LL Flooring had lots of options, and it was almost overwhelming, but I narrowed it down. They have a good selection. We purchased the vinyl plank flooring, and we were very pleased with it. I love the quality. We were especially pleased with the installers that did it. They were very good, efficient, and fast, and I really liked them. We had to get some extra material at one point, and LL was good about making sure we got what we needed. We had some stuff left over that we were able to return, and there was no problem with that, so we were very satisfied. Overall, I'm happy with how everything was done, and I'm glad it's done.

I feel like LL Flooring products are competitively priced and of good value. They're good quality. We went up to Floor & Decor, but everything seemed overpriced there. I said, "Let's just go with LL Flooring where we've been going in prior years." Recently, we purchased LVP. We checked on it to make sure it was a stock in store because we had the same product we had purchased a few years ago. When we realized that it was in stock, my husband went up to the store and purchased it on the spot there and got it the same day. We put the same LVP in our basement. We were so impressed by the quality that we decided to put it in our bedroom. We had no problems using it. We both love that it doesn't have that kind of hollow plastic sound to it.

I got some wood flooring from LL Flooring. I ordered it online and I picked it up at the store. LL has a very good website. It gives good information. I'm happy right now with the quality of the flooring. Overall, the service is good. I would recommend LL.

We purchased laminate flooring from LL Flooring. I got from them before too and I like them. The quality is very good. Their customer service is also good. They're very knowledgeable. They helped me a lot.

We were able to pick up the floor, and LL Flooring got it in for us. They're even saving some extra for us ‘cause we decided to add another room on to what we were gonna do. We have the red oak, and everything other than the molding has been fine. The molding that we got does not work. My husband tried numerous times and for hours trying to get it to click into place. He tried everything, but it won't click in. We are not satisfied with that at all. Other than that, everything went really good.

I purchased new flooring (a bit of linoleum and carpet) and baseboards, and the sales representative was very knowledgeable and straightforward in helping me. There were no additional fluff. He got me exactly in the right track of what I was looking for. LL Flooring had a good variety of selections, and the quality of the flooring was great.

I've had a good experience with LL Flooring. We purchased luxury vinyl. The rep was nice, helpful and informative. The installers were also knowledgeable and they did a good job. It took one day and they had to come back the next day for a couple of hours and finish it. So far, the quality of the product seems to be good. It was a good choice. I was satisfied with the price too. We also got some no-interest financing, for 18 months.

We bought some vinyl plank flooring to install in the whole house from LL Flooring. We worked with a girl named Bonnie and she was fabulous. Took her time, explained all the products, and we ended up with the product we're satisfied with. We had an idea we wanted the vinyl plank flooring, just not what color or style. She helped us go through the different products.

I purchased vinyl flooring from LL Flooring. The installation was good. So far, the quality of the product is good.

The personnel was very helpful. They explained everything and helped me load the flooring up in the car. The floor is nice. It's going in exactly how the video says. The quality seems great. Overall, I'm very happy with it.

LL Flooring is a good company. Our rep, Bryan, was knowledgeable. He was truthful about when things were gonna come in. He was very honest that it probably would not be done before Christmas. The crew that they had that installed it knew what they were doing. They did an awesome cleanup. They were very cordial and on top of everything. I love the floor.

The sales staff and the delivery man were top-notch. LL Flooring had a lot of flooring to choose from, but the Tobacco Road Acacia was what caught our eye and we wanted it. It was most expensive in the store. I installed it myself and it was easy to work with. However, the quality control wasn't quite as good as it should have been on the floor. Some of the ends weren't square. You put your boards together and they wouldn't square in the board. I even worked on sanding some of them down to get them looking square. It was so bad. But the flooring looks good. We like it. Everybody brags on it.

A few years back we had two of our rooms done with LL Flooring. It was such a good product. It was a pleasant and a seamless process as well. We were able to go back now and do the remaining two rooms of our home. I was trying to find the same floor that we had and we had a box left. I was able to go on their website and see that they still had it. It was easy to navigate and get through. The first time we got it, it was 95 cents a square foot. This time, it was 1.19 which is still a very good price. The customer service is fantastic. There were a lot of callbacks and follow-ups. They did what I wanted them to do. I love the flooring. It was done to our liking. If you're gonna get some floors done, go to LL Flooring and let them do it.

The salespeople from LL Flooring just answered questions and were good. There was no pressure. We got the product very quickly and it seems to be good quality. There were some extras and they took those back and refunded the amount. The rep knew what he was talking about and we were pleased with him.

I went to a local store and the rep explained in great detail the different types of vinyl plank flooring. It was excellent. When the installation team came in, they did the job in two hours.

We talked with the person in the store and purchased the product. LL Flooring called and followed up the next day with installation options, and scheduled the delivery of the product and the installation. They were very helpful in recommending products. We selected one product originally and ended up changing to a different product later on and everything went very, very smoothly. So, it was good. On their website, they could take a picture of your room and view the product in your room and that was very helpful and useful. We've been happy with the products so far. The price was good but they have a lot of sales and the price fluctuates a lot.

LL Flooring is a good company to use and people should call the Conyers store. The people were very pleasant, professional and listened to what I needed. They gave me some suggestions on what to do, to take pictures and make comparisons, and it was good. The selection process was rough. I was removing vinyl in my dining room and replacing it with laminate. And I wanted it to match the laminate that was in my living room. So, I took pictures of the old laminate and vinyl and LL Flooring sent me some suggestions. Then I took an actual plank from the old flooring and took it to the store.

We've used LL Flooring before, and they were able to handle the job really quickly and concisely. This time, I had them install a floating hardwood floor, and the experience was similar. Installation took several days. It was over Thanksgiving, and they ended up having to stop work then come back afterwards. It was supposed to be an in-and-out job, but then there were some discoveries made when they pulled up the carpet. They found some problems underneath the floor that a more specialized team had to come in and help with. We ended up having to pay more, but that seems typical of any kind of construction these days and all things considered, they were able to facilitate it all. The prices were reasonable for all the added-on items as well. All in all, it went well. I would definitely recommend LL Flooring, and I would refer them to people who ask.

I had LL Flooring's installers, Modern Flooring, do the installation but I was not so impressed with the installation. The one that calls and checks on things was quite something. There were a couple of problems and I had to call and talk to her about them and she was full of herself. I showed the installers how to do it and they did it fine. I love the floor. It's great.

The installation isn't complete. I have a complaint on file with LL Flooring. I was supposed to move into my house today but they messed the flooring up so badly. RW Flooring, who they contracted with, went out to inspect it last Tuesday and agrees there are issues. We’re gonna replace 270 square feet of it and piece it back together on my brand-new house. Also, they haven't yet addressed the fact that they cut every frame in my brand-new house with custom trim, although the work order specifically said in 11 places, "No cuts." There's nothing scheduled for them to come back out. They have ordered 270 square feet of floor and they might get to it next week. My brand-new house that my family was supposed to move in for Christmas is sitting empty.

Everything with LL Flooring was good. I liked the 50-year warranty and the amount of the selections. It was a lot of selections. We got some samples from them, and we then decided on which option we were gonna go with. Once we did, they didn't pressure me or try to make me go one way or the other. When we decided to purchase with them, we contacted them, they gave us a quote, and they gave us a quote with and without a contractor doing the work, and they finally came out and the contractor looked at the work and he gave us an estimate. They were timely and professional. The installer was top-notch. He has over 30 years of experience doing floors and he came in and did an excellent job. We got Arcadia hardwood flooring and we love it. It came out really good.

LL Flooring takes their time and makes sure that you're getting what you want, not what they're trying to sell. My recent experience with them was very good. It wasn't a long wait for the materials. Then, I needed the trim pieces and they had them right in stock. I was very happy with it. Also, it was very good with the rep when I purchased in-store.

We got helped very professionally. It was a long process for us because it was a lot of square footage so we considered a lot of options. We finally got the one we wanted because we needed to match some floors that were already there. So, it was very good. I'm very happy with the floor and with the sales process. During installation though, the installers measured wrong so after the first installation day, there was a foot of flooring missing that had to be reordered and they had to re-install the rest two weeks later. But LL Flooring didn't charge us for the extra wood as well as for the additional installation. So, that was good.

We got waterproof vinyl planking from LL Flooring and the reps were very helpful. My husband loves installing the flooring. It's very easy to install. He has installed leather products before and he will install this any day. We love the product. We've bought this before and put it in other areas of our home and it stands up very well.

The flooring is not so great. I'm putting it down right now myself and I am struggling with some of the inconsistency on width. There are some bowed pieces. And with it being five inches wide, you can't pull it back. So when I'm all done laying it, I'm gonna sand it, we're gonna fill in all the imperfections, and finish it. But I shouldn't have to do that with pre-finished flooring. But as far as LL Flooring, those guys did a great job. It's Bellawood that's causing me the problem. I'm not satisfied with the material.

It was wonderful with LL Flooring. They were very helpful when I could not find the match in the color. I would recommend them because customer service was very nice. They worked with me and explained everything to me. The delivery was excellent as well. I like how the flooring looks.

Purchased Duravana Hybrid St. Peters Oak due to the claim of durability. 1052 sqft. Flooring started chipping the first week and has continued to chip. Notified LL Flooring, over a period of 12 months worked through warranty claim. Mailed flooring to them per their request, which disappeared from their lab. They had inspector, who verified it was installed right with correct pad. End result LL Flooring did not stand by their product, it is flawed and poorly made. We had moved out of the house to get all flooring done, paid between the flooring and install north of 20k. LL Flooring only would offer 1k refund, leaving us with their crappy chipping floors, out of money to have the floors redone. I would not recommend LL Flooring to anyone. They do not honor their warranties or stand by their products.

Our flooring separated in multiple places almost immediately after installation, including places where we did not walk. It was not an installation problem - it was clearly a materials defect, but LL denied that it was and didn't offer to do anything to help. Their online representative was great and did everything she could, but they took the easy way out. Our installer glued the bits together at no charge, but at the moment, the glue shows so we have to figure out how to get it off. All in all, not a good experience from a company with many great reviews and a reputation to protect. We'll not use them again if we have a choice.

I've done two different purchases from LL Flooring and the first installation, I had someone install it. I bought more flooring from them this year and they waived a delivery fee for me. It was great. I installed those myself and it was pretty easy.

LL Flooring took very good care of us, and we're happy with the product. We're a construction company, so we've used them several times. They took good care of us. They take returns when I over order. We purchased the hickory flooring from the Brewer store. Devin is the store manager there, and he is always taking good care of us.

LL Flooring is the place I go to whenever I need stuff. I love them. They have a great selection and they're nice people. I got laminate and vinyl from them. I've done multiple rooms. I got a sample and brought it home to make sure the color was right. Later, I went back to the store and got it. The first person was the manager that gave me the sample. And when I went back another day to pick up the flooring, whoever worked that shift got me my flooring and loaded up. I was all set. The vinyl is cool because you can take a utility knife and cut it the way you need it. So, it's easy. It's work to get down on your hands and knees, pound it together and manipulate it in and measure it. But the laminate, you gotta have tools. We had to have friends come over and help us, but we managed. I love the colors and quality.

The sales team of Mike and Cardon from LL Flooring made our sales experience enjoyable! Cardon was excellent in helping us decide on what wood and vinyl to use and Mike ** made the ordering a breeze. Cardon took care of the return supplies, made it so simple. The installation team of Geronimo, Fernando and Carlos from Goodhouse were excellent they were all hard workers and worked extremely well as a team! Each day they cleaned up and they were pleasant and friendly, they made the installation a breeze!! We highly recommend LL Flooring for any new Flooring!!

We purchased vinyl flooring from LL Flooring. They were very helpful and showed me all the different stuff they had. The installation team was good. It took them four days for three rooms. I'd recommend them to somebody if somebody was looking for a floor.

LL Flooring has been fabulous. I used the app wherein I can see the flooring in my room, and I already chose the vinyl flooring prior to going up to the store. I called to see if it was in stock and I went and picked it up myself so that I could have it in my house waiting for the installers. They called me right away, gave me an install date within a couple of days, which was fabulous, and they came in and installed it. It took half a day in the two rooms, and they were only hampered by the rain. It was pouring outside, so it was hard to cut. Besides that, they did a beautiful job, and I couldn't be happier. It was very inexpensive to do what I wanted to do, and I'm loving the flooring, so far.

I found some flooring online that I liked. And LL Flooring was the supplier of the product. It was a CoreLuxe brand, vinyl laminate. They gave me a huge bag of samples. I got, overall, over the course of six months, 40 samples. They have been helpful and responsive. They have excellent customer service and support. I was looking for something that was discontinued, and they searched all locations to satisfy what I wanted. They took extra time and steps to make sure that they got me the product I wanted. I appreciated that. The quality of the product has been excellent as well.

I have a rental and I did laminate flooring for it. LL Flooring was great. They had a lot of stuff. I didn't know much about the whole process. They didn't hurry and they answered a lot of questions. We had our employee install the flooring.

I went into the Yonkers Store and customer service was great in the beginning. I went and got the glue. I went in on Sunday and the rep was super. She brought out the glue. I initially got acacia flooring and that was supposed to be delivered on Saturday. I went back on a Wednesday and I switched to the hickory flooring. I asked if the flooring could still get delivered on Saturday and the girl said yes. I was very satisfied in the beginning.

I purchased from LL Flooring and I installed the flooring on my own. I'm satisfied. I enjoy the location near my home. But I had a need to travel and the customer service there was over the top. The South Miami location went above and beyond the call of duty.

I purchased a luxury vinyl from LL Flooring and it looks like real wood. I love it. It was reasonably priced and the cost is probably more than I needed to spend, but it looks great. So, I don't care. LL's customer service was great. The one that I worked with the most was the manager and she sent me samples. Then we talked on the phone and I went back in the store, looked around, and made my choice. I was impressed with her knowledge of the product. The two younger guys in the store did not know nearly what she did so I dealt with her. Then, a company that they use did a wonderful job with the installation. They were a man and his wife and he said that it might take two days. But when they came in, they got right to work and they did it in one day. They stayed late and cleaned up after themselves.

LL used to be Lumber Liquidators and they've had the same store location five miles away from where I live. So, it's convenient. They handle both residential and commercial stuff, and I do both. I established a relationship with them a long time ago and I've used them for 15 years. Those guys are awesome and they establish amenities very well. They work with people back and forth, trying to find all that happy medium to where as many boxes possible can be checked off, and their customer service is great. That's why I keep going back. I would also recommend this specific location of LL Flooring for their price point, their product lines, and their ability to handle the difficult situations. They will step up to the plate and do the best they can to hit a home run every time.

LL Flooring has very good prices and quality materials. The last thing I bought from them was Brazilian Cherry Prefinished.

It was perfect with LL Flooring. They did the install for me and I was impressed. I love my floor. I had a memorial service here for my husband and everybody complimented me on the floor. They said it was beautiful. I have one more room that I'm gonna do. I'm gonna go back and get them to do that room also with the same flooring that I have in my other rooms. They were spot-on with getting everything done for me.

I've purchased from LL Flooring seven different times now. I do handyman services and I put it in a lot of floors. Working with the flooring has been easy. Just snap and lock together. The customers love it. As soon as I get done with it, they think they got a new house.

I purchased laminate flooring from LL Flooring. The product is beautiful. It's perfect. This is the second time we have bought this flooring from them. We did half the house, and then we went back and did the rest of the house. They had a better price and better selection than most that we had seen. Their customer service was perfect too. They made sure we were satisfied with everything we got.

The sales rep we worked with was awesome. He answered every question we had and helped us get the stuff that we needed. He had samples. We knew a route that we wanted to go, which was a lighter-colored vinyl floor, but not too light. Working with the material was easy. It took a day to do the living room, but that was because we had to get the tile up ourselves.

It was excellent when I purchased from LL Flooring. All of the products have been pretty good. They've also been very helpful in getting what I want. They have great customer service. They make sure you're happy.

LL Flooring pays this site for reviews. For accurate reviews go to BBB site. I am out thousands of dollars due to LL flooring using EVERY excuse in the book to not stand behind defective products they sell.

The guys are awesome and very helpful. They went above and beyond. They were hands-on, "What do you need? I'll let you go. Come get me. If you need anything, call me or come get me." And they worked with me for the whole thing. They made it easy for me to purchase. I told them I haven't closed my house and they said, "Don't worry about it. Put a deposit. We'll hold it for you when you're ready. Just give us a call." A lot of places don't do that. They want you to take it. Also, LL Flooring beat the cost of everything that was at Floor & Decor. I recommended LL Flooring to three other people and they had the same experience.

I advised both LL Flooring and the sub-contracted installer of my squeaky floors and to bring a screw gun to secure the floors. The installer (1 man) rushed the job and did not secure the subfloors as requested. I still have squeaky floors. A complaint has been filed with LL Flooring with no reply to date.

The sales experience was professional and efficient. And it was the same thing with the installers. I’ll recommend LL Flooring to anybody looking for luxury vinyl plank.

I went to LL Flooring and the reps were very helpful. I did just the flooring in two bedrooms because I was trying to match flooring that was already there for the rest of the house. During the installation, the guy showed up on time and was quick. They cleaned everything up and probably better than I usually clean. There wasn't any dust anywhere. I was impressed.

The options were good. We purchased bamboo flooring and the rep we worked with, Fiona, was phenomenal. She worked with us through every step and helped us get larger samples so we could see what the flooring was gonna look like other than just a small piece that was in the store. The cost was fair.

Abigail, the person that sold us the boxes at the LL Flooring store, was very nice and knowledgeable, but the person who measured the floor didn't say that we needed two boxes for scrap. Also, the installers laid the floors nice, but they came without a cleanup bag. The air was very dusty, the bag was dirty, and they tried to dump the mess from other jobs. It still got in the air and caused our alarm system to go off because it was so cloudy. Right after the floors were installed, someone called and spoke to us concerning how we like the floors. My husband made a complaint in reference to the things that were disturbing to him.

We purchased flooring to match the other flooring we already had down, using the sample LL Flooring had in the store, and it was a perfect match. When we got the boxes home and opened them up, our contractor was gonna weave them into the other floor so we could salvage the floor we had, but it was nowhere even close to a match. We talked to the store, and they said, “It's Brazilian cherry. It's gonna change color." I understand that but if one could see the pictures, it's not gonna change that much in my lifetime.

Use LL Flooring. Bryan, their rep, was patient. I didn't know what I was looking for so he answered a lot of questions. I went in several times, too. He helped me narrow down my choices. When I went in the first time, Bryan mentioned the website and that there was a way to upload pictures of my rooms, pick flooring online and see how it would look. It was kludgy to use. But I worked my way through it, and I was happy with the output. That was very helpful. It changed my mind as to what color to pick.

My experience with LL Flooring is good. Sometimes, I pick up the flooring in the stores depending on how many materials I need. If it's for the shorter project, what LL Flooring has in stock. If not, I do the order online. But the store is so comfortable for me. This is my job area. And all the parts I do would be a 5-minute way to go to the store.

I've used LL Flooring in the past. Recently, I bought new Core Luxe to put all through my whole house. I use the same brand every time. I like it, so I return to it every time. My experience was good. They're friendly. They help me out with anything I need. I would trust LL Flooring and use them as a first choice over any big-box store.

Going inside their store and talking to the reps in there was a good experience. The sales was very knowledgeable and he understood exactly what I needed. He answered all my questions. I had a lot of them and he was very patient with me. And the layout of their store is very good, very professional, and easy to maneuver around because it's not so big. That's what I like the most -- I wasn't overwhelmed.

I purchased laminate hardwood from LL Flooring in Cape May County, New Jersey. The location was outstanding. The quality of the flooring is excellent too.

I purchased one of those click-on bamboo flooring. I like it so far. I installed it myself and it was very easy to put it on. I put it in four rooms and two closets.

I searched for the product that I wanted, and LL Flooring had it, and their location was close to me. Their website all looked good, so I bought the product. I went and picked it up. When I got there to pick it up, I thought the store was really nice inside. The guys inside were so nice and so helpful. It was a good experience all the way around.

LL Flooring was the first place we went that knew what they had and told us how to do what we wanted to do. We did it ourselves, so they helped us out there, too. The in store sales rep was very good. We got a hardwood floor and it was very easy to find. Working with the product was hard as hell. It was a glue-down. I put down hardwood floor before. I'm a do-it-myself guy. I’ve put down hardwood for myself, but we were putting a hardwood floor down on a concrete slab in this house, and we had to glue it down, and it was a pain in the butt, but it all worked out. We got it. It's really good quality stuff. I really like it. We've got neighbors that have seen it and they like it, too.

We went to LL Flooring based on our daughter's recommendation after she replaced her entire first floor. Marty waited on us in the Whitehall, PA store, and went above and beyond in customer service, in spite of not working on commission - just because he wanted us to find the perfect product for our kitchen! He gave us lots of good info on which to base our purchase, and not only gave us plenty of samples to take with us, but also sent us some that they did not have in stock! LL Flooring has a ton of choices, prices and colors from which to choose - which just made our final decision even harder! I would definitely recommend LL Flooring and Marty to anyone looking to replace flooring in their homes or businesses!

I purchased some laminate flooring in-store. The sales rep was wonderful and is an asset to the company. Also, the cost was very good and I'm very happy with the flooring.

I purchased the underlayment for basements that is the green dimpled plastic so that it would keep the dampness down. I ordered it online and picked it up in the store. The reps were helpful at making sure that I was able to get it loaded and taken away effectively. It worked very well, because I forgot my driver's license, so I had no photo ID, and they still let me take it away. They were kind enough to believe I was who I said I was. And I handed them an envelope with my address and name on it without a photo ID. I drove 50 miles to get to LL Flooring. I was very appreciative of that store. Also, I had a delay in picking it up and they were very accommodating about letting me leave it there for a couple more days before I had a chance to get it. That was also nice. What I purchased was on clearance because it's a discontinued product, but it was exactly what I needed, and I got it for very cheap. So, I was happy.

We purchased a laminate plank flooring from LL's store in Spokane Valley. The cost and quality seem to match up pretty well. The installer was outstanding and very professional. Everybody was attentive and helpful. And it was one of the few things this year where who I hired actually did the job they were supposed to do.

I have a business account with LL Flooring and they always take good care of me. The customer service is excellent. I've been using LL Flooring's product for about 10 years now and the quality against the cost is good, which is why I buy it. I used to flip houses and I would put it in there.

Nine years ago, I went to LL Flooring and bought bamboo for my kitchen and dining area, and I have loved it since. Recently, I was looking at vinyl and I went to Home Depot and to a store right here in my town, Lake Orion. I went to a couple of different places, but I would have had to match the vinyl to the bamboo I already had, and it did not go. I tried to find colors, then I thought, "Let's go back to LL Flooring and get a quote for just the two areas that I wanted done." I walked into the store and talked to somebody. I also brought a sample of what I had from the last nine years, and I said, "Do you still carry this bamboo?" I held it up, and the rep said, "Yup, right over here." He helped me with all that stuff, and it worked out fine. He didn't have much personality, but he knew what he was talking about.

LL Flooring Customer Care Department Stinks!! September 2022, LL Flooring installed vinyl plank flooring in several rooms of my home. Some of the materials used during the install were the wrong color and after the installation I discovered that my dishwasher leaked. As requested by Customer Care, I emailed pictures of the floor and stairs as well as pictures of the puddled water from the leaky dishwasher. Over the past year I have emailed and left numerous messages for Mary, Payton and Katy (Sr. Supervisor Customer Care), called, spoken with countless representatives, and left umpteen messages requesting a callback in order to speak with someone/anyone to help resolve my issue, all to no avail. I guess now that it has been more than a year since the install, I’m just plain out of luck for any customer satisfaction.

Their sales reps were attentive at the North Charleston store. They look for other options if what they have doesn't seem to fit and check other stores if they don't have the quantity. I have shopped at the West Ashley one before, but customer service is much nicer in North Charleston, so that's where I go. I purchased vinyl flooring and I love it. It feels great on the feet. It's one of the heavier, thicker products that they sell, which is part of the reason I think I really like it. Also, when I was having trouble with the different flooring, I talked to the manager and he told me to come back. He was awesome and always helpful. LL Flooring North Charleston was a fabulous experience, and I won't shop for floors anywhere else now. It's my new shop.

The reps answered all my questions. Everything went fine during the installation. The techs did what they were supposed to do. I recommend LL Flooring.

We had hardwood installed in the kitchen and laundry room. It's good. The sales rep was excellent.

The customer service was excellent when I bought the vinyl tiles from LL Flooring. The quality is good.

The gentleman named Joseph, in South City, California, was super with us. We've worked with Brandon, too in Milwaukie, Oregon. I'm still in California and they're going to install the floors starting Monday. Everything's going well. They made everything very smooth. They were very helpful and knowledgeable, too.

I had a good experience with the people in the whole store and the person that we were working with was especially very good. The flooring looks great. It has really great quality. We're happy with it. We were looking for that lower price point with high quality. So we shopped for about two months and in a lot of different places. LL's flooring in terms of price and quality ended up being the best thing and also in terms of service. We had some flooring left, and we took it back to LL Flooring, took the price, and then took the cost off of that. So it was good.

I got dark brown vinyl flooring that's waterproof from LL Flooring. The installers finished yesterday and they did a great job. For the stairs, I had red oak wood. I've been staining them this morning and that came out really good. The sales rep Sean told me to go to Sherwin Williams and they will match it up. They matched it up perfectly. Sean had a lot of knowledge. I was gonna get the job done right before COVID. COVID hit and we just stayed with the carpet for a while and cleaned it. Eventually, we decided to get rid of our carpet.

I liked LL Flooring's prices and the look of the floor. I'm happy with the reps. They were nice. We did luxury vinyl. We did it ourselves. We had a plumbing leak, so we had to do new flooring. They didn't have any more of the original to match it up. But they tried to help me. They sent me free samples by FedEx. And it got here quickly. A lot of flooring places don't do that. They tried to help me match it. They were better than any of the floor stores where they make you pay $5 a sample. They just sent me the samples for free. And they kept calling and checking in with me and suggesting new things. It’s just we couldn't find anything that matched. I had to go to Floor & Decor. But LL Flooring is nice.

We got vinyl planks from LL Flooring. We went in the store. The sales rep was very friendly. We could ask questions. He answered every question we had. We told him what we were looking for, and he guided us towards that. So, he did exactly what he was supposed to do. We bought flooring from LL seven years ago. We own a condo and we put it in there, mostly throughout the main floor, and it had a little bit of carpeting, but most of it was the vinyl flooring. We went back again because we had a good experience the first time around. On the installation, there was some drywall they had to cut apart because it got wet. So then the installer had to patch that back, and he did it all. He took the stools up and didn't need anybody else to come in to do that. So, that's nice. He did an excellent job. It is seamless. There's no groove in between the pieces. They flush right up to each other.

I had an excellent experience with LL Flooring but it would have been nicer if we could have gotten the floor sooner. They didn't have any in stock and had to wait till the truck came in so, it took about three weeks. But ever since then, everything has gone beautifully. The guys came in and took up the old floor, and put the new floor in in one day. We couldn't ask for anything better. Watson Installations was the company that LL Flooring worked through but they subcontracted out to a company called Short Pump Flooring and Installation. And the guys did an absolutely outstanding job. We love the quality. LL Flooring’s prices were good and they have very knowledgeable people. I’m very happy with the work and the flooring.

I purchased bullnose for the stairs from the LL Flooring in Canton. They had to order me five and so far, I picked up two. They have been great and the quality of the flooring is pretty good. I also bought vinyl planks from them and I noticed that as long as I'm not getting the inexpensive stuff, the thicker it is, it seems like the better it works. So, I did a whole house, 2,000 square feet, with that cheap flooring and it took about twice as longer to do the installation. But the quality's really good.

I've always had a good experience with LL Flooring. I have a business that we did two floors in, and I've put 1,500 square feet in my summer home, and it's in my regular residents also. They have a good product and it's reasonable.

I got laminate flooring, and it was worth what I paid for it. The customer service was delightful. They were excited to help me and find exactly what I needed to fit my needs specifically. They guided me towards the product that I described to them.

We had our front room done with LL Flooring and they did such a fantastic job, we went back to them. This time, we had laminate flooring installed. I'd already looked online and then, it was a week and a half before the installers were able to get here to put the floor in. There were two of them and they had all three rooms done in four hours. We loved the quality of the flooring.

I purchased some white ceiling paneling plank from LL Flooring. The product was nice for what I was using it for, which is I was putting it on the ceiling. I purchased online with the help of their district office. It was awesome. They were also very helpful in telling me that since the wood was unfinished, it would be advantageous to polyurethane it. The only thing I did not like was the pricing for shipping. I wish I had known what the shipping costs were.

They were good to work with. Considering they were just changing over management, so the store was a mess. They were trying to find things. They were new people, but they were great to try to make it as easy for us. We purchased plank vinyl flooring. They said they had it but then they couldn't find it. So, we had to order it. The quality of the flooring is great.

I would not purchase from this company again. They told us one thing regarding the installation process. Then when the installers began the installation, we received a phone call that we needed to pay an additional amount of $2,200.00. We were told if we didn't pay it, they would stop the installation. The information that was communicated to us was that the install included measuring, inspection of flooring for necessary leveling, and then the floors would be leveled as necessary to ensure a professional installation. We were never told that this would be an additional charge or this part. They talk a wonderful and friendly talk. We were told there would be a resolution and we would get call back. We never heard from them again.

Working with their reps was great. I went with some laminate bamboo flooring but then I didn't care for it which was my fault. It's cheap and hideous. I misunderstood what I was getting. People should make sure you're clear about what you're getting. The price was good but it wasn't clear that I was ordering bamboo laminate. I wouldn't have bought it.

I purchased vinyl flooring from LL Flooring. They were all professional and thorough. I was well informed about my purchase. It's a good product.

The sales rep was fantastic. The quality of the flooring is 10 times what you buy at Lowe's and the customer service is top-notch. I went back and bought countertops from them. The guy asked how the flooring was. I jokingly said to him, “I should have ordered it online. I’d have saved 10%.” He said, “How about I'll give you the 10% back?” He was gonna give me the money back but I told him to put it towards the flooring and they did.

LL Flooring has been in business for a long time. The rep down there was nice and helpful. He did everything he could to help us figure out what we needed. He was a super employee. We got vinyl flooring for three bedrooms. We're satisfied with the flooring and its cost.

I used LL Flooring before for other projects. This time, I did prefinished hardwood flooring with them and their in-store staff were very helpful. The cost was very good. I arranged the installation through LL Flooring and their contractor was stellar. They worked quickly, efficiently, and cleanly. They communicated well and finished early. It was about a half day earlier than they said. The quality of the flooring is wonderful and is everything I wanted. I would be very willing to use LL Flooring again for another project some other time. It was great and I was so pleased.

The sales rep at the store in Dover explained things to me. He let me know how much it was gonna cost, what the contractor was gonna do and their warranty. He took care of everything including the installation. They came in at 8 o'clock and finished around 7:30 at night. They did the entire house. They knew what they were doing. I love the flooring. I also used LL Flooring when I was living in Pennsylvania. I bought a hardwood floor. It has good quality too.

I always purchase from LL Flooring. They give you a good price when you purchase. Their price is reasonable. They're very accommodating in terms of if you don't even use all the items you purchased, they'll take them in a certain amount of time. Their customer service is great.

I got an Acacia butcher block flooring and it was a pleasant experience. I did the installation and it was very difficult but it's nothing that LL Flooring could have helped out with that would have made it any easier. We’re a business that’s preparing for opening in two days and on a strict timeline, and LL Flooring was not very consistent with the updates of flooring. But when we started calling them, they suddenly became more communicative. The quality of the product is excellent but the shipping and the packing of the product had created some damage. There are marks on top of the bar top.

LL flooring doesn't deserve my business. They will ride you to make a sale but won't take any accountability for their actions! I came in 3 months ago and had the unfortunate experience dealing with Sam from the Yonkers location. She would call me every month, sometimes a couple times a month to ask when I wanted my floor installed. Our relationship was cordial UNTIL my installation date. Wally, the installer was very honest and said many boards were too short, dented, and appeared to have some kind of flaw. He didn't feel comfortable starting a job I wouldn't be happy with. I brought this to Sam's attention the very next day.

I have no issues with the product purchased from LL Flooring, my issues are solely with the installation contractor used and the lack of timely customer service. Several pieces of flooring cracked at the corner, closet guides were left uninstalled, and my walls were marked up with dirty large handprints along with a 3-inch hole in one wall. It's been over a year since installation and no resolution has been presented. I cannot stress enough how frustrating this has been along with the week of initial installation. I will NEVER recommend nor use this company again.

This company is terrible. The manager Don was abrasive and rude to not only customers but also employees. I know a lot of people who own companies that use LL Flooring and they agreed that the people that work there are unprofessional. This company will be losing a lot business. Therefore myself and many others will no longer continue to give this company our business. This company has ripped off many people. You simply ask for a comparison on Laminate vinyl plank flooring and they treat you like you’re incompetent. Be aware. Don't waste your money with this company not only for the simple fact it’s a “bother” when you try to ask anyone for help, but their products are made very cheap and don't last. I have never had such a terrible experience as I did with this company. All I can say is this business will lose a lot of revenue! Stay away from this company or you will be replacing your flooring sooner than anticipated.

Everything went well during the purchasing process. I got engineering hardwood and it was decent for the price. But they could have helped me load it in the trunk. I asked, "Is there a forklift available?" and they said there was. My contractor and I went in my pickup truck to pick the flooring up and they were just there. I unloaded all the boxes by hand into the pickup truck. Except for that, everything was good.

I purchased engineered flooring and stair treads from LL Flooring, and I am pleased with them. The website was easy to navigate and ordering was simple. The people were helpful. I had some questions about the flooring type and they were answering the questions and helping me figure out what I wanted. They followed up. I had to return something to the store too and they were good about the return. I had a very positive experience and would use them again.

I first went in, looked around, then asked questions about two particular floors and a person helped me out. They gave me an estimate at the first location, then I went to the second location and they gave me a better estimate. I finally decided to do the purchase at the second store.

I like the high-end vinyl I got from LL Flooring. It's good. It's holding up. The installers did a very good job. They were on time. They were clean. Their work ethic was great. The sales reps in the store were great as well. They really helped me out. That was my first time having flooring installed, and I've been around to the big-box stores, but LL had unbeatable pricing and the quality of the floor was really good. Also, the experience was good. LL made it very simple for me.

We got a new luxury vinyl with LL Flooring. It's very easy to clean and easy to install as well. The only challenge was the flooring we put in had three different size pieces. But once we figured out the pattern, it was fine.

The young men who were in the store were very helpful in getting samples and giving me estimates as far as what the materials would cost. They were very good at giving me callbacks about scheduling. They were also very good to call every few months to see if we were ready to start the project. They weren't annoying, which was nice. I ended up getting 100% vinyl this time. LL Flooring got an installer to come out and give us the estimate. We used them to do the installation. They were very clean and professional. I'm very pleased with the floor I chose.

I liked what LL Flooring had and what they told me. They were honest with me. The rep explained the different floorings, and what the benefits were for each one. LL Flooring scheduled the installation right away for me. The guys came in, moved all my furniture, and took care of everything. They were fantastic, perfect gentlemen. They worked their butts off. If you're looking to have your floors installed, I would stop looking there because they beat everybody's prices. They know their product, and they were very helpful.

Ian, the manager at the store, and Nick, an associate, were both great and helpful. They had a good selection and we were able to get what we needed. We've had a very positive experience.

We ordered samples from LL Flooring online and then narrowed it down, and then we went into the store and ordered them. Working with their team was very good. We did the living room floor. We got the high quality laminate. The installation was wonderful. In fact, we were going to request the same two guys to do the next room again. Those guys were really great. We are right now waiting for their quote to do the family room. They've been out to measure last week. We're hiring them again. I would recommend LL. Chris in the Merrillville, Indiana store was wonderful to work with, and all the people that called and followed up and kept us going the whole way through have been great. It was a very positive experience.

The salesman we dealt with from LL Flooring did a great job. He was attentive to what we needed and bent over backwards to schedule a time to come out and measure. We're working with the condo association, so we had a whole bunch of owners involved in this that made it very complicated, and he was very accommodating and supportive. We're waiting to have enough funds in the account to pay for what everybody wants. So, he's holding it on file and when we're ready to pull the trigger, he's available.

My wife wanted a certain color and pattern so we searched all over and found it at LL Flooring. The sales representative explained the different choices. My wife told him the color she was looking for and he was able to provide it to her. The laminate flooring was called Duravana and it's from Germany. It's neat and looks like you put down oak flooring. It came out nice and the quality was very good. LL Flooring’s reps were very easy to work with and helpful. We went back probably four times. I did a rental house that we have and bought the flooring from them too.

So far, all my experiences with them have been good. They deliver at the price they say and on time, too. The product also seems to be good, so I'm happy with it. I purchased the gunstock hardwood online and it was simple.

I purchased laminate flooring from them. I like the light color of it. The rep had the flooring that I called about and she had it ready for me when I went in there with my husband. We looked at it and it was what we wanted. She was really knowledgeable. We put our down payment down, and then we were able to come back whenever my husband got home from work, and we picked it up the other day. It was an overall, good experience. They knew what they were talking about and were very helpful.

The sales rep of LL Flooring was good in Syracuse, where we bought it. But we had a case that was warped, so we needed to return it and get another case. They didn't have any in Syracuse, so we had to drive an hour and a half to Rochester to pick one up. But it still worked. Everything's great with it.

I got some water-resistant laminate flooring from LL Flooring. It has top quality. The sales rep was also knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Any questions we had, she was more than willing to help us with them. She was outstanding.

I purchased the Vinyl plank flooring from LL Flooring. Everything was good. The customer service itself was great. From the explanation of the product detail, down to even purchasing and getting everything set up, was exceptional. However, they need to screen whoever they contract out to do the work. When the people came, they smelled like **. But they did the work. I love the floor.

LL Flooring was amazing. Our kitchen got done yesterday and it's gorgeous. That brought me to ordering again. We went to the store and those guys were completely awesome. We told them we were going to do a bathroom. Because bathrooms get more moisture than any place in the world, they recommended putting spongy stuff in between the tub and all the way around the outside of the flooring. They knew what they were talking about and were extremely helpful. They were amazing to work with.

LL Flooring is very close to where I work so I went over there one day on my lunch hour and looked around. I got an idea of what they had. Every time I went in there, they were very helpful. Their selection was very good. They were very nice about letting me have samples to take home because you have to look at it in your own lighting in your house. The samples made a huge difference because the one color I thought would match, going from the room and transitioning into the room, was actually darker.

I was happy with how polite and communicative LL Flooring was. They knew their information and about the flooring. And they were very nice and helpful. They put the flooring in the trunk of my car, and I was gone.

We did three bedrooms with wood laminate from LL Flooring. We made a couple of trips up there, and the sales guy was really beneficial. He really worked with us and kept sending us samples so that we could compare them to the house. So, he put a lot of effort into it. LL had a company that they subcontract the stuff out to, and they did the installation. We had no problem with them at all. LL could have more people that showed up here that did speak English. We had quite a few people that didn't do that. Anytime we asked a question, we had to go try to find someone. Other than that, we had good luck with LL.

We purchased bamboo flooring from LL Flooring in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. The sales reps have all been positive. I got answers to my questions. They were polite and helpful, and we were satisfied. I also looked at their website, and it has a lot of information. I wanted to be able to see the colors in person and so I went to the store. They set up the installation for us at the store. The installer they set up for us was especially good. They were prompt and polite and very tidy, and that's not always the case with contractors. We really appreciated that. We love the quality of the flooring. We haven't had it all that long, but I love the look. So far, it's exceeded our expectations.

The LL Flooring rep did well. He was supposed to have help but he didn't ‘cause the guy didn't show up. So he did it all himself. The quality of his work was great. The flooring looks great. However, they put it over the old floor. They did not rip anything out. They put a padding down. It raises the floor 3/8s of an inch. We had to trim one door. But that was the only problem with it.

Justin was very informative. We deal with him every time we go to LL Flooring. He's very professional. He's excellent, overall. The quality of the flooring has been great. This is the second time we bought something there.

I was copying something someone did for a TV project and I already knew what they had previously used, and I reordered the hardwood flooring from LL Flooring. The reps were helpful, friendly and nice. They delivered on time and followed up, and everything was fine. If people had to do the same thing I did, I’d highly recommend LL Flooring.

Every experience we had with LL Flooring was fantastic. We had very big concerns about slippage as we care for my 87-year-old father-in-law and he is a fall risk. We also have a very large, heavy dog. So, we wanted the best bang for our buck and the salesperson was on point and very knowledgeable. We went back in several times with follow-up questions and they were always wonderful, and returned phone calls if we had questions via the phone.

I'm very happy with the CoreLuxe floor I got from LL Flooring. I like the pattern. Both the sales team in the store and the installation team were great. The people in the store helped out, answered all my questions and were responsive. So, overall, it was a very positive experience. The quality has been good so far. I have a dog and there are no scratches on the floor.

They have helpful staff and they're reasonable. It was nice to be able to pick up the product yourself if you would like to. But they also offer delivery which is good. We got laminate and the installation was done through a company called Watson Installations. We did not have a good experience with Watson but LL Flooring has supported us through our claims with Watson. Also, the quality of the flooring is good.

My wife and I bought Flooring and Moisture barrier from LL Flooring in San Marcos. We had a professional installer put the floor in. Under six months later the floor started failing in multiple places. After multiple attempts to speak with some at LL flooring we were finally told because they did not install it. They would not back it. In addition the customer service person blamed us for the failure. Our contractor has down multiple flooring jobs and stated this was ABSOLUTELY a product failure. All we wanted from LL was a credit from them to replace the floor. NOPE, offered us a $200 credit!!! That's right, we spent $1600 and they offered us $200! Look elsewhere with a company that will at least back the product. Now we are stuck with this floor. Can afford to do it twice. Thanks LL, great customer service!! And it's happening in multiple locations.

The young man was very knowledgeable, nice and helpful. We got the vinyl plank flooring and it is perfect and more than I expected. Overall, it was a great experience. I probably spent more than I would have at a Lowe's or a Home Depot but I definitely got better quality than I would have gotten. People should buy from LL Flooring and have them install it.

It was easier to find the laminate flooring on their website than it was on the other website. I went to the store to purchase it and the reps were good and nice. We've done the floor from them before and installing it was not user-friendly. So I'm hoping that this stuff is. But the quality of the flooring is pretty good. I just wish they offered the discount on the everyday stuff.

This is the second time I bought from LL Flooring and both have been positive. I was a veteran, so I could get the flooring cheaper at Lowe's. I asked if LL Flooring could price match, they said they would, they did and I was satisfied. The guys in the store were good. They helped load the stuff on my trailer. Flooring is what LL Flooring does. You can go to the home improvement centers, but flooring is not their specialty.

We went into the LL Flooring store on a Sunday not knowing that it was closing time, and the assistant manager was more than willing to stay late and help us with our needs. We already knew what we wanted ‘cause we had been in previously ‘cause we were trying to get different ideas. When we came in, we showed him what we wanted, which was the luxury vinyl planks. The guy we talked to previously gave us a slight discount, but it was beyond what the assistant manager could give us. So, he had to make a call to a store in another state because of the time difference in closing. He was amazing.

LL Flooring had the flooring and the color that I wanted, and as it turned out, the price ended up being great because the one I wanted ended up going on sale. It wasn't on sale when I selected it, but it eventually went on sale. I did the purchase in-store, and the reps were fantastic. I got the Nottingham Oak. The installation went well. We had a pretty rough floor, so the guys did a great job getting that all taken care of. We had to go back and get a couple of extra bags of the leveling cement. Once we got that, then everything went really well. The only difficulty was the one kid didn't speak English, and the other one spoke very limited English. So, on a couple of things, I wasn't sure right off the bat if they understood what I was asking them, but then they got it and they did a fantastic job.

I got waterproof gray vinyl planks from LL Flooring and their salesperson was fabulous and very knowledgeable. I put the flooring in my kitchen, mud room, and family room. I have a pool so if people come through the house, the flooring is gonna be perfect. The installer was good and he did my whole kitchen remodel. He actually met me at the store so I picked a good one with his advice too. I'm very satisfied with the flooring. I like the quality. It's only been in for a few days and so far, it's wearing well and it cleans up well. Just don not use an abrasive cleaner. Just use water or not a strong detergent. I recommend LL Flooring.

The online rep that I first worked with was great. She helped me with everything. She helped me pick what would be best as far as the use that I was looking for. She checked what the store had and made sure that they had what I needed. But the contractor changed his mind and wanted to do something else with my place. So I had to return some laminate flooring that I purchased. All I had to pay was for the shipping because it was already shipped. But we just returned it. So I didn't have to pay double shipping. I loved working with LL Flooring. They handled it and took care of it. They knew what they were talking about. Next time I need flooring, I'll definitely work with them.

The sales reps were fantastic. They were well-dressed and highly presentable. My rep told me what was in stock and what wasn't. At first, we said. “We’ll take this one.” And he got the samples. And then I said, “No, I don't want that one. What about this one? Maybe this one.” And he got us another sample. I felt sorry for him. He never got frustrated and was really calm. He told us what we needed to know and walked away which I appreciated.

I purchased some hardwood floors. The reps were friendly, professional and they took care of everything that I needed. Any questions I had, they answered in a timely manner. I'm pleased with the cost of it. If you're looking to buy any flooring, I recommend LL. They can handle any of your flooring needs.

LL Flooring is great. I like the convenience and pricing. Their reps were awesome too. We got the vinyl planking. However, I had a water pipe break and the flooring didn't last. It's water-resistant. But it wasn't really waterproof. I had to purchase it all over again ‘cause they didn't cover that. But it was a great experience. They could have just done better on the quality.

They're great. I know everyone and everyone does everything they can to help me out. The construction field is very busy, so they always email back and show us products. They always let me take pictures. All the flooring is alright and as of right now, it's holding up.

The reps were all very helpful. They were very attentive to my needs and answered all my questions. The installers were outstanding. I'd definitely recommend LL. The value, price, quality, and the service were all excellent.

I shopped with LL Flooring before and I had great experience. So I went straight to them this time. We did a peel-and-stick vinyl plank flooring on my camper. The rep did a great job. She didn't have it at her store. So she called around to several other stores to find the product so I didn't have to wait. I had to wait about two weeks for it to come in. I installed it myself and it was very easy to do. So far, so good. LL Flooring did a really good job. I was very pleased again.

The guys at the store were super nice and helpful. I got the engineered acacia hardwood flooring installed in five rooms. Overall, the installation was great. The installers were very efficient. The quality of the flooring is awesome. I'm happy with it. But I got charged for something that they didn't do, and I've been trying to get that fixed. I removed my own baseboards, because I painted my whole house before I had the flooring in. I told them that numerous times, and they were here and saw them removed, but I still got charged for it. I've emailed them and I've been into the store. I've done all the things but it has not been taken off my bill, so I'm annoyed. I was sort of pressured to sign off on my installation going well without having time to look around. I wish that I had a little time to look around because they skimped on a few things that I would have had them do, like caulking in certain places.

I bought 4400 sq. ft. of Brazilian Chestnut from LL Flooring. The description said random floor boards 10 inches to 7' in length. That's great I thought - random boards make installation easier as it is easy to find pieces to produce a random outcome on edges. So we get 190 boxes and after having gone through 90 boxes - I had to write this review as the random board size is utter BS and completely a fabrication. The boards are cut to be "random" where random is about 4' plus or minus 2". Once in a while a longer or shorter piece is thrown in but otherwise the pieces are almost homogenous in length. This has increased our installation time by several orders of magnitude. I am really upset and will never buy from LL Flooring again.

I liked LL Flooring's reputation and the convenience to my home. Looking for the particular flooring was easy. I used the app and pictured it in my house. Then, when I went to the store, I just picked it out. So, I already knew what I wanted by looking at the different samples with the picture. The rep in the store was very professional and very helpful. The experience was good. My new flooring is scratch resistant and durable.

We had a good experience in the Camstock Park, Michigan store. We picked the quantities and the laminate flooring came in three weeks later. I installed it myself and the quality is fine. It has been easy to clean.

We've absolutely loved our experience with them. We purchased vinyl flooring for our basement at the Braintree location in Massachusetts. We had used them last year for the upstairs and when we came back, they knew what our style was and what we were looking for. The salespersons helped us pick it out and had their tech measure quickly. The installers came on time and they were super helpful in the leveling of the floor. They explained how they had to pour the concrete. They did an excellent job and I highly recommend them. The flooring has lived up to our expectations. What I loved the most is that LL Flooring is all in one. They're super easy to work with and you're gonna be really happy with the end result. They're also reliable. Those are the things you need when doing home improvements.

Their selection was good. The sales rep was also great. He knew everything about the product. He was polite and wasn't pushy. If we had a question, he answered it.

I had LL Flooring do two houses at the same time. They did our house and my friend's house up the street. And they had them both done within three days. Everybody was polite, helpful and right on it. The installer was professional and did a great job. The guy had to work by himself because his partner was sick, but he did a great job. Our wood plan plank flooring looks wonderful. I love it. The cost was right in the ballpark. Go there at LL Flooring and look.

Recently, I needed some flooring and checked some prices. The guy gave me a great price over there in Columbus. The quality of the flooring is fantastic. It looks beautiful that was why I went back and bought some more and did more of the house. I talk to my friends all the time and tell them LL Flooring is great. They have great deals and provide a good product.

Everybody at LL Flooring seemed very knowledgeable and nice. I had vinyl flooring installed in a foyer. Everything was good. I have wooden floor up in my kitchen. I'm thinking about doing a vinyl because you drop something on the wood, it scratches easy. With this vinyl, it's not like that.

LL Flooring redid our floors after some water damage in our kitchen wood floors, our kitchen pantry breakfast room, and family room. We made the purchase in-store at the West Palm Beach store. The rep we worked with was terrific, very helpful, and very knowledgeable. As a veteran, I got a 10% discount on materials. I was amazed at how hard the delivery guy worked to unload all of these materials. Also, they have a subcontractor that they told us about that does their installations and they were terrific. We're very happy with the workers, although there's one residual issue of a low spot that they didn't pick up. The owner came by and said not to worry. He said he would come back and he would take care of that. He was very agreeable and he's very conscious of having a good reputation.

I worked with Carlos in the North Haven store and on a scale of 1 to 10, he was a 1 million. Not only was he knowledgeable about the product, but he was knowledgeable about the installation. I have my own contractor and he gave me a lot of pointers because he knew I was doing the whole house. Then, my contractor wasn't thrilled with the floor so I went back to Carlos. He told me to bring back the unopened boxes and they would do an exchange and I can purchase what I want. I wound up spending more money, but the exchange was super easy. I had to pick it up in another state so my husband and I took a drive out there. The reps there were just as nice and they loaded up everything for us. I am totally in love with the new floor. It's absolutely beautiful. I would recommend LL to anyone getting flooring. They have all kinds of prices for all kinds of budgets, with all kinds of floors for all kinds of rooms. The selection was great and the people were great.

I purchased twice from them - once directly from the store, and once online. Everything went well and working with their reps was good. I got laminate flooring installed and I'm really pleased with it. It's not the cheap stuff but this is some really good quality flooring. Take a look at LL. The choices are good.

I purchased some vinyls and the installation was okay. But the product was a bit brittle and I broke a couple of planks. Other than that, it's great and I love it. The quality and price were really good. We have dogs and the flooring has no scratches. It holds really well to dirt too. It's not as smooth as my hardwood floors, but that's okay. LL does a good job and they have very friendly staff.

I ordered samples before I had LL Flooring come out to look at the price of removal. I got as close as I could with that and kept a box of the floors. I took a picture of the SKU numbers, and the number for the original floors that I had from them is not in their system. They don't do them anymore. I decided that I would go with ceramic tiles, but the prices that I got from LL Flooring was simply ridiculous. For 177 square feet of ceramic tiles and to remove the old tiles and replace the new ones, that was around $7,000.

LL Flooring has a good selection and a lot of materials in stock. However, the rep seemed very inexperienced. Also there was a lot of damage to the pieces. It's click together stuff, so things gotta be right. But a lot of the tongues and things were broken off. I expressed my concern about that to one of the people at LL Flooring. They said, “If you have a complete box, you can bring a complete box back.” They don't take back any individual pieces.

The experience with LL Flooring was good for the most part. The main gal there knew her stuff. I was confident in the information that she provided me. I also requested installation. If the prices were reasonable, my preference was to go through just one company rather than hiring separate people to work on it. It was like a one-stop shop for me. But I'm not sure if it's okay that one part of the floor dipped when I stepped on it. I sent that video and information over to the store. They had the installer call me back to tell me that was normal. I have to wait it out and see if that goes away or not.

I had a couple of LL Flooring sales reps help me because I was in multiple times. They were very helpful and steered me in the right direction. They also told me about some options I have for an additional Florida room that I have on my house. The installation was fantastic. They sent in a team of six people. We did the whole house with the exception of one room. Ross Installers knocked it out in a single day. We had some subfloor damage, and they were able to fix it for us very quickly. I like the product. It's heavy thickness flooring. I am very pleased.

We purchased about 2,400 square feet of waterproof vinyl flooring with LL Flooring. It's beautiful-looking and we're excited to get the installation finished. The manager of the store was super knowledgeable. He had our best interest in mind in terms of what would fit best in the space or what's in style. Around 2019, we had another property in which we bought the flooring from the same location and we had a good experience then. We decided to go back for the second time and our experience was great. I would recommend them. The prices were fair and there was a good variety of options if we wanted hardwood, vinyl, waterproof, or whatever it may be.

LL Flooring's reps were very good. They had a good sense of humor. A rep told us about having at least one additional box to make sure in case we had any waste. And if we had any boxes that had any damage, we could bring them back and they would replace them. I just had one bad experience with them. We initially ordered the flooring online on the 26th of March and it was supposed to be here in one to two weeks. We had a new washer and dryer coming into the room where we were putting the flooring. When I called LL Flooring, they couldn't find the order. That was partly my fault too because it was under my husband's name and not mine.

Purchasing a vinyl floor from LL Flooring was really simple. Michelle helped a lot with that. She's an amazing person. The flooring is nice. This is my third time using the product and I love it.

The reps who helped me in-store were awesome. They answered any questions I had. Also, the product was pretty easy to work with and the overall quality is great.

I like the flooring. It's fine. It works. But the prices are a little bit high because I had to go back to buy some replacements. They had to take part of the floor up again because there was a mistake with the installation but not on their end. When I went back to buy the boxes individually, they were extremely expensive.

Our experience with LL went all right. The way they advertised about the installation price was misleading. They advertised $2 a foot. It really comes out to almost double that. They don't put everything in that, too, but the person they had do it was good and did a nice job. I was happy with that.

We got a 4-inch unfinished hardwood from LL Flooring. They had quite a few options. We went unfinished because we couldn't find the color that we had in mind so we could paint it ourselves. LL's rep, Renee was awesome. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and very patient with us. We went in there a few times and would stay a couple of hours each time we went in there. But I'm very disappointed in their delivery. We still have yet to get our flooring and we ordered it four weeks ago. We just heard from them a couple of days ago and they said they would bring it tomorrow. So, we're hoping they follow through on their word. We had $14,000 worth of floor.

I was looking for a particular kind of vinyl plank flooring and LL Flooring had something that I liked. What I chose was not available but they had an alternative. The reps from LL Flooring were most helpful and great to work with. Also, the cost was very good. It was the first time I purchased from them but it probably won't be the last if I have to purchase more.

The first experience was a bit better because I got the quote sent to me by mail. I'm a visual person, so I like to look at things. We had a little misunderstanding, and it could have been on my part about going to the store. But I gave them the name of the wood I wanted because I had ordered samples, and I asked them to send me the quote for that before I even came to the store. I had a quote, but LL Flooring never sent me the estimate. I was reconsidering whether I wanted to do wood in the lower level of my home. But I could have made that decision better had they sent me a quote. I did white oak hardwood flooring. I love everything about it. And everybody who comes in here are amazed. They think it's a different quality than what it really is. It was done well. The wood is good. The people who laid the floor were amazing. It was an interesting process.

The young woman was very helpful. I felt comfortable with purchasing the flooring that evening. I have several events planned for my house. So, I figured I would spend the extra money and get the matching treads. But the matching parts that LL Flooring sell shouldn’t be sold as matching because they don't match. Once I got on the floor and I went to put the treads in, the treads weren't close in color. They looked horrible. I'm trying to get new treads made. But it is delaying my timelines and messing with my schedule, and I'm unhappy about that. Also, I bought a top riser, and the color there is horrific. It makes it look like a cheap floor also. I ended up making one myself. And I wasted the money on the piece I bought.

I purchased laminate floorings for the hall and one bedroom in a house in Idaho, and the kitchen, laundry room, and hallway in a different house in Gresham, Oregon. They're awesome and I would tell anybody who ask me that LL Flooring did it. I started out my order online and their website was good. I was impressed that they sent me out samples. When I went to the location, I was waited on promptly and the gal was really nice. They did the installation for me in both houses. The one in Gresham, Oregon was installed by a husband and wife and they were very professional. It took them a day and a half to do the install and I was really pleased with the way they cleaned up after themselves. The flooring also looks like it had been professionally installed and I shouldn't have any trouble selling that house now. For the other house, it took the installers only four hours to do a long hall and one bedroom. I'm living in that bedroom and I love my new flooring.

When I bought the snap vinyl flooring from LL Flooring, the local store representatives were awesome. The pricing was good and it's great flooring. It's durable and it locks together extremely well versus other products that I use. I would recommend LL Flooring to my friends.

I got vinyl laminate flooring from LL Flooring. The reps were pleasant and accurate.

We had the floors and we had good experience with LL Flooring. That's why we went to them again. However, I was disappointed because the store told us that they would have solid flooring for my concrete downstairs. The rep said that you could straight glue it in. I got their installer to come in to measure, and the store assured me that the solid flooring goes on concrete. But the installers said they don't do it. So, we have to look for an engineered floor. The store has to know, or the installer should have told the store what they do or don't. Other than that, I was impressed by the person who was writing us. LL Flooring is good in customer service.

This was the 12th house on the same product that we built and used LL Flooring's product. From the beginning, we haven't changed. It's the same people, flooring, and location. I couldn't really be any happier with everybody involved. We really like the flooring because it installs really well if it's installed correctly. I never used laminate before. I typically use tile or wood. But this laminate is a really good floor because it locks down good. It also looks good. This particular laminate has a little bit of surface on it where it's not completely flattened smooth, so it's really a close simulation to wood. The only drawback about it is we gotta put our flooring in, and then we cover it, and then we put our trim in and uncover it. By the end of the construction, dust does get underneath the paper even though we try our best to keep it from it.

The person at LL Flooring was very helpful. I kinda had in mind what I was looking for. I thought I'd just get the planks but then she told me about underlay and stuff like that that I would need and different stair noses. She told me stuff I didn't even think about. She was very knowledgeable.

I got laminate flooring. The rep showed me exactly what I needed and didn't try to sell me other stuff. I'm happy with the product. It looks good. Dealing with LL was a good experience.

The sales reps from LL Flooring in the River Watch Parkway, Augusta, Georgia location were fantastic. We’re trying to finish up my daughter's house and the flooring that she's using is no longer in stock. So, they had to go on the computer and look all over the United States to see where it was and get it shipped to me. I'm gonna pick it up this week when it comes in. I'm more comfortable going in the store than ordering off the website. But it was okay. We did this about two months ago. We had the same problem. They had the display in the store but they didn't have it in stock. They had to get it from another store. It turns out they're not making the flooring anymore. So, they had a hard time finding it yesterday, but they were able to. I'm happy that they went above and beyond on going on the computer searching all over the place to find the floor so we could finish up the job. They were fantastic.

My experience with LL Flooring was beyond excellent. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that I knew what I wanted and helped whenever I asked about a product or a different type of flooring, they explained it fully to me so I understood, because this whole thing was new to me. They were extremely thorough, very professional, kind and patient.

I got luxury vinyl tile for our basement from LL Flooring. I looked at the sample and I read the specs of the product. It was the thickest, sturdiest, best-looking product that we saw from several manufacturers. The quality is great. I like the way it looks. The sales guy was helpful, showed us a few things, and sent us some samples for the things he didn't have in stock. He was knowledgeable. We had a good experience. It's a good product and has a fair price, and we're happy.

We bought flooring from LL Flooring and we used it for shelving in a retail store. This time, we're gonna put flooring in the upstairs of our house, which is carpet right now. We're gonna replace it with one of the samples I ordered. It's a hard—prefinished maple. It was easy to ask for the samples. Came really fast too.

The reps at the store were professional, and they gave us samples. We brought them home then they responded back to us and asked how we were doing. The flooring we got is different than what we had before, because we had oak and now we have a different plank. It's vinyl and my wife said she likes it. LL Flooring recommended the person who was going to do the install, and he came, did the measurements and did the job. It looks nice. He did a very good job. All in all, we had a good experience, and I'd tell people to check out LL Flooring.

LL Flooring has a good variety of products. I'd recommend them. Our sales rep, Sam, is great. He's always available. He's helped me with my purchase. It was heavier than we thought and he loaded it up for me in my car. The installers made a little mistake though. When they pulled out the refrigerator, it left a zigzag mark in the floor. But they came back and fixed it.

We had our kitchen hall, bathroom, and laundry room floor replaced with luxury vinyl tile. We had done a lot of other searches at other flooring locations and LL Flooring had, by far, the best price. We went into the LL Flooring store and the young lady who worked with us was extremely helpful. She showed us what products they had, gave us prices, and showed us alternatives. But we already decided what we wanted and one of the first tiles she showed us was exactly what we had in mind. They were able to do the work within several weeks and they stayed in contact both by telephone and email. I would recommend them to friends.

The sales rep spent a little time showing us stuff and answering some questions. He was good. He wasn't pushy at all. We got an engineered wood flooring and the quality has been good. We've had it in for a little while now, and it feels and looks nice. It's not scratching up. We're very happy so far.

We went to an LL Flooring location and purchased a luxury vinyl plank. We had taken a piece of the flooring that ended in the hallway that it was gonna be connecting to. The young lady that helped us in the store was great about helping us match it up so that it didn't look like we were trying to match it and get it blended. She got on the floor with us and we put it in the sunlight and she made it super easy. I was very pleased.

They are great people to work with at the LL Flooring store in Buffalo. Go there and get your floor. We love our laminate, waterproof floor.

I would go to LL Flooring again. It was a good experience. The representatives did pretty well. I did the installation myself, and it wasn't terrible, but it wasn't super easy. Quality seems to be good. It is scratch and dent resistant.

LL Flooring were very good people. The choices were minimal for bathrooms. But once I made the purchase, installation was very quick. I bought the flooring on a Tuesday, and the installer came on Saturday, which was great. He was one little fella, but he knew what he was doing. I wish he made the pattern more random. But the installation was perfect, so he did a super job. Prices were great. We saved $3,000. I'm pleased with that.

I liked the fact they had a big showroom with lots of things. They had a few people working and everyone was knowledgeable. I made my choice at the store and the reps I worked with were excellent. I purchased luxury vinyl plank flooring and they're very nice.

LL Flooring's selection is overwhelming. They covered the bases very well with everything that they had there. The CoreLuxe flooring that we got is amazing. There was one slight problem however. They've got a bullnose for the stairs. Somebody made a comment that they're gonna discontinue it in the next year. But when we first picked it out two years ago, it was a new line. The bullnose doesn't look that good. It would have been nice to be able to have an option of getting a better bullnose grade for the flooring that was the same material and wear patterns.

I liked LL Flooring's price and the people there were really helpful. I got laminate flooring. It's working out okay. I'd tell others that LL would be a good place to go and look. They have some good prices.
