Love it!! We did this completely backwards as we picked out stain first and stained our trim however we're able to find flooring that matched perfectly. The install was fairly easy and didn't take too much time. We are in love with our new floor!!

The staff at the Holly Hill store were as helpful as any I have ever used. They were knowledgeable, very courteous and helped me with a difficult customer, who changed her mind on what style and color she wanted. I will definitely use this store again, and hope that the staff will be recognized for going above and beyond to help a customer. Keep up the good work.

The estimator reviewed the job on-site and didn't tell us we couldn't install hardwood over particle board. Didn't find out until the installer came to do the job. Installation 101 should be to certify the subfloor is of the proper material... Don't wait until install day and ** the customer with a 50% increase to remove and replace the subfloor! What a ripoff! Totally unhappy with LL's response, "We can't do anything about it". Thanks for nothing. Tell your friends, family and co-workers... I will.

Awful experience! Felt like I was dealing with the mob! Regretted the purchase as soon as I was done. Then told order would be shipped in 3 days. 18 days later told they were on back order. Went to cancel order, told they would be in the next day! Couldn't get out of the store and shower the slime off me fast enough.

Your system for delivery of your product sucks.. First they blew me off after I took the day off the first time. Then showed up with a 18 wheel truck that couldn't fit in my driveway. I personally unloaded all 37 cases of wood after they did not fit on the "approved" lift and lugged them over 150 feet inside my basement... When I spend over $6200 on a product and have to physically deliver it myself there is a SERIOUS problem. I will never spend another penny with your company, nor will I recommend you to anyone.

I do not have any complaints in regards to store personnel or delivery of product. They were very helpful and informative. The product is fine and very nice. My concerns are with the process of installation. It was handled very hastily which caused a lot of errors and damage and the solution was always glue, wood putty and color pencils - I feel we paid a lot of money but somehow had a lot of damage. The installer has tried to resolve all issues but that doesn't take away the taste of the errors which we get to live with forever. Store 138 gets five-star rating from us. This is no reflection on them. I will see if the installer comes and fixes a few more things under my year warranty. Thank you.

I purchased flooring from your store. Once home, I opened the boxes and discovered that two different lengths of floor boards were included in the box. This caused a large portion of the flooring to be unusable. When I called to complain, I was issued a $100 credit towards the purchase of more flooring to complete my room, but still ended up having to pay over $100 more out of pocket than it should have cost to complete the project. I was happy to have been given a credit towards more flooring, but feel that the amount required to complete my project should have been taken care of and I shouldn't have had to spend more money that was not planned for.

About five years ago, we made our first order with Lumber Liquidators, which was Brazilian teak, three-eighths of an inch thick and a quarter of an inch wide. In December we made our second order and it worked out very well. We checked other sites, but Lumber Liquidators was where we bought our first flooring, so that was the direction we chose the second time. When we decided that we were going to do the landing, we considered them again for their material, availability, and cooperation, so this is our third order with them. We needed two more boxes, and readily found these in Nashville, so it worked out beautifully.
They're accommodating and I was very pleased. Their sales reps were most cooperative and incredibly helpful. At first, we were trying to locate the original flooring which was a two and a quarter inch wide. However, they don't manufacture the original flooring any longer, and there was a piece here and there all over the country, and it just got so difficult because there would be different lots, so we decided to go with the thicker, three and a half inch material which is five-eighths of an inch thick, and it matched up beautifully. The fellow that was trying to find the original material all over the country went above and beyond.
We don't have Lumber Liquidators in downtown Russellville where there are only 9,000 people, but they're very accessible and were readily available to us both in Nashville and in Bowling Green. Although for the following two boxes, we didn't get the discounts that we did when we previously bought the large lot, but that’s quite understandable. That time around, we purchased 17 boxes, so we got a great price on our order.
We got this flooring material because it's extremely hard and also incredibly hard to put down, so it's not something that the amateur would do. And we got different indie contractors do the installation for our flooring purchases. Now I'll have to check into how to recoat the flooring or wax it, or do some other remedy to it. I wish I knew a little bit more about that because the new flooring looks absolutely spectacular while the original flooring has been there for five years, and although it's great material and still in very good shape, there’s a scratch here and there.

We recently purchased bamboo hardwood flooring from Lumber Liquidators. We saw them down at the home show and they had a good price on stuff that we were looking at. We just glanced through the home show and then went over to their store. We knew what we wanted, so we went in, and they had it in stock. We ordered it, and then we went back and picked it up the next day.
However, the flooring we purchased hasn't been installed yet. They're coming in this weekend to install it. We had a major issue with the man that loaded it onto my truck -- he damaged the flooring. The guy obviously shouldn't have been using a forklift. As we questioned him while he was doing this, he told me, "Hey, buddy, I know what I'm doing. Get the hell out of my way," and he proceeded to damage the floor. There was someone else in the parking lot waiting to load what he had purchased into his vehicle. After watching what the guy did with mine, he said, "Can you just send a couple of guys out to load this by hand? I don't want you or that forklift anywhere near what I just paid for."
The next day, I emailed them about this matter and sent them several photos. The man called me back and said, "I didn't damage your flooring. Don't try accusing me of this," and hung up the phone on me. So, I then had to go to the Corporate level and ended up getting a far better response from them. The Corporate Customer Service did a great job. They were very accommodating. They gave me a little bit of a rebate which I wasn't necessarily after. I just thought that this guy's attitude needed to be adjusted. I'm not sure if they ever followed up with him or not, but they certainly took care of things on my end, so that's good. Just make sure that you're present when they load your purchase. Nevertheless, one guy's mistake shouldn't hold back the whole company.

Besides being especially polite they cleaned everything up so that I didn't have any sawdust or pieces/chips of wood anywhere in the house. I was disappointed in my experience with this purchase. While your flooring is the best priced, your salesmen are not completely upfront in their practices. I walked in to buy bamboo flooring to match a previous purchase. Once I decided on the product, the salesman rang it up. I asked him about underlay. He recommended something better than what I had originally purchased. He told me it would be about $40 more than what I purchased in the past. Never mentioned that he was adding anything else or that I needed anything else. He rang it up and went to the back to bring it out. Once we were at the car, I noticed additional items such as glue and moisture barrier that we didn't discuss. When I told him I didn't order that and that I already had glue, he said, "well, if you don't need it, bring it back."
Once I got home and reviewed my receipt, I noticed that there were items that we didn't discuss. The underlay was $50-60 per roll higher than I previously purchased. I took all of it back the next day, exchanged the underlay to a less expensive version and returned the glue. However, that salesperson insisted that I needed the moisture barrier, so I kept it. Once I got the floor installed, the installer used a different moisture barrier, so I returned the LL version to the store. It was at that time that the salesperson told me that he'd have to put an "at risk installment" on my profile because I should have used their moisture barrier. After a brief back and forth, I told him to do what he had to do.
The whole experience was tricky, particularly with them not having been upfront in their selling, My first experience there was similar, where they added items that I didn't agree to and wasn't told about. At that point, I thought it was a fluke. Now I see it is a practice. It is safe to say, I will not purchase again from this store. The bamboo looks nice. So I would have been more than willing to purchase everything I needed to complete install. I just wish they would have been upfront in their discussions and not make me feel like I'm being hustled.

The order process was easy and the employee was very friendly. Beyond that point things fell apart. We picked up our lumber. It was loaded in a haphazard fashion and was leaning. I pointed this out to the employee who dismissed the problem. We ended up having to stop on the way home and reload the lumber as the load shifted and we nearly lost it. My flooring contractor said this wood was not like any he had seen before and was extremely soft and boards were not flat (some appeared to have raised in the middle). The lumber was already down on the subfloor and now we are hoping for the best. We already had pine floors in our kitchen and choose to continue the same throughout the rest of the house. The quality between the two is dramatic. I won't order this product again and fear it will not hold up. Expensive lesson to learn and would never recommend this purchase to any other consumer.

We had a change of plans in the end and they were always willing to help out in any way. GREAT staff!

We had a horrible experience with Lumber Liquidators in Bellevue. Extra fees kept getting added on, they never scheduled our installation as they claimed, and after finding problems with our subfloors they tried to charge us an astronomical fee to fix it. They wouldn't do any work until we paid. The manager wouldn't even call me back. I kept calling him to get it sorted it out.
After much back and forth he finally agreed to lower the price. Another huge problem was they did not disclose up front that the flooring we bought required t-moulding in every doorway. It broke up every room in our downstairs which was not the look we were going for. By the time we knew this it was too late to change our minds. The only positive experience was working with their installers, who are independent contractors. They were very nice and helpful with all of the installation problems we encountered. I feel we paid way too much for our flooring. The final result does look nice, but I would never, ever recommend Lumber Liquidators to anyone.

I have had many issues with this flooring purchase. When I went to pick up the supplies they realized they had not charged me for four buckets of glue. That was going to add $350 to my order, needless to say that did not make me happy. The guys were able to work something out with the glue that made it not so bad. Then the day of the install I waited and waited an hour and half past the time the installer was supposed to arrive and no call, nothing. I called the store and left a message and no call back.
I finally found the number of the person that scheduled the install originally and called her and she said she was just about to call me and someone was on their way. When the installer got here he was great. He got to the part where he would install the transition between our tile and the new hardwood and the transition pieces are not the right wood. So I called the store again, left a message again, no call back. I ended up calling the store three times and leaving messages and NEVER got a call back. That was Monday, right now it's Thursday am, still no call back.

We purchased 2 types of flooring, first the bamboo plank (10040568/QCBAMHSSTA5/1151/10 MS ENG HS Strd Antique Barn 3/8x5-1/8 click together), and the trim for thresholds. Most of thresholds were not in stock so we opted to have them delivered to our home with a 5-10 business days time frame to be at our home. I had my installer scheduled to start on the 10th business day. My installer made it on time but not my only two pieces of my 4 had made it. Those arrived on different days apart. I called the store where I purchased it from and was told (after I had requested follow up check) and was told after my second call that the material was not going to make it from the facility they use. The next option was to get it from another facility but it could only go to their store (an hour away) and would not be finished.
By now my installer was well into his work. I went to Lowe's and found something close for one. By the way after I read the instructions on installation discover I would also need a transition piece since I had a run longer than 30 feet. I found one at Home Depot but I had to refinish it to try to match the flooring. The flooring went down very well and snapped right in place. The second type was a click together vinyl plank (1x2) (10023700/5VC/1151/30 TRQ UL Venetian Cream 5 mm click) which was a nightmare. The installer fought nearly every piece he laid. It took more than twice the time for less than half the area. There were many warped (wavy) planks and several that had damaged edges (some show a lip on edge after being fitted together that I assume will flatten out over time). I did follow all the guidelines handling and storing the material to acclimate.
My installer stated that any time in future he would need to increase the install rate for this product. On a different topic, the sign to the store was barely visible from the road. It was small and blended with the other stores in this facility which was away from the main road. All in all I love the final bamboo flooring look. I would recommend it. I would not recommend the vinyl flooring we used. Disappointed in the store for the handling of my order issues.

It is my opinion that there was a deceptive practice. Employees were fine. Helpful, polite, pleasant. Your problems are higher up than the people you hire to serve the public. I was willing to assume the toxic laminate problem was a supplier practice issue - this is about - your corporate culture & management - business practices! I am a bit of a procrastinator. I bought bamboo laminate flooring for two bedrooms almost 4 years ago. I did one bedroom right away, and the other just sat forever. I did the 2nd room a few weeks ago. I was a few boards short. I went to the store in Naperville, the salesman was very helpful. He did not have it in stock, but located it at a store about 20 minutes away. I went to that store and the customer service was just as good. I purchased the box of laminate and took it home and installed it.
After the trim was installed, I took a dust mop and cleaned up the area. The mop went over the original laminate like it was glass. The new box did not have the same finish, it's like it had a 5:00 shadow. The mop hung up on the floor. Not sure if it's a line that is no longer carried, but the quality of the new box was not the same as the original flooring. The only complaint that we have since we have purchased so much from Lumber Liquidators, please feel free to check, is the extraordinary amount of paperwork required to buy stack-out and millwork sell-offs. You can't get in and out without 15-20 minutes at the register. How about you at least move to the 20th century. Some cash and carry sales should not require that long.

One thing I dislike about Lumber Liquidators is that the guys didn’t give me the accurate amount of flooring that I needed. They told me that I needed a certain amount, and when I purchased everything that they told me I needed, the installer came, started putting the flooring down and then ran out. I had to go back three different times to get flooring. Another thing I don’t like is that the cap that goes over the steps only comes in 6 feet, so I lost a lot of lumber on that part. If it was 8 feet, I could’ve gotten two steps out of one board, but being that it was only 6 feet, I could only get one step out of it. Overall I wasn't dissatisfied, but the employees need to sharpen their heels so that when a person comes in, they can give the person the exact amount of flooring they need instead of hit-and-miss.

We got the laminated bamboo that is corrugated from Lumber Liquidators. It was recently installed and I have a slight problem with the floor. It's still up in the air. I called the installer and because there's a piece that sticking up he told me that it's not acclimated with the floor. He asked me to send him a picture of it which I did. He then told me to put a book and a jug of water on top of it for a couple of days. If that doesn't work, we call him back and he'll take care of it when he's in the area. I thought that he should have sent somebody out to fix it instead of telling me that. Now, I have to look at it for a couple of days.
The problem I have is with the original one I put down in the bedroom. The floor has a moisture issue in about four feet out and probably about 14 feet up that you could start to see where it’s discoloring and this is the bamboo floor. And only to find out it's been discontinued. So, even if I wanted to replace that section, I can't. Lumber Liquidators told us to glue it down and my wife and I felt we were led to believe that the glue was good for moisture. I should have been told about a better glue. But other than that I would definitely recommend them for their good price.

We purchased the 10MM backing Royal Acadia laminate flooring with Bellwood platinum underlayment for our living room and hallway. From the first time we went into our local store the manager/sales associate was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We bought one box to see if we liked it and was told we could return if needed as long as the box was not ripped opened. We went back on New Years for the sale and purchased the remaining flooring, paddings, quarter round, T molding and stair nose needed. We removed our older carpet and nailers, had the sub-floor ready for the installation.
The installation estimate was done during the week and he was nice to work with. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us. We had to wait a couple of days for the installers to call and schedule the appointment. The installers did a quality job and the one issue we had with the whole process was the installers left behind 2 bags of trash in the driveway for us. I would recommend to everyone to price them for laminate and all other hardwood flooring. We went back to purchase one more box since we had one box of flooring left over and the Bellwood premium cleaning starter set.

We've been to Lumber Liquidators multiple times, looking and putting on the wish list and they've always been very helpful when we were there. That made us go back there instead of going to Lowe's or Home Depot to buy similar types of flooring. Plus the quality that Lumber Liquidators has is better than what the other big-box stores sell. I purchased engineered hardwood floor from them since the carpet was wearing out. There's a couple of pieces in the boxes that are warped or damaged but they said if I got anything like that, I bring them back and they'd replace them.
The only negative is the fact that the floor we bought is a glue-down floor, so we bought four buckets of glue and two of the buckets are a year old. They've been sitting around for a year, so when I open them up, the glue is no longer mixed. I was a little put off with the fact that Lumber Liquidators gave us glue that was a year old. We had to go call the manufacturer and see if the glue was still good. The glue that Lumber Liquidators sold recommended a certain trial for application but nobody seems to make that trial. When you Google it online, it tells you Lumber Liquidators is one of the places to go, so I drove back down to the store and they said they don't carry that trial.

And the installers tried to rush through the job and did not randomize the colors so we had a room that was half really dark. My troubles with an initial order of hardwood flooring were solved quickly by contacting the "Customer Care" office at the L.L. Headquarters. After that, my second order of hardwood flooring went seamlessly. The staff at local stores do not know what to do with building permits that exempt the purchaser from local tax. You have to contact HQ to get a straight answer but they follow through completely. Also, prices are good if you shop the sales.

Although I am satisfied with the price of the flooring, the Longmont Store manager overcharged us sales tax. When I made this purchase in November, I gave him a copy of the building permit which states that I do not have to pay local sales tax and he promised me he would resolve this with the HQ office and refund the overcharge. I called him several times to remind him and he said he was "working on it". He now no longer works for L.L. To make matters worse, another employee, Tony, tried to convince me that I had only been charged FEDERAL tax. Of course, I told Tony there is no such thing as a federal sales tax and made him give me the number of the Customer Service staff to resolve this. Tonya was very helpful on the phone.

It cost $260 to have it delivered and I also had to do a direct deposit through my checking account to pay for all of the material 100% up front.
I asked Hayley when my material would be delivered. She said she would have a firm date as soon as the order went through. My order went through. I had no delivery date. I emailed Hayley. Didn't hear back. 2 days go by she emails me a tracking number for some carrier. I track it for two days. It just says "in transit." Cameron, the store manager at Santa Clarita worked closely with me to get exactly what I needed. He was welcoming and helpful in the store. The product I ordered was on clearance; to get the quantity I needed that meant Cameron had to get it from multiple locations and have it shipped to my home. He followed up by phone to let me know that all items from all locations were shipped. When one shipment was delayed, he went out of his way to find out why (weather) and to assure me that it was, in fact, coming. The floor itself, which is click-lock cork, came in excellent condition. With just over 200 sq. ft. ordered, I only found 2 planks that had small chips in the corners. I love it!

Few months later after installation brought to my attention that flooring was cupping. I reported and was told by LLI that I should have had a moisture test for any warranty to take effect. Many areas throughout my floor have hollow sounds when you walk over it. I also have a plank that clicks when you step on it. The transition on the doors were not installed properly and they utilize long nails on the new baseboards. The long nails scratches the pocket door that leads to my bathroom now. I called the store the same day we purchased and told them I would be back the next day early afternoon to pick up more of the order. I got there and was told they had no power and would not release my order to me and that I should have called to see if they had power (how would I know this?). I asked if I could just sign my receipt for the boxes since the day prior nobody even confirmed or had me sign for how many I took. My response from the manager was very rude and told me no. He eventually said "It’s your lucky day. I will allow you to just sign for the boxes you take.” Several trips later we get our material.
The manager was rude to us and made nasty comments about me to his coworker. We realized the manager never got us the quarter round so we go back to the store 2 weeks later and find out it needs to be ordered but it took over an hour just for the guy to even figure out how to place the order. He kept leaving to help others during our transaction. He said he was new and didn't know how to order and the other guy in the store would finish the order but this never happened and we waited for another 30 minutes while our sales guy just left us standing there while he went to help others. My home kitchen and utility rooms had linoleum on it and it was all tearing and getting bad so I bought some manufactured hardwood from Lumber Liquidators. The reps were very accommodating, and answered all my questions. When I got there the sales person showed me several different items and he knew I was wanting something inexpensive out of pocket. I was really pleased with the cost because I thought I would be getting laminate floor which wasn't my first choice but I couldn't afford something more. And this was a discontinued item and they had seven boxes left. It was very inexpensive so the sales person really helped out by getting the better quality as far as price-wise for a less expensive price. Then he told me what other things I may need to put it down.
A pastor friend of mine over in Arizona did the installation, he is a very meticulous person and he said it was really easy for him to do, but we had a number of odd corners and circles, especially in the utility room. Also, I really appreciated going over there and getting the product and being able to take it home right away. And I've already recommended Lumber Liquidators to a couple of people.

Lumber Liquidators provided a product and when it was installed, we realized that there were only short boards and I had many boxes like that when I was supposed to receive wood close to five feet long. It was my first time doing wood floors. I was unaware of how to mitigate a problem right then and there when it's happening. When I reported it, they told me, "Well the sales staff who sold you the product, they can tell you whatever they want. But you signed the documents." I'm like, "Okay, you can't just say they can tell you whatever they want with the sale when they're representing that contract." So that's misleading to a contract and now there's an issue.
I was irate on the phone and felt bad. I said, "When you're talking about thousands of dollars as someone's purchase and you're telling me that someone could tell you whatever they want when there's a serious problem, that's when you're gonna find someone absolutely pissed off." I could have taken it legally but I didn't. At the end of the day, the sales staff was very good but I prefer to have honest service. But I think they were only doing their job. When there is a problem, corporate tried to figure out a way to mitigate for themselves. They were able to offer me something to make things work as best as possible. I got $500 back but I had over $1500 in problems. We had to rip out and re-do the wood floors but it ended up working out in the end. Ultimately, I'm happy with what happened. They did what was right as best as they could with whatever resources they could and the problem is solved.
If we didn't have this problem, I would say great sales, great delivery, great everything. It's pre-finished floor and I'm happy with the pricing. But I don't think I'll use them again. The project was something that we did last winter and should have been done in April of last year but it was not. It definitely was a pain especially when I'm spending money. But it's been solved and we're happy with how it worked out. And now, we're enjoying our floors.

The sales rep from Lumber Liquidators was good. We were looking at a couple of different floors as they were done with all sorts of styles, and he explained how they were going to hold up, so that we could pick which one we liked. The floor quality is good, so far. There were a number of boards sold that we did tongue and groove at 3/4-inch oak. However, there was a number of miscuts where the tongues were missing or messed up, and it was the same with the grooves. Also, there were a number of boards that had black streaks on them that almost looked like grease streaks. There was a good percentage that we threw out because of that, or cut up when we didn't need to--four percent shipped and not usable. The product was good, and reasonably priced. However, quality check should have caught these boards. Those are ones that shouldn't have been packed.
I installed the flooring myself, and it was easy to work with. There were a few warped boards, but I didn't throw them out. However, I was very surprised that there were no installation instructions. That was very disappointing. I expected a copy in every box, or pre-printed on the side. I found myself looking through YouTube. There were no cleaning instructions at all, too. That should be on or inside the box as well. And then my threshold, which I ordered to go down the stairs, arrived almost a month after my floor. I had to call three times until they finally said they've got one at a different store, which they said they will send out on that day or the next. On the other hand, I really like the wood and I'm not an unhappy customer by any stretch. I'd recommend Lumber Liquidators, but with a caveat.

I didn't have a very good experience at all with Lumber Liquidators. I recently purchased their porcelain tile. We were updating our cabinets and doing a semi-remodel. Samantha was the store manager of the Flooring Liquidators store in Chula Vista which 3 blocks away from my house. The prices were very low yet, the product was really impressive. The quality of the flooring was great. Their flyer also said that they do installation and that it'd feel comfortable for them installing. I scheduled someone to go to my home to just give me a quote. But then I received the email saying that they don't serve my area. I find it puzzling when they have a store in that Chula Vista area and yet there was no one to install my flooring. So I got someone else to install it.
My husband went to go pick the flooring up in the back's loading dock, and on that same pallet was exactly the same amount of flooring that the store manager told us that we were short. We went back in the store and the store manager told me it was for another customer that they were supposed to be picking it up by that afternoon, as well. However, we were first there and we had the most flooring of that order. She was not very cooperative with us. She sent us to Miramar to pick up our flooring and she compensated us just for our gas.
Just then, Samantha said they will do the flooring so I agreed with her and fired that one was going to originally install my flooring. But in the long run they called me or emailed me and said, "Oh, we're not serving your area." Also, their brochure says "Convenient one-stop solution. Quality Flooring," and "Delivery and Professional Installation." But they never gave me an option of delivery. They weren't a one-stop solution. I had to stop from my day on a Saturday and go all the way down on Miramar to pick another pallet of flooring. It wasn't convenient for me at all. I've already complained maybe to 30 people already because I was so dissatisfied with the store. I actually wrote a letter to a manager whom and I'm going to call her back again. Chris was the first gentleman who helped me and he did a really good job. He explained the different engineered floors to me and what their attributes were. We wound up picking a particular Chestnut Oak flooring for our family room. I brought the measurements and that helped me calculate the flooring I needed. Everybody did a great job.
The only thing was I wrote a check and bought the flooring. I've also purchased the Seal-N-Grip Bostik glue for it. When they shipped it in, I got my three pails of glue but one pail contained dried up glue. It was 8:45 in the evening. When the contractor was trying to finish up, we were short of glue. It recently came in and when we looked at it, it wasn’t an exact match to the floor. It was a different kind of transition piece and wasn’t the one that we ordered. I wish the salesperson could've asked if there was anything else we needed such as some transition piece as that would have made it a little easier and not delay the project. Other than that, it was a good experience overall.

We worked with the store at 4810 Peter Place Cincinnati, OH. The staff goes above & beyond to satisfy their customers. ** is doing a great job with this store. Working with the team at LL's Hauppauge NY location has been a pleasure. Their experience and advice combined with excellent products was a win win for us both. Have done floors in two homes this year and both were a success. Don't bother looking elsewhere. Ask for "K".

The sales reps of Lumber Liquidator were really nice and friendly. I got some Quick Clic floor from them and the quality's great and it turned out lovely. It looks pretty nice. I also got some wood for my bathroom and that came out good, too. I installed the flooring myself and it's really easy.

LL is so busy, as are their installers, that they can't keep up with it all at every step of the way. The installation company they referred us to use is a joke! They are called Dream Design and the only dream is the nightmare they strap you with throughout the entire process. It's all about making the sale, but after that moment, they never met one timeframe or even completed the job within a reasonable timeframe; we are still waiting for them to finish up after about 3 weeks after the original install date. Just a joke; don't use Dream Design in Las Vegas!

On the plus side service was excellent, staff person was very knowledgeable and courteous. On the less positive, the red oak hardwood flooring graded "Select" should have been marked "# 2". The other complaint is the amount of paperwork. I purchased 2 items on my visit (separately) and walked out of the store with 8 sheets of paper (81/2 X 11). Neither efficient nor good for the environment.

We spent $200 on flooring which we needed only 40sq feet of, to only get the product and have to piecemeal the boards and cut sections out to set our floor and have it look decent. When we received the product we noticed knots in the boards that were not sanded out, there were holes in the boards as well. Some of the boards also had scratches in them. Very unhappy with the lack of quality control your company had with our flooring we chose. I included some pictures of the material we received, you will notice the scratch in one, the knots I spoke about in another and the holes in the final picture. Just very disappointed with the quality of product when we spent a good dollar amount for a decent flooring to only have to make do with what we had.

I bought flooring that was deeply discounted for a kitchen remodel. Worked out great. I picked up an 8 ft. butcher block counter top for a bar I made. Nice and straight (not warped or twisted) and good price. Recently had to match red oak tongue and groove from 1953 for a bath remodel. I could not believe you had it in stock for a very reasonable price per bundle. Thanks.

I usually don't do reviews, but these guys deserve it! I have nothing but good things to say about them! I placed an order and ended up not liking the floor I picked after I got it home. They helped me pick a new floor, and I was able to take it home that day and now it is installed and beautiful. Not only that, but I originally thought I would have to get laminate to stay in my budget, but I was able to find gorgeous bamboo flooring in my budget here!
I also ordered trim, thresholds, and tile for a bathroom that I can't wait to receive -- which were all priced lower than at the many other stores I had compared prices at. They have been so helpful with the many questions I have had and very accommodating with all of my changes along the way. I will never shop anywhere else after the great experience with customer service and their great prices.

I purchased a good sized order of stranded bamboo flooring, padding, moldings and flush vent covers. The flush vent covers I was told weren't in stock anywhere local to me so the associate told me he could ship them directly to me for an extra $20.00 and it would take a couple of days. I received the vent covers relatively fast but they showed up just wrapped in shipping saran wrap only, no protection.
Once I unwrapped them they were completely damaged. I called the store and they told me that I could return them to the Nashua store because it was more local to me. They also said that they would locate and ship to me undamaged ones. I received the shipment a little slower then the first time and this time around they shipped three vent covers, two of them were the same and the last one was different. The two that are the same have small openings for the air to come out and will create a loud airflow noise. The other one that got shipped was the one I was interested in.
I drove back to the Woburn store to explain the issue and one of the managers told me he would tell his manager and take care of it. After six days of hearing nothing I called the Woburn store and spoke with the same manager and he claimed that the reason why they haven't contacted me was they were still looking for them but after he made that statement he told me they no longer make the "style" vents I was looking for.
He told me that they would return and credit me but the issue is that it has put a hold on my flooring project, no one contacted me for six days to give me an update and when I was asked him about the refund of the shipping cost he gave me a story about how they don't usually refund the shipping cost because it costs them but didn't take into consideration the two trips I had to take to try and get the correct product I purchased, the multiple times calling the store and waiting for someone to pick up the phone and the inconvenience of holding up the project.

It's 6 months since our laminate floor was incorrectly installed. 2 months after repeated complaints to corporate and local store, a 3rd party evaluation judged the installation as improperly done, needing to be replaced. In 2 more months, a different installer was assigned to replace the floor with a new floor. Then in 1 more month and an incorrect amount and type of materials were delivered with some correct products. The pertinent rooms have been prepared for the installation and are unsuitable for common use. Efforts to communicate with Lumber Liquidators (Customer Resolution Specialist) has been made, but with minimal and essential replies. This 6 month event has caused many inconveniences, marital stresses, and consternation about careless and derelict business. The upside is how Lumber Liquidators's integrity stepped up in their judgment of honoring their customer satisfaction / warranty guarantee!

We Develop homes that are over 5,000 sf to which I would not buy my material here with this experience. I remodeled my grandmother's home which was a small project. I purchased stair tops and natural wood for the landings. We told the lady at the front we needed wood for the landings. She gave a cost and I paid for it. Never once said it was second hand material. I don't ever like to buy second hand material because you ALWAYS HAVE ISSUES. When we fit the material it was bundled up so of course you can't break it apart at the warehouse. The material was not opened for a couple weeks since we were not ready for the stairs yet.
When we were ready we open up the bundles and it was very poor quality. Lots of holes and knots in the wood. For sure the material could not be used especially in a small area. No room for cuts. We did not open up the second bundle for the reason that the first bundle was really bad quality and thought it would be the same. We went back to the store with the open bundle and showed the guy at the front the bundle. He said "you should have known you purchased secondhand material, and since you opened the bundle we cannot take it back or exchange it for better quality material." I could not believe it. I told him that no one ever told me it was secondhand and if they had told me it was secondhand I would not have purchased it.
My question is how am I supposed to know that it is secondhand when no one mentions it and the bundle is bundled up. There is no way of knowing until you open that bundle. He would not budge and acted as though he did not care and I should have known. So the material I bought there was a waste and I had to eat it. What a waste of time and money. It was not a large purchase but thank God I found out how this operation runs. I will not be using them on any of my future homes which two of them now that I'm working on are in Point Loma and are over 5000 ft.

The worst experience of my life. Drove from Roswell, NM to Albuquerque, NM to pick up our flooring, got home and it was the wrong floor. The employee was rude. Although she took blame for ordering the wrong floor, she was completely unprofessional. She tried blaming me for her horrible service. They wouldn't work with us enough to return and replace the flooring. We took the flooring back and she had a horrible attitude kept interrupting me and stormed off.
She didn't check the items I was returning and assumed I was returning the entire purchase. I was only returning the floor. I spoke to the assistant manager and a boss who then returned my money and gave me free glue. Had that employee worked with us like the boss did we would have gotten the floor we asked for. Instead I will never do business with Lumber Liquidators again. Complete waste of time and money.
