My fiancé heard about Kitchen Charm and dragged me to their presentation. The estimate including some of the incentives for purchasing that day made us buy from them. Their products are of top quality and seemed to last a while. I like how fast they heat up, and it’s a great product that works really well. It's on the pricey side but I don't feel like I wasted my money.

Kitchen Charm took my money and never gave me my pots. I went to a bridal show and then I got different types of home calls from people. And when Kitchen Charm first called, a lady told me that I won a set of pots and they just needed me to go and sign to get them. We went to the place but the rep told us that we didn't win the pots. He didn't know what I was talking about, and instead, told us that it was for me to buy the pots. I insisted that it was not what I was told. He then said he could give us extras like the polka dot pot holders and a bunch of certificates including one for some titanium ring.

When I saw Kitchen Charm in a bridal show, I liked their overall presentation and friendly attitude. The cookware seemed like a good idea and figured we would pursue it. We've got the cookware and the chopper thing for a few months now but we only used it at the first couple of weeks when we got it. Yet it isn't working like I wish it was on the presentation. I thought I was doing what they taught in the presentation where they trimmed the chicken meat out then preheat the pan. It seemed to be fine on the first side but when I flipped it over and then put the lid on, it wouldn't do the whistling when it was done. It just sat there and looked it was more or less oil in its own juices and water. Other than that, I like the quality overall of the items and I would highly recommend it.

We went to Kitchen Charm’s little event at a hotel and the pots and pans were nice so we started to get them. We’ve had them for three months or so and we like them so far. I've had a couple of issues with things sticking to the pan and, of course, their presentation didn't show it but I'm assuming I just did it wrong. I like cooking in it a lot more than our old pans. They look nice as well and I always like the stainless steel look of pots and pans. I also really like that the warranty and everything is printed on the bottom. I feel like that's not the case for most kitchenware.

We were really impressed with Kitchen Charm's products and how they were presented. The salespeople talked us into it a little bit too but the quality has been great in the five months we've had the cookware set. One of the pots did burn a little bit but I think that was more of my fault. It takes time off cooking and we had an overall good experience with the cookware. I would tell others that I would go for it.

We were going for the freebie stuff that Kitchen Charm was talking about and made a plan not to buy anything. Then we saw a demonstration and everything just looked great and too good to pass up. We bought a one simple set instead of a mix-matched that I was using before. It’s easy to use, clean, and cook with and everything holds up and goes together. Nothing wobbles. I love it. We’re happy and we got brand loyalty with them now. Any cookware we’re going to order, it would be from Kitchen Charm.

We were at a bridal show and we entered for a giveaway that Kitchen Charm was having. Then they called because we won the giveaway but we have to come and check out the demonstration. The demonstration was really great. They did a great job selling their product. The rep was super helpful and took time with everyone there. Delivery was timely as well. I haven't had any problems with anything that we purchased. I like the quality of their products. I've never seen anything like these that they are selling. Their pans are fantastic. They don’t stick and the way that they heat, I can just throw things in there. I don't need any oil as well. They're awesome. We show off these things every chance we get and tell others that they should get Kitchen Charm.

I saw Kitchen Charm at a wedding convention and I was impressed. We've had our cookware since the mid-summer.

We went to a bridal show in Raleigh then I got an email saying that we had been selected to come watch a cooking show. My fiancé and I went. They cooked and we learned about the pans so we ended up buying some and we love them. I liked the simplicity of the Kitchen Charm cookware as well as the waterless and the greaseless features of it. We just have the pans right now, but we got the little things so we're going to put them on our wedding registry. We're getting married in June next year, so we’re hoping that's what some people will buy. We like doing the chicken and vegetable in our pans. It's non-stick and it's super quick and super easy to clean. The quality is great and we tell our friends that we love our Kitchen Charm cookware.

We went to a Kitchen Charm show and they did a demo about how to use the pots. The pots are nice and really heavy. When the guy did the demo he pretty much told us that they don't warp and don't stain. Food doesn't get stuck on them. I've found that not to be true. I owned the pots for about three months now and the food gets stuck to them and cakes on the bottom of the pan. I have to sit there for about 30 minutes and scrub it off. Also my skillet has warped so it doesn't even lay flat on the burner. If I could return them I would. But if they can get the warping issue solved I think the product will be perfect.

I've owned Kitchen Charm for a few months. It's of good quality and I like how quickly it cooks. Usually, when you go to a presentation, they tell you what the product does and when you get home, the product doesn't really do as what was said. With Kitchen Charm, I did not have that experience. It's very easy to clean, very easy to cook and work with. Buy Kitchen Charm.

We went to a bridal show and the Kitchen Charm salesman did a very good job at selling and we were very impressed. When we got the cookware, I used it within three days and that was when I found it starting to have different problems. Some of the pans were doing really good, although I was having some problems with the frying pans. The food’s sticking, especially starchy food like potatoes if I fry them. Kitchen Charm will tell you how to use your spray but I'm finding a lot of foods are sticking. Even though I am using a spray on the pans, I'm still disappointed with it, and it's the largest skillet that we have. I hope Kitchen Charm gives better instructions on how to use their cookware so that I don't have the problems that I'm having right now. It's the cookware that I'm not going to get rid of but I would tell my friends to get cookware at Costco, and not get the Kitchen Charm.

Kitchen Charm is expensive but I don't mind spending the money if something's going to last me a lifetime as long as I could take care of it. And so far, I've been very pleased with their product. They are what they are as far as the company that sells it. I only bought one piece but I would like to buy more in the future. But I would like to see them in stores though because that way, I don't have to go through a dealer.

Their presentation sold the products to us. They looked like a good deal. We've had their products for a few months now and I like how easy it is to clean them.

For four months now, I've owned a Kitchen Charm cookware that I won out of a bridal show. They gave a demonstration and the cookware looked to be of quality. I got four pots and four lids from them as well. The electric skillet cooked the food faster and held it for an hour. We have a gas range, which is a lot different than an electric range. And we burned the food out of them multiple times. Eventually, Kitchen Charm called and they replaced it. The first time I cooked on it, everything got burnt in it and everything stuck to it. One of my pots got discolored, and the other one was slightly discolored. They said it was nonstick but we did everything we're supposed to. I wish they would apologize and offer a new pot.

We've owned Kitchen Charm's pots and pans for nine months now and they are working out really well for us. They're very good quality, they don't take long to heat up and they keep the heat very well. They're also very easy to clean. We've had a very enjoyable experience.

Kitchen Charm was at a party I signed up for and they were doing a demo. They made grilled chicken breast, corn, and broccoli. The food was great. Then I decided to purchase the cookware set mainly because of the warranty. It had either a 50-year or a lifetime warranty on it. I like them. The pots are stackable on top of the stove. The food on top continues to cook even though it doesn’t have the direct heat. I bought it in July and right now I’m just using one skillet because I’m in the process of purchasing a home and so I wanted everything to be new. I love how quickly the food cooks in that skillet and the temperature all the way around. This is a great product and the quality’s awesome. It’s a life-changing experience and I tried to recommend to a few people to go get it.

My wife Hannah went to a banquet and we went to see all the pots in the Kitchen Charm showroom where the reps showed us how it works. It looked like really good pots and it's easy to clean. They also cooked a chicken while we were there and it tasted good. We ordered online and we have owned the pots and some knives from Kitchen Charm for two months now. We like the lifetime warranty a lot. The quality of all the items is really good and it's been a really nice experience.

And, anytime we call the salesman that we bought it from, he answered our questions. We've had the pots for four months now and they are good and well-built. Cooking with them has been easy. I really enjoy the pots. However, we tried to use the strainer on top of them and it's hard to get the grease off on the bottom of the pot.

We have our cookware from Kitchen Charm for a couple of months now and we got it because of my wife. It cooks fast, tells us when it's done when it starts whistling and it’s non-stick if we use it right. It’s also heavy but anyone can lift it and there are no scratches. All that stuff about it is great and I like that we use a lot less oil with it which is a little healthier for me. It's worth it and I highly recommend it.

But we've had the cookware for three months now and they're extremely hard to clean. Everything sticks to them, even things that don’t usually stick to regular stainless steels. I thought it was because my gas stove was too hot for the pans but even with an electric, my meat still sticks to my pots and pans. We tried to return them but Kitchen Charm told us we couldn’t. We absolutely love our knives though. They're the best knives we've ever owned.

The Kitchen Charm sales rep was really nice and knew his stuff. I liked how well the quality of the Kitchen Charm was, how it was manufactured and the warranty on the product. So far, we've owned the cookware for nine months and I like how easy it is to clean and how smooth they cook. I'm happy with it and I cook on it almost every day. I also have their processing knives for cutting meat and fish. Honestly, I like them better than the pots and pans. Nonetheless, Kitchen Charm has good quality, good sales, and good customer service. I have recommended them.

We were using an old cookware that was passed down to us. It was kind of on its last leg so we decided we might as well purchase one that we can use for many years to come and pass on to our kid. The guy who did the demonstration for Kitchen Charm was a good salesman, and we love our Kitchen Charm cookware. I do most of the cooking here at the house so I use them every other day.

With a 50-year warranty, I'd probably die before these things go bad. Also, my lady want it and I went to a bridal show and it's all in there. The times that we've tried to use it things have burned on it every single time and it's almost like it was easier to use our normal kitchenware instead of using it. It didn't work out like we thought it would and we don't feel good paying the price that we're paying for something that we're not using.

I like the quality of Kitchen Charm. It looks solid and it doesn't look dirty. I use some of the cookware more than what I used to cook daily with. We usually cook eggs and hash browns on it. Food doesn't stick to it and it's easy to clean off unlike the other pans we have.

He also showed us that you don’t need water to cook for all veggies. So I bought their pots and pans and I’ve had them for four and a half months. They replaced a lot of my old pans and I like the clean-up. I also like how fast and easy it is to cook with them. It took the cooking time in half. I had one problem with the pot and I needed a special stainless steel cleaner to clean it up. But other than that, they were great and I really like them. I will be making an additional purchase in the future and I always recommend them now with friends and family.

Kitchen Charm was at a bridal show when we saw them. That time, we weren’t in the market for a whole set of pots but we really liked them at the demonstration. I like the durability and the convection capability of the product. I’ve had the cookware for about four months now and I like them. I like how quickly the whole pot heats through. The only issue we've had was the lid and pot didn’t quite fit. Instead of the pressure coming out of the whistle, it will come out through the lid and shake it a little. The other thing I don't like about them is whenever we clean them, they have an oil slick looking finish. That maybe because we’re using dish soap on them while in the demonstration, we were told about some stainless steel cleaner for the cookware. Still, I would recommend Kitchen Charm.

My wife won a contest and was able to listen to the people talk about Kitchen Charm. We purchased the 6-piece set with the two handles. It’s working really well and we cook more quick meals. I usually use the pots to make batches of meals like vegetables and where all the ingredients are stuffed in. We love our Kitchen Charm but it has a weird burn in one of the pieces but it doesn't affect the cooking, it just discolors it. It happened when I went to their website for the recipes and one of them said I can cook butter in the pan and that did not go well.

The demonstration at the bridal fair sold us easily on Kitchen Charm. The person was really good at the demo and we got suckered into it pretty easily. My husband and I cook and we find the pots friendly and easy to use. I like that I am able to put multiple things in the same pot without having to check on it once it reaches a certain temp. I don’t burn anything on the stand so they’ve worked really well for me. I just need to start using the pots a little bit more since I got them four months ago. We like Kitchen Charm a lot and we’ve been happy with our product.

I like to cook a lot. I’ve gone through a lot of dishes and I like the no-stick kind of mentality for cookware. I like that with Kitchen Charm, there’s no Teflon and I don’t have to cook on high heat all the time. It cooks evenly. And because I have a small child, I like to be able to put it on the stove, steam vegetables, and be able to walk away and know that it’s still cooking and when it's done, and not have to stay in there and stir it every five minutes. I’ve had the cookware for about three months now and I like it.

Purchasing from Kitchen Charm went fine. It was good, easy paperwork, and the preview at the bridal expo that we went to was interesting. Their guy was able to explain how everything worked and how he showed that you can stack everything and it still worked. It was cool. I like the stacking and the way the food tasted. The vegetables tasted pretty good. I'd recommend Kitchen Charm.

I was told one thing on my interest rate and it turned out to be another. I called to follow-up on it but the guy that I talked to told me to call the sales guy. He wasn’t really trying to help me which was frustrating.

We went to an event that was hosted by Kitchen Charm. We're starting out and could use at least one good piece of cookware, and the product definitely has proved to be such. We've had it for five months now and it's a good-weighted pan that does everything that we needed it to do. But, it's more an investment price rather than something that you can pick up at Target. Other than that, everything seems to be perfectly in order and we greatly enjoy it.

The way they had it set up was they told me to go to an address that they’ve provided and they had a workshop there to show me the cookware. Their presentation was laid out very nicely and they actually cooked for me. They also had more than just the cookware they offered. They had china pieces, too, and a variety of things. I like that by using their cookware, I don’t have to use as much oil which reduces the fat in the food that I’m cooking. Ultimately, I'm cooking healthier. Plus, the cook time is a lot quicker. I purchased the cookware in June and I like them a lot. I highly recommend them.

I won a drawing where we got to attend the Pink Bridal Show in Nashville. We got a couple of gifts, and we also ended up buying the Kitchen stuff, so it wasn’t a waste of time. And my husband was super impressed that we could cook chicken in our Kitchen Charm cookware without any water or anything and it would just cook off of its own steam. Our cookware's quality is great and it works wonderfully. I sat a rusty pot on top of the knife in the sink, and it stained the side of it but besides that, it’s also wonderful. And although most people can’t afford Kitchen Charm, I have recommended it.

We needed new pots and pans and Kitchen Charm does a great job in presenting the information and they don’t leave you with any questions. I like the science behind the way that the cookware works, how it keeps the nutrition up on the food and how it has everything in one. It's almost like every type of pots and pans that are out there whether it's cast iron, nonstick or ceramic. I've had the cookware for several months now and I love them. My food is done fast. I have their little salad pan too. Their products are of good quality and they last. They should keep doing what they're doing.

Kitchen Charm has good value, good products and freebies as well. We've had the cookware since April wherein the cooking set includes the big pot with lids, the breakfast set and a couple of big knives. We're so in love with this cookware that my fiancé said that they were worth whatever we agreed to pay for them. He is so happy with whatever he has made out of that and more excited about it than me. As a bachelor, he had such crappy cookware, so for him, having the Kitchen Charm cookware was a step up. Everything from the demonstration of the Kitchen Charm to the point of delivery has been easy and above expectation.

I got conned into buying a Kitchen Charm set when I went to a wedding demonstration for my daughter and son-in-law. It looked really easy to use, but then when I brought it home, it is not as easy as they look. It's durable, but it’s hard to cook in it. Everything sticks. If I can learn to cook with them, I’ll be fine.

When we went to a party and Kitchen Charm demonstrated it, she liked what she saw and we got the nine-piece Kitchen Charm pans set, the spoons set and the knives set and we like the quality. She likes how easy it is to cook with and that it cooks things much faster and it’s a lot easier to clean up. We’ve owned it for around four months but it’s a bit of a learning curve for me because it’s different than regular pots and pans wherein I’m used to preheating before I cook and more careful about putting cold water on pans. We were very pleased with the product.

The Kitchen Charm guy gave a good sales pitch when I was at a bridal show with my fiancé. We tried them out and they worked like they’re supposed to, for the most part. We love its lifetime warranty and it does well on the non-stick department too except for one frying pan. I would not pay $2,000 for pans again in the future but the quality is good.

I also like that they don’t warp and that I didn’t have a thousand pots and pans. It cooks anything evenly, but it’s definitely not non-stick.

Kitchen Charm has been fabulous and we are very happy with them. Our first pots were terrible. They're gross, hand-me-downs, plus, we have two kids. So we needed something that could last longer, cook better, and cook faster. We use a lot of fresh produce and when we cook them with Kitchen Charm, they taste so much better. We also found a different way of cooking our noodles. We tap into the different tips and tricks in the booklet that were given to us. Those have been helpful as well. After the kitchen charm's customer care team responded to my review and informed me of the temperature required to damage my pot i have since had a repairman come to look at my stove top to ensure it's safety. I have since gotten the replacement pot as promised by the Customer Care team and am satisfied with the outcome. Also their concern with my safety due to the possible stove top fault. Everything they have promised has been full filled 100% and am happy with the outcome. I have never had any issue with the quality of the pot, just my dealings with the previous staff that i spoke with. My dealings with them on this matter have been resolved and I am 100% satisfied with the outcome and also with their response to the matter.

We liked the durability of Kitchen Charm and we’re not worrying about scratching the pot and getting particles into our food. It cooks quickly especially with our vegetables, and we can taste the crispness and flavor in the food. I am maintaining the nutrients in the vegetables. It wasn’t like I boiled it out of the water. It only takes about an ounce to cook so that is nice. We use the pots every single day or week. The quality is great and hopefully we’ll be able to get some more cookware in a couple of years.

My mom has a Kitchen Charm set for 35 years and I wanted my own set that would last me a very long time so when I move out I don’t have to go to Walmart every time a pan get messed up. However, they sell their product at $35 a month but when you go back and look at it, you’re financing it at 20%. So far my favorite thing about the cookware was the carrots. Everything has been holding up good. The product is good but ordering is near to impossible. We've discussed about buying a bigger skillet but apparently, we got to get a hold of the old rep whom we bought the original cookware from to put in the orders. That part is stupid in my opinion. The phone number is still good but what will I do after ten years when this old rep passes away. The end user customer support for products ordering is really lacking. There is no information on the website and you can't order anything from it.

We might as well use it.” We’ve only used it a couple of times and we love it. It's easy to use and simple to clean. We also have the electric skillet that's like a stove top and it's amazing. It’s simple, perfect and we cook our chicken in it all the time. So far, the quality of the Kitchen Charm products is good except for the nonstick since it wasn’t 100% nonstick.

I just wish we would have saved our money and purchased a nice set of non-stick pans. Our pans do not work like they did during the demonstration. Our chicken ALWAYS sticks, unless we add butter. The lid will whistle for 20 minutes and our chicken will still not be done. The pans worked wonderfully during the demonstration. We just haven't figured out how to use them properly, I guess. On a side note, we LOVE the food shredder. We use it 3 days a week. It's our pride & joy.

I also like that it cooks the food faster with less butter. The cookware is perfect and the quality is really good. It's been amazing and I would tell everyone to get a Kitchen Charm.

I liked their demonstration and they told us about the Teflon and how it can put off a gas and harm you plus they have a 50-year warranty so we bought the cookware. I like how fast it cooks everything and I can steam vegetables in it. We also got the dinnerware set. The cost is a little much but it’s not too bad when we think about the quality of the items that we got. It’s worth it. But I have been a little confused on the payments lately because they're supposed to be at a certain time and then they sent the bill at a different time every month. But, other than that, I'm satisfied.

The cookware had a good price and I use cooking spray or grease like every other pan. Although the cookware discolored pretty quickly and not non-stick as promised, they cook evenly and is well-made.

During the presentation, the guy stated that all of the interest that I'd accumulate will still benefit me because it will act as a store credit and I’ll be able to use it towards another item. The salesperson was wonderful too. I've had it since March and I like the temperature control of the cookware the most. I could set it at low and it still cooks evenly. It boils fast too like a steamer plus I can use less oil. Also, it holds up. Most of the time with other cookware, you have to use a bunch of oil and they don’t have the rubber on the side so it burns you, or the lid doesn’t have a rubber so you'd have to use a towel to pick it up. But with Kitchen Charm, I can put everything on high, put the lid, and then go watch TV. It'd tell me when it's ready.

The Kitchen Charm sales rep was really good and outgoing. We needed new pans and he presented a good case for the pans and my wife and I both liked the presentation. We've had our Kitchen Charm cookware for less than a year and we use the saute pan the most. It cooks, heats up, and cleans well. It is expensive, but the durability and lifetime warranty go hand in hand. Overall, I had a great experience, and I have recommended them to other friends.

My fiance and I were considering getting Kitchen Charm cookware. We went to a show but the Kitchen Charm product there was excessively more expensive. We went to a different show and the Kitchen Charm product there was much more affordable so we ended up getting the product there. We chose Kitchen Charm over a different cookware because of its quality and the healthy options. I'm really satisfied with the quality of the product and I like the knives. They're amazing. But we've broken them out once. I would've also liked to purchase other items and I know someone else who would like to buy a set but there's no option to buy it online when that’s how we go about our shopping. But I'm happy with my purchase and there are no regrets. Kitchen Charm's demonstration sold me on their pans. They cooked me a meal - potatoes, a boiled egg, and chicken all in one pan. It was very interesting. The hard boiled egg which they just put on top of everything else in the pan came out perfectly. And I don’t have to add any water or anything to the pans. I bought almost everything that Kitchen Charm has and I love them especially my knife block and the kitchen scissors. It's been an excellent experience with Kitchen Charm. Aside from the wonderful quality of their products, Kitchen Charm also has lifetime warranty on them.

We got to watch a demonstration about how the product worked and it seemed to work well. They were not non-stick and I bought them for that reason because non-stick is so bad for the consumers. However, it is a bummer because I've only had them for about six months which is not that long and they’re kind of yellow on the side. They're discolored. I don’t care so much though because if they get really bad within 50 years, I’ll just send them back and get a new one sent out. Nevertheless, Kitchen Charm's expensive but the quality’s good. I wouldn't get a cheaper option at Target and have the quality as good. On the other hand, there are more expensive but better stuff out there, too, but nothing that we could have afforded.

The product spoke for itself and the salesman wasn’t pushy at all. He was very nice and he just told us about what the product can do. At Walmart, nobody’s gonna help you on how to cook. I love our Kitchen Charm cookware and I use it every day. I don’t use any other pan but Kitchen Charm. They're great quality pans. I hate the debt that I’m in for it but it’s worth it.

My fiance and I went to the in-person demo for Kitchen Charm and were totally wowed by the performance of the cookware. We love how quickly and evenly the pans heat through. I feel like they've definitely already helped us save money on our energy bills! It certainly took some adjusting to get used to the new temperatures and cook times, but it's nice to be able to "bake" chicken on the stovetop rather than have to heat the oven. And cleaning them has been a breeze since day 1!

Kitchen Charm is better than anything I previously owned. It has a 50-year warranty so if anything ever happened to it, we'd be able to get it replaced. Also, I like the valve on the top that tells you when it's the correct temperature to cook. It's a really good set of cookware. Lastly, I like that we were able to put it on our registry so friends and family could help us pay for it. And it helped us out to not to make it not as expensive.

I went to a bridal show in January and got introduced to Kitchen Charm when signed up for their free night cooking. My fiance and I wanted to put some pots and pans that we could use throughout the rest of our lives, and Dan assured us that it was a good product and that we would love it. Also, after watching demonstrations, we really liked it and thought it was decent. This is something we saw that looked really durable. It has been four months since we bought cookware from them, and I think they are really standing up well. I like that I don't have to use so many butter or greases on them, and I can just use a little bit of water and that's it.

Kitchen Charm is better than my usual cookware. I like the skillet a lot, it cooks everything through evenly. I steam vegetables with the pots almost every meal. I haven’t eaten frozen vegetables since I've purchased it. The quality is good and it has a 50-year warranty, but it costs a lot. It's fun to learn how to cook with them during their presentation. Once you learn how, you can cook some healthy meals with it.

My fiancée told me we were going to the seminar because she wanted to go to Mexico for our honeymoon. So, we went to the seminar and that’s how we found out about Kitchen Charm. We ordered the cheapest one and the quality is pretty on par. I was in the army, so I can cook anything with any piece of metal but in civilian life, it pays off to have good stuff. It's heavy-duty and all around, a good product.

I've had them for three months now and it took a little bit to get used to but that's with anything. The only thing that I really don't like is they're not as easy to clean as they were led on to be. The finish leaves a tarnish if you don't use Kleen King and that's an extra step if I was just washing it with Dawn. But I don't have to polish them every time so it's not that bad. It's not a major deal breaker and I like how fast it cooks. They're really good. I love cooking with them.

We ended up purchasing a bunch of Kitchen Charm pots and pans and knife sets and we thought it was a good overall value. My fiancée definitely liked the idea of having the same pots and pans for the next 50 to 100 years and these are stuff we could possibly hand down to our kids or grandchildren. We talked about a monthly budget prior to attending and it's something that we could fit into our budget that was kind of a lifestyle change for us. We didn’t do a lot of cooking, did a lot of eating out, and spent a lot of money on ordering pizza. So we wanted to be healthy. Also, we have a daughter who just turned one. So at that time, it was an investment in a lot of different ways. It worked out well and it’s something we could see ourselves using for a long time.

My fiance and I didn’t really have much of cookware and we already had plans of getting some cookware after we got married. We figured we might as well pick them up now. Kitchen Charm did a pretty good job presenting it all. After I purchased the stuff from them, I told my mom about it and she said that it's the same brand as what she has. My mom has had her set since the ‘70s and she still uses it today. And then, my sister's husband brought some cookware into their marriage that he bought in the early 2000's, and they still look good. So, we knew Kitchen Charm's products have good quality.

We've had Kitchen Charm cookware for almost six months. They're better than all the other pots and pans we have had and I really enjoy using them. The quality is excellent and their stainless steel pots are really nice. On top of that, there is a fifth-year warranty. However, I was trying to cook some chicken last night and it was the first time I had a problem where it didn't cook right. There are two lids that seem like they're the same size. I was wondering if there was something I may have done wrong like using the wrong lid. It was hard for me or for anybody to know what went wrong even if they are familiar with the kitchenware.

I went with Kitchen Charm because I like stainless steel. It doesn't corrode all easily like the rest of the pots and pans. Also, the products are very useful, how they cook fresh vegetable plus the little cap that whistles which lets me know when stuff is done. I also like their knives which are sharp and are not all dull and flimsy when I try to cut big stuff like a steak or potatoes and that’s good. It's been a great experience with Kitchen Charm.

Kitchen Charm had nice cookware and my wife wanted it. We've owned ours for about a few months already. My wife uses it the most, and she's happy with them. Kitchen Charm has awesome cookware. Their quality is good.

My fiancé liked the Kitchen Charm because the guy was a good seller. It was my fiancé's decision to buy it but I use it more than he does, and it's not so great. It's vulnerable to stick and sticks very horribly. I have to set it under water and then, I have to scrub it more than I have ever scrubbed. If I could return it, I would. I'm not impressed and wished we had looked around more.

My fiance and I were introduced to Kitchen Charm after a bridal expo we attended. Thinking that the pans were terrific and the monthly payments for students was affordable, we ordered them. It turns out, $44 of our $45 monthly payment is interest. We were not told this. In fact, Chad ** only told us that the APR was 24%, so we should make timely payments so that the annual interest doesn't get us later. I feel that we were taken advantage of and lied to. As a student and someone who is about to get married and start a new life, Kitchen Charm robbed us of our money. Not only can we not get ahead of these payments, in the end we will pay more than these horrible pans are worth. By the way, everything burns in them no matter what we do. Horrible company. I will be contacting the BBB as well.

My fiancé really liked the Kitchen Charm demonstration from the wedding fair. He liked the feature of leaving it there and being able to cook on its own. Once it says time to cook, he doesn't have to worry about it. Plus, the 30 year warranty was another perk that we really liked. We've had it for three months now and it's something to get used to. I haven't even used all the different types yet. I just stuck to two types so far, but I like it. It cooks well and I don't have to use a lot of oil. It's also mostly steamed so it's a little healthier cooking. It's a good product.

We weren't very happy with Kitchen Charm. We got the pots and it wasn't like it was supposed to be. We didn't like it but we're stuck with it and we can't even switch it. There should be an option that if we get them and we’re just unhappy, we didn’t have to pay for them. We were only able to use two pans and one of them actually burned. It took me like an hour to scrub and decided I was done with it. We followed the directions on how to manage it and different facts before we use it. We tried to get it clean and it just doesn't.

We purchased the knives and a full set of pots from Kitchen Charm. I like that they got a good set of knives, however, the cookware's not nonstick and it's one of the things we got to get used to cooking before we can really get a handle on them. There'd be stains quite often, so I've got to clean them more than I figured I'd have to. The pricing is also a little higher than it should be, but other than that, they're good.

Kitchen Charm was at a bridal shower I went to a couple of months ago, and the dishes and stuff seemed really good, so we decided to buy new ones. I like the quality of their pans. It doesn’t stick and it cooks better than my old pans. However, when I bought the pan, their rep told us that the interest rate would get lower, depending on our credit, and that the maximum interest rate would be 24%. When I told him that I had good credit, he said that most likely it wouldn’t be that high because the better the credit, the lower it gets. He obviously lied to us because my interest rate is at 24%. So, I am really upset about that. I will never buy from them again just because of that even though I do like the quality of their pan. And, I am not going to recommend this to anybody because of what they did to us.

Our experience was Kitchen Charm has been great. The only issue we persistently have is cleaning the cookware. We have tried lowering the heat and have boiled water countless times but still have an issue getting food off. We are aware that the next step is to use oven cleaner, although we wish the cookware was simpler to clean.

Kitchen Charm got my information from a bridal show. They called so I went to one of their showings. I bought the expensive pots and pans because of the quality of the cookware. I have owned the cookware since January and my favorite thing is that it cooks fast. It's what they say it is. There are no gimmicks or anything about it.

Dennis did an absolute amazing job. When attending events like this where I know the main outcome is someone selling me something I tell my fiance we are not buying anything. However by the time Dennis was done entertaining everyone in the room with his knowledge of the product I was wondering how I was going to convince my fiance into buying. I didn't have to, we both knew exactly what we wanted and we both had an amazing night with Dennis.

At a bridal fair, there was a show and if we went, we can get a price. They said they'll be showing us how to make food. You just have to go through that to get your prize. So, we really went to redeem our prize. But while he was doing the show, we found out that it was not only a cooking show but the utensils that he was using to cook with was for sale. He showed us how the food cooked up using those specific materials and how they're healthier and easier to cook with, and how they make cooking more enjoyable. His meal tasted pretty good too. And then he had some of the products out there for you to pick up and feel how heavy they were, how heavy-duty it is.

Our house just got flooded and we lost all our pots and pans. We needed new ones and my wife told me about Kitchen Charm. We had a great little time with it the seminar he put on. We like the fact you could cook multiple things in them without mixing the flavors and that it came with basically everything we needed. We've had it for a few months now but we haven't used it yet. But we've taken them out and checked them out. They're definitely great quality, a lot better than what we had.

Kitchen Charm was giving out a free trip and we ended up buying pots and pans. We've been using them for six months now and they are great, good quality. My wife likes that she doesn't have to do a lot. The lids keep them sealed and she only has to check the stuff once in a while. We love them. But I wish they weren't so expensive.

The cooking show maybe interesting, but what they claim is worth thousands they are giving away is not of interest to the new couples they are targeting. The cruise is on the lowest class (bunking on the up and down bed)!!! One has to pay a deposit just to be able to speak with the customer service agent of the cruise to learn what a terrible scam you were a part of! I have never felt this level of dishonesty before!

The sales pitch sample dinner we went to was well done and displayed the products well in use. The products arrived as said, and so far have performed very well. However, we are VERY upset with the pricing and billing. As we were signing up for the purchase of the Kitchen Charm merchandise, the shipping and handling fee wasn't mentioned until the deal was finishing (it happened to be about equal to the discount we allegedly were told we were getting that night for signing up).

I've seen a presentation done by Kitchen Charm and my fiancé and I really liked it. So we went ahead and got the pan that was used that night. The gentleman that assisted us that night was very adamant, and almost a little too pushy in a sense. I was almost hesitant to even buy anything because the price was too much. But he kept showing me things that were still as pricey. And finally, we met in the middle and had gotten something that I was more content in purchasing at that time.

We've owned our Kitchen Charm cookware for four months now, and the purchasing experience was good. However, when we use the actual pots and pans, it burns a lot, and we get a lot of stains on them. We've used the soap they gave us for the actual steel but the burn marks didn't ever come off completely. They told us we can return it if we wanted to get a new one because of that, but it hasn't been a problem where we couldn't use the product.

The people were really nice during the demo. I was blown away by all the things that they were doing. My husband really liked the kitchenware. While I really like the knives and how the pots can whistle when they start boiling. Their quality is great, and I think they'll last long.

I was getting to a point where my rag, tag, pots and pans that I've gotten from Wal-Mart weren't doing it anymore. So I decided to get an upgrade through Kitchen Charm. But the guy that sold it to me was a little rude and pushy. He almost lost the sale with his pushiness. He didn't really care to answer all my questions and told me to buy them or leave. But nonetheless, I decided to go through with the sale. I'm still getting used to them since being from Teflon to stainless steel is a bit of a change. They are quite heavy which is the downside but other than that, they have pretty good quality and they'll last quite a long time.

My fiancé and I like the knife we got from Kitchen Charm. He likes it because they're sharp and I'm not allowed to touch them. The cookware works pretty well in the propane. The pots and pans have good quality. But we haven't had any luck with our induction cook top. Every time we try to use it, it says that there's an error that the glass is too hot.

I like the fact that Kitchen Charm doesn’t burn, and they don’t smell. Nothing really sticks to the pan and it’s easy to clean. We have it on the counter and they don’t look like rinky dink pots. It really looks good. It complements the kitchen so I like the whole design. I like everything about it. So far, the quality has been great to me. I recommend Kitchen Charm to friends and family a lot, but I never have a direct website where I can send them to get it.

The process of getting everything started and running through the paperwork with them seemed a little disorganized but it all worked out in the end. It's high priced but it comes with quality, and holds up very well. I don't foresee it falling apart like other stuff does over the years. We followed directions and cleaned it off beforehand. We waited 'til it heated and we used it the exact same way she did but the pan did not work as magical as it did when she used it. We tried to do salmon the day after and it just stuck to the pot. The pot would not clean off and it still got stains on the inside from where we used it last. But she cleaned it off so easily and we tried everything. I'm confused as to how well it works for her but it doesn't work the same for us. So, we weren't pleased at all with the purchase.

I liked what Kitchen Charm had to offer and so I bought my cookware from them a couple of months ago. Since then, it has been easy to clean up and a good product to use. I'd recommend it.

I got tired of replacing pots and pans every single year and the main thing about Kitchen Charm is they had a lifetime warranty. We’ve purchased everything they had. I like that the cookware had an even heating surface and it's easy to clean. The company is really easy to work with. Anytime there's been issues with the account, they've been really easy to get a hold of and work with on that. They’ve been fantastic.

We liked the solid construction and the even heating of it. My father-in-law is older and he needs more steamed or fresh vegetables to help with his dietary needs. I liked the presentation of Kitchen Charm and so I decided to purchase cookware from them. I like the pot that I use because I make a lot of Brussels sprouts for him. I like that I can throw the sprouts in the pot and they cook in their own natural juices. It's quicker and healthier. Unfortunately, while I've owned the cookware, I've only used the knives and one pot. I tried doing what their guy had said such as putting a bit of oil, wiping with a paper towel and putting some eggs in then boiling them. I can't do it and they always burn. Nevertheless, Kitchen Charm is a great company and everybody has been super friendly. I think the items I purchased are good. However, the lack of use makes it a waste of money for me.

I was very impressed for how the show went and how great the food tasted. I really loved it and I love the cookware that was being sold. It's been four months since I purchased a pan from Kitchen Charm. The pitch that I could cook without oil and it cooks fast was definitely what sold me. I liked that it appears to be a really nice pan. Also, I like the way it cooks things. For example if I cook chicken, it's still moist and juicy after cooking. The product is well-made and I've been satisfied with it.

We really enjoyed the presentation that Dennis put on for us tonight. He was very well educated on the product and had humor with it too. We did buy a cookware set and are excited for it to come. He really knows this product and appears passionate about it as well!

I liked Kitchen Charm's products so I decided to purchase their cookware. I like that it is stainless steel with excellent quality. It’s been a great experience. I really enjoy their cookware.

Kitchen Charm called me and I went to one of their seminars wherein their rep did really good. He was persuading everyone to buy the whole set, but they're a little expensive. I decided to test it out so I bought two of them. So far, my experience has been good and their quality was okay. However, I found that a lot food gets stuck there. When their rep cooked the chicken, that didn't happen. He showed it to us and he just wiped it off. He’s very convincing while he’s showing it to us and I don’t know if I'm using them wrong. The pan has to be soaked first in less than a minute and it’ll come off. The pan also discolors but he said that’s normal. It got scratched up right at the bottom from being on the stove but I guess that’s normal, too. Nonetheless, I'm glad that I didn’t get the whole set. If I have to make pancakes or bacon, I use my other pot that doesn’t stick. It's my backup pan.

I like the even cooking of my Kitchen Charm cookware and its overall quality is perfect.

We needed new pots and pans and Kitchen Charm's offer seemed really reasonable. Their products seemed very high quality so we purchased their cookware. We got three pans total, along with the covers, a strainer, as well as the knife set. My fiancée loves their knives considering she's very picky about her knives. We liked how their cookware is easy to use. We just put the food in and we don't have to worry about it until it starts sounding. It's really convenient.

My wife told me about some certain expo for wedding planning and we happened to find out that there was a talk about Kitchen Charm and some incentives so we went there and listened. We ended up liking it so we invested into that. I'm a big believer of products that are gonna last forever. It's expensive but I like that stuff. It's a good sale and definitely, it's a lot of help in cooking. I like that I can leave it unattended and it'll let me know when it's at the ideal temperature with the whistle. I will just close the whistle then put in low temperature to keep it cooking or to turn it off and that's really nice.

We like to use the pan. We love the way that our food is cooked if our meal is cooked in it. First, we had a difficult time cleaning them because they're stainless steel. But now that we've figured out how to clean them, they're very nice to use. We love our cookware from Kitchen Charm. We haven't had any issues, and so far, they've been up to par of what we were advised, so we really enjoy our pots and pans and have recommended them to our friends.

I found out about this product because I "won" a bridal package during a February bridal shower in Michigan. I was excited because I never "win" stuff. I dragged my fiancé along to the demonstration and we both enjoyed the demonstration. The gifts (rings and etched wine glasses) are a little on the cheap side but whatever. We, also, won a trip which is probably the best part; although some of the reviews of the resorts have me a bit worried. Other than the prizes that we won, we did decide to purchase the cookware set as we thought it would be a great investment as newlyweds. My biggest gripe with all of this is when the salesman, Scott, was going over the paperwork and I gave him my SSN#, I specifically asked what type of inquiry this would be. He assured me it would be a soft inquiry and they don't do hard inquiries. Well, Scott must have been anxious for a sale because I thought naively maybe oh ok that's good.

I've had Kitchen Charm for a few months now and I like that it's easy to clean-up. The overall quality is pretty good as well.

The rep who did the cooking demo made chicken at the show. It was really good that he didn't have to touch it the entire time it was in there. There was no oil, but it was super moist. He always said that you could even put different flavors on each breast and they would not taste like each other. And then he made broccoli and carrots steamed with very little water, and cooked an egg in it. I like that it's a healthy way of cooking. I also like Kitchen Charm's lifetime warranty because all the pots and pans I have used in the past always had something happen to them.

Kitchen Charm sounded like a quality product. I like how easy it is to cook with although it's a little more difficult to clean up because they do it a specific way. I just have my fiancé do it. But other than that, it's so great and I'm loving it.

My wife kept Kitchen Charm as a present. Then I've decided to purchase from them because of their name. We've owned the cookware for four months now.

We wanted to cook a better diet and Kitchen Charm cookware seemed to work well so we bought it. They had a different technology on how their food cooked with the pressure release cooking and the steam cooking technology with the lids and the pans. We've had our Kitchen Charm since December and they are quality items although a little overpriced. I feel I was misled because I thought they were made in the United States, but I think they’re made in China. They're made out of the country but sold through Wisconsin.

We got invited to the show after going to a wedding. We liked how Kitchen Charm cookware would cook the food evenly and there's the steam whistle. It also keeps the heat inside of the pan which is our favorite feature. So far, the quality of my cookware is good. Kitchen Charm worked well with me and answered all of my questions that I had for them.

We wanted something that will last forever and wanted to invest in something good. I saw Kitchen Charm at a bridal show and Dan explained to us and showed the products at the demonstration. I've owned the cookware for about 5 months now and I like that it cooks pretty fast and the stuff that it cooks, like the chicken and all the meats, is really moist. That's what I was really looking for so I'm really glad this works. The cleanup was a little hard but we now got it under control. The quality is really good and strong which is what we wanted. So far, we're liking the product and we're gonna keep using it. Moreover, I love the lifetime warranty and it's pretty awesome. I also had an automatic payment set up and then I decided to start paying more so that was very easy to change over.

It's been three months since we purchased the big set from Kitchen Charm. It works really well and the quality has been great. We use the big pot for everything, but it's a little bit hard to clean and it can get some stains, though it doesn't affect the food at all. But they offer to swap the item out if it gets too bad.

It took some doing to get the payment taken care of and all the packages that they promised. I got my trips but I haven't received the confirmation on them. But the items I got are fantastic. I'd probably give away my dog before I'd give away my cookware. It's the only thing I use. I'm a lightweight chef, not working in a restaurant but I did go to culinary school, and when I saw Kitchen Charm, it's better than the pans I have. I just wished they sold cutlery with it. But I like that it's easy to clean and the fact that it cooks everything extremely evenly. However, if you're cooking meat that has any kind of brown sugar it can scar the pan. That's one thing that they could probably tell people.

The cookware I got from Kitchen Charm is great and they've worked really well. I bought two knives, a strainer, one pot and one of the deepest fryer pans. The knives are so sharp. I've never even resharpened them yet and I use them all the time. Also, the cookware is so easy to cook with. I can put three to four chicken breasts in there and it'd be cooked perfectly in five to 10 minutes. They're also really easy to clean. The first time my fiancée didn’t read the directions properly and it totally charred and burnt the whole pot, but it was easy to clean up. The payment plan is pretty good. I pay what I need to pay and they work with me.

I won a dinner for two at a bridal fair in September. During the event, one guy did a chicken demonstration and we're very impressed with the pots and pans. l cook a lot and thought it's going to save me. And then the lifetime warranty that’s transferrable to our children was really appealing. So we got the cookware right afterwards. We set up payment of 100 bucks a month and it definitely worked. And then we can do it after registry for our wedding, so people can make payments too if they want.

Everything has been good so far with Kitchen Charm. The description of their pots was good. I liked how the pots keep the vapor inside. They help stuff cook quicker which is awesome and it'll whistle when it's done so I don't end up burning things. Only some of their pots do that and those are the ones I use as I'm always putting something on and then gonna do whatever else I need to do. The pots are nice and easy to clean. The knives work out well. We had some good knives but those from Kitchen Charm are better. They cut really well and though we've been using them a lot, they stayed sharp so that's good.

We went to an event where they cooked us dinner using Kitchen Charm and it was great. We're always in the kitchen so it seemed like a real investment for us and so far it's been a great experience. My fiancé and I are huge fans of the quality of the items. We like that nothing burns on it and that we can cook our vegetables without using water which is pretty awesome. Everything is simple to use and clean. We love that it's made out of stainless steel. We also got the bakeware set and so it comes with the cover, which is a nice feature for our bakeware.

We needed pots and pans and so we decided to get Kitchen Charm. We got the full kit and have everything we need. We've been using it for four months now and the quality feels good. We haven't even come close to ruining anything yet, which is good. We’ve cooked stuff and then my roommate throws it straight into cold water, and it hasn’t warped yet so that’s a good sign. However, the cleanup is a little bit tough. They've got to be scrubbed a bit. Also, they're not fully nonstick compared to Teflon, but then Teflon wears out after six months to a year and it warps. And so, Kitchen Charm lasts longer and holds up better. Overall, it's been a very good experience.

We ordered pots, pans, food processor and then electric skillet from Kitchen Charm because of the warranty. Fifty years is longer than most people will get for a warranty on these things. We have owned those for less than a year and my favorite product so far are the pans. The cleanup is the same as any other pan but the quality is fine. The payment arrangements are okay, but other than the fact of the warranty, it's a lot of money for some pots and pans.

My fiancée went to one of those bridal shows, and we got an invite to one of those deals where Kitchen Charm would make dinner and then give a spiel on the pots and pans. We didn't have any pots and pans to begin with and we were in the process of buying a house so we thought if we were to get any, we might as well get some good ones.

Me and my fiancée went to a little show that Kitchen Charm had, they showed their products off and it looked interesting so we went ahead and got it. The lady that showed us everything about it put a little bit of water in the pan and cooked a piece of chicken in it. It turned out fine. When I tried to do it, it did not work the way it was shown to me. The only way that I can use it with water to cook anything is spaghetti noodles and stuff like pasta. I don’t really use the pan because when I bought a $10 electric skillet, I can cook everything in there. But the pan is really easy to clean. I put a whisk in there and there's no scratch. The quality was pretty decent as well.

We sat through the demonstration of Kitchen Charm at the Bridal Expo. The warranty was definitely what sold us. As serious cookers who were in need of new pots, we decided it was right for us. We've had the cookware for about 90 days and had no concerns about the quality. We're very satisfied.
