I needed flooring as I’m putting in a new section now. I purchased a small portion of a prefinished flooring from Lumber Liquidators and it was easy to install ourselves. We picked out what we wanted and the rep showed it to us. Also, the cost seemed fair.

The pine flooring I got from Lumber Liquidators is what I expected. And I got a decent price on it. I installed it myself and I got an unfinished side to paint it and then assemble it and whatnot. So, it was a little bit of work but it came out really well. Everything was fine with the representatives as well. It was a positive experience.

I am a Registered Interior Designer, and my husband is a Licensed Architect. Our experience with Lumber Liquidators was a disaster from project onset. During demolition, the contractors poured the self-leveling cement before they had removed all of the existing tile and before the wall demolition was complete; therefore, the subfloor was uneven when the flooring was installed, and "humps" were apparent in the final installation. There were (and still are) multiple hollow areas that had to be injected with adhesive after installation. In recent months, the flooring has started "cupping" and "splitting" which is a direct result of an insufficient amount of moisture-cure adhesive. We spent over $14,000 on solid Tobacco Road Acacia which now has to be replaced. I will not use Lumber Liquidators again nor will I ever recommend this company.

We got a bamboo floor from Lumber Liquidators. I really like the price and they had the product easily available. Also, the guys at Lumber Liquidators were knowledgeable. They assured me that I could put the floor down myself which I did. A couple of them had experiences with the floor and they described the experience and gave me a couple of tips. I ended up dealing with four different guys and they all knew the same thing. And it didn’t bother them. Somebody would do something and they didn’t shuffle it off to the first guy. They just took care of it. Everybody that’s seen our new flooring is asking me if I can do their house. I would send anyone to Lumber Liquidators.

Our family decided to update the floors in our home. Lumber Liquidators was located conveniently for us and we purchased a bamboo product from them. Their sales reps were helpful and very professional. I installed their flooring myself and everything was fine. For the cost, the quality was fair. I'm very satisfied with Lumber Liquidators.

The carpet in the hall upstairs was getting really unsightly so it was time to do something. I purchased regular, pre-finished flooring boards from Lumber Liquidators and the cost was all right. Lumber Liquidators have a great big place 70 miles from where the store I bought it and when my purchase came, I went there and picked up two of the boxes. But one whole set was destroyed and there were pieces torn up box. The boy said that we can wait for another box, but I didn’t wanna wait for another box. So he said that I can bring it back. But I forgot to tell those boys that if there's any left over, we could put it together and put it in that broken box then take it back. One of the boxes was severely torn and the boards are random so for the size there were about five boards we couldn’t use.

Chris of Lumber Liquidators helped me out and I'm very grateful. I got the true maple hardwood floors select and the material got delivered in the Wilbraham branch. The staff there were very knowledgeable and it's good. Everybody is happy. I'm not finished with my project just yet, but the flooring is absolutely gorgeous and has great quality.

We had ripped off the carpet as soon as we bought our house, and we were originally gonna go with the floors that were under the carpet. But they were laid oddly, so we decided to buy some engineered hardwood. We purchased for the first time from Lumber Liquidators and got Mayflower hardwood floor. They were all very helpful in the store, answered all our questions, and made sure we saw all of our options. While we haven’t had the chance to walk on the flooring and see how durable it is, I like it. And I thought it was going to be a lot more expensive but I was very happy with the cost.

I purchased a hardwood floor from them and so far, we're very happy with it. The price was fair and right around what other companies had. Lumber Liquidators was a little bit lower than what I saw with some other companies. So, we were happy with the price. I had someone install the flooring. Overall, we had a great experience with Lumber Liquidators. They were very personable and friendly. I would highly recommend them.

I purchased cork floor tiles from Lumber Liquidators for a new floor and they were helpful. I saw the reps in person and spoke with them. They gave me a sample and then I decided to make the purchase. The quality seems very nice and the cost is very good.

Lumber Liquidators was great and reputable. They did what they were supposed to do, and they did a good job. The sales representative was very knowledgeable, and the process and transaction were smooth. I love my wood floors.

The previous owner of the house I bought put down a softer wood which really wasn’t a flooring material. It didn’t stand up and needed to be updated. So, I purchased a Hickory hardwood flooring from Lumber Liquidators and the cost was a big factor when I decided to go with them. They were cheaper than anybody else I could find in my area and the quality of their product looked good. Everything went smoothly with my purchase plus, their sales reps seemed very knowledgeable and helpful. They were a pleasure to work with. Right now, I'm working on installing the product. I had to let it acclimate for awhile and I'm getting through the project at the moment. I've put in hardwood floor before and it looks as good as anything else I've used before.

The carpet was really old and my wife wanted to move to hardwood flooring. We recently purchased flooring from Lumber Liquidators and the sales rep was very knowledgeable. He returned our calls when we had questions, and he was able to streamline the installation process. Lumber Liquidators had a contractor dealer work and they were very professional, quick and thorough. They cleaned up after themselves. We like the flooring. Lumber Liquidators has great products, great service at a fair price and I would really recommend you take a look at them.

I own a flooring company and I insurance fire wood restoration work. I’ve used Lumber Liquidators in the past and recently, I got Brazilian Cherry from them. They have been wonderful and Jonathan, the manager of the store, got that product in asap for me. He worked with me on the pricing of new products, got the samples cut, and had the hand set made. Everything was done on time and the product was delivered on time. It's good quality, too, and when my guy installed it, he didn’t have any complaints. Everything was great. Jonathan was amazing and if a friend asked me about their company, I would tell them to call him. I have wood accounts with every manufacturer and I can get wood anywhere but I'm going back to buy more from Lumber Liquidators because of his customer service. So, we're gonna be selling a lot more from them. In fact, they unloaded me yesterday with a bunch of samples for my customers.

We had a great experience - very affordable wide plank white pine - it's now installed and is beautiful, just what we wanted. We used a light stain and natural matte finish - quality of the wood is great - there were a couple of pieces with small issues but we got a little extra so could cut off any problem areas (there were very few - really happy with quality). Buying was easy and delivery smooth & fast. Thank you!!

I changed my whole floor to hardwood instead of carpet and I wanted to put more hardwood floor in my kitchen, living room, and dining room. I purchased a natural oak lumber from Lumber Liquidators and had a great experience with them. Initially, I went across the street to another place that sold the same stuff and they bad mouthed Lumber Liquidators. They said that their wood wasn’t really good quality and that theirs was better. I was about to purchase with them but I didn’t have the size I needed at the time so I decided to go back home and measure the area.

We're building a new house and I purchased a case of engineered hardwood flooring from Lumber Liquidators to try it out. The staff at their location was very helpful and knowledgeable. They went through all the different options with us. However, I didn't actually like their flooring and we ended up going with something else. Nevertheless, Lumber Liquidators' pricing was good so if ever we need flooring again, we will definitely look into them again.

When water ruined my last flooring I purchased an engineered bamboo flooring from Lumber Liquidators. Everybody was knowledgeable and they were always happy to help. The flooring seems to be top quality, and the cost was about what I expected it to be. I installed the flooring myself and it was not difficult at all.

I purchased our bamboo flooring for about $3 a square foot from Lumber Liquidators. We did our master bedroom with bamboo flooring and we're going to buy some more for the diner. I was very satisfied with their sales representative. He didn't do anything wrong and he called me back. We told them that we were going to going to come in a couple of weeks and pick up the materials. He called the stock and I let him know that we were going back probably the following week. We went back and picked up the materials and I asked him some questions about the product. He answered very well and was very friendly.

I have all Parquet floors in my house but I had to add a couple more areas I wanted. I got a pre-finished parquet floor from Lumber Liquidators. Their sales reps were good and answered all my questions. They told me about the best products and what was bad. I was in and out and the sales process was pretty quick. Since installing the flooring, I have found that it was of good quality and the cost was reasonable. I've put down Parquet floors before and installing the one I got from Lumber Liquidators was easy. People should go there and purchase the product they need. Their reps are knowledgeable and their prices are good.

I bought some wood flooring from Lumber Liquidators and the sales representative that I dealt with was very good. I’m not dissatisfied and I would recommend them.

I talked to a representative of Lumber Liquidators in Raleigh and they have been good. They answered the questions and they were nice. However, my order got to a different address, so I'm not happy with that. The neighbors brought this package to me. Also, the quality was not the one I expected and the color did not fit exactly with what I wanted. It was not smooth, there were some splinters and there were some cracks. There were also some with different height. So, I had to deal with them to correct it and make changes to adjust them. I already installed the flooring myself. But I'd tell my friends to go in the store to see the real product and not order online.

Lumber Liquidators had a promotion of 10% off, so I decided to update my floors. My friends suggested them to me because they had just installed hardwood flooring in their basement and on their stairs, and they purchased their hardwood from Lumber Liquidators. Also, there were a lot of hardwood types there that I could choose from, which was good, and the price was lower.

I'm doing a new build and purchased wood flooring from Lumber Liquidators. Their sales reps were highly professional and helpful. Furthermore, their prices were reasonable. At this point, I'm not yet on the building stage and I'm currently storing the flooring. Nevertheless, from the looks of it, it's pretty sturdy.

To all looking to purchase vinyl plank flooring from Lumber Liquidators in Gainesville FL I own ** a Handyman service and work Alachua, Columbia, Dixie, and Gilchrist, counties. After recommending Lumber Liquidators to a customer (because of sale) to purchase their flooring. I have to reconsider. Sending anyone else. We've been installing flooring for years. I went by all directions to install floor and after homeowners Sat their sofa on the floor the planks broke loose. You can see white in the seams and customer is extremely unhappy.

Buying from Lumber Liquidators was convenient and the guy behind the counter was great. Originally, I went there to look for some of the more durable products but ended up with a bamboo hybrid material. Their reps walked me through and gave me suggestions on what they would do. I had great interactions with them from the point that I walked in until the time when I returned the overage that I had. We installed the flooring ourselves and we found it to be a little splintery. Despite that, I've found that the flooring has been great. At first, my wife didn't like it. She liked the carpet we had because the new flooring was slippery. Nevertheless, it's fine now and we love it. I recommend Lumber Liquidators.

I had a water damage from one room to the kitchen so I had to get rid of the whole carpet. And since this was happening, I decided to do some extensions of the flooring that’s already in the kitchen area all the way through the front door and living and dining room. I had a good feedback from friends about Lumber Liquidators and also mailing advertisement. The quality of the floors was outstanding. I paid for the floors and the floor was not cheap but it didn’t match. In fact, this is the second time wherein I had to turn the flooring back because it was not the right matching. I was supposed to order the right flooring. I was fine with that but their agent gave me a very poor service, so I decided to just avoid the purchase and go with somebody else.

I purchased some engineered bamboo flooring from Lumber Liquidators for my newly-bought home that had carpet in the master bedroom. Their sales reps were knowledgeable and very helpful. I also didn’t feel rushed in any way. I called them back for something regarding my purchase and they remembered me. We like the quality of the flooring as well. It's actually thicker than what they sell at Lowe's and Home Depot. Also, the price is a little better than what those two stores offer. Overall, my experience was good. I’ve already told several of my friends about Lumber Liquidators.

I am very disappointed with the product here and show all of our bed and breakfast guests the poor quality. We tell them how this company doesn't stand by their product. Proof is in the pudding and we hate it. Every time I look at their floor I regret going with this company.

We didn't like our carpet so we thought of changing the flooring. The sales reps from Lumber Liquidators were very informative. They answered all my questions and explained how the hardwood flooring that snaps in works. And when I took the flooring home, it worked just like they said it would. It was also very easy to work with the flooring when I put it down a couple of weeks ago. It took me seven hours to finish every room plus the hallway. I love the product and we’re gonna put it everywhere now. I wish, though, that the Quiet Walk was a little bit cheaper. It steps good but that’s expensive at $50 a row. Still, I’d tell my friends to go to Lumber Liquidators before they go to Home Depot and Lowe's.

My first experience with lumber liquidators was bad. Some of the pieces that we received were broken. Furthermore, they were requiring me to bring the broken pieces back to their location and I had to wait for a new set to come in. Still, I stuck with them because I love the wood. That time, we had already started putting the flooring down and we're doing it throughout the whole house. I didn't want to take the flooring up and find somebody else.

Lumber Liquidators stand behind what they sell and their reasonable cost is the one thing that has kept us going to them. We have ordered wood floorings to be used for the house and we are more than willing to come back to them for the bottom floor. Everybody has been very courteous and helpful, and I have been satisfied with them.

A friend led us to Lumber Liquidators since we were doing a lot of updating. It’s been 20 years and we needed the flooring changed. The sales reps were all great and after we bought the floor, we decided we wanted to do our stairs and we ended up getting the antique bamboo which was gorgeous. It was also very easy to work with.

I am a contractor and I bought from Lumber Liquidators a 3/4" x 2 1/2" hardwood floor for a house in a remodel. The product is prefinished and good. I didn’t have any scratches on it when it was done. Some flooring that I installed in the past got scratched but this one here held up great. It was very easy to install it. You lay it down and nail it in. The sales representatives were very helpful too. I had priced the floor out through a couple other stores and they got me where I wanted to get the same product for a cheaper price. I would definitely go back and get my product from them just to save money. It’d be well worth the trip if you try it as well.

I was remodeling the house that I’m selling which needed me to update the floors. I compared flooring prices of different providers and Lumber Liquidators had a special going on. Their sales reps were nice and very knowledgeable. They fully explained everything and answered all my questions. I purchased an engineered type of hardwood flooring and it was a good deal. The quality is what we would’ve had expected too. Overall, everything went well and I'm happy. I feel comfortable in buying other products from them.

Lumber Liquidators is more affordable than others and we got a good deal on the dark wood bamboo floors that we bought from them. It was expensive but quality-wise, it’s solid. The sales reps were very helpful and good with explaining things we had questions about. Lumber Liquidators should continue to advertise and I would tell friends to check them out and get the best deal.

I’m building three new houses and I got nailed down flooring from Lumber Liquidators. They came out, gave me a quote and increased my material by 150 square feet per flooring and added a bunch of extra stuff. When I went to pick it up, they said, “Oh, what about all this other stuff?” I said I didn’t order those, which increased my bid by $3,000. The rep said, “No. Well, we came out and we measured and this is what they said you needed.” I said I didn’t need that and so, I started canceling stuff off. We went back and forth for a while and I said, “This is all I’m taking out. This is it.” And then they forgot to tell me that they charged me $25 per house to give me a bid on. I ordered the stuff on March 12th and it came almost three weeks later. And I had them change the shipping from FedEx to the store to FedEx to my house so I didn’t have to go pick it up. Overall, I would rank Lumber Liquidators up with Home Depot, that I don’t want to go there again.

I bought a new house and wanted to update the flooring before we moved in. I purchased a prefinished hardwood from Lumber Liquidators. So far, I love the quality of the flooring. The finish is high quality and the installation was easy. The people there at Lumber Liquidators were helpful and knew what they needed to know, and worked with us quickly.

I was on a time crunch and Lumber Liquidators had exactly what I needed in stock. The salespeople were helpful and knowledgeable too, and our interaction was pretty easy. I was able to pick up the prefinished maple flooring and get the job done. My contractor did the installation and the quality of the product is great.

The service of Lumber Liquidators was outstanding. We ordered a bunch of custom ordered Engineered Hardwood that the home owner wanted, and we brought it here, and started putting them down, but the owner didn’t want it. She said she didn’t like it. Lumber Liquidators took the flooring back even though it was a custom order, and ordered exactly what the owner wanted. And now the home owner is happy, and as long as the home owner’s happy, I get paid. I’d recommend Lumber Liquidators to anybody.

My company installed there Morning Star Bambo Flooring and within months it started lifting and separating away from the glue. Of course it's everyone else fault. The product is so bad there is class action lawsuit and product that was installed by Lumber Liquidators all is failing and listed on lawsuit. I would buy anything from them. They don't stand behind there products.

I was renovating the second floor of my house and I purchased hardwood flooring from Lumber Liquidators. Their sales agent was great. When I went in their store, he showed me everything. He showed me different products and got my order set up. Then they shipped it here. Our transaction was real easy and the flooring looks pretty good. I’d recommend Lumber Liquidators.

We had carpet and linoleum on our floor and they were all torn up, so it was time to remodel. I went to Lumber Liquidators about three times during my lunch hour and the sales rep didn't make me wait around. Every interaction we had was real quick and I was able to get everything done quickly. The rep was very thorough too. Aside from answering the questions I had, he also gave me additional information. He talked about the underlayment and told me the difference in the finish. It was really easy to purchase from them. We bought bamboo flooring and from what I've seen, I like the product. I would go back to Lumber Liquidators again.

I purchased a three quarter oak flooring stained black from Lumber Liquidators for a work project. My interaction with their sales rep was good. They were very professional and they had a wide variety of products.

I've purchased from Lumber Liquidators twice now and it's been a good experience. I do flip and sell. I had a remodeling project and this time, I purchased some manufactured wood flooring from them that was on sale. I picked it up myself and everything worked out fine. My installers just laid down the product and it was easy enough to do. I was satisfied with the purchase but I don’t know if I would buy it again because I needed more higher end stuff. Still, I'd tell people that it's easy to purchase from them and their products are affordable.

We have an older house and the carpet was just horrible. We also repurposed the room, so we wanted something serviceable. When we went to Lumber Liquidators, we knew what we wanted to buy and the sales rep showed us what we needed and where to look. He was nice. We also asked questions which he answered. We purchased nails, the underpad and bamboo flooring but they didn’t have the product in stock, so they called the Kentucky location and we drove down there then picked it up. My husband installed the flooring and it was as he expected. Although it was a lot of hard work, he was able to do it. I just wish I have been warned about the smell of the flooring. When I walk into the room, it just smells. I've vacuumed and scooted things across the floor as well and it does scratch easily, so we must not have gotten a very good quality. Other than that, the flooring is very pretty.

I added a new room in my home and I needed floors. Lumber Liquidators's reps took me out and I made the choices. I bought hardwood floors from them and I'm unhappy with what I got. They don’t match the floors that they’re next to. They’re close but it’s like buying a chip of paint. You buy it, you love it, then you make it large on the wall and you realize it's the wrong color. That’s what happened to me. Lumber Liquidators' reps could have helped me but they didn’t. It's like a Home Depot issue because nobody likes to go to Home Depot because nobody there knows really what they’re doing. So I'd be reminded for the next 20 years that that was a lousy choice.

I bought bamboo floor for the new construction of my home. Lumber Liquidators had a good product so I decided to buy from them. Their sales reps were very good. They helped in purchasing and in holding the floor for a while. The manager there deserves a lot of praise, too. The flooring's price and quality were excellent as well.

I shopped around over at HOBO and Floor & Décor. And I knew that my friend had bought from Lumber Liquidators so I went over there. There was a sale that was going on and we found a floor that fits pretty well. I got some bamboo floor. It’s a lock-and-click floating flooring so it was pretty easy to work with when I installed it. It looks white and there's something over the top of it, so it kind of scratches. I was over at Lumber Liquidators yesterday and they said that I could just use this other product that they had to clean it off, but I haven’t tried it yet.

We bought the Morningstar Bamboo flooring and within a month it separated. Then it separated 4 more places. The tongue is snapping! It’s too thin! It was installed by an experienced professional installer.

We moved to the house and it had carpets. We wanted to get rid of that so we bought some engineered hardwood from Lumber Liquidators. We also bought some flooring for the rest of the house from another company and Lumber Liquidators had the one that we wanted to match with that. Their products looked similar. Lumber Liquidators' sales reps were great and they helped us a lot. We went there several times and all the time, they had somebody to help us, give us advice, and ask us the correct questions about our floor. But Lumber Liquidators charged us right away after we placed our order and our flooring arrived a week and a half later. In other places, we got charged after the products were in the warehouse and ready to be picked up. Other than that, Lumber Liquidators have really good but limited options and I like that about them. It’s not overwhelming when you go there because other places have three thousand billion options.

I recently purchased a bamboo flooring from Lumber Liquidators for the bedroom that we were remodeling and we’re probably gonna do the whole house in that same floor. The quality was good and we installed it ourselves. However, out of the 200 square feet, there were four or so pieces that were bad on the ends. It was cracked 10 inches or so down but we were able to cut that part off and use the rest.

Just a suggestion. When a previous customer places an order and pays upfront, please have your salesman be truthful about delivery time, especially if it is back ordered. We were told seven days from April 6, now being told May 3rd. Normally I wouldn't care but I have seven adopted kids, six who are handicapped, with one in a wheelchair trying to navigate around with three rooms of furniture piled up all over the place, after tearing up flooring. Hopefully, when the company has a product back ordered, communication from warehouse will be a little more realistic. We would have held off tearing up the flooring. Hoping that communication improves as I really like Lumber Liquidators and am living in a real mess right now. Thank you and I really do like your product.

The person I dealt with at Lumber Liquidators was extremely helpful. And I went to Lumber Liquidators due to recommendations and reviews. The bamboo hardwood flooring I purchased from them has great quality and cost.

I wanted to get rid of my carpet and I purchased bamboo flooring from Lumber Liquidators. My interaction with the sales representative was fine. He told me that I had to have my old flooring taken out two weeks before I got somebody to put the wood flooring in. I had the flooring installed by Lumber Liquidators. I’ve only had the flooring in now for a week but its quality seems fine at this point, and I really liked that I could throw out the carpet. The only problem is that Lumber Liquidators needs to have better coordination with the people that they’re working with to put in the wood. I got the flooring one week after I ordered it, but it was two weeks later before it was put in. It was sitting around in the hallway of my house for two weeks and it was a bit uncomfortable to walk around with a family.

I bought wood floors from Lumber Liquidators and the quality was good. They cost $5 a square foot less compared to the Home Depot floor and I see no difference in quality. I installed it myself and it was a good experience. It has only been installed for a few weeks and I hope it'll hold up.

I had a carpet down in my family room and it was between 15 and 20 years old. I had trained a puppy and I had babies on it, but I wasn’t comfortable letting the little one crawl on it. So, I put the wood flooring down and I love it. I bought the Gunstock wood from Lumber Liquidators and they were great. I always asked for a little guy when I went in there because everybody else would stand around and I just had a connection with him. He was charming and he helped me match the flooring up because I already had some wood that my ex had left in the basement.

I bought reasonably priced flooring from a very courteous group at my local Lumber Liquidator's (LL) store. This positive start has ended terribly because of the unprofessional level of service delivered by the installer associated with the company and run around from the Customer Care department. In spite of calling repeatedly no resolution has been provided or identified. If good customer service means that flooring installation is done right then the Customer Care dept seems happy to fall significantly short of that goal. I wish I could turn back the hands of time. I am providing this review to advise people to go elsewhere when selecting who to install your LL flooring- they sell great products and should stick with what they do well. Now I'll have to pay someone else to fix it.

I ordered flooring from Lumber Liquidators in Durham, N.C. First, they told me that they do not deliver and that I would have to come and pick up 2000 pounds of flooring myself, even though their own website said they did deliver. Then, when we showed up with the truck and trailer (that I had to pay for), they would not let us have our materials until we paid for the installation in full. I had already paid for the materials and some of the installation prior to ordering the materials.

The Lumber Liquidators reps were very helpful. So far the quality of their product is okay, but we have not laid it down yet as we’re having somebody put it in for us. But it was priced appropriately and I would recommend them overall.

Product listed as coming in 24” to 48” lengths. Not true. Boxes came with high content of 16 inch lengths, I would say upwards of 18%..! Far too many to weave in without the job looking choppy as it is a busy pattern with many dark to light variations. It wasn’t simply 16’s packed with 32’s to make 48 inches which would make sense, it was three 16’s packed together (double rows side by side and backed by another double row of 16’s at that!). I had purchased 22 boxes figuring in 10% for waste but had to buy 5 more boxes to complete the job! (I have a half box left) I tried to complain but was met with indifference, “It comes in random lenghts...”

We just moved in, so we were changing the floors. I went to Lumber Liquidators and they were a little busy but they were very friendly. I had to match an existing hardwood floor, and they helped me match it perfectly. I got the tongue-and-groove hardwood floor. It's prefinished and the quality is wonderful. The cost was reasonable too. I installed it and it was very easy to do it and the finish looks very good. It was a very good experience and we’re going to be calling in probably the next month or so to redo a whole another room in there with the same flooring. Go and check out their prices and their selection.

Installing the flooring we got from Lumber Liquidators was harder than I expected it to be. We had carpeting in the house and when we pulled it up, we found out there was a different kind of subfloor than we expected. So, we had to put some plywood over it. In getting the first line started and getting it straight before you could use the swing hammer, you had to get several rows out and that was difficult. Once we got it going straight, then it was pretty good. We used the two and a quarter inch and our room was 14x22, so it took a long time to go just one row. It ended up taking the whole day to do the bulk of it and then because it’s raised, we decided to take it off the base mold again and replace that with new base molding. Then we had to get a new quarter round, so it turned into a bit more of a project than we thought it would be.

We haven’t installed anything yet, but I’ll be installing it myself and it's gonna be great stuff. I’d definitely give the gentleman’s name we worked with to others and tell them to go check it out.

I purchased Hickory wood flooring from Lumber Liquidators and I was very happy with the experience. Their sales rep was very professional and easy to talk to. He gave me recommendations wherein one of those I went with. I've had the flooring put in the living room, bedroom and hallway for about two weeks now.

I wanted to do a hard floor and Lumber Liquidators seemed to be the most knowledgeable about it. Plus they had the most variety to offer. Everybody else was just doing every different thing. I purchased a Bellwood teak product and it's beautiful. Though the price was a little high, they worked with me a little bit and it was decent. The team in Kenosha was terrific and very helpful. However, their installation team was really slow getting back to me. I was potentially gonna use them, but they didn't call me for two or three days and I needed to make a decision, so I just went to my contractor. But I have some wood to bring back and Lumber Liquidators said they were gonna take it back and work with me on that. Overall, they're worth giving a crack at any project people are working on. They were patient, they worked with me and I liked them a lot.

The old floors were thinner and not water proof. So, we had some tear-up from water damage. I bought hardwood floor from Lumber Liquidators and it's a lot better than my old floor. Its cost was fair as well. I’ve never had a bamboo floor before so paying for it was okay. I still have three boxes left over that I can possibly return and hopefully, I get my money back with it.

Then I went in, and bought a little bundle of hardwood floors, and they put it in the van. I brought it down in Mississippi, and put it in the house.

We were patching up a small area and we got some flooring from Lumber Liquidators. The flooring was one of the open box things they had on sale and the quality so far is good. The sales representative was helpful and the installation was fine too.

I recently purchased utility-grade, 5-inch, cut-out flooring from Lumber Liquidators. We had wood that was pulled out of our old house and I was looking for a rustic type of wood, and I was gonna go and buy some. Other floor retailers were charging anywhere from two and a quarter dollars to as much as $4 a board for it. But Lumber Liquidators was selling that utility-grade, beat-up, good quality, rustic wood flooring that I was looking for and they were charging $1.49 a board for it, also, I could purchase and install it at any time, and that made more sense to me.

I liked the price so I got hardwood bamboo flooring from Lumber Liquidators. My old carpet made me decide that it was time to update my floor. Everything went really well with the sales representative. He was professional and informative. I installed the flooring myself and that was easy. I’m actually finishing the trim right now. I just got the flooring in and its quality seems good, and I like that it's easy to clean. Lumber Liquidators was professional and everything was good in my experience with them.

I bought an extra bundle of unfinished 3 1/4 red oak and they won't take a return on it. It is still banded. I like to get extra so I don't run short. They are 40 miles from my house. Other than that the product was good and the service was good.

I bought some material to do a floor for an elderly gentleman in my church. I told everyone that we could get the cabin done inexpensively at your store. I picked out a product and after three hours, three tradesmen, we only had 15 square feet installed. What crappy ass, mismatched, nonfitting crap. Thank god the manager took it back. But we still lost a full day of labor, and I had to drive another three hours to get replacement product, which to my dismay the homeowner vetoed as too dark. I returned the product and was told that even though I paid in cash, I would have to be sent a refund check. Good thing it was only a couple hundred dollars of material. It's a damn shame, no problem taking my money, but three weeks to get it back. Ridiculous. You should be bankers, you had my money interest free for that period. This is not my first go round with product that didnt perform as advertised. I dont know if I'll deal with you again or not.

Our $400,000 motorhome had tiles that were very cold when we walked on them so we had them all taken out and replaced by wooden floors from Lumber Liquidators. We had the same thing done with our house over the years. It had some carpet and we got rid of all of it, the whole house had wooden floors. We had done so much woodwork. We got this little 16 x 16 two-story building that we call the lug nut hut and we have wood floors in there too. The ones we got from Lumber Liquidators were of great quality and it was easy working with them. Their people also went overboard to try to take care of us. Everybody was really nice and was willing to help out like in directing us. Everything is great.

I was renovating the whole house. I went to the shop and I liked what Lumber Liquidators had. They were also having a sale, so I bought Bellawood Pecan engineered flooring from them. It's not overly stellar, but it's functional and I plan on installing it in the next four weeks.

The floor is still gapping and The flooring I had installed in another room the wood is of different color and almost texture. It is as if they aren't of the same grain. I understand color variation but this is different. None of the other rooms look like this.

Lumber Liquidators did a good job and the representative knew what he was doing. The Morning Star bamboo click flooring is good. It's exactly what I expected it to be as a bamboo flooring. And the cost is really good. You go anywhere else and it was like double the price. I installed the flooring myself and it was easy. I've done it for a while now. Anybody can really do it. If one can put a puzzle together, they can put quickly flooring down.

The Lumber Liquidators rep showed me a couple of the lines that they had and we purchased bamboo flooring. However, we ended up going with hardwood instead. The bamboo flooring didn't fit with the cabinets that we chose. But the quality was great and the pricing was great too, which was why we decided to go with that option, it was economical. If I have any other projects, I’ll go at their stores again.

We're remodeling the whole house and we thought the floors were old. We talked to Amy, the store manager at Lumber Liquidators and she did a really good job. She was very knowledgeable about the whole experience. She knew each one of the products and what was best for the situation. I was pretty impressed. We bought a bamboo floor and its quality and cost are good. I was the one who put it down and it was more difficult to work on it than with typical hardwood for sure. It splits a lot easier. And that got me a little bit concerned, but time will tell.

My carpet was grossly nasty and I couldn’t get it clean. I went to Lumber Liquidator's store with a block of wood that I had gotten from another store and I asked their manager if they carried that. He said they did then he took me back and showed me what they had. He also took the block of wood that I had, pounded it together with the block of wood that he had, and the one that I brought dented and got all marred up. I already had some Pergo in my dining room and kitchen that did that and I was not going to go that route again. So, when he showed me their bamboo flooring and that it withstood the pounding, he sold me.

Everything went great with Lumber Liquidators. We purchased Bamboo flooring from them and it only took a week to get my stuff, which was convenient. Other places were talking about months and four to six weeks. The guy that we dealt with was knowledgeable, told us the pros and cons and was honest with us. And everything he said was right in line with what we expected. I installed the flooring myself. There were a few pieces and a couple of packages that were warped but the sales rep was really upfront about that. He said it was like buying a bundle of boards at the lumber store and you get a few bad ones. That's the way we calculated my square footage and he told me how much to put in there for waste, and everything worked out perfectly. I ended up with a box extra, which is right where I wanted to be. So far, the quality of the flooring was good and the cost was right in line with the market.

We purchased textured engineered hardwood for the entire house. The click installation system turned out to be very easy and quick and we able to accomplish seamless look through the house almost with no transitional pieces. We went with the underlayment that was recommended by the sales consultant and we are absolutely pleased with our purchase. It feels and looks like solid wood flooring. It's quite hard and doesn`t scratch easy, unless you accidentally drop something pointy on it, and yet the scuffs add more texture to the floor. Since it is pre-finished, holds water spills very well, and also makes cleaning with a mop very easy. Gorgeous result!

We had some separating boards, after submitting a claim and all the required information on January 9, I never received a call back even though I left 9 messages with our representative and her supervisor combined. I finally got frustrated enough and starting working directly with our local store, which was 100% better. Just last week someone from the service center contacted me about my claim, I can't believe it took that long to hear from someone. It is completely unacceptable.

My sister-in-law found me wood that matched pretty close to the ones that I had. She found it at Lumber Liquidators. I went to their store in Plano. They didn’t have as much as I needed and so they sent me to another Lumber Liquidations to pick those up because they had amount that I needed.The g uys were friendly. I was loading it but a couple of boxes had already been opened and I thought they were missing some wood and stuff in them. It looked like it had been in the outside, been rained on and I was not that pleased with that part. They gave me another box and it turned out okay because my man did a good job. But I didn’t think they should have given boxes that had wood that was missing. I'm thinking I must have gotten the last box they had. I would use Lumber Liquidators again. It's just I had to go about 30 miles to pick them up.

The reps at Lumber Liquidators were very helpful. We were pleased with the service that was there, however, I was not able to use the product. I got chemical sensitivity, so stuff that’s oil-based, petrochemicals, my body’s reacting to it. Everything that’s plastic and it was the plastic coating that was on it, I just couldn’t touch it. So we took it back and they were great. When we got it, we said we didn’t know how it works. And they said, “That’s fine. Just bring it back if it doesn’t work.” When we tried it, it didn’t work. And they took it back, no questions, and everything was fine. They were very nice and courteous as well.

We just bought a new house and got a quote from a professional doer and it was outrageous, so I had to do it myself. I bought engineered bamboo from Lumber Liquidators and the guys there were very knowledgeable. I originally wanted a laminate or upscale vinyl, but they talked me into what I bought. They were very helpful in what products would be best for dogs and things like that, so it went really well. Also, it was perfectly priced. I looked around at Lowe’s and Home Depot, and Lumber Liquidators was definitely competitive and had better quality than what I would’ve gotten elsewhere.

I bought cork flooring. You didn't have sufficient stock, but did in Eugene, and arranged for me to pick it up there. It turned out that one of the packages had concealed edge damage and I couldn't use it. Your sales associate, a young lady whose name I don't remember, handled it beautifully, and replaced it no questions asked. I'd hire her myself!

They weren't all beat up, and it went together as advertised. Usually, you got to bang it with a hammer but our flooring just snapped together. We got a good deal for the money.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I was told not to go to Lumber Liquidators by a friend who received poor service from the Manassas, VA store. I took a chance and went to the Martinsburg, WV store and there was a much different experience than described in the Manassas, VA store.

I got some hardwood floors from Lumber Liquidators to be used for patching in a repair job since I was moving some cabinets around for a customer. Luckily, I happened to go into their store and they matched the material up with what I needed. I only bought a box, which is a little over 20 sq. ft., and the price wasn’t a large amount. Everything worked out well with my purchase. The sales rep was super nice and had what I needed, which I couldn't find on the website, so it was a good deal. When I went in, it was the middle of the day and he took care of me right away, got the material, and loaded me up.

You're there, they ignore you. There is a sign that says call ahead but it does no good. You sit outside for an hour waiting for your product. You order a part, they don't call you when it comes in. Dale is super nice as is the younger man, but I didn't get his name. New. The ** man who isn't Dale... blondish hair... snarky, unhelpful, and unwelcoming. You're nothing him no matter what you need. But he's not on commission, which he mentions, so he doesn't care.

I recently purchased some Oak Wood Flooring from Lumber Liquidators. This is my second purchase and I would've never gone back, but it was an emergency. The quality of the flooring was fine. However, I’m a flooring guy, so I own a flooring company and I install and refinish hardwood. I normally deal with a company that’s pretty reasonable in prices. I know that the prices change with the hardwood, but the hardwood flooring that I picked up from Lumber Liquidators was extremely overpriced. Also, my interactions with the sales reps were pretty bland. I would've liked better customer service from them. Plus I shouldn’t have to come back in the store for receipts. I should have those handed to me before I even leave the facility.

Lumber Liquidators had the product I wanted and I ended up buying some cork flooring from them. They also had good pricing and their people were really helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I installed the cork flooring myself which was fairly easy to do for the area that I needed and the product is great.

I purchased the hardwood flooring from Lumber Liquidators. I like their price. The cost was right where I need it to be. I went there first and bought the first seven or eight boxes myself. Their reps helped me load it in the back of my Jeep and they were knowledgeable too. So far, the only problem I have is the trim that I bought. I bought a reducer to get it from the tile floor to the hardwood floor. I bought one from Lowe's and three from Lumber Liquidators and the quality that went from Lowe's looks so much better. Luckily, it's in an area you really can't tell.

The subcontractors who measured our home did not do so per spec. This led to being sent less floorboards than what was needed to finish the job. Because the recommended acclimation period for our choice of wood is 3-4 weeks, we had to delay the project 3-4 weeks. We paid the premium for installation in order to avoid project pitfalls, but we were extremely disappointed.

My flooring was done wrong the original time that I bought it and I wanted to do it right. I bought bamboo hardwood flooring at Lumber Liquidators and it's not quite as hard as I was hoping. It's a floating floor and I knew there was some risk there, but I wish it was a little bit more solid. It almost bounces instead of that real hard solid feeling. Also, they told me to make an appointment to pick it up. So I did but then it took us over an hour at their place to get loaded up, which was a bummer and not straightforward. But the quality of the flooring is really good.

I bought the wood about 4 weeks ago and still looking for installer. They gave me 2 installers and one barely spoke English and the 2nd was not much better. I do not want to hire **. You should have decent installers your customers can use.

Bellawood 5” Williamsburg Oak: Too many small lengths of flooring - made the installation appear choppy by using the short pieces. Need to provide longer lengths. Overall quality is good and shows well. We had a professional install the flooring well worth the money.

We have a rug and we decided to have a bamboo floor instead. We purchased the flooring from Lumber Liquidators and the cost was acceptable. I'd tell my friends to compare items with other stores to see which one has the best offer.

I'm a contractor and I was working on a jobsite. I was going to have the whole room finished and I needed to carry it on from a previous floor. I was taking the old stuff down to raw again, so that I could stain it. I used Lumber Liquidators for some hardwood flooring and I bought the middle line of raw oak. The material is what I expected which wasn't first class but it was fine because it was going in a closet. I had the right equipment for installing the flooring and I do this once in a while so it wasn't new and I didn't have any problem doing it. I would use Lumber Liquidators again. They're the only ones in this area that carry that particular raw material and everybody else had finished stuff. The owners were also looking for flooring to run in a kitchen and I told them that Lumber Liquidators have this section there to pick from more than Lowe's and Home Depot. All these people do is flooring, so they know what they're talking about.

Dealing with the staff at Lumber Liquidators was quite pleasant and efficient. They handled our order and kept us updated regarding delivery. The delivery was under-manned. Only one man was sent to deliver quite a bit of wood by himself, which was no easy task. There should have been at least two men delivering the wood. The installation of the wood, performed by FaceWood was done by three men and I cannot say enough about their service. They were efficient, professional, and went above and beyond to install a beautiful floor throughout our entire main level. They even corrected the squeaks in the floor, which were many. These three men knew what they were doing and were very efficient - they did all this in just four days! Kudos to Lumber Liquidators for referring our job to such a great group of men.

Generally I was happy with the product I purchased. I had accurate room measurements, and I explained at the time of order, I had 1/2 a box of the same material from my first room, and that I wanted the same material for the second room (this purchase). The store got my order in the time promised, and got the same material. The only problem is they ordered 2 boxes more than I needed. I was able to return the extra boxes, however, that took an extra trip to the store to return the extras. I am happy with the room I installed, and hope to enjoy the flooring for many years to come.

Pieces seem longer this time around which was great. Great staff. No issues. I will be returning an unopened extra box tomorrow. It would be great to have 4” wide stock so I didn’t have to use adhesive (total pain).

Love it!! Was replacing worn carpet... Decided to put more wood flooring down than was originally planned. I highly recommend Lumber Liquidators to anyone!!! The beautiful wood flooring is just the change our home needed. We added new or re-furnished furniture and now have a fresh new look.

The entire experience with Lumber Liquidators has been a nightmare with the exception of Sandra, your customer service specialist. You can contact her for the details. To make a long story short, the floor was laid with 2 different color flooring part antique hazel, part umber. Sandra worked to get things taken care of. Been almost 3 wks and still waiting to have proper material installed.

Prices were good and I liked your product but your installation was way out of line of others. I also had to get two pieces and had to buy a whole box. The store provided no other options such as ordering the pieces and having to wait. The product was rustic oak. The damage was not your fault so I expected to pay for the pieces. The store was the same store I purchased my last order from. Yes I have bought your products before but I will have to take this failure into consideration for my future purchases.

We will be contacting the people at the Lumber co. today, there may be a misunderstanding. We hope to iron out the problem if possible. Yesterday, we brought back 4 very well packaged Bamboo with the understanding that they will return the money. And we got two packages of the lighter color Bamboo. The Lumber people charged me $117.21 for the two packages, but returned no money for the 4 good packages I gave them!

The store manager and associate were not helpful at all with payment process. They gave me wrong information first and then took no steps to correct it. The Tukwila store manager was quite rude over phone and declined to help me at all.

We brought a sample of wood we wanted to order to Lumber Liquidators. The sample was a Lumber Liquidator product. The store ordered the wrong wood. This Delayed our home improvement project at least a month. Very frustrating experience for us.

Store manager (Ted) took the time to explain the difference in the products - very helpful. We decided on real wood 3/4" thick prefinished. - We are putting it down on cement so he explained our options and we are going with an all in one glue and moisture barrier - love it.

What a great experience! We went in to see a product we found on the internet and actually found a better deal on a better product on clearance. We were able to redo our whole second floor at a great price! Customer service was awesome too. Would definitely shop here again!

I have been using Lumber Liquidators for all of my hardwood flooring needs for probably 12 years now. Their store staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I have always been satisfied with the quality of flooring I received. I plan to keep using Lumber Liquidators for my future projects.

We purchased the bamboo laminate with the distressed look. We love it. Easy to install. Interlocking very snuggly, and tight fit. It looks great! This is our second install in our home. We did our living room first. It has held up great, and shows no wear. We have an 18 month old, and 3 dogs. Great quality and value.

Purchased solid bamboo with glue down install on concrete slab. All good except small area with cupping due to moisture in concrete. Initial moisture measurements did not catch problem because of small size of problem area. Tore up newly installed damage area and installed same bamboo but floating install instead because of better moisture protection. Total job spanned 4 months to finally complete, but the floor looks good now. We were greatly disappointed that the redo work set us back an additional $2,500 on top of the $11,000 already spent as it turns out we had no warranty protection even though we meticulously followed all provided directions and had the store coordinate the install.

We opted for Bella actual hardwood even in the face of having two puppies at the same time. We have gone through 3 orders of around 1000 square feet each. The value proposition proposed was compelling because of Lumber Liquidators. Lumber Liquidators helpful and price matching/price beating staff were thorough and professional throughout the process even when confronted with waves of confused "snowbird" customers as I waited to be helped and had the opportunity to watch them work calmly and respectfully with each customer. Follow up calls concerning my satisfaction or interest in more purchases were both courteous with the correct amount of frequency, and never pushy. Returns for the excess product, not saved for necessity, have been as easy as the purchases. Thank you very much for all your effort.

The service and product that I received was absolutely wonderful. The problem is I have been waiting over 3 weeks for a refund that is supposed to be mailed to me. Who still mails refund CHECKS in 2018. I paid with cash and a debit card so why I'm being MAILED a check I'm not sure. I'm rethinking making additional purchases from you.

Visited the store in Colmar, Pa and they were very helpful. Assisted with picking out the flooring. Called when the order was in, and told men that the floor was now on sale, so I saved even more. They were also a big help loading the boxes into my vehicle.

Purchased engineered bamboo flooring and underlayment. Was told install would be 1.99 sq ft. I had exact measurements, but was told install rep had to come measure, and was a $25 measure/appraisal fee, that would be applied to install. Guy confirmed my measurements. Then get call to ‘discuss’ install estimate. Suddenly doubled, as 1.99 was ‘basic’ install, and I also purchased quarter rounds (which salesperson was aware of and should have known install costs). Wasted $25 fee, and did install myself in 10 hours. Upset wasted $25 do to Lumber Liquidators deception.

I was told by the floor salesperson that they were going to hold half the order since it was too much for me to take safely. When the order arrived I was surprise to see them dumping all the floor, underlayment and base in the back of my SUV which scratched and chipped away the inside of my car. I was very disappointed when they lied about something and then I expected to get some service that only deceived me and damage my property because I was not prepared for the entire order.

The staff were very helpful with the purchase. They gave us courtesy call/reminder about the pickup of the purchase. They were patient when we tried to fit the order in my husband's car but didn’t push through since it was small.

My contractor, one of his subcontractors, and myself went together to purchase flooring for my kitchen. We all told the lady who helped us, that the flooring was going in my kitchen. We were impressed with the 100 year warranty and the finish on the red oak bellawood I chose. No one told me the flooring was soft until we ended up with several marks (dents) on the floor. I feel the worker should have told us that the flooring was soft!!! Now, I am stuck with flooring that is marred. Tell your customers the truth... You will lose customers over this. I have an entire house of flooring I need to redo. I won't be using Lumber Liquidators.

We were trying to match existing hardwood floors when we visited our local store. We received great service and beautiful hardwood floors at a very reasonable price. We are totally satisfied with the service and quality of the product at Lumber Liquidators. Would totally recommend to all our friends.

I am pleased with my purchase from LL. I was a first time customer and felt very comfortable with my purchase. The representative was very helpful and was patient with me. The flooring I chose was in stock and it was the last one. I just installed it in my closet a couple days ago and it looks really nice compared to the concrete slab that was there prior to the installation. I was trying my best to match the floor color with the color I have throughout my house but it's a little darker than I'd like. Where my foot is is the hardwood floor color throughout my house (see below picture), but it's no big deal since it's in the closet. I'd recommend coming here.

Redid my family room floor, had excellent service. Only nitpick is that different manufacturers make products to different specs (e.g. height and/or tongue and groove matching), so I had to return a batch that didn't match. I had to match samples together to get two selections to work together.

I have been going to New Cumberland store for a few years. I’m a contractor and buy a lot of flooring there. Tyler the manager is always quick to help me out. If I need something he goes out of his way to help me. I would give 10 stars if I could. He is the reason I Buy all my wood, laminate, vinyl click. Purchased engineered flooring. Was described as hard and durable. Come to find out the flooring is soft, mars easily, chips easily, dents easily. Would not recommend this product to anyone at this time. Completely unsatisfied and believe I was misled about the flooring quality.

The staff was very helpful. Helped me at what I was looking for. The only issue was I bought the wrong door transition and when I returned it I got the right one. The only thing is the way they give me credit on the first one then they added the second one. Later went to buy more wood because I didn’t have enough and was charged more because of the credit from the transition piece before. Very confusing. Would have been better to give me my money back from the first one and charge me for the second one. Instead of giving me a store credit and charging a different amount.

We needed to replace some damaged hardwood flooring. When we went to Lumber Liquidators, the flooring we needed was out of stock but the sales person contacted other stores and found the flooring that we needed. The new flooring is in place and looks good.

In 2007-8 we put down this flooring (rustic red oak flooring) in our downstairs rooms. Several years back we decided to do our upstairs. We found out that you no longer carry the same finished flooring. Well some of the flooring we put down in our living room has lost its finish. Don’t know why but we suspect Water because the damaged flooring is in front two different doorways. I was trying to find a stray box to replace some of these damaged pieces. I was told, "None. Nowhere!" If by chance you can check my purchases and find some we’d appreciate.

The product is quite nice. 29 days after installing the 580 sq ft in the living room I decided to do the hallway as well. When I bought the additional bamboo (and returned some unneeded items), the price was 10 cents lower so I asked for a price adjustment on my initial 657 sq ft purchase; the clerk told me that it would need to be approved by the manager. This refund never happened. Nor have I received any communication as to why my request was denied.

Johnathan was very personable and friendly. We enjoyed the employees and the service. Even though I had someone to put the floor down. I love the flooring I bought. I am sure I will enjoy for long time. I bought the MS eng strand antique bamboo flooring and the Bella flooring care starter maintenance kit.

Very happy with our recently installed Copper Ridge Hickory hardwood floors, they are beautiful! We wanted a lighter toned floor, without the “reds” in it, this floor fit the bill perfectly. The variations in colors with the staining over the hickory is just what we were looking for. The store staff in Naperville were very helpful (and patient) while we were picking the type of flooring that we wanted.

Love our flooring (Cabin Grade (3) oak flooring) and yes it is cabin grade, die take took longer to install and had lots or unusable for flooring. But love how it looks and I am going to use the leftover to make an accent wall because it does matter there. I also put the flooring down myself Donna ** and it was the first time I have even put down wood flooring.

The manager was a bit rude to my wife and I when we asked for alternative payment arrangements. To be clear we wanted to pay cash to purchase flooring and installation services however installation could not be done for 2 weeks. Standard turn time for installers in our area was 2-4 days and 2 weeks seemed excessive. The main issue however was this manager required upfront payment for installation services that would not be completed for two weeks. When we asked to pay at a date closer to install he said we could find someone else... So we did. It is unreasonable to require upfront payment for slow service. In the end we found an installer who understood the value of customer service. Lumber Liquidators lost business.

the staff at Woburn store is very nice, professional and helpful. We like the floor. Color is gorgeous, and the quality is pretty good. It looks even prettier after installation than showing in the store in a small size pellet.

I was trying to match manufactured wood flooring. I had been several locations and was not able to find a match. The Raleigh store went over and beyond the call of duty to help me locate what I needed. They were kind enough to allow me to cancel the order if I was able to find what I needed elsewhere. That way I was in a win/win situation. Not only would I recommend them, if I ever need flooring I will go back.

Salesperson sold me bamboo flooring that is subject to many complaints and a class action suit. After researching the brand I canceled the order. It would have been much better if he steered me to a more expensive flooring that had a better track record. When I cancelled the order a different salesperson told me he was aware of problems with the Morningstar brand

After reviewing numerous sites to purchase wood flooring I chose Lumber Liquidators. I went to the Oaks PA store location to purchase. Staff was friendly, answers my questions. They explained all the options to include installation instructions, products and benefits. I chose the Bella Wood Brazilian Cherry. The material was available in a few days. No defective floorboards. Minimal leftover material. Flooring looks fantastic. All floorboards fit perfect. All boards cut at the factory square with no issues. Flooring has been down for about a month. All still nice an level. I would recommend Lumber Liquidators.

It was great service from the Beginning when Dunkin showed us the wood what we wanted. I just gave him couple of pointers and he was quick to identify the closest match to my house. We purchased couple of boxes extra in case we need some. The return of the remaining boxes were hassle free. Thank you for the excellent service. Will definitely shop again for future needs. Always a friendly and helpful staff. Whenever I need or are waiting on things there is good communication and keeping me in the loop of what is happening with my order. Always pretty good stock of things so I don't have to wait for things.

The sales rep was super nice and friendly. I shopped for weeks before making a purchase. I really like the interest free offer. The thing I wish would have been different is I wish the sales rep had emphasized to use the moisture barrier. The rep spent all of 10 seconds telling me how to lay down the product.

The service in the showroom was excellent, the delivery to our vehicle was very good, but the product (Bellawood Williamsburg oak) was not stained and finished on the edges, we had to use a stain stick to cover the bare wood. We are constantly checking the floor so that we can be sure we have it totally finished. Quality control is important!

I replaced a hardwood floor in one small room and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. The quality of our new floor is very nice and their customer service was great. My only regret is that I didn't use their services to install the floor.

While my recent purchase in Burlingame was fine, I had a terrible prior experience. I made a long drive to BHill San Jose to buy the remaining flooring I was told was in stock. Corporate had placed a hold and I was not allowed to purchase. Huge disruption to my project and super annoying!!

These boxes of Bellawood 5 inch Cumaru had great color variation in each box, and the widths of each board were almost perfect. I did have to correct the widths of a few boards, but nothing unexpected for the price. The finished kitchen turned out perfectly. If you can swing it, install the wood floor vents (if your ac has floor vents), the final finish is much more open and the kitchen chairs just glide right over the flush wood vents instead of jambing into the old vents that sat on the floor.

Order the same wood but different color and finish. Bella stated, "Oh it's from a different supplier" and just transferred call to Lumber Liquidators. Further, come to find gotcha on not having registered wood for transferability. Way to stand behind your warranty. How do you show no stars on this?

Pine tongue and groove flooring - Joseph in the Milford store was amazing. Great attention and service. Thanks Joseph. Great product and price as well. I used the flooring as wall coverings. I had to order more as I shorted myself. Joseph had the extra in stock and let me hand pick the remainder of the boards needed to finish.

Southern yellow pine floors - Was a little upset with the floors sitting outside with no cover in the recent rain. The wood was unfinished and needed to dry for a week before installing. Boards have warped and bellowed out. Not too happy. But they look good in the office.

My salesperson was very knowledgeable and give me a lot of the does and doesn't. I would highly recommend him, the store and the product. He also gave me a military discount and thanked me for my service. I'm a very satisfied customer.

When I went to pay for the product and arrange for pickup, the process took longer than I was told it would and the clerk enter the wrong terms. When he attempted to enter the correct terms, it would not accept it. I had to leave to get to the airport, and he assured me he would have it corrected that day so pickup could be made the following day. When my employee arrived the following day to pick up the flooring, the paperwork had not been completed.

Absolutely beautiful bamboo flooring for a price much less than the big box stores. Installed myself, easily! Great help at the store too. Edging purchased is a great match, made installation much easier. This is tough flooring with an almost damage proof finish. Click together long pieces literally a snap!

Purchased Brazilian Cherry engineered hardwood floating cherry flooring for foyer. Very happy with product so far. Installed same in dining room, living room, study in 2011. Susceptible to sun/shade fading, scratching but beautiful color variations. $4.00/square foot product price is reasonable.

We ordered the Brazilian Chestnut solid wood flooring for our kitchen remodel project. We have had several splinters (one large, one 5" long) and the finish is coming off on the ends of two pieces of flooring. We were told this wood was one of the hardest woods in the world but dents easily. We wouldn't recommend LL to friends or family.

Large order of Virginia Mills 5 inch hand scraped hardwood -- the Lumber Liquidators sales rep was incredibly helpful - responsive to all my questions. We were able to place the order quickly. Delivery was quick, and the local store worked well with my installer for pickup.

Purchased over 800 square feet of laminate flooring, extremely poor product. If the order wasn't so large I would have returned. Unfortunately we had to go ahead and use, due to the inability to return such a large order. We also purchase hardwood flooring that had quite a bit of damaged pieces.

The guys at the store were great. Very happy with the floor. It looks great and the installation was easy. The guys showed the different products and were very knowledgeable on all of the different grades and durability of the flooring.

The order was split because the amount of flooring. The last part of the order was FEDEX. We could have pick it up but they already sent it. It was a disappoint to me that it was sent instead of taking to me.

I had bamboo installed and was told it will not scratch but it does scratch very easily. Also they were going to replace some flooring but haven't come yet it's been 3 months. They provided some new material which is also sitting at home for a few weeks.

When I got home and opened the package, the bullnose was damaged with scratches. Cannot use. I need to bring it back for credit, I was able to use the old piece I had. I also bought 2 boxes of flooring. There were 6 pieces that had substantial damage to them. I'm stuck with those.

I recommend Lumber Liquidators to any customer I have that is interested in using any kind of pre finish material. I do most of my business at the Wilmington N.C. branch. I own a hardwood flooring company and have not used a product that I haven't liked yet. I've been in business for 20 years and feel they are my go to for anything refinished.

I have over two dozen e-mails and about 6-10 phone calls to your company. They screwed up everything many times.I still get e-mails saying flooring ready for pickup. I sent e-mails to my bank and they disputed the charges!!! Your local customer service in Tampa and your toll free lying to me day after day.

Very unhappy with the quality of boards I received. Boards were cracked, splintered, chipped, missing stain in spots, had wormholes, really rough spots. Had to tear out five boards because one was not as wide as the others, and caused a gap.
