I was getting married and I went to a bridal show. There was a Kitchen Charm link and they sent me an email to a demonstration. I attended that and I purchased some items. I got Kitchen Charm cookware because it seemed neat and cool. I liked that it was stainless steel and heavy duty. I also liked how it was able to cook. However, at the demonstration when their guy put the lid on, the spout came up and steamed out noise when it was done. It was flawless but this wasn't the case when I took it home and tried to do the same thing. It did not pop out and steam out to let me know when it was done. I kept checking on the stuff like in a regular pot.

Quality was the reason I purchased from Kitchen Charm, and also because they had a better guarantee on the product. I like the even cooking. I've owned my cookware for about six months. The quality is good, but it's slightly stained.

My husband really likes the quality of the pans and the products whenever we went to Kitchen Charm's showing. We got the full package and we love it. I like the tenderness of the meat after we cook it and the knives were really good too. We wouldn't trade them for anything.

I liked the demonstration of the guy Kitchen Charm had. With the cookware, I can cook things on it like it was in the oven, but a little bit quicker on the stove top. There's not a whole lot to it. It has a little more in-depth process on how to cook certain things.

The presentation turned out to be about Kitchen Charm. The food and the product were all great. The guy that did the presentation was a great salesman. Had not been for him, I don't know if we would have stayed long enough. He was entertaining, informative and knowledgeable. We enjoyed him. Also we absolutely are obsessed with our pots and pans. I like the way it cooks thoroughly fast. Fantastic quality.

Kitchen Charm looked nice. There were also some older people at the show who said they had something similar to it and it worked pretty good. I bought the entire cookware set, a whole knife block, and a bunch of spoons and spatulas. I liked their warranty which was the main thing why I bought from them. They told me 50 years and if they will stand by their warranty, I would be satisfied. We'll never have to buy anything else.

It can steam well too. I also like the fact that it has the strainer where we can put our meat in if it's not thawed out yet and cook it like that, and it drains out the oil. It's easy to clean. We're completely satisfied.

Kitchen Charm had a great demonstration and we were convinced by it. It was the right time and place. I really like that the cookware is durable and smells nice. My wife appreciated it very well.

I really liked the demonstration of Kitchen Charm. They cooked some chicken and frozen vegetables without having to use any water or butter. We were really impressed with that so we got their cookware. I've had the cookware since December and I really like that it's easy to clean. I purchased a knife set too and those have been awesome. The knives are sharp and they’re sharper than other knives that I’ve bought whenever I first get them. They’re very sanitary too. The quality of the items that I've purchased from Kitchen Charm is definitely excellent.

We needed a new pan and so we got the small skillet. We have it for three months now and it works well. Very high quality. I like that the handle is attached between the two pieces of the metal, so basically there are no nuts or bolt inside the pan itself that I have to worry about cleaning. It was money well spent.

I just wanted one pan because I thought it was good quality cookware (it's good steel). Good cookware is expensive but with the quality of it, I was highly satisfied. However, the whole getting to the point where you have to purchase it is the part that I didn't care for, like sitting through a two-hour demonstration and before you can leave, you have to sit down with the consultants. Also, they enticed people to come to their demonstration by free trips and free gifts. Those are the things I wasn't happy about but I got a good piece of cookware out of the deal so I'm happy with that.

I was invited to a Kitchen Charm demo at a hotel and because I love to cook, loved what I saw and the food tasted amazing when they used barely any seasoning or oil, I decided to buy their cookware. The products are amazing and of high quality. The only problem I have with the pots is that they are so heavy but I understand that's because of the quality. I haven't been able to clean them as well as they did in the presentation but that's only because I didn't get the stuff that they recommended to clean it yet. I know that they're clean, they just don't look it. I love all of the things that we have. I've already recommended them to friends. I bring food to work every day and tell them about the cookware that I cooked the food with.

The pans I bought from Kitchen Charm are good. I love the warranty and I like the fact that I don't have to carry the paperwork around in my possession for 50 years. That was one of the things that sold me. But I would've expected a little more for the price. If I didn't have it made at the exact temperature that the pan is supposed to be, the pan would be sticky. That's why Wolfgang Puck's is better. Also, I have to use elbow grease to get the stain off on the bottom of the pan because it oxidizes. I found that disappointing.

Kitchen Charm is hard to cook with because you're scared you're gonna burn. I already burned something on the bottom of the pan. It won't come clean so it's stained and messed up. So I went back to using my old pots and pans. Some of the stuff is okay, like using the small pot to make vegetables. But whenever I tried to cook like the guy did at the display with the meat and stuff like that, it was horrible.

We saw Kitchen Charm's demonstration in a bridal show and we really liked it. The guy was super enthusiastic and we also liked the pans. Since we were getting married, we needed new pans. And obviously, the vacation was a nice perk to that too. The thing that sold us was that we don't have to put butter or oil in the pans to cook stuff, so being able to just cook it with water that's already in the thing that we're cooking. We're really happy with everything. The product is breathtaking and we were shocked by it.

They're durable and of very high quality. However, their wedding registry process was a little difficult and confusing when we tried to redeem the gift certificates that our family and friends purchased for us. They mailed me a certificate at one point. I had to turn around and mail it back to them, then have that money credited to my account versus them keeping a log of who purchased the certificate and just automatically adding it to the account. But overall, they're very good.

The person who was demoing went into pretty good detail on how Kitchen Charm compared to their top competitors and that was good enough for me to make the decision of buying their cookware. I have it for 4 months now and I use it all the time for cooking chicken. It cooks the chicken evenly. We don't have any issues with it. They fry a little better than other pans, but that's about it. They don't do what I thought they were gonna do. They didn’t make it easier for me to cook. Qualitywise, it's all right but it's not the greatest. The price was overrated. I wouldn’t recommend Kitchen Charm to a friend because I’m paying $500 for what I got and I didn't get anything. When they sell, they’re a good salesman. They sold it to me. But when I came home and did the same thing they did with the chicken, it didn’t turn out like theirs. But it was all right. I didn’t like my product but I couldn’t send it back even though they promised me that I could if I didn’t like it for whatever reason.

I liked the way that the guy spoke about the pots at the little event that we had, the way that he showed us how the pots work and what you can actually do on the pots. Basically, when they sit people down they offer different packages. What they offered was not exactly what we wanted to get as a package so we did something a little bit different and decided to do just a few items -- just four skillets. We got the first skillets but we also got sent knives as well. I’m not sure how that happened. I’m not terribly upset about it but I was concerned. As for the products, we've had them for months now and we like the simple construction and nice quality.

I've had the cookware for five months and there’s a lot of learning involved regarding how to cook with it. I also found them to be very high-quality and I like that I can put it in the dishwasher. My fiancé and I recently purchased the Kitchen Charm deluxe 11 piece set as well as the accessory package. I cannot say enough great things about Kitchen Charm products!!! I love to cook and bake and always like to put a healthy flair into my dishes. This cookware has allowed me to prepare healthy, delicious meals without having to do as much work as I did before. Not to mention no longer having to have the burner on our stove cranked to the highest setting the entire time I am preparing. Psychochef Matt was awesome! He really knew his stuff and my fiance and I loved his presentation. He really cares about what he does and knows how to explain everything to the attendants without overwhelming us. I wish that I could attend more of his presentations!

Kitchen Charm is a really good cookware. I liked the whistle and the way it's designed. It was nice and that was a good selling point. Their rep explained it very clearly, like how the lid and the pans worked together. We had the 8-piece cookware set with the pots and pans, the square and the 10-inch skillet. I liked them all. They’re heavy duty and sturdy. I haven’t had to tighten any bolts. And once I figured out how I was supposed to cook with the whistle, everything was a lot more flavorful. The cookware also stay clean and really shiny. I like how they came with the Kleen King Stainless Steel Cleaner. I wouldn’t be able to keep them very clean if I didn’t have that.

The presentation Kitchen Charm did on how easy it was to cook made me purchase an 11-piece set and the breakfast collection from them. The items are a little hard to clean if you don't have a stainless steel cleaner but other than that, they cook great. I also got a vacation with my purchase.

EVERYTHING sticks and burns. The "waterless" (or little water) system is terrible. They tell you that your food will stay warm in the pot for like an hour once you remove them from the heat. They don't tell you that your veggies will burn by doing so. I'd rather have my non-stick cheap pans than these.

The demonstration showed how the pans work and how the food was cooked. We needed some good pots and pans so we purchased from Kitchen Charm. Quality-wise, they're good. However, everything I try to cook stick from there, though it cooks pretty even.

We bought the Deluxe package and we really like it. However, we found out that there are certain foods that we would normally make and we cannot do in the frying pan. We had them for two months when I tried to make grilled cheese and it would not come off. I ended up throwing the pan away with the grilled cheese in them because I don't feel like rubbing them off. Ever since that happened, I had called and tried to get out of the rest of the payment but I was told that because of the contract I'm stuck paying for them even though I don't use them anymore. I put them away and won't ever use them again.

Our experience with Kitchen Charm has been good so far. However, when we are cooking chicken breast or some type of meat, it sticks to the bottom of the pan and then lift up as it's supposed to, but it leaves a whole bunch of skin and burnt on the bottom. We watched the demonstration and it did stick but it came off nice and clean and ours does not do that.

I bought Kitchen Charm as a gift for my daughter that's getting married. But I also have a set and it's a very good quality. I have owned my cookware for probably eight years. I have their sister company pans and I love them. However, they had a recall and I sent my pans and all they did was drill a hole in it. It was awful. So they replaced them with a whole lot lighter weight of that pan - the lower end. And when I bought these new ones, I got brand new Kitchen Charm myself. This Kitchen Charm is good although they need to improve on their customer servicing calls.

We decided on Kitchen Charm because of their very good quality, durability and the warranty. I also like how quickly certain meats and chickens cook. So far, they've held to everything and clean up nicely. Everybody was easy to work with and very positive all around. However, I would have like it better if the guy giving the presentation could have explained how to cook certain things. There's a little bit of a learning curve on how to use the cookware compared to other pans that I've grown up using.
