I've owned Kitchen Charm cookware for about six months and the quality is very good. I like its easy clean-up and preparation time.

Kitchen Charm is great! They're fantastic. Me and my fiance went to a bridal show and won tickets to go and meet with one of their reps about it. I decided to buy from them because of how well he presented the product. He cooked stuff right in front of us which normally you don't see in most cookware companies. He cooked chicken in five minutes. Being able to boil three different types of vegetables in one specific pot with hardly any water and then, not taste like one another was fascinating in itself to me. I have owned the cookware for about three or four months now and the quality is fantastic.

I am loving my new cookware. It has taken me a little bit to remember that I don't need to cook on high. I love at how simple and easy they are to use. I love the fact that we will probably never have to replace them. I love that we can cook almost anything just on the stove top. I look forward to exploring different recipes. I am excited to learn more and to start eating healthier.

We knew we wanted something that was going to last many years and we didn't want to replace it in a few years. We have had Kitchen Charm for three months and its quality has been good, so far. There's a few things we're a little disappointed with but we're kind of working through that. It's been yellowing and we followed all of the steps that they told us to do with the first cleaning. And it still was kind of yellowing even after cleaning and scrubbing thoroughly. We're working through that and seeing if it's going to go away in a couple of weeks.

Kitchen Charm's dinner-for-two-presentation was worthwhile and now, I've had their cookware for a few months. The bakeware is not quite up to snuff of what they were telling me, but the rest is nice.

So, I was looking into getting something new and figured we'd try it out. I've owned it for maybe two months now but I can't stand it. I'd love to return it. It's horrible. It's not what they showed in the demonstration at all.

When we were at a couple’s wedding site Kitchen Charm was demonstrating how good their product was without using oil. I wanted to try to start to eat healthier without any oil so I thought that’s a good deal. However, I washed the pot I got from them like the instructions said and then I used it a couple of days after that and rewashed it, but the pot has dark brown marks in it. I didn’t quite understand that. So I put it up in my cabinet and stopped using it. I don’t know if there’s a defect in the product.

My fiancé and I have been in the restaurant industry for years and we’ve always talked about getting a nice, restaurant-quality cookware for ourselves. We both cook a lot. The things that they sell at Wal-Mart and Kohl’s just don’t cut it. We decided to purchase from Kitchen Charm to have the commercial grade which was nice and then they had a demonstration to show how well it worked and how great food tastes with it. To be able to try it before you buy it is always nice. The gentleman that cooked for us was fantastic, very personable and fun. He talked us through all of the benefits rather than just reading a script. You could tell he was genuine. He’s behind the product 100% and that’s what fortified it for us.

A lot of the times we couldn't get dinner ready in an orderly fashion as I was working the later shift at one point in time then, so when the Kitchen Charm person was talking about how the product could unthaw meat really fast, that drew us in. He was telling us, too, that you get the warranty on it for a long amount of time, so that also was a plus. My favorite is the little cutter where you can cut vegetables and shred cheese, but we also got the pots, where, instead of having to watch to boil the water, it has something that goes off and tells you when the water is boiling. The products are really good, easy to clean and always stay shiny.

The chicken that was cooked during the Kitchen Charm show was really good. I also asked what the interest rate was and the guy told us it was 1.8. However, on my statement it says 18%. I've called them a few times and they haven't really been any help. They said they're going to call me back but they never have. But, quality of Kitchen Charm cookware is good and the vegetable that cooks with it was pretty cool.

We needed a set so we purchased from Kitchen Charm. We've had it for two to three months now, but I have not actually used it at all yet. Nevertheless, they're good quality.

Kitchen Charm cookware sounded like a good deal so we bought some pots and pans. We cook a lot from home and some of the pointers they gave like being able to cook healthier meals were good as it made us interested. The presentation also gave us an opportunity to see what we could do with the equipment that we bought. The items are of good quality, and we like cooking meat in it as it puts little flavor, and cooks it very well.

I was impressed with the Kitchen Charm product during the presentation. I like them better than the Calphalon we own. It's dishwasher-safe. It comes with an instructional, get-started video and they had warned us not to touch the product until after we watched it. The sales reps were very friendly and they seem to be very upfront about everything. They did tell us the negatives about the product, so that was good. They were also wonderful when it came to setting up the billing. They called me before they processed payments. They did everything that they promised they would, so I appreciate that.

My girlfriend learned about Kitchen Charm thru a flyer in the mail and it's kind of an impulse buy. But it's a good quality and we had the cookware for three months now.

I heard about Kitchen Charm at a wedding show in Springfield, Missouri. Then I went to another event called "Dinner for Two" and ended up purchasing dishware from them, although it was cheaper from Kitchen Charm, because the Kitchen Charm guys called me after I'd already gone to the other event. I would've chosen Kitchen Charm since they were offering more for the price than the other company. Like for the bakeware, with the other cookware retailer you can add it on but it was almost like paying twice the amount, whereas with Kitchen Charm, it was like paying an extra $100-$200, or if you purchase bigger stuff, you get this set included. The Kitchen Charm guys are friendly. The way that their lady rep cleaned all the dishes in front of us, wiping these clean, was really something.

We had gone to a wedding expo where we saw Kitchen Charm. They appeared to be really good quality cookware, that's why we made a purchase at the end. This has been our first purchase and we have had it for just a few months. What I like is the plugging thing on the mouth.

We really wanted to try out the pots and pans of Kitchen Charm. My favorite thing is its cleaning and overall quality is very nice.

I hate Kitchen Charm. I asked about returning it because it doesn't cook good. I try to use the pressure cooker pot when I made a pot of beans and the water spurts out everywhere and it's ridiculously horrible to clean. It's the worst, my fingers and my back hurts. I'm very dissatisfied because they swore that they'll have somebody contact me and have them come out to my house to do a demonstration to help me so that I can enjoy it as I may not be doing it right, but nobody did and it's ridiculous to try to get a hold of them. I'm paying a stupid amount of money and they didn't follow through. I regret it with all my heart and soul and I don't want it in my house. In fact, I haven't even opened the knife set yet. I will gladly give it back and I don't even want the refund.

We went to a Kitchen Charm presentation after the bridal fair. I liked the presentation, the product and the lifetime warranty that they had on it. We've had their pots and pans for two months now and I like the way it cooks fast and evenly. We got some knives too. Quality is very good!

We received our cookware set in December of 2014. It took a little longer to get used to than I anticipated and there wasn't as much help provided that was promised. The cookware itself is great. Works as they say it will. Only non stick if you use it the way they recommend. You need fluid accumulation on the bottom of the pans to have it be 'non stick'. The pots are much better than the pans. It took a lot of trial and error to be able to cook eggs and not have them stick. They clean up really easily and even if you do burn something, it doesn't take a lot of elbow grease to get it clean like other pots and pans. Price - slightly over priced. Have seen other companies do the exact same thing... just without the guarantee for much less.

The whole show that Kitchen Charm put on was neat. It was the first time we’ve ever seen anything like that. I've had my cookware for about 3 months now and I like that I can stack them to cook. However, I haven't used them very often because every time I use them, I burn stuff. The quality of the items that I have purchased seem nice and I haven't had any problem besides burning.

We first heard about Kitchen Charm at the bridal show at Downtown Knoxville. We won some free tickets to a chance to go on a trip to Bahamas and to get the trip to Bahamas, you have to make a purchase. We purchased the 11-piece kitchen pots and pans set. I got the cutlery set, the little wooden block, the crystal quartz wine glasses, and some regular glasses. I got plates and silverware as well. I like the cutlery set, had them for five months now. The quality is pretty cool.

Since we have had our Kitchen Charm products we have fallen in love, the food is delicious and Warren Goodgoll got us hooked. Yes some may think that it is expensive but trust us Kitchen Charm products are worth every penny!! The 50 year warranty is amazing. We were skeptical at first but now do not regret our decision for one minute. The monthly payment plan is also great because for someone like my fiance and myself who do not have a lot of extra money the 70$ a month is so affordable and we are so glad to have Kitchen Charm in our lives!! I like Kitchen Charm's 50-year warranty. It just seems easier. I've had my kitchenware for a few weeks now, I unpacked it just recently and I haven't used it yet, but it seems pretty good. So far, I'm satisfied with them.

I bought Kitchen Charm cookware because I can leave it and continue about my chores around the house. I like that the cookware whistle buzzes off when it's done. Kitchen Charm is a great product and it does what it says it does. The quality is excellent and I would recommend it to everybody.

We are very pleased with our cookware. We did have some issues with our breakfast meals, like omelets and french toast sticking to the pans, but after some adjustments with the heat, we are very happy! I posted to Chef Warren's fb page with my concerns, and he and others gave some helpful hints. A great investment in our cooking adventures. When the Kitchen Charm cookware was presented and sold to me, it seemed like a fairly good bargain for a quality product. The guy who did the presentation put on a good little show, enough to convince me to buy extremely expensive pots. I went with the $1,000 package and then I was told I was getting a $200 three-piece add-on. After I went through the payment process, he said “Oh, by the way, I forgot to tell you we have to get a $250 down payment.”

We were really interested in how everything worked with Kitchen Charm so we went to one of their shows. Then we decided to purchase their cookware which we’ve had for five months already now. We also got some of their steak knives. I love all of it! They’re great. It’s expensive but I think it’s worth it.

I tried cooking with them, but I couldn’t. I can cook with regular pots and pans, though. On the upside, I like the feel of their cookware and how heavy they are. I think they’re good quality. The man we spoke to said that there was a 90-day return thing, and so I agreed to try them. But he lied to us and also to the other people who he talked to about it. We got them, I cooked with them, and I followed the little book. The first time I used their cookware, I never went above medium heat because that’s what it said in the book. It also said that they wipe clean, but they didn’t.

We had our cookware from Kitchen Charm in August. We went to a little show where a guy demonstrated the actual cookware and it was a big selling point for us to actually get to see how it works. So we purchased from them. It's super easy to use. We also got the dish set, like the bowls and the plates, and some wine glasses from them. All are with great quality.

It's been six months and half since we bought our cookware from Kitchen Charm and so far I like that it cooks itself. We've been using the colander with our hamburger meat to drain it when we cook. The quality is pretty good.

We were looking at cookware and we were really impressed by the man who was doing the demonstration at Kitchen Charm. My mom has very similar cookware, so I was already familiar with the product. The warranties made it very justifiable. We've had the cookware since July or August. I love the whistle on it. I'm notorious for walking away from the stove when Im cleaning, so I love that it whistles at me before it actually starts to boil or cause problems. They're very high quality. I really like them. I would definitely recommend Kitchen Charm.

My husband and I had no intentions of buying your cookware when we went to the demo but I am very glad we did. I have no complaints whatsoever on the cookware that we bought, other than I wish we had opted for a bigger soup pot! I was the winner of the turkey roaster for your last contest. It works great, although we only used it once for our Thanksgiving turkey this year. I found the lid to be really off balance when trying to move it to and from the oven. It wouldn't stay in place. I think it had to do with the handles being so off-kilter. Other than that, your website is in desperate need of some attention! Multiple times I have tried going on there to order more cookware, only to give up after about 15 minutes. Please make it easier for your customers to become return customers! I love this cookware and would love to have more of it!

My husband and I bought this cookware after being being made to think we had won a free trip. When we got there we were pressured into buying the set, so being young and stupid we did. The standard set without dishes was $2,000 - yes you read that correctly! This was the worst investment I have ever made. These are not non-stick like they claim to be and are impossible to clean. I would never buy these again and wish I wasn't stuck with them. I've ruined more food with this cookware than anything I've ever used. Please save your money and get some non stick Teflon. Don't make the mistake we did.

We needed some new pots and pans and we thought the Kitchen Charm would be a good deal since we got all the pots and pans and some extras to go along with it. We've had it for about three months now. My favorite is the wine glasses. The cookware is not exactly what I thought it would be. In the presentation, the presenter made it look like it was going to be a lot easier. I tried the one he showed us where he put the chicken in the pan on medium heat and let it cook with the lid on it, but it stuck to the pan. It didn't cook like it was supposed to, and the whistle didn't blow. Everything he showed me did not happen. The products look great, clean up really nice but even though I have washed them in the dishwasher, it doesn't clean up like it's supposed to. There are things permanently stuck in the pan. The pots and pans are average but the knives and wine glasses are wonderful.

We were under the impression that Kitchen Charm was giving us interest-free financing for our order, as what the sales representative said, but we've been charged interest in our bill. We were saving up for our wedding but unfortunately we couldn't cancel all our order from them. They threw us in for a loop so we had to do some digging in other places to make sure our ends were covered. Dealing with their Customer Service was satisfactory but I wish Kitchen Charm made sure the consumers understand the financing part and that they were given the correct information.

My fiancee wanted to go to the Kitchen Charm demo at one of those bridal expos down in Memphis. The salesman was a good presenter and didn't make it boring. We purchased our cookware mostly because of the honeymoon that we're going to get out of the purchase. The cookware is easy to clean and is of good quality.

I went to one of the presentations of Kitchen Charm and the guy who was cooking during the show was very efficient. While he was cooking, the pot heats all around and not just the bottom so I was fascinated by that. And they're stackable so you can cook more than one thing on one hole and it tells you when your food is done. It has good recipes too. And I love that it's fast-cooking and non-grease especially that I'm always on the go and that high blood pressure runs in my family.

The vent valve is cool and it cleans up easily. Also, the product giveaways that came with the demonstration were a plus and their salesman had a very good sales pitch and demonstration. I haven't used any of them yet because I've been a little busy, but I am looking to take advantage of those in the near future.

My fiancée found Kitchen Charm through David's Bridal and it seemed like a good deal with their lifetime warranty. You wouldn't have to buy pots and pans every year. We've had them for 5-6 months already but we haven't used them yet. We haven't even taken anything out of the packages. The vacation package that we got with it was awesome. We're very satisfied.

It started out as a something where one goes, listens, and gets something for free. My fiancé and I liked what the guy was selling and he was able to show us how the product worked right in front of us. Everything that he explained to us made sense, as far as how the stuff won’t come out in the food like the non-stick pans do or how it doesn’t hold onto flavors like cast irons do so we decided to get some. They threw in a couple knives and we have the breakfast cookware. It was also awesome that they also threw in free vacations and stuff for us to consider. We’ll probably end up adding a couple days for our honeymoon to one of the places they offered us to go for a couple nights for free.

We've owned the Kitchen Charm cookware for about five months. I love the fact that the cookware has the little whistle thing when it's done. It steams them to that perfect crunch but yet softness when doing vegetables. Also, we love the quality of the items. It holds up really well. We love that it had a 50-year warranty and it's the surgical stainless steel. However, it's pricier than what most people can afford at one time. Other than that, it was awesome. I love my pots and pans.

Kitchen Charm is insanely good. I've purchased other stuff with the Teflon base and after you cook with it after a period of time, the Teflon starts chipping. After listening to Kitchen Charm's presentation and remembering the cookware that I had purchased and used before, I decided to give Kitchen Charm a try. My wife and I have enjoyed it. It's a different cooking experience on that versus regular cookwares. Awesome. Wonderful. I'm happy that I purchased the cookware.

Kitchen Charm did a very good demonstration. There was a guy who made some chicken, corn and rice in the pot and it was done very quickly. They’re very accommodating and the guy was willing to answer a lot of questions. We got a pot that has the whistle. It works very well and I like it especially when it whistles when it's halfway done. It's very good quality. Also, their cookware is a lot more bacteria-free, easier to clean, and lighter than a cast iron. Good experience.

We liked the idea of a cookware with waterless cooking and the health side of it. Kitchen Charm is a high-quality product that cooks excellent. We also got a package deal with some spoons and knives and a couple little things with it and I've been very satisfied. It's a great experience. I love cooking with it and I enjoy the freshness of the food. I can't find that with the average store-bought cookware.

Also, there's the fact that even if I get stuff burnt on there, I can clean it off then use a little bit of Bar Keepers Friend on it and it’ll be nice and shiny again. I’ve owned my Kitchen Charm cookware for a couple of months. The gentleman who did the presentation told us after our purchase that he can come back out and do it again if it’s so many people, and since we were inviting others there, we’re going to call him so we can get a gift and stuff like that from them. We’ve used a few of the items, and so far it’s going well. It’s unique that there are a variety of meals that I can prepare with it, and the product works great, does what it needs to do and I enjoy the experience, however I only recently knew that the pricing on the cookware is usually higher than the others.

The Kitchen Charm salesman was really good, and their cookware cooks pretty evenly. It's pretty good quality, but extremely overpriced. You can get just as good cookware for a lot less money, even if you end up having to replace it.

I like the quality of what I purchased as it's easier to clean it and it cooks better. I enjoy as well that I can put most of my ingredients in one pan and it cooks without oil. My fiance and I went to a event about pots and pans. After agreeing to buy it, the sales associate downright lied to us and told us he was only running our credit for verification purposes. I was told that we would not have to pay interest and would have a low monthly payment. We were also told we were getting a 8 day vacation which we never received. Fast forward to our first bill, we are being charged 24.99%!!! That is insane. I checked all of our contracts and it says nothing about this. My fiance and I are close to calling a lawyer because at this rate it would take at least two years for us to pay it off. I want my vacation I was promised and the interest to be removed as it is illegal to give a loan without first disclosing the interest charges and monthly payment. Great pans, really crappy customer service.

I cooked with them one time and right afterwards I washed them, but whenever I was cooking with them, it didn’t follow through like the presentation I got shown. They said you could put it in there and you don’t have to touch it, and when I left it alone it burnt the bottom of the food, so it was weird. After I get done and I’m going to clean it up, to me I think it either scorched the pan or it got burnt.

Let me begin by saying, the cookware is very nice. It is definitely high end cookware and has been very nice to use. However, I would never buy this again unless I had all the money right then to buy the cookware. The interest I am being charged is ridiculous! I recently lost my job (after buying the cookware) and there was no return policy after the first 3 days. I knew and agreed to this before I paid, but now I am stuck with a monthly payment with a crazy high interest rate for cookware that is way overpriced. This is a problem that is my fault, however, I would not recommend this cookware because of how expensive it was. And just a word to the wise from the unwise... don't buy this unless you have all the money upfront.
