My fiancé heard about Kitchen Charm and dragged me to their presentation. The estimate including some of the incentives for purchasing that day made us buy from them. Their products are of top quality and seemed to last a while. I like how fast they heat up, and it’s a great product that works really well. It's on the pricey side but I don't feel like I wasted my money.

Kitchen Charm took my money and never gave me my pots. I went to a bridal show and then I got different types of home calls from people. And when Kitchen Charm first called, a lady told me that I won a set of pots and they just needed me to go and sign to get them. We went to the place but the rep told us that we didn't win the pots. He didn't know what I was talking about, and instead, told us that it was for me to buy the pots. I insisted that it was not what I was told. He then said he could give us extras like the polka dot pot holders and a bunch of certificates including one for some titanium ring.

An old lady also told me I won a set of knives, but I found out they were giving me a certificate to buy them. So it was a bunch of lies. Still, we sat down for the whole presentation and we thought the pots were really cool. We wrote down our information and got the contract, but we didn't get the pots. I tried to contact them but nobody reached out to me at all. We thought it was a scam and I would not recommend them to anybody.

When I saw Kitchen Charm in a bridal show, I liked their overall presentation and friendly attitude. The cookware seemed like a good idea and figured we would pursue it. We've got the cookware and the chopper thing for a few months now but we only used it at the first couple of weeks when we got it. Yet it isn't working like I wish it was on the presentation. I thought I was doing what they taught in the presentation where they trimmed the chicken meat out then preheat the pan. It seemed to be fine on the first side but when I flipped it over and then put the lid on, it wouldn't do the whistling when it was done. It just sat there and looked it was more or less oil in its own juices and water. Other than that, I like the quality overall of the items and I would highly recommend it.

We went to Kitchen Charm’s little event at a hotel and the pots and pans were nice so we started to get them. We’ve had them for three months or so and we like them so far. I've had a couple of issues with things sticking to the pan and, of course, their presentation didn't show it but I'm assuming I just did it wrong. I like cooking in it a lot more than our old pans. They look nice as well and I always like the stainless steel look of pots and pans. I also really like that the warranty and everything is printed on the bottom. I feel like that's not the case for most kitchenware.

They're nice pots and pans but I would recommend getting something a little cheaper because you can get stainless steel looking pans and stuff for way less. The price is very steep for what they are. But personally, I don't regret it because they got the 50-year warranty so we won't have to ever buy pots and pans until we're very old. That's the benefit of it as far as the price. We got a payment plan for them but we're still going to be paying on them for a little while.

We were really impressed with Kitchen Charm's products and how they were presented. The salespeople talked us into it a little bit too but the quality has been great in the five months we've had the cookware set. One of the pots did burn a little bit but I think that was more of my fault. It takes time off cooking and we had an overall good experience with the cookware. I would tell others that I would go for it.

We were going for the freebie stuff that Kitchen Charm was talking about and made a plan not to buy anything. Then we saw a demonstration and everything just looked great and too good to pass up. We bought a one simple set instead of a mix-matched that I was using before. It’s easy to use, clean, and cook with and everything holds up and goes together. Nothing wobbles. I love it. We’re happy and we got brand loyalty with them now. Any cookware we’re going to order, it would be from Kitchen Charm.

The demonstration was really great. They did a great job selling their product. The rep was super helpful and took time with everyone there. Delivery was timely as well. I haven't had any problems with anything that we purchased. I like the quality of their products. I've never seen anything like these that they are selling. Their pans are fantastic. They don’t stick and the way that they heat, I can just throw things in there. I don't need any oil as well. They're awesome. We show off these things every chance we get and tell others that they should get Kitchen Charm.

They cooked and we learned about the pans so we ended up buying some and we love them. I liked the simplicity of the Kitchen Charm cookware as well as the waterless and the greaseless features of it. We just have the pans right now, but we got the little things so we're going to put them on our wedding registry. We're getting married in June next year, so we’re hoping that's what some people will buy. We like doing the chicken and vegetable in our pans. It's non-stick and it's super quick and super easy to clean. The quality is great and we tell our friends that we love our Kitchen Charm cookware.

We went to a Kitchen Charm show and they did a demo about how to use the pots. The pots are nice and really heavy. When the guy did the demo he pretty much told us that they don't warp and don't stain. Food doesn't get stuck on them. I've found that not to be true. I owned the pots for about three months now and the food gets stuck to them and cakes on the bottom of the pan. I have to sit there for about 30 minutes and scrub it off. Also my skillet has warped so it doesn't even lay flat on the burner. If I could return them I would. But if they can get the warping issue solved I think the product will be perfect.

We went to a bridal show and the Kitchen Charm salesman did a very good job at selling and we were very impressed. When we got the cookware, I used it within three days and that was when I found it starting to have different problems. Some of the pans were doing really good, although I was having some problems with the frying pans. The food’s sticking, especially starchy food like potatoes if I fry them. Kitchen Charm will tell you how to use your spray but I'm finding a lot of foods are sticking. Even though I am using a spray on the pans, I'm still disappointed with it, and it's the largest skillet that we have. I hope Kitchen Charm gives better instructions on how to use their cookware so that I don't have the problems that I'm having right now. It's the cookware that I'm not going to get rid of but I would tell my friends to get cookware at Costco, and not get the Kitchen Charm.

Kitchen Charm is expensive but I don't mind spending the money if something's going to last me a lifetime as long as I could take care of it. And so far, I've been very pleased with their product. They are what they are as far as the company that sells it. I only bought one piece but I would like to buy more in the future. But I would like to see them in stores though because that way, I don't have to go through a dealer.

Also, they could be a little bit more upfront with the freebies because we ended up not taking any of the giveaways. There was an out-of-country getaway and we were planning on a honeymoon anyway but all of the resorts weren't necessarily what we are looking for in-country. And then there was a $600 value pair of rings that we could get. These rings weren’t worth the money that you pay for shipping. But all in all, I knew what I was getting into because I've done sales in the past that were similar. I knew what I was getting into. Overall, I would still recommend them.

We've had our Kitchen Charm cookware for about seven months. When we bought it, I got two free knives since I was in the military. The knives are really damn good. They are very sharp and very heavy. I got four pots and four lids from them as well. The electric skillet cooked the food faster and held it for an hour. We have a gas range, which is a lot different than an electric range. And we burned the food out of them multiple times. Eventually, Kitchen Charm called and they replaced it. The first time I cooked on it, everything got burnt in it and everything stuck to it. One of my pots got discolored, and the other one was slightly discolored. They said it was nonstick but we did everything we're supposed to. I wish they would apologize and offer a new pot.

Kitchen Charm was at a party I signed up for and they were doing a demo. They made grilled chicken breast, corn, and broccoli. The food was great. Then I decided to purchase the cookware set mainly because of the warranty. It had either a 50-year or a lifetime warranty on it. I like them. The pots are stackable on top of the stove. The food on top continues to cook even though it doesn’t have the direct heat. I bought it in July and right now I’m just using one skillet because I’m in the process of purchasing a home and so I wanted everything to be new. I love how quickly the food cooks in that skillet and the temperature all the way around. This is a great product and the quality’s awesome. My husband and I have really been on a health kick. I have high blood pressure and sickle cell. I was trying to look for more natural ways to cook things. My husband and I went to Kitchen Charm's presentation. They cooked the chicken and they didn’t need anything to make it taste great. The quality of the product is awesome and I was really impressed with it. That was exactly what I needed and it fell in my lap. I purchased the largest set of pots which also came with the kitchen utensils and the knives. My husband was also looking into getting the bigger pots.

At first, I was using it to cook meat and I like the way that it brings out the natural flavors in the best foods. I also don’t have to use butter, oil and salt. It tastes awesome and I love it. Now, I’m not even eating meat anymore. My kids even eat vegetables and they don’t like to eat meat as well. It’s just the natural vegetable and it's in its natural state. And two months I’ve been able to take myself off my blood pressure medicine. I also naturally lost 10 pounds last month and I’m still losing weight because my clothes are fitting different. I live here in New Orleans and everything for us is comfort food and seasoning but what comforts me with Kitchen Charm is that it was able to help me wean away from that because I still get the flavor without all the added seasoning, salt and pepper. I just put my seasoning in and like everything in the pot, and I could just eat it like that.

My coworkers would tell me that I need to cook for them but I'd tell them that they just don't keep on using me and my Kitchen Charm. They also need to purchase their own. I’m really appreciative for the experience that I had with Kitchen Charm. I threw out every other pot that I had in my house. I only have Kitchen Charm and I’ve been loving them ever since.

He also showed us that you don’t need water to cook for all veggies. So I bought their pots and pans and I’ve had them for four and a half months. They replaced a lot of my old pans and I like the clean-up. I also like how fast and easy it is to cook with them. It took the cooking time in half. I had one problem with the pot and I needed a special stainless steel cleaner to clean it up. But other than that, they were great and I really like them. I will be making an additional purchase in the future and I always recommend them now with friends and family.

Kitchen Charm was at a bridal show when we saw them. That time, we weren’t in the market for a whole set of pots but we really liked them at the demonstration. I like the durability and the convection capability of the product. I’ve had the cookware for about four months now and I like them. I like how quickly the whole pot heats through. The only issue we've had was the lid and pot didn’t quite fit. Instead of the pressure coming out of the whistle, it will come out through the lid and shake it a little. The other thing I don't like about them is whenever we clean them, they have an oil slick looking finish. That maybe because we’re using dish soap on them while in the demonstration, we were told about some stainless steel cleaner for the cookware. Still, I would recommend Kitchen Charm.

My wife won a contest and was able to listen to the people talk about Kitchen Charm. We purchased the 6-piece set with the two handles. It’s working really well and we cook more quick meals. I usually use the pots to make batches of meals like vegetables and where all the ingredients are stuffed in. We love our Kitchen Charm but it has a weird burn in one of the pieces but it doesn't affect the cooking, it just discolors it. It happened when I went to their website for the recipes and one of them said I can cook butter in the pan and that did not go well.

I would feel more confident if I know what I can or cannot put in there without messing it up. Because I don't want to void the warranty by putting something in there I'm not supposed to. Kitchen Charm is a great product that makes the food taste good and has more of a natural feel. We talked to a couple of our friends and see if they wanted us to purchase Kitchen Charm for them because they have to go to the seminars to be able to buy them. If they don't buy at the seminar, they’re not allowed to buy any at a time. That's what we were told. If that's not true, that'd be good to know because we have friends that want to get it

I like to cook a lot. I’ve gone through a lot of dishes and I like the no-stick kind of mentality for cookware. I like that with Kitchen Charm, there’s no Teflon and I don’t have to cook on high heat all the time. It cooks evenly. And because I have a small child, I like to be able to put it on the stove, steam vegetables, and be able to walk away and know that it’s still cooking and when it's done, and not have to stay in there and stir it every five minutes. I’ve had the cookware for about three months now and I like it.

However, I wish they had given better prices because when we went to the seminar, a lot of the things were very highly priced otherwise I probably would have purchased more. We bought the second upgrade package, but there were other things there that we wanted and couldn’t purchase because of the price that was the monthly payment of what they were already stating. Also last week, I was cooking frozen vegetables. They said not to put any water in for frozen. You don’t have to add any water to it because it would cook in its own natural flavors and water. So I put it on the stove, put the lid on like I was supposed to, and walked away. Then it started whistling and it ended up sticking to the bottom of the pan. But overall, Kitchen Charm is very good and fantastic.

I knew about other types of pot and pans but being able to say that we'd seen the Kitchen Charm cookware work is something totally different. The demonstration as a whole was enough reason for me to purchase the product although initially, I was not prepared to pay anything. But Kitchen Charm's reps showed us that the cookware made sure that the flavor inside the food tasted the same and nothing was being taken away. It’s waterless too and we didn't have to worry about burning our food.

So for the most part, the cookware sold itself and we had no choice but to check out how much money we would save with it, what we were intaking, what we were purchasing and what we were using to cook. It was one of those things where if you see a good deal, you don’t know if you’re going to come across it again and it’s best that you at least take advantage of something from it then start purchasing from it as you continue to go. That’s exactly what we’re doing now and the Kitchen Charm cookware was more or less a wedding gift to ourselves. Instead of worrying about what everybody else was going to get us, I’d much rather have something that was going to be durable, have a lifetime warranty and was going to meet our needs. Returned my 4qt pot after its 2nd use. It has become discolored from the heat from my electric coil range and somehow the thick metal plate attached to the bottom of the pot (I originally thought it was one piece of metal... Apparently it's two pieces) detached from the pot. I sent it back for warranty but was denied. They say I overheated it and will send it back. Ok fine maybe I misused it? I don't think I did but I have no idea how to change their mind.

The thing is I don't want a broken pot back and they insist on sending it back to me. Even after I've said I don't want it back. It saves their company money from sending it back from WI USA to Van Canada and I don't need a broken pot. They insist it's policy. They even suggested we can clean it up and use it. How?! The bottom is separated from the pot and I don't know what glue/adhesive was used on the bottom to piece the heavy metal plate onto the pot. It may damage my range. Just keep the damned thing. Poor customer service and refusal to listen.

Damien, We just spoke to you and explained that the cookware is metal on metal, no glue and that it takes a temperature of over 1200 degrees Fahrenheit to melt the metal to separate the bottom. The electric coil must be broken and arching to reach that temperature, we will replace the 4 quart but if this happens to another pan we will not replace it.

It is easy to use and is of good quality.

I bought the salad chopper and a 12-inch skillet at a bridal fair. We chose Kitchen Charm because of the vacation package that came with it. However, they sell their product at $35 a month but when you go back and look at it, you’re financing it at 20%. Then the actual vacation part of it, when you read the fine print, has a $250 fee before you can get it and that was hidden in the presentation too. The products are fine, they have nice quality and I still think the vacation is a good deal but when they sell it the way they do, it’s misleading.

We could have just gone to Target and bought some, but since the rep demonstrated everything and showed us all the perks about Kitchen Charm we decided to go with it. I like how it's non-stick and I don't have to use oil and butter every time I cook. We've had the cookware for about four or six months and the quality is really good. It's durable and very easy to clean and cook with, especially if you're not big in cooking. Kitchen Charm really makes cooking a lot easier.

Also, the pots were stackable, so you can cook using one surface space and cook things that were stackable. Their pros were the fact that it was non-stick, it cooks faster and didn’t require as many additional ingredients to cook as far as oil or water.

My fiancé went to a wedding show where a presentation was made on the Kitchan Charm cookware. She wanted the lifetime set and when we got it, we had a different experience than what they sold at the show. The way they presented it was that it would be the last set you would ever buy. But the performance of the pans was like stainless steel. We had a stainless steel set before and we didn't like it.

Then the care and maintenance for the Kitchen Charm pans was presented in this way: add a little olive oil, scrub it with a pad and you're good to go. But it turned out to be a lot more than that. It was hard to clean and that was a major thing for us. It was not like the Rachael Ray which doesn't perform as well but cleans amazingly. Everything slides off because it's Teflon. So we ended up sending the Kitchen Charm back. Also, after we started asking how the program was working, they were very nice at first but they were very difficult to work through the details after. It was like they didn't want to stand by the product and that's the point that worried me a little bit.

They cooked chicken and vegetables at the show and I liked how they cooked them all together, and the carrots were so soft. It seemed a healthier way to cook and a good deal, plus there’s 50-year warranty on the cookware so we got them in November last year. I like the strainer. I also enjoy the feature of the colander where I can defrost hamburger and the grease leaking to the bottom pan. I can even defrost frozen pork and cook pork roast in it. I also like how I can do stack cooking in it and how it cooks all the way around the edges. It’s great cookware and if I live over 50 years, I’ll possibly buy from Kitchen Charm again.

I liked the fact that Kitchen Charm said the product was made out of all the different metals. The weight of it was really comforting. It felt like it was good quality. Then the fact that they had a warranty really excited me because I figured if I have problems then they’ll be interested in changing them out. Generally if a company has a warranty like for 50 years you're probably not going to have problems with those kinds of products. I wasn’t anticipating it from them but I had problems with it the first night I had it.

I followed the directions on how to use the pan and it just burnt to a crisp. I've never burnt a pan as ugly as I burnt this. I spoke to their representatives and they said that they can't take it back entirely because of food safety but I said that I've only used one of the pans and it's not usable again. It was not worth keeping the pans if this was how easily it would burn. I had it on medium heat like I often do. I was like, “I've soaked my pan in vinegar. I washed it with the bartender stuff.” They suggested Bartender Helper and it didn’t make sense. I can't get it cleaned and I don’t like cooking on a cookware that’s already been burnt because it'll just keep burning so I haven't used it again.

I've used the other pots since they told me they wouldn't take it back. When I called them up about that the lady said that I just have to scrub them really well, that there's the wax coating on it that I need to get off. I've scrubbed them and there's this ugly discoloring inside the pot which concerned me a little bit. It just looked weird. For the amount of money that I'm paying for it I'm not that impressed.

Then we also got utensils as part of the package like if one buys a certain amount of pots they’ll throw in some of those and stuff. Then the peeler was completely useless. The first time I tried to peel a cucumber it didn’t pull the skin off of it. A cucumber is not that hard and it's not like I'm trying to peel a squash. I was surprised by that too. Their knives were very sharp though. We got those as part of the set as well and they cut straight through my hand. I'm very impressed with the knives.

I’ve been trying to reach out to them for four months. I call every time I think about it and I leave a message. The owner is supposed to call me back, which I guess is a smaller company. I'm surprised that they were saying, “The owner is going to call you back,” then he never did. They said there's a 50-year warranty on it but yet they don’t want to exchange it for me. They're not interested in talking with me about it.

We had been to a bridal show and then Kitchen Charm called us. We saw a presentation at The Marriott in Trumbull, Connecticut and they didn’t sit around and waste our time. They really cut to the chase and told us what they were offering, what it would cost and what we would get with it. Then they gave us a reasonable amount of time to think it over before passing us the product. It was a decent quality product to begin with, but we wouldn’t have spent what we did if it wasn’t for the vacation voucher. The combination of the vacation and everything else they wrapped up with it made it a worthwhile purchase. At the time, we were a little bit skeptical if it's legit and what if we're gonna get something in the mail that doesn’t look like what we thought we're gonna get. And then we were very satisfied that it was.

We've owned our cookware for three months now and it works the way they told us it would work without any smoke and mirrors and with a solid 9 out of 10 quality. We had been planning on looking through the catalog because they told us we had a lifetime discount but then, they never sent us the catalog. I'd recommend Kitchen Charm to friends but let them know it’s an expensive product before they go to the presentation.

Given the opportunity, I decided to jump on it and purchased the Kitchen Charm cookware. I was in culinary and from all the cookware that I’ve had, it had a great feel and better quality. The salesperson was wonderful too. I've had it since March and I like the temperature control of the cookware the most. I could set it at low and it still cooks evenly. It boils fast too like a steamer plus I can use less oil. Also, it holds up. Most of the time with other cookware, you have to use a bunch of oil and they don’t have the rubber on the side so it burns you, or the lid doesn’t have a rubber so you'd have to use a towel to pick it up. But with Kitchen Charm, I can put everything on high, put the lid, and then go watch TV. It'd tell me when it's ready.

I got the knife set and cake pans too. I really like the knives and they're really heavy and sharp. It's a good set with great quality. At home, we tried two different pans, the Kitchen Charm and a generic one that you could have in your cabinet. The Kitchen Charm cookware was so much easier to clean compared to the other one, especially with eggs. I can even put it in the dishwasher, which is really nice. I've done it also with the bigger stock pan and the Kitchen Charm cooked faster than the other ones. Overall, it was great and easy plus it was a quick delivery. I've already recommended them to a couple of people.

The Kitchen Charm sales rep was really good and outgoing. We needed new pans and he presented a good case for the pans and my wife and I both liked the presentation. We've had our Kitchen Charm cookware for less than a year and we use the saute pan the most. It cooks, heats up, and cleans well. It is expensive, but the durability and lifetime warranty go hand in hand. Overall, I had a great experience, and I have recommended them to other friends.

My fiance and I were considering getting Kitchen Charm cookware. We went to a show but the Kitchen Charm product there was excessively more expensive. We went to a different show and the Kitchen Charm product there was much more affordable so we ended up getting the product there. We chose Kitchen Charm over a different cookware because of its quality and the healthy options. I'm really satisfied with the quality of the product and I like the knives. They're amazing. But we've broken them out once. I would've also liked to purchase other items and I know someone else who would like to buy a set but there's no option to buy it online when that’s how we go about our shopping. But I'm happy with my purchase and there are no regrets. We've owned the cookware for five or six months and my fiance and I are excited about personally using them when we move in together next month. I've also recommended Kitchen Charm to people.

Kitchen Charm's demonstration sold me on their pans. They cooked me a meal - potatoes, a boiled egg, and chicken all in one pan. It was very interesting. The hard boiled egg which they just put on top of everything else in the pan came out perfectly. And I don’t have to add any water or anything to the pans. I bought almost everything that Kitchen Charm has and I love them especially my knife block and the kitchen scissors. It's been an excellent experience with Kitchen Charm. Aside from the wonderful quality of their products, Kitchen Charm also has lifetime warranty on them.

We were purchasing a new house and wanted to buy new kitchenware. My fiancée and I went to a wedding fair in Minneapolis where we saw Kitchen Charm and bought it. They were selling the pots and pans, giving demonstrations, and had special offers which were nice. The demonstration was amazing and Kitchen Charm made a pretty good deal for the prices. We also got an exclusive vacation out of it, a Dinner4Two.

We’ve been using Kitchen Charm for about four weeks now. I really love the kitchenware and the knife set is awesome. The quality of all the items purchased is very good. However, we ran into a couple problems with our pots and pans. I’m sure we unsealed the pans correctly but the first time we tried to cook eggs and pancakes on it, it was stuck on there and we can’t get it off. We put it in the dishwasher, soaked it for two days but couldn’t get the stains off. From the demonstration I went to, the guy literally made chicken and put water in the pan and that was it. We put coconut oil and it’s kinda like with the fourth egg, it was sticking to it. It wasn’t very non-stick so I was confused. But other than that, everything is great. Kitchen Charm has been very professional.

We were in need of a full new set of pots and pans. I was at a wedding fair and Kitchen Charm had a booth there. We got to watch a demonstration about how the product worked and it seemed to work well. They were not non-stick and I bought them for that reason because non-stick is so bad for the consumers. However, it is a bummer because I've only had them for about six months which is not that long and they’re kind of yellow on the side. They're discolored. I don’t care so much though because if they get really bad within 50 years, I’ll just send them back and get a new one sent out. Nevertheless, Kitchen Charm's expensive but the quality’s good. I wouldn't get a cheaper option at Target and have the quality as good. On the other hand, there are more expensive but better stuff out there, too, but nothing that we could have afforded.

We went to a show and Kitchen Charm impressed my fiancé who is super into good quality things. Jordan, the rep from Kitchen Charm who helped us with our cookware, has been super helpful. In the beginning, I’ve texted him when I had questions on how to cook something or what to do, and he would call me right away and explain how to do it. That was impressive. At Walmart, nobody’s gonna help you on how to cook. I love our Kitchen Charm cookware and I use it every day. I don’t use any other pan but Kitchen Charm. They're great quality pans. I've had them for three months now and it took a little bit to get used to but that's with anything. The only thing that I really don't like is they're not as easy to clean as they were led on to be. The finish leaves a tarnish if you don't use Kleen King and that's an extra step if I was just washing it with Dawn. But I don't have to polish them every time so it's not that bad. My fiancée and I attended a wedding fair and got invited to do a Dinner4Two outing. We ended up purchasing a bunch of Kitchen Charm pots and pans and knife sets and we thought it was a good overall value. My fiancée definitely liked the idea of having the same pots and pans for the next 50 to 100 years and these are stuff we could possibly hand down to our kids or grandchildren. We talked about a monthly budget prior to attending and it's something that we could fit into our budget that was kind of a lifestyle change for us. We didn’t do a lot of cooking, did a lot of eating out, and spent a lot of money on ordering pizza. So we wanted to be healthy. Also, we have a daughter who just turned one. So at that time, it was an investment in a lot of different ways. It worked out well and it’s something we could see ourselves using for a long time.

The pots, pans, and knives worked out really well. But we got a bamboo cutting board that has fallen apart. It has like a rubber lining that just broke and now coming apart, and the bamboo itself is like splitting in the middle. Most of the products that we bought have been very solid that we really enjoyed but the cutting board wasn’t necessarily the best. Also, when we went to look up recipes on the Dinner4Two website, we were a little bit underwhelmed that there are only nine recipes in each of the categories that you have to choose from. The meal that was made for us was amazing. It was delicious and it really made it seemed like there was a lot of different ways to make these types of meals where you just kind of put a bunch of stuff in, let it sit for a little while, and then come back in 15 minutes or half an hour, and it's done. Then you go to look for recipes that are similar like that, and there's not a whole lot to offer.

Kitchen Charm did a pretty good job presenting it all. After I purchased the stuff from them, I told my mom about it and she said that it's the same brand as what she has. My mom has had her set since the ‘70s and she still uses it today. And then, my sister's husband brought some cookware into their marriage that he bought in the early 2000's, and they still look good. So, we knew Kitchen Charm's products have good quality.

We've had our cookware for six months now and it's really good so far. We love it. I like the electric skillet because it’s pretty cool, as well as the salad chopper deal with the hand crank thing. We got some complimentary knives whenever we went there from the same people. It took me like an hour to scrub and decided I was done with it. We followed the directions on how to manage it and different facts before we use it. We tried to get it clean and it just doesn't.

We called and they were rude. They said that we had three days after we signed it and have to pay for it. Our interest is so high that we pay $50 a month just for the interest. So, we really went to redeem our prize. But while he was doing the show, we found out that it was not only a cooking show but the utensils that he was using to cook with was for sale. He showed us how the food cooked up using those specific materials and how they're healthier and easier to cook with, and how they make cooking more enjoyable. His meal tasted pretty good too. And then he had some of the products out there for you to pick up and feel how heavy they were, how heavy-duty it is.

So we decided to purchase some because he also explained how if you only get cheap stuff, you have to buy more of it anyway. So, we ended up putting a down payment and getting a couple of sets that day. And then he offered a deal too. If you got a set then you got something complimentary. We got the basic pots, small, medium, and tall for cooking oatmeal, chicken. And then I do have the grater you can change out for cheese grater and potato so you can make different things with it. I don't use it as much though 'cause I forget about it. But that's a really cool thing to have. The quality is good. On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the best, I'll do 9.8.

We're getting married and we do plan on purchasing more 'cause we wanna keep everything the same. So we put some things on the registry. Hopefully, people will buy something for us from there or, at least, give us a gift card. Kitchen Charm is a nice asset to have in your kitchen. I would recommend it to people if they want to have healthier meals or to make cooking and cleanup a little easier, and just to really feel good about what you're eating and cooking.

I was getting to a point where my rag, tag, pots and pans that I've gotten from Wal-Mart weren't doing it anymore. So I decided to get an upgrade through Kitchen Charm. But the guy that sold it to me was a little rude and pushy. He almost lost the sale with his pushiness. He didn't really care to answer all my questions and told me to buy them or leave. But nonetheless, I decided to go through with the sale. I'm still getting used to them since being from Teflon to stainless steel is a bit of a change. They are quite heavy which is the downside but other than that, they have pretty good quality and they'll last quite a long time.

The pots and pans have good quality. But we haven't had any luck with our induction cook top. Every time we try to use it, it says that there's an error that the glass is too hot.

It really looks good. It complements the kitchen so I like the whole design. I like everything about it. So far, the quality has been great to me. The process of getting everything started and running through the paperwork with them seemed a little disorganized but it all worked out in the end. It's high priced but it comes with quality, and holds up very well. I don't foresee it falling apart like other stuff does over the years. My fiancé and I went to an event Kitchen Charm was hosting and we ended up buying the pot they call the chicken pot. We were in awe with the way the lady used it and cleaned it. We followed directions and cleaned it off beforehand. We waited 'til it heated and we used it the exact same way she did but the pan did not work as magical as it did when she used it. We tried to do salmon the day after and it just stuck to the pot. The pot would not clean off and it still got stains on the inside from where we used it last. But she cleaned it off so easily and we tried everything. I'm confused as to how well it works for her but it doesn't work the same for us. So, we weren't pleased at all with the purchase.

We received an invitation to a Kitchen Charm presentation because I registered at a Bridal Registry. My husband is the main cook and we went to the presentation. We liked the solid construction and the even heating of it. We wanted to try a pan or two but then it didn't make sense based on the cost of that versus what they were offering for a package and with all the marketing incentives.

Kitchen Charm is a good quality product though it's a little more effort to keep it cleaned up than it sounded like it was gonna be. The transition to waterless cookware is a little more difficult. If we were to have thrown all the other pots and pans away and that's all we had to cook with, then of course we would adapt to the different perspective a lot quicker. But when you have to stop and re-train your way of thinking to cook something, a lot of times you just go back to what you know. So, we don't use it as much as we thought we would. But the fact that it will last as long as it will, it's something that will stay in the family for a long time.

I like the pot that I use because I make a lot of Brussels sprouts for him. I like that I can throw the sprouts in the pot and they cook in their own natural juices. It's quicker and healthier. Unfortunately, while I've owned the cookware, I've only used the knives and one pot. I tried doing what their guy had said such as putting a bit of oil, wiping with a paper towel and putting some eggs in then boiling them. I can't do it and they always burn. Nevertheless, Kitchen Charm is a great company and everybody has been super friendly. I think the items I purchased are good. However, the lack of use makes it a waste of money for me.

I decided to test it out so I bought two of them. So far, my experience has been good and their quality was okay. However, I found that a lot food gets stuck there. When their rep cooked the chicken, that didn't happen. He showed it to us and he just wiped it off. He’s very convincing while he’s showing it to us and I don’t know if I'm using them wrong. The pan has to be soaked first in less than a minute and it’ll come off. The pan also discolors but he said that’s normal. It got scratched up right at the bottom from being on the stove but I guess that’s normal, too. Nonetheless, I'm glad that I didn’t get the whole set. If I have to make pancakes or bacon, I use my other pot that doesn’t stick. It's my backup pan.

I found out about this product because I "won" a bridal package during a February bridal shower in Michigan. I was excited because I never "win" stuff. I dragged my fiancé along to the demonstration and we both enjoyed the demonstration. The gifts (rings and etched wine glasses) are a little on the cheap side but whatever. We, also, won a trip which is probably the best part; although some of the reviews of the resorts have me a bit worried. Other than the prizes that we won, we did decide to purchase the cookware set as we thought it would be a great investment as newlyweds. My biggest gripe with all of this is when the salesman, Scott, was going over the paperwork and I gave him my SSN#, I specifically asked what type of inquiry this would be. He assured me it would be a soft inquiry and they don't do hard inquiries. Well, Scott must have been anxious for a sale because I thought naively maybe oh ok that's good.

Two days later, bam there's a hard hit on my credit score. It didn't impact my score greatly, but not having a hard inquiry (we want to buy a house) sounded like music to our ears. When the representative from Kitchen Charm called to confirm my order, she stated "Oh, I'm sorry. He should have said that. Unfortunately, we can't issue credit back". I was lost on what she meant by issue credit back. I just wanted to be sold a product without false sales pitches. Anywho, I guess I will see how much I like the products once I have them. But so far I'm not happy with their say anything approach to get you to purchase.

My fiancée went to one of those bridal shows, and we got an invite to one of those deals where Kitchen Charm would make dinner and then give a spiel on the pots and pans. We didn't have any pots and pans to begin with and we were in the process of buying a house so we thought if we were to get any, we might as well get some good ones.

I like that the cookware is really easy to clean. We have had ours stained a little bit but the stains don't stick. The total amount for our purchase was about $2,000 and they got us set up with a payment plan. They also added $160 for shipping and handling and then a hundred and some dollars for a service charge. I was making my $50 payment each month but then they put a $43 service charge in the bill. After how many months it's been and how many hundreds dollars I've paid, my bill has gone down by about $6.

I called the payment servicing company and asked them what that extra $43 service charge was after every single payment. They put me on the line with someone whose English I could hardly understand and I couldn't get anywhere with her. And she ended hanging up. I can't even complain or do anything about it. It's frustrating because I can't get anywhere with my payments. And now I'm gonna have to just waste my $50 each month until I can save up enough to actually pay them off. If I would have known, I definitely would not have paid for these pots and pans. I've already paid for two or three cheaper sets by now. Kitchen Charm has a good quality product but the servicing is terrible. I suggest that they get a different servicing company.

When I tried to do it, it did not work the way it was shown to me. The only way that I can use it with water to cook anything is spaghetti noodles and stuff like pasta. I don’t really use the pan because when I bought a $10 electric skillet, I can cook everything in there. But the pan is really easy to clean. I put a whisk in there and there's no scratch. The quality was pretty decent as well.
