Kitchen Charm sounded like a quality product. I like how easy it is to cook with although it's a little more difficult to clean up because they do it a specific way. I just have my fiancé do it. But other than that, it's so great and I'm loving it.

My wife kept Kitchen Charm as a present. Then I've decided to purchase from them because of their name. We've owned the cookware for four months now.

We wanted to cook a better diet and Kitchen Charm cookware seemed to work well so we bought it. They had a different technology on how their food cooked with the pressure release cooking and the steam cooking technology with the lids and the pans. We've had our Kitchen Charm since December and they are quality items although a little overpriced. I feel I was misled because I thought they were made in the United States, but I think they’re made in China. They're made out of the country but sold through Wisconsin.

We got invited to the show after going to a wedding. We liked how Kitchen Charm cookware would cook the food evenly and there's the steam whistle. It also keeps the heat inside of the pan which is our favorite feature. So far, the quality of my cookware is good. Kitchen Charm worked well with me and answered all of my questions that I had for them.

We wanted something that will last forever and wanted to invest in something good. I saw Kitchen Charm at a bridal show and Dan explained to us and showed the products at the demonstration. I've owned the cookware for about 5 months now and I like that it cooks pretty fast and the stuff that it cooks, like the chicken and all the meats, is really moist. That's what I was really looking for so I'm really glad this works. The cleanup was a little hard but we now got it under control. The quality is really good and strong which is what we wanted. So far, we're liking the product and we're gonna keep using it. Moreover, I love the lifetime warranty and it's pretty awesome. I also had an automatic payment set up and then I decided to start paying more so that was very easy to change over.

It's been three months since we purchased the big set from Kitchen Charm. It works really well and the quality has been great. We use the big pot for everything, but it's a little bit hard to clean and it can get some stains, though it doesn't affect the food at all. But they offer to swap the item out if it gets too bad.

It took some doing to get the payment taken care of and all the packages that they promised. I got my trips but I haven't received the confirmation on them. But the items I got are fantastic. I'd probably give away my dog before I'd give away my cookware. It's the only thing I use. I'm a lightweight chef, not working in a restaurant but I did go to culinary school, and when I saw Kitchen Charm, it's better than the pans I have. I just wished they sold cutlery with it. But I like that it's easy to clean and the fact that it cooks everything extremely evenly. However, if you're cooking meat that has any kind of brown sugar it can scar the pan. That's one thing that they could probably tell people.

The cookware I got from Kitchen Charm is great and they've worked really well. I bought two knives, a strainer, one pot and one of the deepest fryer pans. The knives are so sharp. I've never even resharpened them yet and I use them all the time. Also, the cookware is so easy to cook with. I can put three to four chicken breasts in there and it'd be cooked perfectly in five to 10 minutes. They're also really easy to clean. The first time my fiancée didn’t read the directions properly and it totally charred and burnt the whole pot, but it was easy to clean up. The payment plan is pretty good. I pay what I need to pay and they work with me.

I won a dinner for two at a bridal fair in September. During the event, one guy did a chicken demonstration and we're very impressed with the pots and pans. l cook a lot and thought it's going to save me. And then the lifetime warranty that’s transferrable to our children was really appealing. So we got the cookware right afterwards. We set up payment of 100 bucks a month and it definitely worked. And then we can do it after registry for our wedding, so people can make payments too if they want.
The only thing that I don’t love about the cookware is that I can't put them in the dishwasher. The dishwasher’s safe but then they come out with white spots everywhere. But other than that, it's fantastic and worth it. I've only used it a couple of times and I like how easy it is to use. But I need to meet with the person who sold it to us and have him show us the tips and tricks on how to do other stuff with it.

Everything has been good so far with Kitchen Charm. The description of their pots was good. I liked how the pots keep the vapor inside. They help stuff cook quicker which is awesome and it'll whistle when it's done so I don't end up burning things. Only some of their pots do that and those are the ones I use as I'm always putting something on and then gonna do whatever else I need to do. The pots are nice and easy to clean. The knives work out well. We had some good knives but those from Kitchen Charm are better. They cut really well and though we've been using them a lot, they stayed sharp so that's good.
The payment plan that we arranged with them is okay. We're pretty much just putting money on it until the wedding because they said we can get people to send us gift cards and these will help pay it off then. However we weren't informed that my fiancé was gonna be a cosigner. If I would've known that, I wouldn't have let him do it 'cause it was only supposed to be me buying the pots. It ended up not affecting us but it was a shock to realize that it actually will hurt his credit. Other than that, the products work the way they said they're supposed to work. After the wedding, we'll see what else we may need and may purchase from them again in the future.

We went to an event where they cooked us dinner using Kitchen Charm and it was great. We're always in the kitchen so it seemed like a real investment for us and so far it's been a great experience. My fiancé and I are huge fans of the quality of the items. We like that nothing burns on it and that we can cook our vegetables without using water which is pretty awesome. Everything is simple to use and clean. We love that it's made out of stainless steel. We also got the bakeware set and so it comes with the cover, which is a nice feature for our bakeware.
When it comes to kitchenware, we're really particular about the things that we purchase. So Kitchen Charm has taken the frustration and the worry out of the kitchen for us, which is nice and convenient. It puts us in a place where we don’t have to think about buying new kitchenware for a long time. We don’t regret our purchase, and we're looking into purchasing the glassware because it doesn’t break when you drop it.

We needed pots and pans and so we decided to get Kitchen Charm. We got the full kit and have everything we need. We've been using it for four months now and the quality feels good. We haven't even come close to ruining anything yet, which is good. We’ve cooked stuff and then my roommate throws it straight into cold water, and it hasn’t warped yet so that’s a good sign. However, the cleanup is a little bit tough. They've got to be scrubbed a bit. Also, they're not fully nonstick compared to Teflon, but then Teflon wears out after six months to a year and it warps. And so, Kitchen Charm lasts longer and holds up better. Overall, it's been a very good experience.

We ordered pots, pans, food processor and then electric skillet from Kitchen Charm because of the warranty. Fifty years is longer than most people will get for a warranty on these things. We have owned those for less than a year and my favorite product so far are the pans. The cleanup is the same as any other pan but the quality is fine. The payment arrangements are okay, but other than the fact of the warranty, it's a lot of money for some pots and pans.

My fiancée went to one of those bridal shows, and we got an invite to one of those deals where Kitchen Charm would make dinner and then give a spiel on the pots and pans. We didn't have any pots and pans to begin with and we were in the process of buying a house so we thought if we were to get any, we might as well get some good ones.
I like that the cookware is really easy to clean. We have had ours stained a little bit but the stains don't stick. The total amount for our purchase was about $2,000 and they got us set up with a payment plan. They also added $160 for shipping and handling and then a hundred and some dollars for a service charge. I was making my $50 payment each month but then they put a $43 service charge in the bill. After how many months it's been and how many hundreds dollars I've paid, my bill has gone down by about $6.
I called the payment servicing company and asked them what that extra $43 service charge was after every single payment. They put me on the line with someone whose English I could hardly understand and I couldn't get anywhere with her. And she ended hanging up. I can't even complain or do anything about it. It's frustrating because I can't get anywhere with my payments. And now I'm gonna have to just waste my $50 each month until I can save up enough to actually pay them off. If I would have known, I definitely would not have paid for these pots and pans. I've already paid for two or three cheaper sets by now. Kitchen Charm has a good quality product but the servicing is terrible. I suggest that they get a different servicing company.

Me and my fiancée went to a little show that Kitchen Charm had, they showed their products off and it looked interesting so we went ahead and got it. The lady that showed us everything about it put a little bit of water in the pan and cooked a piece of chicken in it. It turned out fine. When I tried to do it, it did not work the way it was shown to me. The only way that I can use it with water to cook anything is spaghetti noodles and stuff like pasta. I don’t really use the pan because when I bought a $10 electric skillet, I can cook everything in there. But the pan is really easy to clean. I put a whisk in there and there's no scratch. The quality was pretty decent as well.
I would recommend it to people. It's really a good product. At the same time, I would also recommend them to watch that DVD that came with it. I thought it would just be about the same and didn't pay attention watching the DVD. I used it a couple of times and I'm like, "Okay, maybe I'm gonna sit down and watch the DVD." It actually helped.

We sat through the demonstration of Kitchen Charm at the Bridal Expo. The warranty was definitely what sold us. As serious cookers who were in need of new pots, we decided it was right for us. We've had the cookware for about 90 days and had no concerns about the quality. We're very satisfied.

My fiancé has been honest about eating healthier again for quite a while 'cause she's trying to be as vegan as possible. But with money constraints and cooking time, it tends to be quite easier for us to eat like the average American which is definitely not good for our health. So, when she found out that Kitchen Charm cooks just as quickly as all the stuff you could buy at a store, she was pretty insistent that we at least get one or two things.
I remember the demo guy had to put down in a semi-turbo around the table that he had set up. He had four or five tables set up that we could browse around while he was getting a couple of last minute things ready. He had all the pots and pans out on display. The whole presentation took 30 or 35 minutes and he cooked us a full meal for six people in that time. It's pretty impressive the way he displayed it. Then, we ended up purchasing one of the sets. It came with three or four pans with lids, the basic broiling pan, a soft pan, a couple of knives. And then we got a smaller set that came with it which had oven mitts, magnetic things to put on the bottom of the pan so you can put it on the counter without melting your countertop.
I like how easy it is to clean 'cause it means I'm not stuck doing the dishes for 40 minutes. Especially with my fiancé's cooking, because her dad is a 4-star chef and she learned how to cook using every pot and pan in the entire kitchen. Also, every time we've used it so far, it's been amazing. We haven't had a single problem. As far as quality goes, I'd absolutely recommend it to all my friends. It's worth the investment if you're trying to eat healthier. I'm absolutely happy with my experience.

I got really excited at first because of the wedding presentation where I heard about Kitchen Charm. They were really neat pots and pans and I would not have to put oil for a lot of things. The stuff that came with it such as the knives set, crystal wine glasses, recipes, vacations, wedding bands and wedding portraits all added up. I thought that it was a pretty good deal. I had some confusion a couple of times about when payments were supposed to be drawn automatically and the total price did not end up right because what I ordered was not written down exactly. I got in touch with them and got things squared away.
However, we seem to be having more problems than what was in the presentation. The bottom of our pots and pans are changing color and they do not change back even if we did what the presenters did. They're not really easy to clean. Also, we tried to cook some things without oil like what was in the presentation and they ended up sticking. In order to get the stuff on them off, we had to scrub them pretty well.
Still, we've had our pots and pans for about three months. They're very sturdy and don't seem like they will be easy to break. The recipes that came with them have been my favorite because they gave me different options in cooking where I did not have to fry everything. They came with a steamer so that gave me that option. Moreover, they cook really thoroughly as the whole pan heats up instead of just sections of it. There's no odor and they do not collect bacteria easily. The knives are amazing too.

Kitchen Charm is a perfect company to purchase supplies. My fiancé surprised me and told me that she's going to take me to some place where they cook for us, right in front of us. Little that I know, it's a place to purchase knives. The knives cut perfectly and they're heavy enough to let me know I have a knife in my hand. I also like the pots and the pans. Everything has been good and I'm loving what I bought but I'm hating the price that I have to pay. They're not cheap.

I'm not happy with the product that I purchased from Kitchen Charm. It doesn't cook nearly the way I was told that it would. Every time I read a direction, watch a tutorial or listen to somebody who's trying to explain to me how to cook, it never turns out the way they say it. We've wound up throwing away more food than we've ever eaten. Then the knife set that I have is rusty, even though I followed the cleaning and care instructions closely. We wipe the knives down and dry them off once we're done washing and we've dried the knife block multiple times but it hasn't changed.
The only thing we like is the electric skillet and the way it cooks. That part of it is easy and simple to use. When we do it by the book, it works the way it's supposed to. The rest of our cookware doesn't. When I've tried to cook chicken on the stove rather than on the electric skillet, I can't get it to not stick to the bottom of the pan. By the time I get it to release from the pan, it is so burnt but raw on the inside. It drives me crazy. But it shows where your temperature is too high.
I bought the biggest set and it's garbage. I feel I was taken $3,000. If these things were going to last me 20 years, then it's worth every penny. But if I can't successfully cook a single meal on it, then it's not worth the money. When I called Kitchen Charm about it, the only thing they want to do is sell me more stuff. I wish the customer service line was a little bit easier to work with. I call and talk to customer service and then they'll give me my salesperson's phone number to call him and that to me isn't right.

I could cook without oils using Kitchen Charm. I got it for healthy living and also for its guarantee. I've had my cookware for about three months. I love its quality and the steam option has been my favorite. It's super easy to know when to stop it because it whistles when I'm done. However, I noticed that on the edge of the pot there is a groove that I can’t actually clean inside of, so it rusts a bit. Liquids stay a bit too long in there. Using the product has been easy and so was the whole transaction and communication with Kitchen Charm.

We bought from Kitchen Charm for the quality of the material. We have owned the cookware for a couple of months and they are durable. They're gonna last a long time but they stain easily. Also, you have to use a little bit of grease otherwise it does stick to it like when frying a chicken breast. Even in the electric skillet, a little bit of the potatoes sticks to the bottom. It has the grease trap in between it so you're not supposed to have to use grease. It's supposed to be a healthier cookware. If I had my choice I wouldn't buy them again. I don't think that the money was that well-spent. Although the knives are really sharp, they are really good.
Furthermore, I wanted to pay with a different card than the one that I put down. I had a 0% credit card that I wanted to put it on and I didn't have that card with me that night. They told me that they would call me before, so they could get the other card but they didn't call. They just charged my debit card. So, it was all cash that I had to pay for it instead of being able to put it on a 0% credit card where I could have paid for it over time. And they wouldn't change it. So, I was dissatisfied right away. Their way to make it up was they sent me some stainless steel ladles and other things. But that didn't make it up.

The overall demo of the Kitchen Charm cookware was really interesting. They cooked for us, showed how quick and easy it was and that it was a healthier option, and that’s what we were trying to get into. We’ve only used the pots a couple of times. We used them once and then realized that we made a boo-boo because it didn’t clean up as well as we thought when I put butter in it out of habit. We were going to try and see if we could return them because we can’t get a use out of them like we thought we were going to, and then we didn’t realize there was a no-return policy. It was our fault since we should’ve asked what their return policy was before we even signed up. They’re good pots and they’ll eventually get their use.
We also got a free set of spoons with the pots as a bonus from Kitchen Charm and we have used those a lot, especially with the holidays. They feel heavier like they’re good quality, and the pots feel heavy, too. The only problem I had was that they are almost too heavy. We have also used the steamer quite a bit, and overall, I can’t complain.

I went to a bridal expo where they cooked chicken and the Kitchen Charm pan took out the bad fats. It also cooks quickly and they'd whistle when they're done. They're also nonstick and made out of safer materials. They are more expensive, but they're covered with the lifetime warranty if something happens. Though other places are cheaper, they get scratches and I didn't really like the thought of ingesting scary metals which put things into perspective for us.
The overall quality is good except the skillet, but they get stained easily as well. I've kept everything on low heat from the beginning, but it stuck on them and got discolored when I tried to make pancakes for the first time. Also, I've cooked tons of chicken on the other pans and none of them do that. I've left them a couple of messages about it, but nobody's gotten back to me. Other than that, our experience has been very informative and their products make cooking convenient.

Most of it is already discolored like a weird blue color. I called them and they said it was because of our water, not because of any fault of the product. It was unacceptable that we couldn’t return the products that we had nothing but issues with and that had rust on it immediately. I liked the demonstration as it was very informative and wasn't too time consuming. I bought an eight-piece set and had some extra with it. I like how everything cooks evenly and that they're sturdier than most of the pots and pans I had. Some that I got when I moved into my house as a house warming gift blew up when they get hot at the bottom because they're cheap. I also love the little whistle-top on the Kitchen Charm lid. Overall, it was a pretty fun experience.

I also love the electric pan and how quick it cooks my chicken. They are durable, easy to keep clean and clean off. Overall, it was a great experience with Kitchen Charm. We heard about Kitchen Charm through a bridal show and liked the quality of their cookware as well as what we were getting for the cost. We've had our cookware for about four months and like how it heats up equally and quickly. I don't run into as many burned things. However, when we purchased them, we were told that we would have six months to pay without interest, when really, it was one month and it was 24% interest. The interest rates that they told us were of lower amounts, so we were really surprised by that hidden little secret and felt very lucky we were able to transfer that balance so we could get it paid off quicker and not into the 24% interest rate. On the other hand, although we did not have the best experience with whom we purchased them from, overall, the quality of the cookware is lovely and we're very pleased with it.

I like how they're easy to clean after cooking. We were having a little trouble with things sticking at first but we're able to figure that out. One thing I was having trouble with was being able to talk to somebody because I had some questions regarding the product. It was really hard to have customer service and to be able to talk to someone in person regarding the product. It would be helpful if they could find a way to make it easier.
There was another company that I was thinking of purchasing products but they were a little expensive, and it seemed like it did a fairly similar job. The guy from Kitchen Charm told me that it was the same configuration of materials that it was made of. And then when I was looking up some of the information regarding what it's made of, I wasn’t able to confirm what the person that I talked to said. So that was concerning for me because I wanna make sure I'm getting what he told me and what I paid for. But as far as how it's working, it cooks well. We're happy with how it's cooking, so I'm thankful.

The Kitchen Charm presentation was very welcoming but what we looked for was the quality of the pots and pans. We were going to either overpay for them or sacrifice quality with some of the other stuff that we had gotten through Kitchen Charm. We bought one pot to see how it would go and we also got the wine glasses and the plates but we’re thinking of going back to get the whole pots and pans set. I like the even cook time and the fact that the steamer tells us when to turn because it whistles so we know when to undo it.
I really like my Kitchen Charm products but the dishes are small. For the price that we paid, I expected them to just be a little bit more. Nevertheless, I’m completely satisfied with the product itself and I would definitely continue doing business with them but the customer service that I received when I called is just lacking. Sometimes I don’t get a call when I should get one. I waited a month and a half for my wine glasses because there was a miscommunication and no immediate response from the representative’s side. Also, I’ve been trying to contact the company to get my crystal glasses in and that has not happened. It’s always like a run around. I probably won’t get other products from them again if I don’t get my crystal glasses in. The product is good but their customer service and follow up are terrible. He did use the frying pan, which I liked and which I’ve always had. He liked it very well, too. For the most part, the cookware has been good and I like how it cooks. It's also dishwasher safe and they seem very nice and very sturdy. The bad part is cleaning it. It takes so much time to clean it which is what's so terrible. I was over spending hundreds of dollars on my cookware every year. So we got a really good set that way, I never had to worry about buying another one again. One thing that I like about Kitchen Charm is I can dish wash it. And I can use whatever kind of soap I wanted and it doesn't rust, chip, like there were so many things about it that were so nice compared to other retailers who were trying to sit there and sell $2,000 set.
I bought the pots and pans and the knife set and I've owned them for six months now. I like that I could sit there and put my food on the stove and come back to it 15, 20 minutes later. And if I had it on the right temperature, it won't burn. I like to cook and clean and do a bunch of things at the same time. Before, I would sit there and leave my pan for two minutes, when I come back, it's already burning on the bottom. And then, scrubbing it afterward is always a pain. And with these Kitchen Charm sets, I just soak it for two minutes, and then I wash it. If I do leave it on too long and it takes anything comes off within seconds. It's so nice cleaning it.
The kitchenware has great quality for sure. They don't bend and don't change colors at all. I'm definitely very pleased with the quality of them. It's well worth the cost if I were in the kitchen daily and I cook all the time. The set pretty much pays for itself when people realize how much little food they burn. At first, my husband was like, "What the heck of a price." And then, afterwards, he realizes how much I use it and how easy it is to clean and store, and how everything stacks together so nicely. And all those are just extra bonuses on top of it. It's really one of the best pots and pans set I've ever owned. I use the set all the time and I love it. It works amazing. I cook with it every single day, multiple times a day and I am very happy with the set I have.

Very dissatisfied with our experience. The show was great, food was great, cookware was great for a while. Not as easy to clean as described but that's not too big of the issue. The payment process though is ridiculous. We were told there would be no interest rate as long as we paid on time. Come to find our billing statements show that our payments are doing nothing. $45 of the $80 is going towards grand total and the other $35 is going towards an interest fee. And then another charge would come out usually around $32 dollars for "payment option" or something like that. Let alone not coming out on the designated day. Not sure if it was just our salesman, but not very happy with our after service. When we calculated it up if we keep on with the payment plan we will have paid double the original 2000 by the time we are done. Buy these pans out right if looking into them is the lesson learned.

In review of Ms. Jones’ account, we see that she signed a sales order on May 21, 2016 and on that sales order it states that for the first 6 months the minimum payment would be for $45 due to the order being set up as a Military/Bridal Program. After the six months, the payment would increase to $89. On the sales order, there is no indication that the for the first six months no finance charge would be applied, if Ms. Jones has something in writing stating this, she will need to send us a copy for review. Since Ms. Jones is no longer within the cancellation timeframe, the account is no longer eligible for cancellation and she will remain responsible for the account and its balance.

Their pots and pans seemed to be made out of really good material. We like that they're really great conductors and they cook without having to have a whole lot of the extra grease. There's also a whistle which my fiancee likes. It lets her know that the food is ready without having to stand over top of it and monitor. They seem to be holding up really well and so far, I haven't let anything burn yet.

We weren't looking for any cookware. Then my fiancée went to a bridal shower and she was introduced to the information about Kitchen Charm. There's a lifetime warranty on the cookware for any issue that was pertaining to its wear and tear and there were so many perks along with it that we couldn't really pass up. The cookware's durable and I like it. Then I don't have too much sticking on it like a lot of other cookware. I also don't need to use a whole bunch of grease, and that's always a plus. I'm most definitely two thumbs up on the quality as well. Hopefully, we'll have everything Kitchen Charm produces. I will recommend them.

We went to a David Bridal thing that was advertising Kitchen Charm as part in their show. I was interested in getting in to see how it worked. My fiancee liked it so much that I couldn't say no. Also, they gave me a nice little deal on the table too, so we jumped right in, and got the pots, pans, plates, glasses, bowls and cups. The way they have done the cookware was neat, and the cookware made cooking quick and simple. Everything is good when my fiancee cooks with them. The only thing we're trying to figure out is how to set it so the cookware whistles when the food is done.

Plus, it's good quality, and I like the lifetime warranty.

We went to one of those wedding shows and a sales rep sold us on the Kitchen Charm cookware. Previously, we had looked at other cookware and everything like that and the prices on anything of that quality were ridiculous. We had looked at everything else and nothing came with the warranty that Kitchen Charm has. Its transferable warranty was a huge seller for us. I've really enjoyed it since then. We've been using it for four months now and it's very nice to cook with. I love the tops. We leave it cooking and go to the other room and it'll whistle whenever it's reached the proper temperature. Also, I haven't had any trouble with cleaning them. They clean very easily even if something does stick to them. It is a nice quality and I'm very happy with it.

We heard about Kitchen Charm at the bridal expo at the Pontiac Convention Center in Janesville back in March when they were advertising for their products. We ended up talking to very nice people there, and then we got a call for a dinner for two, and it blew our mind on how easy this guy was cooking on this stuff. And I was like, "Oh, my gosh." I've had a cookware product since college - my food sticks to it, and it's a pain in the butt to clean.
At the time, I was the only one working and Kitchen Charm products were nice because the payments are very reasonable. And I said, "I think we should definitely upgrade on our kitchenware." So we ended up ordering them, and I have had nothing but awesome food. So many of our family members that have been coming over for dinners or lunches would say, "How are you cooking all this stuff?" And it was funny because at the dinner for two, the guy showed us how we can stack the stuff and everything's still cooked. And so, I did that, too and my mom was so jealous. She said, "I want to get some of these." I was like, "No. they're mine." The food is delicious, and everything cooks so fast. It’s all so different tasting from the old pots and pans that we had to the stuff that were using now.
Plus, I love the big saucepan that we have. I literally can put five chicken breasts in there instead of using my oven and be able to get the better flavor from the pan. Furthermore, the bamboo cutting board is my favorite as well because it's so easy for the cleanup. I can't even tell if I cut onions or the chicken on the cutting board because there's no smell. The knives are very, very awesome to cut with. It's been amazing to finally be able to cook again in the kitchen.
My young daughter helps me cook, and now I'm not so scared about when she's helping me stir stuff on the pans, with her scratching the bottom. She's having a blast too in the kitchen being only 20 months old. It's been a whole eye-opening experience. It was the best time to get new stuff and I've enjoyed it ever since. We ended up telling my fiance's grandparents about Kitchen Charm and they have one of our catalogs. I don't know if they've ordered anything out of the catalog but they were definitely looking at the knife set because they cook a lot too and have used a few of our stuff.

We were impressed with the way the guy presented himself and demonstrated Kitchen Charm in a seminar we attended. He was very good at his job. He tried to keep us entertained. It was not like one of those seminars where you sit there with the pillow and toothpicks on your eyes. We also bought Kitchen Charm's products because we wanted to have a real good set of pots and pans because my fiancé actually just moved in with me. I've got dishes and she's got her own, but probably 99.9% of them is not high end quality. My fiancé will probably like the skillet and use that more and there's a couple of larger dishes there that I'll probably use more because I do lot of chop sueys. I'd definitely recommend them. However, I was surprised when I opened the box up because they didn't ship the catalogue along with it. So my suggestion from me to them is to put a catalogue in because we might want to order other stuff in the future.

We didn't need the whole set so he gave us a few pieces less than the normal set and it cost us a significant amount less, which was great. I really enjoy the whistle top which tells me that everything is done. When we purchased the items, we were told that part of the offer was we would get something in the mail for a voucher for a trip but that certainly never came so I would be giving the guy we bought it from a call. But we love the cookware's quality. It's very easy to clean and take care of. We're happy we made the purchase and I've recommended Kitchen Charm to a few people.

Before we got married in May, my wife and I went to a bridal show at a convention center here in Tyler, and a few weeks later we got cookware from Kitchen Charm. I liked the products and I was sold to the durability and the actual cooking process. It didn't take very much to cook with them, just very little water and no oil at all. I love the items that we got and I haven't needed any more cookware. What I like most about them, apart from the cooking process, is the fact that they don't take very much space because they're stackable, and that's one of my selling points on this cookware also. You can take in like two or three pieces on top of one another and use just one burner.
I plan on buying other items from Kitchen Charm in the future. We're in the process of buying for when we can finally build our own house, because right now we're just leasing. When we tell people how much we paid for this cookware, they look at us as crazy. But I explain to them about all the money that they’re going to actually spend for a quality product, when they figure out what they want to put in their kitchen, and then they had to see it our way.

We still booked the vacation though I hope they won't say that anymore. Also, we only wanted to buy one or two of their products but they made a good case with those pans. But we're not yet married until October, so we're going to do the honeymoon deal then. For the price, we probably would've rethought about buying from Kitchen Charm, but the honeymoon deal was what sold us. The cookware was a little expensive, but you get your money's worth. We got the biggest set that was offered, and then we did a couple of add-ons like the knife set. They gave us whatever they were advertising as free that day, and we bought the rest, and we ended up buying the full set. The durability of the cookware is what I like the most. I'm hoping that it lasts as long as they say it will and that we don't have to buy anymore pots and pans for a while. But so far, so good.

We took advantage of it as we also needed nice pots and pans, and it seems to cook things better. When cooking chicken breast, it gets more fat out. It's also easier to cook with the little whistle things on there. They’re sturdy and we can put them in the dishwasher. We had some Teflon cookware that we used before, but it fell apart and we could sometimes find it in our food. The stainless steel of the Kitchen Charm cookware doesn't do that. The cookbook that it came with does a good job of explaining things like how to make new stuff or how long to leave the food in the pan before turning it and all kinds of stuff so that's good. My husband didn't follow what was in the cookbook when he used the cookware so he had issues after. I followed what was in the cookbook so my food came out fine. We're protecting them from being damaged by his family and I don't have a storage space for it so we're waiting until we get married and buy a place. At the demonstration, the food sold everything. It tasted really good and seemed simple. I don't cook but maybe I could do that. The demonstration showed how easy it could be. The salesperson was very personable, and we felt a connection watching the presentation and were able to talk with him afterwards. He presented the cookware's durability by showing us how long he had the certain pieces and how they still look relatively brand new. I was impressed.
