I was very happy with the whole process at LL Flooring. It was good. I would recommend LL Flooring to anyone. The three people that came were very efficient, respectful and quick. The clean-up was less than perfect. It was great, but I found some staples, a tack and a nail. But they put the old carpet where I asked them to. They also vacuumed afterward. They asked me to check it out. There were some gaps underneath the molding that was different from going from carpet to vinyl flooring where the door frame molding didn't meet the floor. It caught my eye. I asked, “Is that normal?” I thought that they should put some caulk down in order to hide that blank spot. They looked at me like they were confused. But they didn't give me any grief. They went ahead and did it real quick.

I was happy with the service of LL Flooring. We bought from them in 2010 and now when we did the house in Florida, I did it again. I bought it from here and they delivered it there. So far, the quality of the flooring is perfect. The installation here wasn't too good. But it was not the people that they recommended. It was recommended to me through Camping World because I was repairing my motorhome there and they said these two guys were good. I was not too happy with them. But the guy from Inverness, LL Flooring recommended them. It was a guy and a wife and they were really good.

The flooring we bought was absolutely beautiful. The sales rep was great and knowledgeable. We're finishing up putting it down in the house and we should be done by this weekend.

My experience with LL Flooring was very good from buying the flooring to picking it up myself. There were three gentlemen that came in here and they were excellent. They worked hard for nine hours, nonstop. They did a fantastic job.

It was a good experience with LL Flooring. I like the wider variety of what they offered. They also had good communication, ‘cause that's key with me, especially with working with contractors, ‘cause so many of them don't. When the appointments were set, they were out there. I was expecting longer delays because of the issues we were having with transportation and supplies, but it worked out really well.

We got both product and service from LL Flooring and the quality is very good.

The floors from LL are fine. The guys did really well. When I had my first set of floors put down in my living room, LL Flooring did everything as far as calling the guys to come out to measure. They took care of everything. The next time, we had to call the guy to come out and do the measurement. We had to call to make sure everything was done. We had to do all the work. I brought some wood back on Monday and I told the guy, “I am so disappointed the way this had run this time because we had to do everything.” When I carried the wood back, I asked the guy, “Can somebody take the wood out of my car? It’s one whole box.” He told me to back it up in their garage. I backed it up, and I waited and waited. So, I lifted up the box myself and put it in the garage, moved my truck, and went back into the store. I said, “You told me to back it up, and nobody came out. This is poor customer service.” Everything was terrible.

We got luxury vinyl planks from LL Flooring. I have also bought flooring from them back when they were Lumber Liquidators. Purchasing from them was good. The salesman even took the sample outside in the sunlight so we could actually see the colors well without being under the fluorescent lights. It was nice. LL is the best. I’d use them again if I need to. I haven't found anybody better. Their quality is good. Their processes are great.

I got vinyl flooring that clicks together for my bathroom from LL Flooring. The price was amazing because they were having a sale that weekend. The salesperson asked me what I was looking for so I told him the colors I would like to be in the floor. I was very specific about what I was looking for. I wanted vinyl. It's warmer and softer, but they make it now so it looks like ceramic tile. He showed me something from 6 months ago so it was marked down extra because of that. I looked at it and it was exactly what I wanted. It has the tan, the gray and the white in it. Those are the three colors I wanted. That was either getting the gray and the white or the tan and the white. It's hard to find all of them and I didn't want it to be sparkly. They had it in stock and I needed it within a week or two put in.

I purchased the flooring from LL Flooring. A lady helped me, educated me about the different types of vinyl, and recommended some. The flooring wasn't in store, so she ordered it and it returned earlier than she thought it would. The quality is great. They'll hold up on their own.

I called LL Flooring's 1-800 number to set up an appointment. They told me that the closest store to me was gonna be the one in Lakewood. Then I got a phone call, not from a Lakewood office, but from a sales assistant. She set up an appointment to have somebody come look and do the measurements. So they did the measurement, but I didn't hear anything for 48 hours. I called back to the number and asked what was supposed to happen. She said, “Oh, yeah, just let me know what you want.” I told her, “I'm almost sure all my measurements are supposed to go back to the store.” I didn't get that phone call.

The installers did a great job putting down the flooring and they cleaned up. But there's a spot by a door where there's an indentation where the plywood had a soft spot in it. We talked about that and I told the guy that spot was solid, it just needed to have some muscle man put in there to level it out. But he just covered it up and the soft spot is still there. My wife told the guy to come by next time he's in town. I'd be happy to have them come back and work.

LL Flooring has been very nice and cooperative. I bought vinyl plank flooring and they're putting it in a week later.

The sales reps were very truthful about the flooring and what they could do. We got hardwood floors and the installers were wonderful. We had it in the living room and now, we put it in the bedroom. The living room has been in two years and it has held up really well. I love the flooring and they're great people to work with.

The guy who helped us from day one, telling us about the flooring and informing us on the flooring that we bought, was great. He went above and beyond. We had issues with the time we were supposed to pick it up and I had already paid. I thought I was gonna have to pay another fee for having to hold it longer. That guy said, “No, you don't have to pay another fee. You're good. Just call me when you're ready to pick it up.” They were so understanding and informative. The flooring looks and feels amazing.

I did price compare with Costco, who uses Shaw, and LL Flooring was much better. That was delightful. The sales rep and installation crew were both excellent. I love my flooring.

We were pleased from the very first day that we went to visit with LL Flooring. I've been doing business for 40 some odd years and I have never experienced such professionalism from A to Z. From the moment we met the girl to the delivery, on time, to the guy who came to do the measurements. He was very professional and he measured everything. Then we got the delivery and it was on time. A nice gentleman came here. On the day of the installation, I was freaking out because I was worried about how they were gonna do it. The two gentlemen who came here were both Brazilian and I spoke to them in my broken Spanish. We got through with the Portuguese and the Spanish. They showed up in the morning and they were done at 3:30 in the afternoon, and cleaned up. We've had the carpeting down for over 25 years. So, we pulled it all up in the hallway, the living room and the dining room. And they were completely done.

I got flooring for three bedrooms, the dining room, the living room and the hallway in-store, and LL Flooring had good customer service. It was pleasant dealing with the reps. They helped me make a decision. At first, I was hesitant about the quality of the flooring but when the guys started doing the work, it was good quality.

I got laminate flooring for my kitchen floor from LL Flooring. The installation was good and I like the quality.

I bought Brazilian Koa in the bedroom, a study, and the kitchen and it is being installed now. LL Flooring was very helpful.

We just had a deal with Lumber Liquidators and it was good. Everything was in order. The customer service was excellent over the phone and in the store as well.

I chose what I wanted and LL Flooring sent out somebody to measure the rooms. Then, the company called to say that they had the floor that I chose in stock and if I wanted to, I could come down and pay them and they would set up an installation. So, I went down and paid them and we set up the installation. It took two weeks for the installers to come and they first brought the flooring in and let it sit here for three days. I guess they have to get it used to the humidity in the air here. Right after that, the two guys came in and installed it. They were very professional, fast and neat. They were in and out of here in just about five hours. I love the flooring. I didn't realize when I chose what I chose that it's the same flooring that I have throughout the rest of the house but a different color. It matches so that's even better.

I bought an engineered hardwood floor from LL Flooring and the quality seems okay. The rep was one of the best sales representatives ever. He was patient, nice, very good and helpful. I wanted to let whoever's in charge know how great he was.

I was having the carpet replaced and bought engineered hardwood from LL Flooring. They had the product that I needed but they subcontracted the installation. The quality of the flooring is great. I like the overall look and the product itself. I’d definitely recommend them.

The sales guy was helpful. The vinyl flooring looks good. I like it.

I went to the Airline Highway, Baton Rouge location and spoke to John. I told him what I was looking for, and we took a few samples and showed them to my wife. She picked out which one she wanted and we ordered it all in. I installed the flooring in our bedroom, hall, foyer, living room, dining room and stairs and it went well. It was easy to do.

LL Flooring seems to be the place to go. I see their advertisement all the time but this is the first time that I’ve gone there. I bought some pine boards for my staircase landing and dealing with the sales rep from LL Flooring was good. One of my orders was delivered online and the other one is waiting for me to pick up in the store.

They had people on staff that were very knowledgeable. I had a very pleasant experience there. I dealt with two of their stores because the local store had part of the product and another store in the region had the same product. We were treated with the utmost courtesy. I was spending $1,000 with them. But the quality of the service far outweighs the cost of the product as long as it's at least competitive.

So this is part two. In part one, it was a bad start...which typically is a foreshadow of things to come. Sure enough, it got worse. We wanted a glued-down engineered wood floor (about 400 sq ft). The salesman came and sold my wife on the idea of a floating installation rather then glued. The install was awful. Everything was moving, creaking, the sound and feel was unbearable. When we confronted the installer when he was finished...he smiled and told us that he told his supervisor that an engineered floor installed as floating over concrete was not a good idea even before they started. The supervisor did not tell us anything. After sending photos, videos, etc to LL Flooring... first they said, "this is normal. give it 7 days and it will go away." We waited five and told them it was not getting better. They agrees to rip it out and install glued down.

We liked the rep. He worked hard to satisfy us in every which way he could. I couldn’t ask for any better service than what those guys gave me when we bought the flooring. During the installation, eight guys were here and out of here in five hours for the whole house. They were right on top of it. They took care of stuff. They were very careful of the furniture when they moved. Everything went fantastic. However, I'm having a problem with some seams. They want to come up. I'm waiting on somebody to call me about coming back out to check it.

We've been a customer of LL Flooring for a long, long, long time. This is probably the 10th floor we've laid. They've always been pretty easygoing.

I bought the press and click vinyl flooring and it seems nice. It was a decent price and product. The reps that I worked with were very knowledgeable and good. They were also nice and professional.

We purchased hardwood flooring and spline online then picked up in the store. We had three guys that helped us and they were super nice and helped us get the flooring loaded. The cost is cheaper with LL Flooring and they have a large selection. So far, we like the flooring. It's good.

They were very helpful and, so far, I'm happy. I got the locking-type flooring and we liked it but it hasn't been installed yet.

I went to Home Depot and they didn’t have a lot of stuff. I then went over to LL Flooring and they had a really good selection. It was what I was looking for. I also liked their expertise. The manager there even helped me see some different colors that I didn't see at first to make sure that I was getting the full range of options. It was just a specialized store and I liked their expertise. When you go to Home Depot and ask people questions, they won’t really know because it’s not their expertise. At LL Flooring, they’re gonna have all the right answers for flooring questions.

I did additional flooring with LL Flooring. I already had some years ago and I'm doing extra rooms. So far, I'm happy with the product and happy with the customer service. It's nice to be able to go to a store, talk to someone, and get some advice. When I went and tried to order the particular product I had years ago, it was discontinued. The store manager in Kennesaw found something similar and she said, "If it doesn't match completely, come back and let me know. We might have some boxes in different warehouses around the U.S. that we could possibly gather the discontinued product." It was nice that she offered that. The new product that she tried was a very close match. I haven't opened the boxes yet, but the boxes are very similar.

I always buy at LL Flooring. I like their variety all in one place. The first time with them was great. The main gentleman that was operating the forklift was awesome. The second time around, one of the guys couldn't operate any of the stuff and was just waiting around to get help. He wasn't being communicative as to what was going on. It was a little awkward.

We needed a complete waterproof flooring for the sunroom and the rep showed us it was complete waterproof. I picked one out within 15 minutes, paid for it, went back the next day and picked it up. Once we got the flooring out of the box, we were extremely happy with it.

We have been to several stores and LL Flooring had the best option. We had no problem navigating through the store. It was nice and clean. The people were courteous, friendly and helpful but not pushy. The purchasing experience was great because nobody hounded you. They let you take samples home and let you decide what you wanted and come back and you let them know what you wanted. The customer service reps were friendly, kind, and attentive. We purchased the luxury vinyl flooring and it was delivered. It was perfect and the reps kept in contact was and told us what to properly do with it. So, we're waiting on Wednesday to get it installed.

We put down a 25% deposit based on what Matthew, the salesman, told us. Then, David, the store manager called and said they couldn’t remove the baseboards and put them back down. He said it will not be included. We were told that that it would be. I could pay the installer for it and the store said it'd probably be about another $1,000. The installer said it'd be another $1,700. We were told the flooring was laminate and we found out it was vinyl. So, we said that we didn't want to do LL Flooring. They gave us a paper that they're going to return our 25% deposit of $6,400.

We got vinyl laminate from LL Flooring and I’m doing the installation myself. It’s very nice and pretty so far. It’s a lot of work though. We should have bought the laminate instead of the vinyl. When we were shopping for it, there was an employee there but we made the decision 100% ourselves.

We've used LL Flooring before for my other daughter's house and they did an install for a new house about four years ago. They did a super job and the product itself was great. My other daughter's project is underway so we thought we'd go with them again. We went to the Lumber Liquidators in Syracuse and they were very friendly, informative, and knowledgeable.

We bought laminate flooring for a commercial building that we're remodeling and everything about our experience with LL Flooring has been positive.

The customer service is great and they were easy to work with. The sales and the installers answered any questions we had.

I purchased from LL Flooring online and my experience was excellent. The quality of the product has been good so far, as well.

We have a local store here that I buy a lot from. They've got really good selections and prices. The great thing too was that since I'm a contractor and I buy a whole lot of it, they were able to give me a pretty good discount on the flooring that I was looking at the last time I went in there.

LL Flooring was easy to do business with. The laminate flooring we put down has been in the house for three years and it holds up nicely.

When I was doing the flooring at my place of business years ago, I was told to go and compare prices, and LL Flooring had a good price. So I went back about 12 years later, and it's still good price. Also the customer service was phenomenal. This time around, I purchased some transition strips. I would get one at Lowe's for like $30, but I was able to get 11 for about 30 dollars at LL. The young lady did her research and she looked to see if they had any products that were discontinued, on sale, and it just happened to be exactly what I needed. And I got some laminate flooring. I'm very pleased with the quality of the flooring.

I've been very happy with everything. I worked with Matt and he was fantastic. The whole process was beautiful and easy. We lucked out as what I chose happened to be a discontinued product and they had it in stock. Everything got delivered easily. My new floors are installed and they look fantastic. On Facebook, I've already shown off my floors and mentioned LL Flooring.

The quality of the flooring is okay and I'm satisfied with the contractors who came to do it. But my experience with LL wasn't that satisfactory. I didn't get called back and I wound up having to go to the store because I didn't get a call when I was supposed to get a call. That was a repeated problem.

I dealt with Drew and he was very helpful. He seemed to know exactly what I was looking for. The store wasn’t totally set up, so I wasn't finding what I was looking for but he said, “I think I know exactly what you want.” So he went back into the warehouse and came out with a sample and said, “Is this what you're looking for?” I said, “Exactly.” So I was thrilled, having gone to six other stores and not being able to find exactly what I wanted. It worked very smoothly and well. They have a variety of products and the people know their products. My experience was very good.

I went into LL to inquire about flooring materials I had used in my basement. I wanted to extend the same flooring into another area. This area is small and I had almost a full box left of the previously used materials. The website showed a similar floor but I needed to confirm that it would work with the box I already had. They investigated and the flooring had a new manufacturer and the updates to that floor were enough to make the material unusable with new flooring. The colors had also changed enough to make a difference. Molly and Darrel at the Taylor store were beyond amazing. Not only were they knowledgeable, but they also located boxes of what I already had and could use. They saved me time and money. They were thorough and made sure that I had everything I needed before leaving that day. Thank you Darrel and Molly for making my experience easy and quick. I appreciate you both!

The rep was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with some samples. We got luxury vinyl plank. It was a very smooth process overall from the initial decision and the installation. The quality of the products is about the same as other brands.

Everything went smoothly. The guy at the store was very helpful. We purchased vinyl waterproof floor. It's of good quality and looks very nice.

Purchasing was fairly easy. We purchased COREtec and it's an excellent product. They did well with the installation after the first day and a little bit of miscommunication. In tearing out a little bit, they could have been a little bit more careful. But things happen. So, they took care of it. They're a good company. We haven't signed off yet. So, we're just waiting for the last few things to be touched up. But so far, they've done a good job and they've done everything they're supposed to do.

They're very helpful with picking out the right color and patterns. I was very pleased with them and with the one they did on our floor.

LL Flooring has just finished another installation. This is the third time that we've gone through them from previous houses. We recently got vinyl flooring, and I had it installed with their contractor. So far, the vinyl flooring looks good when it's installed. A few other pieces of baseboard had the finish stripped off and it's just white vinyl underneath, which one cannot repair. So, we just got a magic marker and sort of did that. The flooring seems to be of good enough quality. It's waterproof, and the installation was clean enough. I don't think there'd be too many problems with it.

I went into the store and the people there were very helpful. My order came in relatively quick but I haven't picked it up yet because I'm building the house. But they've been really good about keeping it there for me. They would call me every three or four weeks and say, "How you doing? Are you ready for it yet?" I would tell them, "No," and they would say, "Okay. Call me when you're ready." So they've been great about it.

I got some vinyl flooring and the quality is okay.

We looked at multiple companies. But the nice thing about LL was that they have a lot more on their walls than most of those places, so you could get a feel for the product. From the price standpoint, they were as good as anybody, if not better. We've purchased a number of different types of flooring from them, mostly wood floor. They were always very helpful. In fact, they stayed late so that I could pick it up after work. They did a great job for me. We’ve put wood floor all the way through our first floor in our old house. We've been pretty happy with the durability that we've seen. I put it in myself and it goes in easily. Also, we've got a dog that spins its wheels all over it all the time and it does just fine.

We’ve used them in the past and we were very happy with the business that we worked with on them. We put the flooring in my daughter's house three years ago and we have not had a bit of trouble with it. It looks as good as the day we put it in. This product we just bought seems like it's the same quality, if not better. We purchased the vinyl flooring, that snap together flooring, the underlayment, the padding that goes underneath it, the quarter round that goes around the baseboards. We also purchased some threshold strips, that transition from the doorway when you come in the house to into the house.

We bought the 12-millimeter Topsail from LL Flooring. So far, I love it. I put it in the whole house. We started last year and bought half of it. When we came back to our Florida home, we were surprised they still had it stocked so we bought it for the rest of the house. We went to the one store and we picked out flooring for our living room and dining room. Then we picked out a different flooring for our bedroom. But when we were buying it, the salesman never said anything. He just rang us all up. We paid. We got back and they started loading it. Then he said, “Now, you know you'll have to go to the other store to get the rest of this.” I went, “What?”

We haven't put the flooring in but the experience has been good. LL Flooring had a better product. Also, I enjoyed that they had that app where you can picture flooring in your own home. And when I had questions, and I called up to the store in Martinsburg, the gentleman answered every question. Even on the phone, he spent time trying to help me out. And when we went up there in person, purchased the flooring, he was the same gentleman there. He was phenomenal about answering the questions, showing us products, and trying to help us with figuring square footage, etc. So, he’s really good. Harley treated me like I was the most important customer there was, so I appreciated that. It has been a wonderful experience.

I went into the location at Pensacola, Florida and got some laminate flooring. I had to go back to pick it up then they did the installation. All the work they've done for me was great and done in a timely manner. The job took a shorter period of time than they initially anticipated and it was very professional, getting the job done in a one day process while it’s a two-day process. I love the flooring as well. It’s great.

LL Flooring was super helpful. They were willing to answer all of my questions. We wanted to redo the flooring to get some fresh stuff in the house. It was old, gross laminate. We ended up with vinyl because LL Flooring said it was a better quality. We were getting a dog. And there were kids. We wanted something super durable and waterproof.

The original floor was a year and a half old and then, a house fire happened so we're replacing it again. LL Flooring is still finishing up the floor right now. I can't give enough praise about the installers that they sent. I love the floor and everything about what they're doing in there. It's a father-and-son crew and they are the cleanest construction crew I've ever seen. They’re fantastic. Everything we've gotten from LL Flooring is awesome as well as the contractors and the salespeople.

The experience with LL Flooring was excellent and because of the product that they had, this is the second time I've been there. I wanted the same product for my other house. The reps are good people and know what they’re doing and talking about. I'm about two hours from Central Kentucky where my other house is located but I'm still working in Northeastern Kentucky and I bought it down there because I looked at some stuff up here trying to find something similar to what their product was and there wasn't any from my perspective. So, I went back to LL Flooring. I got exactly the same thing I put in the entire house there and this second time, I only put it in a bathroom and a bedroom. It has already been installed by a contractor that was doing some remodeling for me. I was very pleased with everything about the deal. The guys that I dealt with are great and they loaded the stuff up in my vehicle to haul it.

We have a condo at the beach, and the rugs were just getting whatever, so it was time. We have a handyman that has done a lot of stuff for us, and he sent us to LL Flooring, and we were happy with it. They knew exactly who he was. It worked for both of us. We went into the store so that we could look at the samples and talk with the agents. We picked the flooring out, and they had it in stock, which was wonderful for us. We didn't have to wait. We picked up the first load the day we walked in the store, then we even went back and got two more orders for our bedrooms. Ryan, our first agent, was great. He was away when we went in for the two other bedrooms and we dealt with a girl. We had good experiences with both of them. We got the luxury vinyl and did three bedrooms with it. Everything was fine.

We've always been happy with LL Flooring. We bought a couple of floors from them, and they were very helpful in the store. They were able to find us what we needed in several different stores. It would have been difficult for us to get it and they worked with us. They gave us a bit of a break on the delivery charge so that they could pick them up because they're in four different stores. We purchased 30 boxes of laminate flooring, but we ended up not needing them all and it was very easy to return the excess.

LL Flooring is good. I have been a customer for a couple of years, and I have a credit account. That's just easier. I recently purchased laminate flooring, and I haven't received it yet, but for the most part, the quality is good. Before this purchase though, I wasn't too happy with what I've purchased, but it's fine. I sold that house.

I purchased a vinyl wood looking floor. Originally, I went in for engineered hardwood, which is more expensive than the flooring I ended up getting. The reps were very good about explaining the difference, and it's nice that I ended up paying less.

The sales rep from the Ontario store was very helpful and knowledgeable, and I found what I was looking for. I did the True Grizzly Oak floors. It's good quality. I tested it for stain resistance, and it seems to be good. My maintenance department will be installing it.

I like the quality of the new flooring I got from LL Flooring.

I've gotten stuff from LL Flooring before, and quality's good. This time, the sales rep was really good, but the kind of stuff we really wanted wasn't in stock. The way stuff is now, you don't know whether you're gonna get the stock in next week or next year. That was unfortunate, but we picked out something that we could use. We got some of the waterproof flooring for our bathroom, and the reps in the store were very helpful in picking it out and very knowledgeable with their product. That really helped. It was real easy for me to do the install as well. It’s the kind of stuff I do.

It went smoothly with LL Flooring. I'm pretty satisfied.

LL Flooring's customer service was excellent. The only thing was the continuous calling. I finally had to tell the store to stop calling me, that I would call them. They should ask the customer when they should call back. They were trying to make a sale and probably just doing what they were told but riding me was kind of annoying. After the order got placed, I also felt the ball kind of got dropped a little bit. When I ordered the floor, they didn't tell me it was on backorder. So, it made it a little tricky to get. I had ordered stair treads too, which they didn't tell me were not going to be delivered with the floor. My contractor took delivery of it and was asking where the rest of it was. I had to call and find out. It was being sent to a different store, which was fine. It was on the way to the second house, so I could get it. Everything worked out great and everybody was very friendly.

When we have a project coming up, we go to LL Flooring. We've been buying from them for 20 years. We like one of the guys there, Zach, and we try to deal with him when we get a chance. He's very personable and really easy to work with. We got oak flooring. We didn't want anything manufactured and we’ve been very happy with it. I installed the same flooring last year in my master bedroom, and that worked great. My wife and I love it.

We bought vinyl plank flooring and when we went and picked it up, there were boxes that were damaged. We had to rifle through a bunch of stuff to get to the right pieces and hope that we had enough of the not broken stuff. The product was crappy. It was a lower-end item and so we got what we paid for. It was really hard to install and we DIY'd almost everything. It never clicked together well and didn't have much grace for any sort of sand underneath it. It would crack if there were any imperfections.

I recently purchased butcher block countertops. I had ordered from them previously and I had to make sure that my new one would match the existing countertops I had placed earlier so I sent them the previous product order. Everything was fine and I feel great about the quality.

I went online and looked at LL Flooring's sample colors and played around with the little app where you can put the floor in your room. Then I went into the store from there. Their rep gave very good assistance and stood there with me while I went back and forth between which colors I wanted. The rep was very patient and helpful. I love the floors. We've had them in right at a month now and so far, so good. I like the color. I got these light floors and they brighten up the room. So far, I love the way they look.

I purchased one of the COREtec floors from LL Flooring. I absolutely love it. The quality of it looks great. It's nice and thick. I love its pattern. Everybody I dealt with at the store was great, very informative, very friendly and very helpful. When I went to pick the flloring up, they were great about not putting too much weight in the vehicle. I would highly recommend them to anybody. The greatest thing was the computer app where you could put the floor in your room. A lot of people have it, but not everybody has it. LL's prices were very competitive as well.

I had a very good experience with LL Flooring. They were very punctual. They brought attention to my things that need to be taken care of and they cleaned up after themselves, but it was very quick and efficient. I like the selections that I saw at LL Flooring and their pricing was good. Initially, I was gonna have a guy that I use to put the floor in, and he wasn't going to be able to get to it for a while. So, I thought I would try having them install as well. Everything has been running late with the issues with deliveries. I sort of knew that but they kept in touch with me and I would check it and they gave me dates that the flooring would be in. Once the flooring was in, it was very quick to schedule. I certainly would you use LL again if I needed to.

I purchased laminate flooring from LL Flooring. I was looking for a specific item and trying to get it at the cheapest price, and they had a friends-and-family sale going on. I did the installation myself. It was cheap and the flooring was cheap, and it chipped a lot, and I couldn't really do anything about it at the time because I'm already halfway in it and I didn't have an option to kind of take anything back. It was kind of like they were not fitting properly so I was having a hard time trying to get them to line up properly. I would still recommend LL. I had a great experience with them. The people were very helpful. I also got a 10% discount for friends and family that day, which was awesome. I ended up getting them for like 89 cents a square foot. I've purchased the cheaper set, so I can't really expect a whole lot of stuff.

We went with LL Flooring because of the guy that came. We were super impressed with him and we felt like we were safe with him. But all of a sudden, we couldn't get in contact with him to find out if somebody was going to come and do our flooring. He wouldn’t return a text and a call. It was kind of a disaster. I called LL Flooring and told them I couldn’t get ahold of the people who were contracting this and that I need my floors done. They really got after it.

Everything was easy. They were great with explaining everything that we needed to do and helped us load the truck.

I have been buying all my flooring from LL Flooring for 20 years and I've been very satisfied.

I love the flooring. I bought it two years ago, and I had it in a room on the back. They make it in a 7mm, and sometime in the past year or so, they went to an 8mm. It's just 1mm thicker, and I don't know if it would match up to click in. Fortunately, LL Flooring had some 7mm left over from when I bought my first batch, but the price on the 7mm was higher than the price on the new one that was thicker. Other than that, they sold me the product, and the quality is real good. The salesmen were great too. They loaded my vehicle, and they helped me in every way. I had a great experience.

I got a representative I go through that I get a discount for being a contractor. I shop out of the Little Rock store, and they’ve always been very accommodating and very helpful. Overall, I’ve always had good experience and good product, and I've never had any problems. When I've had an issue, they worked with me to resolve it, and they've been good to work with.

This is my first purchase at the Braintree, MA location, and the reps did excellent service. The movers were excellent too. Everything was great. I would definitely use LL Flooring again.

We did vinyl flooring through LL Flooring. We liked all the options but we settled on one of them. We like the product a lot. It's very good quality so far. We have two dogs and we haven't had any problems with the flooring. Overall, we had a really good experience. We like the customer service.

I got the Tranquility resilient flooring from LL Flooring. I bought it in Spokane Valley in Washington, but they didn't have it all in stock and my brother was on his way to Oregon and coming back and they had it in stock in Portland. He ended up picking it up. Both stores were great. The guys in the Spokane store were awesome. I love the guy that we bought our flooring from. He was so helpful. He even let me take the full big thing home to look at and try it all over the house. Then I took it back the next morning and he said, “Good news and bad news. We have some in stock but not all of it.” My sister-in-law was there and she said, “We're going to Oregon tomorrow. Do they have any in Milwaukee or Portland?” He said, “Yes, we do. And not only will you get your military discount, you don't have to pay taxes either.”

Working with LL Flooring was a good experience overall. I ordered the Seaside Oak laminate flooring online. It arrived on time, and it's exactly what I ordered. The flooring is phenomenal.

I went to the LL Flooring store and their reps were very pleasurable, educating, and not pushy. They seemed to be price competitive and they provide a good one year warranty for follow-on work. I did ceramic tile flooring on our inner house. The installation team came early and finished on time. I worked with them to make sure they did the installation as I wanted. They were very thorough. We love our new flooring.

We've done a couple of projects with LL Flooring. We've had good luck with their salespeople. They know their products and they gave good suggestions for us. We've got floating floors a couple of times with them, the snap and clicks in. We're just wrapping the one up in our TV room. Everything went really well. The product was good. When it all snaps together, it makes a nice floor. All in all, it looks really good.

The sales team at LL Flooring was great. There was no pressure at all. They let us look at all their products, from tile to hardwood floors to what we picked out. They explained the process and how good the product was. We had the flooring installed by them and had one little glitch. One of the installers had a death in the family the day they were supposed to be there. We worked around it and got it rescheduled for a couple days later. The installers had sent a gentleman, Junior from Austin, to install. I told him I got heavy furniture, and one person could not move it. He said, “I’ll do this. I’ll be back tomorrow.” He brought his father and between Junior and his father, they did a very beautiful job. They were so careful with my furniture and putting everything back the way it should be. Whoever gets Junior and his father to install, they’re mastering something. I love the flooring. It's beautiful. It made both rooms look so much bigger and pretty.

We had to go to three different stores to get seven boxes of hardwood flooring. We stopped at the first store and the guy there who I think was the manager helped us locate all seven boxes and we got them all in the same day. The flooring was reasonably priced and it looks awesome. The wood has excellent quality.

A young lady took care of me most of the time and she was very pleasant. I had several people follow up on my initial visit and make sure I was still interested in the product. I looked at a number of products and I settled on a bamboo product because of its versatility. I'm remodelling my kitchen right now, so we'll utilize it in that. I’ll need to pick up the product tomorrow and bring it home. I wanna acclimate it to the interior of the home.

The staff at LL Flooring were very helpful and they worked with me in loads of different ways. I bought luxury vinyl plank floors and I couldn't take everything at once. They told me to just come back and that they would keep my purchase for me. I've got three boxes left, which I want to take back, then I'm gonna need more. Their staff was good at guesstimating some of the stuff. But on the quarter round, he said, "Just take a bunch and you can bring it back." I've gotten way too much. I installed the flooring and it's a great product. It worked out really good.

We liked the way we were treated at LL Flooring. We purchased flooring from them for an entire house up in North Carolina last year, had that installed, and it turned out perfect. So we were super pleased and we decided to buy from them again. This time, we got vinyl flooring and I like the selection that they have. They always have a large selection. But in this case, we needed something dark because I was matching the rest of the floors. They’ve been very accommodative purchase-wise in terms of guiding us through the process and recommending the best products. We will buy there again. Compared to other companies, I'd recommend LL Flooring because of the price difference and there's no lack in quality. There is really no difference from another flooring store that’s more expensive.

On January 14, 2022 we had our new floors installed by the LL Flooring contractor. Beware that working with LL Flooring you have to pay in full before the job has even started. Our marble mantle is now chipped and has a crack going from the front to the back. While the mantle is our main concern, most of the bottom door jams are all hacked up and there are large gaps between the floor and bottom of the door frame. We have talked with Joel the installer, store manager Chris as well as 4 different people in the home office. I have sent emails with itemized lists as well as the specific pictures that they requested. The first three I have not heard back from even after sending another to each asking for confirmation that they got the list and pictures. Not one of them responded.

We purchased some laminate flooring, then we purchased some vinyl planking, and a bar top. LL Flooring's reps were great and so far, the quality of their product is good. We were looking for something that looked like reclaimed wood, so we were really happy with it.

I got vinyl planks from LL Flooring and when we had it installed in the bedrooms, the installers laid down the padding, did the floors, then put the transition. The flooring is beautiful and I've had them for two weeks now. During my purchase, the options that LL Flooring had were all good and the prices were reasonable. Also, the gentleman that helped me that day was very informative. I bought a little too much, then I took it back and got a refund. That was a smooth transaction as well.

I bought Eco Performance Sagrada Oak vinyl hybrid planks from LL Flooring. They had plenty of options and were very helpful. The product was there and ready to go. They had it out back before we were even around the back to get it and the gentleman that helped me out seemed to know what he was doing.

LL Flooring is the place to go. They had a wider assortment of floors and we ordered Bella hardwood flooring from them. We looked at several places and they had what we wanted. They were cordial, very patient, and really helpful. They were nice people to deal with.

LL Flooring had something that we wanted and we got 10% off by signing up for the newsletter. When we went in and looked at the product, it was even prettier than the picture on the computer and their customer service was wonderful. The young lady went hunting down the sample because it was not on the showroom floor. She was very helpful and she explained things. We ended up picking up DH Hot Springs Hickory which is waterproof laminate and it was on sale. It was only $1.69 a board and I got 10% off the entire order. So that got plowed back in and we bought a teak cutting board. It was an $87.84 discount, which dropped the price down over $100. I have a 24 by 26 foot kitchen dining area where the flooring was put in and it goes down the hallway as well, from the kitchen to the bedroom.

I was looking for ceramic tiles that looked like wood. I went to the showroom of LL Flooring, saw the tile with the color of the ones that was the closest to the hardwood floor that we have, took a picture, and brought it back to my wife. She said, "Okay," so I called back and placed the order through the phone. It was quick and easy. The install was completed about an hour ago and it looks fantastic. Everything's been great with LL Flooring. I went back to a different location to get an extra box and I experienced the same thing.

The guys at LL were really nice and they provided good service. They did a bid for me and no one else could match the bid. The rep kept following up with me and did a really good job. He really worked hard for that order, and I gave it to him. I had them put in pre-finished Brazilian cherry 3/4" wood floor. The installers were very nice and they did a good job.

I got vinyl flooring from LL Flooring in Asheville. Their reps were good and I’d tell others that they need to try them.

I purchased vinyl flooring products in-store and had a very good sales rep. LL Flooring did the installation for us and it took them about six hours to do the three rooms. The flooring is very nice.

I was very happy with the service that I got from LL Flooring. I had the ceramic floor put in the kitchen that looks like gray wood flooring but it’s actually tile and we really like it. Their reps were very good and everything they said came to pass. They told me it would be a while before I got the product and they would let me know when it came in. And they did. Then they let me know when they would be out to deliver it. The installer was a very good young man and the quality of the flooring is great. My wife had a little issue with a little bit of grout that came up, so he came out and took care of it. And she’s happy as can be now. All in all, people should check LL Flooring out because you're not going to beat them as far as what they say.

These people are liars and don't provide any help. I purchased flooring and 2 sets of stair threads. The stair threads arrived 2 months before the floors. I had the stairs installed and now they don't match. They refuse to do anything about it. They say color is not covered under warranty and the stairs are accessories (whatever that means). I have two different colors of floors and they won't do anything.

We had vinyl waterproof plank flooring put down in our family room. Working with their reps was excellent. But with having it delivered, there was a bit of confusion on our end. I thought somebody was going to bring the product into the room where it was being installed but they just showed up with one guy and the flooring was all in a pallet. Otherwise, everything was as stated. We were happy from going to the store and ordering from the salesperson.

LL Flooring has been good and I don't go any place else. I get good prices and they work with me very well. The only problem that I had was trying to get the contractor to set a date with me. I ordered the flooring in October and it wasn't installed until the 27th of December. That took away all my plans because everything was out of the house and that disappointed me. But the guy and the company that put it in were great.

I got the vinyl plank flooring from LL Flooring and we're very satisfied. We had carpet in two of the older bedrooms. We decided to put the vinyl plank flooring in there because it would be waterproof. The installation was great. They came in. The two rooms, they got done in less than a day. They cleaned up everything and really left it nice and neat and had moved some of the furniture for us. We just had a very positive experience and this is the second time we had used them. We're happy the first time and had wood flooring put in and then this when we had the vinyl plank flooring put in. Both times, it was great.

LL provided one-stop shopping and I didn’t have to worry about anything. It was overall the best and most accommodating option for me. The reps were all good. They outlined everything I wanted to know and showed me different types of flooring. I had the color that I wanted. So I was happy. I purchased vinyl flooring for my kitchen. There was only one installer but his work was better than two or three guys. He was quick. He was a true craftsman. I was amazed. I couldn’t believe how fast and good he was.

We like the product that we got from LL Flooring. I really wanted hardwood, but they didn't have it in stock and we needed it right away. So we got the manufactured one and it looks good. I'm happy we did it. We had the flooring installed by the Amish Guys and they usually do great work for us but there are a few spots in the floors now that are kind of loose. It's an old building and the flooring had to be glued together. I'm hoping that that's not going to be a problem down the road but it is what it is. It’s worked so far and we'll keep an eye on it and let LL Flooring know if there is a problem.

LL Flooring is local and accessible for me to get the material I needed. I got vinyl laminate flooring and I had someone repairing my house so they installed it. I love it. The process with LL was also easy. The guy who helped me did a great job and was giving me advice so I was satisfied with it.

When I went, the guy was very nice. I picked out my floors. Everything was great. It came within two weeks. Everything was fine except we were missing a box when my husband went to pick up the floors and one whole box was damaged. So, we have to order two boxes right now, one that they forgot to do and we had ordered for, and that other one because it was damaged.

We've used LL Flooring for years. I haven't had any problems with them. We recently purchased the vinyl, snap together, flooring. So far, we’ve had really good luck with the quality of the flooring. I did the installation myself and it was really easy.

I went to the LL Flooring store and I got laminate flooring. Installation looks good. Everything's great. The installers called ahead and let me know they were gonna be here. They showed up, did the work efficiently, had me do a walkthrough afterwards, made sure I was happy and cleaned up all their trash and extra boxes when they left. The only thing I'm not excited about is the transition from the laminate to the carpet. I don't think they fixed it down securely enough. Also, if you're considering LL, order early because it takes a while to get the installation scheduled.

LL Flooring was very good with their customer service and getting the job done. They were good in communicating if they had to do something else to the floor. The workmanship was good, too.

I just bought an extra box of flooring from LL Flooring. We put the original floor in about 10 years ago and we had some water damage underneath the refrigerator that had leaked. So, I bought it to replace the flooring because it had all messed it up. As far as the people from LL, they're very helpful. They do what they say they're gonna do. The prices are okay, too.

The driftwood hickory flooring I got from LL Flooring has pretty good quality. Their reps were helpful. The prices keep going up though. Overall, our expeerience was very good

I've done business with LL Flooring for years. The purchasing experience was wonderful. They put luxury vinyl plank flooring on the first level of a townhouse I owned. The installer that they connected me with was very prompt with communication, and the workers that did the actual work were professional and pleasant to work with and they did an excellent job. The new flooring is very nice. We love it.

We purchased the Bellawood 100yr warranty solid Brazilian Cherry floors. We had them installed by the people Lumber Liquidators sent to do the job. Two years later the floor pushed up and made an inch high ridge in the middle of the floor. LL said there wasn’t any Bellawood anywhere in the US and they weren’t responsible because they didn’t install it. I reminded them yes, they did send the installer and my flooring had a 100yr warranty. I explained we were trying to sell our house and would not be able to do so with the gigantic hump in the master bedroom floor.

We purchased pre-finished engineered hardwood flooring from LL Flooring. The purchase was made in two locations, one in Woodbridge, and the other one in Staten Islands. We had to go to Staten Island because we were short on my original order. They had told me that they had more products in the Staten Island location, and to go pick it up there rather than wait for delivery. I was very happy with the quality of the flooring. We had no issues with the installation. I like the whole overall process, the ease of selecting the products, scheduling the deliveries, receiving the delivery, coordinating to get more products. There was also no damaged product in the boxes. It’s exactly what we expected we were getting is what we got. Very satisfied.

I bought water-resistant floating floors for the house back in Kansas City and vinyl for the house down here. I installed myself and so far, the quality has been good. The young lady who helped me the first time was awesome. She works at the Lee's Summit store, fills in there on the weekends when they need help.

I’ve used LL Flooring about seven times now and the staff has been fantastic. They were very helpful and understood everything that I was talking about. They were more than accommodating when I needed to pick up the product. I used to work for ProSource and their Tranquility product that LL Flooring carries is wonderful. It snaps together nicely. It’s a nice, heavy product and it’s waterproof. I'm very pleased with everything that they told me about the product. So, as a consumer, that's what I’d tell my friends and my fellow people.

Don't expect your "Scheduled" flooring installation date to happen "On-Schedule"..it likely won't!! If LL Flooring can't provide the service DON'T take the business!! I have had my flooring-install "Rescheduled" twice so far...and at the last minute. I am sitting in my home having hired two guys to put furniture in a moving van, took the dog and cat at the kennel, all my work equipment (computer/software) ready to move, children's toys stored in the van in boxes along with the television. Hotel reservations set. And this morning (Monday) the floor installers were a no-show!! I called the installation company and was told they rescheduled the install to Wednesday (they had emailed me on Saturday they claimed, less than 36 hours in advance, I may have missed it because I was packing!!). No phone call, no conversation, just a no-show. I got a bid from Home Depot and Empire Flooring and chose LL Flooring because I thought I could trust the service. I don't anymore and either should you!

The purchase process was great in LL Flooring's West Chicago location and the rep was phenomenal. I purchased vinyl planks as well as the underlayment, and the flooring I chose is beautiful. I was having problems ordering it online but I went into the store and they were able to honor the Black Friday sale prices, which was excellent because I couldn't find another flooring like it anywhere else. I was excited that they were able to do that for me. I have yet to have my flooring installed. There was quite a significant delay, but understandable, given the crazy world we're living in now. The installers are coming next Tuesday to install the flooring.

LL Flooring's price was reasonable. They also had a local store near my location and felt like things were right for me. The purchasing process was all done online. I had the option to have the laminate floor shipped to their location. The first purchase was definitely great. The second time wasn't that great because when I called the store up a week later, I said, "Have you received the shipment?" They said, "Yeah, it's here." I said, "Why didn't you guys call me?" They really had no explanation. Then, in the end, I ended up with something extra. When I took it back, the guy in the store just wasn't really very helpful. His attitude wasn't that great. But I didn't take anything personally. I thought maybe he was having a bad day. But the product looks amazing. We're extremely happy with it.

Their customer service was very good. I went to one of the stores and took a look at the product, the three-quarter-inch oak and the coloring and the people were very helpful. They came in and they did it in a day, and they stayed late to do it so that they wouldn't have to turn around and come back, which is a positive for everybody. Because that way, we didn't have to have builders in the house for two days. It was really neat. The guys were really good. They were a Hispanic crowd. There wasn't really a language barrier. We managed to talk through.

We recently moved here to Fort Myers from West Palm and we had an LL Flooring by us in West Palm when we did the floors in that home and it came out very nice. So, when we came over here, we contacted the closest one. Everything went well. ​About a month and a half ago, we did the bedrooms and they were the vinyl plank waterproof. Then, this past two weeks, we did the entire first floor with the waterproof vinyl plank as well. The quality of the flooring is excellent. It's really nice.

I had hardwood flooring installed and I'm very satisfied with the whole process with LL. Everything was done the way it was said it was going to be.

I talked with a very knowledgeable staff member at LL Flooring's Erie store and we went through every type of flooring and the pricing. He was very transparent about the pricing, what the values were, what I was looking for, and the different underlayment options for me. You're leery when you purchase something off of a two-square-foot block in the store and you get a little bit concerned. But I looked at the website and the room visualizer was helpful to get an idea and make a decision. I can kind of take a picture and change the flooring.

It was a good experience with LL Flooring and I liked the way the payment was arranged.

I used LL Flooring approximately 10 years ago at a different house that I owned and I love their product. This time, I decided to use their installers and they were fantastic to work with. It took time because I had a moisture issue in the slab. I couldn't go with the engineered hardwood and the installers leveled with me. They were upfront and we discussed how it could be done. The best thing to do was lay something that wasn't going to absorb the moisture.

We went to the store and we were informed that LL Flooring would go on sale. We went back and ordered the vinyl plank that we needed. The people were very helpful in the Woodbury New Jersey store which was the third time that we ordered from there. So far, we are very satisfied with the flooring. We have actually started on the bathroom and then ordered it in our dining room and living room. Now, we ordered it for our family room. Overall, the company is one of the cheapest and has good quality flooring. Exceptional, so satisfied.

I had two floors installed by LL Flooring and not happy at all. The installer on the second floor put the transition strips down wrong and they popped up and I needed to fix myself at my cost because it's been over a year and they won't do anything about it. Now the first floor is an abomination. The person that installed the second floor pointed out that the installer installed it wrong. He did not start from the baseboard heat side and that left a 1 inch gap and could not add the floor to the wall. I never noticed until it was pointed out to me. I should have checked more after it was installed and again LL Flooring would not do anything about it because a year passed. I had two bad installers now. I would not recommend these people to install even in a dog house and would never recommend LL Flooring to anyone who loves their home. Home Depot has a lifetime installation warranty.

We purchased laminate flooring and the only issue with the purchase was with the delivery. When it was supposed to be here, it had not been put on the truck and we had to wait for an additional week. Other than that, we like the floor.

The reps have been very good. Everybody's been cooperative and had no problems. We had LL Flooring do our bathroom floors with the engineered vinyl plank before Christmas. Now, we still got a big project of wood floors in the kitchen, dining room, living room, and the hall that's coming up later. There are two little spots where the installers put the vinyl floor down that need repair. People told me they use a wood filler. It's right at the baseboard and just didn't cover it. The baseboards weren't up until after they left. I've taken the baseboards down to refinish and put them back up because I hate quarter round. It was only a half inch with width and quarter round is three quarters. But they knew it was just baseboard. It’s one of those things that look like it probably was gonna be okay under the baseboard and stuck out a little. I’d love the installer to fix it. But if they can’t, I will. I'd already figured out a way to do it but it'd be better for them to do it.

I bought some vinyl tiles and I'm very happy with the quality. I did a lot of research beforehand and when I went in and told LL Flooring’s reps what I wanted, within 20 minutes, I was loaded and gone. I've recommended them already to a couple of people because it was so easy. The guys were extremely helpful and did not balk when I told them that I was going to be doing the work myself. We went over a couple of questions that I had and they did not treat me any different than I would expect them to treat anybody else. So, I was very pleased with that. I'm not a young girl anymore but I'm a small girl and people sometimes look at me like I'm crazy when I tell them the kind of work that I will do. It's not my job and not once did I get a hint of, “Yeah, right” from them. I appreciate stuff like that.

I have installed four different floorings from Lumber Liquidators over the past decade. I’m totally happy with the product. The quality is good, except for the one product that I did. In another house that I own, I put another flooring in the basement. It turned out to be the laminated flooring with a lot of formaldehyde in it. But I got compensated for that and that was what I used to buy this flooring for my current basement. It's a vinyl flooring made to look like wood. I’d probably do it again after this one.

Everything went great. The salesperson and the guy that works on the warehouse were good. They were easy to work with. So, I will get more floors from there. I had some trouble with the treads. They had a bit of dings in there. But besides that, everything was fine.

A friend stopped in because he was looking for new flooring for his kitchen, and was very pleased with the product, and has since expanded to two other rooms in his house. I fell in love with a particular travertine flooring tile that he has. I went down the store, made an appointment, and had one of their installers come by. The local personnel are very friendly. They talk to you and smile like your friend. And since, I went online. They have a nice feature where you can take a picture of your room. That was very helpful. 8 millimeters for these travertine tiles. It's a great, sturdy product. It’s nonstick, and the durability is unbelievable. I initially ordered it November 12th, and did a downpayment. LL Flooring said mid-February. But I understand, maybe sooner, because they have hired an additional installer.

We went to the store and we didn't know exactly what we wanted. The girl explained to us the different types of flooring. We gave her the square feet. And she figured it out by the box. We're very close on exactly what she said, because we had two large rooms to do. We had the flooring put down and the glue was good. We had just a bit of glue leftover. So, we were happy with that. The flooring seems to be a good quality. We like it. It feels good when we walk on it. And LL's delivery service was very good. They brought it in for us. They had a delay in the truck in Houston. They called and told us all about that. So it just came a day or two days late. And that was fine, as long as we knew about it. Because we had an installer lined up to put it in. They were very good. And the truck driver was good.

LL Flooring's reps were very professional and helpful. If I had questions, they answered them. One of them was on lunch, the other one took over for him. They already had what we needed for our square footage. And it was three weeks after I initially bought it that the guy came in and installed it, which took as long as they said it would. And the guy was very nice. His helper was, too. It went well. The finished product looks great. I’ll buy it again.

I wanted the same bamboo flooring that LL Flooring put in so I called them. The only materials that they had in stock were all the way up in Lynchburg, Virginia. LL Flooring had good pricing and their reps were very nice. The person that scheduled my material was very knowledgeable and helpful. The quality of the flooring was very good and it was easy to install in the living room area.

LL Flooring had a better deal than a major home store. The management that helped me out was very positive and supportive. But some of the other employees that were there need to relook at customer service support. I got vinyl flooring and underlayment that goes underneath the floor and the quarter round trim. We're installing the product and I like it. I would recommend this company because of the support I got from the management, the pricing, and the quality of the floor.

A friend of ours in the neighborhood bought flooring from LL Flooring and said that the price was really good. I found a flooring online and I really liked the color of it. LL Flooring carried that so we went over and looked at samples. We were delighted to find that the vinyl flooring was marked down so we ordered it that day. It's a new product that's made in Germany. It's called Duravana seven-millimeter hybrid resilient flooring. We were really worried that it would take forever to get our product. But they delivered the product in four weeks. The ordering and the delivery of our flooring and everything that went with it went off without a hitch.

I was looking for some floors to be put down. We wanted a handy person to come in and do them. They never responded. I was looking at a competitor and I couldn't find what I wanted there. My sister told me to look at Lumber Liquidators and so I did. I had a selection there and it was hands down. There was a free estimate and I signed up for that.

When we came in, I ordered the flooring and I put 1,000 down. Then, when it came in, I went to pay the balance on my LL card and they had problems with the machines. It was trying to do it twice, which there wasn't room for. I was there with the truck to pick up the order and because of all their chaos with the computer, they wouldn't let me take it. Even for the amount that I already paid for, I didn't end up getting it. It was all weird. Everything was a problem and nobody could help me. The manager wasn't there and they couldn't handle it.

In the past, we had real hardwood floor and it was recommended by a carpenter. The durability has been fine. It's just that my husband has to use a recliner. Now, the hardwood floor has gotten pretty scuffed, and I didn't think of vinyl plank then. I got samples from LL and then I couldn't take those back. I had them for a few days and I went to order the floor. Because of the COVID, they weren't taking returns, and so that was a very good move for commercial companies to go that far with infection control. I was impressed. Then I don't always have someone to stay with my husband. Meeting my daughter there after work as well with her schedule so I could have her input was a plus. We've got vinyl plank and it's been very good so far.

Lied to and cheated! Can't leave no stars so I gave them one for a total of Two Stars because they at least tried to do the work as scheduled and would have finished if they sent a crew that knew what they were doing. I had wood and LVP flooring installed. The CoreLux LVP is junk. The edges do not firmly interlock very well causing some tiles to lift higher than the adjacent tile and this is with over $5k (more than doubling the labor) in "custom floor leveling" to ensure the product lays flat and level. It does not lay flat so it looks like lots of pencil lines on the floor and has a texture that leave the floor feeling gritty and dirty no matter how much scrubbing one does to the tiles.

We love the flooring. It's beautiful. The price was right too. I had used LL Flooring in our old house and it was a good experience. It was another great experience when I went there. The gentleman that loaded everything into our car was wonderful, too.

LL Flooring is a great place to shop for flooring. We like the quality and the fact that they have a wide variety as well. I have installed the same laminate flooring before and it's easy to install.

I got LL Flooring's mid-range vinyl plank flooring. There's padding on the bottom and a little extra thickness on the top layer. The quality has been great. LL Flooring did a good job.

I bought two, red oak stair treads for a remodel. The quality is excellent. I live 40 miles away from the LL Flooring store, but nobody had those big stair treads but them. Overall, it was a good experience.

We weren't very satisfied with some of the products. We hired a contractor and the installation wasn't that good. There's a lot that we have to replace because of the chipping. We're waiting for Lumber Liquidators to give us a call because they are going to warranty us out some.

I purchased online, and having the free samples is one of the best things about LL Flooring. I chose the samples and the fact that you can pick them up and they mail them to you is fantastic. My contractor lives close to the showroom, and he picked up the flooring. They loaded it onto his truck, and when he was ready to do it, he just brought it. It was great. I hardly had to do anything except call and pay for the flooring. I did two rooms with the waterproof planks that pop together like a puzzle, and the padding is good. The price was very reasonable too. I have a teenage son and all his friends running in and out of my house all the time. That's why I wanted to buy something that was a little more sturdy, and there's been no scratches, warping, and nothing that popped up. It's fantastic.

LL Flooring had everything I needed when I got there and things went smoothly. I did the installation myself and for the most part, I had no problem. Everything's still good to go now and my wife loves it. I'm all good for it.

The material on the bathroom flooring that we got sucked, and we're not happy. LL Flooring discontinued it, and now I know why. Usually, I go with the discontinued ones because it's cheaper, and I've never had any issues with them before. I had gotten flooring from them earlier last year and I liked the flooring. Plus, the price was good, and it was easy to do.

I purchased over the phone with a customer care representative and it was super easy. The gentleman that helped me had my order delivered to the store nearest to me. I got the underlay and 12 boxes of vinyl flooring, and it's all installed. The only thing that was a little difficult was getting them to snap in together. The videos on LL Flooring's website make it look like it snaps in easily, and that is a little misleading. Other than that, once you get them snapped in, it's easy. I would definitely recommend LL Flooring.

The old part of my house was built in 1790 and I had a local lumber place that I get some six-inch boards from. I put that down, then I have to turn around and sand it and go through the whole process. I said, "All right. I'm not doing that again." When I came across the fact that I can put the flooring down all finished, that was a big game changer. The room I'm sitting in, I did it with Lumber Liquidators' cherry wood, and it's roughly 12 x 25. It's the oldest one, which is 20 some odd years old, and it looks like it was just put down yesterday. I also did my living room, and it's in oak.

Purchasing from LL Flooring was very easy. I knew what I was going for. One of the guys there did explain a few different things so I did get some more information while I was there. I usually do most of my purchasing online. I did do my first few purchases from LL over the phone, but that was back when their system wasn't quite as advanced. The laminate flooring is good, and we bought a ton of it. They're for three rooms and a smaller room. I did the installation myself, and I didn't use the underlayment. It didn't work for me, so I just glued it down and it worked great.

That was a big thing for me because I went through 10 samples in total over six months as I was also doing a bathroom in a different laminate. The person came out and did an estimate. I liked the price and the person and so we went ahead and got the job done. The nice part about it is I'm a self-doer and so I did a lot of the stuff. I ripped out all the carpet and the baseboards and it was good for me because I could take the $600 off the top and they worked with me on that.

I spoke to the customer service in person and they gave me some great information and ideas. I picked my flooring and then I wasn't ready at that time to purchase, but they gave me all the information I needed. Then I went ahead and ordered the laminate flooring online and picked it up at a store. The warehouse staff was amazing. They helped me load everything and they were very cautious with the materials. Then I contracted somebody else to install it. It's beautiful. It's perfect. LL Flooring gave me the right amount of flooring to put in, but I ordered a little extra just in case, so now, I have extra that I need to return.

LL Flooring was cheaper and so we purchased flooring online then we went to the store to pick it up. Half of it has been installed and it looks nice. Once we get to know it, it's easy to put together.

With LL Flooring, the materials are too cheap. I’m too fancy. I just thought everything was very poor quality. I looked at a few different things. I originally went in looking at bamboo flooring. I didn't realize it wasn't solid bamboo, it was engineered. I also looked at vinyl plank and I was interested in the cork flooring. But when I actually got it, it's horrible. It is literally like a laminate. It was not what I was expecting at all. So, I decided to go with a local place and do red oak hardwood finish on site. I just got samples from LL Flooring. I did an online purchase, and I did South Bend, Indiana. They pretty much have what I needed there. The representatives were good. It’s just the products weren't what I was looking for. If you're budget conscious, use LL but don't use them if you are looking for something a little bit higher end.

LL Flooring has great prices, great selection, and easy people to work with. Everything was good. No boxes were damaged. It’s a beautiful floor. I am very happy with it. I've been using LL for a couple years now. Their prices always seem to be a little bit better than everybody else's and I like the quick turnaround time if we're getting products in.

The parts were available and wrapped, and the paperwork was ready. The quality of the product is very good. Out of 200 linear feet, there's only about one inch of damage. So, it was pretty good.

The only interaction I had with the salesperson was great and she helped us through the whole process. We had to order the flooring and when it came in, we were notified right away. So that was fairly flawless. The flooring’s quality is good and I like it.

The online experience was pretty good. The only negative thing that I ran into was that a whole box of what I was sent had been damaged. But other than that, it was pretty good. Customer service was good all the way around. The quality of the flooring product I got was okay. It came with a pad, but I felt like I needed to purchase another. So, I purchased the pad with it.

I made an order online a few weeks ago. It was not complicated at all. It's just the time that it's taking and their communication. I called LL Flooring's customer service to set up the delivery and a lady said she was supposed to send me a delivery. They said it was gonna be here on the 30th but it's already November 2nd and they haven't showed up. They're supposed to let me know. They usually send you an email about your order status but when I go to check online, the website doesn't give you any information about it. You have to always call and sometimes, you can't do that. I can't be calling people or answering calls very often. I really need my flooring.

The flooring from LL Flooring was the perfect color and came with the padding attached. We did the installation ourselves and overall, it was very easy. We encountered a couple of boards that maybe the end was chipped on it but it was only a few boards out of the 35 boxes of what we bought.

But I’ve still got four boxes left and I’ve been trying to get it returned so that I can get a refund on that or a back credit for what we have spent so far.

When I got my order, they gave me the wrong flooring. I wanted dark color flooring and they gave me light color. But we used it anyhow and after we put it down, I liked it. Also, their rep gave me the money back for the price difference when I let them know they gave me the wrong order. But there was one guy who was really fussing and he was real rude. I'd tell others to not purchase at LL Flooring and to go elsewhere.

I was looking for some luxury vinyl plank flooring that wasn't just the wood look. I spoke with a representative first in the store to get an idea. They were real informative and helpful when I went in there. They answered any questions I had and didn't seem perplexed by what I was trying to figure out. I ordered it online a few months later and I like the floor that I received. It looks good.
