LL Flooring did a good job. I went to the store and purchased the three-quarter-inch hardwood flooring, and I installed it myself. I was a contractor for years. My only advice is LL Flooring needs to get a new phone system there. I can get through to them, but it's weird. Their phone system is kind of funky. They even know it, too. I work for the phone company, so I know. Besides that, I'm happy with everything, and I would totally recommend them.

LL Flooring did a great job. I used them before and this time, I got a good deal on some flooring. The guy helped me find what I was looking for and was very helpful. I love the vinyl flooring.

Do not touch this company, they have a very bad overall reputation. We bought $13,000 worth of flooring from the Brighton store. Within 2 weeks it started warping and creaking, The installers tried to repair it by firing tons of unsightly nails into it. It got worse. The installers eventually concluded that the flooring material was defective and would report this to LL Flooring. Then there was a journey of stalling, passing between departments, sending videos, snapshots of my nest showing that I never went over 50% humidity for a whole year. Etc. Etc. No real review of the data I sent occurred, just a standard answer "it must be the humidity". I proved it wasn't.

I went to LL Flooring and the man was very clear about what I could look for, what I shouldn't look for, and he showed me what areas in the store to look at. I was looking for something that was durable with eight cats, a dog, and I had my father. I needed something very easy to clean because they cause messes. When I went there, I told the man, “I need something really durable. I need something really flat that won't basically move, because my dad sometimes uses the walker, sometimes he uses a cane. I don't wanna redo it in three years.” If it is a one and done kind of thing.

My son bought from LL Flooring a couple of years ago and was so happy with it that I just went with them. I purchased online and the website was great. I didn't have any trouble at all with it. I also got a good deal with them, and the wood laminate flooring is excellent. I am really pleased with it.

I was looking for a particular flooring. I bought a new house and the flooring that's already here is an LL floor and I wanted to complete it. But when I bought the floor and had it picked up, it wasn't the right one I thought it was. I sent it back, and LL Flooring took it back without a problem. I had to find out from the previous homeowners what flooring it was but LL said they no longer carried that flooring. The young lady told me that she would check to find out where it was and she did. She called me back in a day or two and found out that the flooring was in another store and that they had enough flooring for me, which was perfect because I thought I was gonna have to change the whole floor. She went out of her way to find that so I was very pleased with the whole process.

I got some snap laminate from LL Flooring. I went in store because I wanted to see the samples in person, talk about my project, and get recommendations. The sales reps were excellent and very professional. They knew exactly what materials I was looking for and what I would need for my project. They went out of their way above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. We're still in the process of installing the product itself, but it's beautiful. It was delivered on time. I'm extremely pleased with the quality. I hired my own team for the installation, but they were the ones who recommended that I get the flooring through LL Flooring. They worked with LL's material before. I will recommend LL in the future for anyone I know who has a project. The price was excellent, too. It was within my budget.

We were at the LL Flooring location, and their customer service was very satisfactory. The store was what we expected, and the person that helped us made sure we got exactly what we wanted. We were looking for something special. We got hardwood flooring and they did the installation. It took one day. The installers cleaned up after themselves. I had only one problem. From the room that already had part of the flooring, they transitioned into the next room. I don't think they chose the transom wisely the way they put it in. They put it in two sections. So, it might be three-feet wide. He put it like a board that was two feet and a board that was one foot. I don't think that should have been done that way. It definitely stands out.

LL Flooring has a good product and it's a good place to buy. I've bought from them for a long time, and the customer service is excellent. Recently, I bought laminate flooring from them and installed it myself.

We purchased the EVP in the past with LL Flooring, and then we went back to do another one of the LVP purchases so we can use it on our rental house and we just have been customers of them. We bought switcher blocks and flooring from them. I like the selection. It's the best selection I can find locally around town if I want something locally, and the folks that were in there working with us were extremely helpful. They had some clearance items with enough product for what I needed at the rental house. So, they went through different items, found what we needed, and they had enough product in-house that I was able to empty out a section of their clearance to do that one. The previous purchases have been some online and some in-store.

I was trying to find some bamboo flooring. We had put down flooring in the home and needed additional flooring and I looked everywhere and LL Flooring was the only one that carried it. They have wonderful products. Our experience with them was great. The person that we spoke with was helpful and had wonderful customer service. His name was Jeremy. It was warm, welcoming, and conversational, explaining the different types of flooring to us and what we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable about what it was that he was doing. I would recommend them.

I went online and purchased hardwood floors from LL Flooring. It was delivered after two weeks then their reps came out to install it. They were good and they finished in two days. The flooring is a bit pricey but so far, the quality is great and I like the finish. Also, they added a floor care kit that they didn't tell me about, which was nice. They didn't have to do that and I wouldn't have gone out and bought one, but that's okay.

The original flooring started cracking. So we bought three boxes from LL Flooring. Two of the boxes came damaged from FedEx action and one box was FedEx lost somewhere. They couldn't even find it. But LL Flooring could have put something around them to keep them from breaking open. They didn't have any more of the original flooring and that color was discontinued, and those were the only three boxes. So we had to go with a different kind of flooring. We had the portion part of the floor taken up and we were able to find some flooring that matched pretty close to it. You can't even tell.

I had flooring installed in my upstairs bedroom, hallway and a small office nook. I looked at the flooring online and then I made a trip to the store to look at it in person. I did not like the flooring that I chose online when I saw it in person. The guy that was helping me was really nice and showed me different floorings that I ended up liking a whole lot better. He gave me some more information about the difference between what I had seen online and what I ended up choosing and how that would work better for the bedroom, hallway and office.

I was looking for a specific color and style of vinyl flooring and LL Flooring had it so we went with them. We physically went to the store and the reps were good and thorough in explaining. We told them what we wanted and they showed us the area where they had them. The tile that we picked was on sale, which was a good thing, and we picked it up right then and there. I liked that convenience because they had it in stock and we didn't have to wait for it to be shipped. Also, I love my floor. We liked it so much that we ended up extending it and getting more. We put it in our kitchen and in our bathrooms.

LL Flooring is the most wonderful place in the whole world. I went on the website and I was able to upload my rooms in the house and see exactly how it looks before I went to buy it. I saw my furniture and how it looked so that was a big plus. I purchased waterproof laminate floors in-store. I purchased it and loved it. Then, I had a little left over, purchased a little more, and did my bathroom. I went back and purchased because it kept going on sale and then it went on the double sale and I purchased it for the rest of my house. I made sure this one rep was in. I followed through because she hit it on the head.

I purchased vinyl tile for our mud room and the shopping experience with LL Flooring was very easy. The reps were very personable and no pressure. They were very informed about the products and made it a very easy process. If you want a simple, stress-free flooring experience with knowledgeable representatives and quality products, LL Flooring is the way to go.

The guys worked hard on the installation of our LL Flooring. They had to drive in from Houston. I feel bad about that. But they knocked it out fast. The only negative thing would be there was a miscommunication, as far as removing all the tile and replacing it. When they got done, I inspected and I noticed that they didn't do anything in one of the bathrooms. I said, "How come the back bathroom is not done?" They said, "We didn't think you wanted it done." I said, "I paid for the whole house to get done." They said, "Okay, give us a minute." They threw the tile on top of it, which they did a good job of putting it on top, although I'd rather they had busted up the tile and did it. But they were tired at the end of the day and they still had to drive back to Houston.

The LVP flooring seems to be of good quality. We've had it in our home from a couple of years back and now we're just adding to some rooms. LL Flooring was great and easy to work with. I called them on the phone, but I also enjoyed going into the store. Since it's something we've had before, it's running low in stock and they were really patient with answering my questions and sourcing it from different stores. In theory, it should have been difficult and they made it really easy. So, I was impressed.

We got LVT and trim for the basement from LL Flooring. They were very helpful once I saw what I wanted. Our basement is quite large, and they had the quantity we needed. The flooring was discontinued so they weren't making any more but they set it up so that we could pick up at their store and someplace else to get what we needed. The reason it was discontinued was the locks did not work properly. This is not our first floor from LL Flooring, but it was the first time that we had issues with the locks. It was very hard to get the short end of the pieces to interlock with the other short end of the other pieces. We did with some finagling and a lot of pounding. I love the floor, but I see a few issues where we had to pound harder than we should have had to pound to get it to lock.

LL Flooring was great. I got vinyl planks in the store. Their sales rep was very good. He was helpful in all regards, very knowledgeable and very professional. LL's installer put down the flooring and it took them one day. Quality's great.

LL Flooring was a referral from a friend, and they were great. They were right on top of everything and communicated with us just fine. However, we had an electrical issue that prevented us from going forward with the project. We're still in the process of finishing that.

LL Flooring was great. I bought hardwood flooring in-store, and they were friendly, answered all of our questions well and helped us find what we wanted. We knew what we were looking for, but they showed us samples. We installed the flooring, and it was easy. The flooring is beautiful. It's amazing.

We got some tongue and groove red oak pre-finished flooring. The sales rep was good at what he was doing. He knew his stock and he knew the flooring. He answered my questions, and when I bought the flooring, he told me when it would be available, and that's when it was in. I'm happy with the experience. Installation was easy for me as well. I got a bit of experience with it before, and it wasn't a very complex room or very big space, so I did it myself.

LL Flooring's rep was knowledgeable and very professional. The third day the subcontractor was installing the flooring, the saw they used to cut the baseboard and stuff kicked in and out because when the guy put the baseboard in that one room where they plugged into, they popped it off. And they couldn't get it to reset the breaker. So we thought there was an issue with the breaker, being an older condo. But in the end, we found out with our contractor that does work for us. So, I found out that it was an issue with the wires. We gotta get his guy in there to do it. It has become a pain. But the installer for LL Flooring who was there was rude about it. I'm usually good dealing with contractors. But this guy said, "Not my problem." He wouldn't even come out and look at it after the fact. And they didn't put the steel studs in the walls to protect it.

My husband had ruined the carpeting in his office, rolling a chair around. At first, I looked at Lowe’s since I had had them install carpeting previously in my home. But their prices were way much higher because they were subbing it out. My neighbor recommended LL Flooring to me and I initially wanted luxury vinyl. But they said that could scratch. I have a dog and I didn't want floors that would scratch. So, I ended up getting a light color flooring and they did a beautiful job on it. I so appreciate their expertise in showing me the correct material for what I needed. Their advice was super because the floor that we have does not scratch. It's not real wood though it looks and feels like it. And now, my dog won't even go in that room. She's a retired racing greyhound and she tends to have long nails. I try to cut them, but she's very picky about flooring.

LL Flooring had the product that I wanted. It was a wood flooring product. And for the price, they are much better price than Floor & Decor. LL Flooring had a huge experience in this. Each of the people, 20 plus years. And they ended up doing a great job. Gave me what I was looking for. The installer came and installed it in two days. That was what they told me to prepare for.

There were three reps that I dealt with in LL Flooring, and all of them were amazing. Bethany was my main saleslady. I love her. She did an amazing job. She gave me good advice. Also, I had to come out there and I had my truck to pick up some of that floor, and those guys packed me up so well in my truck. And one of the days I came by, it was raining, and they covered it up good. It has been a while ago since I had my flooring done, but I keep looking at them. They're beautiful. I’m very pleased. So, I will always do business with LL Flooring. I will recommend them to everybody that needs some flooring.

The guys at the LL Flooring in Leesburg are good. I deal with them all the time and everything comes when I need it and I get it done. I helped the homeowner pick the flooring out, and I installed it. We got a floating kind of flooring. We were hoping it was scratch-proof and moisture-proof. We had quarter-inch soundproof padding put underneath it. The installation was hard work. I had to get everything right. I set things up and had to make sure that things are done right. My boys and I brought all the flooring in, laid it down, and let it acclimate to the area it's gonna be put in.

We purchased vinyl plank flooring from the LL Flooring in Duluth. Their rep answered my questions, pointed out a couple of different options, helped us land on the price and value and quality we were interested in. I was completely satisfied with the selection, the write-up, the delivery, and the return. I installed some of the flooring, and it was a little trickier than I expected. So, I hired a professional to finish it up on a larger area. The flooring is good. It meets expectations. I had extra materials because we anticipated lots of extra cutting. But using the professional, we cut down in the size and shape. We cut down on the amount of actual material required. So, there was a 10% return. They refunded it.

I bought snap-together laminate flooring in-store and it was a good experience. It was a little difficult to get it together, but we got it.

We love our laminate flooring from LL Flooring. It's great. It's a premier vinyl. It looks like real wood, but it's waterproof. We bought it purposely because we live on Grand Lake and we have grandkids and people in and out with wet bathing suits, people in and out of the deck, and we have dogs. As soon as everybody's gone, my wife mops and you can't even tell that the flooring has had anybody on it. My wife and I really like it. We're super happy that we went to LL. We went one day, talked to them, and ordered everything that we wanted.

We got an engineered hardwood floor from LL Flooring. They used a subcontracting company to come in and do the installation, and everything went really well. They delivered the goods ahead of time so it could precondition to the temperature of the house. They had done all the measurements previously and talked us through our floor selection when we went to their store. It was a large, multi-day job for a 2,600 square feet area. They completed the installation very efficiently and on time then followed up later to make sure everything went well. We had it installed before we moved into our new house and they worked with us on scheduling and got everything done. They were awesome. They had to make some adjustments as they went along but they kept me informed of any adjustments in price and the quality of the install.

I was very happy with LL Flooring. I purchased vinyl planks in the store. Their rep answered all my questions and he was knowledgeable. The flooring has been put down and the quality is wonderful.

LL Flooring is very good. I've used them before and that's why I went to them again and purchased vinyl planking. I did look into their website to see what they had. I'm 80 years old and I'm not really that great with stuff, but the site was very easy to use. I just went to the store because I couldn't buy that online. I had to see it because what it looks like on a computer doesn't mean that I would like it. Overall, the flooring is great. I have 12 months to pay it off without any interest. I have a minimum every month, but I don't have to pay the full thing right off the bat. It was part of a promotional offer at the time.

LL Flooring was fantastic. So far, I purchased the product. They told me that it has to acclimate. So, I just left it in the box. I've done everything that they said. The flooring is not down yet but I selected them because they had excellent reviews. I haven't been able to test the flooring, but they answered all my questions. They stand behind their product. What I heard from everybody that I had spoken to was whatever you buy from them, they'll come out and they'll repair it. So, I'm looking forward to a good experience.

I went to LL Flooring with my wife and told the reps what I needed. The sales process was seamless and the people in the store were very helpful. I bought cork underlayment and I picked it up. The reps loaded it in the truck for me and made sure I was happy with it. I had to make two trips because it wouldn't all fit in my truck at one time and made sure it was off their side and accessible to me. They were accommodating and did a nice job. I needed six boxes and there was a seventh one that had a defect in the box. It was not a big deal but they made sure they steered away from that one for me. It's hard to get excited over a cork underlayment but it was crated up nicely and the piece I saw looked good when the workers were putting it down. I had a remote camera so I could see. The boxes didn't appear to be broken.

We got vinyl flooring from LL Flooring and the in-store experience was good. The installation went fine and the quality is very good. But when stores are going over the contract, it’s important that they point out and specify that the installers disconnect all the gas lines and remove the toilets, but don't put them back. I saw it in the contract when I read it afterwards but if I’m somebody who is not well-to-do or able to do that, then I have to call a plumber. I have to have someone come and do this for me. And in the very least, they should partner with a plumber or an HVAC company to just come in after, even if it costs more money.

I bought vinyl flooring from the store and it has excellent quality. The person in the store was very helpful. She helped me make a selection and match my floor into a flooring I already had down. The pickup was ready when they told me it would be ready. They were very helpful. Overall, it was a very, very good experience.

LL Flooring has a good selection. There are a lot of options there. We liked their price point and product. Their sales rep was good, very knowledgeable, and helpful with making sure we got the right product and the best price possible. We purchased LVP flooring and they provided the installation. The tech was good. He took four days to get the whole job done, but he did a good job. He was very professional. We're happy with the flooring. I haven't had any issues with it yet.

I purchased porcelain tile and luxury laminate from the LL Flooring store in Newnan, Georgia. The overall quality is great. I was pleased. As far as the installation, I used a subcontractor that LL Flooring deals with, and the experience was great. I like the personality of the installer who owned the company. His name was Nathan. He was excellent. I recommend that LL Flooring in Georgia keeps using him. Also, the two guys that run the store, Melissa and Brandon, were excellent. They should get raises. They have great personality. They're very personable. They're very fair. If they would catch a mistake, they'd fix it. They order their own stuff. If they didn't know it at first, but they catch it later, they'd be calling you, and make sure it was right. LL Flooring is still a little too expensive, but they make the buying experience where you're willing to take the hit for the cost of stuff.

LL Flooring was great. They sent an installation team who was awesome. They were quick and punctual. They didn't make a huge mess and cleaned up after themselves. I'm happy with the quality of the vinyl plan flooring that I got.

We purchased laminate flooring from LL and it was installed in the kitchen through the living room, dining room, and down the hallway. I like the color of it. It's like a driftwood color. It's gray-looking. I'd highly recommend LL. We looked at different options, but we went to LL Flooring first and we went back there. The purchasing process was very good. Their representatives were very helpful and explained everything well.

I was pleased with the laminate flooring we got from LL Flooring. Their salesperson was excellent and very knowledgeable. Several different guys helped us during the course of our selection. I would tell others to go to LL.

Everything went perfectly with LL Flooring and I had no problem whatsoever with either the paperwork or in putting the carpet down. The sales rep was easy and quick to work with. The installation took about five hours which was a little bit longer than they anticipated, but we were fine with that. So far, the carpet hasn't had any wear at all on it. I would do business with them again.

I bought LL Flooring's vinyl laminate planks in store and the process went great. The price was great as well. I'll install it myself but I still got it in box and I've not unloaded it yet.

We had vinyl plank flooring put in our dining room, living room and entry way. When LL Flooring delivered it, the floor sat in the bedroom and when the guy came to install it, it was the wrong floor. He knew it wasn't the right floor so we went out and picked out some in stock that ended up being beautiful. It's very good quality. My husband and I like it more than what we picked out. We love it and we're very happy with it. The guy that did the installation was fast and professional. He did our whole basement, too. It's a ranch, so it's good size basement. It took him two days and a half. He worked really hard. He carried two of those huge boxes at a time down the step. He went above and beyond. If our toe stripping didn't match, he ran to Home Depot and changed it to match with his own money.

LL Flooring did a lot of work for me several years ago and then, I recently had them finish the house up. We had the main living areas done the first time and this time, we did all the bedrooms. So, the whole floor is now engineered hardwood. We knew, eventually, we’re gonna have little bits and pieces. But the first time we went with one, it looked like barn wood and on purpose. So, it's been fine.

This was our second purchase from LL Flooring and we're happy with it. It's doing what it needs to do for us. We'd like if the vinyl plank flooring would have been a little thicker, but it's the only thing we found that matched what we needed. My husband installed it himself and it was very easy. Their customer service is helpful as well.

LL Flooring had a large variety of samples that we could take home and look at. They had a good product and the price was very reasonable compared to what's out there today. They had a sale, and it was fine. We did not know what we wanted at first because of the type of flooring we had in our other rooms. We had ceramic. The rep showed us what would go with that, what type of flooring we would use. Instead of having that thin flooring, we would need the thicker wood floor so there wouldn't be a drop down, especially since my husband uses a walker in the house.

I've purchased four times from LL Flooring -- three of them are the same product, one of them was a different color, all are laminate flooring and 12-millimeter, same brand. I looked at their website two times because I wanted different colors and I wanted to make sure it was the right stuff and the website was easy work through. Also, the customer service at the branch I go to is out of this world and I feel good about the quality.

LL Flooring is great. We got laminate floors in-store, and the quality is very good. The installation was very good too. Thumbs up to everything. We're very pleased.

Justin in the St. Augustine store took care of me. He was very knowledgeable, nice, and professional. The flooring is beautiful. The only thing that I would suggest is when they sell flooring there and it's on the warranty, they need to let the customers know that they have to have the moisture barrier. If I didn't go back and inquire about it, I would not have put a moisture barrier down and my warranty would have been invalid then if something would've happened to the floor.

I saw the vinyl plank flooring online and made the purchase over the phone through the local LL Flooring office. It was in stock in time for installation. It took them a couple of weeks to get it in. The installation was excellent and I'm satisfied with the flooring so far. It was a much more positive experience than we anticipated. We won't hesitate using LL Flooring in the future.

I purchased some rough oak flooring and the sales reps were real helpful -- even down to loading, they were good. Also, I've been real happy with the quality and the cost. I did the installation myself and it was very easy to work with the product.

I got luxury vinyl plank flooring from LL Flooring for a bedroom and an office. It's affordable and easy to install. I got some advice from the guy at the store as well. The hardest part about the first one was the floor preparation because it wasn't completely even. That took a long time to get the floor leveled. But we've been real happy with the flooring. It looks great. The other day, I was painting something and had a few drips on it. I was worried, but they popped right off. That was great because if it had been real wood, it probably wouldn't have popped off like that.

My experience was really good. It was a really easy process ordering and getting everything done. Three guys from LL Flooring came and did one big giant dining room and a den, and they had all of it done in five and a half hours. They scheduled for two days. They didn't realize it was gonna go so fast. They could have done it in one day, but it got spread out into two, which was fine. The guys seemed to zip right through it, and they did a really good job. Everybody who's come over talks about how nice our hardwood floors look. We're really happy 'cause it was a house that we bought a couple of years ago, and it just had an old seafoam green carpeting from the previous owners. It looks so much better now.

I was impressed with the young man I spoke with and the service was excellent from the beginning of looking at the flooring through the finance process. All of it was simple and quite easy. He provided excellent service. I'm very happy with the product. Everyone that walked into my home and looked at the flooring thinks it is great. It looks great. So, I've got a lot of compliments on how the flooring has turned out. I will purchase again and continue to go through LL Flooring for any of my flooring type needs.

I purchased some flooring from LL Flooring and they also put in quarter rounds and some plastic remnants and padding. They were on time. They told me that it would take about two days and it turned out to be six hours. However, I would change how they put some of the stuff down. I'm waiting back to hear from them because I don't like the way part of the work came out. But other than that, it looks great. My sister bought some other stuff elsewhere and hers looks like crap.

We bought a brownish, and grayish color laminate flooring. I love it. We put it in our living room. It was almost closing time when we walked in and I just wanted to know if the flooring was still available. So the rep printed out the new quote because it was reduced in price. Then the next day, my husband went and purchased the floor. It was quick. The reps were very knowledgeable on the flooring and were able to get the sale. They were friendly, nice, and not pushy.

My experience with LL Flooring was great. I purchased a waterproof laminate flooring. They also demoed some tile in my house to lay that down. No issues with purchasing it or scheduling or having the contracting team come out and do it.

I purchased wood flooring in the store. I had a wonderful experience. The sales rep was very helpful.

Their price was fair and they could install the flooring right away and it matched the floor I already had. They sent three guys out here for the installation and they were busy as little ninjas. We moved the small stuff out, but they moved all the heavy furniture around and even worked around a really big gun safe that my husband has in one bedroom and were able to install it. They cleaned up after they got done and left. They were very efficient and quick. They did a really amazing job. The installation was very well planned. They had everything they needed and there wasn't a lot of materials left over that they didn't use.

LL Flooring was nice to work with and certainly has great pricing. I went in early to look at flooring and the rep was patient and kind in waiting for me to make my decision. Then, the installation was quick and easy. I purchased engineered hardwood flooring and the quality is really good.

I'm very satisfied with the experience of the customer service that I received from LL Flooring. Donovan was very friendly and helpful. I had something specific in mind. I got the samples. The little samples weren't big enough to make my eye work. So, I went and bought a package of it, put it down on my floor, it looked good, and I went with it. It was simple.

I was not shown the full sample. The samples are small and they don't show what would happen on the floor. So, I have something I hate. I'm very dissatisfied. My flooring is gray and there are white planks mixed in that are willy-nilly with black dots on them and they look awful. And I wasn't on site when the guys installed it. I got these ugly white planks all over that I didn't even know would be there and I'm not happy. I'm probably gonna rip it all out. I picked it out, but the samples didn't show these big white planks. It just showed a little white mixed in with the gray. But it's just planks of white with three black dots on them. It's awful.

I'm happy with LL Flooring's customer service, installation, and product. I got vinyl flooring installed in my basement. It was great. The guy was wonderful. He did it all himself and did a beautiful job. He cleaned up after himself, and it only took a day. I like the look and the durability.

I got vinyl flooring from LL Flooring and had it installed in the house. I went to different stores and when I came to their location, I saw a familiar face. I purchased with him before when it was Lumber Liquidators in South Philly. He's now a manager in that store. He helped me out and he signed me up for the credit card. Very excellent service. The product also came out nice. It's beautiful.

I purchased flooring for three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, the kitchen, and the living room. The installers from LL Flooring were fairly quick and they had half the house done in a day. They were also friendly and awesome. So far, I love the floors. I like the color and they're easy to clean. They're durable, too, especially when I have a child and a puppy.

Save your money and go any place but LLFlooring. I can’t fault the installers as they had to work with the material provided. Poor quality wood floor and it cost a lot of money. I had to have it re installed but wood quality was so bad second time too. I spent $$$$. That is an expensive lesson to learn not to buy from a company like that. Customer service was great but really they can do nothing if the quality is bad. Save yourself from the pain and agony, go someplace else. I will never recommend or use this company again. There are too many thing wrong to even list.

We purchased a Duravama product with the promise from the LL Flooring company in Rockville MD that it is a very high quality product. Turned out to be the opposite, very low quality at a very high price. When we went to complain, the store manager threatened us with lawyers. If you don't want to lose part of your money and your mental health, never go to a LL Flooring store, this is a big scam.

The manager of the Panama City, Florida location, Justin was super helpful and went above and beyond to make everything perfect. We live in Tallahassee, but will continue to shop with L&L Flooring in Panama City from now on! Best customer service hands down!!!

I have purchased pre-finished wood flooring from LL Flooring in the past and most recently, I was looking for a different product but I didn't end up buying it. I went to the Leesburg store and I was very happy with the salespeople for helping me find the thing I wanted and also for helping me figure out whether the thing I thought I could use wouldn't work for a different spot. I had a spot that was a basement and I wanted wood but it didn't make sense given how it might be wet. It was also next to some other wood and I couldn't match it anyway. The staff are usually helpful and they're not just trying to sell you something that isn't gonna work for your situation.

The sales rep from LL Flooring did a follow-up call. I ordered some samples and neither one of them was really what we thought they would be, and we wound up going with another flooring company where we found what we liked. So, I just got samples from LL, and working with them was good. The guy that called us said if there's anything they could ever do to let them know. They appreciated us ordering the samples.

I got an advertisement in the mail for Father's Day and it seemed like some good deals so I made an order. I got vinyl flooring and they were awesome to work with. I kept going back and asking them for pricing and they just kept giving me what I asked for quick. I was able to make a decision fast and they ordered it up for me and had it delivered. The product looks good, delivery was easy, and hopefully, it's easy to install.

LL Flooring’s website was great. You can take a picture of where you wanna install the wood, pick the wood and it shows you what it's gonna look like. And I loved that. I bought wood flooring to put in two rooms ad two hallways and the customer service was wonderful. Mike, the rep, had all the information I needed as far as which flooring I would want for heavy wear and tear. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. My husband is a contractor, so he did the installation himself. He liked the flooring. He has done a lot of wood floors, and he said it was one of the better ones that he’s ever done.

I got some floor from LL Flooring and installed it. I have a few things I need to return. Two boxes were damaged. It was probably some factory damage. The locks were not locking. But in general, we're happy about it and it looks fine. I will recommend LL. They have a nice price and nice flooring.

LL Flooring did everything they said they would do. Their sales rep was good. Everything went fine with the installation. They used a third party. So far, so good.

LL Flooring is great but with the installation, there are some cuts on my floor. They're supposed to send someone over to take a look at it and solve the problem. They contacted me, but no one ever showed up. Also, the installers lied to me. They said they couldn't put a piece around the fireplace. They had to put a stupid, ugly-looking molding up. It's not even wood. And they showed a house for sale that just had some installed and they had the molding put in the way I asked them to be done. I don't want the molding put in the way they did it. They just stuck molding that's raised half an inch over the flooring. It looks terrible and cheap.

I went to the store and worked with the guy there, Dylan. There were a lot of options there and I didn't know too much about it. Dylan was very helpful and I've been very happy so far. I got laminate flooring and it's something I'm gonna like. It's supposed to be installed tomorrow and I hope everything goes well. I'm a little nervous about this process because it's a big job. In fact, I'm gonna call LL Flooring in a little while because I have some more questions before tomorrow. They've been reassuring and I've recommended them.

My experience with LL Flooring was very good. We purchased in-store two different things from them - a vinyl floor and a hardwood pre-finished floor. The rep was excellent and the quality of the vinyl flooring is very good. We haven't put the hardwood yet.

We got LVP flooring for the entire house and carpet for the bedrooms from LL Flooring. Everything is amazing. The quality of everything and their competitive pricing definitely were great. From start to finish, going in the store, the help, the professionalism, they were great. The installation part of it was incredible, too, especially the people that had installed it all. The sales reps were fantastic as well. I like how personable and professional everybody was in the store and the crew that came in and put stuff in. It was a very pleasant experience, which is unusual for this kind of work.

I'm happy with everything LL Flooring did. However, I got one box that was banged up and LL wouldn't credit me because it was after a year. I got all the flooring for the whole house and only half of the house got finished. A year later, we completed it, and that was when we noticed one box was bad. But doing business with them was fine.

The customer's experience with LL Flooring was really good. I worked with a guy named Ryan for the majority of my purchase. And then the manager, Josh, helped me out later on with a couple of things. Overall, the customer service for LL Flooring with my purchase was great. I would give it an A+. But as far as the rest of it, it is not so great. The company that they had to deliver my flooring only hired one person. He wasn't very tall. He wasn't very big and he could not do the job by himself, so I had to pick up my flooring with him for two hours straight and deliver my flooring to my condo. I did get a refund for that because I've spoken with Josh, and he was awesome. But then another thing happened with the tile company, T Brothers. Originally, when they sent someone over to do my measurement, I told the guy, “Oh, I'm gonna get baseboards. Can you measure for the baseboards too?”

The installer was professional, courteous, and did a good job. Everything was great. We're planning on doing more of the house. We will get in touch with LL Flooring when the time comes to have them do it or get the product from them.

LL Flooring's pricing was slightly better than Home Depot. Also, the rep was helpful and friendly. He said he had been working there for a year. His colleague was also very helpful. The buying process was very pleasant there. The flooring looked like a step down from the big brand at Home Depot. But overall, it looks great.

I recommended LL Flooring out of five people that we had various appointments with. LL Flooring offered the best pricing and the product we found that we like the best. Also, they were very helpful and prompt on getting back to us, which was nice.

LL Flooring showed us a wide range of prices from inexpensive to the most expensive. Also, they were nice to do business with. I had the flooring and my husband passed away. They were very understanding and helpful with getting everything done.

I purchased planks from LL Flooring and I love the quality. We love the original that we did so we bought more of it. It also had a good price. We called Lumber Liquidators. They said they didn't have any but to try LL Flooring. We tried them and whoever answered phone said, "Give me half an hour. I gotta go find it." Sure enough, he called and he said, "We got three boxes." They were awesome. We got all three boxes from New Jersey to Mass in three days. It was quicker than we expected. We're very happy.

We ordered with LL Flooring a few years ago and they were great. We did the LVP. They were very helpful. They have a good product.

I ordered online, and I heard from the person in Albany and we decided to go with LL Flooring's New Hartford store because that was a bit closer. I called them on the 17th. My order was in, and somebody would call me to do the delivery. This past Friday, I still haven't heard from them to do the delivery. I called and left two messages. I did got an email that they were having trouble with their phones, and they reached out to the delivery guy to call us. We still haven't heard anything from them. I'm not happy.

When I got vinyl flooring from LL Flooring, they were courteous and helped us out. They were good.

Both the flooring and the stairs are very high quality and long-lasting. The flooring was done in April, and the stairs were done late May. I had to wait for the stairs to come back, and we had to, organize when LL Flooring could come through. The rep was phenomenal as far as her knowledge level and being able to get me directed into the right product. Also, she helped me to associate. I already had my bathrooms done of a LVP. So, she helped me match up the laminate and that coincides. It was phenomenal.

LL Flooring was first one I checked out and I walked in on a spur of the moment because I was there. My sales person's name is Scott and he was very helpful. We've gone in several times and he has done an excellent job trying to help us match cabinetry to the counter top. We've gone back several times with, "Okay, we gotta change this and that." Now we're looking at something different and he has been very accommodating with the amount of times that we've come there. Also, he's had samples sent to our place through the mail if he didn't have them at the store. They have a great selection and they know a lot about their flooring and what you're looking for. I would give Scott high marks for his customer service.

I would highly recommend them LL Flooring. They have been very attentive, helpful, and prompt. I had them come out for quotes and chose them. They weren't the lowest, but I liked them the best. The guys in the shop were very helpful. The gentlemen that came and did the installation were a father and son team, and were fantastic as well.

I went into one of their locations and purchased LVT flooring. They had very courteous and professional employees at that location. Also, we're very pleased with the quality.

I purchased some luxury vinyl plank from LL Flooring in store and the sales rep was very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of good information. He explained all the different ones that we were asking him about. We made our choice and it was pretty seamless.

I bought wood flooring from LL Flooring and the install went very smoothly. I liked the product. It looked good. I had a good experience and I was happy with the products and the service. I did go into the location. They were very helpful and attentive and worked with me. I went back a couple of times and they helped me work out estimates. They were very helpful in giving me information about the different products.

Holy cow - AVOID AT ALL COST - sent weird initial email for hardwood install three weeks before (only needs 48-72 hours to acclimate), sent multiple emails for install AS IT WAS BEING installed, gouged the floor moving a fridge, damaged a wall, damaged an AC vent, installed until 10 pm (???), left trash in front, and behind my property and expected me to return excess materials to the local shop myself. They gouged my walls, newly installed floors, poor workmanship (slab of wood and called it a transition), scraped up my new couch, sub contact to amateur contactors that don’t speak English. Nice enough guys, but hard to communicate with. Holy cow - avoid at all cost!!!! Very long list of other issues…

Don't fall for their change order scam. Find a local reputable firm. After our floors were ripped out and taken away, we were told our floors were uneven and needed self leveling concrete. The change order work ended up taking only 4 hours of actual labor to complete but they still charge $2550 dollars of "labor" for only 4 hours of work. Does $562 an hour for Labor seem Reasonable? They charge $42 dollars per bag of Concrete and $85 of Labor Per Bag. Avoid them, with these business practices they will not be around long. Their assurances of what was not used would be credited back was not true, as they will not credit labor back based on the number of hours worked it took to complete the task.

I recently purchased carpet from the Virginia Beach store. Within a few days a representative called to make the call to measure the floors. The next day the manager called back to come in to order and pay. The carpet came in very fast and was installed by Geo and his partners. Geo came to the door he introduced himself and his workers by name and began work. It was a pleasure to work with LL Flooring..

I purchased flooring from LL, and I had somebody else install it because their install price was $1,500 higher than anybody else. LL was the highest, so we had to have somebody else do the installation but as far as the product, it's great. We like it. The people at the store were fine. They're very knowledgeable. They knew everything about their floors. The store had great options.

I purchased in-store and they have enough selections for me to make a choice. Also, the rep who helped me was very knowledgeable. They were very helpful and on time. I was able to pick up the product when they told me it was gonna be ready and the quality is very good.

It took them a while to get the installers out here. But we were happy with the price, the product, the selection and the installers. The entire process was fine.

We got waterproof flooring for the kitchen from LL Flooring. Their customer service reps were amazing, patient and great. One young man in particular worked with me every time except for one time, and I was impressed with his patience and attitude. He stayed late with me. He was always smiling. I was very particular. It took me months to pick out what I really wanted. The installers were amazing, too. They were quick. Everything got done in an hour and a half at the most. As far as the product, I'm happy with what I chose.

I picked out four samples off of LL Flooring’s website and they sent them to me. The samples arrived promptly and they were what I ordered. I got a call from Daniel from the Medford store to see if I had gotten my samples and I told him I had. But I have not had an opportunity to take pictures of the floor and upload them into the sales vehicle that they have on their website where you can see the floor in your room. I wasn't at the stage yet ready for flooring but when I got there, I would do that. He said he would call me back in about a month. This all started in February and he did that. I told him I was taking the photos and I was gonna upload them and look at the flooring, and I did that the day after I talked to him. When I went to upload the pictures, I couldn't find the flooring that I had picked. So I called Daniel. I asked what was up because all that was coming up at that point was the Medford store.

The day we went over to LL Flooring to order everything, it took 10 minutes. It's simple and we found just what we wanted in the showroom floor. They had twice as much as we needed right there on hand, and it was all done. We found the piece we wanted, had it done, paid for it, done. And the pick-up was perfect. It all went smoothly. So, we would definitely do it again. And if anybody is hesitant, go to LL Flooring because it's much better than what we were gonna do at an alternate place, which is closer.

We purchased treads and risers for basement steps from LL Flooring in Solon, Ohio and it took us 10 minutes to pick them out. The reps were extremely knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Dealing with them was awesome. The workers who put in the flooring were great. They were super neat, very quick at what they did and knowledgeable. The only thing is, the installation was $1,200 and it only took them two hours to do it. So, it seemed that was expensive.

I put down a flooring a couple years ago in the lanai at our condo here in Florida and wanted to use the same flooring in the living room. The salesman in the store set up the appointment to have somebody come in and measure everything for the quote. He was right on time. Once that was done, they took it back and I had to wait for the salesman to give me a call with the quote, which was only about a day later. Then we went down the same day and signed the paperwork. They had it set up for the install not too long afterwards. They had me on a text loop too, so they kept me informed as it went along. They delivered the product because it was about 1,500 pounds for the flooring alone, plus the trim that they supplied to. There were 29 boxes that the delivery guy brought up and he had to come up to the second floor. He unloaded that within about half an hour.

The store interior was well laid out in the sense it was easy to see what LL Flooring offered. The manager was extraordinarily helpful and helped to arrange a complicated setting. We bought the laminate flooring in Vermont and wanted to have the product at our other house in Florida. He had to make arrangements with calling different stores to try to get it down there. Everything was on timing and it was really good service. LL Flooring in Vermont was excellent but LL Flooring in Florida was not as well organized. In the end, Florida worked and Vermont was able to get it done for us. The flooring was installed by someone else but I probably should have gone with LL Flooring.

LL Flooring did a beautiful job, and I would recommend them to anyone. We've done business in the past with them as Lumber Liquidators. Overall, LL is fair. They're prompt. The flooring boys did a good job, and they clean up well.

I have been buying from LL Flooring since they changed their name and before, and I've never had a problem with any of their products or any of their people working in the store. I recently purchased three quarter inch, five and a quarter inch Bellawood White Oak. I'm going to be ordering another batch for the first floor in the next month. I use the Marysville location, and anybody that ever waited on me in that store was totally polite and informative. Overall, I'm satisfied. So, I keep going back there.

I would recommend LL Flooring. I purchased the premium laminate flooring. I got exactly what I wanted. The sales reps were very helpful and pleasant. Also, the installers were nice, worked hard, and did a wonderful job.

We purchased engineered hardwood flooring with Chevron pattern from LL Flooring. We did it in-store in Perrysburg. I was really pleased with the way the manager there who we worked with handled things. He took his time and did a nice job.

I purchased vinyl planks and tiles from LL Flooring. The experience was very good. They were excellent to help with. The young lady, Emily, who works down there had been stellar through the whole process. She was calling to make sure everything was okay, getting the product on time for us and going way above and beyond. The quality of the product has been very good, so far. The only thing that would have been great is that I would have paid for installation from LL Flooring, but I'm in a buffer area in Wisconsin, between Duluth and Eau Claire and there's no installation service.

The guy who delivered the luxury vinyl plank flooring I got was real nice. LL Flooring is a good company to buy from.

We purchased everything we needed from LL Flooring but the tile. Lowe's gave me the best price on the tile and LL Flooring gave me a good price on all the underlayment and grout. Finding the products online was fairly easy. They had everything there. On the stuff that I bought from them, they didn't have that much. It was quite a large quantity so they ordered all of it then they called me when it was in. They did everything they promised. They're very customer-orientated.

The guys for the installation were 15 minutes early which was great. They were courteous, clean and fast. I was extremely happy with their service. It was raining outside and I let them use my basement. They had to cut wood in there but they cleaned up everything and it was like they were never there. I'd use LL Flooring again.

The sales reps were very pleasant, answered all my questions, and gave me great advice. I was very pleased with the depth of their knowledge. They're very knowledgeable about different types of flooring and it made my decision a lot easier. I asked them a million questions and I called them all the time with any little question I had and they would get right back to me if they couldn't talk to me then. Also, I went to their website and I was happy with it because it had a feature where you could shoot a picture of your room and see how the flooring looks. That was pretty spot on.

It was all professional with the sales rep and everything went fine. I purchased laminate flooring in-store and I'm happy with the quality so far. The installation went off without a hitch. But this was the second flooring I had done with them and when I got the first floor done, there was some miscommunication which caused me some disappointment. They told me that I could get something done and I couldn't. But we didn't find that out until I had received the materials and the workers were here. They said they could not lay out the floor that I wanted based on the materials that I received. I just let them do the installation based on what I had received. But we eventually worked through it and I'm happy with the floor that I ended up with. When I get my next floor done, I'm going to go back to that store.

LL Flooring is great. I did vinyl flooring. We did the pickup. They loaded the truck for us. It was easy-peasy all around. My son and his buddy put it in over the last weekend. They loved it. So far, so good.

I purchased online and navigating the website and the checkout were easy. I picked up the product and it was ready that day. It's a nice product that was very affordable. This is our second time ordering from them. I did my living room with their flooring and now, I did the kitchen and hallway.

LL Flooring has been very attentive. They sent lots of samples, checked with me three or four times, and answered any questions that I have. I ordered the samples online and every time I ask for another sample, they send it and follow up with a phone call. They're a very good company.

The guy at the location, Brian, was a good guy to work with. He knew the product right away, which is ultimately what I wanted him to confirm, and he was very confident about what he was talking about. I did the installation myself and it was fairly simple.

I needed flooring and LL Flooring was the first place I came to. They were super nice and it worked out. The sales rep wasn't pushy and had a good attitude. I instantly liked him. Also, I had a great experience all around with the guy who came. He drove all the way from Alabama to install for us and stayed in contact the whole time. He was on top of things and did his job well. I got the vinyl plank flooring and I like the color and that it's waterproof. LL Flooring was very on time with everything, they did what they were gonna do, and they followed through. Their integrity is good.

My interactions with the reps in the store were fairly brief and professional. I got vinyl and floating flooring, and the quality seems fine, but the workers that put the flooring in, that was the highlight of the whole thing. I'm an old man. I've come across a lot of contractors, and these people had a positive attitude. They're not lazy people, and they worked together as a team. It was a joy being around them. They get after it and get the job done. They've been doing it about 20 years, so they knew what they were doing and I couldn't say enough about them.

The sales rep on the floor was super nice and helpful. I wasn't planning on buying the laminate flooring from LL. I was looking at two other places and we were about to buy some floor and I went in to LL's store as a third option. I ended up with them because of the customer service. Everybody was nice at the store. I was able to get the product in the warehouse and it served our purpose. It's got a waterproofing bottom, and so far, it's good. Our general contractor was putting our bathroom back together and he complained a little about how brittle the laminate flooring was when he tried to cut it, but I haven't noticed any problems.

LL Flooring's folks were good, from the sales rep taking the time to show us all the samples and laying them down. I came back and another guy helped us with picking up the flooring. So, it was a very good experience. The flooring is at my parents' house and it looks good.

LL installed my flooring. They were good. The flooring is nice. I like it. The cost is comparable to everybody else I looked at. Also, the sales representative was great. But the store manager wasn't. He had an attitude. I wouldn't use LL Flooring because I wouldn't deal with them anymore. The sales rep was the only one that was worth something. The rest of them were a big old joke.

I bought some five-inch hardwood pre-finished flooring from LL Flooring. I bought it in-store in La Vergne. I had two different reps, and they were both very awesome dudes. They were very friendly and helped me out a whole lot. It's winter now, so I got the flooring put down already. I didn't have too many problems. I only had a piece that was damaged. I've put down a lot of hardwood flooring in my lifetime and that's kind of normal. I'll be buying some more stuff from LL. They're really close to my house. It's a very convenient location.

I purchased flooring from LL Flooring and the quality of the flooring is fantastic. The cost is also very good. I've spoken to three of the reps and it's all been fantastic. The installation went very well. The man's name is Wesley. He was fantastic and very conscientious. He's doing a very good job because the job is not complete yet. The stairs aren't done yet. What happened is the stair treads, whoever measured them or read the measurement is about two feet off. I am patiently awaiting them to be redone.

I am very happy with the installation of our LL Flooring. It's very good quality. It looks like real wood and it's waterproof and it's not vinyl, it's a composition. I was impressed that it was made in Germany versus China, like everything else. The rep also knew everything about the product and was a great help coordinating colors as well.

I had a great experience with LL Flooring and will purchase from them again. I bought luxury vinyl. The two reps that I worked with were great. They were always available when I called. When the product came in, they notified me immediately. They loaded it. It was good customer service. The quality of the product is great, too.

We had a pre-padded, semi-waterproof, click-lock floor installed by LL Flooring. I purchased it in the store. I wanted to see what the different floors look like in person. They were able to pull samples and lay them on the floor and see how they looked. I am very satisfied with the quality of the new flooring. The installer was wonderful and showed up on time. He was very efficient, laid the floor very well, and was done quickly. We were very happy.

The people in the store were super. However, we didn't find out until after the installers were gone that they broke a part on our bed that connects the two parts of the bed together. But it was something I managed to get taken care of myself. Oher than that, they did a great job with installing. We're very happy with the floors.

I have lvp 3 years old. It is split separating and delaminating. I called customer service sent in pictures and… A month later got a call from a very rude Christina who explicitly mentioned the cracking and it’s not covered under warranty. The pictures clearly showed the board seams separating and delaminating.

I absolutely love my new bamboo wood flooring and will be coming back to do my daughter’s bedroom. I highly recommend their services and Marianne was super helpful. The work was done in one day and done by experts.

I purchased flooring from LL Flooring in mid-November 2023. I received an initial estimate and was told by Jessica that I’d be able to confirm further once my remodel was closer to completion in January. They asked that I purchase the goods in 2023 to hold the pricing so I did. The rest of the estimate was for things like moving furniture, going to the dump, removal of base, etc. and we couldn’t assess that until the cabinets were in, etc. Well, after that, things went downhill. I’d call and be told someone would get back to me, they didn’t, no one that was working there in November was there any longer, managers were shipped in from other stores and knew nothing. Finally, after several calls and going into the Bellingham location, floors are going in with their now subcontractor Modern Flooring.

The rep at LL Flooring was very good. She recommended certain products and told us not to use other products because of what we were doing. She knew her business. We purchased bamboo flooring and installed it in three rooms. We like it very much.

Years ago, we looked at the flooring over at Lumber Liquidators, and my wife and I liked what we saw and we purchased the hardwood flooring from them and I had installed it myself the first time. That was six years ago, and we only done half of the house. In those six years, we liked the flooring so well that we decided we were gonna put it in the bedrooms and in her office. So, we went back to LL Flooring and they still had that same flooring in stock so I decided to purchase it from them again. I have gotten older and I've lost my brother who had helped me previously install the flooring the first time I put it in. So, I decided to check and see how much it would cost me to have the flooring installed through LL Flooring.

I've been to my sister's house and I saw her floors and I just fell in love with how well and how beautiful they looked. I told her I wanted to change mine and she said I might see something that I like in LL Flooring. And I did. I didn't want hardwood and I wanted laminate. The rep showed me the different styles that they had and I picked out what I liked. It was a wonderful experience how he explained everything and the different styles.

I'm a contractor. I've used LL Flooring off and on for, at least, 20 years. I used to build custom homes and sometimes I would need wood for flooring. And I installed it myself. I bought it from them and other suppliers as well. I've done two jobs recently with LL Flooring and it's a nine-inch floor. The experience was great. The price was good. You can't beat their price for material. Their service is good too. The flooring looks beautiful. Their product is much better than it was years ago.

My experience with LL Flooring has been good. I purchased hardwood in-store and the reps were very good. They were very professional, knew what they were talking about and got me the product I wanted. The product is high quality too.

Terrible warranty and customer service. We decided to go with LL Flooring for a higher end house rather than the normal Home Depot/Granite Expo flooring we normally use. Well let me just say we made a terrible mistake. About 50% of the flooring came stamped with a GRAY mark that looks like a scratch. We actually fired the first contractor because we thought they had damaged it. We only noticed 1 flooring was defective because we decided to extend the flooring to a walk-in closet and noticed the marks there too.

I got engineered wood installed in the dining room, entry and living room from LL Flooring and I did the installation. The quality of the flooring is very good and the pricing is very reasonable.

Their reps are educated and seem to know what they're talking about. They are also friendly and really good about calling back with information. I got the vinyl tile flooring and for three days it's been down, it’s been great. The installer was an extremely hard worker. He did the work for 13-hour days alone. He was pleasant and he did an excellent job.

I looked at LL Flooring's samples and picked one. Easy and simple. The carpet that I had was 40 years old. But since I liked the work that was done on my daughter's house, I chose the floors. The people at the shop were nice. The installation started with the guy that delivered the floors. He was respectful and kind. And the two guys that worked on the floor were such a pleasure. I trusted them because I already had met them at my daughter's house. So, having to deal with them like that made it comfortable. If you use the same guys that put my floors, you can feel secure and safe. My flooring looks awesome compared to what I had. I liked the color.

LL Flooring did a really good job of working with me to get me my products and to get them installed in a timely manner, even though they're very busy around here. So far, my only complaint is that the lintels, the thresholds between rooms, somehow don't seem to cover the nails. The nails are coming through them. So, I have pokies on my feet. Other than that, the flooring looks really good and the quality seems to be really good. The installers showed up on time, got the job done in the amount of time they said they would take and seemed to do okay apart from the pokey lintels.

We had some three-quarter-inch maple hardwood floor from LL Flooring. This is the third time that we've done it. We've done two bedrooms recently, and then this time we did the other bedroom. When we purchased at the location, the person we worked with was very knowledgeable and very friendly. She's done a good job. She was trying to be helpful and made sure we got what we wanted. She was well-informed on what the company had. I did the installation and it was easy to work with. The only thing I complained about is the finish is not quite the same as the other flooring. It's not as shiny as the other flooring was.

I had LL Flooring install vinyl planking in one of my rooms. I purchased in-store and the sales rep was very professional and helpful. Also, the installers were very efficient and I was very impressed. The service itself from the people that came for the installation were one of the best I've seen or worked with.

I purchased from LL Flooring and then I changed my mind. I bought laminate flooring, but it was hard to find someone to do it. They finally were willing to help me, but I didn't know how much it was gonna cost and I was getting frustrated. But they were very nice and helpful.

We would definitely highly recommend LL Flooring. We purchased some oak flooring from them back in 2015 and loved the product. It was on sale and easy to work with. Recently, the luxury vinyl was on sale as well. It was a great price and a good product. We ordered online and just went to their place in Tulsa to pick it up. The reps were very nice. We're gonna do the install, but we're still working on the mudding and painting, so we haven't put the floors yet.

I went online to find the laminate I wanted and went to the LL Flooring location to see it. I like to actually see things and won't buy anything online, but the only thing I didn't like is the website's square foot calculator doesn't mesh with what they tell people. Besides that, I'm very happy with my purchase. It's exactly as advertised, and I caught the laminate on sale. People get a discount for ordering online, but when I went into the store to talk to them, they ended up giving me the same discount just for being in the store even though they didn't have to. The customer service was excellent. They were very friendly and it seemed like more than just wanting to sell. They were helpful and knew the products they were selling. I'm doing the install myself and starting to rip carpet out now. We had a box of the laminate open and put some together. It's really easy to go together.

Everything with LL Flooring went smoothly other than they were short some of the quarter round and that took about a week or so to get it. But they came back out and finished it. They moved all the furniture around and came out, pulled everything out in one day, came back in, and did the little repair they had to do, and then showed up here two days later and installed the floor. There was a communication problem, but they have their phones and then they could talk to their phone and you can speak in English.

My Flooring from LL is Beautiful. Yet will not stand the test of time. I been calling LL for Months. Floor scratches is cracking and I am Having breathing problems. I Am going to seek legal counsel because they do not seem to care. I did not get 1 year out of my flooring. It All needs to be replaced.

We purchased our floor July of 2022. The floor was installed by a very reputable flooring contractor in July of 2022 and it was installed on a level slab so that right there alone minimizes any problems moving forward, only 3 months after the install on a nice flat level slab the floor started to break, crack and crumble on the locking seams in various places throughout our home, after making contact with LL FLooring they said all we had to do was send them pictures showing the unprovoked damage, after our contact had to repeatedly go over everything with his “team” they asked for us to send a box of flooring back to them, 2 months with no response we then contacted them once again and they “lost” the box we sent them and asked for another box, luckily for us we ordered some extra and then sent them another box.

LL Flooring is great. We have a lake home and it had old carpeting. It was my parents' house, so it's my sisters and I that wanted to update the floor in the first floor. So, we had the vinyl from LL. We had it installed in the front room, a side sitting room, the laundry room, and a bedroom. I researched some other places and the prices, and LL Flooring was having a sale on the type of flooring that I wanted. LL's website was helpful. It gave some tips and we were able to find our product online. Also, it gave me some choices because I didn't know exactly what kind of padding I wanted. I wasn't the only one choosing this, so my sisters can go online and look at them.

I live in a small area, so I went to a neighboring city and I had something in mind. I went to LL Flooring and the product was available. I asked about the price and the gal was kind enough to look up for discounts. It had been on sale within 30 days. So, she offered me the sale price and I made a large purchase of almost $1800. I did the installation myself. I'm very happy with my new flooring.

Our experience with LL Flooring has been very positive. I'm putting it down myself and we're having some problems with that. They gave me the number and name of their installer and I've called him a couple of times to ask him some questions, and he's been very helpful, too. Everybody's been very accommodating. The only problem I had was it took us a while to get some of the trim pieces, but I don't really fault them. They were having trouble getting it and the rep had it sent directly to my house so that I would get it sooner and didn't charge me any extra for that, which I thought was really nice of them.

My experience with LL Flooring was great. I worked with Samantha and I had a million questions. She answered all of them patiently. I was there for a good hour. I mostly picked out what I wanted, but she was able to tell me what was available and the prices. It was easy to get the information that I needed. We love the flooring. It's going well and it's holding up and easy to put together. We are really happy with it.

Worst Customer service ever!!! These folk are a joke. Do not use them because they do not honor their warranty and will not call at you back. I have called weekly for over a month and Daniella has not contacted me. Customer service is useless!!!! No bank should fine this store.

My husband and I had flooring installed 3 years ago. We spent $10,000 and It was no soon after we noticed it was caving in due to the shoddy installation provided. When we complained to the company they wanted nothing to do with it and that the install was a separate company. As we moved forward the entire floor has moved, come apart and is literally breaking. Again this company wants nothing to do with responsibility. They won't send anyone to even look at it. Do yourself a favor and do not go here for flooring. Furthermore, I would give 1 star. It should be 0 stars.

There was an LL Flooring store in Winston-Salem and I asked them if they had a flooring similar to what I had or comparable to what I had done in 2014. The reps were very helpful and looked up to see if they had flooring comparable to it. The exact floor had been discontinued but they found something that was just like it. They helped with that and scheduled everything, and informed me when the person who was gonna measure was coming out. I got a lot of communication as far as texts, emails and calls throughout the entire process. So I felt like I was being communicated with well as far as what was happening. We pulled the old floor up ourselves and LL Flooring’s installers came in and were able to do all the flooring in one day, which was impressive. They put down the new floor in three rooms and put down the trim. The quality is good and I'm happy with it.

I was looking for flooring and Googled it, and LL Flooring was one of the first places that came up. I had done some pricing and I walked in and talked to the man. They happened to have on sale and on clearance the particular color I was looking for. I got snap-together laminate flooring and the quality was fantastic. I had done flooring but not this type of flooring. I self-installed and got everything I needed from them. I had to use a cutting tool, which I already had on-hand. And there was a little kit that was used that had a little rubber mallet to tap the pieces together that I bought from there. I would recommend LL Flooring with no worries and hesitation.

I ordered some laminated flooring and some trim from LL Flooring. I walked into the store, and my experience with the store reps was excellent. The quality of the items I got is good.

I got wood flooring from LL Flooring. I went to the store, and their rep were very good. They were very knowledgeable. The installation was a good experience. I had two bedrooms done. They had to rip the carpeting out, make sure the floors are leveled, and put the new flooring down. Only one person did it and he was done in about eight hours. I was very satisfied. He was very knowledgeable. He cleaned up, too. I like the new flooring. LL is top quality. They're very professional.

We were trying to fix an issue with the flooring that we had that a previous contractor that I dealt with had made. I went back to LL Flooring and they helped me to get that flooring, which was discontinued already. The website showed that it was not available. But they found that flooring and then the second thing was they suggested that I use an installer for a small part of the floor rather than the entire floor. But the quality of work was very good, especially compared to our old contractor who didn't do the proper install. So this is much, much better and I'm really happy about the way that they installed it and how it feels now.

Kendra helped us because we weren't sure whether we're gonna do ceramic tile or vinyl floor. We went with the LVT floor tile. It looks good. But the first installer forgot to show up. The install went fine, eventually. I took them about half a day to do the install.

The installation of the vinyl laminate flooring went very well. They were all really good. We did the whole house and it took about three days. I have priced at a couple of places other than LL Flooring, and they definitely smoked everybody.

Everything was excellent with the rep from LL Flooring. The installers did the installation fast and perfectly. Everything looks so great and the quality of the flooring has been good so far.

We purchased red oak laminate from LL Flooring. I purchased it online, and then they sent me a sample. They delivered it. Then they came and installed it. We got sick so we had to wait. After we got better, they called us back. We told them what day would be good and the installer came right out. He did a great job. The flooring looks really good. LL did a great job. They did our upstairs flooring, too.

A couple of months ago, I had the Hay Penny Oak waterproof laminate installed in my home. I have two large dogs that are very messy when they drink water and tend to slop it everywhere, therefore, It was important to me to have flooring that was pet friendly. This flooring is holding up beautifully! No fading, no stains, no buckling, no scratches, this floor is as beautiful as the day they put it down. Everyone told me to get tile as it would hold up the best, but due to my arthritis, I knew walking on that would not be an option for me. These floors are so comfortable to walk on, easy to clean and surprisingly quiet. I would highly recommend LL Flooring's waterproof laminate.

We bought some flooring from LL Flooring, but it was not right. It was bamboo and it curled up on the ends. They made an adjustment to it and gave us a $400 credit. We went back recently and used that credit and bought some flooring for my son. We like the quality of the product.

Had my son's complete condo flooring installed with LL Flooring in 2019. The flooring came up in two small spots in October of 2023. I called customer service for the Lifetime warranty to be honored and even bought a new box of the flooring because it was going to be discontinued. Not only did it take me two months of getting the runaround that my "case manager" was on the other line, at lunch, or another meeting, no one came to look at it until December. No again contacted me until I called today to be told that it had been too long and I did not have any extra of the original flooring and it was being discontinued. I told them again I had bought a new box and only needed the two partial points fixed but they said it was too old since it was installed 4 years ago. So between the customer service and the lifetime warranty expiring in 4 years, I would not recommend-buyer beware!

We had the vinyl plank flooring and carpet installed in all the rooms plus closets. Chris, the store manager, was top-notch. You couldn't have a better person than him. Overall, the installation was good. We were a little taken aback though when we got our ABL installed because they came at us with another $2,200 for the leveling compound and we weren't prepared for that cost. We were in the middle of it and we were stuck. There was nothing else we could do but we were not sure it was warranted at that time. We didn't like the molding that they were putting down around the flooring. But they were quick to come back and change it out. They put a shoe molding, which was much better, and that ended up good. We were happy with that.

We purchased laminate from LL Flooring in-store. The sales rep was great. He was very friendly and helped us pick out stuff. LL Flooring was good. If we have to get some more flooring, we'll go back there. We liked it. They also gave us a really good price and they were very helpful.

We took an actual picture of our room and then uploaded that to LL Flooring’s website. We could see the flooring in the room that we were installing it in and we picked out the flooring we wanted. It was more interactive and realistic. We purchased the rigid vinyl plank flooring in-store and it was very good dealing with the sales rep. He seemed to be very knowledgeable about the different types of flooring that he had to offer and gave us some good sound advice about what to pick out. I like the quality of the product for the price that we paid. Good quality is what we're after.

We went in to see what they have and they gave us a quote and we thought that that was good. Then, we decided to do the wall and they added the wall to it. A gentleman came to our house to see exactly where we wanted it and looked at everything. I was shocked that it only took one day for the bedroom, our bathroom, and closet to be done and then the next day, they did the wall and we really like it. It looks awesome and we're very happy with it. I highly recommend them.

I used LL Flooring some years ago to buy flooring for a cabin. I've had it up in my cabin for multiple years and it has no problems. I went back to them because of the price and I bought similar flooring, quarter round, and baseboards that I'm gonna install in the next week or two at my house.

LL Flooring is about an hour away from us in Richmond and we went down and looked in the store. We went on a Sunday and picked out what we wanted. I already had in my head what I was looking for and I told the rep what I was interested in looking at. He was able to give me the colors and they had delivered everything by Wednesday. They were extremely fast. We had vinyl flooring put in our whole house and the contractor they work with were wonderful. They came in at 8 o'clock in the morning and didn't leave until it was going on 7 o'clock that night. Then, they came back a half a day the next day and they were done. They didn't play and they did a beautiful job. We love our floors. We've been waiting for a long time to do it and we're extremely happy that we finally got it in. I recommend them. They have such a wide variety of floors so you can go in and figure out what you can afford and they're not pushy. They are affordable, they do a great job, and they did everything that we asked them to do.

I selected the flooring that I wanted and when I finally made the decision, they referred me to the installation people The installation was scheduled and the installers came on time. They had all the necessary equipment and they did the flooring within a day. It was done very well. They had me come and see it after they were finished and I was very pleased.

The quality of the flooring is great. It's not the cheapest floor, but it's not the most expensive. For what we paid, the quality is fantastic.

LL Flooring was local, and I drove in there one day. And once I looked at the flooring and talked to the rep in there, I went home. I did some research to find out that they had a good reputation. The store rep helped me wade through the different thicknesses of the flooring and different attributes it had, whether it was waterproof, lifeproof, and it had attached padding or not, or put down separate padding. They have a good selection. The guy was more than willing to help me. Because I went back two or three times trying to decide exactly which floor I wanted. And each time, he hopped right up and helped me.

My wife and I bought a flooring hundred percent vinyl supposed to be 100% waterproof scratch-proof everything and only came to find out after we install the flooring that it is not scratch-proof. It is not a good product, and after the salesman in Appleton told me that it was and had the best warranty on it and guaranteed for life on any problem with it.

We replaced the carpet with flooring from LL Flooring. Within the year, gaps started to appear. Contacted LL Flooring who said “Not our problem, contact the installer.” Floor did not hold up. Still under warranty but....

This company doesn't even deserve one star! Terrible company. Stay far far away!!! We bought 700 sq feet of solid hardwood, they knew I had to tear up my existing floor due to defect of peeling and that company would not stand behind their product. I was left having to replace flooring that was only a few years old. Came to LL Flooring where they seemed nice and understanding. I bought Bellawood prefinished solid wood flooring that turned out to be defective due to extreme width variations preventing the floor to be installed properly. You would think that they would take responsibility, NOPE. They credited back the boxes that were not opened which I am sure they will try and sell it to someone else, but the floor that was installed they did nothing but trash it.

I purchased hardwood flooring from LL Flooring. Because it took me a while to make a decision, I went back three times, and the sales rep was more than willing to help me. The first installer saw the job and was frightened of it. I don't know if he knew it was gonna be actual hardwood or if he thought it was laminate, but he stayed about five hours, and he said the wood was flawed. He said he'd call his boss and report it, and that he couldn't lay it like that. I went back out to the flooring place and the salesperson came out and looked at it. He said, “There's absolutely nothing wrong with it.” He contacted another one of his installers. They came and did an excellent job. However, one of my blinds was broken while they were moving stuff. But, I really like the product. I'm pleased with it.
