Our pots and pans were getting destroyed. Kitchen Charm cookware looked really nice so we decided to buy. We've had our cookware for about three months now and I've had a positive experience with them. My wife has cooked with them once or twice and they have held up pretty well.

I started baking a lot of pies this past year and I wanted good bakeware. A gentleman was explaining Kitchen Charm at a bridal show that I went to. I really liked it and the warranty that they had. The quality of the items have been very good and the non-stick part has been my favorite. I've had no issues with our bakery set. I'm looking forward to using all our pie dishes to make apple pies in the summer when our apple tree blooms. I'm very satisfied.

We bought the electric skillet pan, the set of three frying pans, cutting board and the knife set from Kitchen Charm for the quality and longevity of the products. We set up a payment plan but interest was charged which we could use if we want to buy anything else at a later date. We have the cookware for three months now and I haven't really found anything that we don't like about it. It has been good, plus it sears meat really well.

I got really excited at first because of the wedding presentation where I heard about Kitchen Charm. They were really neat pots and pans and I would not have to put oil for a lot of things. The stuff that came with it such as the knives set, crystal wine glasses, recipes, vacations, wedding bands and wedding portraits all added up. I thought that it was a pretty good deal. I had some confusion a couple of times about when payments were supposed to be drawn automatically and the total price did not end up right because what I ordered was not written down exactly. I got in touch with them and got things squared away.
However, we seem to be having more problems than what was in the presentation. The bottom of our pots and pans are changing color and they do not change back even if we did what the presenters did. They're not really easy to clean. Also, we tried to cook some things without oil like what was in the presentation and they ended up sticking. In order to get the stuff on them off, we had to scrub them pretty well.
Still, we've had our pots and pans for about three months. They're very sturdy and don't seem like they will be easy to break. The recipes that came with them have been my favorite because they gave me different options in cooking where I did not have to fry everything. They came with a steamer so that gave me that option. Moreover, they cook really thoroughly as the whole pan heats up instead of just sections of it. There's no odor and they do not collect bacteria easily. The knives are amazing too.

My husband's brother got married, signed up for Kitchen Charm on a booth and they had a demonstration that we went to. It was the gift that caught my attention as well as the product. Based on the presentation, the cookware worked similar to what the reps told us. I have the cookware for five months now and they've been pretty good. Also, the reps were very welcoming and nice people.

Kitchen Charm is a perfect company to purchase supplies. My fiancé surprised me and told me that she's going to take me to some place where they cook for us, right in front of us. Little that I know, it's a place to purchase knives. The knives cut perfectly and they're heavy enough to let me know I have a knife in my hand. I also like the pots and the pans. Everything has been good and I'm loving what I bought but I'm hating the price that I have to pay. They're not cheap.

I'm not happy with the product that I purchased from Kitchen Charm. It doesn't cook nearly the way I was told that it would. Every time I read a direction, watch a tutorial or listen to somebody who's trying to explain to me how to cook, it never turns out the way they say it. We've wound up throwing away more food than we've ever eaten. Then the knife set that I have is rusty, even though I followed the cleaning and care instructions closely. We wipe the knives down and dry them off once we're done washing and we've dried the knife block multiple times but it hasn't changed.
The only thing we like is the electric skillet and the way it cooks. That part of it is easy and simple to use. When we do it by the book, it works the way it's supposed to. The rest of our cookware doesn't. When I've tried to cook chicken on the stove rather than on the electric skillet, I can't get it to not stick to the bottom of the pan. By the time I get it to release from the pan, it is so burnt but raw on the inside. It drives me crazy. But it shows where your temperature is too high.
I bought the biggest set and it's garbage. I feel I was taken $3,000. If these things were going to last me 20 years, then it's worth every penny. But if I can't successfully cook a single meal on it, then it's not worth the money. When I called Kitchen Charm about it, the only thing they want to do is sell me more stuff. I wish the customer service line was a little bit easier to work with. I call and talk to customer service and then they'll give me my salesperson's phone number to call him and that to me isn't right.

We got tired of using crappy cookware so we got Kitchen Charm. Their quality is really high and we like that food tastes fresher when we use it. I just wish it wasn’t so expensive. We haven’t used it very much though because we had family living with us and we didn’t want them ruining it.

We went to a bridal showcase here in New Orleans and we were introduced to Kitchen Charm there. The demo was really good. I needed a set of pots and pans at that time and purchased from Kitchen Charm mainly for health reasons. I'm pleased with everything that we got from them and I would love to continue to use it. I love the quality of the cookware and it saves me a lot of time on the cooking.

I could cook without oils using Kitchen Charm. I got it for healthy living and also for its guarantee. I've had my cookware for about three months. I love its quality and the steam option has been my favorite. It's super easy to know when to stop it because it whistles when I'm done. However, I noticed that on the edge of the pot there is a groove that I can’t actually clean inside of, so it rusts a bit. Liquids stay a bit too long in there. It doesn't touch the food but I can definitely see where it's not clean. But overall, I recommend it. Using the product has been easy and so was the whole transaction and communication with Kitchen Charm.

We bought from Kitchen Charm for the quality of the material. We have owned the cookware for a couple of months and they are durable. They're gonna last a long time but they stain easily. Also, you have to use a little bit of grease otherwise it does stick to it like when frying a chicken breast. Even in the electric skillet, a little bit of the potatoes sticks to the bottom. It has the grease trap in between it so you're not supposed to have to use grease. It's supposed to be a healthier cookware. If I had my choice I wouldn't buy them again. I don't think that the money was that well-spent. Although the knives are really sharp, they are really good.
Furthermore, I wanted to pay with a different card than the one that I put down. I had a 0% credit card that I wanted to put it on and I didn't have that card with me that night. They told me that they would call me before, so they could get the other card but they didn't call. They just charged my debit card. So, it was all cash that I had to pay for it instead of being able to put it on a 0% credit card where I could have paid for it over time. And they wouldn't change it. So, I was dissatisfied right away. Their way to make it up was they sent me some stainless steel ladles and other things. But that didn't make it up.

Kitchen Charm did a presentation at the wedding fair and it piqued my interest because I like to cook. We haven't used them because we're in the process of moving. But the one thing that was most appealing was the non-stick because it's going to be easier for me to cook healthier meals without using some type of butter or oil. Overall, everything's been good, including the communication if I've had any question.

The overall demo of the Kitchen Charm cookware was really interesting. They cooked for us, showed how quick and easy it was and that it was a healthier option, and that’s what we were trying to get into. We’ve only used the pots a couple of times. We used them once and then realized that we made a boo-boo because it didn’t clean up as well as we thought when I put butter in it out of habit. We were going to try and see if we could return them because we can’t get a use out of them like we thought we were going to, and then we didn’t realize there was a no-return policy. It was our fault since we should’ve asked what their return policy was before we even signed up. They’re good pots and they’ll eventually get their use.
We also got a free set of spoons with the pots as a bonus from Kitchen Charm and we have used those a lot, especially with the holidays. They feel heavier like they’re good quality, and the pots feel heavy, too. The only problem I had was that they are almost too heavy. We have also used the steamer quite a bit, and overall, I can’t complain.

I went to a bridal expo where they cooked chicken and the Kitchen Charm pan took out the bad fats. It also cooks quickly and they'd whistle when they're done. They're also nonstick and made out of safer materials. They are more expensive, but they're covered with the lifetime warranty if something happens. Though other places are cheaper, they get scratches and I didn't really like the thought of ingesting scary metals which put things into perspective for us.
The overall quality is good except the skillet, but they get stained easily as well. I've kept everything on low heat from the beginning, but it stuck on them and got discolored when I tried to make pancakes for the first time. Also, I've cooked tons of chicken on the other pans and none of them do that. I've left them a couple of messages about it, but nobody's gotten back to me. Other than that, our experience has been very informative and their products make cooking convenient.

The pans from Kitchen Charm are a very nice set. My only thing is when cooking chicken, it leaves a line around the pan even after scrubbed thoroughly. I got invited to one of Kitchen Charm's shows and recognized their pans. It was the exact set my parents still have from 35 years ago. The presenter used the electric frying pan and cleaned it by pouring water while it's still hot, which is basically a big no-no. I liked that cleanup was simple and you don't have to worry about anything because there is not a whole lot that would ruin them. I had my cookware for a couple of months but I haven't used it yet. My fiancée was at a wedding planning convention and there was somebody giving away honeymoons. She signed up, so we ended up going through a presentation of Kitchen Charm's product. The quality of the pots and pans was fantastic, and we really liked the idea that we may not ever have to buy pots and pans again. We've been together for three years now and Kitchen Charm is our third set of pots and pans. Hopefully, this is the last set that we have to buy. It's also very expensive. We’re not happy with our Kitchen Charm. We got their product last October and over half of our knives already have rust on them. Also, some of our pots in different places had rust after the first wash. Their products are extremely difficult to clean and we have to take all kinds of special care to make it look like it’s new. Most of it is already discolored like a weird blue color. I called them and they said it was because of our water, not because of any fault of the product. It was unacceptable that we couldn’t return the products that we had nothing but issues with and that had rust on it immediately. They said that we could pay for shipping to send it back to them and send it to the manufacturer. That wasn't in any way, shape, or form taking care of customers that bought $3,000 worth of products.

However, when we purchased them, we were told that we would have six months to pay without interest, when really, it was one month and it was 24% interest. It was really hard to have customer service and to be able to talk to someone in person regarding the product. It would be helpful if they could find a way to make it easier.
There was another company that I was thinking of purchasing products but they were a little expensive, and it seemed like it did a fairly similar job. The guy from Kitchen Charm told me that it was the same configuration of materials that it was made of. I was over spending hundreds of dollars on my cookware every year. So we got a really good set that way, I never had to worry about buying another one again. One thing that I like about Kitchen Charm is I can dish wash it. And I can use whatever kind of soap I wanted and it doesn't rust, chip, like there were so many things about it that were so nice compared to other retailers who were trying to sit there and sell $2,000 set.
I bought the pots and pans and the knife set and I've owned them for six months now. I like that I could sit there and put my food on the stove and come back to it 15, 20 minutes later. And if I had it on the right temperature, it won't burn. I like to cook and clean and do a bunch of things at the same time. Before, I would sit there and leave my pan for two minutes, when I come back, it's already burning on the bottom. And then, scrubbing it afterward is always a pain. And with these Kitchen Charm sets, I just soak it for two minutes, and then I wash it. If I do leave it on too long and it takes anything comes off within seconds. It's so nice cleaning it.
The kitchenware has great quality for sure. They don't bend and don't change colors at all. I'm definitely very pleased with the quality of them. It's well worth the cost if I were in the kitchen daily and I cook all the time. The set pretty much pays for itself when people realize how much little food they burn. At first, my husband was like, "What the heck of a price." And then, afterwards, he realizes how much I use it and how easy it is to clean and store, and how everything stacks together so nicely. And all those are just extra bonuses on top of it. It's really one of the best pots and pans set I've ever owned. I use the set all the time and I love it. It works amazing. I cook with it every single day, multiple times a day and I am very happy with the set I have.

Come to find our billing statements show that our payments are doing nothing. $45 of the $80 is going towards grand total and the other $35 is going towards an interest fee. And then another charge would come out usually around $32 dollars for "payment option" or something like that. Let alone not coming out on the designated day. Not sure if it was just our salesman, but not very happy with our after service. When we calculated it up if we keep on with the payment plan we will have paid double the original 2000 by the time we are done. Buy these pans out right if looking into them is the lesson learned.

My wife found Kitchen Charm on a bridal show and we thought they were pretty good pans. We bought them because of the show that got put on for us. We've had the cookware for a few months now and I like the non-sticking part of it. They're really good pans and they're going to last. They're one of the best quality there is.

We were impressed with the live demonstration by Kitchen Charm and the way their products transfer heat was impressive. They had an extremely knowledgeable and really good sales rep. What I like about their cookware is if I burn something in them, I can just pour water in it and cook it back out. The ease of cleaning is awesome, too. But there are other stainless things out there the third of the price that are just about as easy to use. So that's a little disappointing.

I didn't know what the brand was until the rep showed us an old stuff. My parents have had some ever since I can remember and they've passed at least some of it to me. They look like high quality items and I am very happy with the pots and pants. However, I'm not happy with the chopper at all. They demonstrated it and it looks wonderful but I can't do the things that they seemed to be doing. The food sticks inside and doesn't get chopped up right. Every time I use it I'm frustrated with it. I thought it was going to change my cooking and it just didn’t. So, if I could go back again, I would return that. The products are also very easy to clean including the knives that I got. I don’t have to worry about food gunk on them. I did notice that there was some discoloration on the inside after the first time that I used the pots. I looked it up and it’s mostly caused by the heavy minerals in my water. However, the interest rate went up to 24% in three months and it's ridiculous. I'm at a point now that I want to send everything back and it won't affect my credit. My payments are usually on time or early. I've called their representatives and left messages. My fiancé did it as well. They were supposed to call us back and we haven't heard anything from them.
We thought it’s gonna be really good pots and pans. They told us the interest rate wouldn't be bad, and that they said we could have it paid off in less than a year. Right now I’m paying $45 for the first six months and after that, it’s supposed to go up to $78. When I got my last bill, it showed that in the $45, only $3 went to my pots and pans and everything else was interest.

In review of Ms. Jones’ account, we see that she signed a sales order on May 21, 2016 and on that sales order it states that for the first 6 months the minimum payment would be for $45 due to the order being set up as a Military/Bridal Program. After the six months, the payment would increase to $89. On the sales order, there is no indication that the for the first six months no finance charge would be applied, if Ms. Jones has something in writing stating this, she will need to send us a copy for review. Since Ms. Jones is no longer within the cancellation timeframe, the account is no longer eligible for cancellation and she will remain responsible for the account and its balance.

We heard about Kitchen Charm at the bridal expo at the Pontiac Convention Center in Janesville back in March when they were advertising for their products. We ended up talking to very nice people there, and then we got a call for a dinner for two, and it blew our mind on how easy this guy was cooking on this stuff. And I was like, "Oh, my gosh." I've had a cookware product since college - my food sticks to it, and it's a pain in the butt to clean.
At the time, I was the only one working and Kitchen Charm products were nice because the payments are very reasonable. And I said, "I think we should definitely upgrade on our kitchenware." So we ended up ordering them, and I have had nothing but awesome food. So many of our family members that have been coming over for dinners or lunches would say, "How are you cooking all this stuff?" And it was funny because at the dinner for two, the guy showed us how we can stack the stuff and everything's still cooked. And so, I did that, too and my mom was so jealous. She said, "I want to get some of these." I was like, "No. they're mine." The food is delicious, and everything cooks so fast. It’s all so different tasting from the old pots and pans that we had to the stuff that were using now.
Plus, I love the big saucepan that we have. I literally can put five chicken breasts in there instead of using my oven and be able to get the better flavor from the pan. Furthermore, the bamboo cutting board is my favorite as well because it's so easy for the cleanup. I can't even tell if I cut onions or the chicken on the cutting board because there's no smell. The knives are very, very awesome to cut with. It's been amazing to finally be able to cook again in the kitchen.
My young daughter helps me cook, and now I'm not so scared about when she's helping me stir stuff on the pans, with her scratching the bottom. She's having a blast too in the kitchen being only 20 months old. It's been a whole eye-opening experience. It was the best time to get new stuff and I've enjoyed it ever since. We ended up telling my fiance's grandparents about Kitchen Charm and they have one of our catalogs. I don't know if they've ordered anything out of the catalog but they were definitely looking at the knife set because they cook a lot too and have used a few of our stuff.

Kitchen Charm's products are really good and fit the needs that we have. We've owned the cookware for about six months now and we like how fast it heats up. We have the steamer pot and it heats up quickly and steams things pretty fast. It's of very good quality. The only dislike I had was with the shipping. I gave my address a couple of times during the shipping and they even called to confirm it before they shipped it but they still managed to ship it to the wrong address. We almost didn't get it but very luckily, it had our phone number on it so the very nice older couple that received it, who were in a completely different town, called and said they had our package. So we went over and picked it up.

I was hesitant because the Kitchen Charm cookware was quite an investment but the sales rep made the purchasing easy. He was energetic and interacted with the audience. We got the cookware and liked the idea of being able to throw fresh chicken and veggies in it without having to monitor it. All the other meals that we’ve made have turned out great as well. We also wanted to try some of the recipes in the DVD and the cookbook that comes with it. I love the quality. Quality-wise, I can tell the difference. We’ve only had to deep-clean it after a meal once/e accidentally let it sit in there while we were eating and didn’t rinse it out right away.

We went to a seminar and my soon-to-be-wife's sister bought a whole set of Kitchen Charm cookware while we only got a couple of pans. The items were made very well, with great quality but we ended up not liking them. During the seminar, everything was easy and perfect. They threw the chicken and the vegetables in one pot, then it whistled, and went off, but we can’t get ours to cook like that. It didn't work as well as it was described and costed us a lot of money. We tried to send it back and thought there was a 30-day return thing, but there wasn't. They said as soon as I open the box and start using it, that’s it, so we’re just stuck with it.

We got the 13-piece deluxe set with the breakfast skillet, and also got two of the knives which are awesome. There’s not a lot of effort put in to cleaning the stuff, and that’s another reason I like it a lot. It's a little expensive but not really a big deal because it's worth it. It was some of the best hamburgers and chicken I’ve ever cooked on the stove.

We’re grateful to have run into the experience of purchasing cookware of this nature because we never paid attention to anything before (like ingesting the metal and other stuff in cookware). But sitting through Kitchen Charm's talk, it made sense to us. We feel like it’s a lifetime benefit for us. The guy who gave the talk was extremely patient, answered all our questions and was very interesting. He said he’s been working with the company for a long time. He’s believable, plus he told us too if we ever needed to reach out to him that he’d be available.
Then we also had an appointment with somebody else after we bought Kitchen Charm and when we saw the second group, Kitchen Charm’s quality was much better than their quality. Kitchen Charm cooks pretty evenly and we haven’t had any issues. It’s expensive but it’ll last us a while. And they said that if there’s any damage, it’s lifetime guaranteed so it’s worth it. If we could afford more, we’d get more for sure.

He gave us his number if ever we have more questions or if we ever wanted to get something else. I got the pan because I'm trying to change my diet. I don't know how many times I've made chicken breast and it comes out so dry and ever since I bought that, that's all I use now to cook chicken breast. Kitchen Charm was well presented and it seemed like a good deal with some of the other stuff that came along with it. We took advantage of it as we also needed nice pots and pans, and it seems to cook things better. When cooking chicken breast, it gets more fat out. It's also easier to cook with the little whistle things on there. They’re sturdy and we can put them in the dishwasher. We had some Teflon cookware that we used before, but it fell apart and we could sometimes find it in our food. The stainless steel of the Kitchen Charm cookware doesn't do that. They're great quality and we love them.

The knives are sharp and we had several people come over and use them and had cut their fingers with it while I've never cut myself with it. So it was bad for them and good for me. The cookbook that it came with does a good job of explaining things like how to make new stuff or how long to leave the food in the pan before turning it and all kinds of stuff so that's good. My husband didn't follow what was in the cookbook when he used the cookware so he had issues after. I followed what was in the cookbook so my food came out fine. However, at the demonstration when their guy put the lid on, the spout came up and steamed out noise when it was done. It was flawless but this wasn't the case when I took it home and tried to do the same thing. It did not pop out and steam out to let me know when it was done. I kept checking on the stuff like in a regular pot.

However, he didn't have good answers when I asked more specific questions and tried to press him on why they were priced that way. I was quite a bit put off because of that. I was just trying to understand exactly what the deal was and it seemed like he wasn't used to getting such deep questions.
Aside from that, the products seem to be really good and I like the fact that they could be used for low-fat cooking which was a big draw for us, and then we ended up getting an additional discount because we bought it straight out and didn't do the payment plan. We've had them for a few months now, and it's great that they help me with my cooking and they could go in the dishwasher. But, one of the pans had a problem with things sticking to it and things not coming up after being cooked, and so it got black stuff all over the bottom. Although some of them still stick so we had to use vinegar to get the stuff off of a few of them. One pan hasn't worked well since the beginning. It may be a fluke, so we'd love to have it replaced and I'd probably feel better if the new one works the way it's supposed to.

I like that it seemed to heat up pretty evenly which is nice. That is definitely a plus with a lot of the older cookware we have. I also thought that the quality's nice as well.
I know that the white little spots are normal, but I wished that the outside is still shiny. It's obviously pretty new but there are marks on the inside, which doesn’t affect how it’s cooked, and I wish that it wasn't there too. I also wish that they'd spend a little less time talking and more in demonstrating as I thought that the session was very informational. But then I don't feel the non-stick part as I really don't like the Teflon thing, so I thought this was a nice alternative to still get that non-stick, although I still need to use stuff to cook with it. What I like about the cookware is that I'm never going to have that nasty black stuff chipping off in my food.
I had my eye on the griddle because my fiancé loves grilled cheese. My griddle was starting to get those scratch spots and I knew the Teflon was going to start coming up. I said I really wanted the griddle, and the Kitchen Charm guy ended up throwing in a griddle and two frying pans for us instead of the knife set or the glasses because I already have those. My fiancé and I talked about getting other items but we want to get our balance taken care of before we get anything else. But one of these days I am going to get one of those huge pots that my mom can cook her chili in.
I like the quality of the items. Kitchen Charm makes my fiancé want to cook. He has taken the majority of my steam-able bags of frozen veggies and tried to cook them in the pot. The only downside to everything that I’ve seen so far is that no matter what I do or what kind of spray or how much butter I put in my frying pan, my eggs still stick. The eggs turn out great, but I still have to do extra washing to get everything off.

Kitchen Charm contacted me after I went to a bridal party event. I liked their products and the 50-year warranty was a bonus, too. I've had the cookware for six months or so and they’re fantastic. Some of the pots make it really easy to cook some of the vegetables and meats. They're super easy to clean as well.

I wasn't in the market of purchasing any pots and pans, but when I saw the Kitchen Charm presentation, I thought it was amazing, so I just went ahead and got it. I like it a lot especially the fact that it cooks quickly and also lets me know when it's done. It's really good quality. It's expensive, but it's worth it. I use it on a regular basis and I'm satisfied with it.

I've used Kitchen Charm's cookware a few times and everything works out great. I love that it gets the job done quicker than a conventional cookware. Its quality is also top-notch. My experience with Kitchen Charm has been painless and easy. It's all very straightforward.

My boyfriend and I "won" this prize, but we had to go to a presentation in order to claim it. The presentation was engaging I won't deny that, probably what got my boyfriend and me to sign on in the first place. The pots are nothing special. We've burnt more food than actually cooking decent food. Food will stick to it, it is not non-stick. Not to mention my one knife has 2 chips in it.
I had barely used them and wanted to return them, but couldn't. I paid the pots off as soon as possible because when signing on you open a loan that will affect your credit rating if you don't pay it on time... and to top it off, I requested my interest rebate back because I had finished paying it off and I can only use the money towards them. I was not aware of this. I regret ever signing on with Kitchen Charm. I highly recommend purchasing your pots and pans elsewhere. You can find quality pots and pans for a tenth price. If someone disagrees with me, please feel free to buy them off me!!!

My fiancée cooks with a Kitchen Charm cookware, and the biggest thing about it is it’s a good quality product.

I bought Kitchen Charm cookware because my parents have had the waterless cookware and they have all really liked it. I got my cookware a couple of months ago and I think the quality is good amidst its expensive price. I don’t think I’ve really mastered it yet ‘cause I keep burning the bottom, even though I watch the DVDs. So I guess I just need to figure it out. Overall, I think it can be really great but a little bit harder to learn than I realized.

I went to a Kitchen Charm event where they cooked for us and I was impressed. I originally purchased something else, but I liked what Kitchen Charm had to offer, so I returned what I purchased and bought stuff from Kitchen Charm. I've had them for six months now and I like their pressure top. Overall, it's a good product.

We liked what we saw from Kitchen Charm. The quality and the warranty seemed fantastic, so we ended up pulling the trigger on buying the pieces. We've owned our cookware for about six months now, and what we like most is the waterless veggies. We use them more for cooking vegetables than we do just about anything else, because they turn out so well in the cookware. We really like the quality. It holds up very well. A bonus appeal to it was the fact that it's dishwasher safe for when we're in a rush and we can't do everything by hand. We really enjoy it, and we're satisfied with the purchase that we made.

I have owned a Kitchen Charm cookware for a couple of months now and so far, I’m very happy with it. I think the cookware is very durable and the quality for the price seems very good. Getting into cooking with it is easy. The whole process, from ordering to receiving the items, went nice, smooth, fast and easy.

My fiancé was bragging about how good Kitchen Charm is because he always works in the kitchen so he knows. We bought it back in January and we like that it is easy to clean. Also, its quality and the whole experience were good.

We went to one of the cookouts and we decided that it would probably be a good idea to purchase a Kitchen Charm cookware. The quality of the items was pretty good. I like that it cooks the food right, just don’t fry in them.

My partner and I got signed up for a wedding registry event where they did a big demonstration of Kitchen Charm and we ended up ordering it. We got a nine-piece kitchen set that had different pots and pans including the waterless cookware. So far, it works great and we love it. They are easy to clean and I like that I don’t have to use so much oil. I just had a bunch of deer meat I got from a buddy at work, and I just toss them in there, shut the lid and let it go. We got what we paid for and everything has been good.

The cookware itself, the quality of it, how quickly it cooked food and the quality of its cooked food led me to purchase products from Kitchen Charm. I've had the cookware for four months now. They're durable and of very high quality. However, their wedding registry process was a little difficult and confusing when we tried to redeem the gift certificates that our family and friends purchased for us. They mailed me a certificate at one point. I had to turn around and mail it back to them, then have that money credited to my account versus them keeping a log of who purchased the certificate and just automatically adding it to the account. But overall, they're very good.

The lifetime warranty and how healthy it is in terms of cooking the food are the reasons I bought Kitchen Charm. I have the cookware for about three months now, and the 10-inch frying pan is my favorite. Easy and convenient.

The person who was demoing went into pretty good detail on how Kitchen Charm compared to their top competitors and that was good enough for me to make the decision of buying their cookware. I have it for 4 months now and I use it all the time for cooking chicken. It cooks the chicken evenly. We don't have any issues with it. I enjoy the quality cookware and it's nice to be able to have the 50 year warranty on it.

My wife got an email about Kitchen Charm and we ended up going to an exhibition of it. At the exhibition, we liked the way the cookware cooked. We got ours and they’re pretty sturdy. I would recommend Kitchen Charm, though I still haven’t learned how to cook with it yet. There have been many times that I’ve burned vegetables in the pot because it’s different from other cookwares. Nonetheless, I enjoy them because they seem to last a long time as compared to other cookwares.

My wife told me about Kitchen Charm and we went to one of their meetings. We were starting a family so we needed some pots. I’ve owned my cookware since November and I use it every other day. They fry a little better than other pans, but that's about it. They don't do what I thought they were gonna do. They didn’t make it easier for me to cook. Qualitywise, it's all right but it's not the greatest. The price was overrated. I wouldn’t recommend Kitchen Charm to a friend because I’m paying $500 for what I got and I didn't get anything. When they sell, they’re a good salesman. They sold it to me. But when I came home and did the same thing they did with the chicken, it didn’t turn out like theirs. But it was all right. I didn’t like my product but I couldn’t send it back even though they promised me that I could if I didn’t like it for whatever reason.

Before my wife and I got married I really wanted a good set of pots and start cooking, and most of those from Kitchen Charm are really good after a little bit of research. I liked the way that the guy spoke about the pots at the little event that we had, the way that he showed us how the pots work and what you can actually do on the pots. The people who work with them know how to have a conversation with the customers and they always answered my questions. Plus the quality of the cookware is amazing. I had a great experience with the Kitchen Charm pots.

My daughter and her fiancé heard about Kitchen Charm through something they were doing when they were getting ready to get married. It looks like it was a healthier choice as far as cooking goes so I purchased from them. I’ve only used the pots twice because I have to cook with the manual every time I do and I’m not used to it. The items are definitely high quality but very expensive pots.

My fiancé went to a wedding show and then Kitchen Charm offered us the chance to come and meet with them and sit down, and they did a demo...and it wasn't very straightforward. Basically, when they sit people down they offer different packages. What they offered was not exactly what we wanted to get as a package so we did something a little bit different and decided to do just a few items -- just four skillets. We got the first skillets but we also got sent knives as well. I’m not sure how that happened. I’m not terribly upset about it but I was concerned. As for the products, we've had them for months now and we like the simple construction and nice quality.
