We purchased our dining room floor at your Colmar store in PA. The manager, Jack **, couldn't have been more helpful, as well as the sales associate, unfortunately I cannot recall his name. We needed transition pieces that weren't available on the day my husband picked up the flooring, so Jack personally dropped them to our home a few days later, because he was familiar with our area, after he asked if that would be agreeable with us, it certainly was! The sales associate greeted us upon our entry, he and Jack gave us their attention, full disclosure, the store's only customer was us! While checking out, a customer did enter the store, and Jack excused himself from our friendly conversation to readily attend him. I look forward to redoing the floors in my front hall and living room in the same flooring in the near future! Thank you!

A lot of options to choose and a sale rep named Samantha was very helpful and knowledgeable. On the other hand, Lumber Liquidators has the best price for all the hardwoods. This DIY projects were easy and I believed everyone can do them. Just get on YouTube. Thanks.

I'm not an easy customer. But all the LL employees were polite, helpful, relaxed, and had a "can do" attitude. They all seemed excited about my frugality and the fact I went to 3 stores San L, L Obispo, West LA. And also Ventura and Santa Clarita. These guys never seemed upset with all the questions that I am sure they have to listen to all day. Thanks!!!

The flooring was exceptional. I have installed floors for many years and I was impressed with the product. The sales folks were very professional and helpful. The loading clerk was also a pleasure to work with. I would recommend to others for this product. The prices were the best I could find also for the same product.

Site/install estimator did not measure things properly therefore we did not buy enough. What we did buy were the wrong components. Thresholds and vents on backorder. Install started March 17 and still not done - Crew doing the install was great/polite/punctual... They got you the 2nd star. My finance account has been charged and the 18 mos same as cash clock has started. All based on the bad estimator. Job Coordinator (Gigi) has not returned 3 x emails and 2 x phone mails in the last 2 weeks. I just want the floor part done so the rest of the house remodel can go to the next step.

When I purchased the flooring the sales associate told me he knew an installer and it would cost $2.00 per square foot. When I hadn't heard from the installer the day before the installation was to be done I called the LL store. I was told they don't recommend installers. After a go around the manager said he would check. Yes a person working there had suggested, etc. etc. When I called the installer he said yes, he could do the job for a minimum price of $650 because it was a small job. At more than $6.50 per square foot I told him no thanks. My husband and I ended up installing the floor ourselves. Since we are both 70+ years old, it was not something I wanted to do.

I've been installing flooring for 45 years, first Bamboo floor, nice product not for novice though, need to have some previous experience in flooring just because it's a very hard material. Salespeople at Cranberry Twp store extremely helpful and courteous. Will definitely do more business with them.

Although I had intended to, I did not end up placing an order with Lumber Liquidators. After Lumber Liquidators quoted my job, totaling with installation about $19,000, I sought additional quotes as this was higher than I had anticipated, particularly for installation. Another flooring retailer measured and quoted my job. And despite quoting the same percentage of waste and flooring products that were much more expensive per square foot (as double or more of the per sq foot pricing of Lumber Liquidators), my quote with this competitor was substantially less. Upon a more detailed review, I found the differences primarily stemmed from 1.) a vastly different measurement (and therefore much higher quantity quoted) from Lumber Liquidators, and 2.) pricing of various install materials and labor line items.

We had an excellent experience with the folks at the Fort Worth Ridgmar store. Expert opinions, several extra buys, and a refund of extra glue all were handled with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency. Very pleased with our purchase and our experience.

We purchased 500 ft of flooring for our downstairs. It was a good match for what we have in the rest of the house. When we got it home it was JUNK. When we attempted to return it they said it was a close out and non-returnable. Unfortunately no one informed us of this... They just put it on the invoice where no one pays attention. After talking to corporate they agreed to allow us to return it and then said no, the local store doesn't want it back. Being in the end of a total remodel of the kitchen and then we needed flooring ASAP, we picked out new, higher quality flooring and paid for it as we had done the other. In conversations with the store and corporate we learned that they would not refund our money for the JUNK FLOORING. So here we are out the money for the JUNK and they got money for the new flooring.

40 boxes of flooring is warped and very dark in color from the examples shown. Store Manager has not taken any initiative to call me. I'm the one constantly contacting the store. Luke and the other employees are excellent representatives of the company.

Overall great products, great staff. Only problem too long of a wait. I tried to pick up ordered pieces (Bamboo) and was waylaid 45 mins due to understaffing. Also both their installers flaked on us. No one showed up for their appointments after scheduling with us. Very bad reflection on them as a referral twice!!!

At first we had a great experience with Lexington, KY Lumber Liquidators. Customer service was great and the product was great quality and a great price. Staff was helpful and friendly.... there was one issue and unfortunately it was a pretty big issue. One (of 15) of the buckets of glue which we purchased at $185 a bucket was bad. First two inches of glue was dried solid and the rest was too clumpy to use. Clumps the size of quarters and dimes... so a few days later when trying to return the bucket we were told there was nothing they could do since it had been opened!! Really??!! We spent over $8000 here and they told us sorry about our luck on this bad bucket they had sold us... wow! So no, we won't be recommending this company or going back, unacceptable.

I went to the Boise Lumber Liquidators three times, called five. I originally worked with Conner and never was able to connect with him again even though I requested to only deal with him. I took a physical light colored sample in twice to verify we had the correct wood. The floor is in and then it looks like I have two separate type of floors. I am so unhappy. I do not have the money to rip this up and redo. I want a credit on my account.

New bamboo flooring. Working with Ryan ** has been a great experience. Very knowledgeable and great customer service. I would recommend them to everybody needing flooring. Great pricing and selection in stock. He knows everything there is about installation and maintenance on all hardwoods.

I went to the Greensboro store looking for some more flooring that my wife had bought as someone's leftovers. I had no original box but the store manager worked with me in searching back invoices to identify the product, unfortunately it was discontinued. He checked the whole company but none was available. He then helped me to select a product that would blend with what I had and allow me to finish up my project. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I'll be back for the next flooring project.

Ordered about 400 sq ft of snap together engineered Sedona Trail Bamboo flooring. Lumber Liquidators shipped my order to the wrong store so I had to spend an afternoon driving there and picking it up. This was a huge hassle. Manager said they would contact corporate to get my money back but never heard anything from them again. The product is very nice, installation went smoothly. Only let it acclimate for about 2 days but have not had any buckling in the last month since installation.

Your products were terrible. Your sales associate told us the wood was a glue down product, it was not. The wood was all warped and a return was not possible. Cost our Company 2 months and $40,000. Really an awful business experience. These describe you guys... Liars, cheats. Do better and stop being a ** company. Get what you pay for.

I ordered what I thought was a $3.99 per square feet flooring. The first delivery was short 5 boxes which we were not told that at the time of pick up, and the second delivery which had to be picked separately was from another company (different box) and even cheaper version of my flooring ordered. It had lots of brown in its streaks and very blotchy. If I know I can get a refund, I would take photos for you to prove it. The original even color flooring was good but those five boxes were cheaper and totally uneven coloring.

I bought 1,600 sq ft of Gunstock shorts. This is my second purchase of this item, the first being great. I've had several boxes where the mill was off and the floor won't lay even. Very frustrating and caused me to tear it up. I don't mind short boards or knots, but uneven milling is the worst.

My experience has been pretty good with Lumber Liquidators for the most part. They do let some things slip through the cracks sometimes. I've ordered flooring on more than one occasion and went to check on it, only to find out it had never been ordered. I do believe the way they ship it from store to store and charge a substantial amount for that shipping is a deterrent for me from purchasing floor through them at times. The shipping is pretty substantial, especially if you only need a few boxes of flooring.

Ordering and receiving the delivery were very good. Gary was extremely helpful - couldn't have done it without him. The installers installed in the time they promised. Two things I question: 1) The wood does not look like the wood in the picture I saw. 2) I don't like the pattern the installers used. I wanted the seams to be random, instead they line up.

Wife said experience was good. Sales staff was courteous and very informative. Great Job!! The flooring was relatively easy to install and looks great. My daughter is very pleased with the looks and feel. A very good pick for a do it yourself home project. We will be back again for our next DIY project.

Customer service was outstanding. Very pleased with the product. We ran short in our estimate. LL did a special order for a very small amount so we could finish the job and did not even charge extra. Love Lumber Liquidators!

The buying experience was okay but the stores in Las Vegas and Salt Lake didn't have the color flooring I wanted so I settled for an alternative. The more standard popular colors should be more readily available. I could not wait a week for the delivery, in this case because the installation window was fixed and tight. The material was okay but not a lot of random lengths; only two choices which made for some difficulty in creating a random look. The engineered backing was rather brittle rather than flexible which caused some issues in cutting around corners.

League city, TX Lumber Liquidators staff were excellent. We had 4 visits from shopping, buying, exchanging, and buying more. At each visit, the staff were professional, educated on the products and helpful with needed amounts of flooring/supplies. The products were good and look great in the home.

Very please with working with the staff of Lumber Liquidators. Very knowledgeable and professional. The wood flooring is high quality and beautiful. My only complaint was with the delivery subcontractor. Rude and damaged my existing wood stairs when they dropped a box of wood.

We had a great experience at your store. The sales person (Lloyd) was MORE than helpful. We love the product and it looks beautiful installed. The boxes were in good shape and we had no problem with any of the product (Hardwood Floor - Brazilian Chestnut.)

After researching online, I decided to use Lumber Liquidators to purchase the hardwood flooring for the remodel in my home. I dealt with Joe ** at the Waterbury store, a courteous and knowledgeable flooring professional. I would certainly recommend Lumber Liquidators to a friend, and specifically send them to see Joe in the Waterbury store.

I wouldn't buy anything from Lumber Liquidators after the last time I was in there in Charlotte and your contractors group is a joke. I spent a lot of time driving an hour away. Carried the product in and let it acclimate to get there with my flooring crew to open up the wrong stuff. LL offered me a 82 dollar store credit. What a joke.

I ordered 16 boxes of Bellawood Antique Oxidized Oak. I was a little upset as to how many short pieces was in the box. I had to put seams pretty close to each other which I didn't like to do. But the main concern was one whole box the stain looked like it ran out in the machine when it was being manufactured and some of the boards were completely black and others looked like a rag or something got dragged through them. Spending this much on flooring I would think quality control should have never let this out the door. Would I buy Bellawood again? Probably not. Since Lumber Liquidators have a NO RETURN POLICY and I didn't have time to order another box I am very dissatisfied with this experience.

Purchased Tobacco Spice bamboo that was installed around July 2016 by Alpha Express flooring through Lumber Liquidator$. We asked for a glue down to avoid boards squeaking and the glue was also to act as a moisture barrier. Months afterwards we noticed that where the edges met, they were pushing against each other causing the edges to rise. (I found out this is referred to as "cupping".) On March 3, 2017, I went to the Lumber Liquidator$ store where we made the purchase and was told it was the installer's issue and that they were bonded for this type of situation.

Installed Engineered Vinyl Plank flooring because we were told it was harder than wood. Turns out our furniture pressed dents into the flooring. The product is soft. Also, the product curled up under the refrigerator. We called the store and they referred us to an account rep. She requested we fill out several forms and send pictures of the damage. she was supposed to come to the house and verify it with the installer. Neither came. Then we got a letter telling us that the dents were caused by our moving the furniture back in after the installation. They never addressed the floor curling under the fridge.

My house was flooded so I got the top of the line bamboo wood from Lumber Liquidators. When I walked in their store, they introduced themselves very properly. I told them what I want and they went directly to what I asked for. They really helped me out to decide exactly what's best and then we located the color that I wanted. The overall flooring was great and its texture was excellent. My contractor who installed it also said that the quality of the flooring was great. Also, the cost of the flooring was all fair for what I picked out. It was in my budget.

I was looking for bamboo floors and called Lumber Liquidators. However, they didn't have the bamboo that I was looking for, so I went to another Lumber Liquidators location but I didn't have enough time to wait for them to order. It was one week for the order and another week to let the bamboo stay on before you start to work it, so I had to choose another one. The sales representative explained everything to me and that was great. I installed the flooring all by myself and it looks great.

This is the second time I've purchased this floor. I used the 2 1/4 inch boards which do take some time to install. The boards were beautiful again, just like the first install. Lots of variation if you like that in a floor. A few boards have some slight mis-milling or maybe a messed up tongue. However, those issues are not major and for the price it's really hard to beat the look of the hickory. I think you can assume less than 5% waste if you're looking to save a few dollars on the materials.

I was moving to a new apartment and wanted a new floor. I saw Lumber Liquidators on TV, the commercial with the lowest price. I went to the store twice and they helped me with everything. They were very good and professional. I purchased hardwood flooring and the quality has been nice. I'm very happy with its price and quality. I had somebody install it for me. They started from 9:00 and they were done around 6:30. Everything's perfect. Most likely I will go back to buy the other half because I decided to get a floor for the other rooms too.

My new floor is incredibly beautiful and there’s not a high spot on it. It only took the installer from Lumber Liquidators two and a half days to do the living room with corners, the fireplace, the stairs, three doors and a bedroom. He had laid the subfloor, then he put the cushion, and then he put the floor down. Everything just wipes up so nice. He found it hard to cut because it’s a hardwood but he had a saw on the porch. Even in the rain, he would work. He did a good job! I’m just incredibly happy and I simply want to tell anyone. In addition, the price was good because my sister paid $10,000 for her big room and hallway. I got a nice deal and a nice product. I would recommend Lumber Liquidators to anybody.

I told the Lumber Liquidators sales reps what I was looking for and what my pricing was and they showed me a few samples that were displayed. It was a pretty good process because I already knew what I wanted and they were helpful. We bought engineered hardwood flooring from them and I got them at a fairly good price. It's been installed for a couple of weeks and we have no issues at the moment. The quality is good so far. It was a good experience and I wouldn't mind shopping there again.

I was looking into doing two-wood tile, but when I came out to Lumber Liquidators, I saw the discounted Brazilian walnut flooring and just went with it. Also, price is a big deal. There was a couple of options but we went with them because they had a better selection. Everyone was professional. They showed me the list of all the different hardness of wood, so I felt surely confident that this will hold up. I went to a couple of Lumber Liquidators and they had a wide range of products. They definitely did a good job of explaining what they had to offer. They got my purchase on the truck. They were really helpful before it was full and they found a way every time. I was appreciative of that.

Was pleased with the vast selection and price points of all the products within the store. Larry and his sales associates were all very knowledgeable and friendly. The installation crew was also very efficient, clean and did an expert installation. My only complaint is that some of the Antique Hazel Distressed Strand Solid boards were not finished overly smooth where the distressing or manufactured-in cavities in the wood were rough and either had minor splinters or slivers in that when cleaning with the Bellawood mop kit, fibers would rip off the mop and catch in the wood, necessitating me to either glue the piece down or remove and fill in with stain, etc. Not overly pleased with this but aside from the several areas where this occurred, I am overall satisfied with the look of the floor.

I went inside Lumber Liquidators and purchased some flooring and then I had to cancel it because it was going to cost more than I expected for the installation and everything. I forgot about the stairway and a couple of halls. We’re going to save up a little more money but we’re dealing with them and the price and everything. In spite of that, they were understanding and very nice. I had a good experience with Lumber Liquidators.

We decided if we're going to redo my dad's kitchen floor with tiles, it might as well be his whole living room. I ended up looking in Facebook and some person was selling their 80 square feet of red oak flooring. It wasn't enough to finish my dad's living room so I posted on Facebook asking where I should go for cheaper ones. One of my wife's good friends had mentioned Lumber Liquidators. I went down and the guys there were great. They were customer-friendly and answered our questions that we had no idea about. They also have cheaper prices than going down to Lowe's or Home Depot. We ended up getting 2 bundles of red oak flooring. The quality was great and it's definitely worth it. My wife and I did the installation and it was easy. She used to do flooring and taught me as we go. Overall, I would definitely recommend Lumber Liquidators.

I bought the tongue and groove pine boards for ceiling from Lumber Liquidators but I haven’t received them yet. I know it’s a high-demand product, so it didn't took me by surprise. But, it has taken a few weeks just to figure out when it’s going to show up at the store. Also, I needed some cheaper materials and the salesperson was fine. He was a good guy and he helped me get it done. It was an easy purchase. But the biggest challenge I have with this process is that their supply chain effort is lacking. They have no idea when it’s going to be there. I’ve been told twice to call back a week later, and they might have a better idea, but I still haven’t been zeroed in on a date, so it’s been a little bit challenging in that respect.

Lumber Liquidators was on sale a month ago and I purchased about 180 square feet of red oak. The store that I went to had very good organization. The sales representatives were very nice and efficient. I hired some people to do the installation and they've done an excellent job. The flooring got the finish on it and it looks real pretty. The cost was right in line with the product's quality.

I’ve seen Lumber Liquidators around before. They specialise in flooring and I’ve referred people to use them years and years ago. I picked up the lumber I purchased a couple of weeks ago and they did a very good job explaining the warranties and the different products. They’ll install the floor tomorrow.

The floors in our new home were not in good shape so when Lumber Liquidators was recommended to us, I made my purchase from them. They were very nice and knowledgeable. The bamboo flooring has good quality and my father was able to install it easily. So far, so good. It’s only been a month but I’ve had no issues with them.

We recently purchased solid, three-quarter inch oak flooring from Lumber Liquidators. Their sales representatives did a good job of explaining their products and warranties. I'm doing the installation myself and I've been very impressed with the quality of the flooring. However, I had to call the other day because one of the pieces of the trim was the wrong one. Evidently, it has been boxed wrong but it wasn't their fault. They have it specially ordered and it should be here this week. They took care of it really good for me.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Lumber Liquidators. Our carpet was 20 years old, so we upgraded our floors with some bamboo flooring. We were there four times and the sales reps were really patient with us. They even let us go back in the warehouse to explain how they get the shipments in and when they call us. Then they taught us how to measure and how to glue it, because we did it ourselves which was labor-intensive but super easy. It doesn’t take a day to put it down. We absolutely love our flooring because we have a big dog who’s always running and chasing the ball and sliding on the floor. So far, there’s not one scratch on it and the color is great too. It lives up to its reputation.

I’ve been in Lumber Liquidators several times looking around. I like their price and availability. The first time I went in there, I was looking at some clearance and they didn’t explain to me that there were seconds. When I went back there to purchase it, they did. The quality wasn’t very good because they were seconds so I may not purchase seconds again.

Our handyman described Lumber Liquidators to be very helpful to the do-it-yourselfer. And so, we purchased cork flooring recently from them. My son who was doing the project said that the sales representatives were very helpful and informative. However, the day I picked up the product, I was not terribly impressed with the representatives who worked with me because I felt that they weren't helpful. He seemed tired and he was by himself but we got it all in okay. Nevertheless, the product went down easily on installation. I considered a very professional handyman do it. The only difficulty was that the room was not perfectly square so that had nothing to do with the flooring. Still, it has been great since installation and we love it.

Being a single parent, making such a big decision was very stressful and a long process. LL set my mind at ease on numerous occasions and all team members were very helpful. The installation went without a hitch and the install team was AMAZING. My floors look beautiful. This went way better than I could ever have hoped for.

I went to Lumber Liquidators and ordered a maple flooring on a Saturday or a Monday. Their rep said the flooring would be in the store ready to pick up on Friday. So my contractor and I worked the week before, planning on taking the lumber up on Friday morning. We went down to pick it up and the representative said that it will be next Friday. I explained to him that that’s not what he had told me initially and we’re paying the contractor to get the flooring down. He said they couldn't do anything about it but he was very cordial. I told them to give my money back but they said it would be five to six weeks before I would receive the check in the mail so I’m simply waiting on my check. My contractor got his truck, then we went someplace else and bought the flooring a third of the price. My contractor’s got it down and it’s done. I’m dissatisfied with Lumber Liquidators and I won’t go back.

I purchased hardwood floor tiles from Lumber Liquidators. I tried it for the look with different models. The sales reps were very generous because they helped me all the way through whatever I need, whatever they recommended, and a lot more. They're very calm, too. I don't like the thin kind of particle board though, as it sometimes chips. If I’ll be careful, it would save me a lot of time and materials. But we love it. It lasts long and it's good quality. It's a certain kind of bamboo that I recommend for my family.

Over $5000 worth of bamboo flooring and trim installed improperly with gaps in almost every board, incorrect measurements and cuts, and damaged floors. Customer service was ineffective and nonexistent with our representative Stefanie. She ignored multiple emails regarding our concerns, until we filed a complaint with the BBB. Worst consumer experience we have ever had. The first flooring inspector Lumber Liquidators sent out to our home stated the floors needed to be reinstalled, so they sent someone else out to evaluate our floors, now we are waiting on his report. The subcontractor, Jim ** was rude and obnoxious. He refused to even come out and evaluate the job his employee completed in our home, and refused to repair/reinstall the flooring and trim. The bottom line is give the customer what they paid for. Totally unnecessary process. This was obviously not a professional installation, which was advertised on their website.

The hardwood we purchased was for the new property. The sales reps from Lumber Liquidators gave me quotes and showed me the different products so working with them was all good. I'm happy with the customer service but not with the product. It's not as good as I thought it would be. We have had other hardwood like Canadian wood but Lumber Liquidators had told us before selling that it's American wood. And we didn't realize that it was not as good as the Canadian wood because we have a lot of corners where the wood is already chipped off.

I’m remodeling my flooring. I went to Lumber Liquidators to buy some 738s, planks, unfinished hardwood flooring and the price was good. The sales rep was made aware of my situation and she was extremely helpful in picking out the products for me. I installed the floor myself and it's easy.

Worst experience with a flooring company I have ever had. Each person I've talked to tells me something different and tries to charge me for different items I don't need. It has been hell trying to set up an install date, then the installer shows up telling us he can't put in the floors without a vapor barrier which we have proof of him telling us we didn't need it!!! I will NEVER go back here!!!

I purchased some kind of wood for my living room from Lumber Liquidators. Their reps are educated people and they treated me good. They helped me in everything that I need so I'm happy with the experience. I installed the floor with my son. The quality is good and we didn't waste too much wood. I would recommend Lumber Liquidators to people.

I do freelance projects and I deal with commercials. I went to Lumber Liquidators and I explained to them what I was doing and that it was clearly not for a home renovation. We’re shooting a basketball player and we’re trying to replicate a basketball court. We’re trying to get a black hardwood floor look in the camera with one of the best cinematographers in the world - he’s shooting the new Star Wars. Their reps were really helpful and I was really surprised how accommodating they were considering the circumstances that I deal with. It’s something that they had done on their daily routine. The laminate flooring was beautiful and it lived up to our high standards. I was beyond grateful and happy with the service they provided me. They gave me the best solution and it worked out perfectly.

Our floor at home needed to be repaired for a long time so we got hardwood flooring from Lumber Liquidators. We were trying to match hardwood flooring that we had used a while back, and their sales reps were very helpful. They were great.

Erika at the Madison West store was a great help in selecting and ordering our rustic red oak flooring to complement our existing 70 year old oak flooring. The ordering process was straightforward, and Bellawood floor and finish are beautiful. We absolutely love it.

I had two floods last year in my house. And I decided to do away with the carpet and just go with new floors. So I purchased some grey bamboo from Lumber Liquidators. I went to two of their stores in San Antonio and dialogued with the sales representatives. They were very helpful with the information and allowed me to just look around. I went back two or three times before I finally landed on what I wanted to do and finally made my choice, and we went from there. I bought probably over 3,000 feet of the material so far. And we're very satisfied with the material. I would recommend them.

I submitted a warranty claim for one of two bamboo floors that Lumber Liquidators installed in my home. They were courteous and timely in the way they responded to my inquiry. Lumber Liquidators honored the warranty and replaced the floor without fanfare.

I was looking for a specialty product that a big box retailer didn't have. And the reps at Lumber Liquidators were pretty helpful. I had contractors install the flooring, and they were good overall. The flooring is probably the greatest part of the house.

We've had carpet for a while and decided to change it up a little. We purchased the bamboo flooring from Lumber Liquidators. We were back and forth but the sales reps were really nice and they helped us decide which ones to use. We hired an install agency that they recommended. They were courteous and came exactly at the time they were supposed to come. They're finished in the time frame that they're saying they're going to, and everything was well done. Everything turns out really well. I'll definitely recommend Lumber Liquidators.

I went in at the Lumber Liquidators store, told the sales representative what I was looking for, and he brought a piece out. It was yellow pine flooring, and a nautral tongue and groove material. I paid for it, we loaded it, and I left. It was a quick, short, and sweet experience. I am a contractor so I installed it myself for a remodel, and the quality of the flooring was what I expected.

Lumber Liquidators had what we wanted, the prices were good, and they're convenient. We walked straight in through their door and asked the sales rep if they got any of the hardwood floor we wanted after showing the sample we brought with us. Their people were very professional. We can't wait to get the floors down but we're still waiting on it to acclimate. I'd recommend Lumber Liquidators and I have. We'd go back there again if ever we need them.

I purchased a natural maple flooring from Lumber Liquidators because of the sales people who helped match the flooring to what I had already existing. They were great. They gave me a series of questions and as I answered them, they cooked it down to it’s either this or that. Then they showed me a couple of pictures and I chose what I wanted. It’s a good thing that they recommended us to add an extra 20 because we wound up cutting into that last bundle. That’s how knowledgeable they were. They told us not to shortchange ourselves.

We installed Morning Star solid bamboos from Lumber Liquidators using the Mapei 995 glue and procedures recommended and have had warping, cracking and buckling problems. We submitted a request for help which they said would have a response in 48 hours and we are now past 96 hours with no response. Both their product and their support is not at a level a consumer would want. Go to another company if you want someone who provides sound advice and stands behind their product. I will keep this up to date on Lumber Liquidators actions... Hopefully they will do something.

I got the ancient wood from Lumber Liquidators. The price is competitive. The good thing is they explicitly list it and that's the reason we picked and chose them. Some other vendor doesn't list the price. They give the price once they give the quote and we're not concerned about that. The sales reps were very friendly and helpful. They know what they do. Installing the flooring was very straightforward. It was easy to work with and it's good, so far. Overall, Lumber Liquidators is a decent business model.

After an unexpected flood that caused us to replace all of our hardwood flooring, we decided to price shop the 2 local big box stores and Lumber Liquidators in Rock Hill, SC. LL beat out the competition hands down! They had much better pricing, a million times better selection, quality service and a sale going on. Jason was a pleasure to work with and handed me my dream floor after asking only 2-3 questions. We were unable to order the floor on the same day but he remembered us 4 days later when we returned to place the order. Our order arrived on the day it was expected, in perfect condition. Our new floors are gorgeous and it didn't cost us an arm and a leg to do it! Thanks guys!

I purchased all the flooring in my house through Lumber Liquidators. They are right next to my wife’s work. Recently, I got shorted with some stair nose so I got some more, but they're very expensive at $10 a foot. They only cut them in six-foot sections so it's $60 somewhat a piece. I need only three and a half feet wide, therefore I throw away $35 every time I cut one. It's hardwood and is mostly installed, but it creaks and cracks when we walk on it.

I purchased unfinished wood from Lumber Liquidators and the quality is good, so far. The sales rep was super awesome. He was really nice and helpful in picking out the wood that we needed and he even helped us figure out transportation because it didn't occur to me that it wouldn't fit in my car.

Overall, we are very happy with the flooring - we love it! And the store experience was great too - they were very helpful. However, the delivery was terrible. We were told by the store that the flooring would be delivered at approximately 12-2. After another call back, we were then told 4:00 pm. When 4:30 hit on a Friday evening, and still no floor, we called again and were told they couldn't contact the delivery contractor. Finally, at 5:45 when the floor still hadn't arrived, the store finally agreed to call the delivery service. Well, turns out they weren't planning to deliver the floor that day at all - they were waiting until Monday morning. So, we were late for our Friday evening plans since we were home waiting for the flooring to be delivered. Needless to say, this was the worst $195 I've ever paid for a delivery service!

I can't believe you sent this to me as my experience with your Customer Care Department on my bamboo flooring is less than stellar. This case has been going on for three months, please look it up, it's too lengthy to go into here. Bottom line is that Customer Care does NOT care, does NOT respond to emails or phone calls, and does NOT make good on promises. At this time I am waiting (8 days and counting) for the second settlement agreement. I am so tired of fighting with Reginald and Sherese. Please take a look and help me. Next stop is my attorney.

We have dealt several times with Lumber Liquidators in Lutz. It was a pleasure dealing with Josh at the Lutz store. He was so helpful and accommodating. We needed a rush on one of the orders and Josh didn't have it at his store but hooked us up with the Brandon store. The bamboo and tile flooring that we bought and had installed is gorgeous. I might add the prices are very good as well. Thanks Lumber Liquidators for a great experience.

The floors of the home we just bought were carpeted but we didn't want the carpet. We then purchased the bamboo flooring from Lumber Liquidators. We like its quality and price was great & right on point. The salesmen seemed to be very good and knowledgeable. There were two boxes that were damaged on delivery but they have told us that we can get those replaced at the point in time that we need to, and so we're looking forward to that. It was my husband who took care of installing the floors. All in all, it was a really good experience.

Purchased unfinished, red oak, select, wood flooring on two occasions. The product was in good condition and the salesmen were very helpful and informative. They informed me to let it sit for at least seventy two hours before installing due to fact wood had to acclimate to house. Pleasant experience. I would recommend to friends.

I purchased a home and needed to remodel so I bought bamboo floors and all the stuff to go with it from Lumber Liquidators. The salesman was great, he explained everything and just made the experience very pleasurable. We installed the flooring ourselves and it was very easy to work with. The only issue is that they come with two different sizes where one box only has the half pieces. Other than that, everything was good and I love the quality so far.

I recently purchased engineered flooring from Lumber Liquidators. Its price was comparable with other places that we'd priced out. It's good quality and we’ve not had any problems. It went down easily enough. The Acacia wood that we got is quite hard and so there were some quality issues with the substrate that they bonded it to in that where there should be tongue and groove, there wasn’t always tongue and groove. But that’s a manufacturer issue, not Lumber Liquidators. We also had to return one box left over and there was no problem returning it so that was good.

After looking online and chatting with friends and family we were recommended Lumber Liquidators. I am so glad we went to the store and looked around at the various materials and styles. We were stuck between a LVP and Bamboo flooring. We ended up ordering the Bamboo flooring and we are in love with the quality, color, and the install was great. I highly recommend! Great Product and Customer Service.

My ordering process started off unresponsive with the Redford MI store. I was very disappointed. When I contacted Aaron & Joe at the Ypsilanti store and it was snooze sailing from there. These guys were very knowledgeable about the product and thought of material that even as a contractor, I had not considered. Aaron even stayed late to ensure I received my product on time for my installation. I was very impressed with the Ypsilanti team & will only work with them in the future!!

The ends of some of the flooring in some of the boxes were not finished properly. When brought to the attention of sales representative/manager it was not met with the same enthusiasm that was present when I handed them my $6k. Then upon return of only the unfinished pieces they were refused because I did not re stack them in a box, so I had to return home which is an hour 15 minute drive and return another day with box.

I purchased the antique click strand bamboo floor with Dura Dance foam underlayer for a bonus room remodel and love it. I ordered online and the order was ready for pickup in a few days. I overestimated the amount I needed and was able to return an extra roll of foam and 1 box of bamboo flooring. I was very pleased with Lumber Liquidators!

We have a kitchen renovation project and I needed some white oak finish. Lumber Liquidators was one of the few companies that carried it. When I walked in the store, the salesperson was with someone but he quickly looked up and said, “Give me a few moments and I’ll be right with you,” which was courteous and cool. It wasn’t very long and I was at the counter. He told me he had exactly what I was looking for. He then explained to me what the return policy was on open boxes, etc. I was fine with that so I signed and I paid for my purchase. I bought one box of 2.25-inch finished white oak. It was a beautiful and great product.

Researched big box stores and local flooring businesses. Very glad I went to Lumber Liquidators. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products. The prices were good and quality/selection was excellent. 1400 ft of strand bamboo that I'm still in process of installing and the uniformity and quality of the product is excellent. Would definitely recommend them to a friend and will be back when I'm ready for the rest of the house!

We purchased some engineered flooring from Lumber Liquidators. I like the product quality and the price was fair. I mentioned to their salesperson that I’m a contractor in Idaho and he said that maybe they can get me a better price. So a gentleman from their contractors’ division called me and gave me a little bit of a reduced trade on so I was happy about that. They were very accommodating, good about follow-up with me and they did what they said they were going to do. The form was in when they said it was going to be in. I had it installed and it was simple and fast so I think the installer was happy. Overall, it was a good experience. In fact, I’ve already recommended some people to them.

The wood I picked up from the Lone Tree store is in good shape. The wood I picked up from Denver store had some of the boxes ripped open and wood battered up. We have not installed yet but hoping we have enough wood in good shape to stretch for the job. I was surprised that one of the boxes of wood was not found at the Denver store either but at least I got credit for that.

I received excellent service. I ordered engineered bamboo flooring which came very quickly and they called me the second that it came in. The pickup process was very smooth and easy. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They had the best price for real wood flooring and excellent customer service.

Went to your store in Fairfield NJ. Sales person Chick was very helpful and knows his stuff so I tell him what I need. So we ordered 33 boxes of gunstock oak. Spent 3500.00 dollars and pick it up and open boxes and each box had 3 long pieces and rest were small. So now I have 125 pieces leftover and can't use them. Such a waste of money. Very deceiving. Very unhappy.

Fabulous customer service! Very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and was willing to go the extra mile. The hardwood looked amazing in my living room! Had extra boxes at the end of the job and was able to return them without any questions asked. They even helped me take the boxes out of the car. Would definitely recommend!

Turned all required information 2 weeks ago in and haven't heard back from them. Have called and emailed several times. My floor has buckled up after using the required glue also purchased from them. The product I used was Morning Star Bamboo.

The only reason I did not give five stars is because there was a wider variation in colors from one box to the next. We had to mix the planks up and didn't realize it till we were three boxes in. It is still beautiful, I was just expecting a more consistent tone. It just looks a little more rustic. So far seems to be a good hard finish and no scratches or marks yet.

Just wanted to let you know that I did a lot of looking and looking and even got a few quotes before I purchased my flooring from Lumber Liquidators and I couldn't be happier. Victor at the New Port Richey, FL store was great. We stopped by twice before we actually bought the floors. He helped us each time, no high pressure sales, just information. Unfortunately the day we placed our order, Victor was off. After the install we had some unopened product to return. Once again Victor helped us and was great. I gotten wonderful comments on my floor and I have given Lumber Liquidators and Victor my highest recommendation.

I worked with a delightful and knowledgeable sales person in Wilmington. I believe her name was Maranda. She was incredibly helpful and happily so. I was really impressed with her. Just don't run across sales personnel like her everyday. We were wowed!

Bryan** was very helpful. We were unsure of what we wanted to replace our Bamboo that wasn't available anymore. He really helped us narrow it down. He also gave us suggestions on how to install our Australian Cypress when we told him we were doing it ourselves.

I purchased the 3/4 inch hardwood from Lumber Liquidators. The price was excellent and the quality is comparable to other brands. The sales reps seemed knowledgeable and helpful. They worked well and everything came in pretty quick.

I love the bamboo we purchased from your company. The quality is fantastic! The cost of the material was also great! The customer service was awful! We purchased on two different visits and returned to pick up on two other visits. Each time we were in your store, the entire crew of employees were new! Never the same, not even one person. They acted like they did not know us or even when I gave them our receipt to pick up were we greeted like we were welcome customers. One the last occasion I was basically lied to on 3 phone calls and once in person, regarding the delivery of our wood. And one employee thought it was just funny or a joke when I brought the subject up. I might rather pay a few more dollars and get thanked for my business.

Purchased about 1,000 sq ft of bamboo flooring to install in the common areas of my home. Didnora, the manager at Lumber Liquidators, and her staff, were very well-informed and friendly, and explained the different types of flooring available (laminate, hardwood, bamboo, etc.). I was really impressed by their selection, and their prices were generally less than independent and chain stores in my area.

The floor looks great. Very happy with my purchase. Should have done it sooner. Would highly recommend y'all. The installer was very professional. Very fast, no damage. Love it. We ordered 860 square feet of some engineered bamboo. We decided to install ourselves to save some money. We had a great experience. We just wish we would have been told the glue would hurt the floors if it was on there for too long. We have a couple spots of glue in some areas and weren't able to clean it up right away, so when we got around to cleaning it, it left some bad areas. It would have been greatly appreciated to have known that going in.

The Hickory Wood flooring went in well, very few unusable boards, but a few too many very short boards to make the ideal floor without opening extra boxes. Glad I bought the equipment there. Prices as good as anywhere and I know I got the right tools and nails.

Background: I have a 100+ year old house with 3/8" thick, 1" wide flooring that is damaged and I needed about 20 board feet for replacement - that was not going to happen. I was excited when your Naperville store found a discontinued 3/8" thick, 3" wide hard wood. They checked inventory, 2 stores had it, both stores had the same amount but 4 boxes short of what I needed. One store was a good hour away, but it's Illinois, we're used to driving. The other store was only 30 minutes away. I picked up the bulk from the first store and came back to the closer store for the remainder. Here is where you lost the one star. The store closest to me had more than what they told Naperville & showed on the inventory system. Knowing they have more, I may come back if I decide to add hardwood to my upstairs. Overall, the service was great, but you need to look at your inventory system.

Service with Cameron in the canyon country office was awesome (after 2 awful experiences at North Hills). Bamboo floors acclimated for 3 weeks per LL instructions. It's been now about 3 weeks since installation was complete and the floors are buckling up in places. The wood splintered up and broke into a Swiffer on one of the planks. Another plank splintered up into my wife's sock, luckily it didn't pierce her skin. Would never buy these again. This is the fourth house I've remodeled in 12 months and first try at LL. Wanted a quality product, ended up with floors we already can't wait to change.

We ordered the Bellawood natural maple floor 3 1/4" X 3/4". Love the color, our installers said it was the one of the best they have worked with. They did not have any bowing of the wood and was easy to install.

Subcontractor who installed my floor while a nice guy, was not qualified. Spacing along edges of the wall was narrow and inconsistent, and he did not have the proper tools to install trim. I had to cancel my trim installation order and do the work myself. I do love the floor itself, however have worries that it will buckle later due to poor installation practices. The path to my master has a bad squeak in the floor where the spline was installed. They were hired to move furniture which he scratched while moving. Not to mention they left nails in my driveway after he left each day.

I placed an order for 1 box of Carriage House White Ash Flooring in your VA Beach store-located on 3756 Virginia Beach Blvd, with ** -- Order No. ** on Feb 2nd, and cancelled it within 24 hours on Feb. 3rd!! I paid cash for this order-payment reference **, and was told it would take 3-5 weeks for corporate headquarters in Richmond, VA (2 hours away) to send me a refund check. According to your sales people in the VA Beach store, a check was authorized on Feb. 10th... what is the problem with you people and getting it into the mail??? Why am I still waiting?? Really glad my builder placed my $37,520.00 wood floor order with Carlisle Wide Plank flooring and not your company, if this is what it is like to do business with you for a very small transaction!!! Thank you for your attention on this matter, and please send my refund... it's been 5 weeks!

I was pleased with the entire experience of purchasing and installing bamboo floors through Lumber Liquidators. The process was very smooth. I live on an island and was able to negotiate the entire transaction without making a trip to the store. The product was good quality for a good price. The installation was done well and the installation contractors were very professional and did a good job on a complicated installation. There were a few minor glitches which were resolved quickly, efficiently and seamlessly by the store. There was good follow-up. As an architect, I am happy to recommend Lumber Liquidators to my clients.

I attempted to reach out to my local LL to get some addition SF for my flooring I purchased there 3 years ago, it was discontinued and the sales rep said they would check other stores to see if they had if in addition to the SF they had in the warehouse. After this interaction, I never heard back so I followed up. I was told they were waiting to hear back from the other stores and they would update me in a couple of days. I never received an update, so I called back again, they were still waiting. Gave it another week and no word. I followed up again and was told they gave up on trying to find it. At this point I was angry Frank had never put an effort to reach out to me. I had a job that was waiting on this response causing 2 weeks wasted. I will do what I can to avoid purchasing flooring at LL in the future even if other stores cost more.

02/04/2017. The flooring we chose was not in stock in the Shreveport location, 125 mile trip. In order to get the 819.2 square feet of flooring, cost of $2030.74, we drove to Hurst Texas to pick it up 02/06/2017, 350 + mile trip. Lumber Liquidators said they would ship to Shreveport store but I would have to pay shipping $150.00? Installation went well, satisfied with product. Seems that your locations could keep a better inventory. We did not purchase underlayment from Lumber Liquidators as we were able to purchase same quality cheaper and SHIPPING FREE.

I can't express how helpful Cameron and his staff were in helping me and my wife throughout our flooring process. Their service was EXCELLENT. They should all be recognized and acknowledged for going above and beyond my expectations. Your company has 3 great employees, Cameron **, Martin **, Irving **. Also I have sent the store (241) pictures to show the incredible job American Flooring did with my installation. They should also be commend Hovik who did a phenomenal job on the installation.

Part of my order was sold to another customer even though I paid half of the balance to secure it. I have to spend more than 2 hours (almost 3) at the store to straight things up. I even was told that I needed to come back to get the remaining part of my order, which it would have implied to rent a truck again for another day.

I had two recent purchases at the Scottsdale store. One for a floor jack, another for 3 1/4" #1 common red oak. First order; I asked the salesman for a floor jack. He said "to jack up a car?" He wasn't kidding. I found it...in a box...with FLOOR JACK written on the side...in big letters. Second order; I asked for 150 sq ft of 3 1/4x3/4 #1 common red oak. The salesman said "OK what's that?" He found it Lumber Liquidators has a double secret code name for it, each bundle has a tag...it reads...3 1/4x3/4 #1 common red oak. Sad but I would still recommend Lumber Liquidators.

The younger gentleman in the store needs some "customer service" training. Not very friendly, corrected my daughter (who by the way is 40) with a snicker, when she asked about the "low grade oak"... He came back with "that's utility oak...", with a shake of the head and snicker... Almost didn't buy... These younger kids just don't get it... Sad.

Great product purchased at a reasonable price. Still receiving many compliments on the flooring. Sales personnel were very helpful advising on the wood flooring. Sales team was able to locate items at a different location and item held until I was able to pickup.

We are building contractors and purchased a stranded bamboo floor for installation in a customer's home. Brian, the manager at the Florida City store was our contact - he was very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. The flooring was delivered undamaged, and all the parts and pieces were there. I would say the project was a success, the customer was very happy.

Very easy to place my order on Lumber Liquidators website. Went to the store to pick it up and the staff was very helpful. Even loaded my order in my vehicle for me. Product was great and easy to install. It was carefully packaged and found no defects in any of the pieces.

The entire process was easy and simple from start to finish. Our carpenter had never worked with strand bamboo flooring before and he was very impressed. It is very durable and stands up to our two dogs very well. It is simple to keep clean and we could not be happier.

Excellent customer service. Very patient while we were making our decision. Helped us make the decision on the underlayment and gave us some tips on the flooring install. Made sure the store had what we needed and assisted in loading our flooring. Very well thought of.

This has been the worst experience of my life. Trust me when I say it's worth it to spend the extra money and get it done somewhere else. My floors were done in October and it was a horrible job with poor quality materials and poor installation. I've been fighting for months to get them replaced, which was approved, but now has been held up by the installation people and their poor work ethic and lack of regard for people's time. I have wasted numerous vacation days at work staying home to deal with it, several of which they failed to show up on time, or even at all. Nothing says fun like having to tear your house apart and move all your furniture, for the second time, at 7 months pregnant. There is no sense of urgency at the corporate level to address your concerns. Customer Service does not exist at this company. Trust me, take your business elsewhere. Lesson learned.

What I thought I had ordered was 3/4" x 5-1/8" New England white pine, tongue and groove with a flush edge (no bevel). That's what the picture on your website seemed to indicate. When I picked up the load at the Columbia store, I asked the manager checking me out if the wood was a flush fit and not beveled. He said "no bevel". When we loaded the wood on my truck the stack of materials did have a flush fit but the quality of the wood was less than desirable on about 30% of the boards (rough edges, gouges, holes, etc).

I installed 3/8" narrow oak flooring as a tray ceiling in my home office. It looks great and was way to install with staples. I was able to purchase a small lot at a reduced price. It was very close to the amount needed for coverage.

I am very pleased with the price and quality. My order did take a lot longer than I expected to come in. If I were pre-warned on times I would have been okay with timeframe. Bamboo was easy to install and looks beautiful!

We replaced carpet in two upstairs bedrooms with Bellawood solid wood red oak flooring. It is so beautiful we are reluctant to put anything on top of it that would hide it! LL were very informative and helpful in how to select flooring, which is important as it's a big investment and a lot to learn. The problems we had were with installation, most of which were solved with follow-up visits and some delays. Don't be in a rush to have it completed and moved back all within two days.

I had installed 1400 sq ft of Lumber Liquidator hand scraped bamboo that was extremely off color and then within 6 months the floor was gapping and popping up. I needed help and all I received was yelling from Alex the store manager in Sherman, TX that it was my fault! Yes, my fault for buying a defective product which did not come with any guarantee or customer service.

The entire process was very straightforward. I was contacted by the installer and he was able to come out right away to provide me with an estimate. Timing was a little further than what I wanted but it was understandable because of other appointments. Overall I loved how the floors came out and couldn't be happier.

While the experience of getting the wood was great, getting a return on your unused wood is not up to par. First, the guy I worked with set it up as store credit. I waited 2 weeks and that is when we found out it was not coming. I went back to the store and they changed it to a return, but told me, "It would be 3 to 5 more weeks." Not a fun time.

Have not finished installing natural bamboo flooring. 3/4 of floors have been installed. Very happy with the results and professionalism of the people I dealt with. Was able to get quality wood for a reasonable price, shipping was free. This is the 2nd time I have ordered wood from Lumber Liquidators online. Have not had any problems whatsoever. I am hoping to return the extra wood that I don't need.

The customer service when returning product to Matt in Chanhassen is very unpleasant. He is rude and cocky. I would never recommend anyone to go into that particular LL. I went to Menards and Home Depot after leaving there and had great customer service.

The salesman was courteous and knowledgeable and polite. I'm satisfied with the service. I'm currently waiting for the installation to be done. I'll be very happy when it's done. I'm happy with the choices of flooring. It will look great in my home.

I completed and emailed a disclaimer on 2/19. I was told that Sherrice would contact me between 2-4 business days upon receipt of disclaimer. I have contacted Customer Care 3 times since. I have left a message on Sherrice's phone at Customer Care. The people I have spoken with at Customer Care have noted on my account- my attempts to contact someone, and have assured me that I should receive a callback. It is now short of 3 weeks after emailing the necessary information that I have yet to hear from anyone to discuss my concerns from the Customer Care center.

My experience with Lumber Liquidators has been terrible from the beginning almost two years ago. I don't know how far back your records go but if you look up my name, you should see what type of issues I had. I have made it pretty clear that I think your product is substandard and your warranty policy is as well. I feel Lumber Liquidators does not back their product and it was with great reluctance and only by necessity that I even returned to your store. I had to purchase some morning star bamboo to replace part of my floor that got damaged due to water. I also purchased some quiet walk underlayment. I did the repairs myself. I had to return one roll of underlayment which I got refunded. Staff was pleasant and professional. I have one box of flooring left that I need to return. I have heard horror stories about the difficulty of returning flooring so it remains to be seen how that goes.

Put a hole in the pipe under the floor, floors making crackling noise, gaps in between planks, planks all short, took out our new sliding doors and lost a screw, doors are rubbing and making a big noise now. We would like some else other than who put them in to come back. Thank you!

I received hardwood flooring from the Brooklyn store which arrived broken. I called and spoke to a manager Shlanda and she told me bring back the flooring and I will give you a higher quality floor for 2.69 a sqft. I returned the very heavy flooring back to be told I never guaranteed you the flooring at that price but just let me see what I can do. I explained that's not what you told me she shrugged me off and lied to customer service about what was said. LL eventually made things right but only after a complaint to the BBB and after the item went on sale storewide. Very poor service.

My wife and I looked at all the big box stores and although the prices were good. There was nobody to help you. At Lumber Liquidators I was impressed by the kindness and professionalism of this store. I highly recommend them. Throughout the process they were attentive and friendly. Even in the loading they were more than helpful. Great place with great people.

We are very pleased with our floor. It looks amazing!! My wife and I feel like we're in a new home!! Thomas ** our install Sales Manager made us feel very comfortable about the actual process. Our actual installer Eric and his helper were very professional and did an awesome job!! Chris the Store Manager was great and handled any questions promptly and to our satisfaction!! We are very pleased we chose your company and have already recommended it to relatives and friends.

I install this floor very, very well. We buy 5 inches with 3 1/4 inches. It's very good look and we have just Something to check the short length like 12 inches sometime a little bit too large than the other one but we just need to check them before nailing. And for the reject plank Nothing on 1200 square feet and for the service very good, continue like this make a difference than the cheap importation because your floor is very easy to stay in line or straight.

I removed a wall between two living rooms to create an open floor plan and I was trying to match the red oak floor that was put in a house in 1968, it was run through the entire house except for the kitchen and the one living room that was being connected to the second living room. I purchased unfinished red oak and a nail gun from Lumber Liquidators, laid the new wood, sanded the entire house and stained it all with provincial stain. It turned out great and no one can tell where the old and new meet, not even me. I was shocked at how well it matches but knowing the type of wood is key and I couldn't be happier.

The end grain of the 5"x3/4" Unfinished Solid Oak had 40% of it with cracks or knots so I had to pick through it very carefully. I have a router bit that makes a groove so I could cut off the groove end and regroove them. If I do not have that I would that been in big trouble. I almost set up my table saw to make the wrong side. I am very picky and I wanted the floor the best as possible! It came out beautiful!

New home - new kitchen flooring. As a general contractor I did do my homework and research for my own homeowners this being my own home for my family. I decide to drive to Traverse City and check them out. The employees were very educated and their products and I ended up buying my flooring on the spot. It was fully stocked flooring, was easy to install and looks beautiful and most importantly the wife is happy. Would definitely recommend this company to clients throughout my career.

Bought oak gunstock flooring. Great prices. Had to return 2 boxes because boxes were either returned or damaged. Was disappointed that these boxes were even given to us. Other boxes OK and we finished our project. Several years ago bought Bella wood for our downstairs. Loved that wood. Great to work with and beautiful flooring.

The sales representative was very helpful and knowledgeable on the product that my wife and I were INTERESTED in. Any and all questions were answers. All I needed were room dimensions, what product, and underlayment I wanted. Hardwood flooring order came in ahead of schedule. Thanks.

Unfinished 3 1/4" Select Oak - Overall my experience was very good. The staff was excellent and efficient. The condition of the wood was a problem. Full of insects and one bundle was very wet and couldn't be used. I did not return the bundle. I would continue to use LL as a source but expect better quality of the product.

We were satisfied with our purchase after going back and getting more wood to replace the waste. We weren't charged for the extra wood. When buying the inexpensive shorts plan on 20 percent waste. That was our only complaint. We weren't told there would be that much waste.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots to choose from and prices are reasonable. It's great to have the floor in the store done in samples of the available products. Seeing my initial selection actually installed on the floor in the store made me realize it was darker than I wanted, and the staff suggested a beautiful alternative.

Customer service was great. The product is great. Wasn't happy with the tubes of glue that was 10 percent off. Half of the tube was already hard... but other than that everything was great and the floor looks beautiful.

My experience with Will and the rest of the staff every time is fantastic. They are so helpful and understanding. When you're not absolutely sure what you need they steer you in the right direction. We have several more projects to complete and that is where we will go for our flooring.

It is very rare these days to experience customer service which is more impactful than the product purchased, however, that was our experience at the Lumber Liquidators in Rockville. Kristina ** professionally assisted my wife and I with the purchase of all of the materials needed for our flooring project. She balanced our needs and wants with our budget and found a perfect combination. Kristina was professional, kind and lovely to work with. Jackie also helped us with our initial purchase and was attentive and it felt as though she took our project to heart. Over the next few weeks, as our project was being completed, we needed additional supplies and I worked personally with Jackie. Jackie is amazing and created such an incredible experience for us that has resulted in us making many referrals to Lumber Liquidators and specifically the Rockville store.

I will say we are happy that our order went through quickly. Not happy about how the salesperson told us we would get a discount since we needed so much flooring and we actually didn't get a discount since the flooring was one sale (salesperson knew which flooring we wanted). We also ordered the same color molding/caulking (can't remember which one) and we still have yet to receive a phone call. We will stop in some time to see if the molding we ordered is in, if not we will never do business again. As a customer who spent a lot of money it's discouraging to not have that order follow up about the additional products we wanted.

Bought engineered hardwood. The salesmen were incredible! They helped me figure everything I needed, transition pieces etc. Spent a lot of time making sure I got everything needed. Definitely the best place to go due to the workers all knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Absolutely zero attitude! Very rare today!

I had a lot of material left from reflooring my 2nd floor and decided to use what was left for my family room. The problem I had was what I had purchased was discontinued and trying to find enough to supplement what I had was going to be difficult. The Hyannis branch located enough at other outlets to satisfy my needs. They arranged to have it shipped directly to my house. One problem came up. The shipper lost part of the order and "Joe" in Hyannis jumped through hoops to get the last of what LL had left at different outlets. Although It took some time, everything worked out perfectly. Tip of the hat to Joe at the Hyannis store.

Installing the floor I bought from Lumber Liquidators was pretty easy. I haven’t installed them all yet, but everything’s been good. I’m very satisfied, and I have no complaints at all.

I got some hardwood flooring from Lumber Liquidators. The sales representative knew what he was talking about, and he helped me through and got me in and out quickly. Everything seemed good so I have no complaints. My overall experience has been quick. They are fair-priced, and the delivery was on time.

I worked primarily with the Tigard, OR location, and the Manager and Assistant Manager there, I believe Christopher and Morgan, respectively. I purchased solid strand bamboo for my living room and bedroom, and ordered installation services as well. The overall process took longer than expected (3+ months) due to delays, complications with inventory, not getting contacted when expected, and missed parts. More importantly, the customer service from the Tigard store was very poor. Over a dozen interactions, they were neutral at best, and other times were frankly rude, particularly with the Manager at this location. For one example, after I was told that all of my product could be picked up at one location, weeks later I was told I have to drive to three different stores spread hours apart, and when I expressed frustration to the Tigard Manager, I was told simply I could just go pick up the inventory at the three locations without apology or any attempt to resolve. However, after writing my initial review, I was contacted by LL and was issued a credit for about 5% of the overall purchase value to resolve, which I appreciate.

I paid cash for 260 square feet of flooring from these guys, had it in stock in Lindon Utah just had to go get it. I told them I would go down there next weekend to get it and was told that was fine. I got a call the next day saying my flooring was going to be there about the 16th of March. When I paid cash for the floor it was in stock, they sold my flooring out from under me. I told them if I had to wait I wanted the padding for free, they told me NO I could either wait or come get my money back. I went to get my refund and they told me I have to wait 3 to 5 weeks for the check. I paid cash that day now I have no flooring and do not have the money I paid for the flooring.

The whole experience with Lumber Liquidators was great. I got a ceramic tile from them but they didn't have that actual tile in-store so he called another store to find the color and see what it would look like. He showed it to me and it wasn't anything like the picture. Then, he helped me pick a different tile that I liked. We're still in the process of putting it down but the flooring's quality is fine so far. I would recommend Lumber Liquidators.

Lumber Liquidators was the only one that sold Palo wood floors. I ended up buying them at a different store than I initially wanted to but it was fine. Right now they’re burned because of a fire.

I pick up most of my floor from Lumber Liquidators and I've been purchasing from them for years. I was in Massachusetts and I ordered it through a store in New Hampshire. It was a rainy day when I went and picked it up but everything was packaged so it wouldn't get wet. I have an open bed in my truck, brought it home and I started putting the floor down the next week. Then, I noticed two boxes were odd colors so, I called up the manager and he sent me two boxes, no charge. They have everything a homeowner needs.

Flooring bedroom - just as I imagined it to be. Extremely pleased with the flooring and the installation done by Lumber Liquidators. It is beautiful and rich looking. Wish I would have used them for my first floor project. Very professional and installers took pride in their work. Highly recommend.

I ordered 132 sq ft of flooring on 1/28 from the Ypsilanti MI store. When my order arrived a week later it only had 108 sq ft in the order. They could not explain why the order was that short. They told me they were ordering the balance of my order then and it would arrive in a week. After waiting 2 weeks I called to see why they had not called me and when they checked on my order they couldn't find it in their system, so they had to re-enter the order again.

I had a hardwood flooring from Lumber Liquidators and it was way more expensive than I thought it would be. I probably wouldn’t have this done if I’d known it would be that expensive but the quality is fine. Then, I hired somebody else to install it. Everything went well.

I got bamboo flooring from Lumber Liquidators for a customer. I had an idea of what it was that I wanted and their sales rep checked to see if they had it in stock. They didn't so he placed an order for it and gave me a time frame as to when it would arrive. It arrived at that time I went to the store to check on my order and they were getting ready to call me. Their service has been excellent and as a matter of fact, I deal with that particular salesman all the time and he's very good. Whatever it is that he did on days I've been in the store, he should keep doing and Lumber Liquidators will have more people like me coming back.

We've bought several things from Lumber Liquidators. We bought some flooring for our 2 bedrooms. And then we had another house and we did the kitchen, the family room and the entry way. We're going back to buy more oak flooring and we're going to do another kitchen. My husband had always installed the flooring but when we bought some really inexpensive stuff once, and they told us that there would be a lot of waste, and there was. You get what you pay for. The sales rep I worked with the last time was great. He was very helpful.

The guys who helped me did a great job and got me all set up. I like the select white oak finish and it's very easy to work with. I installed it myself and just matched it up with the other part of my house. I would definitely recommend Lumber Liquidators.

Read their fine print. They exclude the flooring based on humidity in the room (how do you prove it's below normal? You can't). They exclude the sun or UV fading the floor, they exclude it if it was installed with a liner over concrete, and the list goes on. And, as far as gaps even when you get the flooring, they only cover max variances from when it leaves their mill. If it stretched or shrank before it got to your house - not their fault. Finally, if they give you a refund for whatever part of the floor is bad, you have to remove that part (not easy) and they only give you a dollar credit for that portion of the flooring returned. If they are out of that flooring by then, and you can't match what you have - your problem.

At the Lumber Liquidators store where I purchased the wood flooring, they explained the product and everything was good until we got ready to pick up the merchandise and they were missing three other t-strips that go on the floor that separates the wood flooring and the tile. And they were on backward from what the sales rep had said. So, she made a couple of calls and found two available t-strips in a Corona store and one in Redmond. She said I'll have to go pick it up but I said it's not going to happen. I asked her to give me the number to their headquarters and I'll be happy to call them and talk to them about it. If it had been down the street, it'd have been one thing. But the drive to Corona and back is 40 miles and from here to Redmond is 55 miles roundtrip.

Lumber Liquidators have the best prices and the biggest selection. I bought some Morning Star bamboo floating floors and the underlayment from them. The sales rep was very knowledgeable. He gave me different samples to take home and my wife picked one. I bought the flooring that day, took it home and installed it by weekend. It was really easy. The hardest part was making a crack against the final wall where we had to grip some of the boards down, but it was very easy and the floor came out really nice. Everything was great.

I purchased wood flooring from Lumber Liquidators and installed it myself. The installation was not easy but it wasn't terribly difficult either. Lumber Liquidators was very good to work with. It worked out real good overall.

I used to see Lumber Liquidators on the Ty Pennington home improvement show and my coworker purchased something from them, too, and told me it's really good. So I got some wood flooring from them and the sales rep was very polite, very nice, and was just great. I like going in places where representatives are polite. If I want something, it makes me wanna go back to Lumber Liquidators. However, I'm still waiting for the flooring to be installed. Lumber Liquidators told me they would not be able to install for me because the type of wood that I took was on final sale and may have some damage, but I didn’t have any issues when just put it out.

I liked Lumber Liquidators' product the best from where I shopped around and the quality is a great value. I purchased two different kinds of flooring. One was a hardwood flooring and one was a vinyl plank, and I had an installation team do the work. I used the same flooring three different times. The wood flooring is a little more difficult to work with while the vinyl plank was very easy to work with. Overall, Lumber Liquidators were very easy to work with for those of us who were not professionals. I asked them questions such as which to buy to do the bridge between two different floors of the doorway and what registers fit.

I like the price of Lumber Liquidators. I bought hardwood from them and it was a good experience. The sales reps were knowledgeable, so I appreciated that. The flooring has good quality, too.

Lumber Liquidators' location is convenient compared to other companies. The bamboo flooring that I have purchased was simple to install and I did it by myself. Their sales reps were knowledgeable, friendly and were able to explain the products to me. However, it took them three weeks to get one of the items that I ordered. I just needed it and I got frustrated. I did not let them know. I just didn't care at that time.

We've done previous purchases from Lumber Liquidators and we’ve kept choosing them over other flooring companies because of the cost and availability of their product. The people whom we've dealt with have been helpful. If we're looking at one thing, they’d say, “Where are you gonna use it? You may wanna look at this” and help us make the decision and then they'd give us a better idea of what it may look like.

We had a sizable order back in 2015 and were told that as long as the materials were in the original containers, we could return them waiving the 30 day policy. After extensive construction to the interior of our home, the floor was finally installed in Dec of 2016. We needed some additional material and I wanted to return a small amount of product at the time. So I was told that customer solutions has to approve the return. I asked the manager Thomas how much my return would be and he started by saying that until customer solutions approves it, he cannot even tell me how much it would be.

Very pleased with the product and the sales staff. No problems with installation, the square foot estimate was accurate, left with very little coverage. Would, and have, recommended Lumber Liquidators flooring to others. The flooring was easy to install. The floor turned out beautifully, a nice oak grain pattern and very scratch resistant.

Initially our experience wasn't bad, it turned negative when my husband went to pick up the wood and had to load all but one box by himself in the rain. We discovered we were short two boxes of wood once installation began. The store was closed at that point and our contractor had to make arrangements to come back the following day. We had to pay our contractor extra due to the additional time he had to spend installing the floor. The person working in the store the following day wasn't helpful or apologetic. At the time we didn't realize we'd been shorted, just thought the calculations were wrong.

I got prefinished hardwood from Lumber Liquidators. It was my first time purchasing from them but my parents have purchased from them in the past. And my experience was great. I walked into the store and they offered their help and asked me if I need information about the products. They let me look at what I need and then asked questions if I have any. One of the things that I loved about my experience was I was not pressured to buy things. And, the quality of the flooring is great. It's exactly what I wanted.

The people who helped us were professional and knowledgeable in helping us. It was a good experience. We will need additional help when we begin the project. Will probably recommend Lumber Liquidators to other people. If I have any other projects using materials that they sell I will definitely consider them.

The salesmen at the Hickory store are super. They helped me with samples (ever ordered samples). Even let me borrow large flooring boards to help me make decisions on color etc. They kept in touch to tell me of sales. I was extremely pleased with my purchases and the help I received. Would recommend the Hickory store to anyone looking good service. Had the floors installed and am very pleased.

I purchased cork floors for my yoga room. The people who installed them install cork all over the country. They did a great job! I never could have imagined they would turn out so well! Cork is an amazing product as far as how it feels, soft and warm but still clean. I don't know how they'll hold up but so far I'm amazed by them. Lumber Liquidators was very good to do business with.

We had a wonderful experience with Lumber Liquidators. From the moment we walked in the showroom, Cal was professional, helpful, and really listened to our flooring needs. Their installers were efficient and courteous. Our bamboo floors are stunning and we couldn't be happier.
