100% easy and the team that came out was super friendly and very personable. The Marquis hot tub is very helpful for relaxing and reform. So, coming in and getting in the hot tub has been really nice. It is much better than a swimming pool. Swimming pool takes a lot more work. The Marquis tub is for ease and has minimal requirements to do stuff. I just put the cartridges in and just go. The tub is excellent and it comes with good directions.

When we went to Luther Stem Pools & Spas, we liked the way that Marquis spa looked. I like that Marquis Spas is made in the USA and their craftsmanship is very nice. The installation which took a few hours and that went very smoothly was composed of very knowledgeable and courteous team. The tub is a nice thing to have for relaxation and muscle aches and pains and we have been using it for a year. I highly recommend Marquis especially the aromatherapy.

We brought our Marquis hot tub, the installers came and they installed it. I helped them out a little bit. The tub has been a tremendous asset, especially in the winter time. We’ve seen other hot tubs and our tub has exactly what we needed. The jets were very level and the pressure is great.

We love Marquis. The installation team was helpful and the installation of the hot tub went easily. The place where the filter is screwed in broke off but we got that little part and it was fine. We enjoy the tub and we use it almost every single day. Marquis Spas is a winner and we're very pleased with it. We like the floating chemical thing, that really helps to keep the tub clean. Everybody should have a Marquis tub.

The Marquis tub has been much more comfortable than our old tub. I like the fact that it's nice and deep. It doesn’t take many gallons to fill up and I just recommended it to one of my clients. However, keeping the water balanced is much more difficult. My Marquis tub has all these bells and whistles about infrared or special filtering system, which is twice as much compared to what the other tub had. But the water would stay balanced a lot longer on the other tub. My husband has to check our Marquis tub every single day which is a big pain in the **. I was just out there this morning and I told him that the water is smelly again. I had to load up with chlorine and then add alkalinity. It's much harder to maintain than the other hot tub that we've had.

My old pool electrocuted itself on a short and blew up. I got a Marquis hot tub and the reps were accommodating. I like my Marquis hot tub and the controls are easy to use like my old one. I have a pool service taking care of it and they're doing their own chemicals in it which keeps the tub nice. Every two weeks, they come and check it. I'm more willing to use the tub every morning now that it's nice, new and maintained. It's a nice product and I'm happy with it.

I like my Marquis hot tub and I couldn't get by without it. It's also a little better than my old brand as it has more forced air. The delivery and the installation were excellent and the people who did it was superb. We put in chemicals to keep it balanced and we change the water out every 45 to 60 days. We clean the filters at the same time and then change them out in six to nine months. But I'm a little disappointed that the knobs freeze up and I can't turn them. There have been half a dozen knobs that used to turn and they don't anymore. But it's a very good hot tub and I use it every day that I'm home.

I have been using our Marquis hot tub for 15 months now and I would tell everyone to get one, but that would depend on how they handle the LCD screen ‘cause mine is breaking down. Wet Pool & Spas did a nice job installing it. I like the layout. The tub is good for relaxation and having it has a good impact on my life.

I got a price from a dealer down in Florida and after the lady explained what was involved, like the delivery, she worked with the price to get it. I did the installation and the wiring and while the set up was fine, they just gave me the booklet and then left. From a dealer standpoint though, my experience was just fair. Since I have never owned a pool, it took me six months to understand the chemicals and how to set it up and run it properly. In fact, the start-up guide from the dealer was lacking some information.

The gentleman who we dealt with in the store was fantastic. We looked at a few other places and a few other options, but realistically, the level of service and individual care that he gave us was the tipping point. We got the Marquis tub and the guys who came to install were fantastic too. They pointed out that it should be installed in a particular way instead of another and it was fine. It was something with how it was gonna face and it was a very good suggestion. We enjoy the tub now and if someone is considering Marquis, then look into it seriously but I would have no reservation recommending it.

We replaced the Marquis Spa the house had when we purchased it and the dealer did a very good job. Also, the installation went very well. The tub is very nice to have and its quality is good. Marquis performs as advertised.

When the tub was installed, the techs came out, took my old one away, put my new one in, and lickety-split, it was done. Even though some of the stuff were going to be come out of warranty like my lights, and they kept failing and Marquis sent the wrong parts at one point, they said, “Don’t worry. We’ll take care of you. It doesn’t matter whether it goes out of warranty. You’ve started it while it was in warranty. We’ll help you out.” However, I would never buy Marquis again and never refer anybody to buy a Marquis because the lower end hot tub is overpriced and has design flaws that if you stick with them, you would have an awful tub. It has a lot of jets and you could almost adjust the jets to what you want, but there are so many design flaws on the tub that I wish I never bought it.

I bought a new Marquis spa for my house not too long ago. I bought from Marquis because like some others companies, they have been around a long time that I know I will be able to get parts later on. Toman’s is the best around here and they did a great job installing the my tub.

When we were looking around, Marquis had the easiest way to maintain the tub. However, I’ve had problems with the tub itself. Marquis had to replace a circuit board. I'm going in to see the reps today for some new chemicals and talk to them because I don’t know if one of the sections is still working properly. But we got the tub for medical reasons and it has been great.

Marquis Spas is a very good brand. The installation team was very professional and efficient. The tub was installed upstairs on my balcony, making the installation a lot more challenging but they did a great job. I have been using the hot tub for a year and a half now and it is good for relaxation. It is very easy to maintain and well worth the money.

My husband and I are both engineers and we researched all the different spas and looked at reviews. We got Marquis because of the quality for one thing and also because they were made in Oregon. We really like the hot tub. However, my husband has found that he can't use it as much because he has eczema and other skin issues. Even though the water chemistry is balanced, it still irritates his skin. But for both of us, even though he has those issues, the tub is still a very relaxing way to end the day. We usually go in there and either look at the stars or read books.

The Marquis dealer knew the product well. The tub does everything I need. Also, it has more bells and whistles than my other one did. The other one was just a basic round one. My wife was there for the installation and it was easy. It’s a three-person tub. The installers plugged it in and they were gone. I’m happy with the product. I’ve been using it three or four times a week and I find it relaxing and enjoyable. It works and I recommend it.

A friend looked up the Marquis hot tub online and it was on sale, so I bought one. It was cheap at $5,000. The tub was delivered and I helped put it in the backyard. The installation team was awesome. They're nice and friendly people. I like my hot tub and I sit in there for a few minutes every day. I'm old and it helps my joints. I would tell people to buy a Marquis hot tub.

I got a hot tub from Marquis Spas and it was a good shape for my small yard. The quality is great and I have no issues with it.

We were shopping around everybody that carried different hot tubs and it seemed that the quality of the Marquis hot tubs was a little bit better than the rest of them. We love the tub that we got but the only problem that we have was that the control panel on top has been fogged up ever since the beginning and that's not supposed to do it. We talked to a rep personally and they made a different unit specifically for us and it's starting to do the same thing again. But they are taking care of it. With the newer models, the control panel is no longer available and there's no way to retrofit the new into the old one because of the shape. But other than that, everybody was good to work with and the quality of the tub is really nice.

I bought a house that had a hot tub that was probably put in in 1979. It was huge with the gas heater and I have no idea what the brand on that thing was. I knew they didn’t manufacture the heater anymore because my spa people had to jerry-rig a bunch of parts and pieces. It has stopped working, but I now have my Marquis. I bought it from Fireside where I worked and they were very good because there were some challenges including the insurance company. Also, they had to take the old hot tub out so we could tear down the deck. And then they had to come back again to put the hot tub on the deck once the deck was built. They were wonderful and very customer-focused.

I have two Marquis. I have been with them for a year and a half with the new one and I’m gonna be five years with the other one. My salesman was awesome. He followed up with me 30 days after I got it to see if everything’s okay. Having the new tub installed has been great. The team at Marquis showed up on time and they were very efficient, professional, and got the job done. I’m not using the tub as much now. It is more like a weekend thing. Nonetheless, my experience with Marquis has been great.

The Marquis hot tub is the first one I've ever had and I love it. It was available at the time that I was looking for a tub and when I went to the place selling them, I was impressed with the product. Also, Marquis seems to be an honest and reputable business and the rep I talked with was excellent. There was also one person at the front desk who remembered who I was and he helped me get some extra products and so it was great.

My son-in-law told me to get the smallest hot tub I can get from Marquis and everything has been fine. It is my first hot tub and the quality is very good.

The style of the Marquis tub that I got only put two people in it since we just wanted a smaller unit that fit our space. The Marquis rep told me at Valley Home Spas that she was gonna come up and give us a demonstration but she never contacted me to do that. But since I've had a hot tub before, it’s not a huge deal. We know what was going on and I did all the installation. We already had the place set up and designed for the new tub. We just had to pull the old one and put the new one in. Our Marquis tub is a nice little unit that we get to use more during wintertime and less during summertime.

The installation for my Marquis tub went wonderfully and the installers did a great job. It’s a good hot tub and I'm very satisfied.

I have a small space to put a tub in so there weren’t a lot of choices and Marquis's quality was a bit better than the others so I went with them. I installed the base and then the Marquis reps did the rest of it. It’s very relaxing to use. The kids use it after surfing so it’s been very good. It’s a nice thing to have. You just plug it in and it works fine and it has been low maintenance so far. Overall, Marquis is a good product.

I have had such a wonderful experience working with Gary on my son's Make a Wish Hot Tub. Gary was compassionate, articulate, and steered me in a direction that has made our lives immeasurably easier and better. We have a hard life - our son has a terminal illness - and his Make a Wish hot tub/spa is just about his only quality of life left. Gary made sure our spa was fixed and made phone calls to local dealers to ensure we were treated fairly and respectfully. Dealing with Gary was an absolute pleasure and our family is so grateful that he truly cares and will go the extra mile for customers.

We've really enjoyed using our Marquis hot tub. My husband is unable to walk and back when he could walk, he used to sit in the tub all the time. We know he missed that, so we had gotten the three-person Marquis tub. He has rheumatoid arthritis and soaking in a warm tub is heaven to him. For somebody like him, it's very challenging to get him into the hot tub because of the seating space. It could be made more convenient for people with walking problems who aren't stable. It would be nice if there would be a place where he could sit and then swivel to turn around and stand up in the tub and then lower. We have the hand thing, but it would be nice if there was something to make it easier for him to sit down in it.

Marquis had a smaller unit that was big enough for just two people at 250 gallons, while the other companies didn’t wanna deal too much. The installation was slick. They came in and had a crane. They lifted up my old one, dropped in the new one and it took less than two hours. It worked out real well. Though I never hear from their team, I can talk to them and give my chemicals if I go into the store.

I have had the Marquis tub for less than a year and it's performing excellently. The company that installed it is from Phoenixville and everything about them, service-wise, is very good. The actual installation was a breeze. Other than that, the tub got a few more jets than a lot of brands.

I like that the Marquis spa is made in Oregon and we have a good local distributorship. In the Fireside store in Bend, Fireside, the Marquis sales team was very good. The rep was quite helpful and both of the people that we talked to really knew their products and were trying to answer our questions more than they were trying to sell us something. It really was nice. Also, the installers were very good, friendly and really knowledgeable. They did a really careful job in setting up the spa. It was good experience.

Marquis tubs have a wide range of seating heights. They have mid range heights while the tubs from other companies are either all the way deep or all the way shallow. Our Marquis tub seems well-designed. It's a good hot tub.

We've had Marquis tub for about a year. The sales rep did okay. He helped get the right stuff for it and our grandson installed the unit for us. However, it caused us to have high blood pressure. We take heart medicine and it still makes me feel like I couldn’t walk when I get up. I had trouble keeping the chemicals right in it but I was being too particular. I went and talked to their reps a few times about it but we were too far out. So, I sold my Marquis tub four months ago.

The Marquis team was good. The installers had to put the tub up on the deck, and there were a couple of trees that didn’t give them a lot of extra room. They finished it in less than half a day. I've had my Marquis tub since April, and I wish I hadn't bought it. I've forgotten how much maintenance is required, and it seems to be more expensive to operate than the previous tub I had because it seems to run a lot more. Still, I use it five times a week. I'll use it every day if I want for the most part unless I broke a leg.

The salesman at the Marquis Spas was very good. He was very knowledgeable, and he didn’t push us, and he didn’t pull us in any direction. He explained it clearly and thoroughly. And we didn’t want one of these big fancy ones and he was fine with that. He also told us how to take care of it. So far, the Marquis tub works well. No problems. My kids and my grandkids use it.

I did a bunch of research and looked for a hot tub that was big but small enough to go on my side porch, and that was standard outlet capable. When I pulled all that down, Marquis’ product, the Napa, did the job. The installation was great. I live in a town setting, so it's a really small postage-size property and not easy to get in, but they did a really good job of getting into the tight situation. I've worked with the dealer and have talked about how to approach it. I had to take a panel of my fence off for them to be able to get there. It was pretty tight, but they made it work and did a great job. The dealer was really nice and really accommodating, and answered questions and made the process really easy. There was a couple of little snafus with it, immediately following installation, but they took care of it lickety-split. I love the tub and I consistently use it four to six times a week. I am really happy with it.

We had a different hot tub brand in the past and Marquis is much better. The installation was easy and we like the maintenance program that we have. Since we do all of our own maintenance, what we do is we take a water sample into the retailer. They run it through some sort of machine and tell us exactly what to put in. There’s no guesswork anymore. Also, the weekly treatment is super easy.

We’re getting to an age where a hot tub is an important part of every day and we can’t live without one. Also, my husband had multiple back surgeries and a neck surgery and both of us have neck issues. The hot tub is so good for our back and neck. We’ve always had a Marquis tub for at least 20 years. When we moved in to a new place, we needed a new hot tub there. This time, we bought our Marquis tub from Swimrite Pools, the local swimming pool place in Eau Claire. The drop-off and installation of our tub was perfect and the installers were fantastic.

I had seen Marquis in one of the trade shows and the salesperson said it was one of the better brands. We've gone down the sales staff when we were testing the water and they were very knowledgeable so that's good. I got the Rendezvous hot tub from Job-Rite Pools, Spas & More company. It's a little triangular, three-person, 300-gallon tub and I like it a lot. It's a smaller one but I didn't really need anything big so it was the perfect size.

The hot tub of Marquis Spas is far superior to the other brand of tub that we used previously. After looking at a couple of other places, I went to the local dealer of Marquis here and I decided that I was gonna get our tub locally. The dealer had exactly what I wanted right on the floor. The tub model that we went with has everything on it, including the fountains and the whole nine yards. It's a corner tub and it will seat three people, but it seats two perfectly so it was perfect for my wife and me. The installation went fine. They delivered the tub and one of the guys, Rod, had the wiring done and walked me through the whole setup. The Marquis tub that we got is a great unit and we like it, and I already have recommended it to somebody.

I went in the Marquis spa the other day as the day was warm and the water was cooler, and it was good. However, I don’t understand why one has to put so many chemicals on there. I used to have a Sundance four-seater and I never had trouble with it. The water in it was as fresh and clear as about always in the Marquis spa, and my husband didn’t change it all the time either. We never had it cloudy and he never ran a stuff, put in between 10 minutes or 15 minutes before one goes in. I wish I could enjoy the Marquis more. The heat is draining all my moisture up and I can’t use it. It burns and makes me really itchy. On the other hand, the tub doesn’t bother my daughter. She likes it and enjoys it a lot. She also tells her friends to get a Marquis.

My Marquis hot tub was installed very nicely but there were a couple of caps missing off of it, so I had to have them come back and put the caps on for the screw heads. Also, this hot tub was not as good as the one I've had before. I've had the Marquis spa for over a year now and I've had a lot of issues with the control panel and the stickers on there. I had the other hot tub for eight years and didn’t have any problems with those things. I contacted Marquis and they just gave me stickers instead of giving me the whole plastic plates and telling me what alcohol to use to take off the stickers. I'd tell people who are checking out this company to look around too.

Marquis is better built than the other models that I’ve looked at and I had minimal issues with the two Marquis tubs I had. I was happy with the ones I had. I also had a good dealer that was very close to my home that I dealt with. I traded my older tub for the new one that I have now. The installation was painless and simple. The pad was there as well as all the electrical hook-ups, so it wasn’t difficult for the dealer who installed it for me. However, I still have trouble getting my tub that comes with Wi-Fi to connect to my phone and get it working. Also, a couple of months ago, I noticed that the display has gone funky. I can still read it, but the liquid crystal is not behaving properly and the whole display is not clear. There is a vertical line through about 25% of the screen. Despite all the issues, I’m still happy with the tub.

The dealer showed us how to use it, and the installation of the tub was quick. Everything works great and it is perfect. Marquis was on sale at a fair. I worked through Idler's Home and they were great. The installation process was fine, although it took them three months to get it after we ordered it. The spa is good and I like it. We use it once a week and it has been nice to have one. However, the electricity went up a lot by around $80 a month and that was surprising. The reps said it was only supposed to be $30. Nevertheless, I've had good experience with Marquis.

I research on online on forums and a lot of the people there say that if one wanna buy some high quality tub with the right parts, they have to buy Marquis. Also, sometimes there are professionals in the forums and 70% say that Marquis is one of the quality brands. A lot of good companies say they are good quality, but they are still using a lot of the cheapest parts, including the controller. So, we got the tub locally and bought it directly from the retail store in Beaverton. We did the installation of the tub ourselves and it was easy.

I was in a car accident and had a bit of neck pain and a bad back. The Marquis tub has been very beneficial and it helps me to unwind and recover from my day. The tub was highly recommended by the store that I bought it from. I had a friend that was working there so that helped me out. It was a brand new spa that came in. It was the right price, size and quality. It was also insulated. An old friend of mine did the installation and delivery. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He helped me set it up and told me how to use all the chemicals. I couldn’t ask for it to have been a better experience. I love the Marquis hot tub. It's very low maintenance. I test the water, change the water and clean the tub periodically.

I was talked into switching to Marquis Spas. My old tub was square and it was roomier. It also had the rotating lights in different colors and the top swung off instead of lifting it. However, I like that my new tub is round as it is more personal because it is not as big. I got it just for me since I live alone. The lights of the tub are smaller and it goes all the way around. It changes colors too which is cool. Marquis had a very nice purchasing team and the guys who installed my tub knew what they were doing. The installation was done very well.

We’ve had other hot tubs prior to Marquis and the first one was a 7-foot octagon. This triangular Rendezvous from Marquis is just for the two of us. We looked for others brands but Marquis was one of the few companies that had a triangular type that we wanted to fit in the corner. The installation was pretty easy. The dealer was here and put it in. We had to do our own wiring and that was a little bit interesting.

We did some research on the different types of hot tubs before we bought the tub of Marquis Spas. We went to a home show and there were several different varieties of hot tubs there. We got all the different information and compared them, then we decided to get the Marquis tub. We liked that it was made in Oregon. Everything went smoothly as far as purchasing the spa and getting it set up. The spa is nice to use in the winter time and it’s good for social entertaining. We've had lots of friends that wanted to come over and use it. It would be nice, though, if they could have an ordering plan and we could have a setup for buying the next year’s worth of chemicals that we need. Other than that, our experience with Marquis has been good. We're happy with our spa and we've told people that we liked it.

I really wanted to buy my spa and spend my money locally. And the people there at Jim's spa place are very receptive to questions. They’ve answered my questions and responded quickly. They also have the supplies I need. Plus having local support is fabulous. It gives me confidence that if I have a question, I have somebody local who can answer it or come over. I chose my spa almost a year before I was able to have it installed and they stored it for me for a whole year. They used it as a floor sample but I was really appreciative that they were able to do that. That was really nice. When the Marquis people delivered the spa, they did a nice job. Then my son-in-law installed the spa because I needed to dig a conduit and put in the electrical line. I’ve had the Marquis spa for a little over a year now and I really like it. I went for the three-person spa instead of the gigantic ones because I use the spa by myself.

I work on hot tubs and I have seen really old Marquis tubs working perfectly well and always looking good. All the internal parts can be replaced and I like the engineering of it. I installed my own Marquis tub and have owned it for about six months now. It’s super simple and one of the easiest tubs to work on I like it a lot and I use it daily. I always recommended them even before I owned one. I worked on them and I saw how they work and how simple and reliable they are. However, I wish I wouldn’t use the foam to fill everything in there and just the insulation on the tub and the outside panels rather than filling it with foam. Nevertheless, they have good engineering and there are a lot of good concepts in them.

I had nothing but trouble with our Marquis hot tub. First, the heater went out and then, the control panel went out totally. I went with Marquis because there was this local dealer here in Aberdeen which is close to where we live in case we have an issue with the hot tub. But then the guy went out of business. So, I’m having a hard time finding someone that will do contract work for Marquis because no one is close by. Last time, I had to pay $300 for the people to come out, which evidently is not covered by their service agreement.

My wife and I stopped at the Fox and saw Marquis Spas. Robin the rep was easy to deal with at the store except for one time when we went back in there and he had a meltdown. Still, the price wasn’t bad and we didn’t wanna have a huge hot tub. The one we got seemed like a decent model. Furthermore, I was also pulled to have the 5-year warranty. However, I’m not sure I’d buy that small of a hot tub in the future if I ever bought another one. Also, the knobs look like it has been sitting somewhere for an extended period of time. Plus, the main panel on it was messed up when we had gotten it and it was killing off the sprinkler system on it. It was almost like I had gotten a new hot tub that may have been two years old or it might have been sitting around for a lot longer than I would have anticipated and the wear of that wasn’t very good.

Our first hot tub was smaller and I bought a larger hot tub from Marquis. It has 66 jets. The guy who came and set it up also did the chemical stuff and then he left. I was very satisfied with Marquis Spas.

I’ve had many hot tubs in my life and I don’t like the Marquis tub at all as it runs constantly even if we're not even in there. I used to be from Montana and I’ve never seen Marquis before. I used the tub everyday but I haven’t been in it for a while. I’m not enjoying it as much as I used to. Where the tub spits out the water like a waterfall is already broken. Blues Brothers shut down and they have their building for sale so we can’t even go back there to try to get help. We just bought a hot tub and we were left on our own.

We went to a local Marquis dealer and got a hot tub installed. The installation went well and having the hot tub has been a good experience. I'd tell anyone interested to get one too.

We're very happy with the spa we got from Marquis. We're enjoying it very much and we couldn't live without it. It's the third spa that we bought and it is one of the best ones we've ever had. It has more jets and more comfort to it. We've had it for a year now and we haven't had any problems with it so far. I would highly recommend it.

Our Marquis spa is better than the one we had from Dimension One. Homecrafters sold the Marquis and they did a very good job. They were easy to deal with and when we had a couple of little issues, they came right up and dealt with it. The installation was done in our backyard and I did a lot of work to make one access point easy for the installers. Unfortunately, the roof overhang was in the wrong spot so they had to come around a different way but they did a very nice job. Everything was set up for them. We had power and I had the concrete pad because we had a former spa.

When our Marquis tub was installed, everyone in the installation team was really nice. We've had the tub for a little over a year now and it is not as good as our previous tub. It was really expensive for what we got. It doesn't filter very well and the paneling around the sides keep coming off.

We checked around in a couple of different locations and we liked the actual Marquis hot tub itself. We bought a Marquis and the delivery team brought it and set it down at our house. We did all of the setup and at this point, we've liked it good.

The shape and design of the hot tub at Marquis looked nice, and the price was competitive. The installers did a great job. They knew exactly what to do and how to get it in. The faceplate had peeled and then the filter was cracked, and they took care of them. Overall the tub works well and it's been trouble-free. It's also easy to operate and control.

My previous tub was a $100 used one from a neighbor. I have a Marquis now and it's much better. When I got it, I had a great experience with the sales reps and installer. It's a nice hot tub and I really like it. But I had a problem at the beginning. Apparently, a hose fell off, so I assumed that it was a manufacturing flaw. It was a bit inconvenient and disappointing because I spent a bunch of money on a brand new hot tub and it has a leak. But they fixed it without any problem and at no charge, so I was happy.

We found Marquis at the home show where we bought it from and their sales reps were great. They were really kind and it wasn't a high-pressure deal. The installation also went perfectly. The installers came out once and had the job done. We had to stop by and pick up something and that was the end of it. For the most part, they came completely prepared. The size of spa that we got was great for us because we're just a couple. But we don't care for the cover. If you put too much water in the tub, the cover floats, so we're constantly fighting that. If we had to do things over, we would change that.

Compared to the tub that I had before, the Marquis spa is much better and has lots more features. I use it more often, too. I've had it for a year and a half now and it's great. I installed it myself which was a great experience as the installation was simple. It's not a very large tub, but it's good and big enough for me. It performs really well too. The old one I've had is 30 years old and it's still working. If the Marquis one lasts half as long as the old tub, I'm gonna be happy. I would highly recommend this spa to others.

Friends who had the Marquis spa liked it, so I went with Marquis as well. I’ve had my hot tub for a year and it works, and I love it. I love its size and the jet setup. I get in when I want to and get out, and it's easy to maintain. The installation was easy too. The people that installed the tub were great, but I got my own electrician out there. The installers set the tub down where we wanted it and they worked with the electrician to make sure that it was gonna be easier to hook up. Marquis Spas has been doing great and they had the price range that I wanted, and I'd tell people to get their tub.

The Marquis spa is a good hot tub. My wife and I picked it not entirely due to the price but it looks like what we wanted after riding down to different places. The people we bought it from delivered and set it in place then we had somebody else come to install it. We've had our tub for around 12 months now and I have to replace a model in it because one of the little plastic clips broke off and it comes out every once in a while. I also wouldn't know it till I'm hitting my foot in the bottom of the hot tub.

Marquis Spas are good, buy one. I have owned a Marquis hot tub for a year now. I had a good experience when it was installed and their team handled everything perfectly.

Marquis was a good choice. It was the right price and the right size that the salesman talked about. We bought a house that already had a hot tub, but it was broken. Still, since the tub was already wired, the installers were in and out super fast. The lead salesman was a rock star and he came out after the pool had shown up. He put the bar on there for the top so it'll plop all over. He told us to let him know if we have any problems. He also said that when you buy a hot tub from him, you're not just getting a hot tub, but you're also getting him as part of the service. The Marquis hot tub is great, but not so much during the warmer months when we just use it as a pool. During, during the winter, it's really awesome. I've had this hot tub for more than a year and it works like a champ. I'd definitely recommend Marquis Spas.

The Marquis rep was real nice and we got an 8-seater tub. The installers told us where the tub would look best at and how pretty the lights would look inside of it. They also picked up all the paperwork and the boxes when they were done. We've had the tub since the winter of last year and, since then, my husband always want me to get in the hot tub with him. Also, everybody comes over to our house to get into it, so I tell them to go to the place. I also tell them how much it cost us which wasn’t that bad. Although we need to do something about the tub because right now, it shows around 107 degrees when we open the lid. But when we try to get into it, we gotta put more cold water in it or put a bucket of ice in it.

I go to Northwest Arkansas Pool for pool chemicals and they sell Marquis hot tubs. I got one in August and it hasn't even been a year but the headrest that are on the backs of the seats are all discolored. They get hard and they dry out. The headrests were reordered to replace all of them and at the time, one was broken. Now, two are broken and the other one is faded and nasty so I don’t like the quality. But I’m fine with the rest of it and I love my hot tub.

Our old tub that was a different brand didn't work, so we replaced it. There were only two options where we bought the new tub and Marquis was the less expensive one. We purchased a Marquis and their crew did a very nice job installing it. Since then, we've had the tub for two years. It works okay, but it's a real bear to clean it. Still, my experience with Marquis has been fine.

I like my Marquis spa, but I was not satisfied with Patio Pools' service. I laid down half the money for the spa like Patio Pool asked me to. They said that I pay for the rest once the spa was delivered and made. I did my part and laid the concrete down. They came out and inspected it and I get all the watering. Then they called me when the spa was done. I went down, paid for it all and asked if they were gonna come and inspect everything that was done. They said yeah, but it took them three weeks to finally come to do it after they told me they’d be down right away. I had to keep on calling them about it.

I got a hydro therapy spa and it’s great. I've had it for two years now and I use it about three times a week. I chose Marquis for the quality and I'd tell others to definitely go buy them. The installation for my spa had gone smoothly too. The Marquis people brought it over, set it up on the deck and hooked it up. It was a piece of cake.

We were looking for a hot tub option and we liked the Marquis spa so we went with it. We bought it at a spa and hot tub show and the dealer was there. The Marquis spa seemed like a good product and we liked the design. And the delivery went perfectly fine. We don't use the tub as much as I thought we would, but we like it and we have had it for a year and a half now. I would recommend Marquis Spas.

We used to have a Beachcomber. But it was old and worn out and it started to crack underneath. We really needed a replacement and we got one from Marquis Spas. We had some issues during the installation and the screws on the panel to get into the inside of the spa were broken or misthreaded. So, the company that sold us the spa came by a couple of weeks after the installation to do some follow-up. It took them a while to come out but they did and the salesman ultimately took care of the problems. Also, the way that the lift of the plastic fit the panel that’s removed to get to underneath part wasn’t quite manufactured correctly. So, he had to reinstall a screw to move the plastic so that the panel seated correctly because there was a gap between the removable panel and the main part of the panel that comes around the plastic.

We've had our Marquis tub for one year and we love it. This is our first one and we use it all the time. We just go to Idler's if we have to get chemicals, but we haven't had any issues with that.

I had Hot Spring but I had a lot of problems with it. I know a bunch of people that didn’t, but I happened to. Plus, Hot Springs were more expensive than other hot tubs. So, I did some research and found a couple of forums where a lot of people had really positive comments about Marquis Spas. So, I thought I would go look into it. I bought my spa from the Pool Doctor and they handled everything. The installation went really well and I have my Marquis hot tub for over a year now. So far, it's still working. I love it and I use it often. I also recommended it to my sister who’s building a house in Las Cruces.

My husband did some pricing of other hot tub carriers and Marquis Spas' price was right and they were gonna take care of everything. We bought two tubs from them and then they called to tell us that the tub was ready and they set up a time to come. We bought a smaller one but it was out of scale to the house as the house is huge. It’s a 5 sitter and one of the sits is a lounger. The installers came and they set the tub up smoothly. We bought two houses and wanted to move the small tub over to the other house and have a larger one put into the larger house. They charged us a fee which was fair and they went ahead and took care of it all. We liked the larger hot tub so much better because the jets were so much stronger.

The other brand I really wanted was twice as much money to buy because they put the equipment at the top of the spa instead of the bottom. I needed to be within a certain price range and I was able to accomplish that with the Marquis brand. I built a cement vault and put it into the ground with access to service the equipment so that the top of the spa is at ground level. However, the installers left the valve open, so all the water I was putting in was emptying out the bottom.

We moved and I sold the house with the Jacuzzi spa so we needed a new one. We bought a tub from Marquis Spas since I know the salesperson there. The installers thought we would get our tub a week sooner, but they were a week behind. Once we got past that issue, though, they told me they were gonna be there at a certain time and they showed up, and the installation was good. The Marquis team has been exceptional. We did something wrong and we had a little problem with balancing the water, but they were able to send somebody and get us organized. Also, a headrest broke one time and they replaced it.

Before we used Marquis, we used another hot tub brand but that company no longer exists. The two brands are close and we’ve enjoyed both of them. Mike, our Marquis salesman, was good. He was instrumental in convincing us that the one with the lounge would work for us. We were steering away from that because so many people said they just float out of them. Mike told us that the new ones are designed differently so that you won’t float out of them, and he was right. The particular one we bought suits our needs perfectly.

My new Marquis Spa is larger and has more jets than the tub I owned before. However, my installation experience as well as my experience with the dealer, Patio Pools, were horrible. My tub before ran on 120 but then I needed 220 for my new one. Marquis' dealer sent an electrician out who did a horrible job. We asked him to run lines from the box over to the edge of the patio and then dig a trench to where we were doing the tub. It was a debacle and I told Marquis afterwards that they should never recommend that guy again.

When we moved from Maryland to Oregon, the store that we went to was selling Marquis and we've had a good experience during the installation of the tub. They were on time, explained how to do the chemical startup and everything was great. We use the tub two to three times a week and it has been good.

Compared to the hot tub the previous owners of our home have left behind, our Marquis hot tub holds up fairly well. It is pretty reliable and low maintenance as well. This Marquis is my first hot tub and I’ve had it for about two years now. The delivery people had to go through a fence around the house when we had it installed and they were very professional. They replaced its pump already though because it was starting to make a noise. They also replaced the keypad about two months after I got it because it filmed over and I couldn’t read it. Now, it’s starting to do that again. There’s moisture getting into it and it’s not getting out. But they seem pretty compliant when it comes to getting things replaced and a repair usually gets done within a week but it depends if the part is available or not. I love my Marquis tub. I have not turned this thing off since I bought it and I use it almost every day.

Though their dealership is too far away, Marquis is the closest hot tub store near us. We've owned one of their tubs for 22 years and recently purchased a new one. The installation of our tub went very smoothly and since then, we and our grandchildren have been enjoying it. We're totally satisfied.

I have a Cal spa and I don't like Cal Spas at all. I couldn’t get any repair done unless I use their product. Now, I got a Marquis spa and I love it. All of its features are good. The Marquis team is also really good and I like working with them. The installation team did a really good job and they all built it one off, so I was happy with that. So if you're gonna get a spa, go through Marquis.

We've had several hot tubs in 26 years and have had nothing to repair on them. We have had this Marquis tub for about four years now and we've had to repair this particular one several times. But the dealer speaks to Marquis about this and orders the repairs for us all the time.

We liked the price and availability of Marquis, and the multi-levels for shorter people was a big driving factor to get the hot tub from them. The people who did the installation was great. It was a very easy and enjoyable experience. I'd buy another one if I went out today and I wouldn't consider buying a different brand.

The gentleman I worked with from Marquis Spas was really good. He was easy to get along with and was responsive whenever we called him to talk about the spa. The installation process was easy and we were happy with it. I put out patio tiles and the installers set the spa on top of it. It went very well but, I didn’t like that I had to take the panels off the spa in order to drain it. The panels could be a little bit fussy in putting it back in by getting screws into the former screw holes. I ended up cutting a hole in the side panel and I took the drain out through the side and drained it from underneath a set of steps that I built myself. Marquis should set up a drain hole directly through the outside rather than having to remove those front panels every time people wanted to drain it.

We had a used Coleman before and even with the cover on it could get a little bit hotter than what we set during the summer. But with our Marquis, it goes way up. We have to keep the top propped open during the summer but it has no problem during winter. I got a daughter with special needs and she has this affinity for anything with water. The Marquis spa has been a therapeutic thing for her, and the jets help a little bit with some of her sensitivity issues with textures. Though I wished they had an automatic dispenser that you can just fill up with the bromine. Other than that, I'm pretty well pleased with what I've got. It's a spa that has great value.

Marquis was sold locally and we've had our hot tub in the last year. Everything went well with the installation. As a matter of fact, we had an outlet so all they did was plop it down and we plugged it in. We’re in Wisconsin so we have it shut down for the summer and we will not fire up till probably October. But we like to sit in there when it’s cold out and we would use it about once a week.

The house we bought had a hot tub but it was non-functional. And so I shopped around. I had a pretty relaxed experience with the Marquis sales team. They introduced themselves and I said that I had been looking at a Jacuzzi and some other hot tubs. And they said that if I had any questions they would be close by. They backed off and let me walk around, which was pretty nice. Also, Marquis Spas is local and they were more reasonably priced than some of the other well-known brands, so I went with them.

Someone who had a Marquis spa recommended them to me. I was simply looking for the minimum size that would seat four people and had the standard functions of a spa. I didn’t need a lot of extras. My interactions with Marquis Spas' sales staff were all positive and the gentleman that I worked with, Dean, was very helpful. The installation experience was very positive too. They did a good job and finished in a couple of hours. The spa is in a rental property and we have guests that use it daily. It’s almost an essential feature and significantly adds value to the property. We have it serviced and get our supplies from Marquis. We had one problem with it the past year and they fixed it right away, so everything has been good.

We got our second hot tub from Marquis and we enjoy it. The installers set it up and everything has been fine. We use it multiple times every week, even during the hot weather. It's an asset for an old man and a woman. We've only had Marquis and I'm good with waht it provides us. We're happy with it and we recommend it.

Marquis was carried by our local distributor, Idler’s. So, we decided to buy a spa from them and the delivery went great. Their guys showed up on time, had all the right equipment, and had everything all ready to go with the wiring and stuff. They were also very efficient during the installation and the start-up kit that we received was really nice.

I’m 71 and I’ve had fibromyalgia since I was 30. I’ve had a Coleman jacuzzi for years which I used every day for therapy, but we had trouble with the jets on it. Last May of 2017, I got a Marquis Spas tub. The tub is okay but it’s not made quite as well as the Coleman, and the Marquis filter is smaller than the Coleman’s, so I’m using more chemicals.

When we bought our house, there was a Marquis hot tub in it. But it was an older model and a bit small. Also, squirrels got in it and chewed up the wiring. Jeff from our local dealer down at CedarWorks told us that we could bring the tub in and have it rewired, but we decided to upgrade instead. The installers, Jeff's son and another guy, came out. They had the tub packed up and put it right where we wanted it to be. Their people have always been helpful and we've been very happy with them. In addition, my wife and kids love the new tub. For her, the therapeutic jets were a big upgrade. She uses the tub a couple of times a week during fall, winter, and spring.

Our friend has the four person Marquis hot tub and she said it was good. We ended up getting the six person version. The dealer delivered and installed it. We use the hot tub at least once every two days and my wife and kids really like it because it’s relaxing in there.

I had my first Marquis for 17 years and when it was having some leaks inside, I decided not to tear it apart and try to find the leak. Then, last September, I bought this one that I have now. I get in the tub about every night and I enjoy it. When I made the original decision to go to Marquis, I looked at a lot of different spas, tried them out, and I liked the feel of their tub better. It was also more comfortable for me. At that time, I was at work. I was traveling a lot and I would sit in a lot of different brands while I was at hotels. And I liked the Marquis. I also like the dealership that was here at that time. They were very good about it and they got me a good deal. So, everything went well. But that dealership went out of business and it was taken over by a new group of guys here in Burlington who have been super about things. They have been excellent to work with.

I went to the Hot Tub Company and picked a hot tub out. The one I chose was a Marquis and I love it. I would buy another. I have a severe case of rheumatoid arthritis and I’ve changed medications but when I’m hurt and I get in there, that tub helps me feel so much better. It feels so good. And when I get out, I can’t say my pain’s all the way gone, but I am more relaxed. I’m nurse here and when I talk to people, I tell them that if they could get one, they need to get one because it really helps. But I don't like the head pad on it. They should make those obsolete and make a built-in part of the fiberglass part and leave that out. Those things turn colors and when I took a peek of mine, it looks nasty.

I met Zach from Marquis at a home show and liked him so I went with his company. I like that the product was made in Oregon. I’ve had one thing break and I called Zach. He got right on it and took care of it. A couple of days later, someone came out and fixed it. But the one thing I wasn’t crazy about was it was suggested I buy kind of a package to get all the chemicals and products. So I ended up with a boat load of stuff for like a year or more. And then when I went back in and asked, they said some of the stuff I wouldn’t use and I would just reuse this and this. It’s no big deal but I wouldn’t have purchased that stuff if I did it again.

They were at the county fair and their rep made me a hell of a deal. Then they installed the tub for me. They came in, set it up and then hit the road. It was straightforward. In addition, they had to come and replace some parts on it and called it good. I've recommended Marquis Spas to other people.

I purchased a new spa from a different brand, but it blew out four times in six months and flooded my house. The store where I purchased it from gave me Marquis instead because I wouldn't accept another unit of the one that I had. So, they took the other one out and put the Marquis in. The Marquis works real good compared to the other ones I had and I'm very happy with it. It also runs very quietly compared to the other two tubs I had.

We were at a show and Marquis Spas had good deals. We were looking for a 110 unit and we were convinced by the sales guy that this was what we wanted. He was wrong. When it was installed, the crew got it into the spot in the backyard and everything was fine. However, they oversold the performance of the 110 unit. The strength of the jets was inadequate. And while the customer service reps who answered the phone have been good, the store itself has never been helpful. They never answered the phone.

I swung by Marquis Spas storefront in Salem and the guy over there seemed knowledgeable. The installation guys were late coming out but other than that, they were okay. Also, some of the stuff they had were a little bit confusing. They had some packages for sale right then and there and you had to buy them and I didn’t know. I figured they would have asked me at the store about it if I wanted to purchase the package when they came out. I wish I would have bought the package. But when someone says, “Hey, this is usually 500 bucks and we’re gonna give it to you right now for 299 but you have to buy it right now. And it has to be cash money.” Then I’m like, “Whoa, what do you do?” But it's nice to sit in the tub sometimes. I like the tub.

The supplier I was buying chemicals for my pool through carried the Marquis brand. I've had the Marquis hot tub since October and it's a good product. Everything went smoothly with the installation. Plus, they showed me how to operate everything. And then from there, it was just a learning experience trying to balance the chemicals. Right now, we don't use it very much since it's summer, but there are a few cool nights and we would get in there. And when beads of sweat start coming down our faces, it's time to get out. In the winter time, I was in it two to three times a week, for half hour or 45 minutes. My wife and I sit in the hot tub and talk about life in general. I do carpentry-type work so I'm burned out at the end of the day and the hot tub helps me relax a lot. I can fall asleep quickly after getting out of there. I'd definitely recommend Marquis.

I love my Marquis hot tub. I liked its looks, the price, and the quality, and I've had it for almost a year now. The installation was great. I went through Debnar’s, and they also provided me with an honest and reputable individual to come out and do the electric work. I had knee replacements and shoulder surgeries, and that’s what I use the tub for. I’d get in there and loosen up, and I’ve been more than pleased with it. The jets are powerful. I’d definitely recommend Marquis.

We’ve used another hot tub brand prior to our purchase of the Marquis. The Marquis is a bromine system while our last one was a chlorine system. And it seems that the bromine system is a little more difficult to keep up with. There could have been better training at the store level before the Marquis tub was delivered. Nevertheless, since our Marquis tub has been installed in November of 2017, our experience has been very nice.

We bought our Marquis tub for leisure at Fireside in Bend, Oregon and they handled everything. The installation was perfect and everything went really smoothly. However, we had a problem when the motor broke down and it wasn't heating up but other than that everything is going great. Everybody loves the tub.

The delivery was done on a Saturday and Marquis Spas had one guy who was filling in. I was being a little picky and he was a little bit pushy and trying to hurry me a touch. He was also hurried on the instructions. For them, it’s simple. They know it like the back of their hand but it’s a lot to learn for the first time. I know it was all important and I have a memory like an ox but if I get hurried, I don’t even have time for one instruction to the next. If you pop up four things in five seconds, that’s going too fast. Now, I’ve got to read instructions. I have to pump it out here in two weeks and I hope I remember what he said.

Marquis looked like a better deal financially, material-wise and for its size. The installers did a fantastic job on it. We use the hot tub twice a week and it works just fine as long as I keep the chemicals right. Though I may not keep it as hot, the tub works miracles as far as my wife and I are concerned. And I would recommend it.

We’ve had the Marquis tub for almost a year now and it is better than the two different brands I used before. We use it about three times a week for relaxation and we enjoy it. We've been happy with Marquis and we'd recommend it for sure.

The Marquis tub was big and it had more jets, and the shape was quite compact, so I chose them. I've had it for half a year now and my favorite feature is the volcano. The installation experience was easy. We scheduled the installation because we had to pour a cement pad and it took quite a time to find somebody to do that. And then, the installers wheeled in the tub and screwed it out, and they cleaned up after themselves very well. It's nice to have the tub. When I wanna take a dip, I just go and have it. Marquis is definitely a good choice.

My Marquis hot tub is great and I love it. I used Marquis before and then came back and got another one. I've been using Marquis for at least 10 years. I like that their products are made in Oregon and I appreciate that the company builds them really well. The reps as well as the installation were great. The installers came, set up the tub and poured the cement pad the first time. Then they checked out my deck the second time and left.

The tub is built here in Oregon, and I'm supporting local Oregon families by the purchase of a Marquis tub. I also went with them because of their reputation. We have had them for about a year now. The installation guys were fast, professional and knowledgeable. They were great. The tub has been really good, and we use it about daily. I would definitely recommend them. They are pretty much the number one as far as we are concerned.

Prior to using Marquis Spas, I used another hot tub brand, but Marquis is a couple of steps above them as far as niceness, overall look, and impression. Having our hot tub installed was an excellent experience. We had a great local dealer and they were very helpful in arranging for the hot tub to be brought in and the old one to be taken out. They helped me with the installation and with all my questions, and the installation went smoothly. Also, we had good interactions with the reps. But we have a couple of issues with the tub and I want to get some things done before the one year mark. Our local store here changed brands, though, so they don't have Marquis anymore, but I'd definitely recommend Marquis.

I stopped by a couple of different showrooms in Bend and one place was Jacuzzi. When I asked for a quote, the salesman scribbled the number down on a Post-It and handed it to me. I asked about another product and he gave me the catalogue to look at. I was far more impressed with the salesman and the way everything was handled at Fireside. We went back and the guy who helped us there was always available to answer questions. He was very thorough and we bought the Marquis. We knew exactly what we were getting, what the options were, and it was a really good experience.

We looked at several hot tub brands and we tested those from Marquis. Their reps let us use the tub in the shop. I liked the size of the tubs and the jets. I also liked that they were a local company and that the tubs are made 30 miles from where I lived. Their installers dropped it off and it was set up in a few minutes. The tub was really small and the two guys lifted it up, carried it over and set it down. I wired it and thereafter, it was ready to go. Their guys also showed me how to set it up and how all the water worked.

We needed a small tub and I was at the dealership and Marquis had the right size that we wanted. The installation was super and we’ve had the tub for almost a year now. We use it for relaxation and it has met our expectations, so far.

I had a tub that was old and was starting to nickel and dime me where I had to work on it all the time. I do maintenance at convenience stores. I work on AC, refrigerators, and I work on my tub too, so I got tired of having to work on something. I wanted something I didn't have to work on. I bought a tub from Marquis and it's nice. I also installed it and it was easy.

I went to the place where I bought my pool and they mostly sold Marquis Spas, so went with them over competing tub brands. I got one from a dealer and had a great buying experience. Moreover, their installers knew exactly what they were doing. However, the zone dials and the aerator are confusing as to how they operate in which zone. It's not very clear-cut as to what turns on and off which jet. Since getting the tub, it has been pretty good except for the zone dials which have deteriorated and had to be replaced. I've replaced every zone dial on the tub so far just in a 9-month period. Though the dealer has replaced them at no cost, I still would like not having repairs within the first year.

We've been using Marquis Spas for 18 years. Their hot tubs are of good quality and they've worked well for me. We had our old hot tub for a long time already, so I looked at other brands, but the newer tubs have more power requirements. Since I didn't want to rewire anything, I bought another hot tub from Marquis. I was very happy with the Marquis dealer, Valley Pools, which is the pool place that I go to. Their people came and took the old tub out, and set the new one up. Then they called me afterwards to see if I wanted a tutorial on how to run a hot tub. Our new hot tub is doing well. But one time I was away and it got a little green because it needed extra chemicals, but I can't blame them for that since I've owned a hot tub long enough to know better. They've improved their hot tub and our new tub is better than our previous one. It has more therapy jets and I like the features better. I'm a happy customer.

We looked at all the hot tub brands and we got a Marquis based on the recommendation of the store. The Marquis tub also had everything that we wanted. The installation was done fast and super easy. The tub came with lights and has a waterfall, and the quality was fine. I used it everyday for about three months before I sold the house with it and we moved. We liked the Marquis hot tub we had in the first home we purchased. It was really old, like 25 years, but it was still good with a pump. So when we bought another hot tub, we decided to stick with the same brand. We've been with Marquis for 15 years and we got our third one through Spa Brokers. They installed the hot tub and it didn't take long. They hauled away the old one and put the new one in, and we like this unit. It's a lot smaller. My only concern is that the pressure of the jet is not so strong because it doesn't have two pumps. The previous units we had did so the pressure was definitely better than versus just having one pump. Also, when we had an issue with the pump of the old one, the customer service rep helped my husband to figure it out. Overall, I'm happy with our experience and we're satisfied with Marquis. We enjoy soaking and relaxing on our hot tub.

Our Marquis tub works and it is comfortable. The installation went fine and a guy scratched one of the sides of the panels while they were putting it in, but they replaced it. We've had tons of problems with the jet. The outlets keep breaking on it, but Marquis has replaced them every time it happened. And also, they'll replace them as they break, but wouldn't replace them all at the same time. When they did the replacements, they changed it from a clear plastic to a solid plastic. They didn't give an explanation, but I could tell they changed the way it was manufactured, so it just didn't hold up well. Other than that, they've been fine, and I would recommend them.

Our Marquis spa is the first one we've ever owned and it's been a good one. We use it a lot and we like that it is made in Oregon. The installation went fine and everything worked out well. It has been a painless and simple experience.

We've always had in-ground spas. In fact, prior to using Marquis, we used a Cal Spa. Since the installation of our Marquis hot tub, its overall quality has been good. I have to clean the filters out a lot though. The lid is on all the time but I noticed that when they get clogged up it's tough to get them clean enough so they work like they do when they were new. Nonetheless, I'd recommend Marquis Spas.

We had a Marquis tub before for 12 years but we moved and left it. We bought this second tub from the same company and the installation went fine. We use it for relaxation in the evening. During winter time, we use it five times a week. However, we just have to watch the chemicals in there like ozonators but then my husband takes care of those. Also, the tub is pricey and I preferred our last tub over this one. The components are cheaper as well.

Marquis is a lot better than our previous hot tub. Ours was a little older at the time. And now, we like all of the jets, the self-cleaning that it does. Marquis laid out the tub and they went in and showed what the tub could offer us. We liked their professionalism. The installers were also very professional. They cleaned up everything. Yvonne has some back problems and the tb has helped ease her pain. Buy one. It was kinda pricey, but I would do it again.

I had an L.A. Spas for 10 years and had a five-year gap when things went south. My wife said we should get another and the company I dealt with was good. The sales manager I talked to was nice. The company I bought it from came out on the day as planned and did a great job setting up. I also bought some chemicals from Marquis and everything was good. I've had my Marquis spa for one year, and it's a good spa and I enjoy using it.

Marquis has quality products and the local dealer that I dealt with was extremely helpful. They made themselves available to me for any questions that I had, even after the hot tub was installed. I also like the construction and plumbing that they did. I saw that being above some of the other ones that are on the market, so I ended up going with Marquis. I have the hot tub for about a year now and I love it. It's relaxing and awesome. I'm definitely satisfied and would recommend Marquis to a friend.
