Matt and Anson were hard workers during the installation and very helpful with caring furniture back in the rooms. They were polite and we enjoyed having them here. Joe was professional when here taking the measurements. Yanna was a big help in helping us to decide which floor to pick. We would recommend Lumber Liquidators to our friends.

The pieces did not fit together as typical of good quality flooring. Many pieces were warped and unusable. The installers took twice as long to do the job because the wood did not lie evenly. Creaking is still a problem.

The manager and all the people at the store were awesome. I gave the install a 3 star because the cut my stairs and they are not to building code. It took three calls to get anyone to call back and then they had the nerve to say they tried to call me but they had not. I am still waiting on new stairs (they said maybe two weeks). My daughter has almost fallen down the stairs twice. I cannot have my elderly mother over since the stairs are not safe. All in all the install looks very good except the stairs.

When the laminate was brought into the house, the box was opened until the installation. The next morning, I had a very bad headache and was dizzy. I was thinking it was the flu, but I went to the store and talked to the manager about this and he stated that in four or five days it would go away. Now I am fine, the floor was installed very well. I am happy with the work that the men did.

Brazilian cherry hardwood flooring - I had it installed using a Lumber Liquidators contractor. They did an excellent job. Nice people, clean, efficient, careful. Very pleased with my new floor. Chris at the Hyannis, MA store was very knowledgeable about the available products and options and matched me up with the perfect choice in flooring. I have no problem telling people where I got my flooring and who installed it.

I have been working with Tony and Samantha at the Longmont Colorado office. They have been very patient with my wife and I as we have worked through this process. It has taken us over 2 months of looking at samples and speaking with both of them make our decision. I moved my business to the Longmont store from another Denver Metro store because the Longmont store was more organized in their Front Sales, Customer Service and Warehouse organization. We have picked up some of the lumber and the rest is being delivered at a later date. We have Samantha's installer doing the work because of her high recommendation of his work.

I'm a frequent buyer of flooring at Lumber Liquidators. Overall my experiences have been good. The only negative I've experienced was with your policy on accepting checks for payment. I'm a consistent repeat customer yet had cases where your staff did not allow me to pay with checks, and that been unpleasant. In some cases I bought from another supplier when I would have been happy buying from you instead if your policy were different. Thank you.

The flooring instructions say nail glue or float. My installer elected to float the floor beings that the wood would expand and contract in temperature. The floor was not installed 24 hours and was separating at the seams. The butt ends were separating about a 1/4" throughout the floor space. Our installer came back out and knocked everything back together and less than 24 hours later it was doing the same thing. We really like the floor but are very unhappy that it keeps separating. Floating this floor should not be an option in the installation directions as there is no notches anywhere on the flooring to hold it together unless it is nailed. Now the only option is to pull it all back up and nail it down which will cost another $1200-$1500 to get done. Very unhappy.

I went to Lumber Liquidators and I told him the salesman that we don’t know much about hardwood floor. 15 minutes into the conversation, he decided to go on break and brought another guy in to talk to me. It was $4,800 order and he had to go on break when we'd be done in 10 minutes. And the other guy had less knowledge than the first guy.
I thought I was purchasing hardwood bamboo flooring but it turned out that the salesman I originally had sold me manufactured flooring. He also told me that the stuff I was buying needed to be nailed down. When I picked up the flooring, the salesman who was there knew that you don’t nail the flooring down. It's not really what I wanted but I had already purchased it. Moreover, I already started the construction so I had to go with it. I wasn’t happy at all.
We just bought the house and it had some outdated tiles in it. We pulled the whole floor up and needed 1,200 square feet of flooring. Lumber Liquidators told me they had 2,000 square feet in a warehouse. When I went to pick it up there were only 900 square feet so then I had to wait another five days to get the rest of it, which held up construction. Moreover, they never sold me any of the stuff I needed to go with the floor, like the transition strips and the padding underneath. I was told that I needed more stuff so another $1,000 bill was added on while I was there, which I wasn’t expecting. Everything was very disorganized.
There were five salespeople in that store and only one of them seemed to know what he was talking about. Maybe they need more training. There was a manager who seemed to know less than the third salesman I dealt with. He was very knowledgeable and told me what I needed, got it for me, and told me when it was going to be there. He also shipped to me some of the stuff that they were supposed to have given me originally but didn’t. The floor went in without a problem. However, with that type of flooring, there are only two sideboards so the seams line up a lot, which I didn’t want. I have 70 bucks of flooring I won't bring back since I had to unload it myself.

However, one thing I need to ask them is that we have a little bit of glue on the flooring and I do not know how to take it off. It's like a spot and it is kind of blotchy all over the place. I moved to a new house and needed some maple floor. Lumber Liquidators had what I needed and I was able to get it. Their reps were really nice. The manager took over and asked if I needed help and we went from there. The floor’s cost was pretty fair and I got what I paid for. I did the installation myself and it was pretty easy. It was just putting the uncoupling fabric and putting it on top of the concrete foundation.

A year ago we had Lumber Liquidators do a whole house install of hardwood floors which cost almost $6,000. We noticed about a month after the install that most of the boards were cut to small. The boards move when you walk and the gaps are so big where the boards have shifted there at least 4inch wide. You can see along the baseboards there are just holes where the boards were cut too short. Also the groves where the boards connect have totally just broke and slivers of wood are coming through the gaps in the floor.
We have called Lumber Liquidators and the customer service person told us that we were ** out of luck and that they would not honor our lifetime warranty because we went to the store and purchased $6,000.00 dollars of flooring and paid their installers who is contracted through them cash for the install. She said that made the warranty voided. When we went to the Dayton Ohio store and purchased the flooring we were told that a installer would be calling and that we were done with the store. We now only work with the installer.
We have called the installer many times. They will not return calls or text. I called customer service again and she was able to get us on a 3 way call and he was not happy I called the company and gave me a false phone number to reach him. We are looking into contacting our lawyer about this. I have never worked with a company that with such bad customer service and horrible installers. The floors are falling apart already. The ends of boards are chipping because of the groves are broken. I feel like we just wasted all this money with a company that we thought was the best. I should have just went to Lowe's or Home Depot. May have gotten a better floor install. Maybe their customer service people would know how to treat a customer. I do not recommend Lumber Liquidators due to this horrible experience.

I made my first purchase from Lumber Liquidators for hardwood flooring as we did a little renovation in our house. Lumber Liquidators have good sales representatives. They were helpful and they knew exactly what I wanted. I was just there for 15 minutes. They got out from behind their desk and actually helped me which was a bonus. I installed the flooring myself and with the right tools, it was done quick and easy. The quality of the flooring is great. The cost was fair but I was disappointed because after I bought it and lugged it all the way home, when I went to Lowe’s the following day, they had it cheaper with a 20% discount. It would’ve been too much of a hassle to load it back in the truck and take it so I just bit the bullet on that one. But from what I’ve heard from other co-workers, they’re very satisfied with Lumber’s pricing. Overall, I was very satisfied with the whole experience and the service was good.

Recently, I bought some unfinished red oak hardwood floors from Lumber Liquidators. They were the closest place to the job's place and the price was roughly what I expected. Although I was later told by a contractor with more experience that I paid about $3.50 a square foot and that if it was him, they would have only charge $2.50. The house was being renovated. The kitchen floor was vinyl and I wanted to continue as hardwood. Their sales reps were very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. I installed it myself and it went really well for a large portion of it. However, we struggled with the last couple of rows as there was a special technique needed and we had to hand dry it.
There were quite a few bad boards in the bundle and since I hadn’t done this before I wasn’t sure if we had just purchased a lower quality flooring. They did not discuss with me whether we were buying economy or premium grade, but I hope that wasn’t premium. We threw out three boards out of every bundle, maybe more. I ended up three boards short and I was hoping they’d have some scraps of the flooring, but I had to buy another 70 dollar bundle, which I wasn’t really excited about. Overall, the experience was fine. I wasn’t terribly impressed but I would still use them again.

We were remodeling and we got the three-quarter solid, number 1 common red oak flooring from Lumber Liquidators. The sales rep at the first store was not helpful. I was working with him when someone else came in and then he went and helped her. He was busy with her so I left. But, he told me they had in-stock wood at the other store so I went over there and the sales rep there was very helpful. My husband installed the flooring and it was easy. It would be nice if they had prefinished flush mount vents, though. My flooring is beautiful and its quality and price are good. The only disappointment is I went back a week later to get another box and it was 40 cents cheaper. I wish they would’ve told me they were going on sale ahead of time.

I was doing a kitchen remodel. I looked at the floor and it looked like patching into the old stuff that was still good would be more work than ripping it up and starting over. I was going to do it myself but if I had a professional do it, it would've been too costly to have them waste the time to do all the piecing and fitting in. I just changed the configuration of the kitchen. The floor that was in there was okay but it was just easier to change it.
I purchased a Distressed Bamboo Flooring from Lumber Liquidators. Also, my son had bought products from them in the past. The rep treated me fine. The guy I returned the material to was fantastic as well. The Bamboo Flooring was really good except for one box. It must've been dropped at one time. The tongues and the grooves of one box were broken but other than that, it looked good. When it comes to installing the floor by myself, if you pay attention, it's easy. If you don't let your floor nailer slide up too far and wreck the boards, it goes pretty good. We only goofed up three boards and it wasn't me, so it was easier to let it slide. Lumber Liquidators sells a better product for the money than you can do with the big box stores.

I had carpet in the house and my kids are little, so it looked horrible. I decided that wood floor was going to be easier to maintain and keep clean. The Lumber Liquidators sales guy was knowledgeable and helpful. He was patient with us and he offered ideas. The flooring had a nice price. I hired somebody to install the floor and we’re installing the floor right now. I needed to buy more padding as the padding was not enough. Maybe the rep miscalculated something. Also, it was shaped like a T when you pass from the wood floor to the tile and they seemed to be a little bit too bumpy, so we’re going to have to exchange those. But other than those, the flooring is really nice. We’re happy with it.

The original floors in the house were probably in its 60’s and they were very old. The contractor and I decided they need to be changed. I purchased the oak hardwood floor from Lumber Liquidators and I can’t say enough about the quality of the floorings. It looks wonderful and the cost was fine. I also had an excellent interaction with the sales rep at Lumber Liquidators. All the salesmen that I dealt with were very helpful and took the time to explain everything to me. We had to return the original one, and that was no problem taking that back.
My friend and I pulled up the old flooring and we’ve been helping lay down the new stuff, but my contractor has been nailing it all in. He said it’s very easy to nail in and we found it very easy to figure out a pattern and put it down. I’d totally recommend Lumber Liquidators. However, I didn’t realize there were delivery charges upfront. And I had to have one delivery made to the store and have it picked up there. And then the next delivery, I was able to have it come right to the door, and that worked out really well.

We purchased 750 sq ft. of bamboo flooring in April of 2017 and paid in full. We were also instructed to use their installer who was in the store at the time of purchase. We picked up the flooring in May and were told to let it acclimate for at least 2 weeks which turned into over 3 weeks once installation was scheduled for June. The installer's crew arrived 2 hours late and over the next 4 days only worked about 5-6 hours per day.
Once the floor was completely installed, we noticed that one of the trim pieces that went in our laundry area was short about 3 inches. The installer said he would reorder the trim and install it as soon as he received it. Two weeks later he comes to install the piece that was shorted. In the meantime we noticed that various areas of our floor was "cupping" and buckling. When the installer came, we pointed this out to him and he told us to file a claim with HSS who works with LL to schedule everything. At first, they appeared to be helpful. They had an inspector come and do testing. Once we received the report (that we had to beg to get a copy of) they said it was an installation problem and we would have to file a claim with the installer. The installer told us that he had 5 other clients that had the same issue with the same product and had his own inspector come to our home.
This inspector stating that it was a material problem and the glue that was used had failed. The glue was specifically for this brand of bamboo flooring that says on the bucket that it is a moisture barrier and adhesive and no moisture testing is required. HSS told us we would have to work with the installer on a resolution and basically told us they were not going to do anything for us. The installers insurance would not cover the repair and we then filed a claim with LL. HSS would not return calls after that. We hired our own inspector and his report also stated that it was a material problem and the glue that was used had failed. We contacted LL and they acted like they knew nothing about the problem and HSS had not contacted them. We submitted a claim with LL and sent them all or the photos and inspections and were told we would be contacted within 48 hours.
A week later I had to send an email to make sure they had even received our documents. Angela with customer care just responded "I received it". After repeated phone calls and emails the only response I received was Angela saying "I'm not sure what you want me to do for you." RUDE! I was able to call and talk to another rep at customer care and was told that a supervisor was not available (I don't think they exist!)
Since then, they will not respond to email or phone calls. We have been shuffled back and forth between HSS, LL and the installer. LL even had the audacity to tell us to turn it in to our homeowners insurance! HSS emailed us in December after repeated attempts to get resolution, that they were in the process of getting quotes for replacement but now won't return calls.
We have been in contact with another client of our installer that has the same issue and found that he has experienced the same AWFUL treatment by LL. LL customer care is non existent. They are trained to dodge calls and LIE to people. They tell you they will call you back and never do. We are stuck with a washboard for a floor that we saved 5 years to do and Lumber Liquidators do not care one bit. We have not been able to put our home back together for 7 months because the floor needs to be replaced. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

My frustration would just be too much to write in detail, but I will say that my initial visit and order was satisfactory, the 2nd visit and order I thought was good too, but when it was time for pick up... it was anything but. Order errors, accusations of a balance owed, directions not being followed when asking for notes to be placed in the computer in reference to my orders, and where a refund should go as a result of the order error. Leads me to give this business 2 stars, however despite this I would still recommend because the prices are reasonable and the sales associates are helpful and knowledgeable on the different type of flooring offered.

My floors were old and I needed to update them. Lumber Liquidators was close to us so we went with them over other flooring company. The staff was very polite. Their sales representative showed us various products and options that they had but we decided to go with the solid wood that was best for us. I purchased the Hickory 3-1/2 x 3-1/4 inch wide. We bought 42 boxes and we got 12 new boxes but we have not even had time to open them up because we've been put so far behind schedule with a few hiccups that we had in this process from different products that we got there at the store. So, we were behind and they gave me staples. They gave me six boxes of nails but in three different sizes. The first size was either an inch and half or inch and a quarter inch nail which I started using and it was not long enough for a three-quarter inch wood.
Then, I had to run back with the rest of the boxes. They had two boxes of two inch, two boxes of an inch and a half and two boxes of an inch and a quarter. It was a 45-minute trip depending on how fast you can drive on the roads here. And then, something was wrong with the mallet that we got. It is the thing that you hit and it exactly staples into the ground. The mallet didn't have the brackets which hold the handle to the machine and they were missing, so I had to run back. There was one ready to go when I was there then I had to come back home. We started laying the wood but we had to return about 25% to 28% of the boxes because the Hickory floors were so stained and it was looking terrible. It was like imagining a garage floor that services your personal vehicle that has stains from oil. I have pictures of what the wood looked like.
It was probably with the grain in the wood but they looked like gray spots splattered in it and maybe an inch and half round blotches all over the wood. It took us a lot of time because we all had to open up all those boxes. I didn't know what was the deal with some of the wood or if it was previously returned wood that they had because there were markings on the edge which would be the tongue. It could also be at the factory where they marked it as a defect and it should go out or if someone had used it and already returned it and it got back into the packaging. Some of the tongues broke off and just a lot of short boards per box. The boards were five to seven-inch boards. So, it was hard to work with that when you got a lot of wood that was four, five or six-foot-long in an eight-foot box. So far, it has been quite a challenge and I’m just not satisfied with the product.

I haven't heard anything from anyone. They asked me to email the pictures and I emailed them and it was supposed to go to one person and then, I was told that that person is not the one handling that. She claims she never got them.
They were supposed to be emailed to crs@lumberliquidators.com but they claimed they never got it and someone named Angela was the one who was supposed to be receiving them. Now, it’s supposed to be someone named Sandra and I emailed them to her today. And instead of her calling me, the actual person who laid the floor called me and asked me if I can send them to them. I bought wood flooring from Lumber Liquidators. I went to their store, told the salesman what I wanted and got it. I’d recommend them. They offer a max feel for lumber and their prices are low. There isn’t any other store around that is competitive enough compared to them. I am sure to be back.

I ordered carpet tile flooring online from Lumber Liquidators. The price was right and we were then able to pick it up without any problems. They even helped load it into the car. I was going to install it myself but then I thought I could get an estimate on having someone else do it. A few days later, we came back to ask for references on some installers. The guy said that they did not know of any, which surprised me. They said that if it was a click down type, like the laminate stuff, they can help but they had no idea about the glue down tile and could not recommend anybody. Then someone else came out and gave me a little post-it note with the name Daniel, as well as a phone number, on it. He said, “Call this guy,” but I did not call.
I have not put it down yet, however, I was pleasantly surprised that the carpet tile flooring was solid and a double-sized. Instead of 12 inches by 12 inches, it was 12 by 24, which was nice. Moreover, it has a light finish on it too, which will save some work. It was strange that there was no brand name on the tile, so if I have a question about the product there is no real information on it. It has instructions in a lot of different languages but nowhere does it say, "For questions or support call this number." In addition, I feel that if I went to Lumber Liquidators and asked what type of glue I should use, they would say that they do not know. I felt a little stuck and like I was on my own after I got the flooring home.

We had an addition to our house and bought a three quarter by three and a quarter Gunstock from Lumber Liquidators. Their sales reps in Kalamazoo were great. They were helpful, easy to talk to and explained stuff. The cost was a little high but they were still better than anybody else. My son installed it for me and he didn’t have any problems with it. We got done with it the day before yesterday and it looks good. We figured our square footage for the two rooms that we were going to do and then we added 15%. I took five boxes back to Lumber Liquidators and they told me it would be three to five weeks before I get my checks back. Overall, I’d recommend them.

I ran short of the flooring I had and I needed a box of wood to finish the room with. I purchased wood plank from Lumber Liquidators. It didn’t exactly match up perfectly but I got it to work. The sales rep at Lumber Liquidators was very good. I took in a sample of what I had put down and he matched it up with the best product he had so it was pretty close. He did a good job getting it to match color-wise and you can’t really tell the difference. The thickness wasn’t the same but I was able to put enough tar paper under it to build it up so it was level and it worked out great. Also, the quality of the flooring was great and it was very easy to work with the product. Being a former installer, I spent 37 years in the business so I had no problem with it. I was very happy with Lumber Liquidators and I’d tell my friends to go check them out.

We paid cash for our entire order and when we returned one unopened box of BP Red Oak Traditional. Lowe's and Ameri-FLOORS basic measurements of our floors were four or five percent higher than the actual footage, whereas the Lumber Liquidators employee was spot on. The price quoted by LL was lower than the others. The staff was very friendly and responsive. After paying upfront for the product we were told there would be a $260 delivery fee to truck the product 40 miles to our home and carry it inside, or I could do it myself with no cost. Since I was 82 years old with a bad back I reluctantly agreed feeling we should have been informed up front. The delivery guy did an excellent job. We were then told the installers would be scheduled once we signed a form basically absolving Lumber Liquidators from any liability. I told the store management I was uncomfortable about the wording.
They responded, “The same thing applies to the warranty of the flooring and installation, with the flooring being 100% waterproof the only thing that will void the warranty is any harmful chemicals or any level of pH acidity or basicity (alkalinity). But that would be over years of prolonged use. For most installation issues they can take care of them with no problem.”
Again, I wish we had known about this up front. When I asked when the installers would be out I was told they would have to hear from corporate to learn when. I wondered why corporate cares? I asked about delivery again the next day and was told, “I have not heard back from my office, I know my installers will not be free until sometime next week. Not 100% sure will. I will give them a call tomorrow to see if we can get you a installation date early. Sorry for the late response.” Considering we were approaching the New Year's Eve weekend, the two-week wait seemed understandable. The installation team did fine and we were allowed to return one full box of vinyl plank.

I dealt with Lumber Liquidators in two states to get our job done and I am so grateful for the wonderful assistance I received. My daughter had installed a hardwood product in her condo living room dining room and kitchen a little over a year ago. She liked it so much she recently wanted to do the bedroom with the same flooring, but it was discontinued. I contacted L.L. and was told which stores in the western U.S. might still have some of it in stock. A store in Salt Lake City sent me the two boxes that they had. And, the store in Washington came up with nine boxes for me. My daughter thinks I'm a miracle worker. I appreciate that I could arrange everything while being in a whole different state. Thank you!

Typically it takes over an hour to do a simple pickup of materials that you've already paid for in advance, very understaffed at this location which leads to customers and employees being stressed out. Also limited/small parking spaces at this location, especially for larger trucks.

They wanted me to eat the extra cost, which I did not feel was my responsibility. So now my floor is more torn up than it started, since the installers started digging it up to see what was underneath, and I have had to try to find alternate installation. On installation day, the installers were here for 3 1/2 hours while we were trying to get this resolved; it was agonizing and extremely stressful. The product was good although it was kind of distressed wood and there was some bad stuff in it. The quality control was not very good because there were some that had bug holes and some that had really bad knots and were discolored. We had to sort through it. The installers were able to salvage the bad stuff enough to finish the job.

I like coming to Lumber Liquidators when I’m doing wood bar tops and just take whatever wholesale stuff was left. They'd have a couple of bundles that were left over and are sold separately sometimes from the bulk set. So, it works out for me when I’m doing a wood bar top and I don’t need that much square footage. It was also the best way for me to get the price for the left-over materials. The last time I was there, they had exactly what I needed. I got two bundles of maple wood floor and had a positive interaction with their sales rep. I was the only the customer at the store that moment and the three reps were very helpful. It wasn’t a difficult thing but I had to come back with a different vehicle to pick up the two bundles that I got. It was also close to closing time but the guy was still very helpful, got the bundles knocked out, and looked happy that he did everything he needed to do.
This is the second time I purchased flooring from Lumber Liquidators and the products have been pretty good both times. The one I recently got was rustic maple which was a little bit different than what I got last time but it worked out really good. I’ve had bad experiences with wood floors, especially pre-finished wood floors which happen to be raw wood, but I could sand the bar tops down and make it work. I installed the wood bar tops myself since it was a personal house and the product was pretty easy to work with. It was a very good experience. Lumber Liquidators is a good place to shop for flooring, especially if you're in my situation, where you don’t necessarily need a bunch of special order stuff.

I wanted the style of Lumber Liquidators' product. They got a good selection of flooring but they don't have the best selection of transitions. I got oak floors from them and the cost was fair. The only thing I want better with them is to be a contractor with them.

I had some water damage in my kitchen and had to redo it. I bought some hardwood flooring from Lumber Liquidators as they always had the material I wanted and it's easy to go get exactly what I want. The only problem I had with them was they told me my flooring would be ready on a Friday. But when I went over to get it, it was not ready. They said they'd call and tell me not to come, but I never received a call. Apart from that, we really like the flooring. I installed it myself and it was easy. Also, the cost was fair. I would suggest friends to go check Lumber Liquidators out.

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN to get away... They will not honor their warranty and are very underhanded about how they "dodge" upholding their contract. I have received the worst service from this company than any other company I have ever done business with. I spent nearly $10,000 on work and the results are disappointing. All of this could have been rectified and been a "non-issue" if Lumber Liquidators was an honest organization with any integrity at all. Instead, they will lie and mislead you until they can say their warranty is up. Therefore... RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AND GET AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I’m a real estate investor, and I was putting new floors in one of my rehabs. We were covering 1,400 square feet on the first floor of the house we’re rehabbing. So, we needed something economical and looked good and had the right finish. And the quality of the flooring we picked from Lumber Liquidators is decent for an engineered floor. It’s not real hardwood, but it doesn’t look like it, or you can tell it’s engineered. It was a good deal. The sales representatives at Lumber Liquidators were great. The biggest challenge was I had done business with one of their old managers, and it was like having a whole new relationship again and I had to set up my business account again, which was a little bit of a pain in the butt. But they were eminently helpful. I’d use them again.

I purchase some wood flooring from Lumber Liquidators occasionally. I buy it and make wood fireplace mantels with it. My interaction with the sales rep was all positive and it was a simple sale. I bought the product online, it was delivered to the store, I picked it up, and it was ready for me and everything was easy. The quality of the wood was good and it’s better than what I could make. You pay more at Lumber Liquidators but they get better material and it's not most economical but I don't buy a lot in quantity so it's worth it.

I had Lumber Liquidators put on hardwood flooring because I didn't want carpet any longer. The original rep that I worked with was good. The installers started doing my flooring but they were a box short so they told me to call Lumber Liquidators and they would have it in tomorrow so that they could finish. I called but the rep I spoke with that time was nasty. He told me that I would have to wait another week because they would have to have it sent from Long Island. He didn't want to talk and he hung up on me.
However, the guy who has the workers said that he would call Lumber Liquidators too and he did. His people came here the next morning but the flooring was not here so they left. I kept calling Lumber Liquidators and I got a hold of the original rep. I told him that the other rep told me last night that I'd have to wait until the next week and that I hadn't gotten a follow up on it, but he said that the flooring would be here that day. The flooring got here at about 1:30 PM but the workers didn't get back here until about four o'clock in the afternoon. Other than the nasty rep, the people were good, fast and they did what they were supposed to do. Also, I like the quality of the floors although they should be a little cheaper.

It was due to hurricane Harvey that we updated our flooring to Jefferson County bamboo flooring. It was our first purchase from Lumber Liquidators and their representatives were good. They were a bit pricey though compared to some of the other places. A lot of places are discontinuing that particular style and color I wanted but Lumber just had it on hand there. I could have got it for about 70 cents cheaper at another place but they didn’t have enough left in their discontinued product line. I’m supposed to get a credit of $130 because the price of the flooring dropped and I got a written note about it but I haven’t seen anything yet so I’m going talk to Lumber about it. I’m installing the flooring and the painters will be working in the house and the work will start at the end of this week.

We bought a house that had old nasty carpeting in it. We had to let it go so we got engineered hardwood from Lumber Liquidators. The sales reps helped me find exactly what I needed with my first purchase from them. My only roadblock was that they wouldn’t accept temporary checks so we had to finance it. But we got it through and we’re going to pay off in a couple of days. We installed the flooring and I’m impressed with how good the flooring feels, but it’s a little slippery. I hope that might change with time and a good mopping. I recommend Lumber Liquidators for the good prices, and I've already told my friends.

My wife wanted the carpet out of the dining room and wanted hardwood floors. I used to have my own construction company, and I've used Lumber Liquidators on about six jobs in the past. I’ve been with them on and off and I drive by their building every day, so when we decided to change over to some wood flooring, I stopped by their store. The sales reps were helpful and I took home some samples, and then I brought my wife on the next trip to pick out the colors and her preference.
I placed the order for a hickory wood flooring and made my deposit payment. They ordered everything and it went down on paperwork, and they loaded up the flooring. It’s easy to install and I’m doing it myself. About 75% of the floor is done now and it’s all fitting together really well. All in all, our experience was all good. Lumber Liquidators gave me good customer service.

First Time Buyer. I bought about $6400 worth of hardwood form the Mukilteo location, and was told it was going to be delivered between 12-2pm on 1/5/18. I work early in the morning, so I have to leave work to make sure I was there from 12-2. 3pm - Haven't received my product, or a phone call. I have to call the delivery folks and ask what's going on. First question is if there's a preferred delivery time...yeah...from 12-2, like I was originally told. Get the quick brush off, and told they will be there in about an hour. Already an hour AFTER the final delivery time given. 4pm - No product, and no phone call from anyone. I have to call again, and get another runaround. Told another hour. 5:30pm - No product, no phone call. I call one last time and inform them if they are not here by 6pm, they can just go ahead and cancel everything. The truck finally arrives at 6pm. 4 hours late. Not a single phone call.
The truck driver, is all by himself. Told me that the other guy was fired this morning, and was told just to do it by himself. The Bellevue location loaded 3k lbs on one pallet, and didn't even level the pallet. They put the pallet all the way to the right. The driver tried for 25 mins, to move the thing an inch and couldn't. He also couldn't even raise the pallet with the hand jack, because the pallet was so far to the right, it just kept tipping to the left. I had to get on the truck, and try to counterbalance the stack with my body weight, while the driver tried to get another pallet under it. We were finally able to and had to INCH it to the liftgate. Once we got close enough to the liftgate, the driver was literally off the truck & on the ground, pulling on the hand lift, while I am literally on top of the product, trying to hold on while he's pulling.
You know dangerous this is?? We FINALLY (after about 45 mins) were able to lower the liftgate...and boom...back to stage one. The driver COULD NOT MOVE the pallet. We had to unload all 3k lbs in the rain, and hand carry it all into my garage. After this, I found a destroyed box. The weight just broke this box, fell apart, all the wood was damaged. I haven't even checked the remainder of the boxes that were at the bottom of the load. I am pissed off. I call the store and am told the manager will be calling me first thing in the morning of 1/6/18.
1/6/18 @ 1pm - Not a single phone call. I call AGAIN, and the manager never even received my messages. I am so freaking disgusted with this company. He asked if I can just keep the product, and get a refund for the box. Are you kidding me? I paid thousand of dollars for a product, that you charged me $240 to get 4 hours late, unload myself, and be damaged! He tells me that he will call me no later than Monday (1/8/17), on how they are going to make this better. They open at 8am, I will be watching the clock, and waiting for a phone call.

I purchased some hardwood bamboo floor from Lumber Liquidators and I liked the uniqueness of it. The rep was very professional and helpful. The floor was going to be in the basement of the house, so he got me the proper glue and he made a recommendation based on the constant temperature-changing environment. The glue had to be pliable and that made sense for the application, but it was oil-based and a bit difficult. I ended up throwing away the trowel that I used because the glue was not easy to clean up at all. But throwing away a $10 tool wasn’t that big of a deal for me.

I was very pleased with my flooring and the installation team. I have the Carbonized Click Strand Bamboo. Although, I had to return the Distressed Honey Strand because it was not at all the color I expected, the Carbonized is beautiful! It was priced where the store manager had told me to expect so I approved the work. Work started 2/15/2017. The first 2 days they worked about 6 hours. Then they started showing up once every week or so. In March they removed doors to closets in two bedrooms. ALL furniture in home was moved into two rooms where rooms were almost completed but still waited for flooring to settle. I slept on couch from 2/2017 until 6/2017 not knowing when work would be complete. Have not heard from installers since July 8, 2017. No one at the corporate office can tell me who sent TK Installer to my home but said they outsourced installation jobs in my area HSS (877) 477-1116.
When contacted they had no idea who had sent TK Installers to my home and recommended I contact store in Ocala, FL I purchased the flooring. They had no idea who sent "requested Lumber Liquidators professional flooring installers" to me.
