We changed our minds a few times about what we would put on the floor, and the staff at the LL Flooring office was very helpful with that. They gave us a bid to replace all of the baseboards. We didn't want the baseboards all replaced because there was no need. It's only three years old. So, we just did a quarter round. They adjusted our pricing there. And we were very happy. The crew came on time. They installed. They were good. Our floor is what I wanted.

I purchased online with the help of Daniella less than a year ago and then I had the floor put in two weeks ago. Then I had the pleasure of speaking to a gentleman who said he worked with Daniella. They were just A-plus. It was seamless and great. I love the quality of the flooring.

We went from carpet to the vinyl plank flooring and it's a huge difference. I love it, and I wish I would have done it a long time ago. The installers did a great job. The floor looks great, but my house was very dirty. There was dust everywhere. We have a tile floor in the kitchen, and that concrete leveler stuff was everywhere. I just wish the installers would have been more respectful. When I talked to one guy, he had no clue. How would he not know? Besides that, the flooring is easy to clean. LL Flooring gave me a Bella cleaning kit, which was included in what I purchased.

The rep was very accommodating. He answered all my questions, explained everything to me and gave me samples. Everything was in timely manner. He told me it would be in last Thursday, and it was in last Thursday as he said. We're excited about the way the floor turned out. It's my grandson's bedroom, and he's extremely happy. I'm happy with the cost as well.

We got Tranquility flooring. It's River Walk Oak in color, and the thickness of the wear layer was where we wanted it. I'd recommend LL Flooring because they were very easy to work with.

I purchased Duravana oak flooring from LL Flooring. It looks awesome.

The vinyl flooring that I got from LL Flooring is beautiful. We get a lot of compliments on it. The installers were excellent. They kept good tabs on the whole process. The only thing is that they didn't have to move any appliances so we're still waiting for the rebate on that.

LL Flooring has been great for me. We've been dealing with them for years and they're good in pricing and they usually have everything in stock or within a couple of days. I usually buy the vinyl plank and the quality is very good. They have a good variety and quality of products. They've always helped me with everything.

The selections were great. The gentleman we worked with was really helpful for us. We bought some laminate flooring and my husband installed it. It's amazing and we're gonna buy more of it.

I needed a butcher block countertop, and I thought that LL Flooring had what looked like a decent product. However, it was a dud, which was really a bummer ‘cause I spent quite a bit of money. I ended up going with some butcher block at Lowe's instead. I don't think the sales guy from LL Flooring was bad, but the piece that was sold to me, he wouldn't let me look at it inside the box. On the showroom, he showed me what it looks like on the computer, but what it looks like on the computer and what I got were two different things. I can't ask for my money back because we used the wood and tried to work with it.

The online was convenient because I was trying to look myself, and when I was ready, I would go to the store itself and figure out how to go forward. It was nice to go about it that way. I had the hardwood floors shipped. It was the easiest way. The flooring was very good.

The person who works in this community does a lot of flooring and exclusively gets his materials from El Paso LL Flooring, and he came to the house with samples. We purchased vinyl flooring for our living room, dining area, hallway and a den. It’s already installed and we’re considering getting back in touch with the guy for the kitchen and a couple of other areas. We are very pleased with the service and the quality of LL Flooring.

The flooring has been holding up well. The installation we did ourselves wasn't the easiest but it wasn't terrible. I've had a great experience with LL.

I purchased vinyl flooring for the condo I got in Saint Pete, Florida. I was using this local company there close to Saint Pete. I live in Nashville and there's one here, too, but we picked the product we picked because we did research on the internet and that product we liked was cheap and waterproof to use in a condo that I'm renting. The people from LL Flooring were great. The guys in Saint Pete were great. The ones in Nashville were, too. The install guys were good. There were small issues and they knew how to work around it and make it work. Now, if I keep this condo and gonna move down there and live in it, I'll rip it all up and put some real hardwood in there, but this was good for what I wanted to do. Overall, I'm happy. I would buy from LL again.

This is the 3rd time that we've gone to LL Flooring. We purchased a water-resistant laminate for the two back bedrooms and the guy was nothing but professional. At first, I was looking at a luxury vinyl. Because it was so thin and the floor had to be raised up so much, he suggested this would work out even better and he was right. The installers were fantastic. They knew what they were doing. They did the least amount of cutting and waste. I had two and a half boxes left over. I was able to return two full unopened boxes. It was perfect. I love the flooring.

LL Flooring has good options. They are a lot better than a big box store. They're also a lot more responsive when I went in there and talked to people. I ended up buying the vinyl floor and the guys that installed were very competent. They came in and did it all in one day for the two rooms we had done. I'm happy with the whole thing and I've already recommended them to other people. I can't often say this, but LL Flooring was 100%.

LL Flooring had everything in stock right when we needed it. We did it in two bedrooms and we're very satisfied.

I spent near 13k for new flooring. I got the Hackberry lifetime warranty floor. They never finished the quarter round and the the corner came off a few boards already. They won't finish the work or honor the warranty. They have been giving me the runaround for a year now and I'm being forced to get my lawyers involved.

I purchased laminate flooring. It was nice and easy. The reps were friendly and knowledgeable. The installers were good and working with the material seemed easy for them. They were really clean too. So far, the flooring has been great.

I got Coreluxe flooring and it was very easy to install. The only problem was that it's a good heavy product and my back is not so good. I have an account at the Milwaukee location and I always go to them. If I forget something, they make suggestions to make sure I don't have to have a trip or two back.

They were awesome. The rep was so nice and helpful. He showed us everything. We went with waterproof vinyl flooring and their installer Carlos was fabulous. He was whistling while he worked and he was a happy guy. He knows what he is doing. Everything was perfect. The flooring looks good. It's scratching a little bit but we'll have to see how it goes.

Purchasing was very easy. I got the Duravana Hybrid Flooring and it seems to be pretty good. I recommend them.

I purchased some vinyl planks in store. The rep was very helpful. I love the flooring and I wish I could do it in my whole house. Try LL and see their showroom.

I looked online then saw what LL Flooring had in-store. We went in, looked at it and purchased some floor threshold. I would tell people to go to LL Flooring, because they can check out the merchandise in person. The customer service was awesome too. The reps were very helpful with everything that needed to be done. They paid attention to us and loaded up the merchandise. They were great.

I was doing a comparison and research for some laminate flooring and I was on my way to purchase some flooring from a different company. When I stopped into LL Flooring, they gave me a better price, so I went with them and it went very well. The people were very knowledgeable. They let me know everything that I needed. They had the item that I wanted in stock. There was also a sale going on, and since I was able to get the flooring that day, they gave me a better pricing than what was on the ticket.

I like the rep a lot. I bought some hardwood flooring, and we had it installed ourselves and didn't have any trouble. I've ordered a second batch and it was supposed to be last week, but it hasn't come in yet.

I installed vinyl plank from them in June 2021. After a few months, I noticed that some boards were shifting, but I attributed it to the weather changes and didn't think much about it. However, it just kept getting worse. I was talking to someone who owns a floor company and explained what was happening. He came over and took a look. In all of his years, he had never seen this. The individual boards were cupping and the joints between the boards were breaking. He said that if it is the fault of the manufacturer that the boards are defective, it is common practice that the company reimburse for the flooring and make things right. I would think that all companies would follow the same ethical business practices. Basically, if your product fails - you fix it. He advised me to reach out to the manufacturer (LL Flooring) and have them come take a look.

I purchased waterproof tiles for the kitchen. The quality is okay. But the installation was a nightmare. The people didn't show up when they were supposed to and didn't bother to call. When they showed up, they were reckless in removing the baseboard. They didn't do what we had agreed on in the quote, which was removing the tile underneath before installing it. A different person came each time. The person who started laying the floor kept on leaving. There was also no ability to communicate because he didn't speak English.

I was very happy with the service. I did the entire home, basement included. The flooring looks good.

We bought about a thousand feet of luxury vinyl plank from LL Flooring which we had installed in the kitchen, dining room, living room, music room, and hallway. The sales rep we dealt with was exceptional. Once he figured out that he was dealing with a guy that didn't know what was going on, he started explaining things and helped me quite a bit. But the fellow that was getting ready to install was checking and it turned out that where we had the grand piano, the floor had sagged. So for the last couple of days, I've been underneath the house putting a beam in to support the flooring. He said it would be better if we got a different locking mechanism type floor.

The people at LL Flooring were so knowledgeable and friendly. It was so easy to shop with them. They were such nice people. They knew exactly what to tell us to do and we did it. We picked up the flooring, measured it, and ordered it. Then they delivered it, and that was the easiest thing in the world. Their product was much nicer than the one that I've had before. I'm very happy with it. It's really nice. The gentleman that delivered it was wonderful. It was a wonderful experience.

The store manager has always been super nice and helpful. I like to go back there. The vinyl, click-together planks look like they're good. They're crazy thick.

The guys that work at the store came in close to closing time and there was no problem. They jumped right on it and everything was good. They were top-notch.

It was a very good experience when I purchased. They had what I wanted. I got some baseboard trim and I'm very happy with it. I'm happy with the price too. I recommend them.

We have used LL Flooring in the past, back in Florida, and we used them again when we moved to North Carolina. We bought some materials in Florida and we told them that we wanted a top quality floor. We asked to be sold anything that we needed for that floor and we were told all we needed was the vapor barrier. But after the installation, we have hollow spots in some places. The worst being the entryway. The installer didn't say that the flooring didn't have padding, the people in the Concord store or the Southbury store didn't say anything, and neither did the people in the Dania store where they sold the flooring to us. It really gets under my skin because we paid a lot of money.

I purchased plank flooring and it's of very good quality. The rep was very knowledgeable about the product and she helped me out tremendously. But it was a little tough putting it down.

I bought the luxury vinyl plank from LL Flooring and I'm very happy with it. When I went into the store to make the purchase, I had an idea of what I wanted, but I I asked a few questions and their reps were able to answer them. The installation was pretty simple since it was for a bathroom and had a small area. I had two other projects where I also bought from LL Flooring and those were for large areas. So far, I've been satisfied each time I used them.

I got waterproof vinyl planks and the installation went smoothly. The reps were all great. I love the quality of the flooring. I recommend them.

The rep I worked with was really good. I'm in a wheelchair and he was able to help me with all my stuff. I was able to find out the past planks that I bought through his records. He was helpful in every aspect. They loaded the flooring I bought onto my vehicle for me. It's perfect. We went with it again because the one we have downstairs is very durable and we've had no problems with it.

I got 600 square feet of water and scratch resistant laminate from them. The rep was very knowledgeable and walked me through the options. He helped me pick a color that fit around what I have. When the order came, they called and told me it's ready. A month later, I ordered the. transition pieces and end pieces. The only downside was that the transition piece came from another store. The other store just put it in a box and sent it with no protection and it came all broken down and bent. I called them and they took care of it right away. The flooring is of good quality and I really like it. I did it myself so I was very happy with it. Everything worked out perfectly.

I got laminate flooring from them and it's easy to work with. The quality is also good for the value.

The sales experience was great. I ended up having way too much material but I was able to return some of it and they credited it. LL Flooring was very responsive. They were great to work with. I didn't have to argue with them over whenever my material was gonna get here.

The service I got at the store was great. I got vinyl flooring and it has worked perfectly.

The first guy who came for the installation was very good. The second group that came to install was awesome. The whole house was done in one day. However, when they first delivered the materials, it was wonky so they couldn't use it 'cause it wasn't laying properly. I had to wait and they had to redeliver another set of material. While the installer was here, that part was not laying right either. But he worked it out to where they got it going. What made me a little upset was his supervisor was telling him even though it was not laying properly for him to keep pushing and go on. But the guy was trying to tell his supervisor that he was not gonna do that if the material was not looking right. I felt they're were just trying to get the money.

The rep was very helpful and friendly. A third party was hired by LL Flooring for the installation and I have mixed feelings about it. We live in a rural area and there are very few installers up here. They contract with someone who is about 450 miles away. There was a gentleman out here that works for them and he started our install. He did an excellent job. He was very meticulous, which means he was very slow. That work was okay with us, but I don't know if he ever worked an eight-hour day. He was here for a minute and he'd leave and then he'd come back. Christmas was in there so we told him we didn't want him working on Christmas or Christmas Eve.

It was never explained to me how the flooring would be installed. LL Flooring gave me a list of products that were going to be needed to install. All they said was this color looks really good with this floor. I had a problem with my flooring so I called and the first guy I spoke with acted as if it was not his problem. He said, “What do you want me to do about it?” and asked if I wanted to speak to his manager. I was not impressed.

I had LVP flooring put in my basement and I really liked what I got from LL Flooring. Their sales reps were super nice and they'd call me back to check on things. I used their people for the installation which took a week, maybe less. They were very good and whole process was easy. The floor quality is beautiful, too.

The sales rep was very professional and patient. We had multiple questions and he was right there for us the whole time. I didn't feel pressured to make a decision one way or the other. The price was also right. I'm happy with the product. It looks good in the home. My only concern is that should water spill on it and we won't catch it immediately, that part of the flooring may become damaged.

I've had a really good experience. I ordered flooring and they have a good product. I also ordered some floor vents to match the flooring that was installed. I love my floor. I'm glad I went with real wood. I would buy again from them.

We went online to look for some casing moldings to go around our door. Most stores like Home Depot or Lowe's don't carry 2.5-inch ones. They only carry 2.25-inch door casings. I found LL Flooring on the internet and they had what we were looking for. We went right down to the store here in Kingsport and our experience was excellent. The guys were very helpful and friendly. They knew exactly what I was looking for and they had it in stock the first time around. The second time around, I had to order it. I put the moldings up and they were perfect. LL Flooring is a nice company. Go and get your molding from there. I'm gonna go back to them.

We went to about five different places that offer wood flooring and we liked the product better from LL Flooring. We went with hardwood. LL's sales reps have been great all along.

LL Flooring had a good selection. It was better than the other places I personally went to, so that was an easy choice. We found a wood that was similar to what we needed, and we made a decision right there. They didn't have the specific wood I was looking for, but nobody does. It's a wood that we bought about 20 years ago, and it's probably an endangered species, so it's not being sold anymore. The two people that were at the showroom were very friendly, and they gave us all the answers we needed. They made us different offers, and we got a discount. The wood was good. So it was overall a very good experience.

I purchased laminate flooring for our basement from LL about a month ago. It wasn't ready when I ordered it and they had to get it out of the warehouse. But it was ready when I was there for pick-up. Also, there had been a sale that just went on right after I ordered the material and paid for it. I asked them which price will they be honoring and they said as long as it's within 30 days, I get the sale price. They rebated the difference.

I ordered hardwood floors for a large house. They sent out a worker to measure the floors and order the correct amount of flooring. They measured it incorrectly and then blamed the customer. Then they installed flooring that did not match as they ordered it from different batches. The installation was a disaster. It was done very unprofessionally and despite multiple attempts to get LL flooring to fix it, it is still messed up. I paid thousands for the flooring and it looks very cheap and unprofessional. Do not go with this store! Avoid.

We shopped a LL Flooring several years ago and bought floor. Then we got a luxury vinyl plank flooring this time around. It was easy to purchase. The sales rep was great. The installation was easier. A contractor did it and they didn't have any problems. The quality of the flooring seems good. It's in the kitchen, dining room, bathroom, and the mud room. The look looks good.

We got vinyl plank flooring and we love it. It's easy to clean, but we're using the cleaner that's meant for it. The main guy that helped us was really good. The guy that loaded the flooring was so awesome. Everybody was great.

The flooring I got from LL Flooring looks really great and high quality. My wife was kind of lukewarm on it but when she saw it in person, she really liked it. If I have to buy any more flooring, I'll check them out right away and see what they have that might meet my requirement.

Recently, I bought hardwood flooring. The reps were amazing. I had been looking for that floor that would fit a really specific need for quite a while, and I kind of narrowed it down to three. When John there knew that this was my top choice and in my price range, and when it came on sale, he dropped me a line and said, “Just wanted to let you know that this is being offered now if you're ready.” The way that he did it was not like a pesky needling you to buy. He knew I wanted to buy and he was letting me know of an opportunity that was to my benefit. I jumped on it at their location on 410. I have always gotten extremely personal service. They were very helpful. I'm very happy. John treated me as a valued customer.

We had our laminate flooring done on the main floor in the second floor. It's gorgeous. The team that came out was perfect. They let us know everything that was going on and contacted us with any questions. Nothing was done unauthorized. I had looked online and selected the one I wanted. Then we had to go into the store to confirm and to set everything up. I told the rep after seeing everything that I needed to change my selection. She was so good. We even took back the unused product and got a refund.

LL Flooring was fantastic. We purchased 800 square feet of solid-core vinyl. Everything worked perfectly and smoothly. They had a really good crew.

I worked with LL Flooring for a long time. It's pretty good. I order majorly from the store in Oaks in Phoenix. It's fantastic. They have a good price and good quality. The store manager, Sam, is very professional. It's easy to return, too, because they always have extra. If I needed some makeup, they can render from other stores and help me out. They got very good customer service. Overall, I was satisfied. I feel very good.

There are two LL Flooring stores in Michigan, and one in Indiana. We’ve always had good service. We've installed 3,000 square feet of vinyl plan flooring now in multiple houses. Our last one was 600 square feet of that. We love it. My last experience, I purchased online. And this store gave me a call because I ordered 600 square feet of flooring. I forgot to order enough padding to cover it. So, it was excellent.

The rep was great. Also, It was a good install. Everything took place in one day. The installers cleaned up behind themselves. I'm loving the flooring. The prices are very reasonable for the quality that I am getting, because I got a high-end product and I was happy with it. My wife is also happy. That means I’m happy. If I had to do it again, I'll deal with LL Flooring.

I went in LL Flooring and it was such a pleasant experience. That place was perfect for me. The guys that put the flooring in the truck were very nice. When I called one time, the guy that answered the phone was pleasant, easy to work with, and professional. The floor came, I had the guy put it in. It's beautiful, and I'm so happy with it. I am gonna buy from LL Flooring again. I'm gonna get a waterproof one for the basement, because there's a washer and dryer down there.

I installed vinyl in the bedroom. I love it. Everything was excellent. I would highly recommend LL Flooring.

LL Flooring took care of me. They were great to me, especially the manager over there. Everybody loves the flooring. So, I'm very happy.

We got luxury vinyl throughout the entire house. The installers were super awesome. We were still in the process of moving in, and they didn't just rip out the whole house all at once. They worked with me to do room-by-room, so I was able to move boxes and other things out of their way as they finished one room and went onto the other. They walked me through the process of what they would do, and kept it livable so that I didn't have to go to a hotel. There was just some mess that we had to clean up afterward, but they were super professional, friendly and very courteous throughout our process.

The sales associates in the Augusta store on RiverWatch Heartway were very knowledgeable and very good at their jobs. We purchased the waterproof flooring with underlaying that goes on top of the cement slab. I like everything but the delivery charge. It was out of this world, so I had to rent a truck and get the flooring myself. But we liked the flooring's cost and it’s very nice quality.

Purchased flooring and picked up 1/2 of it to do a project. The flooring was great, the service was great. Sammual the store manager was very helpful and top-notch when it came to his knowledge, the experience was as good as it can get. Covid hit and I could not pick up the other 1/2. The district manager sold the half I did not pick up, even though it was fully paid for. No contact, like, "You have to pick this up or we are going to resell it". Instead, I came to pick it up and I was informed it was sold and you cannot get this same flooring anymore. Be aware the flooring is not yours even though it's paid for. New district Manager Matt ** has failed to return any follow up, simply silence.

We purchased some waterproof vinyl flooring. All the installers were also fabulous and polite. They even took boxes away. We spent 15,000 overall. LL Flooring always tried to ensure that we got the maximum savings that we could, and we appreciate that. I love the flooring. It's fabulous.

We had luxury plank flooring installed and they are amazing. Also, the team who came out to install it was wonderful. Between the store and the installers, everybody was professional, friendly, clean, and thorough.

We purchased some hardwood floating flooring in-store. The customer service was good but the quality of the materials is not as good. When the flooring came, it didn't match the sample I took home. But I already had it half down, so there's nothing I can do.

The staff at the store that I physically went to were very good and the pricing was appropriate and reasonable. Also, they the flooring into my vehicle, so I was very pleased with the service. The color of the product we got is very similar to an adjacent room and that's what we wanted.

They did vinyl flooring for my whole home. The installation was a good experience all the way around. The flooring is of wonderful quality. I've referred a couple of my neighbors to them and they're getting floors from LL already.

I bought an old church that was a barracks from a World War II base and I didn’t want anything very rigid because there are very minor imperfections in the floor where it's not like a slab. So, I was looking at a particular color. I wanted more of a gray color and I didn't want to put a lot of money into it. So, that was a major factor when I went to LL Flooring. I knew what I wanted and what I was looking for before I went in. The sidewalls are just a tad darker gray and then, I'm gonna put black baseboard around it to separate the two but make it pop. I loved some of the products at LL Flooring and I've been telling people they're in Abilene.

We bought two different kinds of laminated flooring from LL Flooring all at that time. The customer service was funny and very helpful. And the prices were good. I got two buddies who are building a house. I gave LL Flooring's business card.

In November 2018, I used LL flooring to replace all my floors with KOA 4mm click vinyl flooring throughout my townhouse. The salespeople at the Hollywood Florida store were great; however, the installation was a problem from the beginning. Their installers had to come back and redo part of the job immediately after they finished the installation, but even after that there were raised areas where I was told would settle in time. I accepted that. My first rental tenant after the installation was there for 3.5 years.

Everything was super easy. The person that came to install the laminate flooring did a good job. I like the flooring. It's come a long way. I already recommended LL Flooring, and somebody already bought their flooring and is redoing the house with it.

The two people that came to do the installation were very pleasant and knowledgeable. But I did not have a very good experience with the people that did the scheduling. I couldn't have them come the day they were scheduled to come so we had to reschedule. It seemed the woman in their office was sick for a couple of days and still taking phone calls. She said that she couldn't do the scheduling and gave me the owner's name, Larry. I called him and left him two messages but he never called me back. On one of the times when I left a message, I said “I could have you come next Friday.” But they never called me back to tell me that. When I called LL Flooring, they called and got ahold of Larry. LL Flooring called me back and said I was scheduled for Friday. I didn't know it. But I love the flooring and will continue to use LL Flooring. I have always had good results with them.

LL Flooring has the best and cheapest option. The pickup is easy. You just drive around the back then they load the flooring up. I got the luxury vinyl flooring from them and so far, so good. I’d buy more from them.

LL Flooring is easy to use, so I'd use them again. The quality of the flooring is good.

We've used LL Flooring at two other properties that we've had before and we had really good experiences. We decided to go with them again and we had vinyl flooring installed. They were very professional and upfront with us on issues that they had with pulling up the previous floor. They suggested how to proceed so that we weren't spending thousands and thousands of dollars. It's been two days and one of the tiles in our dining room peeled but I don't think it's an installation issue. It might just be the piece of flooring that was used. It looks like the top layer peeled. I would contact LL Flooring. I would like that piece to be replaced if it's possible. Other than that, we love them and we absolutely love the floors. We're really happy with the outcome and I'm excited because I know they're easy to clean.

I purchased the DH XD New Haven Harbor Oak 12mm flooring on 1/2/21. Along with the flooring purchase, we bought as recommended the Underlayment 6 mil Poly Sheeting and the Bella Platinum Underlayment. The flooring is starting to delaminate and curl up at all the joints. Called customer service, sent photos and answered all their questions in which I received case number **. This case pretty much ended there, only to have no help on the matter. Made several phone calls, only to be placed on hold for excessive amounts of time, then only to be disconnected. Several emails sent requesting a follow-up only to be ignored.

My experience with LL Flooring was seamless. They answered all my questions. When I had to reschedule, they were very patient. Then they showed up and did the job like they said. They were done in 2 days.

We purchased a waterproof plank manufactured flooring. LL Flooring had lots of samples. But one of the most useful tools for me was to be able to take the picture on and apply the different choices according to my use of my rooms. You go on to the website, you try the different floors in the room. That was a valuable tool. We ended up going with a lighter floor just so the cat hair wouldn't show up. That's where that audio visual tool came in handy. I could see how dark it made my little galley kitchen with my cherry cabinets, and realized that that wasn't the look I wanted to go for. So, it helped. The LL Flooring where we purchased does not do installation. But I asked them for a recommendation, and they had someone who we eventually hired. They were very good. And the installation itself has a year warranty. Our flooring is exactly what we need in our home and I feel comfortable with the quality of it.

The salesperson from LL Flooring was very helpful in what we wanted and laid them out and said the differences. When you look at some of them, they're like vinyl and we wanted something that looks like wood, with the creases in it. Some of them don't have the creases so they showed us a couple of options, and we went with the one which was in our budget and it had a lifetime warranty.

I got laminate flooring from LL Flooring. They were the only one who had it. I hired someone to put it in and they haven't finished putting all of it down but the quality of the flooring is good.

The purchase with LL Flooring went well. For the price, the flooring is decent. It's very durable. It's waterproof and has a neutral color. I'm gonna put some of it in my home as well.

I bought some flooring for the kitchen and the bathrooms. I also bought four vents. I had an individual installed them for me and everything turned out great. I have no complaints about the quality. I definitely recommend LL.

My experience with LL Flooring went good. I’m able to get some material that I needed. They were able to get me some kind of custom hard-to-find white oak stair treads and they got it within one week, which is faster than everybody else around here. I'd tell others to call LL Flooring if they need something quick.

We purchased flooring online and then went to the store to pick it up. It was fine when we arrived at the store. The guy had the order right away and he had us pull around the back. Within 10 minutes, we were loaded up. I would recommend LL Flooring. The finish on it is good. Once it's locked together, I like it. It's solid flooring and it comes with the underlay already attached. It saves the purchase and the work of laying it down.

Remy, one of the sales associates, was phenomenal. He helped us out and he was very knowledgeable. Also, he went way above and beyond. We ordered a lot of flooring and he kept us in the loop on what was going on. He made some suggestions to purchase some other items and the installation would have been a total disaster without them. He was 100% correct.

I went to LL Flooring and the assistant manager on duty, Preston, showed me all my options. Another lady was there as well and she asked if we needed help. There was a really good variety in the store. I found a perfect match to what I needed and we bought it. We installed the luxury vinyl plank ourselves and the flooring is great. I'll definitely shop with LL Flooring again.

I looked at the cork flooring online. The contractor told me it was ready and picked it up. Everything was very smooth.

The reps were very informative. They weren't done when they sold the flooring. I would be able to call back if I had a problem. I got laminate planks which I've never laid down before. The installers got it down quickly and I love the quality.

The installers were fabulous and well-mannered. They asked me which way I wanted the installation done. I've had absolutely no problems and I've recommended them to someone else.

We bought the flooring in the Trussville store and they said they had it down at Panama City Beach so they’re holding it for us. We’re gonna call and get it delivered on the 23rd into our condo. It’s been a great experience with LL Flooring. We used them before in a lake house I redid and the reps are always good, attentive, helpful and knowledgeable.

In an old house I lived in, I had used LL Flooring to purchase flooring. They were helpful. I had some kids and they recommended what would be good and durable. There was a delay with the shipment coming in, which was a little frustrating, but they ended up picking it up from another warehouse to try to get it there quickly. So, I had a good experience. I purchased about 1,300 square feet worth of laminate flooring. The quality seems good. I love the look.

They had the right product and supplied it. The one thing I don't like about their system is how they get the material. Their way in the back is real tight. There's no place to park. There's a line up and quite a wait a lot of times. So when I was there twice, I had to wait and wait and wait for the guy in the forklift to do something for me. But other than that, the product is good. Their customer service is good.

In the store, the agent was good. The experience as far as them being knowledgeable and what to look for, and evaluate our price was good. However, I experienced difficulty because of the date they said they would come and the time of the date. They didn't come that time. So, that threw off my entire day.

I bought laminate flooring in store. It's very good. Also, the installers were fantastic.

LL Flooring had the specific model that I was looking for. The reps were very friendly and professional. I'm very happy with the flooring.

We got laminate from LL Flooring. They had it in stock, but not enough so we ordered a pallet since we want all the same. So far, we like the flooring. We don't have it all down yet but we're working on it. It's very easy to work on it. The only bad thing about the flooring is if you make a mistake and try to get it off, to take a piece out, it chips very easily. Once you get it down, it’s down and it takes a little bit to get it back up. You gotta be very careful.

LL Flooring had really good flooring, and we worked with Bethany. She was really good. We did have a little problem. We put the flooring down ourselves, which went pretty well, but some of the boxes that we had had damaged ends. So, with the damaged ends, you couldn’t just cut it off and start again because it had to interlock with the other. So, we ended up having some damaged parts in the middle, which isn’t ideal. It was a little frustrating, but it turned out looking good. If we had more time, I would have just returned the pieces that were affected. It's just we tried to do it ourselves, and it was in a business office. So, we had to be up and running by Monday. I would recommend LL. The people there seem very great.

LL Flooring has a good selection. They did a very good job with the installation though there was one little area that they could have done a little better. In the bathroom, where most of the molding was removed, it was installed correctly, but there was a little area where the molding wasn't removed, and all they had to do was remove the molding to install it correctly. But I love the hickory floor that I got. It’s a nice floor.

I have been a customer of Lumber Liquidators for 20 years and my experience has always been great. With Bellawood, it’s the best quality. It's the most reasonable price and it looks the best. Some of the other LL Flooring products, like Mayflower, I stay away from, because I found that they are not of very good quality.

I did the installation of the floating flooring myself. It did not go well. When I put some of the flooring down, some of the planks that I have previously put down popped up. It's been taking two weeks to get this down and I'm still not done. But their reps were very helpful when I went into the store and bought the flooring.

I did business with LL Flooring before when they were Lumber Liquidators. I was satisfied with them so I went back. I shopped around, and they gave me a better price. I purchased $6,700 worth of merchandise. At that time, the gentleman gave me a $300 Visa card gift certificate. He said I got 30 days to apply. I took the paperwork and the Visa coupon and put it aside.

I've purchased a lot of flooring products from LL Flooring. I like the floors. These folks in town are great to do business with so I continue to buy my floor there. This time, I got the vinyl plank click together flooring.

We like the products LL Flooring has in their Rockford store. Originally, we had decided with an all-hardwood floor. But we were having a problem with our subflooring, so we went with vinyl instead. I like it. It's nice.

LL Flooring has a good variety. I got a Brazilian cherry flooring that I saw online. The different tones are good and so is the color.

We looked online and we found what we wanted. I went in there again today and got the thresholds for it. They won't be here until Monday but we've already started putting the flooring in. I love the quality and so does my wife. Get their products. It's good.

The reps at the store were helpful and very informative. They showed me the different styles they had and the different qualities. They even showed me the trim that it came with if I decided to go to that, which I did. The flooring is a little more expensive but has a thicker, better quality than most of them I've looked at. It's also more durable and has a bigger wear layer than most of the places around here that I'd went to. It matched our woodwork too.

We got hardwood flooring from LL Flooring. They did a great job with the installation. There was one little mishap though. They called to tell us to come pick up our flooring, but they were supposed to be delivering it. Everything else was good.

We had a floor that we got from LL Flooring previously and I had a little bit of it left, which was why we went back to them. And they tend to have the best prices. The flooring we had was discontinued but they went out of their way to find a supplier. One of their stores in New York had enough for what we needed and it worked perfectly. It was a CoreLuxe and we liked it. It's durable and great. It's the right way to go. Everybody that I dealt with at LL Flooring was top-notch. Every employee that I came in contact with was friendly and helpful, and that makes a big difference. Customer service is a big issue with me and theirs was very good.

I got the unfinished red oak and I got way too much of it. I've got two full bundles still packaged and a lot of other pieces that were damaged. I hired a third-party contractor to do the installation and the wood that they could use was no issue. They just put aside a ton of damaged wood that they did not install because they have a lot of little holes in it. They said they never want to use LL Flooring. So, they knew that from past experiences but I did not. Apparently, it was a lot of damaged products that did not get proper quality control. When they were bundling up the wood, they said that a lot of that should have not been bundled and should have been disposed of.

I bought LVT from LL Flooring and installed it all myself. The quality, the prices and the selection were fine. Our experience was positive.

The prices were reasonable and when I went in, they were more helpful in explaining about how to install the flooring versus other places I looked at. I got vinyl waterproof flooring. We installed it on our own and I love the quality. I had no problems whatsoever from getting the samples to getting my flooring ordered. It was a great experience.

I am particularly reviewing Store 395 in Coral Springs FL and particularly the General Mgr, William. We lived in FL when we decided to move to SC and build our retirement home. We were looking for land and started shopping for our finishing materials while we waited out the obstacles including the pandemic. We found the perfect flooring for the entire house, William advised us how to make sure we got what we wanted when we would need it, and at the sale price and we promised to stay in touch as we progressed toward needing the goods. That was 10/21.

Do not use this company. They do a great job of selling you the flooring and telling you they have the best installers in Omaha but don’t listen. Just go somewhere else and save yourself the hassle. We purchased flooring from this company, paid for concrete grinding and floor leveling along with the flooring installation. They require 100% of the payment upfront before they start. That should be a red flag number one. Then we had to wait weeks for this expert installer that is the best in Omaha. They show up the first day of work and the expert installer is not there and there’s two gentlemen we’ve never seen before. Red flag number two. An hour into the work they say they can’t complete the job and to call the manager at the store. The manager then says we need to hire someone to fix the flooring so they can complete the job that we have actually already paid them to do which is concrete grinding and leveling.

I like the selection at LL Flooring. It’s just hard to get it delivered. It takes a little time. I also had an appointment scheduled with the installers but they didn't show up. So we hired somebody to install it. But the flooring is good. I love it.

My purchase was fine. I bought several boxes of bamboo-type replacement floor. The quality is really nice. I recommend LL. The customer service was great. They were very professional and polite. They did what they told me they were going to do.

They were helpful and low-pressure. They gave us free samples to take home and they were very helpful with those samples. I got cork flooring because of the soft surface and the thermal advantages of cork. We have contracted someone from Lumber Liquidators to install it.

A lot of companies doesn't have a place you can go and look at the flooring. They'll just come to your home and give you samples. I like it that LL Flooring has a showroom where I can go and see a large piece. It was hard to choose because there were so many selections but I like that I could click on their app and see the flooring in the room before I even purchased it. I had used LL Flooring and the flooring was much cheaper. I did my whole house for $3,300. But the prices have increased everywhere. I'd contacted a couple of other companies but they were higher than LL Flooring. One company called me back and told me that it would match them, but I decided to stick with LL Flooring because I was happy with the first experience I had. We are very happy with our flooring. The installers were great. Our whole bedroom is 18 x 20 and they did it in about four hours.

LL Flooring is a good company to do business with. My daughter bought my flooring from them and put it in. I love the flooring. We like the coloring. We did the gray walls and it made it brighter. It's a good product. It's easy to keep clean.

They were helpful and fun. I liked them so much and my experience was absolutely wonderful. The rep was awesome. I brought pieces of furniture in to say, “Okay, this is kind of the color that's going down there. I'm looking for this.” They did not oversell me. They could have sold me top-of-the-line. When I picked what I thought I wanted, I went over to their rep Dustin and I said, “Pretend I'm your grandma. Tell me why I need this.” He said, “Well, grandma, you do not need this. Since you have a budget and you’re doing the installation yourself, there is no reason for you to take this other than the fact that you want it and it's gonna make you happy. And I am in the business of making you happy. Because the one thing I don't like is for a customer to come back and say, ‘I hate that floor.’”

LL Flooring does a good job. I talked to both guys in the Kitty Hawk office. I went in multiple times. They sent me multiple products. They could not have been better. The whole process was hugely expensive, but I have experience with them. They have a warranty and their installers came highly recommended. The installers were unbelievably fabulous. They cleaned up and did a magnificent job. The product is great. I'm happy with it.

We bought vinyl planks from the old LL company. It was a good experience working with them. One or two other companies that we stopped by to talk to, supposedly recommended to us by several installers, weren't worth anything in terms of assisting us in making our decision. LL Flooring was the most hospitable and helpful. They came out with the best ideas, and they were a pleasure to work with. The installation was done by a gentleman by the name of Brandon. He is outstanding. The flooring looks great. We're very pleased. However, it was not a good experience with the guy that was the prime contractor installer. I wouldn't hire him again. I told him not to put me on his referral list for coming to me to find out whether I would go with him again.

LL Flooring was super nice. I would recommend them. They gave me the information I needed as far as what to choose. They were very informative. I was looking for a cheaper baseboard, and they showed me a nicer one. The price was very good.

The floors that LL Flooring installed for my son were beautiful so when I decided to do mine, I went there. I got laminate waterproof in the kitchen and the bathroom. I've got two dogs so I needed something that if they pee on, it's not gonna ruin the floor. It was a wonderful experience from when I walked into the store until they installed it. The people at the store are very helpful. The manager came to measure what needed done, but he ordered the wrong kind of stair treads. The installers said, "These won't work. They'll break. You're gonna fall." Even though we had to delay the steps for a while, I was so appreciative of the staff that they looked out for my safety.

Everything from start to finish was easy. We walked in and got attended to. We bought the vinyl flooring and it was loaded. It was pretty simple. My product is awesome and everybody who walks in loves it.

We purchased some vinyl flooring and the experience was okay. They were a little shorthanded and there was only one person working there. We had to wait 20 minutes when the guy was helping somebody else. It wasn’t his fault. Other than that, the flooring looks fine. I would recommend LL Flooring.

We got wooden laminate LifeProof flooring. The installation went well and the quality turned out pretty good. I was 99% satisfied. But there were some glue marks that they could have cleaned up.

I enjoyed working with LL Flooring. The sales guy that I worked with was very helpful. I went with waterproof vinyl, snap-in flooring. But on the box, there were some generic instructions and it said to go to the LL Flooring website and get the install instructions. And I looked everywhere, and I could not find any installation instructions for any flooring. I had a hard time navigating that part of their site. Other than that, I love the way the flooring looks. It's amazing.

I had my living room, dining room, and hallways done 10 years ago and I was happy with everything. This time, I wanted to get something that matched my floor but I knew they didn't have that available anymore. But they were helpful to find something that was very similar. Setting up the installation was easy too although there was a bit of confusion because I'm having two rooms done, but I didn't want them both done the same day just because it's hard to move furniture. When they called to do the installation time, I had to call the store back and talk about that again. But we got that resolved very quickly.

The saleslady at the Whitehall store was phenomenal. I've already told several people to go there. As soon as I walked in, she asked if I needed help. I told her I wanted to look around first. I looked around then saw a few of the flooring that I wanted. I asked her about some details so that it could help make my decision. She was so informed. She gave me details about the product. She sat down with me. She gave me insight on all the things that I would need. It was so well thought out and processed. She didn't hesitate in any manner. Her personality was so welcoming that it just sold me. The flooring is beautiful. It lights up the room and is easy to clean. It made the entire difference. I don't hear any sounding issues. Everything came intact.

I went to several different places and looked around. I always seemed to end up back at LL Flooring. It was a feel-good thing and I got a good price. I just happened to hit it right where the particular thing that I liked was on sale. I was impressed with the savings coupled with the pleasant environment and the willingness to help me achieve my goal in a certain area. Everything was put together very well. The quality is there in the wood too.

The pricing was competitive. But we've decided to use a local contractor down the street from where we purchased a home in Georgia. So I'm not going to go with LL Flooring. But everybody was very professional and a pleasure to work with.

I purchased a large amount of wood. I put in white oak Bella hardwood flooring in my dining-room, living room and hallway. I purchased Mayflower hickory wood for my bedroom. I purchased stairs and risers all the trim underlayment and supplies needed. I purchased installation and delivery. Installation: The contractor came and measured. Installation was a few months after purchase so my receipts were months before installation. We and made arrangements that the installation would take place after the holidays even though I was purchasing before that. Discussion and circumstances between the installer and myself made for the time the wood was installed.

I got some vinyl waterproof planking. The installation went very well. The installers were very efficient. They were fast. So, it went fine. There was one little boo-boo that they did on the wall, but I didn't realize that until afterward because it's been covered. But I like the flooring. I did have to have a repair done. They did that at no cost, which was good. The only problem I had was customer service. Wherever it was from, it was terrible. I had to request another customer service person because it was driving me crazy. She should have been fired, but that’s the way it is.

They had the product I wanted at a good price. But I'm not as happy with the fact that it does scratch really easy. They told me the maple was one of the hardest, but it still scratches pretty easily. But other than that, I love the product. I love the way it looks. It installed nicely. It's good quality. The gentleman who is in charge at LL Flooring was awesome. He knows his stuff and he's very good with customer service. The other gentleman that was there was just as good. I had a great experience there. They're very good at what they do. They answer all your questions. I’d refer anybody there.

We went to a showroom to look at floors a few times before deciding. The salespeople we’re all friendly and helpful. We went with the Aquaseal Walnut Engineered Hardwood with Pad Attached. We were told by the salesperson that despite the floor having an attached pad we *needed* an additional underlayment for optimal sound and cushioning. Ordering was great, the flooring arrived on time. We let it acclimate for a week before installing (we were not moved into the house yet so that wasn’t a problem) - installation was a pain. The click lock system was overly fragile and broke easily. We followed the installation guide to the tee.

We couldn't figure out what we wanted to buy but the rep that I dealt with was very nice, helpful, and patient. She was great. I love the prices and the variety that I had to choose from. The people are all very friendly. So I'll definitely go back there. It's a good place to buy your flooring.

I had vinyl plank flooring installed and the quality is very good. It was a two-day installation. The floors look wonderful. It changes the whole appearance of the room.

LL Flooring just did my mom's house. The flooring was vinyl laminate. The sales rep at the Boston Road location was professional. In the past, LL Flooring helped me with figuring out measurements. This time around, I already knew what I needed. I did the installation myself and that was easy enough. The flooring is good and it costs less. But I have the 12 mil flooring at my house and I like the quality of that one better.

I purchased stair treads, risers, and four noses from LL Flooring. I also purchased the flooring material through them back when they were called Lumber Liquidators. Their reps were accommodating and the customer service was great.

I was looking at stuff online. I took a picture of my kitchen and I just was tapping on the thing to see the flooring in my kitchen. That was awesome and I love it. We went to the store and talked to the salesman about their flooring. He helped and answered all my questions. He seemed to be knowledgeable and he told me the difference between some of the thinner material and the thicker stuff that we bought. We are in the process of installing the laminate flooring we got. We really like it so far.

Matt and Hagen were the salespeople in the William Cannon store in Austin that I went to and they were very helpful. I was impressed by their knowledge of the product and what to expect with the installation. We looked around quite a bit. We used LL Flooring several years ago and that was one of the things that swayed us their way. We got vinyl planks this time. We really like the flooring.

The sales rep was awesome. I got the luxury vinyl for three bedrooms, a bathroom and a laundry room and I like it a lot. When we put the washer back and they hooked it up, there was a kink in the line and water went everywhere on the floor and I was panicking. But it didn't seem to do anything. It's a water-resistant product. We went with a company that works directly with LL Flooring for the installation and they were good.

Stephanie, the store manager, was very professional. She was very helpful and so were the other associates. The gentleman that put in the floor and his team were very professional. The installation went perfectly and it was quality work. We're satisfied and pleased. The flooring is easy to clean. LL Flooring did a good job and it was a positive experience.

Chris, the store manager, helped me when I got vinyl plank flooring from LL Flooring. He was super knowledgeable, very helpful and kind, and you can tell he values his customers. I had three other comparison companies and I wasn't sure who I was going to go with. After speaking with him and him helping me, it was a no-brainer to go with them. He was great, knew his stuff and wasn't trying to sell me the whole world and rip me off. So, it was a very good experience. The finished product is beautiful. I purchased a higher quality one and I was told that it’s going to be very durable and useful for a while.

I like LL Flooring’s products very much. We've bought several from them. We had somebody install it and they did a wonderful job. We're extending the flooring into another room and we went back to buy some more of it, and I was only gonna need two boxes, but the sales rep said it was discontinued and there were only three boxes. So, I took all three. They let me know that this was the end of the line so I could have extra in case I needed it. So, they have very good customer service. People should go to LL Flooring. I've been very happy with the service, the selection and the products.

We had an engineered hardwood floor installed about 1.5 years ago. Almost immediately we had to have someone come out because the leveling we paid dearly for was done poorly. Several areas were spongy and they fixed a few, but after two attempts we still had an area that was uneven and bouncy. I gave up. In June we suddenly noticed a huge bump in our living room - think speed bump - that ran all the way across the room. Repeatedly called the local store and sent pictures and videos. After several weeks of no response, I called and they suggested I call their headquarters in Virginia. I've now spoken with about six people who pass it on as the responsibility of someone else. It's now the first week of August and no one returns my calls and my feeling is they just hope I'll go away. Extremely frustrated and extremely sorry we hired them.

Their customer service was wonderful. I called them so many times with questions and they helped me right away and didn't mind. They were really great to work with.

The quality of the flooring was great. They had exactly what I wanted. It was also priced a lot better than the others. Their service was also professional.

Lumber Liquidators has done our house since 2012. This time, I ordered the floor and when I went in there, it was almost like some of the workers were there just to take up space. They were not knowledgeable, and they were real young. I can understand that, but the flooring company that got here was just pathetic. One installer and one helper came in. The helper looked like a little kid, and all he wanted to bring in was his snacks. He was not much help with anything. The other guy did all the work. My local store used to use a company called German Masterworks to do the flooring. They've done our whole house and they did really good. We had a 400-square-foot room that a guy did in one day by himself. The flooring company that Lumber Liquidators used this time told me the job would take two days. This room was smaller, and it took three whole days, then a fourth day for them to come out and repair what was messed up.

Installers finished installing the floor last Friday. They did a beautiful job except for how the condition of the baseboard was left. I understand that wasn’t part of the floor, but that was damaged when they were taking up the quarter round that was down. They had to rip up the laminate out of our kitchen and take the quarter round up. When they took up the quarter round off our baseboards in our kitchen, they didn't score the paint so when they pulled that off, we had big old pieces of paint missing.

I got luxury vinyl planks from LL Flooring. The customer service is very well. They are prompt and have attention to detail.

I got a couple thousand square feet of luxury vinyl from LL Flooring. Cris was the sales associate and she was easy to work with. All got installed and I didn't have any problems. It looks good.

We purchased a vinyl tile flooring and a butcher block countertop from LL Flooring. The people that work there were very helpful, answered all our questions and spent the amount of time we needed to get it answered. The products look wonderful and easy to work with. We are very happy with them. There are some tricks on how to get the joints tight. I got it fairly tight. But when the contractor did it, he did a much better job than I did.

I went to some of the big box stores and had also gotten a quote from a local business that would have done the install themselves. It was a combination of price, availability and service that put LL Flooring above the others. It was a great ordering experience with them. I was able to get some samples. I took them home, checked them out, settled on what I wanted and got the order. The floors shipped quickly. The associate at the store was awesome and helped me load everything. I got a two-and-a-quarter-inch oak hardwood in the gunstock color, and I'm going to install it this weekend in 2 rooms. It's an old home built in 1905 and there's hardwood flooring on the main floor that we had refinished. However, some of the wood floor on the second floor was not salvageable. When we tore up the carpet, it was chipped up bad and not salvageable. What I like about what we chose is it's almost identical match to what's already on the first floor.

I purchased vinyl flooring from LL Flooring and customer service was good. The store was clean and they had quite a few selections. They were always really helpful. The flooring is nice.

I ordered hardwood flooring over the phone. It was packed well. The shipping guy that delivered it was nice.

I did vinyl plank flooring with LL Flooring in North Cape May, New Jersey. The store was very pleasant. There were two men there at the time and both were fine and very helpful. We think of the quality of the flooring so much that we're gonna have our son's bedroom done and our front living room as well.

The sales rep was very informative. I got the LVP and the quality is outstanding. I had their team put it in and they were very good.

I liked the flooring that was supplied by LL Flooring. Customer service was very good too. Zach was the rep we had and the company should give him more money and hold on to him because he knew his stuff. He really helped us. I had someone else come out and install the flooring. I have wooden cabinets and I was not willing to paint them white. By the time the work was over, I fell in love with the flooring that Zach gave us. We did have to wait for it to come in. With the way stock is today, I wasn't surprised. Other than that, so far, so good.

I bought waterproof laminate flooring from LL's Dayton, Ohio store. The first time the installers were here, they worked for one day. On the second time, they worked for four days. Everything was great.

I love my floors. The people that put the flooring down for LL Flooring were spectacular. I went back to the store with the unused material that they had. The contractor said, “Take it back to the store. You don’t want to hold it because we didn’t have to use it. They are credited back to you.” When I was in the store, I asked about the promotion that they had going on. The rep gave me a number to call. I called the number, and the lady was telling me how to go through everything. I said, “Ma’am, I can’t go any further because it keeps telling me that it’s closed." She said the man at the store was supposed to give the rebate when I purchased my flooring. But he didn’t. He told me I couldn’t get it until I had the flooring installed. The lady kept telling me to call back. But every time I called back, they said he was on vacation.

The original deal was that the flooring was going to be delivered into the house and when the truck driver showed up, the guy would not put it in the house. My girlfriend had to wait for somebody from LL Flooring somewhere to unload it and she ended up having to help. She was sore for a week after having to carry it in.

LL Flooring did the service for us and we were very happy. The salesperson was excellent. It was a young gentleman. He showed us the product. He explained. He told us the differences between the prices and all of the products and he ordered them. We had to have it ordered to an out-of-town address, and he was highly efficient. We're very happy with all of the service. It was an excellent experience.

LL Flooring won out on my cost comparison. And then the installation cost that was quoted was fantastic compared to everyone else. I love my new flooring. I should have done it years ago. I had no idea it would be this easy. And the product itself is beautiful. LL Flooring was the only company that we found that had the color and style of floor that was in our dream of when we start remodeling the house. And now having it installed on the floor, it completely changed the energy of the house. We wake up every morning and walk into our huge kitchen, living, dining room and we would be amazed.

We had laminate flooring done in the dining room and living room. The gentlemen were very professional. They did a great job. Everything came out excellent. It took about four and a half hours. The place was spotless when they left. I like the look of the flooring and it also cleans up very easily.

I had a great experience with the LL Flooring store here in Chandler. I really like the store. They've been very helpful. It’s my second purchase for the floors in this other location. I purchased unfinished oak floors. I first went to the store to purchase the sample, and then I ordered it online. I like the product that I selected. I did the installation myself. It's challenging. It’s a more advanced DIY project than the regular one.

This company has been a nightmare to work with since our project began. Our project started at the end of May and didn't "finish" if you can call it that until June 21st. We were told 1 to 2 days to complete it, but got stuck with incompetent contractors, a contractor that just left and quit the job without notice, dysfunctional product, not enough product ordered, and the biggest issue being treated awful by customer service and corporate. The only person that deserves any credit is the store manager who has done his best to make things right with what little power he seems to have.

I got luxury vinyl plank flooring installed by LL Flooring throughout the new home that I purchased in Florida. I did this long distance. I paid for it in California and then my son gave them the code to the garage and they came in and put the flooring in. I love the floor. The only thing I don't like with LL is the quarter rounds that they do and the threshold in step because, in California, they undercut and slide it underneath the base of the baseboards. Here, they do quarter rounds. I would have preferred if they would have done the undercut instead of the thresholds and quarter round, but that’s something that they said they weren't aware of and they weren't comfortable trying to do something that they didn't know how to do.

We purchased luxury vinyl planks. My rep Marcus went above and beyond. He explained everything that I didn't understand to me and walked me through. LL Flooring's selection was good but they didn't have the exact width for the kind of flooring that we wanted. We purchased it from another place. It was darker than it appeared online, and so we just went to Lumber Liquidators to match it with the transitions because everything they had online was a different color. Marcus did that well. I love the quality of the flooring we got.

My rep went out of his way to help me out. At the time, they didn't have the product I was looking for at that particular location. He reached out to different locations and he was able to find it. He talked to associates at the different location and had them hold on to the last 10. I love the product I got. It's a bit pricey but it's a great product.

I purchased online from LL FLooring. I tried to use the feature where you could upload a picture of your home and then see the flooring. But that didn't work. But the installer was amazing. The communication was phenomenal. We knew as soon as there were issues. They called us a few times to go with us our options when stuff arose. We love the new flooring. It definitely sets the room apart. We would definitely purchase again. Especially if we knew we were gonna be dealing with the same people again, we would have no issues. Wouldn't give it a second thought.

LL Flooring had the best price. The quality seems good, especially for the price we paid. However, when I first went there with my wife, a customer person helped me. But they left and none of my information got picked up by another associate. Once we went back and got an associate, they were excellent. But it would be nice if they had a better turnover. Other than that, they've been great.

We like the flooring that we got from LL Flooring. They also gave us the flooring products to wash it with. The reps were good. The only problem I had with LL Flooring was when they made the delivery, they didn't send the padding. Before the guys could even start installing it, I had to run to Rock Hill to get the padding. They didn't put it on the bill whenever they made it out. So, first, they were gonna charge me 300-something dollars. I talked to them and told them it wasn't fair because it wasn't my fault that they forgot to put padding in. They fixed it to where it was 171. But the installation was smooth. They had it knocked out really quick. They were also really easy to deal with and they helped us whenever we were trying to pick out the flooring.

I would certainly recommend LL Flooring for both the knowledge with customers, as well as cost. The sales rep was wonderful. Most importantly, for pointing to the options and helping the customer to select the thing. What they said was exactly right on spot.

The flooring that I bought has excellent quality. It's exactly what I wanted. Jay and the sales process and the picking up of the material process were pretty seamless. It was a good experience with LL Flooring.

The experience with LL Flooring went great. I liked their customer service better than others. Their pricing was exactly the same as the competition. The sales guy's name was Cody and he was great from start to finish. He certainly stood out for both me and my wife and made the experience very easy.
