We went to the hotel at the Pink Bridal Show and we got the eight-piece set, the breakfast set, the utensils and the skimmer. If I had to do it again, I wouldn’t buy them again. They did not clean as well as we were told that they clean. You have to scrub them and she told us we could just rinse them out with water. I’ve only used the one that you do pancakes on three times and it already has spots on the bottom. It’s not worth $2,300 for me. The pots and stuff work and I’m sure that it’s gonna hold up, but they said some things that weren’t necessarily true. I would consider it before I buy it.

My fiancé came across Kitchen Charm at a bridal show and then considering the warranty on them, we purchased the cookware. We have the middle size set and they're good quality items. We've had it now for six months, roughly, and I like that I can just throw a couple of chicken breasts in there with no oil or anything like that and just forget about it till it’s done.

I had my grandmother’s old pots and pans from 20 years ago, so we needed new ones. The warranty on Kitchen Charm was very nice and the quality was more than what we expected. They’re fantastic. Also, the gifts that came along with them are very attractive. We’ve had them for eight months and I like the quality of the food we get out of them.

Just like everyone else who has stated you get a call saying you won 2 night stay trip and wedding bands and champagne glasses and all you have to do is go to a 90 min presentation and no need to purchase, well we went and the guy who I won't say his name out of respect was a real good salesman! But when telling us and showing us how the cookware works, which was wonderful I might add!!! Only told us if we bought it he would give us 2 more trips to take the whole family on vacation, also told us it's 140.00 down and 117 mo for 24 mo, which I guess wasn't too bad since the cookware was real nice!
Went home and when we got home waited for our cookware and 2 8 day 7 night trips to arrive, as doing so we did get the rings which cost 50.00 for shipping and lifetime warranty but if you look on eBay they sell for 10 bucks, lol!!! Oh crap! So that wasn't free at all, and the champagne glasses they cost 25.00 so pretty much you paid for that as well. Now the clinker, we got our stuff on may 21st, now this cookware is 4,000.00 and for UPS to just throw it on the porch with no signature is ridiculous! But I took it inside and we had a banquet to go to so I didn't open the boxes till the next day on the 22nd of may and as doing so the 8 day 7 night trips we were promised were not there and had some of the items missing.
So I've been in contact with both the salesman and Hy Cite to let them know we wanted to cancel because stuff was missing and also trips we did not get, been going thru hell to try to get this resolved. Oh and another thing they give you a 2 night stay free but when I called to register them and tried to book that they said I could only go between Nov-Feb 2018-19!!! Hahaha!!! I've heard of blackout days like holidays and stuff but really the only months you go is winter and around the holidays!!! You guys have to be kidding me!!! I really need this company to take this stuff back. I haven't opened it and I don't plan on using it, and they tell me we had 3 days to cancel!!! Well we were never told that and I never heard of such a thing.

We got invited to a dinner in a wedding show and we ended up buying a set from Kitchen Charm. I’ve had it for five months and I like it. My mother-in-law burned what she was cooking because she forgot. The pan that she was using was too hard to clean up because the grease burnt it and it doesn’t look brand new anymore. But it still cooks fine and I’d recommend getting the pots and pans.

The sales pitch of Kitchen Charm was pretty good and the demonstration seems to be true enough. I like the fact that my cookwares are stackable. Also the durability is what I'm counting on. If it does what it claims to then I should be good for life.

I was a trade show where they had Kitchen Charm. The showing for Kitchen Charm was good and I've had my pot for 3 months now but I don’t know how to use it. I’ve attempted to use it but I don’t currently use them too often. The dirt gets stuck on the bottom quite easily but the overall quality is okay.

We went to a wedding expo in February and Kitchen Charm had a booth set up. They had a sign up for a private cooking show and we went to that a couple nights after. They did a whole demonstration and the cookware seemed so sturdy. We have had our own cookware since the end of March and we love them. We cooked everything in them. We love that nothing really sticks on them and it cuts cooking time in half. Others definitely need to go and watch them cook on it.

We went to a wedding expo and we liked the Kitchen Charm cookware. We wanted to finally get a nice set of pans and that we didn’t have to worry about buying new pans every year. Plus, we liked how heavy-duty they were. So, we bought the whole expensive top-of-the-line set and spent $5000 on it. We have had our own cookware since November but now we don't like it. Two of the pans got too hot sitting on the burner and it melted the little valves on it. And it’s hard to not get stuff and not stick in those pans. Cleaning them up also is not as easy as it was said.
Moreover, the representative guy who sold them to us told us that we can’t cook with salt as it could cause damage in it. That makes it tough since who doesn’t really cook with salt or with spices? I can’t make anything if I want to have some flavor, otherwise I have a bland food and I don’t want to cook nursing home food. So, I’ve actually started reverting back to some of my old el cheapo non-stick pans. But one thing we haven’t done yet is seeing how our warranty works.
Overall, we’re not getting as much use out of the Kitchen Charm as we would like. So, don't spend the money on Kitchen Charm and go buy the $50 sets of pans on Black Fridays from Walmart every year. Kitchen Charm still has to try to figure out a way to make the cookware non-stick, durable, and be able to cook with salt. I would also still recommend Kitchen Charm especially to somebody who doesn’t want to cook with salt.

I purchased a Kitchen Charm pan as it sounded like it was a lifelong type product. It was definitely expensive, but I also get what I pay for. Plus, a lifetime guarantee definitely reassured me to pay that much money for a pan. And I really like that I can put the pan in the oven and on top of the oven, it’s dishwasher safe, and it’s a pan, so it’s very multipurpose. And it has very nice quality, too. So, if anyone asks me about Kitchen Charm, I'd tell them that it’s pricey, but it’s worth it.

We won a free consultation with Kitchen Charm at a bridal show, so we went and spent the day and then we bought them when they were there. We've had our Kitchen Charm products since February. We went to a late night show and then we got in contact with the person in the event. And getting the Kitchen Charm products made a good sense because we saw that she was quicker and cooked some stuff without grease. We're clean and healthy, and that's special. So far, the cookware is doing good. We didn’t have any problems with all of them. We had one issue because we used Grapeseed oil when doing some veggie patties and we didn’t know how to get that off, but the representative I called had helped me out. The cookware cost almost $5,000 which was a little expensive. I hope they’re gonna last us, and then we can pass it on to our daughter when she goes to college.

We've had our Kitchen Charm cookware since February and it has been easy to use. It holds up well and cleans really easily. We also like the heavy duty-ness of it, being stainless steel, which was why we bought it. The only thing that kinda ticks me off is that it wasn’t explained very well that we were gonna gain interest on it. Our interest rate right now is more than our monthly payment. Other than that, it's been a pretty good experience with Kitchen Charm.

We went to a bridal show and Kitchen Charm had a booth there. We filled out something and they sent us a thing in the mail saying that they'd give us a free honeymoon package, hotel stay, if we went to a sales pitch kind of deal, like a demonstration. The rep showed all the pots and pans, and cooked something. At first, we decided we didn't want anything. And the salesman who was acting like he owned the company at that point said, "Oh come on, you wanna do it." And so eventually, we decided to do it. When I got home and started reading the papers, I realized that the financing rate was really high. And I read that we had so many days to return it. I texted the guy, because he gave me his phone number, and I said we've changed our mind, we don't wanna do it. And he said it was fine and that he'll cancel our order.
At that point, I thought that it was done with. But a week later, my credit card got hit for the down payment for the cookware. I called the rep and he said, "Oh, I didn't do it." And I said, "Well, we got to do something about it." And then the dude just stopped communicating with me. So, I had to call their customer service, which was over some place in India but I finally got a hold of someone in Nashville or Knoxville, Tennessee named Britney. She was able to get my money refunded and get everything taken care of.
We never got the pots and pans but when we looked at them, they were really, really nice. If we could afford to buy them outright, we would have. They were very nice cookware. We got the little honeymoon voucher though and we haven't used it. But I'm assuming it'll work fine. They gave us a few other little vouchers that we used, so that was cool. They even took out a hard inquiry on my credit and it took six months to get that straight with the credit bureaus, so that was a big ordeal.

The Kitchen Charm cookware we have was a honeymoon giveaway and we had to go to a hotel to get it. My husband and I went through a cookware like no other so we were ready for something with a warranty. We have owned Kitchen Charm for four and a half months now and I really like it, especially its handles. I was surprised because whenever they said it was a rubber grip, I didn’t know how well it would last. And considering how much we use it, there's been no wear or tear. My only issue was I had to buy one non-stick pot or pan for eggs over easy, but that was it. Everything has been great. It's easy to clean up and the items are of incredible quality. We are looking into purchasing the flatware and hopefully, we're gonna do that soon.

We went to a cooking seminar and we watched Kitchen Charm cook. It was really easy, nothing stuck to anything and one could cook multiple things. We were looking for a decent kitchen set and it looked like something we were looking for. We've owned them for a little over a year now and I like the knives. However, I recently noticed some rust on them and on the scissors too. But we don't put them in the dishwasher and we hand wash everything. Today it was taken apart, then washed and dried. Other than that, the quality of the items is pretty good and I like that I can put the cookware in the oven. They're pretty durable and not like cheaply made products. I used to hate cooking rice but now I like it. I also love the lid and how it lets me know if what I'm cooking is ready or not, and how it keeps the steam in. I like steaming vegetables and the lid keeps them still a little bit crunchy.

Before we got married last year, we received a message that we’ve been accepted in some giveaway at a wedding expo sometime in February 2016. We went to try it and see what it was about. The presentation seemed like Kitchen Charm is a great thing, however, we were not exactly prepared for how much it was and it set us back a lot financially. We bought pots and pans and as we use them, they’re just definitely not what they were supposed to be. They are very fancy stuff but definitely not what we thought they were. We had our cooking ware and they were doing great.
We had the Kitchen Kitchen Charm cookware for a year and w have experienced different things with it. We've used it on the medium to low. But even on the low, cooking food the way we normally would, we’ve experienced a lot more sticking even though they were not supposed to. The handles on them are really loose and we tighten them up but they still don’t stay tight. They were supposed to be this non-stick, make your food taste great, and it doesn't seem that way at all.
We called their customer service and we were told that we had a three-day grace period for anything which was before we even received them. At that point, I don’t have them in front of me to be able to use the cookware. I would understand if the grace period had been after I received the cookware. But it was three days after I’ve signed the contract. So we’re out almost $3,000 now and there seems to be nothing. Also, it takes two weeks for them to get here. It was not a very pleasurable experience. We paid it off and put it on a credit card because the monthly payments were killing us. We don’t even really use the Kitchen Charm cookware. And now, we’re having to still pay the credit and there’s nothing that we can do.

I was getting married when Kitchen Charm told me that I won a trip, and then I had to go to this thing and listen to their promotion, which includes the pots and pans. My husband wanted them and so we bought their products. The presenter that did the promotion was very convincing and sold my husband on the performance of the pots and pans, specifically, when he did the presentation on the chicken. He put the chicken in without any oil or water and cooked it, and then shut it off and it cooked itself.
We got married in September and so we have owned the Kitchen Charm cookware for less than a year now. However, we did not use the pots and pans. We kept them and we waited until we purchased the house before we decided to open up the package, but we've only been in our house for a month. So, we've only been using them for about a month.
I like the cookware a lot. They're very sturdy. I have a lot of the pots and pans that my mom had, so they're very sturdy too, but they're a bit older. But these Kitchen Charm cookwares are very sturdy. I like the covers. It has the little holes on the top where the steam can come out. The part that's selling is that when I put the cover on, it holds the heat so it doesn’t take as long to heat up the product. We cook a lot of water. So, we do a lot of boiling and the heat stays in real quick and heats up really quick when you keep the cover on. And then, we have to let it sit for a while and it remains hot even after we have shut off the burner. It also stays hot if we can't get to it right away, so that is nice too. We use the steamer a lot and that seems to work well.
The Kitchen Charm cookware is a bit on the pricey side, but I would recommend them for the performances that they do for us. We like the promotional inspiration for us to actually attend, which was that we won a trip. In addition to the product, we were required to listen to the promotion. We haven't been able to go on a honeymoon or anything, but that was part of the agreement as well. So, at some point, if we get to use that promotion, that will also be an added benefit.

They offered a bunch of free stuff for me and my fiance, and I've owned their cookware for around nine months now. I like that I can let it do its own thing and it cooks by itself. While the cookware is expensive, the quality of all the items is good. And other than having had a little bit of trouble with it sticking, my experience with Kitchen Charm is fine.

There was a bridal event in our town that I went to and Kitchen Charm had a little stand there. My boyfriend, at the time, wanted them, so I bought them and I've had them for almost a year. I like the bigger skillet and I like that I can cook using the cookware without oil. Furthermore the overall quality of the items is pretty good.

We’ve owned Kitchen Charm products for about six months or less and they’re doing fairly well. We’ve only used them about four or five times. I like that they work and from the times I’ve used them, as long as I follow the instructions, it’s all good. Everything is good quality-wise. The only problem I have with them is that I gotta follow step by step instructions or I void the warranty. I can’t beat them up like I can when I’m in a kitchen and I gotta be a little more careful. I have to do everything a specific way, but it’s understandable.

We bought a pan from another company which was very similar from that of Kitchen Charm, which I actually liked a little bit better because the handles are removable, easier to store and wash. However, that company never got back to us. They sold us a single piece and the thought was to invite friends and have some presentations at your home, which I'm uncomfortable with and in doing that we’d get some credit.
What stood out was this really simple tool. It shreds just about anything really easily. However, the same competitor wouldn’t sell me one of those. We just bought that one pan. But with Kitchen Charm people they actually had it in their travel log and they threw it in with the purchase and everything else. I only wish the product has a removable handle. But the little whistle on the lids work good. We used the electric skillet a lot. However, I thought they had a book but they didn’t hand us one. I guess we had to go online if we wanted to do any kind of demonstration or training. But overall the items I have purchased from Kitchen Charm are all excellent.

We love all of our Kitchen Charm pots and our knives are wickedly sharp. It’s cool how they just slice through things and we really enjoy our stuff. We are going to be a new married couple and we needed new pots. And watching the demonstrator at the dinner for two party cook with Kitchen Charm hooked us into them. I like that Kitchen Charm is easy to clean and how clean they are where they don’t have the studs on the inside that can cause bacteria and all the different pots and pans that we’ve used, different fumes are used while cooking and Kitchen Charm doesn’t. And I really like that I don’t use a lot of greasy oil or fatty stuff on it.
Our cookware's quality is exactly what they said it was going to be. It doesn’t scratch, I can use the metal in it, and that it doesn’t hurt the pan, so I’m completely sold on them. The more products and stuff that come out with the surgical steel will be very beneficial not only to people's eating styles but also to the health of their food. I recommend Kitchen Charm to my family all the time. I let them know about the material that the pots are made of, how easy it is to cook with them and the cool feature, which makes cooking a big dinner a lot easier.

My fiance had seen a Kitchen Charm ad at a bridal show. We're getting married and we wanted to really start making a household so we wanted a good cookware set. We saw a Kitchen Charm demo and it seemed really high quality. I have owned the cooking set for almost a year now. It feels easier to cook in them. The metal heats more evenly, they're fairly durable and easy to clean. They hold up well and every time we clean them, it almost looks like they're brand new. We had a very positive experience so far. It's a little expensive but you get what you pay for. If the expense fits in your budget, you can't go wrong with Kitchen Charm.

I went to a bridal show and one of the girls put my name into a raffle. Kitchen Charm said that I won these gifts and to claim them, I had to come in. So, I went in and saw the presentation and then there were more gifts if I bought the products from them. I’ve had my cookware from Kitchen Charm around three or four months now and they cook well. There's no water, they cook faster, and the food tastes different. With the amount of money I spent, they're really worth it. It has a good quality and I like that it's got the warranty on it. Compared to the other set I had, the pots and pans get heated differently so I see the difference. I cook food with less time in the kitchen and the time was cut tremendously. Plus, the steaks and hamburgers are much juicier.

I was at a bridal convention and the swindler who gave a presentation demonstrated a Kitchen Charm pan that looked fine, but when I purchased it, it was crap. It is a deep-fry sauté pan that’s stainless steel, but the first time I used it, the whole bottom scarred. It was $400 wasted, and I tried to get a refund. The presenter was supposed to contact his supervisor, and I never heard a word back. I sent an email to the company to express dissatisfaction, and they said there was nothing that they could do. I asked why their presenter made promises that were not true, and the email that I got back stated that they don’t care about what the presenter says.

We absolutely love cooking in our kitchen, and we wanted a long lasting high-quality cookware. We purchased Kitchen Charm and we’ve owned it for a couple of months, however, we’ve only really broken into it this past week because we finally moved in our new place. It took a bit to get used to because it seems that we need to go through every single recipe we had in the past, and double check oils and water, and mentally rebuild. So, it’s a bit of work at the front-end, but it’s worth it. It’s entertaining to watch the water bead whenever we’re testing in the right temperature, and we also like the whistle. We feel absolutely great about our cookware's quality. We love this stuff.

It was a big turn on for both of us when we saw the quality of the Kitchen Charm pans and that they were going to last for a lifetime, and also the quality of the food being cooked. I like the durability of the stainless steel because I don't want to go out and keep buying pots and pans. DO NOT BUY! IT'S A SCAM! I went to the presentation and fell in love with the claims. I received my pots and pans later than promised (by a week), I read through the manual and it was the exact opposite of the claims in the presentation. I called to return the product and was told I couldn’t, I had 3 days to do so from ordering NOT from receiving the product. Well I did not have a manual until I received them to read the truth about this product. The presenter will not return my calls or texts, the customer service line was rude and wildly unhelpful with telling me “too bad nothing you can do, just use it”.
Explain to me this, if a company truly believes and backs their product why wouldn’t you be able to return them if you aren’t satisfied - even Walmart does that. Now I’m stuck with $2000 worth of pots and pans I don’t want. DO NOT BUY! I would also like to note I have not used any of the products, I read the manual first and immediately called to return them not even 12 hours from receiving them.

So we went and I liked the fact that it was surgical stainless steel and that it cooked all the way around. It was also a good presentation. Plus, I see that they have the same warranty that Snap-on has. The quality of the item is great and I like it. It’s sturdy and it's going to be around. I also like that I can take it out of the stove and throw it in the oven.
We've owned the cookware for 3 months and we’re still trying to figure it out. We can’t even scramble eggs in them since they’d stick to the bottom. It’s bad and I’m having a hard time cooking with them. I called them, and what happened was when they came in, we didn’t wash the cookware down with vinegar. I didn’t see that part of the instructions so I don’t know if that’s the main part that’s stopping them from being set up. Everything’s sticking to it. But when we went to the presentation, nothing was sticking to it. I don’t know if I should send them back and get new ones and then start off with the washing them with vinegar.
I’ve been trying to find the guy who did the presentation because he told us it’s not the pan and we just need to be taught. Instead of sending them back saying I don’t want them, I’ve been trying to figure out a way on how to find him but I can’t find the paperwork with his number on it. Basically, when it's done, it whistles, lets me know when I'm away, and I don’t have to worry about burning my food. It's a nice feature. Also, because it's so well insulated, I don't have to turn my temperature on high to actually cook food. I can keep a low temperature and it cooks better than if I were to put it on high.
I'm happy with them. Usually, we get those cheap brands and after a year of use, you chew your food and then you get a piece of whatever that coating is. With these ones, you don't have to worry about that. The price is high but then again, their pans are quality. If you have the means and you enjoy cooking, then it's definitely worth the purchase.

Todd, We're so happy that you enjoy cooking with your Kitchen Charm Cookware. It is so convenient to know that the whistle tells you to turn off the heat and allow the retained heat to finish the cooking process and retain all the nutrients and flavors. My fiance and I went to a bridal exhibit, and then we got a phone call to go and watch the Kitchen Charm team do a whole presentation where they show you how everything works. The majority of my adult life as well as his, we've only ever had hand-me-downs, and I never even knew that this waterless and greaseless thing was an option. If we are going to buy brand new, we might as well buy something that is going to last and that cuts down the cholesterol that we have to put in our food. The response from the Kitchen Charm customer service was quick and everything got here within days of reaching out to them.
When we got the pots and pans, we also got the quartz crystal wine glasses which were a big hit at Thanksgiving, and a plate set. Since then, we haven't bought anything because our budget crisis is high. We're paying for those purchases monthly online and we're getting married at the end of the year. I had purchased a pack of four wine glasses not long before I got the quartz crystal, and I gave them away because I like the ones from Kitchen Charm better.
The product is great, and it is surprising how quickly everything cooked with the Kitchen Charm cookware. But the first time that we used it, there was a bit of a mishap. We didn't believe that the food was already done because it has only been a second, but it still turned out edible. It could be because we are up in the mountains and the elevation is different, but anytime we used it, our food is done in a fraction of the time that it takes in our other pots and pans. If we both work nights, we come home and throw something into the pot, and we don't have to stay in the kitchen for an hour waiting for it to get done. Also, the cookware uses the natural juices from the food that we're cooking, so we don’t have to add oil or water. The quality of the cookware is a lot nicer than anything that I've ever had or anything that one can buy by just going to the store. Kitchen Charm cookware is above and beyond what we expected.
It’s been about five months since we have purchased from the Kitchen Charm. I got a lot of slack because of what it cost but it's supposed to last for 50 years, and by then I'm going to be 80 and, hopefully, I don't have to cook anymore. My mom who’s 49 was talking about back in the day when she had something similar to our Kitchen Charm set, and she said that the price has definitely gone up. But I'm sure the quality has too. I still have the catalog that they gave us, and anytime anybody wants to look at it, I tell them that they can take it and bring it back when they’re done. I definitely keep the catalog on hand because the Kitchen Charm products are that good.

Victoria, Thank you for choosing Kitchen Charm Cookware. We are very pleased that you are enjoying cooking and reaping the benefits of the waterless, greaseless aspects of Kitchen Charm. the Customer Care Team

My wife came home and told me we were going to a food tasting in a hotel. But when we got there, it was not a food tasting, but a guy selling pots and pans. I did not want to waste two hours of my life, but the guy made the presentation a lot of fun, and he was very blunt in a charming way. I'm a cynic and a pessimist, and I'm a cranky old dude, but I had a good time watching him, listening to him talk, and putting it through together for us to demonstrate the cookware. The food tasted really good, and we ended up buying one of the sets.
My wife is the one that cooks, and she mentioned that the guy made it look easier than it was. He said that all you have to do to clean the cookware is to wipe it out with a towel because the food doesn’t stick to it. However, the very first time she tried to cook in it, she burned a little whatever it was she was cooking and it didn’t wipe off as easy as advertised. But you're not supposed to burn stuff in it and if you cook the right way, the product isn’t bad. There was a learning curve with cooking with it because with most pans like a skillet or frying pan, the bottom gets hot and that’s where you cook. The way this thing is designed, when you put the lid on, it turns the cookware into an oven and the whole thing cooks. So, when she had the lid on it, everything cooked faster and she wasn’t prepared for that. She probably didn’t read the instructions that came with it. The cookware is pretty pricey, but as far as I know, it works as advertised.

We went to a bridal show and Kitchen Charm was there talking about their stuff and they said that to win some trips was to listen to the lecture. So, we heard the lecture then we ended up buying some stuff. I bought from Kitchen Charm mainly because of the warranty on the cookware. It would cover if it had something to do with manufacturing or discoloring and pretty much anything as long as we didn’t break them. We might as well spend the money and get something that was going to last us instead of buying a dozen of other cookware over the course of many years. We have the cookware for about six months now. Our favorite thing about it is we can cook frozen hamburger or chicken with it. I love the cookware so far. They're expensive but their warranty and quality make up for that. They also have a little skillet and some cutlery that we're thinking on purchasing.

Everything’s good with the product that we bought from Kitchen Charm so far. It has been working as advertised. It has been really good for searing, sautéing, and cooking anything. Food cooks well. Some other pans don't get the heat distributed around, but this one has uniform temperature all around and is non-stick. Very good quality and I’d definitely recommend it to someone else. It may be pricey, but it definitely is worth it for a kitchen tool that we’ll be using in the kitchen.

We had won something, but to get it, we had to sit through an hour of presentation. It was really long, and it was interesting. The presenter did a demonstration and that was nice. He even let people try the food from the demonstration to show that it was different. And I did see a difference in the frozen vegetables made. He showed that there's no need to use water. It was nice that he didn’t just demonstrate to show us. We got to taste the difference and see how he cooked out the fat from the chicken, so that was good. But he talked really fast. It would be helpful if he talked a little slower and was less joke-y. Also during the seminar, there was this pressure and a lot of people were blowing it off because it was going to be a super-expensive purchase for something that one doesn’t really know about.
But I think we were very interested in some of the deals. We got some things in exchange for buying a small set from them, and it seemed like a good idea. For the $600 or $700 pots and pans package we bought, we got a gift card that will cover my fiancé’s wedding band, so that was nice, and then we got a two-day vacation voucher. It seemed like an even trade.
I've had the cookware for a couple of months and I like that there was the warranty on it, that if something went wrong, we could send it back and get a replacement, and I don’t have to worry about it. Supposedly, they last longer than the ones that we could get from Wal-Mart or JCPenney. When I looked online after I purchased them, I saw some ratings that said it wasn’t any better than other stuff. I haven’t used the cookware yet but from what I saw, it seemed good. I was thinking re-gifting or selling or putting them up on a bid, because my mother in law got us pots and pans too, and we’re trying to figure out what we want to do with everything.

We went to a seminar when my fiancée heard about Kitchen Charm off of Facebook. Chad was there demonstrating it and he made it look a lot better than it was because when we tried cooking on it several times we just didn’t like the way it worked. Also the cookware was extremely overpriced for not doing what he showed it did. We have the cookware for five months but we use our old set more because we like it more. We tried contacting Chad but he didn’t want to do anything about it. I also tried posting comments on sites that but none of them would be posted because Kitchen Charm keeps on taking them down. Our experience hasn’t been that good.

We went to a Kitchen Charm show in a hotel and the lady rep explained the pots and pans, showed the sizes of the stacking, and cooked food in the cookware. She showed the pros and cons of different pans such as the cast iron and the stainless steel and how the Kitchen Charm cookware has every benefit of each of these pans. We needed new cookware, the lifetime warranty was very appealing, the way they cooked seemed to be healthy, and everyone was trying to get healthy all of a sudden, so we went all out and got the deluxe set of cookware with the pots and pans, as well as some plates.
Our experience with Kitchen Charm has been going well. We've had their products going on four months now and their features have been good. But I didn’t like that they didn’t clean as easy as I thought they would. When I put them in the dishwasher, water stains were left on them, although this could be due to the hard water that we have in Chattanooga. Also, every plate that I saw in the commercial set didn’t have knife marks and I had the impression that the plates we bought were not going to have cut marks on them, but my cutting a chicken on a plate left a knife mark on it, and that was frustrating considering these plates were supposed to be commercial grade.

Kitchen Charm had a great presentation. It was almost like being on an infomercial. They did live cooking and it’s always a plus whenever you feed somebody. They were very interactive with the audience. There were about 18 of us in there and the presenters were very engaged with us and everybody kept asking questions. They also offered free wedding bands and a 2-day trip. They should offer the product too to anybody that wants to search online. If they were to open it up to anybody other than people that go to the presentations, that would get more sales.
We purchased the six-piece set for ourselves in October and we love it. Normally on the inside of a pot, there are screws where the handle is put on but these pots don't have that. It’s completely smooth inside so it makes for a really easy cleanup. Plus, they heat up super-fast and they’re really sturdy. We also got a few accessories like the serving set. I haven’t used that yet just because we haven’t had a fancy enough meal at our house to use it but they’re really pretty. Also, the quality is great.

She used one or two pans and made a meal, which got me thinking that we’re going to get one. My mom has the Royal Prestige and Kitchen Charm is cheaper than those. Also, my friend just had his first home and I noticed that the Walmart ones he bought were getting nasty, ugly, and don’t look sanitary. I told him about Kitchen Charm and that they’re a lot pricier but they’re going to last until he gets another house. I wish I could have been in a little better financial situation when I purchased it. But I wanted to get that because of the quality of it. It cooks really nicely and keeps the food nice and moist. I like the non-stick features but the knife isn’t as sharp as I thought it would be. This cookware is really nice and I like how it keeps the flavor of the food. It doesn’t dry it out. We've had our Kitchen Charm cookware for about seven months. When we bought it, I got two free knives since I was in the military. The knives are really damn good. They are very sharp and very heavy. I got four pots and four lids from them as well. The electric skillet cooked the food faster and held it for an hour. We have a gas range, which is a lot different than an electric range. And we burned the food out of them multiple times. Eventually, Kitchen Charm called and they replaced it. The first time I cooked on it, everything got burnt in it and everything stuck to it. One of my pots got discolored, and the other one was slightly discolored. They said it was nonstick but we did everything we're supposed to. I wish they would apologize and offer a new pot.

We've owned Kitchen Charm's pots and pans for nine months now and they are working out really well for us. They're very good quality, they don't take long to heat up and they keep the heat very well. They're also very easy to clean. We've had a very enjoyable experience.

Kitchen Charm was at a party I signed up for and they were doing a demo. They made grilled chicken breast, corn, and broccoli. The food was great. Then I decided to purchase the cookware set mainly because of the warranty. It had either a 50-year or a lifetime warranty on it. I like them. The pots are stackable on top of the stove. The food on top continues to cook even though it doesn’t have the direct heat. I bought it in July and right now I’m just using one skillet because I’m in the process of purchasing a home and so I wanted everything to be new. I love how quickly the food cooks in that skillet and the temperature all the way around. This is a great product and the quality’s awesome. It’s a life-changing experience and I tried to recommend to a few people to go get it.

My wife Hannah went to a banquet and we went to see all the pots in the Kitchen Charm showroom where the reps showed us how it works. It looked like really good pots and it's easy to clean. They also cooked a chicken while we were there and it tasted good. We ordered online and we have owned the pots and some knives from Kitchen Charm for two months now. We like the lifetime warranty a lot. The quality of all the items is really good and it's been a really nice experience.

I went to a wedding seminar and saw Kitchen Charm there. They had a good presentation about the kitchenware. They showed not having to put any oil and just washing it. Nothing was sticking to the pans so I thought they were durable. They also did the presentation with the chicken and not using the water. It was a good cookware. Plus, the warranty is really good.
The cookware I received is really nice and looks like what I saw when I made the purchase. It seems it will never go out of style. It's a steel color and that's something that will never change throughout the years. It's something that I could pass down to someone. Even the little prizes that I received were really cute. They also gave me a free trip somewhere. However, I was paying and two months went by and still, I haven't received it. I called to let them know and they sent it the day after I called. It was a mistake and the way they handled it made things go smoothly. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend them.

My fianceé told me about Kitchen Charm and we liked it when it was shown to us. We liked the quality but it’s not cheap. I understand that quality comes with expense but I'm happy with it. We’ve got the cookware for a few months now and I like that it is easy to clean and it does full heating throughout. I'd recommend it.

My fiancée liked Kitchen Charm's pots and how they work so we got them. The price was a little high but I'm fine with it. When we bought the pots, we got a knife too and it's a good one. And, anytime we call the salesman that we bought it from, he answered our questions. We've had the pots for four months now and they are good and well-built. Cooking with them has been easy. I really enjoy the pots. However, we tried to use the strainer on top of them and it's hard to get the grease off on the bottom of the pot.

We have our cookware from Kitchen Charm for a couple of months now and we got it because of my wife. It cooks fast, tells us when it's done when it starts whistling and it’s non-stick if we use it right. It’s also heavy but anyone can lift it and there are no scratches. All that stuff about it is great and I like that we use a lot less oil with it which is a little healthier for me. It's worth it and I highly recommend it.
