I am happy with my Kitchen Charm cookware. It's easier to use than I thought it would be. It also keeps our food moist. High quality and very well-made.

My fiancé went to a wedding show and then Kitchen Charm offered us the chance to come and meet with them and sit down, and they did a demo...and it wasn't very straightforward. Basically, when they sit people down they offer different packages. What they offered was not exactly what we wanted to get as a package so we did something a little bit different and decided to do just a few items -- just four skillets. We got the first skillets but we also got sent knives as well. I’m not sure how that happened. I’m not terribly upset about it but I was concerned. As for the products, we've had them for months now and we like the simple construction and nice quality.

We went to a cooking demonstration and it made us decide that the Kitchen Charm was something that we wanted. It was a great experience, and was easy to purchase. I like the items I bought.

The guy at the seminar telling us about KitchenCharm was very convincing and we really liked the products that were being shown. It has great quality and easy to clean.

Their deal seemed very good, it was one of those things that we'd get half off especially we're getting married soon so we decided to buy from them. I like that I don’t get to use a lot of water and the food just turns a lot better, and it's easy to clean. The quality was great and it hasn’t let me down yet. Once we pay off what we bought because it was quite expensive, we're going to continue to use them because of the warranty. It's better than what I thought it would be and very professional.

We really liked the idea that with the Kitchen Charm cookware you can stack the food against the inside; subsides. And it would still cook just as good as if it were right on the flat bottom. Its durable has a professional appearance and has a lifetime guarantee.

My fiancée and I were at the Kitchen Charm's Dinner4Two, and an offer was presented to us so we gave it a try. I haven't used the cookware yet because I'm going to wait until we get married to use them, but I unpacked and saw everything that we received. It is a bit heavy, but the quality looks great and it is like how the guy explained it to us.

We really liked Kitchen Charm's 50-year warranty. It’s no matter what, no questions asked. If it’s broken, they replace it. We figured we'd spend money now and not have to spend money later on cheap stuff that break over time. Also, when the Kitchen Charm guy cooked dinner for us with the pots and pans, I was really impressed with the quality and the food tasted better. The guy was knowledgeable about food and about how vegetables start losing their nutritional value at a certain core temperature. He was really nice. We purchased the pots and pans from them and we got a knife set.

Kitchen Charm's biggest selling point for me was the health reasons. They have the stainless steel pots that keep all the nutrients in the vegetables. I've had the cookware for five months and there’s a lot of learning involved regarding how to cook with it. I also found them to be very high-quality and I like that I can put it in the dishwasher. It's been a positive and straightforward experience. It is what they say it is.

My fiancé and I recently purchased the Kitchen Charm deluxe 11 piece set as well as the accessory package. I cannot say enough great things about Kitchen Charm products!!! I love to cook and bake and always like to put a healthy flair into my dishes. This cookware has allowed me to prepare healthy, delicious meals without having to do as much work as I did before. Not to mention no longer having to have the burner on our stove cranked to the highest setting the entire time I am preparing. We can't help but show off our stuff when we have guests over – when you have a product this great it's hard to resist!!!

Psychochef Matt was awesome! He really knew his stuff and my fiance and I loved his presentation. He really cares about what he does and knows how to explain everything to the attendants without overwhelming us. I wish that I could attend more of his presentations!

Kitchen Charm is a really good cookware. I liked the whistle and the way it's designed. It was nice and that was a good selling point. Their rep explained it very clearly, like how the lid and the pans worked together. We had the 8-piece cookware set with the pots and pans, the square and the 10-inch skillet. I liked them all. They’re heavy duty and sturdy. I haven’t had to tighten any bolts. And once I figured out how I was supposed to cook with the whistle, everything was a lot more flavorful. The cookware also stay clean and really shiny. I like how they came with the Kleen King Stainless Steel Cleaner. I wouldn’t be able to keep them very clean if I didn’t have that.

The presentation Kitchen Charm did on how easy it was to cook made me purchase an 11-piece set and the breakfast collection from them. The items are a little hard to clean if you don't have a stainless steel cleaner but other than that, they cook great. I also got a vacation with my purchase.

EVERYTHING sticks and burns. The "waterless" (or little water) system is terrible. They tell you that your food will stay warm in the pot for like an hour once you remove them from the heat. They don't tell you that your veggies will burn by doing so. I'd rather have my non-stick cheap pans than these.

The demonstration showed how the pans work and how the food was cooked. We needed some good pots and pans so we purchased from Kitchen Charm. Quality-wise, they're good. However, everything I try to cook stick from there, though it cooks pretty even.

I've had similar cookware from another company for years so I decided to buy Kitchen Charm's because it seems good quality and was a little less expensive than the company my mom and I have. We bought the Deluxe package and we really like it. However, we found out that there are certain foods that we would normally make and we cannot do in the frying pan. They're very good quality, quick and work well. They're easy for someone who's new to cooking. However, I thought I was paying on my Capital One this month and a line of credit was taken out for it to pay that. It was not explained at all. I was not very happy but at this point it is what it is.

I bought from Kitchen Charm because I thought it was going to make life easy. And the demonstrator made them seem like they are some great thing and put a lot more hype than what they were actually worth. He made it seem like they're easy to use. I read all the instructions and the first time, they worked fine. I did like how I didn't have to use any extra grease the first time I used it. But after that everything was sticking to them. We had them for two months when I tried to make grilled cheese and it would not come off. I ended up throwing the pan away with the grilled cheese in them because I don't feel like rubbing them off. Ever since that happened, I had called and tried to get out of the rest of the payment but I was told that because of the contract I'm stuck paying for them even though I don't use them anymore. I put them away and won't ever use them again.

Kitchen Charm's salesman was really good and knew his stuff. The cookware are easy to clean and of very good quality.

We went to Kitchen Charm's cook-for-two thing and bought new pots and pans because we needed them. I really like all the accessories that came with it. The stainless steel pans work, but they damage easily. They are marking up really bad, and I feel they are not going to last for a while.

It's great that there is a lifetime warranty and if you have any questions Chef Warren has made himself available. I have not seen that from any other companies. The quality of the cookware is amazing and it is so easy to clean. I will continue to buy Kitchen Charm cookware and highly recommend it to anyone. I will have this cookware for a lifetime! I purchased from them because of their presentation and explanation of what's better about them which is the quality. I bought an initial package deal and I've had it for about three months. The quality is very good and I like that it evenly cooks a lot of food. I had a very good experience with Kitchen Charm.

It's been a few months that I've had my Kitchen Charm cookware and I love them. My fiance's mom also has some pots and pans from them. They weren't called the same way as they're called now, but they're the same pots and pans that she's had for 30 plus years. When I know somebody personally that's had them for that long and has never had an issue, it speaks volumes. I'm never going to have to buy another set in my lifetime and the money to me was worth it.

It's still moist, but I still feel it's not overcooked so I don't cook out all my nutrients. They're a little heavier though than what I'm used to but it's really sturdy, I could use it forever. It's worth the price to have a great, long-lasting cookware.

Our experience with Kitchen Charm has been good so far. However, when we are cooking chicken breast or some type of meat, it sticks to the bottom of the pan and then lift up as it's supposed to, but it leaves a whole bunch of skin and burnt on the bottom. We watched the demonstration and it did stick but it came off nice and clean and ours does not do that.

I've owned a Kitchen Charm cookware for three months and I don't like it. I have a heck of a time with it sticking and getting it cleaned. For the price I paid for them, I'm not impressed. I liked the sales rep that I dealt with, but I wish there was something more that he could've done for me, as far as getting my money back or taking the pots and pans back. I'm just not satisfied with the product.

I bought Kitchen Charm as a gift for my daughter that's getting married. But I also have a set and it's a very good quality. I have owned my cookware for probably eight years. I have their sister company pans and I love them. However, they had a recall and I sent my pans and all they did was drill a hole in it. It was awful. So they replaced them with a whole lot lighter weight of that pan - the lower end. And when I bought these new ones, I got brand new Kitchen Charm myself. This Kitchen Charm is good although they need to improve on their customer servicing calls.

We decided on Kitchen Charm because of their very good quality, durability and the warranty. I also like how quickly certain meats and chickens cook. So far, they've held to everything and clean up nicely. Everybody was easy to work with and very positive all around. However, I would have like it better if the guy giving the presentation could have explained how to cook certain things. There's a little bit of a learning curve on how to use the cookware compared to other pans that I've grown up using.

I've had their cookware for a couple of months and they're really good. Their flat griddle is my favorite.

I went to one of Kitchen Charm's demonstrations and the one who's cooking amazed me of what he was able to do so I bought that set. I got it in October but I haven't cooked a lot with it because every time I've done it, I followed exactly how he did the demonstration, and of reasonable time, it seems to burn on me or it doesn't turn out.

I chose Kitchen Charm for the ease of cleaning and just how well-made Kitchen Charm it is. I don't have to use water to cook, which is what I like the most about it and the quality is great.

He cooked chicken in five minutes. Being able to boil three different types of vegetables in one specific pot with hardly any water and then, not taste like one another was fascinating in itself to me. I have owned the cookware for about three or four months now and the quality is fantastic.

I am loving my new cookware. It has taken me a little bit to remember that I don't need to cook on high. I love at how simple and easy they are to use. I love the fact that we will probably never have to replace them. I love that we can cook almost anything just on the stove top. I look forward to exploring different recipes. We knew we wanted something that was going to last many years and we didn't want to replace it in a few years. We have had Kitchen Charm for three months and its quality has been good, so far. There's a few things we're a little disappointed with but we're kind of working through that. It's been yellowing and we followed all of the steps that they told us to do with the first cleaning. And it still was kind of yellowing even after cleaning and scrubbing thoroughly. We're working through that and seeing if it's going to go away in a couple of weeks.

Kitchen Charm's dinner-for-two-presentation was worthwhile and now, I've had their cookware for a few months. The bakeware is not quite up to snuff of what they were telling me, but the rest is nice.

When we were at a couple’s wedding site Kitchen Charm was demonstrating how good their product was without using oil. I wanted to try to start to eat healthier without any oil so I thought that’s a good deal. However, I washed the pot I got from them like the instructions said and then I used it a couple of days after that and rewashed it, but the pot has dark brown marks in it. I didn’t quite understand that. So I put it up in my cabinet and stopped using it. I don’t know if there’s a defect in the product.

My fiancé and I have been in the restaurant industry for years and we’ve always talked about getting a nice, restaurant-quality cookware for ourselves. We both cook a lot. The things that they sell at Wal-Mart and Kohl’s just don’t cut it. We decided to purchase from Kitchen Charm to have the commercial grade which was nice and then they had a demonstration to show how well it worked and how great food tastes with it. To be able to try it before you buy it is always nice. The gentleman that cooked for us was fantastic, very personable and fun. He talked us through all of the benefits rather than just reading a script. You could tell he was genuine. He’s behind the product 100% and that’s what fortified it for us.

A lot of the times we couldn't get dinner ready in an orderly fashion as I was working the later shift at one point in time then, so when the Kitchen Charm person was talking about how the product could unthaw meat really fast, that drew us in. He was telling us, too, that you get the warranty on it for a long amount of time, so that also was a plus. My favorite is the little cutter where you can cut vegetables and shred cheese, but we also got the pots, where, instead of having to watch to boil the water, it has something that goes off and tells you when the water is boiling. The products are really good, easy to clean and always stay shiny.

The chicken that was cooked during the Kitchen Charm show was really good. I also asked what the interest rate was and the guy told us it was 1.8. However, on my statement it says 18%. I've called them a few times and they haven't really been any help. They said they're going to call me back but they never have. But, quality of Kitchen Charm cookware is good and the vegetable that cooks with it was pretty cool.

We needed a set so we purchased from Kitchen Charm. We've had it for two to three months now, but I have not actually used it at all yet. Nevertheless, they're good quality.

Kitchen Charm cookware sounded like a good deal so we bought some pots and pans. We cook a lot from home and some of the pointers they gave like being able to cook healthier meals were good as it made us interested. The presentation also gave us an opportunity to see what we could do with the equipment that we bought. The items are of good quality, and we like cooking meat in it as it puts little flavor, and cooks it very well.

I hate Kitchen Charm. I asked about returning it because it doesn't cook good. I try to use the pressure cooker pot when I made a pot of beans and the water spurts out everywhere and it's ridiculously horrible to clean. It's the worst, my fingers and my back hurts. I'm very dissatisfied because they swore that they'll have somebody contact me and have them come out to my house to do a demonstration to help me so that I can enjoy it as I may not be doing it right, but nobody did and it's ridiculous to try to get a hold of them. I'm paying a stupid amount of money and they didn't follow through. I regret it with all my heart and soul and I don't want it in my house. In fact, I haven't even opened the knife set yet. I will gladly give it back and I don't even want the refund.

We received our cookware set in December of 2014. It took a little longer to get used to than I anticipated and there wasn't as much help provided that was promised. The cookware itself is great. Works as they say it will. Only non stick if you use it the way they recommend. You need fluid accumulation on the bottom of the pans to have it be 'non stick'. The pots are much better than the pans. It took a lot of trial and error to be able to cook eggs and not have them stick. They clean up really easily and even if you do burn something, it doesn't take a lot of elbow grease to get it clean like other pots and pans. Price - slightly over priced. Have seen other companies do the exact same thing... just without the guarantee for much less.

The whole show that Kitchen Charm put on was neat. It was the first time we’ve ever seen anything like that. I've had my cookware for about 3 months now and I like that I can stack them to cook. However, I haven't used them very often because every time I use them, I burn stuff. The quality of the items that I have purchased seem nice and I haven't had any problem besides burning.

I have no complaints whatsoever on the cookware that we bought, other than I wish we had opted for a bigger soup pot! I was the winner of the turkey roaster for your last contest. It works great, although we only used it once for our Thanksgiving turkey this year. I found the lid to be really off balance when trying to move it to and from the oven. It wouldn't stay in place. I think it had to do with the handles being so off-kilter. Other than that, your website is in desperate need of some attention! Multiple times I have tried going on there to order more cookware, only to give up after about 15 minutes. Please make it easier for your customers to become return customers! I love this cookware and would love to have more of it!

My husband and I bought this cookware after being being made to think we had won a free trip. When we got there we were pressured into buying the set, so being young and stupid we did. The standard set without dishes was $2,000 - yes you read that correctly! This was the worst investment I have ever made. These are not non-stick like they claim to be and are impossible to clean. My favorite is the wine glasses. The cookware is not exactly what I thought it would be. In the presentation, the presenter made it look like it was going to be a lot easier. I tried the one he showed us where he put the chicken in the pan on medium heat and let it cook with the lid on it, but it stuck to the pan. It didn't cook like it was supposed to, and the whistle didn't blow. Everything he showed me did not happen. The products look great, clean up really nice but even though I have washed them in the dishwasher, it doesn't clean up like it's supposed to. There are things permanently stuck in the pan. While he was cooking, the pot heats all around and not just the bottom so I was fascinated by that. And they're stackable so you can cook more than one thing on one hole and it tells you when your food is done. It has good recipes too. Everything that he explained to us made sense, as far as how the stuff won’t come out in the food like the non-stick pans do or how it doesn’t hold onto flavors like cast irons do so we decided to get some. They threw in a couple knives and we have the breakfast cookware. It was also awesome that they also threw in free vacations and stuff for us to consider. We’ll probably end up adding a couple days for our honeymoon to one of the places they offered us to go for a couple nights for free.

We've owned the Kitchen Charm cookware for about five months. I love the fact that the cookware has the little whistle thing when it's done. Kitchen Charm is insanely good. I've purchased other stuff with the Teflon base and after you cook with it after a period of time, the Teflon starts chipping. Kitchen Charm did a very good demonstration. There was a guy who made some chicken, corn and rice in the pot and it was done very quickly. They’re very accommodating and the guy was willing to answer a lot of questions. We got a pot that has the whistle. It works very well and I like it especially when it whistles when it's halfway done. It's very good quality. Also, their cookware is a lot more bacteria-free, easier to clean, and lighter than a cast iron. Good experience.

We liked the idea of a cookware with waterless cooking and the health side of it. Kitchen Charm is a high-quality product that cooks excellent. We also got a package deal with some spoons and knives and a couple little things with it and I've been very satisfied. It's a great experience. I love cooking with it and I enjoy the freshness of the food. I can't find that with the average store-bought cookware.

I’ve owned my Kitchen Charm cookware for a couple of months. The gentleman who did the presentation told us after our purchase that he can come back out and do it again if it’s so many people, and since we were inviting others there, we’re going to call him so we can get a gift and stuff like that from them. We’ve used a few of the items, and so far it’s going well. It’s unique that there are a variety of meals that I can prepare with it, and the product works great, does what it needs to do and I enjoy the experience, however I only recently knew that the pricing on the cookware is usually higher than the others.

The Kitchen Charm salesman was really good, and their cookware cooks pretty evenly. It's pretty good quality, but extremely overpriced. You can get just as good cookware for a lot less money, even if you end up having to replace it.

My fiance and I went to a event about pots and pans. After agreeing to buy it, the sales associate downright lied to us and told us he was only running our credit for verification purposes. I was told that we would not have to pay interest and would have a low monthly payment. We were also told we were getting a 8 day vacation which we never received. Fast forward to our first bill, we are being charged 24.99%!!! That is insane. I checked all of our contracts and it says nothing about this. My fiance and I are close to calling a lawyer because at this rate it would take at least two years for us to pay it off. I want my vacation I was promised and the interest to be removed as it is illegal to give a loan without first disclosing the interest charges and monthly payment. Great pans, really crappy customer service.

We had our cookware for a few months now and we don’t like them. You can’t cook with any butter or oil in it and they’re hard to clean after you use that. The gentleman only demonstrated chicken and vegetables, which you can cook really easy in those. I would suggest in demonstrating other food because we have had issues with pretty much everything else.

The quality is not too bad, but there's one pan that has burn marks on the bottom of it. I've tried hot water, the silver cookware cleaning stuff, Brillo pads and scratch pads, but we can't get it off so I had to return that one.

The rep that came and sold it to me demonstrated it, but after he left, the cookware is not coming out the way it needs to. I'm having problems and I'm burning everything. I got it in May but I don't use it that much. I'm not having good luck with my Kitchen Charm cookware. Originally, I was going to recommend Kitchen Charm to other people if it did what it was supposed to do, but I did not like it.

Kitchen Charm cookware is wonderful. It's easier to clean, has faster cooking time, and has a warranty on it. The quality is up to what I've expected and I would recommend it.

During a Kitchen Charm presentation, the cleaning part, where I didn't have to spend so many hours scrubbing, made me purchase from them. I've had their cookware for three months now and I do think that it works exactly how they told me it would work. The only thing is because it's stainless steel, the cleaning is different from regular pots. Other than that, I've recommended Kitchen Charm to a couple of people already.

We've had Kitchen Charm cookware since June. Everything we got from Kitchen Charm was fantastic. I bought them because the demo of Kitchen Charm was pretty impressive. I have never seen a full-on demo like that and I’m the cook in the house so I thought it was something I will use pretty regularly. They also looked like they are very durable set of appliances. I really like the knives, the pots and pans. They’re sturdy and work very well. My wife likes that they stay clean. They’re very easy to clean, look very nice and they have been working as advertised. They’re very high quality - even with the few times I burn something, they clean right on out. They look the same way they did when we first bought them. We'd recommend them.
