Went above and beyond with great customer service to take care of a problem. I will be returning to purchase more flooring for my hallway and stair treads, also had the best prices, when I shopped around to all the local competitors in Cumberland county area.
Hey Theron,

We purchased $12,000 of flooring from the store on Blossom Hill Rd San Jose CA in March 2017. The product is the Morningstar Jefferson county bamboo flooring. In December the floor started leaking sap and warping. We immediately contacted customer service and filed a claim. Since being assigned a claim number and a investigator by the name of “Brandon” we have been unable to contact Brandon nor has he contacted us. The floor has since got worse and one entire room around 900 sq feet is warping. This is ridiculous that we spend that kind of money and can’t get anyone to help in this matter. I would never recommend buying from Lumber Liquidators. Since I have read many bad reviews of similar experiences.

I like coming to Lumber Liquidators when I’m doing wood bar tops and just take whatever wholesale stuff was left. They'd have a couple of bundles that were left over and are sold separately sometimes from the bulk set. So, it works out for me when I’m doing a wood bar top and I don’t need that much square footage. It was also the best way for me to get the price for the left-over materials. The last time I was there, they had exactly what I needed. I got two bundles of maple wood floor and had a positive interaction with their sales rep. I was the only the customer at the store that moment and the three reps were very helpful. It wasn’t a difficult thing but I had to come back with a different vehicle to pick up the two bundles that I got. It was also close to closing time but the guy was still very helpful, got the bundles knocked out, and looked happy that he did everything he needed to do.
This is the second time I purchased flooring from Lumber Liquidators and the products have been pretty good both times. The one I recently got was rustic maple which was a little bit different than what I got last time but it worked out really good. I’ve had bad experiences with wood floors, especially pre-finished wood floors which happen to be raw wood, but I could sand the bar tops down and make it work. I installed the wood bar tops myself since it was a personal house and the product was pretty easy to work with. It was a very good experience. Lumber Liquidators is a good place to shop for flooring, especially if you're in my situation, where you don’t necessarily need a bunch of special order stuff.

I’ve purchased from Lumber Liquidators about a year ago and recently, I got some three-quarter inch oak prefinished flooring. The product was good although it was kind of distressed wood and there was some bad stuff in it. The quality control was not very good because there were some that had bug holes and some that had really bad knots and were discolored. We had to sort through it. The installers were able to salvage the bad stuff enough to finish the job.

I wanted the style of Lumber Liquidators' product. They got a good selection of flooring but they don't have the best selection of transitions. I got oak floors from them and the cost was fair. The only thing I want better with them is to be a contractor with them.

I had some water damage in my kitchen and had to redo it. I bought some hardwood flooring from Lumber Liquidators as they always had the material I wanted and it's easy to go get exactly what I want. The only problem I had with them was they told me my flooring would be ready on a Friday. But when I went over to get it, it was not ready. They said they'd call and tell me not to come, but I never received a call. Apart from that, we really like the flooring. I installed it myself and it was easy. Also, the cost was fair. I would suggest friends to go check Lumber Liquidators out.

RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN to get away... They will not honor their warranty and are very underhanded about how they "dodge" upholding their contract. I have received the worst service from this company than any other company I have ever done business with. I spent nearly $10,000 on work and the results are disappointing. All of this could have been rectified and been a "non-issue" if Lumber Liquidators was an honest organization with any integrity at all. Instead, they will lie and mislead you until they can say their warranty is up. Therefore... RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN AND GET AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I’m a real estate investor, and I was putting new floors in one of my rehabs. We were covering 1,400 square feet on the first floor of the house we’re rehabbing. So, we needed something economical and looked good and had the right finish. And the quality of the flooring we picked from Lumber Liquidators is decent for an engineered floor. It’s not real hardwood, but it doesn’t look like it, or you can tell it’s engineered. It was a good deal. The sales representatives at Lumber Liquidators were great. The biggest challenge was I had done business with one of their old managers, and it was like having a whole new relationship again and I had to set up my business account again, which was a little bit of a pain in the butt. But they were eminently helpful. I’d use them again.

I purchase some wood flooring from Lumber Liquidators occasionally. I buy it and make wood fireplace mantels with it. My interaction with the sales rep was all positive and it was a simple sale. I bought the product online, it was delivered to the store, I picked it up, and it was ready for me and everything was easy. The quality of the wood was good and it’s better than what I could make. You pay more at Lumber Liquidators but they get better material and it's not most economical but I don't buy a lot in quantity so it's worth it.

I had Lumber Liquidators put on hardwood flooring because I didn't want carpet any longer. The original rep that I worked with was good. The installers started doing my flooring but they were a box short so they told me to call Lumber Liquidators and they would have it in tomorrow so that they could finish. I called but the rep I spoke with that time was nasty. He told me that I would have to wait another week because they would have to have it sent from Long Island. He didn't want to talk and he hung up on me.
However, the guy who has the workers said that he would call Lumber Liquidators too and he did. His people came here the next morning but the flooring was not here so they left. I kept calling Lumber Liquidators and I got a hold of the original rep. I told him that the other rep told me last night that I'd have to wait until the next week and that I hadn't gotten a follow up on it, but he said that the flooring would be here that day. The flooring got here at about 1:30 PM but the workers didn't get back here until about four o'clock in the afternoon. Other than the nasty rep, the people were good, fast and they did what they were supposed to do. Also, I like the quality of the floors although they should be a little cheaper.

It was due to hurricane Harvey that we updated our flooring to Jefferson County bamboo flooring. It was our first purchase from Lumber Liquidators and their representatives were good. They were a bit pricey though compared to some of the other places. A lot of places are discontinuing that particular style and color I wanted but Lumber just had it on hand there. I could have got it for about 70 cents cheaper at another place but they didn’t have enough left in their discontinued product line. I’m supposed to get a credit of $130 because the price of the flooring dropped and I got a written note about it but I haven’t seen anything yet so I’m going talk to Lumber about it. I’m installing the flooring and the painters will be working in the house and the work will start at the end of this week.

We bought a house that had old nasty carpeting in it. We had to let it go so we got engineered hardwood from Lumber Liquidators. The sales reps helped me find exactly what I needed with my first purchase from them. My only roadblock was that they wouldn’t accept temporary checks so we had to finance it. But we got it through and we’re going to pay off in a couple of days. We installed the flooring and I’m impressed with how good the flooring feels, but it’s a little slippery. I hope that might change with time and a good mopping. I recommend Lumber Liquidators for the good prices, and I've already told my friends.

My wife wanted the carpet out of the dining room and wanted hardwood floors. I used to have my own construction company, and I've used Lumber Liquidators on about six jobs in the past. I’ve been with them on and off and I drive by their building every day, so when we decided to change over to some wood flooring, I stopped by their store. The sales reps were helpful and I took home some samples, and then I brought my wife on the next trip to pick out the colors and her preference.
I placed the order for a hickory wood flooring and made my deposit payment. They ordered everything and it went down on paperwork, and they loaded up the flooring. It’s easy to install and I’m doing it myself. About 75% of the floor is done now and it’s all fitting together really well. All in all, our experience was all good. Lumber Liquidators gave me good customer service.

I've been a general contractor for 35 years so I've been through this stuff before and I was well pleased with everybody I dealt with. I was quite impressed in fact. First Time Buyer. I bought about $6400 worth of hardwood form the Mukilteo location, and was told it was going to be delivered between 12-2pm on 1/5/18. I work early in the morning, so I have to leave work to make sure I was there from 12-2. 3pm - Haven't received my product, or a phone call. I have to call the delivery folks and ask what's going on. First question is if there's a preferred delivery time...yeah...from 12-2, like I was originally told. Get the quick brush off, and told they will be there in about an hour. Already an hour AFTER the final delivery time given. 4pm - No product, and no phone call from anyone. I have to call again, and get another runaround. Told another hour. 5:30pm - No product, no phone call. I call one last time and inform them if they are not here by 6pm, they can just go ahead and cancel everything. The truck finally arrives at 6pm. 4 hours late. Not a single phone call.
The truck driver, is all by himself. Told me that the other guy was fired this morning, and was told just to do it by himself. The Bellevue location loaded 3k lbs on one pallet, and didn't even level the pallet. They put the pallet all the way to the right. The driver tried for 25 mins, to move the thing an inch and couldn't. He also couldn't even raise the pallet with the hand jack, because the pallet was so far to the right, it just kept tipping to the left. I had to get on the truck, and try to counterbalance the stack with my body weight, while the driver tried to get another pallet under it. We were finally able to and had to INCH it to the liftgate. Once we got close enough to the liftgate, the driver was literally off the truck & on the ground, pulling on the hand lift, while I am literally on top of the product, trying to hold on while he's pulling.
You know dangerous this is?? We FINALLY (after about 45 mins) were able to lower the liftgate...and boom...back to stage one. The driver COULD NOT MOVE the pallet. We had to unload all 3k lbs in the rain, and hand carry it all into my garage. After this, I found a destroyed box. The weight just broke this box, fell apart, all the wood was damaged. I haven't even checked the remainder of the boxes that were at the bottom of the load. I am pissed off. I call the store and am told the manager will be calling me first thing in the morning of 1/6/18.
1/6/18 @ 1pm - Not a single phone call. I call AGAIN, and the manager never even received my messages. I am so freaking disgusted with this company. He asked if I can just keep the product, and get a refund for the box. Are you kidding me? I paid thousand of dollars for a product, that you charged me $240 to get 4 hours late, unload myself, and be damaged! He tells me that he will call me no later than Monday (1/8/17), on how they are going to make this better. They open at 8am, I will be watching the clock, and waiting for a phone call.

I purchased some hardwood bamboo floor from Lumber Liquidators and I liked the uniqueness of it. The rep was very professional and helpful. The floor was going to be in the basement of the house, so he got me the proper glue and he made a recommendation based on the constant temperature-changing environment. The glue had to be pliable and that made sense for the application, but it was oil-based and a bit difficult. I ended up throwing away the trowel that I used because the glue was not easy to clean up at all. But throwing away a $10 tool wasn’t that big of a deal for me.

I was very pleased with my flooring and the installation team. I have the Carbonized Click Strand Bamboo. Although, I had to return the Distressed Honey Strand because it was not at all the color I expected, the Carbonized is beautiful! We were oversold 25% of needed floor quantity and told it's free return but didn't mention any restriction. After 1.5 month, they rejected our return of intact boxes by claiming their 30 days return policy. Neither were we told upfront or stated in the receipt. Both store staff and manager are rude and cold during the conversation. Firstly, They argued it's shown in the receipt. However, we found there is nothing specified in the receipt. Afterwards, they argued that they SHOULD HAVE TOLD the 30 day return policy during our purchase. We told them both of us can guarantee we weren't notified at purchase; otherwise we would have returned it earlier.
Basically they use their pure imagination -- SHOULD to override our stated fact. They still have same item in store so there isn't really any loss to the store if our unopened 5 boxes are returned. Anyway, it's not a customer friendly store. Btw, the floor also have significant color difference from box to box -- Most are dark, while some are much lighter. Won't recommend any friend to shop here.

We had to wait until either they finished putting in an order or whatever it may have been that they would do at the time on the computer. There were only certain people that would say hello. One time, I was returning a product as I thought that it had a manufacturing flaw in it. It was 15 minutes until closing, and it happened to be on the day that they received product as well and were trying to put everything into the store so that they could leave for the day. There was a young lady who was very slender and short, that seemed like it bothered her that we came so late, and she didn’t want to deal with it. She wanted us to have to come back the next day.
But there was also a female manager there, and she said that they were going to go ahead and take care of them. We were going to exchange our product and have to dig into the back there since they had to take some of the products that she had put there and didn’t have time to put it away yet, as it was in the aisles. She took the time to go ahead and get it, while the other lady seemed like it was just breaking into her personal time and evening. The next time we came, and the young lady saw us coming into the store, she did the rolling of the eyes and didn’t want to help us. We were already branded by her. So when she came up, we told her that it was all right and that we'd find somebody else to help us out. We waited another five to ten minutes just so that we would not have to be serviced by her, or so that we would not have to inconvenience her.
This was a single act of one person. The other times that we went, there was nobody in the store or there'd be one person. They would come up and greet us and then they would back off. When I needed an explanation from one of the gentlemen there, he gave me a good explanation of what I was looking at and what it was.
My wife and I have been happy with the flooring itself. We had the contractor go ahead and put it in for us. We found that it was cheaper for us to find our own contractor than going with the company since it was double at Lumber Liquidators. Overall our experience there was average and we would probably not return to that same store. We would go a little further into town to a different store to look for what we want in the future. We have more floors to do and we’re still deciding on it. Right now, I'm paying the property taxes and school taxes. In March I anticipate on going back to remodeling and at that time we will be looking for more flooring, and I have already thought of going to Lumber Liquidators to see what we find for our other flooring.

We’re big DIY-ers so we’re just looking around at different supplies that were available. We looked at what Lowe's was doing and then we looked at Home Depot too. At that time, Lumber Liquidators was running some clearance end-of-the-season stuff so we went in to see what they had. That Jefferson City bamboo was just what my wife had in her mind for flooring for our house and so we decided to do that. It was cheaper than with the other stuff we were looking at.
Although we ended up having to wait a while the first couple of times we went in, once we were in contact and working directly with one of the sales representatives, it was great. Perfect service all the way through. They apologized multiple times for us having to stand around and wait. I really appreciated that. They were very knowledgeable too. Even the sales representatives that weren’t knowledgeable enough to answer our questions didn’t try to fumble their way through it. They just told us that they would ask someone else. I appreciated that as well.
So far, we're really happy with what we got. When we first started trying to price out the project of redoing our floors, the materials we were finding that fit my wife’s style and what she wanted to do at the house was going to end up being double. What we ended up paying because of what we were able to get through Lumber Liquidators made us so very happy with the quality. Another thing, installing the floors was really fast and easy. And anytime I had questions, I was able to call up the store.
Tommy over there was always willing to answer any questions or to help me get through the installation techniques. He's really knowledgeable. However, the only thing that was slightly irritating was sometimes, it takes a long time to get someone to work with us. But they were usually busy when we went in so I understand the wait. Other than that, they did a really great job. I was really happy with them being able to remember me by name too. That was awesome. Additionally, when we had to go in with our two small toddler boys, it didn’t feel like that they’re frustrated by our kids. They have really friendly staff.
Finally, there wasn’t any pressure to use the installation team. As soon as we said we wanted to DIY it, they’re willing to help us out and kept the right measurement and made sure we had the materials and the right tools and the right knowledge to get it done. So it was a great experience and we totally recommend Lumber Liquidators to anybody.

I bought flooring and received delivery on Nov. 1. On Dec. 13, I went to return 3 unopened boxes of flooring and a transition piece and was told it was after the 30 day return window. Our professional who installed the flooring said the transition piece was not needed. I was oversold material and that I didn't need. The salesman who sold me the material was the same salesman who refused to let me do the return. I called the customer service line and was told I could get store credit that would never expire.
Why couldn't the salesmen offer that to me when I was in the store? I didn't want store credit. I wanted a full refund. I went back to the store in Chantilly, VA and was told I could only exchange for that day. I spoke to Chad, the store manager. I told Chad if I got a $300 credit that did not expire I could come back in a year or two and spend another $2000 with my $300 credit. If he makes me use the credit the same day then I will never come back to the store. I told him it wasn't good business decision but he didn't care. When I asked the woman on the phone if he gets commission and she couldn't answer the question. I will never shop at LL again. I did not want store credit.
This was for my daughter who is struggling financially and LL is a huge company who should not be over selling a customer to increase commission. We spent over $2000. We also had to take hardwood floors back that was oversold. We did that in the 30 day period and he mentioned that to me today when I tried to return the other material that he oversold me. He insinuated that I already returned some of the products that I bought and why would he let me return more. I only returned products that I didn't use. I didn't calculate how much to buy.
The store calculated it for me. They oversold me almost $400 worth of flooring. With renovations comes delays. It is not like I tried to return flooring 6 months later. I also wrote an email to the company 9 business days ago. Their website said they would respond in 2 business days and I haven’t heard anything back from them. This is poor customer service all the way to the top of the company. I would recommend anyone who needs flooring go to Home Depot or Lowe's who both have excellent return policies and excellent customer service.

However, the buying experience wasn't very good. Their website was a bit clumsy. You get a confirmation number on your order which changes and makes it hard for you to track your order. My problem is with the store. I have bought flooring for places I own/owned in Portsmouth, VA and Athens, GA. I have always been pleased with the service and products I received. On November 3 I bought some flooring at Denver store 1014 to install in a place I own in Breckenridge, CO (Sales Order #**). I picked up the flooring and some glue to glue the flooring to the floor on that date. At the time, they did not have transition pieces in stock. I paid for the 3 transition pieces (18 feet) and they placed the order.
On November 28, I traveled 100 miles back to the store to pick up the pieces that you ordered. When I arrived your Assistance Store Manager, Ben **, told me I had already picked up two of the transition pieces. I had not. I asked for a refund and he told me he couldn’t for the two pieces I already picked up. I told him again I had not picked up any of the pieces and if I had picked up two of them I would have picked up all three. You should be able to check the inventory and see that you did not have any transition pieces in stock on November 3. I also returned an unopened box of flooring I didn’t need. There was a problem with my hardwood floor order and I had to return my merchandise and order a better quality lumber wood. When an issue arises and the customer is unhappy. LISTEN to the customer (let them vent). Apologize and be empathetic and be genuine. Ask what can be done to correct the situation. Confirm problem corrected. I was not allowed by Jennifer, your manager in the San Jose, Ca. store on Blossom Hill blvd. to vent. She was rude, unprofessional, and unapologetic.
I would not return to the store nor would I refer any of my friends or relatives. As a manager myself, I understand the value of customer service and treating your customers with RESPECT and COURTESY. Every time I wanted to express my dissatisfaction or reply to a statement made, I was interrupted with "let me finish" even though there were pauses lasting seconds, giving me the queue that I could speak, but I would be interrupted with hostility and anger. I was upset and I was speaking loud, but I was not yelling as she was claiming. She failed to take more control and ignored my status as a customer. I am very unhappy with Lumber Liquidators right now. I bought a gray hardwood from them and their wood has been milled incorrectly. My professional installers who have been in the business for decades cannot get the lumber to fit together. It's very inconvenient because I've purchased the wood in October. Lumber Liquidators didn't tell me that it would take over a week to deliver the wood. Then they told me that it would only take 7 to 10 days for the wood to acclimate. When my installer went to pick it up they told him it would take three weeks to acclimate. They went the entire month of October.
Now, in November they started to lay the wood and the seams wouldn't line up and match. They figured out that some pieces of lumber were longer than others. So they took up what they had laid down which might have been a box. They decided to try it again and thought they might find some good pieces. The same thing was happening. When you can put your fingernails between the cracks where the wood meets, that's a problem. Dirt gets in there.
I bought $10,000 worth of wood and they're letting me return for a refund or a credit for all boxes that have not been opened. And I have to go to the corporate and file a claim for the boxes that have been opened. They had sent me a form to fill out and requested 5 to 10 photograph. I'm in Texas, my home is in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It's very difficult and my installers can't wait around until this thing is fixed. They've got other jobs. They're not available to take that stuff back. One of them has been working out of town. He's supposed to be back this weekend and he has said that he would return all the unopened boxes for me. I still have to pay him for the time he had spent, what he has installed, what he's taking up for going and picking up the wood to returning the wood.
Now, I'm begging a friend to go over and take 5 to 10 photographs of the areas. I've had several people look at it because I thought am I crazy or am I too picky, and they also said it was not good. There was a problem with the wood. The wood I bought is $10,000. And that's not for install. That's for the wood and the glue. My house goes on the market at the end of January and if the floors aren't done I got a problem.
My mistake was I did not look up reviews on Lumber Liquidators which was silly of me because I normally always look up a review. Had I done that I never would have gone to them. I have some friends that have Lumber Liquidator in their home. They love it, it went down flawlessly, and they're happy. And because of them and how happy they are with Lumber Liquidators, I went there and I never fact checked anything. I would like Lumber Liquidators to offer me a better product at the same price for my trouble. If they do not help me or make this thing right to my satisfaction, I am not only going to get on the internet and every review site and state my case, I'm also going to go to court.

I know that engineered hardwood is 2nd. quality and it has defects. The last order I bought over 3,000 sq. ft. for the whole house. I do believe that what I received has too many holes. Still, I can reluctantly accept it. But now, shortly after it was installed, the corners became warped and the whole floor on both floors looks strange. This is not good. I am not pleased.

Our experience with your oak flooring material was very frustrating and one of extreme disappointment. 40% of wood product was curved and unable to install by our contractor. I was forced to make three return trips from Placerville for new material. $500 was taken off my bill but we were charged over $1200 extra by our contractor for the additional time and effort he had to put in the job. Along with the extra time to complete and stress involved, we did not enjoy the process and will not do business with you again or recommend Lumber Liquidators to others.

This was my first LL experience so I was not sure how things worked. I visited the San Francisco store in Sept and told them it was more of a fact-finding experience because I was not sure how we would go forward on work to our parents' house. At that time, they explained that they only sold the product, and they recommended an installer. In November, when we were ready to do the work, we revisited the store and finalized our choices. We also learned that the business model had changed (since September) so that LL now sold the product and contracted the work. The employees there were very kind and sensitive to the fact that we were out-of-towners who wanted to get the work done quickly so we could return home. Consequently, they did what they could to complete the job as soon as possible. We appreciated that.
The workers showed up on time but refused to take away the carpeting and padding that we had removed from the room, despite the fact that we had arranged for and paid for that hauling service. They said that the trash hauling had been removed from their work order. They also told us that someone had sent the wrong staples. A few phone calls produced a guy with correct staples and a truck, and he loaded all the material and took it away. The installers did the job quickly, correctly and cheerfully, but when we tried to pay them the balance, they said they were unauthorized to take it. Since they did not open or use one of the finishing pieces, they advised we return it for credit. We called James ** at the store, and he said we could bring it in.
When we arrived at the store, James was out but another guy said that we would have to schlepp out to the Santa Rosa warehouse to return the piece. We convinced him that James had stated otherwise and he transacted the refund. While we were there, we attempted to pay the thousand dollar balance due, but he could not or would not accept it, citing the fact that he needed to receive paperwork from the installers. So we tried to pay the balance twice but were not allowed to. Two weeks later we got an email stating that someone in VA was having trouble accessing our voice mail. We called and paid by phone.
So here is my first impression of LL. There seem to be some communications gaps. Will debris be hauled away or not? Can an unused piece be returned to the store or must a customer haul it to the warehouse in Santa Rosa? Can a customer receive a receipt at the time the job is completed, and can that customer then pay the balance? Refusal of a merchant to accept payment at the completion of a job was a new experience for me. The work appears to be excellent, the installers knew their stuff, but LL communications system was inefficient and, at times, embarrassing for the customer. Moving forward, I think you need to work on improving it.

I bought and paid for my flooring and installation this summer. I'm still waiting for my floor to be repaired correctly. This will be the 3rd attempt to fix my floor. All this began a few months after install when received a nearly 2 inch splinter through the center of the ball of my left foot. I have had communication with Sandra and Stefani in the "Customer Care dept" and I assure you they do not care. I was told by the store I bought my flooring from that Stefanie lied to me regarding available installers in my area. I have emails and photo's documenting this entire experience. I'm holding onto all of this documentation as I'm afraid I may need it for a future legal battle with these crooks. I've been treated as nothing less than a burden, and Stefanie has especially made me feel that way. Each repair attempt was over 30 days between attempts in the mean time leaving me with dangerous flooring I had to cover up to avoid my family and friends being injured by it.
I would love to get more into detail in this review, but I feel it would be a waste of my time, because I do not believe anyone at Lumber Liquidators actually cares. I certainly don't expect anything to come of this review. I'll be here crossing my fingers hoping the installer actually calls me back this time to come fix my floor for the 3rd time.

Lumber Liquidators was recommended by my friends who are in the building business. I purchased some hardwood flooring from them and their reps were quite helpful. They pointed out a couple of things that were incorrect, and they called my builder at the time who confirmed that the sales rep was correct. So far, the quality of the flooring has been good. I bought the natural red oak and there were very few pieces that have more of a greenish tint to them. A couple of months ago we put the flooring down and afterwards it kind of stood out a little bit, but not too bad.
When I first went to their store, I wasn’t sure what I was going to purchase. Lumber Liquidators said that they would have one of their contractors come out and inspect the job because I didn’t know that my own contractor was going to be available to do the work. I wasn’t sure if I was going to go with laminated wood or a regular hardwood and when my contractor looked at it, he said that I could do a regular hardwood. He also said that he could put it in for me so I when I purchased the wood, I told the rep at the desk that I needed to cancel having their contractor come out and inspect the job. However, on the day that my contractor was putting down the hardwood, the subcontractor from Lumber Liquidators showed up. The message never got through to the subcontractor that I had decided to go with my own contractor. I felt bad because I knew that the subcontractor traveled a fairly long distance.
When I first purchased the flooring, I used one of my credit cards and Lumber Liquidators was able to process it through because they had the 0% financing going on. I ended up returning a box, which was fine, and my wife brought it back. I then had to go back because we were doing some other work and I needed to get another box. I went but I didn’t have my credit card with me so they said that they couldn’t process it through so I was a little surprised. They still have the 0% financing and I wanted it charged so it could have gone with the same account It was no big deal though so I put it on my other credit card. Everything was good, they were very easy to work with and the delivery was quick to load us up.

I called them about it and they told us that they would trade it out for something else and they did. It was delivered so we’re putting it down and it’s beautiful. We love it. The guy who handled the first transaction was good and then the guy who handled the second transaction was nice, too. They went overboard to make me a happy customer.
Lumber Liquidators' ads were all over the place and whoever does the advertising is doing a good job but for some reason, we had put off going. We were concerned if they are one of those sheisty companies. We also went to many other providers. But one night we decided to give Lumber Liquidators a try so we drove all the way out there and the rest is history. I’m hoping the flooring's quality is good as it appears to be. I got the house and purchased 2,300 sq. ft. of hardwood flooring from Lumber Liquidators. I did a click and lock bamboo with the transition strips and risers. The reps in the store were great. They were very friendly and helpful. However, I’m not happy with the flooring. It's splintering. My daughter could have cut her foot open quite badly with one of the splinters. We went through the whole process of taking pictures and sending it all in. They sent out their specialist guy to check the humidity and my installation and his end-report said it was normal wear and tear.
Reading the fine print on their flooring, if the customer has installed more than one-quarter or one-third of the product without complaining, then the warranty is null and void because the customer should have stopped installing apparently. Problem was, I installed when nobody was living here. We still had our other house and I had a month to get the house ready. And then the kids came in, then the wear and tear happened on the floor. It's a distressed finish and some of it is distressed to the point where it splinters, like catch on socks and pull the actual piece of wood out.
Lumber Liquidators took it seriously and the guy on the phone, at the help center, was great. I told him the floor was crap and he hinted towards them offering us new flooring. He made it sound like, "Well, I'm sure that they'll do something about it." And that I just have to fill it in and make sure to say this and that, which I did. They sent out the flooring guy and it was like, "Too bad, so sad," basically. They sent me a nine-page report with humidity levels and stuff, and they said everything was fine. And that it wasn't the humidity because sometimes it's too dry in one’s home that can affect it. But we live in Windsor and we're humid down here.

We ordered the materials and delivery took more than one month. The material arrived and looked nothing like the sample, it was impossible to install (wouldn't click together) and the seams were puckering. Our installer, who has installed over 2,000 floors advised of the poor quality and suggested pulling the plug. We did as the flooring looked horrible. We have since found out that the floor has been discontinued.
We had paid for the materials, installation and for many other charges (grinding the floor, etc) that we now know were unnecessary line items. We were promised a refund within 3 to 4 weeks. It is now 4 weeks and according to a response that the new store manager received from LL headquarters, the check has not even been processed. We are waiting for a refund of $8,818 for installation we paid by check in early November. The store managers are helpless and LL headquarters has been less than helpful. The people from Lumber Liquidators were knowledgeable about what they're selling. They were also nice and helpful. However, when we picked up the second flooring, they didn’t explain to us that we needed to get a different gun in order to install it. She apologized for the wait time but explained that she just fired everyone because they were eating pizza in the back. Another time, her 2 kids were running around the store... again, a long wait time. I special ordered a product in July, and as of today (11/26), I still haven't received them nor despite several calls, they can't tell me when they will arrive. My husband and I talked to the sales rep and it was fine. We were able to do half down then we paid for the rest of it when we took the rest up so that was nice.
We had a little bit of an issue though. When we went to pick up our hardwood, one of the boxes was damaged and they didn’t want to give us a refund on that box. They said it was supposed to be what we should have accounted for in scrap which we didn't feel was appropriate since it was supposed to be a brand new box. But my husband talked to the manager some more about it so they discounted us the box. It was touch-and-go over there for a minute because they did not handle it appropriately.
We installed the floor on our own and had a friend come and help. It was straightforward and took us a few days to install but it's all laid now and we had to do some troubleshooting because the floor that was here wasn’t as thick so we had to cut some of our doors down, and that extended the process a little bit. The floor is okay and although our dogs have scratched it a little bit, that was expected since it's wood.

We already had hardwood flooring installed on a different level of the house, and wanted to finish the job upstairs in the bedrooms. We got estimates for 15k and my son and I did the job for around $4000.
The store is helpful but YouTube videos was the go to place for me. It has been a couple months now since the installation, now I look at the floor that was installed previously by an installer and just sigh. I paid more attention to detail than he did, would not go any other way now. On a personal note the service was good, the product was a good value, but the time I spent with my 18 year old son was priceless. He ask me how many times I had to install hardwood flooring, I told him "same number of times you have". Remember, "what one man can do, so can another".

I knew the square footage of the materials that we needed. Approximately 500 sq ft. The order was placed for 700. I had already added in the overages for cuts and angles, and attempted to explain to the salesman that I was pretty sure I was right. We ended up returning over 200 sq ft of materials and glue and all of the cord around since he ordered the white, not the oak. I’m completely in love with my floors, just not the extra trips to return the unneeded materials that I asked not to be ordered in the first place.

I was remodeling the second floor of my house and we wanted wood flooring so we bought bamboo flooring from Lumber Liquidators. I love the wood flooring and I love bamboo. It stands out better than anything. The color is called antique brass and it went with the rustic theme we have going on in our A-frame house. I paid a lot of money for the flooring but they keep on popping and splitting. We did everything that we were told to do as far as setting it out. Before we even started putting it down, we set out for seven months which should have given it plenty of time to dry, but it's still popping and coming out so I'm not happy with it. I paid the first round, which was at four grand, and I've had to buy replacements.
The people who work at the store are very nice and friendly. They have no problem helping me with any questions. I explained to one of the guys the last time when I went in what was going on with the flooring because we bought everything top-of-the-line to go under it. He told me my best option, if I wanted to try, would be to go after the people that made the flooring because it was out of his hands. I hate that Lumber Liquidators have to take criticism because of the flooring when it's not their fault. But as far as service and courtesy, they are more than helpful and great.

I'm an installer and I was in charge of getting stuff for the homeowners because they wanted me to do a turnkey full materials and labor, which was a pick-it-up kind of thing. Lumber Liquidators was close, so I went with them and it worked out. They have a full selection, from the medium line all the way up to the expensive stuff. However, some of their higher-ends are a too pricey for what they are. We were mainly looking for a color to match the cabinets really well. I got a laminate flooring from them for a medium-priced home and it was affordable. They handled everything very quickly and conveniently. I had to return a box that was left over and it was returned alright.

I knew what flooring I wanted and I didn't want to run out so I already got them from Lumber Liquidators. My interaction with the sales rep was fine. She was just hired but she did well. She was trying to figure things out and I threw a lot of curve balls. I ordered the product, put it on my credit card and then I had it checked from the contractor, so she had to refund me and resell it to me under the contract. It was confusing but it all worked out and she took it well. The house is being built and the contractor is going to install the floors after they put the drywall up.

In addition to that the staff were excellent. The lady manager I forget her name I think it was Lynda, Was very helpful and did not talk down to us. We ended up coming back to order the wood floors for three rooms. We even had a price match two weeks later which they honored without any problems. Shipping was a surprise it was just one guy in a small van. However he was able to load each of our 30 boxes into our house within a very short period of time. He was very strong! Overall a very good experience. Thank you.

I bought antique strand bamboo flooring from Lumber Liquidators on three different occasions back in 2013. One was when my washing machine overflowed so it screwed up a little bit of my floors. The sales representatives helped out a lot. They were quick and definitely knowledgeable. The flooring is exactly what they told me it was going to be so I like it. However the same flooring was a little different color so I had to rip off everything and mixed and matched. It was easy working with the product though. It’s expensive but the price is about the same everywhere. Besides, it’s good quality flooring.

This is the third time I've bought from Lumber Liquidators. A couple of weeks ago, I got the flooring. I just got the two transition pieces this week to go with the floor. The sales rep was pretty good and he took his time. I already knew what I wanted because I had purchased it about a year ago. He mostly helped me with the other questions that I had. Even when I asked if there was a military discount, he said, “Yeah.” That was even better.
The flooring I got from them last year for one of the other rooms is still holding pretty good. I like its color and texture and this was what I was hoping to get. The quality of the flooring is pretty good according to the cost because they're cheaper than other brands from major stores. The one thing that can still be improved is if the salesperson would have said a little bit more about the military discount because they usually don’t say it unless you ask about it. Perhaps be a little more observant because I know there was another person who was actually in uniform and I wasn’t in military clothes that day. If the sales rep would've thrown that in there, it would've persuaded him to make the purchase that day.

I purchased the green hardwood from Lumber Liquidators because my old flooring was already 17 years old and had ripped off the carpet. When we went to their store, we didn’t know what we’re going to buy. But, their sales reps were great and helpful. There were three different grades of hickory but the rep sold us the least expensive one when others would sell the most expensive ones. He was also knowledgeable. There was a little bit of green within the flooring, which I called swamp, but he prepared us for that. We also got a lot more color and craziness on the wood which we wanted. We bought a little bit of extra but it was worth it and it worked out great. I have installed the flooring and it has been easy. I love it.

My experience with Lumber Liquidators has always been great. I recently purchased a Shaw 2 ¼-inch, ¾-inch oak flooring from them. It was time to update the floors because I have a dog and kids. We thought plywood surfaces on the main level of the house made sense. Their sales representative was knowledgeable. He has clearly installed flooring before as much like I have. So, he gets the difficulties and things that go into installing the floors of this nature. For his knowledge, he’s a huge asset to Lumber Liquidators to be able to provide information and flag things normal homeowners won’t be able to understand or help them through, not only with sales but with the installation process too.
Before, I had the Bruce 2 ¼ gunstock flooring and I was very happy with it. I chose it because it can be refinished, unlike a lot of engineered flooring. It is also timeless, unlike the hammered or the distressed mark, which are going to go out of style at some point. So I feel it's good, even though I have heard from different installers that Bruce is not a popular brand to the point they will not warranty it because of deviations. But Shaw is, which is why we purchased it.
However, what I'm going to scrutinize is the installation itself. The installers are price-high and I felt I was being given the shell game a little bit. They want $2.99 a square foot per install, and then they also want a 10% add-on for disposing of one’s scraps. So basically, the installer is charging me for 10% of the flooring when it’s not even put down yet. So I said it's not going to work. I used Floor Source instead and their installer came out and took care of everything. Other than that, I’d solely recommend the product.

I purchased Morning Star engineered bamboo flooring from Lumber Liquidators. It’s a click-lock stuff in an oak finish and it’s my second purchase. I bought enough to do the floor but couldn’t do it because what came out of the box had way more of these two-foot pieces in it that I wasn’t able to utilize and not enough of the four-foot pieces. I had to go back and buy more, but they didn’t have more at the store in North Austin and I had to drive to South Austin to buy them. What they had down there were boxes and I saw only long pieces in it, and it was perfect.
I went in pretty much knowing what I wanted and Lumber Liquidators would sell you stuff by the box, by the square footage. They can be kind of interesting to deal with and the guys that sold it to me didn’t necessarily know what was going to come out of the box. Or that guy would’ve advised me to buy an extra 25% instead of buying an extra 10% because I was going to need at least that much. Maybe an extra 30% would have been more realistic. I took pictures of it and I had a stack of flooring about waist-high of these pieces. I bought the 240 square feet to do my living room with, but it wasn’t enough. I need to go back and try to buy more of the boxes that have nothing but the long pieces, and I’ll be able to use the rest of the short pieces.
It’s nice flooring and it was good for the price, and the second batch of stuff was actually a dollar a square foot less than the first flooring that I bought. I bought 13 boxes thinking it was enough and then I bought maybe 45% more than I expected to use. I installed the flooring myself and it’s a lot easier than tile. I didn’t know about the click-lock but I went in prepared to glue the stuff down. They said there’s new stuff I can use, and they then put underlayment underneath it so I get a little bit of cushioning as well. But it just locks together with no glue or nail so it helps with slabs perfectly, and it certainly does work and it’s a good application. I hear some people say that they don’t like the flooring and a couple of my sons-in-law had said that as well, but so far, it’s a lot nicer than carpet and way easier to keep up.
The sales guys were clueless which kind of surprised me as I thought they were more trained. Nevertheless, I would recommend Lumber Liquidators and I would tell people, “If you’re doing it yourself, it’s really hard. Talk to somebody that you know and trust them how to put the stuff down because you might not get that advice from the store. And then open the boxes.” That’s what I’m going to do when I go back. That way, I feel like I’ll get the stuff that I need, and I’ll be able to finish the installation. If I just get the long pieces, I’ll be able to utilize all the short pieces so there won’t be a waste after all.

I purchased some ceramic vinyl floor planks from Lumber Liquidators back in the summer and then I recently purchased some pre-finished oak hardwood. I've looked around, however, the vinyl plank I bought was the only product suitable for what I was doing and only Lumber Liquidators had it. Then the last one was for a small project in the closet and it was where I could buy something close to that stuff cheaply.
Generally, their products' quality is fine. However, there were some issues with the vinyl planks stuff, but it was a new product so I can't ding them too badly on it. I was putting it on an unheated raised porch floor and anything else was either going to get to be too damp or the regular vinyl is going to shrink because it's the glue down stuff. It had to be a floating kind of vinyl thing and this was the only product I could find. The vinyl stuff was tough to install. It was a snap together thing and it was a pain to snap together, but it was easy to come apart. I eventually got it done and I had a couple of glitches I had to take care of, but other than that, it's good.
I bought that stuff well in advance and when I was going to put it down I had some issues, but it was beyond their complaint time. I don't like that when you buy something from them, they expect you're going to put it right down. You don't always put it right down. You buy it now because it's on sale and then you put it down when you deem to put it down.
The only other issue I've ever had with them is when you're buying unfinished flooring, they don't always get it from the same people. The quality varies a little bit and if the wood comes from a different location, even though in this case it was red oak, it took stain differently. I called them and told them I got this other stuff from such and such a supplier that they deal with. However, they told me they can't get that anymore. I ended up finding it somewhere else at a better price. It took a little bit of work, but it was worth it.

Do yourself a favor and shop at a big box store like Lowe’s, Home Depot, Menards etc. for laminate flooring!!! My wife and I recently built a home and cut a deal with the builder where we did approximately 30+% of the work. One item in our scope was ALL of the flooring. We decided on laminate, and chose LL, for two reasons - (1) they had a color that was the closest to what we wanted and (2)** they said that they would PROVIDE A REFUND FOR ANY UNUSED PRODUCT. We were told by several store managers at several LL store locations that if we had product left over, we would be refunded our money as long as it wasn't damaged. Well folks I am here to tell you that is an OUT AND OUT "LIE"!!! After arguing with the store manager (in front of customers) for over an hour, the manager of the Newark Delaware location, contacted corporate LL, who in turn allowed for a "credit" of the product returned.
Come on guys - what in God's name are we going to do with a credit in hundred of dollars, now that we have built a brand new home!!! Give me a break...! Ohhh, I could list it on Craig's list or eBay and get pennies on the dollar. You would think with ALL OF THE BAD PUBLICITY that Lumber Liquidators received from the CDC regarding the risk of cancer from formaldehyde in flooring being three times higher than they originally thought due to off gases that LL would bend over backward, to save their name and reputation. Well I am here to tell you that is not the case. DO NOT BUY FLOORING FROM LUMBER LIQUIDATORS, IF YOU ARE HOPING TO RETURN ANY UNUSED PACKAGES!!
So much is this statement true that - we had much better luck at Floor and Decor on unused product that we returned to them for other floors in our home AND it was well after the 90-day period. I hope the CEO, CFO and others of corporate Lumber Liquidators see this message, I doubt however as you sit in your ivory towers, collecting your excessive salaries that you will do anything about this. MY HOPE however is that this post and several others I will make - will place a dent in your business, and have shoppers looking elsewhere for their flooring needs!

I was surprised at the quality of the product, it was considerably lower that I had expected. The example in the store had very little variation. I expected more variation (which I got) but I did not expect as many knot holes, worm homes, un-sanded spots, shaved edges, and general blemishes. There ended up being a lot of waste, all and all, two whole boxes of unusable pieces. 2 stars for the builders pride butterscotch oak product. I cannot speak highly enough of the crew at lumber liquidators. The employees were knowledgeable, helpful, and overall great. Five stars for the employees.

Lumber Liquidators is cool and I appreciate everything they do. I used to install for them and they are good people. I give an A-plus for everybody. I like the St. Peter people better than the Fenton people. The guys at the Fenton store are so helpful, it's unbelievable. They've never installed a thing in their life but they get it. The St. Peter store is right on. They must've hung out with somebody that installed for a while because they know what they're talking about.
I buy all their leftover stuff, stuff they can't use. I bought some wood and transition strips. I do flip houses and I also own a flooring company and I sell some of the wood, but it's all mixed and matched. You pay for what you get. A lot of Lumber Liquidators' products are really hard to install. I install them myself and I don't go to a lower end. Other than that, the products are good. A lot of times, you have a lot of warped boards but it's pretty close to a cabin-grade a lot of times. Plenty of times, whenever I have jobs, I tell clients to go there because they've got good prices.

And so then he took care of it. He said he called the main office to get a check to us. However, I haven't got that yet either. I suppose it'll take a while. If it doesn't, they will hear from me. But other than that, he helped me make a decision on it because I was like, "Hmm. I don't know. Oh gosh, I don't know." He's a good man. I hired somebody to do the installation. I used to work for a contractor from Lumber Liquidators. Lumber Liquidators has good prices and the quality is great that's why I went with them. I used to have the floor laminate with them to put in my house's basement. The quality is super good and I’m really pleased with the floor. Then recently, I bought a flooring nail gun.
The representatives have been god but I was disappointed because it wasn't a good thing to talk about other people. Their reps told a customer that I'm a part of the mafia and I've been dealing with a drug dealer. I was going to give Lumber Liquidators a call because if I buy materials from them, I would like to get some appreciation for that.
I took another customer to buy wood. We were buying 1000 square feet of floor and the bill was $7,300. Lumber Liquidators only gave a discount of $300. I told the rep in the store to help me out with the price because if we do the job, the customer is going to buy the wood for another 1,000 square feet of flooring for the second floor but they couldn’t help us out. It wasn't a good price to the customer so he decided to walk away and buy the flooring from Home Depot. I’m still doing the job for the guy but I would’ve loved to do it with Lumber Liquidators because I’ve been buying wood from there. I recommend Lumber Liquidators to all my customers and I send them there to get wood. I get along with their guys and overall, it's been a great experience with them.

I placed an order via phone for the exact same bamboo I previously purchased. Unfortunately the customer service rep ordered me the click rather than nail down flooring. I PAID to have the shipment delivered and when my contractors arrived for the install they discovered it was the wrong stuff. I contacted customer service and was assigned a rep (Brandon) who, to this day hasn't bothered getting in touch with me. All I wanted was to have my delivery's charge and the cost to pick up covered. Fortunately my local store handled the exchange. Unfortunately, it cost me an additional $390 on top of what I paid initially to have the flooring delivered. Suffice it to say, next time I need flooring I will not buy it from Lumber Liquidators! And, honestly, Brandon is without a doubt the worst customer service representative ever!

I bought Bella Tudor Brazilian Oak from store 075. We had searched everywhere, and the look and cost of this flooring fit our taste and budget perfectly. Javonni ** proved to be a personable and knowledgeable salesperson. Upon starting the flooring install, it was apparent that the job was going to be very difficult. Many pieces were warped, slightly different widths, slightly different heights, and the tongue and groove didn't fit snugly... All making it extremely challenging or impossible to get the pieces to lay down flat. Edges and corners poked up all over the place unless I carefully shimmed every piece. On top of this, a lot of material was completely unusable. I spent a whole month installing what should have taken a couple of weeks at most.
The service I received from the manager, Jon **, was a completely different story. I was tempted to return the whole order, but he was extremely helpful and flexible in allowing me to return unusable flooring in exchange for new boxes - this reassured me enough to continue. Even the new boxes I received contained more bad flooring, but that's not Jon's fault. Jon did everything within his power to satisfy my customer service needs, so I walk away a satisfied customer of Lumber Liquidators, and extremely dissatisfied with Bella Wood.

Our new floors look great! I was pleased with the quality of hardwood choices. The price was quite reasonable. I was amazed by how quickly the installation process was set up - and by the quality of workmanship by the group who showed up. They did exactly what they promised (and more). They cleaned up after themselves every day and were very professional with their communication all the way through.
Hello Paul,
Thank you for the positive feedback! We are so excited to hear the installation was done to your satisfaction. It is our goal to provide the best customer experience. Enjoy your new floor.

This was the worst experience ever. I’m still very unsatisfied with my flooring. I have three bedrooms that have mixed and matched tiles throughout the flooring and none of them match the original living room flooring I originally showed the store. They would only give me a store credit instead of issuing me a full refund and now I’m stuck with money I can’t use and flooring I hate.

I have always known Lumber Liquidators to be a very reputable company. I was very pleased with my purchase of red oak raw wood flooring. However, in returning one bundle, during my travels back to the store, it rained and the bundle was surface-level wet. The clerk refused to take the bundle back after clearly seeing 99.8% was still dry. The water had only been present on the very top layer and that top layer was not even fully wet.
I'm very displeased with this policy. The clerk told me that it should have been wrapped. However it wasn't raining when I put it in my vehicle so why would I wrap it. Also they didn't wrap it when they placed it in my vehicle upon purchase so I'm very confused at this policy. Is it okay for them to give me product that's not wrapped at the risk of it being rained upon before I get it to my client’s home. If the fear of the material warping, as the clerk said is a real fear than quality control should have told them to wrap it upon purchase. I'm very confused and frustrated.

No problems at all with the people working at the store - they did a fine job. The select-grade unfinished red oak however did not meet expectations - the bundles were also almost all short boards averaging about 20 inches in length - nothing much at all over 30 inches. Also the bundles were tagged select but stamped "common" on the wood. The guy said he would give me the price for common instead of select, which was a nice gesture but negligible price difference. I should have just cancelled the order once I saw the product, but I wasted a bunch of time hauling them home and then bringing them back to return. Found a much better quality product (including 4, 5, 6, 7-foot pieces) at slightly lower price at Lowe's.

Both locations were very friendly and helpful. Bought from both. College Park where I live and Waldorf closer to my home. Only issue was the amount of time to wait for them to put in my truck. Both times was fairly long. But in the showroom they were very very helpful. Both areas were extremely nice and helpful. Which is very important to me since I am a Disabled Veteran.

I ordered and received your product (Bellawood Prefinished Hardwood). Has some issues with some of the wood due to irregular widths. Called the number provided and received some replacement boxes without any delay. Also ordered the wrong floor vents and they were also replaced without any delay. The Professionals at the La Vergne TN office were most helpful.

I came in looking for 3/4 by 2 1/8 pre finished oak for the large loft of a house I am remodeling in Kensington. The staff was very professional and showed me my options. I was impressed that everyone there really knows their business. I chose the top of the line Bella Wood Select, and bought 30 cases of it. The staff gave me good advice on a underlayment (1/4" plywood) and instructions on how to acclimate the wood.
I picked up the wood and took it to the house a few days later. 7 days after that my flooring contractor Dale ** informed me that they were ready to go. Dale's installer Carlos arrived with a pile of tools and set to work on a Monday afternoon. By Thursday afternoon, all 520 square feet was in, and looking beautiful. I am so impressed with the instant floor, which has really upgraded the loft of the house. Thanks to everyone who helped me.

The quality of the flooring is fantastic, the cost cannot be beat. I am a return customer and highly recommend Lumber Liquidators. The salespeople have helped me do color match and find ways to save on costs and remind me of any needed materials. The employees are very knowledgeable.

We purchased flooring in 2007, and loved it. It got water damaged approx 4 was ago. Our flooring is no longer made, we were told, "Sorry nothing we can do." We will have to replace entire floor. I would think if they really want business, they would offer discount on new floor

We have bought a bamboo floor for Lumber Liquidators and we need some extra boxes to repair some. Product was discontinued and Miami store had 3 boxes. While in the store in Rock Hill, SC we were told shipping would be around $30.00 a box, but once we called Miami we were told shipping would be more than $250.00. According to them because the company they use is expensive because they protect the product good enough that all boxes would ok when we will get them. That wasn't the reality. A WHOLE BOX WAS DEFECTIVE not even one piece was ok. No secured coverage. So now we will meet with the contractor that is doing the job and cross our fingers hoping we will have enough for the place we need to replace.

We were very pleased with the wide range of flooring and knowledge of employees when we went into the store to pick out floors for our home. We went in several time times before we were able to choose and the staff was patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Have highly recommend to anyone looking for flooring especially from hurricane Harvey damage.

Just finished installing new wide plank oak floor in kitchen. It looked so good when we were finished we decided to install same product in family room. We knew the flooring we bought was a discontinued color but your crew in Shrewsbury MA store found me enough of the same color in another store and had it shipped to my house at a great price. Very happy.

We purchased and installed ourselves 3000 square feet old hardwood for our farmhouse we restored in 2009 and it went in and is still perfect. We recently purchased a cabin in the northern part of the Adirondack mountains so when it was time to do some updating we selected Bamboo Flooring from Lumber Liquidators to be exact 1/2" x 5" Antique Click Strand Distressed Bamboo. What a great product. It went in super easy and LOOKS AND FEELS GREAT.

Bellawood Solid Oak - The flooring was as expected. All the boards were usable, no waste. I told the sales associate how many square feet I needed to cover and he sold me just the right amount (about 4 square feet left over). The finish is perfect, and went down without a hitch. Would recommend the store to anyone looking for new flooring. Couldn't be happier with my new floor.
