As a 1st time buyer from Lumber Liquidators I am very displeased. I purchased the Bamboo Antique Flooring at 2.99 sq ft and was advise there was a 30-day price guarantee. Not ever 30 days later a coupon is offered for 25% off the same floor for new customers so it was about 2.39 sq ft. I did not qualify because it was a coupon and not a price drop. That makes you all not have to follow your policy. Give the new customers a coupon so that you do not have to change the price for previous customers. At the end of the transaction the sq ft. is still cheaper after the coupon.

I ordered pre finished heart pine from Lee's plantation flooring and the quality was subpar. The flooring was poorly milled and difficult to lay properly. There was quite a bit of waste due to the poor fit of the tongue and groove. The flooring has uneven thicknesses and this contributed to the waste. Ultimately, the excessive amount of waste made this a very expensive floor. I should have spent money on a better quality material, this would probably save money due to the waste and additional labor costs.

This was the first time I used Lumber Liquidators in Braintree, MA. Had the best experience with the sales representatives and installation service. All were extremely helpful, experienced and knowledgeable. Would recommend Lumber Liquidators for their products and prices. Was extremely impressed by the installation quality and the quality of the products I purchased. Would give a shout out to Aaron who was my go to person and did everything in his power to make my experience enjoyable and worthwhile. Corey was also very helpful.

My wife and I have been amazed with the expertise and professionalism of Tommy and the other team members at your store. We started out knowing nothing and with some good advice, were able to install bamboo flooring in our living room, redid treads and risers and put down cork in our bedroom. We couldn't have done it without the creative assistance of people like Tommy. I won't go anywhere else! The products are exactly as described and I was not given the hard sell - just what we needed and nothing more. Top notch people and operation. (GIVE TOMMY A RAISE!)

I have now purchased hardwood twice from Lumber Liquidators. Each purchase was around 1000 SF. I have found the staff helpful and knowledgeable, and the product to be a quality product. Both purchases were Brazilian Koa 3 1/2" 3/4" solid wood by Bella. The first purchase allowed me to hardwood 3 bedrooms and a small hall. I purchased the nail gun and compressor from LL as well, and found the tools to be decently made and competitively priced. This was my first attempt at hardwooding. I had a carpenter friend give me a few pointers, and help me get the first row down. A decent table saw and miter saw (purchased a better quality blade for each rated for fine hardwood cuts) made the installation much easier. If you don't have these tools, you will want to consider purchasing them. While you don't need to spend a lot of money, you will want something that is capable of precise cuts.
I finished the upstairs in April 2015, and have had a year to see how the product holds up. A 12 year old and a beagle have not made notable impact to the 100 year finish as it still looks as good as it did when installed. The Koa has colored with age (as was expected), and has picked up a warm cherry color. We are very pleased with the look. I finished the main floor a few weeks ago (Pics attached), and am pleased. We had a few boxes left over from the first purchases, and mixed it in with the new boxes. Impossible to tell any difference.
LL will recommend padding. Our carpenter friend recommended that we not use it on the flooring - except in the basement where it would provide insulation and a moisture barrier. It may be that he viewed it as a labor adding non-essential step, but we decided to save the padding for the basement (which will necessitate a 3rd purchase from LL). It may be that if we had 3 year olds running around the floor dropping golf balls on it, the padding would have made a noticeable difference, but with 2 floors hard wooded without padding, I do not regret the decision to not add padding. All in all, I am pleased with my experience with LL, both in terms of product and in terms of sales staff. A tendency to upsell the padding can exist, but they did not continue to press when I said "no". I would and have recommended LL to my friends, and will continue to do so.

After having a large family room done by the recommended installers of Lumber Liquidators done well and timely. I decided to have the study room done too with "engineered flooring". "Ryan" the installer who came for first project, measured and told me what I needed. We set a date of August 2, Tuesday. At 7:15 her tells me his installer's truck had trouble. He would let me know later that day when he heard from him! I called him at 1 p.m., he still had no idea when the installer's truck would be running. His other crew was busy. His customer service was UGLY at best, he yelled at me so loud, I put down the phone and picked up when he got done. (He was upset that I called the store and another contractor finding someone who could put the floor in that day.) I literally have the house torn up in one big awful mess, because I moved everything out of room like I said I would.
Because it was difficult and expensive to find someone last minute, my 80-year-old neighbor and me (69 years old) decided to try and do it ourselves!!! (Ryan WOULD NOT MAKE ANY COMMITMENT AS TO WHEN HE COULD RESCHEDULE). My friend and I are now in the process of putting in the floor. Ryan, the contractor, sure left me with no options after waiting 4 weeks for him to do the job. The store was no help!

The flooring was horrible. Nothing like the sample at all in the store. I don't even know why they put a sample in the store. We had to waste half of probably because the quality was so low. Then when I called to complain they didn't help at all. Customer service gets a 0 helpfulness, 0 stand beside your product, non-existent. Never buy there again.

Very nice and Helpful employees. Returned more than once and thus interacted with the staff even at closing. Very satisfied with the product Bamboo flooring that I purchased. However as I was installing a very small area I only needed a small amount of glue. The amount and cost of 5 gallons was prohibitive, as a result I purchased the wrong type from another supplier. This sent me both to a competitor and lost a small satisfaction sale for LL. This is something that could be rectified.

Let me start by clarifying one thing. The quality of the work was very good once we actually got it completed. We're very satisfied with how our new flooring looks. That being said, the scheduling and customer service aspect of the entire experience was a nightmare. Once I came in and said I wanted to have this project completed, they took a $25 measuring fee and said someone would get back to me in 2 days. After 2 days, no one called and I proceeded to call the store every day and finally after a week, an installer came out to measure.
Once we had the measurements and estimate, I tried to schedule immediately given how long it took to get everything completed with the measurements. They would not let me schedule until I bought the materials and had them in my home. I did this immediately and then needed to call Lumber Liquidators and their installers daily for approximately 2 weeks before a date was scheduled. Overall, I wouldn't come back due to how frustrating and time-consuming the experience was.

We purchased a bamboo product for all rooms in our 2000 square foot beach house (all rooms aside from the baths and foyer which were tiled - even 2 stairwells) at the Raleigh store close to our primary residence and coordinated delivery with the Wilmington store. The installation took a little less a week and the installation team knew what they were doing. Very pleased with how it turned out.
Areas to improve: We were not told to open the hardwood floor boxes on the date of delivery - which we would have done immediately if we had known. Since this property is 2.25 hours away from our primary residence, it wasn't convenient to drive to Kure Beach when we learned of this requirement. It lead to a delay in the installation of 2 weeks. Not everything was delivered in the order and the installers didn't realize it until well into the project. This necessitated them coming back after the project was 99% complete to wrap up.

Worst company I ever had to deal with! This company does not stand behind its products, makes you sign agreements and then just say "you signed for it" and gives you a defective floor. They said my floor would be anywhere from 5-30 percent not usable, ended up with 70 percent of unusable floors! Had to buy more floors since the contractor was in the middle of the job. Paid much more extra dollars for the floors and it still looks like crap! And had to pay much much more in labor to the installers! Will never deal with them again! Currently I have disputed all charges by them! We may have to take this company to court! Very unprofessional! Stay away from them!

Flooring wasn't available quickly to be shipped to my desired pickup location in Sanford, Fl so I was directed to go to the Orlando store on SOBT where the rep that assisted me was nasty. Terrible customer service at that location. Floors were beautiful, except there were quite a few boxes with warped boards which I eventually had to return; but the Sanford store made the exchange easy. The glue did as the label said and provided easy cleanup.

I installed bamboo flooring in our dining room while my wife and kids were out of town. I had a bit of an issue with the order (online) because the location I had planned to pick it up at was out of stock and not getting a delivery for three days. We made a substitution that turned out much better than the planned flooring. Easy installation, high quality product, good price. I used the Bostik Green Grab glue, and it worked great, though expensive.

Nothing but a $8,000 nightmare. On May 16, 2016 GMA Construction came to my home and quoted our downstairs and staircase for hardwood. I order the square footage through Lumber Liquidators the following day. Even after Lumber Liquidators gave us an extra box we were still short a box and a half. I also ordered matching hardwood baseboard for the downstairs and along the stairway. The product was wrong when it arrived so I had to return that and "special" order the correct hardwood. Once the floors were completely done the baseboard finally arrived. Granted it failed to arrive twice on the scheduled dates and it wasn't until numerous phone calls asking "where's my baseboard" they finally "found" my order. Where it was? I don't know.
The day of installation of the baseboard I'm told "we don't do baseboard up the stairs. You have to put the baseboard on before we even lay down the stairs." So I wasn't quoted right on the square footage. No one cared to notice I wanted baseboard along the stairs and to top it off the baseboard along the walls look like crap because "my walls aren't straight". Note: the chips and cracks in the wood don't count from the contractors when they nailed in on.
Blame, blame, blame. It's everyone pointing the finger at someone else. It's GMA's fault for not quoting the correct footage. It's Lumber Liquidators fault for not informing GMA that I wanted baseboard up the stairs. And now I sit here feeling like I should of known "this is how remolds go". Plus I'm still waiting to hear back from Lumber Liquidators District Manager who has failed to call. I paid for my entire order which makes me believe I'm no longer important. Never again will I use Lumber Liquidators or recommend them to anyone I know.

A trying experience at best--floor took from Monday to Monday, over a week. The request to not do transitions due to my disability was ignored in one case but we fixed it to my satisfaction. One installer never hit the ends of the boards so the install looks loose in the living/dining room. In the kitchen he decided to hit the ends so it looks ok. I paid for 16 foot moldings but they still used nails at the edges which showed. They never covered the vents so a lot of debris went down into them and I will have to try to remove them myself to get the debris out.
In my lifetime I have had a fair amount of flooring installed and this was absolutely the lengthiest, most trying job ever. Most installers would do this job in three days not six. I tripped over a nail gun when they were fixing the botched transition and it fell on my toe so I lost a toenail to this job. The floor was really dirty when I left to go back to NJ and I am scheduled to move in the end of September. We'll see what I find since they didn't finish until several days after I left. I had to leave my neighbors in charge. Shame on Lumber Liquidators!!!

Based off from your website I found the flooring I've been searching for. So I ordered the flooring over the phone and went into store to pick it up and the finish and color is completely different. According to the sales rep the flooring finish had changed but the website had not been updated yet to reflect. Needless to say I had to settle for something less than what I really wanted. The honey distressed bamboo strain is what I really wanted but of course I had to settle for the new darker stain which I wasn't a real big fan of the darker color. So please update your website with the correct finishes for your flooring so other customers don't get the surprise that I did.

I have no intention of doing business with Lumber Liquidators in the future. I had previously sent you a letter of the experience I had with your Woburn Massachusetts store. It took you 2 weeks to respond and your answers were lame at best. The fact that it took 2 weeks for a box of obsolete flooring to be ordered and delivered from your Yarmouth Massachusetts store to your Woburn Massachusetts store demonstrates your lack of customer service. A one paragraph e-mail responding to a customer complaint is at a minimum in my opinion, insulting and more of an appearance that you do not really care about your customers once you have their money.

The original contractor finished the job 2 weeks later which cost me $420 because I couldn't move my furniture out of storage in time. We bought carbonized strand bamboo floors for the main part of our house, and also paid LL for installation. Some of the boxes were a bit shredded but the flooring looked fine, so we let it acclimate for over a month and then had it installed. The problems began immediately after the installation. The installers that arrived were from a different company than the one LL had subcontracted with, so the flooring was installed by a subcontractor of a subcontractor. We bought about 700 ft for our 640 ft house, and the installers used all but 3 boards. During the install there were 23 locations where a board was chipped on the side, and with the strand bamboo those chips turn into large splinters. There were also 3 locations where the last row of boards were not properly attached to their neighbor, leading to almost 1/4" gaps along the length of the board. At least 3 surface scratches were left during installation.
I noticed some of these issues immediately after the installers left and called them, they came out and rubbed some wax into the chipped locations. It wasn't color-matched correctly and was easily seen from across the room. I sent him away and called the main subcontractor instead. He came out and offered to pay for two more boxes of product so that they could cut out the chipped boards and then install replacements. This would have meant we would have 20+ boards in the house top-nailed with visible nail holes and my wife and I found that unacceptable for a brand-new floor. We eventually contacted the main Lumber Liquidators installation email address on 06/21, called the main LL support phone number on 06/25, and talked to the staff at our local store on 06/25. We were never contacted again and have received zero support. We will never shop at Lumber Liquidators again.

They confirmed stair nose was in fact available in matching bamboo material and color. I ordered it and had it in a few days. Not sure why Beltsville gave me the run around.
I ended up with five unopened boxes which I wanted to return to the Beltsville store where it was purchased. Phone rep said it was past 90 days and would not be accepted. I am certain that my request was within the 90 day period - or at least very close to it - but did not argue. I would expect the sales people to be accommodating to contractors like me on returns. I won't deal with Beltsville again. Product itself was fine. Beltsville service was disappointing. Overall I am satisfied with the products I have purchased. I feel the return policy is a little over the top and caused me to purchase less than needed which resulted in return trips to purchase the same items at an increased price. I also feel the checkout process when purchasing an item such as glue or nails is a little long and unnecessary. I want to pay and leave rather than signing and dating documents that really are meaningless. Maybe when buying flooring it should be different in signing what you have received but when walking out the front door with a box of nails I think it is obvious I received them.

Your Waldorf location told me they didn't have any more of the bamboo I needed to finish a job. So they told me to go to the Beltsville MD location. I drove for an hour to the Beltsville location only to be told that they didn't have what I needed, but that the Waldorf location did in fact have what I needed!!! So I had to drive for another hour back to Waldorf to get my bamboo. I wasted gas and 2 hours driving back and forth and wasn't able to finish the job that day for my client. There was no apology from anyone at the Waldorf location for turning me around and wasting my time!!
We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. That is certainly not our intentions as a company.

Purchased Carbonized Strand Bamboo snap click floating floor. Informed salesman Juan I would be installing myself. He detailed and explained to me HOW TO install. I followed up. Thank god, with other suggestions to watch video installations to better understand. Being a visual learner this helped. I moisture tested, acclimated the wood, checked floor if leveled. With an earthquake crack, half the floor dropped 1/4 inch, that's bad! My solution was add 2nd layer of padding to that half, which brought me to the maximum 1/8th allowance recommended gap. Think your molding out first! Prep was the most important, rest followed was fun! Took 2 people a good week for a 14 x 19 foot area. Now to see how the floor weathers time. My Lumber Liquidators salesman Juan gave me his cell number to call with any questions. I did. He solved. I was extremely satisfied with their Customer Service! Great experience, love the floor!

First I placed my order at the store near my home in NY. And it was to be delivered at a certain date at my home in NJ. Well, the date came and it didn't arrive. I had 3 workers waiting that I had to pay. I was told they had tried but no one was there. That's "inaccurate". Ok, I'll say it. They outright lied. So after we straightened it out, the delivery guy shows up a month later as I live 400 miles away and that was the next time I could be there. The guy shows up looking unshaven and sloppy. He wouldn't help unload the truck. Since I wasn't sure it was going to arrive, I had to unload it myself as I couldn't afford to pay 3 men a day's salary to stand around all day again. I'm 68 years old. The driver was in his 22's and husky, but wouldn't lift a finger.
After I unloaded it, he starts chatting me up and you could tell he wanted a tip. He all but put his hand out and asked. So, I couldn't believe it, but my wife hands him a 20. I was angry. In all fairness, the manager at the store in Horseheads, New York was wonderful. He took my complaints seriously. He rescheduled the delivery for me. He called them up and told them there should be no more mistakes. Did I mention that they did show up the day before the new date? They had messed up again. So, I called up the man at the Horseheads office and he took care of it again. He did a great job. But as far as the rest of the experience, it was absolutely horrible .I would never recommend Lumber Liquidators again. I think I have been very fair and honest in my evaluation here and I hope it gets printed but I have my doubts. Have a good day.

I am very pleased with the lumber product. This is the second time I purchase flooring for a big project. I will be honest and say I was very hesitate on my second purchase as my first experience with the installers was horrible. They took my old silver dollar collect and nothing ever resolved on this matter. The walls were scrapped and large gaps were left between the floor panels. Nothing resolved there either. I did file a complaint with both lumber liquidator and the overseeing project manager. This time around I hired an outside flooring company to install the hardwood floors. Happy the outcome. So in closing... materials are well worth it but the installers not so much.

Original order placed in Feb. I was going to do myself. In June I decided to get LL to install. Their measurement man arrived and I needed two more boxes of flooring. I picked up the flooring and installation was scheduled. About half way through the job it was noticed some boards had different finishes. We scrambled and thought we had them all, but the next day there was one in the middle of the job the wrong finish. The vent covers they gave me were the wrong finish also.
The floor creaks and pops so much it scares the cats. There were red marks on the ends of some of the boards, installer never saw before and the fits were terrible. They replaced the board, a week later sanded the finish off over the red marks but said the fits were normal for a wood floor. The creaks and pops I was told were also normal. Funny no one told me this when I was purchasing the flooring. I would most likely bought an engineered floor or tile. 100 year warranty, finish has already been sanded, so what does it cover? Someone should tell your endorser what he is selling.

For such a big company, you have very strange practices that are more like a tiny company, and which aren't good customer service practices. After making an order, if you need to make a change to it, you can only do that by talking to the exact same person who took the order! So you have to keep calling back again & again until you happen to get the right person! And they don't leave you their extension when you first talk to them, so when you call in, you can't call them directly. Your website also doesn't update delivery status, or even have the right delivery address. I like the product, but not the service.

So we were going to the Cranberry store, and I called and told the guy that we'd be there right at their closing time because we were driving over an hour to get there, and he said, "Oh, yeah, we'll stay open for you."
We got there two minutes after closing time and he had the doors locked, after telling us a half hour before that it would be okay and they'd stay open for us. So we drove a long way to pick up something that wasn't there because the store was closed. So I said I'll never purchase from them again. Somebody's words should be a little bit respectable. They lost about $3000 worth of business from us.

Am a licensed contractor and on 07/18/16 I went with a customer to order products at LL. We ordered the product and was told that it will take about 2 wks to get the product. After 2 wks I went over there to ask about my product and that was when I heard about "back order" for the first time. I've being a contractor for 12 yrs and never heard about that. What happened is, I was told that my product will now take extra 1 month and 2 wks to come because they don't have the product. The worst part of it is, nobody cared to call and let me know. I had to drive to the store to get this information. Now I've taken off the old carpet to get the floor ready because my customer wanted it as fast as possible.
I demanded a number to call corporate office to lay my complain and the store manager gave me this number (1800-866-4204). I called the number and they were trying to sell me all kind of stuff like, vacation spot, restaurant, T-mobile, even asking if I have anyone over 50 yrs in my family. What's that got to do with my product? I had to call the number on their web page and talk to a representative and she said she will call around to see if they can get it from another store. They couldn't find it.
My question is, if they're working with manufacturers of this products why can't they just give them the order so they manufacture it? I don't think so. I think they're buying from outlets and hoping they get lucky. If they don't get lucky then you don't get lucky and that's when BACK ORDER comes in. They have close to $6000 we paid, in their bank, getting interest off of it while me and my customer got nothing and they want us to wait for another close to 2 months. Ordering anything from this guys is at your own risk, I won't recommend it. If they don't have it in the store, do yourself a big favor and leave.

So I tried them, picked up eight cases of bamboo flooring material along with the fasteners for holding it down and I was very happy with the turnout. I cut the middle out and used the ends. The product was very good. I installed it at least a month ago and it's wearing nice with no creaks in it. I would hope to get a call from someone. I will be mailing my long letter on what happen in a weeks. I was lied to in the store and they wouldn't come out to check my problems. They kept sending the installation company out and pull my kitchen floor up 2 times. How you gauge a company is services after the sale, and how they deal with mistakes. The jury is out on that one. Lumber Liquidator staff was very pleasant to work with and very helpful for the extra cleaning supplies to maintain the floor. However the install was horrible - first flooring has crooked gaps in adjoining boards and irregular cut off where boards end at steps (I covered with a throw rug). Second install looked good except for all the glue throughout the room - I REALLY should have looked in the closet because in there, is a big gap that even base board or quarter round will not cover.

I was shocked by the quote I received with a $600 minimum plus additional fees for closet and doorway and removing each door. I emailed the store manager because not only was this minimum more than $2 times 250, but none of the additional fees went towards meeting the minimum. I never received a response. I found an independent contractor who did a beautiful job for far less. We did like how easily the floor clicked together.

Although I am very happy with the overall experience, this is solely because of my installer Louis. He was fabulous and I would recommend him for anything! The store, well that was another story. When Louis came into my home and did the measurements, we discussed a few options. When I went into the store and explained everything to them and a price was agreed upon, I received a call a few days later explaining that they forgot a few things and it would cost me a few hundred dollars more, that was upsetting.
When Louis started installing, he realized that they forgot yet another item and he called a few stores to find it, since the store which I purchased from didn't have it. He drove out of his way to get the piece and complete my jog, again another cost to me. Also, I received 3 calls after I picked up my material letting me know that my flooring was in. I already picked it up and kept saying this to the person calling me! Also, when you go into the store I dealt with the wait time is ridiculous! I originally placed the order online so as to save time/money. I am a contractor and placed the order, paid for the order on my cc and requested it to be shipped to my client. After not receiving any confirmation for several days, I called your customer service people and was told that they could only take a deposit with my cc as I was shipping it to another person. 1) No one called me to tell me that. I had to find it out on my own. 2) Why would I have used the convenience of your website when there are apparently limitations that are not listed? The point of having the product delivered to my client was so that it didn't cost me money to have it delivered to my shop and then I would have to redeliver it to the client.
So - after quite some time on the phone with customer service, I changed the ship to address and was told everything would be processed. At this point my frustration was with lack of information on your website and lack of communication from customer service. Now a few more days go by and I start tracking the shipment - tracking says it was received. But my client didn't have the produce. Then I receive a call from the nearby store in Waterford, CT saying that they had my product and could not schedule a delivery to my shop - not my client's address without me coming up to the store to pay the balance due. Soooo - apparently all the time I spent with customer service was to no avail.
I had to spend money driving up to the store, then pay them, then have them deliver to my shop and then I had to pay money to have the product moved to my client's house. What should have been a simple online order turned into a fiasco which cost me quite a bit more money in the long run. Customer service said they would issue me a credit to compensate me for my expenses and troubles, but nothing has come of that to date. Basically a very bad experience.

On 06/17/2016, I started process of a claim for defective finish on 16 of 27 boxes of wood I purchased during the Memorial Day Weekend sale. I purchased what should have been all dark brown and got over 1/2 of the wood a lighter color. Also the finish on the dark is semi gloss and the finish on the lighter wood is a matte finish, making the wood look bad when laid. The negative C/S experience began when I called the store to complain to the Asst. Mgr. about the wood and was told to send an email with pics and that he would have the Mgr. call me in the morning. I never got a call back from the manager, so at 11am I reached out to corporate and was given a C/S specialist who proceeded to lecture me on how I should have been more vigilant during the install, instead of taking the info and attempting to assist, and being more understanding that most of the wood I was sold was the WRONG finish.
The fact is, I should have received the wood I PAID for, not mostly improperly finished wood. Then I was put through an inconvenient, lengthy "disclosure" process of documentation, then told to wait a number of days until I could send in a sample of the wood to determine if it was defective, since they only have samples picked up on Tuesdays and Thursdays. It is now over 2 weeks since corporate received the samples of the wood, some of the light and the dark, and still nothing. Meanwhile, for the better part of a month now, my house is a PIT, with the floor half done, and the whole downstairs furniture in the upstairs loft, making it difficult to walk and live a normal life in our home, (and basically stalling my home business, meaning ZERO income, as it's impossible to conduct business in that environment), as we await the verdict.
All I asked was for a replacement of the 16 boxes out of the 27 purchased, and an even exchange of the remaining 11 boxes, 10 of which are of the light wood. We are still waiting, living like hobos, until we hear from the "quality control" lab on the obvious fact that there are two different finishes on the wood in boxes that are all marked with the same P.O. number, the same mill code, and the same manufacture date. Obviously, the factory in China has quality control issues and THEY should have to EAT THEIR mistake, not me, OR Lumber Liquidators. The seeming lack of concern for our predicament is a sore point in this process, and has soured our experience with Lumber Liquidators. In my life, I have NEVER seen or experienced such astoundingly poor customer service, especially the SLOW approach taken by your corporate offices.
I have been in business for most of my adult life and have been known to give a LOT more than I take when it comes to customer satisfaction, sometimes having a customer keep an item AND reimbursing them for their trouble, knowing that the best business relationship is one where a customer is happy, and as such will more than likely return, AND, will tell OTHERS about a good experience. I also know that a customer who is NOT happy with their experience, will tell MANY, MANY OTHERS about how BAD the experience was. I never expected this level of indifference as to the inconvenience caused by a protracted "inspection" of materials, although a simple re-shipment of the 16 "bad" boxes, and an even exchange for the remaining 11 boxes, is ALL it takes to resolve this matter.

The installers were hired thru Lumber Liquidators to install flooring in 2 bedrooms, 2 closets, 1 smaller front room, 1 very large front room, a long hallway and 3 offices. Every room was completely empty for them. The installation was done very poorly. There were many gaps of 1/4" between the length-wise cuts in the hallway, areas where the boards were not "clicked" together that left gaps in the offices, here are areas along the walls where the floor boards were cut too narrow where the original floor can be seen. I contacted the installers and was told to let the floor settle. I waited 6 months before contacting them again.
They sent someone out in March to take pictures of all of the areas that were of concern. No one contacted me after that. After many phone calls asking for a resolution, they finally scheduled to come out in April but then they cancelled twice. I contacted the installers again. Finally, two guys came out and worked on the hallway and 2 bedrooms. They said they'd have to come out on another day to finish.
