We thought about Lowe’s and Home Depot but their customer service sucked. We had some carpet put in our bedroom by Luna and it's so nice. We had some people come the other day and they said it was day and night. The experience was quick and painless. We’ve already recommended Luna.

The Luna rep was a very nice person. Once I talked to her and she told me everything, I went with them. The flooring I got has a vinyl look. I like the brightness and newness that it's bringing to my bedroom. It puts my room another notch, and it's easier to keep clean. And I like the pretty area rugs that I have down on it. The person that laid it down was very courteous. My floor wasn't leveled and he said it wouldn't look right if he would lay it. He talked to me and made sure that I understood. I had to pay a little more money and I was disappointed by that, but I understood why and it was nothing to have a good job done.

I had the laminate flooring installed by Luna in my bedroom, the master bedroom, and my living room. I had actually called before, and they did my carpeting. After the guy came out and gave me the price and showed me the product that I would be getting, I was satisfied with the price and went from there. The installation was excellent. The two people that came out did a very good job. I didn't have any problem. Everything that I needed done, they did. It was great. I'm satisfied with the flooring so far. I like the design of it and how small it is, you can't really see any lines. The way it was installed was perfect. It isn't tacky at all and it's perfect for me. It's a great product. I've had it for about a month now.

We had a hardwood floor installed in an office and we had a very good experience with Luna Flooring. Their cost was similar to the other companies we considered but we liked the service and the price was a little less. Also, they were very prompt and quick to the date that we needed it. A young man and a supervisor came and they were both very professional, pleasant, and quick to install. The flooring looks nice and it serves the purpose. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We contacted a couple of other places then we had three bids but my wife was pleased with the price that Luna Flooring offered. Also, the guy who came and talked to us about it was very helpful and friendly. Luna came out the lowest price-wise because we got discounts like signing up online and a couple of other things. We had carpeting installed throughout the house and it worries me a little bit that our two dogs go running around it and it sounds like their nails are going to rip it apart. The old carpet didn’t sound that way but it may be that it was so squished down but if we rip a hole, we’ll be calling them back. Still, we’d recommend them.

We had carpeting installed by Luna Flooring in one of our bedrooms. I was looking around at other brands, but I needed the flooring done quickly, so I posted something on Facebook and I got responses like, "Call Luna Flooring. They can usually do it in one day." I like that the flooring that we got installed is nice to walk on and it's very comfortable.

Also, we liked their product offerings and it's even better now that they finally have the regular porcelain tile because we had the laminate tile in our other home. About 95% of this home was done and we just had a couple of bathrooms that we didn't have re-tiled. Of the flooring that we got this time, our favorite is the wood that's in 80% of our home.

My favorite feature of the carpet was the color and the texture and the depth. We were very pleased with the product and the salesman. The whole experience was just perfect. I’ve never experienced nothing like this. I'd tell friends to try them out. I was surprised by how they did what they said. Everything was in writing and how the installers did what they’re supposed to have done.

Somebody told me that Luna and Empire were owned by the same company. It didn’t matter which one I went with and so I used Luna Flooring to install carpet in 3 bedrooms. The cost was good until somebody told me that I paid too much. Still, I like the carpet's color and stain resistance. Luna was efficient and their customer service was really good. They also install and deliver quick. Everybody was friendly, from the sales person to the installers. While they have good deals, I would still search around.

We had vinyl plank flooring installed by Luna in the family room. We also checked with one carpet-tile store nearby, and then we went online, saw Luna in it, and we were very pleased with it. We went with them because of all the discounts they threw in. We like the appearance of our flooring. Our experience was very positive. The installers did a really good job. They were very professional and respectful, and they cleaned up after. We are very satisfied.

I got my vinyl flooring through Luna and it was interesting because it was Pergo flooring that I was looking at. And I would’ve thought that the thickness would’ve been more with the Luna Flooring. I didn’t pay attention to the fact that it was thinner than that product. But I was looking for something with durability. I’ve had that flooring before. But the thickness was the only thing I wasn’t happy about. I just would’ve preferred it to be a little bit thicker. But the color matches very well with the rest of the flooring in the same level.

Luna Flooring's price was better than other companies' price, so I had them install a carpet in the lower level of my home. The carpet has met my expectations. Its color is nice and pretty. Luna Flooring is a good company.

The carpet on the living room and dining room was rank and old, and it was time to go. It was installed when the house was built 20 years ago. I called Luna Flooring after I got the flyer for a sale and a salesman came out to my house. He showed me the samples, told me a price and I could work with it. We set everything up and the process was pretty smooth.

This is the absolute worst company I have ever done business with! Beware-once they have your money it is near impossible to reach anyone if you have trouble and we had massive issues!! The first time they came out they had the wrong product so we had to reschedule. The second time they came out they tire up the tile we had but didn’t put up any plastic. As a result we had white dust covering everything in our house. They did not have enough product to finish and they did not do the floor correctly so it clacked like plastic when you walked on it. They promised they would come out the next day and finish the floor and never did and it was 1:30 PM in the afternoon before I learned no one would be coming.

Luna Flooring had a sale going on at the time that I wanted new tiles for my kitchen. When the sales person came in, he explained the materials and offered me a good sale. The reps were knowledgeable and very helpful. Then the guys who came in to lay the flooring did a very excellent job. They have good workmanship and they went on and did their business. I like the color, material and appearance of the tiles. I would definitely recommend them.

We had a vinyl plank flooring installed by Luna in our entire home. We like the waterproof nature of the product. The installation crew did a very nice job, and they were respectful of our properties. We are very pleased.

The Luna Flooring luxury vinyl tiles installed in our kitchen have met my expectations. It was pretty simple picking out the styles and Luna Flooring installed it quickly, professionally and their 0% financing was great. The quality is better than other brands. It’s durable, easy to clean and waterproof.

Consumers thinking about using Luna Flooring in the Frederick MD area should read this review and be aware. I had a not so satisfying experience with Luna. There is a sales guy named Les that you should avoid. He uses high pressure sales tactics to get your business really quickly by telling you that you will miss out one deals like the 70% off deal unless you agree to install your flooring within that week. He also is a rookie that does not do a good consultation. He overlooked some key things that needed to be addressed in order for the job I needed done to be done properly. I called him and asked him if he missed these key things. He assured me he didn't and that the installers could handle the work that I needed.

Luna Flooring installed vinyl tile in the basement. They were awfully fast getting it in. They were very professional and showed up on time. They got the job done and didn’t wreck anything. The estimate was right on, too. I had a couple of estimates out and we're very happy with Luna's cost and quality compared to the other brands that I considered. Also, we have a couple of dogs but the flooring is easy to clean.

Luna Flooring provided good service. I had them install carpet in three of the bedrooms and in the hallway of our home. I really like its light gray color. It cost more but the installation was great. And they came when they said they would. The only thing is when they put my bed back together, I see now that they didn’t put two of the screws back in, so now my bed is loose.

Luna Flooring installed laminate floors everywhere in our home except for the kitchen and bathroom. They checked up a lot to make sure that everything was okay during the process. And there was a small issue but they did everything possible to try and rectify it. I really like the color of my new flooring, but I still don’t know how to clean it. And I was going to try and look it up but I really haven’t had the time to call on and find out how to clean it.

We purchased laminate wood floor from Luna Flooring and we had them install in the living room about a month ago. Luna's cost and quality compared favorably which is why we went with them. Their reps were excellent. We got a price more in line with what we were looking for and there was a slight problem. They put down white quarter so I called customer service and they came back the next day and swapped those out for matching oak ones. It looks beautiful and I'm very, very happy with everything. I would tell my friends to feel very comfortable going with Luna.

I went online and scheduled an appointment with Luna Flooring. I was able to get $200 off because I did that. The rep was on time, was very friendly, knowledgeable on all the products and took his time. He was here for almost two hours and made sure we were comfortable and answered all of our questions. He was very fast to take all the measurements and walked us through the process. He helped us set up the financing and then helped us get our installation day scheduled.

I had a carpet and laminate floors installed by Luna and the flooring is holding up well. I knew I wasn't getting the top of the line and I knew what to expect. Luna's service was good. It was like a turn-key. I scheduled it on the phone and then got updates through email and text the day before and day of the installation. They showed up on time and they had all the materials. They were detail oriented. They left things clean and took away all the old stuff. Luna also had a financing which is pretty nice and I'm using that too. I got the bill from Wells Fargo which is their local financing. Overall Luna is easy to work with and affordable.

Luna's installers were great and we had a really positive experience all around. We had laminate flooring put in an office area and also the dining and living room areas in our house. We really like the color. We had carpeting in prior, so everything feels and looks cleaner. Also, we looked around a little bit for other brands but Luna came in with the best price.

The Empire guy was a jerk, but I liked Luna Flooring's sales representative. I purchased a soft carpet from Luna and I'd recommend them.

Luna Flooring's pricing was reasonable. And I had somebody who used them before and had a good experience, so I had them install base carpet in my home as well. I like the color selection that they offered. They were quick and efficient, and the product is great. They also answered any questions I had.

I had Luna Flooring install carpet and flooring in our living room. I wasn’t in any rush to get the carpet done but the salesperson insisted that it could be done in a few days. However, I was contacted and was told that they didn’t have the product that I ordered so that was a little disheartening. Nevertheless, the flooring was nice. It matches the model flooring we have in our house today. The installation was great but the sales process was a little unsettling.

Luna's timeframe and cost were better than the other brands I considered. I had them install carpet throughout my home. Our new flooring and the installation were okay. The installers came here and got the job done in a reasonable time, and everything was good. Luna is all over the place and they have a good warranty and a good and highly recommended product. I would definitely recommend them. I would tell others to look elsewhere to see if there are better prices but for us, we wanted the installation done quicker and in a good timeframe.

We had Luna Flooring install carpet in the three bedrooms upstairs and down the steps. The other companies were not as willing to come out to my home to meet me so I went to Luna Flooring instead. Their representative was very prompt and very professional. And, the carpet's design was nice.

I had called Luna Flooring looking to do my kitchen floor first. I needed real hardwood, but when the sales rep came to my house, he told me that they only do prefinished. Because he was there and knew I needed to redo the carpeting on my stairs and in my hallway upstairs, I said, "What do you got for carpeting? You're here, let's not waste the time." So, I ended up doing the carpeting.

I got an estimate and I was satisfied with the price, so I went along with that. The flooring matches well the rest of my chic decor and it makes the room look good. During the installation, everything went well. They got here earlier than I expected and they went on and got in and got out and that was good. It didn’t take them long to do it and I went on with the rest of my day. They also put everything back and helped move the furniture back to where I wanted them. I’m satisfied.

We had a carpet installed by Luna Flooring in my mom's living room and dining room. Their price was a little high from the other brand that we were looking at before, but we were pleased with the customer service from their client representative. My mom loves the floors and she’s very pleased. It's close to what she had, but it's fluffier.

I got carpet flooring for my house from Luna and the quality of the carpet is good. My favorite part was the price. However, the only concern I had with the installers was that they didn’t put the vents back, closet doors and whatever doors they took out in order for them to put the carpet in. They wanted to leave, but it was a good thing that I came home and I made them put the doors back. The doors were heavy, and I could not do it. They were upset about that. Moreover, they took out 20 vents and they did not put all of them back.

I am writing this review because every time I walk into my kitchen I regret using Luna. I did a partial remodel of my kitchen eight months ago and I thought over time the feelings of my bad experience would go away but they haven't. I take responsibility in continuing with Luna even after a terrible experience with the salesperson who was confused and very pushy. He showed up to my house without calling me first and that's because he called another customer (who lives 40 minutes away from me) and then came to my house. So, during my visit he spent a lot of time on the phone with the person who was expecting him.

I had Luna Flooring carpeting, vinyl and vinyl planking put in throughout the house except for three rooms. Luna Flooring offered what I wanted and offered the kind of financing I was looking for so it worked for me. I really like the vinyl planking. It looks like wood but it's easy to take care of. Their reps were fine. When the person came out, I already knew what I wanted. They just showed me the different options I had and that was how I made my decision. Most people that walk in would tell me that my floors looked really good. I liked my flooring a lot although it was pretty expensive.

Luna Flooring installed a luxury vinyl and a carpet in my home. It was put in the dining room, kitchen and the hallway. Compared to other brands, Luna Flooring's cost was better and I got a pretty good deal. The luxury vinyl is durable, waterproof, and easy to clean. However, a lot of things I didn't know popped up. For example, instead of putting a piece of vinyl on the top of the stairs, they tried to put an aluminum plate which looks really cheap and cheesy, and I didn't appreciate that. Even where the floor goes into the carpet, they put these gold strips and that was really outdated and cheap. I had to go and buy my own because they didn't even offer it so I was unhappy about that. And then I wasn't getting the answers I wanted or the callbacks from the salesperson. Pretty much, he was out of it once he made the sale and he wasn't forthcoming. Other than that, their installers were excellent.

I liked what I saw at Luna Flooring when I was doing my research, so I went with them. The quality looked good and the cost seemed reasonable based on what other people might say. Our contractor also suggested we go with them and he also said that he had used them in the past. We had carpet installed upstairs and on the stairs. I love how soft it is and how cushy the padding feels. Our old carpet is 20 years old and this feels way different. My son's allergies are better now that we got rid of the old carpet. The reps are also competitive and the installers were fantastic.

We had the Serena flooring installed by Luna Flooring on four bedrooms and a hallway at the second level of our house. The flooring was of ¾ wood and in the American style. My experience with Luna Flooring has been very seamless. The installers were awesome and they did a very good job, especially in certain areas. They explained to me what they had to do, which was great. The flooring that Luna installed for us looks great. It has very much met my expectations and I’m very pleased with it. The quality of the product is very good, but we’ll find out over time if the quality of the flooring withstands its years.

I had tile and carpet installed by Luna Flooring in the whole home, except the basement. They had a mixture of the carpet and the color of the tile, and everything that I wanted. Also, there was the friendliness of the person who came to do the measurement. The sales rep was amazing, really nice and good, and she answered every question that I gave her. I like that my new flooring is not 70’s style anymore. It looks way better the way it looks now. It was worn, shag carpet in black and white checkered style in the kitchen.

I'm selling my home so I wanted to make it as best as possible. I had limited time to make a decision and went with Luna for the convenience and timeliness. I had carpet and laminate wood installed for their comfort and style. However, I was expecting a different color. I told Luna before that the carpet itself was great, but what I got was not what I selected, or at least not what I thought I was selecting. The only thing that they were able to offer was the warehouse here would be able to offer free labor. I would just need to repurchase materials that I would prefer better than what I would install. But I don't have the time nor the money to do that. Overall, the experience was good. The installers that came to the house were extremely fast, professional and did their job. They were also fast with delivery and following up with their installation. But I'd advise others to double check and make sure that the product they're selecting is exactly what they want.

We are extremely happy with the service of Luna Flooring. They came and installed the flooring, and it is beautiful. We like the flooring that my wife chose because, when we walk on the floor barefoot, we can feel the tiles and the different ratings of the tile. They did a superb job.

Luna Flooring was the first to come out and they gave us the best price right away. We had carpeting installed in the living room, the hallway, stairs and the four bedrooms. Quality is great and there's a great amount of padding. It's perfect and it works for us.

When we moved into the house, it had old carpet and it some old vinyl in the kitchen and the hallway. We had talked in the past to a couple of other places, and then the week before we spoke with Luna, we went to Lumber Liquidators and looked around, got pricing from them and estimated the cost. The pricing was comparable, but we felt better with the presentation of the products we saw from Luna. I had oak hardwood floors, luxury tile vinyl in the bathrooms and I had a carpet in the family room. The hardwood floors are much nicer looking. We also had them put hardwood on the stairs instead of the carpet. And the vinyl in the bathrooms has the appearance of a ceramic tile but it’s not as cold.

When I considered purchasing a vinyl tile, I didn't want to do the work. I wanted somebody to install it. I went out on a limb and called Luna Flooring and asked them to come out. I was happy with what they had and went ahead. Besides, somebody had suggested vinyl because they have animals and they're a bit destructive. The salesman came up with a price, and when the installer came, he said he knew something was wrong because we didn't put cork padding underneath. It's like the salesman didn't know his product. So I got an extra 1,000 bucks for it. But then, we negotiated.

I am in the process of getting hardwood floors installed and luckily it was decided that I need to have the subflooring repaired by an outside contractor, because the flooring that my father sent me a picture of was not the flooring that I was to be installed. I have been having multiple conversations with them and keep getting the runaround. I don't know what is so hard about getting the correct flooring. Luckily I had the issue before they installed the wrong flooring.

We had a man who did a hardwood floor upstairs and down the steps. I was thinking about going with him, but since I dealt with Luna, which was efficient, I gave them a try again. We had a carpet done before and just recently, we had some wood flooring put down in the basement since my husband wanted to have a karaoke room down. The installation team was exceptional. When I was down there, it was all clean. The flooring’s quality is good and my husband loves it, although it should have been a little lighter in color.

Absolute liars! They will say anything to get a sale, and make plenty of promises they fail to follow through on. My father recently passed away, and I was trying to repair the carpet in his apartment for his landlord. The landlord told me that they had originally used Luna, so I decided that might be the easiest. The landlord called and set up an appointment, and I followed up with one of their representatives named Anthony, to better understand the cost, as the landlord informed me it was $95 to just get an estimate.

When the Luna Flooring salesman came out, he was very nice and good. I just stayed with them and didn't look anywhere else. I bought some carpet and hardwood flooring. The hardwood was for my kitchen, dining room, and living room and the carpet was for the stairs, four bedrooms and a hallway upstairs. The flooring is nice but I had a couple of problems.

He was upfront and there was no pressure but he gave me good advice. The guys that put it in did a good job, too. Plus, I like the color and the durability of the carpet. I have used Luna Flooring before and after that first time, I had a rug installed in the bedroom. I stuck with them because of the way the sales rep explained the stock. He was trying to give me the best price for the options that I was looking for and had to choose from. Also, I had the flexibility. The process was really smooth and I like the product's color. I would recommend Luna Flooring because everything falls into that place line, the options that they have available, and time.

We bought a house and the carpet was horrible in it. We saw that there was a buy one room and the rest for $50 from Luna Flooring. The salesman was really good and he worked with us. He showed us a lot of options and made it a comfortable experience. No pressure. It was like, "This is what we can do, what we have for this price." It worked out really well. We went right with them and I had carpet installed in the living room, three bedrooms and a hallway of our home. The installation went very smooth. Just walking into it, it is a beautiful carpet. Everything was perfect but the only thing that didn’t happen was the room dividers when going from hall to carpet. They had gold designs and the salesman said they would change into a silver one. So I think they changed, but it was no big deal to us because we are probably going to change them anyway. Overall, it was a great experience.

Luna Flooring helped us install carpeting and tiles in our game room, stairwell, and bathroom. I liked carpet's color and that the dirt or stains can't be seen. I had considered another company, but the salesperson had mentioned that they were under the same umbrella. He also told me that it would cost the same. The salesperson was good and he had everything we needed right there available for us. But the installers didn’t meet the time frame that they gave me. They were supposed to be there by 2:00, and they were supposed to give me a call en route. When they didn't show up, I called Luna Flooring and talked with three different people. Everybody kept putting me on hold and transferring me around until the dude finally showed up 30 minutes after the given time frame.

Luna Flooring installed the tile floor in the basement in my home. I was going to go with Empire but Luna had the same type of material at a cheaper price. I had an appointment with Luna’s sales rep and it went great owing to the guy’s knowledge of the product and his friendliness. The installation team was also very knowledgeable. We had a little run-in with my heat as it didn’t allow the floor to dry but the flooring’s now down as I expected and on time. I’m happy that it worked out. Luna should be highly recommended.

I had tried Empire once before and I didn’t like their service, but my experience with Luna Flooring was okay. I had a great deal on the wood floors and carpet that I got from them which were installed in our my dining room, living room and hallway. And, I like the color that I got on my hardwood.

One of my neighbors just had flooring done in her house by Luna Flooring and she was really happy with it. Also, compared to other companies, Luna has a much better cost. So we had them install our carpet in the living room and the tile in one of our bathrooms as well. But it would be a good idea to get either a quote sent to our email because I couldn't remember the exact price to tell my husband.

I had laminate flooring installed in my kitchen and the cost that it came was about exactly what we thought it was going to cost. We just took a guesstimate because we looked at the product, and we looked at installing it ourselves. We tried a little part of the kitchen and it just didn’t come out right. We knew we couldn’t do it ourselves so we figured someone would have to do it, and the price that we figured product and labor-wise came exactly to what Luna Flooring charged us.

Set an appointment. Initially it was rescheduled due to illness and in the details of my appointment I described that my home was a new build in an area that isn't on the map yet but gave the model home address which is and the instructions to get to the home from there. The day of my appointment I'm at my home which is still under construction waiting on someone and no one shows so I call customer service to find out the sales representative had canceled my appointment without contacting me at all. Very bad service and I will not be recommending nor attempting to use this company again. Could have possibly been a whole house flooring sale. Oh well to the missed opportunity LUNA! Ridiculous!

I had Luna Flooring install some carpeting in our bedrooms and hallway. I just needed it at the time and had a rush order for it. I liked the velvet carpeting and I noticed that even with the traffic of people going up and down the stair, the carpet doesn't go down anymore. It doesn’t show dirt either. But a week and a half after the installation, I vacuumed and carpeting threads started coming up in my vacuum cleaner. We got that all resolved last week though and my carpet still looks perfect now. People should call Luna Flooring to get whatever they need installed.

I’m perfectly happy with the carpet installed by Luna Flooring in my family room. I liked the overall convenience of installation, the price, and the product itself. And the installation crew were fantastic. They were like a well-oiled machine. They knew what they were doing and they were very well coordinated with who did what. They came in, got the job done, and they got out. They really took care of business. It’s been a couple of months and I like what it looks like.

My experience with Luna has been a nightmare!! And still is not over!! Flooring bubbled up, flooring installed too high where I cant open the door all the way without scratching the floor, trim work not sealed all the way. The installers couldn't speak very good English so communicating with them was difficult. They set up a crockpot of Spanish food in my upstairs carpeted hallway...really?? Not to mention other situations that happen. They were unprofessional and I still do not have everything taken care of and it's been over a year since the installation. Would never recommend this company! My experience, the product, the installers...awful!!

Luna Flooring does what they say they're gonna do when they say they're gonna do it. They responded to me pretty much immediately, within half an hour. They did wall-to-wall carpeting in two bedrooms and the carpet feels and looks nice. The price was reasonable too.

Last month, Luna did carpeting on one of my rental properties. They were the first ones I called and the price was right. I had to get it done and they were able to meet the timeline. The interactions with their reps and the installation team were all positive. They were all professional, courteous and prompt. The installers were very friendly and it took them two and a half hours to finish the project. The colors of the carpet are my favorite. I highly recommend Luna Flooring to others.

I had Luna Flooring install a carpet in our lower floor family room. I looked at a number of different carpet installers with their own products as well as multiple products that the Luna representative showed me and Luna's was the most cost-effective and the quality seemed to be very good. It was also not a type of carpet that was available at the other companies. The sales individual came in with a number of samples and he did his best to understand my needs, and then clarified the process as we moved forward. There were some unique items for what I was wanting and it really fit the bill. I’m very happy with it.

Luna had a good price so we had them put in hardwood floor in the living room and dining room. The salesman was nice but the installers were very excellent. They were timely and it took them a day and a half to install it. They did good clean-up and they took away the old stuff so I was very pleased with everything. This was in December. My experience with Luna Flooring was very good. It’s only been a couple of weeks, but I am hoping that the floors will hold up as good as it looks now. It looks beautiful and I like the color.

Luna Flooring installed vinyl planks in our kitchen and dining room. I like the look, and their cost and quality were better compared to those at Home Depot. I liked my experience with Luna too because it didn't seem like the Home Depot people really even knew what they were talking about. I met with someone on December 5 and the installation was done on December 8. That only took them a day and morning to finish which was quick. Luna was great and I would do it with them again if I need another floor done. Others would be happy with their work too.

I had Luna Flooring install carpets in the hallway and bedrooms on my second floor. I asked around locally and they were recommended to me by a friend. I have a limited time and and the gentleman who came to sell was helpful. The timing was right and it all fell into place. It's still new but I like its comfort. All is well with Luna Flooring.

Luna installed carpet in our front room, dining room and hallway. When their rep came out with their product, it looked satisfactory and the price was right. I liked the dark gray color and it's supposed to last for 10 years. When I first called them, the girl that took my request to come out for an estimate didn’t get all the information so they were unable to come out at that time. I lost a day on that as I spent it waiting for them and I never heard from them. But they followed up and we made the appointment. They came out but they didn’t have enough carpet to cover everything the contract called for. They had to come back two days later and they completed the installation. The men did the job very well and they were professional. This project was started in October. I would recommend Luna to others.

We have worked with many different companies and contractors on different projects in our house and Luna was definitely one of the most pleasant companies to work with. Luna was on our mind from the music on their commercials and when I went to their website, it was very easy to make an appointment. And the salesperson neither tried to sell more expensive things for us nor did he do any whitewashing. He was super honest and very pleasant to talk with. We got our basement carpeted by Luna and the new flooring is very cushy. The quality is great and it met our expectations.

I had the engineered wood laminate recently installed by Luna Flooring. The one job has been done and I'm waiting for the second. I considered another brand before and the cost is the reason I went with Luna Flooring, and the quality is good. The price is much more competitive and I like the design of it and the new flooring has met my expectation thus far. The representative that came was good and that’s the reason I decided to go with them for the second part of the project. I would recommend them.

We are very pleased with Luna and we will definitely use them again in the future. They Cleaned up nicely and we could not have asked for more. So happy with the outcome. They did better than any hardwood flooring company that we used in the past. The price was amazing also. Hopefully they will have the same deal when we are ready to use their service again.

Recently, we had Luna install a wood floor in our kitchen. We were going to try it ourselves, but we wanted it done right and professionally and we thought we'd give them a call. They gave a free estimate and the color was the exact one that we wanted and saw at the store. Also, the salesman was very good. He was very knowledgeable and he knew what he was doing. Plus, he wasn’t pushy. They were going to install two or three days later and that time frame was perfect. We had the consultation on a Tuesday and it was installed that Friday. They came in and took care of everything. It was done within a few hours. Plus, they cleaned up.

Luna Flooring has been touch and go for us. We just had living room carpet done. That turned out fine but a couple months before that we had the entire basement done. After looking at the samples when we were looking at living room carpet we noticed that the carpet we purchased for the basement was not the carpet that they installed. The salesperson tried to tell us that it was a mistake but we actually got the better carpet from the mistake. Lies! Didn't want to go through the hassle of having them move all my furniture again to re-install.

We had to get new carpet installed in just one bedroom when we moved into our new home. We had no idea what carpet company to go with because carpet is expensive. But we chose Luna and couldn't have been happier with the final instal and quality of the carpet for our newborns nursery! It's absolutely perfect. From the beginning of the sales guy that came out to measure and show us options to the install crew was a seamless experience! Would highly recommend Luna and we will use them in the future for sure!

We had Luna Flooring remove the old carpet and reinstall a new type of carpet. They’re very professional as far as cleaning up and the way they installed everything. It was a good experience. The carpet is pet-friendly and it cleans up very easily. The colors were pretty neutral and we got a good price on it.

I had hardwood flooring and carpeting installed throughout my home. It was supposed to be all installed in one day to minimize the disruption to my household -- ALL furniture moved, knickknacks, bookcases and desks unloaded, dishes taken out of hutches, cabinets emptied, beds dismantled, all electronics disconnected (no internet!) - you get the picture. But the carpeting crew decided they didn't want to do the job the morning of the scheduled day, so my house sat like that for SIX days waiting for them to finish the job! Worse, both days of installation my front door was propped completely open for 9 hours (it's wintertime) rather than just one day. Then a Luna rep called the day it was supposed to be done, and asked if I was happy. I had to explain that the carpet people came and left and put the job off until after the weekend. They said that was terrible and I should be compensated and that someone would call me that evening or the next day.

I had carpeting installed by Luna Flooring in the living room, bedrooms, and stairs of a rental property and I like that it's clean. I went with them because I had an estimate from another company that was significantly higher than Luna's. The installation was seamless and awesome and the installers were focused and efficient. It was a pleasant experience overall.

Luna Flooring installed carpeting for my upstairs bedroom and I’m happy with the carpet I got. They had a good price and I had good padding. The guy who came and measured was good but when the first set of installers came they didn’t have the right measurements. So they went back and I had to go take some more time off. I didn't appreciate that. But the second set of installers were really good, and my experience was good overall.

My Luna Flooring is perfect. I spent a little money so that made a difference. Both the carpet guys and the vinyl flooring guys did such a phenomenal job too. There was a small portion of the Luxury vinyl tile that I had done in a corner and it was a real challenge. I was there for 12 hours and the estimate didn’t include that much time but the guy didn’t complain and didn’t ask for extra money. He drove back to the warehouse and got some parts. I'm in the commercial design business so I know the parts and that doesn’t happen very often. Most of the people I work with look for a reason to leave not a reason to get something done right. So I told the guy that I would make a big deal about it and I did. I couldn’t be happier.

My brother had had his house done and it looks so nice but he didn’t use the same kind of stuff I had. And then I had a few friends that had told me about Luna Flooring. Luna Flooring had shown me a lot of different things but I knew exactly what I wanted and it cost me a little more, and I knew it would. They installed a hardwood floor in my living room and dining room. They put in two floors underneath before they even installed it. I really like the look, the thickness and the quality of the wood. The fellows that put it in cleaned up after themselves and were very polite. They got through the job in one day and they hauled away all the trash and all the carpet. That’s what I wanted so it was a great experience. I’m thinking about calling them back to do my kitchen.

We had used Luna Flooring before to do some carpeting, so we called them again. Recently, we had them do carpeting for another bedroom that we remodeled and everything went fine. We had gotten carpeting from another place when we did some of the other parts of the house. But when we called Luna, the sales guy came out and their price was good for what we were doing, so we went with them. The sales guy was fine with the product and we also liked the color of the carpet which matched what we needed for the bedroom. Luna installed the carpeting for us. The installation was done when we needed it and they did a good job of installing it. We were very well-satisfied with the experience.

I had a horrible experience with Empire as their salesman was repugnant. But Luna's sales rep was fantastic. I had a carpet and their vinyl tiles with grout put in in all the bedrooms and the foyer to bedrooms. The installers were fantastic and the flooring met my expectations. We got exactly what we were looking for in the right price range. I expected to pay a little bit more, but when the gentleman came to me with the price, I was extremely happy. It's very interesting that the guy from Empire went from $7,000 and then the guy from Luna was at $2,600. The cost was exceptional and the quality is impeccable. I didn't have any surprises or guesses, and Luna's rep didn't lock my credit up like the Empire guy did. I enjoyed dealing with Luna and I'll deal with them again. They're great and I'd recommend them to everybody I deal with.

We've used Luna Flooring before so we had their number. We had the Fargo-type hardwood flooring installed in the living room and the hallway, while the carpet was installed in the bedroom. The color compliments the room really nice. We had to put the installation off a month because the painter wasn't done yet and they were very accommodating with our delay which was really nice. Everything went well and smooth.

I sold my house and I was trying to move into a new house so I was under a time constraint. I liked the idea that Luna Flooring could do the carpeting within a short period of time. Also, I called Lowe's but they never called me back. So, I went and called Luna. I had them install the carpet in two rooms and the hallway. I love the light grey color of the carpet and it was what I wanted. Apparently, there had been animals in here before so it's like a complete 360 in the way it smells and everything else. The pad they put under was also awesome.

Salesman (Carlos) N O T a man of his word... If you have any problems just call he said. B.S. Installers brought the wrong floor panels. We called and called and called. No answer. We put One thousand twenty dollars down but were charged for the entire bill. We called and called and called. No answer until we called Luna. Then he responds and acts like Sgt. Schultz, "I know nothing." I was going to tell family/friends about this company but changed my mind and will NEVER refer them.

I want to really thank everyone on a Great job they did on my floors. My carpeting in my Family room and my Hard Wood flooring in my Living room. As for my Living room I want to thank the contractor that came out and made me completely satisfied. He even replaced a board that looked out of place for me and I am so glad that I did. They were all understanding and made the job look so easy. They did what they promised and that was the best feeling in the world. Thank you. You are the greatest from the beginning to the end.

I have wood flooring installed in the hallways and the living room of my home by Luna Flooring. I like that it’s real wood and it’s really pretty. I considered other brands like 50 Floor and Home Depot, but when I had Luna come out, the guy told me that I needed to give them an answer by a certain date. I still needed the other quotes. So, I gave him an answer in the time that he needed, which was I wasn't going to go with Luna because I had to get my other quote. Then I got a call back from the office and they asked me the same thing and what was the reason. I told them and then they gave me a discount. So, I went with them and I'm glad I did. I want to get my three bedrooms floored too and it might be through Luna because the other places I looked at, their quality was just as good but Luna gave me the better price. I would recommend them to a friend big time.

I’d cancelled my install initially due to horrible service when trying to schedule the install and now I wish I’d left it that way. The installers were SUPER nice but they didn’t complete the job until after midnight and the finished product is mediocre at best and certainly not worth the expense or headaches. There’s a horrible gouge in one of the planks that was not disclosed but was hidden under a large piece of furniture and the trim work looks AWFUL.

HAD a very serious problem. Made many, many phone call, everyone had a don't care attitude. Matter still not resolved and no one even returned my phone calls as promised. I will never do business with Luna again... Very disappointed in the treatment I received.

My son put in some flooring from Home Depot Fargo in three rooms and the hall and we liked it. But he's working and he couldn't fit in to do the rest of the house so we went to Luna since they had a similar product to what he have. I like the laminate flooring that they installed in two of our bedrooms and their service was very good.

I considered another brand before purchasing from Luna. I looked at the actual hardwood from that brand but Luna came down on price a bit so I went with them. I purchased the hardwood type floor and had them installed by their contractors in the living room and the hallway. I like that the new flooring doesn't need to be carpet cleaned. So far, so good.

I love Luna Flooring. Their salesman came to my house and gave me great options. Their price was also very reasonable to me. They installed carpet in three upstairs bedrooms and I like that the carpet is brand new, nice, and plush. Luna Flooring did a great job and I would recommend them to anybody.

I had carpeting for two bedrooms done by Luna Flooring. Before this, we looked at Lowe’s and Home Depot. We didn't know exactly what kind of floor we were going to get. The young man from Luna showed up and brought samples. He was well-mannered and that went off without a hitch. I like the color and cost of the carpet. There was just one hiccup. They were due to come on a particular day and we had emptied out both bedrooms. We're living in the hall and put everything in the living room. The morning that they were supposed to come I didn't hear anything from them. At about 11:00, I called and the young man I spoke to said that the installers were overbooked and that they should have called me to tell me that they had to reschedule. But my wife and I had no missed calls from Luna Flooring on our phone, so nobody thought to call to say that it was being rescheduled.

Luna Flooring installed carpet in our living room and in the three bedrooms. I did consider purchasing from Home Depot and Lowe's but the quality from Luna Flooring was better even though the cost of their product was a little more expensive. I like the carpet's stain resistance and durability. My wife likes its color, and we got the little pet guard too. We're happy and so far it's been good.

It was my second time to purchase from Luna Flooring and our experience was fine. We saw what we wanted at a price that we wanted to pay. The second time was kind of the same experience that I had the first time with the sales rep where the price started at more than double of what we landed at. I don't like that aspect of any sales business but it's effective. This time, we had carpet installed in the basement of a different house. The installers came to do what they did and they did it well. I like the color and the feel of the carpet and, so far, the flooring has met my expectations.

I had one of the top end carpets installed in my den by Luna Flooring and the installation was completed about a month ago. I looked at the reviews from local installers, people who aren't necessarily tied to a big company and a couple others but Luna was the only one that gave me a weekend appointment that worked well with my schedule. We decided to go with the young brands and the high-quality carpet because it was in the den area where we had a lot of foot traffic. The sales rep was knowledgeable and I didn't have any problems with understanding what was going out staking it, and the delivery and installation were quick.
