Acacia 3 5/8" x 3/4" Prefinished - This order went through quickly and without any problems. Product arrived on time and in excellent condition. We installed the product without any difficulty. Customer is very pleased as we are also pleased. Good price, Good service all are satisfied!

Very happy with dealing with Lumber Liquidators. I decided to go with another retailer as I found the product that I was looking for there at a better price. But LL were very courteous and professional in their dealing. I loved a different product from them that I will try to use in future home improvement project.

The manager Damien was very helpful and really went out of his way to make a special order for me. Damien was professional and very knowledgeable. Damien's store was clean and well laid out. The delivery was as promised and on time.

Good selection as great products. Counter person who took order was less than customer oriented and seemed bothered that he needed to do work. Poor presentation of that one sales person which would cause me to pause before coming back.

Initially was told my flooring was not in stock & would take 2 weeks to get it. Called again & Jeremy said there was plenty there. First person (Brian) was apparently too lazy to look it up... So glad I called back and got hold of Jeremy or I would have been waiting needlessly for something that was there all the time!! Not good customer service from Brian!! Thanks Jeremy!!!

2 1/4-3/4” Solid Brazilian Cherry - I received boxes in very poor condition from R+L Carriers. When I opened 4 boxes, there wasn’t enough variety in shade and color. My client refused to accept this product. I had to purchase a roll of packaging cellophane to wrap all of the boxes for fear they would open due to the poor condition of said boxes and returned them to the nearest location in Merrillville, In. They credited me for a partial order because I opened 4 boxes to check for variance and there wasn’t! 1 week later I received full credit minus shipping. When I went to the Merrillville location before my purchase, I saw the Brazilian Cherry on display in showroom and there was quite a variety of color and shading, unlike the flooring I had purchased. I feel that is false advertising for your product and should have the shipping refunded! Very dissatisfied consumer!

OC was a great customer service rep. He was very helpful and called me when everything was in and ready. He was also there when my contractor and I showed up to pick everything up. Overall it was a great experience and I will tell my friends for sure!!!

Great help from the store team and support! Very friendly helpful and knowledgeable! I haven’t installed the floor yet but will review product when I do. I will be doing a nail down carbonized strand bamboo floor on our first floor.

Very nice flooring very nice prices. We had No issues. Good flooring at a good price! The staff was very helpful and was not pushy! This will be our last room in our house to be done with natural click 1/2 bamboo. We like it!

We ordered with the SKU # that we did 4 years ago in hoping to get the same exact flooring but it is so many shades darker and very noticeable! We wanted all rooms to be the same flooring but it is not, very disappointed. The salesperson tells us they changed the color but kept the same SKU #, doesn't make good business practice to consumers, but you probably think we will tear up the old and buy more, well sorry.

I was very please by the selection and especially happy with the person who helped me. He explained differences in the wood and called other stores when he didn’t have enough in stock to meet my needs. The finished floor is beautiful! I could not be happier with the whole experience.

The bamboo distressed look is very nice. The slats are 7” Mideast and nearly 7’ long, which adds appeal too. It is nice and and hard, but the sealer and polish can still scratch if you drag furniture. Lumber Liquidators staff member, Ray **, was very helpful and answered all of my questions.

Color was different from what was selected and has flaws in the wood which was not in original swatch. Pointed this out to salesman and were advised to contact Corp. Too disappointed to do so. Believe we should be reimbursed!

Multiple product issues but you made it right. We purchased a wood product that when I arrived was found to have multiple systemic problems of quality control. But when I called my local store they provided replacement for those items at no cost to me. I would strongly suggest that at the Virginia mill production facility which I believe is in China that your quality control gets a little bit better. Thank you to your Tacoma Washington store for taking care of me and my family.

The Store rep that helped me purchase the lumber was knowledgeable and was a good sport. We came in with jokes and giggles, he jumped right in making the purchase easy and fun. My missing star is because of the inability to return unused hardwood because the box was open. I did not use ANY of the wood as I was surprised with worst off floors than I thought and would have to do a full laminate job. I was told by customer service there is nothing they can do, so now I have wasted money and have 2 opened boxes of hardwood Oak lumber.

While I had no issue with the representatives at the actual storefront, I have a huge issue with your company’s unreasonably excessive cost of flooring installation. I paid for the in-home estimate assuming that I would be quoted something along the range of $3-$6 per square feet for hardwood installation (per a prior rough estimate). The actual quote came in at almost $9,000 for 727 sq feet, about $12 per square feet. The quote includes a “miscellaneous” cost of $4,430, which I was later informed was to “install plywood”. I don’t understand in what world plywood installation is as expensive as the actual flooring installation. This simply appears to be an attempt at consumer abuse for those that don’t know any better. If this is actually your company cost structure you should re-evaluate it. If not, you may want to investigate those providing the quotes, as it simply appears too suspicious.

Lumber Liquidators continues to supply me and my clients with great product and a fair price. I have done several flooring and stair projects and use them exclusively. I am happy to see that they continue to bring in new products and tools to getting closer to a one stop shop for all my flooring needs.

The only thing I was disappointed with is when we asked how long the wood was he told us 7 feet. The box was 7 feet but the wood was multiple sizes and the longest board was 4 foot. I am sure it was a misunderstanding but we didn't like all the small pieces that came with it. The service at the store was wonderful. The men that loaded the wood made sure it was done correctly and wrapped it for us. The wood was lighter than we expected from the sample in the store and there wasn't as many knots in it as the floor display.

Purchased the dark bamboo flooring and I am thrilled with it! Very reasonably priced and nice to work with. Employees very knowledgeable and efficient. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with in the store and over the phone. I waited about 5 minutes for pickup and in store you had trim products I could use. Thanks for the awesome service.

I was quite pleased with the service and help in choosing our hardwood floor. Rodney guided us through the process and gave us many options. The flooring we chose was high quality, and the floor looks great. I would recommend Lumber Liquidators to all.

I’ve done most of the downstairs in my house in 1/2 naildown bamboo. It’s a great look and seems very durable. The cost isn’t much more than a higher-end ‘floating’ laminate and it’s much nicer. Service was excellent. I installed in one room a little over a year ago and the finish has held up fine. When I remodel the upstairs of my house I will likely use the same flooring. I tiled the thresholds just to dress it up a little bit.

There are no other words to describe my experience but exceptional. The men that work in the Freeport store were inviting, knowledgeable, helpful, and most of all enjoyable. I was called prior to pickup and informed that the product I ordered is very heavy and what type of vehicle I should have to pick it up with. Once I came and got my floors they assisted putting everything into my vehicle and did made sure that it would be safe for me driving home with. After all 12 boxes were in my car plus another 10 underpayment rolls, I was all set.

Every visit is productive and informative. Salesperson is professional, knowledgeable, willing to help with questions and product recommendations. There's usually something I like on sale and quality is great. I recently purchased a Mayflower product and the notes made me nervous, but that floor is beautiful installed. Store personnel made me feel more relaxed at pickup by explaining the printed messages in depth. I love you guys.

I purchased floor online and selected Tinley Park for pickup location. Order went through for 1200 + sq feet of Sea Coast engineered wood flooring. After product arrived the floor was not the exact match as shown online so I had to cancel the order and go with another selection. I had to travel to Arlington Heights to pick up the product approx 1hr and a half from my home to find out I would be charged more because the tax rate is different but the purchase was made for the Tinley Park location. I try to have manager resolve this issue but no success and directed to contact the corporate office. Worse case I will return all the floor to Tinley location for a full refund and shop someplace else.

From the friendly service of the salesman to the quality of the wood floors, everything was excellent. Our order came in quickly and we were given clear instructions before we installed. We found the price competitive with other stores and even less for the product we bought. They had all the extra material in stock and did not have to wait for it. Thank you to everyone!

The customer service was great no complaints. But the natural white oak flooring had a lot of bad boards, lots of cracks and nicks. It was a little disappointing. But the floor is installed and it looks great. I might check other brands for the next floor.

Divider strip that was mailed to us was full of splinters and needed to be sanded. Otherwise I was happy with the flooring, easy to install, salesman was very nice and helpful, he answered all the questions about installing the floor and didn't try to pressure us into a sale.

Employees only want to sell the material they have in-store. I asked them about products they have online and said that I couldn't order it or it wouldn't work. I left and placed an order online and set for store pickup. When I picked the order up the employees were unpleasant to deal with.

The associates at the Scarborough ME store were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! I've already recommended them to a few people! They made this process flawlessly and easy. My floors came are beautiful with a nice high quality finish. Thank You So Much!

I couldn't be happier. The product quality was as expected, but the customer service was incredible. You'd have thought I was buying a Rolls Royce with the followups and status information. They hand loaded the boxes into my truck since I asked to pickup instead of deliver, and made sure they knew the details of my truck to ensure it would fit. For a first time installer, it was easy to install.

I had a project that required something and Lumber Liquidators had the yellow pine that I was looking for. The sales representative was very helpful. When I went in and asked him about the product, he was able to figure out what they had. The quality of the flooring was good and I really like the cost as well. I installed it myself and it was perfectly easy. Give Lumber Liquidators a shot and take a look.

Purchased hardwood flooring Cumaru 2015. We thought our estimator had put in enough to cover the floor and have extra, but the installers told us we did not have enough. I saw them put away pieces that looked 3 to 4 foot long and smaller, but did not think then we'd not have enough. When they said we had a small closet left to do, I told them to use some of the pieces they put in their truck and they pulled some out and used it. Looks great. Love the floor.

We had some leftovers from another project, so we were just taking it in, matching it up, and putting it in order. And Lumber Liquidators was helpful. They got it to us very easily. And as far as the actual shopping, it was a pretty painless ordeal. However, it seemed like they were understaffed a lot of times that I would stop in. Not even just that, because even while they were helping you, the phone was constantly ringing. It was like non-stop. They were trying to do their best to provide you a good customer service, but at the same time, when you have a telephone constantly ringing, it was just one of those situations, like almost as if you need the person on the phone.

The first time I bought bamboo flooring from Lumber Liquidators, everything was okay. But when I had to go back to the store because I was needing another box of the same flooring, I had a horrible experience. Their sales rep at the store in Orlando said that they didn't have it in stock and told me to go to the town floor store that is an hour from my work. He didn't care at all that I had to drive for an hour and leave early from work to get there.

We had a carpet and we wanted something different. So, I purchased a bamboo flooring from Lumber Liquidators based on a friend's recommendation. Their sales rep was really nice and helpful. So far, the flooring has been good. I installed it myself and the cost was great. I'd tell others to go check Lumber Liquidators first. They're one of the top places to go to.

I bought bamboo flooring from Lumber Liquidators over the phone and the purchase went through without an issue. The sales reps were very friendly. I was in Florida and we bought a home up in Knoxville, so I went to the local store here and I picked the product that I wanted, then I called the store up in Knoxville and purchased it. Then I had my construction men go pick it up and install it for me. The sales reps sent me an email receipt and let me know that the product was picked up, and everything went good. Installation's all done and my construction guy sent me pictures, and it looks beautiful. He said it was about the hardest floor that he's ever installed which is what I wanted.

Knowledgeable staff and great service! They really helped guide us with their knowledge of flooring, staircase finishing, and in-floor heating best practices. Even if they don't have something in stock - they go above and beyond to get you satisfied. Would definitely recommend Lumber Liquidators!

The people at the store were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, which was very nice. They probably sold us quicker than anything and in terms of cost, it was a good value. I bought the half-inch solid bamboo flooring from Lumber Liquidators, and my wife and I did the installation ourselves. We’re older and it was quite a bit of work. There was a lot of bending over but we got through it. For a younger person, that would have been fine though. We've finished putting it down and the quality is good as well.

I don't like carpeting in bedrooms and my husband told me I could have anything I wanted. We purchased prefinished hardwood flooring and Lumber Liquidators was incredibly efficient and very helpful. The sales reps were amazing. To have the flooring delivered would have been $250, so we picked it up and the gentleman helped load it on our truck. It was very smooth. The quality of the flooring is glorious. It was on sale at 1700 for two 14 x 14 bedrooms and the material, and you can't beat that. One room has it installed and it's beautiful.

First time we bought flooring we went to pick it up. They didn't want to leave the shrink wrap on the pallet to keep the flooring dry. My husband had to argue and get mean to keep our flooring from getting wet. We loved the flooring but service was terrible. Went back two months later to purchase more flooring and they took my customer number off my old receipt instead of asking for my info. After paying for my floor which will be in next week I noticed that my receipt said it was sold to some company in Texas even though I live in KY. Evidently they transposed the last two numbers of my customer number.

I purchased a little bit of oak from Lumber Liquidators and it was good quality. Their sales rep was nice. She knows everything and she helped me a lot. I installed it myself and it was easy. I did get little bits and pieces, but I didn't use all but I might use that for something else.

Lumber Liquidators' reps were very helpful and very good. I got wood flooring from them and its cost was excellent. I'm doing the installation myself, which has been pretty easy, and I'm halfway through it. I've also recommended Lumber Liquidators to others.

I was very satisfied with my experience with Lumber Liquidators. I purchased the wooden floor but I had also purchased from them a few years ago a couple of times. The sales representatives help you good and they were great. The quality of the product was good too. I had one box that was damaged but I went back and they took so much off of it so I had no problem with them.

Th pine flooring I got from Lumber Liquidators was good. The sales reps were very helpful from when I went out there and when I spoke to them over the phone and the delivery, so the whole thing went very smoothly. They have friendly service and I would recommend their store.

The wood flooring that I got from Lumber Liquidators was good but it was very expensive. I'm pretty sure that if I shopped around, I could've gotten a better deal.

I just bought a house and it’s an old house, so I needed to change some of the floors. I got hardwood floors from Lumber Liquidators and this was the second time that I purchased from them. My interaction with the sales representative was quite good. I picked hardwood floors and the quality was very good. Then I had a contractor install the floors. All in all, my experience with Lumber Liquidators was quite good.

My contractor sent me to Lumber Liquidators and there were two guys there who were super informative, no pressure, helpful, and able to answer questions. I was to purchase engineered flooring Brazilian Walnut but it was not in stock. Still, it was delivered quite quickly in two days, so it wasn’t bad. So far, a lot of the flooring has been installed and it seemed tough and gorgeous. Also, the cost is fair. I’d refer Lumber Liquidators.

We’ve been wanting to update our flooring so when we had re-done some cabinets for a new house for some people and they had some of the bamboo flooring left over, we purchased what they had left. Then we went up to Lumber Liquidators and bought enough more to finish the house. I took the part numbers and the UPC number up there and we matched it all up, and it worked. Everything was great with the representative both times I was up there. We had gone to Lowe’s and checked the price, and it was quite a bit higher at Lowe’s than it was at Lumber Liquidators. We hadn’t gotten to put the flooring down yet as we are still waiting on another project to finish up then we’ll start putting it down.

My floor (Copper Havea) experienced excessive shrinkage and Gapping within 2-months of installation even though RH (humidity) in home was maintained to LL requirements. LL's installer did very poor job installing flooring - cutting boards too short where moldings can't hide mistakes. Finally, LL won't stand behind their product. Would recommend a DO NOT BUY for this product or from LL!

I bought wood flooring from Lumber Liquidators and the underlayment that I bought was under my husband's name. Lumber Liquidators' price led me to them instead of other flooring companies. The cost was better than I’ve seen in other places. Also, the sales reps were knowledgeable and they helped us pick out the ones that was the best deal. They were very courteous, had adequate expertise, and knew what they were talking about. We installed the products ourselves and installing was straightforward. I'll tell friends that Lumber Liquidators has the best value.

Nitro, WV store has the most unreliable, worthless, inconsiderate, unprofessional, unethical, lying assistant managers & manager we've ever to meet in our entire lives. They give the impression of willing to be of service when you place an initial order only to screw you over and forget you exist and not do their part. We have $5,000 worth of bamboo wood we cannot use because they didn't order the correct product size only after stressing we had to measure correctly or it's our fault, so we measured 3 times and measured a fourth for accuracy on our part, and to date, 6 weeks later we still do not have our wood and continue to get the runaround only to find out again today, that they did not order them at the correct size as we were told by both assistant manager and manager.

I’m remodeling a room and I liked the product I had used from Lumber Liquidators before, so I went to get some more. I had a great experience with the sales reps and they were excellent. We came to an agreement on what product to use and when to get it, very quickly and easily. I purchased some cork flooring and it has excellent quality, I love it. I installed it myself and it was a day-long project. I knew it was going to be difficult as I had the previous flooring installed by a carpenter so this was a little bit of a challenge, but it turned out great. The experience I had was very positive and I’ll keep using their products.

I have a daughter who’s asthmatic so we got rid of our carpet and replaced it with hardwood flooring from Lumber Liquidators. I knew what I wanted and it was a quick purchase. The price was also appropriate. I did the installation myself and it was easy. I’m not all done with it but so far, everything is fine. I would recommend Lumber Liquidators to anyone.

I was looking online and found the flooring that I liked from Lumber Liquidators. The price was good as well so I got the engineered hardwood from them about four weeks ago. Their reps helped me a lot with getting underway and everything that I needed. The flooring looks really nice and I would recommend them.

We installed some Morning Star stranded bamboo in our new build 3-4 years ago. Many of the sections of flooring are splintering leaving divots and exposing the underlayer of the wood. This started happening right after they were installed and has only gotten worse over time. We are at the point where we are ready to replace the entire floor. Very disappointed and will never use them again.

I purchased a bundle of small wood last month from Lumber Liquidators since I needed to feather on some new floors. It was a small project and I installed the products myself in my home. Their sales reps were good, as well as the quality and cost of their flooring. The experience with them was easy and they help their customers out.

Not happy at all with my experience with Lumber Liquidators. Had several issues, had to go back several times for various reasons. Just to list a few: Several boxes with broken boards, gave me the wrong transition pieces, didn't give anywhere near an accurate install quote. Had to return the pieces that they ordered wrong before they would reorder the correct ones. I definitely would not recommend the El Paso Lumber Liquidators store.

I bought some engineered bamboo for ring to install in a bedroom. I have no complaints about the service. Sales guys were great on the sale part. Only thing I can say is I wish I would have asked more questions about the product. Not very happy with the end result of the floor. It feels fake under my feet.

I bought about 850 square of hardwood flooring from Lumber Liquidators. The quality and the price were good. The person who installed it for me finished quickly and without difficulty. It was a good experience for everybody and if I have to buy flooring again, I'd buy it from them.

Purchased new flooring for first level of home. Chris was happy to take several thousands but had no suggestion for tools or glue, and the trim came wrapped with large adhesive stickers stuck directly to the trim finish itself, not the plastic wrap, which ruined several inches of trim in the middle of the length. He couldn’t care less... so I’ll be getting my flooring to finish the house elsewhere. I haven’t even started to lay the floor and already I see why people have issues after the sale.

My stepson, his wife and I visited Lumber Liquidators the first time and the saleslady directed us to where we could find samples of what we were looking for. She answered all our questions, and she was very appropriate and professional. Our first purchase was a Brazilian Walnut prefinished hardwood flooring for my family room den. The flooring is guaranteed for a hundred years so I certainly hope it will last. Today, the construction person that’s doing the work for me picked up a load of Clear White Oak. A couple of times, we handled some things with the reps. We needed a little bit of extra wood for the den and I ordered that over the phone. They had it in stock so that really helped, and I just paid over the phone. I’ve already mentioned Lumber Liquidators to my next-door neighbors who are going to be doing some remodeling.

We purchased a new home and had to replace the flooring in the entire house. We decided on the vinyl flooring from Lumber Liquidators. When purchasing the flooring, we received instructions on how to install it so it would last for years to come. Having children, pets and a pool, durability was our number one concern. Within a couple of years, the flooring started peeling up and separating. The manager at the Austin location stated they quit making that flooring due to it being too thin. When we contacted the company, we were told we installed it incorrectly and the moisture on our floor was too much.

I went in to get 860 sqft, I was rang up 660 sqft. I paid and left, a couple mile down the road it hit me I was going to be 204 sqft short. Call them and turned around to pay for the remainder. By buying over 800 sqft the price is better. Also I thought that I would have 18 month interest free but only have 12 month, very disappointed by this. The material is great, but probably won’t buy from Lumber Liquidators again.

DAMAGED WOOD AGAIN. This time we received a bunch of different boxes (manufactured at different times) and the result was just as bad, if not worse than the initial order from the prior month. Unfortunately we used cash, so I can't even request for money back on at least 1 boxes worth of the Mayflower wood. I don't know if it's the brand or this style of Cambridge oak, but it's very disappointing seeing as how we've given l.L. Multiple chances to correct the issue. I cannot confidently buy from you, or give any sort of recommendation. I regret that I have to inform you of this.

There were some problems with the incorrect stair nose boards. My son was worried that they wouldn't be corrected. But, they were this past weekend and the job turned out to be wonderful. You also did a larger project at our house that was excellent too.

Our carpet came with the house and it's a 10-year-old carpet. We were redoing the game room and we used engineered bamboo from Lumber Liquidators. I like its quality and my overall experience went smoothly. The sales reps were great, informative and very helpful. Lumber Liquidators has good service and I would tell my friends to get their stuff there. I need some more wood so I'll go back.

We got our snap-together wood flooring from Lumber Liquidators. Their products are of good quality, they have good prices and knowledgeable staff. The gentleman we dealt with helped us out very well and located the amount of wood flooring we needed. I installed the flooring myself and it went down really easy. Also, its quality is extremely good. The only problem we had was they didn’t have the flooring in stock so, we had to drive 30 miles to the warehouse in Downey or some place over in Norwalk and pick up the wood. One place had one box, the other store had three, but I needed seven so, that didn’t work out. If they're going to show the flooring, they need to have it available. Other than that, everything else was good.

The service at the store was good. Very knowledgeable salespeople. The material itself was a bamboo. The flooring itself was wonderful the ease of installation was great. I just feel that the price of the underlayment was way too expensive for what you get.

We purchased hardwood flooring from Lumber Liquidators. The sales representative in the showroom was helpful and had some good recommendations. Then, I hired a team for the installation and it seemed to go fast and easy for them. I like the quality of their flooring so far.

The floors are beautiful and durable and easy to install. The entire project took us about 12 hours including baseboards. We had put in the same bamboo floor about 7 years ago in the main house, this new batch was a little bit darker than those. We still need one more room to complete and will be placing another order soon.

Service and advice was very good and spot on. Floor installation very straightforward and as advertised. Install instructions helpful and accurate. I do have some suggestions regarding the product black highlighting, but that is not a LL issue. I had almost nothing left over, very close. A lot of the Black highlighting on the planks looked like printing, not feathered, with Sharon leading edges, and not parallel to the grain. In short, it was obviously printed. Overall look very good.

I had a great experience with Lumber Liquidators. Their sales representatives were on top of things even though there were quite a few people there. We got the same flooring that we bought in another area. We enjoy it so we decided to expand. I would recommend Lumber Liquidators.

Wanted hardwood floors but sub-flooring would need to be changed. Decided to go with a different flooring with a different method of install. Nothing but problems trying to get a correct install estimate. Finally get that corrected and wait for flooring pickup. Pick up flooring, but no trim pieces. Told a few days but don't see them for about 2 weeks. Pick up trim pieces and told installers will call. It's been a week and no call. A month process seems excessive especially when I still have no flooring installed. Please change my 1 star to 0 stars.

Staff was knowledgeable and helpful the day we examined samples and tried to understand the pricing. We also had good interactions upon making an order and completing payment on pick-up. The quality of the product also looks good after our installer completed the work.

The floorings of Lumber Liquidators have top notch quality. They sell three levels of flooring in different grades. I bought a bundle of hardwood flooring in second grade knowing that there would be defects and faults but it was better than what I thought it was going to be. The sales guy gave me a couple of options on different grades and things. And usually, it's the customer who pays for it so this was the first time I went in and paid directly. They were easy to work with and I have always been taken care of right away whenever I'm there. I would definitely go to Lumber Liquidators before going to Home Depot or Lowe’s.

I would like to follow-up on a prior problem I had regarding wood that was in poor condition when it was sold to me. I posted a review never expecting to hear another word. I was pleasantly surprised when I heard back from Sandra. She made me realize they really do strive to give good customer service and very promptly help me resolve my problem. It renewed my faith in Lumber Liquidators!

1/2 click Bamboo with Premium Underlayment... Looks great, Feels like nail down, easy to install (Use a GOOD saw). Some of the hardest wood you can get for flooring, Very, Very few damaged boards, order 10% extra... Don't worry if you need to go back for more, different lots match up nicely.

Installer(s) was (were) very good (Just Floors - Hiram **, Brandon **). Wood looks great. Dealing with Lumber Liquidators very professional. Would deal with Lumber Liquidators and Just Floors again. Lumber Liquidators took leftover wood and threshold with no complaining.

I started this order in August 2017, job has to be redone three times and until now I’m not satisfied! It’s a long unbelievable story. Floor keeps cracking and installers seem not to know what they are doing. I need to have this work finished and so far it's not possible.

Salesman was friendly and helpful. Order arrived quickly. Product was of high quality. Only about 6' of the 17 boxes was waste due to defect. I realize it was "mill run" but one box actually had ONLY pieces that were about 1' long. See picture. I was able to mix it with other boxes, but on a small job, it would have looked like parquet. Extremely please overall. Will do business again.

Product is of good quality, looked exactly as expected and was simple to install. Order arrived at warehouse on time and I was happy to be able to return the two extra boxes that I did not use. I am a returning customer to Lumber Liquidators and will be back.

The store located in LaVergne, TN was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the experience of shopping at this store. Our wait time was very short as compared to another store. Our questions were answered professionally about another type of flooring for a rental home.

I had flooring installed in my home in May of 2017. Hardwood Bamboo throughout most of the house. Since I am not a handy person I went through their installer to get it installed. I purchased all the materials, had them at my house and followed all the protocols. Shortly after the flooring was finally installed it started to burst at the seams while also pulling up the floorboards that they were under. The floor was now unsafe to walk on because of how high it became in one portion of the floor specifically. The installer and I spoke in July and a home inspector was brought out (on the installer dime, not LL's) to help determine what caused this to happen. It was determine that the Hardwood bamboo should not have been glued down and that's what caused the wood to warp. The floor being glued down was a requirement according to LL for this type of flooring.

I purchased the odd lot for my properties and I find the quality great for rental properties. I also find the pricing good. I have referred others to the store. They include family and my business partners who own rental as well. I think those with business should be offered an incentive.

I purchased a new house and did a little remodeling. I was on a time crunch and then, I found what looked good that I liked. Lumber Liquidators had a good selection and their prices seemed reasonable. And everyone that I've spoken to was very good and answered all my questions. They also had the product right there that I was able to buy it, load up my truck and go. I bought bamboo flooring and installed it myself. It was hard to cut as it was a very hard wood but installing it was easy. I love its quality and I’ve been happy with it. I would recommend Lumber Liquidators if somebody would talk to me about getting flooring.

I just want to thank Sandra ** at customer service for looking at my complaint for a "shortage of a product" and making it right with me. I am happy that my situation was address and corrected. I feel confident doing business with Lumber Liquidators in the future.

At 3 different time I have sent Angela a group of emails with the required pictures and claim paperwork. I have also left 3 voicemails with no response. This is over a 2 month period. Since I don’t get a response, I don’t know if she received them or what the deal is. The homeowner has called multiple times as well with no luck. Silly to loose out on so much in future sales over a $300 flooring sale. I’m a general contractor and have probably spent close to $40k over the last year or two with lumber liquidators and the lack of communication makes me look like I’m not doing my job effectively.

Better than last time I was there and had to wait over an hour because a guy had to go pick up his kid... That sucked because three other customers had to wait as well. Thank God my house is done done done... This time guys were quick, polite, and helped load my car.

Highly recommend to a family and friend. Everybody at the store is very helpful. I got my hardwood in a very low price, and they have more selection than any store. Probably I will them my business again in the future.

Matt and Anson were hard workers during the installation and very helpful with caring furniture back in the rooms. They were polite and we enjoyed having them here. Joe was professional when here taking the measurements. Yanna was a big help in helping us to decide which floor to pick. We would recommend Lumber Liquidators to our friends.

The pieces did not fit together as typical of good quality flooring. Many pieces were warped and unusable. The installers took twice as long to do the job because the wood did not lie evenly. Creaking is still a problem.

The manager and all the people at the store were awesome. I gave the install a 3 star because the cut my stairs and they are not to building code. It took three calls to get anyone to call back and then they had the nerve to say they tried to call me but they had not. I am still waiting on new stairs (they said maybe two weeks). My daughter has almost fallen down the stairs twice. I cannot have my elderly mother over since the stairs are not safe. All in all the install looks very good except the stairs.

Your guys at Lumber Liquidators on Hickman in West Des Moines are helpful and we buy 100% of our floors from them for that reason. They answer any questions or concerns we have and the project comes out just like they said it would.

Sales was very helpful and nice to deal with. Was able to get it delivered in a timely fashion. The material was in good shape nice to work with. I would definitely recommend the select red oak and Lumber Liquidators to friends and family when they are in the market for new flooring.

When the laminate was brought into the house, the box was opened until the installation. The next morning, I had a very bad headache and was dizzy. I was thinking it was the flu, but I went to the store and talked to the manager about this and he stated that in four or five days it would go away. Now I am fine, the floor was installed very well. I am happy with the work that the men did.

Brazilian cherry hardwood flooring - I had it installed using a Lumber Liquidators contractor. They did an excellent job. Nice people, clean, efficient, careful. Very pleased with my new floor. Chris at the Hyannis, MA store was very knowledgeable about the available products and options and matched me up with the perfect choice in flooring. I have no problem telling people where I got my flooring and who installed it.

I had the most wonderful experience dealing with the store employees at the Falls store. The personnel are very knowledgeable, courteous and offered me great advice which I took gladly. They saved me from making huge mistakes. Thumbs up for all the people at the Falls area store.

Pricing are fair but the service in returning extras as gone bad, you used to have really good customer care from the folks in the store. I had to drive extra two times all the way to Raleigh to return extras.

The staff in the store was helpful, but boy was it hard to pick hardwood that was in stock. There was no easy way for them to tell me what we could pick from and much of what we did choose, they didn't have.

I have been working with Tony and Samantha at the Longmont Colorado office. They have been very patient with my wife and I as we have worked through this process. It has taken us over 2 months of looking at samples and speaking with both of them make our decision. I moved my business to the Longmont store from another Denver Metro store because the Longmont store was more organized in their Front Sales, Customer Service and Warehouse organization. We have picked up some of the lumber and the rest is being delivered at a later date. We have Samantha's installer doing the work because of her high recommendation of his work.

I'm a frequent buyer of flooring at Lumber Liquidators. Overall my experiences have been good. The only negative I've experienced was with your policy on accepting checks for payment. I'm a consistent repeat customer yet had cases where your staff did not allow me to pay with checks, and that been unpleasant. In some cases I bought from another supplier when I would have been happy buying from you instead if your policy were different. Thank you.

Not happy with the product, a bunch of short "starter" pieces in a couple of boxes and some of the product was damaged inside of the packaging and couldn't be seen until it was open. I had crowned and warped pieces.

Purchased Brazilian Cherry in 5" width for my condo LR/DR, kitchen and den. I'm quite in love with my new flooring... looks great! I had wanted the Red Cumaru, but this was recommended as a good substitute, and it looks fantastic. Sales folks were quite helpful. We returned what we didn't use for a refund, as well. Easy Peasy.

I am very disappointed with Lumber Liquidators and how the company was rude, disrespectful and unconcern when it came to my refund and the time frame for me getting my home completed. I would not recommend you all to anyone.

I was very happy with the service received. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in picking out a flooring and also and loading my vehicle I will definitely buy from them again and I would recommend them to all of my clients for any of their future project.

The staff were very well informed about flooring, measuring for right amount, how to put flooring in and how to treat customers with respect. They also followed up after purchase of flooring to make sure I was not having any problems.

The smaller pieces,12" & 24" were 1/8" narrower causing me to measure and toss aside each odd size. I know 10 percent waste but my 10 not your 10. Also too wide of range in colors. Should be more 3' pieces and way too many 1 & 2'. I have to throw them out or find a place to hide them.

Everything went very smoothly, and everything we ordered that they didn't have in store arrived in a timely manner. We also wanted to cancel part of our order, and we were able to do so and got a refund for that portion in a timely manner. Would recommend.

We waited a long time to get hardwood floors in our bedroom. The idea was good, but the reality seemed overwhelming. The Manassas Lumber Liquidators salesman Mike helped me with my order. Let me know when it arrived and helped load it. When the job was finished, they credited my account on overages that I had. Also they sold me some floor care products to keep the floor clean. I was very pleased with your company.

The flooring instructions say nail glue or float. My installer elected to float the floor beings that the wood would expand and contract in temperature. The floor was not installed 24 hours and was separating at the seams. The butt ends were separating about a 1/4" throughout the floor space. Our installer came back out and knocked everything back together and less than 24 hours later it was doing the same thing. We really like the floor but are very unhappy that it keeps separating. Floating this floor should not be an option in the installation directions as there is no notches anywhere on the flooring to hold it together unless it is nailed. Now the only option is to pull it all back up and nail it down which will cost another $1200-$1500 to get done. Very unhappy.

All material were as promised. Thanks for the help going back to this location for additional flooring projects. Keep the good work. The sales guys know what they are doing when it comes to flooring. The loading went pretty easy and fast.

The staff member who I interacted with had little to no knowledge of flooring or nailers. Loading the supplies was also painful. It took about 15 minutes for the warehouse staff to dig out my order. I will not use Lumber Liquidators again. The prices aren't low enough to justify the poor experience.

I went to Lumber Liquidators and I told him the salesman that we don’t know much about hardwood floor. 15 minutes into the conversation, he decided to go on break and brought another guy in to talk to me. It was $4,800 order and he had to go on break when we'd be done in 10 minutes. And the other guy had less knowledge than the first guy.

A couple of weeks ago, I decided to update the floors in my home. I purchased some flooring from Lumber Liquidators and overall, my experience with them was good.

I bought bamboo flooring from Lumber Liquidators, and everything was really good with them. The sales representative was really nice. He was helpful and he knew his stuff. We installed the flooring ourselves. The cost and product quality were good, too. However, one thing I need to ask them is that we have a little bit of glue on the flooring and I do not know how to take it off. It's like a spot and it is kind of blotchy all over the place. I'm going to call them to see if they have any suggestions about that.

I moved to a new house and needed some maple floor. Lumber Liquidators had what I needed and I was able to get it. Their reps were really nice. The manager took over and asked if I needed help and we went from there. The floor’s cost was pretty fair and I got what I paid for. I did the installation myself and it was pretty easy. It was just putting the uncoupling fabric and putting it on top of the concrete foundation.

A year ago we had Lumber Liquidators do a whole house install of hardwood floors which cost almost $6,000. We noticed about a month after the install that most of the boards were cut to small. The boards move when you walk and the gaps are so big where the boards have shifted there at least 4inch wide. You can see along the baseboards there are just holes where the boards were cut too short. Also the groves where the boards connect have totally just broke and slivers of wood are coming through the gaps in the floor.

I made my first purchase from Lumber Liquidators for hardwood flooring as we did a little renovation in our house. Lumber Liquidators have good sales representatives. They were helpful and they knew exactly what I wanted. I was just there for 15 minutes. They got out from behind their desk and actually helped me which was a bonus. I installed the flooring myself and with the right tools, it was done quick and easy. The quality of the flooring is great. The cost was fair but I was disappointed because after I bought it and lugged it all the way home, when I went to Lowe’s the following day, they had it cheaper with a 20% discount. It would’ve been too much of a hassle to load it back in the truck and take it so I just bit the bullet on that one. But from what I’ve heard from other co-workers, they’re very satisfied with Lumber’s pricing. Overall, I was very satisfied with the whole experience and the service was good.

Recently, I bought some unfinished red oak hardwood floors from Lumber Liquidators. They were the closest place to the job's place and the price was roughly what I expected. Although I was later told by a contractor with more experience that I paid about $3.50 a square foot and that if it was him, they would have only charge $2.50. The house was being renovated. The kitchen floor was vinyl and I wanted to continue as hardwood. Their sales reps were very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. I installed it myself and it went really well for a large portion of it. However, we struggled with the last couple of rows as there was a special technique needed and we had to hand dry it.

We were remodeling and we got the three-quarter solid, number 1 common red oak flooring from Lumber Liquidators. The sales rep at the first store was not helpful. I was working with him when someone else came in and then he went and helped her. He was busy with her so I left. But, he told me they had in-stock wood at the other store so I went over there and the sales rep there was very helpful. My husband installed the flooring and it was easy. It would be nice if they had prefinished flush mount vents, though. My flooring is beautiful and its quality and price are good. The only disappointment is I went back a week later to get another box and it was 40 cents cheaper. I wish they would’ve told me they were going on sale ahead of time.

I’m a contractor and I needed standard three-quarter inch maple flooring for a customer. Keavy, the Lumber Liquidators sales rep, was super helpful, very kind and he went the extra mile to let me come down late at night or about three minutes after they closed. The quality of the flooring was nice and its cost was reasonable. Installation was good. I didn’t have to call a lot of installers in there. Lumber Liquidators did a good job. It was a good product and the client was pleased.

I was doing a kitchen remodel. I looked at the floor and it looked like patching into the old stuff that was still good would be more work than ripping it up and starting over. I was going to do it myself but if I had a professional do it, it would've been too costly to have them waste the time to do all the piecing and fitting in. I just changed the configuration of the kitchen. The floor that was in there was okay but it was just easier to change it.

I got assistance from a salesman about a wood island top. I told him I needed to install my stove in the island so it would need to be cut. The salesman said it wouldn’t split, but it did in several places. The Oak island top is beautiful other than that.

I had carpet in the house and my kids are little, so it looked horrible. I decided that wood floor was going to be easier to maintain and keep clean. The Lumber Liquidators sales guy was knowledgeable and helpful. He was patient with us and he offered ideas. The flooring had a nice price. I hired somebody to install the floor and we’re installing the floor right now. I needed to buy more padding as the padding was not enough. Maybe the rep miscalculated something. Also, it was shaped like a T when you pass from the wood floor to the tile and they seemed to be a little bit too bumpy, so we’re going to have to exchange those. But other than those, the flooring is really nice. We’re happy with it.

The original floors in the house were probably in its 60’s and they were very old. The contractor and I decided they need to be changed. I purchased the oak hardwood floor from Lumber Liquidators and I can’t say enough about the quality of the floorings. It looks wonderful and the cost was fine. I also had an excellent interaction with the sales rep at Lumber Liquidators. All the salesmen that I dealt with were very helpful and took the time to explain everything to me. We had to return the original one, and that was no problem taking that back.

We had a home project where we have redone our stairs and we needed something for the landing. We priced out the hardwood floor everywhere from Lowe's, Home Depot and other places around us. Lumber Liquidators was the best selection and way better priced than anybody else. Their sales rep was extremely helpful, he knew what we were looking for as far as what our mindset was, and he offered to help us on the least expensive way for us to do the project. We bought a bundle of hardwood floor and he was able to get us a great quality product for a really good price. Lumber Liquidators did a fantastic job.

I bought bamboo flooring from Lumber Liquidators. However, I got the wrong one so I took it back. The sales reps did a good job refunding my money and I would recommend them.

We purchased 750 sq ft. of bamboo flooring in April of 2017 and paid in full. We were also instructed to use their installer who was in the store at the time of purchase. We picked up the flooring in May and were told to let it acclimate for at least 2 weeks which turned into over 3 weeks once installation was scheduled for June. The installer's crew arrived 2 hours late and over the next 4 days only worked about 5-6 hours per day.

A representative from this company reached out and apologized for my experience and offered to me a Bella Wood flooring kit on them. I have to say that this company takes the needs and reviews of their customers seriously and they try to resolve any issues you may have. I'm now a happy customer and satisfied with the outcome.

I’m a contractor and I purchased a two and a quarter hardwood flooring from Lumber Liquidators for a customer. This is my second purchase from them and I used to get flooring from Jeffco but they’re a little bit more expensive. Also, Lumber Liquidators had the colors that I wanted and I like their prices, too. I like the red floor’s finish and everything is good and straight. I’m all about having good material and Lumber Liquidators did perfect, easy to lay, go right together fine, and lays fine. And the sales reps have been very friendly. Stalin and Joel have been outstanding and they've helped me in any way they could. I would definitely use them again and I inform people about Lumber Liquidators. I tell them it’s where I get my hardwood flooring now.

My floors were old and I needed to update them. Lumber Liquidators was close to us so we went with them over other flooring company. The staff was very polite. Their sales representative showed us various products and options that they had but we decided to go with the solid wood that was best for us. I purchased the Hickory 3-1/2 x 3-1/4 inch wide. We bought 42 boxes and we got 12 new boxes but we have not even had time to open them up because we've been put so far behind schedule with a few hiccups that we had in this process from different products that we got there at the store. So, we were behind and they gave me staples. They gave me six boxes of nails but in three different sizes. The first size was either an inch and half or inch and a quarter inch nail which I started using and it was not long enough for a three-quarter inch wood.

I recently purchased wood flooring from Lumber Liquidator and the sales rep was helpful. However, the job they did was awful. The wood was supposed to be a floating hardwood but they glued pieces in there. This has been going on since the end of December and it still hasn't been taken care of yet. I haven't heard anything from anyone. They asked me to email the pictures and I emailed them and it was supposed to go to one person and then, I was told that that person is not the one handling that. She claims she never got them.

I had a rug and then I wanted to do the hardwood flooring so I got it from Lumber Liquidators. The sales rep was good to me. The flooring's quality is good and the prices are pretty reasonable. I feel good about the flooring.

I was referred to Lumber Liquidators by relatives, and I recently purchased some bamboo flooring. The sales reps were very polite, and I had a contractor come out to do the installation. The quality of the flooring has been good, so far. It was a pleasure doing business with Lumber Liquidators and overall, it was a great experience.

I bought wood flooring from Lumber Liquidators. I went to their store, told the salesman what I wanted and got it. I’d recommend them. They offer a max feel for lumber and their prices are low. There isn’t any other store around that is competitive enough compared to them. I am sure to be back.

I ordered carpet tile flooring online from Lumber Liquidators. The price was right and we were then able to pick it up without any problems. They even helped load it into the car. I was going to install it myself but then I thought I could get an estimate on having someone else do it. A few days later, we came back to ask for references on some installers. The guy said that they did not know of any, which surprised me. They said that if it was a click down type, like the laminate stuff, they can help but they had no idea about the glue down tile and could not recommend anybody. Then someone else came out and gave me a little post-it note with the name Daniel, as well as a phone number, on it. He said, “Call this guy,” but I did not call.

We had an addition to our house and bought a three quarter by three and a quarter Gunstock from Lumber Liquidators. Their sales reps in Kalamazoo were great. They were helpful, easy to talk to and explained stuff. The cost was a little high but they were still better than anybody else. My son installed it for me and he didn’t have any problems with it. We got done with it the day before yesterday and it looks good. We figured our square footage for the two rooms that we were going to do and then we added 15%. I took five boxes back to Lumber Liquidators and they told me it would be three to five weeks before I get my checks back. Overall, I’d recommend them.

Lumber Liquidators has a good selection and fair pricing. I purchased some bamboo flooring from them for the patching up of the existing floor, and the quality is good. I like the look of it. Also, I did the installation myself and it’s very easy.

I ran short of the flooring I had and I needed a box of wood to finish the room with. I purchased wood plank from Lumber Liquidators. It didn’t exactly match up perfectly but I got it to work. The sales rep at Lumber Liquidators was very good. I took in a sample of what I had put down and he matched it up with the best product he had so it was pretty close. He did a good job getting it to match color-wise and you can’t really tell the difference. The thickness wasn’t the same but I was able to put enough tar paper under it to build it up so it was level and it worked out great. Also, the quality of the flooring was great and it was very easy to work with the product. Being a former installer, I spent 37 years in the business so I had no problem with it. I was very happy with Lumber Liquidators and I’d tell my friends to go check them out.

We paid cash for our entire order and when we returned one unopened box of BP Red Oak Traditional. Never informed up front on day of purchase if any items returned it would be issued in a form of a paper check that would be mailed and take 6 to 8 weeks to arrive. When we paid CASH money up front. Very disappointing.

Lowe's and Ameri-FLOORS basic measurements of our floors were four or five percent higher than the actual footage, whereas the Lumber Liquidators employee was spot on. The price quoted by LL was lower than the others. The staff was very friendly and responsive. After paying upfront for the product we were told there would be a $260 delivery fee to truck the product 40 miles to our home and carry it inside, or I could do it myself with no cost. Since I was 82 years old with a bad back I reluctantly agreed feeling we should have been informed up front. The delivery guy did an excellent job. We were then told the installers would be scheduled once we signed a form basically absolving Lumber Liquidators from any liability. I told the store management I was uncomfortable about the wording.

We had a good experience buying Oak hardwood flooring from Lumber Liquidators. We were remodeling our home and had it installed in the kitchen. The flooring is very nice and very competitively priced compared to other brands. My husband is a contractor and has bought flooring from Lumber Liquidators many times. He knew how to install as well as handle the flooring and didn't have any problems with it. I’m very satisfied with the company and their service.

Jeff did an exceptional job. He went thru the whole process with me and made me feel like a valued customer. You don't get that kind of service too much these days. If I had the money I would hire Jeff away from you to be my personal shopper! He is a very valuable employee, I hope you know that. The insurance is getting settled so I will be ordering my floor from Jeff soon. If he is not there I will come back when he is. It would be nice if your store had some kind of simple dress code. And hair grooming.

I dealt with Lumber Liquidators in two states to get our job done and I am so grateful for the wonderful assistance I received. My daughter had installed a hardwood product in her condo living room dining room and kitchen a little over a year ago. She liked it so much she recently wanted to do the bedroom with the same flooring, but it was discontinued. I contacted L.L. and was told which stores in the western U.S. might still have some of it in stock. A store in Salt Lake City sent me the two boxes that they had. And, the store in Washington came up with nine boxes for me. My daughter thinks I'm a miracle worker. I appreciate that I could arrange everything while being in a whole different state. Thank you!

Time is money... Typically it takes over an hour to do a simple pickup of materials that you've already paid for in advance, very understaffed at this location which leads to customers and employees being stressed out. Also limited/small parking spaces at this location, especially for larger trucks.

Everyone that assisted us at Lumber Liquidators were very genuine and very helpful. From walking in the door to ordering the correct flooring and miscellaneous materials... I would certainly refer all my friends and family to shop here. And they honor a Military Discount!!!

The floors have been rugged for years and they needed an update. We did oak flooring in the living room after Christmas and it looks nice. The sales reps were good and helpful. The installer was a nice guy and he did the job by himself. He didn’t have helpers that day so it took him longer, but he did fine. It was all good and I would advise my friends to check Lumber Liquidators out.

My pets trashed my carpet, so I purchased some pre-stained hardwood floors from Lumber Liquidators recently. Their reps were great and the process went well. The flooring is of very good quality and it went down fairly easy. It was a lot cheaper than if I would’ve hired somebody to come in and do it. I’m very satisfied with Lumber Liquidators.

Doug and the rest of the team in Wouborn were extremely helpful. I’ve had to go back multiple times and have always been happy with my product and turnaround time. It’s the reason I consistently drive 20 minutes to go to this location.

In-store customer service was great. Click-lock engineered bamboo was affordable and performed as advertised. Hopefully it will hold up well and there will be no surprises. Ordered online after looking at options in-store and ended saving another 10%. Will recommend LL to others.

Quoted a job and called next day to place order. Guy on phone said the sale was over and they couldn’t honor quote and it was 50 cents more sf. Told him we couldn’t establish a business relationship with that kind of business practice. Two days later the original salesman. Called to follow up on quote and said it was still on sale. Really? Gave them quote number and everything. We have already completed job and won’t be back.

The whole process was flawless, except for the occasional wait times at the showroom because there was just one person working and he wanted to take as much time with each person as they needed. Love the product, installation was very easy, final product is gorgeous! Love, love, love Lumber Liquidators!

This is our second purchase of Brazilian Koa wood flooring and products from Lumber Liquidators in the past two months. We returned to make a second purchase of the same product to complete the flooring in the rest of our home. What a pleasant experience dealing with Lumber Liquidators. I purchased the bamboo floor from Lumber Liquidators because my floor got damaged and it was time to update it. The interaction I had with the sales rep there was very fine. He helped me a lot and I made a purchase that was very simple. The guy that helped me has been there for a long time and knew a lot about the products. I liked what I saw and we bought it. The product also had a fair price. I installed the floor myself and it was not difficult. It was clear because there were latch pieces.

The salespeople were attentive. One of the boxes was opened before and about 10% of the strips were cut or damaged. Being far from your store and having enough material we did not bother with it. Quality and pricing were good.

I had water damage to an existing Bellawood floor. After contacting Lumber Liquidators I was told this product had been out of production for several years. The salesman found my original order/product number and searched the company to find two bundles on a back shelf in a warehouse near Chicago. I was told the packaging was in poor condition and some product was damaged but there should be enough material for my repair. The order was shipped to my front door in about a week at 1/3 of what it would cost to replace the whole floor. I was able to salvage all the material I needed and the match was perfect. This is the second time I have bought wood from Lumber Liquidators. Their customer service is fantastic and their sales people were really helpful. The product I bought was hand scraped teak hardwood. It is an absolutely beautiful product. I highly recommend this company.

I was renovating our house and I went to Lumber Liquidators to buy flooring. When I went in there the first time, the guy we dealt with didn’t seem too knowledgeable about stuff. Their reps should know a little bit more about what they’re selling. The second time I went, nobody was in there. I had to wait a minute before anybody came out from the back. Other than that, my experience was all right. I purchased some bamboo wood flooring. I like the look of it and the feel when they were installing. The cost was a lot cheaper than some other places I looked around for. Lumber Liquidators is cost-efficient and they have a variety of woods to choose from.

We had 2 big orders for hardwood floors. In the end, we needed to exchange one of the orders at a later date. Andrew at the Ft. Collins, CO store was very helpful in accommodating our special request. However, I wish we had known that the first floor was not clip together, although it stated it was "engineered". Purchased flooring to splice into an existing floor. I was unsure of the type of wood and how to finish them once complete. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful and the prices were very competitive. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who need some flooring.

My experience working with Steve in the showroom was great… He took time with me and explained many options. After Waiting several months for the right time, my wood was delivered and acclimated for another month. But when it came time for the install, it was a disaster… My install had been bid incorrectly and neither GMA nor Lumber Liquidators wanted to take responsibility. They wanted me to eat the extra cost, which I did not feel was my responsibility. So now my floor is more torn up than it started, since the installers started digging it up to see what was underneath, and I have had to try to find alternate installation. On installation day, the installers were here for 3 1/2 hours while we were trying to get this resolved; it was agonizing and extremely stressful. I will now wait another two months with my house torn up In order to get the flooring finally installed by a local hardwood company.

The salesman was very helpful and provided information about the product. His information helped me make the decision as to which material I should use for my project. I'm very happy with the product that I got. I will definitely come back for my next flooring project.

Bought oak flooring. Appreciated having materials delivered to the store in Kalamazoo, the town where I live. The bundle was exactly the amount I needed. Did at the store purchase Bostik Best Adhesive, but found its viscosity was so stiff that it was hard to use, and returned two tubes. All in all, very pleased with my experience at Lumber Liquidators.

Purchased some builders pride flooring because it matched the bruce I had already purchased. Bought at reduced price and didn't have enough to do the job and store manager ordered more from another state that we found out later that was substandard and damaged. The store searched for more flooring elsewhere and found what I needed in a northern state and had it shipped to Tennessee to the Knoxville store. I couldn't ask for more effort and cooperation than I got from Nathan the store manager. His efforts, and great customer service. Will take me back to his store over and over to purchase more products from Lumber Liquidators.

Needed floor for my son's new house. Found one at the Fairless Hills Store. Installed the floor. Looks great. Value was great. Great project for me and the boys. Pulled up the old carpeting. Laid subfloor then put down the bamboo about 450 sq. ft. The flooring was straight almost no waste. It looks great. My son and his wife are very happy with the final product and we will be doing the rest of the house down the road. Clearly, Lumber Liquidators is the way to go and we will be returning for the next project.

Purchase of an engineered click floor - The salesperson was friendly and informative and helped us with the purchase. Product was available when promised and loaded into vehicle. It has been installed and we are very happy with the finished product/installation. The underlayment sound barrier is excellent and the product was very easy to install.

The first install crew did a fairly good job, except for nailing through the top of the stair nosing, stepping in glue and walking on the new floors, and banging up a lot of trim and walls. The second crew was much cleaner and did a great job. Quick reply on our issues from the first crew and the assessor was out quickly. Now, almost a month later and the person assigned to the case has done nothing and is not responding. What I’m seeing is no resolution, and after we spent a lot of money. We even had to argue to get the $25 fee for the install estimate returned (since they never applied it to our order).

I purchased some red oak 1/4 round in order to complete a woven bamboo flooring project. Stained and installed it really put a great touch on the whole project. I was especially relieved that I didn't have to drive to yet another location in order to obtain the base materials.

The salesman that wrote us up was irritating. Talked down to us. We went in several times to price materials and such the day we actually ordered and wrote a check for 4 thousand dollars he didn’t say anything to us when we walked in. When it was finally our turn he said sorry it took so long but there are like his 20 or 25th person to make a purchase. Then two weeks after we actually had the floors installed through one of your installers I get a call from him asking if we had made a final decision on what product we wanted. I thought he was joking at first but quickly realized he was serious. I chuckled. He said sorry then hung up.

When I order my floor I was told there was a 1 week lead time, after waiting three weeks and being told multiple stories why it was not here yet the store said it was going to be over a month before it was going to arrive. I called customer care, after talking to multiple people and $1200 in shipping for my floor to arrive in 3 days my floor still was not here. It took another 3 weeks for my floor to arrive and no one from the company even bothered to call to apologize.

Everybody had excellent customer service. They where respectfully. They didn't give us a hard time when we return the product that we were unsatisfied with. They understood our concern. Offer to take a look for different product. We were unhappy with the product. It wasn't what we had seen. There was a miscommunication and misinformation about the product. So when pick up the floor it was not what we had seen. Most likely will not shop again for flooring anytime soon. The process of it all takes time and not ready be disappoint again. Waste of your sales rep. time and of my family. As we are family with 2 highly active kids one with special needs. It's hard to ask family to babysit to shop around. We took our time ask family to babysit and it was all in vain because we still don't have a floor due to the reason explain above.

I ordered a few hundred square feet of hardwood and am very happy with it. I ended up returning two boxes because the quality was so good I had very little waste. Staff was friendly and let me take home as many samples as I needed. I won't shop for flooring anywhere else. They even have good deals on any tools you may need.

Laurie went above and beyond--My wife and I, visited this location with plans for our new construction, but no plans to purchase anything. Laurie kept us updated by following up with phone calls and suggestions with products quality information and prices. Great sales staff, knew the products, and explained things very well. Worked with me to pick up the product. Made sure I had everything I needed at all times. Product was what I expected, installation was easy. Staff checked with me before and after the sale.

All 22 boxes were made up of short pieces from about 1 foot to 2 feet. They claim that it was an exotic wood so pieces were short. However our floor installer brought up the fact that why are the molding pieces six-foot-long so this wood is able to be in longer pieces. Also received some boxes that were damaged look like by a forklift.

The work was very good, and the install looks great. The only reservation, once we resolved a disagreement about what custom steps really meant, was the amount of dust generated by the work, and trash left by the first crew during a two-step install process. I would definitely recommend Lumber Liquidators.

I'm very happy with my stranded bamboo. I did the entire house with the 9/16 caramelized tongue and groove. I ran a little short due to the dormers, but was able to pick up extra without back ordering it. No question where I'll go for my next project.

The BellaWood fit together nicely with essentially no waste boards. The men in Lee's Summit were very helpful in loading the wood into my truck and unloading the 3 extra boxes I returned. Again, the men working in the Lee's Summit store were very courteous and helpful.

This is the third time I purchased a Bamboo floor from Lumber Liquidators. My home in Katy was flooded twice in two years. They have been very helpful and understanding in helping to replace the damaged floor. We elevated the house so hopefully this will be the last time... for these particular rooms. Now thinking we will do the entire upstairs as well. The click bamboo flooring is great and easy to install.

The worse! The store in Freeport is a joke... I will never purchase another item from them! The workers are insane - on personal calls while assisting you like you are bother them - I ordered a floor they stated was not in stock and had to cancel.

I had complained about the inability to return full unopened boxes of flooring beyond 30 or 60 days. I was contacted by a lady from the company who stated it was company policy not to accept returns after 60 days but since I had done a lot of business with them over the years she would grant a refund for the one full box I had. Very nice gesture and much appreciated. The flooring has always been top quality. Now the service is too. Thanks again.

I had an awesome experience working with Lumber Liquidators. LL has fair market pricing, and very good, and knowledgeable customer service. I really like the quality of the Sedona Trail engineered bamboo flooring, it provides a nice quality, and look, with a fair price.

The staff is very helpful and willing to work with you. The price of the flooring is lower than most local suppliers. What I’m not happy with is the quality of the flooring. There was a large number of boards that could not be used due to the bottom of the board was missing a good portion of the tong. Also many of the boards had open holes or worm holes in them. I would expect to see some imperfections in the boards but not like this. It appears to me that the supplier does not have any quality control inspections. What comes out of the milling process goes into the box as is.

I was basically very happy with the product (Bellawood order), but my original order was mistakenly ordered as a 3/4 x 3" rather than 3/4 x 2 1/4. I wanted to add to a previous order from last year and thought the order was put in as 2 1/4. So got the wrong boxes and had to bring back to the store. Also, I had to pay $63 more as it was apparently not on sale as I had thought from the December 2017 sales flyer. I would have thought the manager would have at least honored the sales price due to the mix up.

At 63 years old, this has been the worst experience of my life. Bought flooring early July 2017 and still have only sub-flooring in my house. Problems with install, had to completely remove newly installed flooring. Had to have inspector to certify that work was substandard and not acceptable. etc. Problems too many to list!!!

Hands down, the worst service I have ever experienced from any company I have ever worked with. I had an issue every step of the process. Tara in the Redford store needs to be retrained at how to properly do her job, and not constantly lie to customers. Being lazy and choosing who you prefer to work with is not acceptable.
