I am a residential building contractor in So RI, 50% of my business is interior woodworking. I use Lumber Liquidators on a regular basis for customer flooring needs. John from the Warwick sales staff is professional and experienced. He gets me in and out quickly with the right stock at the right price. Special orders are followed up on and deliveries are on time. My clients are please with the quality of material, installation, and price. I do not advertise, the majority of my jobs are customer referrals. I depend on my suppliers for professional service. Lumber Liquidators are one of the best.

We bought engineered bamboo floors. Not only was the staff in the Hickory, NC office knowledgeable they were also very honest. They explained the process needed to install the floors with ease. Will recommend this store to all my friends and relatives.

We received a great product at a good price with friendly and honest service. We are very happy customers and will be doing business with them again. We have had so many compliments on our new floors and have told them where we got them. This has truly been a great relationship.

Well, the Engineered Wood Floors that I purchased from Lumber Liquidators in Warwick, RI were great. Good quality, easy to install, and they look great. However, the older gentleman that "helped" me wasn't very pleasant. He had the personality of one of the planks of wood that I was purchasing. On top of that he didn't seem like he really wanted to help me when I had questions about the items I was purchasing. Had the Lumber Liquidators' website not had good information on it I would have just left and gone to Lowe's or Home Depot.

Great company. I used the Evansville, Indiana store. Have been there twice and received great service both times! Will absolutely use again!! Salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable. Store manager was great to deal with. A very pleasant experience! Everybody should buy from here!

Due to water damage because of heavy rains this winter, approximately 80 sq ft of flooring needed to be replaced. When I called to order, I was told that the product was discontinued and that there were only 4 boxes of the product left in the entire LL inventory. I ordered them. The product cost was $150.52. LL charged me $174.00 for shipping!!! The boxes seemed like they were in ok shape when they arrived so I signed for them.

I submitted my complaint in January but in five months can't get satisfactory answer. In fact l can't get to talk to competent person. I sent emails, left phone messages, sent letter and no one has called me back. There are countless Lumber Liquidators customers complaining about the same problem with same product as me with pretty much same results as me. Needless to say l will never buy anything else from Lumber Liquidators again.

The manager at your Rancho Las Vegas location was outstanding and most helpful. The floor panels were easy to apply and I finished the job in one weekend. This is my second interaction with your company. I shall use you again.

Overall, the product seems to be fine, but I found that the salespeople in the stores have very limited knowledge about what they are selling. The person doesn't necessarily have to be an experienced contractor but at least be able to guide customers to what they may need. I had to figure out and search for things way more than I should have had to.

Great customer service. Henry at the Tinley park Il location was awesome and patient. Also Shawn at Oak Lawn location was very helpful and made my floor buying experience easy. I will recommend Lumber Liquidators to all my family and friends for quality service.

My in-store experience was good; a manager helped me select and order some engineered flooring, vapor barrier and an installation tool. Wait time for the product was to be about ten days, and I received notification within that time-frame that the order was in. Unfortunately, when I picked up the order, the installation tool had not yet arrived. It took another 2 weeks to get the tool, and the explanations given weren't convincing; I suspect the warehouse had run out of the tools and had to bring some in, that the notification I received wasn't adequately checked, that the on-line inventory was inaccurate or dated. I understand that these things happen, but next time just level with the customer and do what you can to make it right.

I have to say I was very pleased with the service and quality of material that I purchased. My big complaint is that I paid cash for both orders that I made and I returned 2 extra bundles of flooring that I had and I could not get cash back now. I have to wait 3-5 weeks for a corporate check. I could have used that money over the weekend especially since I paid cash in the first place, I work in sales so that makes no sense to me at all, if you are not going to give cash back then say that upfront because I would have paid with my card, and saved the cash.

I ordered 8 7/8 pine flooring. 1500 sq ft of it. I was charged a lower price so I went back in to ensure that it was the correct size. Is ensured it was OK. I expressly told the gentleman that I needed it by the next weekend which he says he do his best to meet. When called, it was clear nobody expedited my order and it was late pushing my schedule a week. When I picked up the wood it was 6 7/8 and I was told the larger size was discontinued. I was offered a small discount that hardly covered my wasted time. Not a good experience.

Our Sarasota Store is GREAT!! Excellent service, friendly associates, good advice. We purchased Morning Star Bamboo and 2000 SF looks beautiful. They were right-on with number of boxes needed, including underlayment. I highly recommend my friends shop for their flooring there.

As you are aware, the bamboo flooring I had installed was defective and LL credited me the amount of the flooring. The original install was not reimbursed. I purchased the flooring with engineered hardwood and had it installed by the store installers. The install went smoothly; the installers were wonderful - meticulous in their work and expeditious in timing. They were kind and respectful of me and my home. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Thank you!

We bought 5 boxes of cherry Brazilian engineered wood flooring and had our contra cutter come to install it. After he was one-quarter done we looked and realized all the covered were mixed! Oak, brown, many different shades but NO cherry Brazilian. The store offered to have us but extra boxes but no replacement or discount. They said it is suppose to look like that. Floor sample in store had some variations but??? Wow. I went up to management and the wonderful lady said we should not have been treated that way and shipped TWO new boxes FREE. Our guy went through all boxes and got a decent look. But honestly? Mostly shades of brown. No reddish visible. I will not use lumber liquidators again.

I love Lumber Liquidators!! I always find what I am looking for and at great prices. The staff is extremely helpful with suggestions on your project you might not be thinking about. Though I knew what I want and staff showed me options that change my mind on how I was thinking and resulting a better fit for me. Thanks...

After buying 1100sf worth of flooring, found out once I brought the flooring into my home that the flooring was made in China when the sales rep clearly told my wife and I that it was made in America but just the raw material was sourced in China. Huge lie! 2nd upon opening the boxes the flooring had such a terrible smell, it made my wife nauseous and as such we had to return the flooring and buy somewhere else.

Called numerous times to find out when Lumber Liquidators was going to come out and measure. We had just a rough estimate for how much we needed. No one came out and no one called until the day before our installer came. Very poor customer support. But we do love our China made maple hardwood.

I purchased the shadow bamboo flooring and was sold the MAPEI adhesive. Was also sold the ultimate adhesive remover by Bostik. The remover is ruining my finish cos it's messing up the surface with residue. I need a manager to contact at **.

Have been working with Debbie ** for the past few weeks on orders and her help with setting us up with an account. She has been very responsive and helpful. The quality of the product has worked for the project we are working on so much we have made numerous orders.

This is the 2nd floor that I purchased, the old one was 4 inch oak 3/4 tongue and groove, went it great. This floor though the installer had a difficult time closing gaps on sides and ends due to the quality of the wood, which was the 2nd best you could buy. Saved some pieces to show what I mean.

I placed order for two more boxes of tiles. I was told one was in stock and one had to come from somewhere else. When I went to pick up tiles they only had one box, the manager was rude and miserable. No customers service experience. He should be unloading trucks not dealing with customers. Still don't have resolution to my missing cases. It's a 45 minute drive to your location for me.

I placed my 2nd large order for flooring (in my condo living/dining room and 2 upstairs bedrooms) with the LL Westbury, NY store and the manager Kareem could not have been more helpful and professional in making sure my order was properly processed and installed. I would not hesitate to repeat future orders with Lumber Liquidators especially dealing with someone as wonderful as Kareem.

I ordered a large order of hardwood (Silver Oak) and tiles (Autumn Oak), crown molding, baseboards from the Lumber Liquidators and I must say the experience and service I have received from everyone from the Leesburg store is top class! From Garret and Ray who helped with the order and Sam who confirmed and helped with some additional add-ons, delivery and re-order, these guys are professionals and very service oriented. I ended up over ordering some things and under order other things and they were accommodating enough to help me through my construction. I would do business again with these folks and highly recommend them to you!

Salesperson was helpful and no pressure. After I had already purchased the Tobacco Road Acacia Engineered Hardwood from Virginia Mills, I read many negative reviews about it online. I honestly have only had this floor down for about 3 weeks, but I can't see any issues with it. There were some boards that had flaws in the click-together parts, but they were all useful in some way depending on where we used them and how we cut them. I installed it myself, so I know it was done to the specifications required by the manufacturer. And I know that humidity can have an effect on the flooring. I really don't anticipate any problems. I used the high grade padding, and it makes a difference in the way the floor sounds when you walk on it. Definitely doesn't sound like laminate, which I heard the engineered hardwood can sometimes because it is floating.

When I initially purchased the flooring I was not told I had to make final payment in person; seeing that I order EVERYTHING online or by phone - the location is tough to park at in Manhattan. I had to go on a Sunday morning (Mother's Day as a matter of fact) to make the payment. My husband was outside the store and in the car and they needed him to wave to them to verify as it was his card. I had to keep going back and forth. I admit I was getting antsy because there was no clarity on return policy should I have left over and several other issues.

The red oak rustic flooring was of low grade. Once the project was complete there was about 4 bundles of wood which was unusable due to the bowing horizontal and vertical. We realize it was rustic red oak and it is true we like the rustic feel. However we feel the wood itself was of low grade... trash wood. The customer service did not seem to care. Did not offer to look to see if we should order other wood or reimburse for the unusable wood.

I purchased wood flooring. As before great service, extremely employees. Always helpful and honest and knowledgeable. I have patronized this place before and I will and have recommended them to everybody who I know that is placing flooring. I plan to do my upstairs on my next project and will certainly buy my goods from them.

The online ordering and service received at pick up were seamless. Thank you for providing great service and beautiful product. My new floor looks great and the installation went very well. Would definitely recommend and use shop your store again.

Great experience. First time to do this -- college age son helped -- great father and son time. Finished up this past weekend. Two projects: Nail Down Oak Gunstock floor for dining room. Installed fine. Thanks to Aaron's advice and counsel. Looks great and as even and smooth as can be. Second project was click in place bamboo floor in son's room which replaced 20 year old, tired and war-torn carpet. Again, all went down especially smooth after proper acclimating. Thanks to Willie's advice and counsel. Finished up with baseboards, moulding and caulking yesterday. Looks like a million dollars. Thank you Lumber Liquidators. Can't wait for my next floor project!

Last month I purchased 2060 Feet of Hardwood from your Frederick, MD store. I paid for the order at the time of purchase in the amount of roughly $10,000.00. After waiting for the order to arrive (1 week) I was contacted by your salesman to let me know that the price that was previously committed to was not going to be honored by the Regional Manager. The difference in price was approximately $1,200.00 higher. After making an appeal through the salesperson the Regional Manager declined to honor the original price.

Both Mike and Justin were very accommodating when I needed to keep my purchased bamboo flooring at the store for longer than expected. I had no idea the installation would be so expensive (double what I had anticipated), and just couldn't come up with the extra cash to get it done. Justin eventually needed to cancel my order, after several warnings, as it had just been in his warehouse too long. I understood, and I will purchase again when I am able to afford to install it in a reasonable amount of time.

We bought prefinished hickory flooring that was defective. The tongues and grooves didn't fit, the boards were different thicknesses, and they were warped. As required, we installed 200-250 square feet of flooring before filing a complaint. This cost us a considerable amount of money in that we had workers on site to do the job and all work came to a halt when the flooring wouldn't work. We had to pay for the full day's work for 5 workers plus the cost of removing the floor and installing the new flooring later.

The only thing I can say is that when I elected to not buy the overpriced glue the salesman was pushing. He said to me, “Have fun ruining your new floor then.” I have since laid the floor with a different glue and it's just fine.

Was so impressed by the vast selection, the knowledge of the staff, and the speedy arrival and packing of our truck. We saved money and agony by using LL!! Our wood is beautiful and I know if we ever need something, LL will be happy to help us.

I have now installed 3 full houses with the strand bamboo flooring from Lumber Liquidators! Each house now has a warm feeling that is guaranteed to last for a lifetime! That is hard to beat! The staff at the store was helpful and provided important information to help the buying experience, and the floors are stunning! The installation was easier with the bamboo being the exact same length and width. The consistency allowed for fewer wasted board feet. I would highly recommend Lumber Liquidators and the top line of products to everyone!

We knew what we were looking for going in so it was an easy and smooth process for us. Associate provided us with a sample piece to make sure it matched up to different brand we had and it matched and grooved perfectly. Transaction was finished and all associates were friendly. We were short a couple boxes so went back following day to get more and they looked up our purchase to provide us with same hardwood flooring. All associates in both transactions were very friendly. Price was about the same as Home Depot/Lowe's so not a big difference there.

Had a few pieces that had large holes in it from knots. But overall I had great service from the staff. Very quick in ordering and putting it on my truck. Staff very knowledgeable about this product and 2 other products that I will be buying in the very near future.

The team at the Woodlawn, Baltimore MD location went above and beyond my expectations to ensure that my needs were met. They listened to what I wanted, and worked towards getting me exactly that. I had a good experience at the Kennesaw store getting everything ordered etc. However, the customer service at the Alpharetta store was terrible. The delivery process was mishandled. I was given a date and time to pick up the floor. I went to pick the floor up and it wasn't there and didn't receive a call so it was delivered. I'm not satisfied with the floor. I understand wood is imperfect, but the pattern and texture appears to be different on the floor once installed. Overall, I've heard good things about Lumber Liquidators, but I'm unhappy with my LL experience.

I needed to update the floors in my house and I bought bamboo hardwood flooring from Lumber Liquidators. The price is right and their reps were outstanding. I did not install the flooring yet because they say I have to open the package and leave it a couple of weeks. But in total, they have great products and customer service, except the hours. It's hard to get there in time to pick it up because they close at 7. But overall, my experience was great and I will recommend Lumber Liquidators to my friend.

I wanted to do the floors in all my house units. I've been living there for the past two years. The Lumber Liquidators sales rep was great and the people were nice. Also, the products are really good. I ordered off of line but for some reason my order never went through. I had to reorder it again but after that, the salesman helped me with that. I purchased the 5/8 engineered floors and the cost is perfectly fine. I did the installation myself and working with the product was a lot easier than IKEA flooring. I got it done in two days and the quality is good so far. It's amazing.

We updated our flooring and bought some hardwood floor from Lumber Liquidators. I ordered online and we picked it up. We installed the flooring ourselves and it was easy to do so. They were interlocking. The quality is great for the price.

We were doing a remodel and then bought hardwood flooring from Lumber Liquidators. The first store didn't have the wood in stock. But, they told me which one had it. I ended up going to the store that had it and the sales rep placed the order through for me. So, everything was all set by the time I got there. It was just a positive experience. The flooring was a high-quality product. The price was fair as well. It was a little higher than somewhere else but it matched the floor that I was going up against. So, that was an important factor. Lumber Liquidators has good customer service and everything was easy to process.

I bought the house in March and the bamboo flooring was my first project. One of my co-workers recommended Lumber Liquidators and I went in and checked it out. The sales reps were nice, courteous and very professional. Their products are fair priced and they have quite a wide variety of selections in the store. The overall experience was great. But they could get the bullnose and the stair nose shipped a little sooner and some extra pieces would have made it much better.

We were looking for something to put on the floor of the back of a pickup truck and Lumber Liquidators was our last stop. The rep was very helpful and was able to show us a couple of different things and figure out what we were looking for, which seems to have worked okay. We bought some kind of hardwood from them. The quality is nice and the cost was very good. It happened in a day and we had a great and easy experience.

I was looking and found the product with the woodwork at Lumber Liquidators. I got the bamboo flooring and it looks great. I did it myself and had a hard time to get it put in. Got a few other things that gotta need to put down. It was my first time purchasing from them and it was a good experience. They knew the product, answered all the questions that I had, give me information, tell me what to do, what I needed, so, they're very good.

We didn't like having so much carpet in the house so we thought of going with a hardwood flooring. The sales representatives from Lumber Liquidators were very helpful and they kept in touch about our order. The quality and the cost of the 3/4" hardwood flooring we purchased has been good. We're doing the installation ourselves and it's not too difficult to work on it. We've been fine with it. Overall, it's been a very good experience with Lumber Liquidators. They’re knowledgeable and helped us load everything and any question that we've had about the installation, they've been very open to answering those. Many of them have done hardwood installation themselves in the past. So they’ve been very free to share their knowledge with us. We've also returned to them to purchase additional things.

I was looking around and called Lumber Liquidators about bamboo floorings. The younger lady I spoke with said they got some bamboo going on special. And I spoke with Anne and looked at it and it looked really good. I wanted the appearance to be like my junior high school gym floor -- a real light, light, natural strand. It was what I was looking for and that was actually what they have. And the good thing about it, in the meantime, the price went down from $179 to $169. So I purchased supreme bamboo, engineered bamboo floorings, where I purchased 42 boxes.

My home needed a flooring update. I purchased bamboo flooring from Lumber Liquidators and the sales reps were knowledgeable and courteous. Everything’s been real good so far.

We're doing some remodeling and we wanted to put the hardwood oak flooring in a spare bedroom. I did quite a bit of research and Lumber Liquidators had the best price. I also liked the unfinished material that we bought from them because I wanted to stain it and do it myself. It was a nice option. When we walked in their store, we kind of already knew what we wanted and then we just made sure that they had enough in stock. The sales rep rang us up, got everything, helped us load it up and we were good. They were professional, fast and took care of everything for us. We installed the flooring ourselves. If you know what you're doing, the installation is definitely easier. I thought we that we'd get a splinter or two from the wood but we didn't. Also, when you buy wood, there are some damaged pieces so we took them to account for that. But other than that, everything was great and the flooring fit together nicely.

The floors in my house didn’t look very good. We had redone our kitchen last year and we continued the process. We bought a new engineered flooring from Lumber Liquidators and had a recommended installation team through them. They came when they said they were supposed to and got everything done on schedule and it looks great. Plus, the cost in relation to the quality are in line and so far, so good. Overall, it was a relatively seamless process. Everything went well and it's a good experience, so we're happy.

We moved and bought a new place, so we bought flooring from Lumbar Liquidators. They were good. The quality was very good and worth the money. We hired somebody to install the flooring and they did it right. We had no trouble with the products and I even didn’t use part of the order and I returned it. I remained satisfied.

We bought a different house and we wanted to replace its flooring, then I went with Lumber Liquidators for bamboo flooring and adhesive. I went to their store and told them what I wanted. The installation has been scheduled a month ago but the flooring hasn't been put down by the company that deals with Lumber Liquidators because there were complications. Despite that, I would recommend Lumber Liquidators. They had the product I wanted and everything worked out fine.

On Sunday, May 21 we entered the Kalamazoo store and spoke with the store manager regarding Mayberry Gunstock Oak SKU #: 128743245. We established that we needed 1000 sq. ft. of flooring, and established that the Redford, MI store was the only location he could see that had sufficient stock. At the end of our conversation, he assured us if we wanted to place the order all we had to do was call in and it would be simple. We verified our measurements after leaving the store, and called the 1-800 number to verify availability. I spoke with a telephone representative regarding all store inventories, and explained our situation.

There was flooding from a malfunction of an appliance and so the floors were ruined and we needed new flooring. We got an engineered flooring from Lumber Liquidators and it was a light blonde oak color. The sales rep was very nice and cooperative and he wasn’t trying to force a decision right on the spot. He filled out the quote slip and figured what the cost would be. He gave us the slip and told us whenever we decide, we can come in and order the product. We told them we want to do it right on the spot so it was easy. It went smooth and he didn’t make it difficult for us to transact. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Where do I even begin. When I first thought to use Lumber Liquidators (North Nashville, TN store), I reached out to my friends on social media to get their thoughts. I received the flyers in the mail and the floors looked beautiful and the price was very good. My friends warned me... but obviously, I didn't listen. And so begins my story... I went to the store, talked with the salesman and we picked out what we wanted. I needed something as scratch proof as possible because I have several cats. They directed us to this laminate flooring that is supposed to hold up to knife punctures - cool (more on that later). Purchased what we needed and let them know we need this installed. We were installing the kitchen, living room, bonus room, hallway, and a bedroom. I was told that we would get a call from the installers on next steps and it would be roughly 2 days after the order.

In terms of cost, Lumber Liquidators was very comparable to all the big-box stores. They actually beat one of them, but was a little bit higher than the other ones. But they had the actual stain of hardwood floor that we wanted. Their sales rep was very helpful and easy to work with. He showed us exactly what we wanted and then I installed the product myself. We just extended a little spot of the hardwood that we already had, from the front door to the kitchen. I found the flooring very easy to work with and the quality is awesome.

I looked at the Morning Star engineered bamboo at Lumber Liquidators Memphis and the manager there was very helpful. My brother had put down a hickory and I really liked all the wood frames they had in their hickory. But the hickory board that I found was really short. What I liked about the Morning Star bamboo was they’re all really long, about six feet. I went home, finalized everything and ordered it online over six weeks ago. They had it all in stock, so I was able to drive over a couple of days later and pick it up. The bamboo floor is dark, like an antique. It was about half the price of what Lowe’s was charging for the same product. The Cali bamboo flooring from Lowe's was $5.79 a square foot and this one was about $2.59 and that’s what ultimately made the decision for me. Overall, Lumber Liquidators was great and easy to work with.

The employees were very helpful and didn't rush us even though we spent a good amount of time trying to find the correct wood floor. The staff was friendly and delivery was on time. I was able to get a rebate because the flooring I bought went down in price in the past month.

As a whole, our experience with Lumber Liquidators was good. We live in California and we ordered the dark brown bamboo flooring from them while we were visiting my parents in Texas. It was delivered to the house while we’re on vacation. All that went well except there was a couple damaged boxes but after contacting Lumber Liquidators, we ended up getting two undamaged boxes for free. So, it all worked out. So far, we’ve noticed a couple of scratches and we’re not exactly sure where they came from and we were able to cover them up with some wood stain. But other than that, the quality is great.

Pros - The manager was friendly and polite as well as the installer. The engineered bamboo looks good so far. Cons - Had to wait 2 weeks after picking up the floor for a threshold to come in and the company would not install the floor till that piece came in, then was told it would take another 12 days to install. Had someone else do the install in the end.

We had some flooring in our building that needed to be replaced so we bought the yellow pine flooring unfinished from Lumber Liquidators. The sales representatives took care of ordering what we wanted and called us when it came in. They also helped us load it. It was easy to work with it when we installed it. The quality of the flooring is good but we wish it had longer pieces.

I had heard of LL on TV ads. Was in Swansea, MA and went into your store there - Will was on duty and he was so helpful to me. I had a budget I was working with and he understood this and pointed me to the right area. I returned several times and finally purchased my flooring for my kitchen and LR areas. It is just BEAUTIFUL and I must thank WILL for helping me. Everyone just loves the floor and it does look beautiful. The installer was going to buy some for his client. Thanks so much to Will and LL for making this redo so beautiful. I will stop in the store to thank Will myself when in the area next time.

We were redoing the kitchen and bought oak hardwood flooring from Lumber Liquidators. The sales representatives are good. I called them up and they came out and measured. Then I went there and picked out the flooring that we wanted, and set up a time for them to come install it. So far, it's been fine. I bought some stuff from Lumber Liquidators before that I installed myself. Some of it clicks together and some you have to nail down. It depends on what product you buy. The experience has been good but I had one form they forgot to have me sign and I had to drive 10 miles out to sign it. It's not horribly far but my lunch hour was gone by the time I got there. Everybody makes mistakes.

We purchased morning side bamboo flooring from Lumber Liquidators about one year ago and it is a disaster. The entire floor began buckling within weeks of installation. The installer used a moisture barrier glue and it is installed on a slab where we previously had hardwood floors with NO ISSUES. The floor is hideous and hazardous. LL claims it's a moisture problem in our home and of course not covered by their warranty. (Of course) They assured us this product was sound and could be sanded but online and our installer say no way you can sand this stuff. I can't afford to redo the floors and don't know what to do. Considering legal action.

The staff at LL in Waldorf were great to deal with. Much more knowledgeable than staff at home improvement stores. We placed a large order (55 boxes of hardwood, stair treads, etc). The order arrived at the store in 10 days. Due to the amount, we made two separate pick-ups. The staff were helpful with loading and any questions we had. We have already recommended LL and will use them again!

We bought a box of bamboo flooring from Lumber Liquidators trying to match the existing we have from Paris eight years back. Our purchase look pretty good. I would only know that it's different but if somebody else looked at it, they would not know it's a kind of a patch type. I was also amazed at how Lumber Liquidators set up their customer service. The on-floor guys were very helpful to the lady buying something. The only problem I had was finding their store. They need better signage in front of the street pointing to where they are at and much better directions to get there. Other people had the same trouble too. But aside from that difficulty, my experience was perfect.

Very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Their patience with us while we chose our flooring was commendable. We also appreciate that they gave us extra time to pick up our products when it wasn't raining and spent lots of time explaining the various sealants for butcher block.

Went together well (5" Red Oak Natural Bellawood (740 square feet)). Only issue was with one of the boxes; the 45-degree micro cut on the ends of the short pieces were way too big and it looked like a large crack at the end joints. We threw away the shorts and continued. Upon completion we have the most beautiful red oak floor with a tremendous amount of character.

It was time to update the floors in the house so I purchased hardwood flooring from Lumber Liquidators. When I was there by myself, the staff was not paying much attention and it was pretty bad. We had to wait a long time and I even got frustrated. They should be a little more curious to solve and I didn't feel they were helpful. Price-wise, I could find cheaper flooring somewhere else but the stores were very convenient for me as it was very close to my office.

All the employees at the North Hampton, New Hampshire location were very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Absolutely no problems with the cost or the Bellawood product, Solid Red oak pre-finished hardwood flooring. And service was excellent. Very accommodating to my request to pick up materials over a week long period.

Stop at Hatfield MA store to get estimate for 5 rooms of floor. Paid $25.00 fee and was told a contractor would call in 2 days. 5 days before phone call and another 5 days before he came to measure. He told me that he would give the store the measurements and they would Email me the quote. 10 days went by and store called me to come in and talk about quote. Why do I have to go back to store for quote!!!

I bought treads for my stairs unfinished. The quality of the wood was excellent. I compared these to other stores and they were 25% cheaper. I stained them myself and the finished product is beautiful. They had plenty of product in stock. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable.

500$ deposit held by store and not applied to balance once the order arrived. Store recommended going through corporate office for the refund which took nearly 2 weeks of arguing through emails, calls etc. Go ahead and throw your receipt and bank statements in the garbage because this information is useless in your fight for a refund. I have never had so much trouble getting back a DOCUMENTED OVERCHARGE! Very satisfied with product and price but will NEVER buy from here again due to this. Management should have handled this ASAP but the problem was pushed from one desk to another with every excuse not to pay!

We buy, fix up, and sell houses, and Lumber Liquidators had the product I was looking for at the price I could afford. I bought an engineered bamboo floor from them and the sales representatives were very professional. Also, the installation was very easy. I did it myself and it's a floating floor that locks into place. Then for the price I paid, the quality was very good. I could have gotten a higher quality product but it would have cost me a lot more money. I will probably be doing business with them again.

Lumber Liquidators was the only one that had the product that I was most interested in. I inquired with very specific questions about the product and with the first two people I spoke with, I was not getting the answers that I thought I should so I persisted and finally on my third call, I was told that there was a technical specialist that I could talk to regarding the product. He was very helpful and I went from a lack of knowledge on the sales people's part to a great deal of knowledge on the technical specialist part. But it would have been a better experience if the sales person had said that they have a tech specialist that could answer all my questions and gave me his direct number.

We wanted to keep the carpeting in shape and we purchased wooden laminate flooring from Lumber Liquidators. We had an outstanding gentleman who installed the product. He was very professional, polite, and even helped us move some furniture. I’m 79, my wife’s 78 and we needed some help, and he was very careful on whatever we needed. He did it in a very quick and professional manner, and we are entirely happy with his performance. It puts me in the right frame of mind towards the people that go out to work every day and to earn a living. It was well worth it. We became involved by word of mouth and we will continue to pass the word about Lumber Liquidators.

I had an unfinished flooring project (moved into a house that had finished 3/4 of main floor). We found some flooring in basement, just not enough to finish the job. The Ypsilanti store took on the task of locating, from stores around the country, the remaining flooring, which was on close-out. I can't even tell you how wonderful the experience was.

We were doing a remodel and we stopped in at Lumber Liquidators, looked and they were very helpful. We bought hardwood flooring from them and the cost and quality are good. The installation team that I wanted through Lumber Liquidators were booked out too far, so I ended up switching with a local person that I know but the whole experience with them was very good. I would use it again.

As far as the store goes, employees are very nice. Installation has been a nightmare. A no show and no call twice. Once for measuring and once for actual installation. Have had floors for almost a month with no install yet.

Was very pleased with the customer service including getting advance notice of a sale which caused us to move up the timing of our job. We are in the midst of installation and are hopeful that everything will go well and that we will not have too much excess flooring at completion.

Asked their professional opinion on what floor was hard to scratch because was going in a kitchen and living room and would be good for high traffic and kids. They suggested a bamboo floor that was kinda expensive but we trusted their opinion so we went with it. BAD IDEA. Not to mention they gave us the wrong padding to put under for nailing down that I have pop up nail marks now. Scratches very easily and such high maintenance. Bamboo you cannot get wet we found out... I did say kitchen floor. Disgusted.

My dealings with your store were excellent. Staff were kind, courteous and very helpful in every regard. Would go there again. They took the time to recommend a very good product which looked great when installed. I will definitely recommend Lumber Liquidators to all my friends and relatives.

I tried to call a number of times and was told they were busy and they would call back later but never did. That was quite frustrating. I would call back a day or two later. I had also ordered a part and they said they would call when it came in. They didn't.

We had picked out a type of laminate that we didn't like after we got it home. Lumber Liquidators took it all back, refunded us, and we bought another type that is now installed and wonderful. I would advise anyone who is looking into flooring to look at what they have and know they will back their products.

I ordered Bamboo flooring over the phone and it was a smooth transaction. I would definitely order or buy from them again. They are very professional and they know what they are talking about. They are very helpful with loading the product into your vehicle also.

We have been dealing with Steven & Vanessa. Both are extremely knowledgeable and very friendly yet business-like. Our floor goes in the day after tomorrow and we have ordered more flooring to be put in after this one. Vanessa handled a bit of an issue for us about delivery from another store. SO the shopping experience was if you had questions they were glad to help, give you examples and explain the installation process. There was no hard sales pitch or upsell pitch, they pretty much sold you on what you were looking at and allowing you the time to make that decision. I appreciated the lesser sales pitch and let us just walk around and get a feel for what we wanted to settle on. They helped us with the credit portion, more installation instruction or best advice, call if we needed anything, and assisted us with loading. We would highly recommend and the best part we got BAMBOO hardwood looking flooring for under $3 a sq ft. Less than half the price for the same stuff elsewhere or the same stuff for a lesser quality material. THANK YOU.

I had bad experiences with my purchase. My delivery was week and half late. I need to get 7 more boxes and drive 45 minutes to other locations, bring material home next day my contact open box and find out store give me wrong flooring. Drive 60 miles to get right floors, order doorstep and received wrong again. End up waiting for right door strap to deliver. Overhaul. I wish I never have to go through all this. I own 10 apartment and have flipping house business. I try not to come back to you guys for any more business. Very unreliable customer service and in store employees don't listen.

Very nice red oak hardwood flooring. Installer pleased with the condition of wood, i.e. straight pieces and well-finished. Only four stars because there were more than a few pieces which were almost black -- could not use those in flooring without disrupting the beautiful flow. We are extremely pleased with the personnel at Lumber Liquidators. They are professional and knowledgeable and personable--good job!!!

I'm very pleased with our 3 1/4 inch Millrun Hickory flooring. It's beautiful! My only suggestion would be to add 15-20 percent overage. We had quite a few of the longer pieces with bad places in them. Some looked like water spots, and others had tongues broken off the edges, etc. Otherwise, I love the look of the flooring.

I paid cash and returned 1 bundle of oak flooring and was told that corp. would send me a check. I paid cash. I want cash back. I had to pre-pay my order to get. They would not accept a check when it came in. They wanted it paid upfront. I have to wait for my refund. Not good customer service.

The lady ordered me the wrong product. Then since I waited an extra week the client said they would use the wrong wood. Then when I complained to the manager he said he would see what he could do and to give him a couple of days. Two weeks later he called and said he would call me back soon and I hadn't heard from him since. This order was place in March and it's the middle of May. I have the poor service videotaped from the lady at the counter trying to cover up her mistake. Then every time go to the store I'm there for at least 3 hours. A few times I was in the front and back of the store helping customers cause she was stressed out by herself.

The staff at the Lee's Summit, MO location are courteous, knowledgeable, professional and funny. It is refreshing to have good customer service. Keep it up. I really enjoy my bamboo floors. Excellent product and at an exceptional price. Way to go!

Purchased wood in 6/14 and since then had nothing but problems. Wood was chipping and their customer service failed to respond until almost 3 years later! They only offered me a box of wood. Don't use their product or company!

There were 3 people who helped me and the 3rd one was the one who did everything but I can't remember his name - he was fantastic. Kim and Charlie were extremely pleasant and helpful too and all 3 were very kind to my very large St. Bernard. Great service, great price on the flooring (hardwood white oak 3/4 by 2 1/4) and just an overall fantastic experience - thank you so much; I will be back.

Replacing the entire flooring in your home can be very stressful, however, Lumber Liquidators of Hickory NC made the process stress free! They answered my numerous questions, helped me understand the install process, and followed up to make sure I was 100% happy. I purchased 2 ¼” raw oak from Lumber Liquidators and they did good. The sales reps were very professional and very helpful. They even provided me with a few little samples so I could match up the floors as best as possible. They were upfront and honest. When they told me my stuff would be there, it was there. And if we had a problem, they were able to locate the material from another store and we’re able to resolve any issues like that. Also, the cost is a little more affordable and the installation of the product has been good. We've done the SnapLock and it's a little bit of nailed down but for the most part, the installation is fairly simple. I’ve used Lumber Liquidators before and the quality of their flooring is good. I haven’t had any issues and I'd recommend them.

Remodeled our first floor last year and was so happy with this we decided to do the master. Next year, hope to do the 3 bedrooms upstairs. We get so many compliments. It's easy to maintain and just makes a statement.

The flooring itself was beautiful. The customer service at the Greensburg PA store was the worst. The man who waited on me was very rude and treated me like I was incompetent. I called the store first thing that Saturday morning to let them know what time I would be in to pick up my order and the man on the other end was very short with me and wondered why I called. I had a message the day before saying my order was in and to call before picking up so I was just following instructions.

We ordered Bellawood engineered hardwood for our entire upstairs. Looks great. The problems we had were, that it took way too long to get our special order flush wood vent covers. Took over 40 days to come in and the installers had to come out a second time because they came in a week after the installation date. Extra work had to be done because LL did not have the right size vent covers so installer had to trim them to make them fit snug.

Service was excellent. The wood was a perfect match with our existing furniture in our master suite. We chose a hickory wood which the sale person recommended. Great experience with Lumber Liquidators. The contractors arrived on schedule and left us with all furniture back in place and clean.

It's taken me over three months to finally install the floor (engineered bamboo flooring - supreme bamboo) in my bedroom. My son is enjoying this project. He likes the color and look of the floor. It feels nice to walk on too. Really happy with this purchase. Yay for the one box I needed.

We ordered a box of engineered hardwood that had to be shipped from Wisconsin to Traverse City. The package was suppose to arrive in days. After 2-3 weeks I started to worry and called to check on my order. They said the package was send to an address that vaguely resembles mine but on the other side of the state. They said they would look into what happened.

Staff was helpful and courteous. They took time with us to see that we found what we wanted and needed. We would shop there again and will recommend Lumber Liquidators to our friends. We would also return to shop here if we needed additional flooring.

My experience buying engineered bamboo at the store was fine. Everyone there was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. My disappointment was with the final installation of the stair risers. I expected that the risers would be covered with the product, but were left just plain primer white. The rest of the floors look great and they did a great job... except now I have to figure out how to "fix" my new stairs. See picture attached.

They were so helpful and took the time to make sure that I was pleased with the flooring and made sure they had enough to do my job. I even went back to get more flooring to do another room as well. They even made sure I got my Veterans discount on my second order. Awesome team. I'd tell all my friends and family about them.

I purchased 232 sq. ft. Pallet contained 9 bundles with 28.25 sq. ft. Employee said they shipped too much and removed one bundle. That left 226 sq. ft. I told him that I paid for 232 and wanted refund for 6 sq. ft. After going back inside main Nitro store, he came out and said it's too much problem to refund and loaded the bundle back on my truck.

We installed a Morningstar bamboo flooring throughout our 1100 sq. ft. home in Napa CA. We installed it in September and by February it had tented 2" in a large room that was 26 feet wide. I called LL and received a call in which I was asked 10 minutes of questions and since I was not near the home at the time I was estimating distances, etc. and I told them that. At the end of the call I was told it was installed incorrectly...period. They did not ask for clarification but flat out denied flooring issues and stated it was installed improperly by the contractor. I appealed and they suggested a nonbiased inspector. He came out and his report was not only poorly written but contained downright lies on installation and material storage even though the contractor was right there with him as he inspected.

Great quality and price. They coordinated with my installers to pick up the flooring for me, which was awesome!!! Had some left over flooring & supplies and the return process was pleasant. My floors are beautiful. Now I have to update the rest of the house. Thank you!!!

Rico was my sales associate. It started months ago with me stopping in for samples and asking a million questions. He was WONDERFUL!! I finally decided on my floor. While we were placing the order, my installer (my cousin who is a contractor in California - I'm in Newnan, GA was on the phone asking questions. Rico spoke with him, answered everything. He got my order expedited from a closer location, ordered extra transitions in case I needed them, (which we did). I had saved a long time to do this. I was nervous and excited.

The flooring looks great, color was very even. The sales at the store was very helpful and delivery was very accommodating to my schedule. Purchased solid cherry flooring years ago from them and have always had a good experience. Installed myself as a floating floor and the click flooring couldn't have been easier.

I had to walk through your warehouse to locate the employees and hand the pick ticket to them personally. We're never coming back.

We are very pleased with the selection, prices and excellent service we receive at each Lumber Liquidators store we buy from. Your sales prices cannot be beat. Keep up the great work. Morning Star Caramelized Bamboo and Core-Luxe engineered vinyl planks are really superb products.

Terrible quality. I would not order again from this company. We ordered Brazilian cherry wood and they mixed other woods in the box. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else. It is very expensive to have the wood installed so make sure all of your wood is the actual wood you purchased before it is installed.

Dealing with Lumber Liquidators was a Very easy and Enjoyable experience. The Product is Very good Quality. I bought enough to do My living room and Hallway and installed it myself. I know where I will buy my Next Flooring! :-)

3 of the 7 boxes were in stock and the remaining were transferred in. I believe the 3 were returned from another order. One of the 3 was held shut by duct tape. That box contained a mixture of cut pieces, new pieces and damaged pieces. The other 2 boxes were fine. I called the store and arranged to return the one box. They handled the problem very well and since they were out of stock, I picked up the replacement at your Roosevelt Rd store.

I was looking for actual 3/4" solid oak, hardwood flooring in a certain color. No other store in the area had the color I was looking for. Lumber Liquidators had it in stock locally and it matched perfectly with what I already have. The quality is fantastic. I will be returning for other flooring and trim items that I need for a project.

The flooring is gorgeous, the moldings are amazing. We had wanted the flooring installed before we moved in, but they had to order the flooring & then it had to acclimate for 10 days before installation. The install crew was very professional, fast, put in beautiful moldings & the seams are almost invisible. All the transition areas are done very well. They cleaned everything up & were great to work with.

This the 4th order than I have had in the past year with 4 in the last month and have had great experiences with the store in Wappingers Falls. The people were helpful and the Mayflower Millrun Hickory is wonderful and the sale price was out of this world. Great.

We went to Lumber Liquidators on a Sunday and found 2 flooring options we liked. I brought home samples, but not before leaving a deposit for one of the options to secure the sale price. On Monday, we decided to go with the second option, so I went back to the store and placed the order. They forgot I already gave them $1000 deposit. I had to remind them, otherwise I would have been charged for the whole order. A rep came to our home to take measurements. So far, so good.

I have used Lumber Liquidators for flooring materials for both my home and two businesses. I've always been extremely happy. The quality of products is wonderful and the costs always fit in my budget. Beyond that the service is incredible. I love Lumber Liquidators and will always use them for my flooring needs!

Purchased out of production bamboo flooring on April 20 with promised shipping on April 21 with April 22 delivery. Called Store #275 on April 24 & was told product delivery would be April 25. Called again on April 26 asking where product was. Nobody knew & don't believe anyone cared. Needed product prior to April 29 job which was explained when purchased. Supposedly Kevin & Fercy did not know how to handle shipping, only manager Arthur knew how to make things happen & Arthur was not around much when I would call.

I believe your store manager Michael assist us in purchasing new hardwood floors. You have a fantastic employee who know his product and is very very professional. You now have a long-term client that will only purchase flooring from you.

I worked with the staff in Byron, Georgia and they were so very helpful. They helped me with what I needed and got me exactly what I wanted. I would recommend them to anyone. Excellent service! I called them several times on the phone asking questions and they were so informative.

We have bought from here before and it was good. We needed to replace some warped wood. We went to get match. They did not have us in computer from 2 years ago. Ok no big deal. So we matched and proceeded to purchase 3 boxes. All good then realized we needed 3 more. We called and they said they had it. All new boxes and unopened. We went to store, after we paid drive around back to get boxes. 2 were opened, 1 even very damaged and missing at least 4 pieces. We showed salesman. He at first said all there until we showed him. Nothing was done. We really needed them so we took home hoping to be enough. It was. Very unhappy got no discount at all. Salesman also said only boxes unopened could be returned and I said, "Oh no, 2 of the 3 are already opened so how does that work." Not happy with customer service.

The staff was very helpful even though we were only buying clearance items. They were courteous and informative and loaded us up promptly. The flooring we bought was an excellent value. The selection at LL is always good, and the staff is always friendly.

We agreed we would order 230 sq. ft., The young man that took our order repeated after me, "230" then wrote up 225. When I ran out just inches from the wall, I discovered I signed an order for 225 sq. ft. Buyer beware, no effort will be made by seller!

Thought I ordered select Red Oak in a gaming shipped with all the freaking knots in it. It was three-quarters installed by the time I saw it. Never shopping there again and telling everybody I know not to ever shop there.

The entire team at the Irving Location was wonderful. I had installed my New Floors and a month later I had a huge water leak and ruined my new Floors in the dining room. Not only did they have the Floors I put down in-stock they had them discounted under what I original paid for them the first time. To my surprise they gave me an in-store credit for the difference. Which in turn paid for replacing my floors. GREAT JOB one and all.

Lumber Liquidators store staff and on phone helpful. The contractor they had sent to my house to put 1500 sq hardwood floor. Did not do a good job, basically staples or screws were not put in deep enough? Floor came loose and creepy in one year. End of day I am spending more money with different contractor to fix the floor. Unhappy with end results.

We had bamboo flooring installed in our living room. The installers, Braz Flooring, did an outstanding job of removing our old carpet and some hardwood and installing the new floor. They were very personable and did a very professional job. Moulding and stair bullnose were installed perfectly. The end result was beautiful. The product was beautiful.

I did my entire condo. When I learned the sale was .69 cent a square foot, I even did my lanai. Flooring always came in sooner than I was told. Very happy. High quality products. Knowledgeable staff. I would highly recommend them.

I found it great that the salesman was able to find what I needed to order from the store I went to, but at another store and in a different state. Since the wood was coming from Lumber Liquidators and going to Lumber Liquidators, I think it's ridiculous that the consumer has to pay for transit. The company makes plenty of profit to take on the cost. I don't appreciate being put in a bind like that.

The staff were really friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the different products and gave us space to look on our own as well. Overall, a great experience, we just didn't find what we were looking for at the time.

Like the products, dislike the service. This is a convenient place to shop for flooring and we will continue to do so but the customer service at the Bellevue location isn't great. Whenever I call this store I'm immediately put on hold because they say they're busy with others, and they don't call back when they say they will. When we visited in person, a particularly uptight staff member made us feel unwelcome because our son (who is two) was bored and cranky, and apparently this was a huge imposition on our part to bring our child into the store; this clerk even made some snarky remarks after my husband took our son outside to wait in the car.

We had a very positive experience with customer service, but when we actually began laying the floor, we discovered that the quality of the utility oak was worse than we were led to believe. There were more large holes and cracks than we expected. We barely had enough wood to cover our floor, and we're a little frustrated by the outcome. We like the look of 90% of the floor, but the remaining 10% is pretty rough. We had to do a lot of sanding and wood filler to make it functional. We were told to buy extra wood to compensate for the 'really bad pieces' and we did just that. But it appears we should have bought even more? Or maybe we were just given a bad batch? I'm not sure, but it's unfortunate that Lumber Liquidators didn't properly prepare us.

My project is only partially completed as doing the entire first floor part time will take some time. Flooring is at least as good as advertised. The flooring looks wonderful where we have installed it so far and yes, the waste is minimal. Of the first 300 sq feet it was minimal except for the 3 mistakes I made nailing... They were helpful in explaining what needed to be done to install it and we are more than satisfied with the finished floor in the kitchen.

Showroom experience was excellent. Price was very good. Pick up was handled to our needs. Now that the engineered flooring is installed, it looks fantastic. We will shop Lumber Liquidators again. Previously we purchased vinyl, click flooring for a ground level apartment. It looks fantastic!

Was very pleased with the service in the Reno, NV store. The person that helped us was very helpful. Has been about 8 years since we last bought flooring and the flooring we needed was discontinued. He managed to get the same wood flooring, just a little different but we really don't see the difference. Was pretty good judgment on his part. Very appreciative of his help.

I have installed a lot of hardwood floors and actually, I have to say this is the best quality. Every one of the boards fit well. I never had to make extra hard hits for a tight fit and never had to hit the ends with extra force. Out of over 300 sq ft, I had one board with separated grain. That is unusually good quality. Also, the employees are a pleasure.

I called the Cicero store to ask if anyone had a couple boxes of the hardwood flooring that I needed. He was able to look up and tell me which stores were closest. I went to the Bolingbrook store and picked up my flooring without any problems.

I bought 8 boxes of 31/4 cherry oak prefinished hardwood for a total of 176 square feet. There was at least 3 sometimes 4 warped boards in every box. Unusable. Very frustrating knowing I can't return them once the box is open. Thankfully I had enough. There should be a way they can replace individual pieces. Now I'm stuck with boards I can't use. What a scam. Braintree MA store is a joke but the Plymouth MA store very friendly. It will probably be my last time buying from them.

Gary at the Deptford location was fabulous! We originally bought our floor 3 years ago and has since been discontinued. We decided to bring the flooring down into our family area. Gary found us the last two boxes on the east coast and had them delivered quickly so our contractor could get the job done. He even found us a similar color and style so I could get my steps and risers done. Thanks Gary for all your help!

Your company did a nice job, but the product(s) didn't match our existing floor, they looked very close on the display but after ordering 600 square feet & I checked at our home the flooring was nowhere near a match. Your store employees were very helpful, very smart as to your product, it just didn't work out.

The manager at the Waldorf branch is always very professional and helpful when we go in. Our order was given to someone else by mistake and Evan quickly fixed the problem and was a very positive leader in his store. His attitude and great customer service is what convinced us to go back when we needed to complete our basement.

This has been by far one of the worst experience I have ever had to deal with. Finding my flooring, everything went perfect. Once I received my flooring, the transition piece I needed was never ordered. After 3 orders and 6 weeks, I still will never received the correct piece. I then had to have someone come in and attempt to make the transition step look decent by using wood filler. After all the shipping issues, I asked if I was going to be compensated for the time it took to receive the still incorrect piece and I was told it cost them money to ship me the item whether it was their fault or not.

They took 2 months after the order to install the hardwood. Me being first time from LL and no experience went with their recommended installer. I had worst experience. I am not satisfied at all with the installation as there were screeches on the floor and the gaps between planks kept on widening. They won't answer calls and finally, when I went to extreme lengths and breadths I was told about a 3rd party arbitration. On inspection, he found a lot of issues but LL did not hand over reports to me and blamed my sub floor. By the way, I went with the best Bellawood Brazilian Cherry. They sell 2nd graded hardwoods rejected by prime vendors. Never again.

I recently purchased bamboo floors for my home from Lumber Liquidators and had great interactions with their sales representatives. The flooring looks good. However, there is a wait to dry it and it chips or splits very easily. And so, they make you extra careful when you put it together. Other than that, I like the product and their price is okay.

Went there on a whim to just look at their line of flooring. Salesman just let us look around and lay samples on the floor and take our time. We ended up finding what we wanted and the price was very fair. It is holding up very well with our 3 big dogs. We are very happy with the look of it as well. We installed it ourselves in a day with a 18 gauge floor nailer which the salesman recommended instead of the typical 16 gauge. I am very glad I purchased one because a 16 would have split it. Very durable and good looking flooring and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good quality bamboo floor.

Lumber Liquidators 45 South - When I walked into store was approached by a young gentleman who seemed very knowledgeable and professional. We discussed the difference in flooring from laminate to wood and which one would be best for my great room. Then we discussed what flooring would be best to put in my bathroom area. Picked out items that were on sale and paid the 25 dollar fee for them to have someone come out and do measurements. I thought so far so good and was excited about getting my new floors. I asked the young man before I left approximately how much would it be. He stated high end 4500 low end 4000. I was ok with that and thought great.

Flooring was installed Oct. 2016, and now it's "bubbling-up" and separating in certain areas of the house. Contacted East Brunswick, NJ store, as well as Customer Care in VA. Neither facilities have rectified the situation with the product! Received a letter from Customer Care advising outlining how sunlight will discolor flooring, and if product is not in a climate controlled facility, flooring seams will separate. Neither of these relate to my house!! Constantly called and emailed customer care to speak to Nakeya, whom is never there, or always unavailable!!! Corey, East Brunswick, NJ Manager, has been told to stay out of the dilemma!!! What am I to do?!!

I wanted a bamboo flooring. I had already purchased them but didn’t have enough and wanted some more so that’s what made me went to Lumber Liquidators because a friend told me that they have bamboo. But all they have was wood. They didn’t have the type that I had already and that’s what made me come back. Then I got the engineered bamboo flooring on sale and everything was wonderful. The flooring is perfect. I had some left so I called them the other day and asked could I bring it back in exchange. And of course they said, "Yeah, we’ll see." I didn’t go by there yet though. Other than that, I had a really nice experience. The young guy there was really helpful and did a wonderful job.

I just wanted to make you aware that I have still not had my floors fixed regarding this incident that I spoke with you about in February 15th. Gary ** installation is supposed to come tomorrow for the 4th time but after repeated no call/no shows I am losing hope and confidence that it will ever happen. I purchased two wood floors from you guys and have used you to install both, and have had two very different experiences. At this point if Gary ** Installation doesn't show up tomorrow I'm going to have to ask you to give me a full refund and to take the floors out of and reinstall the carpet I had prior to this debacle, I have waited long enough for a proper resolution/repair and I feel like your company has failed to deliver on your promise. This is the fourth time that I have purchased flooring from this establishment and I have never been so disappointed. I bought six cases of Acacia tobacco road flooring. Had to drive 20 miles to another store to pick it up. When I opened the boxes there were only three different sizes of wood lengths in the boxes. When I call the store I was told there was nothing that They could do about it, that I needed to put the wood back in the boxes and bring them back to the store. Some of the planks my bent, warped And chipped. Every time and book it it's Laura I could cry.

The store service was good, but the customer service is horrible. We had issue with our hardwood floor. I started to contact the customer service back in October 2016 to see if the floor warranty would cover the floor damages. I believe I spoke with everyone, left a several messages, 4-5 times submitted the same paperwork. It took us over 6 month to schedule the floor inspections (March 22 2017). I would not recommend anybody this kind of service.

I had no prior experience with Lumber Liquidators, but unfairly judged them. Consequently, it was on a whim I decided to visit a showroom. The whole experience from walking in to ordering to installation was a pleasure. Carlos, the Assistant Manager, was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the experience. He also recommended installers that were equally great. As a result, I am highly recommending Carlos and his team at LL now.

Had water repair job to do and entry door repair/replacement and needed unfinished oak, and no builder supply or such in my area even carried it any longer. Then I remembered Lumber Liquidators moved into new location on Rte 70 West and I went there and lo an behold they had bundles of unfinished oak flooring I needed. We finished job, stained and polyied floor to match old and customer very satisfied with result. Counter guys (Trevor **) who helped me were very knowledgeable and efficient. I plan to purchase more product for future jobs there.

We had great customer service from Samantha, in the Salem store. She is now in the Eugene store and we love our beautiful new floor. Easy to install, pieces were very uniform. No waste at all. The floor is so easy to care for, and is very pet friendly. Thanks.

My mother-in-law purchased flooring from Lumber Liquidators in Phoenix, Arizona. She had all of her flooring in her entire house removed and had Lumber Liquidators' installers come to do the install of the floors. They got 3 quarters of the way done in her kitchen when they noticed that all of the wood boards were different heights and they could not complete the job. They took all of the flooring boxes back to the store and told her to call customer service. She is on week 7 of not being able to live in her house since all of her floors are concrete and she cannot move the furniture back in. She continues to go back and forth with different people with no resolve to the issue of locating the correct flooring and finishing her project. They have over $7K plus additional money for the install but she has no flooring and no date when they will be back.

There were some mix-ups with the order, which caused an extra visit by the installation crew. In the end, it all worked out and the craftsmanship was excellent. My wife and I were happy with the overall experience. Good job.

They really screwed and damage more than 1300 square feet of the subfloor of my condominium and contaminate the whole with silica powder by pouring more than 30 bags of self level cement that fail, cracks, bubbling and floats all the silica powder on the surface result of improperly mixing and improper preparation of the subfloor then they came and saw the self level cement after curing.

I allowed for 30 percent waste on a small job. Turns out I couldn't use even half of this stuff. Sure, it's #2 common but to have so many boards entirely discolored and holed is ridiculous. Even the shorts were unusable, not that they would have helped me any. Here's the worst part - I now either need to drive two hours back to store 1344 to pick up more and assume a 50 percent waste, or I could make a closer drive to your Middle River store which has 200 feet of SELECT grade for a LOWER PER SQUARE FOOT PRICE. Of course, had I known this ahead of time I would have gone for the select grade first, shorter drive and done the whole job better and for less than it's now going to cost me for your #2 junk. But your central office apparently doesn't allow customers to find individual store stock online - we have to call and call and call around and hope we luck into what we want.

Nice selection and good prices. Only thing was flooring we picked didn't have in stock so had to order it. Took a week to get it. Be nice if kept more stock of ones that sale good. Otherwise everyone was very nice.

We recently renovated our apartment. Got rid of wall-to-wall carpeting and linoleum. We wanted something light and airy and warm at the same time that would also fulfill the noise regulations of our coop board, quite strict. The staff at the Long Island City store, with Travis at the front, were extremely helpful from beginning to end. They patiently answered all our questions, laid out all our options, ironed out all the setbacks that came up and adapted to our circumstances. All in all, they made everything easy and pleasant (unlike many other vendors we encountered in our renovation process). All in all, this was the best experience. Last, but not least, we are super happy with our new floor and the 0% financing!

Samantha was great with helping us choose what type of flooring. She was very knowledgeable and knew what she was doing and talking about. It was super convenient that we were able to order materials from one location and pick up at another.

Customer Service was great! Very attentive and courteous. Very prompt and knowledgeable about products and informative regarding installers. Same day delivery is a major plus for ladies. Sales are great prices and thirty day returnable on items are also a great plus.

I'm very happy with Lumber Liquidators' price and service, especially at the Matthews location. However, the guy they recommended to come and measure, not so much. Save the $35 and don't use him. He fluffed up the order and added a lot of unnecessary footage and 2 extra 4 gallons of glue. I only needed 3 and he said to order 5! At $200 each, I saved $400 right there. Plus the other stuff he suggested. I would recommend using You Call We Install - Mike for that job.

Bamboo Morningstar #10041004 - I ordered and contracted for Lumber Liquidators to measure, install my home office room. The contractor was here at 8am and completed the job by 11am. The job was clean, the workmen pleasant and professional. We are very pleased with our decision and have also placed a favorable rating on YELP.

The flooring had significant color variation, which is fine, as long as it is professionally installed with random distribution. Unfortunately, our installer just installed box after box, causing blocks of dark and light patches that just looked terrible. Unfortunately, it was glued down so when we had them come and try to mitigate the patches, they had to cut out and destroy the wood. They replaced about seven boards in the six rooms we did, then we ran out of wood. They had to destroy about 4 boards to get one piece cut correctly to replace one plank, and they used 12 feet of threshold to complete one 32" section. Eventually the builder tore that out and made up a custom threshold as the LL installed threshold was too thick.

We just finished a second bedroom this year. Next year it will be the living room which has carpet on it now. We over-ordered material, and they happily credited our credit card. They are very helpful and a great company to deal with.

Ms xd bamboo 1/2 x 5 strand antique oc - Lumber Liquidators is the best in the West, the prices are reasonable, quality was excellent, customer service was fantastic especially the store located at Telegraph Road in Commerce, Ca. Both Andrew and Victor are very knowledgeable of all the products, very patient and shows respect to all the customers who walked in at the store. I'm highly recommending this place when it comes to flooring. I'm 100% satisfied with my new floor. LOVE It!!!

Matching up some existing floor - Guy was great. Took care me big time. Was lucky regional manager was in the SLO store and really did me right. Found some old stock buried way in the back. Worked perfect and made me great deal. Win win for sure.

We love the look of our new floors! We did not get an accurate view of what they would look like from the sample. We expected the veneer to look like a longer plank. Still, we are quite happy. We were disappointed that roughly 50% of the product was warped to some extent. Were we supposed to cut the ties while it rested? Would that have helped them to flatten? We forced many of them in or cut off the ends for edge pieces. Still, it was a difficult process.

Bamboo flooring - We were happy with our purchase of the floor. Got mixed results on installation. Floor was removed quickly and new one installed quickly too. Crew cleaned up very nicely after themselves. However they cut flooring around a cable that was useless and never asked if we were planning on using it. The transition from the living area to the bedroom feels uneven, despite the underflooring. The plate between the hallway and the kitchen is not installed properly and shows a pretty big gap half way. It appears that some glue was left on the floor which has dried into a few grey thick spots that cannot be removed.

What a great experience. Was shipped when promised. Love the floor and returned extra box of hardwood and molding with no hassle and no restocking fee. When doing other floors in house would definitely use them. Salesman were knowledgeable and helpful.

I was looking for material to build a decorative wall at the school I work at. I wanted to use "broken" boxes of various colors of flooring material. The salesman was very helpful and assisted me in getting the materials I needed for the project in a very expeditious time frame. The wall turned out very nice. Would not have been able to do it without his help and expertise.

I purchased Bamboo for entire 1st level. The wood started getting gaps in it. I complained to Lumber Liquidators and they stated it was the fault of the person who layer it. You then sent an evaluator out to measure for moisture but there was none. Well 4 years later and I am still getting it repaired every year and I continue to pay additional cost. The only thing is that you all have now discovered there's a defect in the wood and have discontinued it.
