We were newly engaged. I’m on the computer and was looking at stuff at the wedding. There were lots of ads about signing up and winning something so I signed up and got an email to go to this place where they showed all the pots and pans. We went and my fiance liked the Kitchen Charm products so he bought a set. He told me that they were great and he's enjoying them. We recommend Kitchen Charm.

We signed up for a wedding information and Kitchen Charm invited us to the show. The presentation was great and the presenter was absolutely funny. I don't think anybody walked away not buying the product. My fiance's a cook and we wanted a dishware. We didn't have any dishware yet so we thought we might as well go with nice ones so that we don't have to rebuy all the time. The kitchenware is great and I like it so far. However, we're not home much so we don't get to use them as often as I would like.

Life is Delicious, enjoy it with Kitchen Charm.

My fiance and I are getting married next May and needed a full set of nice pots and pans. Instead of registering at a regular store, we bought from Kitchen Charm. They did a really good, relaxed presentation, and we were impressed with their products. We liked the option that we can register for it if we don't end up paying them off before the wedding and be able to let people chip in. At first, we questioned the validity of the company, which was our hesitation about going through with the purchase and putting that much money into them. The presenters were very helpful and willing to figure out the best package for us. We've had their products since June and they're of great quality.

My fiancée and I purchased the Kitchen Charm cookware because of its guarantee and a bigger part of it was the healthier option for cooking. We we're both trying to eat and live better, and being able to cook without any additives or grease was a pretty awesome thing. We started using it a month ago. It's so easy to use and clean up. I attended a local seminar held by David's Bridal and the guy there explained about the products from Kitchen Charm. He pretty much sold us the product and we liked the way the food came out so we bought our cookware. It cooks the food real good and it's pretty much natural cooking since we don't have to add oil. We like it and we're very happy with it.

We went to a wedding expo and they had a package to go to a Kitchen Charm demonstration. We needed some good cookware that would last a long time so we went. The guy doing the demonstration was good. We wouldn't have bought anything if he wasn't so enthusiastic, passionate, and good at explaining about the cookware. To date, we've had our Kitchen Charm for eight months, and I like that it's easy and you can make good meals in a short amount of time. You can toss a piece of chicken and some carrots in a pot and in half an hour, it's done. It's like a cross between a microwave and a slow cooker. The quality of the cookware is also good, but I didn't realize the material can get stained. I needed a special kind of chemical to wash it and keep it shiny, but that's no biggie.

I went to a bridal fair and Kitchen Charm told me that I won a free bridal package. We went and saw the presentation, and we got sold. We liked the fact that you don’t have to touch it whenever you’re cooking. It cooks by itself, and it’s healthy. We got the knives from them too, and I can’t say much about the quality of the pans because I haven’t used them much. Right now, I don’t like them because they’re very high-maintenance. I cooked with them one time and right afterwards I washed them, but whenever I was cooking with them, it didn’t follow through like the presentation I got shown. They said you could put it in there and you don’t have to touch it, and when I left it alone it burnt the bottom of the food, so it was weird. After I get done and I’m going to clean it up, to me I think it either scorched the pan or it got burnt.
Either way, I have a stain on the bottom of my pan, and they said it should never leave a stain, and it’ll look like that for life. They’ll always look brand new, as long as you take care of them the way you’re supposed to, so I haven’t used them since because I’m afraid to. I need to get more information on the maintenance and how to use them and what I can do to get that out. My husband called them and said I was ready to have them picked or see if they would buy them back. I wish we wouldn’t have spent that much money on them. Maybe after I get some more information about them then I’ll feel different.

I fell in love with how quick and easy it was to cook with Kitchen Charm, because I'm not about taking an hour to prepare dinner when I’ve already worked an 11-hour day. Other than that, they’re absolutely fantastic, and I would never go back to anything else.

We ended up purchasing a set of Kitchen Charm because we saw the quality of food that can come out from using it and the warranty which was a big thing knowing that we won’t have to buy another set of dishes for the rest of our lives. We ended up purchasing a set. They’re of great quality. We did examine them, checked all out and we liked the lid being able to be stored right with it whether it’s hanging or in the drawer-- that was a very nice feature. And the fact that you can use one burner and cook a couple dishes right on that burner by flipping the lids and all was cool as well. We would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Let me begin by saying, the cookware is very nice. It is definitely high end cookware and has been very nice to use. However, I would never buy this again unless I had all the money right then to buy the cookware. The interest I am being charged is ridiculous! I recently lost my job (after buying the cookware) and there was no return policy after the first 3 days. I knew and agreed to this before I paid, but now I am stuck with a monthly payment with a crazy high interest rate for cookware that is way overpriced. This is a problem that is my fault, however, I would not recommend this cookware because of how expensive it was. And just a word to the wise from the unwise... don't buy this unless you have all the money upfront.

Kitchen Charm had a booth at a bridal showcase in Fairbanks, Alaska. The winning point for me during the demonstration was when the guy said that cookware needs to last a lifetime, and that you don't have to buy bunch of cookware and then have to replace it ten or fifteen years later. The quality of Kitchen Charm is very good, but they are also really heavy. Then again, I’m not sure if you can do the same, exact stuff that you already do with them with anything lighter though. We love that it is made of stainless steel, had aluminum with it, and that it is easier to clean it. My favorite feature, however, is the little knob on the top that whistles whenever it's hot enough; and so then so you can close it and turn off the heat, and just let it sit there to finish cooking at the right temperature so nothing overcooks. I'd seen some other brands that had those kinds of features too, but they were very expensive. I'd recommend Kitchen Charm to anyone.

Luckily my husband and I really enjoy cooking, and my husband knows his kitchen toys, so we both really wanted to do all the things Kitchen Charm said it would do - about their how their products cook healthier and cheaper. We've had the cookware for three months now and it definitely cooks really evenly, we enjoy that. They are really good quality as well. I'm a little disappointed because one of them is already getting loose on the handle part but I think we can tighten it. We wouldn't buy it again though. We looked online after we bought it and there were a lot of really negative reviews about them. We also saw a lot of other really good-looking cookware that looked about as good for a lot cheaper.

I cannot get over the fact that I was lied to in order to get me to buy! I was told they would NOT scratch with the rep saying "you can cut the chicken in the pan no worries" and telling us it is okay to use the metal scrub brush thing and that it wouldn't even leave surface scratches. Day one of cooking with them and they were all scratched because we followed what he said and cut the chicken in the pan. We were also told that there was no way to dent these and if so it was covered my warranty. I accidently dropped one of the pans on the counter and now have a huge dent in it. Looked in the warranty and it doesn't appear to be covered.
Haven't gotten a chance to call yet to ask and make 100% sure. Also told it "cooks chicken in 5 minutes!" That was the biggest reason we bought the pans as we do bodybuilding shows and so have to prep several meals with chicken, clearly he forgot to say the twenty in the twenty-five. All in all if I could go back I would not have bought this.

We went to a hotel ballroom in Lafayette, Indiana and the guy was demonstrating Kitchen Charm. He made a key point saying, "You buy pots and pans every five years." Okay, that's true. The type of metal that was engineered in the product, how he mentioned it, was pretty legit. It's pretty good stuff and like hospitals use it and high-time chef guys use it. It's a good product. They made us chicken and potato, and all of it. It was weird. Hardly any water and it tasted phenomenal. He was scratching the pan and no scratches. The lifetime warranty, can't beat that. Ours pots and pans were starting to rust out and that's not good to eat food off of. This guys said, "If anything happens, you just call us. We'll ship you a box and you ship it out, and we'll get you a brand new one." Then they worked with monthly payments also. It's a fair payment.
I'm really impressed with the product. I was a little skeptical but Kitchen Charm is legit and products are great. I use them all the time. When we got the stuff in the mail, we threw away almost all of our old products, all our old pots and pans. We don't want them anymore. I love Kitchen Charm. My fiance loves it too. She got cookbooks now and it's just amazing. The only thing that stinks about it, we have to go to the website or look at the guide plan on how to make stuff. They don't use high temperatures. Somehow the rep wrote down my credit card number wrong. It was six weeks or longer and my husband told me that I need to call and find out where my pots are. And when I called, that's when I found out that they didn't have the correct credit card number, so they couldn't send me the pots nor did they contact me to let me know that there was a problem with my credit card number.

The purchasing of certificates could be more professional and much improved, but the products themselves are great. I am notified by certificates in the mail and there have been a lot of misspelling. Now, I've had my large set Kitchen Charm cookware for four or five months already. Aesthetically, everything we have is beautiful. They're nicely-crafted pans. I also have been happy with the quality of the food. I feel that pans do what they're promised to do which is cook appropriately and cook things evenly. They're great products and of very high quality. If people are in the market for high-end cookware that is not going to break the bank, the Kitchen Charm products are at par with a couple of high-end brands that I myself own. It's much more cost-effective. It's been a positive experience. In the end, the person that we bought the stuff from was wonderful and it really enhances the client's quality products.

The instructions that came with it was pretty clear on how to treat it and to keep it clean, and how to make sure we don't stain the stainless. It's easy to use and we don't really have to clean it as much. It's very quick to rinse them off and just dry them. We treated it that one time and it has cooked quickly. Kitchen Charm were just offering a product that seemed pretty unique and just a lot higher quality, so my fiance and I both saw it as an investment so we're basically investing in the quality of our tools. We are very conscious of what we eat and what we're using to cook food. I really like how little oil we need to use and how easy it is to steam vegetables while keeping all the flavor. In cooking meat, we don't need to grease up the pan. It cooks really flavorful, high-quality food.
I do think that they could be a more high-tech company. After my purchase, I got a letter with a follow-up offer and it basically said that if we made a purchase, they would provide us with an extra seven-day vacation. I expected that they would send that through email, but instead they sent that through a letter. But because I assumed that it was the same kind of company, as Director of Marketing, that they would have the same kind of guarantees and all that other kind of stuff, and they did not. I found out that I could not afford it. A few days after buying them, before they were even at my house, I called to try to return them and they told me about the whole three-day thing from the time of purchase so I'm just stuck with them. The presentation was good, but I guess I wished I would've read the small print on the contract because I wasn't under the impression that we will be charged interest when we signed up for the payment plan. So that was highly disappointing that although it was stated in the contract, some small print or wherever it was stated, what was delivered to me verbally did not sync up. So I was disappointed in that aspect of it. But overall the experience was good. As far as customer service, I called a couple of times and it's just very hard to understand the people that are answering the phone so I had to keep asking, "Please repeat yourself." The in-person experience is fantastic but on-the-phone customer service needs a lot of improvement on Kitchen Charm's part. It would also help for them to have some other method of training people how to use the cookware or just a better way to help consumers utilize the product to its full potential.
It didn't make sense thinking about it long-term, given the warranty and given the quality of the product. It just makes sense not to replace your pots and pans every few years. And that's what you gotta pay - a more premium price and stick with it for years. The quality is good but a knife did break. So I might have to call and see what has to happen about that as far as the warranty on it.

It's nice that it's very easy to clean and use. With the warranty and durability, we thought it would be a good investment. We had the cookware for eight months now and I like how cleaning it is fairly simple.

I've had my Kitchen Charm for about 8 months. I have a pressure cooker and got some knives from them as well. It was something that would be useful to me and I needed new cookware. I like that it is stainless steel so it can go to the dishwasher and it’s washed easily. The quality is pretty good. It was definitely more expensive than the quality. They used to have stronger cookware. It had more metal on the inside so it would heat up more quickly. They've changed since I bought it so I think it was overpriced and I regret that.

We had no intention of purchasing Kitchen Charm when we went to their seminar but we really liked the sales guy--he was personable and he made the whole experience fun. He showed off the products really well, and we figured it's something that we needed so we might as well invest. Now that we have a set, I like how easy it cleans and the quality is really good. The only issue is sometimes they stick to the bottom. I know that one of the things was you don't have to put any oil, that it's nonstick, but we still find that we have to put something on it. Otherwise, it will burn or stick to the bottom, but not a huge issue. We would refer people to them and would do business with them again.

My favorite thing about Kitchen Charm is that I can put it in the dishwasher and it's fairly easy to clean. I have the mixing bowls but the problem with them is that their lids don't fit very well. I was originally supposed to call then they sent me two sets of bowls. It wasn't the people that called me but the factory that sent the thing. It was an issue that took a while to get sorted out but they were really nice about it the whole time. I can't get a straight answer from the factory so I kept going through the person that sold them to me, and she was really nice.

We've had this cookware for 6 months now and it was definitely sturdy. Works really well. I can get messy with cooking so what I like about it is you can cook without using oil and you just have it set to the right temperature so the food does not stick or leave anything behind. Kitchen charm also had cooking demo and we also got some pointers on how to keep them clean. Their sales representatives are also easy to talk and deal with. Highly recommended cookware.

My husband and I purchased Kitchen Charm cookware last year. I absolutely love it! It requires a slight change in your cooking habits but once you learn everything is so much better! Cooking is easier, food is healthier and tastes drastically better! And so easy to clean. One of my favorite parts is how no matter what problem I have, you can contact them and they will give you a solution. I recommend this cookware to everyone! When I bring someone over for supper they are just amazed at how different the food tastes when you don't cook all the nutrients out. I really enjoy the lack of getting up and checking or stirring your food! I absolutely love this stuff! If you're wondering if it's worth it... Heck yes it really is! Happy cooking everyone!

My fiancée and I went to see a demonstration because we heard they were giving away some knives and/or a trip. As we were sitting there looking at it and watching them do the little demonstration, we figured it made sense. We liked their demonstration on the vegetables, how it cooks vegetables in one pot, keeps all the flavors individual. So we bought a package which we've been using quite often for six to eight months now. Kitchen Charm is a good product and we’re happy with it.

I got tired of cheap aluminum crap and I wanted stainless steel. I'm a culinary chef and for me, Kitchen Charm is awesome. I like the whole fact that it holds temp faster. I could shut my pot off three minutes before it’s supposed to be done and it’s still cooking. If you want to steam some vegetables, all you have to do is add a little bit of water and you can steam it. You don’t have to go get one of your steamers like I have. The baking stuff's absolutely amazing. I threw all my other dishware away and just kept Kitchen Charm. That’s how much I like it. I'm impressed.

My fiancée signed us up for a dinner for two she found online. We went to a seminar/demonstration, cooked us a meal and talked about Kitchen Charm. It was very informative and I actually learned a lot about the types of material that they used, and why they work the way they do. And you can definitely tell the difference. We decided we really liked it. It was a pretty easy choice because I really like the fact that the heat transfer goes throughout the entire pan and everything just cooks. I also like the little breather on top that whistles - just being able to throw everything in the pan and just listen for it to whistle and then done. I’ve had our cookware for about 6 months now and I'm really happy with them. It was really sketchy at first because of the price. But it doesn't seem to matter what we do with them. They look like new every time and they're easy to clean.

We went to the Kitchen Charm show in Ottawa couple months back after the Ottawa Wedding Show. My fiance was really not looking forward to hear a sales pitch but we were hungry and wanted to see a demonstration for giggles. Once we got there, it was in a hotel, in one of their small meeting rooms. We were told they'd cook us dinner but all we got was tiny chicken pieces, 1 or 2 mini broccoli and cauliflower. He cooked 3 pieces of chicken and distributed among 6 couples. Besides the first impression and the lack of food, the presentation went on for way too long. I never thought it was possible for someone to talk about pots and pans for 2.5 hours. He did, however, had amazing points and cooked a chicken in under 30 mins.
Fast forward, we did get pressured and lured in with the cruise and rings, etc. We ended up buying the 11 piece set, which came with the free JVL rings and the free 3 day cruise & free 3 day hotel. We didn't like any of the rings on the JVL website so we just discarded that. I've had the cookware for about 3-5 months and we cook chicken and meats in it and nothing sticks to the pan. We did however burn the broccoli couple times. I do like that the cookware comes with the cooking instructions and recipes. If you follow it, you won’t burn the food. I did have a problem with the whistle. It seems to not whistle at the right time so I have to still worry about timing, even though it’s supposed to let you know.
I know it sounds negative, but I am happy with the pots and pans. I enjoy cooking in them and I would recommend it if you have the $$ for it. We are still paying it off, as it was not a good idea to buy $3K cookware before the wedding. I am looking to book the cruise in October, but upon reading bunch of reviews, I'm really scared that I'm gonna send the $100.00 and not get anything back or hear anything. So if someone from Kitchen Charm can email me or call me with some information for this cruise package, I'd really appreciate it!

Alessandra,

They did call me back, but I was at work when they called so I couldn't speak to them. I have bought a few pots and pans over the years. I've had every pot known to man and woman and it's just hard to find a good kind of pots and pans but with the Kitchen Charm cookware, the quality is good. They've got a good warranty on it too. I've owned it for six months already and I like that it cooks fast. Most people put this stuff on high so they can get it done fast. What they don't realize with these is that they're going to cook fast anyway even on a lower setting. If you don't watch what you're doing, you're going to burn something quickly and it is a process to get that cleaned - the only drawback that I had with it was the cleaning part. Washing them by hands is recommended. The quality is good and I also got a good warranty on mine too.

I like how the distribution of the heat on the bottom is even. It doesn't have some hot spots here and there compared to other cookware that I've used. I like that and its weight. It's great. When my wife and I were on our way to the Kitchen Charm presentation, we had agreed that we were not going to buy anything. Honestly, all we wanted was the free food and the gift. Well, we were pleasantly surprised. The cookware was awesome! And we bought some, which came with a free cruise! First of all, Chef Warren was spectacular (and still is, through Facebook and his online video recipes). Today, a few years later, we still use our cookware almost everyday and make delicious meals for our family. There were a few speed bumps along the way but Kitchen Charm took care of us quickly and easily.
When our cookware first arrived, one of the valves was broken. So I called the 800 number and they sent us a new one right away, no questions asked. A few months ago, our large skillet warped on the bottom after cooking our first stovetop roast. Don't worry, supper was amazing, and after another call, they replaced that as well. We had to send in our warped pan first, and we were a little lost without it. But the new one arrived fairly quickly, and we were back to cooking like we always do.
Then, there's the free cruise. It's not exactly free, as you have to pay the port fees (only a hundred or two $ between us), as well as your flight to the port city. But it was easy to book on one of the top cruise lines in the world. And our vacation was spectacular. They do warn you though, that you could possibly be bumped, even last minute, for a "paying customer". But I was told that it never happens. They have to tell you "just in case".
Oh yeah, our gift for just going to the presentation was a pair of tungsten wedding bands. All we had to do was pay $25 shipping each. These are rings that normally cost at least a few hundred dollars each. Plus if your ring is lost, broken, or anything, they replace it for just another shipping fee of $25. Mine chipped, so I got a new one easily. I could have even changed the style if I hadn't already picked out the one I liked the best. So long story short, I love my Royal Prestige cookware that I got through Kitchen Charm and I highly recommend it to everybody. Did I mention the 50 year warranty? And the knives are awesome too. Just be careful, they're sharp.
