I was getting married and I went to a bridal show. There was a Kitchen Charm link and they sent me an email to a demonstration. I attended that and I purchased some items. I got Kitchen Charm cookware because it seemed neat and cool. I liked that it was stainless steel and heavy duty. I also liked how it was able to cook. However, at the demonstration when their guy put the lid on, the spout came up and steamed out noise when it was done. It was flawless but this wasn't the case when I took it home and tried to do the same thing. It did not pop out and steam out to let me know when it was done. I kept checking on the stuff like in a regular pot.

I've owned the Kitchen Charm cookware since April. I also got some of their silverware, spatula, spoon, ladles, and durable cutting board. Those work well and I like what I have. My purchases are very nice quality items, but I wish I have the other items to go with everything else. I am looking into getting some other things from Kitchen Charm. They are superior cookware but there's always room for improvement.

We purchased our Kitchen Charm cookware set for $1500. The salesperson that we had was really enthusiastic and he drew us in. However, he didn't have good answers when I asked more specific questions and tried to press him on why they were priced that way. I was quite a bit put off because of that. I was just trying to understand exactly what the deal was and it seemed like he wasn't used to getting such deep questions.

Aside from that, the products seem to be really good and I like the fact that they could be used for low-fat cooking which was a big draw for us, and then we ended up getting an additional discount because we bought it straight out and didn't do the payment plan. We've had them for a few months now, and it's great that they help me with my cooking and they could go in the dishwasher. But, one of the pans had a problem with things sticking to it and things not coming up after being cooked, and so it got black stuff all over the bottom. Although some of them still stick so we had to use vinegar to get the stuff off of a few of them. One pan hasn't worked well since the beginning. It may be a fluke, so we'd love to have it replaced and I'd probably feel better if the new one works the way it's supposed to.

I liked the demonstration of the guy Kitchen Charm had. With the cookware, I can cook things on it like it was in the oven, but a little bit quicker on the stove top. There's not a whole lot to it. It has a little more in-depth process on how to cook certain things.

I'm a vegan and so I do a lot of cooking with vegetables. I wanted to make some more exciting dishes for my fiancé even though he's not a vegan. It seemed like there were a lot of things with Kitchen Charm cookware that lent itself well to cooking with veggies so I decided to purchase one. I like that it seemed to heat up pretty evenly which is nice. That is definitely a plus with a lot of the older cookware we have. I also thought that the quality's nice as well.

I know that the white little spots are normal, but I wished that the outside is still shiny. It's obviously pretty new but there are marks on the inside, which doesn’t affect how it’s cooked, and I wish that it wasn't there too. I also wish that they'd spend a little less time talking and more in demonstrating as I thought that the session was very informational. But then I don't feel the non-stick part as I really don't like the Teflon thing, so I thought this was a nice alternative to still get that non-stick, although I still need to use stuff to cook with it. It seemed like it's a quality item. I like the cookware even though it's a little expensive for what I got out of it as we cook with it occasionally.

Our experience with Kitchen Charm was excellent. I went to David's Bridal to apply for a vacation/honeymoon because my boyfriend and I just talked about getting married. As I was looking for a dress, I saw Kitchen Charm. They started talking about their kitchen and other kitchen items. I really wanted the pot with the strainer so that's what we purchased. That's the first expensive pot that I've ever bought but it's nice. We'll try to pay this one off first and then purchase something else. We have to keep ourselves on a budget since we're getting married. The quality of the pot is very good being that it’s a non-stick ware. Also, we can cook without having to have oil or butter. It can steam well too. I also like the fact that it has the strainer where we can put our meat in if it's not thawed out yet and cook it like that, and it drains out the oil. It's easy to clean. We're completely satisfied.

However, the whole getting to the point where you have to purchase it is the part that I didn't care for, like sitting through a two-hour demonstration and before you can leave, you have to sit down with the consultants. That was one of the things that sold me. But I would've expected a little more for the price. If I didn't have it made at the exact temperature that the pan is supposed to be, the pan would be sticky. That's why Wolfgang Puck's is better. Also, I have to use elbow grease to get the stain off on the bottom of the pan because it oxidizes. I found that disappointing.

I have owned the cookware and bakeware for five months now. The cookie sheets, which are my favorite, are non-stick and like the cake pans, they cook evenly. I had always wanted Kitchen Charm's stuff. It was around Christmas when we got the cookware. I thought I might as well just put all the money into a set that hopefully I'm going to have for 50 years than spending $100 every few years on a whole new set of pots and pans because they all get messed up. What I like about the cookware is that I'm never going to have that nasty black stuff chipping off in my food.

I had my eye on the griddle because my fiancé loves grilled cheese. My griddle was starting to get those scratch spots and I knew the Teflon was going to start coming up. I said I really wanted the griddle, and the Kitchen Charm guy ended up throwing in a griddle and two frying pans for us instead of the knife set or the glasses because I already have those. My fiancé and I talked about getting other items but we want to get our balance taken care of before we get anything else. But one of these days I am going to get one of those huge pots that my mom can cook her chili in.

I like the quality of the items. Kitchen Charm makes my fiancé want to cook. He has taken the majority of my steam-able bags of frozen veggies and tried to cook them in the pot. The only downside to everything that I’ve seen so far is that no matter what I do or what kind of spray or how much butter I put in my frying pan, my eggs still stick. The eggs turn out great, but I still have to do extra washing to get everything off.

We've burnt more food than actually cooking decent food. Food will stick to it, it is not non-stick. Not to mention my one knife has 2 chips in it.

I had barely used them and wanted to return them, but couldn't. I paid the pots off as soon as possible because when signing on you open a loan that will affect your credit rating if you don't pay it on time... and to top it off, I requested my interest rebate back because I had finished paying it off and I can only use the money towards them. We liked what we saw from Kitchen Charm. The quality and the warranty seemed fantastic, so we ended up pulling the trigger on buying the pieces. We've owned our cookware for about six months now, and what we like most is the waterless veggies. We use them more for cooking vegetables than we do just about anything else, because they turn out so well in the cookware. We really like the quality. It holds up very well. A bonus appeal to it was the fact that it's dishwasher safe for when we're in a rush and we can't do everything by hand. We really enjoy it, and we're satisfied with the purchase that we made.

The cookware itself, the quality of it, how quickly it cooked food and the quality of its cooked food led me to purchase products from Kitchen Charm. I've had the cookware for four months now. They're durable and of very high quality. However, their wedding registry process was a little difficult and confusing when we tried to redeem the gift certificates that our family and friends purchased for us. They mailed me a certificate at one point. I had to turn around and mail it back to them, then have that money credited to my account versus them keeping a log of who purchased the certificate and just automatically adding it to the account. But overall, they're very good.

My wife told me about Kitchen Charm and we went to one of their meetings. We were starting a family so we needed some pots. I’ve owned my cookware since November and I use it every other day. They fry a little better than other pans, but that's about it. They don't do what I thought they were gonna do. They didn’t make it easier for me to cook. Qualitywise, it's all right but it's not the greatest. The price was overrated. I wouldn’t recommend Kitchen Charm to a friend because I’m paying $500 for what I got and I didn't get anything. When they sell, they’re a good salesman. They sold it to me. But when I came home and did the same thing they did with the chicken, it didn’t turn out like theirs. But it was all right. I didn’t like my product but I couldn’t send it back even though they promised me that I could if I didn’t like it for whatever reason.

I had the Paula Deen pots and pans, and they're great, but I really wanted to up it because I cook quite frequently and if I had the money I'd do culinary school because I get pretty fancy with my cooking. So, last October I bought my Kitchen Charm cookware as I wanted some top-notch cooking appliances.

After the demonstrator showed us the tricks especially the 20-minute electric cooker, I was pretty impressed how you could do a lasagna, even a pizza. A Crock-Pot does that but it takes twice as fast. Plus it's got the steam thing that pops up to let it know it's done and it whistles at you, that also impressed me because I get so caught up going 10 other things at once while cooking. I'll tend to forget some things on the oven. So I really liked that quality of them and they're pretty good pans.

One thing I do have a problem with one of them is that it tends to stick. I don't know if it's because it should be on more of a gas stove and I have an electric stove, but sometimes stuff will stick on the bottom of it and burn. My cheaper pans don't even do that. So I don't understand why it sticks because they're non-sticking pans. That's the gray area where I kind of rate them down on, but the rest of it I really like them. I like how you can cook two to three different meals at once. You stack the pans on top of each other. I have yet to try that out, but that comes in real handy especially during holiday dinners.

I bought from Kitchen Charm because I thought it was going to make life easy. And the demonstrator made them seem like they are some great thing and put a lot more hype than what they were actually worth. He made it seem like they're easy to use. I read all the instructions and the first time, they worked fine. I did like how I didn't have to use any extra grease the first time I used it. But after that everything was sticking to them. We had them for two months when I tried to make grilled cheese and it would not come off. I ended up throwing the pan away with the grilled cheese in them because I don't feel like rubbing them off. Ever since that happened, I had called and tried to get out of the rest of the payment but I was told that because of the contract I'm stuck paying for them even though I don't use them anymore. I put them away and won't ever use them again.

Compared to some of the products, Kitchen Charm has a much better feel in terms of price and quality. We really like the product and they had a lot of stuff included and that made it a pretty good deal. The quality was very high and immutable. We purchased from them the set that has a couple of saucepans, pots, lids, a griddle, skillet, an omelet pan, and a china pot. I’m really excited about the giant pot. I can definitely see myself doing Thanksgiving turkeys and I cook a lot of roasts, gumbos, and Crawfish Bowl. I also like the sealing system on the lid. Kitchen Charm is everything that we needed.

They're great because they do exactly what they say they are going to do, and work exactly like you expect them to. My favorite item is the breakfast griddle.

I hate buying pots and pans all the time. Kitchen Charm has something that was going to last a long time with a long warranty - it's a good investment. I like the little pans because they're easier to pick up for me as I'm pretty small myself. In addition, the gentleman who put on the demo let us know that if we had any questions, we could reach out to him. So far, anytime we've contacted him for advice, he's had a really great and quick response. I'm very satisfied with what I got, and although I haven't purchased other items from them, I'm still going to eventually. Overall, Kitchen Charm is great.

His presentation was amazing and the food taste great! Ultimately this lead us to purchase a set of waterless cookware. I love it. I no longer have to use oils or butter while cooking and food comes out perfect almost every time. It's great that there is a lifetime warranty and if you have any questions Chef Warren has made himself available. I have not seen that from any other companies. The quality of the cookware is amazing and it is so easy to clean. I will continue to buy Kitchen Charm cookware and highly recommend it to anyone. I will have this cookware for a lifetime! Thanks Kitchen Charm and Chef Warren!

It's been a few months that I've had my Kitchen Charm cookware and I love them. My fiance's mom also has some pots and pans from them. They weren't called the same way as they're called now, but they're the same pots and pans that she's had for 30 plus years. When I know somebody personally that's had them for that long and has never had an issue, it speaks volumes. I'm never going to have to buy another set in my lifetime and the money to me was worth it.

I have the knife block, the 11-piece set, and the smaller three-piece square pan for grilled cheese. I love, love, love it. I also have the plates and coffee cups, and then I ordered the china. I ordered a whole new kitchen and felt very good about the purchase. It was a lot of money, but the upside is I know how long they last from firsthand experience. Even though the salesmen, who are typical salesmen, tried to sell their product, they weren't pushy. Everybody was super-nice. Any time that I've had to call them, they get back to me right away. If nobody is in the office to handle the situation, like if I called the girl who handles complaints and I have an issue with a pot or a pan that wasn't there, she called me back the next day, not super-early but normal morning time.

Customer service was great. I had a faux pas in the kitchen, where I turned on the wrong burner and I had the top sitting on it and it burned the rubber parts. I called them up, no issues. They didn't just send me one top, they sent me two new handles so I have an extra handle. I had a great experience with them and I'm very pleased.

My partner is a cook and I like to cook. We love efficiency and good quality equipment so we thought Kitchen Charm was what we're looking for. They had a good demonstration to prove that it works and it was effective because most of the things that we see available are just in stores and we don't know if they're any good quality cookware. I like to cook with the steam part, it's really efficient at getting that perfect temperature and great balance. It's still moist, but I still feel it's not overcooked so I don't cook out all my nutrients. They're a little heavier though than what I'm used to but it's really sturdy, I could use it forever. It's worth the price to have a great, long-lasting cookware.

However, when we are cooking chicken breast or some type of meat, it sticks to the bottom of the pan and then lift up as it's supposed to, but it leaves a whole bunch of skin and burnt on the bottom. We watched the demonstration and it did stick but it came off nice and clean and ours does not do that.

I bought Kitchen Charm as a gift for my daughter that's getting married. But I also have a set and it's a very good quality. I have owned my cookware for probably eight years. I have their sister company pans and I love them. However, they had a recall and I sent my pans and all they did was drill a hole in it. It was awful. So they replaced them with a whole lot lighter weight of that pan - the lower end. And when I bought these new ones, I got brand new Kitchen Charm myself. This Kitchen Charm is good although they need to improve on their customer servicing calls.

So far, they've held to everything and clean up nicely. Everybody was easy to work with and very positive all around. However, I would have like it better if the guy giving the presentation could have explained how to cook certain things. There's a little bit of a learning curve on how to use the cookware compared to other pans that I've grown up using.
