What can I say very happy with Lumber Liquidators. They treat you like family. The prices are great. Quality and selection very good. The employees are friendly and helpful. If you have any issues with the purchase they have a No hassle return policy. All in all. Great company.

I bought 1100 sf of flooring that works perfectly for my flip house project... It will give the project a beautiful higher end look and an elegant look... just what I was looking for. The staff at the Oaks store were superb as usual!

In the past three years, I've bought everything from Lumber Liquidators. We mostly bought from Allentown and we recently we bought from Stroudsburg. Michael who is the assistant manager there is an awesome guy and awesome to deal with. He cares about his customers and is willing to work with them. The reps in Allentown are also nice, just not as willing to work with customers price-wise. The oak flooring that we got was a little expensive, but we bought it during one of their great sales so we saved almost 90+ cents per square foot. It was easy to install, just time-consuming.

I thought LL would stand behind their installers but they don't. After 6 months my floor heaved up right down the middle of the living room and bedroom floors. My little dog would walk up one side of the floor and slide down the other side that's how bad it was. I went into the store and was told by the manager there was nothing they could do. I had to contact the installer who doesn't work for LL. I did not know that or I would have gone elsewhere. Their website states "Our Professional Installers" and 100% installation satisfaction guarantee. That is false advertising.

I have purchased from Lumber Liquidators in the past for more than 20 times, and every three months, I go to them once. Recently, I purchased some hardwood floor from them because I remodeled my house and my mom’s house. The sales reps were quick and everything about our interactions was good. I love the quality of the flooring that was installed by my father and me, and the product was easy to work with.

I recently purchased small bundles of oak flooring for a repair. I called and made sure that Lumber Liquidators had what I needed then I went in and paid for it. I installed it myself and it was easy.

One of my installers recommended Lumber Liquidators, and when we used them the first time, the sales was good. And then we needed more of their product. They gave us the wrong material and we returned them. It was probably an honest mistake, but our recent experience was really terrible. I paid everything and they said that they have the materials in the warehouse. But when I went there to pick them up, they said they don't have them. I went there at least six times to check what was happening and they said they'd pay to have the products delivered.

I’m in the process of putting the Hickory flooring I got from Lumber Liquidators. I knew what I wanted and dealing with their sales rep went all right. I'd purchase from them again if they had what I wanted.

I purchased wood flooring from Lumber Liquidators which was the same product that I purchased from them three years ago. I had water damage so I had to get the same and their sales rep treated me fine. I hired an independent contractor to install it and he did it in two rooms for two days, so it was quick and easy. The value wasn’t what I thought because they raised their prices, but I got the product that I needed and we got it done. The quality of the flooring is fine and now that I learned more about wood floors, I'm going to purchase it again because of the backing on it.

I recently installed flooring that I bought from Lumber Liquidators. If their stuff doesn’t have the formaldehyde from China, the quality would've been okay.

I bought hardwood flooring for my home. I'm slowly doing every room to make them hardwood floors and get rid of all the rugs. This is my fourth purchase from Lumber Liquidators and the sales reps were very helpful. I like the quality of the flooring. I had one room done for three years and it's still in good shape. Installing the flooring was very easy if you had the right equipment.

I've used Lumber Liquidators in the past and I had to have the same stock number of the hardwood flooring to match the numbers. When I originally bought in Gastonia, they couldn't figure out my check to pay for it and the rep was kind of a jerk. But for the second time, the rep was great. The quality of the flooring's great, too, and I saved money.

I'm a contractor so I purchase a lot of products for a lot of people depending on whatever the customer picks out. The last thing I purchased from Lumber Liquidators was engineered products. I go there from time to time and the sales reps are always very knowledgeable and helpful. But I also worked with the girl from corporate on contractor pricing. They were easy to work with. I'd recommend them to a friend. The price was fair but not crazy cheap. They should stock their product. That's a big factor in what I do because I do the restoration. People have a lot of damaged flooring and they need something right away. I have certain places that I go to that they actually stock products and have it right there in their local warehouse. And then I could just pick it up right on the spot. So that is helpful but that's not always feasible to all the products that they carry.

I always do flooring and Lumber Liquidators is where I go to get a better buy. They have lumber on sale and it’s a place to go for hardwood and flooring. The quality is good, but if you shop around and you know flooring, competition has the same thing so it’s the price and availability that I’m generally after. However, the flooring is discontinued in less than five years and the only thing that I don't like is that if the wood is discontinued, I have to come up with a different flooring or tear apart the whole thing and replace it.

Antonio was extremely helpful when I purchased some wood flooring at Lumber Liquidators. I'm happy with the product, it's very good quality-wise. I’m installing the flooring myself and I’m letting them dry out before I start laying them down.

I like the dealing with Lumber Liquidators when we purchased wood flooring. They were easy and good to deal with. The guy that we dealt with on the inside was very helpful and even though we asked him a million questions, he never lost patience. Lumber Liquidators was an excellent choice and I would recommend them. And if they keep doing the business the way they dealt with me, then it would be very successful.

We have carpet at home but didn't want it anymore, so we bought hardwood floors from Lumber Liquidators. We just went there and told them what we wanted and we got it. We had them installed in four of our rooms. This is the first time that I purchased from them and I wouldn't do it again. The quality wasn't near very well and it has too many defects. They told me that once I open the box, it was mine and I can't bring it back. But, the experience with going and buying it is totally different from the quality of what I bought, so I might recommend somebody to go to Lumber Liquidators but not to buy what I bought.

We’ve had our flooring for 18 years, it was outdated, and it needed to be replaced. I got engineered flooring with a white cedar finish from Lumber Liquidators and it’s of excellent quality at a fair price. The reps were helpful and good too. I looked at the Big Box store's products and Lumber Liquidators’ products. Lumber Liquidators was more helpful than Big Box and their product was better. And they have a large warehouse, though my material had to be shipped in and it took about a week. I installed the floors myself and, having been in the construction business for 50 years, it ain't nothing for me to do. I just haven't finished the major part of it. I'm doing the front entrance by the front door and the kitchen. I easily could have gotten it done in two days, but the average homeowner would take them a week. Overall I'll buy my next product there when I'm ready to and I'd recommend it to a friend.

I went to the Lumber Liquidators store and they had what I needed. Their sales rep was friendly. I purchased hardwood flooring and the quality is all right. Its weight was a little off but it could have been the mill where they got it from. I installed the flooring myself and it was fairly easy.

We remodeled several rooms and three weeks ago, we had somebody install the wooden flooring we got from L:umber Liquidators. I liked their good and competitive pricing as well as the variety of their products. Their reps were also very knowledgeable and they helped me decide the product to use. They provided a lot of advice, too and they did a good job. I was very satisfied.

Their sales rep was very knowledgeable and great because I brought in the samples and was trying to explain, and he just went right on the computer and found out what I bought before. The cost is kind of expensive but I love the quality. It was also easy for the installation team to work on the product. It was a great experience and I would do it again. The customer service is great and I would recommend Lumber Liquidators to anyone.

I recently purchased some engineered hardwood flooring from Lumber Liquidators. I’ve always wanted the cost to be less, but it wasn't bad. The interactions I’ve had with the sales reps were all positive and they were very helpful. We installed the flooring ourselves and it looks brand new. Everything was cut out properly for tongue and grooves so it all stuck together. It was a great experience overall and I'll use them again.

I used Lumber Liquidators before and recently, I got the Natural Oak three quarter hardwood plank from them. I had a couple of phone calls with their sales reps and they were nice. Then they called me when they received the material, so I could walk over there and pick it up. Everything was smooth and they finished the job. If the time comes up and somebody looks for a hardwood floor, I will recommend Lumber Liquidators.

Tobacco Road acacia handscraped floor – The First box that I opened, I found every board was defective with filler or cracked edge. Was told this was the nature of the product. Which is a lie, I just got done looking at another company's product that was priced lower than Lumber Liquidators with no defects in the box. I was told I would have to eat the cost of the box that I opened. Lumber liquidators should not be allowed to sale defective product to the consumer and the consumer has to eat the cost if they open the product.

I recently purchased some bamboo flooring from Lumber Liquidators. It was for a full project and their reps were great. They were exactly what I needed. They answered the questions I had. The quality of the floor was kind of thin. I thought it would have been a little thicker than what I received.

I really like the bamboo hardwood floor I purchased from Lumber Liquidators. The salesman I spoke with was great and very helpful. I’d recommend Lumber Liquidators.

Attempted to Order online. Impossible. Phoned to order. Was told take 7-10 days for special order and needed 50% payment with credit card. Complete **. Phoned another store in Roanoke Va. Said yes had in stock. Picked up same day. Employees at store not overly friendly. Didnt give good instructions for pick up behind store. Flooring great. Easy install. Love it. Great pricing in whole area.

I just got the engineered bamboo strand flooring from Lumber Liquidators installed on Sunday. I did it myself and it was good. We did the bamboo quarter round molding around the edge. It would’ve been nice to have a little detail on each strip that has a barcode for the bamboo quarter round and something in writing somewhere that said the preferred installation on it is glue. I tried to use nails and it was a nightmare. The bamboo is so hard, and nails and drill bits don’t go through it. It’s all it would need and that would’ve been a really easy install. Everything else was great. Their sales reps were also good and super helpful. I also bought a whole bunch of oak that I have to install. I’d highly recommend Lumber Liquidators.

I was fixing an old floor and Lumber Liquidators had the unfinished heart pine that matched ours. Their sales team was very responsive and everything is good. However, I left some messages and they didn't return the calls. They're so busy that by the time they get to take a breath to listen to the voicemail then call the person back, it didn't work. They need a better answering service or some way of people returning the messages you leave. But once I got them on the phone, they were extremely easy to work with.

I bought a new house and tore out the carpet and replaced it with the flooring I purchased from Lumber Liquidators. The sales reps and the quality of the flooring are good. I installed the flooring myself and it's a lot of work having to nail it but it wasn't bad. The flooring is the engineered stuff that collects and goes together really easy and looks nice so it's good stuff. This is the third flooring we've used from Lumber Liquidators and I've been happy with it. I'll go back to them if I’ll do flooring again.

I’m happy with my first purchase from Lumber Liquidators but it could have gone a bit smoother. I got some hardwood floors and some other flooring for the kitchen, and I like how the flooring looks. The lady who took care of me was good. I had to call them to make an order and when they took it, it got messed up, but they fixed it.

After 20 years of wear and tear, I decided to update the floors in my summer place by the ocean and purchased the cork flooring from Lumber Liquidators. The reps were knowledgeable and helpful. It’s only been down a month but so far, the floor looks stupendous. It finished off the area and it has the look I want and it should be very maintenance-free, too.

I took a sample box of engineered flooring from Lumber Liquidators since I wanted to see what it would look like on my floor. I've been in there several times and sometimes they take too long getting the product out the back door if you try to buy something. One of the reps was very good and super helpful, while one of them was not. He ignored me a little bit or didn't want to listen to me and didn't know what the other person had done. Despite that, I would purchase from them again because they have good pricing on good stuff.

Our contractor referred us to Lumber Liquidators and we went there, chose our hardwood floors and had a talk with their representative. We booked our material on in the first go itself and the person was very transparent in telling us what's good and not for us. We told him that time that we needed 1,100 sq.ft. of wood and he said that they have about 1,000 sq.ft. at their location and 100 sq.ft. somewhere else. But he’s going to arrange for the 100 sq.ft. to come to his place so we can all pick it up all from there. However, when we went to pick it up, he said that the truck didn't come and the remaining 100 sq.ft. had not come. And we need to go to Tukwila which is about 30 miles to go and get the material which was not a part of the deal.

I bought a new house and I got hardwood floor from Lumber Liquidators. It's priced fairly and I found it very easy to install by myself. Their salesman was also very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Lumber Liquidators to a friend.

The Taphouse Oak engineered hardwood floor is beautiful. Love the color, texture and look. Lea ** (Store Manager) at the Santee Store was amazing. She was so very helpful and knowledgeable and such a joy to work with. She went above and beyond my expectations for customer service. Josh is the Asst. Manager and he was very helpful too. I couldn't be more pleased with the product and the service. I will go back for any future flooring needs I may have.

I am very happy with LL. Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I would definitely shop at LL again and recommend it to others. The prices were great too. Delivery was right on time too.

I purchased a couple of products from Lumber Liquidators - a bunch of Acacia wood and some China for hardwood flooring, and then I went back and purchased some Brazilian Pecan for an accent wall in the guest house. I mainly dealt with one guy and there was another guy who was really not very knowledgeable and very unorganized.

The store's shenanigans started after paying the floor. E-mails contradict their calls; cannot return unused stock they calculated. This place is run by highly unethical people. Contractor hated the floor; increase in time ($). Do they really want people's opinion.

We purchased Engineered bamboo flooring from Lumber Liquidators. I just ordered it online and then I had it shipped to the local store that is near me. They called me when the shipment arrived and I scheduled the time to come pick it up.

I recently purchased hardwood floors from Lumber Liquidators for my old home and that's the first time I've known of them. And when my girlfriend and I wanted a house we joined in and fixed the house and then we sold it. We got the flooring from Lumber Liquidators and we installed the floor ourselves and the quality of the flooring was very nice. Their cost in relation to their quality is convenient and it’s a bit cheaper. The installation was nothing hard at all and I’d recommend my friend to Lumber Liquidators.

I was building a mantle and built-in shelving unit into my fireplace. I’ve had two purchases from Lumber Liquidators which I bought three weeks apart. I didn’t need a lot so I only got two bundles of unfinished Hickory wood flooring. The first bundle I got had great quality and Lumber said they had hundreds of square feet in stock but I only got one bundle and other than a couple of pieces that were slightly warped, it was finished well and not cracked so I was very pleased with it.

If I could have given zero stars I would have. Beware doing business with this company. We purchased flooring in July 2017 and returned unopened boxes in July. We were told the refund has to come by check from corporate office. It is now October 2017 and still no refund. My refund is $507.00. We have called multiple times and been given the run around over and over. Reporting to BBB now and next step getting an attorney. They are scammers.

I bought about 800 sq. ft. of solid oak prefinished flooring from Lumber Liquidators and it looks really good. I did some comparisons with Menards and I was happy that I was able to get an equivalent flooring for a cheaper price because Lumber Liquidators had a sale during that time. The sales rep was very helpful. He explained a lot of stuff to me and showed me what they had. Plus, they helped me load it up on my truck when the flooring came in. I put it down myself and it went together really well. There were only a couple of bad pieces I had to disregard. But other than that, the service was great and the quality of the product was good.

We wanted to redo my dining room floor and we bought bamboo flooring from Lumber Liquidators. The sales reps at Lumber Liquidators were very helpful and showed us a lot of different things and then we decided on what we wanted. My husband just finished doing it in five days and it’s beautiful. It was a click floor so there was no nailing or glue involved and there’s a minimum amount of cutting of pieces here and there. It went down pretty easily, and he was quite pleased with the job. The floor looks very nice and clean. Our experience with Lumber Liquidators was very good.

I have been waiting for somebody to give me a call as promised since l came to complain about the disparity in the installation price but nobody did until today 10/17. I am displeased about the way the company perform it services. It is not timely. When you promise to give a call to the customer there must be a follow up to the promise. l was given a quote for the installation after l told them there is nothing to remove or dump but after installation l was sent a bill that included local dump fees. l came in to complain about this bogus bill and l was told somebody will call to fix this, all l know is that l am still waiting. This is not good for business.

Store staff was very helpful in making a selection. She went in the back to get a sample. Flooring arrived on time but at a different store, which wasn't nearby. We had to drive a half an hour away to pick it up. On the whole, a good experience once again.

When I went to Lumber Liquidators, I brought with me some existing floor board which I wanted to match the ones I was going to buy from them. Their sales rep was very helpful in finding me a match and I was very satisfied. I told him the room size and he was able to get me the amount of cartons that I needed to order. I'm not handy or familiar with how these all work and he was very useful in explaining things. I bought the click-style floor board and I was able to get my purchase done in a painless way. If I have to use Lumber Liquidators again or if I had to recommend them, I would.

The product (Hardwood floor) is great. It is hard to install than engineering wood but it is better. It is bright and shine look in my house. They take a good care of their customer. They will price match for you if they drop down the price. I love them.

Staff does not explain anything. Asked for 50% down and when asked when the wood would be shipped they said no shipping because it was not paid in full. Paid in full but still no baseboards. Had to complain as baseboards were suppose to be delivered and the salesperson said he did not want to create too many sales tags for FedEx. I picked up quarter rounds and after numerous calls finally got half of the baseboards. Numerous calls where they insisted the boards were delivered that were not. Called FedEx confirmed the boards were never picked up. Finally oops come pick them up. FedEx is a hassle.

The bamboo flooring we bought from Lumber Liquidators was of great quality. It’s our first time buying from them and we had a really good experience with the sales rep there. He was phenomenal and very friendly. He helped me decide on whether I should go with hardwood or bamboo and went out of his way to find a couple extra things for me and explain the underlayment. I would like for them to give him a kudos because he was really helpful. As far as I know bamboo is going to be really durable for what we need. We got the flooring for our tiny house and though we haven’t actually installed it yet we’ve laid it out to get an idea about where it’s going to go. And so far it looks and feels great.

The service was wonderful and the staff were very helpful whom waited on me. I find it very uncomfortable to watch the store manager being degraded and demoralized by the regional manager. He made it a point to tell the manager that he add several marks against him, in front of customers. If he had a problem with the manager it should have been addressed behind closed doors and not out in the main part of the store.

This is the third time I've purchased something from Lumber Liquidators. We bought an older home so we're upgrading the house a little bit and I bought Bamboo flooring. The rep was great. I showed him pieces of lumber that I had purchased prior and he knew exactly what it was. We love the floor that we purchased and it has good quality.

I purchased a beautiful floor and picked up half the order and came back 2 days later to pick up the other half of the order. The second half of the order was incorrect. My contractor started with the wrong floor and because I was out of country he thought when he got to the boxes with the correct floor that the initial floor he put down was the right one. He went back to LL and exchanged the right floor with the wrong floor and my whole house was done with the incorrect flooring.

Bellawood Select Prefinished Natural Maple Harwood floors: I would highly recommend Lumber Liquidators in Shrewsbury MA to friends and family. Ordered on a Tuesday and product arrived on Thursday. Courteous delivery service. The floors are absolutely beautiful and updated the living space 1200 sq ft from a bland 2002 look of tan/peach tile and brown tan rugs to 2017 fabulous.

The floors that I received looked nothing like the sample in the store. I was told that I could only return unopened boxes. Terrible customer service and an even worse product. In addition, I ordered the floor in the store, paid for them and they wouldn't let my contractor pick them up. He had to pay for them himself and have them reverse my charge on the credit card. Great policy. This experience was nothing but a headache.

We purchased from Lumber Liquidators before and recently, we got hardwood floors from them. We did the installation ourselves which was easy to do. Their products are great quality and we're really happy with it. Their reps were also very accommodating and we were pleased with the whole process. It would be nice if they rented out the nail gun, too, but otherwise, it was a great experience.

We are very satisfied with our purchase for Lumber Liquidators! The local employees in Colorado Springs were very helpful and made sure we got the right product for our project. The online purchase was a breeze and delivery went smoothly.

We were skeptical about ordering hardwood from Lumber Liquidators because of very mixed reviews we found. However having hardwood flooring was important to us and this was the only way we could afford it. We purchased over 1000 sq ft of Beartooth Mountain Oak. We had to return several boxes due to unusable pieces (ie cupping, warped, poor quality) but our local store was so amazing to work with and had no issues getting new boxes. My husband installed them no problem. I would recommend them.

They sold us Red Oak but they were water damage! And we had to spend lots of time discussing (arguing) with the shop representative. And they say we cannot refund. I don't have knowledge of wood. Lucky my Handyman came with me who buy a lot from this shop to help me.

I purchased a home in Sept. 2017 and needed to replace flooring prior to moving in. Jim and the other guys at the Somersworth NH store were great, knowledgeable and friendly and helped me throughout the project. I was very happy with the service and responsiveness. And although I had installed flooring myself in the past it was helpful to have them so close and available for any questions I would have.

We had a great experience - everyone was very helpful and we LOVE our hand-scraped acacia floors. I especially liked how the salesman showed us the difference of each wood (and examples of how some are softer than others). They also let us take samples home. A great selection of floors to choose from.

My salesman was very rude and disrespectful, I had to accept 2 boxes of hardwood flooring that was open and when I complained he got very nasty. He was mad because he had to finish my order at the end of his shift. I don't want to shop at this store anymore because this is not the first problem I've had there.

Butter scotch oak flooring and vinyl planks - I was very happy with the selection and the service with the delivery and at the store. I would highly recommend this location and Lumber Liquidators. The delivery was on time and the people at the store were so helpful.

I have been doing business with the Ft Myers, Florida store for the past five years. I have been so totally satisfied with the service and the products they sell that I have never considered going elsewhere. I recommend Lumber Liquidators to everyone that is considering a flooring product that they sell. The staff is knowledgeable about their products and the appropriate application for each of them.

The "Select Red Oak" was poorly milled and must be refinished. My customer was very disappointed. The wood had varying widths and thicknesses, causing lips between many (30%) of the boards. The wood was actually select grade and the finish layer was excellent, but the mill did an awful job of cutting the wood.

I purchased bamboo click flooring from Lumber Liquidators and it was my third time that I bought from them. There were people in the store when I went there, so I had to wait for a little while but that should be expected. Once the sales reps got to me, they stayed with me until everything was done. The quality of the floor is also great. It was pretty easy to install. Everything is good and I'll recommend them to a friend.

We've gotten a lot of things from Lumber Liquidators. We got four bedrooms down the hallway in Hickory and we also got three rooms in Oak going downstairs and all that was good. But the quality of the pieces weren't all that great on the Oak. I remember there's a lot of small pieces that you can't use except for like the ends. Also I had a bad experience with the first one that I got. It's called Taun and the salespeople told me that it was harder than oak but it ended up bad. It's a dark floor and there are a lot of scratches and indentations everywhere through the floor.

I love my new hardwood floors. I could not believe the difference in the house when carpets were replaced by the hardwood floors. The house looks much newer and bigger with the new floors. It just looks fresh and clean.

We have had a couple different orders through Lumbar Liq. beginning last year when my husband put laminate down on our entire house in Indian Trail, after 23 yrs of carpeting. We sold our home a couple months ago and now living in an older home in Concord, NC and come all the way back to Matthews and is currently putting down Bamboo engineered flooring through this home. Chris is a great asset to your Matthews store.

I went to Lumber Liquidators in Rock Hill, South Carolina, two work days apart. My account was pulled up yet, I was given different thicknesses of bamboo and therefore was not able to use them continuously. Now I need the piece for a step up...

The Brazilian Cherry floors look beautiful but are faded under every rug I have on them. It will be very hard to resell house with floors in this condition. Wrote a letter to LL to no avail. Never again will we purchase from LL. I guess you always get what you pay for.

Beware, these two companies work together to legally drain your wallet. Lumber liquidators + Synchrony Bank (They deserve zero stars). This is what happened to me, I wanted to buy a $12,000 very nice wood floor. Lumber liquidators offered me 18 months credit line at 0% apr with Synchrony bank. I signed a credit line contract, but there was a catch, and I was not warned of it, usury clauses!!! Because of that, the floor cost me $15,600 instead $12,000. Beware! If you sign a contract with usury clauses and high interest rates, the law will not protect you from usury, I didn't expect this bad treatment as their customer, neither not to be protected by law, but it is true, my mistake, learn from my experience. After 18 months, the debt balance was $2,000. And I was expecting to pay in full in 4 months more.

I had two separate orders as I was redoing two separates rooms. Salespeople were very helpful and were able to find exactly what I needed. The underlayment and oak flooring worked out perfectly. Your store had everything I needed.

Everyone at this business is very knowledgeable and professional. We are a returning customer for a reason. We will be back in the future. The flooring that you sell is very durable and easy to clean. It is exactly what we were looking for. Great store.

Helpful, friendly and not pushy! We installed it with their instructions. Easy and beautiful! Would use them again without hesitation. May do more rooms. Replace carpet which is full of allergens. My wife loves the easy care and I loved the ease of installation.

We loved the selection and ordered for delivery that week. We have other construction going on in our house and couldn't do anything until the floors were in. The floors didn't arrive the day we were told and we were nervous about the product not having time to acclimate. We were given specific directions on how to speed up the process and the floors turned out amazing. They corrected their mistake and were very helpful throughout the process!

I was disappointed. My order was to arrive in two weeks. I thought it was a long time but I was willing to pay more than what was in stock at Lowe's and wait because I wanted to patronize a smaller company and thought Lumber Liquidators probably treated their employees better. I went to the store after more than two weeks and the order was not there. They said it would take another week. A week later it was not there. I then got a email that it had arrived but when I went to the store only half was there.

We placed an order for 1000 square feet of solid hardwood and we stopped by the store on Thursday to pay for the order that was to be delivered on Friday and we were told the order did not make it on the delivery truck, therefore we would have to wait another week. We could not wait since our furniture would be arriving the week after and we had to get the floor completed. Unfortunately, we had to go to three Lowe's stores to get what we needed.

I called the Westbury store three times to try to get a referral to an installer. Each time I called there seemed to be no record of my request. I bought flooring and had it installed through a contractor referred by Lumber Liquidators in 2015, and we had a leak in our house in August 2017, so I was looking for another referral to replace the damaged flooring. I found another resource ultimately and was really disappointed by this experience this year. Very different from 2015.

I bought 2 bundles of "select" unfinished white oak from the Arlington store in Jax, which are stacked with faces inward. After driving 5 hours to repair my parents floor, when I opened it to do the repair every piece was defective - huge gauges - large imperfections - and each piece had a long crayon mark on the face as if it had been marked as defective at some point. We returned the product and were credited for the purchase. There should have been some kind of exterior mark that would tell the store the product was seconds or scrap wood. It appears they did not know.

We arrived at the CC store and found Bamboo engineered flooring. What we were looking for was in stock and we bought it for our contractor to pick up and install. The staff at this store were extremely helpful and sincere and very knowledgeable. My wife and I highly recommend this store and staff. Our floors are AWESOME.

This was not my first time at Lumber Liquidators. Many rooms in my house are covered with their flooring, some well over ten years old. I love the variety they offer, selections to fit any budget and excellent Quality when it is Real Wood that I am after. "Sam", Samantha, the "New Girl" has been there to help me the last three times so she is establishment and a regular now and often is running the place by herself. She is a multi-tasker extraordinaire working the front counter, always helpful with a smile and driving the forklift and hand loading heavy parcels of flooring by herself! Pretty amazing employee in this age when it is difficult to get good help. She knows the product she sells and will advise for tools and accessories all along the way. I still have another room to do so I will be back!

Although the flooring was a good quality, I was disappointed that the actual flooring color blend contained significant brown shades. The sample in the store certainly didn't match what was sold. Also there was a large number of small pieces which made it challenging for my professional installer.

We had a great overall experience purchasing from Lumber Liquidators and product looks great installed. Jake was very helpful and knowledgeable at the local Tulsa Lumber Liquidators store with selecting the right product to meet our needs. We do wish the wood pieces were a little longer but still looks good. Thank you.

I had never shopped at Lumber Liquidators before, and was very happy with the service and professionalism of your people at the East Brunswick NJ location. They listened to what I wanted and helped me pick out the perfect floor. It looks great!

We are having problems with our new floor. The guys that came out to install the floor did a great job. BUT the floor is now starting to come up. They came out yesterday to fix the Bamboo that is coming up. There are chips in some of the boards and some are still loose.

Customer service is everything. It seems that we have forgotten how to treat customers in this country. Most places are terrible. However, I was very happy about the help, service and was glad to do business here. I got immediate help and decided to not even compare prices with other flooring shops or bother with driving elsewhere since Lumber Liquidators prices were reasonable and more importantly, the manager and other sales representative knew their products and had all the answers to my questions.

We are a custom home builder and have been satisfied with the assistance that we receive from Sarah at the Lynchburg, VA store. I am dealing with Joshua at Customer Care for a warranty issue and have been VERY disappointed. I have to CONTINUOUSLY beg for updates with no response until I call 2 or 3 times. This has been a TERRIBLE experience. We have been working with Customer Care on 8/26 with all information requested submitted on 9/6. They did not request an inspection until the END of September.

Sarasota Office was great to us and we like them a lot. We had several times orders with them and all the times the service and information was great. I would recommend them to other people. The product is good quality and the manager is good also, his recommendations went along way in our decisions.

Ordered flooring and a butcher bock online. The order came in within 1 week and was contacted by my local store to come pick up. Pick up was speedy and quick without any issues. Great doing business with Lumber Liquidators and will do again in the future.

I had no intentions to rate my experience but since you opened the door. I walked into the door to the showroom which was dark, lights came on when I walked in so I assume they shut off when no one is inside. I talk to the salesman. He proceeds to the back and I hear him and another guy ** this and ** that, talking about me etc. Then when the salesman notices me standing at the door listening he says, "The customer is out there." I get the boxes loaded, some are damaged and the guy's response is, "Go in and talk to the other guy. That's not my thing." He doesn't even get off the fork truck to check the boxes. I just left considering I had no option because the flooring I bought was out of stock. It was ridiculous. Computer said they had 15 boxes and they barely had 5. I own a business installing floors and always send my customers to LL. Not anymore!!!

Just finished my second project using Lumber Liquidator products. Both times the people in the shop were excellent resources, good people. The products we decided on were perfect for the application and both turned out beautifully. Will buy again from Lumber Liquidators.

It was Store 248 in West Allis. Guys in store are great. Got all of my materials over 2 months ago. Frank the installer does not return calls or e-mails. Finally I gave up and am looking for a new installer. Not good business to sell flooring but no installer to put it in. We spent about $5,000 last year. But now we will never use LL again after this experience. Thanks.

We haven't laid our latest purchase, but we've used the Morningstar Strand Click Bamboo in 3 other rooms and are very pleased with the outcome. Be aware the wood is very hard, we used quite some time cutting it with our little saw. It's great that it's hard though, we have 2 office chairs rolling around on it, and not a scratch. Friendly, helpful service from Lumber Liquidators and a good product.

We've bought hardwood from Lumber Liquidators when we built a couple of houses and I did it all online. The quality of the hardwood was good and we like it. I have installed the floors myself and it's easy. I'm satisfied with my experience.

I bought a new house and I needed to update the floors so I bought stranded bamboo laminate flooring from Lumber Liquidators three weeks ago. It was expensive, but it's not as expensive as other places. I installed it by myself and the product is easy to work with. The interactions I had with their reps were fun, helpful, and great.

I recently got an oak hardwood flooring from Lumber Liquidators for a customer. Their sales staff were very good. I did all the flooring installation and it was very easy. There were no difficulties with it at all. The quality of the flooring is very good.

I have purchased flooring in the past from Lumber Liquidators when we went to wood from linoleum and I was pleased with their products. When I had to replace some panels, I went back to them again and got the matching wood. They have good quality products and pricing, plus their staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

A few years ago we tried to compare Lumber Liquidators' prices with Home Depot but it was a bit confusing for me since I didn’t know then much about hardwood flooring. But I had the feeling that Lumber Liquidators were the better deal so we've been sticking with them ever since. I recently purchased Bamboo flooring from them and it looks great. We're happy with it. We've installed their product in several units over the years and it has held up.

I have purchased from Lumber Liquidators before. This time, I had carpet and I wanted to change our old floor, so I bought Bamboo flooring from them for our three bedrooms. I had a fine time with their sales reps. I had to return some products because of coverage, but everything went smoothly. I hired someone to install the floor, and so far, the quality of the flooring is good. I'll recommend Lumber Liquidators to anybody because they have the best price and they have different selections. They are the best one I had to go.

I did jobs which were remodels from a flood for six houses, 24 apartments and offices. We bought all the floors from Lumber Liquidators. I was very pleased. I shopped other places and went back to them. They worked with me, my contractor and my landlord and the price was right for them. I've been happy with the quality too. I went with vinyl floors in the apartments and offices. I put bamboo in the houses. I had many conversations and dealings with the reps and they're all very friendly and nice. We were happy with everything.

We got a cork floor for the kitchen from Lumber Liquidators before and recently, I purchased some tongue and groove flooring for the kitchen which was overdue and the front porch which was rotted. We've had good luck with the quality of the flooring and I did the installation myself. The sales representatives are fine and always helpful when I go there. Most of the time, I know what I want when I get there but if I've got some questions or if I'm uncertain about something, I'll ask them if this material is easy to install and is easy to work with. Like the tongue and groove, I was looking for a specific size which was three and a half inch wide panels because I wasn't replacing the whole floor. I was just replacing half of the floor so I wanted to keep it uniform. And we went out in the back and found that they had several different sizes including the three and a half inches which was what I needed. The team at Lumber Liquidators has been timely, fair, and knowledgeable.

Had 3 estimates, 2 for Brazilian Koa, 1 for Golden Acacia. Only interested in the Brazilian, had associate print both copies. Called the next day to order, had the Assistant Mgr. Half the order placed on a card, then told to come in with ID & pay for the rest to have order set. Thought I was lucky, told another nearby store had the wood in stock. Went in to pay, associate there was pleasant, we talked about how Brazilian Koa is a popular wood, lucky it was in stock. $6519.39.

We purchased a Brazilian cherry solid wood flooring, an engineered product, from Lumber Liquidators. Their selection and price made me continue to purchase from them. I already purchased at the Lumber Liquidators down in Florida and this was the first time at this location. The interactions with the sales reps were all positive. The purchased flooring was all factory packaged and it's awaiting installation. It was scheduled but then the installer had a conflict, so I may not use them, instead, I may use a friend of mine to do it with me. Overall, I was very satisfied with Lumber Liquidators before and this time as well.

I bought flooring from Lumber Liquidators for my business and the sales reps were helpful. The flooring I got was okay but it was too expensive. I thought Lumber Liquidators was the cheapest but they were not. Floor and Decor will beat them on price all day long. People want the cheapest and they think that Lumber Liquidators is liquidating so they're cheaper, but that's just wordplay.

I purchased engineered floors from Lumber Liquidators and their sales reps were all nice. I used them before and they provided good quality items and good price. Everything was nice and smooth with the installation and the team had plenty of time for rest. Everything's good with Lumber Liquidators.

I was remodeling the whole house and I bought some Bamboo flooring four years ago from Lumber Liquidators. It was in-stock and I picked it up. We knew what we wanted and that transaction was flawless. The product was very dense and the quality was fine. The cost was fair too, however the glue was very hard to spread. That little clip that they put in there to spread the glue was worthless. It didn't stay on the trowel. I do remodels and if anybody wants glue down floors, I'm staying away from Lumber Liquidators. It was a mess to clean up and it was harder to put down.

We switched from carpeting to hardwood and chose Lumber Liquidators for the cost. It’s a smooth process. We were able to pick what we wanted and get it quickly. The sales reps were prompt. However, the second time, we received a bunch of boxes that were damaged but they were very quick in replacing them and the quality was great. So far, after having it for three years, the flooring's still great.

Lumber Liquidators has various flooring selections versus everybody else and I was trying to match some existing flooring. The salespeople were helpful and understanding but we found that the products didn't match the samples that the store had. We ended up returning it and now we are still looking but the experience was generally good.

I absolutely love the strand bamboo flooring that I got from Lumber Liquidators. The sales rep was really good with me. He helped me to figure out how much flooring I needed and the products to go with it. He also made sure I had everything to do the job without making two or three trips. Once I had all the tools, the flooring was very easy to install. It replaced the carpet in my house which I got tired of and since then, our house was cleaner. It exceeded what we expected. We dust about once a week now instead of three times a week. Lumber Liquidators has great service and excellent price. They had everything in stock but I wish they had a closer store.

The carpets at home were gross, so we decided to update our flooring and bought the Morning Star carbonized bamboo flooring from Lumber Liquidators. When I was researching the floor, I was looking for more information on the environmental impact in the home, like how healthy the bamboo would be or whether there would be any formaldehyde content in it but that was difficult to find. There's nothing available online, or via brochures. So I called them, and they told me that that wasn’t the case with the Lumber Liquidator's product. Nonetheless, their price is reasonable and their sales rep was more than helpful. I did the installation myself which was easy and I like the quality of the products, it holds up really well. It was a brief and productive experience, which is what I needed.

Trying to get floor installed after I have paid for installation is a nightmare. After paying for installation Installers have not called to set up an appointment. Proactively I have called installers who blame Lumber Liq. for not sending paperwork. Called store and asked them to check on it. They said corporate was sending as of today. They have not according to installers. This is ongoing for over 2 weeks and I can't get any answers from either the store or installers. Lumber Liquidators knows how to take your money but delivering the services is not in their makeup. Frustrated in Elgin.

We purchased from Lumber Liquidators about four years ago and then we put down some cork and we had some cork and laminate. We had some water damage and so I had to get cork again to make some repairs. The sales reps have always been good. They know their product, they're courteous and helpful but they’ve never discussed much about the warranty. The flooring is not the most expensive but for the price, it's a good quality. I installed it myself and it was easy. I had a bad experience with what I tried to do last summer wherein the replacement product didn’t go in right. It was something I can't explain because I had put down laminate before and it was the same as the regular laminate. Then we had some further water damage this summer. I used a different box of product than what I had used last year and it all seemed to work good. I was very satisfied.

I had a very good experience with all the employees I picked. Alla would you tell me what kind of stain to use how to keep it clean. I was really so happy that I used all the work myself and I even bought a nail gun and compressor from them. Not recommend them to everybody if anybody doesn't know how to install it. I'll show you and help you. You could do yourself.

I recently purchased hardwood floors from Lumber Liquidators and the products were of good quality. The cost was also good and fair. I used the wood to make furniture and it was a challenge. The joints between the boards were not very tight so it was difficult to hold it together while assembling a tabletop. But, that was not its application so I anticipated a little difficulty which was okay. My interactions with their sales reps were really good. They were very knowledgeable and very helpful. It was not easy to find the product so they had to search for the inventory across several states and they got it. I’ll use them again.

I am always pleased with Lumber Liquidators. They deliver a great product for the best price. This is the first time we ordered the utility flooring. While it was bent up and a lot of tongues were missing, the character of the floor is quite unique and my client loves it.

I occasionally flip houses and I’ve been using Lumber Liquidators for about six years now. I purchased hardwood flooring and typically, my experience has been very good with them. However, with my last transaction, they messed up my order. They ordered my flooring and I picked it up. I used it and we ran out. So, I called for them to order some more and the rep said, “I’ll have it added on today and we should be able to get your wood in a day or two.” I said, “Okay, make sure you add it on.” But when I went there to pick up the wood, they told me my order didn’t make it on the truck. It looked like nobody called to have it placed. So, I had to wait another seven days before I could get it. I’ve already paid for it and they did not rectify the situation, which was disheartening.

We have been in our home long enough that we needed to replace the carpet and we’ve been talking about going back with wood. So, we bought some pre-finished flooring from Lumber Liquidators. The sales reps were very nice, informative and couldn’t have been any better. We're satisfied with them.

Some flooring in my apartment got ruined, so I got engineered wood flooring from Lumber Liquidators. They have a lot of good selections. The sales rep was informative and good. He explained that there was a 30-year warranty, but I wish I had more information on the warranty. I hired somebody else to install the flooring. Although I'm happy with the way it looks, the top wood layer was very thin. Also, the cost might have been a wee bit high. After the flooring was installed, I found other ones that seemed to be better but less expensive. Nevertheless, I’m glad that Lumber Liquidators has a 30-year warranty and that they stand behind it, even though I'm not going to be living for that time with this flooring because I’m getting ready to sell the apartment.

Just recently purchased oak hardwood floor. Looked really nice in the store but when we received boxes and opened couple of them the quality was just awful. Not the same like what they are selling. Customer service in the store was absolutely bad. We had the hardest time returning it. Had to pay for rental truck to bring all this back. I will not recommend this place to purchase floors.

I bought the bamboo easy click, five-inch wide planks from them. The sales reps are great to work with to help you figure out what's coming up and plan ahead. Typically, if I know I'm going to be doing something, I'll find out if they have the stuff in stock or give them a heads up and they can get it for me. The quality's very good and very easy to work with. It's bamboo so it's like cutting a concrete or a granite. That’s the only thing but it's nice precision cuts. We're putting it down on concrete flooring.

I like the floor so much that I will be back for more. The color and natural beauty of the hardwood floor really sets off the entry where I used it so now I am convinced to use it through the entire house, except for bathrooms.

Awesome product - Bella wood, a little expensive but worth it as the contractor they had to install did a great job! It really opened the area where the install took place and we are very happy with the overall project.

I purchased bamboo flooring and an underlayment from Lumber Liquidators for the third time. I bought the same wood over the last four years since doing our house. I call the sales representative every time I wanted something. In fact, I called them today because I'm missing a threshold. And I had to order another threshold and they made sure they had it in stock then we made arrangements for when I would go pick it up. They've always been easy to get along with. I like the quality of the flooring and the cost is a lot lower than other flooring places. My son is installing the floor for us and the flooring is the tongue and groove type so it snaps together and we don’t have to glue it. It’s nice not to have the smell or the mess. Lumber Liquidators is exceptional and we had a good experience all the way around. I would use them anytime we can and recommend them to anyone looking for wood.

The price was fair. The product was great. I laid the floor myself, it looks great. I have plans to do another room. Which is larger than the one I just finished. It is the Acacia floor. I like the random lengths and colors in the wood. The San Marcos people were helpful.

We remodeled a spare bedroom and we purchased wood flooring from Lumber Liquidators. It’s the second flooring that we have and we had the same product in the computer room. We had some leftover and they were able to find us enough boxes so we didn’t have to buy a whole set. The cost and quality of the flooring were also good. My husband installed it, which was easy, and everything went great.

My experience was nothing but fantastic! All the staff at the Beltsville, MD location are friendly. When I went, initially, to make my purchase, James, the gentlemen who helped me with my purchase was knowledgeable, courteous, patient, and professional. His knowledge and patience with me is what helped me to decide the right floor for me. And I am very satisfied with my new hardwood floors! I've been back to this store since my purchase to return the extra wood, and have been helped by two young women who were just as professional and patient as James. I'm not the easiest consumer to deal with at times but I do value great customer service. Your employees at this store are the epitome of great customer service. Service keeps me loyal. Thank you.

The ordering and delivery process was good the back end not so much. Asking for experience on installation was horrible. They couldn't troubleshoot a nail problem with the equipment they sold me which was horribly troubling. I was forced to pay money to get your installer to come out and tell me that we were nailing into the wrong side of the board... even after bringing the board, pic's and the nailing back into your shop 45 mins away from my house. Everyone looked at it and couldn't figure out the problem. This tells me they have never installed in their life. They were useless.

The staff was very patient while my wife and I considered the many choices and colors of wood flooring. I installed 500 square feet of 5" Oak and it went smooth as glass. Very happy. My order was filled as expected. The order was accurate. Minimal amount of defects to cull out. Good Job!

Woman in State College was not friendly and was abrasive and unfriendly on numerous occasions with me and wife to a point which my wife went outside till I was done ordering, and the fact is the two other men that works there are very nice but I spent a lot of money on flooring there should not be. Took back extra padding back 9-14-2017 and was hoping she was not there. Saw my daughter later and told me to shop there for good prices because she has dealings with them but not her, and told her she was as friendly as a wasp. She should not treat me or anybody else like she did us and I will bet she has...

I will start out, I am only giving that rating of satisfied because I am giving Lumber Liquidators the benefit of the doubt. There is a glaring disconnect in communication and the understanding of contractual obligations and responsibilities. Both installers and Sales need to be aware of the contractual obligations and follow through with them. I have not had a bad experience dealing with the good people of Idaho, but I am reserving judgment for a later date. My floor is beautiful, but the install team decided to ask someone in the household (someone not in charge of decision making) if the furniture needed to be moved back into place. The installer should have had on his work order that that was a service that was paid for and was mandatory.

Went to store several times because I wasn't sure of the type or color of laminate floor that I wanted. The salesman was patient with me. He explained the difference in the types of wood flooring. I eventually got an engineered redwood that I absolutely loved AND at a great price. I never thought that I would buy from Lumber Liquidators especially after looking other discount stores. The price is right and the service that I received was even better!

I own apartment buildings in Buffalo NY. I buy my hardwood exclusively at the Walden Ave store in Cheektowaga NY. The guys there are incredible. Great product and a great price. I walk in and they greet me by name and they really know their products. I'm in and out quick with a few laughs in between. I deal with a lot of suppliers. The Lumber Liquidators on Walden in Cheektowaga are on the TOP of my list.

Though staff were fairly nice, the purchasing, ordering and receiving of product paid for was an absolute nightmare! Emails sent saying product had arrived, followed by us driving to the store only to find there was no product would have been bad enough. But no, times that by four and I think you get the idea. In the end three staff were frustrated too. The store manager drove to another store on his vacation to pick up our order himself and another wonderful staff drove the order to our house! Your staff choices are great but your corporate system is the worse we have seen!

I had a great experience with all of the personnel at the location in Huntsville AL. The managers were very nice and made sure I had everything I needed. The order came in on time as they said. Also, when I needed an extra box to complete my floor installation they found another store in the state that could get it to me quicker. My only complaint is the return policy. I paid over $1400 in cash. When I return the glue that cost over $500 they told me I have to wait 3-5 weeks to get a check in the mail. I'm in my third week and no refund yet! Not very happy about that! Overall I'd recommend this business to anyone with flooring needs/desires.

I was initially looking to buy native hardwood for my flooring needs e.g. Oak, Hickory, Ash, Walnut. When shopping, the native woods were out of my price range. Since I wanted to install my own floor the cost of install was not figured and I would be able to afford more. LL's had a Brazilian Walnut on sale for $4.99/sqft. I knew that Brazilian Walnut, aka ipe is a super hard, insect resistant, waterproof, and a very dense imported wood that is sometimes harvested illegally. I did some research and LL's product was not purchased from illegal harvesting.

Unorganized, sent the wrong size flooring, part of the delivery was 3 1/8" which I ordered 2 bundles were 5". Caused the flooring not to finish and order takes 2 week, total mess. Also when I called the salesperson did not know they carried 3 1/8" yellow pine, I found out myself on the internet.

Bamboo Flooring - Lumber Liquidators of Kalamazoo were fabulous. They helped me understand the best method of installation, choice of flooring and how to get the flooring sooner than what a delivery would entail. Great service, no questions asked on return of excess materials.

Our floors were outdated and we had replaced the walls in our house that left huge gaps in the flooring so, we decided to go ahead and got a bamboo engineered floor from Lumber Liquidators. We bought everything online and we had our flooring installer take care of everything else. We love the quality. Overall, our experience with Lumber Liquidators was straightforward, easy, and no hassle.

I took in a floor sample to match. Allowed store manager to find a fit, i.e. color and thickness. Terrible match. Inferior quality. Color value is off considerably. Quality of item is poor. It's like someone 'printed' the pattern. Terrible product. Will not shop here again. Nothing cheap about the cost. The product not worth the price.

We ordered 660 sq ft of hardwood flooring, 7 rolls of underlayment and 200 ft of QR molding. Our order was promised to be delivered between 9am-12:30pm on the 5th day after purchase. We had contractors on site with the anticipation of having these materials. They did not show up on time and in fact were 2 hours late causing problems with our installers. Additionally the moldings were not delivered, when I called and asked I was told they were back ordered. There was no mention of this at time of purchase and nobody reached out to inform us of this. When the molding were available a couple days later I was asked to come and pick them up despite paying for shipping. I was told there was only 1 person at the store and nobody was available for to deliver it. We are very unhappy with this situation.

Love the Morningstar HD stranded Bamboo flooring! Attempted to purchase online, price was $2.59 sq.ft., put quantity in the shopping cart and my cart reflected a price of $2.79 sq.ft. Had to call and talk to a CS agent, who needed approval from a manager (who was not there) to give the lower price. I have never experienced a price switch when purchasing online, it was frustrating to have to call and argue with someone over it. Other than that, I have had good experiences in purchasing from Lumber Liquidators.

3 1/4 inch select red Oak - I came into the store on August 28 and purchased 74 ft.² of red Oak select flooring. I brought an actual piece of the existing flooring in with me and the sales person told me it was definitely 100% select red Oak. So I purchased it. Only to find out when my floor guy came in and went to scrape the floors that it was in fact select White Oak. Unfortunately the floor was already installed and could not be returned. When trying to locate their correct flooring Lumber Liquidators had none of the flooring that I needed in stock at any of the local locations. I ended up having to purchase it from another dealer paying twice the amount I should've paid when the original sales person sold me the wrong product. I will not be shopping at Lumber Liquidators again if nothing is done to rectify this problem. Not only did I pay twice for material I ended up doing twice the labor.

The product red oak was lovely and I am pleased with the appearance... It has been 3 weeks and the smell from the pre-processed polyurethane disappeared... It took several weeks with windows wide open for more than 2 weeks. However, my only dissatisfaction is with the very high delivery charge of $340 to bring the wood into my condo and put on the floor... Also, they sent only ONE person!!! After I had 2 boxes of wood left over, I did not open all 27 boxes, and when I called for them to pick up the excess they wanted to charge me again!!! I really had an issue with the first charge but the second is I felt reportable to the Better Business Bureau as an price gouging...

I did order and install flooring from them. The flooring was the vinyl that resembles wood. The flooring failed. I did get a credit but now I have to do the job over again. It had a 50 year warranty and didn't last one year.

Terrible bait and switch practices. Will never purchase from again. Was told returns were allowed as long as they were in original condition. Tried to return 3 bundles and they said sorry it was a special order (even though it is a STOCKED item!).

I originally purchased solid hardwood from LL because I was assured it would be ok to glue directly down to my concrete subfloor. This was confirmed by their corporate installers hotline. After I had the wood delivered I started going out for bids and was told by every contractor that solid hardwood was a mistake and it would surely buckle within a couple years of installation because of moisture. After much back and forth, the store did end up exchanging the hardwood for engineered, and they helped me out on price considering the shipping costs I had to eat. Overall my experience was ok, but I felt like they would have sold me anything without truly understanding my circumstances. My advice: be prepared with the pros/cons of different materials in your home. You will need to be very knowledgeable in order to avoid headaches later on. I suggest speaking with contractors first, then going to LL.

Great experience from the moment I walked in. My saleswoman, Courtney, was very helpful and made the whole process very easy for me. I picked my flooring and she did the rest. The product was delivered on time. I had it installed by my contractor and the floors look excellent. Couldn't be happier with the service and products I received from Lumber Liquidators. Oh, did I mention that I got a great deal? I did. Caught the tail end of a sale and paid less than $2.50 a square foot including premium underlayment and vapor barrier. Would, and have, recommended to my friends and family. My Aunt just bought new bamboo floors from the same store.

It took us about 5 trips to the store to finally settle on a floor. Each time, we were greeted by Don or Mike and knew who we were, what we looked at last time, and where to go from here. Super nice and knowledgeable staff and GREAT product! We bought a floor that wasn't too cheap and it worried us (buying without seeing it in the house yet as we were still in the purchasing stage) but once they were in, WOW. We are so in love with them and they look AMAZING and are super strong. We're going to be looking for more flooring in the near future and we won't be going anywhere else! Thank you guys!

I wanted to get rid of the carpet so I purchased bamboo flooring from Lumber Liquidators. I had to go to their store to give them a credit card. They wouldn't take the credit card over the phone for ordering and I've already ordered the same product from them. I encountered two different people because my guy didn't measure correctly, so I had to keep going in there to reorder. I already knew the product I wanted that was in other parts of my house and I wanted to finish the whole house. I like the quality and I've had it in some of my other rooms for three years and there are no scratches and I have a Doberman. However, I would like for them to have faster shipping and not have to pay for it. I had to pay for shipping on some nosing because they don't have the product in their store right now.

I recently bought wood flooring for my business from Lumber Liquidators. I had purchased plenty of stuff from them before. My interactions with the sales reps were fine and there was nothing unsatisfactory nor out of the ordinary with these. The quality of the flooring I got was great and the cost was fair. I installed the flooring myself and it was easy to work with. I was happy with everything.

The finish on their flooring is not at all durable. I put their Hardwood flooring in my Kitchen, after it got wet for about a minute before I clean it up, the finish was splitting. I complained to NLL about this, they said I should not have put it in a Kitchen, their salesman knew where it was going. They also said the flooring had to be in a room with constant 30-50% humidity, average humidity in NJ is 65-70%, so no opening the windows. I was hoping for a Sealant to put down, but all I got was a rude Store Manager in Fairfield NJ and Customer Service which didn't help. Poor product and service.

I am disappointed with both the product and the service of Lumber Liquidators. I installed the solid bamboo flooring according to the written instructions. I even called the headquarters to confirm I was doing the installation correctly. My floor has continued to shrink for over 2 years. I have replaced the end pieces 4 times now and had to buy more product. When I tell the service department what is going on they give me a blank look as if to say too bad. They are very nice when they are selling me more product. I will never use this company again.

Lumber Liquidators was friendly and informative. We were remodeling the house and we purchased Brazilian Cherry from them. So far, the quality of the flooring is good. It’s a little bit cheaper but feels it modern.

We were doing a remodeling project and we purchased a half-inch bamboo flooring from Lumber Liquidators. The sales representatives were really good then I installed the flooring myself which was very easy. We had a nice flooring at a fair price and we're very satisfied.

I have shopped for several floor items related to my latest "flip" project, at the Scottsdale branch. I have had a very positive experience at this store in general, but in particular, I would like to highly praise Ben at this branch. He has been extremely helpful, and goes out of his way in order to please the customer, no matter what it is. Whether showing off the products available, products online, reviewing the orders, going to the back to look for products I needed, loading those products either on my car or my contractor's truck, Ben has always been there ready and very glad to help and serve. Can't find better words to praise Ben. If I need anything floor related, I feel very confident to just pick up my phone, call Ben, and be ready to go to the branch to pick up what I need, whether that same day or the next. Ben will call me to let me know.

Lumber Liquidators had good prices and the customer service was great. The sales representatives were just like my buddies. They showed me different types of products and the difference between them. They also asked me what I was doing and where I was putting it, and they educated me a little bit. I bought about 300 square feet of some white bamboo flooring for a couple of floors in a couple of my buildings. Then a couple of contractors that work for me installed the flooring which was great stuff. My residents love it.

I pulled the carpet out two years ago and I was tired of concrete. So I purchased bamboo flooring from Lumber Liquidators recently. I also bought laminate flooring from them. Their sales reps were wonderful. I went in, told them what I wanted and they helped me out. I was done within 30 minutes and I loved it. I am pleased with the quality of the flooring. It was perfect. My experience with Lumber Liquidators is very easy, simple, and quick. I’m going to have my daughter go there to purchase her flooring.

We bought our flooring & glue etc from Lumber Liquidators. After 18 months the floors started to warp at the seams. They blamed the installer for using the wrong glue although THEY recommended & sold us the glue that was used and the installer came from THEIR approved list. Then they said the problem was moisture & THERE IS NO GUARANTEE AGAINST MOISTURE for their bamboo. Even though we had our slab tested & there is no moisture in the slab. They have basically said they won't even come & check it out so now after 3 years my floors are totally ruined and my only option is to hire an attorney. Also their recommended installer did a terrible job and we had to have them come back several times to try and correct things. All in all it was a very bad experience & I would never recommend them or use them again.

I bought a house about a year ago and ripped some carpet up and put some laminate in one room and then some bamboo in another. I bought some bamboo flooring from Lumber Liquidators recently to finish what I started about a year ago. Thus far, the quality of the flooring is pretty good. I like the convenience of Lumber Liquidators. I went to several different places and going to Lumber Liquidators was a lot easier. I like being able to look at different things that I can pick from. And rather than having just one thing to pick from, Lumber Liquidators had 30 different ones. I have recommended them to a couple of friends. I'm definitely satisfied.

We got tired of carpeting so I got strand bamboo flooring from Lumber Liquidators. I brought it home myself and installed it. It’s good quality and got a good price too. The reps there were very knowledgeable and I had a good experience with them.

It was time for upgrading my floors and so I bought hardwood flooring, tread, riser, siding and moulding from Lumber Liquidators. Initially, I went to their store to get estimated prices and their sales reps were very courteous and pleasant. They explained to me exactly what my options were and helped me select what I needed. They were happy to accept the extras that I had. The products were not in stock at that time in that store but they were able to order it from one of their warehouses. I then went back and picked it up. So far, the flooring is good and I like it. My experience with Lumber Liquidators has been very stress-free. Their products are reasonably priced and have good quality.

Even though Lumber Liquidators has quality flooring, great prices and knowledgeable employees, their return policy is horrible. Besides not being informed that they have a strict 30-day return limit, the employees are unable to make any exceptions for returning customers. Unfortunately I had a medical emergency in the middle of my flooring project and did not complete the installation in the allotted 30 days. However I did return to the store to purchase more flooring prior to my accident, indicating that I'd need different flooring for the bathroom, which they sold me stating "no problem returning non-wet area flooring" when my project was completed. So here I am with four (4) boxes of laminate flooring that I cannot use or return! Boo to Lumber Liquidators and their return policy!

Quality control concerns on this flooring. Many pieces were only 3 1/8 inches wide and not to the spec of 3 1/4. Unfortunately, didn't realize the 1/8 inch difference until some were nailed down and working on next row. Had to rip out. I took an extra unopened case back for credit along with a few pieces of the undersized wood to show the folks the problem and see if they would give me some help on the flooring lost. They were not helpful and told me I should have stopped the project and brought all the undersized back to the store. Not so easy when you have the contractor booked for time.

We were ready to put some floors down in the main living area and bought some wood floors from Lumber Liquidators. We had a team replace the existing carpet with the wood instead of going back to carpet. All in all, Lumber Liquidators was good and easy to deal with. The quality of their product is great and we had a good experience.

Your Senior Technical and Installation staff member - "Bob" is a priceless asset to you and to the consumer. I am a very accomplished "DIYer" and very familiar with most building trades, including hardwood floor installation. Bob handled my technical questions regarding a QC floating floor - and his guidance and 'how-to' methods allowed me to know that I would have, and INDEED now have, an absolutely spectacular NEW floor throughout my first floor of my home. Beyond pleased - ecstatic!!! He deserves more than simply my Kudos - he ought to be given a special Thank You for the level of service provided; with professionalism and joy.

I purchase about $4,000 worth of Bamboo Flooring from Lumber Liquidators. I purchased what they recommended to prevent any moisture issues, “Moisture Barrier Padding”. My house is a 45 year old house that is raised with a concrete floor. About 6 months after the installation of the floor the floor started to show signs of some of the boards shrinking. I contacted Lumber Liquidators concerning this issue. They sent their flooring person to come review the issues.

My bamboo floor had water damage due to rainwater coming in. So I bought a box of bamboo flooring from Lumber Liquidators. The salesman was really helpful and very good to work with. I wanted to try and match it up with the existing floor. The quality was fine, but it wasn't the same thickness as the original. It's a 16th of an inch thinner, so it does give a little lift because I had to fill in by the doorway. I installed it myself. I put the original floor in with my son, who does flooring. It was a small job to replace some of the existing flooring I had in there. The difference is, this is glued down, which makes it a lot easier for me. With the original floor, we had to use a nailer, but this was good.

I've been shopping at Lumber Liquidators for many years. I've had all good experiences with them. I have my own flooring business and I purchase all kinds of flooring from them. I know exactly what I’m getting and I’ve been doing it for many years. So I go in there and get what I need and whoever is there always helps out. I pay, ask what I want, drive around the back, get loaded up, and go about my business. They have a big variety selection-wise, especially on oak flooring. My last purchase was three-quarter inch unfinished red oak that's about $1,000 worth of wood. There's not a lot of sellers who carry unfinished oak so I'm glad that they carry that. I used to get it from Home Depot but they discontinued it. Lumber Liquidators have been a lifesaver as far as getting that.

One big mess. All I can say or it will take up the whole page. I am a licensed contractor who has purchased here before. The person who handled my order messed it up so bad I had to take 120 sq. ft. of hardwood floor because he did not give me enough and they had no more which they assured me there was plenty. After a hour ride to another state none... Not even we apologize... Sad... Zero star... Terrible.

I was building a new home and I needed a flooring. I bought engineered hardwood from Lumber Liquidators and I really like its quality. The sales representatives were very helpful and I had a good interaction with them. We installed the flooring ourselves and it was easy to work with. I ended up with extra material and it was very easy to take it back and get a refund for what I had, so I was pleased with that. It was a very satisfying experience and a good transaction. I would definitely use Lumber Liquidators again.

I got bamboo flooring from Lumber Liquidators and I love the product. I’ve bought from them before and decided on them then because of the price. The initial product that I bought two years ago was discontinued. I wanted the flooring elsewhere in the house and they didn't have it. But my recent purchase is almost identical to it and it looks great.

I'm a longstanding customer with Lumber Liquidators and the last thing I bought from them was bamboo flooring. I'm a regular there, so service is excellent. I know the manager on a first-name basis and I have no issues or complaints with anything. Also, the free float click lock systems were easy to install. I am completely satisfied, that’s why I'm a repeat customer.

I got some three-quarter utility grade oak from Lumber Liquidators. I bought some of this last year and was happy with it. The price was one of my main reasons for purchasing it. It was affordable. The sales reps have all been good and helpful and the product was in stock this time. Last time, the first time I bought it, it was hard to come by and I had to wait, but not for very long. I've used the product for the construction of a cabin that I was building last month, and it worked out great with that project. I had some carpenters do the installation. They've used this product before on other jobs and they were the ones who recommended it to me. I'm happy with the quality of the product that I got and how it has turned out. It has finished nicely and I'm satisfied.

Don was going to be retiring in three years and he wants his house to look nice, and it needed a little updating. I liked Lumber Liquidators' color selection and price and got laminated wood flooring from them. The sales reps were nice and very helpful. It was an excellent interaction and I usually don't get customer service like it. They’re courteous, kind, and willing to help. We installed the flooring ourselves and it took about a day. It was easy and we just took the old stuff up in the kitchen and the dining room. We also bought tile from them too for the bathroom 'cause we're redoing the whole house. It's all laid down. It looks beautiful and I like the shine.

I got wood flooring from Lumber Liquidators. Marcus, their sales rep, was great but the others were not. I've been in there before and when I walked in, they never said hello. The young lady and another gentleman just sat there the whole time and talked. They never asked to help, so my daughter and I left. Overall, though, Lumber Liquidators is great and convenient to use.

We purchased click together hardwood flooring from Lumber Liquidators. The salespeople were nice but they failed to tell me some things that were very important. We didn't know that what we had chosen were seconds. We didn't know this until we started putting it down, and we had so many bad cases. Some boxes were not even half usable. It was bad. We were told it was a close-out. A close-out and a second are two different things. A close-out means they're closing out that wood. They said they were sorry and that was it. They won't take it back. I already had some of it on the floor, so we weren't trying to bring it back. They should inform their customers if those are seconds and that they're going to have a lot of bad cases.

Excellent service from this store. Highly recommended. No problem to return the wood in excess, excellent service from Rahul, arranged the delivery in time. This company appears to be the only one selling Patagonian Rosewood. Excellent internet site, allowed me to find the wood researched.

We purchased our bamboo flooring from Lumber Liquidators. Their products were priced reasonably and their reps were very courteous and answered all my questions. I was about to install the flooring myself but somebody else did it instead. The overall quality of the bamboo flooring that I got is good and everything went well. Lumber Liquidators went through the whole work and explained the process and how to use the flooring and get it into the house, and they told me what products I needed to lay the floor down. They were fantastic and excellent, and they touched base on everything. I shopped at a few places and in comparison, in terms of pricing, attention, and detail, Lumber Liquidators did things that made everything fine and made my life easier.

Everything about the purchase and the knowledge throughout the buying process was great. Our issues came with installer incompetence and scheduling. We still don't have complete flooring 3 months after install started. Not happy that we still are not finished.

Ordered 8 boxes of solid hardwood for kitchen floor. Wood was of good quality and color that I expected. The wood arrived two days before the estimated time. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful in helping me select the wood and accepting the return of 2 boxes of wood that I had over ordered.

Great prices and service. My installer said the bamboo installed was the best product he has worked with. I used Antique Strand distressed click. Danny in the Westminster store was great. Store was busy, he could use some additional help with more associates.

Very happy with my experience in store. They were very knowledgeable about the product. They listened to my needs and guided me to the product that they felt met my needs. I am also very pleased with the quality of product and price.

So far the experience has been good. I had to return the beautiful bamboo due to having a reaction to the odor while driving it home & while it acclimated in the room. If the check does not arrive in 3-5 weeks, it will NOT be a good experience!

Recent order had one box of material that color was significantly lighter than the rest. Installers did not see it at the time. They want extra to take up half of job to remove those planks. I used this same product last year in another room and have been pleased with it. I'm asking now what happened to the Quality control of manufacturer and retailer. Will I use it in the next room???
