Everything I cook in it burns. I waste way more money in food than I ever did buying new pots and pans. They purposely sucker you with chicken breast so you will believe you can really cook in this garbage. I am going to trash you to every wedding convention I can go to or write to. They will not give us our money back cause it has been past 3 days. But it takes almost 2 weeks to get the product.

I wanted Kitchen Charm so we bought it in December. We haven't even pulled it out of the boxes yet. We're waiting until we get into our own place after the wedding but my fiancee had a good time with the whole thing.

We bought our Kitchen Charm because it seemed like a good cookware that would last a long time, and that was something that we needed. We've had it for six months and it's been good so far. It makes things a lot easier, like you know you're done when you hear the whistle. I think it's really good quality. I would definitely recommend it to someone.

The pots from Kitchen Charm seemed like they were a really good deal, and they lasted long term. And they were worth the money. The demonstration was really good. I've owned it since November, but have only recently started using it. I haven't really used some of the recipes it came with, so I haven't been able to see any huge pros to it, beside regular cookware. Except for the fact that it does get hotter faster, which I do like. You're not waiting forever for the water to boil. Everything is good so far.

We weren't pleased with their products. The pictures looked like these were big-sized pots, but when we got them they were so little. We tried to call and talk to them and see if we could change the little pots to some bigger pots. They told me they'd call me back but no one called. We've been trying to see if we can send the pots back because we have never used them. They won't tell me anything. I've had the pots now for two to three months, and they are constantly sitting right in the box because I'm waiting for them to call me back to tell me something.

I love Kitchen Charm. It cooks the food quick and is totally worth the money. A little pricey but it's great. I'm all about health and eating healthy. I am a pre-nursing major so I’m in the medical field and I know that using all the pots and pans that you purchase from stores are not healthy for you. This one's stainless steel. The quality is great. They don't scratch up and are not too heavy to where you can't maneuver or work with them, though the bottoms tend to stain yellow sometimes. I am really pleased and love the promotion because they gave us the nice set for free when we ordered. It was a great deal.

The food demo was amazing and the utensils definitely live up to what's expect. Cooking in these dishes have been a breeze and I absolutely love them!

I moved in with my fiance and I didn't have any cookware of my own. The cookware that he has was cast iron skillets and old steel or aluminum pots and pans, and that was like, "Yeah, we don't live in the pioneer times. We need to get rid of all those old stuff," so we bought Kitchen Charm. We've had it for four months and I like the little steam bell on the lids. When you put everything in one pan and you put it on a certain temperature you can turn the valves to close and turn the heat off and take if off the heat and give it a couple of minutes to try to prepare the salad or set the table and then it's done.

I love my new waterless cooking pots and pans. I bought both complete sets and really enjoy the quality of food that I am serving my family. The color of the food, and the nutrition of the food has really improved since we started using this cookware. We love eating healthier Thanks to our waterless cookware.

They are good dishes. They don't break and are stainless steel.

I am happy with my cookware set. It takes some time to get used to cooking with it but once you start to get a handle on it, it's very easy and I can go on youtube and watch how to videos which is also very helpful.

I should have been smarter than to buy it because they were $2,000 more than the ones that I have, and it really isn't any better. It is okay but it's not all that it is cracked up to be. It's not something I would ever do again.

Kitchen Charm promised really good products so I bought them. However, it wasn't what they promised or showed. None of it is true. I don't believe that what they demo with and what they give you are the same product. What they show on the videos and what you actually do when you follow the direction exactly does not turn out the same way. And frying an egg should not require a master's degree in cooking. I just want to fry an egg. Why does it stick and why do I end up with scrambled eggs when I didn't want scrambled eggs? I can go to Walmart and buy for a fraction of the price.

I love to cook. I like everything about their product -- the way it handles and doesn't stick. It's a good product. It's very helpful in the kitchen.

We also like how quickly water boils in it and then it gives the indication when it's boiling. We're very happy with it. It's a nice, heavy-duty cookware. It's a good company. Their products are pretty awesome and the customer service was always prompt to answer any questions that I had.

I've had an excellent experience with Kitchen Charm. I heard about them through my brother-in-law. One of the reasons I wanted to get a set is because it's very well-made. He had his for over 20 years. I also decided to have one because I like the idea of not having to use oil. You can steam a lot of stuff. And if you're making a lot of food, you can stack and cook several items at once.
