Am a licensed contractor and on 07/18/16 I went with a customer to order products at LL. We ordered the product and was told that it will take about 2 wks to get the product. After 2 wks I went over there to ask about my product and that was when I heard about "back order" for the first time. I've being a contractor for 12 yrs and never heard about that. What happened is, I was told that my product will now take extra 1 month and 2 wks to come because they don't have the product. The worst part of it is, nobody cared to call and let me know. I had to drive to the store to get this information. Now I've taken off the old carpet to get the floor ready because my customer wanted it as fast as possible.
I demanded a number to call corporate office to lay my complain and the store manager gave me this number (1800-866-4204). I called the number and they were trying to sell me all kind of stuff like, vacation spot, restaurant, T-mobile, even asking if I have anyone over 50 yrs in my family. What's that got to do with my product? I had to call the number on their web page and talk to a representative and she said she will call around to see if they can get it from another store. They couldn't find it.
My question is, if they're working with manufacturers of this products why can't they just give them the order so they manufacture it? I don't think so. I think they're buying from outlets and hoping they get lucky. If they don't get lucky then you don't get lucky and that's when BACK ORDER comes in. They have close to $6000 we paid, in their bank, getting interest off of it while me and my customer got nothing and they want us to wait for another close to 2 months. Ordering anything from this guys is at your own risk, I won't recommend it. If they don't have it in the store, do yourself a big favor and leave.

We bought over $7,000 worth of flooring from Lumber Liquidators. It was one of the absolute worst experiences of my life. They did not ship the cleats as they agreed, and said they'd pay me to come and get them. I drove over 300 miles and they deducted $50 from the bill, less than the cost of my gasoline. We needed a few more boxes of flooring, and they said it would be available for years. WRONG!! None left.
I called Lumber Liquidators in four states and multiple offices per state. Not a single person ever called back, as they said they would. I finally got a national office rep to get and ship the needed flooring after days of lies from employees. They lied about availability, never called back and just did not care about the customer. Their poor performance and attitude set my project back by weeks. I can say that I will NEVER deal with Lumber Liquidators again. And I will tell every person I know or who asks what a TERRIBLE company this is. Do not do any business with Lumber Liquidators.

The staff at Lumber Liquidators was very friendly and helpful during my visit to their shop. The salesman that took my order even mentioned a special promotion that lowered the price for me. I purchased a little more than needed, and the hassle-free returns policy was icing on the cake. I highly recommend the Lumber Liquidators location in East Brunswick, N.J. for your flooring needs. Thank you, guys!

I purchased a home that had rugs in it. When I took the rugs out, one of the rooms had plywood flooring and I wanted to put a hardwood floor in. One of the guys I worked with had worked with Lumber Liquidators before and recommended them. So I tried them, picked up eight cases of bamboo flooring material along with the fasteners for holding it down and I was very happy with the turnout. The salesman helped me out with the square footage, sizes and finishes. Out of eight boxes, there were only two boards that were damaged and I ended up using them anyway. I cut the middle out and used the ends. The product was very good. I installed it at least a month ago and it's wearing nice with no creaks in it. It wasn't hard to work with at all and was just a matter of selecting the layout. It also cut well and got nailed right.

The service in Lumber liquidators was good. We were planning to put a wood floor in and we decided to stop, take a look, and see what they got. The sales representative was very knowledgeable, recommended the bamboo over the hardwood, and gave us the whole lowdown on why we wanna choose bamboo. He said that bamboo is moisture resistant, just a strong and more dense wood, and doesn’t dent as easily and that it was engineered a bit better and to be more durable. The samples they had in the store is good quality and we purchased 18 boxes of bamboo flooring. I would definitely recommend them.
Thank you for the feedback Jeff! Bamboo is very popular and an affordable product with many color choices to choose from. Acclimate it properly and care for it after installation and you'll be completely satisfied throughout the life of the warranty. I purchased my Bamboo hardwood floor from Lumber Liquidators as suggested by some friends. Their sales reps were very helpful. They gave me some information about floors and said that the one I bought works better for me because of its color and durability. The quality is very good too. Also, they sent something overnight because we didn’t have enough floor. They made everything possible so we could have the flooring the next morning. We are very happy with our experience.

I was very happy with Lumber Liquidators' service and they helped out a lot. The sales reps were very helpful. We've purchased some flooring from them about ten years ago and this time, we got two-inch oak flooring. We're doing some remodeling in one area and we wanted to put some of that flooring in to match the rest that was there. We installed it ourselves and were in good shape.

My beautiful bamboo floors have turned into a nightmare. The seams are bucketing throughout the house. Lumber Liquidators finally sent an inspector and the installer to remove planks. After spending over $13,800 on the floors they say it is a moisture problem and will not stand behind the flooring. There is no moisture in my home. I live in Florida and the air is always on. I am so sick over this, a senior widow of a disabled veteran. I will pursue legal assistance on this but will never recommend this company or buy anything from them again. I did everything the contract said I should do. They tried to blame it on my 5 lb dog who never potties on the floor. Really! What kind of company is this!?!

We made the purchase in March and returned some yesterday and they didn’t charge us the restocking fee so our experience is even better. We tore down a wall so we needed to match that area to the other floors that were already installed in my house. I walked in at Lumber Liquidators and knew exactly what I wanted. I bought a box of hardwood flooring and I had no problems with the interaction that I had with the Lumber Liquidators. They have a fine price and the flooring that I bought wears really well, considering the other flooring has been installed 20 months ago. And we put in the new stuff and we can’t even tell that there’s a different wood in there. I personally wouldn’t shop at Lumber Liquidators if I was gonna buy wood because of the wood that they use and how they treat it, but I had a fine experience with them.

It was a nightmare from day one. I needed a kitchen floor that would hold up, especially having dogs. The floor I was interested in was a bamboo flooring. The salesperson told us it would be durable, and we should be fine with the dogs. Not true. This floor shows everything. It's cracking, and splitting all over the place. I put in a complaint, and they investigated, and came back with that's how the floor is. I had a REAL professional come over, and for me to fix the floor, they would have to remove half the kitchen floor to replace all the defective pieces. They also told us it was not installed correctly, and it looked like we had the floor for 30 years. I will never buy or recommend Lumber Liquidators to anyone. I work in rental properties, and have a lot of connections with properties that need flooring. I will let them know never to purchase products from Lumber Liquidators, and how they don't stand by their product. Very bad experience.
We are sorry to hear that you are not a satisfied customer. Your concerns with your fully installed floor have been investigated and the results have been communicated to you from our corporate representative.

My wife did the initial shopping and she was generally happy with it. I just went by, paid for it, and picked it up. Their sales representatives were all cool and good and it sounded they were helpful enough to get my wife to send me over. I’m doing some other work in a room adjacent to it. I’ve got contractors in and out so I’m letting them trample on the carpet before I put the wood in.

The installers said to call them to go install it again. I don't feel anything so I'll wait and see how it turns out first before we call them. I ordered hardwood Brazilian Cherry hardwood flooring from the Fargo, ND store, which is approximately 2 hours from where I live, because it's the closest store to me. I explained that would have to borrow a pickup to pick it up. I am a single mother & I work shift work. They called me every day while I was at work and left messages about picking up the flooring and they were closed by the time I could call back. I called them back twice & left messages to let them know that I was working on a means for pickup.
Then they sent an email stating that they have tried calling and haven't gotten any reply and that the flooring had to be picked up by a certain date, when I had already left messages stating that I would pick it up before then. Considering that I had already paid $1500 down on a $2000 bill, you would think that a little patience would be appropriate. I will not be doing business with them again. The flooring is still in the boxes, so I cannot review the product, only the service.

I then told them the size and the kind I was looking for. They pointed me in the right direction and I got the maple cut bamboo flooring. It’s definitely good quality and it was not made from wood we had. I could have possibly gotten a little bit of a better deal somewhere else but the fact is Lumber Liquidators is more reputable. We have a new baby and wanted to get rid of our carpet because we also want pets, so we bought porcelain tiles from Lumber Liquidators. The sales rep was good and helped us apply for financing. I love the tiles but we received one box that was damaged. I talked to them about it but my tile person used them for different cuts instead. They were split down the front part. We went ahead and used them. He just cut off the edges, but that was a little bit of a bummer.
A bad about them is their shipping service because we were guaranteed one day for their arrival in time for the start of our project and they weren't delivered until the end of that week. It was a really big headache. I was talking to somebody every single day and they were promising me that our tiles would get there and then it never showed up. Nobody called and it was really frustrating. Because of that, I don't know if I'd ever buy from Lumber Liquidators again. I love their products but if they can't ship to me and promise me when it's supposed to be, then it's not a reliable company. I was also told that the products were a product of Italy but it wasn't. It actually says that it was a product of Turkey when it arrived which makes it false advertising.

When Louis came into my home and did the measurements, we discussed a few options. When I went into the store and explained everything to them and a price was agreed upon, I received a call a few days later explaining that they forgot a few things and it would cost me a few hundred dollars more, that was upsetting.
When Louis started installing, he realized that they forgot yet another item and he called a few stores to find it, since the store which I purchased from didn't have it. He drove out of his way to get the piece and complete my jog, again another cost to me. Also, I received 3 calls after I picked up my material letting me know that my flooring was in. I originally placed the order online so as to save time/money. I am a contractor and placed the order, paid for the order on my cc and requested it to be shipped to my client. After not receiving any confirmation for several days, I called your customer service people and was told that they could only take a deposit with my cc as I was shipping it to another person. 1) No one called me to tell me that. I had to find it out on my own. 2) Why would I have used the convenience of your website when there are apparently limitations that are not listed? The point of having the product delivered to my client was so that it didn't cost me money to have it delivered to my shop and then I would have to redeliver it to the client.
So - after quite some time on the phone with customer service, I changed the ship to address and was told everything would be processed. At this point my frustration was with lack of information on your website and lack of communication from customer service. Now a few more days go by and I start tracking the shipment - tracking says it was received. But my client didn't have the produce. Then I receive a call from the nearby store in Waterford, CT saying that they had my product and could not schedule a delivery to my shop - not my client's address without me coming up to the store to pay the balance due. Soooo - apparently all the time I spent with customer service was to no avail.
I had to spend money driving up to the store, then pay them, then have them deliver to my shop and then I had to pay money to have the product moved to my client's house. What should have been a simple online order turned into a fiasco which cost me quite a bit more money in the long run. Customer service said they would issue me a credit to compensate me for my expenses and troubles, but nothing has come of that to date. Basically a very bad experience.

Be sure to read and understand the description of this flooring and the installation instructions. This flooring is not for everyone. That said, I did two bedrooms and two hallways upstairs for a total of 800 SF and found it easy to work with and great to look at. I found some bowed and warped boards which fit tightly once nailed. I had very little waste when the floor was finished. The floor has a very natural finish and hides minor installation mistakes. I highly recommend this floor.

On 06/17/2016, I started process of a claim for defective finish on 16 of 27 boxes of wood I purchased during the Memorial Day Weekend sale. I purchased what should have been all dark brown and got over 1/2 of the wood a lighter color. Also the finish on the dark is semi gloss and the finish on the lighter wood is a matte finish, making the wood look bad when laid. The negative C/S experience began when I called the store to complain to the Asst. Mgr. about the wood and was told to send an email with pics and that he would have the Mgr. call me in the morning. I never got a call back from the manager, so at 11am I reached out to corporate and was given a C/S specialist who proceeded to lecture me on how I should have been more vigilant during the install, instead of taking the info and attempting to assist, and being more understanding that most of the wood I was sold was the WRONG finish.
The fact is, I should have received the wood I PAID for, not mostly improperly finished wood. Then I was put through an inconvenient, lengthy "disclosure" process of documentation, then told to wait a number of days until I could send in a sample of the wood to determine if it was defective, since they only have samples picked up on Tuesdays and Thursdays. It is now over 2 weeks since corporate received the samples of the wood, some of the light and the dark, and still nothing. Meanwhile, for the better part of a month now, my house is a PIT, with the floor half done, and the whole downstairs furniture in the upstairs loft, making it difficult to walk and live a normal life in our home, (and basically stalling my home business, meaning ZERO income, as it's impossible to conduct business in that environment), as we await the verdict.
All I asked was for a replacement of the 16 boxes out of the 27 purchased, and an even exchange of the remaining 11 boxes, 10 of which are of the light wood. We are still waiting, living like hobos, until we hear from the "quality control" lab on the obvious fact that there are two different finishes on the wood in boxes that are all marked with the same P.O. number, the same mill code, and the same manufacture date. Obviously, the factory in China has quality control issues and THEY should have to EAT THEIR mistake, not me, OR Lumber Liquidators. The seeming lack of concern for our predicament is a sore point in this process, and has soured our experience with Lumber Liquidators. In my life, I have NEVER seen or experienced such astoundingly poor customer service, especially the SLOW approach taken by your corporate offices.
I have been in business for most of my adult life and have been known to give a LOT more than I take when it comes to customer satisfaction, sometimes having a customer keep an item AND reimbursing them for their trouble, knowing that the best business relationship is one where a customer is happy, and as such will more than likely return, AND, will tell OTHERS about a good experience. I also know that a customer who is NOT happy with their experience, will tell MANY, MANY OTHERS about how BAD the experience was. I never expected this level of indifference as to the inconvenience caused by a protracted "inspection" of materials, although a simple re-shipment of the 16 "bad" boxes, and an even exchange for the remaining 11 boxes, is ALL it takes to resolve this matter.

The installers were hired thru Lumber Liquidators to install flooring in 2 bedrooms, 2 closets, 1 smaller front room, 1 very large front room, a long hallway and 3 offices. Every room was completely empty for them. The installation was done very poorly. There were many gaps of 1/4" between the length-wise cuts in the hallway, areas where the boards were not "clicked" together that left gaps in the offices, here are areas along the walls where the floor boards were cut too narrow where the original floor can be seen. I contacted the installers and was told to let the floor settle. I waited 6 months before contacting them again.
They sent someone out in March to take pictures of all of the areas that were of concern. No one contacted me after that. After many phone calls asking for a resolution, they finally scheduled to come out in April but then they cancelled twice. I contacted the installers again. Finally, two guys came out and worked on the hallway and 2 bedrooms. They said they'd have to come out on another day to finish.
This was 3 months ago and no one has shown up and no one will return my calls. I've since contacted the Lumber Liquidators Customer Care on June 21st. They told me to fill out the General Disclosure Statement that they had emailed me and told me that I would hear from a Customer Care Rep within 24 hours. I'm a general contractor and carpenter and I was building a couple of things and I needed some wood so I thought I'd come check Lumber Liquidators. The person I dealt with made me feel like I was bothering him. They were unwilling to work with me on anything. Effort was minimal at best on anything. When I go to a place like that, I expect the sales people to be more informed on their products. Exactly what it is, how it works, the best way to install that type, issues that I could run into, how to avoid them or handle them. It was just bad. I haven't been back since.
The one thing I did like is the fact that they have some different types of wood that are not readily available anywhere else that I can buy them on the spot, like if I'm looking for a high-end type of wood, that's a nice thing that I could get it from them. But I need it quick, there is hardly any product at the place. I don't understand why they would sell lumber and at least not keep some stock. They should have some stock of product cause people, especially a contractor doesn't have time to wait a few weeks. Moreover, if you have bad pieces, you can't return it - when you buy what they have, you have to take it.
The quality of their product could have been better. I got two boxes of different types of wood. The ones that were in great shape were good but if I'm paying a higher price for a supposedly better material product, I expect that to be the case and it wasn't because there were about fifteen pieces in the one box that I couldn't use, and five in the other. I was very dissatisfied.

We had everything sanded down throughout the house. We did the installation ourselves. Working with lumber was fine once we figured out what we were doing. I was shocked to see unauthorized on it by the store. Though we managed to have them removed (it took awhile), the stress didn't stop there. When we tried to return a few unopened boxes together with the damaged ones. The sales clerk arrogantly refused to accept them. He said that he needs the approval of the corporate office because I had a refund showing on my account. What has it got to do with returning flawed products? When I ask him if he could call them, he said they can only be contacted by email and it's only the sales clerk who can email them not the customers.
So I ask him when will he get a response from the head office he said he doesn't know. Lumber Liquidators have amazing advertisements spending millions on them. But there's really no such thing as customer service with this store. Once you've bought from them there's definitely no after sales support. This guy even gave me a number to call just so I would get out of his face. When I tried calling that number he also can't say anything other than give you a run around. You have to get in touch with their head office just to return unused and warped flooring products. And how do you get in touch with them? You don't.
I wonder if the positive reviews on these store are real at all. Because when I check the Better Business Bureau I was shocked to see a warning sign in red about it. This store has actually been flagged and has numerous complaints and cases with the government. Go check the BBB first before you head out to buy from Lumber Liquidators. That will spare you from so much grief. We learned our lessons the hard way.

I have been working 14 hour days to prepare my fiancee and my first home for the past week. We've been painting all week and finally saw the light at the end of the tunnel. Next item on the list: hardwood floors. We thought we'd get a good deal on Craigslist, but we were wrong. We thought we'd get a good deal at Lowe's, wrong again. Heard about a place called Scrounger's Paradise that allegedly has crazy deals but the cheapest flooring they have is nearly $4 per sf. My dad looked on google and found Lumber Liquidators in several locations the closest of which were Charlotte and Hickory. Not sure why but I called the Charlotte location first even though it is farther away. The guy sounded helpful but told me he would see what my options were online and call me back which he never did so after waiting a precious hour I looked on your website myself. I found exactly what I wanted quickly and in my price range.
I called the Hickory store. The man who answered the phone was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He found the product I needed in stock and I told him I was coming for it today. He cheerfully said, "I'll see you soon then sir." I got slowed down making room in my van and realized I would be cutting it close to 6 pm when the store closes. I called the Hickory store and told them my situation. The person who helped me said, "Sir, we'll just wait for you. It's no problem. You're coming a long way for this flooring, we're happy to wait for you." Wow. You don't see that kind of customer service these days. These guys are the real deal. On my way I encountered road construction and a road block from a wreck. As I approached Hickory I called my friends at Lumber Liquidators and they weren't worried in the slightest. I couldn't find the store and they coached me there step by step.
I came in ten minutes after close and the door was still unlocked for me. I was warmly greeted, shown my product which was even better than I hoped for! These guys were not rude or impatient even though they were off the clock. They explained to me what the purpose of the construction paper was and I realized I needed that and some shoe mould too. Those guys were so charming they could have sold an Eskimo ice and that Eskimo would have been completely happy. I told them I could load it myself since it was so late but they smiled and replied, "Sir, that's not how we do things." They stayed way after close to load the wood for me. Those guys loaded it in minutes! The definition of service with a smile! I mentioned my fiancee and they wished us luck in marriage. What good guys! I'd recommend the Hickory Lumber Liquidators to anyone even thinking about hardwood floors! Thanks so much!

I had tile and wanted to put some wood so I got bamboo flooring from Lumber Liquidators. Their sales reps were knowledgeable and they walked me through everything. Everybody from there was polite, friendly and they answered all my questions. I installed the floor myself and it was easy working with it. I liked it. I love the quality as well and so far, it's great. I had a fantastic experience and every time I would need anything else for flooring, I'm going to go back.

We had a patio in the backyard we made as an office but we closed it up and needed some flooring for it. Lumber Liquidators has great prices and we love the flooring we bought from them. The branch in San Antonio on I-35 is a good location and is easy to get to. Their sales reps were very professional and informative. I told them what I had, what I needed and that I had dogs, and they pointed out in the right direction. A friend of mine installed the flooring and the product didn't slow down the job. Everything got fixed in ordinary time. We have a bunch of kids and they forgot the rules. They took some bar stools in there but nothing scratched. The flooring is pretty durable and everything is still good.

We had to order a few boxes of flooring after a water leak to replace a floor only a few years old. Order was place 05/26/2016 it is now 06/17/2016 and we still have no flooring. They charged our credit card. We have had nothing but runaround since. We spent 7,000.00 dollars on flooring with this company and they treat us this way. They could not send the box to the local store. We had to pay 100.00 for FedEx shipping and the wood was only 90 bucks. I have wasted so much time on the phone with various people. It's a joke. Again the old saying "you get what you pay for..." cheap prices, no support, they don't care about you the customer.

I went in excited about getting new hardwood floors. I have limited knowledge about the different types but knew my requirements, durable, quiet and no thresholds between rooms until material changes. They directed me to a floating floor and stayed the largest span could not be greater than 25 ft. I went home and measured and verified it met their requirements with them. The installer came executed the measurements we paid for delivery and when the materials arrived I saw a box of thresholds. I called the installer who said it needed the threshold between each room. When I said that wasn't what I wanted he said then I shouldn't have picked the wrong material.
I called Lumber Liquidators, the manager ignored my messages. I went into the store and he said I could return the materials no problem but no refund on the delivery charge. So my husband and I took 3 trips to return the material. They then charged me 300 dollars for restocking. So I am out 500 dollars and several weeks of my time and energy for listening to their recommendation. Save yourself all that. Please go somewhere else.

It was time to do new flooring and I chose Lumber Liquidators to do it. I bought 100 square feet bamboo flooring from them. In the beginning, the product was a little tricky but as soon as I started getting used to it, the floor was pretty good and very easy to install.

Used LL in store tech advice and purchased vinyl plank flooring for entire house. Was initially concerned about type of floor to purchase due to possible shrinkage as I live in hot and dry climate, possible water spillage affecting laminate from wet feet, and cupping potential of bamboo flooring (hot dry summers and cold wet winters). Was directed to consider installing click-lock vinyl plank flooring (sycamore, made in China). Initial installation of vinyl planking using LL provided top quality foam padding. Went great and floor initially looked awesome.
Within 9 months planks began showing gaps between sides and at ends. Now two years later, numerous planks have completely separated on sides (up to 1/4" gaps) and ends (up to 1/4" gaps). Independent flooring experts/installers in area have told me since my purchase that vinyl planks do shrink, and that vinyl planking can shrink severely in dry climates.
The flooring surface is wearing very well, but gaps are very visible, continue to show up in different places, detract from overall look, and collect grime and grit. Called sales office last year and was now told that some shrinkage is normal. Having seen other reports of LL response to customer complaints, it's not worth more aggravation to try to deal with LL. Buyer beware, LL vinyl click-lock planking does shrink and pull apart.

My carpet was just ready to be taken out. I was brought up on wood floors so I wanted wood floors again. Lumber Liquidators' sales representatives were great. I haven’t had trouble with any of them. I felt I got a great deal because I got the exact color that I wanted on the sale rack. It was cheaper than the one that I wanted to get so I think I came out ahead of the deal. Moreover, I brought back some of the excess material I didn’t use and they were great about it. I was really happy about that. Everything is great with my flooring so far and I love it.

I bought the vinyl lock-style flooring, which is a great product, but you can get it at Home Depot/Lowe's or any other flooring company (sometimes for a better price). My issue was that at Lumber Liquidators I was encouraged to buy a lot of extra materials "just in case" and was told I could return any extras. They have, however, a 30-day return policy (in fine print and not disclosed by salespeople). As a weekend warrior, I had to chip away at the project as I had time, and when I tried to return my extra flooring after 30 days there was no exception made and I was stuck with 17 extra boxes. Being able to return the extra product would have more than made up the difference of paying slightly higher price of Home Depot (or any other store with a much more flexible return policy). These guys are just not customer-oriented and aren't willing to go out of their way for you.

Lumber Liquidators was horrible and what I got sold was the worst flooring ever. It was marketed as extra durable but I didn't realize until it was installed that it's not. Now there are scratches on it because it scratches very easily and even a dog bone dented it. I was not happy with the quality of the stuff. If it were for a wood floor, they can color it but it's a bamboo flooring. It was cheap so I couldn't expect anything more but I wish I had known a bit more. Also, the sales people were very pushy. They tried to sell me all the expensive underlayment which I did not buy. It would have been better if they pointed me in a different direction just because they knew the quality of it. It's good for now but I'm probably going to have to replace the floors and the underlayment.

I recently purchased bamboo flooring to get rid of my carpets. I did the installation myself and it was very easy. The quality is good, but Lumber Liquidators didn’t have the molding. It took a week and a half to two weeks to get the molding in, which was ridiculous. Then I had to order for more molding and it took two weeks again to get it in. Also, the guy who loaded the product on my vehicle damaged my vehicle, and he could’ve mentioned something. I didn’t say a word until I went to offload it. The experience was all right but wasn’t the best.

We recently purchased a home and we wanted to replace the existing carpet with hardwood floors and my sister had used Lumber Liquidators in the past and she said that her experience was great so we decided to try it ourselves. This was our first experience purchasing hardwood and we've shopped around a little bit. We did find that for the style and make of the hardwood floor that we selected, it was competitively priced with everywhere else that we looked so I feel confident that we got a good price on the product through LL.
We visited the store a couple of times and spoke to the same rep at a local supplier - very knowledgeable and helpful. Every encounter was a pleasant one. We had purchased about 850 square feet of hardwood floor that's Hickory make. We really love the way the installation team that we hired laid the product out and it looks really nice in the house. They were also pleased with the product. We dropped a couple of things on it that we thought should have dinged or scratched the floor and did not at all. We're really pleased with how it turned out more than what we thought we would be.

I recently purchased Brazilian Cherry wood floor from Lumber Liquidators. Their sales reps need a lot of training and the only one that knew what he was doing is Paul up there in Springdale. The others didn't have a clue or they thought they knew what they were talking about, but they led me off in the wrong direction as far as what's it gonna take to put it down and how much glue needed. They would have had a clue if they only read the instructions. Other than that, the flooring looks good, although I found one spot where the finish came off a little bit so I gotta call my installer about it.
